Absolutely delicious pizzas – truly worth the wait! This little restaurant, hidden in a side street, serves some of the best pizzas I've ever had. Despite its small size, it's always very busy – a clear sign of how popular it is. I strongly recommend booking in advance. Even with a reservation, be prepared to wait quite a while for both starters and pizzas to arrive. We ordered the Vulcano as a starter – incredibly tasty, soft and flavorful dough, but €26 for a starter felt a bit too much for me. That said, the pizza prices are very reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. If you're patient, the food will definitely reward you!

Stopped here during my travels in Malta as one of the locals suggested this place to be one of the best pizza places in Malta best known for authentic Italian Pizza. This place did not disappoint! It was my first time trying Italian Pizza and we gave the server to surprise us with the pizza toppings and he did it disappoint. Was in awesome experience!

The pictures don't do justice to how wonderful these pizzas were. Absolutely flavourful and unique. Our server on the evening of the 22/07/25 was charismatic and professional. Really create a wonderful atmosphere at this hidden local gem!

Definitely the best two pizzas in my life. Both my wife and I enjoyed the richness of the flavors. Margarita and Buffalina, one better than the other. I've also eaten award-winning pizzas, but this is beyond any competition for perfection. Finally, there's also an excellent melon liqueur. And I can't praise the staff enough. So patient, smiling and accommodating, and they were very busy. And in that busy time, a couple ordered an expresso and they took the order with a smile on their faces and brought the expresso. Respect for the superb pizza (coming out of heaven) and the nice and friendly staff. Next time I come to Malta, Made in Sud is a must-see destination.

Went around 9pm and it was pretty busy, but the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The dessert I wanted wasn’t available, but they patiently suggested some good alternatives. Ended up going for a takeaway and really enjoyed the pizza.

Came here for the rabbit but had a full Maltese experience. While we were asking about the menu, the guy at the counter offered to provide us with a variety of Maltese dishes (in smaller portions) which we accepted. We tried the following dishes: Fenek (rabbit) - they didn't have the fried rabbit, so we opted for the stew. It was delicious! It was our favorite dish. I could eat more of this. Ziemel (horse meat) - a lean meat but the flavor was great. Bebbu (snail) - need to get your hands dirty but I appreciated that the snails didn't have the "lid" and I ate it with ease. Flavor 👍 Bragioli (minced beef) - reminded me of a meat loaf. Also delicious Qarabali (minced beef) - another minced meat dish. Was our least favorite dish. Would skip this next time. Our food came with a side of fries and roasted potatoes. All of this came out to €34.50. Value for money was great and the food was amazing. Each dish had a different flavor profile. 100% would come back again.

What Malta is about! Ask for a platter to try different foods. We had minestra, rabbit, qarabali mimli and braggjoli. Everything excellent, cheap and local.

It was amazing experience of Maltese cuisine. This is a family restaurant with simple friendly atmosphere and delicious food. We tried snails ( bebbux ), rabit stew, bragioli and beef stew. Our kids had enormous burgers. Everything was perfectly cooked and it was a great pleasure to eat.

Found this locals bar and restaurant on day out. Large daytime menu, more limited during the evening. Returned, shared massive baked macaroni starter, beef olives and pork chops. Followed by complimentary unshelled fresh monkey nuts and local Halva. Affordable traditional Maltese dishes at their best. Superb and we were stuffed. Under €45. Returned 3x and it was unfortunately closed. Really disappointed, hope all Ok. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the very first bite, the rabbit spring rolls made a fantastic first impression. The fish was perfectly cooked — moist and flavorful — and the vegetables and potatoes were done just right. The pasta was on a whole different level, rich in taste and cooked to perfection. Considering the top-tier quality of the food, the prices were very reasonable. I didn’t hesitate to book another evening right away. Easily my best dining experience in a restaurant here in Malta so far. Highly recommended!

Didn’t need to wait for a table, we were seated straightaway. Busy restaurant and we never felt like we are left without service! Food was very delicious! Starters were amazing but the main courses were star of the show! My fiancé asked for catch of the day and he was presented 3 different types of fish to choose from. Pasta lobster was delicious as well. Overall we would recommend the place! Really great 😊

We had an absolutely divine dinner at Venus — every dish was exceptional and the hospitality was truly wonderful. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a truly exquisite dining experience. The only tiny note from us, as crème brûlée fanatics, is that we found it a bit too eggy — perhaps that’s the local style. Still, this doesn’t take away from our full 5-star rating for this amazing restaurant!

We have had a very nice experience in this restaurant Very fancy. You should book for reservations because it is in high demand. Appetizers such as risotto or rabbit raviolis were tasty. Boeuf Wellington was very good and the saice too, but unfortunately potatoes and vegetables werent as good. Service is perfect.

Me and my wife both love seafood so whenever we go holiday we always end up eating seafood almost every single night! First time we went to Malta and was lovely anyway food was amazing and service was excellent too. An exclusive restaurant and a very pleasant place for a calm, elegant dinner. Fantastic service and excellent food. The fresh grilled sea bream I had was absolutely delicious – you could choose your fish directly from those displayed on ice. Prices are a bit higher, but they truly reflect the quality of the ingredients ans the level of service. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean with friendly and efficient staff. Was informed of the catch of the day and specials without requesting, as we were seated. Music slightly too loud (personal preference maybe), but the food was fresh. The Linguine was absolutely packed with all kinds of seafood (worth the €), and the pizza was delicious.Have a small kids menu. Nice choice of wine and other drinks, with a large seating area inside and out. Very well staffed and not over attentive.

We came here for breakfast, ordered a Berry dream cocktail, which is sugary for me personally, and they gave me half-rotten strawberries as a decoration. Pancakes with chocolate and banana are delicious and satisfying. The view from the terrace to the construction site well, there's nothing to do about it, in general it's not bad, but in the bill the waitress indicated an Americano, which we didn't order, I told this to another waiter, who gave one euro in apology, I don't know how much the Americano itself costs, like 2.40, well, let them be tipped.

A wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by whilst having your meal/drinks. Alex, is the main person to welcome you, he is very friendly and always has time to have a chat. He speaks several languages and greeted you in your own language Situated right on the promenade, this is a must visit place of you enjoy watching the boats and ships go by.

The best lasagna I ever ate in my whole life. This restaurant deserves a michellin star. Oh ma gawd. Just imagine. Ordering a lasagna and expecting melted cheese on top. The cheese on this lasagna was not melted. How revolutionary is this?! (See the picture) Also, the ice tea peach I ordered was the best ever. How could a ice tea peach not taste like ice tea peach. And being a iced tea; you have to be cold, and not warm. I was busy cutting my lasagna in pieces and believe me or not, I was like 30 seconds busy with cutting and I did not come through. I think I ate some porselain of the plate the lasagna was served on. And that tasted better than the lasagna. The girl that was singing was the highlight of the restaurant. Overall: I advise you to NOT eat at this place. The portions are small and it tastes like nothing.

