Amazing! The stay was just so relaxing and the overall experience was just a yes! They have bikes you can ride around to your room and also a req room to play pong and foosball! There is a gym! Multiple swimming pools! The breakfast in the morning is great as well and the options change everyday! Even a shuttle service to bring you back and forth to your villa. Helps when you are traveling with a bunch of luggage! 5 star for sure! Thank you for the memories!

Just arrived and already want to leave. Check in a complete nightmare. Hotel would not allow us to change booking to add an additional days stay. On arrival reception made me feel so unwelcome and stressed because they did not have both bookings against my name, yet they had no problem taking their full payment in advance. Reception area woodwork frame looks dirty and needs dusting. Bags of horrid rubbish by the entrance to the accommodation. Seriously regretting booking and as paid in advance we have no choice but to stay as it states no cancellation. Clearly, once they have your money everything goes downhill. We have not seen the room yet but are not hopeful. This is our final stay in Bali and was supposed to be the best, unlikely now. Avoid if you want a welcome friendly stress free check in where they do not question your reservations and their systems are smart enough to see all bookings associated with a lead guest booking. Avoid if like us you don't wish to see bags of hotel rubbish by the main entrance gates inside the resort. This is a two star at best.

Very nice, clean and conveniently located resort. The restaurant food was very good, the staff was great. The resort was very nice and the villa itself was beautiful. The villa had everything, a comfortable and clean bedroom/living room, a nice room outdoor kitchen and dining room, a huge luxurious bathroom, and finally a big clean pool. Another great thing about the villa was that it was very private. Highly recommend this resort.

Absolutely loved our recent stay in Lumbini Villas in Jimbaran. We got a free upgrade to a suite pool villa. The suite was perfect for our family of three. The private villa was spotless and the grounds were beautiful. Nice touch with the free bicycles to cycle within the grounds. Room service was very prompt and we enjoyed the privacy of the villa for the last few days of our holiday in Bali. Free shuttle bus to and from the beach restaurant they have, where we enjoyed fresh fish while watching the spectacular sunset. Reception was helpful by giving us a free late check out, due to our evening flight. Totally recommend these villas if you fancy a bit of luxury on your trip.

Lumbini is a little paradise in the noisy center of Jimbaran. The villa was lovely. The private pool was very relaxing and refreshing. The facilities of the resort were fantastic such as bikes to easily move around property, the pools and nice restaurants especially the one with breakfast. The staff was also great. Do not hesitate to book here your stay, it is really worth it!
Justyna Ż — Google review
The resort is designed beautifully and maintained quite well. The staff enhance the stay and are very helpful and polite. The breakfast spread could have been better.

Wonderful place. I recommend it for everyone. Near main street (good and fast communitation) but after enter there is nice and quiet. Rooms are big and equipped - bed, wardobe, table, sofa and tv. Personal swimming pool is amazing (7 x 3,5 m). Outdoor bathroom and kitchen are very comfortable. Breakfasts are very tasty. Personel is nice and helpful. The beach is just a couple minutes walk away. Love this place and time spend there.
Paweł K — Google review
Very close to the airport. Close to convenient stores. Rooms need a bit of renovation. Staff Very helpful and polite and will do their 110% efforts to ensure you have a good time in the resort. Breakfast - not many choices for vegetarian food.

Villa
Nestled in the serene surroundings of Jimbaran, The Jimbaran Villa by iNi Vie Hospitality is a dreamy escape perfect for couples seeking romance. Just a short 15-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport and close to stunning natural attractions like Segara Beach, this villa offers an idyllic setting. Guests rave about the exceptional service and luxurious amenities, including a private pool complete with a swing, a rooftop terrace for sunset views, and modern conveniences like Netflix access and Bluetooth speakers.
This was exactly as the photographs describe, the bed was incredibly comfy, the staff wonderful. The large bath and amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not the best, they did us takeout boxes most days as we was busy. We came for our honeymoon and highly recommend. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would visit again. When booking to go to Bali be aware it is a developing country so the roads aren’t perfectly lit. This venue is a 15 minute walk to the beach and the roads need some repairing it’s quite dark too. It didn’t affect us at all but just some of the other reviews that mention this.

Our stay at The Jimbaran Villa, booked via Luxury Escapes, was deeply disappointing and did not reflect the promises made during the booking process — especially given the importance of the occasion: our wedding. Upon arrival, we faced a delayed check-in of over 30 minutes despite arriving after the official check-in time. Service throughout the stay was consistently poor: we were even woken up at midnight for a question about breakfast preferences that had already been discussed earlier. The quality of breakfast was below any reasonable 5-star expectation — often incorrect and poorly prepared. The most serious failure occurred the night before our wedding, when a power outage left us without electricity and water until well past midday. Unlike neighboring properties, The Jimbaran Villa had no functioning backup generator. As a result, we were unable to shower, use basic facilities, or properly prepare for our wedding day — an impact that cannot be overstated. Only by early afternoon did the property suggest relocating us to a different hotel — far too late to be a practical solution. While the local management offered a "compensatory dinner," it turned out to be the same basic breakfast menu, repackaged — hardly an appropriate or sincere gesture. Following our complaints, we contacted Luxury Escapes directly, expecting more support given their branding as a platform offering "hand-picked, premium experiences." Unfortunately, their response was disappointing. Despite fully acknowledging the situation, they refused any meaningful compensation because the villa declined responsibility. Instead, they offered a £50 promo code — a token gesture that felt impersonal, generic, and inadequate considering the significant emotional and financial impact this stay had on such an important occasion. Overall, The Jimbaran Villa is not a property that can be relied upon for major life events — it lacks basic infrastructure and service standards. Equally, Luxury Escapes' response — passing responsibility to the property without advocating for the customer — raises serious questions about their advertised "luxury" guarantee. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime memory for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, it became memorable for all the wrong ones.

Dear Jimbaran team, I would like to sincerely thank you for a truly wonderful stay. From the warm hospitality to the excellent service and comfortable rooms, everything was beyond my expectations. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made my time here especially enjoyable. The atmosphere and amenities created the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable experience. I like how a private Whatsapp group was created among staff and guest for easy access to any request or enquiries. The floating breakfast experience was amazing too. I am grateful for such a delightful stay and will happily recommend to friends and family. I look forward to returning in the future. Regards, Ivan

The photos look good, the reality is different. The place doesn’t even have a driveway. Looks like abandoned place, with no any facilities. On the map it looks close to the beach, however there is no access to it …. Be careful, you might get attacked by wild dogs too … place was dirty, someone could easily jump on the terrace and enter your room … dirty pool …. Unusable …. Room not ready when we arrived although way pass check in …. Air con not turned on so just imagine the air when we walked in … Not even a glasses for a water, breakfast was terrible… stale bread, blant food …. Didn’t eat as who knows where it was made … I’m very dissatisfied that Luxury Escapes would put their name as recommending this property. After one night there, I decided to find another place so my holidays is not ruined ….

Location - located on a small road which is quite deep in. No amenities around Service - staff lacks hospitality Rooms : Like - I like the water dispenser, saves the trouble of buying water. Proper segregation of living hall and bedroom, with tv equipped in both areas. Dislike - all preparation to the villa not checked. There is a cooking stove but it was not prepared prior to check in. Lack of pool towels. The steps to the rooftop were extremely steep. Every single time I have to call the counter staff to come in and do something. The villa gets extremely hot and stuffy due to weak air con. Breakfast choice was limited and not fantastic. Overall not recommended

Hotel
Nestled in the charming fishing village of Jimbaran, Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa offers luxurious villas with private outdoor pools and 24/7 butler service. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and upscale dining experiences. The villas feature kitchenettes with espresso coffee makers, and guests are welcomed with a cocktail or mocktail upon arrival. Additional perks include daily massages, afternoon tea, restocked minibars, fruit baskets, and airport transfers.
My wife and I stayed at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate for 14 nights and we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. We took advantage of the Luxury Escapes package and were impressed with the value it presented. The villa was beautiful, peaceful and manicured and the staff were spectacular from the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we were dropped off to fly home. The 24 hour Butler Service was always delightful and nothing was "too much" and I believe all the staff were simply delightful and genuinely wanted to help in any way they could. The Kayumanis Resto service and food were flawless, we did not have one disappointing meal. The menu was inventive and had something for all palates. This was our 2nd Kayumanis experience and we will definitely be having a third in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would. The staff are absolutely lovely and we felt so well looked after. Genuine hospitality and my daughter said she was so sad to leave as the staff made her feel so comfortable in her first experience in Asia. The restaurant is amazing quality and we were so well fed! The breakfasts were so great, missed them once we moved to our next location. Loved the afternoon tea, refilled fruit tray, restocked mini bar and hubby loved the daily beers. The floating breakfast was top notch. We were sad to leave the lovely people who work there, they really do go the extra mile. Huge, well maintained grounds. Just lovely. Great, full sized villas. Super clean and they did an amazing job with the turndown service each evening. The only negative, and this is not the resorts fault- is the location. The beach is an environmental disaster, sadly covered in rubbish. It appears this is a problem in the wet and shoulder season. Totally out of the resorts control but it’s worth knowing this in advance so you are prepared for this. Otherwise the resort is a great place for a holiday. I loved the privacy and the little attention to details. It was so quiet, only thing you can hear is geckos & insects in the morning. That is awesome. If you can get a package through luxury escapes, do it, as I think it’s great value and comes with loads of little extras. It would be a nice place for a honeymoon, especially if you wanted to hang out in the villa and be pampered. Thanks for the lovely stay team.

We loved all aspects of our stay at Kayumanis Resort. The massages were wonderful as was the BBQ special dinner in our Villa. Oh yes, and the bucket of beers and canapés topped of our daily routine!! Loved everything! Thank you Kayumanis Resort… we will return!

Choosing to stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran once again felt not just like returning to a five-star resort, but like coming home. Everything familiar and wonderful was still there, waiting for us just as we remembered. From the moment we stepped into the property, Ima and Mertada made the check-in process seamless and pleasant with their attentive and professional service. Although afternoon tea time had already passed, they still thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy coffee and delicate sweets in the comfort of our villa—an incredibly kind gesture. Dek Mas, the restaurant manager, has deep knowledge of Balinese cuisine and generously shared with us the inspirations behind many of the dishes. The team’s passion for food truly shines through in every unique and flavorful creation. Nia, the lovely server we met during our last stay, was just as sweet and thoughtful as before. With her fluent English, she guided us through the menu and made our dinner all the more delicious and enjoyable. We absolutely adore everything about Kayumanis Jimbaran—especially the elegant and minimalist design, enhanced by thoughtfully displayed art pieces that give the space the feel of a private gallery. Even when a minor issue arose during our stay, Mertada and the lady at the front desk handled it promptly and efficiently, ensuring our experience remained perfect and undisturbed. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for providing us with such a beautiful and memorable stay. Without a doubt, we’ll return to Kayumanis Jimbaran on our next trip to Bali.✨

What a gorgeous place. Beautiful, massive villas with massive pools, beautifully landscaped, all very well kept. Service fantastic throughout, food fantastic throughout - the restaurant is terrific as is room service and the afternoon teas. This is paradise, I wish we had stayed longer (and we extended our stay by a couple of nights!). There's an elegant simplicity to the place - it doesn't need to shout with flashiness and excessive interior finishes as it is all well kept, well built and classic. The lot utilisation of the villas is really wonderful, spatially the villas our group stayed in were all really well organised and had great indoor to outdoor flow. The decor was consistent through all the villas we stayed in but had nice subtle variations. There is a serenity to the estate that is difficult to describe but wonderful to experience. The spa and massages were also top quality, fantastic. I feel bad saying the following very small nitpicks: - please have adequate quantity of sunbeds, lounge chairs and parasols for the larger villas with several people. We asked and service provided so not really an issue but worth doing it right the first time. - power points by the beds - in our first villa we didn't have any and had to unplug lamps etc. Again this is minor but hopefully management can solve. And that's it. Other than those nitpicks, this is paradise and in our group's view great value especially when one compares to the big hotel brands. It is a real boon to go to this hotel with it's spaciousness and massive pools etc, as, I'm sorry, but Jimbaran beach was awful when we visited - so filthy. To be clear this has nothing to do with Kayumanis but in fact I make this point as it makes Kayumanis an even stronger proposition than perhaps going for a Jimbaran beach property / hotel. In my view there is no point in shelling out a premium for the Belmond for instance (which our group originally intended to do) which has much smaller villas and is on the yucky beach. If you really must visit the beach, perhaps for the sunset, then it is only a two minute stroll away. So, I heartily recommend this paradise. Thanks to the Kayumanis team for providing such a fantastic experience.

Stunning rustic villas with private pool. The service was fantastic. They catered for every need and made such an effort beyond expectations. Perfect for those looking for a secluded and private holiday experience.

We took advance of the 7 night luxury escapes package and had the most wonderful time at kayamanis! From the moment we were picked up at the airport , we realised what a great decision we had made. The villas are beautiful- very big and elegantly appointed. The pool and garden area is wonderfully maintained - the pool is big enough to do laps in. The service at kayaminis is amongst the best we have ever had . A special thank you to Mertada and the wonderful staff - nothing was too much trouble. And then there’s the food ! Breakfast in the restaurant or in your villa - so many delicious choices ! Lunch and dinner also wonderful ! And then theres the minibar which is stocked daily with 4 nonalcoholic drinks and the beer bucket and canapés that arrived every afternoon!! All in all, a wonderful chance to have a fabulous rest in a beautiful setting with wonderful personal service. This is our second stay at Kayamanis and we will definitely be back. Terema kasi kayamanis !

