Always delicious. Chef Tammy brings the flavor to every dish that she offers at her restaurants. Had the asparagus rolls and chicken wings, Spicy basil catfish, and tiramisu. The spicy basil catfish is one of the best dishes that I’ve had the pleasure of eating and the tiramisu is very well balanced with every element present. Excellent all the way around, from service to food to hospitality. Eagerly looking forward to returning

Very good food! Probably the best Thai food in the area in my opinion. Tasted very fresh and flavorful. The sweet chili sauce is a 10/10. Will be coming back to try other options. We got the Pad Thai and Sesame Chicken and not pictured was the Calamari which was breaded perfectly

We stumbled upon Asparagus for a weekday lunch, and while it looked promising as an upscale Asian restaurant, the experience fell short. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it still took a while for us to be seated, which wasn’t a great start. I ordered my go-to dish, Drunken Noodles, expecting the bold, spicy flavors it’s known for—but unfortunately, it was completely bland and lacked any spice. Overall, we were very disappointed with our food, and it is definitely not worth the price.

The service is pretty hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's amazing, and sometimes it leaves a lot to be a desire. My most recent dining experience was the latter. The service wasn't great, but the food is always amazing. We had to look for our server. A few times he definitely forgot a drink..... It wasn't busy at all, I think he's just maybe not the best server. When you are spending what you spend there. I do expect an upper level type of service. But again, the drink was amazing. The appetizers were phenomenal, & the food excellent!

This is a beautiful restaurant! There are always fresh flowers on the table and even their utensils and dishware are very elegant. The food and drinks are amazing! I love everything I've eaten! My favorites are pad see eiw, pineapple fried rice, and The Devil Made Me Do It cocktail. Everything is so delicious and you get very good portions. You seriously can't go wrong. We had the asparagus crispy rolls, the wings, catfish curry, fried rice, 2 drinks, and tiramisu for dessert. Best lunch ever!

I've always wanted to try Indian food. I finally did. I ordered the lamb tikka masala. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The service was excellent. I'm now sorry my first experience with Indian food was here because I will always judge any Indian restaurant to this one. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend.

Got there relatively late on a Saturday night, but the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we never felt rushed. The chicken tikka masala was great with just the right amount of spice. The tandoori chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted great.

First time having Indian food since moving to NWI! I’m so glad we stopped here!! Friendly service and didn’t take forever to get our order ☺️ I forgot what my appetizer was called (lol) but we got chicken makhani and garlic naan and it was EXACTLY how it should be! Hit the spot!! I ordered chicken noodles through their official website but received vegetarian noodles instead. When I called to report the issue, they checked with their chef and confirmed it was their mistake — yet still redirected me to a third-party customer service team. It’s frustrating that even after acknowledging the error, they refused to offer a refund or even a coupon. Completely unacceptable service.

Very nice clean restaurant. Very friendly staff we had a great waiter. He was very attentive. Join their app program. We got a free blooming onion for joining the app program. All of our food was cooked fresh and hot and was very tasty. They have a great Caesar salad. They also have some really good deals where you geta salad or soup and your choice of burger or shrimp with fries or a potato and a dessert. Great deals.

The Chicken Caesar Salad that I ordered to go had rotten lettuce in it. When I noticed, I stopped eating it. I pray that I don’t get sick! First and last time ordering here! I’m going to contact the Department of Health!

My son and I had takeout after winning both baseball games. I had the salmon and asked for it to be cooked longer, which I would’ve like even longer. I didn’t even eat more than 3 bites of it. The rice was bland and dry. Broccoli was however, yummy. The Cesar salad was actually good considering it’s hard to mess those up? Anyways, won’t be returning when we are back in town.

Boomerang flights were delicious but had no alcohol. I drank all four glasses. It was fine because I was driving but I atleast expected a little warm feeling. Food, can't really mess up a steak too bad. But the coconut shrimp had way too much breading.

I usually order a lot of my food to go on the apps because I travel so much. Tonight, I didn’t realize that I was in a different time zone than the restaurant I was ordering from so I accidentally put my time for an hour later than When I would actually be there. I called the restaurant and they fixed it for me right away and it was ready when I got there. The food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfect. They were so friendly in helping me fix my mistake.

Me and my mom have been driving and moving around for hours. The time is 9pm so an hour before they close and we placed a pick up order because we were starving hoping for good food somewhere. We usually do fast food but we took a shot in the dark and got Outback Steak House! We were not disappointed........the staff was so polite, the food was cooked, seasoned, and fresh to perfection! The wait was super short and we were very pleased customers!! Coming from Cincinnati, Ohio this was exceptional 👏 If I had my wallet on me at the time I would have tipped more than I did online if I would have known. -- MERRILLVILLE

It was my first time ever having lunch at this restaurant. It's usually a breakfast spot for me,and a coworker wanted the fried chicken 🍗 . We wondered why it came out before the other orders at the table. We were informed that the chicken is not made to order. That is a preference for me. However, it was enjoyed, but the meatloaf was questionable and sent back. I enjoyed the catfish dinner 🍽 and I'll stick with that!!

Food is good of course. One of the white women (Christina is her name) working here was very rude and definitely did not want to be working today. I’m walking with my elderly parents and she’s just yelling excuse me rudely. Then she ends up being our waiter and come overs dry and super rude. I get the manager (older black guy) and explain the situation to him and he seems very understanding then comes back and scolds me on there policies of the $20 mimosa. I wouldn’t come here unless you plan to be scolded 3 times back to back. Clearly the customers are not respected and they don’t care about customer service just what you spend & tip. 2nd waiter was amazing & apparently he was informed of the situation and stated. He didn’t know what was going on with the other waiter and then proceeded to inform us on the id situation. Will R was amazing. Definitely recommend asking for him. He was perfect and definitely cares about his job.

Biscuits were horrible. The campfire beef was really good, but the amount of beef and food for $17 was pretty poor. It left me hungry. A little less money at Texas Roadhouse filled me up and the quality was superior. Service was excellent except it took a little bit to get seated. I was pretty disappointed that Cracker Barrel doesn’t have a military discount. To sum it up, it’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a cracker barrel and tonight’s experience reminded me why. It was an average experience that cost more than most restaurants. It will probably be another 10 years before I eat at another one.

We have ordered take out from here on several occasions over the past few years. Very seldom have we gotten everything we ordered, most times had a long wait for our order, food is not the best and often encountered rude employees. I have stopped ordering from them but today my husband wanted their breakfast. He is disabled, so I had to go in to get the order. First off, I was told that the order that should have been done 20 minutes before I got there was not done. Then I was told that the ham that my husband ordered was not available. I waited for them to give him sausage instead. At the point where I was about to ask if they had to go out back and slaughter the pig, the food finally arrived. I should have checked it all before I left. When we got home, we found the ham that they claimed they didn't have, and it was hard as could be. He only got one piece of bacon instead of the two he was supposed to get. For his sides, he got apples and gravy, neither of which did he order. And he did not get the $5 meal he ordered and paid for. And when the girl brought the food out, she just handed it to me, no apology, nothing. This is it for us and this place. Bob Evans is much better!

You can never go wrong at Cracker Barrel! Especially this location. The midwest is the best! People are so nice here!

I always get the Roast Beef dinner but now it's changed. Server said they don't make and slice their own Roast beef anymore. It now comes in already prepared packet with about 5 chunks of roast beef, a couple carrot pieces, onions, and celery in gravy. You don't get what the picture shows, that's for sure! And it came out like warm. I wish they'd go back to sliced roast beef!!!!!!

I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago, and I'm using a walker to get around. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, beginning with the manager who held the door open for me and got us a table right away.. Our server, Brandy, was wonderful. The food was delicious (as always). I always enjoy my visits to Cracker Barrel, and I love the new redo to the dining area (although I'm glad they kept the original logo.)

Excellent Olive Garden franchise. We came on a Monday for lunch and still had to wait 10-15 minutes—their business is doing great, very popular here. Our server was full of smiles and everything ran smoothly. She was perfectly accommodating. The bathroom was clean and our dishes came out at a good temperature. The dishes were high sodium but some of that is to be expected.

We are very happy that along with all that, we also got to meet you and be a recipient of your great service. You did everything in the right amount. Timing of your appearance upon introduction, timing of requested drink (water) to the table, timing of the requested food items (soup and salad) to the table, timing of checking on us, and the amount of times you checked on us was not intrusive. So, from the beginning to the end you could not have done a single thing better. My favorite food at Olive Garden has ALWAYS BEEN THE BREAD STICKS. Not any longer, they were dry, skinny and tasted very blah. What the heck is going on? We did not take left overs nor the remaining bread sticks. This Sucks!!

