My onion rings and popcorn chicken were both burnt and tasted like charcoal. My bacon cheeseburger didn’t have bacon or tomato on it when selected on the website. Ordered on square to pick up the wait time was ten minutes, I arrived on time. Also ordered at 7pm so that being said maybe don’t go late:(

I love coming to Hal's HB, been coming here since the 1970's. Was so awesome to see Hal's still going strong in 2025 on my visit to Pendleton. I didn't take a picture of Hal's because I was driving back to Boise. But I did get a nice video of main street and random people. Notice the video starts at where the old Cinderella slipper shop was, way way back. 😅 🤠🥰

Vintage drive thru with lots of shaded area to pull over and enjoy a quick meal. 5 star on the shakes. Nice thick shake using real ingredients (no fake banana here) and they actually give you a jumbo fat straw. Perfection. Burger was solid and would get again. Cheese sticks were WAY too heavily breaded to float my boat. I’ll be back but I’ll pass on the sides. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They even made a snack for our pooch since he’s on a diet. No sit down serve. Take out only.

My burger had a long black hair on the inside of burger, coming out of the cheese (I’m blonde.. so not mine that got stuck) and they remade it and offered a refund for the burger, which was very nice and handled it well. But when I came inside to get it remade, the inside of the establishment doesn’t look very clean and the food handlers don’t wear gloves either. (However, they did all have their hair up, but still off putting with everything else!)

This is the burger joint you think back on the next day and say “damn, that was a good burger.” Hal’s is my one stop on my Seattle to Boise run and it’s worth every calorie. Plus I adore their dog-loving employees and I always buy a ‘pup patty’ for my dogs. Highlight! Don’t miss the tater-tots and their ranch dressing is the best I’ve ever had. Not kidding.

Hal's Hamburgers Oh man, I have been wanting to try this place for some time. A friend of mine has been talking about Hal's and saying we need to go. Well, finally, and boy, it was worth it. Just old school, great burgers, and chicken sandwiches. The fries were ok, but the onion rings were amazing. The burgers were exactly what I would want from a roadside burger stop. Sence the 50's they have been turning and burning. Prices are good as well. There were 4 of us, and I was about 12.50 per person. 2 double bacon cheese burgers, 1 monster burger, 1 funky chicken sandwich, 4 large shakes, medium fry, and a large onion ring. Oh, the shake, the shakes are so good, absolutely amazing. I'm definitely going back 💯 . Thank you, Hal's till next time.

Bit of the local breezy spoon. Not very fancy because the building is 71 years old. There's only been on about two families since it began in the 1950s. Bacon cheeseburger was excellent and fries were perfectly crispy. Excellent.

Boyfriend went to pick up a mobile order. 3 waitresses asked if he had been helped and when he told them he hadn’t, they walked away. Finally an older lady gave him our food. My mozzarella sticks came with marinara when I selected ranch (also soggy like they were in a microwave). My salad came with tomatoes even though I requested them off. I don’t know what happened to this place but my last three orders have been wrong. At least they came close this time!

We got it to go order and they forgot to put the salad in the bag and then the lady called us a liar and said she did. And then on top of that we ordered chicken fried steak and it was raw so read that when I took a bite it was mushy in my mouth!!!!!!

I went here because it was open and I know that Denny's has breakfast at night ,period. I knew exactly what I was gonna get walking into the place and did not disappoint. There is some jovial fun here between the employees ,maybe even a little flirtation. I was served by a great woman named Takianna. She is new to the restaurant but not new to the industry and shows how much she cares about the atmosphere and the environment. I truly hope the managers understand the caliber of employees they have, Especially in an area where it must be very difficult to get quality help. Takianna was Willing to be short on her nightly take in order to help out a fellow customer and I couldn't let that happen. I gave an unreasonable tip in most people's mind's Eye. It was the right thing to do. There is beauty in this world just be open to see it here's a picture of nearby

Excellent dennys Fast service and quick to notice and refill drinks. This place used to be kinda bad a few years ago but its really turned around and is great now

I like knowing that I am going to get good food when I walk into a Denny's anywhere in the country. Service was good. Sandwich was delicious.

