My out of town friend and I are spending 24 hours in Napa valley based on popular recommendations from our favorite wine tiktok creators. This place was an absolute must try from multiple sources. And they weren’t wrong. This bakery’s English muffin is absolutely INSANE! Their Canadian bacon sando was awesome! The lavender latte was delightful, and our biscuit sandwich and GF apricot muffin were also pretty good! Don’t skip out on this spot just because it’s “too popular”, you’ll regret it!

We called in for breakfast before our first wine tasting. The associates were so nice & worked really well together. The breakfast sandwiches were great. The coffee was delicious. We will be back for sure.

Our first day required a recommended visit to Model Bakery at Oxbow Market in Downtown Napa. Very small with lots of offerings. Had to try their English muffins and they lived up to the hype. Excellent!

We love Model and live far away now. Purchased two packages of muffins at SFO Terminal 2 market yesterday on my way through. This morning we opened the package to find moldy muffins. No date of expiration anywhere on packaging and they were so expensive for less quantity! Heartbroken and wanted to share as this is unacceptable.

You can tell they care about the food and provide great options. The English muffins live up to hype. Walking around shopping and viewing great art .

If you’re looking for those tiny artisanal cakes with edible petals and $12 price tags — keep walking. Modal is all about the real stuff: fresh bread, solid pies, chewy cookies. The kind of baked goods that actually fill you up and don’t come with a side of snobbery. We tried the banana bread (moist and comforting), the English muffin (pillowy perfection), and an espresso that… took its sweet time. Now, the real highlight wasn’t even the espresso — it was the silent ballet of introversion I got to witness while waiting for it. My husband, who would rather surrender all caffeine than speak to a stranger, had to go back up because we forgot the receipt. The guy at the counter — who bore a striking resemblance to Harry Potter, complete with that “don’t want to trouble you but also want to do right by you” vibe — met him with equal levels of socially awkward kindness. What unfolded was two introverts politely circling the issue: my husband hovering hesitantly near the counter, the barista wanting to help but also caught up taking new orders. Neither wanted to inconvenience the other, yet both were completely committed to resolving the espresso situation. It was quiet, hesitant, and oddly heartwarming — like watching two turtles bow at each other. It was a hot day. And this tiny, almost nothing of an interaction stayed with me — something I didn’t fully savor until now, writing this. Modal has good baked goods, yes. But apparently, it also serves up delicate, unsaid moments of humanity. I’ll take that with my coffee, any day.

I was standing in line when a staff member came and told me to move forward to order. But after I placed my order, they gave the item to the person behind me instead. This was a terrible service experience. I really don’t understand — if there’s a line, the person who comes first should be served first. What’s the point of having a queue if staff ignore it? I come here often and have never experienced anything like this before. The team management should really provide proper staff training. If there’s a designated line for ordering, please make sure it’s respected.

Rude staffs ruined my Sunday afternoon. if you just browse in the first tour. You are not welcome here. It was my first visit to this gallery. My son was reading their sample book. That book was on a table for browsing. A guy approached us and said "it is an expensive book. " then he grabbed the book from my son's hands. I visited all the galleries on that street. All staffs were nice except this. I don't know how they run the business. But for this book, they should change the title to 'an expensive book' and put it 10 feet high above the floor.

This is a stunning gallery with a wide variety of artists. You'll find it right in the middle downtown St. Helena. The staff are very helpful and quite knowledgeable.

Nice packaging. Slightly above average chocolate. Chocolates themselves were fine but need some extra texture varieties (e.g. added salt grains/nuts for a crunch). The hot chocolate is nice and it's fairly priced.

Cute chocolate shop in St. Helena. While the bonbons are not elaborately decorated, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dark chocolate options on offer. I particularly enjoyed the heart of darkness bonbon and my husband liked the hazelnut gianduja.

When we walked in staff seemed friendly and welcomed us. It smells amazing and plenty of beautiful chocolates and a decent variety too. Only marking some stars off because our experience with the employee serving us wasn’t really personable as was with the previous customers they helped. The chocolate itself is very pleasing to the eye but slightly underwhelming in flavor for the price you pay. It was nice for the experience though.

