Very impressive health spa nestled in the middle of Nha Trang. My first visit, but my partner told me she had been approx 15years ago, and the Health Resort Spa was just as relaxing today, as it was then. Our room was personalised, with side by side massage tables, and the professional staff were very attentive to our needs at all times. My partner booked the 1hr massage with Hot Stones, and I've never felt so relaxed after a massage as I did today. We will definitely return next time we visit this beautiful city.

I wouldn’t strongly recommend this place. On the negative side, the shop is located right in front of a club, so the heavy bass keeps rumbling through the whole massage. The therapist has good skills, but the overall style felt rushed and rough rather than relaxing. It wasn’t the kind of massage where you can drift off and almost fall asleep. On the positive side, the massage itself did relieve my fatigue, and I appreciated that they included a lot of foot reflexology in the course—it’s the first time I’ve seen that much focus on it. Stumbled across this spa while I was exploring Nha Trang and decided to make a last minute reservation. I only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for them to prep the room for my body scrub/mask and they provided tea while I was waiting, which was nice :) A lovely girl named Bo was my masseuse and she did a fantastic job with my body scrub. She made the experience really relaxing and calming, and I’m pretty sure I unintentionally fell asleep at one point 😆 I’m really awkward about being completely naked just in general, even for regular massages, but she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all! Had the loveliest experience at TyMy spa. We did the 2hour massage, facial and hair wash and honestly felt like a new person afterwards. Coming from US we are usually served nothing after the treatment but I absolutely loved the hot congee with salted egg and cold drink at the end. But room for improvement: massage girl kept asking me to relax when she use the pipe to pour water on my face, well water definitely goes into my eyes and it's natural reaction that I kept closing my eyes tightly. I'm not sure whether it is a Vietnamese style or not, but we never do that in my home place. Usually the beautician only wipe gently with facial pads soaked with toner or cleansers. Another thing is the reception never asked if my skin got any allergy. Fortunately I dun have any, but I really have concerns when the beautician put some facial cream which triggers tingling sensation over my face. I'm ok with that but as a professional beauty salon, they should have customers with various kinds of skin conditions, so better asked each beforehand to avoid any issues. I really enjoyed the time I spent getting a massage while listening to the sound of the waves, and it was relaxing. I stayed at Vinpearl Bay, and the transportation and reservation were convenient, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. I had a 90-minute massage and really loved it. First of all, the atmosphere is beautiful. I was in my own air-conditioned hut and I could hear the birds softly singing just outside. Ni was my massage therapist, and she did a great job of smoothing out the painful knots in my neck and shoulders while still making the whole experience relaxing. A nice place and great service.

If you don't have any experience at hotel spa, you can visit here at least once. But if you are use to hotel spa, I will definitely not recommend here. All four of our family members had the worst massage experience. The masseur's skills are terrible. It's literally worse than the normal spa shops and spa manager doesn't know what hotel service is.

I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of September (included 3 meals buffet per day). The buffet was excellent 9/10, with plenty of variety. There wasn’t as much seafood as before, but still lots of options and good quality overall. Service was gentle and smooth. We booked a 3-bedroom villa instead of a hotel room, and it was super spacious and clean. I especially loved the bathtub and the comfortable sitting area for family. The villa had a private pool, but we chose the public pool behind the hotel, right in front of the beach, fun and not too crowded. My family including seniors, kids love this place. We will definitely be coming back next time.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. Truly worth every baht spent. The staff were outstanding—especially the team in yellow uniforms—who took care of us with genuine warmth. They even provided free raincoats for all nine of us, which was incredibly thoughtful. The spa was absolutely remarkable. My top-3 list of the hotel: 1) Service, everywhere. Each employee is so kind and helpful, it was always a pleasure to communicate and I did not have to worry about anything casual. 2) The restaurants. This hotel was the best choice for my family with 1.3 y.o. son - usually it is a challenge to find proper (not oily, not spicy, etc) food for a baby, this restaurant has a huge choice of meals and each breakfast or dinner was enjoyable for everyone of us. And this is not only about my personal taste - a lot of people from other hotels of the island went to our hotel for a dinner, too. 3) The feeling of a fairytale when you change a location from Nha Trang to Vinpearl. Nha Trang is nice, but here in VinPearl it's all about creating a special experience of a place which is not like anything casual. Some things I could not find comfortable: - It's a bit strange that the rooms in a hotel with a "beach" concept do not provide comfortable options to dry clothes. - it's not too easy to get bottled water if you need a lot more than 2 liters (4 bottles) provided for a room. - laundry, compared to the mainland it's too expensive, considering the "downside" mentioned above it was really noticeable.

