Good food, good location. We didn’t have to wait too long to get the food. We ordered shawarma plate land with rice and it’s delicious. Try also their baklava it’s good!

I saw SO many reviews for this place. Everyone praised the food, everything Genuinely It was underwhelming and lackluster specially for the price. I ordered a number two, The rice 9/10 Beef 6.5/10 Yogurt 8/10 Baklava 10/10 (outstanding really) Tomato sauce 6/10 Pita in bottom soaked soggy by the sauce 4/10 I'm not sure if it was me or the combination of food. Beef was kinda dry and cold, BUT the rice was HOT. They weren't near close either, so I'm unsure what went wrong there. It was kinda just Beef and tomato sauce, very unseasoned as well. Couldn't smell or taste garlic or other significant spices at all. I had gone to another nearby Turkish place, with MUCH larger portions, for the same price. And they even threw extra things on top. Their baklava was very good though so it wasn't ALL bad Personally would not return, very well versed in the food and been eating Middle Eastern (lived too) for years. I only give it a three based on cleanliness, and the staff was friendly too.

I only leave reviews for truly unique places — and this was an absolute gem. Stumbling upon this spot was like finding a hidden treasure. At first glance, it might seem like just another small storefront, but don’t let that fool you — the food was incredible! The chicken kabob was the best I’ve ever had, and the rice… I’ve honestly never tasted anything like it. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. Hands down, this was my best food discovery of the year!

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! We were on vacation and came across this place, had the Iskender, chicken and Kofte platter and everything was amazing! They also have Turkish sweets and coffee!

First time here, everything was delicious. I ordered the number 1 (chicken kabobs) with hummus and pita. The service was quick and everything was fresh. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for inexpensive good food.

Authentic Turkish food made from scratch in a small space where you can tell that the owner did his/her best to present a piece of their native Turkey and bring it to life. Tons of Turkish sweets and products available to buy as well. Not a true restaurant and not a true grocery store; more like a mix. The highlight for me was the Turkish coffee; however, the food also I amazing. Enjoyed it!

Absolutely delicious and authentic. The Borek spinach pastry was flaky, warm, and made me melt. The kofta plate was heavy and very tasty. The rice texture and flavor was wonderful. I'm eating here every time I visit Norfolk.

We stopped bye to check out this place, when we walked in I noticed that most of the tables were dirty and I mentioned it to the staff. We found a clean table and we sat down and started talking.The 2nd waitress? came out to start cleaning off tables continued ignoring us. Then I made the statement that if we didn't get service soon that I was going to fet up and walk out. One of the shift managers David then spoke with the waitress that was behind the counter and soon after she came over and asked what we would like to drink. She took our coffee order and soon afterwards we received our coffee. It tasted as if had been sitting there for hours. She came back to get our orders which were also messed up. My friend ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage plate. Hers was correct. I ordered the same plate with OE eggs and mine was brought out to the taken as over hard. Big difference.Also enclosed a picture of my fruit that came with my meal. I never even touched it. Nasty. I would never serve this fruit or anything else that didn't look right to a customer. The waitress Brie as we found later was really trying to give us a nice experience, she brought more coffee and at least it was freshly made this time. You shouldn't have to sit in an establishment like this for 10-15 minutes before you are acknowledged. Then food messed up when you finally get it. At least they made some fresh coffee and made that part of the experience a little more pleasant. David came over to talk with us and that was the most enjoyable part of our visit there. Not my best experience as you can tell. May try it again not sure at this time.

Food was absolutely terrible!!! Seven people were seated and they couldn't get out orders correct. It took over 30mins for the seven of us to be served from start to finish. The server was delightful but she had 5-6 tables at a time alone. I assume she may have written our orders incorrectly, either way it was awful service and we won't be returning!!! Sour cheesebgrits, dry waffles, 30mins from start to finish bringing food out JUST HORRIBLE! Please just turn the corner and go to egg bistro the food is 100% better. BTW all the cooks were skinny... so I guess that was the problem.

Loved the themed restaurant its the friendly place in that part of town. I had the strawberry syrup on top of the pancakes with the best sweet tea. Wonderful music and very friendly staff. First time getting food here. Cute doors that I thought was so darling. 🏈🏉☕🍴🍳🍓

Ordered online the Cake breakfast. Asked for onions and cheese. The cheese was an extra cost but it was left off and I was charged. Ordered extra bacon, was charged for it but it wasn't in my bag when I arrived home. The food that I did get was good just not my exact order. I tried calling the location but I was unable to reach them. Short ring and then disconnect. Tried to call the other location to get a working number but that number was not in service.

Greeted immediately. Inviting environment and pleasant staff, I would've love to had time to sit and eat but was grabbing something quick to go. Got one of the $5.99 meals and wasn't disappointed, and a drink was included

out order/to go. Paid 42.00 including a tip for just standing and waiting for my to go order. I ordered a Big House BLT the menu says it comes with 5 slices of Applewood bacon. They only put 3 slices on the sandwich. As much as I paid for this sandwich I got a piece of lettuce a slice of tomatoe and mayo slapped on bread. Where is the rest of the bacon!! They know you don't or won't check you bag and open your entire order to see if it was done right. They have no integrity. I blame the chef and management. They know better. This is why businesses close down or go under. The place was empty might I add. I see why. Having staff that don't care about paying customers. Remember no customers no job. I'm never going back.

Took my family to Atlas Pizza on Kempsville Rd after doing pottery a few doors down in June. My kids were excited to dine in, but from the start the two young cashiers gave us a cold, unwelcoming vibe. We had to pay before sitting down including a tip before service???, get our own plates and silverware, and there was no greeting, thank you, or smile. When we were leaving, I even told them how good the food was just to see if there would be any response or emotion after what we had just experienced. There was nothing, no smile, no goodbye to my kids who were waving. It was disheartening and felt like confirmation of racial bias, something I’ve never experienced so blatantly as an adult. After talking with others, I’ve since learned this location has a reputation for treating customers this way. STAY AWAY

I asked locals where's the best place to order pizza; I was directed to Atlas Pizza. Glad I went. Pepperoni & Mushroom was perfect! Clean place. Employees friendly & welcoming. Pizza baker was a super nice guy, and thanked me for giving Atlas Pizza a try! Try it, you'll like it too!

We are from jersey. Atlas has the Best NY / NJ style pizza in chesapeake. Tiramisu is so delicious when it's fresh and the homemade cheesecake was DELICIOUS true NY style rich but also velvety creamy. We love this pizza spot. It's definitely old school if you dine in not fancy but who cares.

This is the way Pizza should be made. Brick oven and Quality cheese (Grande Cheese) great dough, fresh toppings. Couldn’t contain myself, burnt my mouth because it is so delicious. I’m from Philly and looked all over Chesapeake and found the jewel of pizza. Thank you Atlas Pizza for making me feel like home.

I have to say, Atlas Pizza is about the closest to NJ pizza that we have found here in Chesapeake. You order at the counter, but someone brings your food to you. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. The salads are fresh and look good in appearance (taste good too). The pizza is very good! We go often and are never disappointed!

Service was great. The restaurant was clean. It was not busy when we were here. Our visit was in February on a Friday around 1:30pm. We got pizza (pepperoni with ricotta on top) which was decent but nothing to write home about. They put big globs of ricotta on top (does anyone actually eat it like this? I wasn't a fan of the presentation and it was too much ricotta anyway.). I got an order of the breaded cheese ravioli too since I love (fried) breaded ravioli from a local restaurant in my hometown. Atlas' ravioli was OK but nothing I would order again. My grandmother got the fried zucchini with marinara sauce. She said she liked it. I personally wouldn't go back here again. She wasn't a fan of my pizza that much either and we have had better. We are glad we tried out a new restaurant though. It is located in a strip mall area. Plenty of parking!

Pizza was great, calzone was delicious. You get your money's worth. Employees were friendly. This is our new place to go for pizza.

Been going to this location since we moved here and boy has fhe food and service gone down hill. Got these fries last night and realized something looked wrong. After realizing that if I put the top one down, there was literally half a container of fries, all stale. I get it, you're busy, but if you're gonna charge us for a large at these rates and give something smaller than a medium fill its pathetic. Do better, Jesus is judging your corporate greed.

Chick-fil-A always does a great job with customer service. The servers outside took care of my order in the rain with a smile on.

I ordered an egg white grill minus the cheese around 10:25 am once I got my food through the drive thru it was after 10:30am. As I was pulling away from the window, I checked my sandwich and it had cheese on it, so I went back around right to the chickfila worker at the drive thru and told her my sandwich was not correct and she said “go to the window but because it’s pass breakfast they won’t be able to correct my sandwich” and they said the same thing at the window. I ended up leaving with a lunch sandwich. Chickfila your customer service is going down fast. When you get a customer’s order wrong they should not have to settle for lunch when you did not make the sandwich order correct. Continued poor customer service will get you more 1 stars for reviews. You need to do better and handle customer’s orders more accurately. Great customer service has nothing to do with a nice voice. You need to focus on getting orders correct and being professional and not “ nice nasty”. You will find that excellent customer service goes a long way. You started out giving good customer service. Go back to the drawing board and do better. I think this was worth the long post.

We had to place a large, last-minute order for two small nugget trays on the morning of August 22st, and the service was exceptional. I wish I had caught her name, but the manager on duty (I believe she was Latina and wore a pink managers shirt) was fantastic. She was so kind, handled our request without any issue, and made sure everything was made perfectly. She even thought to give us extra plates and silverware, which was a huge help. This is how customer service should be done!

Hands down the BEST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had! The team here is absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and perfect in every way. It’s such a night-and-day difference compared to the Crossways location by the mall, where the service is always frustrating and the atmosphere leaves so much to be desired. I will gladly go out of my way just to come to THIS location from now on. It was the best experience ever and truly what Chick-fil-A should be all about!

It’s Waffle House, but this Waffle House never disappoints, and this visit was no exception! My partner and I ordered the All-Star Special, and from the first bite to the last sip, everything hit the spot. The waffle was perfectly golden with just the right amount of crisp on the edges and soft, fluffy goodness in the center. We kept it classic; no toppings, just butter and syrup, and it was exactly what we were craving. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, cooked just right without being too greasy. The hashbrowns? Absolute perfection. We got them plain, but they still had that iconic Waffle House flavor, savory, a little crispy on the bottom, and comforting all around. Paired with a piping hot cup of black coffee and a nice glass of southern sweet iced tea, we had the ideal breakfast combo. The service was friendly and fast, and there’s just something about the energy in a Waffle House that feels welcoming and familiar. It’s 50/50 on whether or not you have a good experience. The last few times were misses for us. Either the food came out cold or our service was extremely lacking. When they’re on point they’re on point, however like I said it’s 50-50.

You can never go wrong at Waffle House down south, c'mon! It was just what I wanted, home cooked style food but someone else cooks it. Simple and so Delicious, especially the waffle!

She was over the top with ensuring my friend and I were happy, that we had enough of this and that. This is why Waffle House is getting a 5-star rating. Great job, "chula".

Been to this waffle house several times, usually have a good experience. This time, however, our experience was noticeably worse than any other. Our server, Mikaela, seemed to be having a bad day and was so rude. She asked what we wanted to drink and then asked what we wanted to eat, without providing us with any menus. We had asked for sweet tea, and she brought us unsweetened hot tea in cups with cups of ice. Never seen that before, but we just added sugar ourselves. Four people at the table, she brought us two menus. We ordered, and they brought hashbrowns for my daughter that had been sitting long enough that they were barely warm when they got to the table. Never got a refill on my coffee. When getting up to pay, she didn’t ask how our meal was or anything. This was the worst experience we have had at any waffle house around here.