SO many delectibles to choose from! We stopped in during Covid after a weeknight dinner and took a 12-piece box back to our hotel. From dark and fruity to coffee/toffees and caramels, you'll NOT be disappointed. Prices are reasonable and you can choose larger boxes as well. Try the orange cream flavor!

Racist service for African-Americans. The worker didn’t want to serve us and made the entire situation very awkward and stressful. She just kept staring us and not actually serving us. I think it’s fine for white patrons, but if you’re African-American save yourself the hassle.

Extremely beautiful and delicious chocolates. They had a special for the weekend and we got about 20% off.

Quaint little chocolate shop, well designed, like stepping into a room at Versailles. The chocolate didn't disappoint. The service was a bit on the 'i don't want to be here' side but that might have been a) a bad day or b) that patented Napa attitude (Napatude? Is that trademarked? If not it's mine).

Love ... Love this place. It's in St Helena. It's a Consignment store. So interesting .. that amidst all these expensive boutiques n stores ... There's an affordable place to shop !!! They have a clothing rack in the back ... 50-75% off !!! Decor .. jewelry ... Shoes .. bags .. Women were constantly coming to bring in their good stuff. It's a Great Shop ..💖🥰

I have been waiting a long time to stop in to Lolo's Consignment and today was finally the big day!! 🙌 Normally we pass by the shop on a Monday, as we drive back home from visiting family in Sacramento, and miss the only day Lolo's is closed. 😔 But today, I felt as if I won the lottery! The clothes are fabulous and the store has a lovely ambience. 😍 I found my entire fall wardrobe for reasonable prices! I strongly recommend Lolo's for excellent clothing options 👌

I just want to come on and reply to the owner's response to one of the girl's that deemed "had uncomfortable vibes" while visiting Lolo's in St. Helena. I want to first off thank you for taking the time in reading this Kristine. However, your response to the girls just does not sit right with me. I am but disheartened to believe that you foster the same attitude your employees had toward the group of Latina girls that went into your store. I am disheartened that prejudice still exists in this world. I don’t want to assume that the reason your employees felt “uncomfortable vibes” from this group of girls is because they do not look anything like their counterparts. I can guarantee that if a group of paler skin colored individuals walked into your store – that would not have caused these “uncomfortable vibes” that were felt by your workers. I understand that at Lolo’s you take “very seriously the custody of your consignors” items, but maybe try to have your team be a little more discrete while being welcoming. There is no need to make any group of people uncomfortable from shopping at your place- as your business thrives from individuals walking into your store in hopes of feeling welcomed. Unfortunately, “the way of this world these days” allows us to share publicly how unwelcoming your store is – especially when the owner of the business fosters the same attitude. Instead of apologizing you took it upon yourself to state that they were in fact unwelcomed into your store which again is disheartening but not surprising. Additionally, “the way of this world these days” also allows anyone to instantly make your store viral either in a good way or a bad way. You are a business owner who makes a living from selling consignment – if I were you I would be a little more customer centric as this is your income generating gig. Try to be the better person in this “unfortunate way of the world these days”. End prejudice and assumptions based off appearances. FYI – if a person was going into any store with the intention of “stealing” – they would not take the time to go onto Google to write a review on how unwelcomed they felt – ridiculous.

I went in there today with my friends, mind you we are students who come to study in town to get away from campus and into a nice environment. The moment i felt uncomfortable was because the older lady said "check the cameras." We were just minding our business trying to shop and enjoy a bit of free time. The whole time we were there we were being STARRED down by all of them. The one with longer hair/blond and skinny girl was the main one who would stare. She starred at me like a blank stare and said nothing. That made me very uncomfortable and decided that I was no longer going to be a returning customer. To the manager, get better customer service or teach your employees to be welcoming to everyone.