We are staying from November 7, 2025, until now. The hotel is really great — beautiful and well-maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. You can truly feel the care for the guests here, and that’s wonderful. I just want to mention a couple of small things that slightly affect the overall experience and could make the stay even better if improved. Deposit payment system. It’s very convenient that we can leave a deposit at the reception and don’t need to carry cash. However, the process of buying drinks (if not included) takes quite a long time. Each time you need to wait for the receipt, sign it, and write down your room number. Sometimes it takes a while — maybe because of the internet connection. If there are 3–4 people in line at the bar, the wait can take up to 10 minutes, which makes me want to skip the drink. It’s similar in the restaurants — waiters and administrators often ask for the room number several times before everything is confirmed. It would be much more convenient if guests could use a wristband with a chip linked to their deposit for quick payments. That would make the process faster and the experience smoother. Music at the pool area. For several days in a row, the music by the pool has been mostly calm or sad. I understand that the hotel is family-oriented, and this kind of music can create a relaxing atmosphere — which is nice. However, guests around the pool are having fun, laughing, and playing water volleyball. In that lively environment, a more energetic and cheerful playlist would fit perfectly and lift everyone’s mood even more. Overall, we are having a wonderful time here, and if these small details are improved, the stay would be absolutely perfect 🙂

Rooms: my family lives in two rooms of 2 and they are all in good quality. The bathroom and living room have great convenience. The view outside is outstanding, having the view of the amusement park. Food: I had the breakfast buffet here and all the dishes there are among average and above. Some of them are really tasty, y’all can give it a try

Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay is a truly amazing destination! The beachfront location is stunning, and the rooms are spacious, clean. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food is delicious with plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed relaxing spa services. Perfect for both families and couples. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Nha Trang. A 5-star experience all the way!

A higher end facility by Vietnamese standards, albeit cheap compared to back in the UK. Aman strives to give an opulent, high quality product and does deliver in many regards. The beautifully designed entranceway with ornamental pond and greenery pleases the eye and the staff (impeccably dressed in ao dai) are warm and helpful. The private massage room that my wife and I were ascorted to was a comfortable den of relaxation and easy to destress in. Where the point is lost is in the massage itself, although deeply relaxing, they do issue a requests page before your massage (see picture) and I had requested strong pressure but received gentle pressure until my wife translated for me and then in the last 20 minutes or so of the massage I got the desired pressure. Overall I would say Aman is decent value for money and would recommend for couples.

The best thing about my Nha Trang experience involved amazing spa services and food! There are great spa everywhere but Aman heritage spa gives some major luxury vibe starting from the entrance. You can enjoy private room, before/after tea service, flexible payment options, great customer service, and at least 60+ minute spa experience with amazing quality. I will miss this spa experience in Nha Trang. I live in the States and the less quality spa service cost you about $100 not including tips. Super old place. Literally everything there is old like you get a Time Machine. It’s a little bit hard to get there and get a taxi to get out cause the drivers don’t want to go deep into the village. So be ready to walk a couple of kilometers. The mud bath was good, but we waited for like 30 minutes for a herbal one even though it’s literally a couple of pots with some herbs that the staff puts inside the bath with normal water. I would never spend a night in a hotel there, literally nothing to do. 2-3 hours, it’s enough for the baths and swimming pools.