My s.o. & I ate here for our 12th anniversary on Sunday 10.5.25. Food was amazing as always, though felt like the mashed potatoes were maybe a bit more dry than they typically are; but not really a complaint since I still ate them all & it was delicious. I just want to compliment the servers here. We don't actually eat here too often (usually get orders to-go), but our server was superb! Very attentive, checked on us often. I think her name was Emmie? Or MJ. I wish I would have asked her for confirmation before we left. Younger woman with dyed reddish/ginger hair in pig tails. She was a bit anxious (she told us this) but she was wonderful! I hope she gets recognition from this and others as well. I've been to this specific location since the early 2000's and don't believe I've ever had a negative experience. I love Olive Garden! Especially the minestrone, OMG. I always order a half gallon of it, at the least 😅 the salad is amazing, and breadsticks, though I don't eat them myself anymore since they upset my stomach. I really appreciate that they carry gluten-free rotini; that is my main go-to with marinara (vegetarian/vegan at home.) If you've never been to this location or an Olive Garden, please check it out! I don't think you will be disappointed. We will be back whenever possible and order take-out (though my s.o. agrees the dine-in food was better than take-out.) He ordered their shrimp Alfredo, which he loved. All around a pleasant dining experience, long as you're not seated near customers with crying babies (not the staff's fault, lol.) Though maybe a note/suggestion if ever possible, it would be great if they could seat families with young children away from couples without kids, who would prefer a more peaceful dining experience.

When we entered there was a really strong unpleasant smell in the entire restaurant. I hopped it was only at the entrance (bathrooms near entrance) but the bad smell was even in the back dining room. Smelled musty wet. I wonder if it has anything to do with the sewer work taking place outside the restaurant on Rt 30. I wish I would have trusted my instincts and left. Portion sizes are big. Didn't take home leftovers because it just didn't taste very good. Spicy meat sauce was a new menu item and it was better than regular meat sauce. Probably won't go back. Server was really good!

This restaurant gets very busy for dinner. Even with it being so busy today, we had the pleasure of having Arturo as our waiter. He provided great service, was kind and friendly, and kept checking on us with a smile. Thank you for the delightful dinner.

The endless pasta special would be great if you were able to get sauce with the pasta I ordered 5 different combinations and I was only given 1 tiny ramakin of sauce which was not even a tablespoon for each order and I was told that's all I could get on the reorders no more !!!!!! What a rip off the advertisement says all you want including pasta and sauce won't be back for this scam ever!!!!! This was Michigan City Indiana Olive garden and I spoke to a manager about it and she said that is the company policy, so they need to look over the advertising they provide it is very misleading!!!

Finally had the boil bag and it was definitely worth it! Well seasoned entirely. Our server Laura was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to have her. Great Job Red Lobster!!! That's how you make a come back. Kudos to the new CEO!! 😊😊

Chas was our waitress and very sweet. Even though it was super busy, she made sure that she was super attentive and catered to us. Everything about today’s visit was wonderful. I’d like to suggest one thing: some type of hand mitt for the servers to use for the hot plates

We came around 3 pm yesterday after a full day of shopping. We sat in the bar area in John’s section. My sons were pretty rowdy and overstimulated. Our sons are 7 and 9. They got to order for themselves when our server called my youngest by name he got so happy and calm. (Our server learned his name by listening to our conversation). My husband and my oldest our both named John. My boys told me I should get a J name too. Food was hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it. I left my card at the table and my server brought it to me. We lucked out because he wasn’t busy. He pulled out a lobster from the tank and my sons got so excited to touch it. Our server is so knowledgeable he showed us how to tell if it was a boy or a girl, how they taste and hyper sensitivity In their legs to sense danger and wave direction, eggs, molting is very similar to reptiles and how they shed, two stomachs one is behind the eyes, their teeth are in their throat, how they swim. The lobster he pulled my husband noticed it had barnacles and our server confirmed it was. It was pretty awesome have a little science fair shop talk about lobsters. It was a memorable experience my sons are not going to forget. Thanks John

Great food and customer service was excellent, the wait was not bad at all considering that it was really busy with people. My favorite is the lobster and garlic shrimp, the drinks here are also good as well.

The service along with the food was great! High recommend the shrimp linguini Alfredo. Randall was a great server! He was so kind and gave me and my sister free ice cream for our birthday. :)

The service was great. I normally get something different but id thought Id try this for a shot. The burger was no more than a burger but the corn on the cob was different than suspected. Me and the hubby went out today for dinner. I tried their Shrimp, Broccoli, and Sweet Potato this time. Couldn't believe one thing I TOTALLY enjoyed though was the broccoli tonight !!

On a Tues yea no They didn't give us bread right away, they were out of key things on a menu, and they tried to make up for it. Hello 👋 I wanted to share our experience at a celebration birthday for my 20yr old daughter last night Friday October 10, 2025 . At Merrillville Indiana location. We got there at round 4pm . Not busy at all . Place is really cool . We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress was really helpful. My daughter got chicken strips and saled and asparagus.. my hubby got the Tbone and ceaser saled and baked sweet potato. I got 9oz filet , Mac in cheese and Brussels. We also had the appetizer fried shrimp . Everything was excellent. But one thing was not right . Some how they mixed up mine and my hubby's steak on the way we chose to have them cooked. Asked for a manager he came over and we explained. Offered to cook him a new steak . He declined . And he took 25% off our bill . Which was a very good meal at an excellent price. We have a new bday , anniversary place. Was an Execellnt experience with excellent food and prices . I recommend going . They also gave my daughter a delicious strawberry 🍓 shortcake with a candle in it . So sweet. 100 .00 with the 25% discount which was almost 27.00 . Tipped 30 bucks . She was so sweet. I should have gotten her name .

We always have a wonder lunch at LongHorn Merrillville. The renegade sirloin and broccoli is our favorite. Liz is the best server. She is kind attentive and our order always comes out perfect. We will definitely be back for lunch and request Liz!

My son and I hit up the Longhorn Steakhouse on our overnight stop towards South Bend and a Notre Dame football game the next day. The service was good and the food met the same standard. We both had the Ribeye. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My son ordered the Mac And Cheese for one of his sides. He said it was so good, he would have just ordered that if it was offered as a main dish. I had the brussels sprouts. They were probably the best I've ever had in a restaurant. I'll be looking online for a recipe to try to replicate them the next time we have brussels at home. To top off the good service, it was speedy too. Definitely a great place to stop if you're looking for a good steak and quality service.

As soon as we came in, all the employees scrambled and we were left to wait until someone felt like giving us a table. Food was pretty good except for the fish, it was very fishy, not that our server cared, she dropped the check when the entrees came out. Won't be returning.

We tried their weekend buffet, Sunday 1-9, (reservation recommended), which was phenomenal. The buffet had like 10 dishes, but all were equally delicious and beyond expectations. The lambs were tender, the rices were flavorful, the pastas were scrumptious. They provided pita breads on the tables which is really nice to eat with the soup, particularly the lentil soup. Only downside is the lack of beef dishes (there was only one with okra). The dessert section was a bit limited but they were amazing. 30$ for this halal buffet may seem much, but it’s totally worth it.

Really good restaurant for dine in and good food. Friendly staff and great ambiance. We stopped on our way to Chicago and liked the food. The Sultan platter was good and more than enough for 4 of us. The rice tasted ok, but was different from other Mediterranean places tried and not my favorite. Grilled meats were good. Their lentil soup was also good. Would recommend this place if you are looking for good Mediterranean food and dine at a clean restaurant with family.

The service was fast and the wait staff were very friendly. The food was delicious! Everything was fresh and homemade. Definitely authentic and you can taste the seasonings in every bite. The coffee was delicious but so was the hand squeezed orange juice. Can’t wait to come back again soon, can’t believe I’ve waited this long to try this hidden gem!

The food here is seriously good! The hummus is so smooth, and the falafel is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—just perfect. The shawarma had great flavor, though it was a little on the dry side. Service was friendly but a bit slow, especially when it got busy. The place itself is cozy but could use a little sprucing up. Overall, if you’re craving solid Middle Eastern food, it’s a great spot.

Absolutely delightful dessert. Their Saraya Delight is a must try. Chicken shawarma wrap And lunch special was Served enough in quantity and taste was authentic.

Very disappointed and concerned. I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer forever and have always trusted their quality — but this experience completely changed that. I ordered two meals about 40 minutes before closing, and the chicken nuggets I received were cold, sticky, smelled strange, and looked gray/pink and undercooked on the inside. It was so disturbing I couldn’t even finish my food. I even felt sick afterward. I went to the restaurant the very next day, showed the food and photos, and the manager showed little concern — offering only a refund for the nuggets, which did not feel appropriate given the situation. I also reported the issue to Chick-fil-A corporate over a week ago and was told someone would follow up — no one ever did. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and food safety in this case. I hope this location and corporate leadership take this seriously before someone gets seriously sick.