Staff are all friendly and service orientated, A big thank you to Samuel the rooms manager who went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember even remembering from previous stays what we preferred. AYANA Resort Bali is an upscale oceanfront retreat offering elegant rooms, suites, and villas. The resort features 9 restaurants, 4 pools, and access to luxurious amenities. Set on 90 hectares of cliff-top tropical garden above Jimbaran Bay, the resort offers stunning seaside ocean views. Guests can enjoy internationally renowned Rock Bar and spa services.
Our stay at Rimba by Ayana in Jimbaran was amazing! The resort is huge — we had to use the buggy to get around, which was quite fun. The rooms were large, clean, and spacious. As Muslims, we were initially worried about halal food options, but we were happy to find a small warong just outside the hotel that sells delicious halal food. We were able to takeaway and enjoy our meals in the room. GrabFood delivery is also available, though it might take a while since the area is a bit far from the main road. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful — from the reception, restaurants, to room service. A special shoutout to Rendy, Angga, and Wahyu for keeping our room spotless, arranging our things so neatly, and even offering turndown service. They made us a note on our stay with towel decoration and we truly appreciate their kindness and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend this hotel! 🌿✨

It’s always the small things that makes your stay special and Ayana is always on top of their game! From the moment we entered, the staff made us feel very comfortable and are pleasantly courteous. Sastra the concierge at the time, truly a gentleman who patiently explained all the amenities and facilities and a something special waiting for us in our room. This is a brilliant resort!

Amazing resort and amazing rooms. I got the ocean view room in Ayana Resort and it was beautiful. There’s also so much do around the resort with so many different pools and restaurants. Service is fantastic, they are so accommodating. My only suggestion for them would be to clean out the showers between each guest.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Etania, who gave me a personal tour of my room — she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — thank you for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Ayana is an experience to remember! This was my first time at Ayana and I loved it. My friend and I made sure that we covered as much of the property as we could - SAKA Museum, Kubu beach (and 197 stairs one way), Resort, Rimba and Sagara (didn't visit Villas), Kampoeng Bali and the cultural night, Rock Bar and the famous Jimbaran sunset, River Pool Photoshoot, and what not! We had the ocean view room at the resort and it was pleasant to relax in the balcony. The room was fantastic - a balanced mix of traditional architecture and modernity. Service, everywhere, was top-notch! The cultural night we attended in Kampoeng was spectacular - talented performers kept us hooked on for hours! Rock Bar is so full of good vibes! We loved our time there very much. DJs were very good - perfect music for a groovy night but with seated conversation as priority! Drinks are excellent 👌🏼 Saka Museum offers a lot - really ancient artefacts, experiences that both adults and children enjoy and every floor has a small movie room/tent. We watched the movie on the top floor and the effect was very unique - the movie played from all sides so you'd feel like you're floating or moving with the scenes while you're actually lying on a beanbag and watching it! It was cool and kids will love it! Don't forget to check the Balinese birth calendar to find out what kind of a person you are 😆 Every staff we spoke to on various occasions was very courteous, sweet and helpful. And again, the property is massive and offers so many different experiences that you'd need a long stay here to take it all in! I loved my stay and looking forward to next time! Only con for me: The food was average, no wow-moment here . I expected it to overwhelm me but it didn't. I am yet to try some of the other restaurants - maybe I'll be surprised 😊 Who knows?! Cheers!

I’ve never been to a place this incredible. The service is flawless and every single staff member goes above and beyond. They treat you with so much genuine care, it’s honestly amazing. The property itself feels out of this world. I can’t wait to come back.

⭐️ Stunning location & beautiful grounds ⭐️ Private, peaceful Kubu Beach ⭐️ Infinity pool with ocean views ❌ Poor concierge communication ❌ Ineffective handling of noise complaints ❌ Disappointing food in all restaurants ❌ Uninformed service at the Rock Bar ❌ Crowded, stressful breakfast experience AYANA Resort is undeniably beautiful, set in a stunning location with lush tropical gardens and ocean views. The Kubu Beach is a hidden gem – calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and the overall resort grounds are wonderfully maintained. However, our experience was far from perfect. The concierge service was a major disappointment. We were misinformed multiple times, especially regarding airport transfers, which led to unnecessary stress and last-minute complications. Additionally, we had issues with noise from the room above us, and although we reported it, the response from staff was slow and ineffective. Sadly, the food quality was extremely poor across all the restaurants we tried within the resort. After traveling around Bali for 2 weeks and enjoying amazing cuisine, we were shocked by how bland, oily, and uninspired the dishes were here. At the Rock Bar, our server had no idea about the cocktails on the menu and couldn’t offer any recommendations – quite surprising for such a high-profile venue. Lastly, breakfast was chaotic. Unless you arrive before 8:00 AM, expect long lines, noise, and a rushed experience – not what you would hope for in a 5-star resort. AYANA has incredible potential and beautiful facilities, but sadly, the overall service and food fell well short of expectations.

Amazing stay at AYANA resort this October. Exceptionally clean and maintained resort with the most lovely and attentive staff, including Juni (from Dava), Erma (Housekeeping) and Tia (the Spa) 🌟. Would absolutely recommend to friends and would love to come back. 💗 Favourite spots were the ocean beach pool, Kubu beach and Dava restaurant which has an awesome live acoustic guitarist in the evenings! Thank you AYANA!

The Leaf Jimbaran is a pet-friendly villa located in the heart of Jimbaran Bay. The views from the villa are stunning and guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, fishing and surfing.
We had a truly wonderful time at The Leaf Jimbaran. The best part of our stay was the incredibly warm and friendly staff — they went above and beyond to make us feel special. A highlight was during the buffet breakfast when they surprised me with a birthday treat and sang happy birthday — such a thoughtful gesture that made the day extra memorable! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service throughout our stay was excellent; everyone was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely recommend The Leaf Jimbaran to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay in Bali. Can’t wait to come back!

My experience at the hotel was seriously terrible: 1. We arrived at 12:30 PM to drop off our luggage, but since check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, we went for a walk. When we returned at around 2:50 PM, the front desk staff told us to wait until exactly 3 PM to check in. There was no flexibility. 2. Once in the room, the staff promptly delivered our luggage, but they brought the wrong pieces. How careless is that? What if our luggage had gone missing or been sent to someone else? 3. The room Wi-Fi was completely unusable, and the TV’s YouTube wouldn’t connect. After notifying the front desk and waiting 10 minutes for help, we had to leave for our next appointment, telling them we’d return to address the Wi-Fi issue. 4. When we got back to the hotel around 10 PM, the front desk informed us that the Wi-Fi issue had been fixed. We appreciated their effort, but upon returning to our room, we found the Wi-Fi was still not working. The staff insisted there was no problem because they had fixed it. 5. We tried to prepare for a shower, but there was no hot water. This was unacceptable. 6. I called the front desk wanting to change room, but the staff insisted we have to wait for maintenance and told us to stay calm. I insisted on a room change due to the ongoing Wi-Fi and hot water issues, but they refused, saying we needed valid reasons and evidence. I don’t understand why they kept telling me I didn’t have strong evidence and made me wait. 7. When the maintenance staff finally arrived, they initially thought we didn’t know how to use the faucet, but soon realized it was a hotel issue—the hot water system on the roof had been turned off. 8. The front desk staff’s handling of the situation was problematic. We eventually spoke to a manager who was much more understanding and willing to listen to our concerns. 9. After all this, on our check-out day, we were in a rush to get to the airport. The staff inspected our room and asked where the TV remote was. We told them it was on the shelf, and they found it quickly. This made us worry that we had misplaced it. Shouldn’t they check thoroughly before asking guests? And shouldn’t they apologize when they finally locate it? Aside from the fact that they prepared takeaway breakfast for us when they knew we had an early departure to the airport, my overall experience at the hotel was very disappointing. From the lack of flexibility during check-in to the ongoing issues with Wi-Fi and hot water, the service did not meet expectations. Although the manager was more understanding, the overall handling of the situation was disappointing.

A lovely villa with its own pool and outside kitchen garden area. Staff are really nice. The only downside if I was to find fault is its location is a little out on its own away from any major arterial routes roads. But there’s a great scooter hire place right opposite lol

Amazing oil massage here by Moni and Suleki! Especially upper body massage was so amazing, there is even a face and head massage at the end that really makes you fall asleep, next time we’re here we’re definitely getting this again! Facilities clean and staff very friendly, also very easy to make a reservation through WhatsApp:)

We had a wonderful time at the luxury villa ! The bedroom was very spacious and beautifully it was incredibly quiet both during the day and at night, which made it easy to fully relax. The pool was also large enough, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. ✨ The service was always very attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Three people made our stay especially memorable: Isma, the manager, who was always there for us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, Nick from housekeeping, who was always kind, cheerful, and considerate. He cleaned the room quickly and thoroughly every time and last but not least, Eben the gardener, who constantly brought good vibes and always had a smile on his face. Thank you for everything we’ll definitely come back! 🙏🏼

Lovely hotel but not a 5*. The location of the hotel is a disappointment as it is not a walkable way to the beach or any centre with restaurants or animations. The last section of the road leading to the hotel is not made of good concrete and is full of potholes. There are a lot of mosquitoes in all the hotel areas. The villa is nice and spacious with a big private pool (full of bugs). The whole bathroom is outdoor (no privacy between us). The design is a particular choice as the dresser is for example with the outdoor bathroom, so not ideal to store the clothes or the skincare products and keep them at cool temperatures and dry… Meanwhile the room is super spacious but not with a lot of storage possibilities. The main pool was better to hang out at. Although the jacuzzi was not working. The breakfast was various but nothing special (industrial food). They didn’t have in stock gluten free bread although I asked by email in advance. The SPA was really nice. The staff was lovely and competent. Jimbaran is a nice beach to learn to surf and eat seafood at night, but that’s it. No real animations or walkable area to enjoy the evening. The staff was really lovely and helpful. Overall, the standards of a 5* were not met but it was a nice stay. I would advise to stay at the Nusa Dua area, with direct access to the beach to relax at the end of a Bali trip for example.

Good hotel. A little overpriced i guess. Experience with room service was not very good (they were quite slow). On few occasions we had difficulty booking a cab to this hotel but its well connected to the airport which is good.

I stayed at The Leaf Jimbaran with my wife, kid, both in-laws, and my brother, booking a two-bedroom villa. The villa offers a private pool and open-space layout per unit, giving a strong impression of privacy, comfort, and tranquility. Breakfast isn't buffet-style but à la carte, likely due to lower occupancy and tailored service. There are two pools—one public and one private—but we mostly enjoyed our time at the private pool. However, there were no visible kids' activities, and the gym facilities were very limited. One of the AC units in our room didn’t work properly and required multiple visits from hotel technicians. Also, the road access leading to the villa is quite badly damaged, so driving carefully is highly recommended if you're bringing your own car.

AYANA Villas Bali offers elegant villas with private plunge pools and stunning ocean views, located on the sun setting coastline of Jimbaran. Part of the award-winning AYANA Resort, these 5-star luxury villas cater to couples and families. Guests can enjoy fine dining options, rejuvenating spa treatments, and various facilities including multiple pools. The butler service is exceptional, providing attentive hospitality throughout the stay.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ayana Resort in Bali, starting at Rimba and being upgraded to a stunning Ayana Villa. The villa itself was exceptional – spacious, beautifully designed, and with top-notch amenities. The dedicated villa restaurant and pools offered a serene, luxurious experience. What truly impressed us was the sheer variety of offerings across all three hotels on the resort. Despite some rainy days, there was always something to do, even with family. The staff was remarkably attentive, remembering personal preferences and ensuring everything was perfect. The food and drinks were consistently excellent, with diverse options to suit every preference (like rock bar & kubu beach). Even minor hiccups like electricity issues and voucher concerns were handled proactively and professionally, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay flawless. An outstanding experience that truly exceeded expectations!

AYANA Villas is in a class of its own — the most exclusive tier within the vast AYANA Estate, where every detail whispers luxury and privacy 🌿✨ Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped area inspired by Bali’s subak rice terrace style, the villas feel like their own serene world. Each one comes with its own private pool, and the setting is just breathtaking — it’s no surprise that rates here can be double or even triple the other resorts in the estate. It’s that level of indulgence. One of the biggest highlights? The River Pool — a cascading, jungle-framed dream that’s only open to the public for photos early in the morning (until 9 or 10AM, if you’re lucky). After that, the gates close, the trams stop running, and it becomes a private sanctuary exclusively for AYANA Villas guests. No crowds, no interruptions — just you and the view 💧🌴 And the service? Beyond. Villas guests enjoy VIP treatment with buggy service everywhere, skipping the estate-wide tram system. It's seamless, private, and so elegant — truly the top luxury tier of the AYANA experience. If you’re after a tranquil, ultra-luxury Bali escape where you can fully disconnect, AYANA Villas is exactly where you want to be.

This hotel is cashless, which I was disappointed to learn about as we had cash we wanted to use before our departure. I like being able to use cash and the fact that this hotel is cashless makes me reluctant to want to come back. Separately, as a mega resort, you do have to take a buggy to get to places and this can become a bit cumbersome having to call and wait 10-15 minutes for buggy each time. On the plus side, the villas are nice, feel fairly new, and are very spacious. Additionally, there are lots of good food options on the property as well.