It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it was pretty damn good! Little pricey but delicious. Unique flavor, good dough, good amount of toppings and cheese, and the garlic herb seasoning they put on the crust was a nice touch. All in all, great job.

My pizza and salad bar buffet experience was positive. The pizzas were fresh and hot. Once the pizzas were placed under the heating element, they sat less than five minutes before being devoured. My school-trained chef wife said that the taco pizza served here is her gold standard used to judge all other taco pizzas tried throughout the rest of America. The salad bar was stocked with the usual salad bar items. Each food bucket used for different items was clean and adequately full. The atmosphere is and remains a Pendleton family classic. My disappointment was that the tables were seldomly cleaned or bused. This pizza place is a value for the money spent; gladly, I would eat there in the future and recommend it for somebody looking for a family-friendly pizza joint with tasty hot pizzas for a fair dollar cost.

I liked Big John's Special, it was appetizing, and the cinnamon bread sticks with the icing cup 😋 tasted like it was made out of scratch, and the employees showed good attitudes; but my concern 😕 is that the floor needs to be vacuumed frequently.

We stopped in for dinner on our road trip and it was amazing!!! The crust was so light but just the prefect crunchy, the flavors had me drooling and ready to smack my husband's hand away from the rest the pizza after the first peice.

Anything off the menu is a favorite! The service is great, the food is great & it's a family friendly restaurant, if you need a location for a birthday, big John's can do it! The price is affordable, especially with a big group.

This is the second experience we had with them, but this one is so egregious that I had to come here and do this we ordered 2 Baconater Combos and got two double stack combos, which was not what We ordered and then our fries were only half they’re not even done. They were literally stone cold and halfway done if you guys were smart, you would never go to this place. They have a history of just messing everything up and it’s it’s just terrible.

It was a pit stop on our long journey from Oregon to Idaho. The cashier was really friendly! Only thing I didn't like was that the chili "wasn't ready yet" and I usually put chili on my baconator fries so that was a bummer. Also, didn't receive a form so I had to eat my baconator fries with my fingers 🤷🏻‍♀️ Really clean and very friendly staff :)

We wanted to try the new frosty options. We tried three different options and they were all good in their own way. It was a little confusing when we ordered because we were not sure what options were available, like chocolate or vanilla. I did not try the pop tarts version, it just doesn't have much appeal, for me. But the chocolate brownie batter and vanilla with strawberry was great.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. We waited over an hour for our food. Staff were yelling very inappropriate jokes for the entire place to hear. And then they started making orders multiple times. There was no organization. You're better to just avoid. They started picking up speed when a trainer stepped in to help after sitting in the dining room for 40 minutes.

My expectations for fast food are not high. I like Wendy’s. Having said that this was probably my worst experience fast food restaurant ever. The service was horrible. The food was cold when I got it. The bathrooms were dirty as wee as the main lobby area. The staff were very inattentive not just to myself, but other patrons. It seemed while I was there. Nobody was happy with their order next time I’ll probably just go to McDonald’s. Skip Pendleton Wendy’s.

Service wasn't great. Counter went unattended w a pretty big line for a good while. Lady taking orders was scowling and very quick to brush us (and everyone else) off, treated us like we were a total thorn in her side for simply being there. I understand things were busy, but the way we were treated rudely was not okay to me.

I just ordered BK via DoorDash. My dasher was amazing. But when I received my order, (double cheeseburger and nuggets) the double cheeseburger was not made at all. Just two patties and a bun. Not only that, but it took 40 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order at 2:20 and my dasher texted me at 2:45 that they had not even began to make my order. To the Burger King manager: why are you even open if you don’t give a damn about the quality of food? I’m still going to eat it because I’m hungry, but please do better.

