Food and service are top notch. Adrian was one of the best servers we've ever had. Guacamole is a must order. Everything we tried had amazing flavor (torta with carne, tacos al pastor, carne asada tacos, burrito, mi ranchito bowl). Nothing to complain about, except being too full to try the ice cream. Highly recommend trying the rice instead of fries if you order the torta. Also don't forget to order an horchata. We're not locals, but we plan on returning any time we're in the area.

I’ve been here a handful of times now with my family and the food always taste the same never disappoints. We absolutely love their queso. It taste amazing. Their cheese enchiladas are also so good. My husband is obsessed with their burritos. He says that they are really good.

The food was amazing, service fantastic, my wife Gloria, sister in law Tammy and myself had a great time at this small, but great atmosphere Mexican restaurant. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

Food was delicious! I had a carne asada platter and two tacos al pastor, both with corn tortillas. So delicious! They also have a cute outdoor patio and a covered mesh semi-outdoor patio, as well as inside dining.

A wonderful flavorful dish of three corn tortillas filled with melted Mexican cheese, shredded lettuce, tender potato slices, sweet carrots and smothered in a red chile sauce. Jalapeño slices on the side. More cheese is sprinkled over the top, and the whole plate is finished with a squib of sour cream. Loved every bite in a generous-size portion. Reasonably priced. Ask about their daily specials. Smallish place with big flavors and smiles from friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Mi Ranchito!

Place was empty when I arrived at 1:30pm every one in the back making food for ???? I ordered the caldo de rez absolutely no flavor. I did get in the bag a little cup of rice to put into caldo it was crunchy I guess you have to put into the caldo so that it finishes cooking. Silver lining the fountain coke was strong.

Heard a lot about this place & it did not fail to impress!!! I had the Barbacoa plate & menudo & WOW! best I've had in a while!!! Highly recommend this place I will be back!!!!

Had tacos, quesadilla, wet burrito, menudo, and grilled shrimp plate. Menudo was delicious but a bit hot/spicy for me even though the waitress said it was not spicy at all. LOL. Service was ok. Waitress was slow in responding and didnt know the prices of the items without prices in the menu and I had to explicitly ask her to go ask for the price after she said she didn't know. Do note that they automatically charge a service charge (~3.8%) and automatically charge tip on top of that (18%).

We always have a great time here, the food and margaritas are wonderful. The staff accommodates our large group of 30 when I call ahead. We make this a monthly visit from Miami as it is always a top request for where we decide to ride on each weekend on our motorcycles.

The food at Lozano's was great! They had amazing birria quesadillas. They were only temporarily on the menu, though. Their chips are also fantastic! They were nice and heavy with the perfect amount of salt, and their salsa had a good kick to it. If you like authentic Mexican food, this is a great place to go! They had a very fun atmosphere with lots of colors and tiles.

The food was good. The atmosphere was good. The service was fast; server wasn't very talkative, which is fine. She did seem a little rush, even though the restaurant was practically empty. In addition, prices are good EXCEPT we were never told that there was a $3 plate sharing fee, and that there was an automatic 3.99% service charge. Would have liked to know that before we ordered. Besides that, everything else was fine.

Best Mexican Food I've had in South Florida! Everything is homemade from the tortillas to the sauces and the Margaritas are amazing! Worth every penny! Will be back soon!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant yesterday, and I must say—it was absolutely amazing! Every bite of food was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal that good! The customer service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, which added to the overall great experience. I will definitely be back. This place has earned a new loyal customer!

I must say employees are super nice atmosphere a plus I was disappointed that they stopped Breakfast at 11am. I really wanted to try the breakfast, but I must say I had the Swai fish they did accommodations. I didn't want it fried they grilled it for me. We had the best waitress Priscilla, and she answered all my questions about the food. We will be coming back next time a bit earlier.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in at Kountry Kitchen in Immokalee for a quick lunch and only ordered a bowl of chili—yet I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and overall experience. The chili was hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care, the kind of comfort food that keeps you coming back. Beyond that single dish, it was easy to notice how well-rounded the restaurant is. The menu offers plenty of choices, the prices are very fair, and the portions are generous. Drinks were served quickly, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the visit feel welcoming from start to finish. Even though my stop was brief, it’s clear this is a place that locals (and visitors alike) can count on for good food and great value. Sometimes the simplest meals say the most—and Kountry Kitchen delivers exactly what you’d hope for in a hometown diner: quality, hospitality, and comfort at the right price. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

We stopped by Kountry Kitchen after a football game. We arrived hot, hungry and thirsty and all a little grouchy. By the time we left, we were all full and in great moods! We all four ate different things and all agreed that the food was excellent!! Service was great too!! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Immokalee and I hope we get a chance to come back!

Good food but the service is a bit rushed and the waiting area is tiny.

Good afternoon, today I was at the immokalee taquito and my experience was unpleasant for the reason that my order was missing some burritos and I came back and the woman who prepares them treated one badly, doubting my word until she checked the camera. I have always been a customer from there and believe me I will not return because I do not have to lie. I advise you to check your order before leaving there totally disenchanted with that place.

Best tacos around, no where to sit inside it's very tight and small inside. More just for ordering. There are some tables outside but they are dirty as hell and no shade so good luck. But the food is spot on lots of flavor, they do got some spice so if you're sensitive to spicy might want to be very careful in what you choose even the chicken tacos are a bit spicy.

This is a great restaurant to go to for traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is very extensive, and we ordered a variety of menu items to share. Everything tasted wonderful, with the guacamole being my favorite. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly.

Was recommended by two people. But was a little disappointed. Can't say that i will return. My wife had seen another restaurant that she wanted to go eat at. Definitely will try again.

