In downtown Morristown, foodies can find a variety of dining options within walking distance. The Committed Pig is a must-visit spot known for its diverse burger selection, including the unique Mac & Cheese Burger and the indulgent Baked Brie Burger. For pork lovers, there are six different pork roll sandwich variations to choose from. This restaurant caters not only to burger enthusiasts but also to vegetarians and vegans with its inventive toppings and combinations.
This place has fantastic food, however, it would've been alot better if it were hot. Everything came out cold and although the taste was great - I just can't see my way to give it higher than a 3 star rating. Our server, Isabelle, was spot on. Very attentive and honestly didn't miss a beat. This is the kind of place that's just perfect to slip right into for a quick lunch with some friends. I recommend this place without a doubt, but I suggest you insist the food is hot.

Great food. Great service. We had two grilled cheese sandwiches, one with tomatoes, and one with avocados. We also had a creamy tomato soup that was hot (temperature), and savory. All were delicious! We also ordered a side of fries that were not crispy like we expected, but when we let the waiter know this, she cordially replaced the fries with hot crispy waffle fries that were SO good. We always like this place. 😀
JDF — Google review
Second time here and always a good choice for brunch. You gotta try their waffle fries and their housemade aoli! Parking is somewhat difficult, you gotta pay via app PayByPhone. But there's a certain street that doesn't have pay parking app access so you gotta pay coins. There are public parking garages for a fee all around if you're okay walking a couple blocks.

We came on Mother’s Day and were immediately sat for 2 people. Our waitress was very friendly and our food came out in what seemed like minutes. We were expecting to be waiting a little bit so this was nice! We got coffee which came in a 16 oz thermos and stayed hot the whole time which was cool. Then green tea which is Bigelow brand packaged tea bag. They gave me honey on the side with a cute container to pour. We ordered the Blueberry Pancakes and the French Toast. We thought the blueberries would be inside the pancakes but they were freshly placed on top and super sweet. We were hoping the pancakes would be buttermilk but they were regular and basic nothing stood out. The French Toast was also good but again nothing stood out. We ordered bacon and sausage as our sides and my bacon was average. Food very average and the only complaint is that the butter was very cold and hard to spread.

The good: A very nice atmosphere and design of the place. The staff is friendly and informative. Lot of different menu options. The bad: Parking is not great, which is the reason for 4 stars
B C — Google review
It's fine, been there twice while visiting friends. Burgers are good but over priced. The fries are ok but the staff were great. I guess it's good but I'd rather not pay almost 30 dollars for a drink burger and fry when I could get a much better and higher quality meal for the same price.
Phillip L — Google review
I came in Sunday before the festival and I was immediately sat and served. The waitress Gabi provided excellent service, I got the breakfast burrito and it was just okay. The flavor is bland. The hash browns were a bit greasy but the coffee was good.
Jeffrey O — Google review
Great burger. Not the cheapest for a burger, but always good and I like the drinks being served in a mason jar. Can't go wrong stopping by for one of their delicious burgers and fries. Lots of seating inside with several tables outside overlooking the Morristown green. Worth a stop.

Steak house

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Morristown, Roots Steakhouse is a beloved destination for steak enthusiasts and seafood lovers alike. This upscale chophouse chain offers an impressive selection of prime beef, including expertly dry-aged cuts that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Beyond its signature steaks, Roots also features a creative menu filled with fresh seafood options and classic New American sides that elevate the dining experience.
This was my first time visiting Roots Steakhouse, and it was an excellent experience. We were a group of four, and our host, Felipe, truly stood out. He was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the very start. The service was prompt — as soon as we were seated, we were served water along with their warm bread and butter, which was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the lobster bisque, and it was so good I could have easily had more. For the main course, we ordered the Porterhouse steak — simply exquisito. It was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We paired it with mashed potatoes, something with spinach 🤣and mac and cheese as sides, both of which were creamy, comforting, and tasty. Dessert was a butter cake topped with ice cream — the perfect sweet ending. To drink, we enjoyed a glass of wine and a diet soda. Everything from start to finish was spot on. If you love steaks, Roots is a must-visit. I’m definitely coming back!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful experience last night for our 10th anniversary. This was our first time at Roots. The service was excellent. Our server Nick was sweet and professional. The food was very good! Cowboy steak cooked perfectly! Beef Wellington also cooked well. Pastry shell could have been cooked a little bit longer, but I was still very pleased with it. Yellowfin tuna tartar was good as well as the lobster bisque. They surprised us with a very beautiful sundae dessert. Thank you for a very good experience! We will definitely be back!

I rate this Roots location a 4.5 out of 5 relative to other steakhouses in the same price/quality range. I think it's a little hard to directly compare a higher end steakhouse with a typical restaurant because of the a la carte nature of the steak menu (which is the main draw). This location was excellent. We ordered the chopped salad and calamari to start, For entrees we ordered the petite filet (medium), prime ribeye (medium rare), and the salmon (medium). For sides we had the original mac and cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly and very good. Their prices are in range of what you should expect to pay for this range of quality. The atmosphere was dark, cozy, and cleanly arranged. While the food and atmosphere was very good the service was fantastic. From the moment we walked through the door there was never a second where the staff wasn't ready to provide customer service in some way without being overbearing. The manager checked in a few times to make sure we were happy. Our waitress was absolutely excellent. She was attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. But something unique happened. While eating the calamari my son accidentally ate one of the chili peppers. He's not used to any kind of heat so the peppers stopped him in his tracks. I gave him some bread with some butter to help reduce the spiciness (any dairy helps with spiciness). Our waitress noticed this from afar, figured out what was happening and within maybe two minutes she brought a glass of milk over to my son for the spiciness. Obviously my appreciation has nothing to do with a complimentary glass of milk. It had everything to do with a waitress and service team who were focused on providing the best dining experience possible, anticipating needs, and being proactive. Excellent experience all around. We will certainly be back.

5 Stars – A Memorable Lunch at Roots Steakhouse I recently had lunch at Roots Steakhouse and was thoroughly impressed. From the start, the “popovers” (a savory, salty, cheesy roll) were an absolute standout – warm, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. While the food was definitely on the pricier side, the atmosphere made it well worth it. The restaurant had a relaxed, intimate vibe with a small crowd during lunch, and the staff was incredibly inviting and attentive. I ordered the filet mignon, which I’d rate an 8/10. It had a beautifully crusty, savory outer sear that was nearly perfect, and their house steak sauce added a unique and enjoyable touch. However, the real highlight for me was the loaded baked potato – especially the bacon bits. They were smoky, savory, and packed with flavor, making every bite something to savor. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely return to try dinner next time and see how the evening atmosphere elevates the experience even more. Highly recommend!

We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and since we are new to town we figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to go in for dinner on a Wednesday night without a reservation and we were wrong. Fortunately though the host was able to get a us a lovely booth. Just saying make a reservation!! Further we got squeezed into the best section (Jake’s section). Jake made our experience entirely unforgettable. He was so knowledgeable about the menu and even gave us excellent wine pairings for our meals. We ordered the beef Wellington and the cowboy. We raved about our meals and wine and savored every sip and bite. Everything was topped off with a massive ice cream sundae that was so fun and made my boyfriend feel super special. Overall, this was an incredible experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t listen to the people saying the food isn’t worth the price, or that it’s too loud?! It’s a busy restaurant it’s gonna be loud and it’s 2025, you want a good meal you have to pay more or continue to order off the dollar menu….

I met a friend at Roots last night and I could not be happier with our meal. Our waiter Nick was highly attentive without being overbearing, and the manager even stopped by our table to check in and make sure we were having an extraordinary experience. I had the aged cowboy steak… and it was cooked to perfection. She had the lobster tail, and claimed it was fabulous. The prices are high… which is to be expected at a high end steakhouse, but when you end up eating a meal that melts it your mouth and is bursting with flavor, you realize that sometimes … it’s worth the splurge!

Came for birthday celebration, a tradition for the family. I got the chicken parm, amazing. Need to mention the popover that came first for everyone, that is SO delicious and devoured in seconds. Had fried calamari and raw oysters, amazing. Steaks tasted delicious. Dessert was on the house, selected the gigantic sundae with many toppings. Everyone enjoyed dinner, especially the kids. Servers were extremely nice and polite. Spacious with dim lighting. unfortunately, it is loud in the restaurant.

Had the MOST memorable dining experience for my birthday at Roots Steakhouse in Morristown. I’ve been to the locations in Summit and Princeton as well, and am a huge fan of the service and food. Our waiter was incredibly sweet and brought a free Sundae dessert despite not ordering one because we were full. It made our night! My bf had never been to Roots, but was so impressed that he cant wait to return! Our filet mignons were cooked to perfection and all of the apps and sides were incredible. My faves are the colossal shrimp cocktail, burrata app, & Cesar salad! We also got a side of the potatoes au gratin to share. Big thanks to the chef, staff, our waiter, and the managers that came to check on us while dining. It was above & beyond!!!

Nestled within the historic Westin Governor Morris hotel in Morristown, Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar is a culinary gem that showcases New American cuisine with a twist. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Bobby Varua, this upscale eatery emphasizes fresh, local ingredients and seasonal flavors from around the globe. The chic and modern ambiance enhances your dining experience while allowing the exquisite dishes to take center stage.
Another business outing in this wonderful restaurant. It is located conveniently in a hotel and thus can accommodate any long distance business travel. It has general dining area and a bar option but has a private room with a big screen TV for presentations. My menu option was limited due to the event organizers, so i cant speak on all available dishes, but in the past they have never disappointed. Today i had salad with blue-cheese (didnt like sorry), salmon and chocolate brioche with ice cream. Overall solid. As i said - salad was ehh… salmon was 4 out of 5… desert - solid 5. Overall - still a solid 5 star. Place is great for both business and personal. Plenty of parking as well.
Dan L — Google review
Our good friends invited us to the Blue Morel for Easter brunch/dinner. They had dined there before and enjoyed it. We went online to see if they had a special menu, but didn't see anything. When we arrived, we noticed the parking lot and the restaurant were both fairly empty. We also noticed they were serving a buffet for $100 a person, not including drinks or gratuity. If we had not been with our friends, we would not have stayed. Empty restaurants serving buffets are seldom good. The entire experience was very disappointing; the servers were inattentive (we had to ask for water every time a glass was empty), and they seemed generally indifferent to providing any service at all (this could have been because the gratuity was included on the check). There were a large number of items on the buffet, but because few people were dining, many of the selections were not hot, and some of the selections with sauce had congealed. The meat carving station was fine, as was the omelet bar, because they were made to order. But at $100 a person, you would expect much better food and service.

The Blue Morel is located within the Governor Morris Inn Marriot. I have to say that our meal on Mother's Day at Blue Morel was a bit of a disappointment. 1.) there was no mention in the reservation with Open Table that it was a buffet offering - not what I was hoping for in a Mother's Day meal out 2.) it was $99 per person (not a good value at all) 3.) there was a service charge added to our bill that we were told was printed on the menu yet we couldn't find it anywhere 4.) we had a 6 o'clock reservation and they started breaking down the buffet at 7. The food was good, but not $99 a head good. We spoke to the manager and he said it was all good feedback and would help him in the future (meh!). Wish we had ended up somewhere else and had $50 delicious entrees and cocktails for a $300+ meal.
P. K — Google review
Blue Morel is a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is very high class and the service is excellent. The presentation of the food is wonderful as well. I felt the desert was a bit stale, but each of the entrees was very good. All in all this is a wonderful establishment.

Everything about our experience was five stars—from the warm and attentive service to the impeccable quality of the ingredients. The dishes are clearly crafted with care, and the flavors are simply outstanding. I’ve been searching across many countries for the perfect Brussels sprouts side dish, and I can confidently say I’ve finally found it here. Absolutely unforgettable! The Colombian waiter was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—enhancing an already exceptional experience. Every detail, from the presentation of the plates to the beautifully curated displays throughout the space, speaks of sophistication and thoughtful design. You truly feel taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates high-quality food, genuine hospitality, and a refined atmosphere. If I had one very small suggestion, it would be to consider adjusting the music. While it’s a minor detail, I believe classical, blues, or jazz would better complement the elegant vibe of the restaurant—but of course, that’s just personal taste.

Enjoyed Christmas dinner here for our first visit. Ambiance is very nice. Food was good with beautiful presentation but nothing amazing. Halibut was a little tough and dry and my dessert was frozen in the center so obviously not made fresh. Service was ok. Felt like since gratuity was included for holiday that the server didn’t have to try to hard. Offered no menu tour, was just an order taker. Had to keep flagging someone down to refill our waters. Not many places open for Christmas though so we’re just grateful to found a place.
Andrea T — Google review
I was visiting from out of town and had the opportunity to have dinner here. The burger was very tasty. I enjoyed the jam sauce with its added tastes to the overall meal. My companions had a variety of things including steak and Ceasar salad. We were all very pleased with our selections.

Sat at the bar for dinner on a Friday night. The ambience is great and the food was very good. They have a decent selection of wines and bottled/canned beer. The espresso martini by Kevin was excellent. Great place for a quiet dinner or just drinks.

Nestled in the heart of the city, Grasshopper off the Green is a vibrant three-story Irish pub that seamlessly transitions from a cozy eatery to an energetic nightlife hub as the weekend approaches. This lively spot caters to sports enthusiasts with its numerous flat-screen TVs showcasing thrilling soccer and rugby matches while also serving up delicious brunch, lunch, and dinner options.
Very nice place. Friendly workers. They accommodated our reservation for 9 this past Saturday night perfectly. The food was amazing as well. We definitely plan on going back there.

I just couldn't eat it. The chicken tenders were dry and not edible. My friend got a burger and it looked horrendous. I almost threw up just looking at the burger. I asked for water and got some combination which was not water. It was thick and felt like glue.

We recently had a wonderful experience at Grasshopper Off the Green and will definitely be going back more often. A group of about 10 adults and 6 toddlers had outdoor plans that got canceled last minute due to weather. Literally just hours before we planned to meet, we decided to move indoors and try Grasshopper. I contacted the owner, Brian, and explained we didn’t want to be in the main dining room with all of the kids and we were hoping to go somewhere where they can move around a bit. He was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use the party room downstairs. We planned to go upstairs to order our food and drinks but the bartenders were amazing and came down to serve us even though they were handling parties upstairs as well. The service, food, and drinks were amazing and the space allowed the kids and adults to all have a great time. It is hard to find a place that is truly family friendly but this place is definitely it. I highly recommend.
Jillian L — Google review
I first came here a year ago in June for the first time for Tuesday karaoke with two good friends of mine and then last September came back with two of the same friends before my one friend moved to Ohio and I would continue to come by myself for karaoke Tuesdays after he moved and I indeed have had good times and met new/great people. That doesn’t mean I’ve had all positive times as I have had a lot of issues trying to order a drink or food and the bartenders just don’t acknowledge and need to have better attitude and service towards others. This one bartender that acts all whatever and everything and like he hates his job cause he works all day and night Paul, who had no right to one time judge me over how I would always come by myself and have no one to talk to and how I never tip and just sit at the bar and stare at people. I think he’s someone who should not have anyone serve anything from him. I also try to indeed interact and have conversations with people whether it’s meeting new people or people I already know. During karaoke it is always very loud were it’s hard to here. I try to be friendly and want to talk to people but no one will talk to me unless I do so, but when I tried talking to these girls it was so loud so they couldn’t hear me and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about, like I’m not speaking English so I got pissed off and stormed right out of the bar. I’ve especially have read a few bad reviews about Grasshopper for all these reasons so this will certainly do it. I’ve read bad reviews that had to do with the bouncer and it must be that same bouncer who I did have a problem with when he started confronting me in a aggressive way about how I was feeling when I got pissed and this same bouncer literally always let’s me in cause at a point he would know me where I’ve been a regular. He also always just sits there and just stares in a certain direction and does nothing. They need to have better staff for bartenders and bouncers that know how to treat people with respect. Overall, I haven’t been coming back since that day in June I last came, so it’s been over a month and I have not wanted or had any feeling to come back after what happened last time with these issues I dealt with! There are other bars out there that I wish had Karaoke nights especially bars in Morristown that are probably a lot better to be at and welcomed at. My friend that moved said after everything I personally told him said to me “I’m sorry Grasshopper lost it’s mojo.” Everything that happened from my last time was just overall unacceptable!
Danny D — Google review
My wife and I had our wedding drinks here to kickoff our wedding weekend. We would absolutely recommend the Grasshopper for any event! They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our night special, including customized food and drink menus! We can’t wait to stop in again soon.

