This was the cleanest location I have ever been too. Staff was super friendly. Food was super fast and served straight from the chef. A++ Experience! I highly recommend this location to people visiting the area. I will definitely drive back again, because it was worth the hour drive!

NO FRILLS REVIEW: Folks it’s the waffle house. A no-frills inexpensive way to get a meal. Expecting a five star experience here is like expecting to go to Walmart and be fitted for a suit. Typically, they are understaffed and task their servers to do many jobs. That’s what keeps your breakfast inexpensive. I understand the negative reviews. I have been there. Here are some tips for the waffle house. The best time to go is between 6 AM and 9 AM. Typically these establishments get dirtier as the day gets longer. Going in late night you will almost always lose. As far as attitude, I can’t imagine these servers make any type of substantial wage. All in all if you’re willing to take the chance and stick to the guidelines I have above you should have a decent experience. I enjoyed my breakfast very much. My server was fine.

The music was so loud there was no way the server could have gotten our order right. Which she did not. Staff was in good spirits but perhaps just a little too occupied with fun. Due to the volume of the music they felt the need to shout about their personal plans to each other. There were very few clients so no need for such loud music.

When you stop in; try to get Ms. Penelope as your waitress!! You will not be disappointed. Sometimes it’s hit or miss stopping at WH’s and we decided to give it a shot again after a year or so; but Ms. Penelope is a guaranteed positive experience. She’s kind, attentive, down to earth, and a hard worker; you’ll rarely find yourself needing much or being without! 10000000/10!!

Henry and Raven made this truly a waffle HOME. Fantastic food, friendly service, and a comforting atmosphere make this location memorable. Couldn’t recommend Henry’s amazing grits enough. We WILL be back.

I grew up on Ohio-Valley-Style pizza and Osso’s has always been one of my favorites. I think the crust has gotten thinner over the years but I’m not complaining about it. I always steal a piece from the box before heading home. There’s a picnic area if you don’t want to drive home eating. Some may call it nostalgia but I just call it delicious!

We used to live on the same street in the early 80’s and loved their pizza. Still love it! Since we live in ohio I had a slice there and it was perfect then I brought some frozen home for my husband. MY mistake, I let it thaw out in the fridge for 2 days before he wanted it cooked. The crust didn’t crisp up. It was MY fault only said it to say this “follow the directions 🍕 place the frozen pizza on the baking stone or on the rack directly. Do not thaw. If I ever bring home pizza for him again and it thaws out I will put it on a preheated pizza stone. Enjoy

Lets talk about this pizza! The sauce and the cripsy yet soft crust is a must try. They also sell by the slice. This place supports military and I absolutely love it for just that reason as well Make sure to Tip well they deserve it!

I’ve been eating this pizza since I was a little kid, and I’m 43 right now. If you have taste buds and haven’t tried this stuff, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Take the time to go and you won’t be disappointed. I *cannot* stress that strongly enough.

If you're from Washington PA, Osso's pizza probably has a special place in your memories, or at least it does for me. Old fashioned, square pizza by the piece is their specialty. You order by how many pieces you want, and if plain or pepperoni. They do also have subs which are good. The place always seems to be busy and ordering ahead is a good idea as there isn't much room inside to wait. There is no eat in area, as this is a take out restaurant, and they only accept cash, so be prepared.

AMAZING freaking Pizza. When their super busy, it's hard for them to tell when your food ls coming out. But worth the wait.

Stopped 🛑 in here for a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Oh so good . 💕 Love 💕 these doughnuts. I wish they would open in Allentown PA yum lip smacking yum. A+ doughnuts A+ experience. 😋 😋 😋

Got the Harry Potter set! Grabbed a few camping coffee cups and of course donuts. Loved watching the donuts come down the line. Staff was so happy and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Every time I’ve come here they are out of everything. They once cancelled an huge order I placed online “because they were out of donuts” (?!?) and didn’t inform me until I arrived to pick it up. Prices are unhinged - $15.49 for a dozen or $6 for THREE? If you want a half-dozen, they’re $12, so you’re stuck buying the dozen. This location also appears to exclusively hire the grouchiest teenage boys they can find. I never leave mean reviews, but after this third bad experience I’m over it. Do better!

We appreciate Krispy Kreme as a rare treat. We made a special stop on our vacation, and the staff member was very cordial and helpful. My daughter bought a pair of donut socks! A great place to visit with even greater 🍩 donuts!

I stopped in with my son on Sunday, Aug. 17and we both ordered a dozen donuts each. On my order the 4- Rasberry filled donuts had very, very little fillling. I had to eat thru 90% of donut before I got a bite filling. This has happened before when ordering these donuts. The young man who rang us up didn’t really provide good customer service. I love your product & store ; however, I was very disappointed in my experience. Why never any milk in store when visiting???

At 8:30 in the morning they were already out of the Fall donuts. How is that even possible? Despite that I still tried to give them my money by purchasing a couple of donuts and the guy walks away from the counter as he’s in the middle of helping me to wait on someone in the drive thru. I made a special trip to come to this store from 40 miles away because it’s the closest one in the area. Needless to say that will never happen again. Both employees that were at the counter, an older woman and a younger man, were absolutely awful and rude. What a disappointment.

This place used to be fantastic, we really like their donuts. The last several times when pre ordering online to use codes, I have gone to pick up only for them to have not filled my order because they were out of this or that.

Been to many chick fila in different places and this one would be about average except that most of the drive through workers don't understand they should try to move quickly and pull cars ahead or walk the food to the next car. I pull up and see my order and others sitting there waiting after watching them talk with the person in the car or take 3 payments from people in one car while others sit there watching. Also, very hit or miss on food too, get the same chicken biscuit a lot and lately it's usually a thin small piece that doesn't cover the biscuit. Sometimes it's juicy and good like it should be but that's getting more rare I think. Today I got minis with no chick fila sauce and no straw for my drink and it clearly says 2 sauce right on my order receipt.