My husband & I have frequented this restaurant several times. Today, he went into the place to order a take out order, the manager, refused to serve him. He said you can only order take out online. A lady that has served us often tried to get him to let him order. He refused to. My husband is a Vietnam Vet, and this man simply told him his money wasn't good enough at his store. Only good online. We will never enter a waffle house again.

The server was friendly. I appreciated the cool and comfortable environment, it was a relief given how hot it was outside. However, the Country-Fried Steak Dinner was unfortunately too salty for my taste, to the point that I couldn’t finish it. The milkshake was also a bit bland.

Outstanding Service at Denny’s – Ask for Azza! We had an amazing experience at the Denny’s in Chesapeake (1401 Tintern St), and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Azza! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. She made sure our orders were perfect, checked on us often without being overbearing, and brought such a positive energy to our meal. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Azza – she made our visit feel special. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Stopped in for dinner and Jessie greated me as soon as I came through the door with the prettiest smile! She asked me my drink as she sat me. Won't really sure what I was gonna get, so she recommended the bourbon burger since I was in the mood for a burger! It was not disappointing at all!!! The red skin potatoes was amazing! Most definitely will be coming back and asking for Jessie!!

I advise nobody go there. I went there this morning, September 18, 2025. I was eating my food and I noticed a fly was in it. I took it up there to the counter. They didn’t say anything so I just walked out a horrible experience.

We stopped here for quick breakfast but it was far from quick. Stopped in around 11 am after checking out of hotel and left at 12:40. Not many people in the restaurant. Took forever to get food. Salt and pepper shakers wouldnt work but waitress found new ones after trying several more. Scrambled eggs arrived with cheese and had to be sent back. Waitress took plate with eggs along with my hash browns but only brought back eggs. Hash browns were hardly cooked so I guess I didn't need to finish them. Crepe cream was made with reddiwhip which didn't match the picture of thick creme in the menu. Tasted ok, just didn't like the consistency. Bacon was super thin, so you'd be better off ordering the sausage which tasted good. I'm told the pancakes and waffles were good. Fries had pepper on them that my son tried to pick off. Nobody cared for the bacon out of all four of us. A turn off was the three ants we killed off the table at three different times plus the syrup residue left on the table. My husband joked that the ants were after the syrup. He has a bad memory of a Denny's while he was a kid and this experience did not help erase bad memories. They at first tried to charge $1.29 for cheese added to eggs that I didn't order so that was a waitress mistake, not the cook. She should have taken that off the bill before giving it to me. 12% tax too but they can't help that but they tried to charge an 18% tip that included that 12% tax in the total at the register. I adjusted down due to the poor service but left just over 15% which was more than fair for the service we received. So $75 for breakfast for 4. We won't be returning to a Denny's anytime soon but we don't have one in our area anyway.

Azza was wonderful!! She greeted me as I entered and was very friendly and welcoming. She answered my questions and made great suggestions. I will definitely return because of her service and friendliness!! My order was placed and was quickly delivered piping hot and delicious 😋

I had an outstanding experience at this place where I enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger, fries and perfectly grilled hotdog. The staff was friendly and provided attentive service, making me feel welcome. Their commitment to food quality was evident, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone nearby. I can't wait to return!

What I expect of a hot dog joint (albeit with an expansive sandwich and sausage menu, including burgers.) Really reasonable prices, great hot dogs, loved the fries with their homemade fry sauce. Staff was welcoming and fun. Plenty of bar space and tables. This will be my local hot dog hangout.

I was in the area just to grab crumble cookies but the little one was hungry. We went to Famous Uncle Al’s around 4:30pm because I assumed it was a grab and go type of restaurant but man was I wrong. When I went in the restaurant the workers were super friendly and welcoming. It has a old school diner vibe. I looked lost and confused but was asked politely to take a seat. We were approached by our server. She was super nice and outgoing. I ordered the chili dogs and fries. The crazy thing is that at the time I didn’t know they closed at 5pm we didn’t leave till 5:30pm and wasn’t rushed out or felt pressure to leave! I only found out what time they closed when I was searching for this place to leave a review.

Five stars for Uncle Al’s!!!! This diner is a longtime Greenbrier favorite. Classic made-to-order comfort food (hotdogs, burgers, BBQ, chicken salad, fries) done right every time. Friendly, efficient service, cozy diner atmosphere, and consistently delicious plates. A dependable spot that feels like home. I highly recommend Uncle Al's.

What happened Saturday 9/13? Terrible service! We have been coming here for years. Everyone complaining. Bringing only 1 thing at a time Fries, then hamburger. My fries were gone before any other food came out. I finished my food before my husband got his!!Nothing at same time people walking out. It was very bad. None of the workers looked like the norm. Cook was a guy and it was just terrible! Someone needs to chec k on this situation.

I’ve been coming to Uncle Al’s since I moved here in 2016! It never disappoints. This was though my first time at the Greenbrier location and let me just say the staff was so nice😊 Food was fast and delicious, definitely the best mozzarella sticks you’ll ever have! The sandwich in the attached photo is the fried chicken cordon bleu🍗

Well literally just there like 20 minutes ago for breakfast. Ordered through the Drive Thru, and with my order asked for grape jelly. On the bag it’s listed for 3 grape jelly, instead I was given 2 strawberry jellies. I’m allergic to strawberries, definitely not a good look.

We typically don't have issues with this location. I ordered through the mobile app and did curbside pick-up since the order was slightly larger than we normally do. It took me 20 minutes to get from home (where I placed the order) to the store and I was quoted 30 minutes for pick-up ready time. I had to wait over an hour for some of the food to be fixed (no they were not busy). Then when the food came out it was not even hot. They fries were cold and the sandwiches were slightly warm. The soup (which is what I had to wait for) was just warm as well. They did offer to change my order when I first arrived from the soup to something of equal or lesser value (when ordering on the app they can not give a refund) since the soup was not ready and would take 20 minutes to make a new batch. I opted to wait since it was for my sick kids and it should have only taken 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the shift manager came out and asked the same question and said it would be another 20 minutes before the soup would be ready did I want to change it. I again said no since I needed the soup for the sick and was not going to go home with food for everyone but them... common since!!! After another hour they brought out the food. So I sat for almost 2 hours waiting just to get cold fries and slightly warm food.

When you pay a much as it costs now a days you would expect your food to be handled with care. The sauces were thrown in the bag with extra sauces we didn't order, right on top of the food and smashed everything. 😡 and You usually get friendly service even with mobile order when you first drive up but tonight, not so much. No interaction at all!!!

I know that like most people, I LOVE chick fila, their customer service, the cleanliness, etc. Today was the first time I had a negative experience with customer service. I went in with my 3 small children. We played in the play place and then had lunch. My youngest fell off the bench and while I don’t expect help , I was shocked when 2-3 employees PLUS the manager witnessed the fall and never asked if she was ok, I’d there was anything they could do to help, if they could get us ice for her head. The manager (which if you’ve been there you know the women—older with a boufant hairstyle and eclectic glasses) sat in the bench behind us and never offered anything, never said a word. While I continued to struggle to calm my daughter down and clean up our table again ZERO HELP. I am highly disappointed ESPECIALLY in the manager. What kind of leader is she? Where her employees saw her not be kind to a customer and offer some kind of support or assistance.

This location is perfect for door dashers. They are friendly and fast. I love getting a dash from them because I know there is never going to be a problem.

Always reliable. Food comes out HOT 💯 the one time we did have a delay, they gave us a voucher for a free sandwich. Excellent.

I used the mobile app for the drive thru for faster service only to find out that, the employees were letting the main drive thru have full reign. I watched 9 vehicles ordering and go ahead of me. So long story short, at this establishment it doesn't matter what line you go thru

I was fazoli's customer by 18 years...It was very good but now is a crap. Food,service,atmosfere, time...the pasta is over cook, they no give parmesan chese (pasta with out chese is a sin!) Serve in a broken dish.

The food was okay, it didn't really stand out. It’s definitely a budget-friendly spot for those who want a quick bite without splurging. The prices are affordable, which is a plus, but if you're looking for something special or highly memorable, you might want to look elsewhere.

To go orders are routinely delayed from promised time. Have experienced forgotten items in the bag, but customer service gave back points equal to item. Workers are friendly, just seem to be short staffed. Most items we've tasted have been very good, but a few things have been misses; though this would be up to individual tastes. Pricing is reasonable and often the app has sale items or $ off total.

The food is alright.... but the service is terrible. When being told they were out of breaded chicken they downsized my meal forcing me to purchase something different. Now im not one to complain about a one dollar difference but, to smack your jaw and tell me "its aight". When they didn't refund or even offer to offset is really bs. Pls dont go here. I love trying new places but they need to get their ppl in check.

I love Fazoli's, came in for lunch and left with more than I expected. Aaron at the front counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made sure I felt welcome and had great recommendations for what I wanted to get. Would love to come here again, good eats, good atmosphere, great time! Aaron was not working this evening and it showed. There were 3 other guests in the restaurant We waited for almost 30 minutes and still had not gotten our food. We went to the counter and one meal was under the warmer. No clue where the other meal was. The worker didn’t seem to realize we had not been served. She handed my husband his hot plate of food. She remembered what I ordered and I guess went to fix it. About 5 minutes later (we were still at the counter) she handed me my hot plate of food. No apology. She said she was the only one working. We saw at least 2 others. We asked for knives and were told they didn’t have any, at which point we asked for a refund. The worker said she’d have to get her manager and went to the back. We had to wait at the register for the manager for over 5 minutes, during which time not one other guest entered the restaurant and not one car came through the drive through. When the manager finally came out she said nothing, processed the refund, handed us the receipt, and said “here”. We walked out. Needless to say it’s the last time we will visit a Fazoli’s

They weren't very busy when we arrived since it was later in the evening. Bread sticks were warm, not hot, but they were tasty. I had the spaghetti with marinara and it was fine. My husband had the stuffed shells and really liked them.

Called to let them know our food was burnt, was told to try a different bread and was hung up on. As you can clearly see 2 are burnt, you can taste the burnt. Never again eating here, wasn't asking for free food just wanted them to know what was given to us after spending $60 First off I'm not stupid I know what rye beard is, you can taste the burnt. The second burger was over cooked, was supposed to be medium was well done. You don't talk to people like they don't know what they ordered or what rye bread is if you tastes the burnt!!! The old owner would never let this happen, sad to see what it's become. Don't spend your money on food if the owner doesn't care if it's not cooked correctly!!

Hot Pastrami Sandwich was really good much smaller than what I expected but good. The toasted rye and hot mustard brought it all together. Sandwich and fries came up to $11 after taxes which not bad because it’s Boars Head meats and especially when I bought a pulled high sandwich from another place a few weeks ago for $22 and it was a disappointment. Fries were undercook wouldn’t get them again. But I would revisit

I've ate at this restaurant for literally 20 years and they've have really gone downhill. I was excited to get the Great Bridge club which has always been my go to... Literally you could only taste bread and bacon. Where is the meat??? 13.50 for some bread and lettuce pretty much... We were extremely disappointed and won't be back.

A hidden gem snuggled down Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake Va. Great service and food. Worth a wait, every chair was full when we visited. I see why. Will definitely be back and recommend 👌

Unlikely Breakfast Burrito spot..... 2 eggs, cheese, sausage, and potatoes wrapped in a grilled tortilla 😁 Full breakfast ready to go....if you want. But stay and grab a cup of coffee. Definitely not what they used to be. So disappointed. Ordered take out and my sandwitch had barely any meat or sauce or coleslaw. For $10 for a sandwitch & a ramekin size side of potato salad i was highly disappointed. The potato salad used to be so good , what i got today was completely flavorless

Amazing food and service with great prices. City slicker breakfast was perfect. Mini cakes and cinnamon apples were excellent! Eggs cooked to perfection!