Loved the one location in Valparaiso. Very clean and sandwiches are fresh. And the staff helped me order through my phone. They have a QR code on each table and the food comes to you. Very nice. There is a kiddie corner for the little ones to play too

I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again wasted $45 on food for me and my family. Came here on Saturday to get food we ordered four different meals and the chicken tenders were not in the bag. Also, we were missing chicken on the salad and the lady refused to give us more than one sauce per meal and I asked her just to charge me and they said we don’t do that! And she didn’t believe me that we were missing food

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A. I received chicken strips instead of chicken nuggets and they wouldn’t correct it because I didn’t have a sticker that was on my tray. When I asked to talk to the manager Shirley she was extremely rude and refused to help me. So I left paying for food I never received. This was the complete opposite of any other CFA across the country where it is “my pleasure” to serve you. Needless to say, I’ll never go back there again.

Great spot for a Culver's. Servers were friendly, food came out quick with no mistakes and was a good temperature. Nobody said bye as they usually do at Culver's this time so I took off a star for service. Also one man at the end of the day was throwing rolled up mats under a table quite quite carelessly and had an obvious sense of "im-done-i-dont-wanna-be-here" attitude. Looked upset as if someone gave him a super hard job and he was at a breaking point. Just made it awkward to look at but oh well it's Culver's. Haven't had a problem here getting a wrong order. Nothing's been too hot or not hot enough here. 8.1/10 or 4/5 for a Culver's quality

Seriously, Hayley was the best! She even shares my weird love for thin rough beef jerky! The food was delish and the entire staff was so helpful. Honestly, I wish this was closer to our home since we were only visiting for travel baseball and everyone was great here.

Our waitress was phenomenaland so was our food. I forgot her name but she was running the bar as well. Love us some Red Robin. We both had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger. Sooo good! Boneless Buffalo Wings were amazing as always.

Britt is amazing waitress. Always has smile in her face as well as the greeters at the door. We love our speckled lemonades which is what brought us in today. . We are repeat offenders. Today she had our drinks and appetizers on the table by the time our butts hit the seat pretty much. She even had refills for drinks without being asked.

I love this Red Robin, it's amazing! Our waitress Hannah was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The service was prompt and efficient, and she made sure our glasses were always full. The food was delicious, and she presented it with a smile. We had a wonderful dining experience, and it was largely thanks to her exceptional service. Highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in it was a very welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted immediately with the sweetest host. My server Brittany was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and made me feel at home. She was on top of her game for sure. Even the management, Tim and Natalie, came over to welcome me to Red Robin. Cooks did an amazing job on my burger. Thank you to all the staff working this day. I will definitely be back.

I’m visiting the area and stopped by Red Robin. Hannah was super friendly and welcoming—she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She recommended the Spiked Freckled Lemonade, which was perfect—refreshing and not too sweet. I had the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with bottomless fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The place had a chill vibe, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Big thanks to Hannah for the great experience but also the laughs!

You could say I’m a Red Robin original. Been coming here for 15 plus years no joke. Easily the best spot to eat around the area. Service is top tear especially Britt and Mrs. Chris Blue! Britt always has a contagious positive personality! Food came out quickly and tasted great. 10/10 would recommend.

Server was wonderful!!! She was informative, cheerful apologetic and helpful, but,silver ware was dirty and she brought us plastic disposable.. ordered the food and then she came back to tell us they were out of burgers.. dirty tables sat the whole time were were there there were 5 servers and maybe 20 customers.., most of which were at the bar... Servers were horse playing loudly in the back rather than doing basic dining room upkeep..

We arrived and waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. If it wasn’t for the sweet bartender seeing us waiting and seating us, we would have left. Our waitress was Niesha. She took our order, and while we waited for our food we noticed she was being very attentive to a larger party seated beside us, we figured we were in good hands. WRONG. The food came out and she rushed to the table set the food down and immediately left not a “how does everything look, do you need anything else” we were gonna order more food, but didn’t even get a chance before she turned around and left. My bf finished his drink and had to share mine because she never came to give him a refill. I asked for an extra dip and it took her about 15 minutes to bring it, by the time she came I was almost done with my food. Oh, but the table beside us had refills, sauces and constant check-ins. Overall terrible service, if it wasn’t for the food actually being good and fresh I would have given a 1 star.

Very disappointing. We always have a great experience at every other hooters I’ve ever been to. We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for dinner. My partner has a service dog that she is literally in life threatening danger without. We we’re sat next to a very ignorant table and got comments such as “you better not have a dog in here” and when we explained he was a service dog we we’re met with another snarky comment of “he’s not servicing me”. All of which our server overhead and did not say a word to either us or the other table. We later found out that the other table was her family. Eventually we got our food, the marinara for the mozz sticks was disgusting and absolutely nothing like what’s usually presented at hooters. It seriously tasted bad like something was wrong with it. When we brought it up to her she said she couldn’t do anything except “bring us a ranch” and proceeded to show us the sauce from another table and said it’s just how they’re coming out right now. I would’ve preferred she just took them back and took them off our check but of course we got no offer for that. The rest of the food was fine except that we never got refills even when the drinks were gone for the majority of our visit. Katie may have noticed if she wasn’t too busy snuggling with her boyfriend one table over. Her son also dropped a yo-yo over into our booth multiple times while trying to look at our dog. Which is not his fault but the family members sitting with him should have not let this happen continuously. All this happened while the manager was watching aswell. When Katie thought we had been here long enough she put a check on the table. Still no refills, no asking if we wanted the check, how we wanted it split, nothing. We would’ve preferred to order desert but instead we just left. We won’t be back.

Fried shrimp is amazing with mild sauce! Chicken sandwich was avg and Philly was pretty tasty. Took quite awhile for food and fries were cold, but overall staff was friendly and it was a decent lunch! I love their seasoning salt!

We love our hooters night it's been awhile. Definitely notice the food quality was not there. Buffalo shrimp tasted fishy and were cold when we got them, along with the frys. The menu was so dirty to the the touch and had so many items crossed out in black sharpie. Just a bad look. Restaurant was clean around us and, server was good though!

The server I most recently had was beyond a nice. I feel like I never have a bad server. I have regular buffalo wings tossed in medium sauce and they were fine. I feel like the shrimp was overtossed and soggy. I always get shrimp and I always get chicken so I have plenty of experience to compare. I also overheard from where I was sitting two servers complaining about management and favoritism. I've had both of those servers before and they are great servers! Bad managers make good employees Not want to work as hard.

Absolutely horrible! Found out 5-10 minutes after we ordered that what we ordered was no longer on the menu. Two of us got food then had to wait about 15 for the other two to get there food. The waitress couldn't answer any question without talking with the manager. Had to wait forever to pay to leave. The food wasn't good at all. Very disappointed.

I wanna first state how wounderful the service was. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and was quick to make sure we had a wounderful time. Albeit, we did come in when there wasn't much people. I know she worked hard to make sure to keep things running and doing her best! Today, we ordered their lunch special: Patty Melt Deluxe, with our side being cittage fries. It comes with their soup: Lemon Rice. Now, I'm a big sucker for Lemon Rice soup and their Lemons are great! You can taste the zestinesa from the lemon mixed with the contents of the slightly salted soup. The rice is perfectly cooked, no hard rice here! Their bread rolls aren't as soild on the outside as your typical roll, but they were easy to tear apart and dip into the soup! No bread bowel, but soup dip is also a favorite! The Melt though, was the dish to get. The Pattu Melt comes with carmalized onions and cheese. At this time, we are unable to tell you the chese as we ate the patty quickly due to it being delicious. The cottage fries were very delicious as well. Soft and salted to perfection. We may have ate a bit to much, but we were satisfied. My Italian cheif friend here agrees that you should come over and support this small little place and give them love!

The prices went way up from what the pictures show and the food looks and tastes like it's all from a can. Even the hot sauce tastes like they added something to stretch it. Service was ok though.

We honestly really wanted to like this place. I ordered the chicken stir fry and was very disappointed. From the dried out chicken to the frozen (not fresh) veggies along with uncooked rice it was horrible. The waitress was wonderful and we actually tipped her extra.

We were looking for food at a local business and this was a great choice. It's a small place where the people are comfortable enough to take off their shoes while eating. The service was great as was the food. The prices match the amount of the delicious, freshly made food served. There are regulars who are known by face and name. Go early because it fills up quickly. We wanted to go back for breakfast on Sunday but by 9:30 am the place was already at COVID capacity. If we're ever in this area again, we'll be sure to stop for a bite to eat!

