While the ambiance and food is fine, the service is extremely slow. You have to get up atleast 2-3 times to follow up on your order. I could feel the staff is overworked and place is understaffed especially on weekends and peak hours. I will prefer not to visit again just because of waiting time and too much follow ups needed on your orders

The experience at Falak restaurant was something different and provides a wonderful view of the city of Jammu … The food was good specially snacks and Ms. Arti who assist the guests very well and politely 🥰

Good restaurant for non veg lovers. Situated on Residency Road, Jammu Near KC Residency. Situated inside a GALI, they also have rooms available for comfortable stay. I tried their Food and it was awesome. I tried Goshtaba, Mutton roghan josh, mutton biryani and Icecream. Goshtaba was awesome’, and that was my first time having Goshtaba. Rogan josh was also good. However, mutton biryani was not upto the mark, it was like fried rice with mutton pieces. Staff is very well mannered and take orders politely. They will greet you every time you visit this place. Ambience is quite good compared to the locality of the restaurant.

With smooth staff service and the delicious taste of food , its aptly Kashmiri wazwanic taste deserves 5 out of 5. Place of 'Must go for taste'.

This is supposedly the best food in jammu. Not that the cuisine in itself is a notable one, but the Mutton Rogan Josh was a blast of flavour in my mouth. Everything else about the place is meh.

I went to this place by 4:30pm by that time they were not serving any lunch items. Their lunch timing is from 1pm to 3pm . I ordered their Dosa as I was not interested to eat any Chinese. The dosa was average , I had firni after that which was good and above my expectations. Will give a average rating overall

The hype of this place was very high but I must say this is a average place for a true food lover. The atmosphere there was good but the food availability was not as per your will. I reached that place around 3:40 . We decided a meal for lunch but they said the lunch time is over and you may order some other meal. So I took next 5 min to decide what could be best meal to have and we choose to with garlic cheeze and stuff parantha but they said they don't have that. The third time I order exotic Chinese vegetables and veg grilled sandwich. The sandwich was rich in stuffing but was cold. Even in the exotic Chinese vegetable we got paneer lababdar whose taste was below than an average. My experience there was not good. For my side they got 2 star in food and serving, but 4 in atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply affected by the conduct of the manager on duty. Instead of addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy, the manager displayed unnecessary arrogance and dismissiveness. The tone used was condescending, and basic respect for customer feedback seemed completely absent. It was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable for a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. A great business isn't only measured by its popularity or ambiance, but also by the attitude of its leadership. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training in communication and empathy—especially to those in charge.

You enter this restaurant from a busy highway and bus stand road and it feels like you have entered a whole new world which is in contrast to from where you have just entered. Awesome ambiance, food and service. It has been more than fifteen years that I have been familiar with this place, it has changed a lot but for all good, nothing bad. They have increased the space, upgraded the furniture and fixtures, washrooms, etc. and of course the price tag but that is what they truly deserve. Being a food lover, a passionate cook (not professional) having travelled a lot to various parts of India and some gulf countries, I can say convincingly that this is the best vegetarian place (in this budget) I have ever been to!

The ambiance is really good especially at night. Eyes relaxing dim lights, very beautiful and soothing music, separate cabins to dine in, good service and most importantly delicious food. Surely 10 on 10. A very relaxing and refreshing place to dine in. A recommendable place in jammu for foodies.

I went there for dinner with my friends. The service, food, atmosphere was just pathetic. Spending over 950+taxes per person and such an experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather go to barbeque nation in greater kailash.

Food was tasty but few item's quality was not so good like #kheer,#paneer tikka#gol gappe etc. Service was not so up to the mark as I saw in other buffet restaurant.Your plate will be empty for some times but none of the staff will observe this things u have to take the initiative for orders. I have twice tried a vegetarian lunch buffet here and both of the times the experience was very bad .The food just doesn't taste good(1/5). The ambience of the place is very good (5/5). The staff is very polite and service is good (4/5) . The drinks are also very bad (1/5). If you are ready to spend ₹800 on the buffet in jammu . I would suggest trying some other place .

Well, I visited Pirates of Grill with my family. The experience was average. Waiting time to serve was too long. Not much cooperation from the staff. Move on to the grilled barbecue aspect, it’s so hot spicy that it will burn your stomach. Also, the prawns served were not cooked properly when served and when we grilled them on the table griller, it took 20 mins time so they are serving starters in a hurry. Such a lazy and unprofessional service from Pirates of Grill. Overall, a very disappointing experience and it’s just a waste of money. Don’t ever visit here. Not recommended.