BEST RESORT IN BALI!! We had the most incredible stay at Ayana Villas Bali, and I have to begin by praising our two main villa butlers, Gus and Eddie. They truly stood out as the best service professionals we’ve ever encountered in our lives. They were attentive, thoughtful, and catered to our every need with such grace. Because of them, our entire stay was seamless, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. They are both amazing human beings who deserve all the success and goodness this world has to offer. We stayed from mid to late June and returned as repeat visitors. This visit reminded us exactly why we came back; it was even better than we remembered. The warmth, kindness, and respect from everyone on the resort truly makes Ayana what it is. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, gracious, and committed to making each guest feel welcomed and valued. We stayed in an Oceanfront Villa, which was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with top-notch amenities, a private pool, and the most breathtaking view of the ocean right in front of us. Every detail felt luxurious. The resort itself is gorgeous, with so many pools to explore and incredible dining experiences throughout. We especially loved every single meal we had, the food was always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented The in-room dining service was prompt and efficient, and any request made through the app was responded to within seconds. Having personal villa butlers truly elevates the experience as they organised everything for us, from restaurant bookings to spa appointments and activities. Before we even arrived, we had sent a list of what we wanted to do, and everybody had everything ready and confirmed for us. Their flexibility and attention to detail made our stay so easy and relaxing. We also did a cooking class during our stay, which was so much fun and very memorable. The spa was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever experienced. The best massages and masseuses! From the airport pick-up to the warm welcome at the villa lobby and being escorted to our room, every step of the experience was flawless. Ayana Villas has something for everyone, and you honestly don’t even feel the need to leave the resort. If I had the luxury of working remotely, I would spend a week there every month. It is, in my opinion, the best place to stay in Bali. We will absolutely be back.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation at AYANA. This time we chose to stay in one of the Villas, but we still had access to all the facilities across the entire property. It was incredible to explore the four different areas within the AYANA estate, each with its own unique vibe. We loved the classic vacation feel of the main Resort, the pure comfort of the Villas, the peacefulness of Segara, and the fun, lively atmosphere of RIMBA. One of the best parts was the Green Camp, which gave our kids a fantastic opportunity to experience the local culture and nature. It also meant my husband and I could get a little downtime to relax by ourselves! The two kids' pools were a huge hit with our children. The one at AYANA Resort is perfect for kids under 8, while the pool at RIMBA is great for older kids, maybe up to age 10. Both have their own Kids Club right there, which is super convenient. You absolutely have to go down to Kubu Beach. Grabbing a cocktail there while watching the sunset is the perfect way to end the day. And the food! There are something like 20 different places to eat and drink, from all-day dining spots to cool bars. You can find anything you're craving – Western, Asian, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, you name it. I also have to give a special shout-out to the Rock Bar. It's a must-do experience at least once. Honestly, AYANA is definitely the top choice for a Bali vacation.

Nestled in the heart of Bali, Gending Kedis Luxury Villas & Spa Estate offers a serene escape with its elegant villas featuring private pools. This tropical resort is just a short distance from Jimbaran Bay and boasts open-air dining options alongside a rejuvenating spa. Guests can indulge in complimentary Wi-Fi, welcome drinks, and gym access while enjoying spacious accommodations that cater to families or groups. The attentive staff ensures every need is met, from booking scooters to delivering delicious meals right to your villa.
The customer service here is wonderful. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our room was phenomenal. We stayed in Prinia 1 which had a private pool that overlooked the forest and our entire space was completely peaceful and private. The location is great if you want to explore different areas around Bali. I would recommend downloading the Grab App (Uber) and getting a Grab car out to Uluwatu, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Thank you so much to the staff at Gending Kedis we loved our time there!

This hotel requires a non-refundable one-night deposit in order to confirm a reservation. However, travel booking sites such as Hotels.com list the property as “Fully Refundable,” without mentioning this condition. The deposit requirement is communicated only by email, where the “non-refundable” nature is stated in a way that is not clearly visible. When a cancellation is made, the deposit is not refunded. If your travel or business schedule is subject to change, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other hotels in Bali that allow cancellations up until shortly before arrival and offer payment upon check-in, which would be a much safer choice.

nice location, quiet. Villa are nice size wise but the food is very very average, there is no way this is a 5 star hotel. The croissant and bread are stale and processed, same for jam. this isn't juice either its diluted concentrate, again if it was a real 5 star that wouldn't happen. the room design is ugly, that attempt of modern old mix is not great because the quality isnt there Had a room where the aircon was on the bed frame so didn't receive any fresh air, had to re arrange my room to get some air. door are very hard and get stuck mid opening. there is space between the door and the floor so all the aircon air gets out meaning you gotta set the aircon to very high fan speed to have some air. Bathroom tap is either too little water or too much, goes everywhere on the floor because its not enough centered with the sink. Shower is small and the water is tiny little line of water so it feels like showering with air and the top shower the water goes everywhere exept in the shower. Staff is nice and friendly

Disappointing Experience at the Villa I recently stayed at this villa and was very disappointed with my experience. Firstly, Upon arrival, I noticed dust and spider web in various corners , the cleanliness was not up to standard. The bathtub was old and had a yellowish tint, which was quite off-putting and the bathrooms were not properly sanitized. For the housekeeping , I repeatedly requested that house only have to clean up the trash and not make the beds. They always responded with a "YES," but this request was never honored. It felt frustrating to have my simple request ignored. Also their staff were unable to address basic guests needs effectively. I attempted to reach out customer service in the late night for urgent help , but no one answered the phone, which was quite frustrating Even tho we didn’t use much of the kitchen, but I found the kettle was broken and never been replaced, and the water dispenser bottle felt very dirty and seems not replaced. Also, the lounge chairs by the pool had fleas, which made it uncomfortable to use them. Overall , this villa was much older and more worn than the photos suggested! *****This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating!!!!!!!!! I expected a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, this villa did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend it to others seeking a pleasant stay.

What an amazing experience at Gending. The one bedroom villa was perfect for us (couple on honeymoon). They leave you cookies as a welcome gift. So clean, room service would come every day without fail. Amazing pool. Very comfortable. Breakfast with 4 different options. Restaurant till 11pm and room service till 10pm with very nice food, I recommend Indonesian options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with them. Close to many cool places. They help you rent a bike if you want that option as well. 100% recommend.

Room itself was spacious and nice at a very scenic location. Our room’s amenities were old and not maintained - bathroom sinks didn’t work for example. Room service was helpful mostly, but it was slow and once we didn’t get what we requested at all. Location was amazing. It’s central, has jungles nearby and very peaceful.

This place is incredible! Staff is super accommodating and friendly at all times. Villa is spacious, bed is super comfortable and private pool is super nice! Place is quiet, full of natural suroundings. Cleaning is done on daily basis. They even brought cake for my husband (without telling them it's his Birthday). You feel like a part of family here. Definitely worth staying here :)) And location is the best to explore everything around since its close to everything.

The property features villas with dining areas, stovetops, and private entrances. Guests can enjoy open living and dining areas along with access to a garden, hot tub, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Kubu GWK Resort. My booking was fully confirmed through Agoda, yet shortly before my stay the hotel suddenly messaged me saying they couldn’t accommodate my reservation because they were “fully booked due to a system error.” This is completely unacceptable and shows zero professionalism or respect for guests. I had already arranged my travel plans, only to be left without a place to stay and told to either cancel or reschedule — with no effort from the hotel to help find a solution. Such irresponsible management and poor communication should never happen to paying customers. I strongly advise avoiding this property at all costs.

We stayed here for a very long time (2 weeks) and everything was good: always cleaning in time, pretty quiet place, clean swimming pool, AC working well, not enough hot water for a bath sometimes though. Roads around are pretty busy, can’t be hard to travel by bike or car. Stuff was very very friendly, always ready to help! We loved the place very much
Evgeniia — Google review
RESPONSE TO THE HOTEL RESPONSE: It’s crazy that you have to lie instead of acknowledging your mistake. There were no letter in our room. You even came with me to the room to check with your own eyes so please don’t lie. You are not honest. The room we got looked nothing like the photos. It was old, the bathroom was worn down, and basic things were missing — no towels, no utensils, no kitchen tools. We had to ask for everything. Then the room smelled awful (probably from the AC), and the fridge made loud noises all night, waking us up. When I tried to explain this to the manager, he didn’t listen and just said, “I’ll upgrade you.” We were moved to a different hotel, not even in the same place. It was nicer, but didn’t have the kitchen we needed for Nyepi Day (Bali’s day of silence). The manager said we could use the hotel’s kitchen. When we went to cook, the kitchen was filthy. Staff apologized and cleaned it, but we had to clean it again ourselves before using it. We cooked lunch, cleaned everything, then came back at 8pm to cook dinner — and the kitchen was a total mess again. On top of that, the staff had taken our vegetables. Not cool when everything is closed on Nyepi. We cleaned for 30 mins, started cooking, and then the manager called yelling at us, accusing us of “disrespecting Nyepi” and threatening that the police would come. He didn’t let me speak. After yelling for 5 minutes, he suddenly said, “OK no problem,” and hung up. It was very stressful. The next day I tried to calmly explain how upsetting it was. He blew up again, saying we had no respect. He claimed there was a letter in our room saying the kitchen closed at 7pm — there wasn’t. He printed one in front of me to pretend it existed. When I showed him photos of the dirty kitchen, he refused to look. This manager is aggressive, dishonest, and has no place in hospitality. Worst hotel experience we’ve had in Bali. Don’t stay here.

First stop for us in Bali and it has been a very nice experience. Quite and relaxing place in a strategic point of you want to visit uluwatu. Recommend if you want to relax. The staff is very kind and polite.
Alessandro F — Google review
We booked this hotel the night before departure, but it was a disappointing experience due to the hotel’s poor condition. First, the hotel lacks a proper reception area and lobby. The space for unloading luggage is very limited, located on a narrow road. That wasn’t the worst part. Upon settling into our room around 8 PM, we were shocked to discover there was no water supply in the shower or basin. When we contacted reception, we were told the water would start flowing after leaving the tap on for 10 minutes. In reality, it took over 15 minutes for the first flow of water. The water pressure was weak, and it wasn’t even lukewarm. We requested a room change but were informed that the water situation was the same in every room. This was far from the standard we expected, especially from a hotel rated 4 stars and located near the city center. I’ve never encountered such issues at hotels in Bali throughout my stay , even in remote or island areas. Additional issues we faced: - The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle—hardly ideal for couples. - The bedsheets had stains. - The floor was mouldy with old, damaged tiles. - The walls were stained. - Green lighting on the ceiling leaving a spooky atmosphere. - The washroom also had old, outdated tiles. The only positive note was the hotel’s proximity to the airport, just a 15–20 minute drive. Other than this, I would strongly advise caution before booking this hotel.

Temple Hill Residence Villa offers stylish 2- to 4-bedroom villas with private pools and tropical gardens, providing a serene oasis just a short walk from the tranquil beach of Jimbaran. The elevated location presents stunning sea views, where guests can immerse themselves in maximum privacy and pre-booked experiences. Each spacious villa features large private pools, sun loungers, and modern minimalist design with a touch of tropical flair.
We stayed at Temple Hill Residence for 5 nights for the beginning of our family Bali holiday. We LOVED every part of the stay! All the staff were so lovely, kind and attentive. They made us a delicious breakfast of choice every morning. Having breakfast on the fully set table at 7am every morning was such a treat!!! Especially having little kids with us. I was celebrating my 40th birthday so had the temple hill BBQ one night - WOW!!! The freshly cooked food was delicious, the setting was stunning and again staff service was amazing. We also had massages at the villa - to die for. My mum and aunty stayed in an adjacent 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely luxurious! The restaurants and shops across the road made the location so convenient, there was also nightly cultural dance and music shows for free! We all loved everything about Temple Hill and would go back there in a heartbeat.

The villa was FULL of worms!! Even inside the rooms and the bathrooms, it was disgusting. There was even an employee staying inside the villa all the time, so there was no privacy. The swimming pool was big, nice and clean. The villa location was relatively good.

We live in the villa soma for 3 days and it’s a wonderful place for a family! The no border pool have a direct sun set view. A big dinning room in the 2nd floor with a big sea view patio. A small living in the 3rd floor for the late night party. Note that there is a public beach about 10 minutes walk away and the sand is so soft! There are 3 staffs working full time to take care of the whole villa and anything we need they just provide it by their best! I would definitely recommend this place for those who travel in a close group!

A beautiful villa with incredibly friendly staff. We were upgraded on arrival from a 2 bedroom villa to a 3 bedroom villa which was really lovely. Cold towel, Bali welcome cake and fresh juice on arrival - all very good. The pool was amazing, so big and with two inflatable pool rings to play with. The hotel has a free shuttle service to take you down to Jimbaran beach. The hotel staff arranged for an in villa massage, the two therapists turned up 30 minutes later and did a really great job. The in-villa breakfast was great, with staff coming to cook your selections in front of you. Would absolutely stay again and will recommend friends and family to do the same.

The staff are polite to the extreme, nothing was too much trouble for them. A quiet location within 20-30 minutes from the airport and within 45-60 minutes to Seminyak and Kuta - traffic dependent.

Absolute incredible villa. This was the culmination of out trip to bali and we definitely left the best until last. The Kawan Jimbaran - Private Villa offers luxurious suites and villas, some featuring private pools and ocean views, along with personalized butler service. The interconnected 2-bedroom villas boast modern Balinese decor, full kitchen facilities, and a beautiful outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy amenities such as flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and master bathrooms with bathtubs.
We spent a week here with our two young children. The service was great, breakfast was delivered every morning, and the villa and pools are lovely. The location feels a bit further out but we had no issues using grab and Gojek to get around. If you’re planning on using a motorbike to get around it’s super easy. Staff were really helpful with anything we needed 😊

Friendly staff and would be beautiful if they could give this place some love. Very bad location, a lot of taxis don't even wanna come here. Unfortunately we had ants in our beds, furnitures, towels, lizards in the room. The place should have at least one female worked and the reception needs to look more professional. I would not recommend this place in Uluwatu for this price.

Has been visiting and stay one night at this hotel, at Suite Pool Access. It is hot in the afternoon, so very good laying on the sundeck on the on side. In the evening, the view overlooking Kuta Town, Jimbaran Beach, and airport is stunning and romantic. Can't wait to stay here again... One thing, it is far from hustle bustle of business area, good for private party coz it is private villa with complete kitchen. Minus thing? We stay only one night, not sure if stay longer... but everything seem perfect...

The pictures were taken at least 5 years ago, unfortunately they do not reflect reality. The villa has very good facilities, but has not been renovated enough is neglected. Ask for a video before renting a fork. Renting a is expensive.