American restaurant
South+Pine American Eatery is a popular neighborhood spot in Morristown, NJ, offering a rustic bistro ambiance with patio seating. The restaurant is the brainchild of Leia Gaccione, a former Executive Chef for Bobby Flay. Known for its excellent seasonal food and welcoming service, it's a great place to enjoy warm summer evenings. The menu features fresh and seasonal dishes including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Food was amazing, super fresh, and well crafted with a lot of attention before it gets served. The sous chef Amanda personally helped with recommendations and we were able to sit by the kitchen where we got to watch first hand the care that goes into every dish. Highly recommend the Polenta fries!
Cait H — Google review
My girlfriend and I visited South+Pine in Morristown for her birthday lunch on a Saturday afternoon. While we were excited to try the place based on its glowing reviews, our experience turned out to be a bit uneven. Parking was a hassle, there's no dedicated lot, so we had to find street parking, which was metered and tough to come by on a weekend. We arrived around 3:00 p.m. and found the place nearly empty, with only one other table of diners inside. The space itself was cozy with a rustic charm, highlighted by unique wall decor made of old doors pieced together creatively. It had a quiet, relaxed vibe. We started off with drinks, the toasted coconut latte and the vanilla bourbon latte. Both were delicious, not overly sweet, and offered a nice balance of flavor and coffee. However, by the end of the drinks, the syrup had settled at the bottom, making the last few sips overly sweet, so I didn’t finish mine completely. For an appetizer, we shared the spicy lamb meatballs served over Greek yogurt and cucumber relish. They were flavorful, though definitely not spicy despite the name—barely a 1 out of 10 on the spice scale. For our entrees, I had the short rib and winter veggie hash with poached eggs and chipotle hollandaise, which was pretty good in terms of taste, but I was disappointed by how little short rib was in the dish, it leaned heavily vegetarian. My girlfriend ordered the Fried Chix 2.0 (chicken and waffles), and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The chicken was bland and lacked seasoning, and even the waffles didn’t impress, which was especially disappointing since she’s a big waffle fan and didn’t even finish it. She said it was bland and chewy. Probably an over mixed batter. We also got a side of Polenta fries, made out of corn meal. These were pretty good, crunchy outer shell with a mushy seasoned corn meal on the inside. Service started out strong with a kind and attentive waitress who greeted us and brought our drinks. However, the second server who took our food order was less pleasant, her demeanor was curt and a bit rushed, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. At one point, she even pressured my girlfriend to order quickly, and I had to ask her to come back in a few minutes. Meanwhile, we could see some staff casually chatting at another table, which didn’t make the rushed vibe feel very justified. We decided to skip dessert and try another spot down the street instead. Overall, South+Pine had some highs, like the lattes and cozy atmosphere, but also several lows, particularly with the entrees and service. I suspect the rave reviews are more reflective of their dinner menu, which we didn’t get to try. I might consider coming back in the future for dinner, but as far as this birthday lunch went, it was just okay.

We had brunch outside on Sat. Shared two appetizers and two mains. Food was fresh and delicious! Service was great as well. Love the lamb meatballs, very tender. Salad was fresh.

Nice place, food is also tasty. Staff is very professional and kind. So with that said experience was memorable but what left the sour taste in our mouths was the fact we got punished for using credit card as payment. Meaning got charged service fee! I am sorry but how is that guests/ clients responsibility? The owner of the place can pay his own credit card fees and charges. What times are we living in? It’s 2025 not COVID time where restaurant owners got this scam going then. So I will suggest for all there are so many other restaurants in Morristown that have great food and ambiance you can skip this place and won’t get punished for using credit and not cash. The owner runs a good scam for sure. Won’t be back!

We recently celebrated birthdays / Mother's Day with a great meal at South+Pine American Eatery. I highly recommend this BYOB restaurant as the a Chef / Owner, Leia Gaccione, is super talented. She knows how to make creative dishes that have bold and delicious flavors using ingredients that are sourced locally. The outdoor terrace was also a pleasant experience.

Very pricey. Date night. $57 for each order of Skirt Steak, portion was normal. Charcuterie for 2 was $47. The food was tasty and good. Service was good. Inside the restaurant is very small and tight. We opted to sit outside but they would not allow us to sit at a table for 4 people so we had a very small table for 2. My husband is 6’5” so it was very tight and the sun was on us despite their outdoor structure. There Many 4 person tables that were open and remained unoccupied the entire time we were there, one and half hours. I get it, they could have had a mob of people come at any given time but when you have reservations and have a husband who is very tall, it would have been great if we were comfortable during our dinner. Other wise everything else was good but again very pricey. Steaks at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and roots are not even this pricey for skirt steaks.

Got to enjoy a lovely evening dining outside South + Pine tonight. We had the steak and cesar salad with chicken. Both were delicious. The wine selection was even better! Alex our waitress spoiled us at the end with two lovely glasses of their coffee infused wine. Thanks for everything! Looking forward to coming back.

It was a busy Friday evening around 7. If you know Morristown, you know it's very lively. We were seated inside, no wait time despite how busy it was which was very nice. Ambient lighting and upbeat music filled the air. The staff was very attentive. Never rushing us but checking in just enough. We did not pay attention to the fact that it there was no hard alcohol, only a wine infused menu. They had great options. My friend asked to have the closest thing they could make to an "Old Fashion" and it turned out pretty well! We did not miss the hard liquor. When the food came, the presentation was a 10/10. My friend got pork ribs that came with cornbread which he rated a 10/10. As a gluten-free, dairy-free girly, it's a lil harder for me. I opted for the chicken and they quickly accommodated my request for the parmesan truffle fries (minus the parmesan and confirmed that it would be made separately to ensure there was no gluten in the batter). The fries were mouth-watering! I could not get enough! The chicken, not so much but it was plated beautifully! All in all, it was a great experience and we never felt rush, even when it was 25 mins before closing and they were tidying up.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Morristown, Chef Fredy's Table stands out as a beloved dining destination that showcases innovative American cuisine within an elegant and inviting atmosphere. This restaurant is a treasure trove for food enthusiasts, offering an extensive menu filled with both classic staples and unique dishes that cater to diverse palates. Guests can indulge in delightful appetizers like octopus or prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, followed by exquisite main courses such as Chilean Sea Bass or Jambalaya.
I was in a large group of people that went here for a holiday gathering - 12 of us! We had reservations, so we were seated right away.. Service was great - anything we needed was taken care of right away. The food was fabulous. The orders did not take long to come out to us. The portions were enough for most of the group, more than enough for the others! Chef Freddy's is a place I would recommend, and I'm sure I will be back again as well.

Extraordinary service! Emilio is hands down the most attentive server. We celebrated our anniversary and were not disappointed. My husband was so impressed with the tuna appetizer that he said he won’t be able to eat sushi for a month at another establishment. The stuffed mushrooms were out of this world. The chef did his thing tonight! Homemade soy and chili sauce to perfection. We both had the surf and turf and it was impeccable. We ended with the cappuccino crème brûlée and it was to die for. They ended our night with a plate celebrating our anniversary and we feel so blessed. Louis the manager not only extended and more than accommodated our (late) reservation, but checked on us throughout the night. I wish I could say we were family or friends writing this, but literally first time guests. We will be back for regular date nights! (PS It’s a BYO!)

Absolutely fantastic culinary experience. Each dish is a work of art and tastes amazing. I highly recommend the Canadian elk medallions. Not a cheap place but definitely worth it. Conveniently located across from the Hyatt so you can park underground there.

I've eaten here three or four times, and it is always excellent. The service is super friendly, attentive, and easy going. The food is wonderful, with many choices, and they have been able to accommodate our large groups (15-20 people at a large table) quite comfortably. Not inexpensive, but well worth it for the quality. Highly recommended.

I absolutely cannot give this establishment enough praise. We had a repast for my father there. Another establishment canceled on us at the last minute. Nestor and Louis could not have been more accommodating and helpful, especially given the short notice. They are some of the nicest and most genuine people in town. The food and the service was amazing, and everyone in attendance couldn't stop raving about it. They took a very difficult situation and provided us with a truly amazing experience. If you are looking to host an event or just go out for a great dinner, you will not be disappointed with Chef Freddy's Table. Nestor and Louis will go above and beyond for you.

Very good restaurant in the heart of Morristown. They have multiple types of ravioli and they are all worth trying. Tremendous seasoning on the steak, the asparagus was phenomenal.

I ordered take out for my family. Terrible. We ordered the salmon and Steak Au Poivre to name a few dishes. The steak was very under cooked, tough and full of fat, so much it was hard to chew. The sauce came in a plastic container that was melted I assume the sauce was extremely hot when poured. For the price of the dishes and that take out is offered maybe spend a little more on the containers and cutlery? The forks and knives given with the steak were not strong enough to cut the meat. Very bad experience.

The watermelon salad was excellent, I had pasta noodles with chicken, and the chicken was overdone and dry. The meals were more on the pricier side. The least expensive was 28, on average 40 to 50. The service was excellent.

Nestled just steps away from Morristown Green, The Office Tavern Grill is a local gem that perfectly blends American comfort food with a vibrant atmosphere. This popular chain offers enticing weekday specials and boasts an impressive selection of craft beers to complement its diverse menu. Whether you're in the mood for brunch, lunch, or dinner, you'll find unique dishes like breakfast nachos topped with spicy pulled chicken or the Southern Breakfast featuring jalapeno cornbread and apple BBQ pulled pork.
40 draft beers on tap with TVs! Tavern menu with very good burgers. Staff was friendly but could've been more attentive. Plenty of seating inside the two story restaurant. Parking could be difficult. Definitely would return.

This was my little sister and I first time at this location. Great service, atmosphere and location. One suggestion I would make is that they season the burger a bit more. But other than that, the food was good and they are not shy when it comes to the cocktails. I was feeling mighty toasty off one drink (rum and dummer🫠)

My employer hosted a company gathering here, and the restaurant truly delivered. They set us up with part of the upstairs back room, and the space worked perfectly for our group. The food? Outstanding. We had juicy hamburger sliders on cornbread buns (yes, cornbread!), pizza, wings packed with flavor, and a great selection of veggie bites. The staff handled our big group with ease—attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. They kept things running smoothly without missing a beat. I’ll absolutely be coming back on my own next time.

The Office Bar & Grill is the perfect spot for great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu has something for everyone — from juicy burgers and wings to fresh salads and tasty entrees. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the staff makes you feel welcome whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, watching the game, or meeting friends for drinks. The bar is well-stocked with a great beer and cocktail selection, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Overall, The Office Bar & Grill is a go-to neighborhood spot — casual, fun, and consistently good. Highly recommend for both lunch and dinner, or just hanging out at the bar.
Debbie — Google review
The Wiener schnitzel was hard, overcooked, dry and hard to cut. While the portion was generous it didn’t make up for the poor taste. The red cabbage had no taste. It was not worth eating and the very small portion of spaetzle was not good. No taste. The server was either brand new or untrainable. He kept saying “no problem”????? The salt shaker was so greasy feeling and the salt did not flow. I don’t know how the experience could have been any worse. I suspect you should keep to pub type food and skip these specials. You don’t have it in you. The potato pancakes were the size of half dollars and the apple sauce portion even smaller. And add the extra work of finding parking… never again.

Stirling Tavern, a stylish and family-owned establishment in Morristown, may not have the same historical roots as some of its counterparts, but it has certainly made a name for itself. The bar offers an inviting atmosphere and a delectable selection of craft beers and juicy burgers. Whether you're looking for a Sunday brunch spot with your parents, a birthday dinner with friends, or happy hour with coworkers, Stirling Tavern fits the bill.

This was such a cute place. The vibes were so fun and summery. I wish it wasn't so hot outside because I would have liked to go out to their rooftop bar, but I’ll have to check it out next time. I got the rock shrimp rigatoni and it was a little spicy but overall a great choice!

Great place to have lunch! Door was delicious, nice beer menu and a very friendly atmosphere. Their burgers are some of the best I've had. Highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

This is a modern slightly upscale take on the tavern with nickel gap shiplap covered in white for the dining room. I searched for a solid burger in Morristown and this seemed like the best choice. Service was prompt, glasses were too small yielding limited liquid after you receive a glass chocked full of ice. The Tavern burger called me and I went wild and chose the onion rings. These appeared to be house made with a purple onion on the inside. I found them to be too crispy causing them to break when bitten into. The burger was excellent with a great bun to meat ratio. The bun itself was incredibly soft and enjoyable. Otherwise there was nothing else notable about the meal.

Adorable spot with a super warm staff! One of THE BEST espresso martinis I’ve ever had. I was obsessed with the Mexican street corn flatbread & popcorn shishito peppers with a super limey sauce. Also would highly recommend the seared scallops (the crab fried rice it was over was addicting).

We came to celebrate a co-worker’s birthday and had a fantastic time! We ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks, and everything was amazing. It was my first time trying a non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc ! I didn’t even know that existed! Very cool option, and I appreciated that they had it. The appetizers were excellent overall ! bold flavors and beautifully presented. Some were a little on the spicy side, but nothing too overwhelming. The vibe of the place really stood out to me it has this cool, New York City chic restaurant feel, which I absolutely love. Definitely a great spot for a casual celebration or just a stylish night out.

First time with a group of work friends. Service was awesome and quick. Lovely intimate vibe for two or a group. Lighting and candles, set the atmosphere. The appetizers were great, oysters, caccioe pepe fiocchi, all were flavorful! I tried the Jerk Chicken with Greens and Sweet potatoes. The savory and sweet was really delicious. The Brownie with Peanut Butter Ice cream was the icing on the cake! Shout out to Brian for making our experience awesome! Will definitely be back.

Our baby shower experience in the Wine Room and Rooftop areas could not he been nicer. From the planning stages through the end of the party the entire staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. It was a joy working with Kelly, Events Manager, who was professional, attentive to detail and flexible in accommodating our requests. Our guests raved about the food, which included several out of the ordinary dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and delicious unique combinations. I would not hesitate to recommend Town Bar as an event venue.

Town Bar + Kitchen isn’t just another modern American spot it’s the kind of place where real technique, hospitality, and local sourcing all actually mean something. I’ve eaten here before and loved it, but tonight I was lucky enough to sit in on a chef’s tasting with Executive Chef Jeffrey Marfil and it took things to another level. First off, the vibe: clean, modern, welcoming. It’s upscale without being stiff. Service is tight. And if you’re lucky enough to sit at the bar, make sure Brian’s working. The man knows his way around a cocktail creative, balanced, and always dialed in to the meal. Drinks here don’t play backup they elevate the experience. As for the food, while the tasting menu changes, the quality does not. What stands out most is the attention to detail and the commitment to local sourcing. Ingredients are pulled from nearby farms, and you can taste the difference. It’s not just farm-to-table buzzwords it’s real. Clean flavors, beautiful execution, and a level of finesse that doesn’t sacrifice comfort. Staples like the lumpia, tuna tartare, charred octopus, and short rib still hold their own, but the tasting gave us a deeper look at what this kitchen is really capable of: layered, intentional dishes with thoughtful textures and unexpected touches. It’s intimate. It’s chef-driven. It’s clear this is a team that takes pride in what hits the plate. Whether you’re just stopping in for dinner or lucky enough to sit in for a tasting, Town brings something special to Morristown. Already looking forward to the next round.

