Excellent place. They have an extensive menu. Affordable prices. Loved our burgers, Antipasto Salad, Fries basket, but especially their famous "Kitchen Sink Ice-cream ": 6 scoops of different flavors with homemade hot fudge, strawberry and caramel toppings, whipped cream, pecans, ground nuts, marshmallows and a cherry on top. It's not over powering, so it's big, and two people can eat it easily. My only complaint would be, there are way too many flies and big gnats flying around us and the food the whole hour we were there. It was super annoying and stressful. So instead of enjoying our food and conversation, we had to spend our enery and time in keeping the bugs away from our food and surrounding area. And, we also wondered how many of those pesky bugs already touched our food. I know it's Summer, but they should try to eliminate those annoyances. Other than that, they rock!
Expected better but that’s what happens when you expect!! Tried an early dinner, 1/2 lb hamburger was disappointing, my Fiancé grill cheese was good. Now the Ice Cream, I am an Ice Cream Connoisseur so with that being said, not impressed. I had the Buckeye Sundae, too many buckeyes and fudge, took away from the whole sundae, my fiancé had a butterscotch sundae and was not thrilled. OK but not top tier.

I’ve always loved this place and grew up coming here. So many people in the community enjoy it, and it’s always been one of those spots you look forward to visiting. That’s why it was so disappointing during my last visit. While waiting for my food, I noticed the kids up front making the ice cream, and the way it was handled was really unsanitary to the point I lost my appetite. They weren’t wearing gloves or hairnets, there were dirty dishes piled up, and I saw them scratching themselves, picking at their nails, and touching their hair while preparing orders. On top of that, they were wiping their hands on their clothes and then going right back to making ice cream. It’s hard for me to say this because I truly enjoy this place and would hate to stop coming, but food safety and cleanliness really matter. I hope it’s something that gets addressed so the experience can match the reputation this spot has built over the years.
Went to lunch with a friend today I have not been there in years took about 34 minutes for a skinny burger and a chicken sandwich mind you first people there.At least the food was hot server was terrible. She forgot my drink was in back eating soup. She had no personality whatsoever. She was very rude. I was super nice to her the whole time no matter what she was a terrible server. I gave her 20% regardless the bill was very small was only $13 but my goodness be friendly with people. Why are you a server if you’re gonna treat people so rudely no thank you I won’t be back.

One of the most unique diners I’ve ever visited!! The homie and I traveled to Canton for the HOF but stopped here based on a recommendation… it did not disappoint! The vibes of this diner are so old school. As you can see from the menu, classics like burgers and coney are a must. The freshness of the ingredients is clearly reflected in the quality of their fries. Lastly, can’t rave enough about their awesome and welcoming staff. 6/5 would return! Might as well put Heggy’s in the HOF as well.

Best chocolates and nuts around. If you are looking for equality this is the place. Excellent place to get a burger and delicious butter topped fries and an old fashioned cherry coke. Ice cream made milkshakes are just like you got in the fifties and sixties. Very small dining area and several stools at the counter so getting a seat can be a challenge. Worth the wait if you're not in a hurry.

Just about the best place to go for roasted nuts i have been to. Just a pleasure to go in and breathe that roasted nut smell. Candies are delicious and the little dining area has great food. Better order the French fries with butter on them.

Such a unique experience! The decor looks original and makes you feel like you're in a time capsule. It was really fun to sit underneath the giant neon ice cream cone in a vintage booth. There's also a small bar area that you can sit at and watch them cook or scoop ice cream. Our server was very friendly and kind. There wasn't anything amazing about the food, it tasted like something you could make at home, but it did all tasted good. I really enjoyed my mint ice cream and my daughter loved her chocolate. They also have a big selection with stacks of different kinds of homemade candies.

Our first time there. Our server was very nice and informative helping choose their spiciest dog - their Texas chili dog - and also got the smoked polish sausage with sauerkraut. Food was awesome and she kept our drinks refilled. We will be back to try other item on their menu.

Stopped in at opening time on Saturday. I ordered 3 dogs and onion rings. Peter's Original, Clevelander and Cincinnati Dog. The decor was yellow with hotdog themes. Quick service and waitress was attentive. The cook asked how my food was and it was delicious. Could easily feed a family of four for around 30 dollars. They have ice cream.
I had this photo years ago! Well I’ll say my peace about this place here and now. My Auntie took me here and it was an absolute treat! I think I had a spicy bratwurst with fixings and sweet potato fries on the side? (I think that onion ring was from my Auntie). That is one of many places that I wouldn’t mind going back to at all!
The burger here was so good. The last time I had a burger this good was from childhood. The Chicago dog so good save yourself a trip to the windy city and just have one here. The onion rings were done just right. Can't wait to come back!

We heard raves about the place but the food was mediocre and definitely not gourmet. Hot dogs were small and shriveled. They messed up the wifes hot dog then took it back and scraped the stuff off and re-served same dog and bun. Good thing it wasn't mine because I am allergic to one of the toppings. Bathroom reeks of filth and a long time of not being cleaned. Very disappointed wont be back!

Great service! Had to get to the root beer stand at least once this summer. This trip sadly left much to be desired. We will be traveling to kenmore’s B&K sometime this week to compare. Coney sauce was a bit bitter and tasted scorched like the bottom of the crock pot. Same sauce as the sloppy joes. Ordered a plain dog for the grand baby with a side of ketchup. Not sure why or how but it was covered in relish. The root beer is still as good as we remembered. The fried mushrooms were overly breaded, tasted barely cooked (very much like flour/bread crumbs) and the Mushy’s inside weren’t exactly hot.

