The 50 best cheap eats in Yakima

I never leave reviews but I’m wondering what does the customers that give 5 stars ordered here, i just ordered one of the worts tortas I have ever try, carne asada meat was extremely unflavored, they put a excessive amount of lettuce, no mayonnaise. No flavors, no salt. My boyfriends adoba tacos where at least edible but not good. Do yourself a favor and go to a different taco truck.

This was the tastiest adobada burrito I’ve had in years. Service was very friendly and the food was quick. Would highly recommend stopping by for a burrito if you’re in the area. Also enjoy the juice stand next door!

Love this authentic mexican food truck. Service always 10/10 Here. The owners are always so nice and helpful. If theres any issues they always are helpful and respectful. Food is 10/10 very good and flavorful the chiles are amazing . Recommend this food truck 100%

If you're ever in Yakima, Washington, you must hit this spot! It's like a little father daughter, food truck, but he really goes above and beyond. I believe his mom is in the back there, and that makes it so much more authentic. Large portions, great price, and right across the county fair.You cannot go wrong with the food truck authentic Mexican food. Stop thinking that it's street food and it might get you sick, no it does not. Lol just try you will not be upset. Keep it up guys Gracias!

Great food, good vibes, and awesome service. One of my favorite to place to relax and have an adobada quesadilla or pambazo!

Been coming to this restaurant for years now. I can say costumer service is great, but the taste of the tacos they make is even better. My favorite place to eat tacos because of their variety of choices and the family owned service creates a very welcoming atmosphere for costumers.

House made corn tortillas are killer. Great taco stop!

To not make this review long and people can actually read it. Went in there and the employees look like they did not want to be there. Like what are you trying to tell your customers? Leave and don’t come back? Another thing, I wonder if this place has passed its health inspection check because these employees do not practice good hygiene. They would pick up the plate and not wipe down the table. I will NOT be coming back and hope people are able to observe the things I did

I've been going here for about a year now, and it's my favorite taco place. The staff is so kind, and patient even when it's busy. I always make sure to have my order ready before I go in because it can be packed in there sometimes, but that's how you know it's worth it. I always get something with carnitas, but I have heard great things about the chicken and carne asada from my family. The prices are insanely reasonable, and for getting food for 5-6 people, makes a great deal on dinner. Highly recommend.

My family of 4 is vegetarian. They were very kind to accommodate our dietery restrictions and tried to prepare food accordingly. Only suggestion would be to ensure that they use different pan for vegetarian cooking. People like us are vegetarian for religious reasons. Any kind of contamination goes against our values. Overall we enjoyed the food and their hospitality.

The enchiladas were ok seemed to be just thrown together real quick. The chicken had no flavor. The asada tacos were dry and chewy. The green chile had no flavor or spice. It was pretty dirty everywhere when we went. We had to move plates from our table to another. Rice and beans were good and so was the tortillas.

Ordered 1 asada super burrito and 1 regular asada burrito and there was no difference. Both burritos tasted like old refrigerator, dried meat, it was 5 inches in length, might as well go to RINCONSITO down the street. It was mostly rice and beans burrito rather than asada burritos. Worst burritos I've ever had my entire life. Tacos were ok, tortillas were too oversized compared to the meat portion. Very disappointed of this place

I got the chicken tamales. For me they were okay, for a tourist or non-latin person they might be more than okay. They were fresh, warm and moist. When you taste homemade tamales and see the corn getting grinded before your eyes it's hard to find good tamales anywhere else. The rice and beans was nothing to brag about. Plain Jane beans.

I read about how this is such an amazing tamale place, along with the James Beard award, which made me want to stop in when I was doing work in Yakima for the week. I called ahead and asked about frozen tamales and was treated very well and the lady on the phone was helpful and nice. I got there and the service was very much the same. I ordered a dozen frozen chicken tamales to go and a couple chicken hot for there. The ones I had in person were just kind of average tamales. Nothing to make me amazed. I’m not sure if it was just an off day but they were a little on the dry side and not even fully hot, so I’m not sure if they had just sat and then were plated? They weren’t bad they just were ok. I’m excited to try the ones I picked up frozen. But kind of sad the fresh ones were kind of boring. Maybe if I had done the asparagus ones, that would have been a different story since they were hyped up.

We stop at this place for the lunch every time we pass through the Yakima area. A few years, they won the James Beard award for their tamales. The beans are also excellent. There are only two or three tables inside, but there's a nice city park about three blocks away with restrooms. Staff who work here are very friendly. They usually have frozen tamales for you to take home.

Pepper Jack and Asparagus tamales. Soo good. Super friendly and vegetarian options. They have a freezer so you can grab some for later. Stopping on the way back for more.

If you are passing through Yakima or Union Gap. I would highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the best pork, chicken or asparagus/pepperjack tamales.

As a winner of the James Beard “America’s Classics” award, a restaurant has to be family-owned, operating for over a decade, and serve “quality food that reflects the character of its community.” Los Hernandez seems to check all of those boxes. The interior was cute and homey, and tamales were delicious. I got the lunch combo with asparagus and pepperjack tamales and felt that the texture of the asparagus was an excellent replacement for meat. The masa had great moisture and texture too. It was a bit expensive and I felt like the salsa quantity provided was too little, but otherwise a great experience.

The tamales are pretty good, but not worth the crazy level of hype. The "restaurant" is pretty inhospitable. There's no rest room, and the air conditioning blasts hard directly on the table seating. How did this place get the accolades?

Our togo place after a round at Apple Tree! Love the variety of their menu and appreciate the quality of food offered. Today we have calamari and thai lettuce wrap as appetizers, both were very tasty. Calamari drizzled with a sweet sauce and fried just right, whereas lettuce wrap was flavorful. Both guys ordered the wagyu burger which was huge and received awesome compliments how juicy the burger was. I ordered the hibachi wagyu steak, which came with mashed potato, tempura asparagus, bean sprouts, and a delicious hibachi sauce. The steak was on point at medium rare, so tender, done just right. The combination of ingredients made this dish very delicious, it was a but difficult to stop. Did not have cocktail today but their lemondrop and martini are great options! We come back to Waterfire time after time and it never disappoint!

I’ve got 3 words for you. Chicken Thai Nachos!! I would have licked the plate if it was socially acceptable. I am not lying when I say that dish was our starter and our dessert, it stole the show. All around a lovely place to enjoy a meal if you find yourself in the Palm Springs of Washington!

Top notch dining experience. Great and casual atmosphere, fantastic service, and even better food. We arrived at 3:30 to beat the rush and watched it quickly fill up. Appetizers and drinks were very good too.

Their food it amazing and the service prompt. We had the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were some of the best we have had (and I am picky). Then my husband got the Carnivore burger and OMGosh! So much flavor, so much food! I helped him eat it LOL. I got the Wagyu Beef burger and I really liked it but just wasn't as flavorful as the Carnivore. Then the beer batter fries had great flavor, on the spot texture and the perfect size. Go here for your next night out! $$$

Excellent foods and the preparation is scrumptious but not overpowering. So delicious and delightful. The services are so friendly and everyone we met smiled warmly. Friendly and airy ambience buzzed with joys and laughters all around. Such a nice place in desert.

Chicken was a little dry but the wyagu burger and fries were excellent. Also the lemon drops tasted like lemon meringue pie!

Happy Hour! Plenty of parking when I arrived midday. The atmosphere is decent, not warm but also not cold. Our server was very friendly. Some of appetizers were Thai cuisine forward and I left wondering what the actual food theme was. Needless to say, still very delicious. The happy hour has several options. I would come back again, this is my third time coming to this place.

Showed up late to our hotel and found these guys on Google right by us. Stopped in around 1030 and ordered 3 miner burgers, large fries, and large onion rings. They were busy, but they were turning out orders quickly. We sat and waited about 20 minutes for our food to come out. They building is large, and the outside area is nice. The burgers we got were ridiculous. The whole tomato thing is overkill lol. But these were great basic burgers. All the ingredients play well as they should in a classic butger. What a whopper wishes it could be. They were massive. The fries were OK, and the onion rings were very good. Fry sauce and ranch were goodish. The BBQ ranch was not for us. The prices were all over the place. 9.99 for a plate size burger, but 4 plus for a soda and over 5 for a side of gravy is just weird to me. But whatever, not what I went for. I enjoyed our visit to Miners, and would go again for sure.

Was told this was a staple of Yakima and that I had to try it. I was not disappointed at all the food was amazing the portion sizes were huge for the price. I got a double-miner burger, tots, and shake. The food was hot and well cooked. I will be back for more for sure while I stay here.

Five star on the fast food scale! It had been 25 years since I have been here and it tasted just like what I remeber. Just a big ol good classic burger! The malt chocolate shake was delicious and the fries were nice and crispy. The menu is very large and have many options and I wished I was able to try more. One burger is plenty lol. Due note that the drive thru is opposite than what you think. Its order on the passengers side?!? I didn't ask why, but it made me wan to bring a RHD drive car through!

Wow! What a great meal! And great atmosphere! You can take out, dine in (or outside in the beautiful lawn area). We are coming back again to an established iconic place called Miners!

This place hasn't changed in 25 years. And that's a good thing. Always amazing burgers and a diner atmosphere that takes you back in time. The milkshakes are amazing, it's not a regular menu item but they make an amazing chocolate peanut butter shake. The park benches outside are great in the summer.

The burguers are very delicious and big .it had been more than 10 years since I last tried them. And I came back they are just tasty as before. The place hasn't changed its one of those spots where time seems to stand still everything remains the same.

First time visit and I was starved! Let me warn you about the size! Burger is not large.....it is HUGE! Milkshake was 2inches over the rim!🤪Fries were HOT and crisp like I love them. I couldn't start to eat it ll so fries and milkshake were brown bagged for later. Tons of seating and a Really nice grass outdoor area to eat if it is below 90 degrees!

