DELIGHTFUL! The whole experience! I had got the Jack sandwich and lemongrass salad to go. When traveling it can be hard to find nutritiously dense food and somewhat fast service, but wow they delivered!! Fresh, delicious, and nutritiously dense, and wait time was very reasonable! And the staff surprise me with a brownie and note😭 the kindness and personability was truly food for the soul! Jesus and the staff working today at Graze truly made this GOOD Friday! 💛

It is nice to have some vegan sandwhich options. We tried the chickpea and the torta sandwich. People liked the chickpea one. The torta was spicy and not our favorite. It had a decent amount of veggies though. They are decently expensive. We added tofu to the torta which was an extra 3 dollars. I appriciate the option for traveling. Definitely wouldn't get it all the time though.

Small sandwich shop with hot and cold options. Bottled drink choices. Indoor and outdoor seating. We went on a Saturday night in Summer, just because we were already close but and looking for food that wasn't hot. There was only one group sitting down at a table when we got there, but no line to order! Food was out to us in probably 5 minutes! I got the Grilled Chicken Bacon, the basil mayo was so good and the chicken wasn't too dry! My littles ordered from their Kids Menu and got the Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Cheese. Each came with chips and apple juice. They had no complaints!

My favorite place to eat in Walla Walla (or any of their 3 locations). My absolute most coveted item is the turkey pear salad, I order it every time.... with exception of seasonal offerings like asparagus or butternut squash panini. The owners of this business are flat out the coolest, kindest, and most generous people you could have the pleasure of meeting. Proud to know them and support them. I can guarantee you will get the freshest ingredients and generous portions when you order here. 😋🙌

Grabbed paninis for lunch and sat outside with our dogs. The turkey pear and chicken brie paninis were delicious! 😋 Service was very friendly and prices are reasonable. We'll happily return

I've been eating at Graze for years. Never once have I been let down. The food is fantastic, creative and sports a tried and true core menu with seasonal cameos throughout the year. Props to Kyle and everyone else there who hold down the most consistently delicious food in town. I've seen them put down a line of 30 hungry highschoolers in as many minutes without breaking a sweat on numerous occasions.

We celebrated my birthday at Hattaway's and had such a fantastic evening on the patio. The vibes were chill with a relaxed volume on the stereo. The food and drinks were delicious. I was pleased with the spirits offered and every plate was high quality. We got generous tuna crackers for an app, my beau had the steelhead and I ordered the chicken and grits. Chef's kiss, it'd be dangerous for me to live nearby because I could eat that chicken every day. For dessert we ordered the bread pudding as well as the butterscotch pudding - both perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The service was very friendly and unobtrusive. She gave us both some complimentary champagne to go with our desserts, on the house, for the birthday celebration. So nice! We had a great time and highly recommend coming to Hattaway's while in Walla Walla.

We had dinner at Hattaway's, our first time visit this past week on a Saturday evening. There were six of us celebrating my birthday. We were all blown away with the amazing service (Marissa was our server), seated at a table in the special wine room up front. It was so cool to be in that room and it just made the evening for us. The food was incredible - we all had the Halibut which was delicious and cooked perfectly! We also had the oysters on a half shell (exceptional) as well as the tomato salad and a few other sides. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed both the atmosphere of the special wine room and the food. Such a wonderful time and memory! Will definitely dine here again next time we are in Walla Walla.

Made advance dinner reservation here for our recent trip to Walla Walla. Ordered the celery salad as a starter. Mentioned that we were going to share it and the waitress had it plated separately without even asking - nice attention to detail. Had the Halibut with grits and Honey Glazed Pork Collar. Both dishes were delicious and well portioned. The service staff was attentive and professional.

Came for my birthday dinner and (as always) was completely blown away by how delicious the food was, as well as how wonderful the service was! Libby was our server, and she was great! We had pimento cheese, and it was delicious and a large serving. I ordered the tri tip gratin, and my partner ordered the scallops. We split the broccoli. Everything was absolutely scrumptious, and we cleared our plates. I tried their seasonal "them apples" drink, which is a twist on a Gimlet. My new favorite! The chocolate torte was a great way to end the meal. 100% recomend!

The four of us were seated in their Wine Room which is a private area with a table for up to 8, surrounded by beautiful bottles of wine. Our server was very attentive and provided helpful suggestions for food choices. The menu is eclectic for sure, with many interesting choices. The food was delicious, nicely presented with generous portions. It was expensive for sure - not for the budget minded. But it was a good value nevertheless.

I was not disappointed with taking my mother out for dinner. Omg the pickles, so good. We shared the smoked tuna dip, celery salad, she got the halibut cheeks, I got the duck with dirty rice, and bread pudding. All of it was amazing. The cocktails were lovely. Service was a beautiful flow of people genuinely glad to see us. Highly recommend this place, though reservations are recommended in advance as their bar area is not big for walk-ins.

12/22/2024: Great lively spot for breakfast! Sat at the bar area and ordered huevos rancheros and biscuit and gravy. Both were delicious!! Service friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere was okay, but the booths were tiny. I loved the decorations, but it was much too cramped. The presentation on their Monte criscoe was beautiful, but the taste was awful. The bread was too thick, the sauce was DISGUSTING, and you could not distinguish any flavor other than the sauce. The meat was okay, but not great. The only truly good thing was the jam. I will say the service was excellent, but their bathroom is horrendous. I am truly disappointed with our experience.

The line outside is long. And for a good reason. Perfect place for breakfast and lunch at Walla Walla. The food was cooked to perfection ( I know what you are thinking- well it is only omelets and scrambled and some salads. Yes! And it was perfect) Hush browns to die for. Coffee one of the best we had in WA State. They have attention to details. Food arrived exactly as we ordered ( eggs running, separating all ingredients as we requested, no salt). We love professional people and places. One thing regarding tips. Guys, this is not an expansive place. Leave the waitresses 20%. They are working hard at this location. Our tiny recommendation.

This is a must stop if you are ever in the walla walla area! The food is simply amazing and served up with a large array of fresh and unique cocktails. The staff are great and really seem to enjoy working there as well. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in for breakfast after googling "breakfast near me" The server was pleasant and attentive without being pesky.I had bacon and eggs(that is their name after all) and it was good. They give you plenty of potatoes too, so you're not going to walk away hungry. Loved the outdoor seating.

The moment we walked into Walla Walla Steak House, we were blown away—the space is beautiful, and the steaks on the grill looked and smelled amazing! We immediately said to each other, “We have to come back for a full date night.” We grabbed seats at the bar and had fantastic drinks with warm, attentive service and great conversation with the bartender. We weren’t even at a table, yet felt completely welcomed and taken care of. Everything was going great—until the check arrived. We were surprised to see an unadvertised 20% “service charge” added to our bill. As far as we could tell, this charge wasn’t posted anywhere in the restaurant or listed on the menu. When we asked, we were told it goes to the staff and is intended to replace a tip—basically, the restaurant decided for us what the tip should be. And while the service was excellent and certainly worthy of 20%, tipping should be based on the guest’s experience, not a hidden mandate. This felt sneaky and left a bad taste in our mouths after what was otherwise a really lovely visit. Tipping culture is complicated, but this isn’t the solution. If your service is truly worth it, build it into your menu prices, pay your staff accordingly, and be transparent about your policies. Sadly, despite the great drinks and wonderful service, we won’t be coming back. The way this was handled just didn’t sit right with us.

My husband and I went here to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary as well as my birthday. Our server, Haley, was absolutely fantastic. She made our evening absolutely perfect. She was funny, attentive and really fun. Our food was incredible, we were hosted a free dessert and went for the cherry jubilee which they flambé table-side and it was incredible. Could not have had a better experience!

Great experience!! Our server Matt was excellent! We came for our anniversary and they went above and beyond. This steakhouse is one of the best I have been to. Everything was cooked perfect. The steaks, lobster, W2 onion soup, wedge salad, appetizers, everything was very good!

I walked off the course grinning like a madman, bones aching in the best way, with one thought pounding through my skull: Find bourbon. And that led me to Walla Walla Steak Co. Not for steak. Not yet. Just the bar. Just a drink. Enter Kimbo—not just a bartender, but a sorceress with a barspoon and a mission. She wasn’t pouring from a bottle and smiling politely. No—this woman crafted my Black Walnut Old Fashioned like it mattered. She made the simple syrup by hand, as if she’d harvested the sugar herself under a blood moon. Every element in that glass was alive, humming with precision and dark, syrupy soul. It hit like a velvet hammer. Rich, smoky, with walnut bitters winding through the bourbon like a snake in silk sheets. The sweetness was balanced on a knife’s edge—wholly civilized but still carrying the wild gleam of something that might bite back if you looked at it wrong. One drink. That’s all I needed. Didn’t even pretend to look at a menu. Kimbo had already handed me everything I came for. Five stars. No notes. Next time I’ll eat. But on this night, the drink was the meal, and Kimbo was the chef, priestess, and executioner all in one.

We were with friends enjoying your beautiful wine country and decided to try your resturant , We were seated promptly and the server was very nice and attentive. The meal was good not exceptional. When it came to the bill we were all shocked at the 20% service charge and a tip starting at 20% was expected. On our bill of $243.00 that is $97.20 in service fee and tip. Are you kidding? That is almost a thrid of the total. What gives you the right to automatically add a sevice fee with out being posted on menu or explained before ordering? For an additional $97.20 your resturant has to be the best ever which it was not. We visit your area frequently and will NEVER return.

The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic - especially the onion soup. The issue i have is the mandatory 20% "service charge". In reality, this is a forced, 20% tip. When the establishment has to provide a detailed explanation to explain the charge at the time the bill is presented that may be the first clue this may not be a good practice which is well received. Especially when the first mention of this service charge was at the time the bill was dropped off at the table. The food and service is wonderful, but when people ask me about my experience, this service charge is what gets discussed. Please look up the definition of gratuity. I have tipping culture fatigue. I truly believe it's my solely choice to determine the amount of a gift I will provide the server as a reward for the service I was provided.

Me and my wife always love coming here when we visit family! Normally we like to come Sunday mornings before church and make a whole morning out of it! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. You will leave full and have some leftovers for later! This spot is family friendly and their blueberry syrup has won awards! Next time you are in walla walla stop in!