Ahh loved the variety they serve 💓 Everything is good but more vegetarian snacks should be added in starters. Their daal makhni, pineapple in starters, chinese & south indian is just amazing. Good for family dinner/lunch outings

In the name of buffet they serve you unlimited starters and when it comes to main course they have very few dishes to offer. Fish curry was without fish and only curry was their. Even the desserts were average. These two stars i have given for ambience and starters only. Very disappointed

It was a Saturday in August and my experience was extremely disappointing. My wife and I went there for dinner. We were given a table for two and the plates were laid out with a tandoor. They placed 2 skewers of chicken tikka and 2 skewers of mutton. However, it took them 40 minutes to serve the starters again. When I spoke to a manager standing nearby and mentioned that it had been over 40 minutes since we ordered, they brought 2-3 items themselves. However, after that, there was another 30-minute wait with no one attending to us or bringing starters. We were left sitting with empty plates. My wife suggested paying the bill and leaving for another restaurant. I expressed my disappointment to another manager, saying I had never seen such poor service before. The manager said it was due to the crowd. I asked why they seated us if they couldn't provide service. We waited for another 30 minutes, but no one came. As a regular customer who visits with my family once or twice a month, I was extremely disheartened. The plates were empty and the tandoor was getting cold. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. If they were overwhelmed with customers, why did they seat so many people if they couldn't serve them? We sat idle for 2 hours, feeling disappointed and regretting our decision to visit Pirates of Grill. I will never go back and my friends and relatives won't be visiting either after hearing about this experience.

Starting with the ambience, it is a good place to hangout with friends and family as well. The quality of food is good but the quantity is not. The staff service is poor. They don't show proper concern to the customer, as I went to the restaurant and the table that they alloted me was not cleaned and still have plates and other stuff on it. So I think that is something bad about it. Rest it's a good ambience with good food.

The dinning area is divided into outdoor and indoor. No doubt the place is made very beautiful with indoor plants. The food was also upto the mark. The only disappointment was the rain droplets that reached my plate. I actually had rain food. Despite the roof cover, water was seeping in. The manager was no doubt very empathetic and provided a new seat arrangement. But i am equally amazed as why no repair has been done. During monsoon season a frequent inspection should be done. Its not that K C Residency is 2 star rated hotel. The area were salad was kept was very dark. I rarely could make it what type of salad were displaced. A small light fixture is needed around the salad area.

We group of 6 friends went there on 16 June first time with the high level of expectation but it turned out complete waste . They are charging 1190+ Gst for veg Buffet which dont worth more than 500 . Food is tasteless , service is very very poor . Extremely disappointing experience at Zamidara Restaurant near Vijayapur. This restaurant has gone completely downhill. The service is terrible, and the overall environment is nothing like what it used to be. There’s no trace left of the old charm—it’s just running on the reputation of its past, and that too forcefully. There's absolutely nothing special about it anymore. In terms of hygiene, it’s a disaster. There were flies everywhere—literally everywhere. The bathroom was especially horrible, swarming with flies. If the main sitting area is this unhygienic, just imagine what the kitchen must be like. It’s honestly enough to make you sick. Please avoid Zamidara Dhaba. You're not only wasting your money, but you’re also risking your health. It’s no longer worth visiting at all.

One of the best Dhaba of this highway. Combination of Good taste, price & location. Parking is also easily available. Food contains less spices. Compatible for family also. Interior, exterior & washrooms are not so good. Provides beverages also.

If you are looking for hygienic place to eat then you should avoid it. Today while eating I found flies in their spl dal. And most ridiculous things is ,the owner didn't even express regret over it. I used to their regular customer but from now on I won't visit there .

I experienced a delicious main course and caring staff. I visited for lunch with a few friends.We were delighted by the authentic Punjabi main course. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. The service was above average. We left a tip on the table and exited the restaurant with a smile. Overall, I enjoyed our experience. They did take the time to make the table ready, the main course was good, the staff was caring. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner. Do try their famous dal.

If you are a die hard fan of authentic Kashmiri Wazwan food, this is the right place for you. 1st time I had dinner here, in 2006. I still remember the taste , that's why planned to visit again with family. Food is always tasty. There are some decorative changes from the last time. Still very good.

Authentic Kashmiri Restaurant, serving exquisite Kashmiri dishes, like Rista, Mutton Rogan Josh, Gushtaaba. 👏 👏 However, the heritage kashmiri charm which oozed out from every bit of it's interior has diminished over time. It's appearance is more like a normal family restaurant which looks old and dull.