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the gravy look like the meat might have been spam because it didn't look or taste like sausage. And it had a brown tint to it. It did not taste good at all. The bacon and eggs and hash browns we're okay. There are better choices for breakfast in the area.

I just want to say that I ordered the southern skillet and the diced potatoes were horribly freezer burned , which made the whole thing taste really bad. No kind of real apology was given , except the server did say that when I mentioned it that they could have told me that. And the biscuits and the gravy they use is homemade and terrible.

Quiet out of the way place with great food and welcoming atmosphere. All home cooked goodness.......HOMEMADE GARLIC SALAD DRESSING!!!!!!! Great place to hang out with friends.....not rushed. Highly recommend

Hidden gem. If you're from the east or SE from this spot, there aren't really better options and this is worth the drive. Try the chaparral tacos, I was confused at first but now I need these every week. They're a blend of beef, chicken and shrimp in a red sauce that just explode with flavor. Everyone at my table said their food was salty but I didn't get that.

We tried the shrimp tacos, steak tacos and a chicken enchilada with rice and beans. Ok my husband SHRIMP tacos stole the show they were flavorful & a nice size ! My steak tacos although great presentation we're lacking flavor. They were bland unfortunately. The chicken enchilada was more flavorful but I tried the green Verde sauce instead of the red sauce which I prefer more but I tasted the chicken alone and it was good. The 🌟 of the show was Shrimp tacos and I don't even like shrimp 🤣. The DRINKS are Strong! We had Pina Coladas !

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Food is absolutely terrible. You tell them you don’t want it, and don’t want anything to else. You still get charged full price. Never heard of that before. The two employees were very rude and ignorant

Very authentic tasting food. Wide variety of selections on the menu. Very festive and inviting ambiance. Service was super friendly and very attentive. We had camarones a la diabla, a nicely and comfortably spicy shrimp in tomato sauce. Also had a cheese and spinach enchilada. Spinach one was a bit too salty but they quickly offered to make it right or take it off the bill which was nice. If in the area we will visit again.

Authentic Mexican food. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Affordable compare to similar places. Their drinks are excellent.

After reading the reviews, of which were all favorable, I decided to give them a try, and I ordered the Tacos Chaparral, and for my wife 2 steak 🌮s to go, and the food was good but 🧂ty as the ocean. No complimentary sour cream was provided, which would've cut the salt just a little. I battle with high blood pressure, and after eating just one out of the 3 🌮s, I've been chasing it down with bottles of 💧 to hopefully flush out all the 🧂. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but based on the reviews, maybe a 2nd visit is possible in the future. Perhaps I caught them on an off night or something. I feel like I wasted my hard earned $40. Life goes on! #oneunhappyvet on Veterans Day, and a not so great or impressionable first-time experience. 😔

Stopped on our way out of Chicago. Food was amazing! Staff were awesome, our waitress, maybe Cindy? She was on our beverages before we had to ask. I asked for recommendations, she named a few and I asked her to pick her favorite. I am glad she did she picked the Bistek Chaparral. Best Mexican meal I have had hands down. There was an awesome live band too. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Customer service was cool until it wasn’t. We had an issue with communication and made it clear that we weren’t really upset about it and as far as I knew the cashier knew that. Guess not though since she decided to change her demeanor. The manager was literally no help because of course he wouldn’t be, food wise it was okay atmosphere dirty. Issue wasn’t resolved either we basically paid for little to no help of service.

I haven't been to this location in a while, and they changed the look and layout of the inside dining area. It looks really good in here. The food was delicious. Our server kept checking back in with us. This was Thursday's (buy on, get one) boneless wings day. My son and I had a great time there 👍

Haven’t been to this location in a while, reminds me why. My waitress was fairly new so I gave her some grace, however she didn’t not get my order right from the jump which hey shit happens. Moving on asked for bbq sauce 3 times never received it, asked for refill on my drink did not get the first 2 times asked. The waitress walks by and asks if we want the check, honestly just something to drink would have been nice. Didn’t get my refill til the 3rd time I asked. I ordered all you can eat wings was nearly an hour and half before I could even put in my second order for them. And after the wings I got were wrong 😑 Disappointed! Will have to continue to go to other locations.

Dear BWW Guest Experience Team, I'm writing to follow up on a recent issue with redeeming reward points at your location on June 21st. Despite showing the waitress I hadn't double-clicked, she refunded my reward points. My request to use them towards my bill was refused, resulting in a full price charge. I spoke with a manager, but the issue wasn't resolved.

The Merrillville IN Buffalo Wild Wings location is a hit or miss with takeout. The first picture is my takeout order from this past Tuesday Jan 17th around 2:30pm. Medium level sauced wings were hot and perfectly sauced. Fast forward to today Saturday Jan 21 a little after 5:00pm. I ordered the same medium level sauce from Tuesday for takeout which my husband picks up for us and I am given BBQ dipped wings instead when clearly you can see they labeled medium on the box and what is stated on my receipt. I ate the wings even though I was still disappointed that it wasn't what I ordered.

Ordered take out honey bbq wings. I have no idea what sauce was actually put on them but it was so spicy the wings were not edible.

Been sitting here in the lobby staring at 4 empty dirty booths & a hostess who hasn’t made a move to clean them to seat us. She has offered us finally a dirty booth with her nasty bad attitude because we didn’t want to sit at the bar... we are sitting now at a dirty booth waiting for a server. So far not impressed with this location in our first 30 minutes. Server did clean our table after we sat here a bit. She’s friendly & making up for the nasty hostess tonight for sure! Ordered nachos without the chicken but they have chicken & it’s so dry & crusty :( Our server’s pleasant attitude is the whole reason this is a 3 star & not a 1. She did however charge me full price for my cheeseburger instead of $5 & thus got less of a tip. Over all, we will not be returning to this location & I don’t recommend wasting your time if you want to eat & have a good experience while watching a football game in Merrillville...

Worst experience EVER. Waited forever to order was ignored for almost 10 minutes. While employees joked around and basically did nothing except one worker. Guy in charge never said anything. Finally put in our order and we had to walk to register at drive through to put our pin in. Then waited another 15 min. Got wrong order went back in and waited some more said they were waiting for fries. Somehow several drive through orders got there orders. Then they lost our order and needed my receipt to finally fill the order. Then they even got that wrong. Had to go back a third time to get it correct. UNBELIEVABLE

Well, to be honest, this was the worst Popeye experience I have ever had. To begin with, they didn't have enough chicken. I waited for a really long time for my order. I was told there weren't any breasts in the last batch cooked. That meant I was there while two batches cooked. I lost track of time I was there so long. I waited patiently since I had paid. While waiting, I observed the lights over the service counter were all broken, not good because the broken glass shades were right over the counter where food was presented. Secondly, I noticed the place was not clean. This isn't good for a place that serves food. They also wanted exact change unless you used a credit card. As a sorry for the inconvenience, I was given one chicken wing, and a large fountain soda, instead of the medium size that came with my meal, along with my order. You can see from the photos that the place needs to be cleaned and fixed up. I don't plan to go here for food again. I wonder if the manager is aware of the conditions at this location. 🤔

Waited almost 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru at the menu board because "they were busy". Then they were out of wings, so we opted to get sandwiches, but those were going to take 5-6 minutes. They had to pull forward pay, and pull further forward, where we waited for 15 full minutes before we went inside and waited even more. The chicken was delicious, but not worth the ordeal. If you do DoorDash and receive this Popeyes location; you might be better off skipping it. The workers seem very nonchalant and they don’t move with efficiency. I waited for an order for over 25 minutes . I let the customer know that the order was taking a while and I let the app know as well . For some reason the food delivery workers still get blamed.

We ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals. Mine was different because I ordered the pickle meal. The lady was angry that I ordered it. She told me I wouldn't like it. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Then I received the food the pickle chips were so burnt I couldn't even eat them. The floor was slippery and greasy. The tables were sticky and has crumbs and dirt all over them. I had to use the bathroom and I felt like I needed a shower afterwards.

Every time I order food on their app, it's NEVER ready when I get there to pick it up? This time, I intentionally gave them an hour, and then when I got there, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after they waited on me. That was my last time I'll spend money at Popeyes in Merrillville, IN! They're unprofessional and uncaring. I hear Crown Point is much better!!

Ordered 3 meals through drive thru at 12:15, after watching 8 cars served after ourselves had to go inside at 12:35 to get our order ourselves.. Chicken sandwich bun was a massacre before we even tried to eat. Service was horrible, do better!

The food here is always amazing. I love the little sliders and the fries. The place was very clean except for the restroom. Service was lousy that is the reason for three stars. They knew I didn't place an order. I was just standing at the counter looking at the menu and yet it still took a while before someone finally asked if I placed an order well no duh I'm still standing here. I will return to this restaurant even though service is lousy because I just love their food.