I write this while in the daze of a happy food coma. Arrived at 11:45 am on a Friday and it was busy enough to be bustling but not so busy that it required a wait. I ordered a vegan skillet (It's not on the menu, you gotta ask for the secret vegan options). It was so good. Fresh, seared, local veggies on a bed of skillet potatoes with seasoned tofu and avocado. It was so much food. I only finished a third of it and took a to-go box for the rest. The Peach Bellini was the perfect sipper while waiting. The staff was on point. My server came by frequently and was courteous and gave me a friendly heads up that it requires extra cooking time to keep separate from the meals being cooked in butter. Thank you for the perfect meal to start a day of downtown exploring.

We had breakfast here right around brunch time. The wait was about 30 minutes and the place was packed. Was it worth yet? Absofrickenloutly! Two words...Apple Pancake! Holy gigantic and DELICIOUS! It fed 4 people as a side to our main meals and we still had left overs. I had the corned beef hash as my main. Can't go wrong with that either if you like corned beef. The corned beef was tender, flavorful and plentiful, as were the delicious potatoes the corned beef is bedded on. I also tried the bloody mary which was delightful, though after seeing the whipped cream towered coffee drink the table next to us had, I wished I had more time so I could have tried one of those too. We don't live in or near Walla Walla but I'll be making the trek back as Walla Walla had many wonderful places to enjoy and the Maple Counter Cafe will definitely be on my return list. BTW, they don't take reservations but they do have an online waiting list. Highly recommend doing that.

This place is busy !! You can check in online and get on the waiting list. They don't take reservations but wait time really isn't that long. We waited 15min. Space is big, they have outdoor seating in the front but also have a back area as well. Paulo was our server and she was amazing! So friendly and she listened. We ordered the eggs Benedict to split so asked for an extra plate and when she brought our food our meals were already split up. We were so impressed with her. Each step of our experience she checked in to ensure we were ok. We had the pancakes and they were so perfect. Coffees are good as well. Place is very clean given how busy it is. It's a must when in Walla Walla!

The food is always great with a warm experience. My waitress was Yairis and she was so efficient and quick with my food despite it being a busy Sunday. If you go make sure you pick up these bomb Pumpkin Pancakes they’re literally AMAZING😩!

WWBC is good, but not quite great yet. Great space, indoor and outdoor with good location. Prices are not too over the top. Service on the slower side. I went twice, both times for brunch. The egg and herb tartine was outstanding. Delicate flavor and texture. The cappuccino was a little bland, likely poor extraction or bean selection. The margarita pizza the next day was a little too doughy and wet in the middle, as noted by other reviewers as well. The macarons were also a little chewy and bland. The wine served with it had clearly been left out a little too long. But just minor adjustments can really take this spot to the next level. Worth a try, but with tempered expectation.

Oh my goodness there is a reason why the owner/baker/chef was on Food Network! This place is AMAZING! TO DIE FOR! INCREDIBLE! I can’t say enough. The menu is absolutely breath taking and the pastries, food, tea, AND BREAD will have your mouth watering when you leave. Service is friendly and fast! We got here right after opening because we didn't want to miss out on the red velvet croissants. The staff are so kind, everything looks and smells amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of what we ordered. We'll definitely be back here the next time we visit walla walla.

Adorable place for breakfast. The day I went they had 34 different kinds of croissant/Danish! The strawberry and white chocolate ganache one was the winner for me but everything I tasted was great. Fresh press juice and great coffee too!

A true artisan bakery in every sense, from their amazing pastries to the wood fired pizzas. All of the pastries and every loaf of bread is virtually a work of art. We initially thought their breakfast sandwiches were on the expensive side, but the breakfast ciabatta was large with plenty of sausage, egg, and cheese. It filled us both up, and we had to take our pastries to go. Then there are the mimosas. I've never had orange juice literally squeezed into my mimosa glass as I watched before. They were delightful. Highly recommended.

A fabulous breakfast spot in Walla Walla. The coffee and espresso were top notch and the bread was impressive. I’m gluten free and sadly could not join my family in partaking in the scrumptious looking bread-based dishes. However, the kind staff worked to ensure I had a lovely pre-wine tasting breakfast, as well. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting, but be warned, they do get busy!

My husband and I enjoyed wonderful food and great service. He had half a sandwich and a bowl of turkey and quinoa soup. I had a tasty veggie burger on a house made brioche but with "jojo's" - roasted potato wedges. Sadly, we didn't save room for dessert. 😟 So, of course we'll go back.

We had a wonderful night sitting on the patio with our dogs. Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. A lot of the menu is a la carte which makes it easy to try different things and share. The drink menu is also fun. The space could have comfier seating and the bathrooms need an upgrade

We had a wonderful lunch today - the Food & Service by Libby was wonderful. We always enjoy the positive atmosphere and fun decor. I usually get the nachos because they have a delicious flavor explosion but today I was feeling the AK’s Burger. It was cooked to perfection and served with fries. Don’t sleep on the caramelized onions and do add the cheese! Phillip enjoyed the Saudero Tacos because they are his favorite! and if you find yourself here and see beignets offered, get them! They are only offered at special times and are AMAZING.

Delicious food. Came on a recommendation, which was worth it. The voodoo fries and brisket taco are amazing. The wings were less of a hit with me, as they are more of a taco sauce coating flavor, but I'd absolutely go back for the fries and tacos.

Brought my ASD non verbal 8yo in to pick up our food. They had a live band and she was terrified. Security was amazing with her. So thankful.. Got home and our gyro was AMAZING. Double meat is enough for my girl and I to share and her again for lunch. Best gyro around! Fries were hot as well.

Phenomenal Tacos. Seriously, so freaking delicious. They are good size as well, so if you buy the 3 for $12, they will leave you satisfied. Staff is super friendly and amazing, as well as the atmosphere. Great way to spend a Saturday Afternoon. I did not like their pastries unfortunately. 8m sorry, I really wanted to like them! It's probably my fault though. I did the $4 desert sampler, thinking I was going to get a small bite size portion of 4 or 5 of their dessert options. Unfortunately, (for me) I got 2 full sized desert options. Both are deserts that don't interest me. So that was just luck of the draw.

Very interesting place, the flavors of this place is far from traditional Mexican food. The guy there would not let us know where or what style of food this is but it’s not your traditional Mexican food. Food was decent plenty of room to set, the guy is the founders son, not very personable nor does he share any information of their history, which we were very interested in the style of cooking that he would not share sad! Food was decent though can I recommend this place, not sure has a very different style of Mexican food I’m guessing very southern Mexico style which I’m not used to. Food was not great, but it wasn’t bad. I’m glad we stopped just to experience it.

The owners moved to Walla Walla from Mexico City and are so sweet. Their food is delicious. We sat outside with our dogs who unfortunately had 3 seconds of misbehavior that resulted in our drinks falling on our food and our laps. The owners could not have been more kind and understanding. They quickly helped us clean up and replaced our food. They told us to laugh about it and be sure to come back. We will!

This is something far beyond every other Mexican restaurant in the area. The dishes span the wide range of cuisine in Mexico and offer a great alternative to the more common northern Mexican cuisine. The recipes are all a reflection of the family that serves them. Service is not only outstanding but is evident of the care and pride behind every tasty dish on the menu.

Freshly prepared with wholesome ingredients literally made by Abuelita, as pictured. Wonderful selections of not so typical choices. Large portions! Good value. The guacamole is creamy and delicious! The mild green tomatillo salsa is absolutely wonderful! Home made unique coarse ground tortilla chips. Just passing through, and I wish I could have tried More than one item.

Outstanding food! Handmade tortilla are excellent. Mole was delicious. Sangria was filled with all sorts of fruit. Visited on a very busy day (Mother's Day) and I've never seen a server work harder with such grace. All customers were patient and it was clear there were a lot of regulars there that knew the food was worth waiting for. We're definitely coming back next time we're in town. Live music was such a nice bonus!

5 Stars. The food was excellent. Lots of flavor very authentic The Tomatillo sauce was the best I have had. The food presentation was well done. The Mango pudding was delicious!! It also has a very complex flavor profile. They put out a little extra, for example putting a lime in the water. The chips and salsa try had a nice presentation. The proprietor and his help were very friendly and stopped by to check on us and we actually had a conversation. Theybpay attention to little details and make great food. Highly recommend this place and will be back!

World-class dining experience. We had the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings for each course. Neither disappointed. Every course was very good, and some were really excellent (especially the perfectly seared scallop with a perfect sauce to accompany it). The wine with each course paired very well, and were all interesting in the best way. Service was very good, and the atmosphere was really nice. This place well deserves the 5 star rating.

Nestled in a beautiful historic brick building, Kinglet does not disappoint. The menu changes regularly as they offer fresh/local ingredients. I’ve been here twice for brunch and both times were delicious. I’m gluten free and there was no issue catering to certain dietary needs if notified in advance. My favorite dish was the handmade yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. It has a kick of heat at the end and at first thought I was eating butter (it’s so creamy and delicious). Huevos rancheros were solid.

Best dining experience I have ever had! I have nothing but positive things to say about Kinglet. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine, had great personality, and the atmosphere was fantastic. 10/10 recommended doing the chef's tasting menu.

We stopped in shortly after they began the Winter 2023 tasting menu, which consists of 7 courses and paired wine tastings (additional charge). Chef Kevin, Alex, and Michael all helped make our experience one to remember for a lifetime. We sat at the Chef's Table, which allowed us to watch as they made each delectable course. All of the flavors were married harmoniously, alongside perfect textures and temperatures of each item. The creativity of each dish really shines, even in unexpected places. For example, I've had bread and I've had steak, but /this/ particular roll and /this/ particular steak (alongside the sauces) were seriously drool-worthy, and it wasn't even my favorite part of the meal! I'd love to come back the next time I'm in Walla Walla.

Ethiopian inspired kitfo tartare - so soft and savory with little minced preserved apples! The injera they made into little chips - interesting take on it. Try all their canapés - we got a “churro” that was more like a little hush puppy pocket of aged chees goodness with a cute fuzzy cheese fur and lime over. Their wagyu beef tenderloin was insanely good - medium rare - and the chicken we found out is super fresh - processed only 4 hours prior to arrival to the restaurant. Drinks were good too. Pro tip: if you sit at the bar, there’s less of a wait. If you ask for June, you’ll have a grand ol’ time. I can’t wait to try all their food and experience the chef table!

Quite possibly the best meal out that I’ve had in a very long time. We couldn’t decide so we ordered every Canapé on the menu to try. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single bite was beautifully presented and delicious. The Waldorf salad had a dreamy blue cheese mousse and the potato gnocchi melted in my mouth. We ordered the bread pudding for dessert and enjoyed it, especially the frosting! The menu is creative, the presentation is gorgeous and the food is exquisite. The restaurant space is wide open and a little loud, but the lack of intimacy is easily overlooked. I highly recommend this restaurant over and over again.