Chick-fil-A is easily one of my favorite places to eat, and normally I’d give it a solid 5 stars. However, I’m giving this particular location 4 stars due to one frustrating issue: inconsistent handling of the veteran discount. I’ve visited this Chick-fil-A many times, and the experience is hit-or-miss when it comes to the discount. Some days I’ve received 10% off, other times they’ve generously comped the entire meal, and then there are times they’ve said you have to be in uniform — which doesn’t make sense for a veteran. Veterans don’t wear uniforms. If it’s an active-duty discount, just call it that. I don’t expect any business to offer a discount — but if you advertise or honor one, consistency matters. The inconsistency creates confusion and takes away from an otherwise great experience. That said, the food is excellent, as expected from Chick-fil-A — hot, fresh, and flavorful. The restaurant is always busy, but the operation runs like a well-oiled machine. Staff are friendly, service is efficient, and the location is clean and organized. If it weren’t for the mixed messaging around the veteran discount, this location would absolutely earn 5 stars. Still, I’ll continue to eat here because the quality of food and service remains strong.

Food is always good and I never had an issue myself with anything, however recently they added "mobile thru" to their drive through despite not having the space for it. And before if you got your order before the vehicle in front, you could go around, now because of this, you have to wait in both lines. Please add a third middle lane but make the middle space empty so that we can get out.

My favorite Chick-Fil-A location! The staff is always so friendly, food is always fresh and accurate, and it’s always very clean! I also love how efficient the mobile lane is!

Had a very negative experience here on 9/20 around 6:40PM. Our food was brought out to our table and we thought we were missing our grilled nuggets so it was mentioned to the staff member who delivered our food. She brought some back, and we had located the grilled nuggets we originally thought were missing. I told her we found them and she turned around and screamed through the dining area to the other staff members "THEY LIED". ' She said this multiple times very loudly, causing it to drawn the attention of other guests. If we were lying, why would be honest that we found the food? Will be hesitant to return to this location. I believe her name was Emily. I tried to double check before we left but it appeared her shift ended at 7PM.

Ordered two Large fries with sandwiches and a kids meal. The fries were a joke with how much they filled them, if I wanted a small, I would have ordered a small! I didn’t eat any and there were none in the bag! (See pic) They forgot the kids meal fries completely and my chicken sandwich was cooked but not long enough! Not sure that I’ll be going back to this location! Service and employees are so nice that I didn’t check before we leave. How could chick fil a mess up? Well they did! Update: The location apologized and gave us a free meal including every item in the photo, which definitely made us go back. Glad they were so kind to fix the issue. I no longer give them one star, so I’m updating it.

My worst experience with fast food ever. The ordering system is so wrong. It should be first come, first serve. Had I known they would let 7 people go in the right lane before the left I would have chose that since I was on lunch break. They also forgot my sauce, diet coke, and tomatoe. Please tell me why I had to wait in line twice for items they forgot! I didn't notice the ranch was missing until I got back to work. I felt even worse because the salad was for my supervisor and I was LATE. I do not recommend.

Just what one would expect from a local diner. This one prides itself on being around since 1964 - it states it boldly on the menu! The food is classic diner food and they execute it well, for the most prt. On our visit for breakfast, we got many standard: Omelets, waffles, and a bowl - with the exception of the eggs being somewhat dry, everything was tasty and put together well. Proportions were large, and the service was very personable and quick. From the time we sat down, till we staggered away (totally full!) could not have been more than an hour, and we spent a long time looking over the menu since it was our first visit and the menu is rather extensive. Even though it was a bit later in the morning, and mid-week, the place was full of regulars. (In fact, when we left, the parking lot was full!) We saw one pair of people walk in, and the waitress greeted them by name, and told them she was putting in their "regular" order - clearly an indication that they come there a lot. Prices are very inexpensive compared to other, similar, places. The place is dated, but clean. We thought it was interesting that most of the clientele seemed to prefer sitting up front at the counter, rather than at the tables. Even when groups of two or three came in, they seemed to gravitate towards counter service. As mentioned in the beginning of this review, this is exactly what a local diner should be and we are looking forward to trying some of their lunch and dinner offerings in the future. Oh, not to forget, they have daily specials listed on boards as well.

Been wanting to try this place, all I want to know is, What the heck took so long!! We always say, if you get there and the parking lot is packed then you know it's good! (the lot was jammed) So we walk inside and luckily there was one table & one booth open(we prefer a table)! The waitress brought the menus and took our drink order, so my wife ordered the Eggs Benedict (Delicious) and I ordered the Loaded Country Breakfast Bowl (Fantastic). We Absolutely Loved this Place but our only gripe was the coffee wasn't good but I would still give them 5 stars!! We liked it because it was clean, you can see right in kitchen also clean, excellent Service and all the staff and customers were very friendly! Seems like a family type place! Already looking at the menu to see what to order!!

Super unimpressed. Food was half decent. Completely unseasoned eggs and potatoes. Felt like I was being rushed to finish my food on a Monday morning around 9am. There were only about 5 other tables when I was there. Still got rushed. Went to the restroom, there's holes in the ceiling and I counted 7 flies. Floor tiles shattered and cracked all over the main dining room. Sticky floor. Really gross. Won't be back. Dog House is a well suited name.

To start I will never eat here again. Reason being it is not because of the food in particular the waitress failed miserably at being a waitress. I will call waitress C. After coming over to give us menus and take our drink order C left tinkered around the waitress station, took menus to 3 gentleman that sat well after we did she then took their drink order served their drinks took another table drinks went back to the gentlemen at the table of 3 took their food order. This made me frustrated and I decided to go to the front to ask about a cup of coffee as well as ask for my tea for my partner. C immediately said "I was going to bring your teas." with the attitude of a snotty teenager. I just nicely let her know that if the coffee was strong that was what I wanted instead of tea. Now that I got an attitude from this lady I just sighed reminded myself that maybe she was not having a good day and give her grace. After another couple minutes my coffee arrived with another snarky statement and our order was taken. Now I am starting to get frustrated as I do not understand why this woman is giving me a attitude but I am hungry,the food sounded good from reviews and I did not want to leave to find a new place to eat. My food is finally in the window and we watched our food sit there for almost 9 minutes before C brought it to us. Yes it was 9 minutes because I timed it as I watched C stand there doing something with tickets and what not right in front of our food. Finally the food was placed in front of us cold, gelatinous and missing a item as well as having a item that was not ordered. Since I was hungry I ate my food which had the potential to taste good honestly if it had been the temperature at which you eat home fries and eggs and eggs Benedict. So here's to you C see you next Tuesday and I hope you have a better day.

