I was order my food at that moment. They was missing my food which was 9 chicken selects cost mr £9.20.
I was calling the mamager who was absolutely rude and unfofessional in her job. Really shame and questioned about how can you role to be manager of this store?
Do not ever try to blame the delivers or another app as your system is work good enough. On the other hand, you need to take full responsibility as you got pay to check my food, got pay to make sure not missing anything and got pay to deal with the problem or the mess which you guys made. UNACCEPTABLE specially the Manager was hang off the phone when the customer try to work and get the solutions for the messy things.
I DO hope McD need to look it again about the system and the employer who work for you. Specially the manager very important...
Last night, 25 March 2025, my wife downloaded the app to order delivery. The delivery time wasn't bad. The fries were simply not cooked yet again so I didn't bother eating mine. My wife ate hers as it was all that she got. Her vegan burger was left out leaving her with the uncooked fries and a milkshake. She didn't tell me until this morning incase I'd gone down to the "restaurant" and kicked off at them.

Order one meal at the drive-thru get sent to car park and wait 20 minutes.
Went for dinner 12/2/23 at 6.30pm. Some if the self serve points were out of order, but the restaurant wasn't busy, so no problem. Machine didn't give us a receipt and table service wasn't available. We waited 15 minutes for our food which was barely lukewarm and had items missing. Which I had to force my way past Ubereats drivers to inform staff, who grudgingly got the missing drinks without making eys cintact ir soeaking. I feel this store gives priority to drive through and home delivery companies over their customers who eat in. The store was dirty, tables were not cleared, bins were full, chips in thd floir and ketchup on thd walls. The toilets were horrid, only one had toilet paper the sinks were grubby and the countertop covered in liquid soap.
The last few times I've used this location the meals have been missing items (burgers, sides, dips, a whole happy meal...). Food is stuffed in bags with little regard and orders can take longer than expected. The location has gone downhill since it first opened and it is very disappointing. I would recommended literally anywhere else, as I've never had a problem with missing items from any other takeaway in Tonbridge
Drive through so slow. Got through quickly but waited 20 minutes in the car park for them to bring out my food. It's not unusual, to be honest. So slow!

Me and a work mate came here for a late breakfast as nowhere else was really open. Would not go ever again, the pair of us instantly had stomach problems after leaving and had to find facilities. Never experienced anything like it and stomach problems continued for majority of the day. POOR. Food rating can't be any higher than a zero.
Had breakfast in here today, chap came in with his guid dog and was almost refused entry, the owner and his staff are clearly not very clued up when it comes to guide dog legislation, they made him and his dog and the lady with him sit by the door. I'll not be using this cafe ever again. I hope the owner reads this and gets to grip with the legislation along with his staff, 20 years I've been in catering one waitress said!! really!! very very poor experience, especially in this day and age.
I don’t know why I had missed this nice place as a local. The menu is nothing fancy, but food is hot and freshly made to order. Price is incredibly cheap. I bet it’s one of the cheapest places to eat in Tonbridge.
This wonderful cafe has to be of the most child friendliest places in the UK.
Tucked up on a side street in Tonbridge I only found it because I googled cheap places to eat while on a day trip to the town.
The children's meals were wholesome and delicious and altogether perfect. I had a fluffy baked potato and prawns in a delicious mayonnaise with a beautiful side salad.
It was all a great eating experience for a family of noisy hungry children!
And the staff are very friendly and obviously love having children in to eat.
They also make a proper mug of tea.
I can strongly recommend Jimmy's Cafe.
The photo doesn't do the potato justice. I was so hungry and the freshly cooked smell enticed me to dig in before I had taken the picture. It really was top notch yummy!
Waited almost a full hour for my food to be delivered. Only when the wait the time got down to ten minutes apparently the delivery time changed and it was going to take another hour. Very disappointing am very hungry

I ordered the vegetarian pizza minus the olives, It was delicous, not many pizza places still use proper mozzarella cheese, I've ate two slices had just had to review!

Enjoyed our pizza then had a tiramisu for dessert, took one bite, tasted like garbage and spat it out. It had mould on it. Rang the restaurant and spoke to somebody who was completely indifferent.