I hadn't been here in years because I remembered the food being lackluster the last couple of times I visited. However, I wanted to give them another chance - which I now regret. The restaurant wasn't busy. We were sat near the kitchen, and while I don't begrudge employees enjoying their work or the time with their co-workers, it seemed their loud personal conversations (which could be heard very clearly) took priority over the customers. Overall, I didn't mind the long wait times until I saw it resulted in overcooked/burnt food. The most obvious example was the order of potato skins, which, aside from burnt, had zero seasoning and minimal toppings (for the record, I scooped up the onions that were on the plate and topped the one in the picture). I was shocked they even brought that to the table. My burger tasted alright, although dripping to the point that some of the bun was soggy (partly my fault I suppose as I asked for it to have pink), and while only some of the onion rings were burnt, they all tasted burnt. My daughter's food wasn't up to par either, but she mainly commented on the lack of seasoning. Neither of us finished our meal. The service was better than the food, but there were some uncomfortable moments, like when I had to call the server back to ask to place our entree order because she just set down the potato skins and bolted (once she left again and I got a good look, I realized why), and then when she brought the bill she stood there to wait for my card, which made me feel pressured to give it to her immediately... only to have her bring it back with a tap-friendly machine - had I known I could tap, I would have used another payment method. Plus it would have been nice to feel like I had time to review the bill. I completed the short survey asking my thoughts on the food and service, and when I rated the food low, it asked if I wanted to be contacted, and I elected yes, providing my info. That was two weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. Could I have said something to our server? Probably, but she already looked flustered and was about the only one on the floor; it appeared she had to work on the other side of the restaurant as well - she also hardly walked by once the food was delivered. Could I have talked to someone else? Doubtful. Hardly anyone else came out of the kitchen area. There was a person who appeared to be a manager who walked by a time or two, but they wouldn't make eye contact and always rushed by us, seemingly purposefully looking the other way. I don't expect to be fawned over or treated like I'm a VIP when I go somewhere to eat, but I do expect my food to be edible and to be treated as more than an afterthought. As for ambiance, the main reason we could hear the conversations from the kitchen (aside from the next nearest customer being about 4 tables away) was due to the fact that their sound system was either having issues or someone was messing with it. I'm not sure we heard a single song start to finish the whole time we were there. One would start, then after a while, it would cut out... after a period of silence, another would start, often a different genre at that. Overall, the visit was just disappointing, bizarre, and uncomfortable; and after shelling out over $70 for this experience, I don't expect to be back anytime soon.

We stopped here because my kids love the cartoon Bob's Burgers -obviously it's not affiliated but they thought it was cool. Great service and great food! We're from a different state so we didn't know where to go, this was a good selection. Also the robot employee was a fun surprise!!

Pretty good experience at this location in Yakima. Nice staff. We arrived around 2 pm on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking and 2 of us were seated immediately. Service was good. Food was good and we were in and out in about an hour. Clean restroom but it did have a coded lock on it. Ordered the bacon burger and fries. Check out the pics!

My fiance and I came here today. We got the calamari, prawn platter, burger with blue cheese & bacon and kids mac & cheese. I got the raspberry sunsplash and my fiance got a Mak n Jack's. The calamari was good. I love the baby calamari. It just needed some acid and salt 4.5/5. The prawn platter was also great. 4.5/5. The burger with fries, my fiance said it was SO good 5/5. The raspberry sunsplash was amazing! 5/5 I love that they have high chairs for our kids and crayons with coloring books!! Our server was SO attentive and kind. She deserves a raise. We will definitely be back. UPDATE 04/27/25 My fiance, myself and our children came here today. It was WARM inside, my childrens cheeks were red. I got Cajun chicken ceaser 1/5, waaay too much parmasan cheese with barely any ceaser flavor. The Cajun chicken had no Cajun flavor and my salad was warm and wilty. My fiance got the Hawaiian burger 2/5, he says the burger was bland. My son got the childrens burger, it came out with nothing but cheese on it; no ketchup, nothing. The service was TERRIBLE. We waited 10 mins for anyone to come to the front to sit us. Another couple was waiting before us and they totally ignored them. When we were at our table, we were never asked if we wanted refills or our check. We had to walk to the front to get our ticket. It seemed as if every waiter was having a bad day with no smiles and rbf. Its sad because there was barely anyone in there to begin with, for us to have such bad service. Its sad that this establishment has went downhill.

Although a bit loud, everything else was delicious! Since I am recently post op bariatric surgery, I was very pleased they had a grilled chicken and avocado sandwich. No bun, no mayo, etc. It was so delicious! I do wish they had something besides fries or salad for a side. Like veggies or applesauce. My husband said his Hawaiian Burger with an egg on top was delicious as well. My sister- in- law ordered the cowboy burger. (?) Their fries could be crisper/ seasoned more. The service was wonderful!

Great spot for burgers and beers. I ended up grabbing the tacos and pretzel bites. I probably wouldn’t order them again but my friend really enjoyed his burger.

Bobs has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and to this day they continue to be. The service is outstanding, orders taken and delivered in with a smile and the food is always beautifully displayed, and oh absolutely delicious! Thank you Bob's ☆☆☆☆☆

Looking for someplace to feed and have a drink, my wife and I called around for reservations and everything was booked till 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. So we decided let's just drive by and see what's in the bar. This bar was so big we were able to immediately get a table and order our food and drinks. I ordered the bring a tacos which ended up any more than I had anticipated. I had five tacos! My wife ordered the shrimp and grits which we did end up swapping plates. It was a real good portion and I did the heavy lifting and pretty much finished it. Great atmosphere found at all considering it was college football day. I will definitely go back.

Great beer selection, good service. Tasty good. We cleaned our plates. The steak was cooked well, ask ordered. The potato and the steak could have been a little more seasoned, but still very good food and service. We might be back if back through Yakima.

You definitely need to check this place out!! Yum!! Absolutely on point with service, food, drinks and atmosphere. We had the short ribs and halibut with cheesecake for dessert.

This is your average 4 star restaurant. My ribs were more like a roast. My wife's food was good but not memorable. Place was very busy and close to closing, but the staff was very friendly, welcoming and fast. I believe our waitress was Belle (?) and she did a great job checking on us and bringing our food. The food was very presentable. Overall, 4 stars nails it. Yes, I'd try it again, but I would order something besides the beef.

The place was nice, clean and inviting. The service was good, our server was nice. The burger was somewhat basic but at least mine was well cooked and I enjoyed it well enough. The fries were not my favorite, crispy enough but not the greatest flavor. As travelers it was nice to find a place we could eat that was nice enough and had good charm as it is in an older cool building.

The food was awesome and the waiter was really nice. Also the food didn't take super long to get to us. Would definitely go again if I visited near there.

2025.01.20 First Time Visiting Wow. Really hit the road-trip-crave-of-food-craves spot. Ordered up the clam chowder bowl as an appetizer. Rich. Creamy. Nice, big serving (12 oz). Tons of bacon bits. Rich enough that I changed my mind about having a burger and fries. Opted instead for street tacos with shrimp and the aioli on the side. Delicious! Oh, how I've missed cilantro (husband is "allergic" to it so I seldom ever get to have it). But the flavors transported me back to my Mexican food truck days of my college years in CA. Tons of chips, plus plenty of tacos to fill me up. The shrimp was juicy and I liked it that the corn tortillas had soaked up some of the juices. Husband had the Grill Burger with regular fries and swapped out the raw onions with caramelized onions. He gave his meal an enthusiastic two thumbs up. Atmosphere is great. High-end sports bar style. Lots of booth and table seating options. The brick walls are the original walls from the 1800s. Place was close to fully packed when we got here at 12:15 PM on a holiday (for most) Monday. Our server, Bella, was wonderful. Kind. Patient. Attentive.

My family and I were visiting more family in Washington. We looked for a Mexican food place. This was nearby. It is huge inside, nice ambiance. The food was kind of pricey and was decent. The service was good, but when it came time to pay, they took an extremely long time. We had to remind them we were waiting g for our bill and cards back. They were having system issues, they said. Long story short, my cousins ended up leaving without her card and had to go back the next day for it.

We came for a family get-together consisting of 11 people, and the experience was a pleasant one from start to finish. The atmosphere is very authentic and welcoming, with décor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into Mexico. The service staff was efficient but not overly friendly, which wasn’t a problem at all because they kept up with everything we needed without missing a beat. Our meals were well presented, colorful, and tasted good. Each dish arrived promptly and looked just as appetizing as it tasted. Everyone at the table was pleased with their order, and the portion sizes were generous without feeling excessive. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal and left feeling full and happy. It was a positive experience, and we’d gladly return for another family

We stopped in because we were changing our Tesla at the supercharger passing through Yakima and found this gem. 💎 We were absolutely thrilled to have found this place. The service was fantastic, the fresh tortillas were delicious and the fried ice cream was perfect too.

The service was so quick and the waiter was super friendly. The BURRITO CHIPTOLE w Carnitas was BOMB. My husband said it was the best burrito he has ever had. I got the steak fajitas and it was great with the grilled onions and peppers. I felt like it needed some sauce so I was dipping the taco in my husbands left over chipotle sauce. That made it amazing 🤩

We needed to charge the car and were thrilled to see a Mexican restaurant right there. After driving 8+ hours we were very hungry. Sadly the food was not good. Neither of us finished our food. Ordered pork enchiladas, rice and beans.

Everything was phenomenal!!! From Customer Service,Our server was excellent, The food was outstanding and authentic and just the all-around atmosphere was wonderful. We’ll definitely be going more and more even though it’s 30 minutes away it’s worth the drive for sure!!!

Whole family got together for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We chose to sit outside in the nice weather. The staff brought out more tables to put together so that we could all sit together as one group. Service was great. Waitress returned to the table appropriately to see how we were, refill drinks, etc. Food was brought to us approximately fast for how busy they were. All of our food was great and prices were nice. Very enjoyable atmosphere.

I’m in town for a convention and decided to try out Mel’s Diner for breakfast. Turns out it was a very good decision! I liked their decor. It looked like a 1960’s diner. The only thing missing was the tabletop jukebox controls🙂. After being shown to my table and reviewing the menu I opted for the Taco Omelette. It was made perfectly and I enjoyed every bite. There was an abundance of diced jalapeños and made it a nice, spicy breakfast. The wait staff was friendly and appreciated my joke. I enjoyed my visit and meal at Mel’s Diner in Yakima, WA.

We just moved to Yakima and have been looking for a comfortable place to have a nice breakfast in an inviting atmosphere. For us, we found it at Mel's Diner! Friendly, smiling staff. Nostalgic 60s atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful. We can't wait to go back and try their lunch. Give Mel's a try. We don't think you'll be disappointed.

We have actually made short vacations to Yakima because we wanted to go to Mel's Diner. I get the Mel's Scramble pretty much every time, but I've had a few other things too. My wife really enjoyed the Chorizo Omelette too, but there's just something about that scramble... oh yeah, it's the corn tortillas chopped up and mixed in. Amazing. And the service is top notch, it's rare any more to find a place that keeps the coffee coming; most places don't refill the first cup till they have to bring your food. Mel's understands the business.on top of that, thay are extremely personable, including the owner Fred, who has more times than not been the one to greet us, seat us and bring our coffee.

We stayed in Yakima overnight passing through and the hotel clerk recommended this diner for a meal. It did not disappoint! The decor is awesome and the staff were so friendly and made our whole morning! The food was delicious. The best steak sandwich I have ever had!

Mel's is a cute little Dinner not far from the Convention Center. We had our Past Commanders breakfast here. The wait staff was fun. Very obliging with 15 individuals on separate tickets! Nice place! Ill go back!

This place rocks. they have all this old time car seats made from old cars the staff was awesome very nice friendly and the food wow so good and the food came so fast it was one of the best experiences here in Yakima Thank you guys we will forsure come back when we come.back thru

I really enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo and my wife had the soup, salad and bread. It’s always an easy choice and give you a lot of variety. The staff was super friendly and made for a nice experience.

