St Brelades bay hotel is simply lovely... Great Staff, fab food, lovely gardens, lovely views over the Bay itself... Could not recommend highly enough.. ❤️

Gorgeous beach. Immaculate gardens adjacent to the beautiful white sand and a lovely church to visit at one end of the bay with views back over the sea. I could easily spend an afternoon here sitting on a bench, eating Jersey ice cream and soaking up the local atmosphere.
Claire B — Google review
Very nice beach, St Brelade's Bay is by far Jersey's best beach, fit with many restaurants and nice hotels. The beach is always clean and most of the time not to busy... Really recommend this beach!

If you're planning a family getaway to Jersey and looking for a laid-back dining experience, look no further than the Jersey Crab Shack in St Brelade. This charming eatery is perfect for families with young kids, offering a relaxed atmosphere that doesn't skimp on quality. With its stunning location right by the seafront at St Brelade's Bay, diners can enjoy breathtaking views while savoring delicious island-inspired dishes.
This restaurant is perfectly situated on the beachfront, offering stunning views of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. We had lunch overlooking the beach, and the scenery made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was beautifully presented, well-cooked, and seasoned to perfection. While the calamari portion could have been more generous, I admit I tend to compare it to what you’d find in the south of Spain. Staff were friendly and service attentive. Restaurants doesn’t accept cash or tips. Over all a great experience.

Year later and it is still GREAT !! 3rd visit to Jersey and 3rd visit to the Crab Shack and we were not disappointed. The oyster’s are super fresh and arrive with option of Tabasco, fresh lemon or shallot vinegar (or “naked” ). The spider crab was well prepared and presented and full of taste. For something different I decided to try the flat iron steak and will definitely be going for that again. In a stunning location with choice of outdoor or indoor seating this great for either lunch or an evening dinner!

Great view. Staff were very friendly. I had the burger - it was alright. I think the seafood here is very good. They had a good variety!
Rayan T — Google review
The food was tasty. Great sea views. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and I had to ask multiple times where my main course was. Toilets need a good clean. Great menu with lots of choices. They offer table service however you have to pay your bill at the bar.
SARAH B — Google review
Service was lovely, so the 10% charge is justified. They were all very welcoming. Seafood was spectacular, I recommend sharing the crab of the day. Finished with beautiful views by the beach.

This is a great place to eat, the booths are lovely to sit in, cosy family birthday meal we had in here...we were treated very nicely by the friendly staff...couldn't fault the crab shack at all....defo a visit when in saint brelardes Bay,Jersey. The stacking share plates are a must! Delicious 😋
Billie G — Google review
Food was delicious and the view is stunning. Service was very good but all the food arrived at the same time, and we really wanted to have starters and mains. Shout out for the incredibly well mixed cocktails as well!
Ruth R — Google review
This restaurant offers a range of differently priced meals. There's a lot of choice too, with a number of veggie options. Everyone in our fussy group found something to enjoy. My dad really enjoyed the throwback pudding of Crepe Suzette! He'd not seen that on a menu since the 80s and said it was brilliant. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The place has an easy friendly vibe that means it's perfect for families. Never been before, but we'll definitely be back.