Amazing customer service 👏 we have we have had a amazing meal family of 5 fresh sea bass delivered this morning, Nena has been a amazing host absolutely loved every moment, happy hour from 3pm till 8pm live jazz music absolutely amazing 👏. We have been 5 or 6 times recently and im only just putting a review 100% recommend. I had a great experience at Victoria Gastro Pub during my visit to Malta! I ordered the fish and chips, which were perfectly crispy and delicious – definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. To go with it, I had a Long Island Iced Tea that was mixed just right – strong, refreshing, and full of flavor. What really made the evening special was the amazing service. I was served by NENA, who was absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. Her positive energy really stood out and added to the great atmosphere of the place. Highly recommended if you’re in Malta and looking for good food, great drinks, and outstanding service!

We came here for dinner with no reservation and were seated immediately. Lots of good food and drink options and we had no complaints. We all got pasta dishes which were very yummy. They also had outdoor seating which was nice

I visited Ta' Pawla on Thursday night (23rd Oct 2025), after mistakenly turning up the night before to find that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. The restaurant was busy and the waiter serving the outside tables seemed quite stressed. At one point he snapped at a couple that he was busy serving people who had made reservations. They immediately left. When he found time for me I ordered from the set menu. Aljotta (Maltese fish soup), to start. The pork cheeks and a Maltese trifle for dessert. I had a pint of Cisk which arrived almost immediately. The Aljotta arrived and was really tasty. It only contained one mussel, which was Ok with me as I am not the biggest fan of shellfish. The soup was a great mix of fish, tomato and herb flavours with a base of veg and rice, making it a hearty dish. The pork cheeks had a much thinner sauce than the photos I had seen but they were beautifully cooked, tender and tasty. The side of potatoes and roasted veg (aubergine, courgette, green beans and peppers) was small but therefore didn't overshadow the pork. The trifle was a chocolate mouse atop a custard and sponge with crushed biscuit sprinkled on the top. The meal as a set menu cost €24.50 which I thought was great value for some very tasty authentic Maltese food. I will return, but will make a reservation next time, so as not to suffer the displeasure of the waiter.

We had dinner there today. We were welcomed by a very friendly and engaging waitress. And then came the food – a true richness of flavors! All the Maltese specialties were absolutely delicious – the soup, the main courses (rabbit and the Bragioli), and finally the dessert. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I visited Malta a few days ago and I wanted a Maltese cuisine.A rabbit meal being the one highly recommended by my uber driver in Manchester. I went into Ta’ Pawla Restaurant, had a look at their beautiful and rustic menu and selected the rabbit meal served with chips. There was a bit of language barrier seeing that their national language is Maltese, but I felt understood. The owner was a very nice and welcoming gentle man at the counter and you could tell he is a man of the people. It was late in the night and he was still in a jovial mood, I loved the atmosphere and the music low in the background. The meal was delicious and a good serving. I would highly recommend visiting and having a taste of Malta.

This restaurant is amazing! The starters were delicious and very generous - definitely get one between two people as we couldn’t finish ours. I ordered the ta Pawla pasta but unfortunately received something different. I didn’t notice at first that it was the wrong dish so I tried to eat what I could but eventually spoke to one of the servers and they confirmed that it was the wrong dish. They offered to bring me out the correct dish but I explained that by that point I was full and couldn’t eat anymore. I asked if I could just pay half price for the dish as I had eaten some of the pasta. The staff were extremely apologetic and super lovely throughout the ordeal. When they brought out the bill they told me that they weren’t going to charge us for the pasta dish and couldn’t stress enough how sorry they were for the mistake. We were so grateful for this lovely gesture and proceeded to tip them for their generosity. I will definitely go back next time we visit Malta as the food service and restaurant itself were amazing. Thank you so much!

my friend and I decided to embark upon the culinary journey of a maltese 3 course set menu and it was really good! very filling, we couldn’t finish the mains but they were yum. it was pretty good value for money as well around €25pp for the set menu. it was nice to try some maltese food and I recommend the rabbit (i’d never tried rabbit before but I liked it)

This beach club is immaculate!! The view of the sunset is jaw dropping. The infinity pool just melts away into the sunset backdrop. Cotton candy skies with the sun setting. Then comes the sushi boat. Who knew sushi at a beach club could be this good? I think about this once a day… would come back in a heartbeat

We visited the place both in the morning and in the evening for a pool party, and we were very impressed — the venue is beautifully designed around a stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea. There’s also a restaurant on-site, and the two dishes we ordered (a burger and pork belly) were good, with the standout being the French fries, which were excellent. Perfect for a relaxing and indulgent morning or afternoon!

It’s have a beautiful sea view with two pools. Absolutely chill location in summer. Less options for vegetarians or vegans to eat here. Limited drinks and beers. Very friendly staff and service and you can just walk a sea side from here. It’s quite beautiful to watch the sunset.

The best place everrrrrrr! Such a vibe especially on Sundays where they have a dj playing house music🤭You definitely have to come here in Summer when they have events…it is unreal! Drinks and food are a bit pricey but not as pricey as other beach clubs

What a way to spend the day. Staff were fab, sushi was amazing, wine was the perfect temperature and the cocktails were delicious. Will be back. One thing to note, it was hard to find beds in the sun, even when the sun shades were down, but I guess we were late in the season.

Beautiful ambiance and decor with chill music. We went twice during our stay near St. Paul’s. They serve marinated salmon and tuna tacos - it is the most delicious item on their menu. We also had their tuna tartar - it lacked flavour, but it was okay. We also ordered their salmon ceviche, to our dismay it was wasn’t a ceviche, it was a salmon carpaccio. The servers were all very friendly. However, these strange girls dressed like tennis players with sweaters wrapped around their necks are the ones who give you the bill - they don’t smile, nor make eye contact. They should just get the servers to present the bill, guests would be more inclined to tip the people who serve them vs some random girl at the very end.

A beautiful beach club that naturally comes at a price but also delivers on its promises. The sun loungers were comfortable. We had reserved them in advance, as it would otherwise be difficult to get in without a reservation. The food was also really tasty and they make every effort to ensure that customers are happy. The large pool is also very clean and has a wonderful view of the sea. I would go back again!

Came across this absolute gem of a restaurant courtesy of a TV program about the island. Made a rookie mistake, we did not book and just turned up, however they managed to find my wife and I a table, so my blushes were spared. I can happily report that it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the staff were amazing (especially Nicole, what a wonderful lady, had a lovely chat with her about the restaurant and the food) and the ambience was amazing. ALL the staff seemed genuinely happy at their place of work and to food that they were serving, by extension the customers were all happy also, would 100% recommend this restaurant if ever on the island.

Very pleasant atmosphere, one of the best restaurants we have ever been to, the beef ribs have a fantastic sauce and the tiramisu is definitely the best in our life, we have never had such good tiramisu in Italy. Magnificent wine selection and wonderful staff. A restaurant for every recommendation, we would especially mention the waiter who is originally from Macedonia and how wonderful he is with people.