We stopped for brunch on our way to the coast from Ohio. The place was very busy but we got right in. Food was hot and fresh.

Google really ought to add in some kind of zero star review system. This place really takes the cake whenever it comes to an absolute ridiculous experience at a diner. Came in with a party of three on a busy Sunday morning. We were sat down with menus and told by a hostess (?) that a waitress would be with us shortly. Two waitresses passed us several times each, both taking orders of tables immediately next to us, some who had been seated after our party arrived. After a 20 minute wait and watching every table around us get served aside from ours, we politely approached a waitress and asked when our order would be taken. She seemed confused, loosely blamed another coworker for the mixup and took our order. We had ordered some coffee as well, and quickly enough shes off with our order. We wait another 20 minutes. No coffee, no water and yet people who were seated after us were already eating with full glasses. Couldn’t tell if it was lack of organization or negligence but we’d had enough. We made our complaints to the front counter, who blamed the cooks, canceled our order and walked out. Will not return, would not recommend.

Go the steak and eggs, and the French toast. I get French toast at every breakfast place I go to, so far this place is in the lead. Steak and eggs with home fries was okay.

Just terrible, the only redeeming quality about this place was the amazing manager! The waitress was overwhelmed with four tables, no joke! The food was undercooked, raw eggs, raw steak, just no.

Stopped in for supper. It was not busy at all maybe 5 or 6 tables with customers. It was very cold in there we ordered are drinks and then ordered are meals 2 sandwiches and onion rings. The waitress kept going back inches kitchen and eating then coming back out. Never seen her wash her hands. After 45 minutes we got are food. My sisters plates was dirty I wish I would have taken a picture of it. The food was good when we finally got it. The place was dirty fork on the floor dirty tables kitchen was filthy and the restroom was dirty too paper on the floor and just not clean. Very disappointed with this place.

Ordered a sandwich with nothing except lettuce and tomato. Got it with everything on it. I told her what I ordered n that I would be happy with a piece of fried chicken on a plate thinking it could not possibly be messed up. I got a grilled sandwich the second time. I ate the fries n we left. There were 3 tables including ours. Wish our waitress had written our order to save everyone the hassle. Disappointing

My family stopped in for breakfast Saturday morning, (We have infant twins and a toddler), and from the moment our waitress Ashley seated us, she was wonderful! She anticipated our needs and understood how hectic it can be bringing our family out to eat, and it made our experience that much better! We will definitely be back thanks to the kindness and hospitality Ashley showed us!

The minute I saw the under new management sign I should have left. My wife and I stood at the podium waiting to be seated by one of the three employees that where standing around bullshitting. Finally got there attention and was seated at a table that constantly rocked while we ate. The restaurant was dirty and the food was not good the first 2 susage links where burnt so bad I couldn't cut them the next 2 where extremely undercooked, just like the hash browns. I hated myself for only tipping a dollar but honestly that was to much. The young man was not friendly, polite or well mannered. He forgot our silverware and new came back once after delivering our food, we finally got tired of waiting for the check so we walked up to the register and had to ask for it. Big surprise employees standing around doing nothing.

This particular Denny's location had an issue with air conditioning so it was really hot in there. Food was good overall but we had to return the brisket that was actually burned. They did replace it with something else promptly so no big deal. Otherwise a good service and good food at a decent price!

Place seemed very understaffed and was inattentive to guests in the lobby. I placed a pickup order that was expected be ready at 8:07, but wasn’t ready until 8:40, and I had to go back in as a couple items are missing. Sign outside of store says “under new management” I think it needs new new management, will not be returning.

During my cross-country trip from Oregon to the East Coast, I decided to stop by Waffle House. The last time I had been to a Waffle House was back in 2014 when I lived in Plano, Texas. I couldn't remember whether the food was good, but I was pleasantly surprised this time around. My only complaint is that you have to eat the food quickly, or it gets cold, and cold breakfast isn’t as appetizing. The staff was extremely friendly, which, coming from Oregon, honestly made me a bit nervous at first. It highlighted just how different the atmosphere is compared to restaurants in Oregon, where people tend to be less warm. The hospitality in the Midwest and South, though, was a nice change. Thanks again for the great service, and enjoy the rest of your day! You can sit wherever you like.

When you arrive everyone makes you feel welcomed. The food was perfect the coffee kicking and the peacan waffle with whipped cream and syrup was awesome 😎 yummy I love 💝💝💝 eating at waffle House it's always so good 😊😊😊😊 A+++ experience.

I’ve now come here several times and it has always been fantastic. It’s clean the staff is friendly fast and relatable. Linda is my favorite server she has the best attitude and her service is so great. She has such a good energy and vibe and makes dining in the best experience. And Tom the cook goes above and beyond with alterations making sure everything is made exactly the way you like it and his food is incredible hand down the best grits I’ve ever had. As long as Linda and Tom are here we’ll be back!

Might be the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been too. Been waiting 15 mins to order to go. The lady that’s supposed to be taking my order keeps coughing on the waffle mix next to the coffee maker she keeps her writing pad. I was forced to order online while sitting here. Tables are sticky I’m scared to touch anything while waiting. I’m new to Washington and not really fond of most the service here but this is by far the worst! While writing this they still haven’t even attempted to start my online order and I’m sure it’s not going to be done by the estimated time. I’m let down by Waffle House. I rolled into the Waffle House on Murtland Ave, Washington, PA, where the grill's hiss and neon hum hit like a late-night confessional. This isn't just a diner; it's a slice of America's underbelly, raw and real. The Texas Patty Melt lands: beef dripping, onions sweet, cheese oozing, all hugged by greasy, golden toast, a gut-punch of satisfaction. Then the sausage gravy, thick and peppery, smothers biscuits so tender they fall apart like a bad lie. It's Southern soul in a bowl, unapologetic. The crew slings plates with gritty charm, like they know they're feeding more than your hunger. Five stars for this no-nonsense shrine to the everyman's feast. I'm already itching to come back.

