It is a beautiful circular enclave. The wild garden makes an intringuing cornice to the villa which is beautiful inside and out. Only a small section of the interior is open to the public but it is worth the trip. The ceiling of the squarish marble room is made with a mirror parchwork that is now pewter gray but, in its day, must have been sparkling at any hint of light. The sculptures perched on the garden walls survey the garden and the few tourists still are intriguing and beautiful in their own odd way.

There was a group of schoolkids at Villa Palagonia. Interesting old place ... you can imagine how magnificent it used to be. Funny sculptures on the garden wall.

Wonderful, impressive palace and exterior of the building. Guttusos includes paintings, prints, sculptures are very strong, and often personal. This place was recommended on every guide of Bagheria and also by our hotel and it didn’t disappoint! They offered us a boiled egg and sweet wine at the beginning of the dinner, which was such a nice touch! The food was delicious and service was fast.

One of the best places to eat in Bagheria. Really convenient to pick up/dine in and order freshly made pasta, arancini or other delicious items as soon on my pictures. Absolutely a must visit place. I 100% recommend this place. It was packed with art from earlier centuries to contemporary pieces. Many beautiful and unique pieces of furniture. The terrace is like cut out from the Bridgerton world and the rooftop view is otherworldly.