Cool atmosphere, we liked the shared countertop seating. The menu was fun. I really enjoyed the chicken wings. Our flatbread was delicious but really hard to eat. The toppings slid off every bite. We'd try something else next time. Small outdoor patio available that's dog-friendly but doesn't have much shade.

We were in Walla Walla for our 24th anniversary and decided to have dinner and drinks here as we have been previously and really liked it the first time. We ordered and got our food and drinks and then the server forgot we existed. Came back once about 10 minutes after we got food to ask if it was good and then never came back. We tried to get his attention multiple times. It wasn’t even very busy. He kept going outside. We finished our food and drinks and waited 30 minutes before I flagged down a different server for the check. She talked with him but he never came back to the table. We were not rude. I told him the food was good and my drink was good. He just ignored or forgot us. Pretty terrible anniversary dinner and we won’t be back. As we left there was only one table of people seated outside so I’m not sure why he spent all his time there. Disappointed overall that I chose this place for an important date.

Had a bacon burger, truffle fries and a craft beer from a local brewery. Food was delicious, service was impeccable — slightly bummed the burger was $19 and didn’t include a side, added bleu cheese crumbles for an additional $3… Came hungry and left happy, just wish they added a bit more value to the high prices. Truffle fries made the trip worth it though, must try if you haven’t!

Didn't enjoy the food at all, I'm not certain there was any cheese on the spinach artichoke grilled cheese sandwich and the bread was the heal pieces. Tried the Walla Walla Sweet onion rings and they were awful, so dry. The breading was not good. Might eat here again but totally avoid those.

Great burger. Great salad. Great beer and pretty good wine. Service was fantastic! I wish I could remember our server's name. He was really nice!

We stopped in for happy hour. Ordered a burger medium. Sadly, the burger was a little rarer than medium. Didn't eat much of my burger. My partner let the server know. I wasn't expecting much and planned to pay full price for what I didn't eat. The server took it to the manager or lead. He picked through my food and must have said only compt half. Without an apology, we were brought our ticket we paid, left a tip, and left with no thank you. Not exactly, great s Customer Service. We were just a little disappointed.

I was in town visiting, got dinner there the first night and we liked it so much we came back the next night. Good food and great beer selection!

Had heard from friends, that if you're passing through Colville, WA, you must stop and savor the delicious pastry at a place called Colville Street Patisserie. The owners had an interesting background story, which I can't remember, but they are friendly and will share. And, our friends were correct. We had eight people in our party and we each had something different: several different flaky croissants, yummy cookies, great coffee and delicious chai. All in all a very nice stop on a long car trip. Highly recommend a stop. '

Their gelato is fantastic and very affordable, and their pastries are the best in town. I find every excuse I can to come here.

A feast for the eyes and the tummy! I didn’t know what half of the items in the case were, but the staff was patient and explained everything very well. We enjoyed a light breakfast of both sweet and savory. Do yourself a favor and order the Kouign-Aman (pronounced queen aman). It’s the best in the entire state of Washington!

Very cute place with a nice atmosphere. We got four pastries and two drinks. The two drinks were pretty tasty (however, my mother is pretty sure they didn’t add the lavender flavoring she ordered) and my chai was good. Three of the four pastries were delicious. The eclair, goat cheese and herb croissant, and lemon cream danish were very good. The gougère seemed to be a little over cooked and we didn’t taste any cheese within it. The staff were nice, and overall it was a pretty good visit!

Best french pastries that we have had outside of France! A definite must for us each time we are in town!

On 5/18/23. I visited Colville Street Patisserie in Walla Walla, Washington. My primary reason for traveling to Walla Walla was to try their Canele, a small French pastry flavored with vanilla and rum, with a thick caramelized crust, and a soft custard lcenter. I ordered a Canele and a small Mocha, as well I as a box of pastries to go. Here’s what I thought of each item: Canele ($3) - This was my first time trying this pastry, so I have no basis for comparison, but I have read extensively about it, as well as looked at many photos. The Canele was overcooked. The crunchy exterior was harder than it should have been. The yellow interior was more tender, but not custard like. Even so, the overall experience was a good one. Of the 6 items I purchased, it was by far the best, and the only one I finished eating. Given how impossible it is to find this French pastry anywhere near where I live, it’s probably just a matter of time before I fork out the 200+ dollars to buy my own set of copper Caneles molds and start making them from scratch. Biscuit ($4.50) - I had read a lot about this bakery‘s biscuits. Mine came with raspberry jam. Of the products I tried, this was the second best. It was a nice, flaky biscuit, but it would’ve benefited from being served with butter, as well as more jam. Eclair ($4.50) -  I love a classic French eclair, but this one was disappointing. The puff pastry was either stale or overcooked. The chocolate ganache was disproportionate to the custard filling. Quick Bread ($2.75) - I was surprised to see this listed on the menu as a quick bread, because the shape and size is more reminiscent of a French financier, which is a small tea cake. The combination of orange and almond is one of my favorite flavors but I found this quick bread disappointing. The quick bread was over cooked, resulting in an overly dry interior. Given how unevenly the quick bread shape was, I suspect the batter was over mixed. It looked like there was raw sugar tossed on top before baking, to give it a crunchy exterior. The sugar overwhelmed the more nuanced, orange and almond flavors. The overall experience was of eating an over cooked small cake that tasted overwhelmingly like sugar Palmier ($2.25) - The Palmier was disappointing.  I have bought better Palmiers from Mexican bakeries, where the bakers have no experience with French pastry techniques. It was over cooked, and it wasn’t as layered and crispy as it should’ve been. Kouign Amann ($3.50) - The Kouign Amann was disappointing. You can tell simply by looking at the image that it doesn’t have as many layers as it should.  This pastry was stale. It also wasn’t as layered as it should’ve been and the outer crust should have been more carmelized. Mocha ($4.25) - I enjoyed the Mocha, which is made from CSP’s own chocolate blend that includes Barry chocolate from France. You can see from the beautiful feather design that it was made by an experienced barista. I grew up in countries that were colonized by the French, so I have plenty of experience visiting patisseries. French bakeries are my favorite. I seek them out. Based on the assortment of French pastries that I purchased, Colville Street Patisserie aspires to be a French bakery, but doesn’t quite hit the mark. I’m giving Colville Street Patisserie a solid 3 star rating based on the Canele and Mocha. The service was also very good. And I enjoyed the large sunlit room with multiple seating options. It was a constant stream of people coming in and out, which prohibit me from taking more pictures of the interior. If I was in Walla Walla or nearby, I would revisit Colville Street Patisserie. I would just go with more realistic expectations next time. Recommended!

We decided to have lunch here on May 14. There was no waiting time. There were 2 servers when we walked in, but when we were ready to order, there was only 1 server. It took a while for the server to come take our orders. I ordered the pork souvlaki (plate) which came with pita bread, greek salad, and fries. Everything was really good, especially the fries. The only one complain would be the plate was too small. Because of that, the pita bread was right next to the salad and it was soggy from the dressing. We would come back, if we visit Walla Walla again.

My family decided to try this location for an experiment together and see what they had to offer. Upon arriving it was filled with other patrons, families and college students, which was a good start. We waited a few minutes, not long, for a table and chose to sit outdoors on the patio area. Seating was a little close quarters, but it made it intimate and cozy. Our server was polite and did a good job with answering questions offering what was available. There were a few items that were forgotten, but it wasn’t anything major to complain or become upset over. When the appetizers - dolmades, paidakia, and spanakopita - arrived to our table, the playing looked good and we dove right in. Then midway through the appetizers we ordered our entrees - lamb + beef gyro, chicken souvlaki, falafel. Everything was flavorful. Pros: • Good ambience especially outdoors in beautiful weather • Great time to go is early evening when the air is cool • Family-friendly and people are light hearted spending time with family and loved ones; was able to see a few pups along the way ☺️ Cons: • The lamb did not sit well in flavor. Not sure how this meat was prepared, however marinated in seasonings overnight and using a clay style pot/oven slow cooked may be a suggestion. This is due to experience with international travel in North Africa. • Experience could be enjoyed better “tapa style” eating versus full plates (this was our family’s consensus from our experience) • Servings for fries were very small in portion when ordered another side order; it was almost on par with fries that came with other orders (if requested) Overall the experience was good due to the ambience. The food was neutral, yet being with family made all the difference.

Awesome Greek food. The grilled octopus special was unique & delicious. So was the lamb & beef rice bowl and chicken gyro. The pita & hummus was a great appetizer. The server was very nice.

The pita and spanakopita were really good. The service was pretty slow and not attentive, and there were only a few other tables when we were there. The waitresses were all huddled by the bar most of the time chatting with each other. At one point they were complaining about a table from the other room and saying how much tip they better leave. It just felt very unprofessional. Also the food wasn't super warm when it finally arrived.

Pretty good food. Some odd Greek preparation (ex. fries in the gyro). Reasonable selection of Greek dishes although appetizers are not offered as entrees. Great service; nice atmosphere.

The shop is cute and the service was decent. I ordered a gyro and Greek fries and both were pretty good. I had never had a gyro with fries in it before, so that was a weird addition. The Greek fries were pretty small for the price and I also asked for a side of tzatziki for dipping and was charged $2.50. I was never informed that it was going to cost extra, and definitely should have been considering the price. That was the most I have ever paid for a dipping sauce and I wouldn't have asked for it had I known. Overall, it was good food but overpriced.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We really enjoyed sharing the appetizers and salads traditional family style. And each of us had delicious main courses! Lots of vegetarian options. They have an excellent selection of wines. During the daytime it's great to be able to sit outside on their beautiful terrace. The owner works here everyday and you can feel the pride and quality coming through in the food and service. Highly recommended

If you like cookie dough ice cream good luck. While it is good, I have been trying for a month to get my hands on some. I went in today with their new weeks worth of ice cream and they were already sold out within the first 7 hours. I would think if it is such a popular flavor why they don't make more of it. Rather than be disappointed I will stick with my Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream.

It was delicious. Very spendy though. We purchased 2 vegan pints. There were only 3 vegan options on the menu. Two ice creams in an oat milk base: cherry and strawberry matcha swirl. Also, pineapple sorbet option. I would recommend it.

The ice cream here is superb. It would be difficult to find a better ice cream place in the north west. Pinecone creamery offers a unique and delicious selection of ice cream. And, on a nice summer day, eating outside is delightful.

