I thought this random stop was well worth it. I was greeted by Anthony, who was making pizza, and while awaiting my guest we had a wonderful conversation about a book titled "The Creature From Jekyll Island". It was genuinely a pleasant conversation. This restaurant has a history as it has been here since 1968. Being a New Yorker I tend to be overly critical of pizza. This place did not disappoint. I had the mega meat pizza while my friend's half had chicken. The ingredients were very good and the thickness of the cuts of meat was impressive. If I lived in this area this place would be a common stop for me. The place continuously had a stream of customers and yet it was full staffed and efficient. A nice stop!

20240424 Another great lunch today. DeEttta was great. What a nice person. I had the sausage sandwich with onions and peppers. Very good. My wife had the meatball sandwich and liked it. Tiramisu cupcakes are very good.

Great family experience, and wonderful food. Eat in, take out, or delivery. The pizza is the best in Vallejo! Hands down & the pasta dishes are equally as awesome. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent service and so delivery options are available too.

This was the most disgusting food ever. I got A pizza that was half combination, half pepperoni, ravioli, meal with garlic bread, and a side salad. The pizza dough crust was hard as a rock, and I know that means the dough is old. The veggies were raw on the pizza and the tomato sauce on the pizza was tangy and sweet. The garlic bread was a French roll that had butter and garlic powder sprinkled on it. The raviolis were disgusting. The meat in the inside had no flavor and tasted old and the pasta part of the ravioli was mushy and watery. It was 60+ dollars of wasted money on a meal that was thrown away

They got our two item pizza wrong. They just added uncooked olives to and served it. The sauce tasted like canned marinara with oregano and olive added to it. I can't recommend them.

I’ve been coming to Napoli’s for 5+ years as I prefer the homemade way it tastes & reasonable prices. Now I have another reason to support your business-tonight I was surprised to see two young women & one young man of color employed by you. I don’t know how long they’ve been employed; but Way to Go! This is Vallejo!

I’m sorry but I’m not sure how these reviews became so good. I hate to say anything bad about any local biz but this was our second time here in the span of a couple years and same.. poor ingredients, bad flavor and the cheese is like plastic. Crust is hard in some places chewy in others. Way different than the Benicia store. Then to top it off I had to pay almost a dollar for ranch I paid for 5.00 worth and didn’t even get it!! Nasty Do NOT recommend, the guy at counter was friendly.

Fantastic atmosphere on the corner of a busy street — great energy and people-watching. The service was excellent and attentive. The BBQ was definitely the highlight — flavorful and well-prepared. However, the green bean side and gumbo were disappointing, lacking both flavor and key ingredients you'd expect. Overall, a solid spot for BBQ with a great vibe, but the sides could use some work.

Gracie’s has some truly delicious meals! We ordered the sampler platter, and it was perfect for the three of us, more than enough food, with plenty of leftovers to take home. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. The swamp juice was a fun and tasty surprise, and their homemade lemonade was refreshingly good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hearty meal and great drinks!

If Cheers was a BBQ place that’s what this place felt like. Homey and welcoming place in downtown Vallejo. For Bay Area BBQ, Gracie’s holds its own with the rest, what makes its stand head and shoulders over the others is the value for your money and the great outdoor dinning area. That plus the parking makes it worth the drive for folks like myself who live down in Alameda County.

We stopped by to enjoy lunch. The server and atmosphere were both great. The food was only warm and the ribs were a bit dry.

This is the best BBQ I have had since I’ve been here in California. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting some good smoked BBQ! Definitely get the ribs and the spicy sausage.

Enjoyed the outdoor seating. There was a seating event going on, that was entertaining. 25th anniversary for Gracie's. However, the bbq plate was a little underwhelming. I was expecting more flavor and seasoning.bbq sauce should be optional when it comes to meat. It should have enough flavor to eat without the sauce. The meat needed the sauce. Potato salad was flavorless also. The beans are pretty good. I'd return to try something different if I were in the area before I count them out totally though.

Hands down the BEST BBQ I HAVE HAD. Every single we got was 10/10. The ribs- amazing omg so Smokey and seriously the best ribs I’ve ever had The green beans & potato salad- AMAZINGGG my kids asked me why I don’t make my green beans like that. Everything was absolutely amazing.

All I order from here is there princess CHICKEN salad. What I got was a bacon salad It cost me $40 from grub hub. I didn't order a bacon salad, I wanted a chicken salad. So I had to get me my refund, smh 🙄 I was really looking forward to this salad. Straight hot mess they gave me. Just wanted the food I ordered This isn't not what I wanted nor ordered. It looks like a hot mess and it's a bacon salad. What I ordered was a CHICKEN SALAD

One of the original breakfast places in downtown Vallejo with home style cooked breakfast dishes and coffee mugs with the best sayings on it. Service is nice and quick and the best place for breakfast and brunch when if you’re in the area. Their cornbread is really good too! This particular time I went for a quick brunch with my boss and he got an omelette and I got apple sausage with bacon fried rice and 2 eggs over hard with a side of cornbread. Parking is fairly easy, there’s street parking and a paid parking lot behind it.

It was our first time here, we were here for a car show. This was one of the only places nearby to get breakfast. That being said, this place was packed, and there was a waiting list. After a 15-minute wait, we were seated in no time. This place was a lot bigger on the inside than I thought. They had 2 entrances/ exits, and through each room was a dining area. I believe there is possibly another room in the back and outdoor seating. Looking around you can tell this place has been here for a while, since 1998 I believe. The lady who helped us was super nice, and she took her time with us. We were a party of 14. She wasn't rushing us with how busy they were. Our food was out in no time, and you could taste the quality of the food. I thoroughly appreciated how delicious the food was, even with all the hustle and bustle of everything. My husband and I ordered: 1. Short stack of pancakes: You have the option to have it thin and crispy. We just had it the regular way. The pancakes were fluffy and buttery. The syrup was even piping hot. 2. Hearty country breakfast: They did not skimp on the gravy with the biscuits and gravy. I'm happy I decided to go with sausage patties. It was heaven in every bite. This place was amazing, and I definitely can't wait to come back soon. There are so many more items I want to try 🤤

Absolutely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long long time! I got the ham and cheese omlette with hash browns sourdough toast and a coffee. I've heard great things about this place and I will agree!! I most definitely will be going back.

The service was very friendly. She was pleasant. The food was good with big portions.

I came because of previous good reviews. I was disappointed. Our greeter and server were excellent! I took the suggestion of the greeter and took the omelet special... it sounded interesting. Bacon, sausage, pineapple with pepper jack cheese. They're was enough bacon for 3 people, a few smoked sausage slices, couldn't taste the pineapple and the cheese looked like a teaspoon was added. My side dish was intriguing. Bacon fried rice. It was delicious. I saved it to bring home. My rye bread was my favorite - pinwheel style light and dark rye. It was so cold the butter didn't melt. When I asked for more, it was obvious it had been reheated in the microwave. Overly crisp, almost stale. Butter was melted, though! Cute little place with local artists work in the walls. The server asks me to please come back and give them another try... I said I would. I'm nervous about it, though.

I said I was in a hurry. Ordered hash browns plus a biscuit and gravy. I asked to pay the bill ahead of time so I could leave when done eating. She said "everything will be a la carte is that okay?" Yes. I was given the receipt (pictured here) which didn't explain line items, just a total and a line for tip. I thought it was high at $28 but as I said I was in a hurry. Paid with generous tip. Waitress later served me a plate of hash browns and a whole order of biscuits (4 halves) and gravy. I told her I only ordered one. How is a full order a la carte? She got another waitress. Told her the same thing. They just stared at me like "And?!" Neither offered to fix the problem or my bill. So I reiterated that I only ordered one and please give the leftovers to a needy person when I leave. I took one biscuit onto my plate and left the rest. What else can a customer do at that point? Bill was already paid. The right response would have been to take away the dish, slide 1 biscuit onto a plate, and fix my bill. Instead I paid for a waitress error and they likely threw the food in the trash. Food was normal diner food. The more I think back about it, the more I feel taken advantage of. Also, how in the world is the price $28? That's wild.

They have a wonderful location with a lively bar area and wonderful views of the water ways and Mare Island. The food is always dependable, but not spectacular. But with that said I have been here many times and will go again. The service is always great. They’ve got a wonderful group of folks working there. It’s a great spot to dine at before or after getting your wine fix at Vino Godfather on Mare Island.

Food was as usual disappointing ! Their catering is sub par! Dry chicken, dry potato’s, no flavor pasta!!! They have great location so Vallejoans use this place for functions but the food is terrible , for $35/ meal you should get food with flavor😡

We had a great view by the water. Food was delicious. Nice ambience. I had the Chicken Parm...and my husband had Gnocchi Pesto & added Salmon. Ashley was awesome! Professional, courteous and made some great drinks. I would definitely recommend Zio Fraedos.

The worse service ever. This woman pretends to be friendly but she is super rude and sarcastic. If this woman is serving you please be very skeptical. She yelled at me for asking bread for my pasta. She said that bread was not included and that I needed to pay for that. I agreed to that because I just wanted bread for my pasta. Bread never came and when I asked for it again about 20 minutes later she become very angry and said they were out of bread. The only thing she cared about was the tipping. She stayed next to me and kept looking at me when I was writing the tip. Very rude.

Had dinner here last Friday, 05/20/22 and I'm so happy Zio survived the pandemic. This is one of my family's favorite restaurant to go to for special occasions. This restaurant has a beautiful look inside & out. For starters we ordered the Calamari Fritti & Ahi Tuna Tartare. If you like raw fish, I recommend you start off with that! Then, I tried their Beet Salad...it was good but the salad was so drenched in the balsamic dressing I couldn't finish my salad as much as I wanted too. In the future, I probably will ask for the dressing on the side. As for our entrees, I had their special which was the Prime Rib w/mashed potatoes & vegetables. My husband had the Chicken Gordon Bleu. Both dishes were delicious!! We ended our meal with a decadent cheesecake...Love this place! 😊 05/28/22 - Had to go back and get the Beet salad w/ the dressing on the side..😆

My wife and I happened upon this delightful restaurant on a lovely Sunday afternoon. On the waterfront in Vallejo it is a brief 25 minutes from Walnut Creek. It was suggested to us by an outstanding bartender named Buzz at the Zio Fraedo’s in Pleasant Hill. Upon entering we were greeted by Michelle who sat us at her bar and immediately poured us what we had ordered. We ordered appetizers to start and they were so delicious and filling that we just couldn’t order any more. Michelle was extremely attentive and even brought us a huge piece of cheesecake in honor of my birthday. The crowd there are all friends and made us a part of their family. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Outstanding food and drink and huge portions at a very reasonable price. Along with a kind, attentive bartender this hidden gem is a real winner. Thank you Buzz for the recommendation!

