As a costumer buying sweets i was expecting, not exactly a cheerful treatment but something way more pleasant, with some courtesy smiles, eye contact and asking if i need anything else. They look like they dont have a good relationship between workers and they dont want to be there. It is sad because i’ve met people who come to Obolo just to try the best chilean chocolate or residents who say it’s their favorite place to grab some hot chocolate… everyone loves the different flavors of the chocolate bars for self enjoyment or as gift, but the treatment is just cold and sometimes even harsh.

Love love the coffee here! I'm from Australia and I've been frustrated with finding good coffee here in Santiago but I really like the coffee here so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good coffee. I haven't tried the Korean dessert/bingsu but I'll try to come back one of these days to try em.