I normally love their food I always get the quesadillas for me and my family I normally order two quesadillas because there's four pieces each one and I split those between me my husband and my two boys we need to get two quarters apiece. And then I add whatever sides at the time today I got french fries The french fries tasted excellent no problem.. quesadillas they started off tasting really really good like normal and then when I got to my second piece I took the first bite of it and I gagged and almost threw up , The piece I had bitten into once it hit my taste buds was rotten , I called the store just to give them the heads up let them know the kitchen and stuff dismissed my claim and concern by saying nobody else complained about their steak today so it was good. Originally I was just calling to let them know hey look , you need to change your steak because it's bad , because I was dismissed I am putting it on here just in case I or anybody else get sick tonight August 7th 2025. When you call a store and you tell them something especially when it can kill somebody you expect them to do something about it say something about it take care of the problem make the problem better and that's what I was trying to do, I was trying to make them aware of the problem and to make it better. I don't normally complain about my food here, like I said it's normally great I normally have no problem with it it's just tonight It was rotten. I know that they summer heat could have something to do with it I'm not giving any fault as to why it is rotten just that it was The bite that I took was rotten. If you know what the smell of rotten meat smells like you'll know what it tasted like. I am still a little bit nauseous from eating it, but I think that might hopefully have to do with the idea and the circumstances. If the nausea don't go away it might take me a little bit longer to build up the courage to eat there again . Just trying to give people the heads up have a blessed evening. 😇

Today after church as a family of 4 we went in and sat at the table that clearly says for a family of 4 to 6 can sit. Well we just had the waitresses watching us and talking about us for like 5 minutes and then one decided to approach us and ask us to move to another table. They made us feel so unwelcome and disrespected that we politely removed ourselves from this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I like they were open till 11pm, there is not much in this town late, and the store was clean and felt comfortable inside.. some times small town restaurants dont care about that. They were out of a few basic things but i wont complain we came in like five minutes before closing and they took care of us. The food was not the best mexican food i’ve had but like i said, small town you cant complain. 4 stars and would certainly recommend specially if you are just driving thru. Prices were very fair,

I tried Mexican food every time when I'm in the restaurant and I loved the food you cook and everything is ok but honestly you need to improve the plate is gorditas, esas no son gorditas, estan miy feas!!

So I get the same thing every time and have absolutely always loved all the food they offer. But yesterday was different. Yesterday I opened my BLT sandwich wrap and my whole staff meeting stopped to admire the perfection. If a sandwich could be art this one was a masterpiece! Thanks for always being amazing and providing a the best of the worst food at its best!

Best in town! Fries are perfectly crispy on the outside with a soft Center and all so good! Shrimp amazing as always. Best hushpuppies in town and anywhere I've had them. Just the best!

Visited Raynor's Seafood for the first time on a coworker's recommendation! I was not disappointed. We ordered fried chicken and catfish. The chicken was juicy and delicious and the catfish was crunchy and tasty. We are looking forward to exploring the other menu items.

The food still good but back in the day wow it was way better and you could dine inside the restaurant and the waitress were so nice and would make sure you always had something to drink. Over all I still like there food but not like I use to it was way better and when they presented in a plate it looked so good and was that good. Know a days still good but not has good like back in the day and it's like the restaurant never got updated it's so old the building they need to remodel make it beautiful it's the only place that makes seafood and iam surprise it looks so old and nothing done to it to make it look upgraded like it's a very poor place. The ladies are ok but sometimes seems they tired and in a bad mood so when this happens I don't even want to go get the order so this problem could probably be affecting there sales maybe this why they don't remodel they don't have enough sales but they just have to be pleasant wen taking orders and dealing with customers. I hope they upgrade place make it friendly again because there food it's not bad and also add to menu they don't have a lot to go on so because of the seafood that's what make me go back once in awhile but not like back in the day when I basically ate there or order probably 5 days out 7. Reynolds could go from that to way better especially with the business they are in. Other then this most of the food tastes homemade

Menudo was decent better then most but not as good as home 7/10 Gordita was ok 7/10 meat was slightly overcooked and a bit salty Barbacoa 6/10 a bit dry and flavorless Salsa had decent flavor but not spicy 6/10 Hamburger 6/10 - fries were good 8/10 Tacos de tripa were really good 9/10 hard to find good tripa tacos that are soft inside and crunchy outside . Carne asada plate was ok my wife didn’t really enjoy it but hard to replicate food made at home Holchata water was ok 7/10 a bit watery Service was good , atmosphere felt authentic . Would be back for the trips tacos and maybe the menudo everything else was lackluster

I went for lunch and got the huevos rancheros with nopales, I asked for no rice… it had beans and tortillas & a very good portion of cactus(nopales) and bacon..it was soo good! I will be back for sure to try their other dishes :) this place has authentic Mexican food

We arrived late enough we had to get take out and they were very apologetic about that, but we did and I'm very glad we did. We got the fajita mix and the Caldo de Res. The fajitas were very tasty with a good mix of beef, shrimp, and chicken and all the toppings. The beef soup was amazing, with huge chunks of beef, plenty of cabbage, carrots, squash, and corn and a lovely side of coconut lime rice, cilantro, onions, and chopped chillies. The broth was rich with flavor and perfectly seasoned and even after a trip across town was super hot still. A very comforting meal.

Authentic Mexican food! 10/10. Even though I didn't like the mole, I think that is an acquired taste 🤔 but everything was amazing. I drove out my way just to come here. There were some things I didn't like how the locals stared at us, that was super weird. But I've there before so no big deal. And how the staff is a little socially awkward lol but they're nice ppl...also not a big deal.

So glad we stopped here. I go monthly from Lehigh to Miami and always try to stop at an Authentic Mexican restaurant in this area! This by far has been the best! Great prices, good portions, and service was great! Will definitely be my go to from now on!