We decided to stop by with my family after taking family pictures. My sisters and I were by the rings thinking it would be fun to buy matching rings, but an older blonde women rushed over to the counter demanding the girl at the front keep checking the cameras. She noticed me looking and decided to “restock the glasses”. If you’re that concerned about $10 rings because you’ve been experiencing theft, keep them by the counter. And please, be more discreet if you don’t want to keep deterring customers. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and couldn’t help but feel targeted and upset by this encounter. The group of younger looking latinas were watched in a room full of customers. I see one other review with the same issue. Rather unfortunate to see some demographics are targeted and cannot shop here comfortably. Sad to see this prejudice behavior is still alive and well in 2023…

Lolo's is always a fun stop. You never know what you're going to find there. It's an adventure. Christine (the owner) and all the other young ladies that work there, are all very polite. I always enjoy going there and I'm sure you will too. The prices are certainly very enticing. Check it out! You'll be glad you did.

I always find something great at Lolo's every time I'm there! I like the assortment of items (home, accessories, shoes, clothing) and the new set up is much more spacious, which is really nice! The sales team are friendly and helpful, and if you shop there often enough you can get a "Lolo's Lifer" card for an additional 10% discount! Christine (the Owner) is the best and she runs a great local business that is reliably fun to visit!

I came here during Christmas week and forgot to add a review. Beautiful shop with unique and wonderfully crafted gifts. Every corner had something magical that I wanted to buy! I can’t wait to go back!

Stopped in to Acres yesterday, the Halloween items in the windows drew me in! What a lovely store full to the brim with unique and beautiful items. Left with a “Reserved for the Dog”pillow and some other treasures. Got to meet the store owner and his pup Oliver, a dapper little terrier and distinguished gentleman. Will definitely visit again next time we are in beautiful St.Helena. Cheers!

Acres is my favorite shop in St. Helena. The merchandise is always innovative and high quality. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. In addition, my dog Beau loves the attention and treats.

My go to store for myself or for a gift!! Cutest clothes, great brands and all the women that work there are wonderful! They always pull outfits for me that end up looking amazing and ultimately come home with me!!! Also, the owner Allison is the sweetest!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!! Oh and they have super cute kids clothes too!

I’ve been a fan of Allison in Wine Country for years! She has a keen eye for style and I trust her completely with choosing pieces that will work for my body. And best of all, Allison is a wonderful person. I highly recommend shopping at her store.

The oldest winery in the Napa valley, bought by Mondavis after World War II. THE ORIGINAL BUILDING & THE CARRIAGE HOUSE STILL STAND, AND THEY HAVE A HUGE PRODUCTION FACILITY. Oops... There is a history of the Krug & Mondavi families on the wall, so feel free to go in and take a look. It is a very large plot of land so you can use one of their bikes to ride around the propert (last photo).

We didn’t go there for an actual wine tasting but for a nice apéritif in the late afternoon. We drank a bottle of decent white wine, ate a tasty charcuterie board and just sat under the beautiful trees in the backyard. Our waiter/host Gustavo Loyola was super friendly and a walking history book. He told us many interesting stories about the Napa valley, the history of this specific vineyard and the development over the years. A great start into our Napa Valley visit!

My absolute favorite winery in Napa! The tasting room was beautiful and we learned so much about wine and the history of the Mondavi family and Krug winery. The Cabernets were world-class and I enjoyed a couple of the white wines more than expected. MJ took great care of us with a tour and tasting and I cannot wait to come back! Top of my list for every Napa visit

Although we are already long time members, the staff treated us well. We tasted varietals and vintages on the list which were quite good. We asked to do a comparison of two of the same varietal from different sections, and it helped tremendously in selecting the appropriate wine for food pairings as well as stand alone drinking. Would recommend.

I've never had a more incredible experience drinking wine. Whether you are a seasoned pro or new to the valley, this place needs to be on your list for a tasting. It isn't all CA wines but I don't think you want it to be, whomever you taste with will take you on a fantastic journey of wine from around the world but will always bring it back to Napa and Sonoma. You may think you want to bounce from winery to winery to winery but I am telling you, if you want to be taken care of, feel important, and dive into every little sip this is the place for you.

One of the finest wine "stores" anywhere. I cannot even call it a store as it is more of an experience. Exceptionally knowledgable, professional and friendly staff who really know their wines...and not just the wines but the people behind them. They also have some of the best wine clubs in the United States. They are always a must stop for me when I am in Napa and they ship too.

This is a great place to stop in over and over. I always come across a few if not several items for home or work. This year I picked up some great mirrored stars and glass icicles which I hung from a tree for work.

