Hotel Rama Krishna is a well-known and highly regarded establishment in Lonavala, conveniently situated on the Mumbai-Pune Highway. With over four decades of experience, this restaurant has been serving top-quality food to satisfy customers' taste buds and provide them with a delightful dining experience. Offering a wide range of North and South Indian cuisines, fast food, beverages, and desserts, it caters to families looking for a casual dining experience.
Hotel Rama Krishna – A Must-Visit in Lonavala! We had an amazing experience at Hotel Rama Krishna, located right on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway in the heart of the Lonavala market. The location is perfect, making it easy to access while exploring the town. We tried the Masala Dosa and Paneer Parantha, and both were absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and served hot! The menu is reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The ambience is lovely with both indoor and outdoor seating options, making it ideal for families, friends, or even solo travelers. Another big plus is the ample parking space for cars and bikes, which is a huge convenience in Lonavala. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala – whether you want a quick snack or a full meal!
Kartik R — Google review
If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, this hotel is a reasonable choice. While the accommodation is not the most luxurious or top-tier compared to other options in the area, it covers the basics well enough for a short or economical stay. Rooms are simple and functional, though there’s room for improvement in terms of maintenance and amenities. However, what really makes this place stand out is its food – the quality, taste, and variety are among the best in the nearby area. Whether it’s a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen here consistently delivers excellent dishes, and many locals even visit just for the food. If you’re someone who prioritizes great food on a budget, this hotel strikes the right balance. Overall, not the top choice for comfort or luxury, but perfect for travelers who want good food and a reasonable stay at a fair price.
Mayank P — Google review
We ordered a cheese dosa, but the cheese used didn’t seem authentic—it tasted like a low-quality substitute. The pav bhaji was equally underwhelming; the pav was fried in what appeared to be local oil instead of butter, which affected the overall flavor. Unfortunately, the quality of food did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.
Mayuri D — Google review
Had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent — full of flavor and freshly prepared. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality offered. The service was good and the staff was polite and attentive. Plus, it’s conveniently located right in the main market, making it easy to find. Definitely worth a visit!
Gaurav S — Google review
The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was full of flavor. We tried pav bhaji, paneer, and veg biryani — all of them were fresh, well-prepared, and served in good quantity with great quality. The quick service made the experience even better. Truly one of the best places in Lonavala for both breakfast and main meals. Highly recommended!
Shridhar H — Google review
The Non veg food was very bad ! The tandoori chicken was not done and the meat was rubbery, the chicken do pyaza was another disappointment! The chicken was boiled and just added to the gravy and the whole dish was just bland! So guys non veg is big NO!
Aniel G — Google review
During my 3-day stay in Lonavala, I ended up eating at this place at least once every single day, which itself speaks volumes about the quality and consistency of the food. The restaurant serves everything from breakfast to dinner, along with a good range of snacks, making it a convenient spot for any time of the day. The vegetarian options are especially impressive—plenty of variety and every dish I tried was flavorful and fresh. When it comes to snacks, the portions are generous for the price, making it excellent value for money. For non-vegetarians, the menu is limited, but the few dishes they do offer are cooked really well and taste delicious. One thing I really appreciated was the attentiveness of the staff. For instance, a waiter noticed that I was struggling with the salt shaker (which was giving very little) and without me asking, he brought a small cup of salt to make it easier—such thoughtful service really makes a difference. The restaurant also provides AC dining for those who prefer it, and for others, there’s a covered outdoor seating area under a shamiana that feels cozy, especially during the rainy season or in winter. Sitting outside with a hot soup or a plate of pakoras while enjoying the cool weather was one of the best experiences of my trip. Overall, this place combines great food, reasonable pricing, and attentive service, making it a must-visit when in Lonavala.