We sat in the bar area for faster seating, it was fine. I usually love me some Olive Garden 🫒 but this night, there were too many onions in the salad. I could only taste those and peppercinies. The waitress gave me a salad to go to make up for it - excellent! I didn't get another salad because the food was already coming to the table and I was over the salad for the time being. 🙃 I had the Tour of Italy 🇮🇹 It was good, but I decided on taking most of mine home, we had a rough long day. The staff was courteous and helpful. The meal was even better the next day! TY

We got kinda scared when we walked in due to a couple leaving and complaining about the service. We got seated right away. Our servers name was James. He was very pleasant and onto of our needs. Even before we knew we needed. The food was absolutely scrumptious. Will definitely travel from The Dalles Or. again to eat here. Thank you James for making our visit a pleasant one.

Olive Garden is dependable. I got their pasta special with angel hair pasta and spicy three meat sauce. The pasta was cooked correctly and the sauce very tasty. I've always loved their salad and breadsticks and they did not disappoint. I wouldn't consider it fine dining but the service and food were excellent, the portion size generous and satisfying. It's a chain restaurant so the atmosphere isn't fabulous but it's comfortable.

We went for endless pasta & we got lemonades, Alfredo dipping sauce, soup & salad. Our server was Josh, he did okay at getting our order then pretty much neglected us after our whole order was out. My fiance was still finishing her main dish while I was waiting for our server to come by, so I could refill my pasta, to try a different one since it was endless & ask for a refill on my one drink that I finished before the main dish came out. Josh was 2 tables over & chatted with the customer about his partner for at least 20+ mins. Which at that time my fiance said she was full & wanted to take it home. The server still didn't check on us until he was done chatting with the customer at which point I felt so neglected that I just wanted to leave & not even bother to place an order to go. I just wanted to get away from the horrible service we received. My fiance & I come here at least 1-2 times a month for date night & he made it very unpleasant to deal with it, I should've told the manager or asked for a different server but again, I just wanted to pay my $75 & leave..

I'm from BC, so I've never had Olive Garden. This is clearly the American version of an Italian restaurant. The food is nothing compared to what I had in Italy, but it was still nice to experience this restaurant. We had the salmon, salad, soup, breadsticks, and celery-artichoke dip. I like the endless servings of salad, soup and breadsticks, on top of being able to add as much parmesan as we want on the salad.

Was craving some Italian. So myself, husband and daughter decided to come in when our previous plans fell through. Michael sat us. She was very nice. Took our drink order and appetizers. Brought that out, she took our dinner order. She was very kind and very on top of all our needs. Super chatty and caring. Food was good. We were clearly hungry because we ordered way more than we could even eat. Had a lot to take home. Haha. Establishment was clean, and cool which was very nice since we are from the Westside. Awesome Indian restaurant food in the middle of the mountains ( about 150 miles from Seattle ).

We always have a pleasant experience here. They have lots of vegetarian entrees in the buffet and on the menu. Service is always good and prices are about mid-range for Indian restaurants.

Hands down one of the best places in town to eat at. The flavor in every dish is exactly what I've been looking for. This will quickly become my go to!

Absolutely delicious and authentic Indian food. One of the best Indian food in the region. Super fresh naan and customizable spice levels in all the dishes. All the flavors were spot on. Great and quick service. Perfectly cooked and flavored rice that came with the entree. Friendly staff. Homemade pistachio ice cream desert is highly recommended.

We went for an Indian food fix, happens to be weekend buffet. The owners were from Nepal. Indian culture and food overlays Nepal's, hence the food was North Indian/Punjabi centered. You may enjoy the food, the vibe inside, background setting, go check it out for yourself.

Speaking of the food; it was just very average. The restrooms were also very unclean. I got chai tea over here, but that turned out to be too sweet and when I asked the server about, he didn’t bother replacing it either. I was still charged for it. Not worth going here.

When you travel across the United States as often as I do, and eat everywhere, you know when you’ve found the best. Antojitos Mexicanos is simply the best authentic Mexican food I have eaten in the states, there is no close second. What to expect: Antojitos is situated on the main drag of Yakima, WA in an area I never expected to find the best Mexican food. I spent some time in the area a couple years ago and ended up eating here weekly, absolutely the best Mexican food experience anywhere close. The area provides great camping, hiking and is a main hub for overlanders passing through on the Washington back country discovery route. About the food: When you sit down you are greeted very well and receive house made chips which are absolutely amazing. I usually ask for seconds… for chips. The chips are accompanied by 6 intellectually different delicious salsas. My favorite is the tomatillo. I ordered Sopes with lengua. The lengua is absolutely to die for. With the tender flavorful lengua topped with fresh lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, sour cream and white Mexican cheese it’s a quite the combination. You will mark this one in the map for “wholly cow so good” places to eat. What I love about this place is the humble demeanor of everyone here. There’s family in the dining area and family in the kitchen. You are having a family meal with these fine folks. The food is much more than The Typical Tourist would expect. Do not pass on this incredible Mexican diner when I Yakima.

Best Mexican cuisine in Yakima! We love their giant burrito, especially the vege-burritos and the array of 5-6 salsas that are provided at the table! Friendly and prompt service. We keep coming back for more!

Loved the atmosphere! and the waiter was very attentive. We got the flautas and the barbacoa plate that came with tortillas and rice and beans. Very good by the way! In total it was about $35 and I am going to go again! Would recommend 10/10!

Coming from Mexico is difficult to find authentic Mexican regional food, hand made tortillas and salsas Antojitos Mexicanos is the place in Yakima with that flavor and season that reminds me of my old home country food.

Not a bad little authentic Mexican joint. They seem to specialize in authentic Mexican Street Food. It's pretty tasty, but we have tried better around these parts.

Took my wife out for Valentine's Day dinner. The service was excellent & we didn't wait very long to get our food despite it being busy. The only complaint I have is that the steak lacked seasoning.

Lamb lollipop appetizer was exceptional. My meal was not quite as impressive, but okay. Great selection of drinks, specials and variety of entrées. Excellent service and good atmosphere.

Excellent! Service, tomahawk steak, sides (Mac and cheese, angel hair pasta, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, broccoli) were delicious along with the amazing caramel bourbon brownie. Old fashioned is to die for!

We had Yakima Steak Company cater our wedding for 350 guests, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! The food was incredible — perfectly cooked prime rib, creamy potatoes, shrimp, chicken piccata, and fresh salad. Everything was delicious and raved about by our guests. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was exceptional. They moved everyone through the food line so quickly and efficiently, and on top of that, they also served drinks and cleared tables, making the whole reception run seamlessly. Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail took so much stress off of us, and we truly felt taken care of. I cannot recommend Yakima Steak Company enough for any event. If you want delicious food and a team that goes above and beyond, they are the ones to call!

Went with a group so service charge added to the bill no problem I get it and our waitress was amazing. Food was not great especially for the price a sandwich and 2 cocktails 120.00. not someplace I'd go back to.

Me and my team had a great time eating here!! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly as well. The food was beautiful and the portion sizes were amazing. The food tasted really good and we left full and happy.

Lamb rack is 100% worth the try. Less glaze than more is better each bite. Risotto is top tier and a must for each entree. The bread pudding is above phenomenal! Drinks were pleasant as well. Overall our waitress was fast and easy and no problem carrying a whole tray of food up the stairs. Everyone at our table was pleased with the meal. Sorry no photos this time! Too busy eating!

3 of us were here for lunch and we ordered the vegan potstickers, vegetable drunken noodles or pad see eew tofu and thain basil fried rice with chicken. The potstickers were our favorite, it was very flavorful and the drunken noodles were great too. The thai basil fried rice was decent compared to both. Overall a great experience with food and service.

Best Thai Restaurant in Yakima. My favorite dishes are the Phad Thai (Chicken) - it's amazing. The ingredients are fresh, taste is sweet and savory and portions are decent to generous. Next dish is the Thai Basil Fried Rice (chicken or Beef), Basil infusion is amazing, with a light Smokey wok taste- One of my fav's! Next is their Yum Yia salad- has a variety of Veggies with a lime based dressing- It's super fresh and green. A few other favorite dishes would be the fresh and crispy spring rolls, their Tom Kha Soup and Egg flour soup. Anyone of these dishes will make you come back. Update: I have tried their Pang Curry l, which has a sweet and creamy taste, we did add onion and bamboo shoots. The fresh spring rolls taste amazing because the peanut sauce is one of the best in town. Update: The Thai tea is really good, the best way to describe is a sweet earthy taste, that's creamy (half&half). The Phad Kee Mao Noodles (Drunken Noodles) is another one of my favorites. My daughter loves their orange chicken or combination fried rice (we add Thai basil for aromatics). The Buffet: M-F for lunch about 11:30am - 1 or 2pm. They have a Salad, fruit ( if in season), Egg flower soup, white Rice, Butterflies l, meatless Phad Thai and a type of curry or different menu item. It's a really good option. So you can try some items.

Food is always fresh! I love coming here. My favorite thing to order is the egg flower soup (BEST in town), basil fried rice (preferably shrimp or chicken, and the pad see ew noodles. The appetizer sampler is a great starter too— it gives you a chance to try a little bit of everything along with the 3 dipping sauces. Compared to other places, they don’t offer variety like here. I will never stop coming to this place 😋🍽️

Got the basil beef and white rice with a spice level 4. Was not expecting what I got. The food was very good spice level was perfect for me, it had some heat, and the service was good. Definitely going back next time I'm in town

I tried the chicken kee mao here, spice level 3. The food was very tasty, with the perfect mix of noodles, chicken and vegetables. Spice level was adequate. The server was very polite. There is free street parking right in front of the restaurant as well as a large parking lot opposite to the restaurant.

Food was ok. Just needed more flavor more seasoning but that could just be me. I'm spoiled. I'm Mexican I know what it should taste like. But we all have our preferences.

My friend took me here as was on holiday from Inverness Scotland, food was so nice and the margarita was wow, can't wait to come back

The waitress was nice, the food was timely and tasted great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they have loose rugs that move. My dad tripped over one and narrowly missed the cash register with his head.

We love their seafood burrito. They advertise they are open for take out. They don't answer the phones. Tried all 3 locations for 2 weekends and today is my wife's birthday and she thought a seafood burrito split between us sounded good for her birthday dinner. Gave them a 1 star for poor communication. We want to support small businesses during these difficult times. Sad they didn't get our business because they didn't answer their phones.

This has always been one of me and my family's favorite places to eat. The food is quite delicious. It is quite small but the service is pretty good too. The prices are ok, they are pretty reasonable for their food I suppose. Always been one of my favorites.

They got my order wrong. Which was simple, 1 chicken and 1 beef enchilada. The chicken was dry and flavorless. They charged 4$ for an extremely small side of guacamole, and the beans didn't even have cheese. For their menu prices, definitely not worth going there. The only thing that saved them at all was their server, she was polite and helpful. However, this place is terrible, the food was bland, and they charge way too much money for the food.

Food was very fast, hot, and staff were very friendly. Large quality of rice. Compared to Teriyaki near Seattle I wasn't impressed. The food had an oily taste and although it was hot, it didn't taste fresh. The cleanliness and random trash in the restaurant is concerning.

