I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I’m really impressed. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The equipment is always in great condition The staff are friendly and professional. What I really appreciate is the comfortable atmosphere — you r always welcomed. The gym also offers great classes with motivating trainers, and it never feels overcrowded.

Always, ladies will find the best services here. Best hair cut, manicure, pedicure, massage, spa, hair treatments, nail care, and more... some facilities need renovation. Before 2 days, i had a massage it was so good and relaxing. Always try to take extra clothes with you, especially when booking spa treatments and services and using facilities.

I love this gym and spa! Staff are so friendly and professional. The spa is very relaxing; I love that there is a cold plunge pool. The place is decorated so nicely. Right outside the gym, there are sweet trees, inside lots of clay pots and candles, making the gym look inviting. Within the gym itself, there are big windows to let in light and show trees. The gym is organised well. They also have a salon, and they did my hair nicely. HOWEVER!! This gym only gets 3 stars because of their inflexibility in a few things. First off, they don't have monthly memebrships (there I'd an offer in the summer but if you are not joining in the summer...well). Secondly, given how expensive this gym/spa is and the fact you have to commit to either 6 months or 1 year (both of which are long times lots can happen within that period) it blows my mind that you cannot pause your membership unless you bare sick AND you have to prove you are sick. What if you're traveling or have periods where other priorities take over?? More than that, I don't appreciate that this gym needs a doctor's letter stating I cannot attend the gym for mental health issues to pause the membership... When I told the gym staff I am suffering from mental health issues for months now and explained my symptoms in more detail than I felt comfortable with to them, AND also being neurodivergent (with a diagnosis report I sent to the gym btw), one sign of my neurodivergency being making impulsive decision making (such as buying 1 year membership...) and have severe difficulties with following through on activities after time pases, the gym didn't accept these reasons as valid to pause my membership for a short while. Given how much I paid for the membership and the fact I didn't have the option of a 1 or 2 month membership, I'm disappointed in Dessange. I won't be signing up again once my membership ends due to their inflexibility.

I’ve been a member of Dessange for a nearly a year, and I have to say it’s been an excellent experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Spinning class with MAYA is fun and challenging. i used to hate spinning class, But MAYA class is special and made me from no spinning to no skipping. My body is stronger with muscles after 2 deliveries as my PT MANAHEL always encourage me and helps me to reach my goal. She always educate me about certain exercise and they benefits my body. I highly recommend Dessange to anyone looking for a great gym with excellent facilities.

I had visited the heavenly spa yesterday and after a hectic week this is all that I needed. Joy the therapist was very pleasant and made sure I was warmly welcomed. She suggested me the best facial and massage that was very affordable. She is by far the best therapist that I have come across. The ambience is lovely and I recommend you all to visit the spa and relax before you head towards a busy week. Kudos to Jasmine the Manager.

I visited the spa this week on Sunday and my experience wasn’t pleasant. The first negative thing is that I had to change my clothes in the locker room in front of other people with no privacy .Actually I was so surprised that they didn’t allow me to change inside the room. Also, the room doesn’t have a bathroom so if I wanted to go the bathroom after I finish the massage or during the massage I had to leave the massage room. In addition to that Before the massage I asked the therapist that the pressure to be firm and she told be is the pressure ok and I said yes. The worst part is was she massage my quads and the pressure was so strong and I was in pain and she say anything or said if I was ok , she just continued the massage. Don’t get me wrong she’s a great therapist but she didn’t communicate well with and checked if I was ok . I mean she didn’t say anything. The this is my first and last time visiting this spa .

It was my first time trying out this spa and it was a wonderful memorable experience! Elegantly decorated, clean with peaceful serene vibes. From the moment i stepped into the spa, i was welcomed warmly by the friendly Ms Ibtissam. She was very kind, helpful & accomodating with all my needs and queries. My massage therapist of the day, Ms Mary Jane also did a splendid job. All my tensed stiff muscles knots were immediately relieved post treatment. I definitely felt much rejuvenated! And i super love the fact that Cocoon spa has thermal room facilities especially the jacuzzi. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and it definitely wont be my last visit! 🩷

The experience that I had at cocoon was amazing. I went into it with pains in my back and tightness throughout my body. My masseuse was careful and also listened to my instructions. She actually made me laugh a few times which was great as I was nervous. Thanks Wara.

