Loved this local live music bar! It’s set down in a sort of basement and has an American style to it with booths. The performers are great and the drinks were great as well. The people that frequent this place are also very friendly!

I had a good time there on a Wednesday night a local said it was one of the few places busy on Wednesday nights. They had a DJ playing hip hop music. Plenty of people to dance with. Only thing I didnt like was the payment system and the cover charge.

Food was delicious, but def had some trouble with its arrival. I ordered an appetizer and entree. I waited quite a while but expected that based on other reviews. My steak entree was brought to the table never having seen my appetizer. My server told me it was OK bc they come out at the same time. Why order an appetizer for it to be delivered with your meal?? The appetizer is supposed to be the kickoff. And even if they were accidentally intended to come together, where was it. The server apologized and took my steak back. I thought we had an understanding that they would bring my appetizer THEN my steak. About 10-15 min later, out come both. I was annoyed, but took them. I cut open my steak that I ordered as medium, and it was totally well done. So basically they sat my steak in the back while waited for my appetizer to cook and then brought both out. I was really annoyed now. So I sent the steak back. About 5 min later they brought me a new steak. Since they only cooked it for like 5 min it was rare rare rare. I could not eat that. So I sent it back again. It came back about 5 min later, this time medium rare. They serve it on a hot cast iron flat plate so I knew if I let it sit fit a min it'd cook. So I did and it was fine. The steak (i ordered the Ribeye) was very tasty. The appetizer (chicken nuggets that you dip in marinara with cheese was also good. Good food. The server was really nice and always tried to fix the problem with a smile, but I was very annoyed with the way the food came out and how they let my steak just sit and cook. I also thought they should have offered something for all the trouble it was but I guess not. It is a bar so was kind of loud and very busy but was fun for watching a game

A lively sports bar with both indoor and outdoor seating, large screens showing football, and even a live band. We arrived early when it was still quiet, but the place really picked up around 9pm with a great atmosphere. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. We ordered the Capitão Burger (R$45) — brioche bun with double 120g burgers, cheddar, crispy bacon, mayo, tomato, lettuce, and caramelized onions, served with fries — and the Flank Steak Sandwich (R$35), with slow-roasted flank steak and mozzarella in a baguette. All of the meat dishes we saw coming out looked fantastic — definitely a spot I’d recommend.

I had such a mixed experience dining here. I will say that the location is great with a large open plan layout. I was taken to a corner table that I had requested and was able to watch the football on the large screen whilst I waited for my order. The food was divine and so delicious, the chefs were great the baristas made incredible drinks and overall from a food, service and drinks perspective this should be a 5 star review. The issue I had sadly was due to the environment. There was flies repeatedly looking to come and get the food. Every 2 minutes I would have to be waving flies away from getting to my food. I spent as much time protecting my food as trying to enjoy it. I was sat inside so didn’t think this would be an issue. In the end I was able to ‘enjoy’ my meal but it definitely took away from the experience and impacted it as I was never able to fully relax and enjoy it whilst repeatedly having to protect the food.

After 45 countries 70400km by bicycle I listened nice live music here thx guys. Nice place, nice service and now I am on way again :)

Highly recommend the steak here, it's very good quality! And they have a great food selection. Also, they do lovely cocktails and the alcohol is very cheap during happy hour. Definitely worth a visit!

Happy hour From 11:30 to 20:00 with 50% discount on mostly anything. The beer tower is supercool and cheep🍺try the steak 🥩 and fried Tapioca ! Waiters are super nice, they keep refilling your cup with more beer :) better be inside though, because outside you can smell the gasoline from the gas station across the street.

We stopped by during happy hour and were pleasantly surprised—the drinks were reasonably priced, and the dinner menu was delicious too. Overall, it's an excellent value. It does charge cover before entering.

I made many good decisions on this day… this place was not one of them. Whatever you do, do not come here. The beef of the filet was not filet… it’s the type of beef you use in stew. The risotto was also disgusting. The fries was amazing… it’s the only thing I ate. What a waste of 127 brl (26 usd)

Let me tell you about this place, I recommend to every foreigner that is currently visiting the city. This place has a great night life atmosphere. You will enjoy the food, drinks, and the live music. The prices are fair especially if youre coming here from the states or Europe. This place is definitely the place you want to visit. The servers was on point also, they were always around and never let me finish my drink! They kept pouring and I kept drinking. When I come back to iguassu falls, I will be stopping by again to experience the wonderful time I had here!!

I’ve read all good review and decided to eat here. So disappointed. Pasta was extremely over salted and tasteless at the same time. Don’t recommend. Beef is just okay, but tastes like it was marinated before.