It's a theme park with mud baths. While the former may appeal mostly to Asians the latter is nice. The entire park clearly indicates great attention to quality and details.

This place is very funny, but also reasonably well done. It seems they’ve just renovated it ao everything is in good shape. Change rooms, lockers, and showers are all nice and clean. We went in the morning and it was average busyness. Mostly Vietnamese. It’s a fun place for kids and the mud bath was really nice and fun! You do only get 20 mins in the mudbath, but that was the perfect amount of time for us. I recommend doing the mud bath in stone only. It’s 250k per adult, 150k per kid (100-140cm) and free for kids under 100cm. They try to sell you on doing the mud bath/herbal bath package, but the mudbath is the most fun part. You can rent a swimsuit- 10k for men, 20k for women, towel for 10k. We also ate lunch here. It has western and Vietnamese food right in the pool area. 75k for hotdogs and fries (came with literally 3 fries but it was still good), 120k for burger and fries. Definitely a fun and unique experience for the family to enjoy!

Great afternoon spent at the baths, arrive before 1pm as this is when we were leaving and it was just full of bus loads of Chinese! We arrived around 10am and were done around 1pm, it was lovely and quiet! The mud was silky and warm, as was the herbal bath after. My advice would be to wear the swimwear they give you as it saves ruining your own! Lockers are provided for your belongings. There isn't anywhere to put your valuables if you take them with you to the baths.

Nice place for mud bath. cute design and professional staffs. but too tourist. My husband and I went there on Saturday, around 15:00pm and it’s filled with hundreds of tourist. We bought single egg mud bath it cost 300.000VND per person. we get a locker. to keep our belongings. we can use the individual egg mud for 20minutes only. they put us in a one egg. (not one person in one egg) we need to Queue to get to the egg mud. then wash up clean our body, we can enjoy the warm water pool they also have waterfall. The place was not too personal , not as calming and peaceful as what We seen in videos or photos.

This is amazing place for relax day (or halfday). There are beatiful viewpoint to Nha Trang city and mountains. Also there is park, but on some reason no people there: all cafes, zoo etc are not working, but park is clean and pleasure. On the territory of the complex there are mud and herbal bathes, massage waterfall (with cold water), two swimming pools with cold water (one of them for kids with slides) and one jacuzzi-swimming pool. There are lockers for valuable things and for clothes separately. Also there is cafe inside the complex with average prices.

I think going as two people, friends or couple this can be fun. It's more of a family activity then it is adventure of course. And don't expect a natural hole filled with mud. It's more like bath tubs that can be filled with mud. Price was around 250000 p.P. with the cheapest mud bath (20 min) included.

The massage was done by experienced therapists. They kept to their timings. When we walked in, they gave us tea and on the way out, a refreshing passion fruit drink. They also ensured we could communicate with the therapists with a chart that showed whether we wanted the room cooler or hotter, the massage softer or harder etc. They also gave us a locker to keep our valuables. They were polite and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I enjoyed this experience.

The massage here was soooo good! I got the massage and body scrub package and the person that massaged me really knew what they were doing. Perfect pressure and evenly focus on all body parts. It was so nice that they had a really well thought out structure to help guests communicate with their massage therapist.

The massages we received today rank amongst the best we’ve had. Of the three massages we’ve had here in Nha Trang and the two we had in Saigon before coming here these were hands down the best. While it ultimately depends on the e individual masseur as to the quality of massage one gets one thing that stood out here was that both our masseurs were trained in-house and seemed to have an integrated approach to their work. Highly professional massage. Highly professional front end staff and excellent, clean facility.