Ordered in the Drive-Thru I said twice loud and clearly "add cheese to the chicken sandwich if it does not have it, no mayo". I get to the window and they're rushing me out the drive-thru so I suspect something's up of course. The fries were cold which makes no sense, and then the sandwich had extra meal on it after I told them twice no mayo on it! Mgr just had excuses when I called.

Super fresh lettuce! Everytime! Guaranteed... This kind of quality control is going to get someone sick! Every single order I've received over the past year or so has been completely sub-par. How do you see that as an employee, and then continue to serve it. Thanks for taking my money for food that went into the trash, where it should have been instead of in my salad. Horrible quality.

Finally got the chance to try this pizza. I was took aback how sweet the sauce was, it was good but definitely different. Not my cup of tea though. I was loving the crispy crust just needed cook longer to be somewhat hot by the time it was served. Pepperoni n cheeses was a good amount. Price was right. I'd go again but still an ossos fan.

A Family and childhood favorite. If you love square cut pizza wwith a light and crispy crust, this is the place to go. The sauce is usually sweeter too. We always get around 20 slices and there is never any leftovers. The employees are great too.😁

Unfortunately I was stuck after witnessing an accident and picked up my pizza between 10-15 min after my quoted time. I apologized, and asked if there was any way they could just reheat my box of less than half a dozen pieces in the oven so it wasn’t cold. After I explained that I was behind due to an accident… I’m not really sure why you still need to ask what time I placed my order , seems like you are implying it’s my fault the food is cold. Sure. I can accept that and I will say that’s on me, but I was kindly asking you to just even put the box in the oven for a minute or two so that my family could have better than room temp pizza. I didn’t even want new slices ! Highly disappointed after being a consistent customer for a few years, and on an almost weekly basis at times. I already have excused the maturity level of the staff at times, the pizza can be inconsistent depending on the cook, and I have never sent anything back or asked for anything outside the norm once before- thanks for making me feel like I was bothering you for a simple reheat even after my pizza was sitting on the oven.

I ordered from 4 star often have been since eating their food since I was little but as of recently the drop in quality and the lack of understanding has been wild. They always make up for it in some way, but it’s everyday that something’s wrong with my food🤦‍♂️thick gum line of raw dough to pizza loaded with sauce when I ask for light sauce there is no end to their mistakes.In the photo that’s raw dough not cheese😂 it’s enough raw dough to make another pizza no hate I love 4 star but quality has been so bad recently it’s not even funny

Food was good. Was expecting a round 20 cut pizza instead got a round pizza cut in squares. Also asked for light sauce on the pizza and it came loaded with so much sauce that the cheese just slides off the pieces. I’ve always gotten light sauce from any pizza shop and they couldn’t complete the assignment. This was my first time ordering and will not order again since this simple task was not achieved

Their hoagies are good and so is the pizza. It is cheaper than other pizza places which is a plus. Often they have lunch deals as well. They offer a huge pizza that I ordered for a birthday party and it was just enough for everyone, for like $23 can’t beat that!

This lady is so mean to this lady named flo. She was yelling at her and acting like this was a michelin star restaurant. It’s ridiculous to yell at someone when there are customers in the building as well. I feel so bad for flo and I hope she realizes you should never be treated like that.

Really friendly and nice! Great customer service. We only got cheese pizza on our visit so can’t speak for the other menus items but the pizza was good. Asked for extra sauce and received it!. So many pizza places make a dry pie and even when we ask for extra sauce it’s still dry. Recommend!

A hidden gem just off I-70 serving delicious, cheesy pizza with tasty sauce and crust. A little heavy on the crust compared to toppings, but still very good. Provolone sticks were also solid, prices were fair, and the staff was super friendly. Limited seating inside, but a great stop if you’re in the area and craving pizza, especially if you're looking for a quick bite while on a long road trip.

$50 for all this food.... 20 hot hot wings/Large deluxe calzone(the one that has the ham/ricotta/pepperoni/cheese) and they DO NOT hold back on the cheese(which I love) and fried zucchini... everything was delish.... but the wings were FIRE.. the sauce was amazing...

We were from out of town. And my nephew was playing against Washington vs St. Louis grizzlies. Needed some pizza and found mama cheez and love it so much, we had to go back. Very friendly and great food.

Was very impressed. My wife's late father used to order here, and she was surprised that I had never tried it. We got it on Friday and it was great overall. I prefer a sweeter sauce and this is not, but also not disappointed because the sauce still had a nice tang. Cheese, dough, and toppings were great. We also got a stromboli, which was excellent as well. Will make the 20 min drive from bentleyville again!! It also brought back fond memories of childhood and her father for my wife. These are the best wings I've ever had, in my entire life, ever. They come in orders of 10 and 20 and are priced accordingly. If you've never ordered from here and think you can handle their hot, trust me, you can't. I get mild and depending on the day, they're too hot. The sauce is homemade and as mentioned some times the measuring is a little off resulting in weaker and stronger versions of "mild". To be clear, I'm not complaining. Their calzones and strombolis are really good and so are their pies. It's a thin crust, but not crunchy. The marinara is quality and their toppings are above par. My only issue is the that the middle of the larger pizzas are a little soggy if you get too many toppings. This is easily remedied by asking them to leave the pie in the oven for a few more minutes. The drivers are quick and courteous and the folks working at the shop are personable and always easy to engage. Don't be put off by the idea that their shop is in a house or in a less than ideal part of town. To put it into perspective, my ex wife used to mail me pints of their sauce while I was deployed to Afghanistan and in Baghdad. That sauce was coveted and I would actually use spoonfuls to trade to my buddies in exchange for taking guard shifts, smokes, etc. It's. That. Good.

Grabbed a steak salad. It was so big, I had to take a break to finish it. Good value. Great taste. Going back to try more.