Golden Vada Pav, located on NH4 along the Pune-Mumbai highway, is a must-visit spot for anyone traveling to Lonavala. This 60-year-old eatery is known for serving the best vada pav in the area, with a special mention of their Jain (garlic-free) version that attracts long queues of eager customers. In addition to their signature vada pav, they also offer delicious moong dal bhaji and samosas.
Golden Vada Pav, Lonavala is a must-visit spot for every street food lover! 💛 Crispy on the outside, soft and spicy on the inside – their vada pav lives up to the hype. The chutneys are flavorful, the pav is always fresh, and the spice level hits just right 🌶️ Perfect for a quick bite during a Lonavala trip – it’s affordable, filling, and full of that authentic Mumbai street food taste. No fancy setup, just good ol’ flavor and satisfaction in every bite. Simple, legendary, and golden indeed! 💥
Saniya P — Google review
Well it didn’t live up to the hype for me—it’s just like any other Vada Pav you’d find elsewhere. I suppose the popularity stems from the fact that the items are always served hot. The owner, however, is a very courteous and welcoming individual. (While food is ultimately judged by taste, it’s important to remember that taste can always be subjective,)
Parag — Google review
During my recent visit to Lonavala, I had the chance to stop by Golden Vada Pav, and I must say, it was one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re a street food lover, this place is an absolute must-visit! The vada pav here is truly something special — fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. The crispy outer layer of the vada combined with the soft pav, lightly toasted in butter, creates a perfect texture. What truly elevates the taste is their spicy green chilli chutney — it’s bold, fiery, and adds a kick that lingers just right. Pairing it with a cold buttermilk (chaas) made for the perfect combo. The buttermilk balances the spice and refreshes you, especially in the Lonavala weather. Besides the iconic vada pav, I’d also recommend trying their moong bhajiya. They were crunchy, well-seasoned, and not at all oily — just how good bhajiya should be. And if you’re looking for something lighter, their dhokla is another great option — soft, fluffy, and mildly sweet, served with green chutney that adds just the right tang. The place itself is simple but clean, and the service was quick despite the crowd. It’s clearly a local favorite, and for good reason. Whether you're passing through Lonavala or staying for a weekend getaway, make sure you stop by Golden Vada Pav. It’s a true gem that delivers authentic taste with every bite. Final verdict – Affordable, tasty, and satisfying street food experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Maharashtrian flavors!
Rakesh K — Google review
One of the best places to enjoy vada pav! We tried the vada pav and moong bhaji, and both were absolutely delicious. Because of the high demand, food is freshly prepared and served right in front of you. The place is small and doesn’t have a dining facility, so you’ll have to stand and eat. Unlike the usual vada pav served with a fried chilli, here you get a green chutney that’s spicier and tastier. Apart from vada pav, they also serve samosa, kachori, gulab jamun, and other bakery items. If you’re in Lonavala and craving authentic street-style snacks, this spot is a must-try.
Venkat — Google review
Great taste! Had yummiest Vadapav & crunchy moong bhaji.
Swatee A — Google review
One of the best Vada Pav in Lonavala!!! It's situated right the middle of Lonavala market. You have to actually Quee to get your hands on this mouth watering Vada Pav. The speciality of this is the green 'thecha' (green chutney) you get along with this. They also offer Samosa, Moong Dal Bhajiya and Kachori. You must try next time you are in Lonavala.
Sanket S — Google review
Best place to have wada pav and mung dal bhajiya and they are famous for their green chutney (thecha types).