We had the most amazing experience at Orchid Spa! The owner spoke nearly perfect English and was able to fit us in with almost no wait time despite not having a reservation (we don't recommend this, but if you do walk in, go before 2 or after 6:30pm). We both got facials and at the price of 300,000 vnd for 60 minutes of absolute bliss, we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible! They have a large staff but everyone was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing, perfect temperature, they gave us some tea afterwards and we sat and chatted with the owner since it was late enough that the placx e was nice and quiet. They offer packages for massages and facials and I think that's what I'll be getting next time! I genuinely can't wait to go back! Update I ended up going back for the wonderful day package (1hr full body massage, 1/2hr foot massage, and facial), and then again for an hour massage and half hour foot massage and every time I went I was overwhelmed with the hospitality shown to me by Ling, the owner and her staff. It was such a delight getting to know her and more about her business, it's very clear how much passion and love she puts into her team and it truly shows. This place is an absolute treasure and if I ever make it back to Nha Trang, Orchid Spa will be my first stop!

Five stars ain’t enough for this place !!! Me and my best bud went in just to get a look and opted for the foot massage and boy, were we blown! We have never experienced a massage like this ever. I’ve had it in Indonesia, China, Thailand, Europe and Australia - this one was so different and incredible on a different level. The therapists were so good and really strong. Ahn and Loan - big thank you to you both. We also met the owner Orchid with whom we chatted up. It was so nice meeting all of them. I really wish we had found this place sooner. Nothing is fancy or impressive here in terms of how it looks from the outside and even inside, but the service was great. It is around 350k for a 90 minute of oil massage. The therapist I got was really strong and very skilled. If you want just a 60 minute massage, it is around 270k.

The massage I received was pretty good. If it were simply a matter of getting a good massage and I knew I could return and get the same person I’d go back. I unfortunately my wife and I were both lied to, were assignee masseurs other than whom we had been promised after requesting them by name, and then told that the names of our masseurs were the names of those promised. Shockingly, my masseur then told me that no, that wasn’t her name. My wife’s masseur was so bad that she requested another person. Finally, after about fifteen minutes, one of the two masseurs we originally requested showed up to massage my wife. By now, her 90 minutes had turned into about 60 minutes of decent massage , with ten minutes of truly unpleasant massage. (To further aggravate things, the receptionist proposed taking my masseur, with whom I was satisfied, away from me, giving her to my wife and giving me the masseur that my wife was so unsatisfied with. Very poor judgment in our opinion.) When we went to pay the bill they wanted to charge her for a 90 minute massage. Only when she challenged the receptionist did they reduce the fee to 60 minute fee. Needless to say we won’t be back.

We really recommend this place! As a tip, you should come in the morning (10AM) as in the afternoon is often full booked as the place is so popular. The team is very skillful and will help you spend a pleasant time there. My girlfriend and I always asked for 2 hours message with hot stones and facial care, we loved it so much! As we read in the comments, do not hesitate to tell your masseuse if it's light or too hard, she will adapt to your need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I just had the BEST full body massage here. I had quite a lot of pain from hiking and this massage really helped me with the pain. I could tell that she was trained in comparison to some of the other massages I've had in Nha Trang so it's worth going here.

Update 2024 I've came back here after a year away from nha trang and the massage is great! I highly recommend it. I was surprised on the new technique they used in the massage from my experience. I have often visited cosmetologists in different countries, as I have oily skin with acne. But Taza Clinic is the worst I have seen. Point by point: during the procedure they washed ny face me 8 times, only once with a cleanser, the other 7 times they just ran wet wipes over my face and once threw a barely warm towel on my face. At the same time, a very young girl ran away to another room for a long time while chatting on the phone. When I asked her why she was wasting time running back and forth? She said that the faucet was far away, on another floor. Then followed a facial massage, the girl switched to voice messages with someone on her phone, without taking her eyes off the very mediocre massage for my face. Then they gave me a mask under a lamp, which you can get at any, even the cheapest, SPA. And the acne treatment procedure was complete. The funniest thing was when the doctor came, a serious woman in a white coat, and I told her everything that I described for you above. My face was glowing after a very thorough 90-minute collagen facial, which cost 500,000 VND and was very well worth it. If I were still in the area, I’d definitely go back for other treatments. My partner got IPL, and my friend got Botox. All of us left happy and pampered.