5-star ice cream here! I'm sure all of these flavors are amazing but I've visited once. I had to try the Honey Lavender, and it was unquestionably transcendental. The waffle cones are made fresh on site and the ice cream is simply scrumptious. This place stays busy but they keep the line moving. Cheers to the hard-working staff that keeps it running. Great breakfast, great service, way too expensive. The food is good, our server was top notch. The restaurant does not have good acoustics, it is very loud. First breakfast... the food is very good and service excellent. I totally recommend it and the value is good given the location. Dinner... actually good food. But way over priced. I had to try the $89 rib eye steak thinking that they may have something special. Well nope. Don't get me wrong, it was a good steak, but nothing special. For that price I expect a top of the line cut similar to an upscale steakhouse. The fresh pasta was good but at $36, it was way overpriced. Our server was very special and she made sure everything within her power was to our satisfaction. All in all, the owners are doing the same thing as with the hotel. Hiring great staff and probably burning them out while trying to collect on their investment.

The Seared Scallops were amazing—served in a puree of fennel, thinly sliced radish, citrus beurre blanc and toasted hazelnut. I had the freakishly delicious Buttermilk Cured Chicken and the Pesto Agnolotti at our table and Lamb were big hits too!

The restaurant area is absolutely stunning! The server we had was really sweet & extremely attentive to all our needs. She had answers to all our foodie questions & made sure we enjoyed our food! The fries were some of the best fries i’ve had & their focaccia was absolutely incredible! The dessert was freshly baked & beautifully plated! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful & delicious date night!

Mojito was pretty good, food was good not great, for breakfast i had eggs Benedict...the hollandaise sauce had way too much lemon, the egg was basically hard boiled and the cook is heavy handed with the salt, I was expecting a little better...taste your food before you send it out next time.

Beautiful inside. Funky staff, obsessed with " rules". A wedding group decided to meet here for breakfast day after wedding, beginning at 9:30 am. Many of wedding party and guests stayed at this pretty pricey hotel. We didn't. But we arrived before others did and sat at table for 8. Staff asked us multiple times how many would be joining us. I said more than number of chairs at this table. They didn't accept that and kept asking nervously. I kept insisting they had nothing to worry about. Soon 6 others joined me and my husband to fill the table. It was very strange. Food was decent, but over priced with smallish servings. Other than the fun of being with wedding party, this breakfast place was really unpleasant with their pressuring us about use of table and overpried food. Also, several people staying there were not pleased with the hotel, given the $400 a night plus price tag and what they perceived as being overrated. You have been forewarned.

We had a 7:30 reservation, arrived 5 minutes early and were told we would have a long wait to be seated despite the reservation. Offered the bar and sent on our own to find a seat with a caveat to return to the front if we were unable to find a seat. Food was bland, took a long time and served cold. Service was horrible, 20 minutes to receive a glass of their featured wine, 40 minutes for dinner. Definitely not what I expected from this iconic property

Quite easily one of the finest dining experiences I've ever had. Our wait staff were kind and accommodating. The food presentation and taste were both out of this world. We ended up going back the next night since the menu looked better than close by offerings. We both tried new flavor combinations which made the experience even more exciting. I highly recommend this place, and would drive up just for the dinner alone. Props to the Marc staff and thank you for an amazing experience.

It was a very average regular Pizza restaurant.We reached around 8 pm and staff had almost started to begin cleaning etc for closing. We being vegetarian could find a few choices of good but wont say that there were lots. Overall ok kind of Pizza place.

I did not dine in, I ordered door dash. I'm simply stating the facts of our meal. Food arrived hot, and as fast as it could according to door dash timing and food being cooked, that shouldn't reflect the restaurant. Boxes also arrived dry and not dripping of any oil. Dough a little on the soggy side, but again I feel that could absolutely be affected by a 15 minute drive to my house. I'm not upset about that at all, I would like to try it in house next time. The cheese pizza is very nice, lots of cheese, sauce a little bland possibly canned,and peppery, overall the kids enjoyed it. Italian pizza is decent, didn't have a lot of flavor, and the dough didn't stand out as anything amazing, but overall it isn't bad pizza. Sausage had good flavor The star of the show was the cheese bread, that was very well done with great garlic flavor. There margarita pizza was burned black on 25% of the pizza, on one side, kinda boring for a margarita, no olive oil, cheese was spread really far apart so the sauce in-between had been kinda reduced into the dough, basil was dark and not fresh at all. I'm basing my opinion off of directly opening the box and taking a bite of each one while hot, I will give it another go while dining in next time. Hopefully for the price of an 18inch pie there could be a little more flavor and toppings.

Great Pizza for Washington state! If you like New York style you will love this place. The pepperoni and the Cheese were awesome and a notch up from most regular cheese pizza you get. The margarita was good as well and the pickle was fun and surprisingly good although I probably wouldn’t get more than one slice at a time! My whole family loved it and we left feeling stuffed. I like that you can order by the slice and try a bunch of different pies out!

Finally, my favorite pizza from back East. Ricotta, mozzarella, olive oil, crushed red pepper, sausage and mushroom. And, its foldable! Great looking and great flavor. The cook on this pizza is light brown bubbling topping. Excellent! It felt like staff went out of their way to make this pizza to spec. But, I have a sense that it is common for staff to meet customer requests.

The salad and slice combo is a great deal, very satisfied with the portions for the price. We ordered a third slice to share, and they graciously cut it in half for us. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. Thin crust was firm and crispy, just how we like it. Some flavors were particularly potent, such as the BBQ sauce on the Luau and the gorgonzola on the potato pizza. This isn't a negative for us, but could be for some. Dining room had sufficient seating with bus your own table policy, bathroom was clean. Will return and ready to try more options.

We got a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. Both were delicious! Cheese bread was nice and garlicky. The pepperoni pizza had a yummy sauce and the crust was very fresh tasting. Glad we grabbed lunch there!

Second time coming here after it being highly suggested. Food is really good and the people are nice. Only problem is that this is my second time coming here and I already have a wrong order complaint. I ordered a burger, corn dog with mustard and a shake. Do many people dip onion rings in mustard? Maybe, seems weird to me though. Hoping the shake was made with what I ordered. Fingers crossed!

This place is awesome! Why can't we have one like this in Richland? Oh, wait. We did. It was called Bombers, but the people who bought it ruined it and turned it into another coffee shop, right next to the three others that were already there. Anyway, this is an awesome mom and pop shop with great burgers, fries, onions rings, ice cream, etc.

My husband and I travel alot and happened to run across this place on a visit to walla walla. I'm so glad we did!! Best burgers and fries we've had in a long time. We ordered online and it was ready on time and so easy. The burgers were huge and we couldn't eat all the fries. This reminded us of the old drive ins of the 60's and 70's growing up, such a fun place and 30 flavors to choose from for sundaes and shakes. Be sure to check them out.

No, because listen—the most surprising thing about Ice-Burg Drive-In was the line. Or more accurately, the lack of one. Food this good should have a line stretching down the block, but it didn’t. Their burger patties? Actually seasoned. The chopped veggies were fresh, and the relish was incredible. The fries? Perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. If you’re in town and you’re hungry, don’t even hesitate. Stop in and eat here—your taste buds will thank you. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. They’ve got a whole lineup of shake flavors I didn’t even get to try. I’m already planning my next visit just for that. The only downside? The service. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t memorable either. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. But trust me, the food more than makes up for it.

This place was amazing!! It has a very classic original feel to it and the food was amazing!! The burger was very juicy with a great taste. I was not a huge fan of the sweet relish on it (probably will ask to minus that next time) but that is just because I don't like sweet relish. Even with the relish I destroyed the burger. Their fries were great and the fry sauce, paired nicely with them. The onion rings were good but in my opinion nothing special and could be skipped if on a budget. One of my favorite things was their scotch and soda💗💗 It had that authentic taste that I love! Overall I highly recommend it!!

We are from Cottonwood Id and we were in Walla Walla for a couple days and noticed this Hamburger joint. We read the reviews and some people were not happy with the food or the kids working. Well from a couple that owed a restaurant for 12 years this place is the BOMB!!! Fantastic food and so neat to see younger people working, thank you and you should be proud. People food is awsome..

The Ice Burg was an institution when I was growing up but sadly that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. The prices have risen to an unreasonable amount. The food quality remains high and the menu items taste great as usual. We visited on 5/28 and the service we received was horrible. No greeting, acknowledgment or pleasantries. The staff member was so unpleasant it became uncomfortable. I understand bad days and the stressful nature of hospitality but this was over the top and embarrassing. I asked for ketchup and she responded with a visible glare and a hostile amount dropped in front of me. Sorry, I asked for a couple not 25 packets. I left 22 packets and walked away. I hope this was a one off experience.

The long line and full seating area were my first clue to the popularity of this place. The menu made my mouth water. The service was warm, personal, and friendly. However, the food sold me. From the first bite, my taste buds were in pure delight. I highly recommend Stone Soup Café.

I absolutely love this place they have the best clam Chowder and a half blt Sandwich to go with it.. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself sometime.

I'm so grateful to Stone Soup for catering our wedding, it was a great experience from start to finish. They were very responsive, and worked with us to create a mostly vegetarian menu (with a few vegan options) for our wedding of 100+ guests, within our budget. I was incredibly pleased with the care that they put into making sure I was happy with the menu. Super easy and fun to work with. I received many compliments on the food from our wedding guests.

Food was excellent. I had a plain roast beef sandwich with everything and a cup of broccoli soup. Every thing about the sandwich was fresh and delicious. The soup was excellent. The only reason not 5 star is the soup wasn’t piping hot. It had been pre ladled into a styrofoam cup and had cooled. Coffee was hot. I intend to work through the menu! Another 2 meals, excellent, becoming a favorite lunch place.

Either I was starving or their food was awesome. I cleaned up the plate (left some hashbrowns). Coffee was hot and not stale. You can tell when restaurants make things in advance (you know who you are). Their food was fresh and hot. Will be back!!

Absolutely scrumptious breakfast! Huge portions that kept our family of 8 more than satisfied. We were seated quickly, and our server’s constant, friendly smile made the morning even brighter. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

So the food was better than the average diner, the service was excellent. And I gave the atmosphere five stars because it reminded me a lot of lunch counters from when I was younger. It's a small place, but well visited even on an early Saturday morning. Crowd tends to be a little bit older, but not all of them and it was a mixed crowd. Mostly working people. Good place to grab breakfast or lunch. The lunch menu really looks good and I plan on coming back later today for lunch. Since I have to come to Walla Walla for work on a fairly regular basis, this is going to be one of my staple places for breakfasts and maybe for lunch. I noticed that someone had posted a menu, but it only showed one side. I'm posting both.