Marathi restaurant
Mummy's Homely Food is a simple restaurant located on the old Mumbai-Pune road, offering delicious home-style non-vegetarian meals. The food, cooked by family members of the owners themselves, includes specialties like prawn fry, mutton handi, bombil fry, and chicken handi. This place is known for its rustic setting and proximity to Lonavala city center.
Dining at the delightful open-air restaurant on the first floor offers a unique experience. This establishment is situated on Old Mumbai Pune Highway, opposite Mapro. The food and service are both excellent, though you might encounter a slight delay during peak hours. Their thalis are highly recommended, and they also serve ukdiche modak. The à la carte menu is also a good option. Ample parking is available, and the prices are reasonable.
Asmant N — Google review
Visited this place after seeing lot of reels on social media. Some over ACTOR'S have hyped this place above and beyond limit. Looking at the menu card, was very interested in trying the special Mutton thali, which had fry Mutton, Mutton rassa(without pieces) 1 boiled egg, 2 chapatis or 1 bhakari and other small side dishes. When asked the waiter, whether the bhakari or chapatis and rice were limited or unlimited, I was told, limited. Any thing extra is chargeable. Generally I felt all the dishes were over priced. So decided to order special fry Mutton (half) 1 portion of Mutton rassa, and 3 bhakari. ( Since I workout 💪 this is normal diet for me.) The delivery time was quick, and I got my order in 7/8 minutes. Extremely disappointing taste of the Mutton fry, no flavor of spices at all. Just some red masala, had to add salt to make it edible, absolutely bland. Mutton rassa was equally bad, watery, flavor less, no taste at all. Bhakari was normal. Portion size was very small, the Mutton fry was priced at ₹ 550, had hardly 5 pieces mostly bones. Some of them were chewy... Service is mediocre, you don't get the bill on your table, you have to go to the counter to pay. Ample parking space, but all uncovered. It's a total turn off in the hot summer afternoon. I genuinely appreciate the effort taken by all entrepreneurs, and generally never write critical reviews, but this place absolutely turned me down, and to the core. When you go to eat, the food must be good.... All other things can be adjusted..
Kuldeep M — Google review
Hype but ....! Tried one Veg & Nonveg thali recommended by hotel staff but disappointed due to taste. Location on roadside having good parking area.Simple ambiance with Bajala seating and dinning. Service was good. They serves many items in thali but taste was not on top.Need much improvement. ₹₹₹₹
Kiran P — Google review
Terrible experience. Food was stale, service was rude, and hygiene was nonexistent. Complete waste of money—avoid this place at all costs
Swapnil S — Google review
This is a nice restaurant with good food and quick service. In addition to regular chair and table seating, they also offer the option of traditional khats (charpais), which is a unique touch. While the ambiance was just okay, the delicious chicken thali, especially the sweet aamrakhand, more than made up for it. A significant plus is the ample parking available for both two and four-wheelers. The restaurant is also easily located on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, just before the toll. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy a meal.
Pritish B — Google review
Just another thali place, It's better you eat somewhere else. Who serves Shrikhand & Dried Shrimp salad at a time in the Chicken Thali🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. Avoid this place if you can.
AMEY S — Google review
Nitin's Mummy's Homely Food offers an excellent culinary experience, with dishes that are flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. However, the service leaves much to be desired — staff appeared disengaged and lacked warmth, which negatively impacted the dining experience. The atmosphere has potential but would benefit from improvements in decor and energy. With better service and ambiance, this restaurant could become a real standout.

We loved it here! As soon as I entered this restaurant my eyes won't stop rolling like looking at the ambience here!! Resto is quite big and hygienic. Rates are a bit high but reasonable according to the service and ambience. Dosa was fantastic but i didn't like uthappa as it was thick and not that tasty. Located in Lonavala, the Live Fudge Factory is a must-visit for travelers and locals alike. This unique attraction offers live fudge manufacturing, packaging, and free sampling. The fudge is made using natural ingredients without any artificial colors or flavors. Visitors can indulge in delicious fudge while witnessing the production process firsthand.
Very nice taste ... Not very sweet just perfect . They put actual fruits in. The Fudge ... it's a must try
Pearl D — Google review
A visit to Lonavla is never complete without indulging in its famous fudges, and our stop at the Live Fudge Factory turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Located conveniently in the town, the shop welcomes you with the irresistible aroma of freshly prepared fudge and a warm smile from the staff. The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable, which made our experience even better. They patiently offered us a variety of samples before we made our choices, and it was delightful to see that every flavor had its own unique charm. We tried several—mango, choco walnut, choco almond, and more. Each one was rich, smooth, and fresh, reflecting the quality and care put into its preparation. It’s not often that you find every sample equally good, but here, we honestly struggled to pick a favorite because all tasted excellent. What made the experience special was that it wasn’t just enjoyable for us adults; even the grandparents in our group and the little one, barely 1.5 years old, had a lovely time. The elders appreciated the nostalgic sweetness, while the child was fascinated by the colorful display and the welcoming atmosphere. The rainy evening outside only added to the charm, making the warm, melt-in-the-mouth fudge feel even more comforting. The Live Fudge Factory is more than just a sweet shop—it feels like a slice of Lonavla’s identity. The variety, freshness, and courteous service create a memorable experience that caters to all age groups. Whether you’re a fan of nutty chocolates, fruity twists like mango, or classic flavors, this place has something for everyone. Overall, our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, and we left with not just boxes of fudge but also sweet memories. A must-visit in Lonavla for anyone with a sweet tooth.