Woody’s is summer bottled in glass and topped with frosty foam. Pull up, window down, and the carhop glides over with a tray like it’s 1955 but the flavor’s still 10/10 today. The birch-sweet root beer hits first, then the vanilla ice cream sinks in and you remember why floats were invented in the first place.
Pro tip: grab a side of onion rings, park under the striped awning, and watch the world slow to a syrupy fizz. I’ve added a few photos- classic neon, a to-go float and a shot of the stand in the hot summer sun-to tempt you off the freeway. Canton nostalgia at its tastiest. Cheers! 🍻
Had a craving for a coney dog and didn’t wanna drive all the way to BK root beer stand so we Tried woodys first the first time today and was satisfied! Love the sauce. The cheeseburger was really good.
The mushrooms were also delicious. Loved the hot fudge Sunday. Rootbeer was so yum!
Awesome staff,Great hot food. Prices are reasonable. The entire menu is terrific. Of course the Root Beer steals the show. I wish they were open year round. The Cream Chicken Sandwich is to die for,the taste will leave you wanting to purchase more than two at a time. So when your there bring cash. I advise at least a $50 dollar bill. Not because of prices but the two gallons of Root Beer and extra chicken sandwiches. Also they have nice T-shirts on sale. If you have family from out of state, Please let them experience Woody,s they will have a great time.

Have always loved Woody's root beer since I was a kid. Myself and the wife had Coney's today and onion rings and fried mushrooms with a root beer of course. Everything was great as usual. The girls took out order and brought our food to our vehicle. Everyone was super friendly, something that's always kept me coming back is how friendly the workers are.

I have been a loyal customer of Kraus' Pizza for over three decades, establishing a strong connection with the owner. Although I miss the former employee named James, who now works elsewhere, I continue to enjoy their delicious pizza and frequently indulge in their chicken and Jojo specialties. The staff recognizes me by name, which adds a personal touch to my dining experience. The restaurant consistently prepares the chicken exactly how I prefer it, ensuring my satisfaction every time.
Delicious pizza for a good price. We ordered a four topping party size pizza and a cheesy bread. It fed all five of us with some left over. The pizza was delicious, they definitely do not shy away from adding toppings. I would absolutely recommend this place and when we are back in town for work, we will be coming here again.

Ordered the cheesesteak. Pretty sure the steak was fried judging on how it was crispier than bacon. Also there was no cheese on a “cheese”steak. This thing was dry and overcooked. Practically a shoe leather sandwich with onions.
We have not been to Kraus on West Tusc in a long time. We where reminded why we havent been there this evening. Personal pizza has correct on label. Pepperoni and hot pepper rings. We received pepperoni and sausage. Food was cold.

Man, this place has gone downhill. Grew up getting pizza here all the time, I won't lie I haven't had it in awhile...and it was so disappointing...used to have the best jojos and wings...now, the wings are made to hand to an infant lol...little baby wings, sauce doesn't even taste good. The jojos used to be nice crispy with a dash of salt, now they're soggy falling apart nasty jojos...pizza was ok I guess, but nothing to brag about.
Usef to get double crusted pizzas here all the time, we moved and only get here once in awhile and this is always where we want pizza from on our way home, the inside has been redone, new owners and the food was def. Disappointing we ordered a large double crusted with the works (which is now a bacon something or other) and it was the size of a medium you used to have to eat these pizzas with a fork they were so stuffed with toppings and very affordable, ours this time was very thin, small as stated above, just not as good and the price I pd. For this pizza about the price we pd. For a double crusted party pizza last time we were here!!! What a shame someone new takes over and tries to change things. So sad
Picked up my large pizza that is the size of a small maybe a medium ate a piece on way home it was soft and wet or doughy crust is dry tho middle of my pizza is cold so 15 bucks for a small very thin pizza I don't think is good. 5$ at Lil Cesar would have been better priced crazy for size and not very good ate 3 pieces and I'm making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich now.. will never return not sure what others get from here but this was very disappointing my jalapeno was thicker than the pizza
We have tried many pizza places in Stark County. Our go to has become Kraus' Pizza on W Tusc. The crust has a great taste, although I will say it is even better the next day in the air fryer when it gets even crispier. The toppings and sauce have great flavors as well, and are always proportioned well. The ladies are always so nice when they take your order and at pick up. Keep up the great work! And I'm sure we'll see you soon!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I asked for DOUBLE CHEESE. They claimed “this is the best we can do” asked for a remake then they declined. I went on their website to see if this really was the best they could do so I’m going to post what I got vs the website. Do not recommend

However, the customer found the family salad disappointing as it consisted of only lettuce without any carrots.
The food , the atmosphere , the staff and management is amazing. They always greet at the door, the waiters are very professional and know how to take good care of the clients. Of all the Longhorns I visited this is my favorite one. My husband loves the ribeye steak, I love The renegade sirloin, my son the chicken tenders. The chicken wings as a starter are really delicious. Also the potato soup. They have great team here. They have the whole package! Thanks!

Anna was so helpful and so amazing! She had a smile on her face the entire time we was there! She is such a great worker and really seems to live her job! Keep it up the good work! And of course as always, the food is amazing. This has been my daughters favorite spot to eat for the last 8 years.
It appears that this location has performed a service revamp. I just had a warm welcome and very fast service. The employees were attentive and polite. The price point makes this a value for lunch, easy dinner or even just dessert. I recommend that you not sleep on Fazoli’s. If you have not been in a while you should give it another shot.
Abby was amazing! She was very kind and went above to make sure we had everything! Restaurant was clean and everyone was very upbeat (they were busy so that was good people)! Food was hot and the breadsticks were definitely unlimited!
It's Fazoli's. Not Olive Garden. That said, the staff has always been very KIND (even if not friendly). The food is pretty good, though I'm still upset they dropped tortellinis and Italian creme cake from the menu... 😅
And what's up not like about some soft music in the background and having your food brought to you and the table bused.