This has been my favorite place to go get delicious Chicken Pad Thai! Best Pad Thai I've ever had hands down, and I'm picky! I bring all my family here too when we visit town. And I love the family that own it, they're amazing! Definitely highly recommend going here! Amazing prices, HUGE portions

Was in town for a conference and wanted to try something local and am very happy we gave this place a shot. The food is delicious and the portions are huge.

Just ate here for the first time and the word that springs to mind is massive. These plates are massive. When I saw the prices I was a bit put off but for the portion size the price is more than fair. I got Teriyaki Chicken and Beef plate, Pad Thai, and some fries. These plates are so large they can easily feed two people that are very hungry or perhaps three or four people with a normal appetite. Sometimes places that serve huge portions use the quantity to cover up quality issues but not here. The chicken was tender and delicious and the beef was thinly sliced and flavorful without any tough bits found in cheap cuts. It is not typical teriyaki however and the flavor is not what I would expect from a more traditional place. The Pad Thai was delicious as well, but there weren't many shrimp. Not the best I've ever had, but still very good. The fries were crispy and the fry sauce was tasty. Note that in my photo, I had eaten many of the fries already so don't judge the portion based on the photo. I will go back here my next time in Yakima. I'd really like to try the Philly and the burger and the teriyaki sandwich and everything on the menu.

I ordered the combo Teriyaki plate Chicken was very dry, the pork and beef was delicious. The side salad was yummy and had tomatoes which was a pleasent surprise but the dressing was mayo based and not as good as expected. The gyoza was dry and the sauce to dip it in was not very good.

First time at Provisions, but most definitely not the last. We started out with Mediterranean cauliflower with a dill sauce. The sauce is extremely addictive...you my need rehab after that. The flavor was out of this world. Then we shared the tortellini gorgonzola. WOW, the flavors were beyond words, we split the dish and actually still took some home. Portion sizes are larger than you would expect at a time dinning establishment. Our waiter was over the top and went above and beyond, I really should have gotten his name, but my face was full of some of the most incrediblely amazing food I have had in many many years. All thought we were pretty full, he talked us in to splitting a chocolate covered brownie cheesecake with butter crunch topping and swimming in caramel. It should have come with a prescription for insulin. Please, if you go to just one restaurant this year, make it Provisions. This was by far the best date night we've had, hands down.

We were impressed with the speedy and friendly service at this restaurant. The interior was inviting, with high ceilings and a spacious layout that made for a comfortable dining experience. During our visit, we ordered the Fried Brussels Sprouts, Fries, and Rigatoni Alla Vodka. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was the standout dish, exceeding our expectations with its delightful flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. As for the Fried Brussels Sprouts, while the sauce had a strong aroma, the taste was irresistible and kept us coming back for more.

High quality food! Make a reservation. I’ve visited several times, especially on a Wednesday for happy hour. The food is high quality and worth the price. Great ambiance, love the dim lighting especially as the night progresses. Service was good, our waiter may have been spread thin but would occasionally check in. We were a group of 6 so 20% gratuity was automatically added. Good selection of non-alcoholic drinks available (NA beer, mocktails). Plenty of parking. They also have a market at the entrance to browse while you wait to be seated. We ordered the steak frites with mushroom sauce and the boneless fried chicken, incredible flavor. If the prices scare you away, check them out on a Wednesday (call ahead to make sure they still have happy hour—everything is subject to change). You won’t be disappointed!

Made a reservation via Resy. Great service and flavorful food! We ordered the beets and brussel sprouts (not pictured), wow! Loved them! Each of our entrees were served hot. I enjoyed the chicken, I did think the pastas were a bit lack luster but might have been an off night. Still left happy!

We had come into town for a long weekend of wine tasting & we came by this gem as it was on our way to our Airbnb. Our entire group wasn’t there yet so we decided to go back for dinner once we got settled. We were sat right away - 4 adults - in the bar area. Our waitress was top notch - the best we have had in a while. She took our drink order, made our drink order & delivered to let. Our food order was taken & delivered quickly. Both our drinks & food choices were tasty. We ended up going back the following night either our group of 7 adults. We were sat in the main dining area. Although we didn’t have an option to get our prior waitress, our waiter was attentive & quick. Would roughly recommend this spot. - it will be worth it!

Our server was awesome, the place is a bit loud just because of the design, food was great. The burger was a spectacular blending of flavors paired with the spiral cut fries. You won't be disappointed. The crispy chicken sandwich is also spot on. The only thing I would improve is the Ceasar salad by using the gorgeous whole lettuce leaves to only line the bowl & roughly chop the rest. This would make the small dinner size easier to eat. The flavors I wouldn't change a thing!

Everything was a bit overly salted. The mushroom soup was too salty and inedible. Kinda ruined my steak afterwards. I wasn't sure if it was the steak or if I had had enough salt by that point. Although, I am glad the soup was checked by the kitchen and taken off my check. Hopefully they taste their food more regularly. Dessert and cocktails were good but I was a bit confused why my cocktails were served with giant green soda straws. Seemed out of place. The servers were great, nice and attentive!

Great place in Yakima to grab Asian cuisine for a nice sit down. Good vibes and great service. Food is meant to be shared family style. Ordered some apps, shared some chicken pad Thai and had bottomless lemonade. So good. We will be back.

It’s a little on the expensive side but it is always delicious. My wife and I each ordered a main dish, and our own appetizers, plus a special drink. I ordered the Uisuki - Japanese old fashioned - and it honestly one of the best old fashioned I’ve had in a long time.

I had the poke bowl. Great ingredients but it lacked any flavoring sauces. Spouse had the steak which came with a great dipping sauce. The cocktail called the Garden was outstanding. On my second one I had them add Slice of jalapeño in the mull, which put it over the top.

Food was good. Service was great. Place was good but nothing stood out (from what we ordered). The pork bun meat was really small for the price but it was good. Did like the mushroom bun for those didn't want meat. Will have to try the rest of the menu.

This is a great place to escape into a “big city” atmosphere. The food is great. Drinks are phenomenal. Wait staff is nonchalant, not rude but not friendly either. Very pricey for an average Joe like myself but willing to splurge for a special or a rare spontaneous occasion. If you’re from the city or out of town, definitely try this place once. The atmosphere in this restaurant actually allows me to rate this a little higher, but the bowl? Not my favorite. It wasn’t bad by any means but not spectacular. I could have whipped that up for dinner at home, I have come to enjoy the many incredible creations that others have made, things I can’t make at home. So it was… mediocre but incredible beautiful to look at however the flavors didn’t add up to the visual.

Ordered Lunch today. It was the worse Kung Pow Chicken I have ever had. Chicken was so dry it hurt to eat. Flavor overall was bad. Told waitress and she said ok and still charged me $26.00 for it. I will never eat at this restaurant again. Also sat at my table for 7 minutes waiting for my bill. The 3 women were standing in the corner talking the whole time. ignoring the 3 groups that were there for lunch. I guess i see why there were not very many people there for lunch.

We went for breakfast. If you're looking for a place to take someone special to impress with decor, this is not your place. I'm pretty sure the decor hasn't changed since the 80s, but it felt oddly comfortable. If you're looking for a great service, the kind of place that will know your name after just a few times dining there with great food at the best prices around this is your place. Not only did our waitperson make us feel like old friends, but the other waitperson interacted with us as well. They were both great! I ordered my own thing like I always do because I have to avoid many things in my diet. They gave me more veggies than any other restaurant so far, and my poached egg was absolutely perfect. The coffee is limited to black, sugar, cream or cream and sugar. This was perfect for me because I like mine black. It's not so great for my husband. But his meal made up for it. I love trying new places and so happy this was our weekly pick. We will be back.

It is a very quaint little pub with super yummy food. The burgers are the bomb and the prime rib is delicious! Definitely give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

McGuires is a bad business establishment. The bartender was really racist to my friend. We will be contacting the Yakima Chamber of Commerce. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior by a server as the one's McGuire's employs. You are easily the worst bar in Yakima.

We really wanted Irish food but, unfortunately came through town too early for the dinner menu. That being said, the burger and Reuben we had were delicious and, our server was wonderful. The service was fast, friendly, and, informative. Highly recommended.

The service was great. The food was excellent. We had the salmon and corned beef and cabbage. Both were prepared visually and tastefully appealing. The chicken vegetable soup, salad and steamed veggies were seasoned perfectly. We highly recommend.

I haven't gone in there because it looks like it's a really tight space and I'm super claustrophobic but I'm Irish Catholic so I would like to sack up and go in.

This is a little Hidden Gem! This takes me back to my childhood in Idaho we had a college in and out place and this is what it was like this food was so good. If I am ever backing you out, this is where I'm going to stop. Their milkshakes are so thick and so good. I also suggest the cheeseburger and this sweet potato fries.

I first went into Majors the day I arrived here from Alaska, lately 2025. I had been in Alaska for quite a while and hadn't eaten any fast food other than Arby's and McDonald's in my former hometown in Alaska. Majors has the best fries I've ever had and I'm not exaggerating. I go get at least fries once a week and I love them!

Still one of our favorite places. We go to the one off Lincoln. Is it perfect, no. Is it healthy, probably not. Does it have dipped fries that are killer, YES! The shakes & hard ice cream are also phenomenal. Usually the staff is HS age, sometimes they're grumpy, but most of them are awesome & super kind.

One of my favorite local places! The grilled chicken salad with the grilled onions is delish. And my children love the kids meals

This place is pretty good. I really liked my hawaiian chicken sandwich! The kids said the corn dog were decent but they really enjoyed the milkshakes. I didnt realize they had a drive thru so if you're looking to just grab and go, there is that option, just drive around to the back. I also noticed they have picnic tables in a grassy spot so people could eat outside. Also, customer service was really great! Very nice employees who were all very helpful. The only downside is that its a bit expensive. Regardless, I would return.

Used to love this place. We were a bit disappointed. The beer batter fries are still excellent. We'll try it another day. Maybe it was just an off day.

I stopped by Burger King when it was pretty busy. A lady who had already ordered walked up to the counter, but she was completely ignored, which was sad to see. When I stepped up and politely asked for help, the employee working the drive-through turned and yelled, “You’ll have to wait a minute.” It really feels like drive-through is the only priority now, and customer service inside is no longer the focus. On the positive side, Jessie jumped in to help and was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. As a business owner myself, I’d say: always fix the mistake first before moving on. That’s how you keep customers.

Nice building and fast service only to not get your order right. We were traveling to Washington and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat so we stopped here. What a big mistake we made. It was just a simple order for two chicken sandwiches one add tomatoes and onions the other add tartar sauce and pickles with a order of onion rings and they got them all wrong and they weren't even hot so I guess that explains the fast service. I HAVEN'T EATEN AT BURGER KING IN YEARS AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY.