Went there in the morning and they served us leftover wazwan and chicken curry. Me and my husband got food poisoning. Overpaid restaurant serving leftover food and bad quality. Literally shame on them for ruining our day.

It's a JKTDC restaurant. We ordered a trami which was like a platter which had all the dishes available there in a portion size which was good for 2 of us served with rice. The food was really good and tasted fresh and nice. There was no dessert but we ordered kahwa which too was good with less sugar. Overall we had a good experience of Wazwan cuisine here.

What can go wrong with McDonald's! Their taste is the same throughout India. The atmosphere is very good and service is quick! We ordered this time through an automatic kiosk and the order was very easy to place. Overall a very good experience. Will visit again soon.

The ambiance is fine but the food was not good at all. Burgers were not fresh at all. Fries were soggy. Even the service is very slow and they take time while preparing orders. They take online orders first and than prepare dine-in orders.

Value for money place. A lot of variety for non vegetarians. Fast service and courteous staff. Quantity wise quite filling. Chicken shawarma, Afghani chicken are must haves. Good options for vegetarians as well. Paneer tikka roll, tandoori momos are good. Mushroom tikka is okay. Must visit place atleast once.

They have a live counter where u can order and eat from your car and it is good concept. They also have table service. Mostly non veg stuff. Sharwmas and tandoori are tasty albeit costly. Staff courteous less waiting time.

This place is ok not outstanding but you won't be disappointed. They serve lot of dishes and one thing that is remarkable about them is that they serve fresh food and you can taste it. Shawarma is very good here although they don't use pita bread instead there is a rumali roti but still a good one as compared to other places in jammu. after 15 mins two glasses of coldrink were delivered along with fresh lime soda which was absolutely flat .on requesting ice they got single cube seriously single cube of ice and said no ice is available.then when they add coldrink more it was all white powdery coldrink .afghani champ wahi h was ordered as it was the dish of the day never eaten such salty hard non tasty dish of the day of any restaurant. ordered dosa which was cold ..when a customer pays more than 1000 rs atleast be decent .. the sauce given with champ was stale and smelly .overall you can't run a hotel if u aren't persistent in ur quality . complete waste of money and time

Ideally it should have been the biggest sweet shop of the city and theoriticaly the most popular one too. But somehow things didn't work out for them. They had the huge seating area, a posh location and plenty of parking space. Somehow all that didn't boil down to a success story. We went there to buy sweets for Deewali as Pahalwan the other option would've been too crowded plus they have parking issues and neither is it good anymore Bought ladoos and mini rasgulas which were pretty decent from Ganpati food junction. The papri chat and dahi vada were just Ok. The vada was hard and one could feel that it was a bit old.

This outlet of Ganpati junction is located near KFC gandhi nagar kalf market road 24A/B Gandhi nagar. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and offers a good ambiance for your small parties and get togethers. The staff is very humble and polite. Coming to the food we ordered veg thali and the taste was pretty good despite of the less quantities offered. Overall it was a good experience and the food was fresh and tasty.

The service was incredibly slow. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for each new batch of skewers, which was frustrating. While there were about 7-8 items on the menu, I don't believe I was served all of them. On a positive note, the staff was nice. However, the variety of food isn't as extensive as what's offered at XI Spices. The live music was unnecessarily and excessively loud; it should be calm and relaxing, not excruciating.

Ambience was good. Really enjoyed the buffet. There was variety of starters and one complimentary drink also. Main course was not that good, it was average. One thing that i liked the most about them is their service. Service was outstanding. Everytime they were coming for the feedback for almost all the dishes and if we were complaining about something they were serving again by making the changes in the dish. Overall it was great.

What a beautiful Evening we have spent in Barbeque Nation. A good Quality service and electrifying live music makes the evening a great one.... Had an absolutely amazing experience at BBQ Nation Jammu! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot with a great variety to choose from. Few days ago I visited this place with a friend to enjoy some beers At firs the staff was fine while we were ordering But the moment they realized we weren’t going to order more their attitude changed They suddenly mentioned they had a reservation even though the place was almost empty with just two or three people inside We had already settled We requested one english song one of staff was polite and willing but when he asked he's senior an older man came over and was very rude. Instead of handling he arrogantly said they don’t play english songs and told us to leave because of an reservation party

Tried MOB recently, atmosphere is decent but food tasted average. Monchow Soup was good, Pina colada was worst and honey chilly was average. Not worth the price as well.