I can’t believe that this place still exists! We used to go here often, something like 25 years ago or more. And it is just the same. Good food, great service, reasonable prices, very clean and comfortable. Lots of comfort food. The sandwiches are big and full of great ingredients, and they came out fast. My wife had a BLT&G, I had an avocado melt. Lots of fries, lots of everything. I just wish we lived close enough to stop by more often

It's a great local place for typical diner fare. We've been here before several times, but I never really gave them a proper review. The staff is both welcoming and prompt in their service, which is always a plus in any dining establishment. I recommend their chicken fried steak, which is my standard breakfast in any diner. My wife especially loves their chicken sausage omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and avocado. Food service is quick and on point, plus they're always efficient in refills for your coffee. Try them out, and they won't disappoint, highly recommended 👌

Nice enough place.. service started out ok, but waited forever for the check. We finally had to go find someone so we could get our check and pay. Food was meh .. I got French dip. Plenty of meat, but no flavor. Au jus had no salt. Fries were good though. Experience of others in out group..Milk shake was thin and hash browns were soggy.

A really great diner! Fabulous breakfasts, with eggs, biscuits, toast and pancakes that hit it out of the park. Great pies at $6.99 too! Staff is diner perfect and customers are locals who keep everything honest. Just give it a try and come back!

Service was very friendly and the food was great. The shrimp and grits was a hit. I do think the bowl needed more grits. The biscuits were great.

Everyone is very friendly. Everything is always clean. Food comes out hot and in a reasonable amount of time, even when they are very busy. I might have had maybe two or three misses out of the ~100 times I've been to this location. Bonus points for the restroom always being clean, okay smellimg (weak stomach girlie here) and well stocked!

It's nice to know we have a place like this in our town for breakfast & lunch. I customized my breakfast order and I got chorizo scrambled w/ hash browns and a cinnascuit. It was delicious, but my cinnascuit was a bit hard. My husband got country fried steak as usual and had no complaints. Every time we eat here we never come across bad service and the servers are so friendly and awesome!

A foodie's dream and a true hidden gem - so much so, that even locals we talked to didn't know about this place. The food is delicious and innovative with favorites being the brioche with mushrooms that were so soft and squab with apple jus. It was also overheard that the menu changed constantly, depending on what is in season. Aside from the great food, seeing Michael and his partner work adds to the experience. What usually happens at the back of the restaurant is right in front of you with counter seating. Michael efficiently makes every dish without any wasted movement and his partner always seems to know when the dishes are ready to be served. It seems like a humble family-run business with the quality of a restaurant that you see on the top of lists. If staying around Napa, this is definitely worth a drive out for. Although a little over a hundred per person, a similar experience around Napa Valley would be way more. Definitely coming back if we visit the area again.

The most unpretentious high end dining experience in the area. The venue is quaint with seating for about 20. Great choice of music playing softly in the background. I loved the husband/wife team approach. They seem to have the timing of everything really dialed in. They were both very pleasant and took turns serving the guests. The food was very good although the cheese plate with a huge slab of brioche bread was not my favorite course. My favorite dish was the morel with caviar. I also really enjoyed the carbonated pears. I recommend that you give it a shot. I will most likely dine there again.

This was the first in a while mind-blowing culinary experience we've had. The price makes it a special occasion meal. On Thursday night we shared the space with two couples, one of them same day newlyweds! The preset menu had Thursday's date on it, so it seems possible that the menu changes daily.

We had a seven course meal here. Delicious food with some really interesting flavors. A nice relaxed atmosphere and we had fun chatting with the other dinners. Most folks were dressed in business casual or smart casual. Make sure to arrive on time, they serve everyone at the same time. I can’t stop thinking about the pain perdu with triple cream brie and figs. So good!

Really nice course meal. Although the portions were small, the flavor and execution was fantastic. I'm looking forward to going again some day. It's a small cozy restaurant so don't expect to be able to bring a large party.

My boyfriend and I tried this place last night. I ordered the meal with pairing wine and he did not. This was gormet food all the way! The wine was paired masterfully, and excellent service. 8 course meal so small portions. But if you were to put everything on one plate, it would be alot of food. My favorite was the ribye that had very thin slices of dark chocolate paired with a fabulous red blend-2019 Scarrow. High five! It was an incredible experience

We finally had the chance to try the Sunday live fire, but unfortunately our expectations weren’t met. The almond wood–grilled orange chicken rice had great flavor—the peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers were delicious together. However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of chicken and the overall portion size. For $25, the dish felt more like a small appetizer of rice than a full entrée. Very underwhelming.

It had been a while since I visited and that was my first mistake! I was quickly reminded why Taco Jalisco is a Vallejo Staple! The food is amazing and the customer service is top tier! I ordered carne asada tacos it was amazing delicious! Their house sangria was superb as well. Needless to say I will be back and soon!

Friendly staff at this restaurant. We stopped in on our way from Sacramento to Sonoma for lunch on a weekday. You order at the counter and they will give you your own basket of tortillas chips. You find your own table. They will bring your food out to you and their food comes out fast. It gets a little busy at lunch time but the line went fast. Prices were affordable. I ordered the chicken taquitos and they were kind of plain.

BEST WET BURRITO in the Bay Area - maybe the world?? The famous Jalisco wet burrito is by far the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had a lot of burrito :-) I would recommend the shredded chicken. All the ingredients are fresh huge portions but the secret is there homemade red sauce. Something about that is unique and better than anything I’ve ever had Friendly staff very helpful clean place. Highly recommend. Be sure to get a side of radishes and chips with their homemade red and green sauce

This place looks like a hole in the wall type of taqueria, it's actually a really nice spot. I highly recommend it, I would definitely eat here again. Service was excellent food was great 👍

While waiting for my smog inspection hubby n I walked over here to grab a quick bite. Service was great! I like the restaurant itself. It's very homey. It feels comfortable. The food was really good. We both got steak tacos with cheese & sour cream and we shared a plate of beans & rice. I really like their red salsa! If your around the area it's a nice spot to stop in and grab lunch & a beer.

The ambiance is good, the food is decent. I had been a frequent patron. This past Friday night, I went in for a burrito. I had to use the restroom, as soon as I opened the door and turned on the light, several cockroaches ran. 1 stayed in the sink.

Not sure if this place is under new management but the workers were all new faces to us. Our last lunch here was a terrible experience. We had ordered soup and fried rice but never came. After we noticed 3 customers, who came after us, had received their orders, we had to follow up with the staff. The guy just said I don’t know and he just puts in the order and the kitchen makes it. Obviously, our order was missed. This has never happened before, but as I mentioned, the staff looked new to us. Maybe they’re still working on their ordering process. Food was still good. The portion of the fried rice is less from our past visits but otherwise, taste the same.

Good place for Pho. Usually order the #1 Beef pho. Also, a good place for a rice place (Combo plate #47). Clean. Safe. Good parking. The service is quick and food is always great. Update: 03/18/2023 New Server(s). Took order wrong. Servers needs to verbally repeat order back to guests for confirmation before placing order. We also notice the table next to us also received their order incorrectly. Just a learning phase. Food & service are still great! Note: We noticed the store lable was still on the lemon wedge. Perhaps they didn't have time to clean and/or rinse today (pic attached) 🤷‍♂️? 08/12/2023: Back for the uMmmteenth time...tonight, we had the #36 (Beef Stew HoFun)Large, Chicken Noodles (Large) & Beef Cubes over rice...and durian smoothie with Boba...we kinda made the restaurant smell like durian, but the overwhelming pho fragrance quickly override the durian smell. All in all, another great visit. Thank you again Pho 1!✊️

The meat of number 53 is like rubber and dry. The waiters forget our orders frequently. Besides that it’s visually looks good

Another place that did not meet my expectations based from finding this joint on five star google reviews. Solely based on the quality of food. The shrimp on my order was over cooked with that super fishy, stinky taste of spoiled or bad shrimp. The pork chop was also over cooked and so dry that he didn’t even bother eating it. Almost to the point where it could have been a jerky. Service was good and they currently have out door seating.

Owner/server blames me for ordering the wrong drink after I mentioned my order was wrong. I ordered an iced “vietnamese coffee with “condensed milk” with additional boba.” They gave me an ice coffee with “regular milk/creme” with boba. I was told that I should of clarified my order, because the drink I wanted did not come with a boba and only the regular coffee with regular milk/creme comes with it. Clearly, it does not say on their menu which drink comes with what. I feel they should of told me before paying for the drink. Now, they refuse to replace or reimburse the drink.

The quality of the food here has gone down. I was at the restaurant and there were fruit flies in the soy sauce on the table. A different time I ordered a house salad to go and a fruit fly was in there too. Right on top, you can’t miss it. The sushi rice had too much vinegar, portions were small. All this with prices going up. A couple times the staff were rude. I was waiting for food to go and no one asked me what I needed and helped someone else. I’ve been eating here for 5 years. Just not as good.

Just came from there. We waited about 10-15 minutes just to order take out without anyone saying anything to us, not even a hi, we’ll be right with you. Or give us a few minutes. I’m already knowing the food must be awesome or because V town doesn’t have many good Japanese restaurants…but the customer service is just not up to par. I really think staff could do much better. After waiting, they finally came up to us and said it’s about a 40 minute wait for dine in and for take out, it’s much longer. Like you can’t tell people that when they arrive rather than having them wait? I think while it is def busy up in there, you should let customers know immediately how long the wait is and give them a chance to decide if they wna wait because we were hungry! Not the greatest customer service. I could train them on a few things for sure!

Me and my husband was locking for new spots to eat sushi at and this is the place we are going to replace from yosuhi. They were so fast and very nice staff the waitress Levia was very sweet and was very kind. I 100% recomend this place to everyone who wants sushi local ❤️

Came here around 7:30P after a 6 flags trip. Ordered and all our food, 3 rolls and 2 appetizers came out in 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and kind. Everything tasted great, plus they let us make a few substations. We were out by 8PM and back on the road!

This restaurant is the best in town. The food is never disappointing. We just had a meal that every bite was delicious and the service is great too.

Service was very slow. We waited an hour after ordering for our entrees to trickle to our table. Our party complained about the very long wait time and asked if something could be taken off the bill as a gesture of goodwill. The manager was unwilling to apologize or compromise and we left feeling disrespected as patrons who live in Vallejo and chose to spend our money in Vallejo. We will not return because of this lack of respect. I urge you to spend your money elsewhere in Vallejo.

I am not local to the area but have gotten to eat here twice and it has been fantastic both times. Great food, friendly service, clean. Tons of options but the fish and shrimp are very fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this spot.

Where to start??? This place cannot be more of a hidden gem! Ideally located RIGHT off of the freeway 80E, and tightly nuzzled between a liquor store and a bar, this place shines when it comes to the staff, the cleanliness, and the food…. Oh yea, the Micheladas are pretty tasty, too! Great energy in this place! Music, but not loud. Authentic as they come! Even got a complimentary churro!!! 🤩🙌🙏 Been coming here for a little over a year, first time writing a review. If I wasn’t so lazy, I would have written a review the first time I ate here! 😊

I first came here was 7 years ago when I was in town for work. Now every time I’m here on my drive back home to Sacramento I always stop by. Best service. I am a business owner myself and I always bring them up when I share stories about customer service. And the food is good too!