Family run local restaurant in the heart of St. Pauls Bay. Indoor and outdoor area. We decided to stay outdoors today. It was warm but there are fans around the terrace. Menu covers pretty much everything. Beef was a choice for us, so we both enjoyed the fillets. 350 grams of butter soft meat that melts in your mouth. It’s a full meal, with a sauce and mushrooms, roasted potatoes on the side. Served in a rustic style, liked that. Also fair price. I repeat, meat quality is amazing! Pork ribs were fine. Not going to comment more on that, as Im not a ribs fan. Didn’t try any starters not desserts this time. But definitely will come back for it. Thank you for the service and nice lunch! Upon leaving we forgot our baby’s shoes! Someone called us immediately but we collected them next day. They were so nice and prepared a gift for her!!! So thoughtful and nice! Thank you, you kind people! You made our day!! ❤️❤️

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends for lunch and we were all really impressed. The food was absolutely incredible — I had the fish, and it was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Drinks were surprisingly affordable too — I had a gin and tonic for only 5 euros! Overall, a great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

They gave good suggestions to you from the manu and the seafood is fresh and tasty. All the dishes we had are stunning. You definitely should try this one!

Cozy family restaurant with a lovely Italian vibe and great decor. We popped in last minute on a Saturday evening and despite being very busy, they kindly accommodated us with a small wait. The owner and family take their time for each table to connect with some chat, jokes, recommendations and shared laughter. The service feels attentive, authentic and un-rushed. The food was truly excellent, especially the seafood antipasto for 2 we got as starter. Meals were well portioned and we definitely want to go back and try some of the other meat and fish dishes. Also, the house white wine is delicious! Highly recommend for food, service and ambiance.

Huge portions! We ordered 2x medium size cup and choosed 2 flavours each, Lemon-Perfect Snickers tastes like snickers and have huge chunks of snickers inside! Kinder country same as above! Paid 7,80 € for both ice cream and it was worth it!!! There is also coffe,granitas/slushys and many many more.This place is one of the Best in Saint Paul Bay.

To the Management of Sotto Zero, We absolutely love the gelato from Sotto Zero, it truly is the best ice cream on the island, and we have been loyal customers for more than 10 years. However, I would like to bring something to your attention regarding the customer experience. Unfortunately, the staff does not seem to reflect the amazing quality of your product. They are not very friendly and do not create a welcoming atmosphere. Instead of making guests feel valued, the service often feels rushed, simply asking for the order, processing payment quickly, and moving on to the next customer. On our last visit, the staff were even arguing in front of us, which left a very negative impression. Your gelato is outstanding, and ice cream is something that people naturally associate with joy and fun. The service should reflect that feeling, rather than giving the impression of being in a factory where customers are expected to leave as quickly as possible. I understand how demanding this type of work can be, as I also work in this field. But I also know that good service makes a lasting difference and always pays off in customer loyalty. I truly hope that management will consider improving the customer experience, as it is such an important part of enjoying your fantastic product!

Very disappointing experience.* I was served what was supposed to be a regular-sized gelato, but it was barely half the portion it should’ve been. It felt much lighter than the others of the same size. On top of that, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful. The gelato itself was also unpleasantly bitter. Definitely not coming back.

Decent selection of creamy ice cream. I haven't tried all the flavours but the snickers was creamy and very rich. They also do light refreshing flavours. Not sure if they have vegan/sorbet options as i didn't check. But as a chocolate fan they had plenty of choices for me. €3.50 for 2 huge scopes (i had 4 mini scopes for €3.50). Always love it when vendors allow this option!

One of the best ice cream parlour in Malta, with very good prices compared to the competitors. Very tasty gelato with quality ingredients.The only thing I would change is the size of the cups, too small especially if you get the three scoops the ice cream always drips out.

The best place to eat pastizzi in Malta in my opinion. The pea filling is very good and even though I'm a picky eater, I really liked it! The people working there are all very nice. The price of the food there compared to other places in Malta is very cheap!

Hole in a wall classic Maltese pastizzi (like filo pastry) with ricotta etc. fresh off the oven piping hot. It’s perfect for quick snack in between culture trip in Mdina and Rabat. Highly recommend. Often super busy so sitting could be an issue for those that want to get seated.

The best pastizzi of Malta. We could feel the tradition inside this store. Very good prices, because you won't find a good coffee for just 60 cents in anywhere nearby there. I recommend eating outside and see the plaza in front of Is-Serkin.

We had seen other reviews recommending this place and we are very happy we tried it. The pastizzis and other traditional nibbles were very cheap and tasty. The service was fast, and it was clear this establishment had a village environment.

Delicicious pastizzi from an unassuming cafe. Queue got long at 12 so get in early! They are served straight from the oven, so super fresh. Tried the cheese and peas options and they were both really good. The pastry was crunchy and flaky and the filling was flavourful. Best of all, they were only 50-60 cent!

Just wow! We was just coming out of Medina and we were walking across towards Rabat and we saw a bunch of school kids eating some sort of pastry and then we saw the companies name of the bag and it was queues out the door so we definitely thought this is the place to eat for light snack. Hands down, it is one of the most delicious, flaky crispy pastizzi I didn’t even know what it was called but the atmosphere that was filled inside the room bought me back to 1996 just a nice exaggeration but that’s the vibe I felt the oven was authentic. It’s old it’s just such a vibe when you see old people sitting down eating enjoying a coffee. Look in my photos I can’t believe you can buy anything for €0.60 we brought two pasitizzi and one ricotta pie a toasty ham and cheese and a milky coffee for just under €5. We’re definitely recommend if you’re wanting something like to snack on but with a punch of flavour. Highly recommend.

I stumbled across this Restaraunt after exploring the Dingli cliffs and viewpoints so decided to have lunch. This is a very authentic restaurant with locally sourced produce. The selection of dishes we had were all cooked very well and were very tasty. We were able to get a table without a reservation, not sure if this would be the case in an evening though. Well worth giving this place a try if you’re down in Dingli.

The experience began with a beautiful tour of the family-owned estate, where we picked our fresh ingredients straight from the fields. There’s something incredibly grounding about seeing and touching the very produce you’ll later transform into a meal. The connection to the land was immediate and powerful. Once back in the kitchen, our Chef, Godwin, who was not only exceptionally skilled but also warm, funny, and passionate about Maltese cuisine, walked us through each recipe with patience and joy, making sure everyone felt confident and involved. The dishes we created together were vibrant, traditional, and absolutely delicious—and made even more special by the fact that we’d harvested much of it ourselves just hours before. To finish the day, we all gathered around a communal table to enjoy the fruits of our labour, surrounded by good company. It was the experience that stays with you long after the last bite. Thank you to Godwin and the entire team at Diar il-Bniet for an inspiring, nourishing day. I left with a full belly, a full heart, and a deeper appreciation for Maltese food and culture. I recently visited the café and had a wonderful experience. The environment is extremely clean, organized, and harmonious. The staff are always very helpful, and Maricá is a true gem—always kind, smiling, and attentive. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her excellent service.

Delicious food, friendly staff, prices are ok. Recommend the aubergine. Be careful with the spaghetti with rabbit, has a lot of tiny bones that can break your teeth or make you stroke.