Dayu Mirah Resort offers luxurious villas with private infinity pools, open terraces, spacious living areas, and fully-equipped kitchens. The bedrooms are equipped with safes, walk-in closets, en suite bathrooms, and additional showers. Guests are welcomed with drinks and fresh fruits upon arrival and can enjoy daily healthy breakfast as well as afternoon coffee and tea. The resort is perfect for large groups or intimate getaways, offering ample space and the option to order food to the villa.
We stayed at Day Mirah Resort for our wedding, with all our our bridal party in both villas. It was absolutely incredible. The staff were fantastic, service was exceptional. Perfect for a large group of people as there is lots of space and very easy to order grab food to the villa also. Additionally, we hosted our welcome drinks in the pavilion, which can be used as a private space when you hire the villas. Staff and service for this event were amazing. We couldn't recommend this villa highly enough and will be back! Thank you so much to the team for making our stay for our wedding so incredible.

The worst resort experience I’ve had. The location is terrible—difficult to reach by car, with no street lighting at night. The staff, while friendly, couldn’t speak English, and the air conditioning was broken. There’s no reception; they provide a wireless phone that often went unanswered. When someone finally arrived to assist, they seemed clueless and had to call multiple people for help, which didn’t resolve anything. I requested a refund since they couldn’t fix the AC or provide a room with direct pool access as advertised. The management was rude, stating it was non-refundable. I reluctantly moved to another room, only to find power outages throughout the night and a dirty pool. I left the following day without my money, as the service was beyond unacceptable. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali.

We had one of the most incredible memories in Bali and Dayu Mirah Resort has helped created many of them! Being seasoned travelers ourselves, and having stayed there for over our wedding holiday, it had definitely exceeded our expectations in every aspect! We highly recommend to anyone - couples and families alike, who are seeking for a low-key getaway amongst lush greenery, while being close proximity to the city center. (only 10 minutes ride!) The views were breathtaking. The air was crisp. The surroundings were amazing. We managed to book in a 3-bedroom Villa for ourselves and we were wonderfully awe-struck by how well-designed the rooms are! They were huge and generous, yet still felt incredibly homely and warm. The infinity swimming pool was crystal clear and we had a wonderful and relaxing time lazing along the edges all day. Our experience with the staff at Dayu Mirah was outstanding! Until this day, we remember the radiant smiles on their faces while making sure we were absolutely comfortable from the moment we checked in. In summary, We felt incredibly spoilt and we are beyond grateful for the selfless, stress-free, warm and welcoming experience throughout our stay! Would've given 6 stars if that was an option :D Go experience it for yourselves! Looking forward to our stay there again soon!!!

Its top-notch villas, impeccable service, and tranquil surroundings make it a remarkable destination for those seeking a serene and luxurious retreat. Each villa features three spacious rooms, providing ample accommodation for guests. The vast swimming pool, overlooking lush greenery, offers a refreshing escape. The resort also boasts a big parking lot, ensuring guests' convenience and its own beautifully landscaped gardens. Two rooms come with private jacuzzis! The service at Dayu Mirah Resort is also exceptional! The staff members are attentive and friendly. From the moment I arrive until my departure, they cater to my every need, making me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. Dayu Mirah Resort is a highly recommended destination for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Staying at Villa Jimbaran Uluwatu, Ocean View was an unforgettable experience that truly felt like paradise. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming team made us feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Its prime location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, making it perfect for exploring Bali. One of the highlights was definitely our private pool, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.
Our stay at Ocean View Villa was one of the best we've ever experienced. From meeting the team to entering our private villa, we were in heaven. The villa was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we even had a private pool. But more importantly, we would like to give a special mention to our new friend bu yuli and pak komang. They made our stay so memorable and we look forward to coming back to Bali, staying once more in Ocean View Villa. Thank you the staff for making our stay unforgettable.
Ayu A — Google review
I spent almost 2 months here with some friends. The villa itself is beautiful and the local staff very helpful. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. It is pure scam. The agency that manages the villa always tries to take more money out of the tenants' pockets and doesn't take any concerns into account. Right from the start, there were additional non-transparent fees when paying for the villa and the payment process was very unprofessional. We had continuous problems with electricity, which was not provided as agreed, so that we often spent half a day without light, air conditioning and a refrigerator. The villa's electricity consumption is above average. The management does not adhere to agreements made as part of the rental agreement, even if they are recorded in writing. Furthermore, communication is very difficult. For example, viewings by potential tenants are announced the night before, on the same day or not at all, or you make an appointment and no one shows up. As we already expected, there were also problems with the repayment of the deposit. Here we were first asked to delete negative Google reviews that had already been written. We ended up being overcharged for broken glasses etc and not paid the entire deposit. As I said at the beginning, they try to make more money at any time. Unfortunately, this accumulation of events had a very negative impact on our stay in the villa, but also on Bali. I would therefore not recommend anyone to rent this villa, it will only bring trouble and stress, which you don‘t need at all on vacation or time-off.

(Translated by Google) I have lived in this villa for a long time and unfortunately I have to advise against recommending it to others. Although the villa itself is quite attractive, the experiences with the landlords and the service staff were disappointing. There were constant problems and new unpleasant surprises appeared almost every week. Some of the main problems were: 1. Unannounced home visits from landlords. 2. During my stay, new guests were allowed in to view the house. 3. Poor service: The bed linen was almost never changed, towels were only changed upon request, toilet paper was not changed at all and the staff even brought visitors into the house. 4. The deposit was only partially refunded because completely inflated prices were charged for damaged glasses. 5. The electricity costs were significantly too high and had to be largely paid by the guests. Overall, my experience was unfortunately far from what I expected and I can only advise others to look for alternative accommodation.

(Translated by Google) The villa has a nice atmosphere inside, but some hardware facilities are not good enough 1. Two of the three rooms have no hot water: We reported it early the next morning and they came to fix it, but one room still had cold water that night (and even asked us to share the remaining two rooms for showering...) 2. There are only two hair dryers in the three rooms...: We told them twice, and finally got them from other villas the next day... But the good thing is that the transportation is quite convenient, the staff service is not bad, and there are yoga teachers and massage services in the room The lights in the room are very dim, and you may get glaucoma if you use your phone (Original) villa內部蠻有氣氛的,但是有一些硬體設施真的不太行 1.

Outdoor Activities
Jimbaran Beach is one of Bali's top beaches, featuring a 4km stretch of clean white sand and a bustling atmosphere. The bay is protected by a coral reef, making it ideal for swimming and offering mellow surf breaks for bodysurfing. At sunset, the beach transforms as seafood restaurants set up tables on the sand, providing an opportunity to enjoy barbecued fish while watching planes land at Ngurah Rai International Airport.
A beautiful, wide, sandy beach with a very gentle slope into the water, it's a perfect place to relax or take your first surfing lessons. In the evening, the beach transforms into a restaurants, which is also worth experiencing.

Jimbaran Bay Beach is way way way better than Kuta Beach — with clean, golden sand, calm seas, and gentle waves. It offers the perfect setting for a slow, relaxed sunset away from the crowds. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views make it an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a tranquil evening by the ocean.
Nikhil J — Google review
The sunset was absolutely gorgeous, but getting there was a bit of a hassle with heavy traffic beforehand. Once on the beach, it was pretty packed with people, which made it a little hard to find a quiet spot and enjoy the view peacefully
Nouha O — Google review
Love this place. Magical sunsets across the beach and ocean. There are some hawkers but nowhere near as bad as Kuta. There’s a variety of restaurants right on the beach with amazing seafood at great prices. I highly recommend spending an afternoon here. The water is much calmer too so you can paddle your feet safely, unlike the surf beaches to the north. Mozzies and sandflies were not bad either. Quite often see fireworks along the strip too which is an added bonus

Fabulous place for sunsets. Water is calm and it’s a great place for a walk. On beach dining available, but gets very busy in the evenings. A bit of trash littering the sand / water, but not enough to spoil the experience. Recommended!

One of the best sunset beaches on the west coast of Bali - sipping on delicious chilled coconut water watching the sun go down! Lots of amazing food joints to pick from!
Sakina E — Google review
Atmosphere Beautiful beach to walk around. Plenty of space around area. Outdoor seating areas looking at the ocean. Food Depending which restaurant you choose. We chose Ganesh which was recommended to us by the locals. The food was pretty good, don’t forget to ask for the package menu if you go with a group, instead of ordering individually. Drinks wise I recommend to have coconut water since the alcohol drinks hardly had any alcohol. Service Very friendly service was provided. Overall Jumbaran used to be one of the best places for seafood but with time the quality has dropped regards to food and surrounding. But still it’s a good place to chill.
Dhishan P — Google review
One of the most beautiful beaches in Bali, especially famous for its sunset view. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, with long stretches of golden sand perfect for walking. The main highlight here is the seafood dining experience right by the beach—grilled fish, prawns, and calamari served while you watch the sun go down. It’s romantic, perfect for couples, but also great for family gatherings. The vibe is lively in the evening but still feels safe and comfortable. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Bali.

Nestled in a verdant forest, RIMBA by AYANA Bali provides a secure and family-friendly retreat within the expansive AYANA Estate. The property offers modern accommodations, vibrant dining options, an outdoor pool, and a rejuvenating spa. Guests can immerse themselves in authentic Balinese activities and natural landscapes without leaving the premises. Additionally, staying at RIMBA grants access to all facilities at AYANA Resort, essentially offering the perks of two hotels in one destination.
Love the hotel. Morning breakfast is the best with all variety. What outstanding is the service. Very helpful. But room is a bit low in maintenance (don’t get me wrong, it still in very good quality). You will have your best stay in the area! Just don’t think to go to another place outside the area, because it’s gonna be so far away. The kids club is on of the best one.

Ayana was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The pools were incredible, a huge range of restaurants and things to do, we absolutely loved it! Perfect honeymoon spot. The staff were absolutely amazing you get treated like royalty. Just be wary that it’s quite expensive to eat there in comparison to the rest of Indonesia. Would definitely recommend for a special experience though!

The biggest problem was the trams. This is a huge resort and there is lots to do, but you need to take a tram to get anywhere. They do not have enough trams for all their guests so there are long queues of guests waiting for the trams to come. This is easily fixable and speaks to the overall cheap feel of the resort. The rooms are in need of an update but otherwise fine. No smart tvs and two of our wall sockets did not work. Not what you'd expect for this price point. Food is obviously going to be very expensive. But we weren't allowed to ask for coffee to go, which is tacky. I expect that from a cheap motel. So if you'd like a morning coffee, you must sit down at a restaurant and pay 10 dollars, and you must drink it all while seated there. Why?
A W — Google review
Exceptional experience. Stayed there for 3 days to attend my good friend’s wedding. As expected of a 5-stars hotel. This should be the standard when you go to Bali for a holiday resort. The most beautiful wedding venue I have ever been to. Top notch facilities with excellent architecture. Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at RIMBA by AYANA Bali was absolutely wonderful! The resort is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, with multiple pools (each with its own vibe), and beautifully designed rooms that feel modern and relaxing. We loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Having access to the entire AYANA estate was a huge bonus too; we enjoyed trying different restaurants, bars and pools without ever leaving the resort. The property is quite large, so you’ll often take the shuttle to get around, but it’s well organized and runs frequently. Food and drinks are on the pricier side, but the quality and overall experience make it worth it. If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly, and beautifully run resort in Bali, RIMBA by AYANA is an excellent choice. We’d definitely stay again!
Catherine A — Google review
We had an absolute blast on our three-day trip to this massive resort. It’s actually a cluster of several hotels connected together, so you’ll need to take their shuttle to get around. They run every few minutes, so it’s easy to catch one. Staying at any one hotel gives you full access to all the facilities. Download their app, and you can handle pretty much any booking, including room service and the famous Rock Bar. We also tried the seawater therapy pool, which was super fun and unique! If you want to head out, just call a Grab from the lobby, and a car arrives in minutes. Last, thanks Fiskry & Andi for the room services, much appreciated. Overall, it’s an incredibly fun place, and I’d definitely come back next time to Bali!
Leo L — Google review
This is one of the most disappointing trip to one of my favourite properties in Bali. While it's an undeniably lovely property, there was a massive lapse in consideration for guest's comfort. Despite having made and paid for the reservation close to 6 months prior, with clear request for a QUIET room. I was still given a room that faces the pool and with a Balinese themed restaurant nearby that has night performance 3 nights out of the 5 nights Im staying. Common sense will tell that it's not gonna be a quiet room. On top of that, there was renovation project with incessant knocking noises after dark. Not mentioning also that soundproofing is so bad and with MANY occasions of slamming doors, the noise vibrates much worse. My loyalty to the brand has earned me a "GOLD" membership and that room was so called an upgrade. Which felt more like a downgrade. Such a vast property and yet that was the best room they could give me. All I wanted was a QUIET room. I needed peace and rest and the arrangement was far from it. Room service has their share of mistakes as well in spite of 4 nights of same order. Honestly, I cannot contain my disappointment this trip. Perhaps this property is getting too big and popular for any personalised service even if you have a good tier membership. Not forgetting to mention that the supposed "early check in" benefit was not extended. I arrived around 1pm. Its not exactly very early for a check in. But yet room was NOT ready. Once again, loyalty to the brand doesn't seem to make any sense.
Carol L — Google review
In September 2025, my friend and I visited Indonesia for the first time. We stayed in three hotels/villas in Bali. Our first hotel was Rimba By AYANA Bali. We took a Grab from the airport to AYANA. We had no clue, lack of doing research on our behave, that AYANA had four hotels on the property. Our Grab driver took us to AYANA Resort but our reservation was at Rimba. Our Grab driver didn’t want to drive us to Rimba so a nice AYANA Employee drove us on one of their carts. Everything was beautiful and nice at AYANA. We had breakfast in two different hotels. We had an amazing dinner at the UNIQUE Rooftop Bar & Restaurant and watched the sunset. We even saw fireworks due to their being a wedding. All the staff was very nice and helpful at AYANA. We enjoyed the Thalassotherapy Pool. Then the next day we received massages, I had a Herbal Poultice Massage. I recommend going to the Thalassotherapy Pool first and getting a massage afterwards. Sukri was such an amazing massage therapist/masseuse. After our massages we did the sauna and steam room. I loved that AYANA Bali had an App that helped with any question you have. The App listed the descriptions of the restaurants on the property and included their hours. The Spa had a section with the different Spa services and cost. You could make a reservation if you wanted via the App. There was a section for Tram to get around the property and room service. I had to use the App Concierge due to us waiting for the Tram at Kubu Beach and by the time we would get back, we would miss our check-out time. The Concierge moved our check-out time from 12:00pm to 12:30pm and pushed our spa time back.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Puri Belmond Jimbaran! Our deluxe pool villa was absolutely amazing – spacious, clean, and very private. The breakfast and food in general were delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. What made our stay extra special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff – always smiling and ready to help. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jimbaran Puri. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a lovely mix of comfort and local charm. Our villa had a slightly damp smell, which we assume is quite typical given Bali’s high humidity—nothing that detracted seriously from the experience, but worth mentioning. There was a small hiccup with our table reservation at the restaurant one evening. These things can happen, though in a hotel of this calibre, we would have expected it to be handled more smoothly. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would gladly return.
Malte B — Google review
The room is very clean and beautifully maintained. We booked dinner at Nelayan Restaurant for 5:30 PM, which turned out to be an excellent spot to enjoy the sunset. We also had the chance to watch a traditional Balinese dance performance, which was a wonderful cultural experience. The villa itself is spacious, and the pool is stunning. However, the pool is 1.5 meters deep, so parents should be cautious if their children are not confident swimmers. Overall, it’s an outstanding place to stay — highly recommended!