The place is a bit inside from the nearby areas if you are coming by public transport . The restro is at the basement level and the ambience is nice. Food options variety is enough and portions are good enough.. They do serve peanuts as chakna which is free of cost. We didn't asked for refill though. The order takes a bit of time and you can assume good 20 mins wait. They have a multi color lamp on the table which can be used to lit for placing an order. The place is not too much crowded and nevertheless the place is decent. I had visited the place with my wife and didn't felt awkward. I would definitely recommend this place.

Out of all the star hotels I have stayed this was one of the worst in terms of behavior especially front desk. They do not intend to be helpful. They want to make you wait unnecessarily and act pricey. They make you feel feel as if they are doing a great favor to you. They need trained people there especially in soft skills . Looks like an orphan branch of radisson. The management has to focus on service first before money. My advice...go to some other brand if you are paying anyway.

The Hotel Staff - front desk is neither courteous nor mannered. Akshay was big disappointment House Keeping is also not good. The staff is not providing an extra hand towel. U have to call again and again for all services. Good food and restaurant staff.

Great place with a beautiful hotel room and even better service. Manpret was our server and did an excellent job doing so. Although the hotel is in a quite sketchy location . Overall I am quite pleased with this hotel as a whole and would love to return.

Absolutely appalled by the disgraceful experience we had today with both the hotel and its so-called “management.” After being loyal customers of Radisson Blu for over 14 years, we were shocked by the level of malpractice, manipulation, and fraud we were subjected to. My father and father-in-law were offered spa appointments with a 25% discount, which they accepted. However, when it came time for billing, no discount was honored, and the team blatantly refused to acknowledge the offer made. That was just the beginning. We were presented with a suspicious and illegal spa bill no business name, no heading, just a blank paper with an amount and with no GST number. This is not just unethical, it is illegal. As citizens, we have a right to know where our tax money is going, and that includes receiving proper invoices with legitimate GST numbers and business registration details. When we flagged the issue, Duty Manager Shah Navaz assured us that the spa charges would be removed from our final hotel bill upon checkout, stating that the spa is a third-party vendor and can’t be billed by the hotel directly. We trusted his word. Big mistake. Behind our backs, they went ahead and charged our card in full, including the spa amount, without our permission or knowledge. Unauthorized card transactions are not just unethical; they are criminal. This is nothing less than fraud. When we demanded a correct bill, they refused to provide one and continued to lie and manipulate the situation. Shah Navaz changed his story multiple times, acted defensively, and showed absolutely no accountability. This hotel is now clearly engaging in deliberate malpractice, fake billing, and unauthorized transactions. It’s terrifying to imagine how many other customers have been cheated without even realizing it. The management should be investigated and held accountable immediately. What they are doing is a violation of basic consumer rights, and they should be heavily penalized under Indian law. We will be taking this forward with the Consumer Court and GST authorities. Shame on Radisson Blu for stooping to this level. Avoid this place at all costs.

This Stay is such a Good Stay. Breakfast is also too Good with more options served by Manpreet. She is also very helpful. I always recommended star Catagory Hotels due to their Hospitality, Food Quality as well as their Cleaness.

The restaurant is in a locality where possibly eating non veg food is not that prevalent giving an edge to the owner as he can serve you anything (my answer to the good reviewers). I had an opportunity to have one of lunches at that place. It was worst. I ordered mutton biryani while asking the waiter whether the quantity of serving would be more or less for a single person. He was clueless. Later it turns out the food was more than sufficient for a single person (I could have ordered something else and not wasted the remaining portion). Moreover, the biryani was not biryani rather fried rice. It was fried making me again question the waiter and him being again clueless. I think the birayni was not fresh rather it might have been cooked few days back and now friend in very little oil to make it look fresh. Terrible experience. Lastly, the amount charged was more than mentioned amount for all of my food and drinks. I enquired and they replied it is GST. I agreed to pay the amount on a valid bill receipt which they didn't provide first. There was some problem with online payment also. NOT VISITING AGAIN

Billu Di Hatti is one of the oldest and most loved spots in Jammu’s old city. They serve traditional non veg food with authentic taste at very reasonable prices. The quality of food is quite good, and everything is prepared fresh. They serve only halal food.