This place is based out of a shipping container i feel the place is quite decent and good looking, the chocolate fudges that they have are really nice and tasty, other fruits fudges were also nice however the 2nd time i went there was a sitaphal flavour in place of the earlier strawberry it was nice but didn't really taste like sitaphal, there is where one start went. The other star i haven't given is because they use and waste a whole lot of plastic when the work could even easily be done at half of the plastic. However it is in all a very good place and a must visit to taste the fudge there.

If you visited Lonavala, you should have known that there are like thousands of fudge and chick shops all over lonavala. Its very obviously that people love chicki and fudge, and they do taste very different than we have in other cities. We assumed by the name that it’s a factory as they make the whole thing in front of you but its nothing like that its just a shop and they only sell fudge with options like chocolate, almond, strawberry, hazelnut, walnuts etc. We opted for a few, and they were very sweet and very soft. It does melt right in your mouth. The shop was very spacious and right near the main street, right next to the wax museum.

Maval Maratha, located in Lonavala along the Pune-Mumbai highway, offers a taste of traditional Maharashtrian cuisine with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The restaurant is known for its delicious thalis, including mutton and veg options, as well as tasty starters. Visitors can enjoy homely gavaran food in a pleasant atmosphere with good seating arrangements.
Visited a cozy restaurant in Lonavala and had a great experience. I started with their Manchow Soup—hot, spicy, and packed with flavor, just the perfect thing for the cool hill weather. 🍲 For the main course, I went for their Chicken Thali which was generous and satisfying. It had a good variety—succulent chicken curry, well-cooked rice, chapatis, and sides that complemented each bite. 🍱 The service was quick, and the ambiance had a simple, local charm. A great spot if you’re craving comfort food with a spicy twist in the hills!⛰️
Rachna D — Google review
I had heard decent things about Maval Maratha, but my experience with their mutton thali was nothing short of disappointing. The mutton was tough and lacked any flavor, almost as if it had been boiled with no seasoning at all. The curry was watery and bland, with no real spice or richness to it. The rice was dry and hard, and the chapatis were rubbery, as though they'd been reheated multiple times. The side dishes were forgettable, and the overall presentation was unappealing. On top of that, the service was slow and the staff seemed disorganized. For a place specializing in Maratha cuisine, this was a real letdown. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good mutton thali.
Pranjal P — Google review
Ambience is normal, there are 3 types of seating available. We had their Thali, Chicken & Mutton thali. Gravy & Bhakri was ok ok but the Tamda pandhara raasa was not good at all. The service was quick & the staff was well behaved.

Naam bade darshan chote Very bad service Staff dont have knowledge about dishes Which one is mutton thali which one is chiken thali They said aap dekh lo konsa kya hai Very slow service They took one hr for food After too wait They not give food one of us Poor Mangement Not recommended at all
Sachin D — Google review
I recently ordered the Mutton Handi and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the dish. The primary issue was the mutton itself. The handi was noticeably over-oily, overpowering any other flavor the spices might have had. More concerning was the quality of the meat: the pieces were almost entirely fat and bone, with very little actual lean mass. It truly felt as though leftover mutton had been used in the preparation, which is unacceptable for a main course item. When I contacted the restaurant about this, the owner acknowledged the complaint and assured me he would check with the cook and call back. Unfortunately, he never followed up. Furthermore, subsequent attempts to call the restaurant have been met with an unanswered phone. The lack of quality in the food combined with the complete failure of the management to follow through on their promise and address the issue is extremely poor. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on this experience.