This place needs to hire servers able to communicate better. The two women talked so fast, they had to repeat every question.. the croissant sandwich wasn't good. Churros has the same old greasy taste.

We stopped here to get a quick meal for our daughter who has a wheat allergy. We asked for a lettuce wrapped burger, which is a pretty simple and common request, but the first person didn’t seem to understand. After some confusion, another employee offered to just put the bun on the side, which was fine. The real issue was when we opened the food and realized they didn’t even include a meat patty. Just the bun we couldn’t use. So we basically paid for the most expensive bun ever, and our daughter didn’t even get a meal. This should have been an easy request. Allergy or not, it’s frustrating when something so basic gets missed. Really disappointed.

Worst experience I've ever had there they couldn't hear anything i said at the ordering machine and once I got to the window still got my order wrong the lady had no clue what she was doing and still gave me the wrong order after we sat in the drive thru for over 30min trying to get the right order down it came out to much more and turns out the lady helping me was the manager? How dose this even work? I was not provided with any compensation or ideas for resolution. Bad management not going back for a very long time and will be advising everyone i know to do the same. It was a simple 2 person order I even showed them for example the order on my phone and was told to go inside to order. Very very disappointed and upset.

Similar to other reviews. Speaker while ordering in thr drive thru doesn't work well. Can barely hear anything. Fairly quick service, but after repeating order multiple times, still got it wrong. Just passing through so I don't have to worry about going there again.

I waited 25 mins in the drive thru today with one car ahead of me and when I got to the window, the gal was in a rush and not particularly pleasant. She didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and didn’t include napkins in the bag, or say more than two words. On top of that, the food was not good. The burger toppings were piled on top of each other right in the middle of the bun (I shouldn’t have to re-engineer the structure of my burger for it to be palatable). I’ve eaten here since I was a kid and it’s generally been pretty good, but over the last few years it’s gone downhill. This is not the only bad experience I’ve had at this particular franchise, but it’s the one that was bad enough to inspire this review.

Unbelievable. They now charge for any additional ingredients added to a burger, but sure don’t discount it any for something you don’t want on it. So much for “Have it your way.” The service is slow and rarely accurate. The crew is clearly understaffed, poorly paid, not well trained and led by incompetent management. Never again. I guess McDonald’s it is.

Just bought a Large Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard at 6:20 pm. Got halfway through and it was just plain “ice cream” none of the ingredients. They literally didn’t mix it. I should’ve known when less than an inch in the ingredients started to dwindle in quantity.

I walked inside with my family, and it smelled like spoiled milk, and an open dishwasher had a baby, injected with steroids. It took 5 minutes to have a worker order food, with no line, and we ordered 3 sundaes, and it took 15 minutes for the worker to understand that we wanted 2 with fudge, and 1 without anything. After that horrible experience, we got our food, the chicken tenders were dry, and small, and the sundae was gross.

Let’s order a single burger no onions , no tomatoes w onion rings and a peanut buster par. Out of onion rings….. hamburger was so full of must and ketchup that I had to open it and wipe it off with a napkin- twice! Then after waiting for 5 mins AFTER I got my burger I was informed they didn’t have peanuts! But they could make it with pecans- so I had them refund me. Store not busy, drive thru not operational and it was filthy inside. Do better.

They got our order wrong so I took it back up to the counter. 5 minutes later he brought the same order back to us and asked if we wanted it for free... we never got the right order or any money back. Overall not upset, it's what I expect when I see HS kids working.

The atmosphere could be cleaner. Unfortunately, during my recent visit—my fourth or fifth time here—I was trying to order a specific ice cream item that included peanuts. Still, they didn’t have all the necessary ingredients each time. I found this unprofessional, especially since they were also out of most of the menu items.