The atmosphere was inviting, especially Ms. Amy's. It's always obvious when a person enjoys the job, and she was attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The breadsticks are amazing. They are the perfect accompaniment to the meal; in fact, they are the best part.

A great place to take the grandkids. It is fast food italian at a family affordable price. The dining area is relaxed so it’s nice to take kids learning how to sit in a restaurant. Mae was the host and provided great service.

Shirley is such a wonderful lady and made our experience phenomenal. Great people and great food. Not the best , went in with my friend the guy who took our order did not have good service, ordered a bowl and a kids quesadilla and this is what I got , the bowl was fine but in my quesadilla they forgot my chips and my drink and the quesadilla was horrible.
Amazing service! Guy with the fresh tats and gages (don't know his name) saw how much our meal cost and grabbed his friend to make sure it was right, because he felt bad about the cost. He was really sweet about it, and genuinely cared about his customers! Give him a raise!
i ordered doordash, evefythibg looked and tasted good. However, my rice was raw and i was spitting out completely uncooked rice peices.
Very disappointed ran out of chips at 10PM when they close at 11PM. Please address late night focus and how long does it really take to make tortilla chips to finish the night?

My kids Like eating here, I'm ok with it but not somewhere I suggest. Good prices specially during happy hour which is weekdays 2-4. There's always hot pizza available.
Horrible experience. Out of noodles for a while. Very little selection of pizza. What little pizza they did have was very greasy. Not sure why, but their quality has gone down hill. The hill wasnt very big to begin with. Oh well, as the old saying says... you get what you pay for.
Kids love this place a lot. The pizza was good but the peperoni cheese stuffed pizza would take for ever to come out and would only cook 1 at the time. The tables would not get cleaned either as people would leave. But the people working there were nice and friendly. Thia is a good place to take your kids to eat.

The food was good .... But the pasta sauce wasn't good but the pizza was delicious. I have to say that the physical set up of the restaurant could be better. And I feel there should be another soda machine since it's free refills, I found every time there was a long wait (3-5 people in front of me). This made the area congested and hard to maneuver through. Also, I think that the seats are way too close to the pizza bar. There should be more space to allow the busboy and the customers enough space.
The employees seem to have attitudes every time I have visited. Makes you almost afraid to ask for anything. But for the price which has gone up a little bit. It's an all-you-can-eat pizza, they will make you any kind that you asked for, refillable drinks, and games. Great to take the kids to. Not a place to take someone on a dinner date if you would like to take them again.
This place is good for cheap pizza, their cinnamon rolls are amazing. My only issue when eating here was just a lot of kids running around. Dont get me wrong this is a kid friendly place, but my now ex-wife had picked this place to serve me divorce papers and take the kids. I am sure they kids running around were meant to be a distraction so she could pull a fast one over on me and get the house and dog. Not today Jillian.

My all time favorite pizza growing up in Canton. Nothing like it anywhere. I left Canton in 1988 but any time I return, Pizza Oven South is always my first stop. I’ll usually call (it’s one of the only phone numbers from Canton that I still remember!) when I’m about 20 minutes out and pick it up hit and fresh.
The new location is nice, but I really do miss the atmosphere of the original location. I was not disappointed with my pizza this trip - pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, double cheese. Tastes just like I remember.

The food - The pizza was amazing. My son had peppers, sausage, black olives, and extra cheese on his. The weight of the toppings was crazy! He also loved how the pizza was cut because he doesn't eat the pizza bones, aka the crust. He also had an order of their French fries and ate them on the way home. He said that they were really good. I wouldn't know because he didn't share.
There was so much cheese. I ordered their Deluxe. It was really good.
The service - As I've never had Pizza Oven before, I went in to order so I wouldn't tie up the phone line with any questions that I might have had. We went between lunch and dinner, but I didn't want to be rude with taking up time. I did have a couple, such as what the difference was between the Works and the Deluxe pizza. The employee might have been having an off day but seemed put off with my questions. The vibe kind of felt off.
The atmosphere - We didn't eat there, but it seemed okay with the other guests that were dining in.
I didn't take any pictures of the pizza, but it is well worth the money spent. I will definitely order again.
We live approximately 20 minutes from this shop. We picked up our usual deep dish sausage, pepperoni, and cheese. When we got home, we found they only gave us a cheese pizza. So we had to bring back our pizza and pick up a replacement. Time and gas because someone wasn't paying attention. The food is good, but the oversight on accuracy seems to be low.
There were five of us. The first couple got their food in about 25 minutes. The second couple was served their appetizer fifteen minutes later. Their meal came ten minutes later. The fifth person has waited an hour and still no food. There was no ice in the soda machine, no knives. The server got us the shiniest plastic knives that wouldn’t cut through the pizza. I definitely won’t be back.
Been going there for over 30 years and their pizza is usually really good. For some reason the manager stopped making pepperoni rolls which they were the bomb but they're chicken and JoJo's are good too. Staff is usually friendly.

We hadn't had a Pizza Oven pizza for several years. We ordered a large pizza and Jo Jo potatoes , the potatoes were fine, the pizza crust was almost to tough to eat , probably won't be ordering from there again for a while.