Had such an amazing time staying at this hotel during our trip in Bali. It was such a luxurious and exclusive experience at this Belmond hotel. We stayed in a pool villa, our room was tidied to twice a day and the level of attentiveness and care given by the staff was fantastic. The hotel facilities were great - we felt very relaxed. Hotel breakfast and Friday BBQ dinner by the beach was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you want something quiet and exclusive and still in between all the key tourist sights. Definitely will come back here.

I can't recommend this hotel enough, we had a great time here. What is really liked: there is much space - at the beach, there is much space and privacy between sunbeds. It never felt packed anywhere at the hotel. And they play no music at the beach. It is so relaxing to just listen to the waves. I also want to point out the friendliness and professionalism of staff. People are generally friendly on Bali but the service and staff were next level. You can tell this is a well managed hotel. And my massage was divine. Thanks Mrs. Tri for the best massages I had on Bali. The hotel is kids friendly and you meet families, solo travellers, couples etc there. Everybody is welcome. We will definitely come back!

I stayed at Jimbaran Puri twice on the same trip (first for 6 days before a group tour, then for 2 more days at the end) back in November, and it was simply one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself is stunning. I stayed in a Garden View Cottage Suite which was large, spotless, and beautifully designed. The outdoor shower was a highlight, and having your own garden with seating made it feel like a private villa. The bed was super comfortable and the whole space very relaxing. I used almost all the facilities. The pool is big with plenty of space and always peaceful. The beach is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. I was impressed to learn they have a dedicated team that cleans it each morning. The spa was excellent (do book in advance), and the quality of treatments and facilities was very high. I also tried several of the hotel’s activities and they were wonderful. The Temple Tour was a memorable, respectful experience where you learn to make offerings and visit the hotel’s temples dressed in traditional attire. The Cooking Class was a standout. You start with a trip to the local fish market (with a driver and personal staff member), select your fish, and then return for an engaging hands-on session with Chef Satrya, who was brilliant, making sambals and grilling fish. Truly a highlight of my stay. The hotel also organised a private fishing trip for me. I couldn’t believe I had a whole boat with captain and deckhand to myself. I caught quite a few fish and it was a really special outing. Dining was excellent. I ate every meal by the beach under the stars with the sound of the sea. The staff create a beautiful atmosphere with live music and Balinese dance performances that enhance the experience without being intrusive. I highly recommend trying their satay sauce. I had it with nearly every meal. Their virgin strawberry daiquiri was the best I’ve had anywhere. Small things stood out too. The pool loungers have call buttons for service (very convenient). The complimentary mosquito cream in the room was incredibly effective. The beachside shisha in the evenings was a nice touch. What makes Jimbaran Puri truly special though is the staff. I can’t emphasise this enough. They are the heart of this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Some of the staff have worked here for over 10 years and it shows in how well they work together and how much pride they take in their service. Huge thanks to Putri, Kadek, Ayu, Dina, Elly, and Chef Satrya, and honestly to the whole team. I was travelling solo and felt incredibly well looked after, but I saw couples, families, and honeymooners all having a great time too. The atmosphere is calm, chill, and relaxed, ideal for unwinding. If I had to find one small area for improvement, the bathtub/jacuzzi felt a bit dated, but the outdoor shower more than made up for it. Would I return? 100% yes. The value for money is incredible, and the service here was easily the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Can’t wait to go back.

Great spot on the beach! We had to change our flights due to the recent conflict occurring in the Middle East and needed a late check-out. They were very accommodating, which gets extra points in my book.

Nestled in the heart of Jimbaran, Karma Jimbaran is a serene retreat that perfectly blends luxury with nature. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and just steps away from pristine white sands, this resort offers an idyllic escape for those seeking tranquility. The air-conditioned villas provide a private oasis where families can enjoy their own pools while soaking up the peaceful ambiance filled with the sounds of nature.
Beautiful place to stay. The staff are lovely and helpful, though we mentioned to staff on day 1, that our electric kettle had leaked all over the bench and it wasn't until day 6 of our stay that they replaced it. Maybe we didn't make a big enough deal about it, and I'm sure the problem was with management, but apart from that, it was a great place to stay.

Got stopped by the roadside and sales person gave us a coupon card that awarded different prizes. Sales person told us just listen to the talk but no need to buy the membership. Felt enticed in that moment just to get the prize and proceeded to take the taxi they booked for us to the hotel to listen to the sales pitch. On the way to the hotel I found this abit dodgy so I went to search reviews on the place and other people shared bad experiences about this “scam”. Managed to avoid the whole sales pitch because we didn’t want to waste our time. In the end the prize on the card was B which is similar to what other ppl wrote in their reviews that most of the prizes are B. Still wasted our time travelling to the hotel….

This is not review of the hotel itself, as we were not accomodated there…but it’s the way how they are doing marketing through scamming people!!! If you will be stopped by Karma person near beach and give you the “gift” you will win the grand prize and for claiming grand prize, you need to go to their hotel and spent minimum 60minutes of sales pitch why to become member of their loyalty program, to be honest, we are not at all their target customers, I wouldn’t enjoy staying at their hotels, it’s too posh and expensive and loosing the authenticity of the place. I told them that many times, but they were still trying to persuade us to buy membership for ~1000$ per year. Also telling you how the owber believes in Karma that’s why he chose this name, to be honest, let’s see how karma works in this way, as using scam marketing on people who are too nice to say “no” and making money out of it, I hope karma will judge here and they will change their marketing

Hands down, one of the best places we have stayed at in Bali. Super close by the beach, incredibly nice villas offering privacy, and great staff and facilities that just make it a perfect stay for a family. Simply loved the place!

Thanks to comments here, we didn’t fall for the raffle scam. Like other people commented, we “coincidentally” won a holiday 😅 hope this review helps someone else to avoid wasting their time and for the hotel, you are damaging your reputation with cheap tricks. Shame…
Ismail — Google review
Tried to scam us with prizes such as iPhone, iPad, cash etc. into attending their hotel presentation. Luckily we read through the comments and opened the letter upfront. And how suprising - we also received the free hotel stay. Don't trust these people and save time.
O K — Google review
Stoped by for their “promotion” as they gave us a coupons which stated we won some price! At that moment, we should’ve gone away😀😀😀.. but we did not…we were stupid like many others and believed ubelievable…. It was scam unfortunatelly. They wanted us to join their travel VIP club which costed fortune… their psychology of persuasion really gets under your skin… for Indian, they got you an Indian person… for Europaen, they get you a worker from Europe and so on… we lost there our precious vacation time (2 hours overall) and managed to walk away without any obligation, but I believe many people cant say that.

Nestled in a lush tropical setting, La Joya Balangan Resort offers a unique stay with its rustic rooms, bungalows, and villa. The property is adorned with Balinese art and sculpture, creating a memorable experience for guests. Just a short stroll from Balangan Beach, the resort features locally sourced white limestone bungalows and two outdoor pools. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the restaurant and the pool villa rooms.
A very nice resort small and great location in an area thats still quiet and community oriented. Great pools, excellent menus and private bungalows with gardens. Easy walk to a great beach with easy surf and a few warung for drinks meals and surf lessons if wanted. A special spot in the crowded Bali beach world.
Carl A — Google review
Disappointing Yoga Experience at an Otherwise Beautiful Resort While La Joya is a stunning resort with incredible views and a beautifully designed yoga shala, the yoga class itself was a big letdown. The mats provided were extremely old, thin, and uncomfortable—definitely not up to the standard you'd expect at a place like this. It was clear the teacher misnamed many asanas and structured the class in a way that made little sense. He skipped any proper warm-up and started with poses that require preparation, leaving sun salutations and basic flows for the end. This felt completely backwards and unsafe. Overall, I left the class feeling disappointed and like I had wasted my money. It’s such a shame, because the shala and setting are absolutely beautiful. I sincerely hope the resort considers hiring a more mindful yoga teacher in the future.
Mariam R — Google review
Be careful here. There are some lovely villas at La Joya but beware of the so called, Family Rooms, in particular numbers 24 and 25. They are definitely not worth the money. They are accessed by steep stairs both to the room itself and internally to the children’s quarters. They are extremely cramped, with hardly any floor space to stow bags. The bathroom does not have a proper window - just a wooden shutter that doesn’t close properly. Compared to the other rooms in the resort, these in particular are run-down and a little decrepit. It was very disappointing as we could see plenty of other rooms vacant but were not given the option to change. We enjoyed the pool, the roaming cows and the beautiful gardens. It was just a shame about the expensive and very disappointing room.

From the moment I arrived at La Joya Resort, I was completely captivated. Nestled in a breathtaking natural setting, this resort offers the perfect balance of luxury, tranquility, and authentic charm.

Great stay. Friendly staff, lovely pools, delicious food. Recommend over La Joya Biu Biu any day. Biu Biu were unfriendly - seemed the staff were afraid of management and there were so many rules.
Carol T — Google review
Great hotel, very authentic Bali feel, beautiful rooms, lovely pool and friendly staff. If you are wondering whether to stay at La Joya or Biu Biu I highly recommend choosing La Joya, the staff at Biu Biu are very on edge and look miserable and it just doesn’t have the same feel
Robyn T — Google review
Fantastic place, the resort is wonderful, the food is great and the staff adorable. 2 swimming pools, yoga shala and direct access to the Ocean… a dream!
Silvia C — Google review
I dont know if it is management or the owner but this hotel has an extremely commercial behavior. Where there is nothing wrong with being commercial, having the feeling to be a walking dollar during your holidays is really not what you would like to experience. Especially for Bali being famous for its hospitality and genuine service. The most popular question was not can I help you, but you want it? You pay extra. The standard rooms seriously needs renovations (as well as the pictures on booking to be updated correctly). Rushing to tell guests that the menu has a mistake and you will not get 3 but 2 pancakes? Running (literally almost out of breath) to the hotel room when checking our and while my partner was still packing, making sure all drinks and cans have been paid for. Being slow in service and declining to serve happy hour at half minute past 7 (not even a minute)? Arriving with a delay on new years eve, rushing to order a drink at 23:58 and having the employee insist to pay immediately at the reception desk right away, declining our request to pay just 5 minutes later to celebrate as guests of the hotel is just wow. Smiling when you are looking, but when you pass by seeing them signing to colleagues if indeed the bill is paid defines the culture of the hotel. Positive note: The pool was clean and nice. Fortunately it was our first hotel and we experienced such better service and hotel rooms after this one. But for those travelling, you can find better hotels than this one! The beach is, apart for surfing, not the beach you want to be at for leisure activities.

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Jimbaran, Abi Bali Resort Villas & Spa is a modern haven that promises an unforgettable escape. This resort boasts spacious accommodations complete with 24-hour room service and complimentary internet access, ensuring guests feel right at home. The open-air restaurant offers delightful culinary experiences, while in-room dining caters to those who prefer privacy. Guests can unwind by one of the several outdoor pools or indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the spa and wellness center.
The villa I stayed in was impressively large, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the highlights for me was the open-air bathroom, which was beautifully integrated with greenery gardens, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Overall, Abi Bali Resort and Villas is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you appreciate spacious accommodations and a touch of nature in your living space.

We stayed at Abi Bali from March 12- March 21 and put simply, we loved every moment of our time there. My partner and I were attending a wedding at a venue about a 5 minute drive south from Abi Bali, so the location was initially why we chose this Resort, but the amazing staff will be the reason we will be returning every time. Upon arrival, the staff were at the entrance ready to greet us the moment we got out of the taxi, and check-in was breeze (Shout out to Astrawan, he was so helpful with getting us checked in as well as many other requests during our stay, and my boyfriend really enjoyed chatting with him ☺️) The rooms were spacious, clean, and by far the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed in the month we spent travelling Asia. Housekeeping staff were so friendly and flexible with working around our schedule to keep things tidy for us every single day (thank you Yoga and Supraman, we love you guys💪) The kitchen staff truly stood out during our stay as well, providing exceptional service from morning until night. Their delicious meals and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression, and we already find ourselves missing their warmth and culinary delights from morning fresh fruit and omelette breakfasts along with our evening quesadilla and Balinese grilled duck dinners. Thank you to all the staff at Abi Bali, we could not have chosen a better place to stay and we look forward to seeing you all again soon🤍🙏 Haiden Goltz & Alexis Macapagal

We had a 3 night stop over on the way to Vietnam and had never stayed in this area. Was hoping it was a bit closer to shops and restaurants but we needed a Gojek to go anywhere. Staff are so lovely. Rooms a bit tired. Spacious though and good AC. The pool is a decent size and really clean. Good choice for brekki and they have a great restaurant that provides room service. Across the road is the most amazing massage place. Zia spa 10/10. Highly recommend the signature massage and the Indian head massage. There is a big supermarket next door that’s handy too

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here when we first got to Bali and couldn't have picked anywhere better. Friendly accommodating staff and lovely quiet relaxing atmosphere. Right near some beautiful beaches.
Chloe W — Google review
I stayed at Abi Bali recently, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues: • Requested Quiet Room, But… I specifically requested a quiet room since I’m traveling with seniors but the temple next door held a ceremony that used loudspeakers and ran until 10 PM. This constant noise made it very difficult to relax or sleep. • Unpleasant Room Conditions The room had a persistent moldy smell, which was very off-putting. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was leaking throughout my stay. • Pest Issue I also encountered cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. • Poor Communication To add to the frustration, the hotel was not responsive on WhatsApp when I tried to report the issues. I immediately addressed these issues after checking in, the staff was not only unhelpful but unresponsive.