I don’t know about the quality of the skin care service, but they definitely need to do something about the parking guy, he wanted to move my motorbike 100 meters away from the clinic, while the were a lot of parking place in the shadow in front and next to the clinic. I explained him that I prefer my motorbike to stay in the shadow, he told me to get out of here… he strongly believe that he is a boss of the place. I had pulled my lower back muscle while working out in the gym. I was recommended by friends to visit Manu spa and have a consultation with Elena. By checking my spine She immediately found previous injuries which were not healed properly. After 7 Sessions with her I can actually bend down now without any pain also my neck and shoulders realigned. Excellent service and professional manner Highly recommended.

We decided to take the VIP pool package. Private bath/pool beautiful room, shower and rest room. I’d attempted to book online the day before, but couldn’t get my card to work on the system, no worries tho an email arrived from the resort that a VIP package had been reserved in my name. I emailed back immediately how happy I was they found the problem and we’d be there the following day. We arrived just after 9am (traffic!), paid at the desk and a buggy brought us to our room. The hostess took our food order and explained what would happen (timing wise) through the day. 9.30am we had our mud bath (it was drawn and ready when we arrived) 10.30am pool time till 11am for the first of our chosen ‘light snacks’ I had chicken and rice - chicken leg with a cup of boiled rice and salad. Hubby had a full plate of vegetarian noodles! Fruit plate & juices. 12.30 we were back for our herbal bath, then off for Himalayan rock salt sauna then oil massage. Then off for our next ‘light snack’ we had mushrooms, vegetarian noodles, tuna sandwich (not a fan, but hey there has to be something I’m not keen on right?) fruit plate & juices. Back to the room just after 4pm. If you had energy this is when you’d head to the water park, we back into the pool area by our villa as did others who’d chosen this experience. An incredible day I’d highly recommend. It’s going to be one of my most memorable experiences of my holiday in Vietnam.

An extraordinary experience! A well managed water park with various facilities for relaxation and excitement. The mud bath is particularly good. They provide outfit and towel, you can just walk in and enjoy, size of the mud pool is subject to the number of people with spacious setting. A two thumbs up must try item! There are a number of slides, fit for kids from 3 to teenagers, or parents even grandparents. The food prices are reasonable, you can spend a whole day here without repeating the water activities.

Great is the word that I think is the most suitable for this place. It is the most worthy destination in the journey to Nha Trang. I went with my team and took a hot mineral bath. There are many hot mineral water swimming pools, the heat level is also different, so try from the least hot lake to the hottest lake to get used to it gradually. Some people in our group also like to use mud baths. There are more artificial waterfalls, thrilling game areas. I chose to add a herbal body massage package in 60 minutes, I like to be fascinated, after finishing, the body seemed to be full of vitality, abundant energy even though I couldn't sleep all night before, the staff was also very gentle and polite. Lunch is also very delicious, fresh and clean, the toilet is also ok

An excellent place for relaxation. Truly a paradise for tourists. The hot mineral spring is great, it relaxes your body. There's even a normal pool, and a water park section. There's a restaurant, whose food is also good and enjoyable. When you're spent and tired, you can just chill and relax on the chairs nearby, or even sunbathing. Overall: Wonderful place, definitely recommend visiting.

I-Resort is truly a perfect choice for relaxation in Nha Trang. There are various combo packages to suit different needs. My husband and I chose the 400,000 VND ticket per person, which included a 20-minute hot mud bath plus access to the swimming pool and hot–cold mineral pools. The locker area is well-equipped with towels, hair dryers, changing rooms, and combs, which is very convenient. After changing clothes, the staff guided us clearly on where to go and what to do, which made the whole process very comfortable. The resort mainly focuses on mineral pools and swimming pools, with three soaking pools of different temperatures, so you can choose the one you like best – personally, I enjoyed all of them. There’s also a fun experience of boiling eggs in a natural hot rock pool. The water is a bit salty due to the seaside location, but it’s not an issue. The overall space is clean, peaceful, and unique. One inconvenience is that sandals are only sold at a single counter, with no rental service, which can be bothersome when moving around. Also, there is no shower gel provided, and the “do’s and don’ts” are not clearly explained in advance. Overall, the service is good, the staff is attentive, and the relaxation experience is wonderful. Definitely worth 5 stars and highly recommended when visiting Nha Trang.