Very bad experience with the staff. Booked for a hot stone massage and when we reached they were not ready and arguing. Also the employee helen was very rude to us as she told us rudely that you can stay for the other massage or leave. She was not answering to our requests and spoke to in a very bad manner.

My partner and I had a great experience in Rimal Spa. We truly appreciate the service and the kind of respect the personnel showed us most especially, Ms Jeryl, the one who did our Hot Stone Massage. She was such a pleasant person and she gave us a quality service despite our use of the Entertainer Voucher. We really commend Ms Jeryl. We are looking forward to having another spa session with her. I do hope others can also experience the same. Rimal Spa is amazingly one of the best in Bahrain.

Whenever I stay at the Movenpick Bahrain, I visit the Rimal Spa. The spa is excellent, the staff are welcoming, and it is a relaxing environment. I have had manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials, and each and every time the service has been great. The last time I was there, Helen gave me my treatment, and she was very professional. [Also, a quick thank you to Puyuish at the front desk of Movenpick, who is always very kind and professional, and assisted me with my reservation].

Dar Wafa Moroccan Spa is the real deal when it comes to traditional Moroccan hammam treatments. Don’t come expecting a luxury, high-end spa vibe this place is about authenticity and results. You get exactly what you pay for: a deep cleanse, a serious scrub, and true Moroccan hospitality. The hammam left my skin incredibly soft, and the staff were kind, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. The experience felt grounding and genuine, like something straight out of a Moroccan riad. If you're looking for a no-frills, effective treatment that focuses on wellness over flash, Dar Wafa is 100% worth it.

My experience could’ve been better! Overall, it was great and we really enjoyed it. However, we went there with a booking at 5 pm, and we didn’t start our services until 7 pm. They made sure that we will finish our 4 hrs spa treatment even though the salon closes at 9 pm. We ended up finishing at 11:15 pm- the employees made sure we completed our services, but they were extremely tired and i dont blame them for not doing their best job. To the owner and management, i strongly advise you to manage bookings to the actual timings available, avoid over booking, and let the employees leave on time. You guys have great people, don’t overwork them because in the end it will affect the service.

Dar Wafa is an amazing place for a mini retreat. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in until we left. They make you feel like guests, not clients. Friendly and helpful staff, authentic and generous owner. We booked a bridal party for 10. It was the best choice.

Really wanted to like my experience here as it is my first time in Bahrain, but was extremely disappointed by the quality of the manicure and pedicure service here at DS Ann's Spa. The nail polish chipped off less than an hour after my service. The ladies here were very nice, but simply by what I signed up and paid for ~ a mani-pedi, embarrassing to go out like this and not a great look.

Just tried their mum to be massage (75 minute prenatal massage) and honestly it was the best in Bahrain. The lady was very professional, I felt much better afterwards! The room itself was very cozy, the whole place smelt amazing, such a zen place to go to just to feel calm and relaxed. Definetly felt refreshed afterwards. The price was really competitive, given that its only available in a few places in BH. You also get full day access to their ladies spa facilities. They have a hot pool, a cold plunge pool, 4 tropical essential oil showers, a sauna, a relaxation room that has complimentary water and tea. Stayed here for 4 hours and it was so worth it. They even give you your own locker with the most comfortable bathrobe, slippers, and other items you could use. 100% recommend this place! If you don't want to do any treatments, you could just pay 10BD for the 1 day spa access, such a nice way to treat yourself

From the moment I was in contact with the spa manager Florencia, she couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs and definitely went above and beyond! Gulf spa is very zen. Easy booking system, front of spa staff very helpful. My head, back and neck massage was done by Mary who was very professional and expert at ridding all that back stress.