Every time I stop by they never have the full menu available. I get poor service, long wait times and to top it off soggy fry’s and undercooked tasting chicken. They are always understaffed 1 person running the counter and drive through is insane. Better off at the Walmart deli

Waited 30 minutes for a single chicken basket order, and you could tell by the looks on everyone's faces that they did not care. They didn't care that they were going extremely slow, they didn't care that they messed up someone's order three times before they got it right, and they did not care enough to even apologize to anyone. Those have to be some of the most worthless individuals I've ever seen.

I've never been in a McDonald's & thought the food would come hot, fresh, & nicely stacked(not a hodgepodge of ingredients scrambled together). & Not to forget the extremely clean & pleasant environment, they even brought my food to me! If I wasn't passing through I'd come here regularly because they excelled today. Good job guys

I can't remember ever giving a bad post to a fast food restaurant, but Pendleton McDonald's 100% earned one. I just walked in the restaurant and was never acknowledged or served as a customer for the ten (10) full minutes I was in the restaurant. Its obvious this store only cares about drive through customers. I was looked at numerous times by the 3 employees I saw serving drive through customers and there were two other employees cleaning and walking food out to customers in the parking lot, but ZERO service to walk-in customers. I gave up and left with two customers still standing waiting at the register. Epic customer service failure by Pendleton McDonalds! With lots of dining options in Pendleton, I won't be back.

Food was great. Service was also pretty good. Only difficulty was the seating. My daughter found a table that seemed really short or, as she put it, her size. Great for her, not so much for me. I guess this makes up for not having a Play Place.

it took 20 minutes to pour two cokes. That’s 10 minutes per coke. Then, a lady took them outside and walked around in the parking lot for several minutes with them before coming back and leaving them on the pick up shelf. they were unlabeled. I had to ask if they were mine. Also, the cokes tasted kind of funny.

Can not order from the counter. At all. Have to go through confusing menus on screen. Takes 20 times longer than just looking at good old menu on the wall and telling cashier your order. Will never come here again

Food is on point for a McDonald's. However, since the remodel, this place sucks hard. There's rarely anyone in the front anymore and it takes minutes to even talk to someone. Everything is hidden in the employee area too. Straws, spoons, napkins. I just watched a woman wait three minutes for a spoon. It's ridiculous.

ordered 2 piece meals. got them home AND biscuits were raw. chicken was mediocre. to let raw food leave the store is either 1) poor training or 2) staff just doesn't give a crap. I will NEVER EVER waste my money at this store. they should be ashamed of themselves. We are suppose to shop local. have fun with that.

I went in for some grub around 5 today and waited for somebody to come take my order for ~5 minutes. Politely said hello loud in case they were in the back prepping food or something. Nobody in the store. I decided to leave and go some place else. Turns out the two workers were outside taking a smoke break.

This was the absolute cleanest kfc I've visited. The dining area, the rest rooms were immaculate! Tiffany, the manager on duty saw to our order, and provided us with fresh, delicious food. As I was leaving store, Tiffany could be heard checking on her coworkers, making sure they too had eaten and were doing well. Thank you! Steve from Ohio

Honor the national coupon offered by KFC. When presented the coupon he said he cannot honor it due to never have ever saw one. When I never backed down he offered another coupon to me at a bit higher price because what I originally wanted this KFC did not offer. Pretty frustrated but told the guy to do what he thought was fair and left the agreed on price on the counter and stepped back to allow next customer to step up. I picked my order in a sack, sat down and looked in to find a mashed potatoes bowl. Not bad, but not worth the price I paid. Sorry Pendleton KFC, but I used the coupons in Walla Walla nearby without any problem.

Went in to buy a Happy Meal toy, cause I was looking for certain ones. Dakota the "store manager" was not very nice and told me he was not going to go digging through the toys and that he didn't have time to do so. Told me I get what I get when purchasing just a happy meal toy. I tried to explain to him I already have certain ones and I just don't want to have duplicate of one of the toys I have already. The worst part is he went to another manger about me asking about the toy. Overall, he really needs to work on his attitude it was the worst experience ever in that McDonald's. I will not be back to this location.