They have an eclectic collection and I try and stop in frequently when I can. Sometimes I find something I’m looking for or some thing I want, but most days I get to look through and wait to find a treasure another day

Great gifts and fun people

This place has extraordinary ceramic dishes (mugs, cups, plates, bowls, trays, etc) and upscale home items. Items are boutique priced but this is expected and their design is beautiful. Friendly staff who fastidiously package items for a long drive home. Online ordering is available for some, but not all, items. Worth a visit when you’re in town to see the full range.

Brought a beautiful dress and a true Japanese cooking pot. Love both! this is a shop worth keeping busy!

I found the perfect dress to take couples photos next weekend. There was a lady (I didn’t catch her name) who was so kind and helpful to me as I tried the dress on. I’ve had a very hard time picking a dress out as I am extremely picky and this place just had the perfect one.

We were walk-ins and they were able to accommodate us for the red wine tasting @ $75. We sat on porch and enjoyed 4plus one glasses of red wines plus the charcuterie board($40) that you get to take home. Giselle was very knowledgeable and knew when to educate and when to walk away and give us time. It was a beautiful and relaxing couple of hours. Decent clean bathrooms outside.

We visited Beringer last week on our honeymoon and it was wonderful! It was right next to our hotel, The Alila, so was a nice easy walk next door! The grounds are breathtaking and so much history! The tour was really interesting, especially seeing the original caves and engraved barrels. The iconic wine was even better than I expected and the house on the grounds is an absolute must to pop in and see all the richness in history it entails!

We stopped by Beringer Winery just for sightseeing and really enjoyed walking around the beautiful historic grounds. The architecture of the old stone buildings and the landscaping are stunning. Even without doing a wine tasting, it was a lovely place to explore and take photos. It’s worth a quick visit just to appreciate the charm and history of the winery. Will come back next time for wine tasting.

The best part was the venue and the Somalia. Wine experience was like a movie theater. Come get your glass and popcorn. But ended well with talking to Somalia. Wine was solid. And the people at intake were nice. Too commercialized.

Visited this winery estate in Napa Valley and it was great! A lot of history, impressive location and very good wine. Went in on Monday and got a private tour as nobody was there in the afternoon. Highly recommend to visit week days as on weekends it will be crowded.

My dad and I toured this winery when we visited a couple months ago. It was such a fantastic experience, we did the “taste of Beringer” tour. As someone who loves culinary it was the best tour to book. The guide was extremely informative and friendly, and made sure we were having a good time. I’m not a huge wine enjoyer but the wine here was out of this world, so of course I had to get a couple bottles for myself.

I stumbled upon Oakville Grocery on Google Maps and decided to pick up dinner here instead of going out to a restaurant. Unlike a full-scale supermarket like Safeway, this place feels more like a historic gourmet deli and specialty market with a nostalgic charm. They offer a wide selection of cheeses, cured meats, a salad bar, sandwiches, and of course, plenty of wines. The wines did seem a bit pricey, so I skipped those this time. I ordered two types of prosciutto, a quarter pound each, and they sliced and packaged them fresh on the spot. The quality was fantastic—so fresh and absolutely perfect as a pairing with wine. The staff didn’t necessarily stand out as particularly warm or friendly, but honestly, just shopping here felt like a special experience in itself. If you’re in Napa Valley and looking for high-quality picnic supplies, deli meats, or just want to soak in a bit of history while grabbing a bite, this spot is well worth a visit.

I visited this shop when I went to Opus One Winery, and I’m so glad I stopped by. The store had a wide selection of souvenirs, snacks, and local products, which made it fun to browse. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it added to the overall experience of the trip. I would definitely love to come back again in the future!!

This was my fourth visit over twenty years and each time this iconic location keeps getting better. Had an amazing lunch with friends on the outside patio. Sandwiches were delicious and filling. Service was awesome, and the person at the counter provided excellent advice for customizing my sandwich. And I just love shopping in their store. Tons of amazing finds and awesome wines.

Every time we're in the area we stop at Oakville Grocery! They have such a thoughtful selection of foods and wines, it's a lot of fun to pick out some new things to try. It was very, very busy at midday on a sunny Saturday. We enjoyed our visit.