I am really don't understand people who writing a bad review! This is my 5 time when I stopped in this place! Not so many people, especially after rainy season, far away from the road and village, quite place. Personal polite and hospitality on main place. Hotel not new, but everything is working. Maybe, my friends, need to have more positive thoughts in your heads? Because it is good , especially during vacation! Thanks for all workers this hotel! Next time I will back!

Very friendly staff and nice that’s close to airport. Villas are very big but you can’t access the kitchen easily if it’s raining. Also the floors are super slippery. My husband fell very hard and hit his head when trying to grab a drink in the rain. Also quite far from beach.
Amanda H — Google review
Great service and housekeeping. The front desk staff have been excellent and have gone above and beyond to help us and always greeted us professionally. They even came to rescue in the middle of the night to search for a very loud gekko. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- private and very good size. Supermarket a very 5 min walk to and a great cafe at the hub where we walked and had breakfast and dinner. It’s a nice added extra to offer afternoon tea (tea and a cheese toastie), a big hit with the kids. The gym is run down and the food (breakfast and dinner) quality/ service could be improved. We are here for 5 nights and have very much enjoyed the stay. The kindness of the staff has been a highlight. Thank you! Easy to get grab/ taxis.

Nestled in the By Pass Ngurah Rai district of Jimbaran, Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas by Gaing Mas Group is a tranquil retreat that offers an array of polished villas, some featuring private plunge pools. Guests can indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments and enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. The property boasts one to three-bedroom suites equipped with modern amenities, including options for jacuzzis or private pools.
We spent 7 days in Bali as a family, staying in three different hotels, and this was the last one we checked into. Honestly, I really regret not staying here from the start. We booked a two-bedroom villa, and it was absolutely spotless, well-equipped, and not damp at all. What blew me away was that the hotel’s power outlets could directly accommodate Australian chargers—no need for an adapter. The food at their restaurant is affordable and clean. Since it was our last night, we didn’t have time to try their spa, but we’ll definitely be back next time. This was by far the highlight of the trip for my kid!

Absolutely amazing villa that we got, the best friendly staff!!! Got cheap massages daily! The spa and pool in our villa was amazing! The outdoor area was nice! The bed was comfy and the air con did us wonders!! Thank you so much for everything we will certainly be back!! Best decision to stay here!!

hotel of poor quality, there is no real restaurant but the person at the reception who heats up dishes that we have to wait for more than an hour. the private pool is very dangerous for children. everything was broken in our "suite", broken socket, mold in all the cupboards, no pressure and broken shower head. after having reported everything to the reception no solution. we preferred to pay another hotel to finish our vacation. no refu nd and not even an apology.
Maxime D — Google review
While the outside seemed inviting and grand, the inside was disgusting with stains and worms. There wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner available like most other 4-5 star villas that we stayed at. Reception always said No to any requests that we had before thinking of solutions to assist us. Not a good experience to end our stay in Bali even though the previous 2 accommodations were amazing!!

Nice Villas, spacious with comfortable beds. Clean and well maintained with a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The staff were excellent 👌 The only thing is you need your own transport or taxis to get around due to being located away from Jimbaran shops and restaurants.

Spacious villa rooms which lead straight to the pool. Definitely great value for money! It’s cheaper than many other resorts by the beach due to its location, but still offers a comfortable and quiet environment. I had a very restful sleep!

This place is not too shabby but it's just SUPER far away from everythingggg... If you're planning to enjoy the macet (traffic jam) then is the place for you to stay because it takes 1-2 hours to everywhere you want to go. I've been to Bali 6 times and this was my 7th in a span of 10 years. This place is by far the furthest to anything that is enjoyable about Bali. Also I booked a private Villa and we have our own "swimming pool" the water pump never seems to work and when I asked, the staff said the time is from 9a.m - 7p.m but I was back at the villa vy 5 p.m on Saturday guess what? The pump stopped at 5.30. So I wouldn't recommend this place because of it's price and the fact that it's so far away from everything.

A pleasant resort with 9 bungalows surrounding a pool. The bungalows are clean and well-maintained — nothing to complain about. AirCrew Sensation Bali offers a unique and exciting experience for aviation enthusiasts of all ages. The realistic simulation and professional instruction make it a must-try activity, especially for children who will be thrilled by the opportunity to become an airline captain for a day. The reservation process is easy, and the staff are helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the location provides great amenities such as drinks, snacks, and even a shisha bar.
OMG, this is such a fun place. Love tampering with all the controls switches and role plays with kids. Do come early in the morning or evening to avoid the heat from sun. No fan in the plan, so is pretty warm. Up close with the engine without fear of being sucked away and ripped into pieces. Do get your meals from the cafe, they really sell a nice meal. Then get free entry into the plane. If flight simulator (another dedicated room) is desired, extra payment is needed. Would visit again? Yes!

Cove Villa Prana in Uluwatu is a serene retreat nestled in a tranquil area, making it an ideal spot for those seeking relaxation. Guests rave about the stunning rooftop that offers breathtaking sea views, perfect for unwinding while watching the sunrise and sunset. The villa accommodates families well, featuring spacious rooms and friendly staff who are always ready to assist. While the main house is kept clean and tidy, some areas like the tiny pool on the third floor could use more attention.
Read other comments and reviews prior to stay: had an idea what to expect. Cove Prana was fine for our needs for the duration of our stay. Like other posts, you get what you pay for. We found it great value for the space and location. We spoke some Indonesian which helped. Staff were quick to fix any issues we had. Breakfast was included but was plain (packaged offsite). Location: quiet and ideally have own stransport or access to gojek. We used gojek a lot for food deliveries. Layout: we had the 3 bedroom private pool: living/dining/kitchenette downstairs, two bedrooms (each with ensuite) second level, third level: rooftop patio. I would consider self catering for breakfast (if fussy). Otherwise it was a great spot to explore the bukit (ulu watu, balangan, melasti, Nusa dua) and still close to airport. Jimbaran has a lot more chilled vibe than Kuta through to seminyak

It was nice place. Quiet and beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights but never got the room cleaned. No amenities, no bottled water refill even we had to ask for towel replacement. I understand they dont want to bother us bur they can ask at least. Anyway, the place is beautiful & clean (beside the pool)
Astari R — Google review
This villa was an experience of you get what you paid for, for its price point, it was a fair stay. The staff was very hospitable and nice, but perhaps the management team could use some improvements on cleainess standards, maintenance, as well as emergency response.
Jia C — Google review
Like another reviewer mentioned it: you get what you pay for. Nevertheless, there were still some shortcomings: cleanliness was below average. This included hair in the sink when we arrived. The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear the kids screaming in the pool and in the hallway. The staff took care of the situation only partially. Our sea view was obstructed by trees giving us basically no sea view. The location is quite good. Close to Jimbaran beach and to some good restaurants. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English at all. This was luckily not a problem with us since we could communicate in Indonesian with them. The breakfast box that we received was ok. The salad was fresh, a yoghurt stick, a sandwich witha few cuts of papaya. Hint: don’t book the cheapest room type or your room might be next to a common area where all people have access (kitchen with table, chairs and sofa) TLDR: We won’t come here again and rather spend a bit more to have a better accommodation.

I recently stayed at this villa and had a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and the overall price point was reasonable. However, the hygiene could be improved - specifically, towels were not replaced regularly. Despite this, the experience was quite good overall. This air-conditioned villa features a private entrance, 4 separate bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, and toaster. Relax in the spacious living room with garden views or take a dip in the private pool. Enjoy elegant accommodations with daily cleaning service and complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions.
We loved our stay at the Mutiara Jimbaran. Our private villa was beautiful and clean, the staff were exceptional. Taxis were needed to get around, but they were very easy to book and came quickly every time. The villas are only a five minute drive from Jimbaran Beach, perfect!

My first trip to Bali was truly unforgettable, thanks to Mutiara Jimbaran Villa. As someone who usually prefers independent travel, I was a bit skeptical about joining a package tour, assuming the accommodation might be average. However, this villa completely exceeded my expectations and changed my perception! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, giving me the perfect vacation vibes. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and—best of all—a private swimming pool. Honestly, I could have spent the entire day just enjoying the villa itself without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Location & Accessibility The villa is situated near Jimbaran Beach, which is just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located 20-30 minutes from both the city center and Ngurah Rai International Airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers who want both relaxation and accessibility. A Few Minor Downsides One small inconvenience is that the surrounding area has very few shops, with only a couple of convenience stores nearby. So, if you need supplies or snacks, you might want to stock up in advance. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom is quite small and weak, which could be a struggle for those with long hair. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend Mutiara Jimbaran Villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and spacious place to stay in Bali. It’s definitely a place I would love to return to on my next visit!

The good thing about the resort is its location. It lies about 300m from the popular Jimbaran beach and another few hundred meters to the seafood arcades. The villa is huge and comes with a semi open living room, pool and tropical garden. There are so.e convenient stores within 100m that is reachable by 🚶‍♂️

Huge villa with best private pool we have had in 15 visits to Bali. Gorgeous staff delivering very good service consistently. Lots of birds to watch. Peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. The downside of the location is the difficulty walking along the very busy and dangerous road.

Spent over three weeks here in March, nice private villa with two bedroom two bathrooms. Only used the lower level. The pool was huge compared to other villas. Daily towel changes and cleaning service Super helpful staff and a complimentary shuttle to shopping or the beach. Close walk to Pepito’s supermarket and Pharmacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wifi and good air conditioning. Breakfast made at villa each morning was delicious. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable.

The Ahimsa Beach Resort is a luxurious boutique hotel located on the stunning Balis Jimbaran Bay in Bali. The property features spacious villas with private pool, personal chef, and free Wi-Fi. The area was lovely and quiet.
This place is amazing . very clean, spacious, modern, fully equipped. And the location is close to jimbaran beach. Just a few minutes walk. The staff was very great. My husband had some belly issue. They gave me a ride to the pharmacy on their motorcycle. Even after checked out, they offered to let him rest in a villa. I will definitely be back in the future.

I’m currently enjoying a two-night stay at this villa in Bali and felt compelled to share my thoughts while still here. Upon arrival, I noticed the parking situation is quite limited. However, the staff made a positive impression right away with their warm greetings and willingness to assist us with our luggage. As I stepped into the villa, I was pleasantly surprised by its immaculate cleanliness. The space feels wonderfully inviting and homey—kudos to the team for their excellent upkeep! However, I did encounter some drawbacks in the rooms. I was disappointed to find that there are no TVs available in each room, which would’ve added to our comfort. Additionally, the bathrooms are somewhat connected, which compromises privacy a bit; I could easily peek into the other bathroom. To make matters worse, one of these bathrooms is visible from the pool area, which is less than ideal. I also noticed that the living room is open-air. While I appreciate the breezy ambiance, I wish there were a glass wall for separation to keep the mosquitoes at bay. Overall, while there are areas that could use improvement, the friendly staff and pristine environment certainly make for a memorable stay.

Beautiful villa with stunning, luxurious design and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and breakfast served in the villa was both delicious and abundant. The villa was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. Perfectly located just one minute from the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. A truly wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Very beautiful and clean villa! Love it that they clean the pool everyday and provide mosquitoes incense coil every evening. Service is great! Special mention to Indah who took great care of us during our honeymoon. Highly recommend!
Nwh C — Google review
The staff have been absolutely amazing, could not be more helpful. The restaurant across the road is very accommodating, good food and they will deliver to your villa. The villas are spectacular, we stayed in a 1brm and my family stayed in a 3brm for my mums birthday, both rooms were equally as nice. The bedrooms were lovely and cold and I loved the outdoor bathroom. Every villa has its own pool, I would definitely stay here again! It is a little far to travel to Kuta or Seminyak for shopping, but great to be out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub. It’s only about a AUD$9 ride from Kuta to the villa, so takes some time but not a lot of money.

A very good villa. The environment is great and very clean. The kids played in the room and didn’t want to leave. Especially the service. I caught a cold this time in Bali, and the staff at the lobby even helped me buy cold medicine. I’m really grateful. All the staff are so friendly. The location is also great; it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the supermarket. If we come to Bali again, we will choose this place again.

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms were amazing. Great big beds, open air bathrooms, pool coming off the lounge room. Massive 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. I had an amazing stay at Rama Villa Jimbaran by RMBS! The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Located just a short distance from the beach, it’s the ideal place to relax and unwind. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere, it truly feels like a private retreat. The villa is clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. For the size, location, and quality, the price is very reasonable. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious gateway at Jimbaran I highly recommend this villa. Can’t wait to come back!