Ordered 1 large Queso and chips and 1 large guacamole and chips. Both bags of chips were burnt. Chipotle is 20 min from my house and this was such a disappointment. I have never had chips this bad before and my kids were upset as this was for them. If I go back lesson learned. Check your food before leaving. This was pure laziness on the workers part. You can look at them and see how dark they are. This wasn't a mistake it was just laziness on the employees part which is more frustrating. Also, customer support was zero help online. I just wanted refunded for the burn chips. The queso and guau were tasty but the chips I paid for were not edible
I ordered two burrito for myself at this location. The portion size on this is bull. Is this for babies to eat?
So I just recently ordered online. A to go order. When I walked in I wasnt greeted. I walked up to the counter and the gentlemen just stared in space. The other workers looked busy but this one just stared. When I opened my food. I was lucky to get a scoop of rice. My queso had hair in it too. I tried calling and the bot wasnt helpful at all. Im honestly so fustrated.
Another update-. I called corporate and they gave me free queso and a buy one get one free bogo.... they want me to spend more money. After I asked what I should do about my meal that wasnt adequate, he offered a free meal. I said, "I truly am grateful for that but thats not what I want, I want a refund and he did give that to me. I thanked him and went on with my day.

I ordered a small soda a small water and a large water with our meals. I realized on my receipt I was charged for a large soda and an extra small soda. When I brought it to their attention they said I shouldn’t have ordered it that way they have cups for free water which when I ordered was not informed. They basically implied that it was my fault for not ordering correctly. Who in their right mind would knowingly pay for water?! The person who handled the issue just acted like a hard ass. Horrible customer service.

I got home and tried my sub and it had so much flavor and was so good. I’m glad I took the advice and decided to try penn station, definitely will be going back for food and the respectful employees. The food actually fills you and doesn’t make you feel bad. The regular size subs are good size for one person.

My only complaint is they took away the sliced lemons during COVID... It's now 2025 so I think you can bring those back guys!

I come here often, she greeted me and I knew when she did , it was out of suspicion but I greater her back politely and continued walking. My three year old boy had to use the bathroom really bad. She then stopped me and yelled across the restaurant if I was ordering something or picking up and I said no. Then she said yea then you need to leave. I said I’m sorry ma’am my son really needs to go potty (everyone knows when a toddler needs to pee he needs to go) she said “I just cleaned it I’m sorry I can’t help you” WHAT ? I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Penn Station and one of the best I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. I got there 20 mins before close, Dawn was the only person working. She was so nice, fast, and efficient. This is the only Penn Station I will go to in the future. Dawn deserves all of the business!
The two ladies working went above and beyond to make our subs the way we wanted them and provided us with the best service a person could ask for. I explained to them that I have trouble eating due to my bottom dentures being new. They took the time to chop my Philly Steak and Cheese, peppers, mushrooms, and other ingredients up into small pieces and even cut my sandwich up into bite-size chunks so that I had no trouble eating my sub. I can't remember their names, but it was the two ladies working at the time and day posted on this review on Google Maps. The food was great also, great flavor and fresh add-ons at a very reasonable price. Fries are fresh cut and made right in front of you (the sub was also), and they are delicious. Very clean in all areas and great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit this place. You will not regret it. Thank You for your kind service and a great meal.
I was sooooo mad, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with fries to go I called the order in. After I picked it up and got back to work the sandwich was soggy! Like it had been dipped in water the manger stated they’re instructed to set the sandwiches on the oven until they’re picked up 😡 well someone should have corporate try and eat a soggy sandwich it’s a waste of everyone’s time to do this and common sense should tell someone to stop! Thankfully the sandwich was REMADE correctly AFTER my work day ended but it sucked that I had to miss my original lunch due to ignorance.
Older lady at counter claimed they didn’t receive my order even after I showed her on my phone my mobile order for this location. She still didn’t make my food even after I paid nor could I get my refund clearly their system was down or something was wrong. She was completely rude took my phone out of my hand which was unnecessary! Most places would have made the moment right. I had proof of purchase I don’t know what’s more you expect from me as a customer! I just got off work trying to pick up my dinner for me and my family and to be told I can’t get my food after I already paid is ridiculous especially seeing that my order was $30!

I absolutely love the specific location. I went through their drive thru at 8:30pm. Of course we were indecisive but Abbey was patient and helpful. She didn't rush us through our order or displace any discomfort with how long we were taking. Kenny came in with the assist making sure we had everything for our order. He served up a plethora of sauces since we were unsure with what they offered. When the order was ready the food was amazing! Cullen really paid attention to our special requests. Well at least now I know why no one else was at this restaurant. I substitute and ice cream for a soda in my combo. You still charge me the full combo price, charge me for the ice cream, and would not give me a drink. And gave me the smallest cup of ice cream at that. We will not return to Freddy's. We just stopped our first time. Food was good, did not try the custard though. Will try next time. we noticed only 2 employees working in the whole place. One of General Manager a young hard working lady running register, drive thru, making custard, and cleaning tables. I was truly blown away by this young lady, what a caring, polite hard worker. I tried lemon bar cheesecake. It was delicious, probably the best ice cream I have ever tasted. I try what my husband orders, and it’s all delicious. It’s also more affordable than other places. You should definitely check them out before they close up for winter.
I LOVE this place. Different soft serve and Dole flavors throughout the open season, which they usually post on Facebook. Sloppy nachos have become one of my favorite things to eat. Such a great "mom & pop" place to support!

I go here every weekday to get my coffee. I'm very particular about my coffee 3 creams and 10 sugars. Thay make it perfect every morning. The employees there are friendly. And they have great coffee.
Most of the time they get my coffee right, usually not in the afternoon. Morning crew is great but as soon as evenings and nights come in, the place turns into a dismal nightmare. Everything is always made wrong, time and time again, and they're rude. Not everyone has the ability to go back in and have their coffee remade over and over, and I'm sick of their service in the last year or two. Whoever's running this chain is doing a poor job of it. Either do better or give it to someone who can manage.