Stopped by after an event in Morristown and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made for a very pleasant visit. We sat at the bar and tried the tuna tartare and the meat & cheese plate. The tuna was delicious though there was something soft underneath that I wasn’t a fan of it wasn’t quite my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. The cheese board, was a great choice! It had a great variety, and the cheeses were really flavorful, perfect for sharing. The atmosphere was also a cozy, cute, and inviting. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend it!

Last night came here on a sweet date and enjoyed the small upstairs outdoor area. The food and drinks were great, as well as the ambience. We also had a wonderful server who somehow knew exactly when to check in without hovering. She was sweet, attentive, and low pressure. I was surprised to learn it was her first official shift! Thanks, will definitely be back many times. Shout out to the affordable, delicious cocktails, the enclosed roof area, and the wonderful server.

We had the best experience throwing a last minute surprise engagement party for our friends. Town Bar & Kitchen was incredibly accommodating in every single aspect. David was so enthusiastic and friendly when assisting me on the phone with the booking. Joseph was an amazing server for our group. he was the highlight of the night with his extreme accommodations for our large party. If you're on the hunt for a unique dining experience, look no further than Inspiration Roll. This delightful Japanese eatery is all about creativity and flavor, offering an exciting menu that features house-made sushi burritos, hearty ramen bowls, and refreshing fruit drinks. The vibrant atmosphere complements their diverse offerings perfectly.
Delicious from the 1st bite. I make sure to buy one or more "make your own" sushi burritos every time I'm in town. Bought one for my S.O. last year, and now, each time I'm near there, he requests I bring him two back as well. This time: 1 chicken, 1 fresh salmon. Next time: 1 fresh salmon, 1 [fresh] tuna. Haven't tried the bowl/other versions. Reasonably priced, excellent service, family run. The food has tasted fresh every time. Appreciate the non-plastic take out container (sauce containers are still plastic) I remembered to snap a photo for you all before I finished. Enjoy.
Sarah F — Google review
I was really looking forward to trying the ramen, but unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing dishes I’ve had in a while. The broth lacked depth and spice, leaving it bland and one-dimensional. The noodles were fine, but without a flavorful base, the overall experience fell flat. I expected a bold, rich, and comforting bowl of ramen, but this was missing the seasoning and heat that usually make ramen so enjoyable. I truly hope the restaurant considers enhancing the broth with more authentic flavors and spice, as the presentation and concept had great potential—it just didn’t deliver on taste this time.
Octavious S — Google review
Without a doubt, the best ramen place I have been to in the area. Service is quick and everyone there is friendly. Food is DELICIOUS. Tried a couple things and cannot wait to go back to try more of their menu. We had the spicy Tonkotsu ramen and it was amazing. The soup was spicy and flavorful. They use egg noodles which are my favorite and the pork belly was nice and tender. Definitely recommend this or the original Tonkotsu ramen if you’re not into spicy. It’s not too hot but there’s a little kick. We also got the Lincoln signature roll aka a wrap. I’ve never had a sushi wrap before and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. The process there is cool too because you can actually create your own burritos, bowls, poke bowls, etc. Lastly, I got the J.K Rowling fries. They are korean or Japanese style fries topped with kimchi, pork belly, cheese, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce. Pretty heavy side dish but very tasty. One hundred percent would recommend checking this place out. I was not disappointed. Update: adding comments for COVID regulations as of September 2021. Interior is very clean and all staff members are wearing masks. Felt like a very safe experience.

This place is great! We had originally ordered through door dash where our food was taken by our door dash driver and we never received our food, after calling the restaurant they were nothing but helpful in making sure we got the best service and remade the entire order! The food was great! Great place!
KIANNA B — Google review
The rice and salad bowls (make your own) is really good! Fresh vegetables and the dressings made the bowl delicious. The service takes some time, so feel free to place the order ahead. I’m definitely going here again!
Ash G — Google review
We love the food, not gonna lie, and so I was very conflicted about leaving a 3 star review. If there were a 3.5 that would be more appropriate. Our problem is not with the quality or flavor of the food, its generally on point. Our complaint is with two things. The meat portions seem to have gotten smaller, I would almost say half the size they were. Tonight we had Shoyu Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. It's disappointing when paying $17 for a bowl of noodles. There should be more protein. The other complaint is that when ordering through the site, we couldn't select anything other than 20% for a tip. It seemed forced (which is wrong), but maybe its a bug? On what planet does it make sense to pay 20% for pickup order when a person is simply handing you a bag. It's not table service where they are fetching things from the kitchen, answering questions, making conversation, checking to see that your meal is good. Its literally handing you a paper bag. We were starving and were wanting the food so we paid it but I guess that's a prime example of what's wrong with tipping in the US. We (most people, I mean) just PAY IT stupidly. A $5 tip for a pickup order is plenty generous for, again, handing you a paper bag. Not 20% on an $80 order We will definitely eat there again and maybe when I'm not so annoyed at both of these things I'll delete or modify the review. But again, these two issues were disappointing.
Shawn A — Google review
I am not the person to write this review I don't like any type of seafood, that said the non seafood offerings were great. The chicken bao was flavorful and hit the spot. I would be interested in trying their chicken teriyaki another day. The bowls looked large and the diners with me said they were good.
Eric S — Google review
I’ve been coming here for a while and the Spicy Karaage Ramen is by far the BEST RAMEN I’VE EVER HAD (and I’ve eaten lots of ramen.) The broth is literally perfection, I want to get a job there just so I can figure out how they make it. Seriously, try it- you won’t be disappointed.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Morristown, Marjan Fine Persian Grill offers a delightful escape into authentic Persian cuisine. This intimate eatery is perfect for those seeking a cozy dining experience, where traditional dishes are served with care and attention to detail. The ambiance is relaxed, allowing guests to savor every bite in peace.
It was a great experience having delicious and juicy Persian kebabs. The meat was soft, tender, and juicy. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, my family had a great time. The food was great, and we would definitely return. Only side note. They need more high chairs. Also, street parking is difficult. But there is a garage 2 blocks away.

Quaint Persian restaurant with good food. Their “Barg” Kabab was exceptionally good. The rice was well made and their house douq (yugort drinks) was not bad. Parking is on the street only. There is a public parking structure up the street.
Saeed G — Google review
I visited Marjan Fine Persian Grill with a close friend on a beautiful evening, and what followed was a dining experience marked by grace, care, and subtle attention to detail. We were welcomed just beyond the front door at a small podium. The interior is arranged in such a way that, once seated, you can see only your own table and perhaps a few others, a layout that creates a quiet, intimate atmosphere, rare in most restaurants. We chose to sit on the patio, drawn by the pleasant weather. Our table was nestled beside a flower bed in full bloom, adding a natural elegance to the setting. The staff prepared our table with a crisp white tablecloth and soft green linens that were clean and thoughtfully pressed without being overly stiff. Menus were paper, tucked into folding plastic sleeves. This appeared simple and practical. Cold water arrived promptly in two glasses. The menu was descriptive and helped us get a good sense of each dish’s ingredients. That said, someone unfamiliar with Persian cuisine might not immediately recognize which dishes are meant as dips or small plates. A bit more context would help newcomers better navigate what is clearly a well curated menu. To start, we shared the kashk-e-bademjan, a warm eggplant dip rich in roasted flavor and depth from grilled onions. When we finished the bread before the dip, more was brought to us without request or charge. It was a small gesture, but one that reflects genuine hospitality. I ordered the Shishlik (lamb chops), which the menu and our server informed us were grassfed and imported from New Zealand. The meat was beautifully cooked, tender, juicy, and clean on the palate, with no heaviness. A few slices of lime on the plate allowed for just the right touch of acidity to brighten each bite. The dish was served with basmati rice, a standout on its own. The rice was aromatic, warm, and perfectly textured, with seasoning that was flavorful yet balanced. It made a wonderful companion to the meal, and even after the lamb was gone, I found myself happily finishing what remained on the plate. My mint tea arrived with sugar on the side, allowing me to adjust it to my preference. It paired nicely with the food, especially the rice, and added a refreshing balance to the richer elements of the meal. My friend ordered the kabob-e-kubideh and remarked on how juicy and flavorful the kabob was. It had a deeply appetizing aroma and was cooked just right. It was moist but not oily. One thoughtful detail worth highlighting was the water, which was brought to us in a decanter filled with ice. This small touch meant we never had to wait for refills or ask for more. We simply poured as needed. It made the meal feel relaxed and uninterrupted. Our server was attentive and checked in at appropriate moments. We never felt rushed or forgotten. When we asked for the check, it was brought without delay. The only aspect of the experience that felt out of step with the rest was the restroom. While it was clean and well stocked, it showed signs of neglect. A wet floor sign stood in the corner without purpose, and the walls bore marks and holes from hardware that had long been removed. It didn’t affect the hygiene, but it did slightly detract from the overall sense of care that was so evident elsewhere. That said, the water was warm, and the soap had a lovely scent, small but appreciated comforts. In all, Marjan offered us more than a meal. it offered us a moment of peace and richness, shared among good company. The food is excellent, the service attentive, and the setting thoughtful. I would not hesitate to return.

We ordered chicken soltani and jujeh kabob, both were delicious! The persian ice cream was not to be missed! We loved the service as well.👍 The only down side was there are mosquitos flying around the backside of the restaurant (we sat on the last table near the toilet area)😞

Delicious food! Excellent service! If you want to try a very unique dessert, try faloudeh, very different texture with the frozen rice noodles and refreshing with the lemon sorbet, not too sweet, perfect ending for a meal
Cathy M — Google review
Food was delicious, definitely recommend trying out the appetizer combination platter. The sirloin kabob with saffron rice was juicy, ton of flavor was amazing. The Shirin Polo was fragrant just a caution a little too sweet for my liking but still loaded with flavor. Only qualm I had was the Fesenjoon was way too sweet and almost felt like borderline desert. Definitely something I would order again. Other than that all the dishes were great and the service was top notch. Would definitely be coming back to try other dishes.

I ordered koubideh kabab and it was very dry and tasted more like "kotlet". As can be seen koubideh was thinner in one side and super dry and close to crunchy on outside. I had koubideh in US in 6 different restaurants and this one ranks 5th. A bit too spicy too. Their koubideh is not recommended. The staff were very kind and respectful. Food also came out fast.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the food is absolutely amazing. The grape leaves were delicious, the puréed eggplant was the best I have ever had and the hummus was delicious. I got the salmon kabob which was also delicious. I tried the lamb chops and they were the best lamb chops I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. To top it off the Persian ice cream is to die for. Literally the best ice cream I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back!

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Morristown, The Grand Cafe is a charming destination that transports diners to the elegance of Old World France without the need for international travel. For over 36 years, this upscale restaurant has been delighting guests with its traditional French cuisine served in an intimate and formal atmosphere. Recently enhanced by a lovely new patio, patrons can savor signature dishes like pan-seared rare ahi tuna and delectable lobster fusilli seafood pasta while enjoying al fresco dining.
I can't imagine a better place to have a party. My wife threw me an amazing surprise birthday party a few years ago at The Grand Cafe and we absolutely had the best experience. Fast forward to now, and it's my turn to throw a birthday party for her. Despite wanting to do something completely different just to mix things up we chose The Grand Cafe again and are very glad that we did. The food is delicious, and they have a BEAUTIFUL party room upstairs that is split into a bar area and a dining area. It's so much fun having the cocktail hour (with delicious passed appetizers) in one room and dinner in the other. And they let us decorate and personalize the space. We had 35 guests and they all had the best time. The food, the space, and the staff were all amazing. But Walter, who I dealt with for planning the party was even more than that. He was so easy to work with, so accommodating, and so on top of all of the small, important details, such a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking to have a private party event in Morris County at a wonderful venue you simply can't go wrong with The Grand Cafe.

Wonderful restaurant with great food, drinks and service. The outside seating area is very nice in a pretty location. Had the seafood crepe which was delicious, with plentiful shrimp and crab and delicate sauce. Tasty duck entree. Joel our server was super attentive and friendly. Julio was warm and attentive as well. Top notch restaurant. Highly recommend!

The Grand Cafe will be a forever favorite. The food is consistently exquisite, and the hospitality makes you feel instantly at home. They treat you like family. Walter provides service that is second to none and is so loved!

Lovely quiet restaurant. Very crowded. Much older crowd. Food was good. We were in a difficult table where the hurried waiters kept hitting our chairs. The wine was exceptional. The wait staff are very attentive. The owner is on hand greeting all the tables. Walter was very kind on the phone and just as sweet in person. He moved us from in front of the piano to the main dining room area for a quieter table. I love that all the tables have white or pink tablecloths. The carpeting also helps absorb the sound and make for a quieter ambiance. I know people got more casual after the lockdown with their attire but we got dressed up to go to the restaurant, yet other older patrons came in jeans. Very disappointing when people don't dress up for a nice restaurant. I had the bronzino. My husband had the dover sole. Our son had the tuna. Our daughter in law had the pork chop. We shared the lobster salad. Our waiter messed up our order of birthday souffle for our son, but kindly took the charge off our bill. Our son ordered chocolate, but the waiter brought the Grand Marnier souffle instead, which was too sweet.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful meal and presentation by Xeris Pharmaceuticals, organized by The New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (NJAOPS), at The Grand Café in Morristown, NJ. I am looking forward to future events that NJAOPS may host at The Grand Café and my next dining experience there. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Had dinner here with two of my best friends and it couldn't have been better. I had the glazed salmon special and it was probably the best salmon I've ever had. I asked for it medium rare and that's exactly how it came out. The wasabi mashed potatoes were incredible. Walter took excellent care of us!

The service was pretty nice, but nothing special. The atmosphere as beautiful and the view was so pretty. It was so cool to eat inside a toursit site! The meals were decent. I shared a seabass with my brother and although it was a bit plain, there were no bones! The mocktails were also amazing, the way they were presented was lovely. The desserts were to die for! We all shared the mille feiuilli, and I loved how most of the desserts on the menu were sharable! The area is great to walk around after dinner too! I would definetely recommend reservations as well because the restuarant can sometimes be at full capacity.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Grand Cafe. My family and I, a group of about 20 people, had a luncheon in a private room upstairs. It was a repast following an interment ceremony, so it was important that things go smoothly. I called the restaurant at around closing time on a Saturday night, hoping to schedule the luncheon for the following Thursday. I was expecting to be told to call back during the week, but Walter happily took my call and said he would "take good care" of me and my family, and he did. In the planning process, he was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and when we were at the restaurant, he treated me and my family like we were guests in his home. The entire staff was polite and professional, the food was delicious, and the space was beautiful. I look forward to dining there again. Thank you, Walter!

Found out about this place while looking for GF restaurants in Morristown... This came up on a couple different sites .. all with food reviews, and it appeared to have a decent amount of options for my wife . We decided to give it a try. At first glance when we arrived, it had a nice vibe with a really cool atmosphere. We were greeted and seated within a minute at 5:30 on a Saturday (w/ no prior resv.) Our server was awesome, as he recommended some of the fav. Cocktails. I had 2 and my wife had 1. All were good but my little Piggy was excellent. We ordered 3 plates which we split. The wings, the shrimp n grits, & the Short Rib. All were great, but the grits were exceptional... Perfect amount of cheesybess and heat, delicious flavors. We also split an apple cake dish (also GF) and had 2 coffee s which all were awesome. All in all it was a great evening, unfortunately we're about 45 mins away but if when we're ever going to be close by we will surely return again. Thanks for a great meal 👍.