The Jersey War Tunnels, an underground complex built by the Germans during World War II, have been transformed into a poignant museum showcasing the island's experience under Nazi occupation. The tunnels, stretching over 1km and dug deep into the hillside by slave laborers, offer interactive exhibits, wartime footage, and displays of household objects that depict the British government's decision not to defend the Channel Islands and the privations suffered by locals.
Very interesting and educative history for all of those who are interested in knowing the world war 2. Young children do not enjoy the tour. Breath taking history and an hour flies by if you are reading most of the displays.
Tt N — Google review
A very thought provoking place to visit. Take the time to read the boards and stories of the individuals that lived through the experience it’s well worth it or pay the extra £4.50 for the audio tour. It’s amazing to read just what people went through and how different people had very different experiences of the German occupation. Parking is free and onsite but not huge. It is cooler when in the tunnels but I would t say it’s cold. Definitely a must visit when on the island.
Lee H — Google review
I'm very interested in this period of history and can honestly say that this is the best attraction for World War II I have been to. Highly recommend using the audio guide the information is interesting and they captured so many perspective and elements of the war. I had no understandingof what it would have been like to live on an occupied island that hasn't actually been invaded, and I almost feel like I was there. A huge credit to the island past and present.
Hannah S — Google review
A very well laid out and comprehensive museum dedicated to the WWII German occupation of Jersey. So much to see and learn about the unique history of these events. I hsd previously visited the underground hospital in Guernsey which was similar in layout but fare more bare and original - This has been decorated and converted properly into a museum, and is far less damp! It is however a bit cold and the air very dry due to dehumidifiers running constantly. The gift shop is very good and well stocked too, with a decent cafe. A must-do stop for any visitor to Jersey.
Stan S — Google review
A must visit. A fascinating and moving experience depicting life in the Channel Islands during the war. To enjoy this experience I suggest allow yourselves 2 to 2.5 hours when you visit.
Marian M — Google review
Staff were really nice, even though young, they were knowledgeable and friendly. The museum itself was very interesting, it was very good to go through the timeline of the war through the tunnel, there was lots interesting exhibitions and told a good story, there was a couple of great immersive exhibits as well so it was not all reading so can be good for children and it wasn't too long.
M — Google review
I’ve visited this museum / attraction several times over many years and it seems to get better each time. Some of the materials presented are very thought provoking and overall you get an interesting insight into what German occupation was like for the islanders during the war. The fate of some of the islanders who were deported and the treatment of the prisoners forced to build the tunnels is heartbreaking.
Alan G — Google review
Visited The War Tunnels on 28th August 2025 and this is a 5 star Attraction on Jersey. There is an ample car park. Jersey local bus service is a better and cheaper way to get there, the bus drops you off outside the Tunnels. The Tunnels are accessible for anyone with mobility problems. There is a nice visitors centre, gift shop and restaurant. We had a nice lunch after visiting the amazing Tunnels. The Tunnels tell the tale of how the people of Jersey suffered during the occupation of the island during WW2. It is very thorough provoking. The Jersey War Tunnels are more than worth a visit.

Seafood restaurant
The Oyster Box is a sophisticated seaside restaurant located on the beautiful promenade in St Brelade. It offers stunning views of St Brelades Bay from its luxurious heated terrace. Specializing in oysters, the restaurant serves fresh Jersey rock oysters with various accompaniments such as champagne butter or kenny-herbert sauce with grilled Gruyere cheese. In addition to seafood, the menu features locally sourced meat and fish dishes prepared to order for an authentic Jersey dining experience.
First time dining here this evening, and the service was impeccable 👌, by all servers. Nothing was too much trouble. All servers were friendly and professional. Dining here was a real treat and one of the best meals I've had in Jersey. The food was incredible and so tasty. I'll be dreaming about that champagne butter sauce with the oysters. Compliments to the chefs for all of our prepared courses. My only complaint is they would not except a tip.
SARAH B — Google review
Arrived at 6pm just as the restaurant opened and greeted by the lovely Margaux. Our host showed us to a fabulous corner window table and introduced Fabrice our waiter for the evening. We took the opportunity to video the beach view and inside of the restaurant before it became extremely busy. The seafood was fresh, beautifully cooked and simply delicious. Service from Margaux and Fabrice was exceptional with every attention to detail to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Chris D — Google review
Absolutely first class. we've travelled the world and been to many seafood restaurants and this is ranked up there with the best. Food was stunning. nicely presented and well flavoured. Great service too. We will definitely be returning.
Gene H — Google review
Our first time in Jersey and this restaurant was a real treat. I had the seafood pasta and it was hands down the best seafood pasta I've ever had. The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. The cherry on the sundae was the amazing views over the bay. Thanks for having us!
Hannah F — Google review
We had a fantastic lunch here. Slow, sunny and delicious which was just what we wanted. We shared the oyster platter and ordered more from the specials menu which were amazing. A must try if you haven't had a hot/grilled oyster. The ones in champagne butter were incredible. For starters you could get some smaller portions of the pasta dishes which was such a great idea, meaning that we got to try more of the menu. We had beef carpaccio and crab tagllerini. Theres plenty non-fishy options to choose as well. We had pork tomahawk, monkfish(from the specials menu) and, of course, delicious Jersey Royals. The dessert section was also very inviting but we opted for dessert wines and affogattos instead. An absolute MUST visit for tourists and a perfect place for a nice meal, to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy the wonderful coastal views.
Chloe D — Google review
I came for my birthday and everyone was so nice. Thanks for the little card attention! The view was amazing, staff really nice and food is good. I would suggest more crustacean choice platters 🙂 Thank you 🙂