Tempura shrimp in the roll was so chewy it was inedible. It definitely was not cooked that day. The miso was great but not on the menu. Might be 4.5 stars for those who have never had sushi. I guess we are spoiled :(

A good steak. The place have a great variety of meat plates, drinks and draft beers. The Ambient is casual and good to talk (don't have loud music). The price was a little high for the quality of the beef that we ate. But the presentation was very good and the side dishes were good.

A solid selection of beer from around Brazil. Some of them really interesting and the option for a flight to try a wide variety is always appreciated. The food was good if not particularly memorable and the service was attentive without being overbearing. It's worth noting that the beer menu was incredibly poorly designed, it was bound in an annoying fashion that made it difficult to review.

This is a great place to try some delicious microbrews and food. You can get flights of up to four of their home brews. Most of the beers I tried, I liked. I liked the Pão Nosso Hefeweizen, and the Amburana Stout the best. I had the veggie burger (freshly made with chickpeas) and it was seasoned well and tasted great.

This is definitely one of the places to come in Foz if you want quality craft beer, but surprisingly, they may also have the best gourmet hamburgers in Brazil too! They have flights of any four beers foe R38, and a great selection of many types of beers including seasonal favorites. We had the pumpkin ale, a couple ipas, and a couple of stouts. Monday thru Friday they have happy hour from 17h-20h, 500ml for the price of 300ml. They have a friendly multilingual staff.

If you are into genuine craft beer this is the place for you! 14 different in-house brewed beers. Ranging from lager to barley wine. Also have good food! Batata Salsa soup and Bacon burgers was really good. I tried three beers, all very good.

This place is so nice and the staff is very friendly! They have many different beers, all brewed by themselves. They let us taste in small glasses before making our choice (which was difficult)! There is something for everyone! Also very clean and fun bar!

I have been to breweries all over the world. The beer here is world class! The Pilsner reminds me of the one I had in the Augustine brewery in Salzburg, easy drinking and well crafted. The barrel aged beers are better than any thing I’ve had in the Bay Area of the US, subtle, yet complicated. They use oak from various aged distillates, but also Amburana, a little known Brazilian wood that give an amazing depth of flavor. This should be a pilgrimage site for beer lovers from around the world. The food was a great compliment. I can’t wait to go back.

We've had our fair share of steaks but to find a halal steakhouse in the middle of iguaz falls was a must try. And we were bit disappointed, the quality of the steak was as you would say Brazilian steak. Next the taste and the way it was cooked was en-pointe. The price was all worth it. We went again the next day!

Brought my family of six for dinner on a Sunday night. We sat down, waited 15 minutes for menus, and the waiter never came back. We were so excited for steaks, but after an hour waiting we just left. So no idea what their food's like, but if they look busy, prepare for super long waits and being ignored.

Came here for their steak and it did not disappoint! They also have a very extensive menu if you are not in the mood for steak… Service was friendly and efficient.

Simply the best steak we've had during our trip to Buenos Aires and Iguazzu. Also the most affordable. Amazing and very tasty - in my opinion, way better than the world popular "Don" in Buenos Aires. Definitely a must visit. Would have frequent this place if my stay was longer. Their pay system is also great for big groups that prefer to split bills.

Not too often that I am only half way through a meal and leave a review, BUT! 25 local microwave brews on tap!! Had a flight, yes a 'flight' of 5 beers that was very difficult to choose from, all very good! But then, there is the amazing kind service, and then there was the sausage, and steak, and yes wow, all good!! Come very thirsty and very hungry!!

It’s my second time here. Caipirinha tropical is goooood. It looks a bit weird but it had a lot of fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries and kiwi) in the drink. Definitely will order it again. The shrimp pasta is ok. The taste is good, but the shrimp is very small and doesn’t look fresh. The steak is good and cooked right. It’s slightly on the salty side though. It came with some vegetables, a bowl of rice with garlic flavor and fries. I like the rice the best. The vegetables and fries are ok. Service is good in general, but they rushed to clean the table a bit even we are not fully done with the food yet.

Compared to other places in Iguaçu, I would say that the meat is still very tender and the service is good but lacks in terms of vegetables and the portions were too big. There wasn’t a lot of choices on the menu on that day, we still enjoyed our meal but wasn’t the best.