Horrible part of town. Police presence almost daily. Drive thru is a joke too. Easily the slowest fast food drive thru in yakima. For context I ordered a whopper on the app. The app said my order would be ready at 9:49 pm. Its currently 10 pm and the drive thru is so back up I haven't even made it to the speaker yet

I like BK, even though im not supposed to. Its definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. My favorite is the #2 Texas Whopper. It has everything i like and need with 2 patties and jalapeños. As long as this burger is served there, I'll pop up at all the restaurants just to have it.

On September 14th 2025 I visited and I have to say something because it was too scary not to. Order my meal went to the bathroom was filthy as soon as you entered and when we sat down floors were sticky, food everywhere tables were wobbly if this is how it looks like on the outside I can only imagine what it looks like behind the kitchen. I'm from Los Angeles and moved here to Washington State. I've been to many but this was the worst of the worst. Maybe they had a busy day? I don't know? But a food establishment should not look like this.

New classic wrap for $2.99...do not buy!! 1 tiny PC of chicken like the size of a thin nugget and a half and nothing like the picture..This is how it looked when I just opened the wrapper. Where is the protein? I wanted the picture perfect wrap. Staff were friendly, punctual, and gave me the correct order..this was just not as I expected it to be.

My wife and I love sandwiches and we're very eager to give this place a try! We loved the variety of their menu, and all the unique sandwich options they have. We ordered 4 different half sandwiches to try and sample some of the ones that sounded good. I had the chicken cordon blue and the saucy Tom, and my wife had the hawaiian and the TPC. It ended up costing 41 dollars, and I hate to say this but if it was even half the cost I'd still be disappointed. Their ingredients were so lackluster and they skimp so hard on the fillings. The bread was very bland, and so was the rest of the sandwich. I feel bad because we were excited to be able to enjoy some local sandwiches vs your typical fast food subs, but you'd be better off with Jimmy John's or jersey Mike's any day. Heck even subway has more value and they're like 16 dollars for a foot long. The servers were ok, they seemed like they couldn't care less about being there but they weren't rude, and the place itself was cute with some fun art inside, but it's a shame you'd only go for the sandwiches.

We were passing through town looking to get a deli type sandwich that was not Subway. This place had great review so we decided to give it a try. Our subs were amazing. Great quality and great tasting. The bread tasted homemade. The owners were very friendly and patient. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we pass through yakima.

AZ makes a whopping delicious lunch/dinner. My favorite is the Triple Play, but I revise it a little. Skip the lettuce, add guacamole and spinach. Make it a wrap! AZ customer service is second to none 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

First time coming here for myself but my husband has raved about this place for years as it is close to where he works. I met him here for lunch while I was on jury duty (great location for this!) the wk of April 14th. The sandwich was fine but honestly, it was really hard to enjoy because I had watched the guy with a full-on, lumberjack-type beard make/prepare our order without a beard net on. Just all of his beard hair literally inches right over the food. Because of this, I will not bother coming back as I can only assume this is normal and since I pointed this out to my husband, I would be surprised if he does either. Others may not care if beard/facial hair is covered but I do.

Love their sandwiches. Been going here for years and they are by far the BEST sandwiches ever. Full House is my favorite.

Arrived at around 5pm, just 30 minutes before closing, and the sole employee was courteous and patient in the face of a small rush. She was polite, took all the orders and quickly had the sandwiches in our waiting hands.

Probably my favorite place to get a burger. Having an employee with zero personality wearing a mask as their front person? Not the best idea. Touching your dirty mask you've been breathing into all day and handing customers cups, food, etc., is pretty gross. Please rethink this practice.

I truly don’t understand how this place has this good ratings. I guess people are OK with subpar service and overpriced crap. I bought a fish sandwich and a small order of cheese curds and paid almost $17. No drink mind you. The sandwich had no flavor, hardly any tartar sauce, the lettuce was extremely wilted and should’ve been tossed days ago, and then I had to pay extra for some ranch which was only filled maybe halfway in the cup. I’m very disappointed and angry for paying these outrageous prices for crap.

Used the drive-thru to get something to eat. I had a coupon, that a presented to them as I was paying but I discovered after getting home that they didn't apply the coupon and charged me full price. I called and spoke with the shift supervisor but was told that there was nothing that she could do for me and that I'd have to wait until Monday and call back to speak with her boss once he gets back in. What good is a shift supervisor if they can't resolve a situation like this!

This was a great experience. I haven't been to a Arctic Circle in 20 year's and finding out this was here was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to share the experience of eating here with my kid's as my parent's and grand parent's did with me. The restaurant was very clean inside and out, the staff was very happy, friendly and looked like they liked their job. Okay so on to the food. The food was great and just as I remembered it ( maybe a little different but still about the same 😁 ), it came out hot and fresh with the drinks being ice cold. If you are in town and looking for a good place to grab a quick bite then I strongly would recommend going here especially since there aren't many Arctic Circle restaurants around anymore. P.S. Please make sure to try ( What I call it ) the Arctic Circle sauce. It is amazing on the burgers and fries alike.

It was VERY expensive for what we got. The place isn't the cleanest and the girl at the counter was clearly new so I don't want to be harsh but she had no personality whatsoever. She doesn't have any decent customer service skills and couldn't make my daughter's plain vanilla ice cream cone.

got the vermicelli bowl, pork teriyaki, crab rangoons and the korean monster roll. it was BOMB! the portion of the vermicelli bowl was super generous and the veggies were fresh. the place was kind of busy since it seems families come here for post-church lunch, but the service was still good and our food came out relatively quickly!

Had the combo pho and it was really good — with not a too rich broth and plenty of meat. Don’t forget to add hoisin and sriracha to bring out all the flavors! I also like lime and basil.

I stopped by today to get some takeout. I received excellent service from the waitress, Angel, who was very friendly and always had a lovely smile. The food was delicious, and the place was very clean.

This is my go-to spot for Phu. Best I've found in town, and it's consistently delicious. Their chili oil is also the best I've found in town. Everything else always looks really good, too. I just always get the Phu. Everyone I've brought there has liked their food. Especially the teriyaki.

Pretty good taco truck. The chicharron may be the best I've tried. Carne asada fries are the only disappointing thing I've had on their menu.

3.5 if google offered half stars. Food was alright. Nothing to call home about. Tacos are small, but priced right. Asada was good, chicken is shredded and stringy, so not the best, but alright if that's what you're looking for. The workers were very nice and very fast. This isn't a knock on them, they were great.

They have 2 different post for the same business likely to stick poor service and quality of food. My review from my last visit on their other post. "I've stopped by today and ordered 3 carnasada tacos. Other times, they were good, and today , not good at all, there were 3 large pieces of meat that were inedible ams could not be eaten. I see more often a few mexican business's treat non Spanish poorly. I won't be back and will pass along their treatment." You did me wrong in the worse lunch with no acknowledgement or attempt to make it right.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating; but everytime I go the people are friendly and the food is good. I highly recommend this place for some good food.

So many people recommended this place to me and it lived up to the hype. I have no idea what that one star review was talking about.. they were so kind and the food was amazing… 10/10 would go again!

First time in Yakima. We were looking for halal place to eat. This place serves limited halal items. We ordered grape leaves some of my fave appetizers. These were the worse had. And believe I have had plenty in the US, Middle East and Turkey. We took one bite and returned them. They had fat grease and tasted stall. When the staff person took them back he said he will not charge us and he still charged portion of it. Please don’t serve if you can’t eat them yourself. The BBQ fries were good.

Cute little hole in the wall with some amazing food. Their gyros come loaded with meat, a little light on the sauce but that’s a preference thing, I guess. Their platter was a highlight for me, the hummus was one of the tastiest I’ve had in an establishment of this type and their vegetables were fresh which never usually happens. One of the best in Yakima, and definitely a place I’d like to come back to.

Definitely gone down hill. This used to be my go to gyro spot, and I could count on getting my food just as I ordered it, accurately every time. However, this most recent visit was very disappointing. Granted, it's been a while, but when I came in for my usual (gyro extra feta no tomato), they didn't add any feta at all, even though I made sure to ask multiple times because they don't speak English. They also added tomato even though I specifically said NO tomato. Additionally, there was so much salad on the gyro that I could hardly find the meat. Maybe I have high standards for gyros....but I was very disappointed. I'm not one to complain either, and I had already waited a long time for the food, so I just went to the grocery store for feta cheese and decided that this will be my last visit here for at least quite some time if ever. Very very sad about this because I love a good gyro and a good place to get them is so difficult to find. Update: I called them to inform them, but they don't speak English well at all and couldn't understand that there was an issue. There's no way to report problems or get orders accurately because they don't speak English!!!

Greek fries were amazing! The sauce is the magic. Chicken schwamma salad had lots of flavor, fresh and plenty of meat.

I always order the gyro special. I don’t think it’s actually on the menu. It’s the traditional gyro with a side of fries and a drink. The fries are topped with tzatziki and sumac sprinkles. They are delicious!!My wife usually orders something with falafel. The gyro is always fantastic. My wife’s falafel gyro had a little bit of lettuce on it that was past its prime, but she picked it out and it was still good. This is our go-to place to get something different that’s always good. I would say that most people order their food to-go here, but we always dine-in.

After 3 years of living in Yakima and eating my way through the valley, I’ve finally found the one. 🥹💛 My all-time favorite restaurant, the food is so good I literally dream about taking a bubble bath in their hummus and using the pita as my floatie in flavor heaven. 🫶✨ 10/10 recommend this local gem!

Great place, very friendly staff, prompt service and great food. Two Gyro Specials comes to about $28, which includes a gyro, drink & dressed French fries. Filling and generous portions for the price, which is incredibly hard to find anymore. Highly recommend !!

Ordered a salad for lunch there about 3 weeks ago. I got to work to eat it and it was disgusting. The salad had pinkish marks all over it because it was old, the majority of it was also dried out and shriveled. The whoe thing went in the garage. Left a comment on the page on contact us, no response was received!

This is such a good value. The pizzas are tasty and affordable. My kids were not huge fans of the wings but everyone agreed the breadsticks were delish. We'd eat here again for sure. I will say its wise to order ahead because the wait can be a bit if you walk in. The line was pretty crazy on a Ssturday night but it went fast.

Visiting from out of town, and wanted a good pizza. This pizza was out of this world yummy! It was a simple cheese, but other places can mess that up. Tony's delivered a great one!! The sauce is on point, the crust is a great thickness, and the customer service kind and helpful! I can see why this place is loved by locals!

Absolutely love Tony's!!! They have the 'hot and ready' just like Lil Caesar's for only $7!!! And it's way bigger than the $5 Lil Caesar's hot and ready so I definitely would recommend it to anyone if they haven't tried Tony's Big Cheese, they better get their butts over and get some!!!!

Warning to those who order spaghetti… it was full of black olives, green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. It said nothing about that on the menu. I went and picked up our order, opened it and immediately asked for another one because those toppings were not listed as being in the spaghetti on the menu. The employees response was “oh sorry” and we had to pay full price for a new one. I find that frustrating when it wasn’t listed. Other than that the food was actually very good. We ordered a garlic chicken calzone, cheese bread and the spaghetti. All three were delicious and I would order again. I would appreciate an updated menu with ingredients listed because if they would have been I would have ordered it “plain” to begin with.