I went to the same restaurant after so many years but they have still maintain the their standard of cooking quality of food is the same as it was earlier when I used to visit in my college days. I had been here 2 decades back. It's still pretty much the same. Cappuccino was not there so had Espresso instead. Hot chocolate was average. Manchow soup was good and aloo chat was pretty homely. The place was pretty empty, but then we had gone a bit early.

We had to arrange a party and the price agreed upon was 500 per person and we were 3 male 3 female and 2 kids aged 6 and 2 yrs... The bill should have been 3000 however the lady asked for 7000 and pleaded that items were costly and she had spent more amount than expected.... Finally settled the bill for 5000. This was a violation of the agreed terms and we felt cheated... Will neithe r visit again nor recommend the place to anybody

Rachna restraurent is situated at city chowk near raghunath bazar Jammu opposite to parking building . It was a hot day and i was feeling so hungry so i searched for nearby restraurents in google maps , I found rachna restaurant close to my destination , i thought to go in there .Me and my brother we both went n asked for menu .I found a lot of stuff available but i couldn't find that stuff of my kind there . I asked for a mixed fruit shake and they replied not available now .I mean if u hve in menu then u have to make it available.I found very poor service restuarant it is.Also it is no so hygenic , not a hygenic atmosphere there . Rates are very high but the location is quite good in the center of the city. Located in very crowded place. Car parking is also available nearby. Raghunath temple is just at a walking distance. You can also get the metadoors for different places nearby the resturant.

Very rude and arrogant owner doesn't know how to speak to the clients he should have some manners Do not go to this shop were the owner himself doesn't have manners to treat his clients.I asked for firstly gulab jamun then my mind shifted to have pav bhaji also I ask his boy to serve it later once I am done with my pav bhaji he was in hurry and he didn't told me the exact bill but once I entered the shop owner was so rude and he mis behaved doesn't know how to treat with his client and the pav bhaji was also stale and tasteless. I will never recommend anybody to go to this shop because if the owner is like this then how the staff will treat you.

We recently got a chance to visit Nav Durga Sweets during our last day of VD yatra and my experience was really good. First of all their staff members were so humble and greeted in a really good manner. It was neat & clean place for dining with really good options in menu and undoubtedly with good taste at very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place to everyone if you’re looking for a good restaurant at a reasonable price range. Just to clarify, we also tried maduban restaurant near by Katra chowk, but seems overpriced for what they’re providing.

The location is just behind Gandhi nagar hospital adjacent to pratap shoes. Almost all popular north indian sweets available. Preparation is good but only problem is parking space no parking space in front of shop but you can park ur vehicle behind the shop on roadside.

I went to this restaurant For the first time… and the experience was very bad… I gave my order at 10:20pm and paid the money and I received it after approx. 45 minutes later…. During these 45 minutes Of my time… They served the customers who came for dine in and those who took away the order, even though they came after me… And when I asked for my order, then immediately the cash manager went to the kitchen and asked them about the order… and surprisingly it wasn’t ready…The food they made in a hurry was weird…. Just spoiled my weekend… Simply, I would say.. The experience and food, both weren’t good at all….! I would really not think of to go this restaurant again…!! !!HORRIBLE!!

Tastiest Food (Non Veg), most of the meals are in-house prepared like Mutton Kebabs, Biryani and Tikkas. Prices are super genuine and taste is just awesome! You will love the items like Biryani, Tikka, Kebabs and other items. Though I only had Non Veg items but I'm sure Veg must be super as well! They have two outlets, 1 at Trikuta Nagar Mini Market and another at Channi Himmat.

Had Chicken soup, it was really good but had better chicken soup. It took longer time than expected to arrive. The service provided was impeccable. Really friendly and well mannered staff.

I was a regular visitor of this place since 2010 till my stay at Jammu up to 2015. The taste of their chilly chicken and KFC chicken are just unforgettable. Most notable is their customer service which amazed me this time. During my visit to Jammu this time, on request they have delivered me the delicious dishes at railway station with care. I would recommend this place to all non-veg lovers at Jammu. They just rock in taste and service.

To some extent, it's a good place to order take away food. Snacks are bland and not too spicy. Ambience okay for a casual eating. You can definitely stop by for ordering a quick snack to take away with you on the drive.

I took the delivery option,kadai chicken and chilly chicken They don't know how to cook or do the preparation Chicken was very hard and was undercooked Secondly,when we order chicken chilli,it is obviously boneless,not like making chilly curry and putting chicken pieces in that,they were all bones no flesh in them and very bad taste Thirdly chicken biryani,it was like fried rice with chicken not like chicken biryani.