As a first-time visitor on May 27, 2024, I was enchanted by the monsoon-like weather that added to the charm of this hill station. Accompanying a friend for his admission at 'The Great Eastern Institute Of Maritime Studies,' I couldn't resist indulging in my love for Misal Pav.
One of the rare restaurant wich offers unique food items. Located on a traffic free road, this restaurant is quite popular among travellers. And still you'll get table , even on weekends. Service is really good with owner himself looking after all customers. Must try dishes - Chicken kheema pav, chicken misal, special chicken thali, anda masala, chicken masala. It's totally worth the visit. Ambience and vibe are minimum but you will be delighted with taste of all food items.
Ha J — Google review
I was skeptical about adding chicken to Misal, but this dish at hotel marathi zatka blew me away. It's an absolute gamechanger.! The base had the perfect Kolhapuri tarri spicy, oily, and fiery but the addition of savory, minced chicken (kheema) beneath the usal gave it an incredible, meaty depth.
Abhijit C — Google review
We have tried their special recipe, chicken special misal and Non veg Thali. Both were good, the staff was giving a delayed response but got the food in time, they even explained how to eat it as we were new to the place. The one thing that I didn't like about the place was they were charging extra for rice, even though we paid 250 for the Thali, they're still asking for extra money for a small cup of rice, they even charged us for a small mini cup of chicken gravy, which was atrocious. Thali is meant for unlimited rice and gravy. Other than that overall everything was okay.
THARUN G — Google review
The chicken kheema, Chicken misal pav and chicken masala pav is worth a try. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Price is reasonable.
Abhijeet T — Google review
1. Good place for eating misal (Chiken Misal) 2. Place is small, but you get the seating 3. Owner of the shop is good 4. Apart from misal you also get other food items 5. Car parking is a bit problem 6. Place has only 1 washroom.
Rakesh B — Google review
Service was good food quality was good, though more variety would have been better. Ambience is not so good. Could do better in terms of cleanliness.

This is located in Lonavala village, authentic Marata style food. Chicken sukka was really really super, loved eating here. Visitors can visit ornorder from Zomato,

A Unique and Flavorful Misal Experience at Marathi Zatka Misal I with my 12 friends recently had the pleasure of dining at Marathi Zatka Misal and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant lives up to its name, offering a misal experience that is both authentic and unique. What sets this place apart is the distinct and unique taste of their misal. The blend of spices and the overall preparation results in a flavor profile that stands out from other misal joints. I tried both the veg and non-veg misal, and both were incredibly tasty and well-prepared. The non-veg misal, in particular, with its addition of chicken, is a fantastic twist on the traditional dish. Despite the high quality, the cost is very reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. It's not a place that overcharges for its unique offerings. The service was also good, with the staff being attentive. If you are a fan of misal or are looking to try a unique and flavorful version of this Maharashtrian classic, I highly recommend Marathi Zatka Misal. It's a fantastic spot for a satisfying and affordable meal.

Awesome place n ambience. Perfect atmosphere. Great Experience. Yummy food and Courteous Staff. We had vegetarian but that too was tastilicious. A Must visit place.

So we were searching restaurant in Lonavala and found this place on Google and decided to go for the restaurant as photos were good. I must say ambience is good and good place for hukkah lovers. They also have foosball and snooker table (chargeable). Coming to food non veg food that we ordered was good and quantity is also good. Veg wasn't that great, Potato Cheese roll that we ordered was missing salt and cheese. Coming to service, its okayish and also delayed serving food comparing as there were hardly 2-3 tables which were occupied with customers. Coming to washroom, there are okayish not that greatly maintained but ya average That was my overall experience. Do visit this place once for chill time.