Had a great experience at End of Elm in Morristown. We ordered the steak and eggs and avocado toast—both were delicious. The cocktails were excellent, well-crafted and balanced. Our server (Caroline) was super friendly and clearly knew the menu well, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by, and we’ll be coming back for sure. We parked at the train station and walked over.

Amazing location with lots of small plates options, great for two people to share. Absolutely loved the tuna "pizza" which is more of a reinvention of sushi in a pizza shape. Staff is super friendly and helpful too. Very convenient location, just a couple of minutes from the centre of town. Would absolutely recommend visiting this place if you're in town and looking for some great food in a picturesque setting.

I’ve been here many times and always had great experiences. Amazing BYOB restaurant. The lunch menu is really affordable with good choices. The pad Thai was so good it didn’t make the picture 😂 I also like their Massaman Curry. I ordered the curry puffs as an appetizer and they’re delicious!

My mom and I sat down randomly while walking around and somehow stumbled upon what we both agreed was one of the best Thai restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. We both ordered the soft shell crab salad and were unbelievably impressed! It was one of the freshest, brightest dishes I think I’ve tried in my life. We would make the hour drive out to Morristown again just to come back for that one dish! We also ordered the spring rolls, gyozas, and crunchy salmon. Everything was absolutely delicious and the flavors were amazingly complex. Great service as well, and the owner is an incredibly lovely woman! Overall a 10/10 dining experience, cannot recommend it more.

I recently came here alone while walking around Morristown. I have always enjoyed Thai cuisine and this place does it best compared to anywhere else in Morristown. I ordered the Pad thai with chicken as well as a thai iced tea, both reasonably priced and exceeded expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere is amazing. I had a great time despite being alone & at the end I had a lovely conversation with the owner Phoebe, and my server Kim. They’re both wonderful people who made my experience the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely be returning!

Laku Sushi is a delightful culinary destination located on Lafayette Avenue, where the vibrant flavors of sushi and Japanese cuisine harmoniously blend with enticing Korean dishes. This casual eatery boasts a minimalist decor that creates an inviting atmosphere for diners. Known for its fresh and high-quality fish, Laku Sushi offers an array of specialty rolls like the Yum Yum Roll, Volcano Roll, and Spicy Shrimp Dragon roll that are both delicious and satisfying.
It was a very quiet Tuesday night, but the staff greeted us warmly when we came in and the food came in quickly since my table was the only one there and it was late at night. I got the tuna tataki and bibimbap and my friend had a poke bowl. And I loved my portion. I did notice a good amount of take out orders come in also. Overall I really like the place would def come back.

I have been coming to this place for 8 years. I always love it! Great good, service and very affordable! It’s the best Korean restaurant in Morristown. It’s a small place, yet, very nice atmosphere.
Isabel A — Google review
First time in - I wanted sushi for lunch, and my favorite place locally was closed (Sunday). Only ordered carry out, but staff was friendly in this brief visit. Had higher hopes for the sushi rolls based on the high rating. In the end, it was very underwhelming, higher rice to fillings ratio than I'd like, and the portion of tuna and eel was tiny & barely noticeable in the taste. They went a bit heavy on the tuna sauce, as well. Perhaps they have earned the ratings in the past. This one chance I gave it to impress failed.
Woodmanart — Google review
We ate here for more than 6 years now. The quality of food is great. The price is reasonable. If you like Japanese / Korean food than Laku is the place for you.

This is definitely my favorite sushi place in northern Jersey! I’ve been here many times since I moved up here and they’ve been consistent every time! I’ve even gone several times since the whole Covid situation and they are still amazing! The fish always tastes fresh and high quality. Tonight I got the Yum Yum Roll, the Volcano Roll and the Spicy Shrimp Dragon roll (all amazing) the specialty rolls are pricey but not more expensive than other sushi places in the area. They are also very filling. 3 rolls is enough for 2 people for sure. The staff and owners are all super friendly and are always welcoming! They are a big part of why I keep coming back. If you’re in the mood for sushi this place will not disappoint.
Jason S — Google review
Really good price for special rolls. I won’t call it a sushi place, but they have good rolls. We really like Pier17, Sakura, V.I.P. rolls, but honestly all rolls were really good, loaded with fish. The owners were so friendly, and kept on giving us complimentary soup and side dishes. With tax and tips, we each paid $34. Can’t believe it is the price you pay in Morristown. Strongly recommend for family and friends dinner or a quick bite by yourself.
Xuemeng L — Google review
I decided to round up from 4.5 stars. I’m from Chicago and the tuna sashimi at this place is the first that has the taste of Japan fish markets (I’ve gotten used to tuna sashimi with little flavor and tastes like nothing). Here for a three day business trip and ordered their Chirashi bowl twice over the three day period. I would opt for the miso soup side here, I found the salad and ginger dressing very underwhelming. Minus .5 stars because on my first order at 8pm the rice on the chirashi was hard/not fresh. And one the second chirashi the rice was normal but there was no radish in the bowl! I love the crunch. So hoping there will be better consistency. Would definitely order from here again

Something changed and for the worst. What a shame. I've been a longtime customer here. The pizza overall quality and taste is not even close to what the standard was not too long ago. Their pizza is now tasteless.

The outdoor seating area was a pleasant surprise when I stopped by for lunch on a sunny afternoon. It was quiet, comfortable, and ideal for a quick bite with friends. The Mediterranean salad I ordered was fresh, generously portioned, and not your typical side salad. I liked the relaxed vibe here.

Sincerely, I had no idea what to expect, but this location exceeded my expectations. The sauce had just the right amount of herbs and garlic, and the meatballs were tender. It's the type of place where you could easily establish yourself as a regular. I adored the whole experience's traditional Italian vibe.

I was very happy with the quality of the food we ordered for my family- thin crust pizza, fried calamari and garlic knots. All were prepared fresh and delicious. Shout out to the owner, Michel, who was quick to rectify an order not up to his standards. I’m impressed and will order again from the Godfather of Morristown!

Yes, the food is amazing, but the best part of the Pomodoro experience is Eleni! She is the kindest, sweetest, and most caring server. She remembers my order, and my family’s, every time I’m there. Ordered a pizza and some garlic cheese knots to go - pizza was pretty good, with a solid undercarriage and quality ingredients. I will say it was a little more hard than crispy, but otherwise crust was pretty good. I would pass on the garlic knots, not worth it in my opinion. Generally you can never expect any Mexican food to be really authentic in US, but depends on how much you accept Mexican fusion. Living in SoCal for years, traveling in Tuscan AZ, and visiting Mexico to grab street food myself, I have to be honest that if you plan for “real authentic Mexican”, this may not be what you look for, but I actually would prefer modification Macho Nacho offers: 1. Freshly baked chicken and pork quesadilla is delicious! 2. Chicken burritos is generously stuffed with grilled chicken and black beans. It is not super greasy or salty-Yes I like my food to be less in sodium :) the sour cream comes with it is light and fresh. 3. Chicken torta sandwich is prepared very well with good amount of chicken, lettuce and guacamole. The bread is toasted just right. Not sure why a review complains this is not a diner with servers for customers to be seated. Rather I find this place very friendly, with patient and helpful staff, quick service and clean dining area.

I visited Fig & Lily Garden today and really enjoyed my time there. The outdoor seating is very comfortable and looks beautiful, perfect for relaxing with friends. The food was fresh and delicious, pancakes with berries, sweet pastries were great. I also tried a creamy dessert with berries that looked and tasted amazing. The flatbread pizza was hot and cheesy, and the salad was fresh and crisp. Turkish tea and coffee were both excellent. The crew was very friendly and attentive. We recently hosted a baby shower at Fig & Lily Garden booking their private event room and had a truly wonderful experience. From the start, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A special shout-out to the manager, Mamac, who was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond by arranging additional glasses, ice buckets, and other essentials to ensure everything ran smoothly for our party size. The entire event was beautifully executed just as I had envisioned—from the table seating to the timely food service and overall hospitality. The food was outstanding, with many guests especially raving about the chicken kebabs—some even said they were the best they’ve ever had! Drinks were served promptly, and the staff took great care of all our guests throughout the event. Highly recommend Fig & Lily Garden for anyone planning a special occasion. Food is usually good and we go here for there falafels, but this time they were not as good. They were definitely undercooked in the middle. Usually they are a 8/10, but today I would give a 6/10. We ordered three dips, tzatziki, Muhammad’s, and avocado ganoush. Muhammara - 8/10 Avocado Ganoush - 8/10 Tzatiki - this was a very poor Tarik as it had almost no cucumber, it was just yogurt. would not reccomend. 4/10 Gnocchi- this was actually quite nice, it was like pasta with gnocchi. 8/10 Fries - there fries actually quite nice served hot and crispy with feta cheese. 8/10 This place has a variety of options, but they are quite pricey.

We were there in the afternoon on Friday. I loved the young energetic, vibe and chill music. The food was amazing! The service was excellent. By the evening, the music turned to romantic and acoustic. I’m glad I did research that this place is BYOB and we brought our own alcohol. Their lemonade is truly freshly squeezed. We tried several appetizers and finished it with dessert.

The food was great. The servers and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The mocktails in the pictures I attached were amazing. Highly recommended!

Very nice garden! Definitely try outdoor dining. The fig salad and the fig dessert were both really good. Probably anything with fig is their signature! lol

Another great night out at the Fig and Lily, definitely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the Morristown area. Food as always was excellent, but what really rounds off the experience is the front of house staff. We had the same waitress who braved the NJ winter to serve us our food in the igloos (great fun) and it is just so lovely to be given a warm welcome. She is a gem!

1776 Morristown is a vibrant restaurant and bar offering a modern twist on classic dishes, along with simulated golf lounges for entertainment. The establishment, led by renowned Chef David Burke, presents an inviting atmosphere with high ceilings and a well-lit cocktail bar. The menu features updated classics such as pan-roasted salmon with succotash and saffron corn puree, spicy tuna sushi rolls, and east and west coast oysters.
I enthusiastically recommend 1776 Morristown in Morristown, NJ. We celebrated my sister’s 75th birthday there and had a wonderful dinner, topped off with a fantastic custom cake from the pastry chef. The service was outstanding—our server, Karam, was well-informed, welcoming, and attentive, helping to make the night special. Each dish we tried, such as the California Roll, Lobster Dumplings, Filet Mignon, Sea Bass, Shrimp and Scallops, and Chicken Parmesan, was excellent. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the whole team for giving us such a memorable experience!

Food and drinks were delicious, service was very slow! Came here for a friend’s birthday on a Friday night. We waited over an hour for our entrees and they didn’t bring all the appetizers out together. They brought out the clotheslines bacon and then the rest of the apps about 15 minutes later. The drinks were delicious; I highly recommend getting the drink tree. The food was delicious. We were a group of 8 people and everyone got different food from sushi to lamb to steak and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Went here for a company event and so my experience is likely shadowed / clouded by what was decided as a part of the event planning. The herb bread was warm and delicious. The salad with minimal blue cheese dressing was ok, would have appreciated more dressing. Ordered a cauliflower steak and it was half a head of cauliflower with barely any dressing and almost non-edible, there were no sides to it, no vegetables, no vegetarian protein! Will certainly not order that ever again. The staff was gracious and made a vegetarian pasta which was very flavorful! Not sure why that was not provided as an option. The dessert trio was was delicious!

We had a memorable evening at this restaurant, thanks to its exceptional menu and creative approach to serving each dish. Every plate feels like a work of art, from the beautifully presented entrées to the perfectly executed main courses—both were absolutely delicious. While the staff was highly professional and efficient, they could have brought a bit more warmth to the experience with a smile or two. We didn’t make it to dessert, but judging by the quality of the meal, I’m sure it would have been just as impressive. Definitely a place worth visiting for anyone looking for a refined and unique dining experience.

We recently hosted a cocktail party for some of our clients at 1776, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences. Given the summer hours and our guest list of attorneys, I wasn’t expecting a great turnout, but the evening exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Sajal and her team put us at ease. The venue itself was beautiful, but it was the staff that truly elevated the experience. Mikaela, Shariff, Christian, and Amadeus (yes, that's his real name!) took exceptional care of us and made sure our guests felt comfortable and welcomed. The menu was extensive and a bit intimidating at first, but Mikaela guided me in selecting the best options for our group. We enjoyed fall off the bone ribs, Nashville wings with a perfect bite, flavorful vegetable spring rolls with a delicious dip, plantains with guac (a touch too salty for my taste), and a classic Margherita pizza. Each dish was a hit with our guests. If the Avengers were in the food industry, this team would be them. I highly recommend 1776 for any event or even just for dinner. And if you’re in the mood for a custom cocktail, let Amadeus know your preferred base and flavors and he’ll create something spectacular. The margarita he crafted for me was so good, I’m calling it the MarquisGarita! Thank you, Sajal and team, for an outstanding evening. You truly are the best!

Okay, so let me start by saying the place itself is really nice, the vibe, the decor, and the service were honestly perfect. Everyone was super attentive, which I appreciate. But the food… oh no. The steak was terrible. Like, no flavor, weird texture just not it. And the guacamole? Definitely not fresh. Tasted cheap and off, same with chips which was disappointing. For a spot that looks this good, I was expecting way better food quality, not worth the price. Cute place to sit and have a drink maybe, but definitely not coming back for the food.
Daniela W — Google review
The ambiance of this place is super cute, though be prepared for heavy foot traffic! Our server was amazing , so friendly and attentive (wish I remembered his name!). The lobster dumplings were a must-try ,incredible texture and flavor. The yellow tail was also really good, can’t go wrong there. The shrimp and scallops were flavorful too, though the scallops were a little sandy. That said, the corn they came with was outstanding. My boyfriend ordered the pasta, which I personally wouldn’t recommend. While it had great flavor, the meat came in a large fatty chunk instead of being shredded, which made it tough to enjoy. Overall, though, it’s a great spot worth checking out!

I finally made it into 1776 in Morristown after driving by so many times, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for a friend’s 40th birthday. One thing I always tell clients as a realtor is that a home is about more than four walls—it’s about the lifestyle and experiences nearby. And this brunch was exactly that kind of experience. Our waiter was phenomenal—attentive, accommodating, and full of great suggestions. He even crafted the most beautiful mimosa tree with fun twists just for our group. I ordered the lobster eggs benedict with home fries (highly recommend), and the rest of the table had a mix of brunch dishes—every single plate was a win. The sunny afternoon could’ve been tough, but our waiter made sure we had as much shade as possible and even surprised our birthday girl with champagne. It made the whole celebration feel extra special. Brunch here was memorable, and it’s safe to say I’ll be back soon—this time to try dinner.

Pierogies House is a unique Polish restaurant located in New Jersey, offering traditional farm-to-table pierogies in various flavors such as mushrooms, onion, lentils, and potatoes. The restaurant prides itself on using family recipes passed down through generations to create authentic Polish dishes alongside American favorites like Philly cheesesteak. In addition to their signature pierogies, the menu also features potato pancakes and seasonal specialties like wild blueberry pierogies.
brought my dad here to celebrate his birthday! we were fortunate to get a table inside and enjoy a delicious spread of polish cuisine. i love the more traditional items, but also enjoyed the more modern/americanized takes!! there is also a good variety of vegan choices, which was great for my sister

Stopped by here with my husband and so glad we gave it a try! These pierogis definitely exceeded our expectations! I chose the vegan potato onion and he had the potato cheddar bacon. We both ordered the boiled and they were fantastic. I can't even imagine how much more amazing the fried ones would be! The service was fast and once we placed our order at the counter our order was ready within 10min. Overall fantastic and would definitely come back to try other varieties. I just wish you could mix and match flavors in the same order!