We are on holiday and first visited Oyster Box on Wednesday to celebrate my husbands birthday, we had a superb meal, amazing food, great atmosphere and really friendly and attentive staff, we loved it so much we have been back Thursday and Friday and are going back for one last time on Saturday before we fly back to UK on Sunday afternoon. We have tried various dishes and loved them all, great combination of ingredients. Tried truffle chips for first time which were just incredible. Great seafood but also good selection of other dishes for non fish lovers. Overall highly recommended.

St Brelade's Parish Church is a small, historic church located near the picturesque St Brelades Bay. It offers stunning views of the beach and coast, making it a popular spot for photography. The church is steeped in local history and features fascinating wall paintings. Adjacent to the church is the Fisherman's Chapel, which houses intricate frescoes dating back to the Middle Ages. A lovely and extremely old church that has charm and hundreds of years of history. Very well maintained, plenty of info to digest and free to enter - if in the area definitely need to visit!

If you in the area go visit this pretty little church with its medieval pictures painted on the ceiling. A wander around the graveyard is a must too....lovely walk to here as well and if the tide is out enough you can walk back along the sand.
Billie G — Google review
Beautiful church and sister Fisherman's chapel. Peaceful and uplifting places to take time to pause. Fascinating interior decoration, especially in the Fisherman's chapel. Lovely views over the beach from graveyard.

Lovely church and Chapel set in a beautiful location
Linda J — Google review
Stunning old church with ceiling painting going back hundreds of years. Definitely worth seeing as it is still In beautiful condition.
Raelene R — Google review
This is a beautiful church, which obviously has a lot of history. It would have been nice to be able to learn more about it, as information on it was unfortunately scarce from what I could see on our visit to the church. It is still worth a visit, though, as the stained glass is stunning! Also go and look in the little fisherman's chapel for some rare ceiling paintings.

St. Brelade's Parish Church is a very peaceful church located near a seafront beach. I liked it very much because the church is made of brick and looks magnificent.

This is the parish church of St. Brelade. I visited her as I also wished to visit the adjacent Fisherman's Chapel. The building is made up of many small stones and this gives it a fairly unique look. The church has a large graveyard and also some great views across St. Brelades Bay

Nestled in the scenic St. Brelade area of Jersey, Jersey Lavender Ltd is a delightful destination for those seeking a unique experience amidst stunning lavender fields. Open from October to April, with late May being the prime time for blooming views, this charming farm invites visitors to stroll through its vibrant landscapes. Guests can embark on the Discovery Trail, which leads them to various intriguing spots around the property and offers insights into the fascinating process of essential oil distillation at their onsite distillery.
Such a wonderful place to discover the workings of the farm and learning about amount of work that goes into the products they sell. If you are more into wandering the lavender field, go in the height of summer to experience all varieties in bloom. Beyond the fields there is a large meadow and area full of tall ferns where you can spend a good hour isolated from other visitors, enjoying the bees, butterflies and birds. The cafe has a lovely veranda with beautiful views to the garden. As a bonus, I’d recommend the footpath leading straight from the farm to St Aubin town.