Waited 45 mins after kiosk order was placed. Had to go to counter. And ask Employee about order. Was told 10 more minutes. Watched them place food on tray. Food was setting on line not fresh. Food cold. The dinning area was discussing there was food and trash on floors and at drink machines. Employees rude. If you want a horrible experience vist this McDonald's.

Avoid this McDonald’s if you want fast service. Every trip to the drive through will be minimum 15 minutes (if you’re lucky). I sat in the drive through for 6 minutes before either lane had their order taken

Stood in the dining room for 25 minutes waiting for a single 10-piece nugget that never came while every car going through the drive-thru got served. I ended up having to cancel my order and go back to work because I wasted my entire lunch break waiting around for nothing. the staff was miserable the service was awful this is the worst McDonald's I've ever dealt with. I hate to even give them one star not even zero they deserve negative Stars

Placed a order through the app. They couldn't find it. Person at the window didn't want to help and dismissed me. Finally got the order and fries were nasty pop tasted flat and burgers were dry and subpar. Won't be going back again.

It took couple trys (it was a big order) but they got order right. My only complaint were the nuggets they were rubbery and chewy and down right bad.

Needs improvement. Very slow only came to get a coffee and a few cookies on break took 15 mins to get that odd other people complaining waiting 20 plus mins for food 🙄

This was a replacement order and you STILL couldn’t get it right!!! Guess I just have too high of expectations to receive my food the way I want it. Well there is always Burger King where I can have it my way!

We were in for lunch today. Took a good long time. We had 2 orders of mozarella fries. One was fresh, the other were so old and crusty that the cheese was no longer white inside.

Food was great I used to work here years ago and haven't since till today all food was hot and tasty

I really hate to have to say this, because this is actually one of the Burger Kings left with a playground for children! But this lady! The Cashier! She was Horrible! She was very rude! Very unprofessional! Not only did she not help me with my order, when I seemed indecisive she rushed me the entire time, and threw my receipt on counter and walked away when I finished. I definitely will not be visiting this Burger King anytime soon, and I hope management helps her remember that it’s basic humanity to treat someone how you’d like to be treated! When I returned to my vehicle my children wondered why I didn’t have everything they wanted and I had to explain to them how I was rushed through my order and sometimes there are just mean people out here and all we can do is pray for them.

The employees are so nice. The play space is amazing. Food was good.

Went through the drive through. Of course I had to pull forward to wait( I ordered a wopper) sat there 15 minutes while they kept bringing other orders out the the cars that were behind me in line...so I just left!!!! Save your money and time mcdonalds is rite across the way..

I went here 4-26-25 @ 4:23 p.m. with some of my family members (2 adults, 3 kids) for dinner. I had been patiently waiting for 23 minutes at the counter after placing the order. Then one of the employees set a tray of food on the counter. It looked like my order, but I didn't see a number tag on it so I asked "is this order #99?" That's when a female employee with dark hair, and a faded, reddish streak dyed in it made the comment "Can't you read?" My mother was standing right next to me and asked her in return before I could respond "Can't you just do your job?" The female employee made a few smart remarks back to my Mother as she took the tray of food back to the play area where the kids were playing. I didn't want any problems..... just our drinks so I could sit down with my family. I patiently stood at the counter looking through text messages on my cell phone when the same nasty looking, female employee with dark hair and the red streak began yelling at me, and asking me if I was taking her picture (which I was not). I said "I'm not sure what you're talking about - I'm looking through some text messages". She yelled at again telling me that she was calling the police because I'm not allowed to take her picture for her privacy... I'm not an attorney; but I'm PRETTY SURE here in Pennsylvania, we're allowed to take pictures in places like restaurants, stores, etc. unless otherwise clearly posted. This insane employee actually called the police on us. When the police showed up, they explained that while we didn't commit any crime, or do anything illegal we had to leave because the property managers wanted us to leave. It is a public restaurant, but it's also privately owned property so we peacefully left as the law abiding citizens that we actually are. I am currently trying to get in touch with "Burger King's" headquarters to file a complaint on this employee (she wasn't wearing a name tag unfortunately). It's a shame that I didn't get any photos/videos to share. I really didn't want any trouble - just food for my family and I. I hope this review is helpful to everyone; and I would strongly recommend avoiding this Burger King in Meadowlands, PA

I like the kids play area that puts the tubes up in the air. The whole restaurant is clean and the staff very helpful and the new menu items are very tasty.

I quit coming to this location about 7-8 years ago because I never got very many pieces in my blizzards even if I paid for extra. Well today I went and got two large M&M blizzards with Oreo added and they were worse than before and not even mixed. Maybe if the workers were not dancing the blizzards would have been better.

This place might need a little work… I have been going to this DQ off and on for many years. I’ve always loved their Christian values. The last few times I’ve been there, which was within the last few months have been really bad. The line is always backed up and it doesn’t seem like the workers are really on par. They can have at least one more worker working the front counter, but they do not. Both days that I went in, there was a huge puddle on the floor between the counter and the cooler. They do have a sign that says wet floor, but it doesn’t appear that anything was spilled, it was more like there could be some kind of leakage going on through the floor. I checked the ceiling and it’s definitely not coming from there. Not very safe for sure. The dining room is always clean and the decor and wall photos are really fun to look at. They do offer high chairs and booster seats for the little ones. My desserts have always been really good so there is no complaint there. My lower rating is more for the service and the leak that seems to be going on. If any of those could be fixed, I think it will be right back up where it once was. honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We waited 30 minutes plus in the drive-through tonight and we pull up to the speaker at 9 o’clock on the dot and they say sorry we’re closed as we waited 30 minutes and they took all the orders ahead of us and we were the last car left. Aren’t you supposed to clear out clear out the drive-through we are so mad we are absolutely pissed. This should not have happened

Your ice cream is like milk. Melted every time you get it. Just dumped another blizzard down the sink. Waste of money again. You would think someone would realize the machines are obviously not cold enough. Don't have to add milk to a shake...its runny enough.

