Playground
Glenelg Foreshore Playspace is a top-notch playground that offers an epic experience for kids and adults alike. It provides a safe environment with prime coastal views, allowing parents to relax with a coffee while the kids play. The addition of the Giant Wheel from October to April makes it even more exciting. Located near Glenelg's Jetty Road, it's surrounded by beach fun and nature play areas, making it perfect for family outings.
upgraded playground area which features slides, trampolines, water areas, a climbing net and a few other things. its a pretty big play area which has a tunnel that goes under the slides. the whole area has a springy rubber floor in case anyone falls off something. there is a shelter over the slide area which is helps on a sunny day or if there's any rain.

Amazingly went there to do a follow up on GLENELG JETTY . However this caught my eye all set up in front of the JETTY , these colour spectrums speaks volumes even from the start to end . Thanks GLENELG FOR THIS PRIVILEGE in more ways than one .!!!
Andrew S — Google review
Great for the family. There is a large play area for children (slides, trampolines, water areas etc) and is 'kid safe' with a springy rubber floor. Plenty of cover (rain and sun).
Norm P — Google review
This playground is great! Large slides, soft floors, sand and trails to climb for toddlers. They even have a water apparatus, rock climbing wall and it's just a great place for kids to play while parents can chill on the grass.
Harriet W — Google review
A great seaside kids’ playground. Slide, trampoline, climbing net, water play, swing, small tunnel, etc. Children enjoy playing here.
Lu L — Google review
At the end of Jetty Road and just before the sand, near amusement area and toilets.Great selection of slides and jumps.Fun.Hey soak up some sea and sun and history.

Fabulous beach front playground for children!
Michael M — Google review
Not really my thing but great if you have kids for day or with you all the time. Watch the trampolines which are built in the ground and kids can fall off and - splat on the pavers and hard surfaces around plus they are pretty bouncy when 2 ppl on them (which kids do).

The Beachouse is an exciting amusement complex located in Glenelg, offering a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages. From thrilling water slides to mini golf and bumper cars, this destination has something for everyone. The complex features Australian-first and world-class attractions, including fully enclosed heated waterslides, dodgem cars, blaster boats, a historic carousel, mini golf course, play castle, and an Italian-built train.
Kids had a lot of fun at The Beachouse. Great idea with combination of water slides, arcade games and carnival type games. Many packages to choose from so best to research before you arrive. Parking is steep in cost so if you can street parking outside the venue, it could save you some $
Byron C — Google review
I’ve experienced Beach House with my own friends, with over 100 children at a time with OSHC and with my 3 year old. This place is stimulating! My son and I love lights and noise so it was great for us! The merry go round was an accessible and enjoyable option for him, I was able to join him for no extra charge and he had a lot of fun on there! He was also desperate to try an arcade game and was convinced that it was him making all of those hoops 😉 I think that the place could do with a bit of an upgrade, a big clean and some new paint? Being by the ocean means that it probably gets damaged quicker than other places though.
Emma-Kate L — Google review
A brilliant weekend for the kids with lots of laughter. Parents can also join in many games. The space is quite comfortable with great customer service. Always happy every time we come here with our children, because we see them happy.😄😄😄 Update: Again, we had a fantastic weekend with the kids, filled with laughter & fun. The customer service was friendly & welcoming as usual.
Hong N — Google review
Place is so unloved needs a decent clean. Arcade games either broken partly damaged need topping up or just take your money with no go. Only thing good is the slides for now. Very costly for what it is now days. Not fun more unwelcoming and needs a bloody good clean
R C — Google review
Beachhouse Playground is a family gem! Kids adore the creative, beach-themed equipment—especially the ship climber and sand play area. It’s spotlessly clean, shaded by palms, and safely fenced. Parents appreciate the comfy seating and ocean views. Perfect for sunny days, birthday parties, or post-beach energy burns. Pure childhood joy!
Luke L — Google review
Most of the games were not functioning properly or at all (mind they still took credit) the mini golf is in need of a lot of maintenance and stunk of stagnant water. Playground seems to have vanished since our last visit. Absolute waste of money. The place needs a massive overhaul.
Ben S — Google review
I didn’t really have a good time at The Beach House. Most of the arcade games were broken or not working, which was really disappointing. The water slides weren’t running, and the water boats were also closed. For the price they charge, I expected much more. Overall, it felt overpriced and not worth the visit

Feed Jetty Road, located at 85 Jetty Rd, Glenelg SA 5045, is a popular cafe known for its impeccable service and warm hospitality. The cafe offers a wide range of options for vegans, vegetarians, and health-conscious individuals. Despite being a bit cramped, the cafe has a nice atmosphere with lots of windows and hanging plants. They serve Coffex coffee and offer gluten-free options as well.
I have been to this cafe many times and everything is perfect. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and the service is good, and the food tastes great. It doesn't take long to wait for the food
SETTHAWUT — Google review
FEED offers fast, friendly service with a modern vibe! I loved the personal greeting and it feels happy and not so touristy as other Jetty Rd cafes. The food is fresh especially the fruit for smoothies and juices 🍏🍍. Generous brekkie serves and a modest but delish range of cakes and biscuits. Honestly, the best dirty chai I've ever had ☕️ Came back for a cappuccino the next day and it was again one of the best 👌 FEED is a family run little gem. Highly recommend it.