I LOVE this place! I’ve been coming here biweekly for about three years. There have so many different dietary options! I get vegan pierogies with vegan sour cream! Every order comes with free sour cream and wooden utensils! Once again such a great place. A quiet spot for a nice lunch or dinner!!

If you like pierogies, you may want to try this place! Food: all kinds of pierogies to pick from (see picture of menu). We had the feta & spinach, potatoe & farm cheese, and the butternut pierogies. All were excellent ! We also had the potato pancakes (excellent) and the pickle soup. If you haven’t had pickle soup it’s similar to chicken soup with a hint of dill pickle. I loved it and want to make it when we get home. The pierogies can be fried or boiled. Service: there is take out or table service. Keep in mind it’s a small place and seating is limited. We ate in and service was good, however, could have been better if someone checked in to see how our meal was. Atmosphere: clean modern look with mostly hard surfaces. Kind of set-up like a take-out Chinese restaurant. There’s approximately 12 tables inside and 1 table outside. The unisex restroom was clean, but tiny. Summary: boutique restaurant, with very good food for the polish/pierogi lover. We would definitely go back!

4.5 stars - go here in the winter. These pierogies are dense and filling, this is not a light snack. Tried the spinach and feta, Buffalo chicken, and bacon cheddar potato pierogies, which were all quite good. Also had a Nutella filled dessert pierogie that was fun. I'm interested to go back and try other items.

One of the best sushi places I have been to since moving to NJ from Japan. Sushi was fresh with balanced flavor. The fish was so tender and smooth, you could really taste the quality. On top of this our waitress was so friendly and gave the best suggestions on rolls. This second floor restaurant is a hidden gem above the Morristown Green.

About 26USD per person and you can eat as much you what, you also can bring your wine or beer. Food was fast and overall good. The fish (sashimi was amazing) but the pad Thai wasn’t very good.

Tried quite a bit from the menu and can honestly say that all of it is sub par for the area.... however the service is what brings it down even more. Multiple tables (including ours) did not recieve orders or they were given to other tables.
Dan L — Google review
Service was good food on the other hand was different. The pad thai was extremely sweet and spicy with no bean sprouts,no lime, no peanuts. Which pad thai is composed of. The playboy roll tasted like lighter fluid from when they lit it on fire in the aluminum foil in front of us. The chicken teriyaki was just flat chicken breast drizzled with teriyaki sauce. But like I said service was good

This enchanting bakery specializes in unique desserts and whimsical custom cakes, making it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. While it offers light fare and sit-down brunch options, its to-go selections are equally inviting, especially during these times when convenience is key.
This shop is amazing! Their selection of house made yummies is broad and steadily kept fresh by cycling options. I came to them for a birthday cake for my wife which was hands down one of the tastiest Red Velvet cake I’ve ever had. In addition I’ve tried their house made marshmallows, salted chocolate chip cookies, and shop made pistachio granola. Everything was super tasty and worth the try. I can’t wait to go back to sample some more yummies. Also! They have a great vibe with a very cute backyard patio that looks like a great place to spend an hour or two.

Andrea, the baker, has made my daughter's first birthday cake come to life! We had a "First Bee-Day" theme and she knocked it out of the park. The price of the cake was very reasonable and very delicious too (we picked red velvet). We will definitely order from here again!

Great cafe with European-inspired pastries. Veggie scones and almond brioche became our favorites over the years. If you see marshmallows - take them. So good! Good place to have breakfast on Saturday (quiche, soups are delicious). Recently ordered a custom cake and it turned out superb. Light moist chocolate sponge with 2 layers of Bavarian cream and cherry compote in the middle. Cherries are on top too. Yum!

Mangiano Pizza Restaurant Catering & Private Events is a highly regarded 4-star pizzeria that comes with a strong recommendation to try their specialty pizzas instead of the classic cheese pie. These specialty pizzas offer an excellent value for money, packed with ample toppings. One particular favorite among customers is the arugula pie. While the menu offers more than just pizza, our assessment is limited to their pizza offerings.
First time getting lunch from here, ordered to go…just got a large hot chicken cutlet sandwich deluxe but it was delicious. The chicken tasted organic, was soft not hard chewy or burnt, I would recommend! The fries were also really good! The picture doesnt do much justice but will definitely order again.

Come for the pastries or the pizza, you can’t go wrong! This is my first time dining at Coniglios and I’ll definitely be back! If you’re coming for pizza, it’s best to come with 2+ people since the pies are round. They do have a Detroit style pizza which is smaller and what I ended up getting. It was very delicious! The staff here are great too and super friendly! I’ll be back with more friends to try the larger pies!

Coniglio’s is one of the best restaurants in New Jersey. The service is great and everyone who works there is exceptionally friendly. Even when they are busy it is rare to have a long wait. Everything I’ve ever gotten to eat here was flawlessly delicious. Pizzas to salads to sandwiches to bagels to croissants to coffee, this place does it all, and very well. The place is very clean and full of cool stuff from wall murals of the logo to the retro fountain drink machine. No good. This was my favorite QDOBA, but after corporate took over I will never return. Before this would had been 5/5. I loved the atmosphere of the staff you could see that they were happy to work here and trusted in each other. With the staff it is like going into any fast food place they are just doing a job. They size of the burritos has decreased by a lot. I did not like the taste when I went in December but I went on January and it seems to taste a bit better. Since I am used to the old staff when I eat their it seems like something is missing with the new one. The old owner will also sometimes give free chips to everyone dining in haven't seen that but don't plan on returning.

Food quality can't compare with other QDobas. Cooking oil seems to be reused over and over and I smelled the old oil from tortilla chips and yea the chips were browncand hard to bite, not like other places make them golden and crispy. Environment? Not worth the price I paid for.

I came to this bar and when I went to the bar I asked a boy about a drink that has the name "Queen" with tequila casa Blanco, the boy told me that I was wrong and he left, Then I asked about the menu and he told me they didn't have and he left, Then a friend called him back because he was being very rude and asked for a sunrise tequila, which tasted like a glass of orange juice, I saw when he did it "fast" and when I tried it, I didn't even have 2 oz of alcohol. I called him and asked him if he could get a little more and he said no, I understood and bought a shot to put it on. The boy is fast, but he was making horrible drinks and being unkind to people, then... Girls are friendly and do better work, the truth is not worth spending the money here If the drinks will taste like juice, On the other hand, the music is for students aged 18/23. (The boy with the Homestead print on his back)

Was our first time here we really do like the place, but the bartender was a little sketchy. Every time we put money out for a drink she put the chain on the counter. I turned around and it was gone. She would take it and put it in the tip bucket then I left money on the counter For drinks and she took that too when she wanted me to pay, I said you took it and you put it in the tip bucket I saw her do that she goes. Oh I thought it was for me then she was charging us different prices for drinks like I said I did like the place, but was a little sketchy🥴

As soon as we walked in here (and looked at the menu), I remembered that Morristown is in many ways an unapologetic college town (Drew and Fairleigh Dickinson are about five minutes away), and this is for sure a bar/restaurant for college students. The Millennial Chum and I stopped by here for lunch on Saturday after a delightful morning with some lambs at Fosterfields down the street. This was an impulse decision with minimal research, and it showed, unfortunately. I had a weird feeling from the get go when I met up with the Millennial Chum in front of the restaurant...and wasn't sure we were at the restaurant. There's literally no signage whatsoever, nor was it clear they were actually open. Maybe this place just has the greatest word of mouth in the entire world, but I genuinely don't have a clue how first-timers are supposed to know where this is, unless they had a giant sign temporarily taken down or something. We tentatively opened the door/peered in, and confirmed it was open and the correct place before officially walking in. The interior is VAST. It has a giant barn feel, similar to a lot of winery tasting rooms I've been to where you have to crane your neck to see the rafters. It's a cool space but by definition feels a little underutilized, but I could see this having a club/dance hall vibe on the weekends that would explain a lot. There were three or four employees by the island bar up front, and we were told to sit anywhere relatively close to the entrance. We were both in more of a brunchy mood, so that was on us - this is pretty much bar food. We split two apps - the coconut shrimp and seasonal flatbread. I also opted for a margarita that had coconut milk in it (no, I'm not sure why I doubled down on the coconut). The coconut shrimp was definitely the star for me. The shrimp were plump/huge, and the dipping sauce was decent. The Millennial Chum was a huge fan of the flatbread, but I'm not crazy about sauce that has chunks and/or tomato skin in it, so it was just okay for me. The pesto flavoring was fine though, and it did the job. The marg was also okay - in my old age I've gotten used to top-shelf tequila so it was actually a little jarring to realize I can distinguish the more lets-bring-this-bottle-down-to-the-Seaside-kegger-with-us stuff when it shows up in the glass. But again, this is clearly an establishment aimed at 21-year-olds who will take their Cuervo and like it. This wasn't terrible by any means, but if you're not an undergrad slaving away over your midterms in nearby Madison, I'd walk another block or two for a restaurant more tailored to you and your grown-up palate.

If you ever end up at homestead, ask for Zara! She made me the BEST espresso martini despite the hectic scene of football Sunday. Great foam ratio as well on the martini 12/10

Solid food, good prices, glasses are too small for soda free refill type beverages. The hostess was very helpful - also very nice to see the table clearing people helping their waiters - typically when you ask for something they rarely pass on the message, no less as quickly as they did.

If the bouncers weren’t so terrible, I’d be returning back to this place. But sadly, they were so incredibly rude I can’t see myself returning. They kicked our friend out claiming he had his hand near his nose in the bathroom, so he must have been doing something illegal. I myself had a stuffy nose all night… it’s literally allergy season and we were at an outdoor bar. When we asked the bouncer if he physically saw something, he claimed he didn’t but he “had to assume”. Our friend agreed to be searched and everything. After much debating, we all finally agreed to leave and go to the bar next door. Where it escalated was the security guard taunting our friend as he followed him to the bar next door and told them not to let him in. When I asked the security guard why he did that, he ignored me and instead allowed a girl he was flirting with to yell at me instead. Horrible experience for all of us and honestly disappointing.

The Hyatt Regency Morristown offers luxurious accommodations with a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool and fitness center. In addition, guests can enjoy delicious American cuisine at the hotel's restaurant and unwind at the bar which features a terrace. The hotel's lobby, market, and rooms are elegantly designed, creating a beautiful atmosphere for guests to relax in. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout the stay.
I really liked the room features of the white noise machine and blackout shades. I paid extra for a high floor and I was given a low floor. I didn’t realize paying extra was still subject to availability but it’s hidden in the Ts and CS. Overall clean hotel, downtown Morristown, so good food options around. Hotel is better kept than a lot of ones in the area. Staff were nice and helpful, I’ll be back for sure.

The spot is best known for its excellent location. The rooms are good, they do the job. The staff are nice and accommodating. The coffee shop has decent breakfast options. Rooms are renovated, but still need a bit of touch up.
Omar A — Google review
Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The room was a good size for a business hotel, and everything worked well. I also appreciated that there were sufficient outlets for charging electronics and my phone, which made things very convenient. The only thing that left a negative impression was finding an old Keurig cup from the previous guest still left in the machine. It made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned.

We recently stayed at Hyatt regency morristown and booked our wedding block with them for our wedding. It was a mixed experience overall. Talking of the positives: the overall blocking the rooms for wedding block was seamless, they were quick to respond in case of any technical glitches and also helped us add additional 2 rooms to our block. The negatives: before booking the weddinf block i specifically asked for a room which can accommodate my bridal party makeups and they suggested their "studio king" which was SMALLER than their regular rooms and we ofcourse paid more for this room. We anyway accommodated by splitting our artists in 2 rooms. I also had asked for table and chair setup for makeup in my room before booking the block and they said it would be done but when we checked in the managers weren't aware of any such requirement. They said they have dropped email to followup and we kept on following up with them. Eventually they did not provide any setup and sent someone around 10am for additional chairs wherein the makeup artists already arrived at 730am and started working. Lastly there wasn't much coordination between on ground staff and staff who took our bookings because even after making the whole payment in person, I got another email 2 days later asking for funds to be released. Was a quick phone call to fix it but still inconvenient. Overall it is a beautiful property, just hope they are in sync with each other to avoid these issues especially for wedding parties.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for business. While the hotel is very nice and clean there are several things I would have expected for the price. I provided those details below under room. You must pay to park at the hotel daily, the rate is ~24 for self park and ~35 for valet. While most of the gentleman working valet were incredible and so polite, there is one who was constantly rude. The staff at the Market are top notch and everything I had was good! Great location! You can walk to so many places from here. The location does not have a pool or gym within the hotel, instead they contact with the gym attached to the hotel. The gym has a lap pool available for people 16 and older.

Service was amazing, I was checked in by the receptionist named Danielle and cannot thank her enough, upon arriving at 1 am after a long drive from out of state for a wedding she let me know I had nothing to worry about she secured me the latest possible checkout for a small fee and even offered me an upgraded room. It was an amazing way to end a long day driving. The room is very clean and comfortable with a decent view as well.

This Hyatt Regency does it right. As a Lifetime Globalist I don’t always get treated like a lifetime globalist but this hotel went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. Great friendly staff and they exceeded my expectations at every turn.

Centrally located hotel for business meetings or a weekend of exploring. Walking distance to many of the bars and restaurants in town. A short uber ride to many others. The Sushi Lounge, the Parkside Tavern and an Italian steakhouse are located in the hotel complex. Access to the gym is complimentary with the hotel stay. Parking is listed as $24 per day and you validate the ticket at the front desk. But i didnt get charged.

What a wonderful experience! We had some returns which were handled with ease. Also had to find a accessory which is pretty difficult to locate. I walked up to two associates asked them if the knew where u could locate the piece that holds the bathroom light lampshade to the fixture. The one associate didn't even look up at the the other person A. Noel was very helpful. We located the hardware and was so excited that she learned about something she was not previously privy to. Great experience. Thank you A. Noel 🤗

Edit: This review does not apply to the specific store in Cedar Knolls. I have no problems with them. Lowes is a great store. But in this instance, my online order was scheduled to be delivered on Friday, and I got texts saying it was on the way, and gave a time window. I stayed home waiting for the delivery. Subsequently, I got a call saying that it was not, in fact, getting delivered that day, as it had not even been set up and put on the truck (a riding mower). All is (mostly) well now, as the delivery was rescheduled for today, and actually arrived earlier than the time window. Good thing I was home. Still missing a small plastic cover for a storage compartment, so I'm going to have to drive 40 minutes to the store to see if they can find it.

Lowe's sells the new Orbit heavy duty rotating and oscillating lawn sprinklers. They are great, and priced competitively. Found unique flowers and new potting soil here too. Well organized store. Will make the drive and go back.

I don't know what it is but this place is going down hill through out the years, everything is getting so dam expensive. Lowes quality is not what it use to be. I used to love coming here. Just bought a house and all the things that I had bought from here are no good and I have to return. I also got some valspar all in one paint. Even with two coats of pain you can still see the old paint through it. I think it was water down or something. I use valspar before and no problems with it. I guess that Home Depot is my new store.

Make sure every package is untampered with and all items are in the box. My last couple purchases here have turned out to be tampered with & shortchanged by shoplifters/scammers. One power tool had been used, damaged, returned, and put back on the shelf damaged. Another package of items had been opened and some of the items removed and the package put back on the rack.