I went to thos restaurant for an early dinner as I had an important meeting at 8pm. We got the and Douglas was very friendly and accommodating. Thw food was pretty good . Things unraveled when we ordered a dessert. It took over 20 minutes and it did not arrive , Douglas came and checked on our table and seemed surprised that we had not gotten the dessert. He left to check on it and by this time it was getting close to our appointment time. We waved over another waiter and told her we wanted the bill because we had to leave. She said she was going to get it A different waitress came over and said she was going to look for our dessert. We said we did not want it we wanted to pay tje bill because we had to go. We walked over to the cashier to pay and the lady said oh wait they went to pack up the dessert. We again told them we don't have time to wait. Again we asked to pay. The other waitress came back and before handing over the package asked if we paid for it!! Can you imagine such rude service. The dessert was ice cream, I had to pay for a dessert to go that I could bot eat because it melted. No apologies just rudeness. Such a shame it wasn't over the cost because our bill was over 300rs it was just very disrespectful of our time . Again no apologies just the words that this never happens...except it did.

Excellent food and service. I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese but still got a great experience. The croquettes (bolinhos) were fantastically fresh and hot. My first time trying a escondido; a dish akin to the humble shepherd's pie but 10 times better. Loaded with rib meat, cassava and topped with a layer of cheese. I've never had a pie like this before!

Beautiful location overlooking the rivers, where the 3 countries border. Had to pay 60 Brazilian R to enter. There are various food and drinks stalls and a restaurant. At 6:30pm there was a show with dancing and talking about the history of the 3 countries, however it was all in Portuguese so we couldn't understand it! There's a big gift shop, toilets and there were a load of taxis out front.

Great experience. We went there around 4pm and took some pictures with the famous sign and then sat to see the cool show. It was fun. The weather was great and the sunset was beautiful

A very cool thing to see, but unless there is a show, this is your basic tourist trap. The process to buy food is complicated and expensive. The photos cost money. They do have high quality apparel and merch.

You can view paraguay from the Brazil side. Also you can go on a ferris wheel for a fee and see Argentina and Brazil and Paraguay. Stayed for the free evening dance performances, which was fantastic. Lots of vendors to choose from for a variety of foods.

They use equipment inside the bar that damages smartphone's camera. I have many photos before and after the ice bar. Before the visit, my photos don't have any marks. During the visit, I made some photos inside using my phone camera. Because of the poor blue-colored light inside the bar, I don't see any marks (shown on the attached photo). After I left the bar, I continued taking pictures, but all of them have a permanent mark because the camera's sensor was damaged by a laser beam of some sort. I don't know where the light came from. 1. I hope the light that damaged my sensor is safe for human eyes. 2. If this is how they want to stop people making photos inside and pay to their workers for the job, then they deserve 1 star rating. 3. If this is unintentional and they have to use the equipment, then they should put a warning.

This place is cool...like -4C degrees cool. You will need to schedule your time to visit and will have about 45 minutes inside where there will he several juice drinks available served in cups made of ice. Amazing! It's really cold there, you get a coat and gloves to enter, there's free drinks and music, you can stay for 25 minutes inside, but can leave before it( you can't return),there's some ice sculptures and even the cups are pure ice! I recommend it.

Nice place. Similar though to Absolut Ice Bar in Stockholm, Sweden. Here it is included drinks, as many as you can drink, during the 30 minutes you have inside.

Absolutely amazing food. A lot of vegan options too. Menu is in Portugese but the staff is more than happy to translate in very good English with a lot of passion, heart and enthusiasm. Highly recommend the duck, roasted beetroot, mash potatoes and caramelized onion main. The vegan potato croquette with banana peel and hummus filling is delicious. Really enjoyed the vegan banana pancake for dessert, which was warm, soft and tasty.

I loved everything about this restaurant and can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. It is by far the most interesting and unique place to eat in Iguacu and definitely throughout all my travels in Brazil. The artwork that surrounds you is by various artists from the area. I wanted to buy everything. The food and service was exceptional. Luis explained the entire menu to us in perfect English and made our evening a delight. We’re planning on coming back again in two nights to have another great experience. Do not miss going to this restaurant. It wins in all categories. We absolutely adored it!!!!

A solid place to shop, snack, and question all your life choices in front of a mirror at Zara. It’s a bit tight, like the jeans I tried on after lunch, and kind of crowded, like everyone in town got the same “let’s go to the mall” text. But hey, it’s not Christmas, so I didn’t get trampled by a stroller or hear “All I Want for Christmas Is You” on loop. Small blessings. Would return, preferably on a Tuesday at 10 a.m. with a game plan and a helmet.

Nice shopping that you have to visit if you're in foz. The 4th floor has a lot restaurant and a lot of choices for you to have lunch or dinner, there's also an arcade for kids and teens to visit. Great place to shop and eat! A bit more expensive than other parts of Brazil, but right on par for the rest of Foz do Iguaçu. It was our go-to for a couple meals while in the area (Kami Sushi was great!), and was a nice, air-conditioned respite from the heat. We couldn't find the information desk, despite 10 minutes of trying, but otherwise had a great time here.