The fries were chewy and cold. Strong smell like oil paint inside restaurant and had no air circulation. English muffins dried out hard as a rock to eat. French toast bland. Fried eggs looked green and bland. Tried to put salt and pepper but they were infested with flies. Love the friendly staff members. Overall Tommy's is not the same from year ago .

I've been here a ton of times and am always recommending it to people. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the prices are perfect. You get a ton of food for what you pay for and as I sat listening to other people who had never been here before, they had nothing but great things to say. It's a little mom and pop diner thats super small but honestly the top breakfast place in my opinion. I included a menu since I didn't see anything recent online. If you haven't been here yet, hurry up!

Honestly we were so disappointed. Actually made me sad as I just knew this would be awesome. We loved it’s an old walla walla restaurant and we’re happy with the building. Servers were nice. BUT, the cook was obviously in charge of the music. Playing rap. (Which I like but totally inappropriate). Next my wife’s over medium eggs came out broken. The server saw it. But just set it down. It’s not the best if the world but in my 50 years I’ve never once had this happen. You break an egg you make another. Jesus. Most bfast don’t come with potatoes. That’s weird. Wasn’t the end of the world either. But bottom line a real disappointment. Not awful. Not good. But really a shame as to what it could be.

Love coming here with my dad! Such a quaint and nice breakfast spot :)

Always excellent food, friendly service, 100% worth the wait. Service is excellent: My Bf asked if they could substitute the chips that come with the chilli dog for fries since he has no top teeth. Server initially said they couldn't so we said fine, no big deal. Got home and they swapped the chips for fries! Amazing! Thank you! Love getting lunch here! HIGHLY recommend!

The service here was the best! This was our first time, and to start, the first impression was awesome. We had no complaints about our food. All a d all great service food and atmosphere! We recommend you try it if you haven't yet.

I visited with a couple colleagues during a trip to town. The burgers, fries, and shake were good I had. My friends said they enjoyed theirs as well. Service was friendly. Prices are reasonable. Easy to find.

You may wait a few extra minutes for your food but it is beyond worth it!! My burger was so hot and fresh it almost burned my mouth, but it was worth it!! Their burgers are amazingly tasty and juicy! Their tater barrels are the best around and I LOVED their onion rings!! Homemade fry sauce is spot on and compliments their food just right!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!💗💗

Our waitress was funny and very hard working. The hamburger was juicy. My husband had fish and chips. He said that it was as good as the Oregon coast fish and chips! Outdoor picnic tables were the only seating. I saw some customers eat in their car.

We have been coming here for years. Really good burgers and shakes. It is clearly an old car hop, but no longer has the wait staff on roller skates. Service was very good and super friendly. Eat in your car or on the picnic tables.

I'm over 300lbs. I didn't get that way eating celery. I'm a burger enthusiast. I didn't feel like Mexican, which is abundant in Walla Walla. I'm sure they are all fantastic, but I needed American themed heart attacks. My double cheeseburger wound up being fifteen dollars. I wasnt happy about that until I bit into burger. MAGICAL. MIND BLOWN. Don't know what they put in those, but I ordered another. I spent 30$ on four patties. Worth it. If I had still been hungry I would have gotten another. This is by far the best burger I've had in decades. This place is worth a detour of 50 miles. You won't be disappointed. The service was great too. The guy was very friendly and eager to make the experience calm and pleasing. Try the secret burger sauce. It's on point.

I have been to some of the finest hotels in Europe and the United States. Yet, none offer the very special charms of the Marcus Whitman Hotel. What makes it so wonderful is a combination of how they preserve its original 1928 design with old style grand Hotel service and atmosphere and modern creature comforts. Their truly friendly Staff warmly welcomes you with an eager to please attitude. Their rooms are spacious, and comfortable with artistically and very tasteful decor, lots of natural light and all the extras that define excellent accommodations. The delicious crisp, clean beds with ample pillows are a dream. All of this comes with a good restaurant and several wine tasting rooms. Best still, the Marcus Whitman is pet friendly and actually affordable. I am here now for the second time, and I have been singing its praises to family and friends all over the US. I urge any travelers headed up Walla Walla way to treat themselves to a stay at this marvelous establishment. I love it so much, wish I could live here!

Top notch. Classic beauty. Tom at the front desk was outstanding; wonderful upgrade to Presidential Suite!! Had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Service overall is outstanding. Lobby is luxury comfort; ideal for quiet relaxing. Every thing we wanted they delivered and more. I can’t wait to come back.

Great place to rest for a couple nights. Walking distance to restaurants, nice perks for drinks or breakfast. Breakfast was good loved the "gold mashed potatoes" on breakfast plate. But be aware, French toast plate is very misleading as it says "bacon fat not bacon" so, 2 whammies: don't like bacon fat for cooked foods and a side of bacon is very pricey! So wait person did not bother to explain as I had already ordered an item that included a breakfast meat. Well , bottom line, out the door, our breakfast was over $50.00 plus tip! Don't make our mistake! To the establishment: wait staff should be more informative about orders!! Loved the fresh flowers in the lobby and in the dining room! Kudos to the lady/landscaper whom provided all those great flowers!

The vintage atmosphere here is absolutely stunning and steeped in rich history. The service is exceptional, and the restaurant and bar offerings are top-tier. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. It's also a fantastic getaway option for locals living near Walla Walla. You won’t be disappointed!

This is listed as only a 3-star hotel for some reason and it’s definitely not. What a great location for checking out the local wine region. You can tell they put a lot of work into restoring this historic building while keeping its unique and classic feel. Bed was very comfy. Room was huge. Restaurant in lobby was great. I have zero complaints.

Shockingly careless room mix-up at an otherwise nice hotel I’ve never had an experience quite like this. I checked into the Whitman early, unpacked my bags, made coffee for the next morning, set out my toiletries, hung my clothes, and worked in the room for several hours before heading out for dinner. When I returned around 8:30 p.m., my key didn’t work. At the front desk, I was told that my room had been registered to another guest. After some back and forth, they reactivated my key and set me to the room alone. When I opened the door, I discovered that another guest had also unpacked their belongings in the same room. Our things were mixed together throughout the space. It was a deeply uncomfortable and frankly unsafe situation. I frantically packed my things, fearing the other guest would return and think I was stealing from them. The front desk assigned me another room… right next to the elevator. Management did eventually apologize, but only after I initiated the conversation, and their response was underwhelming: a coupon for a free appetizer. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury experience, this level of disorganization and disregard for guest privacy is unacceptable.

This is NOT a “premier luxury hotel”! The darkest dreariest hotel I have ever stayed in. The furniture is highly outdated. The carpets are stained. The mattresses are as firm as cardboard. The bathrooms should be renovated. Outdated sinks, showers, and toilets. The lobby is just an overload of old furniture and paint chipping off the ceiling. Housekeeping left our hotel room door ajar one entire afternoon. I feel like I stayed in a dark cave for 3 nights. Imagine staying in a room with charcoal grey ceilings and olive green walls. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. I do not recommend this old hotel and will not stay here next time we return to Walla Walla

We'd heard great things about their breakfast burrito but no need to go back. The burrito lacked cheese and sausage, it was mainly egg and it was pretty dry. The sopes were okay. Service was okay. The woman was friendly but on a drive thru headset taking our order at the same time as a car. I also felt the decorations were pretty tacky.

Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and fresh. Burritos were huge and the raspberry churros were delicious! Very affordable meal. Comfortable seating. Will definitely be eating here more often.

The walla walla burrito is amazing. Add shrimp and u won't regret it! I had it back in the early 2000s and it's just like I remember! Amazing must try glad they still here!

The food was amazing. I enjoyed fresh empanada which were cut and stuffed with chicken. The chicken was excellently seasoned and so moist. They provide several fresh made salsa included with thr meal and were excellent. Serving sizes were very good and very worth it.

Outstanding authentic Mexican food. Can get it mild, or spice it up. A great salsa bar where there all kinds of delightful sauces. The Walla Walla burrito is HUGE and my favorite. Been coming here for 20 years and always go to this restaurant when I am in town. The best!

This is a traditional Mexican restaurant. Ok... each place is different in flavor and presentation. Family run with their own spin, and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Service was friendly. It reminded me of going to friends home when I was a young lad. It made our list of places to return too.

Stopped here on vacation and was blown away with the delicious food!! The Walla Walla taco is blissfully uncomplicated and a knock out! The grilled sweet onions add to the seasoned steaks flavor and the melted cheese provides a backup creaminess. The salsa is so good we bought a container to-go. The chipotle burrito was another star we tried. A mild smokiness with a little sweet flavor is divine.

Nice neighborhood pizza spot that definitely cranks out a lot of pies. I called in on a Saturday afternoon and had a pizza in hand about 30-35 minutes later, as promised. Looks like a fun spot for families, including an air hockey table. Friendly staff and nice clean restaurant. Will come again! Olympic Otter

Rather good pizza I could taste the quality in all of the ingredients, fresh and flavorful tasting pepperoni, a good and generous helping of cheese yet not too much, the pizza was also not lacking in sauce. A good sign when it comes to pizza. My biggest qualm however was that for both my meat pizza and pepperoni pizza the toppings were heavily applied in the center and hardly if at all spread to the edges. So on each slice, there were maybe two bites of topping and then it was as though it were a cheese pizza. The atmosphere in the store I could see what they were going for but it wasn't as "sit down pizza arcade" as you'd come to expect if you brought friends or family.

I like their food. I like their prices. Their service is not horrible, and maybe i'm old fashioned or have high expectations, but in my world if a customer says they paid for a topping that wasn't included on their last order the response should be an apology and possibly compensate by not charging for a topping on the current order. The person said they would make sure it didn't get overlooked again. That was nice i guess. Until i got home and realized they instead forgot the rest of the toppings. It was comped but still frustrating. Was tasty but still not what i ordered. So double check take out orders before you leave.

We love getting food from Big Cheese. Pizzas are always hot and delicious, but recently our stuffed bread sticks have had hardly any cheese in them, to the point that some people might think they were the regular breadsticks. Hope they do better in the future

Big Cheese Pizza is a Walla Walla gem! The Porky Pig Pizza is my absolute favorite it’s packed with flavor and loaded just right, every bite is delicious. The crust is baked perfectly, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The staff is always friendly, and service is fast, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re in Walla Walla and craving great pizza, you’ve got to try the Porky Pig. It’s a must!

Unfortunately ordered a Vegan pizza with only pepperoni, drove 15 min. home only to find a Vegan pizza with every vegetable on it. Drove 15 back, manager was apologetic and made a new one within 10 min. Other pizzas we ordered were okay but not great, dough was a little under done and toppings are not high quality. They had some serious large orders going out so overall experience may have been affected by them being busy. Would say over all this place is mid not great.

We got the large supreme, the pizza was more cheesy than most pizza places around Walla Walla. We got their delicious garlic ranch for dipping and it paired great with the pizza. Great place to just buy a slice or a whole pizza for a great price. I will be back 100%

False advertisement for a menu item, ordered the Molcajete de Camaron and was served a bowl of shrimp mostly all was just a soup was not what a molcajete is at all! Service was terrible. When we asked why our food has taken 45 minutes and counting they gave an attitude and proceeded to serve people that got there 15 minutes after us.

A nice, classic farmer’s market with good produce (cherries are outstanding) and various other foods and crafts. Live music a nice touch. One oversight is how little seating they have - you might have to pull up a curb in the sun to eat your BBQ or baked goods.

Very wonderful farmers market and worth the time to check out. Lots of different vendors with everything from locally grown fruits and vegetables to lavender products and everything in-between.. there's also different foods and drinks available as well.. the vendors are very nice and friendly and enjoy answering any questions you may have. The food here is sooooooo good. I had a bagel and a breakfast sandwich (Avocado toast). It's still memorable to me now, how fresh both of them tasted. I'm glad I went to the airport a little early and spent some time there. The people are also very friendly and accommodating. Definitely try if you are in and around the area.

This is at the Walla Walla Airport. So close to my house. I love the owners and their family that is here and there on occasion. Very nice people. Quality food! And it's fun to watch the airplanes offload their tiny group of passengers. (I hear from locals that they need to get the Seattle Alaska Airlines service to and from back to three flights. Vital for the local economy in Walla Walla!) Love that little Airport! I adore that Bakery. I will be a regular once I get situated in my new home.

The owner was personable and kind. The gluten free options are out of this world. It had been years since I had a donut or fritters. Their gluten free tarts and muffins are also not to be missed! They also understand food allergies beyond just gluten. Highly recommend, and be sure to load up before you leave.

Such a cute little place full of GF goodies!! AND, nothing tastes GF!! I couldn't decide what to get because there were so many options, so I left with a load of stuff. The GF scones, pies and bagel dogs are exceptional. I also bought extras for a relative who also has to be GF. This Celiac can't thank you enough!

Small mom and pop restaurant and bakery tucked inside the Walla Walla airport. Friendly, helpful staff, standard lunch counter staples and nice selection of pastries. Great place! I visited from the Tri-Cities and met Gilda. She was friendly and let me try something before I bought it to make sure I enjoyed it. Everything I bought was delicious! The fritter, donut, cinnamon roll, quiche, pie, cookie, and dinner rolls. I always look for GF bakeries that sell pastries vs. bakery items because it's easy enough to make cakes at home with a mix. I appreciated the variety of items and will definitely be back.

I've been to Hidden Valley a few times now and every visit is a delight. As someone with Celiac, it's wonderful to have another place I can go for delicious gluten free treats. The apple fritters are always excellent, the quiche is scrumptious, and the bagel dogs are a real addiction. Gilda is so kind and willing to work with customers on special orders. This business is a bit out of the way, but totally worth the drive.

The absolute GOAT Sub Shop in America! Grew up in Chicago. Have lived in Indiana, Minnesota, South Carolina, Washington, Oregon & Colorado. I have NEVER had a better SubSandwhich ANYWHERE! Not only that, I had my first Tony's SubSandwich in the mid-1990's. Before 2020 my last Tony's SubSandwhich before today was in April 2006! Nothing has changed. Same quality ingredients, same high standard by his staff, same wonderful sandwich creations. If you live in Walla Walla Washington, you live amidst greatness. If you don't live in Walla Walla, going there is worth the trip if only for a Tony's SubSandwhich!

We ordered a half club with everything on it, however, we did not get everything. Missing 1 type of meat, no salt, pepper, olive oil or vinegar on it and very little lettuce. I requested extra crispy bacon, to have floppy bacon. I grew up eating here but the last 8 times we've had food here, it's been only 2 times we were happy with our food. We also had to wait 40 mins, when no one else was around and they had no other orders to work on. Pic is after I added pepper to it.

I visited this restaurant with high expectations because it truly has potential. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was completely bland , it lacked flavor, depth, and soul. When you go to a place like this, you’re looking for more than just a meal. You’re looking for food with heart, with seasoning, with a story. This felt empty. Perhaps, out of concern for hygiene or fear of COVID, the staff doesn’t taste the food , but that might be part of the problem. My professional suggestion: taste your own dishes. A kitchen that doesn’t taste is a kitchen cooking blind. To be fair, I know some people enjoy this restaurant, but if they believe this is authentic Mexican food, they likely haven’t experienced what true flavor and seasoning really are. I’m writing this review with the hope that it’s taken as constructive feedback. This place has everything it needs to be great , it just needs soul, seasoning, and a stronger connection to the essence of Mexican cuisine. Btw is really expensive for the meal you are having . It isn’t worth it

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner catered by Dora's last weekend. It's commonly known (IMO) that they have the best, most authentic Mexican food in town. We had a small order miscommunication but it was easily fixed, which was a relief mostly because we literally already had twice as much food as we needed. We are still eating rice and beans, because they're excellent. Fortunately tamales, which were big by regular local standards, freeze nicely. We did end up donating A LOT of food to the local homeless shelter, which they appreciated very much. We would definitely have another event catered by Dora's and highly recommend them, as we always do to anyone who asks about great Mexican food. BTW, the tacos were also very good size, and the quesadillas are one of my favorite foods in town. If you haven't tried them, you're missing out! I think it's also important to mention that about half of the order was vegetarian, and just as delicious.

The food is good... But I am so sad for how downhill this restaurant has gotten. Ever since COVID it has gone downhill so much. All staff wears masks and hardly talks. They all used to smile and know me by name! It doesn't feel very welcoming like it used to! This place used to be so full of life and now it feels they just want you out of there. I hope they can take down all the menus that are blocking the person that takes your order and I hope they can all get rid of the masks. I hope this place can come back to life as I loved coming in once a week! For now I will no longer come in till they get it figured out.

Our absolute favorite place to go for amazing veggie tacos in Walla Walla. Tacos are filled to the brim with goodness - cheese, beans, rice, and fresh veggies (including perfectly ripe avocado). 2 tacos is just about right to fill you up, but ordering a side of rice doesn't hurt (aka it's fluffy and delicious). Make your tummy happy and visit Dora's Deli whenever you get a chance.

They have some of the best Mexican food in Walla Walla. I love it and would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself

We had our 1st lunch at Dora's a few days ago. And the food was delicious with very nice size portions. But there are no prices on the menus or the picture wall. I like knowing ahead of time what I'm spending. My meal (salad) & drink were almost $22. And a description of what the dish is would make ordering easier & more fun for us that don't know.

I went in and ordered 4 hamburgers, 2 for $5 or some sort of special. I also got an orange cream shake (delicious) and 2 fries. And my ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a diet cola. The reason I ordered so much was because I expected small burgers and skimpy fries. Oh no, these were not small or skimpy. I could barely eat 2 burgers and a fries. (I'm a big man ang usually eat 1 meal a day so I ordered a lot) Had to take the rest home. All of the food tasted excellent. The orange cream shake was so good I could hardly believe it. Restaurant was clean and staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Cheeseburger was good! 7/10 Blizzard was blizzard-ing. 10/10 French fries were seasoned well but chewy after the 3rd one. 3/10 Sister's chicken in her chicken salad tasted really funky. 0/10

I haven't been to dairy Queen in years but remember the blizzards being amazing. I got a coupon in the mail for blizzards with no exceptions listed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two flavors of blizzards only to be told that one of them wasn't eligible for the coupon. It wasn't the drive-thru workers fault, but it's still bad form on the company. I ended up having to pay full price for two blizzards when the only reason I had even come was because of the coupon. The prices of blizzards have skyrocketed over time and honestly I could have bought several pints of ice cream for the same amount that I paid for two blizzards. I also ended up spending 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru while they tried to figure out the coupon and then spent forever making the desserts.

First time back to Dairy Queen in a decade, had to revisit a Blizzard. Still the same tasty treat it was. Comforting! Check it out for old times sake if nothing else!

The guy at the counter was rocking orders. I'm sure it was busy do to the fair. The staff was moving and looked completely in control and working as a team.

My order was wrong. I told them it was wrong. They told me that they thought it was fine and handed me my order. I left with my wrong order, exiting out a door with a sticker on it about "making it right" and tossed my food in the garbage.

I went through the drive-through, first time at this location, the Recese blizzard was awesome but the service was not. young girl was not friendly very quiet spoken, not ideal for drive through, then when I got to the Window to pay, she didn't smile, only said how much I owed, took my payment and dissappear behind the tinted glass and then just handed me the card and receipt, no words. She brought my blizzard and with a straight face said very soft, have a good one, no smile.

I drive from pasco evertime I can to come eat here DEF RECOMMEND!!! Tacos de walla walla always on point and the tacos de alpastor highly recommended 👌 👍 😋 ☺️

Ordered 3 tacos: Asada (steak), Al Pastor (pork) and their famous Walla Walla taco as it was suggested by them. All 3 tacos were phenomenal especially the Walla Walla one served with sautéed onions and avocado. The spicy sauce was fresh, savory and spicy indeed. The ladies were nice and fast with their service. Food was well presented and boxed for takeout. I’ll be back for more amazing food. Thank you for your service.

Usually the taco trucks like this get the best ratings in town and it's for a reason. They serve up yummy food. I got the Walla Walla burrito because ... Well we were in Walla Walla after all. The onions definitely stood out as the signature agreement and I loved it.

I Highly recommend Tacos la Monarca as they are very delicious, they have the best Tacos Albañil, Walla Walla Taco, Hawaiian Taco and let’s not forget to mention California Burritos. If you have not tried them yet your missing out trust me👌🏻💕😘😋 Did I forget to mention they also do private events if your interested hit them up…

My husband was not happy with his fish taco. It was over cooked yet still soggy some how. My vegitarian quesadia was OK. It could have used some onion.

Not a bad taco in the bunch! Campechena and Pescado were amazing and Al Pastor is some of the best I’ve had in the US. I’d definitely go back when I’m in town.