I’ve had this location mess up my orders twice before but it’s closer to my house than driving all the way to BV. I didn’t get any almond milk in my coffee like I asked and then they serve me burnt chocolate croissant. So after this I’ll just continue to go the one in BV.

Ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich from here today but apparently the workers there think that translates to a bacon sourdough sandwich. If the sandwich wasn’t available then why didn’t they just say that when I ordered it instead of giving me an item with meat (red meat at that). Would’ve preferred the veggie breakfast sandwich and it would’ve been the most logical 2nd choice. I wish food allergies and dietary restrictions were taken more seriously at these establishments but that’s wishful thinking.

You just can't visit Canton, Ohio and fail to get Pizza Oven pizza and broasted "Jo-Jo" potatoes. Pizza Oven is a local favorite - we all grew up on Pizza Oven. It's usually the first place I go when I go home to visit. I literally place my order when I'm about 30 minutes away so I have pizza as soon as I get home. It's that much of a Canton institution!

Ordered dinner last night, and I have some pointers for pizza oven. From the moment we called we were being rushed off the phone. The girl on the other end constantly, "is that all" once we would order an item, this happened about 5 times. She was so concerned with getting of the phone that she rang in the wrong pizza. I get it, mistakes happen, but slow down! I get the items home and find they gave us a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni and cheese. We finally got said pizza about 20 minutes later and the rest of our food was cold. I wish I could say this was the first time, but it's been a solid 6 times. I wont be going back to this location, it's a shame since the food is so good, but you have to hope they get your order right. Do better.
I order 2-3 pizzas a month. One delivery (May 26) for Jeff) I received was half cooked . Soggy dough on the whole bottom. I called and talked to Ashley and she offered 15% off a next order. That’s really unacceptable for a $29 and some odd change + $5 tip transaction. Does anybody remember laughter? Sheesh - Jeff
I ordered food for our company. We ordered a large pizza, jo’s, and chicken. We received 3/8 pieces of chicken. I called in to get it corrected. I spoke with a male that was nice, he said “let me check on that and see what went wrong” A couple of minutes later a woman answers and says “hello” I said “hello, I had an issue with my order and someone stated they’re checking on it” She said “yeah and I’m the manager, what’s the issue” -extremely rude. I explained that I only got 3 of the 8 pieces we ordered. She continued to argue with me stating that she watched them box the 8 piece chicken and doesn’t know where this is coming from. I stated that I don’t know what happened, but there are only 3 in our box. She said “i understand that, well… what do you want me to do about it” Once again very rudely. I stated that “as a manger she could replace the chicken and deliver it or refund the card” She stated that she would redeliver it. As a manger of a store I’d expect them not to argue with facts and I also expect them to know how to handle the issue. I never plan to order from this location again, due to such a terrible experience for a business order.
Been coming to pizza oven for 50 years but no more don't know what happen but need to re configure your people and atmosphere, not the food we ate when we was kids or wven adults.
I don’t get why it’s so hard to put sauce on a pizza? The last three I got were like this. Almost like a dry rub pizza. I’m going back to another local pizza shop. Not pizza oven. Sorry you just lost another customer because you want to save a dime on sauce. Unbelievable!
Two out of the three times my family placed an order at this particular Pizza Oven they’ve messed up our food. The staff is not particularly apologetic or helpful in these situations and it seems like it happens pretty frequently there….When they do manage to get the food right it’s great, but again, getting the orders right 1/3rd of the time just doesn’t cut it. If you’re planning on getting some Pizza Oven and you want what you actually ordered definitely go to one of the other ones. Very disappointing experience
Was better back in the day. No consistency for the product. It's a shame. What was awesome is now mediocre. I worked managing Pizza Huts for over 20 years. If they don't fix it, it will die. A little pride and great customer service go a long way. Bring that aspect back and you will thrive. Ignore it and cut your losses.You will be out of business in 10 years max.

I ordered my last Gionino's pizza today. This used to be my favorite pizza place, probably ordered a hundred times over the years, but the last two times I've ordered i haven't been happy.
They have the old world pepperoni and the last time I ordered i requested it, but the pizza came LOADED with it. It turns out that's their "Piccolo" pizza which has like three times the normal amount of pepperoni.
So tonight I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni, requested the smaller pepperoni but just a normal amount, and they refused to make it without charging the cost of a specialty pie.
Said forget it and just do the big flat pepperoni since I didn't want to get ripped off, but it still sits half uneaten.
They wrote our credit card info down wrong so they had to call us to get it right which made our order late and the food was cold by the time it got here. Gave us bone in wings instead of boneless like we ordered and they were slimy and gross. The garlic bread was dry and cold. The jojos had no flavor. We love Gioninos usually but we won’t be back for a while.
The best pizza ever. We have ordered the buffalo chicken and the Mediterranean pizza to go and I can tell you these two were the best pizzas I had in a very long time 🤤