I've dined at Diar il-Bniet 3 times now and as a proud Maltese, I can say that you'd be experiencing the Maltese way here. The food is really good and you can actually taste how fresh some ingredients are in certain dishes (they use their own produce). The atmosphere is really nice and the mini shop at the entrance is such a nice feature. I've also been to a jam class here, where we physically picked plums and apricots from their fields, hence I can attest to the genuineness. One thing I'd say is that the last time we were there, we noticed that the menu got a lot smaller and albeit demand somewhat dictates this, the first and second times we were there, the options were better (l-orzo tal-pizelli for instance).

A really pleasant airy restaurant in Dingli - expect local delicacies tuna patties, rabbit and seafood - swordfish was cooked well. All ingredients are local and prices are as expected.

Food was really disappointing especially for the price, we ate out 5 times on our trip and this was the worst experience as everywhere else has been great! Steak was grisly and not much flavour, vegetable on plate was stringy and had to ask for a sharper steak knife to be brought out as just gave me a standard knife which was hard work! My daughter had a fancy pizza which she said taste was really off and left half of it, and the calamari was overdone. Only good things were view over the bay and the hot chocolate, definitely avoid as so many better places to visit from our experience. When mentioned to staff, no apologies or offers to rectify/adjust bill either.

Had such a lovely experience at Ostrica during my stay in St Paul’s Bay. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and right by the water, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food was genuinely delicious, especially the oysters and pasta, and the cocktails were spot on. What really made the evening memorable though was the team. Venkata, Sameer and Nemo were absolutely brilliant – so friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever being over the top. You can tell they really care about making people feel at home. It’s one of those places you leave already wanting to come back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you Ostrica team!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Ostrica Restaurant and we got the best table with amazing views over the bay - the spectacular sunset. We had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary here. The view of the sea was stunning, the atmosphere calm with soft music, and everything was very well organized. Service was excellent, the washrooms were spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious — especially the tartar sauce. Although the prices were a little on the higher side, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible! The food was fantastic and the location is so lovely especially at sunset! This was easily the best meal we’ve had in Malta so far on our trip! All the staff were lovely, especially our waiters, Venkata and Samin, who talked us through the menu and gave us their recommendations! If you come to Malta, you need to go to Ostrica!

Food experience was a rather disappointing one. Fish cakes were dry and the spaghetti octopus was over cooked. Service very uncoordinated and we were even charged for a beer we didn't order. Unfortunately, waiting staff were not trained and barely knew how to speak English. Such a pity when you consider that this restaurant has one of the most beautiful views of the island.

Very large portions, couldn't finish our mains. Garlic bread starter could have been for the entire table, so good value. Service could have been slightly better, after mains delivered it was difficult to get hold of a waiter.

We've ordered Calamari for a starter and Chicken Burger Deluxe and two Pasta Salmon. Calamaries were awful, they were gummy and they're not pieces but sometimes whole calamari. Chicken Burger Deluxe is just a piece of chicken and slice of ham (not beacon), chips served with burger were cold. Salmon was dry. Also my dishes (plate and glass) were clearly dirty. Oily fingerprints and some stains. Waste of money, do not recommend.

They were very kind and nice to customers what we appreciated a lot. We get our drinks and food very fast. We ordered calamari and veggie pizza. Taste was average. Veggies on the pizza were not well baked almost raw only cheese was melted. Tartar sauce had too oily taste.

Surprisingly good meal as we just stoped on our way by for some lunch! Wait was very long but we didn’t mind as the food was fresh and delicious! We thought price was a bit high for quality but overall we really enjoyed!

The pizza is not good. The crust is burnt, the salami is just thrown on the pizza, and it is burnt. I do not recommend. Nice staff, nice location... but that does not help anything.

Decent pizza, thick on cheese, thin on pepperoni, thicker crust than expected considering how close Bugibba is to Italy but not bad. Pairs well with a local Cisk.

Gandhi Tandoori gave us a mixed but overall pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is simple and unpretentious — nothing over the top, but clean and welcoming. It’s a place that focuses more on substance than flash, which I do appreciate. We ordered a combination of dishes: Beef Fry, Chicken Curry with Porotta, and a Masala Dosa. The portions were really generous — you definitely get value for money in terms of quantity. Everything was served hot and well-plated, and the wait time wasn’t too long either. The Beef Fry was nicely cooked with a good depth of spice, and the portion was filling. The Chicken Curry was rich, mildly spiced, and paired well with the flaky porottas. The Masala Dosa was a pleasant surprise, served crisp and packed with flavorful potato filling. While each dish had its own strengths, a little extra punch in terms of boldness or seasoning could’ve made them truly stand out. But again, that’s just a personal preference — others might find the flavors spot on. Where this place really shines is the service. The staff, especially the waiter who served us, was very respectful and attentive throughout. It made the whole experience smoother and more comfortable. Overall, I’d say Gandhi Tandoori offers a hearty meal with a kind atmosphere. It’s the kind of spot where you’ll be looked after, and that counts for a lot. A bit more flair in the food would elevate it even more, but it’s still a solid choice for anyone craving Indian dishes in the area.

We had an early Sunday lunch booking, which is recommended since it’s VERY busy on Sundays. There was the option of choosing starters and following that having the buffet, or else the a la carte menu. We chose the former and the tandoori chicken was just right, onion bhajis nice and crispy and very tasty meat pakoras. The mains were varied and plentiful, including vegetarian, beef and lamb dishes from all over the sub continent. Loved it and it was very well priced

I absolutely love Indian food and enjoy exploring different restaurants, but Gandhi Tandoori truly has my heart. The food was very good, we ordered the set menu, it was not only tasty but also generous we ended up asking to take home what we didn't eat. The host was very professional asking us if we need anything , seeing when we are done with one course and bringing the next. And when they say is served hot it is, video in attachment if I managed. I recommend this restoran to everyone :)

Cant give an accurate review as never went in. They advertise a meal for 1 and as a lone traveller thought that it looked a good deal. Unfirtunately you can only order meal for 1 if there are 2 of you! It is probably 1 reasin why it was empty when I looked in.

I recently went to Gandhi Tandoor with my friends, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, We asked for a table, but the man at the reception said none were available. We told him we would not stay long, but instead of offering us a table, he suggested we sit outside even though it was very windy. Strangely, there were plenty of empty tables inside. Since we didn’t want to sit outside, we asked for takeaway instead. While waiting, We noticed that two men arrived without a reservation and were immediately given a table. Shortly after, three ladies also came without a reservation. At first, the same man said there was no table, but when one of the ladies insisted, he told them to wait a few minutes and then seated them. This felt very insulting and unfair to us. When we collected our takeaway and paid, we were not given a bill, which is the restaurant’s responsibility to provide. Overall, I felt unwelcome and poorly treated. A restaurant should treat all guests with fairness and respect, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Amazing gem with a gorgeous garden ambiance, great food, good wine selection, and absolutely lovely team. We were well looked after! And the best part are the cats who wander the garden and keep a polite distance if you want your peace or come for a snuggly cuddle puddle if you need to get your cat fix.