Popped in here for the first time on Thursday the 25th of September for Brunch and I'm so glad I did. The interior was delightful and inviting, lively with the greenery. The food I ordered was delicious and the service was very quick too! My cappuccino was done well. Definately going to come back here on another opportunity.

We had a big breakfast and added chorizo and feta to our avocado and everything was seasoned with spices and pepper. The spinach leaves were cooked with some herbs and the avocado was at room temperature and not cold. The poached eggs ran out from the yoke beautifully And the hash brown was Light and fluffy. What a delicious breakfast. We also had the green detox drink, which was also magnificent with Apple pineapple spinach and cucumber . The best big breakfast in Adelaide so far!!!

Embark on a marine adventure with Temptation Sailing in Glenelg, Adelaide. Their guided tours offer the chance to witness pods of dolphins and a colony of sea lions up close. The playful dolphins often approach boats, providing an opportunity for a face-to-fin encounter. With options to swim alongside these creatures, visitors can enjoy the thrill of interacting with Australia's famous wildlife.
My partner and I had a truly wonderful time on our twilight cruise last night. From start to finish was brilliant. Staff are fabulous and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The view is stunning along our coastline and OMG that sunset 🌇 Wind in your hair sipping champagne 🍾 spotting dolphins 🐬 watching a stunning sunset with your loved one. What a perfect night 🧡 I would highly recommend it to everyone. 10/10 👍

What a fantastic evening spent on Temptation. The 2 staff members were lovely . Such a relaxing time cruising along the coast line. Added bonus of lots of dolphins joining us. I would recommend this to anyone. Even provided blankets when it got a little chilly

A fantastic dolphin experience with the added bonus of seeing fur seals. The marine biologist crew were knowledgeable in explaining the different species and their different habits. I’m planning to go to Adelaide again with a different friend and will do this excellent value for money tour with her.

I had an amazing experience with Temptation sailing. We encountered multiple pods of dolphins and got to learn so much about them. Getting in the water with them was a surreal experience. The crew of the Temptation was fantastic. You could tell they really cared about the dolphins and were very passionate about their jobs. The energy they brought to the experience was contagious and I had a really great time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

A fantastic experience was had between myself & my 2 adult Children as we thoroughly enjoyed sailing the beautiful seas around Glenelg with an amazing Sunset & a large pod of dolphins. Imogen & Zach who run Temptation were wonderful, thank you & see you again 🥂

Fantastic evening on the water with the amazing staff at Temptation. We saw a pod of 10 dolphins, the views and sunset along the coast was incredible great experience!!. Would highly recommend.
Kris D — Google review
One of the top outdoor experiences we've had this year! We saw so many dolphins, swimming alongside and in front of the catamaran. The most since the start of the season (Sept - April) said the guide. We saw small groups, mum/junior and large groups, well over 20. It was amazing!! 🐬 . ⛵️ Well worth the 6am wakeup (7.30 arrival, 8.00 departure). No BYO, as there's a bar - or so we read, but I don't think there was a bar, and it's a weekend so ok to start drinking before noon. The guide was hard to hear, battling the motor and waves. . 🏊‍♀️ Snorking (front swim) - There was an option to get in the water, where you're inside a fishnet in freezing cold waters. Not that the boat never stops, so the water is always moving, never calm, there's no free roam. There's two groups that alternate in the water, so you get to see them from the boat too. . Tips - There's a video of the swim experience on their website - sit up front, not in the middle area - bring a puffy coat (it was summer on land, but not at 8am on the water), hat (tied on), chapstick, snacks that won't fly away, lanyard for phone - wear fitted clothes, it's very windy on the go - Only for those nimble who can do small steps. If you have mobility issues this isn't for you, or maybe pick a spot and don't move around . 🐬⛵️@temptationsailing ⚓️📍Marina Pier, Glenelg 📆 October 2024 💵 Swim experience $149 // Dolphin watch $88
Charlie C — Google review
We had the most amazing trip with Temptation Sailing swimming with dolphins in their natural environment off the coast of Glenelg. We saw loads of dolphins both in the sea and then off the catamaran when we finished swimming. The staff were really friendly, informative & professional. We purchased the photo & video pack for Aus$25 which is brilliant, great value for money & a definite must. We highly recommend this trip. Thank you Temptation Sailing.

