West Mesa Aquatic Center is a spacious indoor and outdoor facility featuring an Olympic-size pool, diving boards, and water slides. The lap pool boasts 8 lanes and an adjustable floor ranging from 0 to six feet. Additionally, there's a large recreation pool with handicap accessibility and a thrilling water slide. Originally opened in 1998, the center later added the Olympic pool in 2006.
Been swimming here since I was a kid. City run facility that is clean, and good bang for a little buck. Rec swimming is done in sessions to ensure there are never too many people in the pool at a time. Lap swim is well organized. Good music and great lifeguards.

Wow unbelievable! I used to be a lifeguard here years ago and so much has changed and I couldn’t even go and swim with family because “sold out”?? How💀💀 back in 2018 we would love to have many families come in! But now sold out to what 20 people🤣🤣 that’s terrible and things need to be changed back to the way it was🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ I think the new life guards and new employees need to get out and get another job constantly on phones is what I’ve noticed especially front window she wasn’t talking very clearly my ear had to go to the window like come on you heard me🙇🏻 this shot is messed up just for a single party to take over and other families wanting to swim and spend some time to cool off like come on who’s in charge of all of this and making these rules? Back then being a life guard I was happy and my job was great until this new gen just wanna sit around it’s sad and disappointing

Indoor and outdoor pool Soft and safe grass Clean facility Yes, you should buy wristbands online in advance (which I did, and it's super easy). I don't see too big of an issue with this. It is not the best pool you'd go to as a last minute idea since they do sell out rather quickly. I imagine that this pool being one of the few in Albuquerque with water slides that they get very busy and can get crowded quickly, so I understand they wanted to mitigate this issue by opening online tickets. My kids did get yelled at a lot when riding down the slides. I was watching them and didn't see anything unsafe or irresponsible that they were doing, but there are areas I couldn't see, so it is what it is. Safety first. There wasn't a lap pool. Everything was more wading in the water instead of actually swimming. You can stand with half of your body out of the water in every pool...so this was a little sad because I wanted to take my kiddo to practice his swimming. Definitely not the best place for this. We will return. The kids had an absolute blast. Plenty of chairs and not overly crowded, which is nice. I recommend for a fun day!
Colleen G — Google review
Water was absolutely frigid, I couldn't stay in it without shivering even when moving around. I asked if I could just sit on the stairs of the slide exit pool because the water was much warmer. They refused and wouldn't even attempt to change the water temperature despite obviously being able to do so in the slide exit pool which was quiet large and I wouldn't have obstructed even a fourth of the stairs out of the water. Having been there for less than five minutes I asked for my money back and they literally said nothing more than no. I get that 3 bucks isn't much for some people but others of us are impoverished and just want to sit and float comfortably in a pool to relieve pain for even a brief time. The customer service was atrocious and entirely lacking in empathy. I am chronically ill and need floatation to help my condition. I shall not return and I'll discourage others to avoid this unprofessional, dingy "pool for the whole family"
Lee E — Google review
A really nice option for swimming. We went for a birthday party and the nice part about it was that there was a limit to the amount of people that could be swimming. Unfortunately, the outdoor splash pad was shut down due to a "floater" but the overall experience was great. Plenty of lifeguards on duty and a 2 hour window is just about right for a swim time for a group of kids!.
Dan I — Google review
Beautiful outside with music playing. Slides for fun. The indoor pool is nice too but definitely needs cleaning.
Diana P — Google review
Pool is nice, but do not like how the reservations are ran for the different sessions. Instead of opening up online reservations a hour before to give people a better opportunity to reserve spots, reservations are available in May for all months with no limits on how many sessions can be reserved. My family just moved back to ABQ and were excited to swim at West Mesa but was not aware of the new program until we arrived at the pool and were told that the session was sold out. When I went online to see if I could purchases passes for another day, I saw that it was not advertised on the pools website nor was it easy to find the link to purchases passes. To my disappointment when I did find the correct site, I saw that the remainder of the online summer passes were sold out. The only way to buy a pass would be to go at 0700 and hope that something is available. This feels like a disservice to the community when it is not easily advertised and those who are not technically savvy may not understand how to buy the passes online. This process is a disappointment and saddens how it is not inclusive or well communicated.