I love the 8bit graphics on the box. I got wings and a pizza. The wings are nothing but breading. When you take a bite it feels like it's all fat in your mouth. The pizza kinda has sauce. You can see it a little bit when you take a bite, but you can't taste it. The pizza has less flavor than tombstone frozen pizza. We threw away the order and made our own food.

Disappointed! Apparently they got new ownership within the past couple of months and let's just say the quality has gone downhill. I ordered a pizza and chicken pasta and when I got home there was only one piece of chicken, no vegetables, and super dry! I called and told them about the issue I had with the pasta and the owner wanted to argue and said he made the pasta himself. I asked if I can bring it back and make a new one with more sauce, chicken & vegetables. He said no. Pizza was dry and had no taste to it. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza with light cheese. I don't recommend this place under its new ownership. Wouldn't even give it a star.

Had a pepperoni and a Hawaiian pizza. The Hawaiian tasted like actual ham and fresh pineapple. Same price as chain restaurants, maybe a little less, but taste way better!!

Picked up a veggie lovers and some cheese bread. The pizza was incredible, crust was not too thick, not to thin, just perfect. The ingredients were obviously fresh and an amazing combination of vegetables on a basil pesto sauce, sooo ooo good. The sweet corn cheese bread, is my new drug of choice, this stuff should come with warning labels about not being able to stop eating it. It is so amazing..... get a pizza and see for yourself.

I was on a road trip and Googled for tacos in Yakima - came up with Don Chayo. Turn out it was over 10 minutes off the freeway. Well, happy to report the detour was absolutely worth it. The tacos were great, the salsa were tasty, service very fast and he was super-nice. If I lived in Yakima I would be a regular here. The reputation is well earned.

I tried the torta de asada with everything on it and a bottle coke with some peanut sauce it was delicious he was very nice and let me sample the sauces.

The portion size was worth the money. I got the Big Breakfast Burrito and it was a 10/10. I also got the Seasoned Curly Fries. The portions are huge. A lot of places have been skimping their customers with expensive meals and tiny portion sizes. Not at Smitty's. I was surprised and caught off guard by how big the portion size was. I opened my bag and saw a 2 lb burrito sitting there and I was extremely pleased. I couldn't finish it and ended up eating it for breakfast and dinner. Not only was the portion size huge, it was extremely delicious. I will be eating here whenever I order door dash moving forward. 10/10 Smitty’s offers delicious food with excellent portion sizes. Eating here is a great value for the money.

Believe the hype, the breakfast burrito is everything it's talked up to be and more. Cooks and staff at the store are all lovely people, always a joy to come in and chat with, food is great, location is supremely convenient right near the corner of Fruitvale and 40th. Wholeheartedly recommend, there simply isn't a better breakfast burrito in Yakima.

Burger was good taters where good worth the price for the burgers not so much for the tots but it's a yes for the burger

Never again!!!*****I have been coming here for over 20 years and was never ever disappointed until yesterday! Ordered 3 Paul's, 1 small Paul and a cord of curly fries and a cord of onion rings. The new owners changed to 1 patty on the Paul's they are a little thicker but tastes gross. My small Paul looked like a McDonald's happy meal burger and he charged us 8.99 for it! Not even the rectangle burger. Not even the same!!!

Great burgers and Mexican foods at reasonable price point, clean too. Nice to be able to get an excellent meal without spending too much and going all the way into town.

Ok I went back, after saying I wouldn't. I hoped they would respond to reviews about burritos being stuffed with mainly potatoes but they did not. Disappointed again! My bad... do better Smitty's!

Had another great lunch today. The ability to customize each half of my pizza is wonderful. The speed (and friendliness) of service is very good. Today, the store could have used a table wipe down and a floor sweeping.

Super friendly and patient service, mega pizza cooked up perfectly, salad ingredients were fresh.

My ol best friend Elias Moreno Jr. Took me out after we served two events in Media at church Sunday, he treated me to "THE MEGA DOUGH" one of the best pizzas 🍕 ever, I HAD THE WORKS, HE HAD EVERYTHING, except the good stuff like onions, and he added spicy sauce, thank you Elias and MOD Pizza!

My kids and I have been here several times and each time we’ve had excellent and wonderful service/experience! The staff is friendly, attentive to all customers and all around great! This place is always busy but they are quick! 10/10 recommend!

The management here sucks. I feel bad for the workers. They are so understaffed. Every night I've come in it's almost lines out the door with only 2 of them working. The foods good for the price but clearly they don't care about their workers. It's quite sad. Especially when the people here are so rude. I've come an hour before close and by the time it'd be my turn it's be 30 mins to close and then when I'm walking out the door it'd be 10 to close with people still showing up for food. Like bro mods a pizza place not a McDonald's it's rude coming in 10 to close when pizzas take up to 15 mins to cook. Decent food for the price you get just you can clearly tell the management sucks and don't care about their employees. Tip them big especially the ones working nights cause they always appear to be understaffed. Food gets 4 stars but 2 stars for service and atmosphere just for how they're employees are treated

MOD has been consistent over the few years I've been enjoying their fare: tasty food made your way and quick service in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. I love their open air feature in good weather, and the music is always right on.

I have been a customer since they opened. I know Covid hit them hard but they came through even better than before. I will always choose Mod Pizza over any other pizza establishment in Yakima. Keep up the great work!!

We are trying more restaurants in Yakima . We haven’t been to Majors before . Cute restaurant with a baseball theme. We loved our cheeseburgers . They were large but not as large as Minors burgers .

My family and I stopped in and it's a cute restaurant. But the food just wasn't doing it. The burgers were decent, a little overpriced. And I ordered the fish and chips basket, $20, and I could hardly call what I got fish. They gave me 2, small 3" long pieces, of fish that were dried out to all heck. For $20 that's just crazy business. I also ended up feeling mildly sick afterwards. I know what you're thinking, why order fish then? I have had F&C at many local places and I can get good-sized pieces and better fries at Arctic Circle, Red Robin, ect for a better price. Won't be coming back here again.

Food isn't anything special, but it's good. I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Staff is super friendly and nice. That actually is one of the reasons I would go there. That's the one on Washington ave. Haven't been to the other one.

Hamburgers, onion rings, and shakes done the old fashioned way and done right. Good luck finding a better burger. The onion rings are the best. Portion sizes ginormous. Time to step out of the "Miners" and into the Majors you won't be sorry.

Group of lady's next to us were having a good old time, laughing and telling stories. It was nice. Only complaint the first door i tried was locked and I had to go around the building to the other side to get in.

The dirtiest DQ I have ever been in. After eating more than half of my meal I realized it was served on a dirty tray. It was covered with ketchup covered by a paper ad from the previous customer. This caused me to look around only to realize how dirty the place was. I question when this establishment was last inspected. It surely wouldn’t have passed the day I was in there.

The girls there tonight were obviously very unhappy with working/receiving our business. Very rude and handed us our blizzard with ice cream all over the side. They were also out of the confetti dip and cookie dip, I know they can’t control but was a disappointing cherry on top.

I was so uncomfortable here. I am not sure they run the AC because it was incredibly hot here. I had to leave before I ate my whole meal because it was that hot.

Well, I went into Jimmy John’s here in downtown Yakima expecting some good service and a great meal. I got neither. The crew behind the counter acted like a bunch of kids giggling and looking at each other. My 6 inch BLT was missing the tomato. So anyway the bun, the bread was hard and it looked like it was shrunk. It looked like the circumference of a 3 inch piece of steel, which is like really small. Even smaller when you don’t get the tomatoes.

Employees were less than friendly, keep in mind the base sandwich only have 2oz of meat on them, so 2 pieces. I ordered the unwich, and was pretty disappointed. It definitely needed salt and pepper but they have none. The cheese was flavorless as well as the one tomato slice. The person I was with had a regular sandwich and they had much more meat, cheese and tomato. However it still needed some salt and pepper but none available. They said the bread is good. Overall I won't return.

Have to share this experience I just had. I ordered my sandwich with avocado. And then I went through the sandwich and didn't see any. Which normally I can open it and see it clearly. I told them that I didn't get any avocado After I took a bite at the table. I went to tell them I didn't get any avocado. If they can give me a side. She told me bring the sandwich back so we can remake. I said I don't need it to be made again. Just give me on the side. She said. Well I have to see if your lying. And then I said. So your going to go through my sandwich? Then she went through every slice every lettuce and said. Here I found it! ;)...I'm like oh yeah I see that sliver of avocado now...hahaa...sorry I missed it. But you just picked through through each little piece of my whole sandwich. No. I don't think I want that anymore..sadly. next time I'll be sure to go through each crevice to make sur I didn't miss it. Thank you Jimmy John's for the great experience!

We had sandwiches for take out that were for lunch the next day. I had the double roast beef which was delicious. I love the bread and options at Jimmy Johns. The stores need a rethink. A lot of the signs that were probably created 10-20 years ago are quite tone deaf to today’s society and some simply belittle people. I don’t see the need and it’s put me off. I’m not sure I will be back.

Horrible, will NEVER order from here again. Took them 30 min to deliver 1st if all. They don’t toast their sandwiches and they don’t give you the option to select that you want it toasted via the app or online website, and when you call to place and order via phone no one picks up EVER!! The sandwich was nothing like what I ordered and tasted horrible and was really cold. Lacked substance. I took a few bits and threw the rest away as it was disgusting. Next time I’ll order from subway!!!!!

Not crazy fast. Not only did it take over 30 min for them to deliver but it was lacking in substance. I was less than one mile away from the store! The manager said that everything is measured, but I doubt it. I've ordered from them before and it's never turned out like this. Very disappointed.

I ordered a #7 Spicy Italian and all I have to say is I shouldn’t have to order extra hot peppers to get a regular amount of hot peppers on my sandwich. I mean it is called a spicy Italian for a reason…

Great meal today! Tried the Churro Plate for the first time and it’s better than pie! Chicken Enchilada Plate and 4 Beef tacos. Sadly they were all out of chupacabra — but maybe next time.

I called Rinconsito Restaurant at 11:40 PM on 9/3/25 to place a phone order. The restaurant closes at 12:00 AM, so I thought I had plenty of time. When I asked if I could order, the girl who answered said she had to check with her manager first. She came back and told me I could order as long as I picked it up before 12 and if I was actually going to come. I explained that I was only about 7 minutes away. Then she told me they would not make my food until I got there. This completely defeats the purpose of placing a phone order, which is to call ahead so the food is ready when you arrive. I don’t have time to sit in the drive-thru waiting for food they could have already started. At that point, I told her to cancel my order. She then tried to convince me by saying the food I ordered doesn’t take long to cook, I am on a timed lunch and do not have time to waste by waiting on food that could’ve been prepared as soon as I ordered. Very disappointing experience! If they aren’t going to prepare food until you arrive, there’s no point in offering phone orders that late.