Took my nephew to an event here called Kidferno. Was an amazing show. There was circus, lots of fire performers and even a couple of hilarious dinosaurs 🦖 5⭐ show in a beautiful park right next to the beach. And just minutes away from the main Street of Glenelg.

From the Broadway Kiosk to the Glenelg Jetty this is one of the best sections of the Coast Park Trail. The park is long and narrow, lined with pines and edged on both sides by dual pathways. The views are awesome, park benches to watch from and multiple opportunities to step onto the sand. This is Kits favorite place he actually squeals when we get here

Perfect for my kids aged 4, 6 and 8. Good variety of play areas for different ages. Great little toilet right beside. And a flying fox! The wide open spaces are great for running around. Felt more like a mini stadium than a playground. Wear shoes, cos a wood chip went right through my soft slippers and stabbed my foot. Could use a few benches within the play area parents to sit.

Great little playground. Kids loved the zipline and digger in the sandpit.

Not sure what the dog regulations are at the park, I love dogs and have 2 myself but when you're trying to have a picnic with young kids involved and someone comes to the park with 4 dogs off lease that are interested in your food, it sort takes the fun out of the day. Needs clear signage about keeping dogs on leads during certain hours.

Park
Jubilee Park is a delightful, fully enclosed space that offers a plethora of activities for visitors of all ages. Families can enjoy the diverse play equipment, including slides and swings, while kids can explore nature areas or ride their bikes along the paved paths surrounding a spacious grassy field. The park features two large shelters equipped with seating and electric barbecues, making it an ideal spot for picnics.
Cool hidden park. Has a big field for ball sports. Has a bike path for kids around the outside. No toilets. But has a drinking fountain and bbq
Dan K — Google review
A beautiful, fully enclosed park with plenty to do for all ages. The kids loved the play equipment as well as the nature areas. There is a grass area for kicking the footy or playing chasey. You can even bring your bike and ride around the bike track. There is plenty of seating area, including 2 rotundas with seats and benches. There's no toilet though. Other than that, a fantastic day to spend an hour or 2.

Our kids learnt to ride their bikes here on the paved path around the medium sized grass area. Now has a mini pump track (unofficial) which is great for smaller kids in the local area. It's off to the side so doesn't get in the way of other park users. Only negative is there are no public toilets nearby.

Really like this park . It has everything u need and its always clean and green
Ros L — Google review
Fantastic little space to take the family. Two large ~10 seater shelters, electric barbecue, lights all night, plenty of play equipment and a child safety fence. Onsite parking? About 5 spaces! + It's luscious green and full of natives.
Brendan M — Google review
Great small park completely fenced off to contain the little ones. Good playground with 2 slides and a trampoline, and a bike track with various obstacles around the perimeter. Also has a BBQ and 2x shelters.
Jason K — Google review
Barbecues, covered areas with tables and seating, a good variety of play equipment and a large grassed area. The only downside is that the lack of toilets mean families can't spend a lot of time here which is disappointing considering how good all the other features are.
Rhee L — Google review
Doesn't really have a under 3 area (the train on the pictures isn't there anymore. Also the big slide don't slide well. Apart from that it's a fenced off area pretty nice!

Additionally, there are amenities like poo bags and water bowls for dogs.
Great playground with 3 slides, sandpit, swings and a small bike track around the perimeter. Toilets here, basketball and tennis courts, bbq. Only thing missing is the playground is not enclosed.

Update- new upgrades happening will make it better but will dogs still be allowed or like other parks after upgrade dogs must be on lead? Suburban block sized Park all grass, open on all sides, quiet streets. tennis courts, picnic tables, Bbq, benches, playground and toilet. Plus lots of big established gums providing shade makes this a wonderful local park to walk around with your dog or play ball. Poo bags and water bowl.
Wj — Google review
Sweet little local park with tennis court, children's playground, swings, basketball/netball rings, picnic tables, lots of mature trees for shade and even a modern public toilet. The homes around this park have a lovely outlook.
Carol O — Google review
Lovely grassy, shaded park with a playground (for little ones), brand new tennis court, basketball, netball, picnic tables and excel loo. Great for a family picnic.
Karen A — Google review

Lovely litle reserve featuring a small playgound for the little ones. The playground has a couple of slides, swings and thing to climb on. Lots of shade in summer from the huge gum trees that are all around the park. Also features a netball court that is used by one of the local teams.
Paul H — Google review
For a park in the suburbs it's large, toilet, tennis courts and play equipment It's quiet with barby. Has seats and bins. People take dogs for a walk. Big gums, lots trees
Graham Y — Google review
Hamilton Park Reserve is a great spot with big leafy gym trees providing shade over its playground, benches, basketball court and BBQ area. There is heaps of area for a kick of the footy, but no public toilets.