Appears to be clean and well maintained. lifeguards are on duty. Large parking lot. Trees with shade for parking. Only surprising things for me was that Google maps takes you to the north parking lot which they have both entrances closed everytime I've come (~6:10pm for swimming lessons). There are two South gates, and only the easternmost entrance was open. Heads up for anyone else

Highland Pool, located in Albuquerque, NM, is a sizable indoor pool that features both 1- and 3-meter diving boards as well as an outdoor wading pool for kids. The facility has recently undergone major electrical repairs and is set to reopen on September 9th. It is one of three public pools operated by the City of Albuquerque in collaboration with Albuquerque Public Schools.
Perfect for me and my kids to do open swim. They have diving boards which my kids love. It’s clean and well managed. It’s older, but that brings on nostalgia for me having grown up swimming here myself.
Julia B — Google review
Pretty nice pool only issue is that it can be very drafty at times. However other than that the pool is fine not really any complaints.
Roberto C — Google review
Took my son for rec swim in the eveing and had a good time. There were some boys being obnoxious but the lifeguards did a good job managing them and ended up asking them to leave. I also went for lap swim myself and it was very laid back and not crowded at all. The front desk people were nice and the lifeguards were kind as well.
Katie T — Google review
The experience at Highland pool, each and every year is amazing for my daughter and nephew. The confidence building and trust are incredible to watch between instructor and my daughter and nephew. The instructors and staff are uplifting, friendly and fantastic. Thank you!
Steve G — Google review
I visited Highland Pool this evening around 7:30 PM and was really disappointed by the experience. The staff at the front desk, a young man and woman, were quite rude and dismissive. The woman didn’t even remove her sunglasses while speaking to us, which felt quite disrespectful. It was frustrating to find that the free swim time advertised online wasn’t available, and the schedule doesn’t seem to consider kids who want to swim in the evenings. It would be so helpful if the staff could offer more welcoming and informative responses, like suggesting other pools nearby with different schedules. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope they can improve their customer service and communication.

Highly recommend for lifeguarding training classes, just finished a May session. The numbers of trainees were smaller than the other pools by far and rec'd efficient training. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, fair, and thorough. Was worried about the location, but manager and staff are well-organized and competent. Thanks Kenneth & Sam!

Swimming pool
Los Altos Pool, originally an outdoor pool from the 1950s, has been transformed into an indoor facility with a 25-meter main pool. Located near a skate park and softball fields, it offers various activities such as lap swimming, recreational swimming, and water aerobics classes for a small fee. The pool maintains a comfortable temperature and provides hot showers along with amenities like a water extraction machine in the locker room.
I really like the newly remodeled building for the pool. Although my son misses the kids wagging pool that was outside, the inside of the new building is much improved. The changing room really needed with and is now vastly improved. I wish only that the pool has been enlarged a bit as this pool is always crowded in the summertime.
Larry — Google review
First time going to Los Altos after their remodel. It is so different from the original pool. It seemed nice. Dressing rooms were clean. The water was a good temperature and clean. Parking was good. The access was driving by the south side of Sonic drive-in, until the Lomas entrance is reopened.
Larry B — Google review
A nice pool. Open and airy. Locker room is small with no lockers. Has a suit spinner. Water is on the warm side for extended lap swimming.
David A — Google review
Showers are hot, renovated recently, many lanes to swim in. Homeless in area sometimes but they generally don't come in.
Neil H — Google review
Great facilities and the booking system (covid 2020) is working well. Single occupancy lanes until further notice which is nice, but means fewer can enjoy. 2022 update: normal operations have resumed and its still a great place to swim!
Wesley B — Google review
very nice indoor pool. costs $3 to use for laps or recreational, open swimming. for $.25 or $.50 more, u can take a water aerobics class. pool temperature is just about perfect. pretty clean. showers are hot (which not all community pools have)..and they even have a cool water extraction machine in the locker room, which guests can use to dry their wet bathing suits before they leave.
Kristen H — Google review
Very clean friendly staff and customers love this pool thank you.

The kids had a great time, the guards are kind of Overkill. But that happens when you give young people Authority. Still a nice place to swim.