Loved visiting this place. Stopped at the cafe first to try the lavender scones, 😋. Enjoyed the tour around the farm, informal but very informative and friendly 😊. Purchased lavender soap and now (upon returning home) I'm loving it's fragrance, it lingers for ages, highly recommend!!
Louise — Google review
I visited Jersey Lavender Farm a few weeks ago, with my sister. This was our 4th visit to the island but our 1st visit to Jersey Lavender Farm and what a gem it was. The people we met there were so welcoming and friendly and it was obvious that they all loved working there and nothing was too much trouble, all lovely characters. The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing to spend time walking around and just sitting in, full of hidden nuggets along the way and finding out more about the lavender and what it was used for was really interesting. There is a lovely gift shop to browse around at your leisure, with so many delightful items to choose from and very reasonably priced. The icing on the cake for us was the quaint, homely cafe, where we sampled the lavender shortbread, lavender scones, apple pie with cream and a choice of cakes, everything was homemade and delicious and there was an excellent choice of other food on the menu . The only regret we had was that we'd left it on our 4th visit to Jersey to go and see the stunning Lavender Farm but we will definitely be popping in next year. Well worth the visit.
Sue B — Google review
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Recommend using the audio tour for a fuller and imformative experience. Plenty of Instagramable opportunities around the tour. Pop next door and visit Rays free garden and pop up shops its a pleasant surprise. Warning🚨 beautiful white and ginger floof ball by the name of marmaduke is friendly but if his tail is swooshing beware he may bite 😬
Karine M — Google review
Lovely grounds to have a walk through. Picked up some lavender oil from the shop on site which smells lovely if you add a few drops to your bath. The cafe was unbelievably cheap so very good value for money all round
Kalina L — Google review
Small family run business. I was there late in the day and not a lot going on. Lavender was very pretty - what hadn't already been cut for production.
Sue G — Google review
It's an original and relaxing place for your trip to the island, especially if you already visited the most popular places Staff were really friendly aswell Sadly I ordered just a cup of tea at the end of my visit and they took so long to get to my table that I had to leave because I would miss my flight back home otherwise. I don't blame the team cause they were really friendly, there wasn't just enough staff for so many tables in my opinion. I left after 30 minutes. The farm itself, is beautiful, quite big and you get to learn new things about lavender in general as they have an audio guide aswell, i'd recommend it if you want to relax and visit something original! Ps. the tortoise is a little bit to the north of the farm:)
Martin P — Google review
Had visited a few days earlier and enjoyed a lavender scone and lavender shortbread. I went back to buy some shortbread as a gift and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful taking the time, close to closing, to box up the shortbread and tie it with ribbon even though they were busy with last minute visitors. Thank you ladies. Xx

Helen B — Google review
A large and wonderfully equipped and well maintained sports site. Children's play area, nursery, rugby, football, tennis, cricket, rounders, basketball, netball, petanque, boules, track and field athletics, 1km cycle track, sports centre with gym and swimming pool and now the new skate park! The groundskeeping staff do an amazing job here and it's a lovely place to just cycle, run, or walk some laps safely on a well maintained surface. Parking on site (remember your yellow disc or you'll risk a fine, but it's free and takes 30 seconds to set your disc on the dashboard), easy walking access to the local estates and shopping areas a five minute walk away. The only "complaint" is the lack of toilets on site. There are toilets in the sports centre, but you sometimes get a bit of a dirty look using those loos if you're not a paying customer. Not the end of the world though, as there are toilets 200m down the railway walk at the elephant park and also about 400m away at Red Houses. Overall, a lovely place to visit, relax, or play sports at any level - the facilities are more than adequate for even serious sports players.
Ritch — Google review
Les Quennevais Sports Centre is a true gem for health enthusiasts, and for those trying to lose weight and get in shape. With two swimming pools, a hot tub and sauna facility, the cleanliness and friendly staff are truly commendable and the people working for the company are true professionals. The gym has an assortment of activities to try, from treadmills that can have their incline plane adjusted as well as the usual speed settings, to rowing machine and excercise bikes- this gym offers weight training equipment and has televisions so you won't get bored of repeating the same exercise over and over for your self care. With affordable rates, and a top of the range café for that post-work out treat, Les Quennevais Sport Centre is one of the best places in Jersey to bring your friends and family. The sports centre works with schools to help teach the children to swim from a young age in order to boost their confidence, and I owe a lot to places such as these for all they do to help the future generations of the islands.
Sam T — Google review
Les Quennevais Sports facility is a well used local sports amenity with gymnasium equipment, swimming pool, an outside cycle track which caters for limited ability people and children too. Other sports clubs are in the same vacinity.

Good timetable of classes, friendly, welcoming gym. Set right on the railway trail so you can combine a class with a walk or run along the lovely trail. Perhaps a little counterproductively, the cafe sells the biggest a scones I have ever seen in my life.