Mixed feelings on my visit today. Generally this brand supports an efficient and quality product. I was a bit disappointed in the chaos in the store tonight. There were lots of items out and it appeared staff lacked the efficiency you normally see. I will give the location credit that everyone was friendly, but their lack of a system caused delays in orders I don’t typically see in this chain. Store was clean and welcoming as always.

I prefer 🐼 Panda Express over Chinese food stores. But unfortunately, I was treated shabbily by this restaurants manager (Kristian) because I brought to his attention how I did not receive my third entrée to my order. He just looked at me and asked another waitress to serve me and he went to online orders. I waited patiently for my food and asked to speak with him again, letting him know that he could have shown me a little bit more respect as a returning customer. In any event, he continued to act clueless and show no concern with my complaint. Kristian needs to be retrained for the management position. He obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. What a sad review for a good company.

Had to wait in line for 8 minutes due to not having fried rice available. Then after the rice was placed in the display case staff turned around and waited on the drive through while 6 customers were continuing to wait. Food was just ok. I wanted beef and broccoli, but there was not enough made to even put in my bowl as a side. Dinner was about 6:30 in the evening.

We like this Panda location. We go inside to order takeout. Food is fresh and portions are generous most of the time. The plate is enough for two of us and there’s always plenty of rice. Brianna is the manager and her staff seems to work well together and care about customers.

Great place to eat, the time we went they were short on some of the food and we had to wait for a while. But usually everything's ready and warm. Great selection of food always tasty. The servers are very polite and very nice and helpful

Fantastic location, inside was pretty clean and staff was friendly and fast. Panda Express now has a rewards program so I will definitely be signing up for that. Highly recommend the orange chicken. If you’re looking to cut down on carbs, try the super greens for your side. I like to do half super greens half chow mein.

4/3/25. Keep trying to steal my free food. 12/26/24 Bought a few sandwiches and salad. Salad was delicious. I went to eat one of my sandwiches and saw that the bread, looked like it had a bite taken out of it??? This is the same sandwich, that I had to go back for, because some young slim white chick didn't put it, with my order the first time. Please check your food before leaving. I will find another place, to spend my money on. Terrible customer service.

Updating my review to reflect the improvements to the level of customer service I have received since my original review. The last 3 curbside orders were received by very polite and friendly staff, and were mostly accurate. I can’t quite fully update my food rating as I received an order of the breakfast mini rolls without the honey butter, but it looks like things are improving! Still rooting for you Chik-Fil-A!! :) ———— I’m normally pretty pleased with the food and service here, but lately the staff has really been dropping the ball. Three times the salsa for my burrito was missing from the order. I understand that this is primarily a chicken establishment, but if you are offering meatless options, paying customers should receive what they order. People have dietary needs and order food based on that. I paid for a meatless hash brown burrito (egg and cheese). I got a burrito jam packed with huge strips of chicken. Accurate orders >>> rushed incorrect orders. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS BEFORE YOU SEND THEM OUT. Even fixing an order after the fact doesn’t reestablish trust. Not to mention people have to use their own gas to come back and have the issue rectified. No bueno. Please do better Chik Fil A! We’re out here rooting for you!

I ordered in the drive-through and ordered chicken mini meal the employee was nice, but he was a bit distracted so when received bag it was chicken biscuit.. I had someone in car with me verify i said minis. so the lady came out advised i would have to pay the difference $1.28 i paid it but why should I if they hit the wrong button or don't verify the order??

this is the worst location ever!!!! my order is always wrong!!! ordered cobb salad today, asked for extra egg. got home and there was no eggs. I have always avoided this location as much as i can. but today, they reminded me again why. Oh.., the dislike i have for this location!

I put a mobile order for a breakfast pick up at this location because the one nearest to us was closed. It was still 20 min to 10:30 when we put the order and this chick fil a was about 12 min from where we were. We caught traffic on the way to the restaurant but made it to the drive through line a few minutes before 10:30. Right before the worker came to our car, she flipped the menus because it was 10:30 exactly. I didn’t think it was a huge deal since I had the order in and spoke to her literally at 10:31. Told her we were there to pick up the order and she says “Oh I won’t be able to give you this order because we stopped serving breakfast.” I told her I put the order in 20 min ago, we joined the line before 10:30, it was literally 10:31, and I paid for it already. To which she said “You haven’t paid for it yet because I haven’t processed it” (but the money did leave my account). We didn’t order anything and just left. If we had joined the first line, we would’ve been to worker before they flipped the menus but unfortunately we joined the second one. What’s the point of ordering ahead and asking for payment on the app if they don’t prep the food prior to joining the line? I wish they put it on the app that they won’t honor your order if you arrive right at 10:30. It’s even more frustrating because this was the second chick fil a we went to to try to get breakfast but the first was unfortunately closed when we arrived.

Ordered meals at the drive-thru. One meal was missing fries, fortunately it was realized before I got home. I had to turn around to go back to Chic Fil a, park and go inside to get my fries. Which wasn’t too bad until… I was told they need to check my bag of food the make sure the fries were missing. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! So I had to back out to my car to get my bag of food so it could be checked to see the fries were missing. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. Apparently this the protocol, never had this issue before. Two weeks ago they forgot a breakfast burrito, didn’t realize until I was home. Called to report, I was told it would be added to my app, that never happened. They also forgot the Dijon mustard for all of our pretzel cheddar club sandwiches. I have been going to this Chick-fil-A since it opened in 1997, seems like recently service has declined. With all the people they have working there you would think orders would be correct. In years past if the order was wrong, sometimes they would offer you a gift card for a free sandwich. Now they accuse you of being dishonest when THEY forget to put items in the bag. Very frustrating!!!

I get CFA all the time but today was horrible. My fries were much and my sandwich was soggy and gross. My lemonade taste like chemicals?? The only thing I’m barely able to eat is the mac and cheese I got. Ridiculous.

I was so disappointed with my recent Chipotle experience. Although, the line was short they were out of rice and beans. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The interaction with the employees was unpleasant - from the first employee interaction to checkout. I visited this Chipotle because I had not eaten dinner or lunch, so I was expecting a great food experience. Not only was the employee interaction unpleasant, but the food experience was too. The atmosphere was horrible, the trash cans were overflowing, the food containers were empty, and it was not even busy. They had no rice or black beans when I got to the front of the line. When it was time for me to order, I requested a steak bowl. The person serving me forgot my black beans after I requested them. I had to return to the counter after sitting down with my food to ask them to please give me black beans. They gave them to me in the guac container. The steak was not cut properly and it was flavorless. The entire experience was a big miss. This is not the Chipotle experience that I am used to coming from DC. I even stopped going to the Chipotle off of Battlefield because the experience was horrible. I now realize the issue is not just localized to that particular Chipotle, but this one as well. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Great late lunch experience! In the middle of the afternoon the food was hot, fresh and generous portions! The workers were efficient, kind and working very hard. The Burrito had a lot of meat added which was nice. The inside was clean and ready for sit at tables. This location in chesapeake has stepped it up since our previous visits and we are happy with it! Best Burrito from any chipotle in awhile!

I had a fantastic experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. I love how customizable the bowls and burritos are—everything from the perfectly seasoned chicken to the delicious guacamole tasted amazing. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving quickly even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal!

I wasn't sure if you could get the same things if you got a burrito versus a bowl because the first time I came I got a bowl and this is the second time I came, so when I asked to the employee he was very gracious to explain everything to me about how you can get all the same things on the burrito as you could on the bowl, he was very friendly and nice and watching him wrap up. My burrito was awesome because it was a big burrito and I would never have been able to make that burrito close at home, but it is so fun to watch professionals at work. He got all of my food wrapped up into the burrito, and the other employee that rang us up was nice and friendly as well. The food is still healthy because you can get brown rice, black beans, guacamole. All of those things contain magnesium and ingredients that our body needs. I wish I remembered to take a picture of my burrito before I ate it but it was so good I had to eat it all up. My son got a bowl. I got the burrito and for the both of us it was $27 and we also got drinks.

At 6:50PM my online order was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, my order was given to someone else. My husband was asked numerous times if he wanted my order to be remade to which he said yes and they still made other orders and not mine. The manager that’s working there has a terrible attitude. Treats the employees like they are children. Ordering them around and constantly cutting the guy off who was originally doing the online orders. The first guy that took over was touching his hair and pulling up his pants with the same gloves he was using to make the orders. So at this point due to cleanliness my husband wanted a gift card and didn’t want the food. Then the girl that took over for the guy was informed about what was going on with my order, however while the originally guy was trying to explain the manager kept cutting him off and telling him to top helping and get back to the cash register. Once asked my husband was asked by the girl if he wanted the order to be made. It took 20 minutes just for them to get my order done and order that I paid for and they originally gave away to the wrong person. There was no urgency or care. Don’t go here. This is not the only bad review and I’d definitely say don’t take the bad reviews lightly. Go to any other chipotle but this one.

Came today to try the new chimichurri sauce. It’s so good! The man who helped me was so incredibly kind and gave me great portions. (I think his name is Daniel? He had lots of tattoos). It was refreshing to have such a good experience.

Fast service. But tenders were super small and chicken wings tasted like they’d been out for a while. Price without a drink was almost $14 and the portions are pretty small now. Waste of money.

Low key don't know what's going on at this location the last few months. Orders have been wrong each time I've been. Ranging from missing an entire meal in the bag, to ordering a "6 piece" and getting home to find it's a "4 piece". Perhaps the two guys standing around the young female cashier in the drive through can assist in making orders versus flirting and looking thirsty.

Saddest chicken finger taco I have ever seen in my life....where is the chicken finger? Soggy old tomato 1 slice that is and barely any lettuce with an abundance of avacado ranch. What a waste of money! Wanted to try it being it looked tasty on the drive thru board. Was excited and opened the box to find this!

Cashier not listening and paying attention to what we ordered. Cashier seemed not interested in doing her job and not that friendly. While there eating in the store we watched that they dropped the cups on the floor and putting them back in the cup rack. This is awful and unsanitary. It shows that they don't care on what they do and don't care about customers. We also watched that they care about their friends that come into the store and provided prompt service for their friends and acquaintances while customers are still waiting for their food. Unsatisfactory!

Totally ridiculous experience. Placed an online order for one box around 7:20pm and arrived at the drive-thru window at 7:35 and let them know I was picking up an online order. They told me to pull up out front and they'd bring it out. I waited until 8pm and then went inside to tell them I've been waiting. They said it hadn't even been made yet. I finally received my order at 8:15. 40 minutes from arrival to order out is inexcusable.

Unacceptable Service. Will Never Return. Out of all the times I’ve been to Zaxby’s, seven separate times (Yes, I've counted) I’ve received the wrong order. That’s not an accident. That’s a pattern of carelessness and poor service. I’ve finally decided I will no longer be a customer of Zaxby’s and I won’t recommend it to family or friends. In fact, I’ll actively discourage it. My order is extremely simple: a signature sandwich with no sauce and no pickles (due to an allergy), and spicy Zax sauce on the side. Every single time, they get it wrong. And every time the employee reads the order back to me confirming it, only for me to open the bag and find pickles and/or sauce on the sandwich. I’ve spoken to employees and managers multiple times, but nothing has changed. There’s been zero improvement. It’s baffling how something this basic continues to be messed up. The food itself? Great when done correctly. But that’s rare. The service? Consistently terrible. A restaurant is only as good as its consistency and Zaxby’s has failed miserably in that department. Would absolutely NOT recommend!!!

I tried their daily special, which was a great deal! $10 for a cheeseburger with fries, a chocolate chip cookie, and a drink. The burger was satisfying, and the fries were crispy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.

