Had a wonderful customer experience here and want to shout out Ram who served and went out of his way to provide a positive customer experience. He patiently helped me pick the flavours and explained the prices and added the necessary additions while asking to know my preferences. Am glad and hope the company recognizes him for his great service.

Their gelato is tasty, especially the pistachio flavor but the cone with double scoop is 2.8 BD, which is overpriced in comparison with other ice cream shops.

They've downsized, closing their large store and reopening as a smaller booth nearby.

The ice cream here is amazing and dilicius. It has unique taste. You must try it, it is in front of the cinema tickets counters. It is also a coffee shop and dessert shop. The ice cream is freshly made on the spot. However the wafel cones are not the best. So go for the cup. The customer service is very good. The yougurt flavor is my favorite although the other flavors are very good too

I was yesterday for the first time here. There were no cones and several tastes like walnut and figs not available. The ice cream was in my eyes to sweet due to too much added sugar. There is also little space available to sit inside. The person working there was very friendly.

I visit this place quit frequently, If you're Ice Cream Lover and finding any good place for yourself, then this is best place to visit. Ice cream is very light and fresh you can take two or three ice cream at same time this is my personal feeling. You will get Cup and Cone ice and verities of Pop Ice. One of my favorite ice cream spots in the country, Florencia offers the best selection of quality ice cream at a very fair price. Every visit is a new delicious experience with many unique flavors to choose from but pistachio will always be my number 1! The service is excellent and the vibes in the shop are nice and cozy.

Very delicious gelato. We had the Dulce De Leche and the Chocolate with Orange Rind.... superb! They also have mini sticks and canoli. Definitely worth a shot. Highly recommended.

The salmon with za’atar is an inventive fusion that works beautifully, while the spicy tuna tataki was perfectly seared and flavorful. Even the miso soup—often an overlooked staple—was excellent, though I’ll touch on pricing later. I also sampled the beef rolls as a hot starter. While the concept was unique, the execution fell short for me, as the beef was slightly overcooked. A one-time experience, but not one I’d revisit. The Chardonnay, served perfectly chilled, was aromatic and complemented the meal wonderfully. Ambience & Service The service and ambience go hand in hand—both refined yet relaxed. Final Thoughts Maki Bahrain is a must-visit culinary destination. I would easily add it to any Bahrain travel checklist. I stayed at Mövenpick for an official training from September 12 to 18 and was very pleased overall. The staff were prompt, quick, and genuinely warm with every request—no matter how small. Even random requests, like extra hangers for my room, were handled effortlessly. Our training sessions often ran late, and although the gym normally closes earlier, the team graciously accommodated us by opening it on special request. I truly appreciated that flexibility. The property itself is well located and wonderfully peaceful. We enjoyed evening walks around the facility, which were both relaxing and refreshing. One thing that could be improved is the use of air fresheners in the corridors. The automatic dispensers give off a strong burst of scent as you walk by, and it sometimes made me cough—dialing it down would make the atmosphere more pleasant. The food could also use a bit more variety. While the taste was good, the lunch menu stayed largely the same, and the breakfast menu didn’t change much, which became a bit repetitive by the sixth day. Overall, Mövenpick delivers excellent service and comfort, and I would happily return for another stay once those small issues are addressed.

Brunch was expensive, but well worth it. The cheese room had at least 15 different cheeses. 10/10 would recommend to visit brunch. Server was Ethel kept our glasses full the entire time. !

We stayed at the Mövenpick, just one night, the Staff have been excellent in all ways, friendly, prompt and courteous Location is great, very very quiet considering it’s very close proximity to the Airport. My husband and I had an absolutely breathtaking stay at this hotel from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We stayed on business for three weeks with two of my engineers, and the undertaking we had was intense. The fact that ALL of the hotel staff did everything planned made a massive difference. We did not feel we were at the hotel; we felt at home, surrounded by brilliant people who did their jobs not because they had to, but because they wanted to please their bosses —and because they truly care! They were so talented and we are missing our Invisible margaritas. Grace & Junaid were also fab. Dining in Re with the wonderful Wolfgang Puck favourites was simply stunning with breathtaking views. Anita was our great host. The pool area, gym & spa is truly magnificent. We loved the adult pool area to relax and unwind with drinks and tasty lunches. Bendico and his team looked after us with so much enthusiasm. Augustine, Faisal, Emma, Ally - were all so attentive making our day so relaxing. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you, Four Seasons Bahrain, for making our 30th anniversary so magical. We can’t wait to return!