On field trip w school decided to try "authenthic mexican food". Ordered Burrito plate w 2 buritos and some rice & beans on the side. Beef burito wa sfeom ground beef and ok,chicken one was with some kind of cooked ( or steamed ) chicken pieces.No taste at all. That burrito plate w soda was over $20 . I am sorry I ll stay w Chippotle fresh grilled chicken or steak bowl fo almost half off. It is amazing that every restaurant now has 4-5 stars ?????

So this place definitely has the vibe and you think, oh yeah I'm going to get some authentic Mexican dish. Sorry to disappoint, but it really missed the authenticity. I have had a lot of breakfast tacos around the globe and this just missed the mark. They also don't have breakfast burritos as I asked and was told only taco's Florida has yet to impress me with Mexican food. Don't get me wrong, there are places in florida that have amazing Mexican food, but being my first time at this place, it was a bust. Dinner or lunch may be a different story and I'm willing to give that a try, but breakfast just didn't give me a warm a fuzzy. In addition, the service wasn't the greatest as the lady seemed short and unwilling to really help. Granted It was busy, but customer service can go along ways.

Great food! Good selection, my plate was a combination platter, very filling with a good combination of what they have to offer. Friendly staff, not a very big place with an outside bathroom around back. Bathroom had no light and was really hot and kinda small. Other than that, highly recommend!! Simple, moderate/generous servings depending on what you choose.

My girlfriend drove me all the way out here for a breakfast date at her "spot." Very hospitable people here, and the food was delicious. My girlfriend is Mexican, and she approves of these authentic dishes, thus she brought me out here to introduce some culture to me. All in all, very reasonable prices, food tasted delicious, and the staff was friendly. Thank you.

Stopped here while in town snapping some pictures of Immokolee with my photographer friends. I left it to my Spanish speaking friend to order for us so I wouldn’t make an ass out of myself trying to order 😂 He got us three different kinds of tacos and a watermelon drink that was out of this world good. Restaurant was nice inside, kept pretty clean and the food is made right behind the counter so there’s nothing to hide here. The tacos were some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Great flavor, descent sized portions and the sauces they give you were outstanding. I liked the additional cucumber slices they include to cleanse your palette. I can’t comments on the prices because my friend paid for our meal and the prices are not advertised in the menu. They defiantly like their music as there was a speaker blasting Latin music in the back corner of the dining area. As my friend put it, “Pretty loud, but no too loud to be obnoxious.” 😂 This restaurant is open 24 hours on the weekends so Im guessing it becomes a small night club those nights with that booming speaker🔈🔊🔉 💃🕺🪩 I’m taking one star away in my review because the bathroom is pretty disgusting. Very little 🧻 , soap dispenser had watered down soap and was filthy on the outside, no paper towels to dry your hands and no toilet seat on the toilet so be prepared to hover ladies. 🚽 Clean up the bathroom and you’ll have a really nice restaurant. Update: July 22,2023. Bathroom now has a toilet seat and is cleaner than last visit. Still not the best restroom out there, but better. The food is still outstanding!!!!

Walked in and right back out. The girl had a bad attitude. I said hi twice and she acted like she didn’t feel like opening up her mouth to speak. Matilda, Benjamin and Javier are all awesome! Best tacos in southwest florida no contest! My favorite are the “Quesa Birria” tacos plate with the traditional “Consume’” dipping sauce/soup. They make the sauce/soup from the drippings from the slow cooked roast beef. This is a delicate process and requires a very experiences chef to prepare properly. Because its a complicated recipe they don’t always have them available so when they don’t they knock it out of the park with their “Tacos Pollo” traditional chicken “street style” tacos with the double wrapped soft corn shells and generous topping of cilantro and onion with limes on the side. I finish all my tacos with their house green salsa ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Their menu is passionate, cooked in front of you and on the spot with old Mexico street vendor’s love. Wow yum yum yum first time here but I am pleasantly surprised The Hunan chicken is nice and spicy and has a wonderful flavor everything is nice and fresh. Egg rolls actually tasted great No weird flavor like some places have. And they actually have honey wings you can't find them anywhere anymore it seems so yay big kudos on the honey wings and it's a good price.!!! We will definitely come back again and they have a drive-thru window you can't get much better than that!!

Great place to eat or take out. My family and I have been dining here for many years. The people here are extremely nice and very family oriented. Food is always delicious, no matter what you order you will have a great meal.

mediocre at best. probably the best chinese food in town but that’s not saying much. ordered the qt of sweet & sour chicken today just to get an almost empty container of sauce not even halfway filled. fried rice isn’t very good & the lo mein is alright. the general tso chicken is pretty good and probably the only reason to go

I’ve been ordering here for five years since moving from Miami to Ave Maria - after trying a few places when we first moved this is the only one we’ve used for years. It never disappoints. Food is always hot and delicious and cooked well and packaged well.

My husband had the meatloaf,it was really dried out but they covered it in gravy so wasn’t a total loss,roasted veggies and mashed potatoes were delicious. I had the turkey dinner was delicious all the way around.

We ordered mild wings and a hot dog for $31 about 9 minutes before the kitchen closed. The hot dog was fine, my "mild" wings were covered in spicy sauce. I was made to feel badly about trying to eat them and wiping off the sauce with 10 napkins and dunking them in water. The kitchen closed and there was no replacement. When I asked for them taken off the bill I was not given a nice answer. "You ate some of the food and you are taking things home so we cannot take this off the bill." What do you need a manager for if it's not to come over to the customer and find out what the problem is and solve it?

So overall food was ok. Quick casual place with some decent options. Pretty empty but was a weekday. Staff was nice but seemed to have many standing around. Something that stood out was the Mayo is left out on the tables. Not really a good practice unless the put them bottles up every few hours which I doubt. Seems a little lazy and if that’s ok to do what else aren’t we seeing.