One of our favorites. We had drinks and appetizers in the garden as the afternoon stop. Loved the quiet elegance and laid back ambience of the place. Fantastic location for a romantic date. Great well thought through food with impeccable presentation and top ingredients. It’s located in a historic building and is beautiful inside as well.

Worst experience in my life. They smack into my sandwich completely raw mince instead of maltese sausage. Why? For what? What’s wrong with you there?! All sandwich screwed up with my mood for all morning, I was so shocked and I’ve never encountered anything like this anywhere and just burst into tears.. It's not just not tasty - it's dangerous to your health.

XUFI Café & Bistro (or as we now fondly call it, “the Olympic feast”) was our very first stop on the Maltese food tour. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a waiter and promptly shown to our table—always a good start when you're starving and mildly sunburnt. We spent a few minutes sizing up the menu before the waiter popped back over to rattle off the specials. Feeling adventurous, we went for the snail stew and chicken wings to kick things off. Now, the chicken wings were absolutely massive—think pterodactyl, not pigeon. They were tasty and great value for money, but we had to box up the last two as we realised we’d never make it to our mains otherwise. The snails came in a generous portion too. Had we known the starters were enough to feed a small army, we might've skipped the mains altogether. But no—gluttony prevailed. We soldiered on and ordered the rabbit spaghetti and horse meat stew. The rabbit spaghetti, I’m afraid, was a bit of a let-down. It looked more like a rabbit had been flung onto the plate than thoughtfully prepared. There was barely any meat, just a chopped up carcus, and the garnish was, quite frankly, like chewing a shoelace. Not the culinary adventure we had in mind. The horse meat stew, on the other hand, was surprisingly nice—tender and flavourful. Sadly, the sides let it down: the mashed potato was clearly instant (you can always tell), the chips tasted like they'd been sitting out since breakfast, and the “seasonal veg” was more oil slick than side dish. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag. The service was ok, took our starters away and forgot to give us clean cutlery, had to ask a few times, though cleaning the table next to us was more important. Solid starters, but the mains galloped off course. Still, it made for a memorable first meal—and hey, at least we didn’t order dessert. Probably would've needed a forklift to get us out.

A simple place, no frills... But the food... The chef here is a real talent, that's some of the best swordfish I ever had! The caper sauce on point, the veg great and potatoes exceptional. I'll be back for sure for a lazy midweek lunch!

Without reservation the best sea bass I’ve ever tasted. Served by chef who was the perfect host and most informative despite a relatively busy Friday October evening. Great bottle of wine. Cannot fault and actually recommend highly, really highly, also exceedingly good value and I would have paid more.

A lucky find amongst the many restaurants here. What a nice surprise. The owner welcomed us with open arms. We came for the rabbit on the menu but he convinced us to try something else and he did not disappoint us. The meat was tender, delicious and fresh. He made us feel welcome, had a good choice of wines, good music and most important... He had a genuine smile on his face. Overall ambiance is very good. Small place but defenitely worth a visit. We will be back.

We instantly fell in love with this small pub, due to it's cozy atmosphere. The servers and the older lady were all very nice to us. You should definetely go there if you're in for some cocktails (wow!) or some other drinks!

We stopped by on Sunday afternoon and the food was amazing I had the bacon cheeseburger and the others had the Sunday Roast. My uncle said it was the best meal he had had since being here (it was our last day)!!! Would definitely recommend staff super friendly was an added bonus

Husband and I stopped here for dinner earlier tonight (07/09). Let’s start by saying if I could rate higher than 5 then I would! The cocktails are so much more palatable than others we’ve tried - the perfect blend. The coleslaw was heaven - the chips were glorious, perfectly cooked to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers: I got their bacon burger with special sauce and all I can say is that I went to heaven. My husband got the pulled pork and said it just melted in his mouth - no grissly bits in sight! Service was 10/10 from greeting to paying. We were asked how we were, where we would like to sit, provided with ample time to view both the food and drinks menu and the service was prompt! We are only on night 3 in Malta and we already cannot wait to visit again! Especially during their 2-4-1 cocktail hour!

We had an organized dinner in this restaurant as part of the hotel's half board. We didn't expect much, because the hotel is mediocre, but the food in this restaurant was fantastic. Over the course of 8 days, we tried various dishes that they had on special offer. Everything was super tasty, well seasoned, nicely baked and served. The only thing that didn't really excite us was some kind of boiled potato, but that's up to our taste. The staff is super friendly, especially the guy and girl from Serbia who work there. They tried and did everything well even on dinners when they had a big crowd.

A gastropub that runs out of beer? That already sets the tone. Add to that the soggy, undercooked fries next to the fish and chips and the disappointing nachos, and it’s hard to see past the flaws. I can understand slow service, but when you put it all together, it was honestly a fail of an experience. Go somewhere else.

We've been there twice. We had a nice Sunday roast and the other day we ordered pasta, ribs and burgers. The portions are huge and well priced. The only complaint is that the burger was almost burnt. We enjoyed the happy hour as well.

Good location with outdoor seating. Staff seemed very friendly but I can’t really justify to come back here again. Indoors was unventilated let alone air conditioned. All the cigarette smoke from people outdoors comes straight into the place leaving you feeling it’s free to smoke inside. We sat around lunch time on a Sunday. Service was slow. They also ran out of draft beer - 4 of 5 taps gone only leaving Hoegaarden. Fish and chips came oil soaked, uncooked potatoes and with rocket that’s not fresh. I don’t recommend nachos chilli con carne either. Here’s not a gastropub. Get lucky and have a beer outside but definitely skip here for the food.

A wonderful place with wonderful people. i spent only three Days in malta with my friends and both nights went there. Just unforgettable, thanks to all the employees and the owner for treating us like their family ❤️.

Went three times during our two week stay. Come Saturday ( our last night) it’s party night she said. Turned up Saturday night , I went to the bar my partner went to sit down. You can’t sit there it’s reserved she was shouted at. Three moves later when we were getting a bit annoyed she told us we could sit in the back part of the pub. Apparently all the best seats are reserved for locals. The place was empty. No luv I’ll just sit in another pub. Oh and you were still empty an hour later as I passed but I had a great time at the velvet lounge.

Clearly the only people welcome are the regulars in here! If your a geriatric stuck in the 1940s then this is right up your street! The DJ was really rude. My boyfriend got up to sing a queen song to try and liven the place up and he was rudely interrupted just as he had started by the DJ who said he was too loud. It was ok however for another local guy to get up and sing his song loudly and not be shot down! From our experience karaoke nights are supposed to be about having fun and having a laugh and not being judged by your voice! It’s not a talent contest! Safe to say that we won’t be returning! Steer clear! 👎 👎

Traditional English style pub on the edge of the action area of bugibba. It is probably a 5min walk from the square. Reasonable prices and karoke on some nights. Good draft selection also available. Pool table here also, which can be busy at times.

Very nice place with very good music, shisha, good prices friendly waiters, definitely a good place for enjoyment and relaxing. I recommend Grapevine bar to everyone. Wish nice day to everyone.