“Walked in for dinner on 5th December, as my friends planned to celebrate my birthday at Peacock. The staff decorated my table which I loved the most and they were all very kind and pleased. All of them wished me and were serving me and my friends in a very Royal manner. We also enjoyed playing Pool. The dishes they served were very awesome! It was a gem I found and I recommend every body to visit atleast once.

Vegetarian restaurant
Nestled in a charming, historic building, Kunverbai's Kitchen is a delightful haven for those seeking homestyle vegetarian cuisine. This quaint restaurant, run by the Shah family—Ashok and his daughter Chandni—offers an authentic dining experience with dishes crafted from fresh vegetables sourced directly from their family farm. The menu showcases traditional Gujarati and Rajasthani specialties, including an array of thalis that promise to tantalize your taste buds.
Gujarati Thali- Rs.350 Kunverbai's Kitchen, Coover Castle, Lonavala Gujarati Thali $$ 14.10.24 Today I'm travelling from Mumbai to Pune & in between I plan to stop for lunch at Lonavala. Last night's googling hours took me to Kunverbai's Kitchen, a 160 year old heritage home belonging to a Gujarati family. A portion of this beautiful building is used as a restaurant while the remaining half is still the living residence of the owners. The restaurant is 4 years old. I called them in the morning just to find out just in case they are closed. I entered inside & I think the lady at the counter insisted I took a table at the hallway instead of the beautiful room. The hallway was still fascinating enough with the indoor jhola. The ambience had a warmth that took me back to the 1840s. I was eating all alone. I asked for the menu & was told that they only had 1 thing & that was Gujarati Thalis. Yes I know I'm in Maharashtra but I still figured that the food from western India would still be a good try. Did I get it right? Anyway this my 1st ever proper Gujarati Thali. 5 mins later I was served. The thali had 14 items, Rice, Sweet Dal, Ghee Roti, Puri, Mattar Paneer, Patta Gobhi, Aloo Tamatar, Anjeer Halwa, Sewaiyan, Chaat, Dhokla, Salad, Papad & Buttermilk & each dish was unlimited. The food was light, homely, less on spices yet very flavorful that I didn't realise I had put in 8 rotis 4 Pooris a small portion of rice, 5 refills of the Punjabi styled mattar paneer & 3 refills of the patta gobhi. The lady owner seemed busy at first but slowly opened up to explain the dishes when the food arrived. The waiter was a gem of a guy. This to me was definitely worth the 350 bucks & was such a wonderful Gujarati Thali experience. Instagram ID - kari.on.eats

So glad we took a detour from our usual Lonavla pit stop to try Kunverbai’s. It’s a buffet served unlimited veg thaali. All the items were freshly prepared and refilled. Everything was downright delicious, not oily or overly spicy. Felt like home food cooked with love.
Dhanashree G — Google review
Absolutely delightful experience. The variety in the thali is remarkable, and every dish was bursting with flavor. Strawberry Shrikhand in particular, was divine, offering a perfect blend of sweetness and texture that left me craving more. The Basundi was served cold and was the perfect way to end the meal — creamy, rich, and delicious. All Veges were having their actual taste with limited spices used. I would recommend this place to everyone
Kunal J — Google review
Simply an exhilarating experience. Kunverbai’s Kitchen offers a vintage-themed ambience and home-cooked Gujarati food. The buffet has varied options and is priced very reasonably (INR 300 per person) and is truly value for money. The restaurant is located in the precincts of an ancestral Gujarati home. We could also see vintage cars and an expansive collection of automobile-themed books. The restaurant offers a quiet homely vibe which I really loved!