This place was recommended by a local and it is A FANTASTIC FIND . . . The staff are amazing, so many tasting options, great food and wine by the glass or the bottle while you picnic outside. Special call out for Kell in the tasting room, Zoe at the outside bar and Gina the owner. All first class!

This is such a cute little place! We stopped and grabbed items to make a charcuterie board at home but there’s a nice area outside if you want to stay and eat. Everything we got was delicious! You need to stop and explore when you’re there. Grab the coconut chocolate chip cookie and the Herbs de Provence almonds - so good!

Every time I come to carmel, I need to stop at oakville.I love all the fresh foods.All the baked goods, all the gourmet products left to pick them up to bring them home.Definitely.Recommend this place indoor and outdoor dining.Also friendly people

While in Napa Valley. Gary's wine and market was a beautiful find. Great place to buy chocolates, or A quick glass of wine. It would be a great place to pick up all your supplies for a picnic. This is definitely a must stop place.

Was told they had a good Bourbon and whiskey selection. I was not disappointed. When visiting Napa and you need a bottle of something other than wine this is a great spot. Don't get me wrong their wine selection is excellent as well. Also, don't forget to shop their cheeses, meats and other items as well. This is a well rounded shop for any entertaining, snacks, or spirit fix you may need.

Found out while there it's Gary V's place. Place is IMMACULATE with a Zillion choices of...Everything. large wine selection of course but the array and uniqueness of foods was great. We ordered. We had two of the Calitalian sandwiches and a Sedona Wrap. Good Job Mr. V. Took those plus a couple of bags of chips and hit Pride Winery and sat at their semi remote picnic tables and had it all to ourselves (there were 4 of us) with amazing hillside, vineyard mountain views. Wine as well as a chips & salsa platter was purchased. Asked if Gary.comes in and was told he comes in often but was on the East Coast. Nice store Gary!!! Worth the visit most definitely to stock up on all things Napa Valley.

Pretty much just a replica of Dean & Deluca. The food is good but jury is out in whether it's worth the high price. I will say that it's fun to go in and grab something unique that you've never tried before. Just watch out for the $150 truffle butter. Probably the best item on the lunch menu is the poke bowl. Also the bag of white truffle chips are heavenly and a perfect treat for the afternoon. The wine selection is more varied than D&D was which is nice. You can find a greater selection of imports in all price ranges. Staff is a lot friendlier than D&D so hopefully the company is treating them better. You can sometimes spot Gary walking around and he doesn't hesitate to say hi and chat.

Previously Dean & Delucca...Gary's Wine & Marketplace has a wonderful selection of under $25 wines as well as pricier choices. Lots of food pairing choices to choose from also. Happy shopping!

It is my habit to buy my favorite wine -- Kendall-Jackson Merlot -- from Gary's. Shipments always arrive on time and VERY professionally packed. Highly recommended.

If your travels take you into St Helena, stop in for some unique options for home accessories, cheese, made to order food/sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, wine (and tastings), and spirits. There are many options for gifts as well. It's a nice place with great customer service to boot!

My in laws always get their olive oil here. My mother in law passed and we went on a road trip with her car back to Chicago. This was one of our first stops. The owners were so lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed talking with them and sharing how meaningful this was. They gave us opinions on best road trip routes and then offered to take our picture as we were leaving. The olive oil has been serving us very well. We got two big jugs and we will need to get plenty more in the future. We also got some balsamic and some truffle olive oil. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Careful! False advertising!! Olive oil is mixture of Spanish and CA olive oil. Lady working in the store told us that they cannot fulfill the demand so they mix it, however, they do not disclose on their website or their labels. Also, there is no freshness date on the oils. I can buy Spanish oil in any grocery store- no need to schlepp it home from this place! There are other CA EVOO companies who sell 100% CA oil, I will buy from them.

I feel old writing this review. My first time at this store was 23 years ago. When we go to the 'wine country' we mean Calistoga, just so we can go to this store (and Farmstead down the street). Their olive oil is fantastic and we always have to buy for quite a few members of our family since we have been buying extra for Christmas gifts for years. I can't recommend this place enough, if you aren't close - make the extra effort to come and check it out.