Awful experience. Waited in the drive through only to pull up to the speaker not working well. So I proceeded with my order and got a snarky response, “WE WILL BE WITH YOU AS SOON AS WE CAN”. Mind you the full order was 1 medium Oreo blizzard. Drove away after that, McMurray DQ is worth the drive with kind employees or Rita’s isn’t far.

Mad is an understatement. We pulled into the drive through at 8:30. We did not get up to the speaker until 9 o clock and there were only 3 cars in front of us!!!! As soon as we get up to the speaker, they say “we are closed”. WE WERE THE LAST CAR. THEY COULDNT MAKE 2 ICE CREAMS !?????????? I AM SO MAD ITS NOT EVEN AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Fed up. Why are the orders always wrong? 3 times in a row. I get a baconator always but i get a double with cheese, tomatos and onions instead. The Coke is just straight carbonated water with a hint of coke syrup. 2 people in line took 23 min for food in drive through. I'm done. Especially since there's other wendys near by, I'll just go there.

Wendy's is always a good one, I just feel their fries lack a bit. They also need to bring back the chicken Ceasar flat bread. And put the taco salad back in a taco shell bowl

The lady handing our the food in drive-thru is rude. I ordered an Asiago bacon ranch club and then bacon on it I'm like can you guys just put some bacon on this and she shut the window in face. We sat there till they eventually open the pack up and fixed it. There was always a problem when we go to this Wendy's. I think that'll be the last time we go back it's not worth the hassle.

Second time we went through drive thru and ordered a sandwich meal with bacon. They must have a bacon shortage because I've yet to see bacon on my sandwich. I could understand if the bacon added on, but the two different sandwiches have bacon right in the name

We went in to eat and it was not the cleanest Wendy's. Food was hot. The staff was unprofessional and lackadaisical. I ordered chili and one of the staff said to someone, "What is that?" To which the person said, "chili" and the employee, right in front of me and others, reacted with facial and body language of puking. Staff needs lesson in professional workplace etiquette.

Waited over 15 minutes while none of the employees acknowledged us. Watched the girl server put her hands in the fries as she was putting them in the bag. Eventually walked out without ordering food because I didn’t want to be there for an hour. Terrible attitudes and body language by every employee

There’s just barely any meat on the subs and it’s dry. Wife got the buffalo chicken sub it was a singular chicken fry on the sub and the hot sauce was so weak. Hot Italian was just a tiny bit hot and dry and mostly bread feel ripped off for spending 30 bucks

Great experience working with Steve! I work for a nonprofit organization and was looking to provide pizza for a local facility at a reasonable price. Steve the manager was absolutely amazing and accommodating and gave me a great deal. They open I believe at 11am and he had all of the pizza's out of the oven by the time I got there at 11:30am and he was working solo. This wasn't just a few pizza's - I had ordered 21! Great experience and the pizza was delicious. I will absolutely be returning to order pizza for any future large event but for my family as well.

Been ordering from here recently bc we really like their seafood pizza but every time the order is WRONG. 1 time I can understand but it’s been 4-5 orders now and they just can’t get it right. Make sure you have your items before you/delivery driver pulls off bc they always forget an item/sauce.

I usually love this McDonald’s, my order is typically always correct and the food is always good. But 2 times in a row now, I have not received all my items. This past time they completely didn’t even send everything for my daughter’s happy meal, they forgot her apple slices, milk, and sauce.

Mobile order took them 35 minutes to make after I was already at the restaurant waiting. Understaffed is what they said but couldn’t turn any orders at all. Only got 2 orders out in the 35 minutes I was there. Poorly managed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with the long wait. About a month ago waited 20 minutes. Still 5 or 6 people in the back working so I’m not sure why they can’t produce some cheeseburgers and nugget orders . I will never go back to this location.

Worst McDonald's in the area. Go to Mcmurray or Canonsburg instead. Guaranteed to not include your sauces. You are lucky if your sandwiches are correctly made. Just gave it another chance today and they both forgot the sweet and sour as well as leaving the lettuce, tomato, and bacon off of my chicken sandwich. Drive the extra 10 minutes to any other McDonald's.

So placed order on kiosk, it went thru to their screen, we took a table number waited 30 mins and went to counter and they said ahh no we don't have that. And when asked why not. Said it never came in yet I watched it pop up on screen myself. But whatever ill goto Wendy's

The buns on the burgers weren't even on the top, they were on the side. And on top of that they've forgotten the pickles on my burgers multiple days in a row. Like how you forget the pickels

If you’re a truck driver, don’t support this specific McDonald’s. They are always “short staffed” and make you walk on foot thru the drive thru. Degrading and what a joke; it’s not my fault you can’t keep employees.

I regularly get the Grilled Cheese with a patty at various locations. This was time was different it absolutely slapped. Best I've every had from 5 guys. Patrick and the cook working with him are all stars in both food and customer service. Give them both hefty raises.

First time having Five Guys Burgers and fries and it was great! The burgers are good but the fries are even better!!! The staff was pleasant and everything was good! I ordered doordash. As always the burger was amazing and the fries were overflowing as if I had ordered a large. The only reason this isn’t a five star is because they forgot the bacon on my burger.

Nothing like receiving that brown paper bag, half full of fries and weighted to please. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, one thing I asked for no mustard even printed on the ticket, and I still received a burger with mustard. It’s not enough to ruin my experience. I just need to look at my burger next time before I pull away. Love it when I see those grease spots on the bag. That means it’s magic inside.

Always fresh coffee! I drive 30mins just to enjoy a cup of Tim Hortons, and this place doesn't disappoint. The coffee is great, and is just like Tim Hortons in Canada. The muffins are always a good choice. Soft, and moist! I highly recommend checking this place out. It will be worth the visit!

This is the closest Tim Horton's to Pittsburgh proper and that earns it 5 stars right there! We love Tim Horton's and were pleased to find this to be a quality option when we have the craving--worth the drive! It is in a gas station, but I did not feel the quality suffered. Both the food and coffee were delicious and up to standard!