A must try in Lonavala for vegetarian meals. Part of a beautiful old villa turned into a restaurant serving homely vegetarian Gujarati thali(₹350 per thali, unlimited), buffet style. The food is simple, fresh, delicious and served hot. The dishes are very mildly spiced, non greasy and suitable for all ages. Aamras, gulab jamun and chaas along with the food was heavenly. The open kitchen was super clean and the staff very friendly. The hosts were very kind and warm, explained the history of the place. The decor is simple and has vibes of warm and happy home. One can click Instagram worthy pics. Suitable for family, groups and solo travellers

Excellent place! Was mighty impressed with the traditional vibe. Food was exceptionally good. Glad I chose this venue from GMaps. This is going to be my go to place in lonavala going forward. Thanks to Chandni Shah, Ashok Shah and their entire team of cooking experts (especially, Maharaj and his wonderful little boy Anil Devanshi!) Specifically - green chutney was awesome, farsan tikki was lip-smacking and vegetable dishes were tasty and wholesome. Deserts were just too good. Rgds Shankar Iyer

Kunverbai’s Kitchen (Lonavla - Maharashtra) :- i was quite surprised by seeing the heritage place serving the good quality food. Open kitchen with well-mannered staff is praise-worthy. My order was paneer subji for takeaway that cost me 250/- per portion. The taste was too good and price was also reasonable. Spotlight :- They have buffet Lunch & Dinner everyday. Must visit on Saturday and sunday as they serves two sweets & two farsan on that particular days otherwise only one on weekdays. Thali cost 350/- per pax.

Dhabas are popular roadside eateries that offer a variety of traditional Indian dishes such as curry, soup, salads, and Chinese options. In the picturesque Lonavala and Khandala area, there are several prominent dhabas worth visiting for their South Indian delicacies and fine dining experiences. These establishments serve hot and delicious dishes like butter chicken, dal makhani, buttery naans, and kebabs.
Near Lonavala market ,situated in Triose mall this is a restaurant with really good ambience. The staff is good and cooperative . The food quality is very nice. The plates and glass takes you back to old Dhaba visiting Lonavala you must try food here
Chandrashekhar B — Google review
Visited this dhaba-style restaurant in Lonavala and had a good experience overall. The non-veg food was flavorful and well-prepared — I tried a few chicken dishes and was quite satisfied with the taste and quality. The ambiance gives off a traditional, rustic vibe which adds to the charm of the place. However, the prices are on the higher side for a dhaba, especially when compared to typical roadside eateries. Service takes about 25 to 30 minutes, which is mentioned on the menu, so plan accordingly. Worth a visit if you're in the area and craving some hearty North Indian non-veg fare.
Sarbjeet S — Google review
Nestled comfortably with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, DHABA delivers a delightful culinary experience rooted in traditional Indian flavors, with a few interesting twists. From the moment you step in, the ambience sets a warm and rustic tone, echoing the charm of a classic roadside dhaba but with the comfort of a sit-down dining experience. Wooden furnishings, ambient lighting, and soft traditional music in the background make it a perfect spot for family gatherings, casual dinners, or even a relaxed lunch outing. One of the most striking aspects of DHABA is its impressively extensive menu. Whether you're a vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or simply someone who enjoys a wide range of dishes, this place caters to all tastes. The variety begins right from the shorba and soup sections. The Tomato Dhaniya and Sabzi Pudina shorbas are fresh and comforting, while the Chicken Yakhani offers a rich, hearty depth that's especially welcome on a chilly day. Their soups offer even more range, including popular Indo-Chinese options like Hot and Sour and Sweet Corn, both available in vegetarian and chicken variants, as well as Cream of Vegetable and Cream of Chicken for those who prefer a more classic, creamy flavor. To kickstart the meal, the salad and papad section has some familiar and crunchy accompaniments like masala peanuts and masala papad, which pair nicely with a cold drink or even while you’re deciding your main course. The Green Salad is crisp and simple, balancing out the richness of the heavier dishes. Starters at DHABA deserve special mention. The Bharwan Aloo is beautifully spiced and stuffed, with a perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. Paneer lovers have plenty of choices, and there are equally tempting non-vegetarian starters as well. Everything is served hot and well-plated, making the wait — which admittedly can be a bit longer than expected — a little more bearable. The main course menu is a showcase of North Indian favorites and beyond. Vegetarian options include classics like Malai Kofta, Chana Masala, and various Paneer preparations, each crafted with a strong hand in spices and rich gravies. For meat lovers, Butter Chicken is a must-try — creamy, tangy, and cooked to perfection. Other standouts include Murg Kadai, Chicken Masala, and Saag Murgh, all of which are deeply flavorful and generously portioned. The Egg Curry and Egg Bhurji are simple but satisfying choices for those looking for lighter fare. Dal options are limited to two — Yellow Dal Tadka and Dal Bukhara — but both are well-executed, with the Dal Bukhara offering that signature creamy, slow-cooked texture that’s hard to resist. Accompaniments like Tandoori Roti, Rumali Roti, Makkai ki Roti, and Aloo Kulcha offer variety and come out fresh and fluffy, perfect for soaking up those rich gravies. The thali options are well thought-out, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions served with Jal Jeera or Masala Chaas, offering a complete, satisfying meal that covers all bases. If you're in the mood for rice or noodles, DHABA has a full spread — from Sabzi Biryani and Paneer Tikka Biryani to Chicken Tikka Biryani and Chicken Triple Schezwan Fried Rice. There’s even pasta for those who enjoy a fusion twist. Desserts bring the meal to a sweet close. Gulab Jamun served with ice cream is indulgent, and the Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Truffle are rich, satisfying options for chocolate lovers. Black Forest Cake is also available and rounds off the experience with a nostalgic touch. While the service can be a bit slow, it’s not enough to detract from the overall quality and taste of the food. The staff is courteous and attentive, and you can tell that the focus is on ensuring the food is served fresh and made with care. All in all, DHABA is a great spot for anyone looking to indulge in a flavorful, diverse meal in a pleasant setting. With a few improvements in service speed, it has the potential to become a go-to favorite for many.