Swimming pool
Nestled in Albuquerque, Valley Pool is a delightful 25-yard swimming facility that boasts two 1-meter diving boards and an inviting outdoor wading pool. Recently renovated, it reopened its doors on September 13, 2023, welcoming swimmers back for some refreshing fun. The pool offers swimming lessons throughout the fall, spring, and summer seasons.
Lots of trees and grass to watch your kids in the shade or swim right along with them. Adult friendly!
Norma G — Google review
Rented the pool for my daughters 9th birthday. What a wonderful day she had! The staff and life guards were fabulous, it was clean and we had the pool to ourselves. The diving area was fun for the kids and the adults as well. Definitely recommend.
Heather S — Google review
They failed to specify both online and as we were paying that an adult was required to be in the pool with my 8 year old (who can swim). They allowed them to get showered and be on the brink of jumping in before they forced us to leave. What's the point of 3 lifeguards if you're unable to keep an eye on a swimming knowledgeable 8 year old, with her guardian sitting on the side? Do better Valley. Don't kick little kids and they're grandma out because u failed to explain your policy.
Malaya M — Google review
I was there for a birthday party. The pool is large with a separate diving pool. Lifeguards were present. It's clean. Garage style doors open it to the outside
Peter S — Google review
This pool is great, they do water aerobics in the diving pool, the weightlessness is just what I needed after back surgery. The instructor is good and very friendly and I felt comfortable right away
Rozanne S — Google review
Instructor of water aerobic is Awesome, great personality, keeps us moving. All of the folks at pool are very nice, helpful. Enjoy!!
Charlene C — Google review
This pool is very nice. I love the architecture of the wood ceiling! The staff have always been friendly and care about their swim lessons/ classes. My kids have had swim lessons at the Y and the teacher there seemed to want to be doing anything else but that. I have never been offended by their rules. They keep their pool clean and the life guards are not standing around flirting with each other. Go Valley!
April R — Google review
6pm-8pm Fall hours lap swimming is good here because of the low #'s of swimmers, and usually I get a lane to myself. The showers are great with good water pressure, and warm/hot temperature. The staff is very friendly too.

The outdoor swimming pool Wilson Pool is a great place to cool off during the summertime. The pool is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it can use some updating to the sign, which would make it more accessible for visitors.
Our family's first time here we had a blast! The lifeguards do an Amazing job here!
Nadine L — Google review
In all bad experience pool was dirty to begin with lots of debris and the water looked dingy foggy dirty employees rude to my son don't recommend going needs better attention
Shannon L — Google review
Wilson Pool has a shallow end around 3 ft, which is nice for kids. There is one slide and a small splash pad. There is plenty of grass, but it is overrun by thorny weeds that hurt your feet. A few trees provide decent shade. Also, the area doesn't feel very safe. However, there is a fence with razor wire around the part of the pool that butts up to a park, so that helps. The lifeguards were friendly, but were more interested in showing off their water slide and diving skills than keeping an eye on the pool.
Riann M — Google review
On Sat. June 10th around 13:00 - 3 male life guards seen messing around 2 of them on duty the other distracting the one male. Seen not watching the pool playing with equipment like they are not suppose to. Not happy the one female guard was doing her job correctly. Thank god.
GREG M — Google review
Mixed review. The pool with beautiful. Most of the lifeguards were wonderful. My five year old had a hard time with the Lifeguard that dove off the top of the slide, and went down headfirst and backwards. He said that was against the rules, and I agreed that sometimes the big people don't set the best example.
Deborah M — Google review
Mixed reviews.... Life guards are very friendly and pool is clean but would not recommend for children. Women and life guards wear almost nothing made my children very uncomfortable we had to leave early. So disappointing this is not addressed
Camille R — Google review
I had low expectations, but not so low as to expect a homeless encampment right next to the pool. We felt unsafe and didn't stay.

When exploring the offerings of Ms US Title Services & Auto Sales, it's essential to note that their services may be influenced by regional reporting limitations. Specifically, states like Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, and several others have restricted data availability in the National Consumer Database (NCD). This means that while Ms US Title Services & Auto Sales provides valuable assistance in title services and auto sales, potential clients should be aware of these geographical nuances.
Wow! I didnt get his name. But the guy that helped me, saved my day. I needed to send a fax. He was so kind helpful an fast. I honestly would recommend this place to everyone. I will also be back to see what other services they provide. I am impressed. Thanks Guy!!!!