Even when they are busy they always get food out fast. No matter the drive thru or inside. I appreciate how fast especially after working a long day and just wanting to grab something and get home.

Worst McDonald's ever!!! This place is so gross. They have tons of flies every time I've been in there over the years. The guy working the bagging station has a terrible case of bed head coming out all sides of his hat, sloppy workers, flies both regular and natty everywhere. Not an acceptable amount at all. Gross 🤢 plus if you look at the other reviews someone else is showing real bugs in the table. So no you don't want to eat here!!!

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Im 62 not a child, so I don’t throw tantrums when I’m hungry. I ordered 1 burger and 1 fry. 20 minutes go by and 7 orders that came in after me including 1 couple who had two separate orders all received their food before me. When I questioned my order, I was shrugged off. I asked for my money back because at this point I didn’t want it anymore. The manager came over, never looking at me and did her thing on the register. She then told the cashier to give me a return receipt when it printed and then screamed across the front of the lobby “ don’t make that Big Mac” my order had never been started . She never offered me an apology or even attempt to satisfy me. I will never go back to another McDonald’s!!!!

Had the Daily Double Value Meal. Burger was tasty and the toppings were fresh. Fries were hot, chicken nuggets were cooked perfectly.

Came through the drive thru to grab a bite to eat on a road trip. Was pleasantly surprised. Fries were super hot and fresh and my mcdouble was actually put together nicely and I was able to eat it on the road lol. Lady at the window was very nice too.

It’s a McDonald’s but one of those that has a working kitchen as its only functional system. The little things are often wrong: kiosks are out of order or won’t take tap payment or can’t give you a receipt, the soda machines are low on CO2 and flat, the ketchup dispenser is usually empty, there are straw wrappers everywhere in the drink station, the tables don’t get wiped down but once a day it seems, the floor collects stains that never get scrubbed. It’s a McDonald’s without a leader. That is probably fine, but it’s not great.

Service was horrible, took them 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, they started working on other orders before finishing ours. Store was a mess and had a large sticky stain. Employees clearly did not want to work there whatsoever

This is for the southgate location in Pendleton Or. apparently the staff can not read a ordera all the way to completion. My husband abd I went to The drive-through ( Mistake one) Place the order on a machine so not a live person to write it down wrong. The only part of our order that was right was the bread and the meat. Wrong toppings.! Wrong condiments! And on one no condiments!!!! But of course you don’t find this out till you get home and you’ve wasted 40 bucks on food. You didn’t order it. It’s a sandwich.!!!!! What you can’t get the toppings right don’t go to the subway if you’re smart

To start, the neatness of how the food was placed inside of the bag was nothing short of amazing! And very much appreciated! The tuna fish is always a win, and in this case even more so because it tasted extremely fresh! Moving onto the dessert ,the chocolate chip cookies were also freshly baked. We all know it's a rarity these days to find a restaurant, especially in the fast food lane,that takes pride in providing great service, and that's exactly what I have been displayed here! Great food and great presentation!

I came into the shop and ordered a spicy Italian foot long and the girl who helped me was the absolute best. So friendly. And patient. She made my sandwich with perfection. She was nothing short of perfect. A delight. Trinity was her name. The restaurant was well kept and my sandwich was amazing. Great store to eat at.

Seems that prices just keep going up. But wait! They are putting fewer ingredients on the sandwiches too, 4 slices of meat on a footling ?!! Won’t be going back.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm temporarily stranded at the Holiday inn without transportation and needed to order some takeout. The first night I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, the delivery came pretty quick but the pizza was really dry, hardly any sauce and no extra cheese like I requested. Tonight is the second night, I ordered a pan crust pepperoni with extra cheese hoping they'd do better and the did worse. As you can see in the photo the pizza looks like slop, and all the ingredients are literally in the middle of the pizza so it's mostly just crust I'm eating. Given the circumstances it's snowing out so I'm grateful they delivered but $27 on a medium pepperoni pan slop pizza is just ridiculous. I'm never spending another dollar at this location.