Poor. Very poor. The quality of the pizza was low and arrived cold (the cheese had gone hard). Also had some chicken bites (nuggets), they arrived as hard as hockey pucks, I had to throw them away.
Avoid. There are much better pizza places in town.
Roccos is a new place in Tonbridge and I would like to tell the management that they have to work on their food. The dough eas chewy and dry. I have rated 5 star to support them and hopefully I would get a better pizza when I order next time
Honestly amazing pizzas cooked perfectly! And the dough balls were so good! Will for sure be ordering from here again in the future with my favourite pepperoni with added pineapple (don't judge 😂).
One small thing, I noticed the topping option for pineapple on the just eat app has a small spelling error where it's labelled as "pieapple" I just wanted to point it out so it could be corrected!

We used to order from Roccos all the time. Had a very disappointing order about 6months ago, so we stopped ordering. Just decided to give it another shot, and gosh this was awful. The pizza had toppings missing, arrived cold and tasted like rubber. There is also a major issue with their boxes, whatever chemical this specific cardboard is treated with, it leaves an awful smell and taste on pizza crust, never have I seen this from another place.
Will be ordering Olivia from now on, prices are now similar and Roccos can no longer compete. I would even consider Dominoes over this, this is how awful Roccos pizzas have become in the last year.
Edit: I have no affiliation with Olivia. Instead of reading this review as constructive criticism and try improve, the owner assumes that I am promoting a different restaurant.

Store was dirty. Asked multiple times for a cloth to clean the table and was told "I'll tell someone to do it". No one did. Service is slow. Forgot our drinks and even when stood trying to get a staff members attention in order to get drinks it's like they actively tried to avoid me. Was going to sit in go eat with my child, ended up taking away due to the state of the place

I have very little good to say about this place. The the three words I would use are "Fix Your Aircon".

Disappointed – Check Your Order Before Leaving!
I went to the KFC in Tonbridge today and ordered the two-piece chicken meal. When I got home, I found only one piece of chicken in the box. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. This kind of basic mistake shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. If you're going to this location, I strongly recommend checking your food before you leave the restaurant. This isn't the first time I've had an issue here, and sadly it will be the last time I visit.

Taylors is a brilliant takeaway, Chinese food and fish & chips. It's even got its very own Chinese Karen lol i love it when she shouts at you if you ask her to repeat herself then she shouts your order back at you lol she's multi tasking all the time and she's a sweetheart really.
Food is always good and comes out super fast , it gets very busy so have some patience it's well worth the wait. Prices are average and they do good lunchtime meal deals aswell.
I think we are very lucky to have such a great selection of shops in York Parade.

Chips are the best I've tasted for a long time but I had a large cod which was very thin small and hard batter god knows what the small cod would be like, pity because it's a nice and clean shop, fish and chips are not cheap these days so poor for value will only buy chips from there in the future.
Looked delicious when I got home. Sadly chips were under cooked making them soggy and greasy. Batter on my Rock Salmon was way to thick which resulted in crispy on the outside and soggy undercooked batter around the fish. The fish itself was amazing. Curry sauce also very good. Will try again hopefully will be better.

On the 25th of July at 1100hrs i entered Sancho’s with a friend with high expectations as the pictures outside suggested michelin star quality! However after ordering my cheesy chips (large) and large chips i was deeply disappointed, as he served my chips he scattered a dry cheese over the top, not justifying the 5 pound sterling price they were charging. Attached below is their awful attempt at a meal , with the cheese being sub par uncooked cold cheese, my experience of the meal was ruined as the cheese was poorly done and the food was rushed. not impressed and they also didn’t have the common decency to ask their customers if they would like condiments, leaving my poor friend with plain mushy chips. i will not be returning and i hope to deter any people looking to go here, it’s underwhelming.
The Doner Kebab here is decent. The meat is tender, but the flavor could be more intense. The fresh veggies and sauces are a nice touch, and the portions are generous. Service is fast and friendly. Overall, it’s a good option, though there’s room for improvement in taste.
Had a very nice and tasty kebab. Salad was fresh and tasty too. Only thing I would say, is delivery was slower than I would like at nearly an hour but the food was perfectly hot when it arrived.