When you walk through the barred door plastered with all the offerings and hear the music bumping at near max volume you can rest assured you've stepped into someplace magical. The employees greet you eagerly and are exceptionally attentive to our needs. First thing was we were offered free refills to our Agua Fresca (We had Jimica) and access to the crazy salsa bar with an assortment of delicious (and sometimes spicy) selection of accompaniment to your complementary chips. I had the carnitas chimichanga and my date had the menudo. My date says the menudo was 'clean' the meat was tender, the broth was flavorful and not too spicy. It hit the perfect spot for her. My chimi had a great fried crust to the tortilla, and the additions (sour cream, lettuce, and pico) were located on the sides. I appreciated this as I like to enjoy the chimi as plain as possible first bite so I could enjoy it on its own. That first bite was amazing. The beans were perfectly distributed with the carnitas. The meat itself was flavorful and tender, and while moist it was not greasy. We were offered some small churros with a lovely dollop of some sort of dipped frosting. This was provided on the house which was a pleasant surprise and ended our night marvelously.

For Vallejo, can’t beat the location. Right next to the terminal for the SF Ferry that runs into the Ferry Building at SF in about 40 min ride on the bay. Food is bar food, drinks are generous and good line up of beers. TIP: Sit out on the floating deck, literally floating on Napa River across from Mare Island. Get fried food and soup.

Nice view. Towards the end of our meal, it started getting a little too busy for the 2 people they had working. We still enjoyed our time.

This is probably the best fast food places Ive been. Including all the other Chick-fil-As. Ot has beautiful flowers on each table, service is amazing, very sparkly clean, food is perfect and the manager walks around with a basket passing mints and making sure food is good. Exceptional!

My partner and I stopped by to get some food, we dont normally eat out and she's gluten free. We've never had chick fil a before. We asked if they had gluten free, Libni the sales person was amazing walked us to the window all the staff got involved printing us off all the ingredients and made sure she wouldn't get sick. Highly recommend this store. Plus the food was good.

Delicious breakfast n lunch menu 😋 we got both. I got the #5 with egg whites, tater tots and coffee 💕 we also got a spicy chicken sandwich and a breakfast burrito. Their lemonades are really good and their coffee was good too with vanilla creamers 😋. I didn't know they had vanilla creamers 😍😍😍

This location has no regard for their customers. I expressed how upset I was that I lost 60 dollars at their restaurant and asked if they could play back the footage to be told only the owner has access to the cameras which okay, I understand that. Told me he’d be in, in the morning. didn’t specify a time, I had to ask. So when I called that day, the manager said she already spoke to me and that the owner left. So he’s only there for 1 hour a day? I said well can you take down my number and have him call me. She hesitated like it was a problem and then took my number. Yet I’m still waiting a week later to hear back from someone

Food is always fresh. We get there crispy chicken salad which is delicious and very filling . Also there milk Shakes are to die for thick and creamy all flavors.

This is the THINNEST FISH I have ever seen and some how the rolls have 2 LAYERS OF RICE!!! How Sway? The rolls are 90% rice with a little thin sliver of fish. This restaurant is for people who don’t have any experience eating sushi. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never seen anything like this. Young staff do the bare minimum with cleaning. They wipe down the table but not the seats. Atmosphere is basic but family friendly.

I have been going to Yo Sushi for 20 years now! Oh boy, ha... I'm feeling critical today, but it's from a place of love. This has always been the sushi spot ever since there was only the Fairfield location, and having moved away from Vallejo, I haven't seen anything like it and often try to go when I stop by the city. But I'm just pointing out here that, well... the dishes aren't looking too hot right now 😅 I just tried getting a sauce plate and kept reaching for more because they were all dirty. The oily parts, I was able to wipe off with just my thumb. Either the soap water needs to be replaced or someone needs to scrub just a bit more, please! It is borderline alarming. But, I enjoyed my meal! Just a heads up, because food cleanliness is a big deal, especially places that serve fish, etc. I'm sure this can be avoided in the future easily, just gotta point it out!

🍣Yo Sushi🍣 We stopped by Yo Sushi and ordered the Crazy Monkey and Vallejo rolls — and wow, these rolls were massive! Definitely a great value for the size. The flavors were solid and satisfying, especially the Crazy Monkey, which had a good mix of savory and creamy textures. We did come in close to their closing time, so the rice wasn’t as fresh as we would’ve liked — a little dry — but the overall taste still held up. A bonus: they were really generous with the wasabi and ginger, which we always appreciate. If you’re craving sushi in the area and don’t mind slightly late-day rice, this place delivers on flavor and portion size. We’ll definitely be back to try them during peak hours next time! 🍣

This place is pricey but good. The only problem I have was they forgot to give me my Vanilla Ice cream and Snapple drink I ordered two different Sushi Rolls with Vanilla Ice Cream and Snapple drink on Uber Eats and you guys forgot to put my Ice Cream and Snapple drink together with my order. Shameful I just wasted half my money to order those

This is a fast food type restaurant. You pay, tip and then they call you to pick up your food. You will not get served. The food is a hit or miss. The saba shioyaki is not bad. The beef teriyaki has a good taste but texture is bad. It looks boiled or stir fried. The portions are very small. Be ready to order extra if you are hungry. You help yourself to ice or hot water outside. It’s a nice clean location to have a simple quick meal.

The salmon in the Bento box was very good, the chicken weren't as good, the part chosen weren't the best, they were cut in a very careless way. First time I don't get Miso soup in a Bento box, it didn't have salad which I don't mind, but only very few small edamame and only a couple of pieces of turnip . I was hoping a Japanese stole restaurant, this was more s fast food sore of market. In general I saw very good reviews, so if you come, explore the many variety they have,, I'm sure you will find better choices.

Most food here are delicious. No Cali Sub Dragon had the perfect balance of avocado, unagi, deep fried prawn and rice. The side saba on the big platter looks and tasted bad. The Saba Shioyaki meal itself tasted better. Lion King rolls were yums. Will order that again. Poki was made in the basic style yet it’s fresh and delicious.

It's crazy this place was once the go-to spot for amazing Chinese food. The food is rarely good. Meat is always low quality chewy fat. Flavor is lacking. Decor is dusty. The menus are dirty disgusting falling apart and the service is just rude and lacking. After a couple poor door dash experiences and today's experience I'm done.

Attention to detail goes along way. No silverware in my Uber Eats to go order. I clearly expressed that in remarks/notes section and was disappointed to no received any. I wouldn’t make a big deal about this but I have no silverware at the place I am so it was very frustrating when I had no utensils to my order.

Nice place for lunch on a Sunday. Tried the Szechuan style beef supreme dish and it has a different taste. They used celery instead of bamboo. Stop by and try out this dish or another one. They also do lunch specials during lunch period.

Food was good. Service was fine. They won't gush over you or make you feel like a pretty princess but they will fill you up with decent food at a fair price.

This is our “go to” for Hawaiian/Filipino cravings! Nothing fancy about the venue, but the food is outta this world! When you walk in, you feel like you’re in one of the local island spots! Owner is really down to earth and friendly. We really enjoy all of their “loco moco” variations; my favorite is the braised short rib loco moco! Sooo good! But again…any of the katsu and/or loco moco dishes you can’t go wrong with! The Sisig fried rice is a bowl of comfort food! If they offered a large bowl serving I’d eat all that up too!!

This was a first visit, and I was pleasantly impressed!! The atmosphere was comfortable and homely. There was karaoke going on, which was great for the vibe! And, they were showing the NFL games. The service was awesome and attentive. The meal portions were on point, and the flavor was vibrantly delicious. I will be back and look forward to telling all that I know to visit if you are looking for a spectacular place for a meal.

Tried this place for the first time. Took the drive from Fremont, and it was worth it. Went in the middle of the week late morning, so traffic was great. Was about a 45 minute drive. Was easy to find (right off the freeway). The service was friendly and fast. The food was great! Will have to come back to try other menu items 😊

The tenderness was soft but the sauce flavor was just ok. It was my first time trying the dish so could just be an off day.

Had this spot on my "want to go" list and finally made it now that COVID restrictions have been relaxed a bit and we're able to dine out. The website said they had reservations for outdoor seating but to our surprise, we were seated inside where they had staggered seating and installed some clear shower curtain style partitions between tables. The staff was super friendly and all wore masks. It was our first time and missed the turn at first but they did call me right as I parked to ask if we still wanted our reservation. The food was a delicious mix of Hawaiian and Filipino favorites. Our party of 3 had a hard time deciding and ended up with 3 starters, 3 entrees, plus mini malasadas for dessert. The seasoning on the Hurricane fries was delicious but the fries themselves would have been better if they were crispier. The chicarrons were nice and puffy and the sawsawan was just like I remember it growing up in a Filipino household. The sisig was good, but not our favorite way of seasoning. It was much more sour than other sisig we've had. For entrees, the longsilog was just as you'd expect and portions were big. The lechon bowl was good but there was a sweet glaze on the pork and I would have preferred it crispy like lechon kawali. Our favorite entree was Da Loco Moco. Instead of a hamburger patty, it was some super tender short rib and I'll definitely order it when we return. The malasadas were ok, but seemed slightly doughy in the middle and the chocolate dip was cold, not a warm sauce.

We ordered the Just Like Oxtail soup, Fried Chicken with Ube Waffle, Tortang Talong, Lechon Bowl and Mini malasadas. Everything were tasty, although I found the Just Like Oxtail soup a bit bland for my liking. We met the owner, he was nice and explained answers to my questions very well. I recommend this restaurant.

Located at the same shopping plaza as Target, they have a great outdoor patio seating area that feels like you’re still inside. Service is quick and fast, the food and options are good. You can’t go wrong with any of the soups or rice plates and drinks too! This particular visit I got their stir fried mix vegetables and shrimp cake with a side of egg. Their spring rolls are good too!

I love this place genuinely (been here lots of times), but I did want to make them aware that during October 4, my fam did some takeout for Me and I got the beef cube and this is my go to order but at this date when I got my food it basically looked blue rare like my cow was still mooing 🐮, usually when I eat in store its atleast medium. Im not sure if they had a specific standard on their beef but yeah, heated it up at home ez fix 🙏 Ps. I used my flash for the pic if that helps w/ anything

- MUST TRY - This pho was phenomenal 👏. I tried the large beef noodle soup with steak and brisket (#11) and a frozen Thai tea. The soup was about $14 and the drink was $6. The girl that helped me was really nice and my food was out in about 6 minutes despite it being kinda busy. The pho was so GOOD and I was able to split it into two big bowls. I recommend adding all the toppings and sauces they offer for the best experience and depth of flavor. I love that this meal was filling, comforting, and flavorful but didn’t leave me feeling groggy and unhealthy. Will definitely be coming back!

Great food and service. The portions were large but also very tasty, the metal bowl gave it an authentic feel and the broth was delicious. Food came out super fast and properly cooked. The owner was very polite and courteous. Even the to go containers were super nice.

I've been coming to this place for years. And I forgotten to review it, my favorite Pho place to come with my 6yo. Good Pho and excellent spring rolls.

Pho was really good. The service team were very loud talking in their language so quite disturbing during our lunch time. Glass was filthy! Our waitress never came to check on us after food delivered as I wanted more lime. I had to go up and ask for togo containers. I hope they read this and are more mindful of their diners and clean the glass windows leading to outdoor dining and use a more quiet voice while people are dining.