We were a group of 8 including children and ladies. Had booked the property through Airbnb based on their listing and amenities. After reaching the property, they informed that they don't have washing machine. Further a serious security issue, the house can be accessed from outside through 1st floor bathroom. There is a door exit from the bathroom and there is no lock in either of the doors. On informing the host, he said earlier guests didn't have any complaint. The airconditioner in the ground floor bedroom is totally ineffective. We had a tough time after a tiring day to get some sleep. Many light and tap fittings are not working. The property is not maintained properly. Finally, a big thanks to Airbnb support team who helped me get a refund. I will not recommend this property to any family. The host was very rude and asked us to vacate if we were not happy rather than trying to address the issues.

We had an amazing time at Akhyana Village! The staff is amazing, very caring and helpful. The private pool is the best thing! Loved the open space - living room + kitchen by the pool. Best balinese massages!! If we ever get a chance to come back to Bali, we will be staying at Akhyana Village for sure. Thank you for everything!
Katerina H — Google review
In my opinion, the facilities itself are almost perfect for the price. I love swimming so the rooftop pool was fantastic for me. Some people point out the location of this place but most villas near GWK are located away from the main road so that was not a problem for me. People who like quiet places would probably like this distance better. The only problem is that the road to get here is too rough. It would be a better place if the road was repaired. Oh! and one more thing! The refrigerator is small compared to the size of the accommodation, so cooking may be a bit inconvenient for guests staying for more than a week like me. Personally, I loved to spend a quiet and peaceful time here alone. With cynical animal friends who I met here.🤣
Sungbum H — Google review
Villa is super nicely designed and clean. Kitchen and Netflix are available too. From rooftop you can see a superb view of GWK and you can enjoy sunset too. Unfortunately the location is hard to access. The road is bumpy and very dark. And the hotel is in quiet area and a bit far from the main street so you will need your own scooter/car to explore around or grab snacks. Also they don’t provide lot of drinking water so I have to buy my own.
Gabriella A — Google review
This place is the coziest way to end your trip as the villa is located high up on mountain, away from the main busy traffic. You have access to an amazing view of GWK at their rooftop bar. Villa is huge, with big bathroom, mini kitchen and indoor pool. There is a bluetooth speaker and netflix available too! Staffs are friendly and approachable, rooms are clean and all amenities are available. The only negative thing is the bad road condition to access to the villa. Overall I will definitely come back here again!
Joalia — Google review
Location is far away from the road, have to enter small way to reach the villa. But so far the room is very very good. Have a speaker bluetooth, nice bathroom, room, living room. But the hot water is not too hot, so when i want to soak in the bathroom, there is no hot water sadly. Very close to GWK Bali, u can walk like 10-15 mins to get there (but i wont lie, that is too hot too walk lol) One thing u have to prepare before u visit this villa is buy a lot of snacks or water, because its far away to go to stores. And there are so many bugs too, maybe they can do something about it in the future.
Theresa I — Google review
Really not impressed with the stay. The access and the road I can understand. But many other things I can’t for that sort of price. Let’s start with few things : - No hot water, great looking bath but not enough water to fill it up. - English Guys. There is a minimum, only one person was speaking English on the 8 I have met during the stay. - Breakfast, Not sure about the others, but the “American Breakfast” I had with my wife was ridiculous. Really… It is not even included so If we pay for it (125K) please provide us with a minimum, especially knowing that there is nothing around. - WATER. It is 35 degrees and we have a little bottle of water every 24 hours ?? No way to even buy one somewhere. - The pool is good but again. No one around. Drinks and plates of food were on the table for at least 3 hours until someone comes to clean, no toilet paper in the toilet next to the pool, empty medicine around, wet Towels everywhere, but no one around. - No music, no one to serve at the pool. - Furniture inside the room are all stained and more. - Toilet cover inside the room, really stained and dirty. I don’t mind those things, being in Bali and Uluwatu (far away) But there is a minimum. We stood in 3 other places during these holiday, for half the price and we had all those simple things. Not cool Guys. Not cool Again I don’t mind all those things being in Bali. But not at this price.

I booked the villa for 2 night stay well in advance and fully pre-paid. 2 days before areival Villa sent me cancellation notices and told me they can’t accommodate my stay. Without providing any reason whatsoever. While they had other villas available for booking, they never offered an upgrade or any sort of solution to accommodate the stay. I had to spend a lot of time trying to get at least some explanation, but unlikely. If you like planning your vacation, especially when travel with kids - i would recommend you considering smth else. Last minute distractions may impact your vacation Anyways, i am happy that not dealing with these Villas, as who knows what else may happen there. We stayed for 2 nights at villa no. 1006. Villa is clean, consist of two rooms. Easily reach, depends on the hour it might difficult to reach as the mainroad is jammed, but the road inside is quiet and nice usually. Room one is big, the 2nd room is above and was an additiional building. My son love it as its detached from the main building so he can rest without us as a parent disturb him. But not recommended for elder or small children. As villa, it didnt cleaned everyday like in hotel, but everything inside is complete and running well, include washing machine and cooking utensils. Swimming pool is clean and the garden inside is beautiful. In a walking distance to beach. Have 1 carpark. Everything is nice and safe.

Horrible stay at this villa. The villa staff is a gang of thieves. Under various pretexts, on the last day of our stay, the villa staff tried to get into our room - they pretend to clean the room not according to the plan, they wanted to treat mosquitoes, although we were leaving the next day. And finally they did what they had planned when we left for dinner, as they had access with staff keys. 500 dollars disappeared from the wallet. As we knew after, there were no cameras on the premises, so there no proof that someone came into villa so why the police were not reported; the hotel administration promised to look into the situation. We wait… The beach opposite the hotel is a plastic cemetery (see photo)

The location is very good. Just outside the villa area is Jimbaran Beach. There are many restaurants and there is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The villa area is very clean. It comes with recommended beach clubs, restaurants, and spas, with corresponding discounts. The room is very comfortable, the kitchen tableware is OK, the team service is warm and hospitable, and the overall experience is excellent.

The Villa Seratus hotel in Ungasan provides air conditioned lodgings with private pool views, flat-screen TVs, private protection boxes and en suite bathrooms with bath and bathe facilities. There is also a kitchen with dining area.
I booked from Airbnb and I read they have good review there. Seems they are in new management now (my opinion). It is not a new villa but in a good condition. The pool is nice, the place is quiet yet close to shops, restaurant and they have security post at front. Cleanliness is 4 out of 5
Ellen E — Google review
Old abandoned place. Wasn’t able to finish our stay here because the villa is basically falling apart. Mould and its smell is everywhere, doors are not closing, tiles are loose, most of the lights are not working, taps leaking, fridge and washing machine broke after a few days of stay, cleaning isn’t cleaning… The location is the whole other thing to talk about. If you don’t want to experience bad side of Bali with busy streets, traffic jams, old buildings, just don’t bother staying in this part of the island. Don’t ruin your trip and choose something else.

I subrented villa number 2 for two months paid in advance, I ended up staying 4 nights. I paid 19.000.000 IDR per month for rent + 4.500.000 IDR per month for costs. The villa is super bad/not maintained, not clean, bad smell, fungus issues, it feels like an abandoned place. There are much nicer places on the island for better prices. But always visit the place first as it may seem nicer on photos.
Marloes S — Google review
This place is great! Beautiful views. We stayed in the one bedroom which was HUGE and could easily sleep a family of four. Everything was clean and in good shape. Could use some new paint, but other than that I don't have anything bad to say about this place!

It was really beautiful in the beginning But when we check our room We found lots of dust on the bed and one curled hair.... towels are gray color but original color is white!!!! When I wanna shower the water was very smalllll!! And!! No hairdryer Cleaning should be more detail will become a beautiful villa
JR C — Google review
This is THE WORST PLACE I EVER STAY IN! There are uneven broken floor tiles and one of us tripped and fell and sprained his ankle. There are also loose tiles in the pool! The door to the bedroom cannot be securely locked and we don't feel safe here because the door can be knocked down with a hard push. The design of the outdoor toilet is not really ideal cos anyone standing at the balcony of the veranda can look inside.. morevover the wooden door separating the bath area and the pool is jammed and cannot be closed, effectively losing the use of 1 toilet so 4 of us has to share 1 toilet which defeats the purpose of booking a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms. The drainage cover in the indoor toilet is sunken in and there is a bad sewage smell. The beds are very uncomfortable as the middle spring is broken and it's sunken in the middle and my husband is having a hard time sleeping he has to sleep on the sofa. My friends who were saying the other bed said it's just 2 single beds joined together with a queen sized bedsheet and it is very uncomfortable as well. We requested to have an early check out and move to another location but the owner does not want to give us a refund on the 2nd night. We were also ignored when we asked for a change of villa. Thank God we only stayed 2 nights here instead of a longer stay. And we booked via the HomeAway app which provides zero customer service and followup. They claimed that the payment was charged by a 3rd party (even though the booking was through their app and the confirmation email came from them) and they cannot do anything regarding any form of compensation. AVOID HomeAway at all cost! I have used Airbnb and other booking websites like Agoda and their customer service is so much better.
Jasmine T — Google review
The greatest bang for the buck. We stayed at Villa No. 5, one of two three bedroom villas (Villa No.1). The place is very remote and at first glance, you might think you were going to an underdeveloped nation. Once you reach the villa, and enter, you feel like you have been transported to another world. The villa is old, granted, but the place has an air of class and distinction that is reminiscent of bygone eras that today's hotels and resorts lack. It just rings out "Om Swastiastu" which means may God reach out to you in all directions. The place needs a few touches here and there but the friendly staff and the constant support and service made my wife and I feel very safe and welcome. If you have a scooter, the place gives you access to great local restaurants, a water park, groceries, and cultural park and golf resort.
Paul C — Google review
Nice view but maintenance was terrible! Some floor tiles in the kitchen/lounge/living area were loose and is a potential hazard - beware of the second and third row tiles of villa 4 once you step up to the kitchen area! Lizards werent too much problem since its expected but one of the railings of the stairs leading to the second floor lounge already gave way and can lead to a nasty fall! The gate to the main pool connecting all the villas are also in desperate need of repair as they wouldnt close. Finally, the drain stopper in the main rainshower area also tends to give way so please do be careful!

Had a great time here. Staff is really nice and helpful. Rented the Villa not the bungalows and it was gorgeous! The restaurant at the hotel is not very good. But lots of good places to eat near by. Cheap scooter rental from the hotel as well. Would stay here again.

These bungalows are the coolest. Total jungle feel in a quiet location. The amenities were pretty basic which is to be expected for the price. The pool and grounds are beautiful and the staff is fabulous. We came during low season and pretty much had the whole resort to ourselves. This place is definitely worth staying if you're interested in this location!

We rented the big house and it was just perfect. With 3 people everybody had his own double-bedroom, housekeeping cleaned the house and the scenery was beautiful. Short walk to the beach, scooter rental nearby. 30 minutes scooter-drive to Uluwatu Temple. -1 Star because a LOT of dead bugs were in the pool at night and the stray dogs at the front door were scary.

good place to stay with air-con, but we found that the night is so cool, don't even need it. The owner is very kind to extend our checkout time, and prepare a taxi service to airport with reasonable charge. The breakfast is simple with pancake or French toast, with a cup of coffee or tea only.

Merta Sari Bungalows are located about 150m from Balangan beach and next to the new Kuta Golf. Nice, peaceful and good location. When traveling to Balangan beach you’re here for the surf or to find tranquility. Balangan is a world class surf spot and can get very big. Most of the time there’s big swell producing 9ft waves and higher. You’ll need a scooter to get around as Balangan is quiet remote. You’re 10 minutes away from Dreamland & Bingin. PadangPadang and Uluwatu are nearby. The bungalows are nice and clean, coming out of a fairy tale. Indonesian style. We were traveling with 2 teenagers. The family bungalow was ok but we expected more space. No closet available to store your stuff or some clothes. Warm water available and towels. Nice and clean pool. Internet and WiFi available when it’s working. Don’t expect high internet speed. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Wayan is a friendly lady as well as her husband and they will try to help you with your requests. The first couple of nights we had difficulty to sleep due to the noise produced by the cow bells, roosters and frogs. I suppose they changed location for the cows because after 2 nights we didn’t hear them no longer. Couldn’t get rid of the roosters though... Breakfast is simple but ok. I would like to have more Indonesian style or healthy bowls (dragon bowl, ...). But that’s personal of course.

I am a driver and tour guide. I have a guest from France who stays here, they have booked a tour to the company where I worked well in advance and made a payment. But this morning when I was going to pick up my guest, the driver of the bungalow had raised my guest in his car. My guest thought that the bungalow driver was the driver of the tour agent where she had booked the tour beforehand. Because when my guest showed him a voucher while asking, the bungalow driver said yes. Before 00:09 a.m, i had called the bungalow owner's number several times but was refused. They try to cheat! And I called the number on the google map, but the person who answered the phone spoke in a rude tone and turned off the phone. They are untrue people. What a shame !

Near the "hidden" balangan beach, these lost bungalows offer a perfect shelter for couples and surfers wanting to discover the most beautiful beaches and spots in Kuta selatan. The bungalows are clean, the pool is great and the whole place has a very nice charm. Once you're there, you have to rent a scooter (60k per day/ 4€ per day/ 5$ per day) to visit the various attractions such as the Uluwatu beach and temple.

Our stay at this villa last week was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmness that set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff deserves high praise for their attentiveness and unwavering dedication to service, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, with an impressive level of cleanliness that reflected the team's commitment to providing comfort that feels like home. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to host an intimate group, this property is the perfect escape. Thank you to Indah for being such a star in handling our group’s requests. Thank you Happy, Pak Gede and all the rockstars of Longhouse villa that made our stay a very memorable one. We left with our hearts, very full and grateful that our paths crossed.

We were a group of 7 who just had the most fantastic stay at the Longhouse Jimbaran. We came to Bali to attend our friend’s wedding and chose this beautiful villa with stunning views, lavish rooms and warm service. Me and my partner stayed on the 3rd floor bedroom with a private pool, private living room, with access to big pool outside with great views, two large lounging areas, a bar, kitchen and huge dining room. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Heppy and Eka in particular. Totally recommend this gorgeous villa for couples, groups of friends and families.