I recently tried to buy a refrigerator at Lowe’s Morris Plains and was very pleased with the service at the store. When it came time to delivering the refrigerator that was another story. The delivery people were rude, cursed at me in Spanish, and told me multiple times that this refrigerator wasn’t going to fit. I measured the space before buying this refrigerator and was confident it would fit. All the delivery men had to do was remove the doors like I asked them. However, they refused and insisted it wouldn’t fit and began cursing me out in Spanish. I immediately let them know I understood what they were saying and it was extremely disrespectful. I told them to take the doors off and I would handle the rest, and they refused continuing to talk about me in Spanish. I finally threw them out of my house. After speaking to Lowe’s customer service and being rushed off the phone, I canceled my order. I went to PC Richards the very next day bought the same exact refrigerator that I was trying to get from Lowe’s. PC Richard’s removed the doors like I requested and had my refrigerator in my house and setup in a matter of 15 mins. I guess it was possible. Lowe’s needs to reevaluate their delivery and customer service program. Their behavior and language is completely unacceptable and inappropriate.

Would give them zero stars. Registers never open takes 30 minutes to check out. Was looking at band saws today all power tools on display are rusted junk. Have talked to store manager and he doesn't care.

If you're looking for a delightful ice cream experience, Surreal Creamery in Morristown is the place to be! This charming shop boasts an impressive menu filled with unique flavors and treats that cater to everyone’s taste buds. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, adorned with fun artwork that adds to the overall charm. The staff here are truly exceptional; they greet you with warm smiles and provide top-notch service.
Really good soft serve ice cream and for me it had the most number of flavors. Entire family enjoyed the desert thoroughly.

This is definitely the best ice cream spot in Morristown. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of sweetness - not too little, not too much. It was perfectly balanced. I loved the presentation in a jar ( which, btw you can keep as a souvenir ) 😉.

Surreal Creamery in Morristown is hands down one of the coolest dessert spots around. Their mason jar creations are next-level—loaded with creamy soft serve, wild flavors like taro and Vietnamese coffee, and just the right amount of over-the-top toppings. It’s the kind of treat that looks as good as it tastes. The vibe in the shop is super chill, with great music, fun art, and friendly staff who make the experience even better. Whether you're craving something sweet or just want a place to hang, this place is a 5-star win every time.

So we first we got out and then we decided to come back and it was phenomenal because really good carrying the ice cream really gentle and great environment. There’s an exhibition there. Also, the server was phenomenal and just only have good things to say great music selection, art exhibit, and very very good taste it does feel like Europe.

Icecream was delicious! My partner and I drove 15 mins to come here. Unfortunately parking was hard so he dropped me off. The staff was so nice. I got the say cheese strawberry and it was amazing! I loved the touch of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. My partner got chocolate blackout and he really enjoyed it. We got ours to go. We left with two mason jars. I was going to get a free upgrade but my wifi didn’t work so I’m reviewing it now to show them next time. I can’t wait to dine in and try the Icecream! Def worth the drive.

They have the best ice cream. When I was done with tests or exams at Rutgers I’d always stop by their New Brunswick location to treat myself. Now I can do the same after finishing projects from work. So excited that they opened up a spot so close to me. The taro bubble tea with matcha and taro swirl are my favorite. If I want something smaller I’ll just settle with an ice cream swirl.

I love Stack! Irene is awesome, friendly, helpful. I tried Float Like a Butterfly and Sting Like a Bee. The sweetness of the raspberry with the mild heat is supreme!! Had to get 3 pints to go. Thanks, Irene!

This place is a block away from the green and close to the courthouse. This is a good option following a good meal on the green. With the growing popularity of custom cookies, stack creamery brings this to another level. It will cost you $8.50 for your basic Ice Cream Sandwich. They gave a healthy portion that can easily be shared. Was a good experience for my first visit, I will be back again.

Where do I begin. The ice cream: delightful. The atmosphere: electric. But the service was best of all. I was served by Ethan, who made my time at Stack Creamery a day I’ll never forget with his kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge. All I can say is thank you.

The ice cream here was really good, however the aspect that fascinated me the most was the amazing hospitality and customer service by Ethan. He had a bright smile as soon as I walked through the door and was very attentive and caring the whole time. I will definitely be coming back and this is now my new favorite ice cream spot.

As an avid ice cream lover who eats at least 2 bowls a day, I was very excited to try out this local creamery for the very first time. I got my usual triple scoop in a waffle cone, and I have to say, the young man scooping my delicious treat did a fantastic job. His scoop cut through the ice cream like butter, making it clear he hits forearms at the gym. If I’m remembering correctly, his name was Ethan. If you go here, make sure to get Ethan as your scooper as he is the most professional ice cream scooper I’ve met in my many years as a professional ice cream taster.

I was very excited to try this new spot in Morristown! With the closure of coldstone and many changes to the frozen dessert scene, I was happy to hear a new and unique place had opened up! First off service is friendly and really fast. There were many people eating and enjoying the ice cream but the line was short and quick. The cool thing about this place is you can get an ice cream sandwich and add your choice of brownie, cookie, or doughnut with any ice cream they had and get additional toppings. The ice cream is home made, coolies were french and soft but not too soft which helped with the ice cream and it all came in a cup which helped with containing it all. It was all very good and a great addition to Morristown! This place was great and I will definitely be returning. It definitely brings a new and unique taste to town. Highly recommend!

Restaurant
La Campagna Ristorante is an old-school Italian restaurant that offers a formal dining experience with classic dishes like gnocchi and grilled fillet. Guests have praised the wonderful experience from start to finish, including the impeccable service, delicious food, and charming decor. The stuffed chicken special is described as juicy and flavorful, while the tiramisu is noted for being sweet and creamy. Visitors also appreciate the attentive service and helpful recommendations from the owner.
We had a great time here. It was a beautiful night so we opted for the outdoor seating. The waiter was an authentic Italian so it added to the experience. The food came out quickly and was plentiful and delicious. I posted some photos.

Sunny O — Google review
The food was good, a unique menu of Italian dishes, although with none of the most common ones you might expect or want (for example, it's not a place for kids to get spaghetti and/or meatballs). The night I went there (6pm on a Sunday) had it's problems. Either they were short staffed that night, or they just run the place severely understaffed, with each part of the dinner (1- Drinks/taking our order 2- Appetizers 3-Main Course 4-Desert/check) taking over 45 minutes each, for a total of over 3.5 hours. The (2) servers were nice, hard working people, but the manager or owner had a terrible attitude. I have also heard that all I had experienced above is not uncommon. After my 2nd visit, I remain unimpressed.

I LOVE La Campagna! From the atmosphere to the service to the food. My boyfriend and I made reservations for Saturday after Valentine's Day. We came in, got sat right away. I was in between two meals and Ben (the owner) was super helpful. I made my decision for the Lamb Osobucco which was over Saffron Risotto. Delicious! I highly recommend it!
Daniela O — Google review
This was one of the worst meals and worst service my wife and I have ever had. They had multiple floor managers at this small space and they had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Awful communication between them, and sitting by the kitchen, I could hear the constant chaos. Something has really changed with this restaurant and we will never return. I ordered Clams Casino as an appetizer and it was like none I have ever had. You couldn't see any sign of a clam, instead it was like uncooked bacon over some bread crumbs and some marsala sauce poured over the whole thing. The main courses we got were really bad too and we hardly ate any. Finally, when we were able to order desert, which should be pretty straight forward, we just handed back this microwaved mess of bananas, syrup, and ice-cream soup to the waiter almost as quickly as we got it. We received a $20 gift card for the trouble, which they probably knew we'd never use, since we'll never return. The worst part of the meal was witnessing someone on the kitchen staff openly squeezing zits on his face for several minutes straight...disgusting!! Awful experience!!!
Jeff S — Google review
First time back in almost 4 years, I was excited to be returning because the food had always been very good along with the service. The only thing in the past was it was very dim and hard to read the menu. This time, the lights were turned up and everything else had gone down hill. The service was very unpolished and not that welcoming. We asked about the specials and were curtly told look at the right side of the menu where they are printed. Not able to answer questions about the menu nor were they willing or interested in finding out answers. Our dinners came out 2 at a time (table of 8). The scallops I got were cooked perfectly and were very fresh, but the risotto had so many carrots and only carrots it was too sweet next to the scallops. The gnocchi was ok, slightly over cooked and the sauce a bit bland. No one at the table had a spectacular dish, but it wasn't horrible, the experience on the whole was underwhelming. There are so many byob Italian restaurants in the area, no need to go to one that doesn't take that extra step to be special.
Kate O — Google review
We visited on a Saturday night and had a good time. The food was ok and the ambiance was nice, but the service was disappointing. We split a salad and a dessert and enjoyed both. Our entrees were just ok -- not bad, but not memorable either. I had a veal francese type dish and my wife had shrimp with a saffron rissoto. The atmosphere was lively, but not too noisy. The location was great for parking. I definitely enjoyed how low key and convenient this felt compared to other restaurants closer to the Green. We were really shocked by the lack of service. It didn't feel like we had a waiter. No one asked how the food was. We had to refill our own drinks. And we waited forever for someone to take our dessert and coffee order. Our experience a couple of months ago had been much better. The waitstaff was more attentive then. Maybe because we came during the week, when it was less crowded.
Chris P — Google review
What a wonderful experience from start to finish, the service, the food, and decor worked so well together. We were greeted with smiles, served with smiles and left with smiles on our faces. The food is delicious, I had the stuffed chicken special, so juicy and full of flavor. For my dessert I ordered the tiramisu, sweet and creamy.. so yummy. I cant wait to go back there. I will be spreading the word!!

Chicken wings restaurant
If you're on the hunt for a casual dining experience that specializes in chicken wings, look no further than Wingstop. This popular counter-serve chain offers an impressive variety of wing flavors and delicious sides to complement your meal. Recently, it has made quite a splash during Morristown Restaurant Week, joining other local favorites like Godfather of Morristown and Homestead Bar & Kitchen.
This is the best and most consistent Wingstop in Jersey. I order online and my order is always ready, the wings always come out extra crispy just the way I like it. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm very impressed and after so many attempts at going to Wingstops closer to home I choose to take the drive every time. Just had to put it out there.
Danielle N — Google review
I placed an order for 10 different flavors of tenders from this Wingstop location, and instead of labeling or separating them, they just dumped everything into four container. When I called to get clarification, they told me l'd need to drive 45 minutes back to the store so someone could tell me which flavor was which ~ which defeats the purpose of delivery or convenience altogether. The manger even tired to insult my intelligence when I asked him to tell which flavor of bbq was which over the phone by colors. To make matters worse, the manager, Ruban, was extremely rude. He put me on hold for over 8 minutes without even asking or letting me know, and then when I finally got through again, he basically hung up on me rather than actually addressing my concerns. There was absolutely no customer service tonight. At this point, it feels like the only thing this location is good for is picking up ranch dressing. It's unfortunate, because it's the closest Wingstop to my house, but after tonight, I'll think twice before ordering from here again.

As an Award winning chef and cookbook author 11:30 pm 9/28/25 wife and I came to get some wings. Not only is the place a hangout spot for the workers friends to chill. But waiting on our food it wasn’t even started:and then I noticed why all the workers was on their cellphone touching clothes and handling food without gloves. They can get someone sick smmfh

Tbh I wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. I’ve given this place chance after chance and they keep messing up. Had to remake my order and it was STILL bad! Too lazy or cheap to change the oil, these fries are underseasoned, burnt but undercooked and really soggy. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. Wings also under seasoned after I asked for more twice. I paid for 10, they gave me 8.
Aisya C — Google review
Decided to give this spot one more chance because I was really wanting some wings and they’ve always let me down smh, but let me tell you one thing right off the bat.. my FIRST initial thought was “did this place just get a mean upgrade!??!” The fries were perfect. The wings were perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect and mind you last time I got food from there the chicken was RAW and just not cooked right…. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at this Wingstop location so I’m REALLY REALLY and I mean REALLY HOPING THEY CONTINUE THAT WAY!!!!!

Food was terrible. About 45 minutes after eating it, my head was in the toilet. I do not know what happened to wing stop but it is not what it used to be. Would not recommend and will never go back.

Every time I come to this spot I am harassed by people loitering asking for money or some other drama. Highschool students are fighting inside and standing in people's way. I told the manager people are being harassed and he said 'Thanks'. I wish the manager politely asked them to be orderly. I'm not coming back ✌️

The worker in here was not set up for success. The worker there for lunch today does not seem to be trained properly. He was given a tiny dull pairing knife to use to try and cut slices on a large tomato, it either needs to be pre prepared oh he needs a proper knife. He then told me and the other guy in their that he doesn’t really know how to make a wrap well, so we went with the sandwich instead. The construction of this was pretty disappointing as well unfortunately. The ingredients were ok but it was not a well put together sandwich. Honestly felt bad for the kid working, he clearly needed extra help and training and a proper knife lol. Management did not set him up to succeed.

Food that's extremely healthy and nutritious for you body just sits different! Tyree's Table is full of so many options from sandwiches, wraps and specialty toasts which are a MUST-HAVE! The various toasts are created on in-house-made sourdough with all the right cultures for a healthy gut! I honestly don't have a cold-pressed juice flavor that I don't like but the Sweet Victory might be my favorite. The environment of the store is so motivating and filled with truth, transparency and transformation as it pertains to healthy eating and self-care. And how could I forget to mention?! NFL Special Teams Legend, David Tyree has actually been pesent at the store many times I've visited! I like to think I'm a regular even though I drive over all the way from Newark! 😅

Tyree's Table is a great place to meet up with friends for breakfast and /or lunch. I've had the pleasure of having the Avocado egg melt, Coconut Sorbet bowl and the Mango Tango smoothie. ALL Yummy. The atmosphere was vibrant, staff were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. I plan to meet with friends there on a frequent basis. Cheers to the Owners you are exemplary!

Great food! The BLT salad and escargot were fantastic! The steak was cooked perfectly but they don’t use any spices. Once we added salt and pepper it was great! Service was great as well!!

We are at Red Dog but it came up as Rods. It was good. The wings were good. The potato skins were delicious! I wanted the ribs and they took them off the menu. I can't say the food I ordered was a good enough replacement, but nonetheless very good. The server was terrific.

We had a fantastic meal here. We went with an earlier dinner reservation because we have a 1.5 year old. They were very accommodating and it worked out perfectly. It was quiet when we arrived at 5pm and was lively by the time we were leaving. Our server Louis was fantastic and the food was great. Not enough restaurants serve prime rib these days and they did a great job with it. My wife’s Chilean sea bass was buttery and flaky - fresh and perfectly prepared. The short ribs were a hit as well. We look forward to returning.

Very nice place. Although the bread they gave us was a bit disappointing start the food knocked it out of the ballpark. Love it. The service was amazing and the quality of the food will have your pallets going crazy. Enjoy.

It was a good special occasion restaurant. Staff was attentive. Food was good. Wasn't mind blowing and I did feel like there was a lot of effort to be exclusive and upscale but was trying a little bit too hard. The result was good but not mind blowing

ROD'S IS THE Ultimate old luxurious historic place to eat dinner- there are two old refurbished ( 1900's) railroad cars for a sweet, romantic dinner ( see photos) and exquisite elegance in their two seperate dining rooms ( stairway to upstairs dining room is from 1890's ). Stained glass and the magnificent lamp that highlights the tables- ambiance is cozy, romantic and peaceful. Attached is the Red Dog Tavern- fun place to have the french onion soup and a plate full of freshly homemade turkey with mashed n cranberry sauce. It is attached to the Madison Hotel and owned now ( original owner GKeller is highlighted throughout the restaurant) by the Dolphin group based in Ca. Train for Convent station right behind their parking lot. So you can have a great unch, an outstanding dinner n rest in their luxury hotel then take a train to your destination..what else could you want.. oh n golf is close by..