My family and I decided to try them out because a chili cheese dog sounded perfect. Well..it was far from perfect. The hot dogs were over cooked, old, and very hard to chew. The chili was flavorless and the cheese was cheese slices. My niece who is 12 ordered the kids chicken nugget meal, and they gave her boneless wings. It took almost 30 min to get our food. Its hot dogs and fries. I'm not sure why it took so long since there wasnt many people there. When we went to pay, they charged us for an adult chicken basket because they thought she was older. I will not be visiting them again. I can get better quality at a food truck.

Husband loved his Hot sausage and cheeseburger. Onion rings were huge and crispy. Chilli cheese fries was on point as was the prices for everything. Do not get the chicken salad. It had a weird textureand no flavor. Service was amazing though. It got a bit busy but they were doing a great job, all with a smile.

This is a really cool little spot. Service is good. Vibe is good. Food is good. And the price is right. This place also has happy hour which is always a plus. I wish this place had some beers on tap. We had the hawk dog that comes with bbq on top. Very good. Could have been a little more bbq but I was happy. Beer could have been colder but was nice they had a local beer. Will definitely be back.

Local pride. If you are looking for a place where there are actually 'regulars' then stop into Franks. The servers always welcome you with a smile and the owner takes care that issues are remedied. Great service, food and clean dining and restrooms.

This was our first time trying traditional Chicago style pizza and it did not disappoint! We ordered a large and it was way too much food. The mozzarella sticks were great and we got half pepperoni and half pepperoni, sausage, jalapeños, and banana peppers. We will certainly be back. Our waitress was super friendly and even let my daughter borrow her iPhone charger.

If you haven't tried an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza, Windy City Pizza is the place to do it! Our family went there the other day because of recommendations from several others. We were pleased to find that early on a Saturday afternoon we could be seated right away. We knew in advance that would take up to an hour for our deep dish pizza to be freshly prepared and ready for us to enjoy. Our server brought us our sodas and we enjoyed a garden fresh salad while we waited for our order to be ready. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant looking at all of the beautiful memorabilia on the walls. When our pizza arrived it was quite a sight to see! At least an inch and a half thick with the sauce on top and the crust perfectly golden brown. We each took turns taking the hefty slices of pizza from the tray in front of us. There was that awesome long cheese pull as we picked up each of the heavy slices of the pie. I was impressed before I even took the first bite. Knowing I couldn't eat this huge slice of pizza by holding in my hands, I opted to use a fork to cut off a slice of my first bite. A new right away that I was in fried treat as I felt the fork slow down as it cut through the thick layer of mozzarella cheese underneath the beautiful red sauce. One bite, and I was hooked! This was going to be a delicious experience well worth the wait! The chunks of tomatoes in the sauce and the ham and Italian sausage were delicious! While the large pizza came with eight slices. The four of us could only finish one slice before we declared that we were stuffed! We boxed up the other half of the pie to bring home and we're quite surprised when we lifted it for the first time to find out that even half of a pizza was quite heavy! We each enjoyed our leftover slices the next day. Too satisfying meals out of one large pie! Thank you to all those who recommended Windy City Pizza to us! We are excited to go back again and we'll be trying the chicken parmesan dinner and Italian beef sandwiches on our next visit.

Authentic Chicago style eatery!!! The deep dish pizza was off the charts good and the Chicago dog amazing.. so much flavor, and I'm not a big hot dog eater !!!! If you like or haven't tried Chicago style foods.... this is a good place to visit. I love it!!

Windy City Pizza Chesapeake exceeded my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate my boyfriends gluten allergy, ensuring that he felt safe and comfortable with our meal choices. The service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about our dining experience. The pizza was delicious, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and amazing service!

I've purchased a pizza from Windy City 2 times before today, put it in my back seat, drove home and had no issues. I just purchased a deep dish pizza, placed it in my back seat, drove home and opened the box to a soggy mess. I called the restaurant explained the situation and was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager (Callie? Kelly?), she explained that it probably shifted during transport, which I told her made sense. I picked up the pizza right as it came out the oven, so it hadn't set yet. She said the pizzas can be fragile (due to the sauce on top). My issue is how rude and dry she was about the situation- Kallie's response being "ok... what do you want me to do about it?" I told her being given a warning before leaving the store, whether it was verbal or a warning on the box, to place the pizza on the FLOOR instead of my back seat would have been nice. I thanked her for providing clarity and suggested that I come back to the store with the pizza and have it re-made or be given a refund. Kayley says "no. I'm not doing that", leaving me to realize that the "what do you want me to do about it?" question was rhetorical, and instead, a way to add some humor to what I'm sure is a very exciting life of serving pizzas. I called back up to the store to ask for her name so I could write this review and the owner, John, came to the phone and explained that Kally is his wife and asked why she needed to tell me to travel with the pizza laying flat (cue laughter in the background). He hung up as I started telling him how surprised I am at how rude they were being. John is running what seems to be a relatively successful business, which takes a brain to do, so I doubt he actually thinks I drove with my pizza in hand or anywhere other that what I originally said- in my empty back seat. My experience before today has always been pleasant, because I've only ever dealt with the young woman on the register, which is why I was shocked to know that the people who actually run the place don't care how they speak to the people who pay them.

Update: Food here has been consistently good. Now one of our go-tos for pizza. _________________________________________ First time here with a girlfriend and my kid. My first impression was that the waitress was having a bad day or just didnt like us. Or they may be short staffed and it wasn't her day. When she took our order my friend said what she wanted and the server immediately started to walk away. I had to ask if it was ok for me to order something as well for my order to be taken. I guess I have never been to any restaurant that no one cared if I would like to order something. I must have made our server feel uncomfortable. The thin crust pizza was delicious. My toddler enjoyed her mozzarella appetizer as well. Not greasy, everything was very well done. All I can say is, if you love a proper pizza this is your place and I will leave it at that.

Wanted to see if I could get a REAL CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA, in the 757. And I think I found it! We got to the restaurant within an hour after they opened on a Saturday, and it was not busy at all! We were sat immediately and decided to out in an order for an appetizer. We chose the buffalo chicken dip. The dip was served with pita bread and they were the perfect texture. If you’re like me and don’t like your bread burnt or super crisp, then you would like the pita bread. Fluffy. The dip was amazing and the perfect amount of buffalo! Wasn’t too heavy either. The dip was 8.95. Now onto the pizza: it was a deep dish, Chicago style pizza. We added sausage as a topping, and it was so good! I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of this pizza. It was so good! It was 22.99 before the topping, which was an extra 1.75. The price is up there for a pizza, but honestly it was worth it because the pizza is so filling, it would comfortably feed 3-4 people. My husband and I ended up taking some to our friends who couldn’t make it, cause we couldn’t finish it at the restaurant. If you’re trying to find a good pizza place to eat with some friends, this is it! Service was fast and our waitress was very friendly! Cash and card is accepted!

First, this review is for the Captain D’s (owner), Battlefield location. Four years and more someone’s review stated “the place is nasty”. If your patron are sending you pictures of your investment, why are you not listening. You replied and that seems to be the end of your follow up. I too will attach pictures (12/23/21). Maybe you should be checking for mold, etc. and not just a check. Secondly, your employee Angel, she deserves five stars and more. She’s polite, informative and a pleasant worker. She own that front line. Welcome to Captain D’s, hello, thank you and happy holidays to everyone of your customers. I can only hope her pay equals her salary. Real talk.

Wife and I went there for dinner last night. The pink haired girl who was taking orders was so completely rude to everybody. She also talked like she had a mouth full of mush and you could barely understand her. She wouldn't stay in front of you long enough to hear your order so I had to repeat it three times. There was another girl behind the counter with long fake hair down to her knees who didn't say anything but kept giving us dirty looks. The place also was absolutely filthy and stunk like garbage. We finally got our order placed and I picked up some tartar sauce containers that were stacked on the counter. Miss pink hair literally yelled at me,"don't do that". That was the final straw. I demanded my money back and we left,never to return to this rat hole. By the way,the guy,who I assume was the mgr.,that came out to return our money,was very nice,apologetic and wished us a nice day. Kudos to him.

I called to place an order for pickup, asking how long it would take before it's ready, as I was just around the corner. I was told it would be ready by the time I got there. When I got in the restaurant and inquired about my order, I was told, "We don't do pick up orders", they require the order to be paid for before they'll start making it. No problem, I would have given my info over the phone, but was just told "it'll be ready". Happy the place doesn't smell like bad fish, but the floor is sticky and then there's this visible from the front. Two people have left with their food that came in well after me, and I only ordered for one. They finally got it ready & the food looks good. Just Not showing my family what the kitchen looked like. 🤢

I was very disappointed in the condition of the restaurant, the ceiling is very spotted and dirty all the counters were dirty and dingy. I had the fish and chicken meal and the chicken looked and tasted like nugget strips that were bought in the bag from the grocery store and almost nugget size. My friend got the flounder and shrimp and the flounder was super thin and smaller then the palm of her hand and only like five very small shrimp. The overall quality of the food including the sides were not good at all. And the cleanliness was terrible and the employees seemed very miserable to be there. It is a shame because Captain D's has always been one of my favorites and a treat to get to go since I only get to go there about once a year.

Food is good. I do wish the owner would replace things and keep the inside looking nicer, such as paint, replace black ceiling tiles, update older machines to make it look more appealing. It's like it's run down on the inside. Staff was nice

I've been here a couple different times. The food was decent. The service was lacking. They were not personable and forgot our vinegar which makes the whole meal for my family. The fish was definitely smaller than it used to be. I guess it's a sign of the times rather than a reflection on the place itself though.

This was my first visit to a Captain D's, and I was pleasantly surprised at the awesome customer service. i don't know if that's how all of the stores are, or if that's just the Battlefield store, but the gentleman working the front was great! He made sure every customer's order was perfect, going through each item and asking if the customer was happy with how everything looked, as well as ensuring that everything that was ordered, was in the bag. Very neat and tidy store; they got the food out reasonably fast, and made sure each customer was pleased when they walked out the door. Awesome!

I polite gave my order and asked for Cajun fries for both sides and they gave me only one side of fries with no seasonings whatsoever and had it spread out to make it look like double fries when it wasn’t and they added way too much salt to the point I couldn’t even eat it. For my second tray , they purposely didn’t give me any sauces after politely telling her which ones I wanted (3 times) even though she had an attitude the entire time, she acted like she couldn’t hear me speaking clearly and politely through the speaker. As I pulled up to the window the two girls were negatively speaking on orders, not just mine but others customers as well. Are they there to give their opinion or take orders in a professional manner? Clearly they need more training or better workers.

I visited this location after driving to another restaurant and opt to come here. I ordered for inside service. I honestly expected more due to previous visits to other locations. The cashier was polite. I heard no one discussing what they were going to do later in the day. Restaurant was clean. There was an employee cleaning tables and fountain station while I was there. My disappointment is: What happened to their food. The portion size is unbelievable unacceptable. If this is what I get at this location for what I believed I was paying for, I will not patronize here again.

What happened to these onions ring? They are small at this store. I got the same food at the one in Va beach and they was 4 large ones not like the picture. Definitely disappointed😡4/22/2025

Literally just a tiny charred burger and bland fries. Underwhelming. If it makes me sick I’m coming back give it 1 star. Edit: Went here a second time, as soon as I open the box, there’s a giant hair on my fry. 🤢🤮 Does this place have *any* health of hygiene standards? Does that have anyone that cares? This place is just terrible all around. Poor customer service, danger to people’s health, poor food quality. Why go here if it’s going to make your night worse?