We have eaten here a bunch of times and every time the food and service has been wonderful.

I love this place, ever since I was a little girl I would go before school with my mom and little brother to get some donuts and hot chocolate. I've been so sad these past few years that I haven't been able to at least go say hi...I've moved and now I am unable to walk to the place, and it's such a bummer because now I can't say hi to my favorite people. I don't know if they still remember me, but if they do, I love them all. I'll never forget about you all. you guys were the best, nah, you guys ARE the BEST.

Great donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and most importantly friendly smiles behind the counter with attentive service. Don’t forget to try a meat pie! They also make a mean mocha! The croissant ham & cheese sandwich is a family favorite, too. We love supporting such an awesome small business - the Vallejo community is lucky to have them here. :)

Our family tradition is to go every Fourth of July for donuts. This is the first Fourth of July I feel like I needed to stick my finger down my throat and vomit. It was very evident that they needed to change the oil. . It was edible and disgusting l, so sad because I waited a very long time for my donut day. Never again!!!!

I had a great experience this morning at Vallejo Great Donuts! I can't believe I've lived here this long without knowing about this business. The woman who helped me was very nice and the Donuts are so soft, fresh and delicious! I found my new Donuts spot!

We ordered the breakfast burrito, breakfast bagel, and a variety of donuts. All of the food was fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our favorite donut was the cinnamon roll with coffee cake crumble, which was mind blowingly nommy. Very friendly staff, clean and cute dining room, quick service. Oh! And they make an excellent cup of coffee. As tourists looking for a great place for casual breakfast, with a wide variety of menu items, we loved this place and definitely recommend it.

Was greeted. Quick ordering. Got food within 10 minutes. All great. But my Lau Lau meal was Terrible, very little portion, dried out pork, just don't offer it if it's gonna be so bad. Food was delicious.! We got the Loco Moco with scrambled eggs. Yum! Taste like Hawaii Loco Mocos. The cooks had our food ready in minutes, however, the front counter was a little slow. Our food was just sitting there waiting to be bagged up. Very clean inside and welcoming.

The food was so mid. The chicken was burnt, the musubi had no bbq sauce, the mac salad tasted weird, and everything had no flavor. This is my first time coming to this location but the people were nice.

My first time eating here was in LA so I was excited to try the one in Vallejo however my beef was over cooked but the chicken was fine. Their teriyaki sauce is super thin, it's like they put water in it or something (unlike what I had in LA). Maybe I'll try a different one but I think I'm done with the one in Vallejo.

First time at this place. Got #4 BBQ chicken plate and it was delicious. Great portions and it was the best BBQ chicken I’ve had!

I'm slightly obsessed with this place. The owner makes a new menu every 4-6 weeks and always includes a vegan option. In a city with so few options I love that he considers us. I've never been disappointed by anything I've tried and the menu is always creative and full of flavor. This was today's brunch menu (I obviously got the vegan option, it was amazing). There were women having what looked like a business meeting over brunch, families with children, a couple, and some single guys enjoying brunch together. This was the fullest I have seen the restaurant, when it's emptier it's definitely a great place to study or a quiet corner to get some work done. Love it!

A pleasant surprise in the heart of Vallejo. Breakfast was fantastic and very flavorful with a nice presentation. They have a relatively small menu so I assume they do it all well. Definitely recommend the eggs Benedict varieties if that's your jam.

The best vegan breakfast burrito I've ever eaten. I'd eat here everyday day if I could. Love the chefs as well. The place is very friendly. I plan to be a regular. The breakfast vs lunch hours are a little confusing. We came here around 12:30pm, and we were ready to order lunch; but the worker told us that they were only serving breakfast at the time.

We live in Vallejo which is not the dining capital of the Bay Area. I wanted to go to breakfast and stay local. We went to Urban Counter after seeing a positive review and pics on Yelp. It was delicious. It's like home cooking if you can cook really well. The gentleman who waited on us was so welcoming and nice. The music played softly and was appealing to a young clientele, I'm not young but I love the energy of the young families coming in. The small eclectic menu embraces many vegan and vegetarian foods. My husband and I are omnivores and we had many delicious choices. I'm so glad we found Urban Counter. We look forward to visiting this neighborhood restaurant again!!

We order the fried plantains and the tater tot sandwich from the Sunday brunch menu. The flavors were spot on and yummy. So far this is not somewhere to go if you want that over-full and satisfied feeling, but for a light enjoyable lunch with outstanding modern flavors this place is something Vallejo needs. Please give it a try, we want to encourage these types of businesses in our great city.

Stopped by to get a breakfast and got the GRIZZ with waffle instead of pancakes. Enjoyed my food. Also their hashbrown is different from what you usually get. Bacon was thick and eggs were big, hot sauce makes it 😋 👌

We're back again. Great breakfast of chicken fried steak. We shared the meal and still had food to go. The service was perfect. The food is good as always. The ribs was just right and tasty. The extra purchased corn muffin hit the spot. The salmon was cooked just right and still soft and delicious. We got a berry pie to go. Check out the pies you want and order them before you eat your dinner. The reason being was that I wanted an apple pie, but they were sold out. Plenty of food and the price was $40 for the two meals, including the tax.

Very laid-back place. I ordered the ribs and tips with fries and garlic bread dinner, and it was really good. The ribs were very flavorful. The waitress was very helpful. She was on point with her attentiveness and never let my iced tea cup on empty. The decor to the restaurant is pretty cool and fits the description of the name. The outdoor benches are nice and sturdy. Will definitely come back and hopefully try their breakfast items.

I came with my family for brunch, and our server, Linda, was wonderful. We were seated, and she quickly came to take our drink orders and let us know she'd be back in a few minutes to take our order. The food came out in a pretty timely manner, considering what we ordered. Everything was delicious, and the best part was that my little one got a little dessert at the end.

My father brought me here recently to treat me to breakfast. Unfortunately, we did not get to eat. We received incorrect orders after a long wait, and not so good service from the waitress. I was able to purchase and take home there bacon, which was good.

The food is alright. It's a basic seafood, soup, and sandwich place. American menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a very big place but plenty of seating when not busy. A view of the harbor is nice. Indoor and outdoor tables.

It had been about a year since I ate here and thought the fish and chips were only just fine back then. When before I often brought visitors to enjoy their famous fish and chips. Today, the flavor and texture was different. The potato salad lacked any pop. My daughter ordered the expensive $35 Crab Louie Salad. She had to tilt the bowl to drain the pool of excessive water that was NOT spun out of the lettuce and the watering crab. I was embarrassed to bring her here! The server said this is the way all the salads were made. I don't know if they have a new cook but the presentation of our pricey meals were shameful. I will never return. What happened to the pride?

Excellent fresh food and quantity. Excellent waitress service with a smile. Beware, this place does not use A/C for some unknown reason, and it was 85°F inside, which means no one can eat indoors. it was 90°F outside for outdoor seating. If it weren't for the shade from the trees and a bit of a breeze from the water, I would have left and gone somewhere else. this place needs to pay for A/C, which is disrespectful to customers and a cheap way of saving money.

We came late, 1/2 hour before close, which could be why there were almost no clams in my clam chowder, which by the way had _far_ too much sage and way too little clam flavor. It has been better in years past. I used to love it but I guess when you come at the end of the night you get the dregs, or you get sage soup instead of clam chowder. My sauteed seafood on rice pelaugh was tasty the rice pelaugh was very well done. There was a delicious piece of white fish in it, and the prawns were fresh and delicious. My mom enjoyed her Scallop's scampy but it in no way was scampy as there was not a garlic white wine butter sauce it was an oily puddle without garlic. Still though she enjoyed it. Although it has been a few years since we were at the Sardine Can, it has been a place I've loved for the past 15 years. We'll go again but I'll stick to my old staples there of fried seafood and I will lose my old staple of the chowder.

Food is retro. Service is amazing and friendly. View is unbeatable. A classic spot, even though the prices are out of control. $32 seafood Louie salad w bay shrimp and crab. 6 years ago it was $20.95 so that's a full 50% increase.

We had the combo rice pilaf, fish n chips and the crab sandwich. I had the rice pilaf combo and I didn't like it. It was a lot of food but it was lacking in flavor. I didn't eat it. My hubby shared his fish and chips and that has been the best fish and chips I've had in a delicious! It was light and crispy but not oily and had great flavor. I also tried a couple of bites of the crab sandwich and it was so delicous! The service was great and friendly. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I didn't like my dish.

Yummy seafood in a cute atmosphere with extremely friendly service. Fish and chips, Clam Chowder and Fried prawns were all favorites for our family. Highly recommend.

We had a very great experience at this location. We had windy as our server and she was amazing! She was very attentive kept our drinks nice and filled and was just extremely pleasant person.

Came in with the family for lunch on a Sunday. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated. We had the fried cheese to start, which was delicious. We had 3 entrees a ravioli, a scampi, and a tour of Italy platter. All were great and a generous portion. The service was good. It did take a bit for our entrees to come out, but that gave us time to get a second on soup and salad.

Needed to get a bite on the commute. Found this right off the freeway. We were seated right away. Our server Elijah arrived shortly to take our orders. A few minutes later our drinks and salad arrived. The lettuce was fresh so the salad was good. Soon our entrees arrived. I had the buccatini with spicy meat sauce, my partner had the chicken Alfredo. The buccatini was well cooked. The sauce was just spicy enough. All in all a great experience.

The is just the same as always The Olive Garden.. But what make it special here in Vallejo is always the good service. Look for Kevin to be your server. He's very kind and attentive and very polite. We enjoyed our first time here in Olive Garden Vallejo.

Great local diner for your usual breakfast fare. They are well known for their toast, which are homemade and served warm toasted with a spread of melted butter. This diner has a well-known history here in Vallejo, and I highly recommend visiting this place when you pass by the town.

The food is simply incredible, with fresh, flavorful dishes that taste like they were made with love (the avocado toast is a must-try, and their pastries are heavenly). What really stands out, though, is the service—the team is so attentive and kind, remembering little details that make the experience special. Whether it’s a perfectly brewed latte or a quick lunch, they go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and service so well, but this cafe does it effortlessly. **I’ll be back again and again—highly recommend!

We are pure vegetarian and we personally asked what is best so I ordered famous toast and blueberry waffles ,it was very tasty .

Man. The end of an era. Apparently the cafe has been sold to new owners. The food has changed. The waitress was about 16 and sat at the counter with another employee eating fir for about 30 minutes. Never checked on us or anyone. They changed the waffle to fat doughy ones and the gravy is diff and lacks any flavor. Sadly after 30+ years....will not be back. The other waitress also had a bad attitude. Sad. It is good they cleaned it up and added some paint.

Typical dining atmosphere but small. Arrived about 9am on a Sunday with my 9 year old daughter. Ordered coffee, hot cocoa, 2 breakfast specials, cinnamon toast, and grits. THREE guests who arrived and ordered after us were served before us with all kinds of sandwich and Florentine on their plates. Also, coffee was not good and pancakes were not good. Grits were not creamy but indeed gritty. Not good. Bill was $55. A better server came after but we were already finished as daughter only had eggs (didn't even eat the pancakes). Outlets don't work for device charging.