Had a business dinner here as a first timer. The atmosphere was very nice if not excellent, but our table wasn't so great, kind of in the hallway on the second floor overlooking the downstairs. It was a bit loud and a lot of commotion, maybe it was just where we were seated (not sure) but the place is very open with lots of tables, which is conducive for a lot of noise. The food was good, steak, sides, drinks everything was as excepted, not overwhelming or fantastic but good enough for a fine dinning experience.

The Oyster Bar provides a lively atmosphere with its selection of raw bar small plates and farm-to-table entrees.
Highly recommended! No doubt the best bar/restaurant in downtown Morristown. Come here instead of 1776 please!! because 1776 is trash compared to Jockey Hollow!!. JH Ambiance 👍🏽👍🏽. History is cool. Bar and restaurant are pretty awesome. Service was superb! Jason (our bartender) was great! Made me a perfect Old Fashioned and he even toured us to the other bar of the restaurant. That’s service! We had oysters and they were on point! I will come back here to check out the restaurant. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great food, great service but if you're looking for a quieter atmosphere, this is not the place. Don't get me wrong, the ambiance is great if you're looking for the bar scene. If you're looking to enjoy your meal without people standing around you then this is not your place. The food was amazing and the drinks were to die for! Kudos to the chef, our waiter and the bartender.

Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is a must try. The interior and exterior architecture is beautiful. We sat at the Vail Bar for Happy Hour for 1/2 price glasses of wine and draft beer. The wine selection is excellent and the beer choices adequate. The $2 oysters were super fresh. The hummus with Calabrian peppers and double smash burger w/fries were delicious. The service was impeccable thanks to our bartenders Taylor and Gabriel.

Disappointing experience second time as well. We reserved to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food and service has become mediocre sadly. All server staff needs lots of training. We requested to clean our table as something was spilled after the appetizer round and the lady ignored nodded and walked away. Then again asked the server and he decided to clean. The server were new not experienced to serve at a fine dinning restaurant more better suited if they work around at a taco joint. I ordered a whole branzino fish - which was served head taken off, medium to small whole fish by itself on top of two soggy egg plant slices full of seeds. They don’t go well - soggy eggplant with fish. No other sides at all - the sever didn’t suggest that we should order a side of anything as the fish literally comes by it self with some sauce and topped with little green on it, you are eating oily grilled fish without any spice by itself - where is the chef’s creativity!? Why didn’t the server mention to order sides that can go with it. My son ordered a pasta - you see the picture below pasta was watery!! With pieces of octopus floating in the pasta. How can you make and serve watery sauce pasta with more white beans and less pasta - truly unimpressed. Apparently, the chicken was made good no complains other than the sever making a fuss about replacing broccoli raab with quinoa, a simple small request by guests spending over $500 in food and wine was accommodated after a long discussion, thankfully. (This was mentioned in the allergy section by us saying no pork no broccoli raab) Appetizers were excellent. Try the salads, octopus and oysters all three were excellent!! Dessert cheesecake and chocolate cake were okay as they should be. Nothing special.

Our server, Ryan, was great! He went out of his way to tell us the specials and show us what they look like before we ordered. He was very attentive and answered all our questions.
Ivette U — Google review
We came for Valentine's Dinner. We waited 30 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink, another 30 for our appetizers, and another 30 for our entrees. Our waiter was uninformed about the menu, barely said a word to us, and never once asked us if we wanted another drink or how everything was. Twice the waiters tried to bring us dessert when we hadn't received our main course yet. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or another beverage with or after dessert. The food was absolutely delicious, but we ordered the $38 duck supplement for two, which was mislabeled as a supplement when it was a replacement for the entrees, which the waiter was unaware of. We paid $38 extra to replace our entrees with one that was not nearly large enough for two people. It was, however, delicious. Whenever we've come in the past, we have always had a great time. It is an absolute travesty that on a special night like valentine's night, everything fell apart. We paid nearly $150 per head after "supplements" and cocktails, and I would be disappointed at the experience for 1/3rd that price. I would never come back for a special occasion, which is a shame because of how much we love the restaurant on a normal night out. The only reason I'm giving an overall three stars instead of two is because our previous experiences at the restaurant have been much better, and the food was quite good even if it took us forever to receive it and it wasn't quite what we were expecting based on the menu and our waiter's clear lack of awareness of what he was serving.

What did we eat? Buffalo chicken grilled cheese—- excellent! Especially the bread yummm. Shrimp and grits- per my husband - pretty good, but a little weird with the ground pork. 2 kids meals- hamburger and chicken tenders- the kids ate them all up so they must have been good! Nice clean interior, we had a cozy booth. Large clean bathrooms- individual rooms with changing tables. Service was excellent. Glad we chose to eat here today.

Millie’s Old World Meatballs & Pizza is a trendy, family-friendly spot offering a laid-back and convenient space to enjoy wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, artisanal sandwiches, calzones, and delicious Italian dishes. The restaurant features an industrial-style dining area with coal- and wood-fired pizzas as well as a fried meatball station. Our server Shane was awesome! He was amazing while juggling multiple tables on a Saturday he remained attentive. The manager was extremely kind and accommodating. Food was excellent. We got the fig and goat cheese pizza but ate it too quick to get a picture. Can’t wait to come back

Millie’s lived up to the hype. The food was actually exceptional and I can be a tough critic with pasta and pizza. The meatballs in vodkas sauce are actually divine! Ordered family style for 8 and everyone loved all of the plates. Also awesome they offer to go options from their menu favorites!
Kaitlyn E — Google review
Good old world Italian food with a new age flare. Service was a little lacking considering my party was the only table in there. Not sure how the service would be when it gets packed. Had to give the “famous meatballs” a try and see what the hype was about. They were good but nothing really special. Too much sauce in my opinion and a bit overpriced. A lot of the pricing I thought was rather high like if you wanted to simply add cheese to something or a different kind of sauce it was like $3 extra. Pizzas were good but a little overloaded for my liking. Menu is a lot to look at considering there is two different types of pizzas you can choose from so it can become overwhelming. Would recommend it to someone who’s looking for a nice Italian dining experience with a group but would definitely order less food if I went back.

Had such a lovely and unexpected dinner at Millie’s Old World in Morristown the other night. We ended up there by chance after a friend called while we were over an hour away, and it turned out to be such a great evening! We were able to get a cozy table outside, and the weather was perfect. Even though Millie’s doesn’t serve alcohol, there’s a liquor store right next door, so we picked up a nice bottle of red wine. The staff had wine glasses and a corkscrew ready for us. It was a thoughtful touch! I ordered the Meatballs with Ricotta in Vodka Sauce, while my friends had the Meatballs with Fresh Mozzarella in Vodka Sauce sandwich. They loved how they hollowed out the bread and filled it with the meatballs. We also shared a fresh salad, and everything was delicious, served promptly, and beautifully presented. Even though we arrived close to closing time, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. It was the perfect way to end an unexpected evening. Highly recommend!

Their pizza it’s great, I highly recommended it. But before you order a pizza make sure you try their grilled oysters, and keep the plate with the sauce 😍. Don’t let the server take it, so you can deep the pizzas crust into that delicious sauce.

Let me tell you how much I loved my visit…Phenomenal! It starts with the ever so pleasant staff, welcoming and attentive…but the food is the real reason you will be choosing this location to have a delicious meal. It started with the antipasto salad, grilled oysters the the most delicious meatballs with warm ricotta in marinara. I had to stop myself at one meatball cause I had to try the wood fired pizza which did not disappoint…in fact it changed my perspective. We spend our time going to various restaurants that serve wood fired pizza but we do not need to travel any further cause this IS THE PLACE! Do yourselves a favor and get yourselves over to Morristown to try Millie’s. You will not be disappointed.

Everything we tasted was very good and we couldn't complain about the food at all. Only downside was sitting at a table that was touching one of the outside doors (that line an entire wall of tables} as it was leaky and the freezing air was breezing through the door.

It was clear from walking into this Morristown Restaurant that my group and I were in for a treat. From the ambiance and decor, to the iPad menu's, we knew we were going to have a hard time whittling thru the choices. It's a BYO, but if you forget, they have a liquor store right next door ... and a wine menu available from within the iPad so you don't spend 15 minutes away from your table trying to decide a bottle. The appetizers we ordered (classic clams and the crispy balsamic calamari) were delicious. I eventually decided on the Paella, which was very good!! A bit smaller than what i was expecting but we're not in the Ironbound. Dessert here was amazing! ... I forgot, if you bring you're own wine, they'll make a Sangria for you. That was good too! Overall, I can't wait to go back and if you haven't, you should go!

I recently went on Sunday before labor day. We started with The Roasted Stuffed Mushrooms and The lobster Mac and Cheese both were outstanding. I ordered The Braised Beef Short Rib which was delicious. My husband's Grilled Pork Chop Lucy was also great! Our friends were happy with their choices as well. The restaurant wasn't busy so I assumed service wouldn't be an issue but unfortunately the service was less than satisfactory. We had to ask more than two or three times for water refills and bread. The server was less than attentive and our dinner was overall not coursed well. I'd give this place 4 stars because the food was great but service was lacking on this particular night.

LOVE, love, love this place! the decor is super cute and the food (Italian/Portuguese infusion) was very tasty! The staff were all pleasant and very attentive. I really enjoyed the salads with the ham wrapped figs (I've had both) =) It's BYOB, and they will make an amazing sangria with your wine. It's a great date spot.
Helen K — Google review
Olive Lucy's had very good food, cool decorations, and a friendly staff. Pros: Menu choices, food, ambiance, BYOB Cons: Slow service, no alcohol choices on menu, pricey I thought the food was very good (New England clam chowder and paella), but it was far from the best I have ever had. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and looks like a great place for a date. BYOB is always a cool option, but as I didn't bring anything with me I was bummed to see there wasn't anything on the menu in terms of alcohol. On a Tuesday night, service was slow and I had to ask to have my water refilled multiple times. I am pretty patient, so it wasn't a bother and it is a European restaurant so maybe the tempo is normal. I ended up paying 45+tip for a soup and paella, which seemed like a lot to me, but that could just be the area. In the end, it was a great team dinner! I would recommend and would return to try the other delicious options on the menu.

GK's Red Dog Tavern is a delightful spot that perfectly blends a warm, inviting atmosphere with an impressive menu featuring dry-aged steaks and classic American bar fare. Adorned with charming dog-themed decor, this casual eatery is ideal for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. Guests appreciate the stress-free access and parking options, making it a convenient choice away from bustling town centers. The service here is commendable, though some visitors have noted that the reception could be warmer at times.
Food and staff were excellent. It did have the “sticky tavern” feel with many surfaces being what I would consider “dirty”. You know the kind where you put your drink down and the cup sticks to the bar? That kind, but the floor and the table also. 9/10 would go back but for the price and hype you would think it would be freshly cleaned.

We like the location, it is an stress-free place to get to and park (or an stress-free Uber ride) compared to the town centers. The atmosphere is outstanding. Service - the service is also very good. Food - All of the food is outstanding. Overall, the value is good.

We always LOVE Rod's. However, this time they sat us in the Red Dog Tavern for lunch. The ambience is like sitting in any dark-wood bar in the world, meaning nothing special. We are used to the fabulous décor in Rod's and were underwhelmed. There was some confusion between the 2 waitstaff persons as to who was taking care of us; they were both ok, but it led to poor service. Our first server forgot one of our drinks, which was ok, but then she disappeared. After quite some time she eventually took our order and then never returned. The food came -- and that was delicious -- but no one ever came back to ask if we wanted OR needed anything else. Another server finally came back to ask if we wanted coffee. Desserts were wonderful, but again we were consistently ignored until we were presented with the check. I was embarrassed because i had told my guests about the wonderful service we were used to at Rods. We'll definitely go back to the main restaurant, but will not return to the Red Dog.
Michael V — Google review
Even though the Red Dog Tavern and Rod’s are now basically “one” and share the same menu, the food is still delicious. We were sat at a table inside the main dinning room (Rod’s) due to the fact that the menus are the same now, so I missed that cozy “tavern” feeling that is perfect for a cold winter night. I would still go back for their meatloaf which is, in my opinion, one of the best in the area.

Dublin Pub Restaurant is a beloved gem in Morristown, where the lively atmosphere and authentic Irish pub fare create an inviting experience for locals and visitors alike. With its charming wooden beams and cozy booths, this spot is perfect for gathering with friends or family. The live music adds to the vibrant ambiance, making it a great place to unwind while enjoying a perfectly poured pint of Guinness.
I felt like I stepped into a pub in Ireland. Food is professional Irish fair. Everything I tried was delicious down to the perfectly poured Pint of Guinness. I had a couple appetizers. Soft baked pretzels that were served with a warm Irish cheddar beer cheese dip. I could have ate a dozen of them. The Irish potato skins were big pieces of baked potato topped with tender corned beef and melted cheddar cheese with sour cream. The Irish spice bag chicken sandwich had crazy good flavor with crispy juicy chicken tenders , hot peppers , fried onion, “chip shop curry sauce”, on a big brioche bun and the Shepards pie was the best I’ve ever had. Juicy seasoned ground beef , carrots, onions, and peas topped with creamy Mashed potatoes. Great friendly service. Lots of room to sit for dinner or lunch and a big bar. Lots of drink options and authentic Irish pub decor.

First visit here since the refurbishment and new management. The first impression is it is no longer a dive bar - it is now very bright and modern but that also means it is nothing like an old school Irish bar and the only thing that makes it seem Irish are a couple of menu items and a few decorations on the walls and ceiling. So on to the food. We went for lunch and ordered fish and chips, onion rings and a ham and cheese toastie. The batter on the fish and chips is just way too thick. The result is the outside is overcooked and the inside batter is pasty as it isn't fully cooked, the curry sauce was overly sweet but nicely spiced and the mushy peas were just ok. The onion rings were excellent - the same batter as the fish, but this time the correct amount so works very well. The ham and cheese toastie was very average. The fish and chips could really be excellent by reducing the batter on the fish, less sugar in the curry sauce and making the mushy peas taste like peas. I am hopeful they make these slight changes as coming from the UK these tweaks really would make it a legitimate menu item. The staff were incredibly friendly, but we did have periods with empty glasses while trying to get the attention of a server to take another drink order. On the subject of drinks, they charged $2 for 'rocks' (although ice is served for free with water so go figure), $1 for a mixer and $13 for vodka - we've had much better pours at many, many Morristown bars for $13, not the $16 charged here. There is an issue that I do not think they can easily fix - the bar while impressive, is just too large for the room. That means there just isn't enough space for patrons to easily navigate past people sitting at the bar - especially by the front entrance. I think the only way to fix it would be to install a new door at the very front and remove the wall that causes the very narrow space on the right of the current door. While we were there, a woman sitting in the narrow pinch point moved to avoid being bumped even though it was a relatively quiet lunch time - my wife was there last week on a Saturday at 10pm and she said it was ridiculous trying to get to the bar. I am giving an average rating from this visit but I absolutely will be back to try other menu items and hope the food improves. I would encourage you to visit to give the new menu a try. They do however seriously need to stop charging $2 for ice and $1 for a tiny splash of a mixer in a cocktail if they want us to use it as a bar...that is just price gouging without being transparent. Just call it a $16 cocktail up front without hidden 'extras' that every other bar includes.

Fantastic food and service! Everything was delicious, great portions and came out hot! Not pictured was the pretzels and beer cheese which was 10/10! We ordered the burger and chicken pot pie which were both great! Our waitress, Ronique, was so kind and went out of her way to give us some great service. Ronique is the best! We will be back again

Excellent service and menu. We come here regularly before a show at the Mayo Arts Center. Reservations are recommended on show nights. Our hostess Leah and manager Rich are amazing always getting us our favorite table. Luke our server was great.. We come here so often they know us by name.