Poor quality ingredients. just thrown together. pizza was overdone chicken was underdone. Almost no sauce. Have to pay separately for peppers and Parmesan. Very disappointing. Only good part of the meal was the delivery.

They were very quick to make our food. Customer service was excellent. The only dislike was the garlic parmesan wings sauce on top of the wings. It didn't taste like garlic nor parmesan. It was more like a creamier ranch flavor. We should have picked BBQ instead. Don't know until you try it, I guess. If it was actual melted parmesan with actual sautéed butter garlic bits on it, it would have tasted amazing.

We have ordered multiple times from them and the food was good. But the last two times have been horrible! Two times in one month. Did they change managers or help? Need to upgrade!!!!

My family ordered pizza from them yesterday and my 4year old son ended up with food poisoning from their food so we complained to them about it and apparently they called customers before And after my family's order and not a single one of those customers ended up with food poisoning so they apparently determined that my son's food poisoning didn't come from their food which is bull because my son threw up nothing but the pizza toppings from their pizza. I want everyone to know this situation has not ever occured before last night but with the evening managers attitude and the afternoon managers attitude I find this to be a situation that should be looked into. Me and my family will not ever order from them again

I don’t normally visit Taco Bell and tonight I was reminded of why. The guy working the window was incompetent or stoned because though I asked for a napkins and salsa, he attempted to hand me a bag that had neither. When I asked what kind of Salsa they had, he asked if I wanted “breakfast salsa.” I was confused by this because I seem like most places they would have at least mild, medium and hot. When I inquired further, he told me that they had “breakfast salsa, red salsa, and green salsa.” I asked for one breakfast salsa, and one red salsa. I was surprised when I arrived at my hotel to find that I had received 7 packets of breakfast salsa. I was even more surprised to discover that the Red salsa did not appear to be premade, and it looked and smelled like enchilada sauce. Given that Taco Bell is a huge franchise, I assume that all of their salsa should come premade in plastic packets. I googled and discovered that Taco Bell is supposed to have at least five different salsa is available, all of which are premade and packaged in plastic. I’m not sure what happened at this location. Did they run out of salsa and have someone run to the storebto pick up salsa, and they accidentally picked up enchilada sauce instead? Or did they pinch hit and just start scooping enchilada sauce into their own plastic contsinets thinking the customers wouldn’t be able to discern the difference? I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but expect a little better service than this, and certainly a higher quality control re: the food. I don’t know who owns this location, but they need to spend more time training their employees. I’m giving this location a generous two stars because my crunch wrap was edible, even though I didn’t have any decent salsa to accompany it.

Took almost 20 minutes sitting in the drive through to get my order. Then they didn’t even have any of their promotional meal items. It’s usually quicker to go have a sit down meal down town than to get Taco Bell recently. Edited to add they got my order wrong

THEY FORGET SAUCES EVERYTIME. This location is pretty bad. This is probably one of the worst locations in East Oregon. Every time I come to this Taco Bell location I regret it. They don't wrap/ prepare the food right and always mess up the order. Skip this place.

Honestly wouldn't bother anymore. Placed an order at 10:30, having the order accepted only to drive down there to be told they just closed. They're always either out of something or take an eternity to make 3 tacos. It's nice to watch someone flip a cigarette out and walk straight in to fill sodas.

This is an example of a business going down in flames this is purely obvious because of poor management lazy and employees that follow the same standards…..Why?…easy answer is that they cant even stay open till closing because of uneducated ignorance or lack of training, but mostly a lack of a work ethic. It’s a pathetic excuse for a restaurant and personally i fire every one on the night shift as well as the manager in charge because this has been going on for over a two week span . I would know I ve been doing door dash and I used to work at this very location back in 98 and we’re always busy and we were always open 24/7 with no issues ever so until this place gets their head out of their tail end I wouldn’t expect anything to eat …its total incompetents and purely laziness. And cost me time and money…I’ll be complaining to door dash to pull them off of Door Dashes list of restaurants to order from as well. Worst case of a so called restaurant Ive ever witnessed or dealt with its sad.