On our walk around the coastline of Malta and Gozo I've made a point to have rabbit when it is available. We ate here last night and it was the nicest eating experience we have had in Malta. Marley's opens at 7pm and there was quite a few locals waiting for entry. The atmosphere was comfortable and authentic and the staff were friendly. The menu is limited but that's what makes this restaurant special, as it specialises in rabbit. The servings are huge and perfectly cooked and the lovely lady who owns the restaurant offered us a serve of the local prickly pear liquor to try after listening about our adventures around Malta. Thank you for an outstanding dining experience.

The best traditional Maltese style fried rabbit you can get on the island. 3 or more decades of experience makes this the best experience for this dish. Prior Booking, although not compulsory, is highly recommended since this place is busy and requested by locals and foreigners daily and all year round.

Marley's is a nice place for family and friends gathering. Food is delicious. We had fried rabbit which was tasty and done wonderful. Ribeye was tender and cooked medium rare. A place to be to enjoy good food and good company. Recommended.

Usually when you have a limited menu at a restaurant it is either a bad place or an authentic genuine family restaurant. Well, Marley's falls for sure into this second category; the plates are genuine and really tasty and good. You definitely must take the spaghetti with rabbit sauce where the rabbit and the maltese spices hit your mouth, and they where well "al dente"; and as a main plate you can take the rabbit sold in half or as a whole, depending on the number of people around the table and their hunger. The flavour of the rabbit is not overcome by any particular spice nor the garlic flavour is predominant; the pairing sauce is simply too good not to be eaten in full. As a side the rabbit comes with fries. Family friendly athmospere and, even though sometimes the noise is a bit loud, this is manageable. When the weather permits, you can easily eat outside. Reservation advised and strongly recommended to not be disappointed. Marley's enters my personal list on the top spots on the island where to eat genuine rabbit dishes.

Marleys is a traditional Maltese restaurant specialising in rabbit. They serve other meats, horse and steak etc but it's the rabbit people go there for. Ranjs up there with Charlie's at Salina. Great rabbit, reasonably priced, good service in a simple restaurant. My friend and I had Spaghetti Rabbit followed by fried rabbit with rabbit jus. Both excellent.

Extremely unsatisfactory service, with unhelpful and impolite staff. I requested an Express macchiato with a glass of water, but the barista replied that they do not offer a glass of water, only a bottle. I mentioned having received a glass of water in couple of days ago with no problems, but he was unwilling to listen and became agitated, seeming to struggle with understanding English. This resulted in him raising his voice as he became frustrated. This is unacceptable. Customer service for customer. I just asked for glass of water and was willing to pay for a full of bottle water but in the glass but this wasn’t forthcoming coming.?? So I left the café. Disappointing

Very decent lunch food and nice atmosphere and staff. Got a sandwich, cake and some juice here as brunch as well as having been in to get a smoothie before. Would recommend!

Ideal location, a great place to relax in front of the ocean, service and coffee spot on. Visited today ordered a ice macchiato, americano and a almond syrup sponge cake with cream. The lady service us was great, couldn’t get her name but service was top notch. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys 👍

As some pointed out, it’s an OK café for either a quick bite or for a quick drink. Good location as it’s just next to Buġibba Square. Nothing really stands out in terms of the atmosphere or the quality of service.

Always aware of reviews that say "best this or best that" unless you've tried them all and can honestly say that. Anyway, this was a good macchiato coffee at the Bay Square cafe @€1.35

Great traditional Maltese food. As it should be...

Went to dinner with colleagues, we ordered a la carte and I obviously tasted everything. Ordered a mix dish of horse meat, quail and rabbit, great, octopus dish, great and I took a whole rabbit garlic, exquisite, as a dessert I recommend the apple pie even if I took the bannofee ... Very intimate and characteristic place for the area, I recommend going at least once... Negative point that all the dishes lacked slightly salt, but on the table there were sachets of salt and pepper so this is my point of view and my taste ... I attach photos... Great experience, I will be back!

If you are looking for authentic Maltese village food, this is the place. We wanted traditional food and found it here. They serve and we had, snails in a very nice tasty sauce, followed by traditional Maltese spaghetti whith rabbit sauce, absolutely delicious. Followed by horse meat in a red salsa, pork ribs in a bbq sauce and pan fried rabbit with garlic and onions. We were not disappointed, the service was efficient and professional, these people have done this before, and the food was great!!!

I looked for authentic Maltese dishes and found them here. Delicious. I enjoyed the three meat mix: horse (first time eating it), quail, and rabbit. Nice homey atmosphere. big portions. Recommended.

Its probably one of the best places in the whole of malta that you can eat if you are on a budget , The food was great and a lot for the price , Recommend 100%

This is the worst kebab pita I’ve ever had. The meat was dry and not that great and they don’t know how to put the pita together. It was like eating separate layers. Nothing really tastes that great. The place was pretty dirty too. I almost didn’t go through with buying the food. Not sure how this places averages 4 stars.

Horrendous! The most disgusting food! I was shocked when I saw maggots inside the chicken! We had seen them after eating the food! Avoid this place. DO NOT GO THERE!! They must be shut down immediately! I wish I could give them 0 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good place to have a meal. Bulgarian style food. The salad was good portion and fresh. Beer was cold and refreshing. The meat was just taken from the stove. I got mixed meat. Which had 1/2 chicken, come kebabches, souce and bread. 5/5.

Amazing hidden little gem located in St pauls Bay away from all the hussle and bustle! Perfect if you want the best homemade quisine and the flavours are absolutely amazing! With a hint of Bulgarian the whole way through from the owner/food/ to the overall interior- absolutely outstanding, we highly recommend! And to end it all, the prices are spectacular, if you are looking for cheap and cheerful 😊

Very tasty, small local grill, but they really know how to make meat juicy and soft. We had mixed meat plate and slow cooked beef. Both very good choices. Coming again to try something other.

Yummy food and affordable service is good too. They don't accept card cash only it is better you have enough cash in your wallet,because we thought they accept card for that we only payed 20 euro instead of 22,the staff was understanding about it. But over all yummy food and the serving is more than enough for two you need to visit them and try their yummy food..

Very basic accommodation. No running water in first room so had to swap which was good as we actually got decent wardrobe's in the second room. The drains stank though and the traffic noise is horrific. Forget sleeping if you have the balcony door open for fresh air.

We went to this hotel a few ago but the welcome and friendliness from the owner and staff made you feel at home and it was kept clean and fresh throughout our stay well recommended. Only disappointment was parking our car but we did overcome this problem .

Not too expensive. The air conditioning system in the room has extra fee. The windows open to the bay and the main road: wonderful sight but awful noise.

Great views from the rooms! The only small thing was that nobody was there at the reception/restaurant when we arrived. I had to knock on the kitchen door a couple of times to get someone out to give us the keys.

The apartment was not clean, was not well equipped, was very hot and the earplugs are must since its very loud. To discover the nothern part is a good location and the view was amazing.