A store that gives you the vibes of an old town. The store carries a variety of food items like cheese, cured beef, jams, imported pasta etc. We came here for their olive oil and it did not disappointed. The olives are produced in nearby orchards. There is a small parking lot and shaded picnic area.

Love this place! Don't just go for the olive oil, there are so many products you get anywhere else. We love the one pot pasta dishes.

If you like olive oil, fresh charcuterie or you want to build the perfect Italian picnic, do yourself a favor and come here. The olive oils are delicious and unique and you can taste them all. At the same time you'll be treated to recipe tips for how to use each. If you're like us with an obsession for oil and Italian meats you may get lost in this store. Fantastic people run the store and are always ready to help!

Great stop while window shopping in St Helena! Samples were out for little tastes - balasamic vinegars, cocktail shrubs, and most impressively olive oils. The store had a nice selection of kitchen gifts and items, ranging in price from small hostess gifts to grand wedding presents. Such a welcoming and friendly staff, made Olivier a really fun stop!

Cute shop with some of the tastiest items. They have the least expensive and cutest wine bottle shipping bags imo. I was playing the checking baggage game accidentally left one of my purchases in my carry on. Of course it was confiscated and when I called the store to repurchase they were incredibly helpful and sympathetic. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know going to Napa.

I was the only one in the store. Older lady with glasses was so rude I couldn't wait to leave. Sunshine market in town has better olive oil, and they are nice. I bought my olive oil there.

Cute place tucked in at Helena.. Olive Oil varieties show clear difference in taste and feel.. good variety of tapenade, marmalade and balsamic vinegars. There was 20 year old aged balsamic and a strong flavor to it..

The store is nice and the merchandise is good, some things are legit delicious. But the gray haired older lady working in the shop was totally and unnecessarily unpleasant, uninviting and rude; she almost drilled holes in our family’s heads with her angry stare while we were browsing as if we were to destroy the store or steal something. Don’t think I’ll ever want to get back to this specific location of Olivier.

My mom and I had a wonderful time shopping here today. Stewart and Renn were very welcoming and informative. To top off the experience, we even got to meet Stewart’s dog and pup. They were exceptionally well behaved and friendly with our dog. Looking forward to trying out the knives!

Pierce, Stuart and staff (excellent dog crew) are the best. Pierce is always helpful, polite, never pushy and knowledgeable. Stuart is soft spoken, meticulous and knowledgeable too. The other staff is attentive and welcoming. Oh, Stuart is my go-to sharpener guy. He was able to correct and sharpen a workhorse Benchmade Elishewitz Tanto! I employ anybody in the area to visit, if not for knives or cookware, to visit said humans and their furry companions! Will not disappoint.

Excellent store with a great selection. I had been wanting something smaller than my traditional chef’s knife, and I was able to chat with them and find it here. I got a 7 inch santouku after trying out some different options (they’ve got a cutting board and veggies to test drive the knives). Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! Also we tried throwing some tomahawks and that was really fun! We were visiting the area and had the knife shipped home, and it arrived safe and sound.

Such fun and educational experience visiting this store. The quality of their knives is first class. The amount of knowledge that Elizabeth Harris has on each of their products left me speechless. The displays are amazing. They also have a fun area for Tomahawk throwing for those of you looking for a bit more excitement. I highly recommend that you stop in and say hi to Elizabeth while you’re in St Helena. You won’t regret any purchase from this store. They also provide sharpening services.

FAT SHAMER - Lovely store, but the woman who worked there (who I suspect was the owner) was intentionally rude. When I walked my delightfully plus size self into her store, she shot me a side eye and fat shamed me by advising they carry small, medium and some large clothing, but mostly extra small. Doesn’t hurt my feelings…But I would definitely not recommend patronizing this merchant…especially if you love your curves or someone who has curves. Bummer…a review from a Google guide with 86M views/reviews. Oopsie!!