Absolutely one of the best Reuben sandwiches and matzo ball soup I've had. Too bad Brighton casino serves slop. Do not go-to Brighton casino to eat. Make the drive to immokalee. It's worth the drive.

We got together for a quick bite before hitting the slots, though there were a ton of people they were able to seat our party of 6 quite fast! Service was great! Food portions were large!!! Very affordable especially considering location the open face turkey was phenomenal!! Fries were soo good we could eat those alone..definitely plan on coming back!! Highly recommend!!!

The shrimp poboy was delicious and highly recommend. The salmon diner also a great choice! The mushroom and barley soup very flavorful. The portions are very generous. Prices can seem high but I think it’s worth it

This place is supposed to be this casino’s anchor high end restaurant. There are some decent options but overall underwhelming for the expectations and quality. Chicken tenders were actually one of the best options. Pot roast had an odd taste almost like spearmint. The chicken Alfredo dish sauce was good but the chicken you can tell was prepared and reheated which dried it completely out. Came back for breakfast and this was the reason I raise my rating up from two to three stars. Bagel breakfast sandwich was a silver lining. Actual thick sliced ham and decent amount of egg. The decor is really nice but just wish they executed at a higher level more consistently across the entire menu.

Got the impossible burger and it was fine. My wife got the hot wings and they were great and price was good. Our waitress was right on and friendly service.

Great meal and a great place. Greeted by an efficient host and given a buzzer for what turned out to be a shorter than expected weight. Nice stables, decent service and the food was very good. The only criticism is there is no drink venue. Had to walk right outside and talk to the bartender to see what's offered.

Honestly the quality and price of the food ruins everything. Not a single person in our party really liked the food. The steak Tacos were dry and bland. The beef dish was bland. Fish tacos wwre nothing to rave about. The Grilled Peach Salad was drenched in dressing. The mac n cheese was like soup, and the cheese tasted like it came from canned nacho cheese that had been watered down. Also they weren't very busy but it took awhile for the food to come out.

This is the higher end restaurant in the Seminole Casino, so expected the higher prices but expected much better service to go with it. We ordered the Cajun fries appetizer and it took about twenty minutes to arrive (too long in my mind). Our dinners followed about ten minutes later. Cajun fries were really good, but were mostly just cheese fries, the Cajun was lacking. The prime rib was very good. The slow service was my issue.

Went to the casino the other night and decided to go here for dinner. I wasn’t expecting much but it was pretty good. I had the turkey pesto sandwich with fries and I enjoyed it. My wife had the filet with shrimp and she liked it very much. My son had the steak and fries and he enjoyed it as well. The drinks were also tasty. If you’re in the casino this place is worth stopping by.

Our food was delicious! The fish on both dishes tasted fresh and was piping hot. The cocktail was also made perfectly. The service was a little slow but it was worth the wait.

Stopped for lunch. Of course, when you're at Rib City you have to order ribs so 3 of us did and one ordered the chicken & beef lunch special. All came with 2 sides and Texas toast. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Portions were perfect!

Everything was delicious, no complaints there at all! We ordered onion rings and i found it odd that they wanted to charge us for a tiny cup of spicy ranch sauce for dipping. Also before we left they offered to fill up our cups to go. Then charged us for the fill up as another soda. Very odd. There like 3$ to begin with. I can get a bigger size that actually has soda in it and not all ice at circle k for .79 cents... PLUS you offered!! Nothing was mentioned of charging for 2 more drinks. Even McDonald's doesn't charge you for a refill. Is your coke that much better? The staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy. Other than thr weird up charges and not mentioning the extra soda charges everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was on point, everything from the meal to down to the mac and cheese and bread. Cooked perfectly too i might add. Great meal will be back without a doubt.

For pick up, perhaps we had a bad experience when others encounter better. For the price they're charging here, you're getting a poor deal for your money in both service and product. Failed to place any toppings on "all the way" kickin'chicken. Chicken tenders basically amounted to expensive breaded chicken scraps - only one full tender. Lukewarm fries Strangely empty bbq cups. Veggies were bland. No apparent management engaging in quality control at distribution points, or poor company quality sensibility. There are plenty of good barbecue places in Florida. Rib City is usually a good one, but this one didn't give a good showing for my family. Honestly, you could get an equal or better product and service of better quality at a local fast food establishment for pick up. I can't comment on dine in quality, though.

The food was great, and we were very satisfied. The service is good as well. Just the place itself, needs to be cleaned up, it was dusty around the windows and there was a fly bugging us lol

Unorganized, place was not full, I can count with one hand how many tables were being occupied. The two servers seemed over whelmed as two other workers were standing in the front of the restaurant on their phones and obviously not helping their fellow co-workers. 25 minutes later, our meals were brought out, and that was the last we saw our server till in was time for the check. I will say those two workers in the front came to the dining area to help at the last min. As more customers started entering. It was just bad management. If you have customers leaving your establishment agreeing on how bad the experience and taste were, then the owners need to evaluate this location.

While visiting Immokalee, we noticed that Rib City had a lot of business. Atmosphere was comfortable and it seemed like everyone knew each other especially since the town is small. Service was good. Food was okay. Ordered a pick 3 platter with barbecue chicken, pulled pork, and ribs with a loaded baked potato and baked beans. Mild buffalo chicken tenders as an appetizer. 3 barbecue sauces are on every table. The one with the yellow cap seems like a favorite but was horrible to us. Bill was $28.