I love Tim Hortons and I have no issue anywhere else but in Washington PA I don't know if the management needs to do a lot more training but the efficiency of being able to use my Tim Hortons app and be able to redeem my points is extremely poor. The employees cannot figure out how to redeem my points on my app and since you have to load the offers on the app before you get them and have only a short time to redeem them I end up losing my points which is very frustrating because I frequent Tim Hortons often and other locations have no issue. I would recommend the management do a full-blown training at least on the app, redeeming points,etc and how to use the register because at this point I will not return to this location unless things improve. They are the only Tim Hortons in Washington PA so it's even more frustrating.

So excited to have one near me but the women that works the morning NEEDS HELP! She should never be there alone, she can't keep up. I heard her tell a Door Dasher it would be 30 min and I was the only other person in line. There should definitely be 2 people working to get everything together. Love the coffee though.

I truly LOVE Tim Horton's! Very upset at 6pm their wasn't a person there! The store sign reads open until 8pm...Every light was on. The guy at the gas station says everyone's gone at 2pm....At least change the time's!

We were excited to see one in the states after visiting in Canada. Kind of out of the way and inside of a gas station so keep an eye out or you'll miss it. Place looked clean from what we could see. Staff was kind, service was quick and frozen coffees were tasty.

This place has really turned it around! About two years ago we stopped going here because they never knew how to make certain drinks, were constantly out of menu items, and would play games on their phones while waiting for your order to be done. Visited a few months ago and again today and it’s a completely different experience! The workers are now very nice and quick with your order. The drinks and food are also delicious and made the correct way! (Just like Toronto, Halifax, and Vancouver locations!) Five stars for the complete turn around of this location. :)

4.2/10 The pizza was good, but bland, had two diffrent types of pepperoni on it. The crust was the freshest tasting I've had in a while. The sauce is definitely san marzano tomatoes, lightly seasoned. And the cheese was there but lacked flavor. It says New York pizza, however seems to be softer and slightly thicker than a N.Y. pie. Definitely not Di Fara's pizza! At $18 a pie plus topping, this also is on the pricier side of the market. Anyway you slice it, it's a decent pizza and will return.

Outstanding Customer Service & Food is fresh and Delicious!! I have been a long time customer ever since they were located at Washington Crown Center! Charlie and his staff are Ahhhmazing! Also their serving sizes are great portions and you don't see that often! Their meatballs are my favorite, however everything on that menu is delicious and is freshly made menu items which are fairly priced! This place is underrated for sure! I highly recommend!!!

This place was just so kind to my large family while we were school shopping! The gentleman who took our order was so generous and accommodating with my indecisive kids. The food was fantastic! We can’t wait to go back!

Love this place food always great, owner was working and gave me a breadstick on the house while waiting and it might sound crazy getting chicken from a pizza place(wasn’t what I had planned) but it looked to good to pass up, he even subbed the salad for a slice of pizza and rounded the total down and put the change in the tip jar for his employess, great food and great customer service(would put 5 star for food but the page is glitched out haha

My wife and I stopped here on a cross country trip, I ordered the 4 piece McCripy Strip Meal. I took it to the car, opened my box and there were 3 strips. I went back inside stood there for over 5 minutes waiting patiently as 2 young employees stood there looking at me standing in front on the counter (I’m guessing they were not clocked in). One of the young girls said to me “there’s only 5 workers today” (on Sunday, the day before Labor Day). I opened my box and said I ordered a 4 piece and only got 3. The girl repeated herself, and I said “should I take the 3 even though I paid for 4 and just be happy?” She just gave me a smirky look and the person working the counter came out, I explained the issue, and said may I have fresh fries, no salt. She then brought my 4 piece and fries, I said is there no salt, she replied “they’re fresh”, I said is there”no salt?” She said “they’re fresh” again I said “no salt”. She snatched it like I was bothering her and walk back and said “I need no salt”. Employee walking around wearing Crocks for footwear.. this place is atrocious and I’m glad I’ll never cross this exact place again.. McDonald’s Corporate would close this place in a heartbeat if they knew how bad it was represented.

Stop here to use the restroom... and bought a sundae since I don't like taking and not giving back. The restaurant feels clean and the service was a little slow. I think it's because they had a big order? The lady at the counter saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. I ordered a sundae from the kiosk and she got it for me right away.

One usually doesn’t do reviews of fast food places (unless it is exceptionally bad), but this place is an exception. I ordered on the app, and the young man working drive-thru was very pleasant. I pulled around the lot to eat in the vehicle, and my food was perfect. Everything looked like it could be on an advertisement. Fresh, hot, and correct (snack wraps are back-add tomato & bacon; trust me). I also got a plain filet of fish. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered that and gotten cheese and a massive gob of tartar sauce (which I am convinced is the devil’s condiment 🤮). It was perfect. Fries were hot, appropriately salted, and crisp. Well done, whoever is in charge!

At this point, I would call this a management problem. I would estimate that 95% of the orders we make from this location, we pick up and find out something is missing from our orders when we get home. This means we have to spend more money in gas to go back and get the order fixed. Take today, for instance. My wife ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal. This comes with a medium fry which was on the receipt. No medium fry and they gave her 3 strips, not 4. I have complained to the managers at this location before and they act like nothing is wrong. Corporate needs to seriously step in here and right this ship.

It's one of the updated posts of this huge chain with the self service kiosks inside and small kids play area inside. Double drive up order posts outside. Food is typical McDonald's, of course. The staff was on the ball, hustling about and the interior was very clean. Shift lead was everywhere with praise for employees and checking on customers. Nice to see on a slow night.

Went to little ceasars on jan 21st at 9p.m a bigger fella and the guy who made our pizza clean cut guy with a black ball cap on purposley messed our pizza up taste like tomatoe paste as sauce and has no cheese in thr stuffed crust, and just all the way messed up!!

On May 29th, I order an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo. The wait time was about 20 minutes and food wasn't even fresh. Crazy bread was too tough to chew. Pizza didn't have enough sauce and over cooked. Food wasn't hot although the workers claimed it just came out of the oven. When I requested a refund at the store, they told me to come back the next day with my receipt when a manager is there. my cashier was Tahneyjah P. She was very rude when I addressed the long wait time to another cashier. Employees weren't handling customer's orders, instead gossiping about the employees and other customers. Employees didn't bother to ask the 3 customers waiting in the lobby about their orders to expedite it. I had to address my simple order to get them to do their job. I understand it was a shift change but they could care less about customers waiting for 20 minutes or longer. I'll take my business to a local pizzeria. 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE CAESARS ON JEFFERSON AVE.