Irishman once told me, you can tell it’s an authentic Irish pub by the quality of whiskey they serve. Well, the Dublin Pub in Morristown has plenty of quality whiskeys, and amazing food to go with it. The corned beef rueben was real corned beef, crisp slaw, and on fresh marble rye, absolutely amazing, a must have! The bar vibe was great, soccer game was on, and the bartender was spectacular.

I visited at least monthly pre-renovation and loved it. Fun atmosphere, regular live Irish music, and it was a little small but that was fine. We would stand by a high top in front of the band if the bar was full and have a great evening. I totally understand making the bar bigger for capacity increase but the way they did it, it lost its Irish casual bar charm and now wants to be a high price, specialty cocktail bar. There are enough of those already (like end of elm, Town, etc) that do it way better. I feel like the Dublin lost its identity here and is failing at both being an Irish pub and also at being a modern cocktail bar. I’ve gone three times since the renovation and on the third visit (Saturday night in June, 10pm) I just walked out before ordering a drink because the whole vibe felt off. I’ll spot check in every few months because I do miss the place but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

Had been going there since it opened in 70s. Loved the corned beef and cabbage. Got quarter of head of cabbage and lots of thick nicely cooked juicy corned beef. Not anymore. I got 2 cabbage leaves and corned beef that looked like preparation for hash servings. Thin slices were crumbling and clearly overcooked on top from waiting too long under heater. The carrots and small potatoes were under-cooked. This used to be a staple meal, worth whatever they charged. Now it was one of the most inedible dishes I have had in a while. Pity!

Nestled in the heart of Downtown Morristown, Pavesi Restaurant is a charming multilevel BYOB establishment that invites you to indulge in classic Italian cuisine. With inviting sidewalk seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a delightful meal while sipping on your favorite wine—whether it's a crisp Pinot Grigio or a robust Chianti.
The food was delivered quickly probably since we had an early dinner. Tianny was very knowledgeable about the menu that included the specials. She also did not need a pad to take our orders. The food was very good. We had desert which was also tasty. We will definitely check me back again.

Loved the food, atmosphere, dining experience, as well as the live singer outside. I got the buratta special appetizer and pesto gnocchi. Chef was wonderful and came out and asked how the meal was and had a pleasant conversation. Waitress was wonderful and checked in frequently to make sure all was okay. The only con was the hostess. I walked in for a party of 1 and she told me there were no available tables for just myself and if I had a reservation. I told her I did not feel like I needed one since there was plenty of availability when checking the OpenTable app. I made one in front of her but she told me to come back in an hour due to no availability but I came back in 30 minutes with plenty of open 2 tops and was seated right away. Overall would recommend but I would probably try to have a reservation prior to avoid any difficulty.

Very fast service and comforting food. Loved the ambiance. They have BYOB, which is excellent for wine lovers who like Italian food. I loved their gnocchi in red sauce, however white sauce in Primavera could have been better. Overall we had a wonderful time there!

Very solid experience. The mussels alla Moe were delicious. The veal Pavesi was excellent and the service impeccable. Great outdoor dining with a musician. Great BYOB

We had a great meal here last weekend. The food was yummy and the server was really nice. The only reason for 4 stars for service was because the server was spread a little thin in a very busy restaurant and sometimes it was hard to flag him down. We will definitely be back and really enjoyed our night out.
Meghan H — Google review
We went to Pavesi for a second time because we enjoyed the first time experience here after. What we experienced the first time was not consistent with our second time visit. Firstly, the portions were much smaller than we remembered it. Salad was small and we didn't feel the dish equated to the price we paid for it. Secondly, the quality was poor this time around. The potatoes tasted like it came from a box. My vongole dish was full of empty clam shells. I dug into the dish and only found 50% of what I expected floating in the watered-down sauce. Thirdly, the service was lacking. The server kept forgetting our requests (no onion, black cracked pepper, no fresh parmesan, didn't refill water, forgot pen with receipt etc) and to top it off, servers kept dropping plates and cutlery making loud clanks by the kitchen door where we sat (butterfingers!). It ruined an otherwise, nice ambiance with live music. Finally, when we decided to complain about the quality of food, the owner comes and sits over at our table. With a condescending tone, he asks if I've ever made clam dishes. "I can give you a dozen clams right now to replace that. If you have ever boiled clams you know that they fall out of the shells". I'm convinced that i was given a lot of empty shells. Only found 50% of the clams that should have been on my plate and I counted them. When we complained about the mashed potatoes, the chef came out and invited us to go into the kitchen to see that they use "real potatoes". Then he proceeded to offer a hand-made cheesecake, apologized and stated that "customers are always right". He tried to smooth things over and change our experience but with the owner's tone we were turned off. We like to support local businesses and we want to remain supportive of this restaurant but we were both pretty turned off my the experience. If it was just a server or a chef, we could have been more tolerant but from the owner to treat a customer this way, was not acceptable.

I think they changed their menu and it's great. Service, as always was fantastic. We were a group of 11 people and they were wonderful with our group. Will definitely go back.... More items on the menu I must try. 3/13/24-Had a wonderful dinner again before seeing a show at MPAC. Service was great along with the food.

Barbecue restaurant
Minuteman Whiskey Bar & BBQ is a delightful destination for BBQ enthusiasts, offering mouthwatering dishes that truly showcase the art of barbecue. While the flavors are undeniably fantastic, some visitors have noted that the prices can be on the higher side compared to portion sizes, particularly with sides. The atmosphere has a cozy family-friendly vibe, although there have been instances of disorganization among staff. Many patrons appreciate the quality brisket available here, especially after traveling from afar in search of it.
Could be the best brisket I've ever had at a restaurant. Rib tip appetizer and tacos were excellent as well. We'll be back soon.
Robert Q — Google review
This is a good but not great spot. The taste of the food here is fantastic, this is BBQ done right, that's not debatable. However, the prices are definitely on the high side given the portions are small. Either the prices need to go down or the portions need to go up (especially on the sides). Secondly, this has the charm of a family spot... but the staff are unorganized. I was handed my bag of take out and I asked if they wanted me to pay for it, and that person just wandered away. I could see waiters standing around in the kitchen but the food was not arriving quickly to seated customers. Something is amiss. I would be a frequent take out patron if the prices come back to earth. I wanted to love it, but for now, I just liked it.

My 6yr old and I stopped in for lunch. He got the kids chicken fingers and I got a chicken sandwich. He had 2 chicken fingers and a plate of fries. My sandwich was small. Wr both left hungry. For $30, not worth it. We won’t be back.

I drove about 30 minutes to get here since finding quality brisket, lean at that, has been a struggle of I don't go to NYC and this place delivered. Now, it isn't cheap, even a cup of juice or soda is a bit pricier than I would like or expect. However, as a treat, the food was good, there is ample parking, and while I wouldn't say this is a every pay day guess where we going, kind of spot, if you don't know where to get good brisket and have a craving, this would be the best option.
Amari A — Google review
Great BBQ right here in NJ, great food and very friendly service. The owner often makes the rounds, chatting with customers. They did make changes to the menu during the pandemic and never went back. A lot of options went away: no more hush puppy shrimp, lobster Mac & Cheese, or Jambalaya (to name a few). This severely limits the options available for family members who do not crave BBQ, so we've sadly cut back on how often we're now going. The BBQ options are still great, the brisket is especially good, but this place can get pricey fast. They also got a liquor license a few years back, so it's no longer BYOB (adding to the price). There is also a new bar area for those who just want a drink and appetizers. Be warned: takeout orders on busy nights (like Fridays) are limited, so you may be told to wait 2 hours or you have to come order in person and then wait as you're put in the queue. There is outside seating on classic picnic tables, with some string lights above, but since it's right next to 202, you hear traffic a lot and not much else was done to create a nice atmosphere. Pre-Pandemic Menu Comments: Make sure to order the lobster Mac & cheese. I love the brisket (moist/fatty end) and the meatloaf with mushroom gravy. The jambalaya is great too for those who don't want BBQ. Best appetizers are Cajun crackelins' and hush puppy shrimp. Don't settle for the hot BBQ sauce, make sure to ask for the ghost pepper BBQ sauce, it's awesome!

Friendly atmosphere with excellent food. The corn bread was sweet and moist and wonderful. The brisket: tender, lean and flavorful. The meat loaf gravy contained large fresh mushroom chunks. We were disappointed by the service speed: we waited a long time for our food to arrive and to receive the bill. The desserts looked good, but we didn't get a chance to try them.
Avram G — Google review
There's just no smokiness to any of the food. The meat is tasty for the most part but genuinely no smoke flavor as if it were just baked or grilled over gas. Visited many times and tried most of the menu and unfortunately no difference.
Dan L — Google review
Very basic and casual eatery. We ordered burgers that took forever to be served and the medium-well burger was dripping red juice. The meat tasted off, neither one of us finished. We would have been better off going to McDonalds and would have saved a lot of money.

Whether you choose to dine inside the charming dining room or outside on the shaded patio, you'll be treated to a delightful experience. As a family-owned establishment, Guerriero's takes pride in serving traditional Italian recipes passed down through generations.
The food is excellent and so is the service! I’ve been coming here for years and the quality never changes. We had the long hots, mozz corozza, seafood salad and a chicken dish. The chicken cutlet was thin but not dry at all! It fell apart and the sauce was delicious. The seafood salad is my favorite, not a lot of lettuce and tossed in a delicious lemon and olive oil light dressing. It compliments the dish perfectly! Dessert was great too! Just go, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Guerriero’s Restaurant – Authentic Neapolitan Cuisine! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and rich aroma of freshly prepared Italian dishes set the tone for a memorable evening. We were on a bit of a schedule due to a show we had tickets for, and thankfully, we had Dakota as our server! Dakota was not only friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, but also incredibly mindful of our time. He ensured our service was prompt and timed perfectly. Drinks, appetizers, entrees—everything came out perfectly timed and piping hot. His attention to detail and professionalism really made all the difference. The food was phenomenal. The burger was out of this world! It was juicy and tasted so fresh I highly recommend. Also, the drinks were pristine. Whether you’re on a date night, heading to a show, or just craving real Italian cuisine, Guerriero’s is a must-visit. Huge thanks to Dakota for elevating our experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Delicious food and excellent service! Though the portion looked small initially, my ravioli special (pictured) was very filling. BYOB (wine shop very close by) and no cards accepted to pay. Pricey but quality. Nice ambience inside, though a bit loud even on a weeknight. Would recommend overall!

When going out for dinner, I look for an experience, otherwise, why go out??? I want great service, excellent food and reasonable prices. To find all three, and get treated like a king in a place where the owner and staff are sincerely interested in pleasing you is a rare find indeed. It's here!!! Jack Guerriero knows what it takes to make that wonderful dining experience happen. The freshest and tastiest preparations. Cooked like mamma used to make it, with staff that cannot do enough to please you. I have never had a bad meal there ever! The owner, Jack visits the tables regularly to be sure you are pleased with your meal, and every dish on the menu is amazing. The specials are to die for. Stuffed zucchini flowers, veal, snapper livornese or three other incredible preps, eggplant rollatini, long hots with sausage and homemade chips, OMG, broccoli rabe, escarole and bean soup, everything cooked to perfection... No kidding!!! Did I say try the specials??? Must try the fresh Snapper that you can have prepared three different ways. Don't skip Sunday dinner at Grandmas for the food and the love family style. Sit outside on a beautiful nite on their new patio, before the Theatre and be treated to deliciousness. Then walk ten feet to MPAC. There is no better Italian restaurant in Morristown than Guerriero's. Thank you Jack!!! BTW... congratulations on your first Monday night opening. I hope you get super busy when everyone else is closed. Get the word out!!! Stu

Wonderful, authentic Mexican food. Best guacamole I've ever tasted! The pork belly bao buns are insanely good. And don't get me started on the tuna tacos. The burrito my son ordered was literally the size of my pillow! It easily can be for two, along with sharing some of the appies. Muy delicioso!

I found this place on Instagram and I was not disappointed. From the moment we stepped in until the time we left we just kept saying how well the service was. As far as food, definitely recommend the shrimp and Carolina barbacoa tacos. They give you five. The chips with the salsa and guac was also very flavorful. I definitely would come back to this location. The frozen margarita was made well. It definitely snuck up on me. So be careful lol.

Absolutely spectacular. The food was incredible. The steak burrito is meant to be shared by the wait. Getting a flight of guac is another solid move. Everyone is so kind and friendly and the non alcoholic mixes were yummy. Took dessert home to have later and both the churro and the tres leches were out of this world. Will be coming back for sure.

The truffle ribeye burrito was, by far, the best burrito I've ever had. The ribeye was perfectly sized chunks of the most tender ribeye I've ever had in any Mexican food, and the truffle sauce it was covered in was outstanding. It could have been half the size and I would have been happy. The the sauces they serve with everything were a perfect addition, and the spiciest was (just) within my tolerance range. Excellent, attentive service as well. Also had the house Margarita during happy hour (bar area only), and it was worth the price.

Jorge and Bruno were attentive and made my brunch service easy going, enjoyable, and worth the return:) Food was great, steak was juicy, and the drink options were on point.

I came here with a group for a work dinner with a fixed menu and overall the food was very good and the service too. Most of the people who ordered cocktails seemed to like them; I stuck with beer and was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have Pacifico. The guacamole was very good and the tuna tacos were too. I didn’t love the duck tacos. I’ll probably come back for a normal dinner without a fixed menu to give it another try. Second visit: I ordered the fish tacos, which were tasty, but unfortunately I did not like the margarita I ordered at all. Too much salt on the glass (and I like salt!) and not sure what they add in their mix, but I was not a fan.

Nestled in the heart of Morristown, Malay Morristown is a charming eatery that beautifully blends Malaysian and Thai cuisines. Since its inception in 2012, this petite restaurant has become a beloved local gem, offering an array of dishes from flavorful curries to delightful stir-fries and seafood options. Guests rave about the Chicken Satay and Nasi Goreng, which showcase the unique "desi Chinese" concept.
Holy moly everything was delicious! We got the green curry with chicken and the drunken noodles with chicken and both were incredible. We also got a side of coconut rice because we needed more rice for the size of the dish and wow, what a combination! The portions were huge and a great deal for the money. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Extremely tasty food, I haven’t had better Asian in NJ than this (specially if you love spicy food, they can make it upon request). Their Malaysian curries (both veg and meat), kapung fried rice, noodles, roti, are amazing. Staff is extremely friendly, fast, good at communication and order customization. Prices and quantities are very reasonable as well.

I am not sure if person who cooks these dishes were not available or not but food I got was terrible. Panda Express would have tasted much better and also looked better for fraction of price. I got black pepper chicken that was not peppery at all but swimming in watery brown sauce, and Indian chili chicken where ‘chili’ is completely absent from the dish. Tried to reach out for replacement but nobody picked up phone. Eventually we left town for home wondering what to do with these food…very disappointed for restaurant we were enjoying in a decades went down hill for the quality of food like this.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good Malaysian/Thai spot in NJ, and after being spoiled by the incredible variety of Asian restaurants in Queens, finding this place feels like a breath of fresh air. Even though it’s considered fusion, the food tastes surprisingly authentic. The Nasi Lemak was spot on, and the sambal had great flavor! Definitely try their Malaysian milk tea — it’s different from Thai milk tea: creamier, with a slightly nuttier taste. And the prices were not bad!! Customer service was good 👍

It’s not real Malay food .. its mix Asian food. We ordered Shrimp Soup. Glass Noodles and Stir Fried Egg Plant. Though we said we want dishes vegetarian they dis add Fish Sauce in every dish. Starter ordered as Tofu satay. Was prepared uniquely but wasnt that tasty. Overall its a very average restaurant but food portions are great for price. One important note: its right-across the train station so Parking of Car could be a challenge most of the time. So be prepare to park little farther and walk down to restaurant.