You must stop here this Canadian was so happy to find this place that we returned for a second time. The food here is so good staff is friendly and take good care of you. The food is so delicious. The pizza was amazing. The Adana was delicious. The French fries are perfectly cooked.

Their food selection is incredible. The staff is super friendly and patient. They have so many sides to choose from. You get so much food for a decent price and it’s all so fresh. Highly recommend eating here! Lots of seating too.

Visited this excellent eatery on our first day in Malta. The food quality was fab and service fast and professional. The portions are large so consider sharing a main dish as you can get upto 6 salad options with bread and chips. Order that twice and you'll regret it. I would visit this place again and defo try their spicey sauce on your kebab. It's not mega hot but a nice heat level. A delicious place to get quality food and the loos are also very clean.

My favorite Turkish kebab in Malta personally, always fresh, delicious and tasty food. All the staff are professional, funny and great at their jobs. Good portions too!

All the food and salads were absolutely delicious. Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The staff were very polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Food could not be faulted. Was lovely., traditional Greek food. It is a bit like you are sitting in a building site though. People craving past you as you are eating. Service wasn't the best. Drinks were brought with hot glasses. We had to ask for ice, which never arrived. We have received a lot better service. Check you bill as well. As when I walked away, I had been over charged and didn't realise until I checked later on that night.

Delicious and massive portions for the price. The meat, chips and salad and best shared as you get alot. Very tasty and you can sit outside aswell.

Enjoyed the kebabs so much, we went twice in 5 days. Second time i had the falafel platter with cherry buzz smoothie. It was so delicious and our server was friendly and helpful. Recommended for great value food.

Absolutely delicious! Great options for meat eaters and veggies alike. I had the small salad plate which includes any 4 salads of my choosing +hummus. So good and only €4! Will be back again during my holiday.

This place was just down the road from the hotel I was staying at so thought I would give it a try. I opted for the falafel wrap but unfortunately was left disappointed as they used frozen falafels. Salad was nice but the hummus wasn't too my liking as I'm use to a thicker texture

Amazing food here, very friendly and helpful staff. This restaurant was really near to our flat, so we took away food from this place. And it's was really amazing experience. Food was really tasty and great.

Popped in for lunch and had a delicious Chicken Donar Kebab with really fresh salads. Got 5 salads, lots of meat, chips and pita bread. Very happy with out choice.

I've never had anything bad to say about this place, their kabobs are on point. Great options, such as spiced onions, tomato salad mix, other various vegetables and things like pickled cabbage and sweet cabbage. Think if you throw all those onto a kabob with some mixed meat and some mild spice, you can't go wrong! Perfection

Absolutely loved our time at zer015 Bar in St. Paul’s Bay! The spot is just perfect — right by the water with stunning views all around. It’s such a great place to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the vibe. My absolute favorite was their espresso martini — seriously one of the best I’ve had! Smooth, strong, and just what you need to kick off a great evening. If you’re around St. Paul’s Bay, definitely stop by — perfect for a chill night with good drinks and even better views!

Hidden Gem!!! This little cute restaurant is the perfect brunch spot. Amazing coffee amazing omelette. It was custom made not even on the menu and they went above and beyond to cater for needs, and let me just say that this was one the best omelette I’ve had. Big shout out to Karl and greca who own this cute little family run snack bar!

Stopped here during my travels from Canada and I really enjoyed the Latte Macchiato here! This place was definitely my go to spot for Latte Macchiatos. Service was great and staff are very friendly and accommodating to my nut allergy which is greatly appreciated. There is also outside seating as well with a beautiful view of the boat docks and Mediterranean Sea. Highly recommend this place if you are in the St. Paul’s area in Malta.

I went here because it had great reviews with my daughter. We were greeted with smiles. Shown to our table and menus were brought. I had Pollo alla Cacciatora, my daughter had the risotto with crispy bacon sprinkled over it. Glass of wine each. Both meals were delicious. Got chatting to the owner i think lol. Lovely atmosphere inside. It was too cold for us to be outside as it was Oct. The staff were fantastic. I would recommend this place.

The service was amazing and friendly, the food takes time but the wait deserve what they serve. The food keep me speechless. For the Atmosphere you can choose what you like to feel, really I have no other words for because they left me speechless.

Yes! Yes! Yes! This tiny place is incredible. It's got a great vibe, the food is fresh and delicious, the staff are so very warm and welcoming (although how the three of them managed to work so harmoniously in such a tiny space blows my mind!). The portions are beyond generous, and everything was cooked to order - and to perfection. If you haven't had battered perch before, please do try it you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for local fish and chips, look no further - THIS IS THE BEST!!!!

We went there in the evening and were absolutely thrilled with the food! We had the Calamari Fritti and the Fish Burger – both were a 10/10. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fins & Gills in St. Paul’s Bay is a must-visit if you love fresh fish and chips! We stayed at the Bora Bora Ibiza Hotel, and it’s not far from there. Everything is cooked fresh to order, so yes, you might wait around 25 minutes, but it’s completely worth it. The fish was flaky and full of flavour, the batter light and tasty, and the chips were perfectly cooked—never soggy. They also do battered prawns, which I didn’t get a chance to try this time, but I’ll definitely go for them next visit. Malta is a fishing country, and it really shows—the freshness and flavours are incredible. Honestly, UK fish and chips can’t compete with this! We’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend

Didn't expect so much fish, one portion enough for two arriving warm enough to but also heated amazing in an air fryer for 2 mins for late eaters. Made my birthday thank you x

McDonalds over looking the construction of St Paul’s bay. They have the nacho cheese triangles which are great. Food came hot and quickly. Store isn’t clean. Floors, bathrooms, trash bins, tables etc are all dirty and need to be cleaned. All of the doors are covered in greasy handprints and grease streaks. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

McDonald's Bugibba Square offers great fast food but at the cost of a long wait due to how busy it gets here. The food definitely makes up for this with the food quality. The environment around the McDonald's and also that it has an upstairs outdoors seating area is nice.

Best mackers I have visited so far. Nice and clean with interesting decor and lovely loos. Good system in place and nice selection in the mac cafe area. Also noted g4 security on site so helpful with any trouble.

It's McDonald's. It's clean and tidy, the service is nice. I'm surprised that there aren't many items on the menu available in other countries. It's ok though.

This is a great recommendation for McDonald’s lovers. I ordered a Big Mac with Regular Fries and a Lemon Iced Tea, the food was delicious and more than great. The menu had scrumptious and most definite succulent options some of which that blown me away were the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry, Lotus Biscoff White Hot Chocolate and the options from the McCafe. I really enjoyed it and would rate it a 5 STAR experience

My friends and I visited this restaurant. It was truly awful. We ordered a small meal so we can stay fit for the summer. Although it was a small meal, we waited for 10-15 minutes! We were bored like a dog and my friend started crying like a baby. After a loooonnnngggg time we decided to ask if the food was going to be given to us byc eventually. Because the employees deleted the orders before they even finished them, they forgot our order. My other friend burst into tears. I panicked!! After a few minutes, we finally got our food. Then we started eating and some strange lady asked us for something to drink. I was creeped out and we escaped. It was really strange. The food was good tho.