My family with my 3 year old visited Bahrain and stayed here for 4 days and we all had a blast especially our toddler! The water park is perfect! They also had a nanny service with a good price in case you want to leave your kid in their playroom. We also did lots of room services. My toddler didn't really like how they cook their pancakes and waffles.😅 But all the services, we're great! We will be back soon! Perfect stay for family with kids!

A wonderful stay in a luxurious fan in Four Seasons Bay Bahrain. It is my favorite hotel and the family has high-end services. Before I arrived at the hotel, I told them earlier that my children had a success celebration at school. The surprise from the hotel when we arrived at the rooms was a simple celebration, but it was very wonderful. I drew joy on my children's faces. We enjoyed from the heart ♥️ and it was really unforgettable nights.

Back to...the past. This landmark hotel is 56 year old and it shows. Although the construction and maintenance are spotless, the design of the rooms (and beyond) is outdated. On the bright side, amenities are plenty in the room... like they used to do years ago and that all competitors have strongly reduced. Convenient location, great service.

Very lavish 5 star hotel with all the 5 star trimmings. It’s a huge hotel!! Gyms, spa, convention centre and a very wide and good variety of restaurant options. The service is good and the staff are helpful. The rooms need refurbishing but they aren’t bad. I will be the first to return as soon as they modernize their rooms!

Had the pleasure of staying at the Gulf Hotel twice—just for a night each time while transiting through Bahrain—and both experiences were excellent. The hotel is super clean, beautifully maintained, and the service across the board is top-notch. Our group stayed at Gulf Hotel Bahrain for a three-day meeting, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. • Room issues: Multiple guests had serious problems with hot water in the rooms, which could not be controlled or fixed. The staff attempted to change some rooms, but we were informed this is actually a construction issue with the hotel itself — unacceptable for a property of this standard. • Hygiene problem: One colleague even found dirty diapers inside the cupboard of their room, which is shocking and shows a lack of proper housekeeping. • Service failure: I raised these concerns directly with the duty manager, Mohsen. However, after following up, I received no response or resolution, which reflects very poor service. I was also very surprised to learn that just three months ago, Marriott’s Bombay Brasserie restaurant became part of this hotel. I truly believe this should be taken seriously and addressed by both the Bahrain Tourism community and Marriott themselves, as the current standards of the hotel do not reflect positively on such a respected brand. Overall, I cannot recommend Gulf Hotel Bahrain for business meetings, conferences, or personal stays. The level of service, cleanliness, and facility maintenance does not match the reputation the hotel claims to have. For delegations or corporate events, I strongly suggest looking for alternative venues.

It was a good experience. We visit Bushido Seef twice and it offers an excellent dining experience with a wonderful ambiance that really sets the mood. We especially enjoyed the unlimited sushi, it was fresh, flavorful, and had a great variety. The matcha ice cream was a delightful surprise and the perfect way to end the meal. While the meat we ordered was slightly overcooked, the overall quality of the food and atmosphere made up for it. A great spot for sushi lovers and anyone looking to enjoy a memorable evening!