I was cutting across Springs road like I owned it, only to hit every red light like ..they owned it! I was just about ready to turn on to Von Derrdyke's street when some little punkass threw a dirt clod at the car in front of me, well he missed and it hit my truck! So I whipped into the Joy of Eating Café, grabbed the little hoodlum and gave him something to remember, and trust me...he will sure remember! All the sudden the most wonderful aromas filled the air, it was like being at grandma's house at Thanksgiving, and all the troubles in the world just went away. Well, I went in and had an Amazing Corned Beef Sandwich! 5 Stars all day long ☆☆☆☆☆

We just wanted another beer! This is after lunch rush on a Sunday. I feel sitting at the bar will get faster service. We waited over 15 min for the bartender to show back up so we could order more beer! nobody else working seemed to take notice except for what they were doing at the moment. Where's the bartender? Why is she gone so long? Isn't the primary reason to be working is to sell more? I could have gone to Applebee's where they are attentive and interactive. And want to pay my bill and go.

Food was delicious. Didn't give it a full five only bevause of the wait. It was just my daughter and myself. And it took us literally 2 hours we got there at or around 6 and literally left at or around 8.

The service was really good. The food portions were very nice. Yet the food was bland. I was disappointed because i used to eat here a lot. Its been about 8 years since i ate here. The food looked delicious yet so tasteless.

Our order apparently got lost. We waited 20 minutes longer than the table behind us and we ordered before them. Either that or our waitress forgot to submit our order. They said it was a busy night and there were lots of big parties. Well if that's the case don't go there with a date. I will say the waitress got our order right and the food was good. Seems if you are gonna have all of these tables you should be able to serve them. We got medium rare prime rib, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Just slice the damn roast and put it on the plate! Also if you use a wheelchair you better hope one of the two handicap spots are open. Because none of the curbs have ramps. The only way in is up the ramp at the handicap parking spots. For me I don't live near this restaurant and when I'm in this area I'm not going here.

The thing that impressed me was the good service. Great steak, courteous staff and a clean environment. Kimberly, our waitress, was attentive to our needs. She made my husband and I feel welcome with her outgoing and perky personality. The food completely exceeded our expectation and I was really pleasantly surprised. I would totally, absolutely, go there again! Thank you Kimberly for a great experience.

The food was weak at best. They were out of some of the selection. The temperature and texture of the meat was off. I expected a bit more for the price paid at least in the quality. The service was great the environment was dark and kinda dingy. The previous time we ate their was a much better experience.

I do no know why this place has so many stars.service is extremely slow. Food is mediocre. Maybe because it's the only steak restaurant in town. Dennys could have been better for less. Ate in the dining room. The waitress we had both times 3 weeks later for some reason. She had no clue about the product she was selling and seemed disinterested in being there; never smiled and was not upbeat and friendly. The layout of the restaurant is weird and like a walled maze. Very closed off. The bar is probably the best part of the place and is lively. However, my cocktail tasted very watered down not just in an alcohol way. Flavorless. On an early Friday night we were there for 2 hours, with slow terrible service and okay food.

Great view of the water and a relaxed atmosphere. We were glad to find a new place in desolate Vallejo. We had the burger, a saison beer and Cluckers for the kid which were all tasty. Considering they have no table service and no clean tables, it makes me wonder (and smh) at their high pre-set tips when you check out.

We were searching for a great poutine, and found it! We also tried the broccoli, bacon Mac and the blue-cheese burger… And finished with the apple crisp. I didn’t realize that we would not be seated at the table and served, you do order at a counter when you arrive and then walk over to a different counter to pick up your food. This is an unplanned visit but turns out to be a good time here. This taproom gave a friendly and cozy place for you while waiting for the ferry. Beers are good, fish chips is good especially the chips tasted wonderful. Family friendly as I can see many families with younger kids here.

I've tried to give this place business more than once since it never seems to have any... but the reasons why the place is always empty are pretty obvious and consistent, besides the ownership not giving a hoot, nothing good on the menu. I realize the happy hour beer I was drinking, only bear on the happy hour menu was non-alcoholic and for a tap room that sports multiple TVs they never seem to work... Though they were working a couple days ago I think people are just selfish around here and only want their game on...

We have ordered food from here before but WOW it has drastically improved! The deviled eggs were delicious and the portions were huge. As always, the beer is tasty and the atmosphere is laid back and very chill.

Loved this place. The beer was good, wings with Shipwright’s Porter BBQ Sauce was bangin! The poutine was good but don’t expect it to be traditional. The location is great and they have a awesome outdoor space on the water. I liked that they have lots of different stickers for sale, and they had two dart boards. Highly recommend!

House fried rice was old and no flavor.sweet and sour pork was breaded then covered with sauce.House chow mein was awful with extra large noodles,I guess we're homemade/ hand made.Basically the food was awful.Said We could return but if they would have cooked it right with good flavor it wouldn't need to be returned.Do not buy here go to Schezuan at least their food is authentic. 🤮🤮😤😤

Dined in with my mom and my partner. There was a hair in the water and the food was cold. The sweet and sour chicken and the sweet and sour pork both tasted like old burnt oil. The chilis in the general tso chicken were hard and old. The “fried rice” was steamed rice with soy sauce. I told the server I didn’t want my food and he said no returns. The meal cost $64 and none of us ate. Two of us feel genuinely sick from just a few bites. You could not pay me to return to this establishment. They’ve fallen off and are no longer worth visiting.

Theirs got to be something up with the other reviews for them to describe this place as the "best" Chinese food they have ever had. Honestly panda express is way better than this place. Food was bland and tasteless and close to no flavor. Sorry but look for another place if you want to have Chinese food.

Cold when delivered. Driver was here in 8 minutes. The food was cold, chicken patty was over cooked, dry and cold. Sweet potato fries were burnt cold and soggy. Very disappointing. Tried to eat it but not possible. Cook should do better for such a good food chain.

Store closes at 11:30pm. Lobby already preparing to close and it's only 9:00pm Only fountain drinks are available. Our favorite lemonade drinks are not available because the cashier sais they had to clean the machine early. For godlike, it's not that hard to clean the dispenser for the drinks. Who ever the manager of this store sucks. They should please customers. I'm very upset with this issue.

Still the best burgers in my opinion for a chain fast food. Always clean and friendly service. Prices are competitive with the other larger chains (MD, in& out etc.} but the quality and taste is far superior.

We had Cris as our server and we honestly couldn’t have had anyone better. She not only made my husband’s first time an amazing one but she treated us as if we were family friends. She is by far one of the best servers we have had. She truly goes above and beyond for her customer & it shows! We truly need more servers like her!! We live in the valley and came in today because we were in town & to be honest we will be coming back just for her (and the food!) but she’s truly amazing! Thanks again Cris for being amazing! Mother’s Day Dinner at Red Lobster Vallejo – Flavor, Fun & Family Vibes We celebrated Mother’s Day at the Red Lobster in Vallejo, and the experience was absolutely worth it. My wife loves seafood, so we brought the whole family out for a special dinner—and this place delivered big time. We kicked off with those famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Still warm, buttery, and flaky—basically little clouds of happiness. My wife ordered the Ultimate Feast (crab legs, salmon, shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp), and it was cooked perfectly with bold flavors in every bite. I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake—lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, mussels over linguini in a white wine garlic broth. It looked like something out of a food magazine and tasted just as amazing. We also shared: Signature Seafood Mushrooms – shockingly good, even for someone who doesn’t usually do mushrooms. Bacon-Wrapped Scallops – buttery, crispy, and packed with flavor. Calamari – lightly fried and flavorful, not rubbery at all. Bacon Mac & Cheese – cheesy comfort food, and the kids devoured it. Drinks? The Watermelon Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade were tasty but a bit sweet, so we added a splash of water. Still refreshing. It was the first time some of our kids had ever been to Red Lobster, and they couldn't stop talking about how good everything tasted. We did wait close to an hour despite a reservation, which was a bummer, but the staff was friendly and made up for it once we were seated. Bonus: Before dinner, we walked over to Best Buy next door and I picked up a few cool collectibles for my collection. After dinner, we ended the night with a movie—"Sinners"—different, intense, and a perfect way to wind down. This Red Lobster is a great spot for special occasions or just when you're craving seafood done right. It’s family-friendly, flavorful, and left us full, happy, and with some great memories. Crystal is by far the sweetest, most amazing server I’ve ever encountered. She has such a warm and friendly personality and she pays great attention to detail. I love that she remembers our daughter’s favorite drink: mango smoothie. We’ve grown such a bond with Crystal with this visit being only our second visit with her as our server. We look forward to coming to this location just because of her and also the great food of course. Ah the quality of red lobster has maintained its level over the years. Its a nice and accessible seafood treat for anytime you're in the US. We had a boiled bag with lobster, crab legs and shrimp. It was delicious.

Our waitress was amazing and the best part of the entire experience! Cris was fantastic and made our day. The drinks were ordered took 20+ minutes. The food came out hot, however, we expected more for a $50 surf and turf. Zero flavor, meat was tough, lobster was rubbery. The best tasting food items were the Brussel sprouts and broccoli.

We are always family of four. We went to celebrate the last day of 2024! I had a reservation. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The biscuits were quite tasty w/ butter & he re-filled them. All our entrees were delicious. The bill was reasonable, especially with a couple gift cards to use. The two cocktails were a bit too sweet & pricey @ $13.99. Otherwise, an enjoyable evening. Nice atmosphere with the tank of lobsters in the entree way. Go try sometime!

I came to this Chevys to celebrate my friends completion of her first marathon. I usually do not eat here because the food isn’t that appetizing to me but I gave it another shot. We were so excited to come here and celebrate her, the manager Lorena came over and offered to give her a free entree which was also nice. But she was unable to grant the free entree for some reason & gave a 20% off instead. Then she mentioned that she would give the remainder of the table “free entree coupons” if we completed google reviews. However, when it came down to paying the bill, the free entree was contingent on EVERYONE completing it. Everyone at the table isn’t tech savvy. Also they have a relatively full bar but couldn’t make a lemon drop:/ This experience was kind of disappointing. Edward (our server) & his trainee were very nice and helpful! My food was not that good. The bathroom was also not clean and looked as if it wasn’t cleaned aIl day. I give three stars because they gave my friend a discount, our servers were nice, and the water tasted good.

We enjoyed our meal here very much as we were traveling through the area. The restaurant was short staffed, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for limited seating, but we were not disappointed with the food. Service was fairly good and friendly. The fish tacos were good (not fantastic), but the vegetarian farmers market enchiladas were pretty amazing. The food portions were fairly large, and well presented. Also, prices were reasonable, and they have tons of cheap happy hour food and drink options. I would recommend it to others as a good option for Tex-mex food at good prices.