A very nice dining place (especially if you’re staying in Triose). The masala chaas non-veg thali is a must try (chicken tastes very good, rice and chole is also nice). Prices are slightly on the higher side but definitely worth a try. The ambience is great. They give a finger bowl for cleaning hands after food. Overall a wonderful experience.

Waiting time was 2 hours after we gave the order. There was a theatre nearby, you can order the food and come in interval to pick it. Overcharged for every item and taste is average Atmosphere is great. If you are waiting for something, you can come and wait here
Prudhvi R — Google review
The staff is okay but I found the quality/quantity of food to be below par. Not worth visiting in my opinion Edit: We were NOT asked increase the order quantity of the order, on the contrary when we asked if the quantity was enough your employee nodded (yes). Moreover, the portion is definitely not more than what other restaurants serve. Respectfully, this isn't the only restaurant we been to.

Good food good place but a little too pricy for the quantity served

Honestly, I didn’t find this dhaba worth it. The prices felt high for the quantity they serve, which was quite less. The food quality was just average, nothing special. It seemed like very few people visit here. Overall, not a place I’d recommend.

Discover a delightful blend of Indian and Asian flavors at the Asian Fusion restaurant, located in Lonavala. Nestled within the picturesque Fariyas Resort, this stylishly designed eatery offers a fine dining experience amidst lush gardens and scenic valley views. The menu boasts an array of delectable dishes, with recommendations including the Pasta Alfredo with Penne Pasta and exotic vegetables with bell pepper sauce. The attentive staff ensures excellent hospitality, making it a memorable dining experience for visitors.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fusion, and I must say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, albeit with a few minor hiccups. **Service and Staff:** The service at Fusion is one of its strongest assets. The staff, though a bit slow, were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Special mention goes to Surajit, our server for the evening, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. While there were a couple of instances where we had to remind the staff about our drinks, their politeness and willingness to accommodate more than made up for the delay. **Food:** The food at Fusion was nothing short of spectacular. The Dal Makhani was truly a standout dish—rich, creamy, and absolutely to die for. It’s the kind of dish that you’ll find yourself craving long after your meal is over. The Naan was perfectly prepared, soft yet slightly crispy, and paired wonderfully with the Dal. The only slight letdown was the Masala Papad, which left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor and crispness. However, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise fantastic meal. **Ambience and Arrangements:** The ambience at Fusion is another highlight. The décor is tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The arrangements were comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was both elegant and cozy, making it an ideal spot for a meal.