We had our son wedding at the property. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, special thanks for the manager Indah and Heppy . All are very courteous and professional. Nothing is too hard and the event went smoothly. We all are very happy and wish to recommend Longhouse to future clients who wish to have a problem free events in beautiful Bali.

Great place the longhouse villa. The best house owner in Bali in 3 years for me. Amazing team. Everyone is very helpful. Was staying there only for 1 month. I wish the house was available for longer term... we had to move out due to new guests. (btw we knew house is available only for 1 month, so it wasn't surprise for us) I also wish prosperity and abundance for this house and everyone who's working there. You deserve it🤍 thank you!!! 100% recommend this place

The place and location are impressive, the atmosphere of the hotel in this villa hotel is very impressive with the artistic environment following the Balinese culture. Buildings and rooms are designed with plenty of open space. Hotel Villa is located above the altitude so the scenery around it is very beautiful and impressive. In general, this place is very comfortable and fun for a vacation with family and individual.

12 of us stayed here for a 5 day trip to bali. And I must say a beautiful property with a staff so friendly that you will feel right at home. The chef cooks almost anything. The venue itself is on par with a 5- star resort stay, with the perk of having it to all by yourself.

Villa Uma Nina is a luxurious five-bedroom villa with a private terrace, balcony, and a spacious landscaped garden. The well-equipped kitchen, semi-open dining area, and elegant living space provide ample room for relaxation. Each air-conditioned bedroom features modern amenities such as flat-screen cable TVs, DVD players, and safes. The en suite bathrooms are equipped with towels, complimentary toiletries, and bath or shower facilities.
We spent two weeks in February at Villa Uma Nina. Arriving very late from the UK, the driver was waiting at arrivals and was so welcoming. A short drive to the villa, we were met with what was in all intents and purposes a private hotel experience with truly wonderful staff. The villa is tastefully finished with extravagant en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. With the concierge(Butler), chef, housekeepers, security and gardeners looking after your every need there was little left to want for. Except for perhaps a massage, which was only a call away and swiftly arranged by the butler. The villa is set in a peacefully secluded area but only a stones throw by car from all the main beaches and (if you are a foodie) many cool restaurants - but at a third of the prices of London equivalents. The driver (Chauffeur) was on hand to spoil us by dropping and picking up from our every location as well as being a personal tour guide. Days started with a swim in the perfect pool in the perfect setting and they only got better.

This villa is truly magical! This was my first time in Bali and we stayed for 7 nights. The facilities and grounds are exceptional from the enormous pool, games room to the massage marquee there is everything you need and WAY MORE in this villa. Upon arrival we were greeted by the villa manager, the chef and the rest of the staff. Throughout the week the staff continued to be incredibly friendly and give amazing local advice on what to do and where to go. The food made by the chef was so yummy that we honestly hardly felt the need to go anywhere else! I really recommend this villa.

The photos of Villa Umanina are impressive, however the real thing is even more breathtaking! We arrived in the evening after a long flight and the driver was waiting for us to transport our family to the villa. On arrival, we marveled at the beauty of the villa all lit up and welcoming with the warm lights. An even warmer welcome awaited us from the staff, professional and smiling with a refreshing drink at the ready.. Each spacious bedroom is more impressive than the next with tasteful, classy decor and furnishings. Every one with dressing room and large en suite bathroom. Excellent Chef ready to make food from an extensive menu (each meal better than the next). Balinese Massage lady just a phone call away to soothe away any stresses and memories of normal hectic l life (so affordable we had a massage every day!) Our 4 teenagers enjoyed the media room watching a vast choice of Satellite TV channels and using the pool table, table tennis etc. Driver always on hand to take us to nearby super cool beaches and beach clubs as well as discovering the beauty of Bali and seeing all the spectacular sights. I highly recommend this Villa. It surpassed our expectations.

Had the most incredible time here! I stayed at this Villa with a group of friends and we had a delightful time. When we planned this trip I was really excited having looked at all the photographs of the Villa, it looked amazing. When we arrived I realized that the house and gardens are even more beautiful than the pictures let on. The experience exceeded my expectations and the staff were wonderful, their kindness and attention to detail made the trip unforgettable. If you ever feel like leaving the luxury of the Villa, beach, shopping and amazing restaurants are close by. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend relaxing time with a close group of friends or family. You'll make amazing memories.

I don’t usually write reviews but Villa Uma Nina was so special that not only did it deserve one, but it would have been negligent not do so. This was our first family trip to Bali and we spent 10 glorious days in August at Villa Uma Nina. It’s truly impressive: from the main house which is beautifully and tastefully decorated, to the four large spacious bedrooms (and there are two more in the guesthouse!), on to the large gardens and the beautiful pool, and the outdoor dining bale where the meals are served. Everything oozed class. It has a stunning view of the city of Denpasar and the Indian Ocean. The volcano atop Mount Raung can even be seen on a clear day… Upon arrival we were greeted by villa chef Kumang and his staff (who were ready with welcome drinks). I must admit that the food prepared at the villa was a huge and welcome surprise! Chef Kumang is ready to prepare bespoke meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t worry too much as there is a vast menu of options to help you decide. Big hint: do NOT miss out on the Beef Rendang! On the days when you might want to venture out, there is a book at hand with suggestions for excellent restaurants and bars. Trust me though: you’re going to want to eat in most days… We could have spent every day lounging at the pool, playing Bocce Ball (yes there was a bocce ball court where a fierce family competition would occur daily), or even just being lazy in the games room (which also has a pool table). On the days when we did venture outside, Kadek (the villa driver) knew exactly where to take us: beautiful beaches, the city for shopping, sightseeing trips to various temples, and we always always felt safe. There is a massage shrine in the back of the gardens, and a masseuse can be summoned in no time. It is so inexpensive that it was an almost daily ritual for the entire family! It has been such a memorable vacation at Villa Uma Nina. It helped us relax and explore the wonderful island of Bali. We will be back for sure!!!

I had the relaxing Massage and it was wonderful. You have the Option to customize the Massage through pressure, which oil you want and if you have any sore spots, this makes the experience very unique and I believe this is a wonderful Massage for everbody. The Massage therapist was very nice and asked a few times during the treatment if I was fine and if the pressure was okay. All in all a nice experience.

Nestled in the serene area of Jimbaran, Casa Jimbaran Villa offers an unforgettable escape for families and travelers alike. Guests rave about the exceptional service provided by the attentive staff, who ensure that every morning starts with a delicious breakfast tailored to your preferences. The villa boasts spacious and clean accommodations that mirror their online images perfectly, featuring four separate houses surrounded by lush gardens and a stunning pool area complete with a whirlpool.
We spent an amazing week in this beautiful location. We travelled with two adults and 4 kids, and the rooms and pool were perfect for us. The place is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view, yet Jimbaran and the beach is in walking distance. The stuff is absolutely sweet, they make a good breakfast and you have to try their dinner menu, it’s sooo good!! Totally recommended place ♥️

The four of us had a great stay at the villa. The villa is extremely spacious with beautiful gardens and stunning views over the pool to the beach. The staff were so kind and accomodating and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The villa is a short walk to Jimbaran beach for seafood beach bars. Highly recommend for families or a small group of friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning villa with three very spacious rooms and bathrooms with an incredible north-facing view of Jimbaran Beach. The whole property is very nicely appointed, and the staff are amazing. Lots of areas to lounge about with a sizable pool and bonus Yoga hut, which is a very cool and unique touch. Just down the block from a solid Izakaya for a convenient lunch or dinner. Note that the street the villa is on can be a little hard to find, especially at night -- it's down a small road right between iiga Warung and the Izakaya. The villa location is on the LEFT driving down this street.

I stayed in Casa Jimbaran Villa and I and my family loved it. I seldom write reviews but this is really an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything is same as in the pictures or even better. The overall space is huge. The rooms are big and in very charming local style. The house offers nice outdoor living areas facing the flourishing garden and swimming pool. Compared to other villas, I liked the fact that the view is unblocked. You walk out of the rooms lo and you see the sea. Also compared to more modern accommodations, I found Casa Jimbaran much more authentic. It was fantastic to have sunset drinks by the pool while having a delicious dinner prepared by a chef (upon request). I will definitely go back in my next visit to Bali.

I’m very thankful the Casa Jimbaran Villa for the great service. It was amazing 2 weeks in my life. I was impressed by all of the staff in villa. There is a tasty breakfast and every day the personal ask you which kind of breakfast you would like to eat and cooked them in time. The room is clean and spacious like a photo on web site. The villa has 4 separately house, an awesome pool and whirlpool. We stay in here twice and absolutely come back again. Best regards, Raushan and her family :)

We spent our last holiday in Bali at this beautiful Villa in Jimbaran. The feeling we had is unbelievable…it seemed you are far away from the city even if you are still very close to everything. The location is just 5 minutes from the famous Four Seasons Resort’s beach and we had a couple of lovely dinners in two of the many restaurants on the Jimbaran beach where we have enjoyed the sunset while we were eating fresh grilled fish! We visited the Garuda Cultural Park that is also just 5 minutes drive from the Villa and spent our day going around the Bukit Peninsula discovering many different beaches that are not so busy as in Kuta or Seminyak. We definitely loved Uluwatu and it’s cliff with many of these little restaurants (warung in local language) that overlook the Ocean. But the most beautiful thing of all was when we come back to the Villa: we had peace, quiet and silence.

This luxurious villa offers stunning views of the ocean and its traditional Balinese pavilions, as well as a private pool with gym and relaxation area. It provides all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay, such as butler service, daily breakfast service and Wi-Fi. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Balinese motifs.
Probably the nicest welcome and most beautiful home away from home we have ever had in Bali!! EVER!! The vibe of the place, the staff, the spoilt cooked breakfasts, the amazing 25 meter swimming pool, quick 2 minute walk to the beach and I could go on and on...We even had a little fish pond with Koi fish and turtles as part time pets! Will be very sad to leave today...

Comfortable but in need of fine detailing. Great location within the Karma Jimbaran resort (currently not open) and close to plenty of quality dining options, the beach and the fish restaurants. Spacious, lovely gardens, large pool, very nice staff and comfortable beds. The villa could do with some work though - Dishwasher and DVD player not working, kitchen a bit tired and in need of a really good clean, bathrooms need regrouting in some areas, cushions need cleaning or replacing and loose pool tiles need to be repaired. Many blinds do not open and the woodwork in some areas needs sanding back and restoring. The villa has a lovely warm ambience and exudes Bali charm, but this is a harsh environment and properties need to pay careful attention to maintenance.

The owner and staffs are really nice and helpful. You can enjoy a beautiful beach view from your 3rd floor and right in front of your house, there are many seafood restaurants you can reach by walking.
Irma P — Google review
I think it is a decent place and the owner and staff are really nice and super responsive and helpful. It was just not what I expected. I thought based on the pictures the villa is on the beach directly, which is not the case. It is behind all warungs on the beach next to huge parking lot which is really busy. And there is a lot of smoke once they start cooking. The villa has 3 levels and you have to go up to the bedroom and back down the stairs if you want to go to the bathroom, which is quite dangerous when you go there at night in the dark because you switch on the light in the bedroom, but still cannot see last steps when you walk down the stairs. I had my torch with me and still could not see properly, stepped badly, fell and broke my leg. It is completely my fault, still they should figure this out (light should switch on downstairs as well when you walk down from bedroom). Otherwise, it is a nice spacious villa, though up in the bedroom the isolation is not the best and you can hear everything in the busy parking lot. Staff was super nice, they drove me to pharmacy when I injured my leg and gave me ice and then they gave me free lift to the airport. Thank you very much!
Petra C — Google review
Originally was going to stay here for 2 nights, but upon seeing how dirty the villa was, requested to have a refund for the second night so we could stay somewhere else. There were bugs all over the beds, hair in the shower, the WiFi didn’t work, and the house didn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures. Even though we asked nicely for a refund, the owner got angry and ended up calling us “nasty people.” The other staff were very nice, and tried to help, but the owner was really awful to us.
Sierra W — Google review
Althought at 1st time I was a little bit unsure about this place because of the access to get in but since the price are very reasonable & no time to search other place, me & my friends decide to stay there for 2 nights.. Well the rooms are ok, the AC was working good, I can sleep well there as well as enjoy the breakfast... Definitely will recommend this place to others, very suitable for lowbudget traveller. Some things need to improve are the light of the bathroom as well the cable of the shower that are too short for me.. Too bad that I can use airport drop off service since the car can not be started where our luggage already there, so we must hire from others and relocate our luggage Keep improve

The restaurant offers dishes for all tastes. In the off season, enough deckchairs for everyone. A little far from everything though. A very nice welcome cocktail. Villa Nakar is a stunning beachfront retreat located on the beautiful Balangan Beach in Bali. This 4-bedroom villa features a private pool, lush garden, and contemporary architecture. It offers easy access to nearby attractions such as Jimbaran Beach and Uluwatu Temple, making it an ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Guests have praised its proximity to Nusa Dua Beach and the surrounding area for strolling with a stroller.
Manager was super helpful and friendly. The villa itself is huge, clean, classic Bali wooden style. Surfing and restaurants are walking distance. The only thing is construction has been going on around the area and a bit noisy in the daytime.
Nuoya Z — Google review
This place is in some need of serious maintenance. Big holes in floor boards covered up by mats, no hot water running to the kitchen, which the manager was aware of and nothing got done about it. Blocked shower heads, leaking air conditioning units causing constant dripping sound, main sliding door to outside area is very hard to slide, you need to be Hercules to open it. The main living area is very hot and stuffy as no airflow, one standing fan supplied but this does not even make a dent. Cows freely enter property, poo on the lawn and drink out of the swimming pool. Swimming pool concrete tiles are breaking and you find them throughout the bottom of the dark pool. While we were there the pool step had come loose and was moving around the bottom of the pool, my son was lucky not to impale himself on it. The toilets are on an eco system so the bathrooms were very smelly.