Food and service was good. Good food for fast food. However...floor is a deathtrap. The place is very clean, but corporate needs to reevaluate the choice of flooring. The grease makes it scary slippery. I wiped out and was told by several other patrons they nearly wiped out as well. I was wear sneakers not slippery shoes. I know the staff does their best as the place is clean but the floors are TREACHEROUS. Use the drive through. Its been 2 weeks and I'm still on pain. Staff was amazing and got me ice right away and had me fill out a report. Very kind

Give Sheny a raise please! The last couple times I’ve been there her name has been on my receipt and my order has been correct, my food was fresh, and everything was good! I understand that mistakes happen, especially with how busy this location is but Sheny NEVER misses!! Thanks again, the food was amazing!

I use to love cookout. I feel dine in experience has gone down. It definitely doesn't smell clean in there. The tables are sticky. They can definitely use some leadership and management in there! Prices go up, portions sizes have come down!

OMG! This place is AWESOME! 1st of all Joanna is the best! 5 stars 🌟 service. We came here because we moved to this area and kept seeing this place. Went in and they are renovating it to look better. The interior is nice, super roomy, clean, lots of seating and PLENTY of parking. Great choices on the menu, we ended up getting mozzarella sticks, pastrami sandwich, and the 14" Mediterranean pizza with sausage added. When I saw everything was good, I mean EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! Even the water was good 😃. Cheese sticks were the crispiest we've ever had, pastrami sandwich was sooo good, and the pizza was tasty, crispy bottom and I felt full after just one slice! Be for warned, when you come bring your stretchy pants, you're gonna need it when you waddle out.

Best Pizza in Hampton Roads! I have eaten many over the years at other places. This tops them: Andy Boys Pizza always has a ton of topping and best of all it doesn’t give me heartburn later. You get your monies worth. Their meat pizza and specialty pizza are the best. Go get ya some. And no I don’t know them or were paid to say this. This is my honest opinion

I really want to give this place five stars! I love small businesses. The service was amazing! Nice young lady actually brought my order out to me. That was above and beyond. I ordered a salad with no onions..repeated twice for clarity and I received one full of onions. I picked them off and not a huge deal because frankly it always happens. But the pizza …. The crust was tough and chewy. I’m no connoisseur and maybe it’s supposed to be like that but it definitely wasn’t my preference. It’s sad because the toppings were generous and good- but with tough dough it kinda ruins the whole thing. I’ll probably try one more time while I’m in the area.

Order a lunch pep medium pizza on their website it was 13 bucks, love good deals locally owned 😋 very good lots of cheese

Zaxbys has great food, but the portions of the food have shrunk tremendously. I remember coming here maybe a year or two ago, they used to serve full size trays now they serve their food in small boxes. I usually get the boneless wings meal and this is what I received, for $11!!! This is ridiculous, it seriously looks like a kids meal. I should’ve went back and asked for a refund. The manager showed no concern at all, she apologized and asked if I wanted to come back for a small fry. Are you kidding? What am I gonna do with a small fry??!!!!

dude, for how good Zaxbys is PURELY based on their sauce, this is pathetic. the lady taking our order was flat and rushed us, and the drink fountain was pretty nasty. don’t even get me started on how sticky the floor was 🙄

Food is fantastic! Typical fast food set up inside, and the bathroom was good. Of the three employees that I interfaced with two smiled back (a cook and the person who hands you the food) but the order taker was not friendly. Not rude, just didn't smile or give that welcoming vibe.

We eat here occasionally because my husband likes it and there isn't a Raising Cane's close enough. Usually it's fine. We decided to try the curbside pickup option yesterday. I placed my order at 1752 for pick up at 1815, assuming they would be busy on a Friday evening. I didn't wear my leg brace that allows me to walk since I wouldn't be getting out of my car. I arrived early and marked myself as "I'm here" in spot 1 (the only curbside pick up spot) at 1805. I waited a while and assumed I'd have to wait until the pickup time I entered despite the drive through moving quickly. 1815 and I still didn't have my food. I marked myself as there again, just in case and waited. At 1820 I decided to call the store in case something had gone wrong and it wasn't working. Someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. At this point I was just done. I called the 866 customer service number. She couldn't get them to answer the phone either! At that point I told her my food was probably sitting in there cold and asked for a refund. She gave me a refund and apologized. I went to Chik Fil A instead. Got my food quickly, despite the long line. I paid about the same amount, too. We don't eat out often, so dealing with this is ridiculous and annoying. I'm sure they'll make up some excuse for it and do their best to justify the situation. Not that anyone cares, but I doubt we will be back.

$12 just fir 5 wings n fries to much if u ask me plus made itba large don't see the difference in which I paid more for also asked for extra season got none at all clearly the receipt said extra season other than that food was great and my wife loved her cobb fried salad

Do not dine in here unless you can deal with over 80 degree heat! The Air Conditioning has been broken at this restaurant for several weeks or more and is unbearably hot. It feels like a greenhouse with the heat being trapped inside with nowhere to go. It is hotter inside than it is outside which is scary considering it has been over 90 degrees the past few days. They could at least turn on a fan or keep the doors open to let in some air but management decides to keep the heat in. I asked one of the employees if the air conditioning was being fixed and he said he “was giving up hope”. I don’t how anyone can dine in at this place let alone work in these conditions. Management is severely letting down the customers and their staff by having people operate in these conditions!

The cashier was not ultra friendly but he was not rude. The food was prepared quickly. The cashier suggested ordering 3 cookies instead of 2 to save money, so that was nice. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the meal. The cashier was unable to explain the difference between a combo number one and a combos number two. The chicken fingers and fries were warm, but it was not hot. It did not seem fresh. The chicken and the fries were very bland. I don’t need a lot of spice or seasoning, but this was some of the blandest food I’ve eaten in a while. There wasn’t even salt or any seasoning on the fries. The dining area wasn’t too clean. We had to clean off our own table. (This is during the worker shortage of 2022, so that is somewhat understandable.) The drink machine was out of most option. At $10 for a chicken finger combo, I need something with flavor and that is still somewhat fresh. I do not think Zaxby’s is for me.

Very busy night! National Burrito Day! Service was friendly. The food was okay, but they had run out of several ingredients. Tables were not very clean. The entire staff was busy trying to keep up with in-person and online orders.

Lookout Chipotle and Moe’s. QDOBA has great meat options and way more sauce options. They have the usual burrito toppings and also some more unique toppings that I found to be a pleasant change up from a typical burrito bowl you find at other places. This might be my new favorite burrito bowl spot.

The staff was absolutely terrible - they didn't see my pickup order (or just gave it away) and when my wife went in to get it they said "oh well" as if they weren't going to make it and suggested she was at the wrong location, so she showed them the order and was then met with unprofessional comments from a light skinned worker as well as the white large man with a buzzcut. He continued to make comments until the other workers made him go in the back. The only worker that helped and mediated the situation was the Spanish lady who's helped us many times before very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately we didn't. This was the worse experience I have ever had at QDOBA. We were here 7/18/25 for a 9:02 pm pick up.

Ah Qdoba, how much I love you more than Chipottyle. Had the brisket birria, with rice and pinto beans, spicy queso, spicy sauce, guacamole and jalapeños. Giant burrito, wonderfully flavored, seasoned well. Still not so spicy, but a lot of food in Virginia lacks heat. Trusty bottles of Cholula there to help out. Staff was very nice. Helpful as well.

A big disappointment. They were out of several ingredients, including jalapeños. The queso was crusted over and did not look fresh. The person who made my burrito didn't know how to properly make one and the foil wrap did not cover the whole burrito. The burrito fell apart. The chicken was overcooked and stringy. It hurt my teeth to chew it. The soda fountain drinks come out flat. Also the place is unclean, especially the restrooms. I regret going here.

If your sleeping on this spot like I have been for years you definitely want to go! So much better than Chipotle! They dont charge extra for queso or guacamole in your bowl or burrito. Definitely get way more food for your money. Staff is always friendly, lobby is clean (a bit chilly bring a jacket if you dine in) restrooms are clean.

This Qdoba Mexican Eats is located in the Janaf Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA. They are located in a pretty busy area too, so there's lots of other shopping areas you can explore afterwards. My visit here was on September 13, 2022. It had been several years since I had been to a Qdoba. This is because several years ago, the one in Virginia Beach closed when the lease was up. This was always one of my favorite places to go for this type of food too. About a week ago, I had gotten a coupon for $5 off at Qdoba. I figured it was worth a shot coming out to Norfolk for this. When we came in, there wasn't anyone else in there at the time except for the staff. We got there around 11:15 am, so it was just likely a bit early. They were hopping more though by the time we would be done with lunch. You can see that they have lots of seating available. For soft drinks, they do Coke products, and there is a self serve Coke Freestyle machine in the main dining area. When we came up to the counter, we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet since it had been years since we had been to a Qdoba. The attendant at the counter asked if we wanted to sample the shrimp, and of course, we said yes. Both my mom and I liked the shrimp so much that we would both order Shrimp Bowls. I like that you have full control over what toppings and such you can put on it as well. I added cheese, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, mild Queso, various salsas, and of course, guacamole, which doesn't cost extra. After ordering and such, it was time to dig in. I really loved this bowl. It had everything I was looking for in it, and you could tell that the ingredients used were fresh. My mom had said something similar to me about her bowl too. They are better that some other rivals that are in Virginia Beach, such as Chipotle too. Hopefully sometime soon Qdoba does come back to the beach. It's already a beach that they aren't there now. ;) Overall, this was a very good first experience coming here. The food was really good and fresh. Service at the counter was on point. The place was extremely clean too, with no tables needing to be cleaned off. There is plenty of space to sit inside and eat here, but they also have a few tables outside if you wanted to eat out there too, depending on weather of course. If you happen to be in this area and have a craving for this type of food, you should definitely come in and give them a try.

This location is always on point. Clean helpful friendly and fast. The people at this location are great and make it friendly and good. Just had the toasted roast beef and cheddar and it was on point. Great job.

Love the sandwiches but really wish they would put the names of the people on the sandwich when provided in the order. It’s hard to match 3 custom country clubs to 3 different people when they all have the same sandwich # written on the outside. Which means we have to pull them apart to see which one is missing the tomato due to an allergy and guess which one has the extra mayo. This is the second time no names were used and I provided the same feedback last time. Last time I ordered for friends and ended up with the wrong sandwich.

Place is good to go to and eat inside, but their delivery is horrible. I live 2 minutes down the road and have to wait over half hour. NOT FREAKY FAST. Food is good though.

Always quick and always made right. The sweat tea is pretty good here too! Would recommend the Turkey Tom! The Lettuce wrap option is also really good! Will continue to come here.

This location is ridiculous! Three times now I’ve gotten the completely wrong sandwich. Most of the time they forget the chips and then today I got delivery and my drink was literally halfway filled up. I’ve never had problems at any other location. It seems like the employees at this one just don’t care.

First time trying Waffle House. Place was pretty busy, but we got a table right away. Our server was busy also and managed to get our order in and a fresh pour of coffee. The wait was a bit long, and we needed coffee refills but had to flag down a different server. Noticed the craziness in the kitchen as it is totally exposed to patrons. When something like a towel hits the floor, it remains there. When the food arrived, it wasn't a beautiful dish, but it sure was tasty! Exceeded our expectations for flavor, and the waffle really was the star of the show. Great place to stop in for breakfast, but not if you're in a hurry.

Three of us took a drive. We felt like eating at Waffle House. After a couple of stops and finishing our shopping, we found this Waffle House near Battlefield Boulevard. The place was quiet when we arrived and it was clean. The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Our food was well-prepared and came to us quickly. Everything was correct as we ordered it. This was a great choice for food that evening. We are looking forward to our next visit to Waffle House!