Burgers were what we expected but the fries and onion rings tasted like they were cooked in old frying oil. It has been I while since i have gone to a White Castle and I thought the drive through configuration strange. However, the two young gentlemen working the drive threw windows were working hard to ensure our order was processed quickly and accurately. I really appreciated their help as we stopped by on our way back from Chicago in heavy traffic.

I have one complaint, I love their chocolate shakes. I order 2 or 4 larges and by the time I get home, I only have half of a large chocolate shake, I can't take them back because I'm 2¹/² hours away and Fort Wayne has no White Castle. I use to get my money worth and they're not as thick any more.

First the (great) national chain, then this (terrible) specific store: Of course the national White Castle chain is creat. The food is some of the best, one of the first true fast food franchises. The burgers are delicious, among the first "sliders" ever, and they've made mini versions of all the other kinds of sandwiches, not just the burgers. All are disproportionately tasty for their small size. Their chicken rings are also worth special mention, better than anyone's "nuggets". The fries are the most boring style, "wavy" fries, but are good for that type. THIS STORE: Horribly mismanaged. They were out of so many things that it impeded even the experience for someone flexible in what they want. For example, no tomatoes...when several of their best sandwiches are "deluxe" versions that depend on tomatoes to set them apart. They have one of those "mix" soda systems, where you could...in theory...choose among dozens of kinds of flavors. Except they were out of MOST flavors. You had to settle for either plain Coke/Sprite/whatever, or unflavored carbonated water. Almost everything else was there yet "unavailable". They were missing almost all syrups that are used in the machine. Most of the staff was friendly and alert, but they got things wrong. We ended up with wrong items, and also I think some misunderstandings, like apparently she was trying to tell us she was out of the sauce for the chicken sandwiches, but we misunderstood...so what we got were sandwiches with NOTHING on them. Not even the cheese or pickles or whatever that came with them, aside from the sauce. And on top of all of that, they were trying out one of those useless "AI" order taking systems at the drive-thru. This particular one thought every ambient noise was an order, so that it was repeatedly saying "sorry, I didn't understand that" and NEVER managed to take even ONE segment of order. It was just a loop of "didn't understand" before you could even say anything. That's why we had to go inside, where the order-taker messed things up anyway. Oh, and beware: The "combos" no longer are cheaper than the individual parts, like was the tradition for all of Fast Food history. In fact, some of them cost MORE than ordering the parts separately.

Go here often afterwork- overnight thru the drive thru as I did this morning. They're always more than courteous/respectful as if you're in a 5 star, sit down restaurant. Food is hot & fresh. AI taking orders is still a work in progress, but when it messes up, you get a live person pretty quickly to finish order. Best White castle overall I've ever been to.

Went to White Castle at about 10:30pm and the drive through had about six cars waiting to order and 3-4 waiting to pick up. So we went inside and it was no better. Only 3 people ahead of us and we knew it was going to be bad when the person working the register was new and nobody was helping her. At least 9 confused people working there, and there was no evidence that a manager was leading the group to get customers taken care of. After waiting for 5 minutes to even place an order we decided to leave. Horrible customer service 😑

Truly Disgusting I came inside to dine with my family when I decided to get my favorite drink the sweet tea. I tasted it and it tasted off That is when I discovered that the bottom of the container had mold in it as well as the inside where the sweet tea was. I informed the manager “the one with the orange hair” that their was mold and nats in the sweet tea with no lid that’s when she told me she knows they lost the lid I asked her was she going to pour it out and put out of order since it couldn’t be covered and she said no. I also got the chili cheese fries and I had 90 percent GREASE and almost no chili or cheese it was uneatable I will be contacting the general manager and taking this further if I get sick.

Ordered a grilled cheese basket and large fry, the food was soggy, sent back fries twice cuase they had a funky taste and also had a green ish tint to it, won’t be back here!

There are not many places with great customer service unfortunately, but this particular Culver's is and they deserve to be recognized/celebrated!! I work near by and often come for lunch. Every time I come there it's always clean, the customer service is exceptional, and I receive my order made correctly and in a timely fashion. The manager there has everything running smoothly with the entire staff on task and working as one. I've been checked out by several different team members and each one provided the exact same level of customer service and it is very much appreciated. Keep up the great work and I'll see you guys again soon!

I will say, we were a little disorganized when we ordered through the drive through. However, the Culver's employee never repeated the order back to me to confirm, nor did the screen show our order. We got the wrong flavor for one custard item, they completely forgot one item and didn't make one order a meal, then didn't put one item on the order at all. I pointed out the forgotten item and the employee went and got it. I ended up parking and going in and ordering the item that was not on the order in person, to go. Staff seemed very unenthused to be there. Women's bathroom was a MESS. The food was delicious, thankfully.

No complaints about food. Horrendous service & atmosphere. From walking through the doors to receiving our food was a 34-minute ordeal. We only ordered 2 things, and nobody was in front of us in line. Took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the register, with nobody working the front. The clerk's visor covered his eyes as he said nothing, and waited for us to initiate the conversation. Then waiting 24 minutes for 4 chicken strips and a burger is insane. I am hoping other locations are better than this one. For a fast food joint right off the highway, you would love to be in and out in a timely manner. That is simply not what happened.

One of my worst experiences at a Culver’s. Dirty bathrooms and common areas. Soda machine was out of ice and there were no condiments. When you asked the workers for these items they seemed inconvenienced. Food was standard but not worth the disappointing facilities and staff

We order two Butterbugers and a Atlantic Cod Fish Sandwich by Justin the worker there at Culver's and let me tell you Justin was very Kind and Professional and very Respectful about taking my order. I would visit again to this place. The food was spot on every thing was delicious the burgers were outstanding and the mustard w ketchup and mayo was the best, it created the best tasted to the burgers. Great job Justin keep up the great work 👍

Had an online order messed up. Had a double chicken bowl and was served without chicken and without fajita vegetables. Had them remake it and then checked one more time and it was messed up again this time still without the fajita vegetables, no extra cheese, both times no napkins or utensils. Not sure how you can mess up an order twice when the instructions are right in front of you

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. But this one in Merrillville is the worst was the absolutely worst I've every been in. The dining area was nasty, food all over the tables and floor. The line prep area was nasty, food choice were empty and some they even ran out of the fajitas veggies. Telling us we would have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to cook more. This has never happened before. When Items run low most Chipotle stores replace immediately when it gets low, not wait till its bare bottom. After the guy finished my daughters bowl and closed it up there was sour cream on the top the top and around the edges. My Daughter asked him politely to wipe it off the excess off the bowl. This young man didn't acknowledge her request. But just looked at her and continued with starting on the next bowl on the line which was mine. After he finished mine she asked again and he ignored her. For 4 of us to eat the cost was $55.37. This store is an embarrassment to the franchise. If I could rate this store below 1 star it would be a negative star plus 4. This store needs a complete overhaul.

Got a workout in and decided to go to the closest Chipotle which unfortunately was this one. Came in and was told just a moment to take my order. I noticed the gentleman working had a couple online/delivery orders which I understand. However, there were two other people behind me, take care of the customers that are there and ready! One of the female employees was sweeping and simply stared at us and disappeared. Luckily we ended up leaving and went to the Chipotle on Broadway in crown point. Great customer service amd great quality of food

Pick up order was 30 minutes late while they claimed to me (on the phone) that they were super busy. Husband had been waiting for 20 minutes (he was picking up) and said they were not busy. The two boys were just messing around. When he got back with food we had almost everything missing and what we did have was ridiculous. We ordered two build your own kids meals. Steak and 2 servings of rice for one, steak, shredded cheese and rice on the second. We got only cold steak with two hard and cold flour tortillas and literally about 4 tortilla chips in each of the kids chips bag. When we called back agitated we ended up being hung up on by management. Terrible service terrible food.