Horrible customer service! Ordered at the drive thru and had to deal with attitude there immediately. I'm as easy going person as you can be but damn. I Get to the window to pay and had zero interaction wouldn't look at me or even speak. basically took my card handed it back and then after waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich combo, a guy came and almost threw my bag. I reached out to grab it and he pushed it into my hand extremely aggressive. I asked if that was all the order and he just looked at me. We got no straws for our drinks, no utensils for our food. Just attitude and horrible service. This was today, Saturday the 4th of October at about 12:15 lunch time break from working in the sun. We ordered 2 large chicken sandwich meals, ordered 1 spicy and 1 regular. They were both regular so that was wrong. Ordered 2 large Dr peppers, mine was so gross I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away. Ordered a side of mac&cheese, side mashed potatoes, 2 sides of red beans and rice. Didn't even get napkins in the bag. I genuinely don't understand why I was treated this way because the only thing I asked for was just a second to look at the menu when we pulled up as I haven't been here in awhile, and the attitude all at once started. I hate to leave negative reviews on businesses but sometimes it just needs to be addressed.

On 8/09/25, I visited this Popeyes location at 9:07 Pm nearly an hour before closing and was told I could not order fresh fries, which take only 3–5 minutes to prepare. When I asked for clarification, the employee stated it was because they were “closing soon.” Upon further questioning about why the kitchen was shutting down so early, her response was simply, “because they are.” This is unacceptable and appears to violate operational guidelines, as customers should receive full service until the official closing time of 10 PM. Closing kitchen operations early not only limits menu availability but also negatively impacts the customer experience.

It was 9:47 when I went in I ordered a 12 piece gold peppers wings I came home I tried to eat them the breading was too hard I called them back letting them know and the lady told me because it was already closing time which closing time is at 11:00 that they told me and apparently they can't do nothing so Popeye's here very disgusting The workers don't even care they just want to give you crappy food it's sad Immokalee Florida Popeyes is very nasty I don't suggest it for anybody The one in LaBelle is better

I went there for my mom and sister birthday since Dec21 and they double charged my credit card. They said take 3-7 days for the refund but now January 13 still nothing back. I called 3 times they told me they will call back no one call me back. So disappointed and not go back to this place. They use my card to charged another table. I have both credit card receipts. Hope they will do something and give me back money.

I would give 5 stars, but the disgusting experience I had with the receptionist and the shift manager was unbelievable. She, the receptionist was totally uncompromising with her job, playing deaf and not caring at all about calling someone to order, but that wasn’t all, she behave extremely nasty with an African-American customer (She was also an Active Duty Honorable US Air Force Member working with FEMA contractors) in front of me, treating her in a NASTY WAY, denying her a menu and sending her to the entrance to “take a look”, even when one menu was provided to myself. After complaining about the this NASTY episode, it was “THE SHIFT MANAGER” who was the worst, treating BOTH OF US, the Customers, like we were HIS KIDS, asking for BOTH VERSIONS, defending with LOVE, to the receptionist, LOVE doesn’t involve BUSINESS!!!! And the only valid version comes from THE CUSTOMER, not from a “Judge, Shift Manager” who’s not working according his position, if not for the rest of the staff I would give, who handled this better, since I had to ask the “Shift Manager” to leave since I felt him offensive. The Pho was great, the atmosphere also, but you need to fire those two individuals

Always amazing always fresh

I rarely ever go to Burger King. Today showed why. I ordered two spicy wraps. Both were cold as if they hadn’t been warmed up in hours not even under a heat lamp. When I picked up my food in the drive-through an Asian lady looks to be maybe a manager angrily and rudely just toss my food out of the window. Will not be back.

BK sucks 5am open time drove 45 minutes to get ice and breakfast to make it to work and l was told l had to wait 30 minutes, second day same voice a black lady this time didn't tell me l had to wait just said just a minute and after 10 minutes l heard her counting the drawer and another car pulled up l just left. Immokalee BK with black person that open sucks, but the young lady that opened two days before this one was great her and the cook who brought the bag of ice to me.... Food was fresh and hot but because of poor customer service from the person who was there those previous days the service sucks...... don't waste your time being there at 5am if you are going to work... McDonald's is right down the street

Worst customer experience, food was sloppy and cold disgusting! This place needs New Management along with a whole new crew!! Absautely love the transformation of this Burger King. I love that they thought of the community and added the playground. I really respect the owner for coming up with this idea. The location is spotless clean has more then enough seating. The playground area is wonderful you can even have private parties with a BK host for 1.5 hours. Enjoy the pics. Customer service was friendly and professional. I really liked too that they have stations of sanitizer throughout the restaurant.

Looks like a very new and clean burger king. Has a nice indoor playground which you would think would be a great option for families during this heat but you would be wrong. Inside was hotter than outside. Literally no a/c in southwest Florida is ridiculous. When I asked if they had a/c in the playground area the reply was no. They messed up my children's meals and the chicken fries were old as well as cold. Never come here unless they magically find an a/c that they will run. Picture is of inside which looks nice and what the temp is outside while we try to eat with no air-conditioning supposedly.

Drive thru was extremely slow 30 mins in line for food that was not worth the wait. Food was okay but the soda tasted like carbonated water. Go if you have 30 mins to waste it guess.

Made an order online and everything went ok with the girl taking my order and CC. The first thing I want to say is that this pizza place is very overpriced FOR THE SERVING you get. Extra small serving and pizza. I ordered fries and they were $4.50 but 1) they were slighty soggy and not crispy if at all, 2) the serving looks like the serving you'd get for a medium fries at BK? Very small. They didn't come salted. Plain. I would never pay $4.50 for these fries for such a small serving. Fast food serves more and better for less. Not good. The Pizza was $15 for a Hawaiian size small. Well it was definitely small and at $15, again grossly overpriced. Breakdown: you get 4 slices and the slices end up being about the size of a grown mans hand. They are not big. Delivered and delivery fee was $6.00 which was ok and fair. The food was delivered in 20 minutes and I live about 7 minutes from them so that was good. Overall taste of pizza was good and fresh but don't expect a crispy crust. No crispiness on pizza. I say 3 out of 5 stars for pizza. Good but could be better. They need to do better with serving sizes. Between the small fries and small pizza and 2 liter Pepsi: $31 including deliver.

A delicious variety of Peruvian, Italian, and American food awaits at this casual little eatery in the heart of Immokalee. I'd driven by this place more than a few times since starting to work in the little town about three years ago and finally decided to brake for some pasta. After visiting Italy about a month ago, my expectations for pasta both in quality and price have changed a bit, but that's not what I wound up trying. When I asked my server about what dish she would recommend if I made just one visit to the restaurant, she directed me to the Peruvian cuisine - specifically the fried rice and tallarín saltado. Unable to help but give a nod to her recommendation, I settled back for a treat that featured tasty garlic bread and a reasonably priced dish of savory beef, veggies, and noodles with a side of delicious sauce (I favored the spicier orange variety). I'll admit one point of grump: the fountain soda really needed more carbonation, but that's my take. Others may prefer a mellower soda. For my visit, I found service to be excellent. The waitress was very kind. The atmosphere is quite modern. The sheer number of screens touting the food offerings was surprising. The restaurant was clean and well maintained even if the exterior looked dated. If you happen through little I-Town and happen to have a taste for Peruvian food, you should consider a stop. Maybe I'll try the pizza or pasta sometime, but I don't know if I'm ready for that right now.

Gross, who in the world .. especially Italians puts mayonnaise.. mayo in a calzone! Its insane. All i could taste was warm mayonnaise in my mouth. Italians put mozzarella and RICOTTA in their calzones. Not mozzarella and mayonaise. I wont be going back. Totally disgusting. Who wants to eat warm mayonnaise?!?! Clearly this isnt an italian place. Oh and when i complained they said "What?! Who doesnt put mayonnaise in their calzone??" I couldnt believe that answer. The answer is NO ONE! They didnt even refund me, i threw it in the garbage where it belongs after they refused to refund my money with one bite out if it. Eat at your own risk.

I was disappointed by the service or the establishment's capacity to deliver adequate quality in staff or its products. Several incidents occurred; the latest appeared in a sequence: 1. We waited in line while the employees engaged in a long conversation with friends in the car show. 2. Staff/employee failed to take the appropriate steps to take orders. 3. Staff further derelicts their poor execution in consumer sovereignty. In Summary, I had to tossed the food away to ensure it’s not crossed contaminated and consumed!

Overall horrible. Going on a road trip and doors were locked before 2pm and all employees just stared at us. Didn’t even get the chance to buy food but left right after because that’s ridiculous. Not even worth putting the review but if the employees won’t even bother to do their job then I’m gonna waste my time and say that nobody should come here.

This subway has been denying all Bogo deals on the app. Even though back on Dec 28 2023 all subways were supposed to stop denying coupons and mobile deals including bogo deals. We were craving Subway, so we went to check the prices online and we estimated the amount of money to bring. We ordered and were $2 short. We asked if we can change our order. The manager (I think) was saying how I went to school so I should've been able to do simple math it, saying all these things. They were so poor that he got mad over a simple mistake. Like what!? Change the prices if there incorrect 🙌, so other ppeople won't experience the same mistake. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible service, worst subway experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. Employees not knowledgeable about their own products that they are selling nor are they familiar on how to make them. I ordered a steak and cheese melt. It’s on the order board in big writing. The associate had no idea what I was talking about. I wasn’t asked about toppings. The melt was toasted in a bag. When I got outside all off the meat was not between the bread but fell out in the bag. I am a regular Google guide and I don’t complain inside establishments. I simply write reviews on my experience and Subway should be ashamed for allowing a location to operate in this manner.

They are always out of something, especially different types of bread. Even though they close at 10, if you go after 7 or so you'll be lucky to get any bread at all. Last time I went, it was 2 hours before closing and they literally only had one 6 inch wheat bread left with nothing in the oven "because it's almost time to close. " They were out of lettuce on the line and she refused to get more because "we're about to close, no point in opening a whole bag. " It was still 2 hours before closing! It's horrible here.

I have ordered from here three different times and all three times my order was either wrong or missing something causing me to have to wait longer. Associates are very nice here, just very disorganized.

First the cheese & toppings were 2+inches from the outside. So instead of getting a large pizza we ended up with a small. Then the pizza was STILL RAW‼️We had to put it in the oven for another 10-15mins to finish cooking it‼️

How do you claim to have "hot and ready pizza," but when I go threw your not busy drive thru you tell me you have NOTHING?!?! When I'm able to get pizza here it's good, but this happens to often for me to give it a good review.

It took a while to get used to this type of drive-through carry-out service, but I like it! The pizza is good and the price is very inexpensive ( probably due to the location of this place). However, it was very strange that when they were having difficulty with my girlfriend's debit card, they were asking my girlfriend to give them her PIN. Of course we refused but I wonder why they didn't just run it as a credit card as most other places will just do.

I'm so happy we stopped here to try the food. Everything was sooo good and delicious. We had the stewed chicken with rice and peas, tostonies and mac and cheese and all the dishes were packed full of favor. This meal truly reminded me of home and I havent been able to find a place like this since I left Miami. Im so grateful for the experience. The whole meal I had a smile on my face.

I am from Miami every time I drive up to Fort Myers I have to pass by this place. The food is good the staff is nice and professional and I like the fact that they have regular size and large size meal. I always order the large but I can't never finish it and also they have different side order like mac and cheese, Haitian potato salad and other sides not like Miami were your side order is only salad. If your in the area or just passing through stop by Fifys Restaurant they have great food you wont be disappointed

I ordered me some oxtail, rice with pinto beans & plantains. My husband had stewed chicken, rice & tombstone. This food is sooo good! I tell you it was the best Caribbean food that I have had in like forever. I can't wait to visit this place again.

We stopped by Fify's on the way back from the tickseed bloom in Pepper Ranch Preserve. We bought the reg. size fried pork and turkey plates with pikliz, yuca, plantains, rice and peas. Friendly staff and the food is made to order. Worth the small wait for big flavors. I bought some pikliz to take home.

Son of a... This place is a little hole in the wall. Corporate America restaurants can't compare. Had the fried pork with sweet plantains and white rice with black beans. I walked out of there speaking in tongues banging on a steel drum. The Lord has smiled down upon me today.

Interesting bakery with a variety of pastries and baked goods. I stopped by to get coffee and I was a little disappointed that it was coming from the machine but it was only like $1.25. While I was there I decided to try one of the sweet breads that had a pumpkin filling. It was pretty heavy and again it was probably only like $1.25, but the pumpkin filling I’m assuming was from a can. The place seemed relatively busy, as I don’t live in the area and was just passing through.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because for the last 2 weeks I've driven all the way here only for them to be closed or not have any of the bread I'm craving for. They need to update their hours and days on their website and door of establishment. And then I would appreciate it if they made enough empanadas. This bakery is the best in SWFL!

Went to this Dunkin to pick up 4 boxes of donuts for a school function and when I got to the store approximately 3 hours before they closed they were down to a handful of donuts which I did not like. The racks were totally empty. Also, they were only down to only everything bagels, all the other ones were not available. This is one store I won't be going back to and I also advised a school Personnel not to patronize this store.

My grandma had the worst experience ever! We ordered coffee through drive-thru and we pulled to the window. We tried it and immediately returned them. They were rude upon trying to return the beverages, didn’t offer to remake my beverages, then awaited a refund, with no apology. Worst experience with DD. I liked the price...I got a torta w/ a drink from them and spent around 6 bucks, so that was nice. The torta was a nice size and had all the fixings, the limon fresca, I've had better, but it all tasted kinda good...but I spent my time trying to identify the mysterious flavor with each bite and sip.🤔 The best I can explain was that it tasted like fridge...like they needed to change their arm n hammer baking soda box, because stuff was starting to taste like other stuff...they spoke no English but I was able to make it thru with my limited Spanish and a nice patron there that kinda helped me out...I might try them again and see if they got their fridge situation under control ...but I think I will wait a while lol.

The prices for the menus are fair. You typically spend on dinner no more than $12 dollars.I usually eat there once in a while.Taste wise it's okay, if it's your first time I would recommend getting gorditas of al pastor ( marinated pork ) or bisteck ( thinly pieces of steak) ask to get it without cilantro and onion because they will give you less meat. The burritos are okay but do NOT ask to get with lettuce and meat because they will give you a burrito of iceberg lettuce with scatter meat.And the tortilla will be soggy.A typical burrito consist of tomatoes,iceberg lettuce, refried beans ( they taste kinda weird) , orange rice, sour cream,fresh cheese ( queso fresco) ,and your choice of meat.It's mostly beans and rice. One suggestion I have is to order it without the beans and the cheese.If you tell them your custom burrito the staff gets it wrong. So double check.The place is nice but kinda dirty ( where the air vent) a quick dust here and there would make the cut.

I’m giving this Papa John’s a one star number one because the store manager was so rude. She actually took the pizza away because I was asking her explain to me how the car processor works. As a nurse and every Friday before work I get a small pizza for my son , it’s always a hit or miss but anytime one of the young men are able to make the pizza he does his best every other time it’s always terrible. I’m 45 minutes away from the nearest Papa John’s so I always gamble with them, but this was absurd. The store manager was irate in using profanity. On countless occasions I caught her sleeping in the back and 10 minutes time I actually walked back there. As a community servant, and a single mother, this is unacceptable treatment. The establishment is always dirty, and the manager looked uncut and poor hand hygiene . I will be calling corporate

Worst pizza I have had, burned with nice black edges, so burned cheese was dried and pepperoni where crispy. Took over 1 hour 30mins to get my pizza, once arrived it was not cut into slices, it’s was cold and the drink was warm. How hard is it to make pizza? You are in the pizza business if you can’t make a decent not burnt pizza please shut down. Why stay open and sell garbage.

I drove 13 hours from NC and ordered a pizza. Didn't know pepperoni sausage and bacon pizza come with a chicken bone I bit into. Worst service ever. Would love to speak with corporate. Called to let them know and kept me on hold for 10 mins.

Ordered online at 6:45-ish pm order was to be ready between 7:16-7:26pm. I arrived at 7:22pm. It's now 7:50pm and still no food. Customer after customer coming in to pick up and same story. It's as if they're waiting for the customer to arrive before starting the order. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't rate the food as I don't have it yet, and as far as atmosphere... You know I'm not a real big fan of this particular store at all. Ever since Josh and his wife left that store it's just been a huge ball rolling down hill. The last order we got a gift card and my 12 year old daughter wanted to order pizza. All well and fine but when her Pizza arrived it was undercooked massively full of sauce and it was soggy. I would have never gone there if it wasn't for the fact that we had the gift card and it just went to show that the store Sucks. And I'm not the only one that has problems my landlord ordered a pizza from there last month and her pizza came here burnt. And she said never again. Maybe if they get some better people in there we might give it a try again but right now and since Josh left it's just not worth going don't lose your money go to Little Caesars they make good Pizza 🍕

The absolute worse fajita Gordita ever looks more like bistec. I would never recommend this place but “el taquito” all my life has always served the best foods. This Anthony’s place is like going to an tourist spot and eating the Americanized Mexican restaurants there.