I used to love going to Chevy's. Seems like so many of them have closed down, but we were in the area and wanted some of their chips and salsa and some of our old favorites. This was such a disappointment. We were picking up my car from being serviced and stopped in for an early dinner. They happened to have happy hour so we sat on the bar side. It was busy but the other half of the restaurant looked empty and yet they had people waiting to be seated in the main dining room. Our server took our order but then it was over half an hour before we got our 3 happy hour food items. We went through our chips and salsa before we could even get them to bring us water. Then our server was missing most of the time, didn't check on us, and we had to wait to get to go boxes. The food was ok, but not as good as I remember from other locations.

Taking time to say goodbye to a classic. Chevys is closing at least two more local locations in my area, so won't have the opportunity dine here anymore. We had to have one last meal at this fun chain restaurant. We both had plates of their delicious fajitas. One steak and chicken, one carnitas and pork belly. The chips and salsa have always been so good and we added a small bowl of the creamy guac to top it off. And of course a margarita had to accompany the meal... 😂 Will miss this place.

Have always enjoyed Chevys when I discovered them years ago at their flagship restaurant in Northern CA. There have fantastic margaritas and well as tons of other cocktails. Their table side guacamole is excellent. The handmade the tortillas fresh to order. It is some of the best tortilla chips in the industry. The salsa is unique and flavorful. The fajitas is their signature dish. They are fresh mex with style. They have all evening happy hours. The setting is bright and colorful with a fun ambiance. Service at times can be inconsistent but the food makes up for it. Had a great meal tonight at the Vallejo CA location.

Chevys in Vallejo is a pretty good spot. Unfortunately, tonight they were short staffed, so service was impacted. It didn’t take away from our Server being ultra friendly and great! (I wish I could remember her name!) anyway, good tasting food and drinks as usual

Run of the mill, Americanized Mexican food. Our family visited the restaurant on a Friday, place was not overly crowded and we were seated right away. Food was decent. Service was very good. Ate a little too much chips and salsa but that's part of the fun. Brought leftovers home, ate them the next day and it was still good. We'd visit again if in the mood.

If you like dogs that have a skin with hard bite these are perfect. Best road side hotdog stand north of Top Dog in Berkeley and Oakland. Top dog wins for variety. sac’s wins for quality of dogs and portion size. Also best selection of motivational cards and magnets in Vallejo! If you love blue collar dinning this is the place!

It's been 15+ yrs since I've been to Sacs, this was a completely different experience. From the moment I walked in, the place just burst with color. So many old momentos and city trinkets about. The staff were the most courteous I've ever encountered in a business. Not only are they selling quotation cards, they have t-shirts also. If haven't been to Sacs recently, make time and visit asap..

This was me and my families first time at Sac's Tasty Hot Dogs in Vallejo, and I must say what a great old-fashioned neighborhood place to go eat with your family. The service was very welcoming, helpful, and fast. The prices of the food didn't break the bank, and it was one good hotdog. They have all kinds of cool decorations and things going on like kids get a FREE BOOK to take home! This will be a place we visit frequently!

Absolutely mind boggling to pay 25 dollars for two hot dogs. Go to the grocery store and buy the stuff to make your own. You could have 8 hot dogs for their price of two. This place can't go out of business soon enough.

My all time favorite hot dog place. I've tried with chili, but the regular cheese dog is my go to, and I'll usually get two. Not that one isn't enough, but after an hour or two I'll start wishing I had another... and I do. Since I left the Bay Area I don't get back to Sac's nearly enough and the cheese dogs haunt my dreams. I miss it dearly.

Tuesday 7:30pm. $9.99 Burger with Fries on Tuesdays for a Limited time, I believe. But it's a good deal considering prices on everything is up. The host and our server were nice and friendly. The burgers took about 25 mins from the point we ordered. On a Tuesday evening, the restaurant wasn't busy. They had about of empty tables. The burger and fries were good specially the waffle fries which was an upgrade for $1.99. In my opinion, the meal was a good deal.

Food was great but not hot enough. Atmosphere was the usual for the restaurant, very nice. The best part was the service, Kristie was awesome, nice, warm, committed. I took a good look around, and she was doing almost every job. She should be treasured!

In my many visit to Applebee's in vallejo they should have more Malachi and Landon. So amazing and they make you more at home and talk about special presidential service. The food was awesome also.

To be honest, I only get the $ 9.99 burger/chicken sandwich specials. [ I get the bacon cheeseburger. It's really big & really good !! ] This time tho, We got the 2 for $ 25. Artichoke dip with chips as the app. And the chicken parmigian with fettuccine & the Chinese Chicken Salad. [ for some reason the dressing was honey mustard not the traditional one. I called to confirm ]. Both were really good so definitely worth the twenty five. It was for carside pick up. 😋

Drinks: Went there because I was craving margaritas. Ordered the classic on rocks. Like it. Not too sweet or sour. Better when I let it sit in the ice a bit longer to chill. Also got the blue curaçao margarita blended. Food: ordered the chicken won ton tacos. Solid. And the special burger that was recommended by the waiter. My friend was very happy with that. It was huge, not dry and the meat quality was good, which in these times seems to be a rarity. Service was great. Atmosphere: the restaurant was actually a little on the warm side but that was ok. The thing that bugged us most was the constant static feedback coming through the speakers. Was very irritating to hear.

Not sure what the hype around this place is. It’s mediocre and exorbitantly priced. A plate of spaghetti and meatballs for one was over $25. All burgers were in the $20-25 range. Fries for 4 were $13. My Reuben sandwich was something like $19. No clue why it’s all so pricey since it wasn’t food to write home about. Seems like the owners are too caught up in making it seem like a fancy place, but forgot about the quality of the food. At least they reminded me how to use a hand soap dispenser, in case I forgot.

Detailed review. 😊 Yesterday, I ordered the Swiss Burger, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. In my opinion, the Swiss Burger was the most juiciest and flavorable burger I've ever tried in my 30+ years old of life. Though the burger was a bit messy on my hands (had to use many napkins), and thinking maybe it's due to ordering everything in it and sliced on top of that. I wonder if I didn't have it cut in half, that it would've been less messy to eat this delicious goodness. In terms of the onion rings, it was soooo crunchy even when dipped in ketchup and was devoured quick. Best for last, the sweet potato fries were hot, crunchy, and when bit, had sweet potato oozing out in the center. I always order these fries at different restaurants. However, The Original Red Onion wins due to its freshness, crunchiness, and portion size. It truly hits the spot and I rate it the BEST sweet potato fries. 😋

Food was yummy per the usual. Fresh ingredients and same great taste. I got a bacon Cheeseburger with a large fries. Fries were big enough for 3 people. When I'm in the area I'll return for another delicious burger.

This place is really gross and unsanitary. Food isn’t that great, better burger and sides elsewhere. They’re nice enough as a whole, but I think the popularity is because it’s been around so long. Known a lot of workers her the last 20 years and they’re not the most hygienic people.

You arent gonna get a culturally innovative, fusion cuisine masterpiece from the Red Onion, you're gonna get the gigantic plate of chili cheese fries you're craving. You're gonna be full and what's going to be delightfully missing is the thought that you paid too much. I cannot tell you enough that for me, the main draw is value. You order the large? Its huge. You order extra cheese? You don't feel like they just charged you, then brought the regular amount, that thing has hella cheese on it! This place actually respects its customers and doesn't try to squeeze them for every dollar. Appetizers are actually big enough to share and are delicious. They have regularly priced, classic burgers, then they also got these 27 dollar insane amalgamations that combine all kinds of ingredients and flavors. I had the Chupacabra, it was incredible! Notably the burger was actually 27 dollars worth of food and didn't just cost more because of an exotic ingredient list. Milkshakes were awesome too. Im telling you, this is the spot for cravings food!

Ordered fried prawns and beef with broccoli. I was so disappointed although food was hot the prawns were made with minced meat and 95% breading, not tasty and the beef had a weird rubber like texture.

Great chinese food for lunch. This place gets it. The food was out fast, at the right temperature, and tasty. Service was quick, and the server was helpful and courteous. The lunch menu had a lot of options and was a great value. I had the two item combo chicken and tofu vegetables. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. Thanks for a great lunch

Been driving by this place on the 80 since I was a child, finally decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. This is a classic Chinese American establishment that probably has not changed much since it opened in the 80s/90s. Classic menu items and for people who live in San Francisco, a great value. The dishes are definitely more seasoned and on the sweeter side. We got the hot and sour soup, honey walnut shrimp and mooshoo pork. All hit the spot in terms of what we were hungry for at the time. Is it stunning? No. Does it meet every expectation you have of a traditional Chinese American food establishment? Yes. If we’re ever in the area and hungry for this type of food again we’ll definitely revisit.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I used to hear good things about this place. But I am so floored when I opened my orders. I spent 50 bucks for small portions. How they gonna do their customers like this? Szechuan gives bigger portions than this, and other chinese restaurants. This is the first and last time I will spend my money here.

Idk why this is just 3.5?!!! I just learned that there's new owners!!! This review is for several years ago when I lived in California. I had the freshest egg rolls I've ever had with cabbage that's actually green not pale green, and still cooked, and the best flavor! I prefer the elderly lady cooking, Annie but I guess she's no longer there, I hope she is well and I just was missing their food and wanted to let them know about the impression they put on me bc the food was the best, I used to always ask if Annie was cooking bc her cooking was just a bar above! And the sweetest lady, and the rest of the family are good and kind people. I moved back to Florida and Annie's is one of the things I miss most about California. And the weather of course. The portions are so worth the money, I would eat on my food for days!!! My son who ate big could eat 2 or 3 times off one order! When eating in, they serve you a nice and gentle tea, it's very traditional and welcomes you in nicely. I can't say enough about Annies. If you are anywhere near Vallejo, even Vacaville or Fairfield, go give them a try, I hope you have an experience like I always did but if Annie isn't cooking it's a hit or miss it seems. Was Definitely the best Chinese food in Vallejo a few years ago, with Authentic Chinese food with a welcoming vibe. I miss you Annie, I hope you are doing well!!!

For over 15 years I only get the Hot & Sour soup! Just discovered that they stopped adding pork to the soup! I’m never going back again, ever!!!

Visited this place while on an anniversary trip with my husband. We found this place on Google Maps and drove from Napa Valley to try the food. My husband ordered the smothered chicken, mac-n-cheese and greens. The smothered chicken gravy was a bit too salty for our taste. I ordered the fried pork chops, greens and yams. Unfornately, the chops were over cooked and dry. The yams and greens were tasty. Mac-n-cheese and cornbread was okay. Overall, I would give this place a second chance at redemption.

I’ve always wanted to try House of Soul. I just moved to Vallejo and had my friend pick it up for me , tried it and let’s say it wasn’t giving, I was disappointed ! The food wasn’t fresh, so bland, no seasoning, cornbread was dryer than dry, the potato salad was creamy, service wasn’t there, they didn’t have ribs on a Sunday , they gave us 3 hot sauce pack for 3 combos, no napkins, and no utensil's. The chicken sandwich combos chicken was just bread and fried chicken but say it comes with lettuce and topping and did not but the chicken was crunchy 🤷‍♀️

Oh my goodness exactly the type of place I was looking for to satisfy my comfort meal craving! Catfish seasoning is crazy, I know fried chicken is popular, but not everyone can fry fish to perfection, and they do that every time. I went back twice in a week for the same order. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is because they're pretty bad at answering the phone. Don't order online though, apparently they don't get the order and I had to show them I paid for them to make the food. They told me to call next time, so I called 4x to place an order, I kid you not, and then ended up just walking in just to find only 1 customer waiting. So why couldn't anyone answer the phone to place my order! lol it's okay it was worth the wait but that can be improved upon. Go check them out though, soul food that's good and not in Oakland is rare ☺️🙌🏾

This is the best soul foods I’ve had in years! The chef and server is very friendly and personal. Though we were just visiting, they treated us as family! Every dish served were yummy and value for money. We were so filled in our tummies and heart by the time we were done. Definitely a place worth going again!!