The food was amazing, my dad kept raving over his steak, the hash browns were perfectly crispy and the scrambled eggs were perfectly done with the perfect amount of cheese. Our server, Lia, was new and nervous, but she did a great job and was super sweet. And the ladies training her, Linda, and I think I heard them say the cooks name was Ms Sharon, though I could be wrong, were being so understanding and patient with her and were super sweet and great with all the customers as well. You have a truly wonderful crew of workers that turned the food and service from great to absolutely amazing!

I had an excellent late night breakfast here recently when my brother was visiting town. We had been out late and done some bar hopping during his visit and decided to grab some breakfast before calling it an evening. It was around midnight when we arrived and just before us a large group of kids, about 18-20, had arrived from a football game (I'm assuming based on their clothing and discussions) and it kind of overwhelmed the small staff. They had 2 people working the grill, and one of them looked like they were in training. Then one working the counter and finally our server was working the main floor. I'd say we had about a 40-45 minute wait due to the group, however it wasn't bad. It allowed my brother and I to catch up and just made everything more relaxed. We enjoyed some cokes and shot the breeze. Our server was beyond excellent and communicated with us as much as she could and refilled our drinks at least once before the meal arrived. Once the order arrived it was perfect. I had the bacon and egg breakfast bowl and my brother had a more traditional eggs with hash browns platter. I really enjoyed my breakfast and it wasn't long before our plates where empty. Pro's - Great food and service on our visit. Con's - Outside of our server, the rest of the staff had no idea how to handle a rush.

All the employees were so sweet and the food was wonderful! The bathroom was clean and the greeter was kind! My family takes a yearly trek to the Outer Banks we may make a visit to this Waffle House a part of our routine. Props to the gentleman who greeted us and the sweet woman with a Jesus pin! You made our morning special!

Very disappointed not clean and wouldn’t fix gravy when you asked for it. Only 2 people working and touching silverware with bare hands when it should have been wrapped. Never served butter with waffle and never came back and asked. Will not return there at that one. Never had a problem there until today and got out ticket before our food also had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed up at our table.

Where else can you get hash browns with cheese, country gravy and mushrooms on top? Lauren our server went above and beyond getting my son a wet towel to wipe his face after he wasn't feeling well outside and even gave him a Waffle House paper hat. Clean restrooms and great value- I'm a fan

Upgraded my meal deal on the app to have large fries. Asked at the window if that was the size for the large fries...they told me yes and seemed annoyed. Definitely just a skimpy amount of fries and not a large. Fries were cold. Chicken tenders were cold and chewy. Seemed like they were from yesterday. I asked for no ice in my drink and they gave me one full of ice. Not going back to dairy queen for a while if this is how they treat customers.

The only times I’ve ever been here the employees are rude and gave us the bare minimum of food. It’s like they skimmed out on giving us what we paid for. The chicken tenders were tiny. Smaller than my finger line a chicken nugget. And they didn’t give us the amount of fries that I usually get in a diary queen chicken strip basket. Also forgot the toast… I ordered a snack size fries order also and It looked purposefully half empty like It wasn’t filled enough. They tossed the items to us and didn’t say anything indicating that was all. No “have a good day” no “that’s everything”. Just silence and half empty fries and pinky sized chicken nuggets. I feel scammed, and I perceived It like It was on purpose because we didn’t know what we wanted right away.

After laying out $7 for a chicken strip meal that was only $5 not too long ago, I was disappointed to find a hair in my food. The young man who was cooking had long dreadlocks and no hat or hair net of any kind. No one seemed to be wearing any kind of gloves either. I live nearby so I have been coming to this store regularly for a few years. I have noticed the chicken strips have shrunk and are really nuggets. I get fewer fries and the price has been jacked up $20 in less than 2 years. I wanted my money back but I did not feel like arguing. I guess I will try the new chicken place that recently opened next door to this place. It used to be very well managed by a bald headed man but I dont see him in there any more so I guess things are not quote the same.

My sandwich was the Signature Stackburger with two 100% seasoned real beef patties, topped with perfectly melted Sharp American and White Cheddar, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and mayo on a soft and toasted bun. Also a side of onion rings..... both were tasty! The Cheese Curds were also good!

Overall a fun and exciting place this… I’m reviewing this because I feel as if I can assistant more on the execution of the products being sold here. I order The chill dog off the $3.99 menu which included a fry. It was decent tasted a lot better than it looked, which was sloppy!!

Consistently put barely ANY candy in the ice cream, $11 for soft serve and a teeny tiny dash of Oreos and top, that's it. Legit a scam for how little the put in it. Never coming back and I recommend you don't either. Lazy workers, poor customer service. They always get orders wrong. Just not reliable. This is the most overpriced fast food place that has the laziest workers. Taco bell workers at 3am make better food than they do.

I did a mobile order for the simpliest order. Small fry and a cup of ice. I waited 10 mins past my pickup time only for my fries to be old, cold n crunchy and cup of ice not full. Not to mention prices/taxes in this area are more expensive. 1st and last time making a pit stop here on commute. My review just went from 2 to 1 star. It says the owner is responding but the feedback is to call another owner. That makes no sense to me. Its deceptive that they respond to reviews asap but sadly its for the customer to take additional steps. Nope I'll let my review sit rt here and it will be more effective

Consistently disappointed. This sonic has been struggling for a while. Poor quality food and extremely slow service to name a could issues. You would think now that there is a Publix in their parking lot, they would step up their game. Big fat Nope.

“Fast” food should be fast. No one in line in front of me ordered a pretzel and mozzarella sticks. Pay and they ask me to pull up 5 feet. I know it’s to manipulate their average car time. (franchise owners that get caught doing this should be penalized) anyway I pulled forward and 13 mins later still no food. Reminder there was No ONE in front of me when I ordered. This place can’t function.

Orders are almost never right and the drive through times are terrible. Waited ten minutes for someone to take my order and finally had to leave.

Half price shakes after 8 are pretty great. Only came three fourths full. Still good though. Edit: Wish they had better straws or blended them more, can't even drink a chocolate shake 15 minutes later.

Spent 60 dollars for my order to be wrong! They can't follow simple instructions and you get left holding the bag.. they were willing to remake and send which would mean you finally get to eat 2hrs after you order!! Wouldn't waste my time!

Place is littered and unorganized. None of the guys are Italian, and i am not kidding, they keep saying allahu akbar when I’m in there. Idk if they’re trying to mess with me or what. The pizza was edible but not tasty. Service was really bad too.

This is supposedly a quarter pound brisket, it's not even close to what the pictures in store show. The shake is supposed to be chocolate, they didn't add any chocolate. All the fries were cold, no doubt because they sat in the bag for 20 minutes while we waited for the brisket. The chicken tenders never made it to the bags, just the sauce. The inside was very dirty, nothing was stocked. Another customer started restocking napkins and lids for the employees. By far the worst Arby's I have ever been to. Travelers do not waste your time and money at this location.

Food 2 stars because the sandwich was hot and good. Terrible service except from the guy who brought my food to the car. Terrible service at drive thru had to wait through several of her frustrations, discussions with other assoc., The crinkle fries were OLD, Cold, bad taste. Had to wait for the food as a pull forward. Ate 2 fries, through them out. The drink was very syrupy, not a good mix. Second time at this location, never again as the first wasn't great either.

My son got food poisoning from a burger here last vist a few months ago. We won't get burgers here again. However we are here tonight. This store needs a complete face lift inside and out. The seats are literally falling apart, the cushions have no springs left, the flooring is permanently filthy, condiments station is always empty. The employees you do have are nice enough but need more employees. Maybe a closure to remodel and regroup with a Grand opening could get this location back on track. The interior has been here since the place opened with the filth on the table top edges in the middle of the tables. Please consider to make it better. Your employees may be happier and definitely the customers. 😉

Just passing through - this is the cleanest Arby's I have ever been in before. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out lightening fast. This was a great choice for a quick stop.

Drive through has to be losing business with their one car at a time thing at this location. I come here couple time a month, when you get to the drive thru microphone box, they ask you to wait till they car done with the car ahead of you before they take your order. Maybe someway to keep the order times down, idk.

i have gone to this Arby’s multiple times and they always forget half of my stuff while making me wait at the stop sign and refuse to answer the phones. Don’t come here if you want any type of sauce. My only question how do you forget the sauce for the french dip that is whole point of the sandwich

Look, it's fast food. Not going to grade it too harshly but at the end of the day, no matter what you order, it's a 10 minute wait in the drive thru. You pay, they collect the money and will always ask you to pull forward. They only do this to increase their average time at the drive thru, and I get it, but like come on......it's fast food. The workforce across the country is just going down the gutter. 90% of the workforce, at any restaurant actually doesn't know how to work hard. It is what it is and they probably don't deserve this review but how hard is it to manage a fast food joint? And I got a meal and 2 small sides. $25??? Geeezus

Today was my first experience at Jimmy Johns. It was convenient so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all the server that took my order was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though this is her job. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in the bag. When I picked up my food my receipt wasn't in the bag and I had to ask for it again. We sat down to eat and I opened up my sandwich to find (pictures below) the lamest sandwich I've ever seen. I was given 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatosauce, hardly any lettuce and 1 slice of roast beef. I asked to speak to a manager. His name was Aston. He was extremely nice in a condescending way. For example he told me that's the way Jimmy Johns makes their sandwichs. Subway makes better sandwiches. He basically said to write a bad review and don't come back if I'm not happy. WOW! Second time at this location and the second time it was terrible! No mayo!!!! It's covered! Extra lettuce for the VEGGIE sub .. almost none. Ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and go to battlefield or cedar location

I’m going to give a special shout out to JOSH!!!! I think he was the manager. BUT thats not the point. He went above and beyond to make sure my catering order was more than perfectly prepared. He was super polite. Made things so easy for me on the phone and everything. Your awesome. 10/10 🫶🏼

This store, these people are the fastest in the Tidewater area. They don't have a problem with "making it as you like it and are not afraid to be "out of the box"!!" {Unlike the military highway store}. Every time I am down at Roberts Oxygen getting fills I will be by to get my favorite: Roast beef and cheese - Toasted and ....... you know ....... a vegetarian Unwich with bacon. I’ve ordered there numerous times before and never had any issues and food is usually on time so I called the shop to cancel the order the young lady was rude on the phone with every excuse in the book why it was late and then hung up the phone all I was trying to do was cancel my order which would have been a soggy mess. I won’t be using this shop again after over 20 orders in the past.

For a little place they pack a big PUNCH. Came in here today with my brother first time visiting the place and boy did they not disappoint. Everyone had a smile and talked to us also laughing and joking together. The prices were very good too. But now let's get to the food........ When i bit into that hot sausage it was like the sensation you get when you bite into a York Peppermint patty. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection all the way to the fries. This place is A+. So if you haven't been you need to go again and again.

Its exactly what I had hoped for. An American Diner very reasonably priced...helpful staff and food to match. Quick eat..long eat It doesnt matter as you will leave satisfied. Can get busy at lunch which is always a good sign. Great meal will certainly be back when I get a hot dog craving!!

Clean and well stocked. Has a handful of delicious food options available inside. Opted for a fresh pizza for $8. Well worth it. Service was a bit slow, but that’s likely due to the time of day and the pizza was made from scratch. Self checkout available for food items. Atmosphere is clean. Standard wawa experience. Nothing to complain about but also nothing that shines. Would recommend.

Great Wawa’s! Clean and well stocked. I met Dee when I asked about the weak color of the Winter Reserve coffee…she knew exactly what went wrong and personally made a new pot and mine was complimentary. Love ❤️ that they have a couple of tables and chairs to sit outside. I saw one family enjoying their delicious subs. Very friendly employees. I recommend the Edinburg location highly! Can’t wait to return.

I love this Wawa. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The lady who is typically at the register is so sweet. They have a great variety of ready-to-eat foods for you to select from while traveling as well as a bunch of foods they can make for you. They have a nicely stocked cooler and plenty of fountain soda choices.