My husband and I were blown away by the store’s large and impressive collection of handmade crafts created by Turkish artisans — including beautiful ceramics, jewelry, mosaic lamps, furniture, textiles, and of course Oriental rugs. The business owner Ibrahim was very engaging and knowledgeable, sharing with us the cultural and spiritual symbolism of the various designs, and pulling out rug after rug to find the perfect one. We walked into the store to purchase a unique chess set that we admired in the window and ended up also buying a couple of absolutely gorgeous rugs! Thank you Ibrahim! We plan to return!

Ibrahim and his son made me feel very welcome. Ibrahim took the time to understand my interest and pulled several rug options for me to see. They cleared floors to allow me to get a good feel of the rug standalone. Making sure I truly loved the rug I chose. I appreciated him being 7th generation and the care he has for the rugs, their stories, and for those that created them. Thank you both for a great experience and a great rug.

I recently purchased a 10-light chandelier here for my dining room. They took the time to measure the length of every similar fixture in the store to make sure it wouldn’t be too long, and gave me a killer price as well. Once I got it hung I realized it would require an additional foot and a half of chain in order to hang properly from my existing electrical box. Ibrahim responded immediately and sent me the additional length of chain at no charge, just wanted his customer to be happy! Outstanding customer service, gorgeous light fixtures!

First of all, great customer service and discussions about pricing is very flexible. Secondly, gorgeous pieces. Authentic and beautiful designs. They sell everything from jewellery and tea cups and sets and scarves etc. Totally recommend you go to this place if you want authentic Turkish pieces.

I had a handmade Persian rug that needed some repairs and cleaning. Ibrahim did an amazing job on it. He did such an excellent job that I got an excellent deal on another handmade gorgeous Persian rug from him. He is gracious and absolutely wonderful!!!

Love this store and the people! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They try to be aware if you might need help, don't ignore you. The kits they put together are very reasonable in price. Just wish l lived closer so I could do evening classes on things I'm not familiar with.

These people treat you like they care about your project(s) and want your business. Very refreshing in today's impersonal world. This is a great place to get beading help and learn new techniques. The staff is well versed in creativity, very kind and patient. Their stock of all things beading is extensive and reasonably priced. Enjoy your time there. I have spent many hours and years in Just Bead It in Concord California.

Love my ring! We were in Napa for a wedding. I had been without my wedding ring for about a week, it was being repaired. It was driving me crazy because I’d worn that ring 24-7 for 26 years. As we walked by Pavati, I decided just to pop in to see if I could get a temporary ring so my finger didn’t feel so awkward. The owners were very accommodating, they gave me several rings to choose from in my price range, and what I ended up with, is absolutely stunning! I love it so much, when I get my ring back, I’m definitely wearing this ring on another finger. It reminds me so much of the ocean and water. The photos don’t capture how beautiful it is. Wow I wish I could rate 10 stars. I was looking for a chain for my custom crystal pendent and after searching 2 cities and about 8 locations. I was directed to Pavati Jewelry. When I walk in, the first thing I say is, "I am looking for something very specific" and the attendant (Sam) says, "that's impossible, people hardly find that when they want something specific." I then explain to him what I need and he proceeds to LITTERALLY turn to his right, pull out this rope chain that you see in the image. He measures it and its the exact length that I want and the exact mm that I want... I sit in awe as he then gives me an amazing price on it. Needless to say, I left as a very satisfied customer :). Fantastic customer service! My husband and I were in town for a few days. We were honestly just window shopping before wine tasting and weren’t looking to make any purchases. It just so happened that on our drive to Napa, my husband’s (custom made) wedding band lost a jewel when one of the prongs broke off. We didn’t know at what point the prong had broken and weren’t able to find the jewel. It had a lot of sentimental value to us because the jewel was taken off of a necklace of mine and so matched perfectly, I wore it on our wedding day…you can imagine the attachment to it. Anyhow, we got to talking to Sam, the owner, and he said he might have a jewel of the same cut, size and color and be able to fix the ring for us that same day. He put in a call, found the jewel, made the repair and recoated the ring so it looked brand new. It looks better than it ever did! Sam did such an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful and he communicated with us the whole time. What a blessing we happened to wander into his shop. We ended up also purchasing a pair of earrings and a beautiful necklace. Thank you, Sam! We could not be happier.