Was very disappointed with tonight’s meal. I usually have problems with the delivery (with them forgetting stuff) so I decided to go get it. I’ve never seen a wing, thigh, and leg the same size! I called and the manager had a problem with my complaint He said they don’t pick the chicken? But you cooked it and put it in the box and knew that that wasn’t right?!?? Big Rob was awesome. Great server, great cook and attitude. He was doing it all. They were swamped and he let us know that they were really busy and that it would be a little bit to get out food. We came there to eat and was were gladly to wait.
This was by far the grossest waffle house I have been in. We were in around 4pm. All the tables were dirty. We sat at the counter and the server put down our silverware on the dirty counter. This place is serving up some awesome customer service! I stopped in this evening and was greeted immediately with warm hello’s and smiles. The staff got along great with each other, and it showed by the way they communicated the customer orders to each other. The food honestly was just ok, but it was served fresh and hot. Used to eat at LJS since the 70's & 80's and they were so good. Today, the fish here was so thin, dry & old and smaller than what they use to be. Restaurant was filthy as usual & a reason that kept me away for the past several years, but I see it hasn't improved. No lids for the drinks to found. Over $11 for 2 pcs of small, old, dried up fish & a couple waffle fries. The ice tea was good, tho, and so was the marble size hush puppies. Those use to be bigger, too.
This place is the worst combo ever. Both taco bell a Mexican food place with a long john silver a fish place. I had two pieces of fish and six shrimp which included french fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The hush puppies was definitely something to hush up about. They were so overcooked. It was just a ball of crunch .The dining room area it was clean however when you first walk in the door and you’re in that small corridor, there’s a weird smell. I was about to turn around when that smell hit my nose. However I went on in the fish was good. The shrimp were OK. They were nice size pieces just maybe a tad bit overcooked as I sat in the dining room. I could hear the manager and instruct the young people on what to do. She seem to have everything running smoothly. I just would hope she take a look at how long the young people are cooking those hush puppies Well I come back for more long John Silvers unfortunately my answer is no.
The Taco Bell food is always a hit but that Long John Silvers section is a hot mess. They burn the food and it’s too hard to chew. The hush puppies are horrible and the drinks were even hideous. A mess!

When I asked the crew member if the order was correct, he said yeah and just laughed. This wasnt worth $10.
I fully understand being short staffed. But I have gone to this location several times and the drive thru been closed. And this last time they used employee cars to block the drive thru. This is unprofessional and caused a lot of confusion in the parking lot. Several people didn't realize that the car was parked there and tried waiting a little while which led to back ups. And when I went inside, only one of the kiosks worked and no employees were at the front to help the line. They were all in the back of the kitchen.
The food was really good and the service was really nice. The only two people working were very friendly. The kitchen was a little dirty, but other than that really good Taco Bell. Do recommend!
Food has always been good. However, when an order says Mountain Dew Zero, it should be exactly that, not Mountain Dew Baja. Don't drink the Baja, so don't know if it's Zero or not. This location has made the mistake on my Uber order more than once or twice. If you don't have Mountain Dew Zero get it removed from your Uber listing. Subway had that problem with their soft pretzel offering; and always substituted a cookie. Substitution is a great way to lose customers and could pose a medical issue if the person is allergic or diabetic. So either train your employees, change your Uber menu offerings or just get it right the first time and every time.
My sister bought me tacos the other night to go. I was expecting a mess when I opened them like some taco bells do. They were absolutely perfect. Great job!!! I will be back to this location. Thanks
So I came in yesterday to pick up my mobile order I placed and if I'm honest I should have never placed it at this store. I bought a cravings box from the app and the crunch wrap tortilla was extremely stale. So I asked them if they would kindly remake it. They remade it and they still gave me a very much stale crunch wrap. I even let the manager know and he didn't seem to care.
2pm on a Sunday, they didn't get our drive thru order right and when I went inside to ask for the missing items they seemed very inconvenienced and irritated. I don’t know if it’s a bad work atmosphere for them or if they just don’t care but the service was comedically bad. Rarely do I feel compelled to leave any type of review but this interaction deserves it.

A few weeks ago I went through drive thru and ordered a baconator meal. I got home and there was only one patty on the burger. I knew I should have checked because this location has done this in the past. I called in and the manager was super nice and sent me out a post card for a free baconator meal. Fast forward to today I went through drive thru to redeem the baconator meal and I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal in addition. I pull up to the 1st window and she had to wait for a manager to help her. So finally they do and I pull up to the 2nd window and I'm handed my food. I do a quick check andntheres two Patty's, awesome! I head home. I get home open the food and boom no bacon! I call in and the manager was a younger sounding man who put me on hold to "ask around" to see what happened. About a minute later he comes back on the line and says they rang in a double dave instead. He said I can come back up and have the right one made but I don't have time to do that. He went silent offered no other solution. I don't know really what to say. I again didn't mess up but I suffer eating something I didn't order or waste my time, energy, gas to go back up there?

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 11 with fries and green beans. There was no shrimp with the order.
Ordered a number 12 with hushpuppies and fries. 4 of the hushpupues were hush puckies. Very hard. The 2 pieces of fish were very dry from being so thin.

I was told the old grease was just being changed and was offered my money back or to let them correct it (big mistake) the worker who was helping me told a guy that he now had problem because he was still serving fish from the old grease and that I was now was back HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS I was like and that’s exactly why I’m back because YOU don’t care enough to do your job! The replacement meal wasn’t really edible it still was to greasy, the clams were under cooked. Because the young lady that remade my food was understanding and tried to make it right and even gave me a complimentary drink and was apologetic for my trouble is the reason why i gave them two stars. The building is run down and I’m not sure if that effects the workers but something is off with this location. I will not be returning.