Lots of choices for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. The bathroom had a super long line and so did the gas station portion. Lots of free spots for vehicle charging. The hot sandwich I ordered was cold which was disappointing

Love this Wawa! Ample parking, big spaces and lots of pumps. Several ways in and out allows for smooth traffic flow even when it's packed, which it often is. The drink and hot food selections leave you completely spoiled for choices! The whole place is well lit and everything works. Restrooms are immaculate. A favorite pit stop on the way to the outer banks!

I come here a lot and have mixed feelings. In the morning around 5am I rely on WaWa breakfast for work. The food is tasty and I love the many options. I’m giving 3 stars because they keep changing the options. At times they have the options I want and at other times they dont. I’m okay with them being out of something every now and then but this is happening A LOT. Either it’s a stocking problem, complete menu change, or the person working doesnt feel like making a particular item so they take those items off. I’ve asked before. One time I’ve ordered an entire sandwich and the lady in the back completely erased it. I was late for work and had no food after having to get my money back. Today I’m just completely disappointed. I’ve ordered a breakfast quesadilla. They have completely changed it but I didn’t find out until I ordered and paid for it. If you change an item then put some kind of warning! I want to buy what I want, not what someone or a company feels like making. The quesadilla was completely dry and fell to pieces. The bacon I added was over cooked and hard to chew. For now I am sticking with Chic-Fil-A. Their menu rarely changes and I know I will get what I (the customer) wants and ordered.

If you are traveling and need gas… AVOID THIS GAS STATION. Waited in line for gas for over 20 minutes. Got cut off by multiple cars to get to a gas pump. Trying to get around the parking lot was a nightmare as well. Cars going in every direction. LASTLY, had a guy walk up the window asking for money.

Very unorganized today for Veterans Day. Cashier keeps yelling she’s leaving at the 1:59, she done worked 6 hours in overtime. Apparently she’s the boss. She complained the whole time. Make veterans not even want the offer. Like we were worrying her. Sodas not even cold sitting on the counter. I’m very much appreciative, but the complaining and time checking she could’ve kept to herself!

Very rude worker today. Complaining because she’s busy and just rude. Complaining of back pain, she’s tired and tired of this! Well quit then. Yall need to do better if you don’t want the job quit! Jobs are hard to get it’ll be someone else that’ll love the job!! An older lady at that you’d think the younger ppl would be rude no it was an older lady. I hate this location!

This is the worst pizza I’ve had in America. The same Little Caesar’s Pizza in Atlanta(Woodstock) is completely different in quality—the pizza there is soft and tender! The cheese bread here is just awful! It’s a very dense crust with marinara sauce—worse than the pizza itself. I do not recommend this place.

Never really order from here but I was ordering for a group. I ordered extra most bestest well as you can see from the picture, I was missing the most and bestest. Who was working when I ordered, the older white late miserable lady ! Go figure. I ordered a year or so ago around noon and was told she didn’t do cheesy bread until 6pm. Crazy right ? That was the last time I stepped foot in there. Tried it again yesterday and was reminded why I stopped coming here.

If I could give no 🌟 at all believe me I would I sat at the drive-in window for 45 min bc the crew inside waved me to it instead of letting me come inside about four different people I saw there no one ever came to the window in the end I got nothing and they closed two days later I gave it another go bc pretzel pizza is back and that is my favorite pizza in the world literally again took forever to get service and had to wait 45 min for the pizza when I got home the pretzel pizza was just thrown together with topping everywhere and the pepperoni pizza was not fully cooked almost raw I had to re cook it so we could eat it I'm not so rich I can throw away food exp when I pay a pretty penny for it and I can only afford to order out 1/2 times a month I'm very upset with this little Caesars I deserve a better night of take out I guess I won't be going back there staff don't want to work SMH

THE WORST!! Waited over an hour for a cheese pizza on 4-12-24, never received the order ready notification until after home and in bed! Then tried again today 4-13-2024 and the pizza is awful! Barely any cheese, too much sauce and it was only on the very center of the pizza crust. See picture!! This place has gone downhill in just a year.

We order from this location frequently because of the great price and convenience of just getting the pizza out of the portal. The reason for the low rating is the lady who manages the place (older with blond hair). She always seems to have a bad attitude and is often rude to customers. The place seems to run a LOT better when she's not working. I recommend the owner hire a new manager who is more effective and less toxic.

The salad, wings, and pizza were good. The spaghetti with Italian sausage was delicious! Everything was fresh, and it was prepared well on time. The staff was also friendly. The only issue I had was how my food was packed to-go. Someone stuck my salad (sideways) inside the the same bag as all of my hot foods. Other than that, it was a good experience. I will gladly visit again.

The food has always been good and worth the price. I spend about $50/WK here. Today, I ordered onion rings w/my cheeseburger sub. I got what I consider a very skimpy order of 10 rings for $5.99. won't be ordering them any longer

I ordered the large grilled chicken salad while I was at work, I use to work at a couple different pizzerias and I purposefully gotten the large so that I could save half of it for work the next day. Half way through eating one half of the salad I stopped as two of the therapists/co-workers were speaking and as they left for the night I turned back to my salad and noticed an odd looking piece. Upon inspected I saw that it was a bug/cricket, I have a friend that actually works here and so I sent it to her and then proceeded to call the store. Upon calling the store a male answered (I’m assuming the owner/manager) and I informed him there was a bug in the salad and that I even sent a photo to my friend/his employee to which he then informed me said person didn’t work that day and if I ordered yesterday or today, I informed him today, but that I sent her the photos in hopes that she would let her manager know. I then informed him that I could even send him the photos as well - once I hung up I sent the same photo I sent to his employee plus a couple others. I made the mistake of hanging up, because I never heard anything after that nor a response to the photos. He did offer to refund the money, but when I asked if the driver would still receive his part since it wasn’t his fault I was informed that I would be costing him (the owner) money… He was more concerned about himself losing out on money than his employee or the fact that I had just spent almost $16 on a salad costing myself money. That’s not to mention I was willing to eat the lost of delivery fee/tip for food that I threw away.

Had a carry out pie from here for lunch recently. The restaurant is small and very clean and the staff very courteous. This is a basic no frills pizza. I think the crust seemed like a prefab puck and I wasn't really happy with that. There was plenty of cheese and sauce and the pepperoni was super greasy. Over all, this was just an "ok" pizza, nothing to write home about.

Got a Philly cheese steak combo with cheese fries . Pretty good , friendly staff, place was very clean . Prices are very good for the specials.

This was my first time ordering from here the gyro pizza ,ham pizza and bbq pizza with meat ball tasted really good. Deliver was fast and the food was hot when it arrived.

Got a Stromboli with cheese that wasn't even melted. Called in to see if they'd give me a credit on the food since it wasn't cooked. Told me they could only offer 15% off my next order. What a joke.

The strawberry icing donuts were stale and hard. The Oreo icing donut wasn’t fully covered in icing. One of the original glazed donuts was missing icing on one side. The drive thru staff were friendly, but they didn’t understand that this was an online order until I showed them the order breakdown on my phone. I’d recommend driving a little further to go to a different store that will serve donuts that are fresh and properly prepared.

I’m not gonna lie I never leave reviews but i had to once I seen the way a young man I’m assuming was the manager was talking to a young lady who seemed to be a minor which was also one of his co workers. He was so disgusting rude and I felt really bad for the girl I’m not sure if she was new or what but he did not have to to take to her in that way. I was truly disturbed. I really hope a general manager can look into this situation it’s happy oct8 2025 around 6:20 pm ish. He really needs some better training how to talk to co workers or he shouldn’t be a manager.

Basic experience, basic donuts. I’ve come around 8pm before & been barked at through the drive thru speaker that they were only doing original glazed donuts the rest of the night…& the hot now sign wasn’t even on. I was appalled at the employees attitude. When I came at 8pm the next time & actually walked in, it was a different tune. Unfortunately it looked like 2 younger workers were the only ones running the drive thru & in store orders while another 2 employees just stood in the back talking. Disappointing honestly.

I'm only giving them 3 stars because they ran out if ALL halloween themed donuts. It was only 1120 am...how you already out. Also, "I could be wrong" but don't yall make them in house. If you were DD I'd understand, but you're making them. This is feeling like mcdonalds I dont want to clean the ice cream machine vibes...lol. anyway, donuts are always nice and warm. I went for the halloween donuts but was disappointed that's why my 3 star review. Ill change it when I finally get one.

Is it just me or is Krispy Kreme going downhill? Krispy Kreme has been a staple in my childhood, as well as my kids and my grandchildren's childhood. Over the past could of years, during travel, I have stopped at multiple locations and at all locations the customer service is either rude/uninterested or the employee doesn't speak at all or so low that I can't hear them, as if they do not know how to interact with customers. Also at each location the coffee is so incredibly weak and flavorless. I used to purchase bags of Krispy Kreme coffee and now I cannot even enjoy a cup from the bakery. It is weaker than what we used to call "gas station" coffee. My last visit, occurring yesterday, was extremely disappointing. girl behind the counter spoke very little English and was not able to help me complete a larger purchase that I was trying to make. The manager on duty seemed too busy on his headphone set to offer any help. I walked out with a tasteless cup of coffee and one donut not of my choice. Instead of the almost $100 purchase I had intended to make. Donut case was almost completely full of the original glazed donuts even though many shelves had labels for Harry Potter donuts. I have never seen a case filled this way. When I asked, I think the employee said they were for tomorrow's donuts, even though this was about midday. I asked twice and she just whispered the same thing that I could not understand. I had also intended to buy several t-shirts but the gift case was a mess and the manager was uninterested in helping me with that. I don't want to see Krispy Kreme go downhill, I would really love for the corporate offices to give a damn, I did not grow up around dunkin' donuts but they are stealing my business from Krispy Kreme for sure!

Went to pick up doughnuts for church. The order placed was for a dozen hot glazed & a dozen assorted doughnuts. Specifically what was rung up was 7 different doughnuts but what was given was 5 glazed, 5 strawberry iced with sprinkles, an iced chocolate sugar creme filled, and a glazed raspberry filled. I don't know about you but that doesn't sound very ASSORTED to me. Was then told that I would need all 24 to be given money back...sorry but they were taken to church & some eaten. I only wanted the money spent on the messed up order but was told "no you get no refund but you can have another assorted dozen." Not to mention it took 15-20 minutes to recieve two boxes of doughnuts when there was ONLY 1 CAR before mine. Looks like it's Tim Horton's Dunkin & Duck Doughnuts from now on. To post I give 1 star but in rreality I award .25 of one. Good luck.

Will never go back to this location. Placed an order in the app for 2 of each Harry Potter donuts (been sold out so woke up early to make sure I got them). I get there to pick them up and a gentleman fills the box and thankfully I checked because it was only 2 of the 4 and he just doubled up and didn’t say a word. Granted he was very busy with the zero other customers at the time. When I asked someone else she found a tray of the 3rd (still leaving me missing the final one which is what I wanted most.) I asked if I could have a “sorting hat” donut but apparently they’re sold separately and she got the manager (the one who didn’t fill my order right)… he brushed it off and said sold separately only. The icing on the cake was the manager wouldn’t look at me when I tried to get his attention for several minutes to complain about the misfiled order and the fact that my prepaid order wasn’t able to be filled.