Ужасное место!!! We came to this place for the first time. Previously, we regularly went to another massage salon, but decided to try something new… what a mistake! I have never experienced such careless treatment of my body and such disregard for reputation anywhere here. The price is above average, yet the service was absolutely terrible! The foot bath was filled with cold water, clearly prepared long before and never changed. No replacement footwear was provided. But that was still minor compared to what followed — the main thing should be a good massage… and that never happened. The masseuse was extremely rough. She carelessly pulled off my clothes, exposed my body right away, covered me with a towel, and then yanked my neck toward her (apparently to make me move up the table). I reacted strongly and asked her to be more careful. She either didn’t understand me or simply didn’t want to. Her movements became slightly softer, but were still unprofessional and harsh. It even felt like she was punishing me for something or was just in a bad mood — which is no excuse! I could only tolerate 15 minutes. The massage was repetitive, careless, and even when she applied oil, drops fell onto my face from the bottle. I stood up and said I was canceling the massage. When I went downstairs, the staff asked what happened, refunded the money silently, and didn’t even offer a simple apology. I do not recommend this place!

Terrible massage salon! Prices are 20–30% higher than average, but the quality is absolutely awful. No change of shoes, shared toilet and shower, lukewarm foot bath, and the room was cold. The massage itself was a nightmare. My wife walked out after 15 minutes because the masseuse roughly pulled off her robe, grabbed her by the neck, and tried to drag her closer. I stayed until the end — big mistake. The movements were repetitive, the oil was poured carelessly, dripping straight onto my face. It felt like complete amateurs were working there. Yes, they warned about the tips, but it’s still unpleasant that they’re automatically added to the bill. For this kind of money — a total rip-off and a disgrace. They refunded the money in silence, without even a basic apology. Definitely not recommended!

The pricing was all transparent on the menu and the massage was great. It got a bit hot in the room as the AC stopped but the staff addressed it immediately when I said it was a bit hot. My massage was very thorough and my masseuse was very caring as she asked several times if she was using too much pressure. Overall, would definitely come back and recommend!!

They have spa in the beautiful spot. Mud bath-Mineral water bath-Swimming pool all have not really got water, just good enough to relax in the hot weather. They recommend not using shampoo and body wash after mud bath, and they offer clothes for mud bath so you don’t need to bring many things. Some people worry about underwear after mud bath, but it’s quite watery so it didn’t stained after bath. I liked it!

I guess it’s low season now in end of September, also it was morning at 9 am. They give you free 350ml water on entrance, but bring more with yourself. I took a grab from Nha Trang and payed 35.000d around 15 minutes.

This place is very interesting. It looks great and luxurious at first but then it’s very weird and brick everywhere. It doesn’t look like a spa like it says…Locals really love coming here and all the Russian community that’s nearby comes here. It’s very busy during the day and better in early morning or after 3:00pm. I didn’t even take photos of the rest of it cause it was underwhelming… note: we only got the pools and waterfall accesss not the mud baths cause idk, being hot in mud while it’s already hot and humid outside doesn’t sound relaxing … The pools: there’s hot pools and a waterfall that’s warm. It’s nice after you get out of colder area. The cooler pool is actually just luke warm. And the jacuzzi is luke warm too. It’s okay. There’s only one cool area and it’s the shooting water walkthrough thing that’s kinda exhilarating. Mudbaths: we didn’t go inside them but they also wouldn’t let us just see them since we wanted to and there was no body there. You get free waters and can rent a towel for 100,000. There’s food to order like these big pie 🥧 things and drinks but it’s okay looking. We didn’t get the mud baths, only the pools and waterfall accesss and Overall it is extremely underwhelming but it was nice to just sit and relax in the shade after cooling off in the pools. It’s a family place.