I went to Bushido tonight and honestly, it was such a great experience. The evening was super fun, and the atmosphere was so good. I loved the live music band it really added a special vibe to the night. The food was amazing, especially if you’re into sushi; everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. and the drinks were amazing, the place itself looks beautiful, with a design that mixes elegance and authentic Japanese style. it’s the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to. One of the best and finest ice creams in Bahrain. We had just few days ago only. Actually, we went by Google reviews and it turned out to be a hidden gem in the close vicinity. 😊 They have variety of flavours. They serve ice creams in three different sizes viz. small, medium and large. The small can have one scoop, medium can have two and large can have three flavours. We had Mango, mixed berries, passion fruit, pistachio and chocolate and they were simply amazing. The berries and passion fruit were having natural fruit crush in it. One should definitely visit. 😊

Staff was extremely rude, staff member was about to mess up my order by giving me the wrong flavor, when I politely told them I wanted another flavor they got angry at me. If you don't want to mess up an order maybe list all the flavors properly. So disappointed because many people raved about this place but it will not be getting my money no more.

My friend recommended me this ice cream spot; approx 10 ice creams were available to chose from but none of them had any Labels, you had to ask the staff what flavor is what, a bit annoying though! Visited the Black Panda Sayh branch recently and tried their signature dessert, the Panda Cocofall, and it was absolutely mind-blowing! Definitely worth every fil. However, there were a couple of areas that need improvement. The outdoor seating area was quite untidy — several tables had leftover food and full ashtrays from previous customers. We were indoors for over 30 minutes and didn’t see anyone tidy up the outdoor seating. One staff member (from African nationality) also picked up our plate at 2:33am while we were still eating, without asking for our consent, and mentioned the shop was closing at 2:30am. Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded if she could have asked us before picking the plate or clearing the table. However, the Filipino staff had told us before we placed the order that they would close at 2:45am, and the Google listing mentioned 3am which is why we chose try Black Panda. Otherwise we could have chosen another day so we we could enjoy our dessert properly. The contradiction in shop timings created a bit of confusion. Also, we never received a receipt for our order, which I felt was a little odd. On the positive side, they served complimentary Arabic coffee, which was a lovely touch. The interior is stylish and cozy, with a clear separation between the indoor non-smoking area and outdoor seating. Given the dusty weather, we opted for indoors, and it was really comfortable. The menu offers a great variety of desserts, ice creams, crepes, coffees, and drinks — there’s something for everyone! Despite the minor issues, I’m definitely looking forward to returning and perhaps trying out another branch.

Great place for a sweet snack or dessert. Excellent decor and the staff was very fun and helpful. Came in and got a sample tray of all their flavors. The regular flavored frozen yogurt is exactly what you want, little sweet and nice and tart. Good topping choices, highly recommend.

Different than regular. The price is a little high however it is still ok. It is a busy place so always expect to wait for few minutes to get your order .still some menu items are not available since they just opened. I recommend it for families and individuals.

Tasty food with all facilities and entertainment zones

This pinkberry location is in the Avenues Mall of Bahrain, right across Beverly Hills Polo club and next to Asha’s Restaurant. We ordered pomegranate and strawberry frozen yogurt. Tasted really delicious. The staff was really nice welcoming and fast.

The dine-in area is in the hallway which I didn’t like. However, the yogurt is delicious and fresh.

Afternoon Tea is an enjoyable past time for me and the Four Seasons is by far the best. Tasty savories and the scones are clearly freshly made and warm when brought to table. Presentation is amazing and artistic for all the sandwiches. The meals themselves are superb and I'd say for the quality and excellent service the value is reasonable.

This has become my new favourite spot to hang out in Bahrain for several reasons. Of course the ambience, music and view from the terrace are very nice, and the menu is good and reasonably priced. However, for me it is the service that really elevates Bay View Lounge to another level. The staff are incredibly professional and pleasant! I am often served by Sayed and Philip when I come here and they are absolutely wonderful! I cannot praise them enough. I always look forward to coming back to Bay View Lounge.

I had afternoon tea here during my stay at the four seasons, all parts of the afternoon tea were tasty and amazingly made. Not 5 stars as I was disappointed no mention of my wife's birthday was made, even though it was noted during booking.

I have had nothing but good experiences when I have preserved cakes and bought ice cream. I recently bought a birthday cake and a cake for work. Everybody enjoyed the cakes each time. Customer Service has always been outstanding and I would recommend them every time.