I love little caesars pizza but this one right here cannot for the life of them make orders correctly. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got pepperoni on it. It doesnt matter how many employees you have or how many orders youre doing, you make the food correctly.

Food was what you expect from little Caesars, Good for the price but nothing to write home about. The people working were friendly and polite. 25 minutes for two 1 topping pizzas though was unexpected at a little Caesars though and the location isn't ideal, awkward/small parking lot and 0 seating

Ordered ahead on the app this evening before closing. Short-staffed, and I think there was like one person doing everything by themselves. Despite the wait, they were working their butt off. Food was good. I did not catch your name, but thank you for being so kind! Overall, the location can be hit or miss. The quality of food is highly dependent on who is working. I haven't enjoyed getting pizza at any Little Caesars in the area, so I don't get it much anymore unless I know who's working. (Give a normal pep pizza or crazy puffs with the jalapeno dip a try though, thank me later.) If you come here for anything, get the pepperoni crazy puffs. This location tends to always get it right.

Little Crasars has made a great comeback. I wish they'd bring back their little hoagies. Love the Crazy Puffs.

The food here is decent, but I’ve never once seen someone wearing a pair of gloves in this place. The Last time I was there, I watched one of them scratch their ass and then grab food with the same damn hand. I’ll never be back. I love Popeyes chicken, but I can’t deal with the dirtiness

Nobody was there, and all of the tables were still dirty, and I had to request they be wiped. The food is not as good as I remember, but it has been a minute. I wanted the specialty dill products, but they were out of fried pickles. The sandwich was haphazardly put together with only a few pickle slices, even though we were the only ones there. I think this place could seriously do better.

My experience was annoying. Was so excited to try the new wraps. Repeated my order over the speaker 3 times, still screwed it up. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. The worker was not wearing gloves. The honey mustard wrap I ordered ( received two because they messed up the order.) completely DRENCHED in sauce. I’m talking paper soaked made a whole mess in the car. The guy didn’t really care about anything and was extremely rude.

Chicken was so good! I ordered the 4 Piece chicken with green beans and rice. I didn't have my green beans but they gave me 3 biscuits. So i was still satisfied the biscuit was fresh and crunchy. They're currently out of the Chicken Sandwich so not sure for how long 😄

I went through drive through and ordered a spicy chicken breast. When I got home I had some kind of wrap..I was going back but why waste the gas out and back. Go back= NO.

We went here yesterday for the first time. I'm not impressed. The food didn't taste that good and everything tasted old. I got the fried fish meal with fries. My kids got the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. They said the sandwiches were OK. Not great. The restaurant looked run down and dirty. AND they were only taking cash for payment. Which ticked me off since I drove 20 minutes to get there and just barely had enough money on me. I will never go back and don't recommend this Popeyes. I've been to others that were really good. But not this one.

The chicken is always great and I wish they would spend some money acquiring quality employees. As well as properly staff the place. We have been here during normal business hours and found the restaurant closed for no reason. They are terribly slow and not because they’re busy cooking awesome chicken. They had 3 people today during lunch so with one dedicated to drive through, 1 in kitchen and 1 on cash register you figure it out. So no one to clean a table or fill napkin holder etc. it’s a shame because they could be killing it but this horrible service and poor employee attitudes are going to kill em. Crappy location for sure but they could overcome that with how great the food was if they’d step up their game. We’ll see how it turns out. But great chicken and red beans.

There was no one in the restaurant and it took way too long for us to get our food. There was hardly any beef in the taco. I went up and asked them if they had changed to smaller portions in their beef tacos and they said no. My wife hardly had any beef in her crunch wrap supreme. The bathrooms were nasty, and as soon as you walked in, it smelled like marijuana. Don't waste your time at this place that doesn't care about the customer experience.

i ordered the luxe chalupa box or whatever. it came w a crunchy taco, chicken chalupa, beef burrito and nachos. i paid $1.80 for a cup of sour cream for my nachos that i never got. my soft taco i ordered with chicken instead of beef but they put beef on it anyways so it wasn’t able to be eaten. on the chicken chalupa i ordered it without tomatoes but they put the tomatoes on anyways making 2/3 things not edible. the beef burrito i ordered without beef, add chicken, fiesta strips, and jalapeños making it an extra $3 but i received a regular bedf burrito as if they didn’t even look at the slip. 3/3 things i got tonight we’re not edible and that’s so upsetting because things are so expensive now days. too expensive to not be caring because now i can’t get a refund and i have no food.

I ordered the $7 Supreme Luxe box at the drive thru on July 19th at approximately 2:00 pm. The food was cold, barely wrapped and tasted horrible. The stomach was uneasy afterwards. The taco had minimal beef and toppings. It was the single worst Taco Bell experience ever. I won't be back!

Everytime I ask for no sour cream I get sour cream. I don’t know how hard it is to not put sour cream on something. It’s not even like I can eat it.

No one was taking orders at cash register and yet they didn’t have a sign telling you to order it off their order station so people were waiting for someone to take their order. Person in front of me had trouble ordering off of it and finally got an employee’s attention. He didn’t say a word, just walked as slow as humanly possible to press a button on the screen. The worst part easily was the food. Tacos were soggy and cold. Nacho were all crumbled up. 5 layer burrito did not have the onions or red sauce that I ordered in it and chicken chalupa had about 3 pieces of chicken in it. I love taco bell but never going back to this place.

You're gonna tell me this was cooked? When I pulled up @ 12:15 one of the guys working there was outside swearing up & down why are customers here? Because your still open my dude, hope this place shapes up and hires competent employees that understand their duties at work.

Made me and other person who ate it with me very sick last night. It started as heartburn and just got worse and worse. Stomach couldn’t even digest it, and neither of us are picky.. like, at all.