I Love Long John Silvers, however my latest experience was not good. I did not get my clams and hardly any fries as a part of my sampler seafood. I have been other locations and it was pretty good, Raff location needs give people what they ordered and pay for....
It's fine when I go in there and they are nice and my food is hot and fresh. However when I try to place an order over the phone they never pick up and send you to a fax machine. I have been trying for over an half hour trying to call them a place an order and first fax then busy signal. This is part of the reason I don't order from them often, it should be easier especially when I work from home and would to to order out every now and then. It's not acceptable.
I waited to order for about 10 minutes. When an employee finally responded he said "pull up to the window I can't hear you" I pulled up and was greater but an employee. I placed the 1st order when placing the 2nd order I had questions because I'd never been to long John's before. He was very short with me. I paid and sat at the window for 15 more minutes. They opened the window handed my my sisters order and told me to pull around and park because they needed more time. I pulled around and parked for another 20 minutes. In that time my sister checked her food and found that it was all hard cold and soiled with oil. I pulled back round to see the same man who took my order coughing into his hands. He opened the window apologize for the wait then said I'd still have to wait my food wasn't ready. My sister told them her food was cold the replaced it with cold food. I wanted my money back but didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. That was my 1st and last time ever going there.

Had a really good experience today at this location. I placed an online order after picking it up and returning to work I realized the order got switch with someone else. I gave them a call and they were very helpful and professional. They even delivered the correct order to me including a cookie for my troubles. This is not the only time they have corrected errors quickly and politely. They have some wonderful employees.

We tipped the driver over ten bucks, then realized we didn't receive the chips. Perhaps if they didn't shove 3 sandwiches, two pasta salads, and two bottles of soda into one bag, they would have had enough space for us to enjoy our chips and not have a wet squished sandwich.

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain that has been delighting customers for decades with its signature burgers and crispy fries, is a beloved spot for many. While I usually have a fantastic experience at this particular McDonald's location due to their excellent service, I've encountered a small hiccup lately. My recent orders of large mocha frappes have come in medium sizes but served in large cups filled mostly with whipped cream. It’s a minor issue that could use some attention!
We normally love this McDonald's more than the others because they do such a great job. But recently when I have been ordering a large mocha frape I have been given a medium in a large size cup and the rest of space was filled with whipped cream! Please fix this!

Today, I got a filet-o-fish meal, or #6. The service was not great. I get it that kids today don't want tonwork, but try to act like you don't hate your life when you're the face of the company to the public. The service was fast, considering the time of day. What got me today is the lack of understanding how a sandwich is supposed to be. This is why critical thinking and building blocks were offered in kindergarten and such. It's not hard to stack things, I would assume.
I don’t know why I still even bother with fast food. We were missing one double cheese burger that we paid for. But no harm no foul the meat is old, dry and black. The mcchicken didn’t even have mayo on it. My money back would be fantastic!!!
I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it had moldy-smelling caramel (?) On the side of the cup and lip. It seemed that they had given me a used cup, and along with their food it tasted old and the cheese on the burger i ordered tasted sour. Not the greatest, I feel sick after eating it.

Update: it's been a long time since I've went to this particular McDonald's, and I won't be going back!
I just Ordered 2 sausage biscuits (biscuits) lightly toasted and of course they are burnt and I can't eat them! Was on my way to work so can't even take them back and have it fixed! Can't tell by photos but top of biscuit are as hard as a rock smh!!

Went the other day to get breakfast! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, a hashbrown and a sausage McMuffin lightly toasted!!
I got pulled up for the hashbrown ! I sat there for 10 mins waiting for my food.. he brings it out and my sausages McMuffin isn't in there so I tell him there is supposed to be to be a sausage McMuffin lightly toasted he said he would bring it back out!! 10 mins later he brings it out! I get home with my already cold food to find my McMuffin brunt pitch black and hard as a rock!
This location is usually slow, and the service has never been very consistent. There were a couple of really sweet staff members in the past, but they don’t seem to work there anymore. I rarely go to this McDonald's now, even though it's the closest one to me. It's McDonald's, so I never expect anything amazing, but they could definitely improve - especially with their prices. For the quality you get (basically as low as the standard can be), it just doesn’t feel worth it.
Two times I've been here since their updated features, you get less attention from staff. The place is clean! Having that computer board to order, in my opinion, takes away from customer service. Had to wait longer. BUT, once someone was physically there, it will smooth as it should.
Service is lousy and when you get your food it's not what you ordered and if it is it's thrown together they don't prepare it even like there pictures not even close

Dairy Queen, a classic fast-food chain, offers a menu dominated by soft-serve ice cream and signature shakes. Despite this observation, employees at Dairy Queen are friendly and provide efficient service.
Excellent service by Ms. Nicole and Mr. Jeff. Good taste test on the new Buffalo tossed tenders.

Typically I love Dairy Queen and they always get my stuff right but today i ordered a triple flame thrower burger and they played with me look at how much sauce they put on a three patty burger went to take off my tomato and noticed 🙎🏾♀️
Dairy Queen is one of those places that's very much a hit or miss anymore.
My recent visit was pretty good. The kids and I enjoyed our ice cream and played a tabletop game while visiting.
My favorite is always the peanut buster parfait. However, it seems like the ice cream melts a lot faster than it used to and then it ends up just becoming a vanilla melt-shake with chocolate swirl and peanuts.
The cashier and servers were super nice though.
The Asian girl who works the window handing out food needs an attitude check. I think it was due to the fact of the size of my order. I have 5 kids. She forgot an entire child's items. When I asked about it, it was handed to me and she closed window in my face before I could even finish saying thank you. Wont be returning. Food was amazing and fresh though. Kudos to the cooks.
09/10/2025 845 pm. Drive thru....female she was impatient because my 3 year old grand daughter was laughing I apologized and tried to continue to order after quieting my grandchild.. The female stopped taking my then The male worker came on to complete it when he verified. My order items were forgotten and so I tried to let the gentleman know that he had missed 2 items on my order. The female worker popped back onto the microphone. Cut me off very rudely overtalking me. After deep breathing I said it was okay and left the drive thru line because I am working on understanding the frustration of others. We have not been to DQ in a while because there is always a line around the block. I was going to go into the facility but decided that would not be a good idea as it may trigger the already agitated individual.
There is an African-American girl there with red hair at the window that you probably shouldn't have at the window. I am also African-American so this cannot be a racist post. It come on She is very rude and not customer service friendly At all. She has dirty looks and she doesn't say thank you or anything please hire better people.
Went to order my ice cream cake and Nicole came over to me and helped me all the way . Nicole was full of smiles and very kind . I love the food here always hot and ice cream always cold !!