The place was extremely dirty and the prices high. Took a long time to get the food. The staff was nice and it made that part of the visit pleasant. May have been the area where prices are just high but would not recommend at anytime. My standards for Taco Bell are very low and this exceeded them in the wrong direction in terms of cleanliness.

This is my son's favorite place to get pizza and imagine his surprise when he opened the box and found the burnt cheese pizza we waited 8 minutes to get. And, the Mostest I also ordered had been in the warmer to long and it was dried out. In 3 visits, this is the second time we've been given poor quality pizzas. There will not be a 4th time.

Their food is delicious but pizza prep needs to improve on accuracy of an order. 4 out of 10 Pepperoni and Cheese stuffed pepperoni pizza I only received cheese stuffed.

Ok, so we ordered from this Little Ceasars twice. The pizza was hot and full of flavor. I have to recommend the stuffed crust peperoni pizza and the cheesy herb pizza cups. They were so snackable. Lots of parking. Take out only.

It's Little Ceasars, their pizza will always be mid but the service will always change. The day I got pizza and some crazy bread they had a good worker up front. He and I bantered for a min and had a couple of laughs. Good kid. When it comes to fast food service is always important because the recipe in the food never changes.

Virtually no presence at the Counter, understaffed and two chairs to sit and wait.

I’m in crutches at the moment because a big rock crushed my toe and ripped my big toenail off. I really only wanted some bread sticks but when I asked if I could get some help to my truck with the food management told me no. I was kinda surprised with her response. Where do I even start! Placed 2 sep orders tonight. Ord#1: 2 Jr. Jumbo burgers. Order took more than 15 mins before they finally handed it to me. It was very disappointing to taste that my burgers WASNT even fresh/hot at all. Each burger had only 1 lettuce, tomato, & 1 tiny pickle! IT'S NOT even WORTH less than or under $4 menu... Ord#2: curly fries & Vanilla Shake Boba w/cherry! AGAIN, took more than 15 mins, in fact, this order took wayyyy longer than the 1st order. The cherry that was supposed to be w/my Boba, CAME SEPARATE! Unbelievable! & when they gv the cherry for the Boba, I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO EAT IT bc I had noticed little black stuff on it that I thought it was pepper. & when I brought it up w/the girl who was working tonight @8pm, she didn't see the black stuff, but another girl came over & looked at it & told me it was from the Oreo toppings, AND THEN BOTH WALKED AWAY FROM ME WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING OR OFFERING ME SOME TYPE OF SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT... I WAS HORRIFIED AT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARING, OR EVEN THE BASIC CHARACTER OF HUMANITY, which "scared" me to even think of drinking the Boba i had just receivd.. Praying to God to overcome my fears, bc of the event that had happened the last time I ordered Boba (before tonight).. On Feb 14, I had waited at drive thru window for almost 15 mins, BEFORE I finally HONKED my horn at them. It took them another 5 mins before a woman came at the window. SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY ONE WORD TO ME, until, she gave me my Boba, which took another 2 mins or so, that she apologized! When I finally got my drink & dranked it, within 45 mins later, I started feeling UNWELL, that while I was at work, I ALMOST PASSED OUT, that my Mngr had to call 911 & sent an ambulance! & to St Anthony’s ER I went... I was diagnosed w/some type of viral/bacteria called Labyrinthitis trigering my Vertigo that I haven't had for more than 2 yrs... It wasnt until 10 mins before I got discharged from ER, that I finally vomited AFTER they gave me the Ivy to help flush out whatever was causing me to still feel UNWELL. & when I saw what I had vomited, it confirmed the taste I still had in my mouth AFTER I had my first vomit earlier on that day! Thru the vomit bag which it included the amount written on the outside of the bag, that I read, it was more than 8oz's of liquid. AND GUESS WHAT THE LIQUID WAS??? The VANILLA SHAKE BOBA!!! I feel sorry for these workers who lacks common basic courtesy of customer service! Sadly, it was a DISGUSTING overall experience!