Today, 4/8/25, I walk in. I'm new to Merrillville from the south. My boss placed an order, this place has noooo friendly atmosphere the managers need to send in a secret shopper to see WHY the reviews are bad. Had I read them prior I'd never ordered my food included with my boss. So here's the run down, I walked in everyone on the cooking Frontline looked up no one spoke no one greeted me. Next there was a young lady the first person in line from the door heavy set or thick built black girl she looked up at me like why are you coming in here she had a stone look on her face looked me dead in the face and I spoke and said hello pick up order for Bella she just stared at me and looked back down at what she was doing and said nothing I'm sure if she reads this review she will remember me the next thing that happened was a young lady looked like she had long black hair white girl she was a little more friendlier she came over she was running the drive-thru she asked me what the name was again and told me to give her a minute I waited what I didn't know was that my boss put it under her name instead of mines so the wait was a little longer than normal however however what I did notice was everybody that these people were fixing plates for and serving not one of them looked at the person and smiled or act like they were you know okay about doing what they were doing I wouldn't want nothing from either one of them because nobody look like they were happy about their job my food was over by the drive-thru window once we figured out it was under my bosses name the same black young lady I was talking about earlier asked me are you do you think you're at the right location is it possible it's under another name so I called my boss she confirmed it was under her name we got the order the order was under Cherie so from that point I get the bag thank them apologize for giving them the wrong name I go ahead and leave I get the order back to the store and when I get there both of our burritos and our Foods were cold we had to reheat things the burritos had all of the sour cream at one end of the burrito not spread throughout it it was at 1:10 not only that my steak and my burrito had more crunchy what do you call it cartilage in it than anything I was constantly biting down on hard pieces and spitting them out it seemed as if they just didn't care about the sandwiches that they made Walmart orders from that location and a lot of us have a lot to say about our food coming from over there so now a lot of people are talking about not ordering from over there anymore it's just crazy that they're just throwing these Foods together and not putting any care into doing what they have to do as well as jobs are hard to come by and people if you're not happy about being at work don't come Wacom and ruin somebody else's business that they're trying to make income from paying you to do a job to get it right and serve customers and they're not doing it the sandwiches were pathetic I may come and pick up somebody's order if they dare order from there again but I will never order from there again again I hope some manager sends in secret shoppers from time to time to see what everybody is experiencing and complaining about and actually order some food and see how your sandwiches and your bowls and your burritos turn out this place needs a whole new team!!!.. I came in at 6:21pm

Worst Chipotle experience I've had. I ordered online to pick up in the lane. Waited 15 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. 3 different people came.to the window and asked who it was for. I'm not even sure they knew what orderedbecause I had to tell them I got a drink. Then I pulled off realizing they didn't give me my chips. Got back in line and waited 5-8 more mins for someone to even come to the window, no one was in front of me. The chips have no salt and the guacamole is not even blended together, it is nothing but huge chunks of onion and avocado.

The food order was prepared adequately . The person ringing the $100.00 order that I placed for 5 people to dine-in was so rude, didn’t explain to me what she was charging me extra for, and then laughed at me for questioning her as to why I was being charged extra for certain things, such as a side cup of salsa, which I thought was included in the price of what I ordered (chips and salsa order). I still didn’t understand so I asked her to keep the stuff off and remove the charge, she proceeded to get her manager and confront me telling me ”Do you want to talk to my manager…” (I really didn’t…) The manager was also rude, didn’t explain anything better, and didn’t apologize for the rudeness of the employee. I expected to have a nice lunch with my family and this experience was not that. Won’t be back and could’ve went to a sit down restaurant with endless chips and salsa for what I paid.

Actually, I got a delivery order from DoorDash. The food was OK. I felt the taco was kind of dry and I had the tamale which I liked it better had a good texture and a taste. I like that it was full of meat but the nachos I didn’t really care for that much. They were soggy and it ain’t too much Stuff in it that didn’t like I don’t think I would order that again. I got my order very quickly I like that part of it. I know I passed a restaurant today. It’s pretty nice tight inside but overall I may what are this food again but it’s not my first choice

First time and last coming here. The tacos are very greasy and have very little meat. They put so much onions and barely any cilantro. When I got home my bag didn’t have any hot salsa or silverware. The tamale had a weird taste to the chicken I only ate about 2 bites. I gave it 2 stars because the horchata was decent and the service was fast.

Ordered a burrito dinner with fajita veggies for my son and they gave him a burrito with the spicy carrots & cauliflower & barely any meat! Also beans were still hard & undercooked along with the rice. Only thing decent I ordered was the elote. 0/10 definitely don’t recommend. $40 wasted.

I ordered Steak Fries Supreme after they were offered by Mayra. Unfortunately, neither of us checked the order. When I get to work, the steak fries just have cheese on them and a splatter of sour cream. I call, expecting to get a future credit...the marks answer is to "bring back the food". I'm already at WORK, 12 miles away. Right. Poor customer service!! They'll NEVER get my business again. Check your food before leaving their establishment!!

I had high hopes for this place since my staff requested it for Valentine's Day. The food was ok. The service was great, that's why i gave it 3 stars. Depends on what your taste buds are but not for me. The elote corn could have been better if they didn't just put everything on top

I was in and out with my mobile order. The only thing is that I wish I was notified when points expired. I very surprised to see when I reopened the app after a few months all my points were gone. Other than that the food was top tier

We come to this location often and generally have a great experience. Today, may 4, 2025, the first girl who took our order was amazing, the guy who dressed our sandwiches didn’t make the contact but was super quick. Then we waited while what looked to be the manager changed out soups, didn’t acknowledge us standing there ready to pay, she had nails so long with no gloves on handling food. Now mind you there was NOBODY in line when we walked in….so not super busy for a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend had time to go use the restroom and come back and I was still standing there. The guy behind me asked if anyone was working the register and she replied “yeah give me a minute” …. Not very professional or customer service like at all. There is a sign on the wall that says our promise fresh, fast, and friendly. Well not today!

Dirty place, crap staff, and cold food. Waited close to 20 minutes from my order time to receive my food. My girlfriend has to say something in order for anything to be addressed and food given. Their excuse? They were waiting on us to tell them what we wanted in the sandwiches. We were sitting at a table waiting for a call keep in mind.

Waited 24 minutes to get my sandwich. Yes, that counts from when I placed an online order. I arrived 10 minutes later and it wasn't ready yet, but the app said it would be about 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later they finally get it going. When someone makes an online order that is their place in line. Just because there's other people there in person doesn't mean that all of them go ahead of any online orders made 20 minutes prior.

I’m not sure how most of these restaurants stay open!! Had lunch there for the 1st time, let’s just start with the atmosphere. Music was so loud the cashier couldn’t hear anything I was saying, the floor, windows & countertops were nasty, while the girls were on their phones they should’ve been wiping down the place. And lastly, after eating my lunch I sooo sick threw up my entire lunch including the sauce from the sandwich. Not sure why, but that was enough for me!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.👎👎

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night at 9:00 PM, an hour before closing, and was shocked by the abysmal customer service. The place was nearly empty, with only one other customer and four or five staff members present. Despite this, no one greeted me when I walked in. I approached the counter to order, and the employee—wearing an unprofessional hoodie and a backwards hat—stared blankly at me without a word of acknowledgment. His demeanor was rude and dismissive. It wasn’t until I started walking out, frustrated, that he finally spoke. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, the service was dreadful, and the overall experience was a complete letdown. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but every visit is consistently disappointing. I won’t be returning.

The main reason for the 3/5 review is the fact that my pickup orders are never ready even when I place the order 45-60 min in advance and schedule the order to be ready an hour or so later, the order is NEVER ready. And why don’t they leave pickup orders on the pick up shelves anymore?? What is the point of placing an order on the app if not many Potbelly locations prioritize those orders? The staff is nice which is why I come back but it’s just frustrating that online/app orders aren’t given priority like other restaurants and retailers.

Crazy long drive thru, so went in and while there were a bunch of folks working inside, there were a few just bopping about, which I guess makes sense as the restaurant was fairly empty. It took them a few minutes to realize I was there and take my order (2 drinks). They were friendly enough, reciprocating having a good day

The GM Nicole is so rude to every single person including her own staff. I understand she might not like her job but she needs to know that the customers are meant to smile when they leave no go home mad. As you enter the store it's a HORRIBLE smell. I'm picking up a order, NOT one of the employees acknowledged that we (other customers) were there they were having their own conversation, so I said are you all taking orders? One girl said in a hood voice yeah not professional at all, she gets rude asking me what's the number because I'm telling her how to greet the customers. So I asked for a manager and she has a attitude because I requested her, she never stopped what she was doing to come see what I wanted. These young people are HORRIBLE at this location. Always greet the customers with a smile and act like you want to work because you just never know when the CEO will come through the door. Visit this location at your own risk you've been warned.

Look, I don’t ask for much in life… just some crispy fries, a McChicken, and the sauce that ties it all together like the final scene of a great movie. But alas, once again, I get home, open the bag like it’s Christmas morning, and… no sauce. No BBQ. No sweet and sour. Not even a hint of honey mustard. Just dry nuggets staring at me like they knew the betrayal was coming. It’s not just sauce. It’s the glue that holds the McDonald’s experience together. It’s the emotional support dip for my fries. The flavor symphony conductor. Without it, I’m just a sad adult with dry nuggets and trust issues. Please, for the love of fast food, remember the sauce. I’d like to give a massive shoutout to Eric for not only taking my phone call but taking time out of his day to try and look for a wallet I thought I lost. Even when you order a single item in the drive-through, they still tell you to pull up and wait. The burgers always taste salty, but the fries are plain. It's not worth your time.

Every time I come here thru the drive thru I have to pull up and park. Its called a drive thru for a reason. We are not responsible for the drive thru time. You are. Do better.

They can do better with drive thru communication because I order a bigger plate that was supposed to be Mushroom chicken, Beef and broccoli, and sirloin steak.. but instead I got a very unreasonable amount of two plates with just beef and broccoli and Sirloin steak.. the food is good as far st the taste but they have to be aware to not be negligent on orders and have the proper communication when doing drive thru service..

My rice was mushy so I brought it back and the lady at the window was upset “Stephanie D” she proceeded to ask if I wanted a refund or remake the food. I asked her only remake it if there is fresh rice! She remade it with the same rice so I came back rolled my window down she says “just give me the food” she didn’t know what I was going to say I could be asking for a fork! So I gave her the drink as well then I said don’t worry about the other drink but her attitude was so bad I told her yea refund the other drink she ignored me and did the refund and came to the window and said only 1 refund is allowed sorry! So I ask for the manager and Sheila comes to the window and states they are running a business without a manager just a person in charge so I explain to her what happen and she didn’t care! There is a camera there and I’d like the person in charge of store 1472 to get in touch with me ASAP

$37 Family meal , not even filled to the top one was bearly halfway full. Disappointed in service at the location. Asked for soy sause and lady gave me 4 packets for a family meal. Better off getting real Chinese food in the area

My husband just went there to get me lunch before going out of town. I got a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. 3 times now the chicken was so hard I couldnt break through it. With a plastic fork. The peas are carrots were still crunchy. Come on people, we need to do better at training. It used to be a good place to eat. I have second thoughts now.

The boxes that the food comes in is getting smaller and smaller. I would have been able to feed 3 people. The boxes are so small, I can only feed two. I will never come back again. Even the red box got small too. This place is getting cheap with the food. You will loose customers. Starting with me .

Got grilled teriyaki chicken and it’s nasty. I don’t know about you, but it looks so unappetizing I just couldn’t eat it, so I threw it out. Ordered pickup so didn’t see til I got home, but the meat was ALL nasty and rubbery/fatty in the chicken. Not paying this price for this food. Grossssssssss

Holy smokes. What an amazing taco place and went here for it the first time because my boss said that it was a Pretty good little taco joint, he said you'll probably only be able to eat 2. And I said I've never been able to only 2 tacos in my life. I'm 6'2 300 pounds, they didn't have a 2 Taco dinner so I bought the 3 taco dinner with rice and beans. And these tacos were beautiful, you were allowed to get chorizo and steak on the taco, and it was so full of meat I could only eat 2!!! he was right. , do yourself a favor and stop at this place. It'll be worth your time, and the prices are great!!!!

Honestly a really good Italian Beef. Probably the best one I've had in this area. That said the onion rings were a pretty sad. Obviously frozen, not fresh. Wouldn't recommend them. I thought the Mexican restaurant was next door, but it's actually all going on here under one roof. Not sure I think it's a great idea to serve such a big menu, as I generally prefer a place that does just a couple things really well, but like I said, the beef was really pretty good.

Anyssa is very nice and welcoming, Victor and the whole staff are great cooks here. The elote is amazing and the prices are great. Only things I would say is that I would like to see more fluctuation in the daily specials so it’s not the same every week but that’s not even a critique just a suggestion. Would also like to see more color and maybe some music in the background. Haven’t tried the cheesesteak or tacos yet but plan on doing so. Overall I’ve made this place a weekly habit.👍🏾

The Philly cheesesteak was insane! Hot sauce off the hook! Doesn't get any better for this type of cuisine! My wife loved her plentiful gyros as well! She grabbed a cold roast beef sandwich to go that was delicious and enough for 3 lunches at work! Highly recommend trying this place and open late on Sundays!

Went there for lunch and was gifted a partially raw spicy chicken sandwich...asked for a refund only to be given back half my charged amount.. wouldn't leave until it was corrected 2nd manager snatched money and gave me proper refund. My stomach has been upset ever since. Won't be coming back.

This location I try to get in and out of as fast as possible, not a place I would hang around to eat, it definitely feels like most of the people do not want you to be there. It seems too often when I visit this location, at some point a manager is talking to an upset customer, holding up the line or making a scene because they are more concerned with being 'right' than just taking care of the customer and providing an inviting atmosphere and easy experience. Some people just dont understand you will never 'win' an argument against a customer.

I wish i could show the food was sold to me horrible the food they are preparing and serving my advice stay away from this place. Then the manager had the nerve to say no worries ill take care of you about to replace the food i ask her do you think ill want to eat anything out of this place after this return my money. I ordered a bake potato get home and the potato was literally brown not burnt old old as hell wow so sad. Ill never ever return not even for a cup of water.

I ordered a Dave's double with cheese tomato and ketchup. They got it wrong cheese tomato and mustard is how I got it. The oder taker asked me three times what I wanted on it. Took it back to counter to complain. I to repeat my self two more times. The lady making it was going to make me wait until she made all the sandwiches that had been placed. That's when I demanded the manager. I told three times what I wanted on it. At that moment I told him I wanted my money back and the sandwich made right with a new order of fries because the other ones were probably cold by now. Never go to the Wendy's in Merrillville Indiana again and probably will boycott them for at least a year.

Front cashier ran out of Carmel and decided to put half the amount on my frosty. I went up to get more Carmel because it needed more and they told me they cant sell me more or give me more. The ice cream cup was three quarter full. Sandwich was suppose to be a beacon cheeseburger and they left the bacon out. The only thing right was fries. Herd yelling in the kitchen. This will be the last time I come to this Wendy's.

Is it even possible to mess up a quesadilla? Yeah, I guess you can if you just grill a tortilla without adding the cheese into it? At that point is it intentional? Surely they can’t be that incompetent, but I’m guessing mismanagement at that point.

Do not order from here after late hours.. my food was cold, sticking to the packaging and falling apart before I could even eat it. They always forget the sauce packets and they did not give me my Large drink with my combo. There was a piece of chicken with what almost looked like mold on it in my cheese sauce.. disgusting. I want to begin by saying the manager and the front office staff (order taker) are some of the kindest people I’ve come across in all my visits to restaurants and fast-food places. That’s the reason I gave service and atmosphere five stars — they truly went above and beyond to be polite and helpful. Now for the reason my overall rating is three stars: the food preparation was unacceptable, and it could have had very serious consequences. I’ve never had an order come out so wrong before — food made incorrectly, items missing, and even things I never ordered showing up in the bag. Normally, that’s just an inconvenience, but in this case, it became a safety issue. On my order, it was clearly written no tomatoes. My wife has a severe, life-threatening tomato allergy. When she got home, I began sorting through the food and discovered tomatoes not only on my meal but also on hers. If I hadn’t checked before she ate, it could have been a medical emergency. That alone is alarming. I immediately brought everything back. The manager and the front counter staff handled the situation professionally and with compassion. The manager personally instructed the kitchen to remake everything with no tomatoes, clearly telling them in person, not just relying on the order screen. When the food was finished, the manager and I looked it over at the counter. From the outside, it appeared correct, so I took it home trusting the issue was resolved. However, when I got home and went through the food again, I discovered that my wife’s order had finally been made correctly — but mine was not. My food was still covered with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and other ingredients I did not ask for. After two attempts and a direct warning about a severe food allergy, this level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. This isn’t just about an order being wrong. It’s about the lack of attention to detail that could put someone’s health, even their life, at risk. Allergies are not preferences. They are medical conditions, and when restaurants don’t take them seriously, it creates a dangerous situation for families like mine. I truly appreciate the kindness of the manager and staff, but the kitchen staff needs immediate improvement in how they read, understand, and follow orders — especially those with clear allergy notes. This is not just a matter of customer satisfaction; it’s a matter of safety. Until I can be confident that orders will be taken seriously and prepared correctly, I cannot recommend this location despite the excellent front-of-house staff.

If I could give them a zero I would. Everytime I have gone thru their drive thru they get the order wrong. Yesterday in particular I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos for my daughter and they charge me for 2 chili burritos. I got so far down the road to hear my daughter say that it did not taste right. So I bring the receipt in to tell them that I didn't order the chili burritos but cheesy bean and rice burritos and they make the food but I notice that there is a price difference also. So the lady hands me $2 in cash and says we are even. Those must be pretty expensive burritos as I have never seen 2 cheesy bean and rice buritos come out to $4.40 after I deduct the $2 she gave me. By far the worst Taco Bell in the area. If you don't care about getting ripped off and your food made wrong then definetely go to this Taco Bell as they are notiorus for doing just that.