Arboretum
Nestled in the heart of Jersey, Val de la Mare Arboretum, once dubbed "The Forgotten Forest," is a captivating sanctuary brimming with an array of unique trees and plants sourced from diverse corners of the globe. The island's mild climate allows for a rich tapestry of flora from regions as varied as Australasia, East Asia, the Mediterranean, and North America to thrive here. This arboretum offers a delightful walking experience suitable for families and dog owners alike.
This is a great place to walk. I had my two dogs with me and a pushchair. The path is lovely and flat however there are other paths off the main path that are not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. It's lovely and peaceful here and the views once you hit the reservoir are quite spectacular. Its definitely worth a visit. There is plenty of parking spaces too.
Alison L — Google review
Public walkway around a reservoir If you go to the left (clockwise) when approaching from the carpark, it's an easy flat walk for 1 km to the dam. If you go right (anti clockwise) it's undulating and approx 2 km to the dam. Either way, it's lovely, but if you're after an easier walk, go clockwise and come back on yourself when you get to the dam.
Kyla C — Google review
Serene and so quiet. Lovely walk through some pretty amazing trees around the reservoir. Pretty views. Perfect aftern stroll. Easy carpark if you drive, not so easy getting off the bus on such a busy rd
Sue A — Google review

Beautiful, easy woodland walks. Would highly recommend.
Dawn M — Google review
What a hidden gem! Hidden away in the middle of Jersey this is a special place. I visited in winter, probably not the best time to see trees however, the walk along the woodland path and out to the reservoir was sublime enough in the low winter sun. The view over St Ouen's bay when you reach the dam is just simply breathtaking. I will most definitely be back as the seasons change and the evenings lengthen to take in the changing scenery and a delightful walk in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings (bar the odd plane taking off)

We love it there - the boys have been loving the climbing wall recently and there’s a new inflatables assault Course in the trampoline area

Jump Jersey is great fun for all ages, both children and adults. It is too expensive ! Unfortunately, they don't offer a ticket that allows you to use all the equipment at the same time. You must book each activity separately, which can be quite expensive. The jump trampoline session is 45 minutes and costs £12 plus the cost of socks. You can only book online 48 hours in advance. There is also a soft play area, slides, and climbing walls. Parties cost approximately £33 per person. The cafe doesn't provide many good or healthy options.

Terrible experience !!! We were charged an adult ticket for our 16 month old who has only just started walking, we were told by the staff that we were not allowed to help our daughter on the trampolines and we got told to get off when trying to help her bounce. There response was 1 person per trampoline which is fair enough but we weren’t even allowed to sit with her. A certain member of staff at the till was incredibly rude. My partner asked for a refund for herself and our daughter after a few minutes being there as there wasn’t much point, they refused to give us a refund which was £45! (Even tho they already charged our baby for an adult ticket!) Will definitely not be returning, and the staff need to have a little bit more respect. Terrible

Well run, very busy and can become expensive if doing lots of activities. Good car park. Limited food options
John — Google review
Good place to take kids especially when the weather is poor. Quick check in and then away you go. Used the soft play which is pretty decent. There is a small food outlet which does some reasonable coffee and other bites to eat. Overall good value at £4 for 45 minutes soft play

Took the kids up over the Easter break. 10 and 11 year old and they loved it. Wasn't to busy, so they managed to get a lot of different climbs in

A fantastic spot for both children and adults - although predominantly for kids. A well equipped, clean and managed venue with multiple activities to keep the youngsters entertained, climbing, bouncing, ninja warrior, soft play and pottery painting.

Nice to walk around. Peaceful. Takes just over an hour without rushing. We found our way from the beach nightclub direction. Got hopelessly lost when we tried to access from the landward side using Google - ended up on a very narrow road which led past several houses before finishing on someone's driveway!