They have a hard time understanding English at the drive through and screw up orders on the regular. I'm leaving this review after the 3rd time they got my order wrong. You figured ordering tacos would be an easy order to get correct. This isn't tacos.

I ordered 3 tamales for my son I asked if rice and beans came with order and she told me NO I then asked for 3 chicken enchiladas which is where things got messed up she obviously heard me wrong which is not the problem mistakes happen when I received our food I realized she ordered tamales again but this time it came with rice and beans? So I politely went up to the counter and asked what she put on the order which was tamales and I let her know I wanted enchiladas instead of helping me correct this mistake she argued with me and insisted I said tamales and was bluntly rude I walked away because at that point I knew I was getting nowhere with this lady.. I went back to my seat and sent the food back no one asked me what they could do to fix anything.. my husband went to the counter to order the correct food when he told her he wanted 3 green enchiladas he asked those are green right just to double check and her response was all you have to say is green with an attitude again besides the issues with the Hispanic Lady with blondish hair and glasses. Overall the food was good and we enjoyed our meal after this whole ordeal but I will say I will no longer come here simply because of this lady's attitude 👌💯

Also when we dined in, the table had a piece of metal sticking out of the corner and ripped my brand new shirt. I ordered two tacos through the drive thru. There was only me and the car ahead of me. They were not swamped. The gal working forgot to put my order in. SMH. It happens but it took them close to 15 min for the one person ahead of me, and then to wait again after two more orders (cars) were placed while I was waiting. It’s been 20 min now. Still waiting while I write this review.

The lengua tacos were soooo tender. Wow! Good authentic flavors. The chicken rolled tacos were great as well. I would definitely go here again. Plus even at seven a.m. you can order anything off the menu not just breakfast burritos. Friendly staff that serves everything with a smile. 🌮 🌯 🌮 🌯 😃

This place used to be the best, but now this is the new normal—overpriced, low-quality food, rude staff, and portions so small they’re almost laughable. The flavors are bland, the ingredients taste cheap, and the overall experience is downright disappointing. It’s clear they no longer care about their customers, just their profits. What a shame to see a once-great spot go so far downhill. Save your money and eat somewhere that still values quality and service.

The food was HORRIBLE! I been going there for years and it’s just going downhill so much. When I told the man upfront that all my food was cold he got angry about it and told me “To reach food from the bottom.” I did not have one even warm item on my plate EVERYTHING was cold. The food tasted old and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like fish. The only thing that was good was my Pepsi! Let me add the bathroom was all tagged up and very dirty. Health department needs to be told what’s going on. Cold seafood can’t be good for anyone.

I found sand in octopus. This only one the octopi that had sand. At first I was confused but when I opened up the octopus, there was sand packed inside. I went up to three people and they all told me it was the ink sac. I had been to that restaurant before and I’ve never found this inside. I didn’t appreciate how they lied to me and I’m pregnant!

The food was good for a Chinese buffet. Even my husband commented on how well they seasoned the food. The food was replenished frequently. The clams and salt and pepper shrimp were very good. The sushi tasted fresh. Soups were ok the same as any other Chinese buffet. The restaurant is very old and outdated. Looked as clean as it could. A lot of young families with kids running around and yelling. We will definitely eat here again since the food was good.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I have always raved about this place to everyone, I haven’t been to this place in forever! I’m currently pregnant and have been craving Chinese buffet FOREVER, I finally was able to go and I was sooo excited only to be immediately let down. The cost for me, my partner, and my son was 72$ it was 6:20pm when we arrived and packed, the food was awful everything tasted and smelled super fishy, they weren’t refilling any of the items and there were still new families coming in, we were there for one hour in hopes they would put out fresh items in pans that were empty or visibly old and they did not. I was so disappointed my craving was definitely not satisfied, I will probably never go back 😞

I've frequented a few times over the years and thought it was slightly below mediocre at best. I would always prefer Wok King, the competitor slightly farther into town. This most recent trip here however has ensured I never return. Dinner service was beyond disastrous for a so-called buffet. By 7:30 pm they only refill the fries, pizza, and noodles. By 8 pm they take away the soup and any leftover meat. They stare you down in disbelief that you havn't left despite the lack of food, and when you do decide to leave, the kitchen swarms the buffet to get it cleaned up. It was empty on a saturday evening and for good reason. The selection is VERY limited as well, with the tilapia fish fillet and frozen Costco Dumplings being the most luxurious item offered. If I'm ever offered the chance of eating here with people again I would say I'm sick and can't attend because thinking about coming back to this place would truly send me to a near sickness like state.

The place was empty for a reason the lack of food choices there’s always a lady staring when you get 3 plates of food and 3 cups of fountain drinks she would not stop staring I was trying to enjoy my meal and also the food was not that good not a lot of selections flys flying every where some covers for the food where not even on there and people where coughing on the food and again this lady was staring I feel like they are raciest- FOOD REVIEWED BY SPLACK.

We have come here since I was a kid and always loved it! The host always remembers us! I was disappointed they don't always serve crab legs anymore but this place is still awesome ♥

This Jimmy John’s is really great. My sandwich was fresh, the bread was soft, and everything tasted great. The staff were fast and got the order right with no issues. It was definitely worth stopping by.

Man I do love me some JJs. Fast. Consistent. Great range of options. I like my sandwiches bread out

-UPDATE- I want to thank Jimmy John's for reaching out to me after reading this review and handling it the way they did. Definitely going above and beyond what could be done. I will be coming back to my favorite restaurant soon. I have been a fan of this company for years. I am disabled and on a limited income each month, so when I do have a delivered meal, it is when I have saved and can afford it. This last time, I was unable to tip, but I received a receipt with the note to tip the drivers and an Un happy face. :( . Aside from the factor that I live in a state where the minimum wage is well over fifteen dollars and there was a five dollar delivery fee, along with the tax on the price of the meal... If I can post tip, I would. Although after getting this message on a receipt, I doubt I will ever tip. E staff at jimmy john's ever again..

We were in Walla Walla yesterday doing some shopping, so we stopped in. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, my daughter ordered the Pepe, my other daughter got a BLT, and my daughter's friend got the Thai chicken wrap. All were very good. No complaints. 👍

I went through the drive thru for a few items a couple being the sauced loaded waffle fries I got like three small waffle fries in my box the other one had maybe five small ones I ordered a sausage croissant they gave me a egg and ham one this is the third time I’ve gotten messed up food and been denied compensation

Literally the worst fast food. Wait time is always so long for no reason or whatever excuse they have that day. Employees always rude and don’t greet people. As a dasher too, I hate having to pick up orders here, never on time and they always look annoyed. Just close the restaurant already.

Franchise owner and managers should be embarrassed! Card system was down, no signs, found out when tried to order… is what it is. Ice wasn’t working. Literally every table inside was dirty. My fries were almost still raw! Bathroom reminded me of a truck stop near Portland! At 1340, after lunch rush…. At least 5 employees working with no customers, but no one bothered to be cleaning lobby! Pissed off at the prices vs atmosphere! Absolutely no pride anymore!

It’d be five star if they stopped taking away the spicy chicken. Make one of them a permanent menu item I beg. Ie honey hot chicken strip, honey garlic siracha boneless wings, the other spicy boneless wings they had in July… I’d for real change my review

8/16/25 @0640. Whoever works the drive-thru hates his job. I got "go ahead " at the order speaker then "pay at the window " ok. Got to window, $5.97. Paid, he gave me change & food, no thank you, I said thanks, no reply. Food good. Service, not friendly. No napkin. No receipt, so can't do JITB survey. Usually better service.

Years ago I bought a burger for my son & Squeezed the bag - Dripping Grease! Gave it back! Cpl days ago I went "inside" & bought a butter jack, asked them to go easy on butter - that burger was "Really Good" Kudos Jack for a gr8 upgrade!!!

They consistently are rude and get orders wrong, I was charged for everything I ordered and didnt receive a single correct item. They didnt even leave a receipt so they wouldn't fulfill my order. Terrible everything.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience and the chicken was raw and bloody all inside. We didn't realize until we got back home about 20min later and went to eat. The manager didn't seem surprised or sympathetic at all and only offered to remake the meal next time. However it is very hard to trust to eat there again once you get raw and bloody food and risk possible food poisoning.

Order what I wanted. Wasn't charged for what I ordered (cost more) given food I did not want nor will eat. Kid looked at me like I was dumb when I informed him. Forgot all sauces I asked for when ordering. All around a horrible experience and was charged for more then what I truly wanted. Definitely need to look at training and better management

We went to Kentucky Fried to get some chicken on the 27th and we got home and there’s no potatoes no biscuits and three of the coleslaw and we had to pay extra for them and then I tried to call him right away and it’s already 8 o’clock. We had got them at 5:30 and the phone has been disconnected. They don’t wanna answer it or I don’t know what the hell is going on, but I need to talk to somebody. Thank you very much

We ordered this location KFC on door dash- we got no sauces we asked for, we got cold and hard chicken- the chicken was upsetting, but we didn’t even have sauces to cover how awful and cold it was. After reheating in the oven at home- it was not even chewable. Really disappointed and do NOT recommend this location. Never had KFC like this. Literally was shocked this evening.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the 3 amigos. They took my order and my food was out like that. The chicken was hot and well cooked. As I left I rang the bell and everyone yelled “Thank you!. My life become so much better I drove home with a smile on my face hitting every green light.

Apparently they are under new management/workforce. and tbh it shows. Massive improvement imo. I went in the other day, and the food was much more than I expected. It was crisp, it was fresh, it was hot, it was just right. The resteraunt has become very clean, and the staff was very friendly, attentive and seemed genuinely happy to serve me my meal. Prices are crazy, no matter where you go these days. But our local kfc has been stepping it way up and after the meal I had there yesterday for the country fried steak special has me coming back next week (for my weekly "cheat" day)🤣 5/5 stars and two thumbs up!

Not very clean on the inside, definitely not a place I like to sit in at. Drive thru is the way to go here. Although their service isn’t the greatest. Forgotten food and sauces in the bad, or just the wrong food item many times, takes a very long time. As far as the food tastes, I actually really like it, it can be hit or miss though. Closest thing we have here in walla walla to Chick Fil A though. So I go occasionally!