The food is really flavourful you will not be disappointed! I never get pictures because I usually dig right in 😂 The chicken is really good and the cornbread is very thick with a strong crust and bottom. Try to not come at the end of the day as they can sell out of favorites quickly! Very friendly and kind Staff, very giving! (I usually get the chicken🍗 dinner with different sides, this time shown I got rice and gravy with 🍠yams) (And the the other picture is a special, 🦐 shrimp and fries!)

Neat spot. Good food. I ordered the chicken fried steak special. Generous portions of sides of mashed potatoes and collard greens. Came with cornbread. The steak itself was a little small, but I saw other plates that seemed to have large portions [fried chicken and meat loaf). The cornbread is not the sweet kind, like in the south. I loved the decor. One caveat--i recommend ordering ahead if you can. I waited for 15-20 minutes for my plate, and it didn't appear to be very busy. Maybe not so big a problem if you have longer than a half hour for lunch break.

Flew in all the way from Georgia and this place is the real deal for authentic Southern soul food. The fried chicken is seasoned from skin to bone and both the white and dark meat were most and tender. The corn bread dressing was done of the best I've ever had and all of us liked what they did with the mac n cheese. Only one thing was missing and that was sweet tea. But I know that's a southern thing and I can forgive that. Only wish I had room for dessert, but portions are big enough to fill you up. Great meal at a great value.

New place for us. Mongolian style food type service. I had never been to a place like this. Friendly service,fresh ingredients and price is worth the meal. We have since been back twice and brought friends with us the second time around. I go to spot for us when we are in the mood.

The food was good but the waiters they were inoin they keep telling me and my family how many ate on the buffet and how many order on the menu like 4 times they keep telling us. And plus they charge toooo much tip my brother resit was $60 and just for tip was $30 just of tip.

My parents loved this restaurant when they were alive and have always brought me here since I was a small child and now I am close to 27 and have been bringing my children here since they were old enough to eat. We all absolutely love it here. The food is fantastic and the staff always recognize and welcome us with open arms. This is my number one choice for take out and always drool at the Mongolian BBQ. Planning on having dinner here tonight!

Went in at 5pm Only 4 items in buffet. Spare ribs, pot stickers, fried rice, prawns. All in a warmer dry and chewy. Meal came with decent egg drop soup, The Mongolian grill was running but wasn't great. The couple before me left their food after tasting it and refused to pay. I was asked if my meal tasted okay repeatedly. I don't usually give reviews and hate to hurt a businesses reputation but this place needs to shape up. I'm sorry but this was a bad experience for a guy who isnt very picky.

I don't even know where to start, really. My sisters, husband and myself went to eat at the Mongolian BBQ side of the restaurant and dear lord, it was so uncomfortable. The restaurant side of the restaurant looks nice and has nice booths while the other side has uncomfortable to chairs and sticky tables. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was almost empty so the staff apparently had no choice but to stand like 4 feet from our table and stare at us while we were eating. The food was eh. The noodles were gross and sticky and the orange (?) chicken was full of bones which sucked because that's what I was trying to feed to my 2 year old. It definitely wasn't worth the $15 a plate; our money would have been better spent at the Panda Express that's 100 yards away.

First time experiencing Mongolian restaurants I was living in Michigan I went to a place called the Mongolian Grill. It was the best food I've ever eaten I highly recommend it. The first time I had it here was probably 2 months ago I was very pleased the restaurant was clean the employees were efficient and clean even the takeout was inefficient way to go princess Garden

The International House of Pancakes is one of the classic all American breakfast spots and has been open at this location for many years. If you’re looking for pancakes and breakfast all day this is your place. Located near Costco this is a great place to go all day long. We actually came here Thanksgiving morning for breakfast. Our server was great and super helpful, the kitchen got a little backed up but it was fine. I got the bacon avocado Benedict with seasonal fruit, my mom got the 2 x 2 x 2 which is 2 eggs, a choice of protein and 2 pancakes. My dad got the T-bone steak and eggs and it comes with 3 pancakes. My dad also ordered toast on the side. They even sell crepes and sandwiches and salads of you’re not feeling a full on breakfast.

Had the farmhouse breakfast, I was amazed at how much food was on my plate. The service was amazing, Ariel was incredibly polite and even took the time to make me a fresh pot of coffee, as a Marine I am particular about fresh coffee. The atmosphere was great and I was surprised at how clean it was, it was clear the place was well managed.

This place has a family-friendly ambiance. It is ♿️ accessible. I ordered green tea along with the spinach and mushroom omlet with bacon inside no horseradish. Hashbrowns were served on a second plate. Both were served quickly with a smile and tasted great. Will be back to try the new pancake flavor of the month. I ❤️ that they have the QR code right on the table to access the rewards program.

The restaurant was clean, staff a little distracted, but friendly. About food.. pancakes and eggs were very good! But the hash browns wasn’t. And the biscuit was raw, dry and with no flavor. I really love biscuit and I was disappointed.

Eggs ordered and served easily, pancakes were thick and fluffy, bacon was a little too crunchy for my taste, but otherwise.👍 SERVICE 3: There were only two waiting employees from what we could see, for such a good-sized facility. And I think one of them was in training. So there were periods of prolonged waiting or language barrier. But they did maintain their good, pleasant energy. The music was looping, so when you got to the same songs repeated 6x in 1hr yeah, you would surely feel the same way. I tend to notice the diet/debris under the tables and how long a dirty table is found before it is occupied and in the bathroom. This facility was definitely clean! If you know, you know! Speaking Mr. Clean!

The pancakes are exceptional and have become a trademark of our establishment. Our waiter, Liz, is highly attentive and professional, even while wearing a mask. Despite the mask, her smile is still visible.

My food took a while but no one communicated with us. It also smelled strongly of weed by the kitchen. I just would have appreciated when everyone else's food was delivered some communication that mine was still being made, instead of having to track someone down to make sure it wasn't forgotten.

Nice family restaurant, with a great ambiance, an amazing service and good food. A bit expensive in my opinion but apparently is fair for the area (is my fist time in California). The kids portion was more than ok for me.

We visited Momo's during our trip to the Maker Faire. Walking up, we were a little confused. The pictures for the outside do not currently align with how it actually looks, and I heard it's because their previous location burned down earlier in the year. There is a window you order at that connects to the kitchen (which looked very clean from what I could see). As of this review, there is no table service, but they will let you eat your meal in their dining room. We opted to take ours back to the hotel. My huevos rancheros came with a side of sour cream, guac, and a green salsa that was so tasty I pour it over every component of my breakfast, and my husband used what was left for his eggs (they provided a generous portion!). The salsa had the perfect level of heat. The steak was thinly cut and cooked in some sort of delicious sauce before being added to my breakfast. It was tender with no chewy or fatty pieces. The home fries were also good. My husband's chicken and waffles was still crispy after our 8 minute walk back to our room. They give you half a breast, a full wing, and two thighs, all of which were bone-in. It was very well seasoned and not dry. I'd say it was a combo of seasoning salt and some sort of sugar, as it was mildly sweet. Whatever it was, it was very yummy. The waffle was pretty basic (it is a waffle after all). We were pleasantly surprised by our experience, and agreed that the Huevos Rancheros was the overall tastier breakfast. Don't let appearances keep you from trying this place out!

Turkey no melt. It was so delicious! The bread was toasted to perfection, crunch in every bite with the taste of melted butter. Thick slices of seasoned turkey and fresh avocado. The fries were just as tasty. Hot and crispy. Fast and polite service. I have to come back now for their breakfast.

This place is a gem! First day we were here we had pancakes which are the best pancakes I’ve had on my vacation so far. Today I had the French toast which was amazing as well. You can’t got wrong eating here! Go eat here! This is a must stop and eat here place for Vallejo! The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and food comes out fast!

Momo's Cafe is SO GOOD! I moved to Vallejo less than a month ago and have been here for breakfast like once a week! The portions are large and everything tastes amazing. I haven't had anything I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. The pancakes are fluffy and tasty and the omelettes and breakfast potatoes are spot on. Also, I love that it's a family owned and run spot, and all of the staff are kind and welcoming!

The food was good. The place was hard to find. This appears to be a stop-and-go business. The food arrives in to-go packages regardless of where you eat. The pictures don't reflect current look.

Coming back from SFO late last night the hunger pains hit right there in Vallejo so I whipped it off the hwy and hit the old standby ...Denny's. What a treat, to eat at a place with no one taking selfies of themselves or snobby looking at others. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Its 10am on a wednesday. Fairly busy & I was told to choose my own seat. My server MARIA was very friendly & attentive. Took about 5 minutes from when I got my seat & I already had my drinks. Food came out fast too. Will definitely be coming back to this Dennys

I stopped by this Denny's for a bit to eat. You could see they were short staffed, but you couldn't tell by the excellent service and attentiveness the servers gave. The one serve who I believe may have been a supervisor or maybe the Lead worker was efficient and extremely knowledgeable of the ongoing changes in the restaurant. As she checked out guests, she acknowledged me and other guests who enter after me. She got the order of guests as we entered correctly. She sat us accordingly and took our orders. The food may have been delayed by a few minutes, but the attention while waiting made it not an issue. My food was good and hot and delicious too. This awesome server gave no excuses for the short staff, she just made sure my experience was fabulous. I'll definitely return to this Denny's in the future.👍🏽👍🏽

We had our "victory lunch" there after the parade, and the food and service definitely stood out.

The food was OK, some parts were hot, others just warm. For a restaurant that was practically empty, the food took a surprising long time to come. The service was not very good. The waiter was friendly enough, he seated me, asked for my drink, and brought it quickly, but then asked for my order, as if he was in a hurry, thankfully I already knew what I wanted. I did ask for lots of ranch dressing on the side, that he forgot and I had to re-ask for, and I didn't get napkins or silverware till I asked, plus he never brought my ticket to pay.

This place exceeded all of my expectations! The service was impeccable—our waiter was so friendly and made excellent recommendations. The food was heavenly! The French toast was the best I’ve ever had, and the freshly brewed coffee was the perfect complement. The ambiance was charming, with a laid-back yet elegant feel that made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new favorite brunch spot, this is it!

Everything is great and everyone is so nice. Love the food, everything sounds so delicious! But sucks that they close at 2 Pm. All aside the place is great and I totally recommend for the people who love breakfast!

Food was good. I got the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs. Tye lady and kid had the country breakfast. CFS was on the small side. But, the food was good. Asked for the hashbrowns crispy, they were all about the same consistency. We were checked on every 5 minutes it seemed. Which was nice, but a little much. Overall experience was good.