Counter-serve chain specializing in chicken dishes, plus Southern sides & desserts served in jars.
First time there!!! Boys got a chicken sandwich and wings! Chicken was cooked very well. All the desserts are in glass jars, and made there!!! Worth trying! No complaints about the cleanliness. Decor was super cute! Bonus there is an outdoor patio! I do wish there were vegetarian options.

We ate at Slim Chickens in Canton, OH for the first time today for lunch. The service was really good, and the food was very tasty. My son rates the chicken sandwich as the best he's ever had. The tenders were very good as well. The toast was great and the fries were seasoned just right. For a drink, I recommend the raspberry lemonade. Was very surprised that for lunchtime we were the only ones in there the entire time we were there, besides a single older lady sitting in the corner. Would go back.
Although both the chicken and sauces were tasty, I was surprised as to how little the tenders were. I'm usually accustomed to tenders twice the size of theirs. I also ordered fried okra, which although they had a decent flavor, I had to spit out half of them because of the hard plastic like pieces that were around the outside of some of the okra pieces just under the breading. I've had a similar experience the last time I purchased okra from Churches Chicken, which is why I no longer order it there. I really enjoyed the slim sauce and the Sriracha garlic sauces. I can't wait to try the others.
I can't tell anybody what the atmosphere was like or what the inside of the restaurant was like we were crunched for time, order went pretty smooth however there was a wait time for food but I'm not going to complain cuz when it came out it was nice and hot! The sandwich I got had somewhat of a heat to it and like I said we were on the go so I wasn't able to get pictures did discuss it will be going back in the future and hopefully we can get pictures and videos to post up next.
Comparing this restaurant to other chicken chain restaurants in the area...
1. Chicken is not as moist. Kinda dry, so not as chewable.
2. Sauces are not as thick. Kinda runny.
3. Fried pickles were greasy.
4. Beverages were good.
5. Desserts were good.
6. Tables were clean. The restaurant actually still looks fairly new. I think it may be due to the lack of customers.
7. With the Canton Dresser Rd chicken restaurants both being super busy everyday, it makes you wonder why this restaurant is not busy, at all.
I wasn’t impressed with the food or the side of attitude from the girl at the window who was collecting my money. You call me “Timmy” and I correct you and YOU get offended? Also I didn’t like the feeling of being rushed when trying to place the order-I’ve never been to this establishment so everything was new. I liked the menu options they were offering, but the taste was a different story and for the price I’d expect differently. The garlic parm wings were not good they very bland. The fries were ice cold and the bread was not appetizing. The chicken and waffles were ok. Actually the waffles themselves were the best part, if I had to come back I’d order this meal. The chocolate dessert in the jar is a cool and different idea, especially for this area but sadly that too was disappointing. The flavors were not living up to hype that I hoped.
My first time trying and everything was good except for the fried mushrooms weren’t fried enough the breading was mushy as you can see in the photos. The chicken was better than Raising Caine. I didn’t taste the main sauce but I love the honey barbecue sauce and the Mac n cheese is the best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant… it taste like home. KFC or Chick-Fil-A don’t have nothing on them with the Mac n cheese. ❤️it! They’ve have more side dishes also. I would have given a 5 star if the mushrooms were right. I would get it again😊
I just came in for a quick bite and I wasn’t disappointed at all! My favorite was the peach tea and the mango habanero sauce that the cashier recommended since I asked what was the favorite sauce and she said most get ranch but she personally liked the mango habanero. (Wow run on sentence much! I do run my sentences long though).Anyway I thought the tea and sauce complimented each other. The chicken and fries were flavorful but I thought that was a given since I had them before and I loved them then and my opinion really hasn’t changed much on them really. If you are curious about this place. Do yourself a favor and at least check them out.

Sam was my sandwich artist. She was super friendly and had a great upbeat attitude. She made my subs as I requested them and everything was good. I hope they get more people to work there that like their job as much as she does!

Where do I start??? I ordered a BLT they didn’t cook the bacon first instead she put it on the bread with no cheese that I asked for and toasted it then prepared my sub with rubbery bacon. Both subs I purchased were not cut. The girl preparing my subs and that took my order had a bad attitude! Take that attitude somewhere else. I will never come back.
Ordered a footlong tuna on herbs and cheese and the bread is hard as a rock! I literally had to peel off the top layer to be able to eat it!! Sad thing is this seems to happen at every location now a days
Ordered 3 subs online for pickup. Went in, grabbed my bag, got home and my order was wrong. Ordered 3 different subs, they gave me 2 of the same sub. Went back and got that replaced. Started to eat our subs after that and my husbands wasnt made correctly. He ordered a chicken sweet onion teriyaki, they put an orange sauce on it instead of the teriyaki (which he requested extra sauce). Not sure whats going on but for our first time at this subway as people who have just moved into the area a week ago, not sure ill ever order again.
They should just shut this place down. Rude employees (act and sound like you’re bothering them) never have the Italian herb and cheese bread and ingredients always look wilted and old. This particular place sucks. If I could give zero stars I would!

2 out of 3 subs were wrong. Went back and they straight said that they know about it and was just going to see who came back. Worthless workers