One of my most cherished experiences, I would go every day if I could. For a quiet and private atmosphere, I highly recommend the Nui Spa package. For those who don’t know what to expect, this was the general flow of our Nui Spa package: - Check in, then transported to the private spa area - Change room with lockers (we brought a phone for photos, everything else stayed in lockers). Provided with towels, robes and bathing suits. - Taken to private mud + mineral bath area, stayed ~1hr. Completely private. - Spent ~2hrs in the private spa pool, jacuzzi and hydrotherapy area. Shared with others who also purchased a spa package, but still very quiet. - Provided with fruit and tea throughout stay. Extremely soothing, especially after getting badly sunburnt the day before. The facility is very large and I would have loved to see the rest of it, but we were content to spend all our time in the private area.

A great experience in Nha Trang! We arrive as soon as it opened at 7:30am and spent 30 mins in the pool before the mud bath was ready. It was great in the morning as it’s cooler and we were the only people there so it was super quiet. Most people arrive after 9pm. However, I had clearly marked on the intake form that I did not want the use of knees or elbows during the massage, but the therapist was unaware and still used her knees. In addition, the front desk staff charged me for a Shiatsu massage, even though I had booked the Anna Signature Massage. When I asked if there had been a mistake, one of the receptionists in a pink shirt showed a poor attitude and seemed annoyed with me. What shocked me most was hearing her say to another staff member, in front of me: “See, I told you — should’ve printed the bill earlier, now she’s making a fuss.”>> ( đấy, thấy chưa, nãy không lo in bill trước để bây giờ nó kiếm chuyện) What gave her the confidence to speak like that? Did she assume I didn’t understand Vietnamese? Even if I hadn’t, her tone and attitude were enough to make her meaning clear. Here is my intake form — with these details, what service do you think I was expecting from your spa? When I spoke with another receptionist about the billing issue, I was calm and completely polite the entire time — even up to the moment I left. You were the only one who appeared upset and irritated. You can check the front desk camera footage to verify that what I'm saying is true or not.

Really phenomenal massage! I got a deep tissue 90 mins with cupping massage. I work a lot on the computer and I knew my body needed a deep tissue from the tension, stress, and knots built up in my back / shoulder blade areas. Irene was my masseuse, she was really good! The sauna was an absolute disaster—filthy, reeking of burning wood like some backyard BBQ gone wrong, and covered in black mold that looked like it’d been festering for months. The air was thick with neglect, and the rotting wood made it feel more like a condemned shed than a place to relax. This isn’t just a letdown; it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless they gut the place and learn how to maintain basic cleanliness. Save your money and your lungs—go anywhere else.

3 of my sisters and I decided to spend the last few hours in Nha Trang enjoying massage service before heading to the airport. Zen spa was recommended and we were delighted to read so many fantastic reviews. However our experience was nothing but pleasant. 3 out of 4 of us had the worst experience getting a massage. I had to stop it before 60 minutes was over as i couldn't stand it any longer. The person didn't seem to have the most basic skills nor did he have courtesy that is appropriate. I spent recent ten years in Asia and have had enough experience to form an opinion. My older sister enjoyed it so I am happy for her.

The first time I was in this salon was 3 weeks ago. I really liked it, the quality of work, the staff, in general everything... in 3 weeks, my delight has only grown. because... I work as a cook, and the quality of the manicure is important to me, I did it in different places, and as a rule, after 3-5 days, it begins to break, the edges of the coating chip off, and the manicure looks sad over time. but this time it was different, in 3 weeks, nothing broke off, only the nails peeled off, but the coating itself remained in its original form as on the first day. it's a complete delight. this is 10 out of 10!!!! Was traveling in Vietnam for 6 weeks, and needed to get my nails done. I found this cute place, and had one of the best nail experiences here. The designs that I like are usually more complicated, but the workers are so talented and designed it perfectly and made sure it was what I liked. They’re all so nice and pretty!