I have car insurance here. I use their FAX service- a dollar a page. I use their address for UPS deliveries, as I'm in a feud with UPS over a missing delivery. They are always kind, helpful, and professional
Mary D — Google review
I tried to return an ipod and flashdrive to a friend in Germany, and chose MS & US Express in Albuquerque, as they represented DHL, which operates in Germany. The staff at MS & US Express were completely un-helpful in doing the things that would have expedited the shipment. They COULD have told me to declare it as a gift (which it was; I was returning my friend's ipod, plus I copied some music files to a flashdrive, making that a used commodity, and a gift), which would have expedited the shipment, AND avoided unnecessary import fees (which came to about 50 Euros). Instead, they had me ship it as a commercial item, BUT THEY FORGOT to have me include an INVOICE with the items and their prices. The package got to Germany in just a few days, but then sat there FOR TEN (10) DAYS because customs needed a proper invoice. I had to contact DHL several times, and had to send two invoices on my own, before Customs finally approved the delivery. This ended up taking hours of my time. I spent $87 USD in good faith, thinking that these fees were paying for MS & US Express's services in arranging shipping to Germany. I think my money was wasted - I did NOT receive the service I was paying for. I will never, ever use MS and US Express again.
David T — Google review
We've been going there for years for FAX, shipping. They always nice, honest. I like them better than KINKOs.

The VA Albuquerque Regional Office serves as a vital resource for veterans in New Mexico, providing essential services and support. While the office is dedicated to assisting those who have served, it's important to note that reporting limitations exist in several states, including New Mexico. This means that while the office strives to maintain high standards of service, there may be challenges in gathering comprehensive data across all regions. The commitment remains strong at the VA Albuquerque Regional Office to ensure veterans receive the assistance they need despite these hurdles.
Public Contact is extremely knowledgeable, and there's usually no wait. VERA has revolutionized the experience, allowing you to get a call back from this office. The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist you. Five stars!

Walked in at 1357 on a random Thursday to request a full printed copy of my original 2002 VA disability rating decision letter, as well as a full printed copy of my wife's 2019 decision letter. We were #3 and #4 in the queue when we signed-in. We were called for assistance 18 minutes after we arrived, and we walked out with printed copies of everything we requested 10 minutes later. Altogether, it took less than 45 minutes for them to help us. The VA rep was polite and professional and efficient...no wasted conversation, no attempts to dodge our reason for being there. We left there completely satisfied with our visit.
J B — Google review
Very minimal services in different departments. For service connected issues I have waited over 75 days for an appointment. Now I'm waiting for over 60 days just to have Rx devices simply fitted. The device sets on the shelf while I go without the benefits. I must say that often I find a single person that can really help within a dept. - if the V.A. will allow. This review if for the V.A. Regional Hospital not the regional office on Gold. They (regional office)can be tremendously helpful to understand ones status with the V.A., get copies of records, apply for services and , I find, very user friendly services! I will always check w/ Regional Office about anything being done concerning the V.A.s multifaceted system about me. Good Luck !!!

Still got some deferred claims, but the vso are top notch. Thanks Mr Vickers. If VA is slow be patient. Took from March to August 2023.

This regional office public contact office is excellent, the representatives there are outstanding! The Voc Rehab program has helped a lot of Veterans get jobs, the Veteran Service Organizations are always helpful and the State Benefits office helped me receive a Wartime Scholarship. All around I think the benefits I receive are fair and as long as I did my part in the process things worked out for me.

What a terrific company! They were to my house on time, did a good job, and even came back to wash some paint off the base of an outdoor sculpture even tho it wasn’t their doing. Who does that?! MT apparently. I really appreciate this company!!
Kim C — Google review
Maria was very straightforward when setting up line location services. Unfortunately, Max discovered that the line was not metal and could not be accurately located. Since the work was unable to be completed, MT did not charge for the trip. Thank you very much for your kindness and decency, Maria and Max!
Lynn W — Google review
Asked them to locate underground water lines, which they said they could do. The woman on the phone was very nice and responsive. That's where it ended. The worker marked the areas where he thought the lines were, but after tearing up LOTS of property, we finally gave up and did it another way. It was nice that they did'nt demand payment right then though. The bill came out to $372.00. They are much more interested in getting paid than providing service. I emailed them repeatedly complaining but $ is all they want.Their serviceman did leave a mssg and I returned his call, but he never called back. Don't know what he could've done as he was so far off the first time. I'll pay their bill just to avoid a drawn out process of trying to get it reduced but be real careful if you hire them.

Excellent Company. Technicians are great, and back office is on top of things. Very Professional, very flexible, all around 10/10.

I would like to state that I am very, very pleased with the professionalism and skill of the people of this company. I would highly recommend them.

They came out in a short amount of time. We had some trouble locating the waterline. After they came out all was good. They are very professional and even helped me dig the hole.

We ended up having some last minute changes to a rather hectic project up in Aztec, NM. Maria and her technician bent over backwards to make sure we met our deliverable, I can't thank her enough and will definitely be using MT Private Utility Locating Services in the future.