I ordered online for takeout and the food was ready within 15 minutes. The bag it came in was sealed shut, order was correct, the food is affordable, and omg delicious. I ordered the 4 street tacos, rice and beans side dish, &kids quesadilla. All the flavor was there 🤌

Great tacos. We love the salsa bar. Our food did not come out all at once which was odd and not great for my son who had to watch us all eat for awhile before him.

BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING HERE! The cashier today around 8 pm was smiling & was very nice to the mexican family ordering in front of us. Then we walk up "We are a White American family" and she immidiatly loses all her niceness, puts on a mean mug & starts taking our order in a very rude attitude. Then the Mexican family behind us orders & she immidiatly turns super nice again. The cashier was clearly very racist. Also our receipts don't show what we purchased & how much we paid for each item. It actually dosen't show any item. Making it so they can secretly upcharge you without you having legal proof. Very Shady.

Very disappointed ordered a side of rice and beans and the plate was almost empty seems like it was a small scoop of rice and beans and it came in a big plate! They could at least fill up the plate and make it worth what people pay for it

I order crispy quesa birria tacos and crispy tripe tacos and was very disappointed. The birria tacos were soggy and the tripe tacos were also soggy but not only that the tortillas and the bottom of the food container had so much oil. I ended up using the air fryer to make my food crispy and used paper towels to removed as much oil as possible from my tacos. I’ve had the same issue in the past I don’t know if I’ll be going back!!

Today went to get some classic sandwiches mac and cheese and coleslaw. We got home and our coleslaw was half missing the Mac and cheese was given to us in small quanity as well. Look at picts below.. almost 50.00 for 4 classic sandwiches.. Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Never again will we go back .. what a waste of my money. I would like a refund for this bad service 😕.. 3.98 for each coleslaw and 7.89 for Mac n cheese wow!!

Not rating the atmosphere as this was an Uber Eats order. Took a chance on the Lemon pepper rub boneless wings. What was delivered was Bone in Lemon Pepper rub with a side of wings. When I tell you they must of used an entire container of lemon pepper rub on these wings. I got 12 total, I was able to get through maybe 4 of them. The rub simply overpowers anything else about the chicken. What a complete waste. Called to let them know what happened and they offered to replace the wings, but I am disabled and don't leave the house. Keep the wings. I'll just eat the loss and never order again. If you do order anything you can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich. That is one thing they do well.

I came Tuesday and I wanted to give Popeyes a chance again.. So I went through the drive thru and a guy named Daniel took my order. He was so rude to me and he kept asking to repeat my order. It's like he couldn't understand what I was saying. I was getting more and more irritated. After all that too I also had to wait for my order for such a long time. I knew there was a reason why I never went back. I should've never given this place a second chance again. I will never be coming back. The chicken sandwich wasn't even that decent either. I would much rather go to Wendy's which is walking distance from the Popeyes. Save your money and just go somewhere else.

We had a horrible experience. We went inside to pick up a Tender Family Pack. My daughter also got a Mac and Cheese. When we arrived at home we noticed the Mac and Cheese was horrible, very disgusting and they charged us $4.39 for trash. The Biscuits were very hard. Also a manager yelled at an employee in front of the customers, she cried and went to the bathroom. The Chicken is great, especially with the signature sauce omg.. but the chicken is also.. Way Too Crunchy! And thats the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating for me... However their mashed potatoes with cajun gravy is always amazing. My fiance and son loved the macaroni and cheese.

(5 April 2022 - 4.5 Stars) This location has been open 4 years. I have not been here for 3.5 years - because I did not like the taste of the food (to spicy) or the service. This is the only Popeyes I have ever been to. Today, My father & I returned to this location to try an advertised special. In all the ways we both did not like this brand before (and often talked about those dislikes as we deprive by looking for a place to stop and eat lunch together) we were HAPPILY surprised by the "new" way we felt about the place. I was able to get mild chicken that was also very juicy (before dry and WAY OVER spiced.) The fries were fresh and crisp. Dad had the shrimp special, he enjoyed very much, the coleslaw was good as well. The staff we had interactions with were happy, friendly, accurate and fast. WE BOTH HAVE CHANGED OUR OPINION OF THIS BRAND TODAY, AND WILL ADD IT TO OUR PLACES TO GO. My only draw back is the lack of condiments for the meals. The advertisement showed Cocktail sauce for the shrimp special (as well as the mobile app), and the "picking slip" said it was on the tray for dine in. It was not. I saw two people come in from the drive thru with the same problem (no Cocktail sauce.) I heard the drive thru staff member say "if they do not ask for it, how am I supposed to know they want it". Also, no ketchup available to pick up in the lobby - for the fries. No butter in the lobby - for the biscuit either. You have to wait in line to request some from the cashier. I wish they would have asked / offered the Cocktail sauce, butter and ketchup when giving us our meal. Would have made things better. Will return

Loved the experience although we had to wait a lil it was worth it everything we ordered we just loved it. We ordered everything on the limited menu and it was great hope these hot ones are available every year

First, I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad I decided to leave a review to give others a heads up. We paid almost $70, the burgers were sloppy, smashed and not tasty at all. The fries were so burnt that we ended up just throwing them away after paying 6.85 each, for a regular size fry. The pineapple shake was made with A LOT of pineapple syrup. Although I didn't ask for it specifically, in my experience, restaurants usually use the crushed pineapple topping to make shakes. We waited over 20 (closer to 25) minutes to get food we didn't even end up finishing because it just wasn't good. The chicken sandwich was a super thick piece of really dry ciabatta with a really thin, also burnt, piece of chicken. Do not recommend, and will not be going back, not even for ice cream. The guy at the window wasn't terrible, but he definitely has absolutely no customer service skills at all; no "please", "thank you", "have a good day", nothing. Not even a friendly tone. We won't be going back.

I used to love this place but now their customer service sucks and they haven't had chocolate soft serve in like a year. I opted for a milkshake instead of cone and it had chunks in it, ended up throwing it away. They need to make some improvements.

Don't leave reviews often, but feel like I need to at this point. Food ain't too bad, but it was WAY better back in the day. My problem is the dude at the window who wears a black beanie half the time. Don't ask him any questions, or take too long to order or you'll be met with unnecessary attitude/rudeness. Will gladly take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so until that changes.

Always friendly best soft serve ice cream in the area, their Sundays are ridiculous big and delicious one of my favorite things is the churro sundae and it not expensive which make it that much better, classic spot

Grew up in yakima and have been coming to Ron's since the 90s when the little old lady owned it. Ice cream has always been delicious. I still come to Ron's every time we come back in town but the last times we've come either the ice cream machines are broken or the ice cream is falling off the cones. Last time we came to Ron's the ice cream fell off the cone as soon as we drove off, my husband caught it, reversed and asked for a cup. The guy at the windows looked annoyed that we asked for a cup and let us know that next time it would be extra for the cup. Mind you this had never happened before, as a kid it never happened. Also the service isn't very friendly, everytime we come here the men at the window seem to hate life working their. I miss the old owners, the little old lady was always so sweet.

If I could give a thousand stars I would I have gone here since I was a baby I have never been disappointed with the food and the price it’s decent

I ordered uber eats and the chicken sandwiches tasted off and my burger was given to me with moldy bread .... nope I will not be ordering jack in the box again how can you serve moldy bread. Was else is being served expired

The food was fine but the place didn’t seem clean. One employee(dark hair/and skin tone) was nice and came over to open the bathroom door for me right away. The other employee(a blonde lady fair skin tone) on the hand was rude, when my nephew went up to ask if they can unlock the bathroom her response was “can’t you see we’re busy” and “did you make a purchase”. She needs to learn better costumer service and if being asked to open the bathroom is too much for her then maybe they should keep them unlocked.

i asked for no tomato, it says no tomato on my receipt, why is there FOUR tomatos on my burger and one of them is rotten? cashier was rude as well.

We were rushed ordering, and the lady had a terrible attitude. We ordered a shake and didn't get charged for it, and it was a whole mess at the window. She wanted us to go all the way around to order again. I ordered the mini loaded tacos, and as you can see, it wasn't very loaded. It seems these places have given up their quality for the quantity. Yes, it is the holidays and I'm sure everyone is very busy this time of year. Just like we worked really hard to be able to go eat out. We just wanted to enjoy a quick little lunch, and that's the experience we had at this location.

This was the dirtiest jack in the box I have ever seen. The service was good, but they had a worker that may have been mad. She was moving the chairs in a very loud manner. We were going to eat inside and we decided to eat in our car that person was so loud.

I love Jack in the Box it is a delicacy to me and my broke friends. Service is always so kind and the food is yummy for the cheap price and it’s a good place to chill and hang out with friends!

Ugh everything was excellent till I noticed my cheesecake missing!! Ugh!! Sad part of my night!! They need to pay attention to the orders so they won't forget anything!!

I ordered a small chocolate brownie extreme blizzard because the picture on the menu showed it as fully chocolate ice cream with brownie and chocolate chunks in it. What I got was a cup of vanilla soft serve with some marbled looking chocolate ice cream at the top with about 1 tablespoon each of brownie chunks and chocolate chunks mostly at the top. One I got about 7 bites in, it was all vanilla with a few chocolate specks in it. Completely misrepresented. I am done with this location. Instead of holding the blizzard upside down they should be required to show a core sample to prove they actually use the ingredients they say they do! For $6.00 I can buy a half gallon of good ice cream at the store!

I would've given this place at least 4 stars...had it not been for the actual food being delicious... (when we finally got service) ...overall, 3 stars seems adequate & appropriate. I took my son and daughter there for what I hoped would be a quick lunch on our way out of town. It was hot, we spent the last 4 hours in the sun watching football and we just wanted a bite to eat before hitting the road. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I needed to use the restroom but I wanted to order my food first to cut into the waiting around period. There were at least 3 people who were hanging around the counter, avoiding eye contact, keeping their hands busy and ignoring our existence. Knowing it was busy in the drive thru, I was giving grace. We waited patiently... Before I couldn't wait any longer, I decided to use the restroom and told my daughter what to order. As I returned my daughter said, no one had still asked her if she had been helped or could be helped.... Because my son really wanted chicken strips after a double header, he was exhausted, left waiting in the car...we decided to wait again until finally.... A young lady came and took our order. I was nervous at first. She seemed like she had been running around all day and was over managing the front (what looked like, by herself) which clearly no one else wanted to do.... And the task of filling up blizzards and shake orders. Nonetheless, she was polite and knew the menu/deals. She was very helpful. She even flipped the blizzard which my daughter thought was so cool because not everyone does it. We had 3 boxes and 3 drinks...which someone else stacked up & passed it off to us. I wish we were offered a bag or drink caddy to carryout all the food and drinks because there were only two of us and it was very awkward and difficult to carryout. At that point we were tired of waiting around and wanted to hit the road. The chicken strips.... Pretty much is what saved the review. It was nicely sized, hot and delicious. The toast was buttered too. If only the customer service could match... This place would be rated higher....