Bel Viale is so cool!! It was a rainy day today and I ordered a pizza delivery. I didnt want to Uber to eat somewhere. I did not have a Brazilian number for their online ordering so I messaged them on WhatsApp. The person who helped me responded quickly and in English. I want to give that person a HUGE SHOUTOUT! THANK YOU!! They gave me the delivery rate to where I was staying. I placed my order and the Bel Viale personnel even gave me a courtesy notification that the food was on the way! I really, really appreciate this kind of customer service!! I got half pepperoni and half banoffee. It was def savory, thin pizza, and delicious. Their pizza is gooood and the perola negra (black stout) was smoothhh and also worth trying. They even provided a candy and a sweet message with my delivery.

I had more expectations about this place, just by looking at the reviews of other people. The restaurant is centrally located. It has indoor and outdoor tables. The portions are quite generous but the quality of the food was below my expectations. The picanha was over cooked and a bit chewy. As appetisers we ordered coxinha but what arrived at the table was chicken tights in tomato sauce. They have an interesting list of beers all made by women from a small local brewery. Worth a try! Overall I score this place a 3 start as I had a much better experience in mind. Service was good.

Dinner ended by the employees giving us the most disgusting look after we waited 31 min for the açaí dessert and then when we got up to pay they finally served it. The hand rolls never came by the way. Don’t pay R$122 for probably the worst sushi you’ll eat in your life. The only upside is that we had a waiter who, even though the language barrier, really tried to help us. Thanks to her for at least making the experience somewhat bare-able. The place was full with I assume people from Brazil. So I think they all liked it, but this is NOT the same sushi as in other places. If you are thinking of eating sushi in Foz, consider another place or just another type of food in general.

Saw this on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, it appears to be a community restaurant that is not on the tourist circuit. I had the Turkish Kabobs and a rice & bead plate topped with beef. My lack of Portuguese got things a little mixed but all was good. They have a nice selection of pastry and I ordered a Turkish coffee, which they informed me was Arab coffee & strong. It was wonderful and it packed a buss you will remember. Would do the coffee and pastry in the mornings only. Glad I had them but I was wired for many hours. The atmosphere is perfect for the community. I enjoyed.

Just to confirm we checked that the meat here is halal. We ordered shawarma mix, one shawarma meat, chips, trio (kebab, tabbouleh, hummus). Everything was delicious we really enjoyed the food here. Pool area is very dated and could do with a makeover. Well located, and not far from the 120 bus (to get to the falls).

We really enjoyed the hostel. It is beautifully decorated and equipped, the only downside is the location. The bathroom is clean, but my one of my only complaints is that the shower's hot water is through solar panels, so if you go on a low sunshine day, there will not be almost no hot/warm water. Breakfast, just like usual in Argentina, not much except a couple of bread options dulce de leche and juice/milk.

I enjoyed my stay there to visit the Iguazu Falls! The staff is really friendly and provide good information about the waterfalls. The dormitory is clean and air-conditioning is available (essential in that part of Argentina), but there is no one bathroom per dorm. The outside part is great to spend the evening on the terrace. Food, basic but tasty, is available. But I advice to go to the center (close) to eat in a restaurant, or to buy food in the supermarkets. The bus station is close and is the start point for the waterfalls.

It is a good hostel with friendly staff, good facilities in near the center of Puerto Iguazu. The staff helps organising the visit to the falls. It can be loud until late since the bar is open until 2am. The food from the bar is cheap and good. The pizza is large enough to feed two people.

Quite new hostel with all you need and relaxed people. Seems to be quite a party location and I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is seeking peace and quiet. Otherwise a nice place. Cushioned toilet seats on the other hand are really the last thing you need.

This is one of my favorite hostels in Argentina. Puerto Iguazu is a sleepy town but I didn't even need to leave the hostel @ night because there is a full bar in the front yard, and they even make meat/vegetarian woks for a about $100-$130ARS (a HUGE portion!) so you don't even need to go out for dinner either. The staff is super awesome and friendly and it all seems like they bartend. They are INSANELY helpful with information. Rooms are very spacious & well kept! Individual bathrooms too.

I’ve been going to Europa Bar Tapas since January 2022, and honestly, it’s the best bar in Foz do Iguaçu, perfect whether you’re going solo, on a date, or with friends. They serve some of the best sushi in town and, without a doubt, the best drinks, from Mojitos to Old Fashioneds, and of course, the best Negroni in the town. Make sure to try the salmon ceviche, and for drinks, a Negroni and a Cerebro shot, which is the bar’s signature. I also have to mention Lore, she’s an incredible bartender and has always been amazingly patient with me when I’m a little drunk at her bar.