Food was good. Service was nonexistent, and the pricing was ridiculous. The menu/price says one thing but they up charge every item we ordered by $2-$3 each item. We really wanted to like it. We normally drive out there to Lozanos but since it's closed we were happy to try somewhere new.. Most “ hole in the wall” restaurants has really good food and nice service. This one, not really.

The place was incredibly dirty. The floors were so slippery from grease that was airborne from cooking. It only made it worse when an employee tried to mop with lysol and cold water.

The food was kinda bad, the tortas were soggy and lacked meat, they barely made an effort to try and make it atleast decent. The restrooms were a disaster. Go look for yourselves. The tacos were alright. It has a sticker outside the window that claims it Authentic mexican food, what a lie. The service wasnt too bad, they close 30 to 40 minutes early. Would recommend to just drive past this restaurant, el taquito is way better. Shouldve gone elsewhere.

I purchased two barbacoa tacos with beans on flour and was told at register that it was $8.06 and when I told them I was paying with card they changed the total to $10.. they didn't even put salsa in my bag. 😑 yeah, im not coming here again for breakfast tacos

Chicken was awful, do not recommend going and ordering when they first open. Chicken done but under cooked. Not to KFC standards. I frequently eat there, but I have a change of heart. Along with ordering the #7 box, asking for all white and getting charged for 2 breast, I understand the surcharge for 1 breast. Especially, when the supervisor on shift couldn't explain it.

At least the original chicken is intact now I still believe they need stickers on the bottom of the sides that tell when they were packed date and time my Mac and cheese was so hard and coleslaw was just cabbage and carrots no sauce. Chicken was great and nuggets were good.

My husband and I just had a very wonderful experience in this KFC tonight. The quality of the food was superb and the customer service was even better. Even though they were very busy the kitchen team expedited things the wait times were minimal and the attention to detail in the kitchen was impeccable My wife and I have food allergies that must be adhered to and they made sure that they prepared everything just right. Emma the store manager was absolutely awesome her attitude is always GREAT and she leads her team by setting the example with excellence and leads with a top-down approach. Thanks for the wonderful experience tonight Emma and crew!!!

Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered family meal only received half the sides and half the amount of chicken but paid for all of it. I ended up having to prepare additional food to feed the family.

KFC at immokkalee is a great place to eat the best chicken in town and it’s so much better than any other place.This place has a new manager and it’s so amazing to have them there for lunch and dinner every day gives them a try you won’t be disappointed I promise you.

Excellent product when I was there. Chicken was cooked perfectly. We had people. We ordered and waited until it was ready about 10-15 minutes. We were planning on eating in the car. No napkins were included ....Otherwise the chicken was great . Blessings JMAC

Customer service was good ... Dirty floor... Great food .... It takes a while but it is worth the weight... After 22 years the place is still there still service the Haitians and Spanish community.... I left the town 19 years ago but every time I stop by I already make sure to get some Chinese food from Golden Garden.... I would recommend it to anyone who likes Chinese food...

We ordered again today for second chance my husband always gets sweet and sour chicken this is second time it's come without the sauce a d we always order extra and our charged. This was a delivery and they want me to come pick it up. Nope no more will I order from here.

Excellent food in this area! Price is surprisingly good!! We ordered Veggies Delight, Beef Chop Suey and Chicken Chop Suey. Lots of good fresh tasty vegetables! Great meat portions! We don’t eat MSK, so asked to cook without it. They are able to accommodate. We’re so glad to find this restaurant! Definitely will often go back to try other food on their menu!

I gave this place a one star. I ordered some food for 2 people and it came out. Pretty much close to $80. The guy there was very nice. The cashier guy and the only reason why I gave up 2 star is because it was enabled. Test the food or not. Because they have to have cash only. They don't accept tap or debit card only cash. So that's why gave it a 2 star. But the service was the fantastic 5 stars. The cashier put everything else was a two star

I visited the storefront today and had an enjoyable conversation with one of the owners, Juan. He sent me home with plenty of delicious food for lunch. All of it freshly made and delicious. Great little spot if this is your kind of grub!

I only had the opportunity to taste the food at the Latin Festival. I had the arroz con gandules, carnitas, bola de Mofongo, and alcapurrias. Every single thing was delicious! I was only able to taste as I had already eaten. I finished the plate the next day. It was still delicious! The carnitas were crispy and moist on the inside. The alcapurrias were a little gummy (don’t forget it’s the next day) but still delicious, the rice excellent. I wish I could eat a container of just the rice. I am a lover of a well made arroz con gandules. If I’m ever back in Ave Maria I will definitely patronize your establishment! Thank you for the delicious down home Puerto Rican food!!!

We had CJ’s Pastelillos tonight at a food truck event and the food was really great! They nailed the flavors and everything was cooked to perfection! We’ll definitely be back to support their family business. 10/10 recommend!

I had never had a shrimp pastelillo before but I’m so glad I did! 😋 The chicharrones were very good but the quantity could have been a handful bigger. Ty CJ and Maria for a tasty meal. I hope you come back to our community soon.

Unfortunately, we would never purchase any food from here again! We ordered the chicken wings when the food truck came to our gated community and they served us raw chicken wings 🤢 I advise to take the time to cook things properly and make sure it is fully cooked before handing it off to the customer.

Went in this morning around 5:30, I was in the middle of purchasing some items and I realized I forgot to get my wife’s drink and I told the cashier to give me a second while I ran back to grab the drink. When I came back from the grabbing the drink there was a gentleman that was asking for money outside standing by the register and acting funny, I the cashier was acting funny as well so i check the list of items that I purchased and they had scanned a pack of cigarettes without my permission. The cashier was in it with the guy from outside and were trying to have me pay for his cigarettes and when I said something the cashier started to apologize and said he was sorry.