Only Halal pizza spot in Tonbridge! The pizzas are loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the Halal toppings never compromise on flavor. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the service is quick and friendly. A great place to enjoy delicious pizza while sticking to your dietary preferences!
It's ok type of place, doesn't cost to much but doesn't serve the thing that can be called the best. I have had pizza in London at one of the local shop price was somewhat same but they provides best quality and tasteful pizza.
Open until late so popped in after a night out to get a pepperoni pizza. Decent sized pizza for a reasonable price. The pizza itself was pretty good, even the crust was tasty.
Good location situated between the station and the high street so it captures all of the hungry people walking through town after a night out.

Kids sub with cheese (so little you can't even see it) toasted without me being asked as this would be way too hard for my 2 year old to eat but it was toasted anyway. I asked for a kids activity pack with the kids meal to be told 'no' even though it was shown on their menu screen. Service was shocking, one woman is so rude. Cross contamination when ordering gluten free with same gloves/utensils used. They went to put ketchup on after asking for mayo 4 times. Absolutely awful now I understand why they are empty all of the time. I wish I asked for a refund there and then but I was so done with the situation that I paid and walked out. Don't come here, literally go anywhere else
My experience was appalling, first I order two turkeys subs and one was chicken and the offer was turkey but smothered in bbc sauce which I did not ask for it clearly sauce no sauce in the subs!!!
“Stacked” bacon toastie coming with hardly any bacon, literally only subway store where I’ve ordered the same thing twice been almost an empty sub.. terrible. Just count 5 pieces of bacon in a foot long what a joke

Came in wanting only cheesy garlic bread for me and the homies. Unfortunately they did not have any garlic bread! I know, i was shocked too, but luckily garlic sauce was sufficient as a replacement. The new cheesy garlic bread was delicious, 8/10.

I have previously had good experiences here. My last two encounters were very bad. Staff don’t listen to you, they put very minimal salad. Especially today, staff was in a hurry to finish the order at 7.30pm so that they can close at 8, and burnt one of the breads.And staff deliberately tries to avoid offers from subway app. Very unfriendly customer service.
The food was nice and fresh. The lady was in on her own, so it was a little slower service. However, that can't be helped when there's only one member of staff.
The philly cheese steak was NOT worth the money, we got a footlong sub yet only got 1 scoop of the steak, which is the same amount u get on a 6-inch.
The menu moved so quickly off the screen that you couldn't really look at it, so having a hard copy of the options may be of use if you're going to continue to use the screens.
The lady was extremely helpful when it come to the allergens list however I will say if u ask for vegan cheese on your food you only get the smallest amount of cheese, that was half the size of regular cheese which I found a little strange.
It’s unfortunate they they have now stoped doing vegetarian alternatives, other than the veggie patty and a salad sandwich. Also, when asking for salad on the sandwich, you have to constantly ask for them to put on as they put four pieces of lettuce and expect that to be a suffice amount.

I’ve been a regular customer here, but things have really gone downhill since the management changed few months ago. I ordered a full lamb shish recently, but what I received was clearly half the amount — it looked like they had cut the pieces in half while cooking, so while you technically get the same number of pieces, the quantity is far less than expected.
This is actually my second bad experience since the new management took over. When I returned the food and explained the issue politely, I was met with rudeness and shouting in their language instead of any attempt to resolve it.
It’s really disappointing to see a place I’ve supported for over a decade lose its quality and respect for customers. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s noticed this change — I might just be one of the few who returned the food and decided to speak up. We miss HAPPY

They claim to do the best kebabs in Kent. It's probably the only kebab I've had in Kent, but you could not get a better one. I can't wait to go again
The price of the food is great, I can't complain about that. And the size of what you get is great too, definitely what you expect. The only downside I had was I couldn't eat the meat because it just tasted like as if I was eating a farm. I have had a few kababs and I have never experienced this.