These are the best burgers in St Paul's Bay and the best we had anywhere in Malta (stayed for a month)! Better than any of the local pubs/golden arches/burgers ink - can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent ingredients, always fresh and made with care. The hotdogs are superb as well, nice to be able to choose between turkey or pork dog as well. The mexican hotdog has taken my no 1 spot as best hot dog of all time, the classic burger with curried onions is in my top 5. Visit this place, support a small local business and not a chain, you won't regret it!

biggest hotdog i had in my life 😂 sausage delicious, great sauce, big bun. portion of fries and choice of soft drink. all that under 15€. more than enough, too much even. inside of the restaurant so clean it’s spotless. i really like that!! appreciate. the effort. thank you, will get more from you for sure! ✌🏻

This experience was really amazing. We order two obsession and we were really surprise to see how big it is. Cost 14 euros, coming with one soft drink and fries(which i couldnt eat, that much hot dog was big). Taste was really original and really good. Sausage was little bit small but its complete with all the other ingredients. I'm in malta for one year and it's the best fast food i tried. Negative point(because always have) it's the employee who don't really speak english and music was too much loud.

Great hot dogs but even more amazing staff! I dropped my hot dog (totally my fault) but they replaced it, no questions asked and wouldn't let me pay for another one. Totally recommended! Thank you guys!!

Sizes are huge , however not the way ud like it to be. When i ordered a hodog i dont expect to have to eat it with a knife and fork what a mess , was horrible + pretty expensive despite that not being the main issue

My Belgian girlfriend and I visit this place every time we have a day on the beach. The food is brilliant, the fries are typical Belgian Fires, lovely sauces and the bicky burger is delicious. The staff are super friendly and really good people. And they also provided their own trash bins. Definitely a must never miss food truck and beats all other similar fast food establishments by a mile.

Definitely the best fries in Malta!!! Also the best fries I have ever had!! You can really tell the difference in taste! Amazing selection of dips and other bites. Make sure you try the croquet!!! Easy to park and make a quick stop. Can only recommend!

In Malta were food quality can be quite up and down these guys are great! I'm not a big fast food person but this done properly double/triple? fried fries. Best bitterballen I've had outside of Amsterdam! And I usually don't eat chicken unless I know where it's from and what part but the chicken corn is an exception to the rule!

My wife got mad because I stopped for these fries and when we got the order they were super extra crispy from all the oil used, like really hard and could barely taste potato. I thought the potatoes were going to be cut and fried on the spot, instead they’re pre-made so unsure how long they’ve been there. Would rather just have fries from a kebab spot to be honest and I’m not trying to be some overly critical customer or whatever.

This place does the best fries, and the food is excellent as well. 100% worth trying if you haven't before. 5 stars all the way!

Don't let appearances fool you, what looks like a cross between a side street bar and a pizza shack is actually a really nice little restaurant for take away or eating in. Food was delicious, great portion sizes and easily catered to a bunch of fussy eaters. Really friendly staff and excellent value for money. Highly recommended 🙂

Paid €2.50 for a so called cheese sandwich.... was tiny with 1 slice of cheese. Practically just tasted like bread and butter. Also had about 15 flies pestering me non stop

Arrived Friday evening,staying at the Topaz Hotel,ate here on that evening and enjoyed a tasty hot Carbonara with garlic bread,partner had Gammon which sadly was very thin and over cooked,had breakfast there the next morning which was fine,next night after a busy day and not wanting to go far I suggested we visit again and both have the Carbonara,sadly it was cold,and the garlic bread was forgotten and hastily thrown together(half melted cheese on half toasted bread)!!delivered after we had finished our meal,we couldn’t complain as the lady who served us was far too busy moaning and swearing into her mobile phone,guessing she doesn’t enjoy her job!chap who served us was pleasant and courteous though,very busy junction and would make more money from better staff🤷‍♀️

BURGER: only bread and meat "Large" coke: only 0.3 People: Very unfriendly On the Card the coke costed 1.50, we had to pay 2.00 We were a group of 6 boys and everyone got less changing money back than we should get back! RIP-OFF! and the burger was bad too...

Ideally placed in a relatively quite and tranquil area of Bugibba. Very moderately priced and very decent meals. Good meeting place and good service.

This pizza was truly one of the best I’ve ever tasted in my life – simply perfect. The dough was light and airy, with a beautifully balanced flavor that made every bite a delight. The ingredients were fresh, and the overall taste was just exceptional. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If we ever visit Malta again, we will definitely be coming back!

I have real mixed feelings about this place. The positives are, the pizza is absolutely epic… perhaps one of the best on the island, however the venue is let down by many other factors… The person who served us wearing Adidas sports wear, looked very dishevelled, whilst other staff had branded smart clothing, this person just looked like a scruffy tourist serving us. The venue is split into two halves, the main counter and cooking area in one shop/retail unit, which looks really welcoming with its tv, led sign. However, it looks like they expanded into another vacant retail unit a couple of doors down (with a mini supermarket separating them) and this other area is stark and uninviting, cold atmosphere with a weird mint green wall paint and high gloss marble tiled walls and a mis-match of temporary plastic pop-up furniture was a disappointment. In fact, during our time we saw 4 groups of people be shown to their table and decide to move on, likely based on this rooms aesthetics. Elsewhere, personally, I’m not a fan of storing food in public accessible areas such as right next to the toilet (despite it being in seemed containers) and the toilet area had cleaning product and random items left around. The bathroom itself was very clean with a good supply of soap, paper and towels. Talking about the food, the chips/fries, well, they’re awful. They tasted like they’d been re-dunked in hot oil or reheated several times over. How hard is it to make fresh fries for each order.. 3 minutes in hot oil for perfect fries! The soft drinks are reasonably priced, €2.50 for a 330ml can, and they’re chilled too No glass or ice provided though. Rating this place on pizza alone, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars! (I only rated the food overall as a 4 out of 5 as the fries were just awful) but it really was the best pizza and the chef should be very proud. Just a shame that pride doesn’t extend to other areas of the venue. I would say, no pizza needs that much rocket salad on it. Not sure we’d return when there are so many other places to eat in this area.

Great pizza, we can just recommend. Robin was so friendly and kind with us and the kids. They also have a smaller pizza with Wudy for the kids, which they enjoyed so much.

I had the chance to visit Pulcinella, and the experience was amazing! The host, Robin, was exceptionally good, he has great hospitality skills, greets you with full energy, and truly makes your dining experience memorable. I had the pizza, which was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Robin provided my friend and I with excellent service. He is an asset to the business. From helping us to choose a choice of beer to selecting the pizzas we wanted based on out taste buds. Would recommend this venue for authentice tasting pizzas and attentive service. Will come back when I next visit Malta. Githaxxx:)

Food was served really quickly and was delicious. We both enjoyed our pizzas. Robin was serving us and took good care of us. I also had tiramisu but ate it too quickly to take a piccy ;-p If you like pizza this place will be a great choice.