I personally don’t know where to start. The order in which I was picking up had 5 items, Three of which were drinks we waited for 25 minutes and the food came great! no drinks, so we waited another 25 minutes and nothing, went up to the counter to talk to someone and was ignored for 5 minutes before we had to just leave. Terrible service, especially when the drive through operator just stands around the whole time 6/26/25 around 5 pm. Wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna wait for you first child to be born.

The food was pretty good when I went but the fries were clearly not cooked to their best and they were cold. I asked the person that was in the drive thru if they were made fresh and she said yes. I don’t understand how hard it is to put the fries in the fryer. Aswell as when they opened the window all the girl said was, here and told me that there ere busy so I went inside and there was quite literally no one there. I’m so fumbled and the amount of disrespect I had to go through was completely diabolical never going here again

Constant issues with my orders. Customer service is 50/50. Seems like their manager doesn't order supplies when they're supposed to as they're always running low on things. The food is what you expect. Really think once they get better management this could be a good place to eat again.

The food was good, the service was polite but the restaurant was FILTHY! The bathrooms we equally dirty and no toilet paper. If you decide to pull off the interstate to eat here, make sure you take the drive thru and not dine- in. Food all over the floor, soda puddles you had to walk through trying to find a halfway clean table. We were the only ones in the restaurant before we got there and the whole time we were there. There is no excuse for not cleaning.

Was not very impressed with the employee at counter with customer service, they were way too slow of service with the inside customers. They were turning customers away telling them fifteen to twenty minutes to place a order. Maybe they're In need of new employees that are more customers seriously service. The food was not good the onion rings were all stuck together and the French fries were gritty with black spots

When there is a long line in the drive through, the wait time can vary from 15-20min to 5min. I believe it depends on how much staff they have working when you stop by. Other than that the food is always hot and somewhat fresh.

3 workers: 1 not helping customers just walking around, 1 being rude to customers for asking a simple question and the other hiding in the back. The guy that took our order was rude and disrespectful and had an attitude when I asked about the bread bowl for the soup. My husbands sandwich was super sloppy and the sauce was mostly on the paper not on the sandwich.. I’m glad we were just passing through because we will never come back to this Quiznos.

Hey just wanted to let people know who are traveling by and wanted to get a bite here that the food was alright but the customer service was very poor. Men's restroom wasn't the cleanest by any means, 3 employees working, one of the ladies that took are order was very short with us. They were almost not stocked up on beard only wheat and jalapeno cheese. While my girlfriend was eating she found a hair in the sandwich no one was wearing hair nets. And there toaster oven burned most of our beard. As well behind the counter was dirty.. Wish I had gone to Jack in the box next door!!

I just had lunch at Quiznos! When I got to the counter to pay, realized I had no money on me😯! The wonderful woman behind the counter took care of our lunch. I was not only blown away by the act of kindness, it made a huge impression on my son. We have just become lifelong customers at QUIZNOS!

Service was slow and understaffed. My order was goofed up, and I guess you can't do a cookie/soda combo anymore. Some issues with the card reader happened too. On the upside, the place was clean and cool. After posting this review, they offered coupons for our time.

Great ambience! Decent price and great food. Amazingly friendly staff. Blue haired girl was extremely nice and patient with us. Very fast and quality worker as well! Great job!

I got the black angus steak, it was tasteless, my cat turned her nose up at a piece. The mushrooms and onions, and sauces were tasty, the jalapeno cheese bread tasted like just cheese. $10 bucks for ok is just disappointing

The staff was polite, friendly & happy. They made it a pleasant stop. The chicken carbonara sandwich on the rosemary bread was delicious. We'll definitely stop next time we pass through Pendleton.