The Channel Islands Military Museum, located inside a German bunker in St. Ouen, offers a unique insight into the German occupation of Jersey during World War II. The museum was established by an individual who began collecting items related to the occupation at a young age and continues to expand its collection. Visitors can explore various artifacts, including weaponry, medical equipment, and wartime objects, as well as detailed models and dioramas depicting the historical context.
Fantastic place. A bit off the beaten track. Make sure you've got a taxi number and or know your bus route. A cafe and jersey pearls with a cafe opposite. Public toilets were handy near by. A great location for a museum. Worth a look if you've got an hour or so to spear.
Harri F — Google review
Lovely interesting guy who owns this collection documenting the history of German occupation and how the local population had to adjust. My son loved it and I'm glad that people take the time and efforts to keep this part of jersey history alive, love it or hate it the Natzi occupation is a part of history here and this is a gem of a place to visit. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Amazing little Museum, it's incredible the amount of German items from Weapons, uniforms, turrets, to even a motorbike, there's lots of history in here, all of it links to various different places around the island, I'd recommend coming here and visiting Noirmont Point on the same day as you get a great detail of scale for the shells used in the cannons at Noirmont. There is also every type of German war medal on display, as well as the uniforms, used bullet casings and shell casings, an Enigma machine, a couple Flak turrets and lots of MG34 guns and their mounts and tripods too. Couldn't recommend this museum any more than I am, if you're interested in the history of the island and what occurred here during the second world war, then this is a must visit location, will love to come here again in the future
Ryan P — Google review
A great little find, while we were up the north end of the island. Loads of exhibits in an actual bunker with so much information. A fascinating trip into the past and well worth a visit, be aware, it's not a huge museum, but for the history buffs a great place to visit.
Matt C — Google review
Very informative museum with plenty of things to look at. Give yourself plenty of time here as there are many interesting stories to read! Tickets were £8 when we went, which was well worth the price, although the bunker is not huge. There is a bus stop right outside and a restaurant nearby where you can wait to catch the bus back.
Ella V — Google review
Amazing collection (or rather ~20% of this gentleman's amazing collection) of Nazi occupation artifacts. Well worth a visit. It is a shame that he doesn't seem to get support from the island government to move into bigger premises to display more of his collection.

Located in St Peter, aMaizin Adventure Park is the largest farm park in Jersey, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for families. Outdoor adventures include go-kart racing, gold mining, and navigating through the Maize Maze. The park also features a bouncy pillow, playgrounds, water fights, tobogganing, and mini-golf. Inside the park's wooden-built soft play area are slides and ball pits for children to enjoy.
Great outdoor place for kids and young adults. Full of things to do inside and outside, the place is one of Jersey’s most active places. Unfortunately it will close for good at the end of August 2025! Hopefully someone else will carry on the great job the owners have done so far.
George T — Google review
Kids loved it. Don't be put off by the slightly shabby appearance. Food was surprisingly good. Tractor ride was a bit of a white knuckle ride but the kids loved it. Kids had a brilliant time with the highlights being the foam party, the tractor ride and the maize maze. Also loved the little buggies to tow bags and small passengers. You need to be there early to get one.
Robert H — Google review
By Jersey standards it's not too bad, but if you're visiting it as a UK tourist it may well be underwhelming. Some of the park reminds me of "The Field" from a Father Ted episode. The indoor play area is good, the food selection is fairly decent but the Tabbogan Tower is awful!
James D — Google review
Pretty good and a lots of activities available. Tractor ride was good fun and the driver enthusiastic! A shame it’s closing permanently at the end of the month as the island doesn’t have any other places like this for kids. £60 for 2 kids and 2 adults felt expensive. We enjoyed it for a couple of hours.

Have been visiting Jersey for years now, and have been coming here on our trips for 4 years. I cannot fault this place, the staff have always been really helpful and super friendly and informative. Equipment and play games are all well maintained and in working order, things have changed over the years which is great to show how management are investing in the place and ensuring a great experience. I think the real proof of a place like this are the loos and here they have always been spotlessly clean and smell free. Keep up the good work guys. Great day out!

Fantastic place to take kids!! It was our first time in Jersey as a family of 4. We have a 4 year old and 5 year old and it cost £46 to get in but is well worth it. Everything else is included. You can go on anything you like as many times as you like. We didn't take a picnic but there are plenty of areas to sit if you choose to take your own food. Although the menu is pretty varied and reasonably priced. Cute little farm with goats, ponies, pigs, rabbits, and guinea pigs. There are toilets and changing facilities right in the middle of the play park which are kept extremely clean considering how many children are in and out every day. Soft play inside is excellent, you can sit and have a coffee and watch your kids as there is seating in full view of the play area. Again the toilets in here were immaculate and smelled lovely!! If you go during the hot weather make sure you take swimwear and a towel and/or a change of clothes as there is plenty of water play and also socks as these are required for the soft play indoors. You'll easily spend a whole day here we didn't even get to go in the maze and we were there for 5 hours!!! Enjoy 😊

Really nice and well restored location with lots of details and stories. Highly recommended.