Ordered two blizzards from the drive up. The windows lady turned one upside down and part of it fell to the floor. She didn't attempt the other. When I asked about it her response was "do you want a lid". Partial blizzard later and no sorry or resolution. Very disappointed by the middle aged windows lady that should know better.

I frequent this location because of its proximity and food. The blizzards, chicken strips, and fries are always excellent. The drive thru line often stretches all the way into the turning lane on the main road and the process can be slow to get your food here, but they usually do a good job despite the rush and influx of business.

Not enough counter help working. Enough employees just not work. Talking about co workers calling in and this person and that person isn't here. Customers don't need to hear the gossip! We were on the farthest wall from the counter and heart their conversation

Kids working there are careless about customer service. Rood, always messing around and they are dirty. There should be a dress code to have clean clothes , if you are dirty go change. Not ok. My drinks dripping down every time. They don’t clean them either

Don’t spend your money here instead go buy the ingredients and make them at home! Went in and spent almost 40 bucks on soupy banana splits and blizzards. I don’t understand why this business always has a line like if they are the BEST! SMH.

Walking in I was greeted politely. When ordering the cashier was very nice and explained some of the items i wasn’t sure about. My food came out in a timely manner. The tacos i ordered had a bit of fat in them and personally i don’t like eating fat in my tacos. Tacos were ok. Rice and beans were better.

The food was really good, don't get me wrong. But it was SUPER expensive for tacos. I had really amazing tacos at El Gordo down in Chula Vista earlier this year and it was about 75 percent of what the cost was here. Just too much. But it WAS good.

This spot is horrible avoid going here for anything! The food here is garbage they literally sell you old past date food you can smell it. Besides that you will pay different prices for the same meal in the same week depending on who is at the cash register. I over paid for the meals I bought from here. I know the prices and the lady wouldn’t give me a receipt even after I asked! This restaurant is going down the drain due to poor management!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but my take out chicken soup only had 1 piece of zucchini, 1 piece of carrot etc.. (very little veggies) what took up most of the room was DARK meat chicken. Most of the chicken was not edible 🥴 How is it that you guys raised the price to almost $17! From 14 something. I understand minimum wage went up but the least y'all can do is cook it with better quality chicken. Give us what we're paying for. (Took pictures before picking at chicken)

I went through the drive through today and it took 30 minutes. When they handed me my reciept they asked for a tip in the drive through. This is just weird. My entire lunch hour was waisted in the drive through. Then they want a tip and also have a sign that say they will charge extra for disposable containers? I’ve always like this restaurant, even the ones in Kent and Federal way. But my experience today was unfortunate. Guess I will never go to the ones in Yakima agai

Some things are okay but sometimes the orders like the packaging are so bad!! And the food it’s so little and portions like rice or beans!!!

Food, staff, price is excellent. I was in town for buisness and needed a quick meal. The staff was awesome and the food was great. What wasnt great was the neighborhood I was in. I was accosted multiple times by homeless and women asking if I wanted a "date"... dont bring your kids to this part of town. They have other locations in a more "inviting" neighborhoods. Lock your doors if you are going to dine in.

I will not go back anymore. I ordered a large drink and a pot pie bowl. They gave me a medium drink. I told the lady I ordered a large. She gives me a large. The cup was full of ice and still had the amount of pop a medium had. Haha. What a joke. That’s what they do to there customers. I’m good. I won’t go back no more.

I feel like I got the smallest ever chicken tenders combo lol 😪 for $13.85 should have gone to the gas station

Ordered at 8:46pm, ended up being told to pull to the front, noticed the guy in the parking spot next to me was waiting for an order as well. The girl who brought the food out to the guy had to be sent back inside for something, the guy ended up taking a couple minutes looking through his bag when he probably noticed there was no food because he went to go inside where two female workers met him at the door with drinks but he talked to them about something wrong with the bag they handed him earlier. The workers went back inside and the guy went back into his car but was still waiting and looked frustrated. The worker bringing out the food was very nice but she went up to his car with a bag and asked if it was his, it wasn’t so she asked if it was ours and, it wasn’t. She went back inside for a couple minutes and came back out with what he ordered. She went back inside for a couple minutes again, and when she came back out she had our food and a medium drink when we ordered two small drinks. I let her know we didn’t have that drink and corrected her. I asked for utensils at the window but didn’t receive them so I had to ask for them again when she came out with our drinks a couple minutes later. We also barely got any of our sauces we asked for at the window. When we got home, we noticed our sandwich we asked to be plain, wasn’t and the mini corn dogs were caked in grease in the box, looked like they’ve been sitting in the box for. a minute. The girl was very nice who took our order and brought it out but they definitely need to work on speed and communication.

Great food with ice cold A&W mugs handed to customer inside the store to fill with their favorite beverage! Such a treat and blast from the past. Nice to have a choice between A&W and KFC menu items!

First time at a Carl's Jr for awhile. Good food. Liked the deep fried zucchini.

Mainly come to the drive through but it’s always felt off. Sometimes the lights around the restaurant are not turned on during the night time hours. It usually looks like the store is closed. Also, the prices on the outside menu are not up to date. The burger combos advertised appear to be about 5 dollars below their listed price. At this time, a single famous star combo is advertised for $7.24. When asking the drive through employee, price was about $12.50. Same for the single big carl combo. Advertised combo for $6.99, about $12 when asking the employee. Be wary of the prices if strapped for cash. Go into the store for most accurate prices as drive through menu is not up to date.

30$ n the milkshakes r only a little more than 1/2 the rest was whip cream which didn't even barely fill the cup it took 15 minutes and there were no other customers. They made my hamburger wrong and when I asked the manager about the milkshake, she said that's policy for two hamburgers and two milkshakes $30 is ridiculous when I only got half a milkshake in each cup

The breakfast burrito is pretty darn good. It has real grated cheese instead of the nasty 'queso' sauce at other places. The way to perfect it would be to put more pico de gallo on it. The personnel were very cordial and nice.

Great food and service. Music is super annoying! Why have windows if you're going to cover them up with posters?

Food was quick and fresh it has a okay area for kids the only reason I have 4 stars was for to most of the tables not being cleaned.

Did not receive what we ordered. Called and supposedly spoke to the manager. He said he said he would make it right and send coupons. Never received them. Would not go back ever! Thought the manager would want to know the service we received, but apparently he didn’t care. The bill was 30 dollars for 2 meals.

22 June 2022 - 3 Stars 1) I rate the food 4 Stars. The taste is good and at a fair price. 2) The rewards app is okay, but not the best offers for burgers in the area. 3) I rate the store cleanliness, GENEROUSLY, with 2 Stars. The staff does not clean the drink area - just put a sign saying it's slippery. Granted, the staff are not the ones making the mess and spilling drinks, but I was amazed that during the 1 hour we were there (slowly eating and visiting) the drink area was never cleaned. The "slippery" sign was already posted before we arrived. The mess of napkins, etc. in that area was noticeable. Small Drink Lids were missing as well.

We go here often. Decent food for a decent price. Always get our order right. Hot & tasty.

The lady who took our order was snippy and rude when she gave us our food one of the items my daughter ordered was not there she says well I didn't here you say that so if you want that it will cost an additional amount I said that's fine she ac acted like it was such a big problem this was the one on nob Hill I will not go back.

I originally began regularly visiting this location as a means to use up my overwhelming stockpile of free item coupon cards. I now regularly visit this location as my preferred McDonald's in this town. The employees here have been nothing buy helpful, respectful, and kind. I appreciate them more than words can express.

The newer technology via ordering machines stood out to me. These ordering machines made a much quicker experience and really sped things up. Everything was user-friendly with the machines.

Took out the self service drinks, water and ice. Napkins available at the counter. If you want water with your meal, a medium water out of the faucet is $0.39. Also, very limited service at the counter which also looks like they want you to clean your own tables.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I’m always very disappointed. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals on the app, when I arrived to the location they only had one car in the drive through window so it was pretty much dead. They gave me the drinks like how they normally do but for some reason the food took over 20 minutes for some cheeseburgers. Then about 4 or 5 more cars show up and they get them out no problem. Once those cars leave the lady poked her head out of the window and looked shocked to still see me there as if they had forgotten all about my order. Ordering on the app seems useless if I still gotta wait over 20 minutes for my food when I arrive. Will never come back to this location.

I guess they don't want people to dine in. The new seating after their recent remodel is hard and uncomfortable. The decor is industrial and uninviting. No more free refills either. The soda machine is gone altogether.

I would give this a 1 star but the cashier was nothing but nice to me. The person who took my order and the person who gave me my order had horrible service. She was practically ordering for me instead of letting me order and I heard her talk bad about me not moving my car when I was trying to fix my things. Food was good service was not. I would not go through the drive thru again. They shouldn’t speak about customers like that.

This McDonald’s has been the best I’ve been to so far extremely clean they had table Changing pads and books for toddlers with happy meals The workers are very friendly and patient

This place has to be the sloppiest spot of all and they don’t wear hair nets no gloves touching everything in the kitchen including pulling up their sleeves then proceeded to grab food before washing hands. Ate half my taco and lost my appetite after I seen this.

This location is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to. There are employees touching raw and then cooked foods with their bare hands… no gloves… no hair nets… they are sloppy, and don’t seem to care for customer service or the well being of anyone eating at their location. How this place passes code is truly questionable.

So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn't let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it's not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!

09/30/2005 11:45 a.m. I stopped at your drive thru and ordered a "cluck" sandwich meal. I ordered Coke which you didn't have. I ordered a medium and I received a large. I asked for ketchup and got 10 packets. And the Cluck wasn't even a sandwich. No bread, pickles or sauce. Just 6 pices of chicken tenders in a bag. One of the WORST drive thru experiences of my life. And no receipt was given. I won't EVER be back! Fouling up my order that badly doesn't deserve a second chance. Fire the staff and start over. You're a joke!

We went to grab some food for us as we were waiting at the hospital and most everything food wise was cold. To start, you couldn't hear the person on the drive-through speaker. It took forever, and when we got to the window, she was even hard to hear in person! Got our food and made sure it was all there. I got a salad. She put it in the bag and handed it to me on its side! It was all messed up with her doing that. I will never order it again! The dressing tasted like chemicals and spice. I got 2 very small tomatoes! Very little grilled chicken too...(southwest salad). When I asked her what was on it you could tell she had to read a description. Right after we got our order (btw it was cash only that night). We went directly back to the hospital less than 5 min away. Everyone was taking out their food... All the burgers and fries were cold! The fries only looked like they were just dipped in the hot oil so they weren't still frozen. Absolutely disgusted at this point. No one wanted to finish their meal and it was over $40 worth of food! I got a photo of the inside of one of the burgers I will add to this! I would have driven 15 min away to another Jack in the Box before and will never tell anyone to go to this one on 40th and Tieton in Yakima, WA!! Beyond disgusting!!

Can't get orders right having you go to the front to pick up your order when you're in the Drive-Thru happens all the time always running out of things