They gave us the wrong bag and took it back... You should never take a bag of food back after you have handed it into a vehicle. My bill was 37.78 and they would not take a $50 because... "I don't have change for that" and there's a pack of spilt nails all over the parking lot. My food was good though.

I ordered 5 things. 4 out of the 5 things I ordered were incorrect. They automatically upsold me on chicken instead of the beef as well. Once I got to work & checked the receipt I was upset & attempted to call the restaurant at least 10x. Let me let u know NO ONE ever answers this phone. So, I contacted corporate customer service. They took a formal complaint & said someone from that location would get back to me via phone or email by a certain date. That never happened. I don't like being overcharged for an order that was completely messed up. I know this is fast food but at the end of the day it's still a job. Do better...

Very rude people working here. Asking for sauce and didn’t get any. Waited for a my food for about ten minutes. (Yes I check they were not busy at all at this point of day. 1:28pm) sighing when I was about to order my lunch. Two car pulled off because of the wait. My client and I will not be back.

It’s annoying how you have to place your order now at the kiosks yourself and there isn’t the option to pay cash. If I’m going to be ringing up my own order inside, shouldn’t the price be lower? Because what am I paying for then? Couldn’t get ketchup either for my hash brown so it was really dry.

BRING YOUR OWN SALT & PEPPER: morning/early afternoon manager, white female frizzy hair pinned back, all black uniform, made me abandon breakfast there. They hide the salt and pepper and make you wait at the pick-up counter until she gets damn good and ready to acknowledge your existance. The first time I ask for S&P she snaps one of each into my hand and before I can ask for more she is GONE. The pepper packs only have tiny amounts of pepper. The next time I go in I asked for the S&P when I ordered, didn't work either. She took the order and fled. When she tossed my sack of food on the counter, I asked once again for S&P, she once again bolted away. I waited another 30 seconds or so and I got tired of this crap so I reached behind the counter and got it myself. Of course, she DID notice me helping myself and she didn't like that at all: "Sir, really!?" She claimed she said "I told I'd get it in just a sec!" No, you ignored me TWICE -once when I ordered and again when I got the food tossed on the counter. Then a few days later I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and as I'm standing there waiting, I didn't even see her to ask for S&P, all I see is her arm from around the corner drop the sack of food on the counter and once again she bolted, no way to ask for anything because an arm doesn't have ears. She doesn't listen or respond to requests, or she runs off and makes you wait if she does hear and understand, anyway, so it doesn't matter which body part I speak to. She might be highly efficient because she scrambles like the kitchen's on fire, but it's damn irritating if they're gonna hide condiments and then ignore you or make you beg and wait for them. I never have this problem with anyone else there, and I'm there almost every damn day.

We went through the drive through with what was admittedly a larger order (dinner for four). When we got to the second window, we were only handed three of our four drinks. We tried explaining this to the employee running the window, and he said “welp…they only rang in 3” and shut the window. Thanks pal. Next, we pull into a spot to check the bags. They completely forgot my wife’s meal, the fries were very overcooked but also very old/stale, the drinks had no ice, and one of the other meals was missing condiments. The battle we chose to fight was the missing meal, as this place was busy and quickly turning into a hot mess. I waited inside with my receipt for about 20 minutes before someone finally got to me and got it straightened out. This is the only reason for the second star—the manager apologized and was very respectful. Normally I’d stay neutral on the “Atmosphere” for a drive through, but when I went in to get my missing items, there were employees shouting/swearing at each other loud enough for all to hear. Not a great look. I know fast food is fast food—you get what you pay for. But even for McDonald’s this one was pretty rough.

I live closer to other McDonald's and I will drive all the way to this one just because of the speed, the accuracy, and I always get my food hot and not like it's been sitting around for an hour before I get it. Also, their parking lot is clean and employees are friendly. Best McDonald's in the area.

Food was good. Employees were super helpful when machine wasn’t working to place order. The manager however was in the back screaming at all the employees several times while we were there. I felt horrible for all the employees who were working so very hard.

I must say the customer service is awesome. Nobody never shows attitude and rudeness always delivers a smile and kindness. Coffee is always on point. Im very happy with this location. Thank you for such high performance.

This is my Dunkin' of choice in the area. In my opinion, they cook the food the best, items are always available, coffee is always perfect, and the drive-through employees are always friendly. I pulled up one day, and the drive-thru line stretched down the street, I was worried I'd be late for work, but I can't run without my Dunkin, so I waited. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes, with no loss of quality or customer service. I don't know what sorcery is taking place in there, but this location is working like a well-oiled machine. Great job guys, thank you for serving this community.

Is it my imagination or have the donuts gotten smaller and the prices gotten higher?!? I hadn't been here in a couple of years. Won't be coming back.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my best friend, it's her most favorite cake. I spent $80.00 on the second largest size, it fed everyone with lots left over, with 25 guests at the party. The cake was gorgeous, sooo pretty, she loved it! (*I edited my pic and smudged out her name, for privacy) The cake box is cute and happy, the board the cake was placed on was very sturdy, I really appreciated that. The cake flavor was chocolate, ice cream was Oreo and it was delicious mmmm! I am super satisfied and will order from them again! Thank you BR for helping to make my friends birthday so special!

There is this mystery drink I'm wanting to get again and the lady names it "the rainbow" something im assuming it was something she made up bc it's no where on the menu if anyone knows the drink and how to order it please lmk.

Overall the donuts and coffee I got from here last week were pretty good. I was disappointed though that there’s no cell service inside so I couldn’t use my app and get my Dunkin points.

I ordered a cold brew coffee and they literally filled my cup 80% full of ice. I did not order ice with 3 oz of coffee, I ordered coffee. Huge rip off. Always ask for no ice or you will be paying for ice. I should have said "I didn't order ice. Please make me a new one with coffee, and barely any ice", but I was sorta caught by surprise and didn't slow down to think about it.

The pretzels are amazing!!! The lady who took our order was really nice. Our pretzels were really soft and airy inside.

Stopped in for a Ben's Soft bacon pretzel. Glad to see the place is under new ownership. The pretzel was delicious. Highly recommend bacon on pretzels. The restaurant was clean and the workers were very polite and friendly. I watched one worker take their time with an elderly customer. Kind of warmed my heart...like this bacon pretzel. 5 outta 5 stars. Will be back. I work down the street but I'll probably Grubhub or Doordash them.

Met the owner - super friendly. Veteran, 3 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Incredibly nice, very thoughtful and interesting to talk to. And the pretzels, of course, are superior. Highly recommend, and is looking for dependable employees in this tough labor environment. The Pretzels were great but the customer service was not . We went yesterday and after ordering asked for a separate sauce container .. empty .. we just wanted the container . They said it would be 70 cents and would have to charge us for a dipping sauce Even though we just needed the small container and lid .. I understand everything cost money that was not the problem .. it was how the cashier was talking .. she was rude and just not Pleasant. We also wanted some water and they stopped giving free water if you wanted water you had to pay for the cup and the ice and they would give you tapwater.

Had a bad experience here today getting a pretzel with my daughter. The guy that took care of us was so rude and disrespectful. That alone made me not want to come here again. Then as I'm getting in my car I try a piece of my pretzel and it was super hard smh must've been sitting there all day. Lazy employees can't even check on the food to see of its good to sell or not smh Marian is the name on my receipt. Not sure if that's the guys name that took care of me or not but that guy needs to learn how to talk to people

Today I visited the Merrillville location and I asked for a “pretzel dipped in butter” an employee yelled from the back and said “we don’t dip the pretzels in butter but we can brush the butter”. For one, as a customer who isn’t a regular at this establishment I didn’t know I had to use the correct term, they knew exactly what I meant. Secondly it was unprofessional and quite rude to yell from the back when he wasn’t the person who was taking my order. He then proceeded to talk about another customer who ordered a cup of butter and called him “gross”. He’s doing this in front of customers in line! To add more insult to injury I called corporate office 3 times today and it went straight to voicemail so now I am forced to leave a distasteful experience I’ve had with this establishment and I will give them a call again in the morning!

Food is great but service is not. Both girls did not seem very thrilled to be working and when we tried to order one of their new “prizza’s” we were met with complete shade. It was obvious they DID NOT want to make us one. The teenager behind the counter barely said a word, then walked away without taking my payment. They begrudgingly made the “prizzas” but no effort was made to make them an actual pretzel pizza, it was just an overly crusted personal pizza. Seriously disappointed bc we’d been wanting to try them for weeks. Pls fire the child behind the counter and hire more effective workers for the sake of your amazing soft pretzel shop.