This bunker complex is only open about four days a year, despite being restored. It's also quite dangerous in places and not suitable for young children. For example, the safety rail at the top of the steps down to one of the ammunition stores is broken and in a dangerous condition. Good luck if you fall down there... The information boards are also badly crazed and difficult to read, or printed in a very difficult to read hazy font. Very disappointing given the importance of this complex, and that it's been restored. Please open it properly and staff it, so that we all might learn, and hopefully not repeat the errors of the past...

I took my super active 11 year old to the high wire activity. Easy to park, a pretty walk to Creepy Valley from Les Ormes carpark and there it is. He had the time of his life and we will be back as often as we can. When the surf is flat and you have a kid that can't sit still it focused him to use his body differently. Excellent, kind instructors who explain all your equipment and help you if needed by talking to you from the ground. A wooden shelter with seats so parents/carers can sit in the shade/shelter. Would be a great birthday activity instead of a party. We are so lucky to have activities like this.

Nestled near St. Brelade's Church, the Fishermen's Chapel is a hidden gem steeped in history and charm. Originally established as a monastic church in the 6th century, it underwent significant transformation in the 11th-12th centuries under the Bishop of Coutances, evolving from timber to stone construction.
I walked along St.Brelade promenade and through the gardens to the small Fisherman's Chapel. You can walk along the beach or a short distance on the road. The Chapel was built in the 11- 12th century although some claim even earlier. The mediaeval paintings are breathtaking. This is a must see attraction.

Accessible by foot at low tide, it's advisable to check the bus schedule if visiting outside high season.
Excellent place to visit. Views are spectacular. Look out for the green lizards.

Passed on the West Coast bus journey. Following day on the around the island bus journey we stopped in the small car park and took a few photos.
Snowy T — Google review
Very dramatic lighthouse accessible in low tide. You cannot get up close or enter the lighthouse itself, but the walk there and back is good and unique.
Stan S — Google review
This place is absolutely amazing. It looks almost prehistoric, and probably is. It's a great walk when the tide is out. A real must to visit. We saw a couple having their wedding photos taken. How wonderful they shared their day with total strangers. Well done them. Highly recommend with 5stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An absolute must to visit! There's a kind of Famous Five adventure air to the lighthouse, with the surrounding rocky sea and landscapes and crashing waves. Historical interest too with the WW2 bunkers and some beautiful photo opportunities.

La Corbière to Portelet Bay. (Around a 2h walk) - This is one of the most iconic and picturesque walks on the island. Taking in stunning costal views as well as the ups and downs of the high cliffs, this short walk is packed with sights to absorb. St. Brelade’s Bay, recently voted third best in Britain, marks the halfway point. Containing a huge choice of places to relax as well as one of the island’s richest and most diverse nature reserves La Corbière - A causeway leads to this small, rocky island & sunset viewpoint with a quaint lighthouse. This place is amazing. It looks almost prehistoric, and probably is. It's a great walk when the tide is out.
Keith A — Google review
Stunning views! One of the best places to visit on the island. Make sure to check the tides. Only with low tide you can walk up to the lighthouse. In any case, the views are breathtaking!
Niels L — Google review
A great photo opportunity! Be sure to visit at low tide and during sunset - the views are magical. The location is accessible by public transport but check the bus schedule if visiting out of high season. We came here at low tide and walked to the lighthouse itself. Climbing the stairs was not possible because the fence was locked but the main beauty was the overall look. Near the lighthouse there are several hoppers left after WWII - they looked clean and maintained which was a nice surprise. There`s a lot of history here.

Beauport Beach is a picturesque sunseekers paradise located on the island of Jersey. It is sheltered and uncommercialized, making it an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility. Accessible via a short climb down from the carpark or by kayak or boat, this beach offers turquoise, glass-clear water and is perfect for nervous swimmers due to its rarely rough waters.
I always come here every spring and summer, never disappoints ! The climb down is tiring but absolutely worth it, the water is always refreshing on a hot day, never to busy and a great view !