I must admit I may just not like Arby's. I have however visited others and they were way better. I found the drinks and water to be great. I ordered the beef and cheddar and requested regular cheddar cheese but got the cheese sauce anyway. It unfortunately to me taste very metallic and I just do not like it. I never get the red sauce as I'm not a horseradish fan. I don't understand if we just don't have a health inspection department in this area or if they are just really back at their job. Maybe they get paid off. Other than basic cleaning this restaurant hasn't seen a deep clean in awhile. None of the toilets are even up to code.

We went through the drive through at Arby’s and discovered that when we reached the window to pay my husband had left his wallet at home. Much to our surprise the manager told us to take the food anyway and pay when we could!! What a great act of kindness and trust! And yes we returned the same night and paid for our food.

I'm not one for eating fastfood but this time I was out voted on where to have lunch. This Arby's was very clean inside and out which I hate to say hasn't been common for the ones in Spokane. Despite the large group of high school students ahead of me I was able to quickly order. Our food arrived in a timely manner and with no mistakes. The staff was efficient and friend to everyone even the obnoxious students. All and all great job!

They gave my mother (whose a senior) a discount, were super nice, patient and the sandwich was incredible tasting! They offer a wide variety of choices that no other fast food chain has and the taste is like wrapping your tongue in a blanket of pure bliss!

I've been a customer at this Arby's for over 10 years & it just keeps getting better & better! My partner was hired several years ago as a cashier & he loves working there! The staff is very friendly yet still professional. They rarely make mistakes with orders or prices & will gladly fix it ASAP. Lots of ppl are long-term repeat customers since it's up there in the top most popular restaurants in town! Menu is updated frequently with new items, promotions, holiday specials, etc. One of my favorite items is the orange cream shake. My only "complaint" is when the shake machine occasionally stops working, but they always fix it by the next day =)

The food is usually good, except the fries are usually too crispy for me to eat. As far as the staff goes, I find them very unprofessional. When you're sitting in the dining area you shouldn't have to hear every order being yelled out to the kitchen area, voice personal opinions of each other.

Our service was excellent, which is not usually the case with fast food restaurants. We had the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches, which were quite good. The ice tea tastes fresh and had a nice flavor.

8/14/24 8:30am. Dirty dine in experience: Floors need swept-mop. Bathroom not clean, garbage-paper on floor. Glass throughout seating area having fingerprints and smears. Tables needing wiped down. Concerned what kitchen area was like... Very friendly staff and good food.

We have had great breakfast sandwiches here - drive through. We've been twice in the last few months and each time the croissant egg sausage sandwiches were fresh, hot and just good... Taste and value.

Service, facility fine. For first time I purchased the top chicken sandwich. The chicken was cooked dry. The crust was dark, portion below expectation. The sandwich is over priced. Gave it a try. No thanks.

The one worker in there a lady with Brown hair and glasses is always so kind to us and always complements me.

The cashier was a very nice and friendly person, now most of the other employees were robotic and unfriendly.

The food was hot and good. Their chicken nuggets and Big King Burger is so good.

Whopper jr's used to be a little bigger, didn't they? The chicken sandwich makes up for it though. Tonight we got a 2 for 5 deal, and surprisingly enough there are an impressive number of options available. It was late but the food was fresh and tasty, and it didn't take long at all. The service was good, too!

I had not had a McDonald’s fish sandwich for years. When I opened the box we all giggled because it was so small and assembled pretty lop sided. It also had the smallest dollop of sauce 😕 The fish however was surprisingly good! It was hot, moist, and impressive compared to the rest of the sandwich.

For how much are large fry is now you would think they would fill it a little more. I got a large fry and a drink and my total was almost $7. It's been years since I've been here and it will be a few more if ever I go back.

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Weird thing was almost the whole restaurant was empty, but an employee decided to take her break a seat away from us. Thought it was odd to say the least. It mainly gets a 2 because of the long wait time. I'm tires of drive thru getting served for 20 minutes before they even think of making an in store order.

If I can give 0 stars on hospitality I would. As upset as I should be when ketchup shoots out of the dispenser at high speed that it shoots out and hits my chest, potentially staining my baseball jersey they have the audacity to say I’m an irate customer as I’m covered in ketchup asking for napkins. I used to come to this McDonald’s all the time as a kid and brought my kids here visiting and this is the service I get.

I don't like the tech setup, but that isn't why for the rating. Me and my wife each got a iced coffee. My wife got the whip cream with drizzle of caramel. She definitely got food poisoning and was sick for the rest of the day until the morning. We still had three more hours on the road. I hate that! Why? Something was wrong and probably not addressed.

French fries from mcdonalds has always been my guilty pleasure, feel-good snack everywhere I'ved lived/driven through. TELL ME WHY this location's french fries alwaaaaays tastes like garbage?? No crisp, crunch, or indication of freshness no matter what time in the day I order it. Not a single fry of hope or "feel-good". I'm not "lovin' it" mcdonalds, I'm hating it. And myself. Bc why do I keep thinking I'll get at least ONE perfect fry when in fact they've all already gone cold and stiff? And why do I keep giving them another chance?? I'll take this review down once they've addressed this fry situation. Until then, for those of you like me, beware: these french fries will definitely make you feel worse than before you ordered them Update to the reply: I will not be doing that, I already left a detailed enough review.

Went inside since drive thru had a bunch of cars. Seriously we waited like 20 minutes to get our order. Good was cold. Unstaffed, terrible service and expensive. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant ate a quality meal in the same time for the same price. McDonald's sucks!! I won't be going to this one again

Photo says it all, this crunchwrap was pretty much a salad with little to no cheese or meat. Will not be ordering here again. Whoever worked 3-9-25 at 1:30AM as the food maker, definitely needs to be fired and replaced. What a complete waste of money and tip.

If I could rate service 0 stars, I would. Unless you're rating yourself because it is self-service other than actually making the food. You have to make your order on a computer screen. The menu items on the computer screen do not match the items on the cash register at the counter. As for rating the food or atmosphere, I couldn't. I'll tell you because I decided to go a couple of doors down the street to the California Bros, Burritos.

I'm not one to give negative reviews but I am completely FLOORED at the experience I just had at our local Walla Walla Taco Bell. I ordered my food online 20 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant, I do so because I typically have customizations and it's easier to document online than speak over the intercom. When I got to the store, I noticed my order was not on the table. I asked the employee behind the counter and he couldn't locate the order either. As he was reprinting my order, a lady behind me spoke up and said she had an order from the drive thru with her name but it wasn't her items. It turned out they had given her my food with her name attached to the bag. The employee took the bag back to the kitchen with the two receipts, showed the cook, turned to ask the lady if she had touched the food and when she stated no, HANDED ME THE BAG FROM HER CAR and said here you go ma'am. I couldn't do anything but smile, say have a good day and walk out the door. NEVER have I been offered food that has been in someone else's car and possession as opposed to remaking the order. I am so disgusted. I will no longer be giving this restaurant my money. WATCH OUT!

We ordered 2 cheese burritos 2 days ago. Are u for real? Both of them came like this. But like Subway they will pile the lettuce on god forbid anything else. Ty Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is already known for being bottom of the barrel but this place really scrapes that bottom. Screwups on orders are common at fast food but never have I had literally every item on the order been wrong. Wrong meats, optional sauces applied that weren't asked for, they even tried to charge us for items that weren't remotely on our order, raising our bill by $10. Only reason to go here is because they're one of the only places open in this town scraping for cash at 3 in the morning.

This TacoBell is actually pretty good! The food came out fast and tasted just how I wanted it to. My burrito was hot, cheesy, and actually filled rightand not all tortilla like some places do. The workers were nice and got my order right, which is always a win. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving tacos or a Crunchwrap.

Four crunchy tacos with enough meat for two. My number two pencil has more girth than this store's crunchy tacos. Mostly lettuce topped with just enough cheese shreds to give the impression of cheese, kinda like Manet's boats. Btw, I dug deep for that ref. Del taco actually makes a better taco. Enjoy

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had from a pizza place. They always go above and beyond to make the customer happy here. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful . They are genuinely happy employees! .Their boss should be really proud of everyone in that store. The best customer service of ANY store in Walla Walla ( not just restaurants) Great job !!!

The people working there are extremely rude and would hang up when I am trying to contact a supervisor. I can see why they are posting for help. I will never do business with them ever again.

I’m so impressed with dominos! They are so well run with solid employees who are all about providing a good experience. My mobile order was right on time but when I arrived they dropped one of my items on the floor. Mistakes happen but they took care of it right away by offering me a free item for having me wait 5 extra minutes. The food looks amazing and staff are so friendly. I will definitely be coming back to dominos again. Keep up the good work!

Ordered an Alfredo bread bowl about a month ago and it came with no sauce. I called for a new one and they brought a new one. But the new one had so much sauce it wasn’t good anymore. They clearly didn’t believe what I said and assumed I was exaggerating. Ordered again and they gave us a large pizza with the wrong crust. Not a huge deal but just dumb.

I always receive perfect pies from this location in the last 5+ years. If it is ever burned or incorrect, staff has never been hesitant to correct the issue. I recommend this place all the time.

Pizza has always been freshly made and customer service is always great! Employee at the pickup window yesterday was very kind! Will definitely be coming back :)

Only comment: when we ask for extra sauce, do extra sauce. Otherwise it is terrific quality for the price. Fast too!

They were completely awful an employee handed me the wrong cups and then another came to me and ask me to dump them into another size smaller witch was pointless do to the fact of refills and then she want a to call me names under her breath as walking away. I then called and asked to speak to a manager and they refused me that right. This McDonald’s used to be my family and I favorite one and man had it went down young little jerk kids thinking they can do what they want. Disrespectful and rude

I think they took my review down because of the pictures. Thats ok heres more of how they get every order wrong. Got apple pies for my lactosae intolerant family member and get two straw berry and cream in 2 apple pie boxes. Thanks mcdonalds. Other two pictures of messed up orders is a bacon egg and cheese buscuit order that is a sasuage buscuit some how and a sasuage miffin as a griddle sasage muffin some how. I dont even now how you accidently do these messups.

Ok McDonald what is this bologna…The whole reason I got a happy meal was to get the Minecraft toy and yes I’m a grown man but I was still hurt when I opened the box to find a toy from THE MARVELS. A movie that came out IN 2023! I know you guys are…McDonald, but I expect better from you. I truly am ashamed.

Disgusting new menu item they're promoting. Tried the crispy chicken strips. they are disgusting. first of all, not even crispy. second of all, rubbery and wet. i could get the same result from microwaving a frozen one and not leave my house. i hope all these fast food companies crash and burn.

This food is for only if you have no option and in a rush. You will be finding a bathroom shortly after consumption of food and regretting your life choices.