Wide varieties of good food for breakfast and lunch. They know how to poach eggs for bonus points. All prepared omelets. Unique salsas on the table. Plus donuts! 🍩 Tasty toasted RYE bread dry or buttered. 😎

A very very fair restaurant. Prices were reasonable, but the steak was so stringy that I literally couldn't chew it at all and just gave up. It's a cash only place which I didn't know until it was time to pay, but don't worry, they have an ATM on site that of course charges a fee to withdrawal $$$. I wouldn't avoid this place but It's also not on my "must return" list either.

The food is good, but there is a problem that waitresses have long nails and when they wear food, they bring nails inside the plate, it is disgusting.

Tonight, I walked into the restaurant and the man behind the counter blatantly ignored me. I greeted him, and he wouldn't even look up at me or acknowledge me. There was no one else in the restaurant and I see why. I should have recorded the interaction. It was straight out of a movie. I've been to the restaurant twice already. The man who I believe is the owner is descent, but his employees are horrible. I'm shocked they still get patronized. The first time I came in, an employee was speaking to me like he was doing me a favor by taking my order and now this.

1st time I actually ordered. It's been crazy busy the few times I attempted to eat there before,which to me is a very good sign. The food was fantastic. The catfish was light, cooked to perfection with a perfect crust and a very good portion.The fried shrimp was also cooked to perfection with a proper amount of breading. Most places overload on the breading..but this was perfect. The collard greens were better than my greens that my friends Meemaw makes! The red beans and rice were very flavorful. The fish is all made to order. I will absolutely be going back

We've been going here for years. It was getting back to it. My only disappointment is, the wings are average size now. Before moving away, the wings are huge, like turkey wings. Other than that, it's always a great choice!

The fries chicken, fries, and prawns were excellent. The food was hot and fresh and didn't disappoint. I have to stop sleeping on JJ's when I want some good fried prawns. I went to a fancy SF Fisherman's Wharf restaurant the week before and had fried prawns that tasted like they were frozen and they were nowhere ad good as JJ's.

My family loves eating here but the prices are crazy expensive.Spent over $80 for four of us to eat. The portions are great compared to other places though. Maybe not in the best area to eat outside but only because of the neighborhood

Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!! We came in at last minute almost closing time but they still took care of us and allowed us to order. The manager and Mr. Preet was very kind. We were really hungry and really tired after Six Flag's visit we were craving for Mountains Mike Pizza. They welcomed us and made us feel special!! I highly recommend this site. Thank you Team Mikes, truly an outstanding customer service!!!

Love the new management at Mountain Mike’s! The place looks great, pizza’s amazing, and everything’s on time. The staff is super friendly, they’ve got a pool table, games for kids, and big TVs — I even watched the SF game there 🤣🍕🏈 Perfect hangout spot!

4/28/2025 Spoiled salad bar. Corn was spoiled and slimy, mushrooms were brown and spoiled, spinach leaves spoiled, feta cheese was spoiled and dried out and the ranch dressing smelled bad. These cheap owners left the mushrooms and spinach containers practically empty and never refilled any container for the all you can eat. The lettuce's was chopped cheap ice burg white lettuces. Over charged for the all you can eat at $15.00 a person. which was crooked. There was only one small pizza out for all you can eat and one more small pizza made during the buffet again to be cheap and profit. The men's bathroom had no toilet seat covers, one 8th inch left of a roll of toilet paper, floor had dirty boot print marks every where and filthy and all trach cans were full and over flowing. So if you want to gamble on this place where the owners treat their customers like I described above then have at it. The pizza was okay.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We placed an order for delivery at 6:12 and the it should've have been delivered to my apartment by 6:57 pm and it was not. After waiting over an hour we called the location to ask where the pizza was ONLY to be answered with rudeness and told the pizza was already delivered and hung up on. We then come to the location only for the supposed manager on duty to call the delivery driver to be told that it was already delivered and this scenario was not a big deal. It was clearly a big deal if we have to come to the store and get the pizza. After arguing for almost 20 minutes we finally for the pizza made. I recommended no one EVER come to this location because if there is ever anything wrong they will downplay the scenario and act like it is no big deal. There is a Mountain Mikes on Sonoma Blvd that I highly recommend and will be only Mountain Mikes that I will be going too.

Not fresh, ordered a chicken club, it wasn’t even what we received. And I’ve had that pizza plenty times to know what it’s supposed to taste like. Pizza was also cold by the time we got it. Save your money or go to a different location. Pizza turned & looked like a sloppy deep dish pizza. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE LAZY WORKERS TERRIBLE PIZZA!

This is probably one of the more popular Pho spots in Vallejo. All of their soups, rice plates, Vietnamese coffee, shakes, egg rolls are the best! I always like to get beef balls and steak. My parents love their wonton noodle soup and their vermicelli and rice plates are amazing. Located in a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking. Service is quick!

Stopped on the way from San Francisco into Napa. Everything was on point, iced coffee was nice and strong with a combo of chipped and cubed ice. Service was fast and friendly.

Pho Huong Viet is a modest vietnamese pho place in Vallejo. They are located in a midsize plaza. I had a Vermicelli grilled bbq chicken and lemonade. Food was warm, tasty and delicious. Drink was refreshing. Prices were very reasonably inexpensive. Collectively, this is a good Pho place. I am glad I was brought here by relatives. Overall, I recommend this Pho.

I love getting the beef stew here with a baguette. It's taken me awhile to find a place that has yummy beef stew. I had trouble finding a good enough place when I lived in SF and Oakland, and didn't think that when I moved to Vallejo that I would even be so lucky, but I was wrong! This place and this dish is my jam.

We have been coming here for awhile, but infrequently due to distance. Nonetheless, the noodles are pretty good and the prices are also pretty reasonable. Today, I ordered the #31 (Rice Noodle Soup w/Won Ton, Bok Choy, Sliced Pork & Ground Pork). The soup is tasty and the noodles are soft, but not soggy. You won't disappoint, drop by when you're around the area. 👍

Fast, delicious and made to feel at home, or your favorite aunties house. Wanted to try something local and new as I live in the crest and dont get around downtown vallejo much. Heard about My homesetyle Cafe and mad it DID NOT DISSAPOINT. double cheeseburger the first day. MUHAMMAD ALI(Tripple cheeseburger on waffles) the second day. My wife got the smother porkchop special and we split some garlic fries and wings. Heavy and savory. DO NOT OPERATE HEVAY MACHINERY. The ITIS is near.

The waffles and boneless chicken was cooked to perfection and that meal preceded the the philly cheese steak sandwich and garlic fries, which were seasoned very well with mushrooms, sweet and hot peppers. Absolutely fulfilling and tasty. If you ever in town in Vallejo I highly recommend you visit this restaurant, just make sure you arevthere before 3:30pm.

We ordered the Chicken and waffles and a Cheese burger. Chicken & Waffles: the waffles were fluffy, airy and warm 👌the chicken was good. They offer bone or boneless. I opted for bone and got two legs. (**Apologies, i started eating the C&W before taking the picture**) Cheese burger: The burger was simple but good. I like how they didn't try to do anything special or anything. It was just a cheese burger and it was good!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. There was plenty of parking. We were seated right away despite having a big party. I ordered the Pad See U with chicken and it was very good and tasty. Hamachi kama was also very tasty and not dry. Definitely a place to try. They also have sushi selections. My family ordered some and they were not disappointed.

The Loft is a large and bright restaurant with two extensive menus that includes traditional Japanese items and Thai food. The plates were presented well, but the flavors were basically mediocre. The restaurant was unusually empty for a Friday night. The beer selection was limited. Generally, the Thai food was better than the Japanese food. The Poke plates looked delicious, but the fish was bland.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and really enjoyed the food. The dishes were flavorful and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I would definitely come back again.

The service is great and the decor is warm, hip, and welcoming. The food is aesthetically pleasing and delicious. There is a large selection of sushi dishes as well as poke bowls and grilled items. I only had sushi and I got it to go because I didn't have the time to stay and enjoy the restaurant. The prices were a little higher than I would like but im assuming it is a pricey location. I don't mind paying extra for fresh fish but I'm not sure if that is what I got. I cant say for sure so I wont comment on it. What I did get was delicious and the wife had no complaints either. Maybe I am a little picky but I feel like the restaurant could have been a little cleaner. I did not peak behind the counter to see what things looked like in the food preparation areas. I wish I had now. They do have a cool touchless, electronic toothpick dispenser that will hold up one perfectly picked out toothpick for you with a waive of the hand. They also have some cool Lego characters around, some of which double as pens. I don't know if it will be my regular spot but it is definately worth a visit so you can experience it for yourself and draw your own conclusions

It's our first time going in here. The sushi is the excellent and the tonkatsu ramen is the best. Would go here for special days.

Wanted to try this place for a mother's day dinner, there weren't many people at all but we still waiting a good 25 mins to order. Food also came out one by one in about 10-15 minute increments.. for only 3 people we were there for 2 hours. Food was eh, nothing special..

Very cutely decorated, food was delicious, prices a bit pricey but will come back.

This one is way worst than Fairfield & Suisun. They give free salsas, but when I asked for extra they only gave me what I paid for no complementary salsa n jalapenos for a $35 family meal.

What happened to this place? They used to be good. Their chicken started coming out dry in the past few years, so I stopped going. Today we decided to give it a try, and all I can say is..if I wanted costco chicken I would've just got the Costco chicken at the Costco price. The chicken that was given to me today was def Costco chicken. The tortilla chips most likely Mission chips.

Gave me raw chicken. Then got petty over a tortilla being replaced when they gave me the new chicken. Will never come back. They have gave me raw chicken in the past and skimp on the already tiny side containers. Pathetic

Food is not how it used to be I remember back in the day we used to be able smell the chicken at the stop light that should have been the first sign to stop going ordered a super chicken burrito it was literally thrown away I opened one side and realized the whole side was soggy from the sour cream and salsa it was super loose I used to work at chipotle I know a loose burrito when I feel it started eating it to realize the bottom of the burrito was open and the insides had been falling out I gave up and threw it away because it the burrito had no taste bland no flavor I don’t taste rotisserie chicken so what’s the point in coming here maybe Fairfield is better.

Their chicken thighs was so well flavored and juicy, the Spanish rice and mash potatoes was good as well and it comes with your choice of a tortilla or garlic bread. The horchata was super refreshing, can't wait to go back and try something else.

Best rotisserie chicken, fresh delicious and very tasty sides are very tasty my favorites potato salad, and refried beans .....

Lobby closes at 9 pm. Drive thru open till 10 pm. I have been eating their "Super burritos" 🌯 since I was a kid in the early 90's. Their food taste the way it was made from the 90's. Nothing has changed. Some Menu items are new. The Rotisserie Chicken is really tasty and worth bringing home to your family. The Super burrito is my recommendation if you are stopping by for lunch or dinner. Add a bag of tortilla chips for $1.50 to go with it. *Hidden gem in Vallejo, Ca. Refried beans will ruin the burrito. Go for pinto or none at all for best results.