My favourite beach on the island. No facilities, other than a carpark at the top and path with stairs down to the beach. So bring everything you need for your time on the beach with you.
David P — Google review
It's probably the most beautiful place we visited whilst on holiday. Thanks to the locsl lady walking her dogs who told us about it. Access down to the beach isn't easy . Lots and lots of uneven steps wind down to the beach. Which when we vidited was utterly deserted. If you didn't know where you were, you could have been mistaken for thinking you were in Thailand.

About Beauport Beauport Bay is the very definition of a hidden gem, geographically close to the busy St. Brelade’s Bay but a world away in terms of atmosphere. It’s improbable that a visitor would stumble across Beauport unless they knew exactly where to look, so the majority of beachgoers here are local, and those in the know arrive early to bag a good spot on the sand. Reaching Beauport is an adventure in itself with a steep pathway and steps tumbling down the cliff face from the small car park above. The reward for these efforts clambering down (and later back up!) is one of the most picturesque wild bays in Jersey, if not the world. Surrounded on all sides by towering granite cliffs the south facing bay is a renowned sun-trap, and the turquoise water here is calm, perfect for swimming and a popular anchor spot for local and visiting boat owners. Local teens earn their bragging rights by jumping into the water from a number of dizzyingly high rocks around the bay, but an excellent knowledge of local tides and water depth is required to do this safely and it’s not recommended to follow suit! There is no public transport serving Beauport, but the nearest bus stop in St. Brelade’s Bay is around a 15-minute walk away. Due to the nature of the steep pathway and steps this beach is sadly not recommended for those with mobility difficulties, and there are no toilet or catering facilities here.

Such a beautiful beach! It's a bit of a walk down the stairs to the beach but so worth it.
Holley W — Google review
A small but a beautiful beach. There are no toilets or shops nearby and you have to take steps or a long slope to get there, but it’s not busy and it’s very relaxing. We walked around 15 mins from St Brelade church bus stops to here. Walking on the road is easier but taking a waking trail is more scenic.
HIK — Google review
Superb beach not very crowded. Unsuitable for disabled as it is accessed from a steep flight of unven steps. Worth the effort though. No amenities on the beach
Maharukh D — Google review
Quiet small bay very well sheltered from wind if coming the right Direction Westerly wind I think small forest area on the left bit of a walk down the steps but worth it

Strong Point Corbiere is a historical site in Jersey that offers a glimpse into the island's World War Two German defenses. The area is filled with well-preserved bunkers and historical plaques, providing insight into the wartime occupation of the Channel Islands. Visitors can explore these impressive fortifications, including a repurposed large tower, and learn about their significance. Additionally, the site features a lighthouse just a short walk away, offering stunning views of the surrounding coast and sea.
it's truly impressive how well everything is maintained. The history behind these structures is fascinating 🤔

Easy walk down from the car park.. just mind yourself not to stray onto the "private garden"🪴!!
Joe H — Google review
Fantastic place to go and see some German bunkers and a light house. You can walk to the light house, but bewere of the tide, it comes in very fast. You can park here for free, not many spaces here.
Jonathan C — Google review
We managed to get there for dusk on a sunny day. So it was excellent. Quite magical. Good place for photography and see the island. Highly recommended. We got there by bus so it is possible but it does take a while.
Rodrigo S — Google review
Visited twice once to walk out to the light house and the second time when the cios had an open bunker night . The area is littered with bunkers and historical fact plates . The channel island occupation society are a great bunch who really know and care about the bunkers they preserve. The ice creams at the top of the hill are very welcome after the walk beach across the causeway . Bare in mind that whilst there is plenty of parking upper and lower this can quickly fill up at busy times.
Adam G — Google review
First class historical site, amazing work to tell the story of Jersey during the occupation. Thank you to the volunteers engaged at these sites. We'll worth visiting
Jason K — Google review
A very clear reminder of the occupation of the Channel Islands in the second world war are the bunkers and towers that are still present here. The main reason for this is that they were built to withstand a full on assault and so I can imagine they will be present on the landscape here for many years to come. You can visit some of these and the large tower has been repurposed.

Great sureal experience walking across the once submerged causeway. A must see when in Jersey. Take the coast walk back to St Brelades for a magical scenic walk....