I wish there was a no star that I could give this place. We were leaving back to Jersey and my son wanted some quick hot cakes. Not sure who is in the kitchen but apparently it’s a male and he needs a beard net or something. As my son got 1/2 way through his hot cakes he saw tiny hairs that resembled those of a beard which he doesn’t have. He’s never been car sick but he didn’t even eat dinner from our 5hr car ride home because he said he felt sick. Hopefully it was just hair in the food and they not playing in people’s food. Was a lot of young kids working the drive through from what I could see

Bathroom is filthy, the food was ok, but if the bathroom is that dirty....makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands. One employee was on the phone in the bathroom and just about jumped out of her skin like she has been caught doing something. There was another that went in and out before the toilet even flushed. I doubt they washed their hands. 🤢

It was ok. Service was slow even when ordering in the app. They forgot our hot chocolate and had to remind them. Didn't give us grief so that was good.

McDonald's was not busy when we went there for a late lunch. There was one other person waiting for their order. There was a cashier to wait on us, so we didn't have to use the kiosk. Our order was correct, with the food items. Although, the French fries were cold. And my chicken sandwich was cold. The burgers were made correctly. The soads were made in the back, no fountain in the custom area. Overall it was OK, but why don't they give you hot fries. I guess I'll go back to ordering fries without salt so they will be hot.

The service here south there was a manager who was loud and obnoxious I'm very upcoming and just made the whole atmosphere disturbing inside this McDonald's this morning breakfast should be appetizing and not disturbing to want to sit in establishment and enjoy it before you go to work does a manager in a negration a middle-aged man I suppose I don't want to assume but he was the manager and his name was will and I can pretty much hear him all the way to the back at the right side of the wall near the bathroom and he's at the front counter talking trash and watching customers as they walked to their car which was very disturbing he greeted customers with a hey when walking into the restaurant he also made a very disturbing comment to the only employee that was working out in the front to make sure that the dining room was clean a young man with long dreadlocks and a gray shirt on who was cleaning the dining room and mopping the floor that he better be being nice and behaving as he took time out of his schedule and his daily duties to work the elderly customers that were going to their cars to their car safely after they ate their breakfast there. Will it supposed to be the main head of this establishment to set an example for following an employee's and customer service an etiquette and right now he needs to be a little bit more educated on being a better store restaurant manager.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Workers were screwing up the orders and laughing about it. Gave me somebody else's food, then when I brought it back they gave it to the other person still waiting. Then the food sucked. They still haven't done quarter pounders correctly since they said they would be cooked to order. No it sits in grease for who knows how long. Food made me ill. Hope no one eats here again, I certainly won't.

I had a disappointing experience. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, only to realize it had been completely forgotten. I finally went up to the cashier to ask about it, and only then did they start making it. No apology or explanation was given. It felt like I was invisible the whole time.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and each time has been fast, hot food, and delicious! I’ll drive past our local Pizza Plus for Rays everytime because their food is so much more affordable and higher quality. Their staff are absolutely the nicest people. The only negative thing would be in their oil and vinegar dressing they used vegetable oil rather than olive oil but that may have been a mistake. Everything else is delicious.

We love to support local business, but this one was such a disappointment. Pizza was bland, but okay. The lasagna was inedible--runny mess and odd flavor. We did not receive the side salads with those either after waiting 15 past when order was noted as "ready" on the app. Wish I had not spent nearly $70 on food no one liked.

Delicious local Italian joint. I used to go when Ray was out at St Juliens Creek. Now, this awesome place is 5 minutes from my house. I was thrilled to get good quality chicken with thick red sauce, not orange sauce. We ordered the pizza well done and got it like we wanted it. The cheese and pepperoni actually had flavor! We will be back!

I left Ray’s feeling a bit underwhelmed. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad, and garlic knots. The garlic knots were the highlight—flavorful thanks to the garlic, Parmesan, and oil—but they seemed like they had been microwaved. The salad wasn’t as fresh as I’d hoped, and the lunch meats were served warm, which was a little off-putting. The pizza was just okay. I was expecting more of a classic New York–style crust, but it was thicker than expected—possibly because I ordered a small. Overall, it didn’t quite meet expectations.. Overall, the service was decent. The lady at the counter and the gentleman who brought my food out were both friendly and courteous.

Sometimes the overall completion of an establishment sets the tone ! Ray's is small, comfortable, inviting and the place to go "where they know your name" and genuinely want you to make them YOUR neighborhood shop. The pizza pie was crisp on the bottom, the ingredients tasted fresh and Ray's is a gem !

All I can say is WOW!! My Husband and I just ate dinner here and the Pizza was the BEST pizza I’ve ever had!! Everyone was so hospitable we felt right at home! Ray and Dink were so nice to us!! They also have great wine!! We will definitely be back!!

We ordered from Ray's with great excitement as we had heard great things....sadly the pizza and stomboly were very salty .We went back the next day and spoke to Mr Ray who was very nice and kind.. He fixed the order for us and we are very very happy !!!! THANK YOU MR Ray !!

Easily the worst Wendy’s in chesapeake. This cold burger has no tomato or pickles and looks like it has been sitting for hours. The workers don’t seem like they want to be there so why would the customers? Go a couple miles south or north both of those Wendy’s are always good. I am not eating this garbage so now I have to call my bank for a refund

I went through the drive-thru to get my food. The employee was professional and friendly. The only issue with Wendy's burgers is they don't have enough flavor! There needs to be some seasoning put on the patty or some well flavored special sauce.

Love the Wendy’s near my house. However, this Wendy’s location does not clean their tea brewer. It tastes like it sits stale in the brewer and has a burnt plastic taste to it.

I placed a mobile order and we got yelled at when we walked in. We were told the dining room is closed because there are not enough workers. Put a sign on the door then!!!! So very rude. We then went through the drive through and they didn’t even have our order. But then they found it. So bizarre. Someone was already inside at the counter when we walked in and they told us to leave. I have no idea what’s going on here but we will go to the other Battlefield location next time.

The 1# combo cheese burger meat was dried out but I assume to compensate for dryness too much mayo and ketchup was added. This just a horrible mess without napkins or the receipt. NEVER AGAIN!

Wendy's have fallen off a lot to me since the late 80's when the biggie size was still a thing. I'm not going to complain much because I know you receive what you pay for. This is a simple 4 for $4 spicy chicken meal I ordered from the app. The food was cold upon receiving, fries look dehydrated and I had one nugget missing. It's lunch time and raining outdoors so I will not be taking it back. I just wish fast food restaurants would take more pride in their work. Treat your customers as you would want to be treated with hot, presentable and well prepared food. The staff working this morning had a great and courteous attitude.

Went through drive thru and waited in the outside lane for 15 minutes while the inside lane was getting served one after another. The person on the headset kept telling me to hold on. I finally left and just changed my order to be brought out to me. This has been my worst McDonald’s experience. I use to be an hourly manager so I know how it feels to be on both sides of the counter. Took 25 minutes to get my food and didn’t give me all of my food.

Maybe you should invest some time and some training. If the customer says little ice light ice that does not mean fill the cup, one thousand percent full of ice to where the straw will not even go into it. Also, if the customer ordered a large, maybe you should give them the large and not the small fries are colder than the ice

I’d leave 0 stars because of tonight. Came almost an hour before closing. It took a long time to order and I was the only car there. They served this to me in a sarcastic manner like oh you want Big Mac sauce what an inconvenience. When I came back I asked why it was wet feeling and looked like this. To be told I don’t know and wow that is bad. To then have employed look at it and laugh. I left with my refund. 0 attempt to remedy the situation. 0 offer to offer to remake it. I’ll find a different location to go to.

Foods fine.... Once you eventually get it. Friday night.. 550 and after placing an order haven't moved in 15 minutes. If you are the owner, please learn some business sense and understand when peak times of your business might be. Ya know throw on some extra fries and nuggets..

Went by this location sign when you walk up says location inside closed due to staffing while 4 workers are standing behind the counter talking about something not work related. I left and went thru drive thru for the milkshake that they have a huge promotion for outside. They dont have the shake and no idea when they will get it. Poor operations.

Thank you to this location for instilling with a new mission! In light of corporate’s public policy that toys CAN be sold separately from the happy meal, I will be purging any locations that refuse to sell them due to their management team’s or owner’s “policy” with a bad review. Feels great to expose locations that don’t meet McDonalds true standard and throw customer satisfaction out the window! (Equally, you can find reviews of McDonalds that have served me well. Thanks!)

Someone needs to retrain the managers on how to run a McD. How do you constantly (day after day) park cars for things like hash browns or fries?? Then, after waiting all that time.... Food is usually not great. Fries are soggy or undercooked. Unorganized chaos inside. Nobody seems to know what to do. Ownership should be ashamed.

i usually am a huge taco bell supporter but today they’ve really let me down i paid $20 for my meal and this is what they gave me the service was good but i guess that was to compensate for the horrible meal they gave me i mean come on i really paid for this? this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting and i honestly don’t even want to go back to this establishment IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. so there’s no need for my food to have come out to look like this.

I was in the phone with a friend who went through the drive through and the employee asked “are you going to order or what?” That is very rude! When my friend was given the food there was no greeting at all. What ever happened to customer service training? Get some advice from the Chic Fil A employees!!

This evening we ordered crispy chicken tenders, nacho fries and a drink. The chicken tenders look more like nuggets we're not fresh and were burnt.

I’ve never been to Waffle House before but I can say the experience I had was really nice. The eggs were very fluffy and the waffles were warm and nice. Owl (the name of a staff member) was really nice and welcoming.

Everyone at this Waffle House is just full of good people. I'm one of the many regulars!!! They have become like family to me and an essential part of my Sundays 🤍🫡

I been going for a couple weeks now , I fell in love with the Texas Bacon cheesesteak melt. Its amazing and would recommend. Its cool experience to see the cooks right in front of you and it gives me that diner experience thats not so common these days , would recommend for families all over virginia

Noelle was a great server. A big highschool group came in right after we ordered. She made sure we got our order..it was all correct and very good!!

Overall typical Waffle House experience, but the staff are excellent, good vibes and mostly judgement free zone. Food was excellent would come here again at 3 AM.

The food came out pretty quick and it was delicious 😋! Decided to make a quick stop on the way back home. And gotta say it was definitely worth it.

Pizza was a bit overcooked.. crust was fine but the bacon and steak were crunchy.. We still enjoyed it but feel the toppings were just a dit too done.

Delivery guy was cool..............thats about the only positive. I took pictures, but undercooked, I asked for extra sauce and 0 sauce, I mean like 0, it was cheese melted to the bread, Ive had cheese sticks better out of a food truck.......

I've been to MULTIPLE Domino's in my life. This was the WORST one I've been to. After ordering a delivery for a buffalo chicken pizza, it was without a MAIN ingredient- buffalo sauce. We called, and they offered to remake it and deliver it. After waiting for 30 minutes, they didn't deliver it. We called back, and they acted like they've NEVER heard of this ever happening. We were shocked, bewildered, and saddened. They never responded- and we never got our pizza.

This place is filled with incompetence. I ordered a pizza for delivery. The app forced a location that seemed a little further than it should. So, i called the place to be sure. I gave them my address the lady went and asked the manager the manager said that it shouldn't be a problem. When it came time to deliver they immediately canceled the order and i found out by email. I called aboit it and the manager had told an employee to talk to me instead of telling me themselves, that "my manager was unaware of your address" i said "so when i gave you my address to look up you just ignored me and didn't look it up?" I mean that was the whole point of my call.. i understand now that the manager did not do their job and had the employee hang up on me. I can understand now why they work there, but im left saddened and hallowed that this was the best dominos could come up with for management.

Looked at my bank statement and saw that there was two charges. So I called to see if one was just a pre-authorization hold or not, as soon as I explained my situation they immediately hung up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling again, as soon as I said "Hey, I just called and I think the line got disconnected." They immediately hung up again... Instead of playing games with someone who's more than likely still in high school. I just called my bank to have the charge disputed as they were not willing to help me out. Besides that Food was good(:
