On the last day of our trip to Kashmir, We went to Mughal Darbar for authentic Kashmiri wazvaan food and it was an amazing experience. We ordered 1 dish for four persons at Rs.1200/-. It was more than enough quantity for us. It was delicious and very tasty food. All the items were very tasteful. Good experience.

One of the worst restaurants in Kashmir. Not good at all. We had originally ordered biryani, but the person taking the order recommended a combo instead, saying it would be better. However, the food turned out to be terrible, and the price was nearly three times higher. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

I recently visited mughlai darbar, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with attentive staff who made us feel comfortable right away. The food was fresh and flavorful which was a must-try. The service was a little slow during peak hours, but the quality of the food made up for it. The restaurant is excellent and serves authentic Kashmiri cuisine. We ordered the region’s famous traditional feast — Wazwan. One plate was more than enough to serve around ten people! The food was incredibly delicious, though quite rich and heavy, as it includes generous portions of rice and meat. The platter featured a variety of dishes such as kebabs, lamb, and chicken delicacies like Rogan Josh and Goshtaba. It’s a true taste of Kashmir — you must try it at least once!

This was my second trip to Srinagar this year, and last time I had tried a different restaurant for the Wazwaan. While that place came highly recommended, a local friend later told me I should’ve tried Mughal Darbar for a truly authentic experience—and I’m so glad I listened! I went in with high expectations, and Mughal Darbar absolutely did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they even stopped us from over-ordering! The pricing is excellent, considering the amount of food you get. We paid just ₹1200 for one Wazwaan, which three of us thoroughly enjoyed and even struggled to finish. Unlike some other places, there’s no rigid “one Wazwaan per person” system, which makes it much more convenient. The restaurant itself is spacious, with a traditional dastarkhwan seating area as well as tables and chairs for anyone who prefers that. Overall, an amazing experience—delicious food, wonderful service, and a truly authentic taste of Kashmir. I would 100% visit again!

Situated just before the iconic Lal Chowk this restaurant has been serving people since 1972. Its rivals have opened up next door, but this is the sure place to be in. A warm welcome , antiquated decor, huge paintings showing the Mughal Emperor Jehangir and his beautiful Noorjehan and a wide variety of guests from all parts of the country makes it a must visit in Srinagar. The servers are more than that, they are your custodians, they serve, they guide on how to begin and continue the several courses offered and feel sad if the food cannot be finished. Yes, Kashmiris serve sumptuous meals with so much affection that it’s a challenge to keep the stomach just adequately full and yet not spoil the Kashmiri charm of hosting. Just move your eyes around, a mini India will come in your sight. And everyone is getting floored with the food and that extra touch of hospitality- the Wazwan Charm and for those who have travelled to Iran… it is a good place to re- live the Persian Charm- quite similar in taste, mannerisms and decor. The Mughal Darbar more than lives up to its reputation.

If you want to try some Authentic kashmiri cuisine, this should definitely be on your list. Beautiful lit up restaurant and super polite and friendly staff. Basharat was there to serve us and made it so heartwarming. Made us order lip smacking food. Ordered a few items of the menu and everything was on point. The lamb was super soft and tasty. The kebab was beautifully marinated and all the spices came through. Rice was fluffy and fragrant. All in all 10/10.

Had great food. Our host Zubeer was great. As soon as we sat on our table he came to us and asked what type of food we liked. He quickly suggested us the dishes and also suggested the quantity that we should get. We really liked the food and dishes he suggested. From price perspective it was not costly. Very nice place to have lunch or dinner.

Ahdoos is one of the most iconic and popular restaurants in Srinagar, and for good reason!! We visited in January as a group of 4, and had a lovely time trying both veg and non veg Wazwan platters, along with a few other dishes. The food was delicious despite not being served hot, and everything was rich in flavour and beautifully prepared. However, as tourists unfamiliar with how Wazwan is traditionally eaten, we would’ve appreciated a bit more guidance. We later learned from a local that there’s a specific order to eating the dishes.. something our server couldn’t explain. It would’ve added so much to the experience! The outdoor seating area looked lovely but was closed when we visited. Our server didn’t clarify why, but we assumed it was due to the winter chill. All in all, Ahdoos is absolutely worth a visit. the food lives up to the hype, but as someone who had heard so much about it, I went in with slightly higher expectations. Still, I’d happily return.

**Disappointing Experience at a Highly Rated Place** I had high expectations when visiting **Ahdoos Restaurant** in Srinagar, given its reputation for serving authentic Kashmiri cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very underwhelming. I ordered the **Kashmiri Wazwan**, but except for the **Tabak Maaz**, which was reasonably well-prepared, the rest of the dishes were a huge letdown. The flavors felt flat and the presentation lacked finesse. In particular, the **Nadur Yakhni** was especially disappointing — the lotus stems were soggy and lacked the characteristic crunch and taste this dish is known for. Despite the poor quality of food, I must mention that the service was courteous. **Manager Bilal Raina** was kind and respectful, which was the only positive aspect of our visit. Given the hype around Ahdoos, this experience was quite a letdown. Sadly, I don’t see myself returning here anytime soon.

A good restaurant with a cozy ambiance. We visited them on a cold night in Srinagar. The place was temperature controlled so that made us even more comfortable. They serve good Chinese, Tibetan, Afghani and Indian cuisines. We had Veg Machow Soup, Veg Wonton and Chilli Garlic Noodles. The food was delicious and the portions are good too. The staff were courteous. A very kind gesture by the restaurant owner to have us dropped back to our hotel as it wouldn't stop raining.

I recently visited Lhasa Hotel. I ordered the mutton kebab, which was good though I felt a hint of soya The Lhasa Special Soup was truly excellent and a definite must try The Schezwan fried rice however felt a bit undercooked The butter chicken with naan was good and the overall environment of the hotel was pleasant👍

This place is near Dal lake ghat number 9. Ambience of the place is quite good and they have both indoor and outdoor seating area. outdoor seating area has garden. The service was quick for us. They have multiple cuisine options Kashmiri, Chinese, Tandoori. We have ordered Chinese Egg fried rice, Panner chilli dry and Chicken chilli gravy. Egg rice was sufficient for 2 people. Their Kashmiri food is also recommended. We spent 1200 for 2 people.

The service was extremely slow — waited nearly an hour before any food arrived. Staff seemed disorganized, and it was frustrating trying to get their attention. Definitely not ideal if you’re on a schedule.

I visited this place today after two years. It used to be our favorite spot, but the experience this time was disappointing. From placing the order to the delayed service with each dish and the overall billing process, it didn’t feel worth it.

Had a meal here, and honestly, it was a letdown. The food was okay—nothing exceptional—but the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested, and the overall ambience was dull and unimpressive The worst part? After finishing our meal, there was no water available at the handwash station. How does a restaurant run out of water? That’s basic hygiene! And to top it all off, we ordered boneless butter chicken, but instead of actual boneless pieces, they just removed the bones from regular chicken and served it. That’s not what we paid for! Absolutely disappointed and won’t be visiting again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food served here is good but the portions are little lesser. Rates are economical. The ambiance is not so happening as expected. The staff is cordial and warm. They know their job very well. You can enjoy a good meal if you can overlook the other things.

I'm not sure why this restaurant is rated only 3.6 as of today. This place had better service, staff and food than other famous restaurants in the locality. Their Mutton Burra is simply the best dish I've ever had. For mains we had Chicken Pudhina which was another 5/5 dish.

Great place , the interior is so so nice . best for couples , best for family and tourists also . i recommend this place the staff is so friendly , hospitality is great , food is soo soo tasty , service is very quick, i hardly had to wait for 10 minutes for my order. Everything there is worth but i loved the interior and the behaviour of staff there. Go and give it a try you will definitely love the place .

Jade Dragon Restaurant I frequently visit various Taj properties across India, but Jade Dragon has been the most disappointing experience so far. We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food, only to be served very average dishes. Definitely not up to Taj standards.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. They took over an hour for the starters to be even cooked (the restaurant was not even busy), they then gave us uncooked chicken and prawn dumplings and now I have food poisoning. Poor service and the food was not great, would not recommend.

The restaurant serves good food. The ambiance is not too lively but okay. One of the best parts of the visit was the lime soda that was refreshing and perfectly balanced. A fun touch is while you wait for your food, you can enjoy a game like Jenga or even read a book both are available there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They served my these small chicken pieces swimming in oil in the name of bUtTeR cHicKeN. And when I called their manager he started cursing and yelling on the phone. Disgusting atmosphere man.

I fell management can’t handle the expansion. Food quality of Wazaan Thali is worst. Can’t able to manage a family. Table’s not available for more than 4 persons neither they manage to join tables and accommodate them. Older staff is arrogant with rude behaviour… Their is much more options in Srinagar to go for. I was going their since 2007 at their old restaurant but now i feel to switch for new one my second turn was their today but i was ashamed with their quality and behaviour now don’t recommend to anyone…

If u really want to spoil your money visit this restaurant , their so called kashmiri wazwan was not only poor but was pathetic , we ordered mutton kebab , roganjosh , tabakmaaz , rice and the overall experience was very bad , the only dish we love to taste was their kahsmiri pulawa , i will choose the old linz at munshibagh residency road which is great in service as well as quality food , i will never recommend their wazwan anyone , we only loved their cleanliness n ambeince

This hotel is amazing for Food, desert, Ambience the view. You must try their Special sizzler which has both mutton seekh, tandoori chicken and chicken kebab which is sufficient for 2 to 3 people and the price is not too high. It is super delicious. The view outside the restaurant is beautiful. The ambience is super cool it gives the feeling of luxury and sophistication. It also has a cafe which has deserts, hot and cold coffess and Bobba teas. The must try is their walnut brownie with icecream. The Chicken Roghanjosh is super delicious and can be sufficient for 2-3 people costs less with good amount of quantity of gravy and size of chicken. The Mutton pulao is a must have its not a normal pulao it is like a Mandi Rice with mutton Cashews and rasins with fragrance of saffron which makes it super tasty.

The food was very good. Specially Rista - a special Wazwan dish of Kashmir. We specially came here for this dish. However the staff serving the food needs more grooming. Table were not cleared before the dessert were ordered. Just placed the dessert on the clutter on the table. On requesting to clean the table, he just took the paper towel from other table and cleaned it. And said "hogaya sir". Anyways, the food quality was good. Just grooming of the staff will make the hotel the best in all respect.

Travel agency drivers will take you to this overhyped restaurant only, so I visited two times here in my Kashmir trip. 1) Wazwan thali - we felt the mutton items was half cooked. I eat only small amount of it, but it ruined my day and the next day, too. 2) I also felt they giving the left over onions, because those are not fresh, and washed onions. 3) Another day I tried WAZA chicken chicken - dried - it was good, but Kashmiri non veg pullao which was not good at all and mutton in it was not fresh. 4) Water bottle cost you Rs.60 5) Too much waiting time to get the food or bill. 6) Waiters are asking tips before you paying the amount and rude attitude.

A beautiful Restaurant bang opposite to Dal Lake. With very reasonably priced non veg n veg option of food with yummy non alcoholic beverages options like: Lassi, coffee, shakes, tea, areted drinks too. A well kept and clean family, friends, professional meets while you dine - restaurant to be at. Must visit. We ordered veg sweet corn soup - yum yum and dal makhani with tandoori roti - yum yum option to eat. They are specialized in variety of nonveg options too - must try. Absolutely loved our experience at Stream Restaurant in Srinagar! The chicken soup was warm and flavorful, the kebabs were perfectly grilled, and the shakes were rich and refreshing. Beautiful ambiance and excellent service — truly the best food in Srinagar!

Visited the restaurant yesterday, It was very cold as chillai kalan has started. The restaurant was very warm and full of people. We ordered their most selling dish Kashmiri Pulao family. However we were disappointed after receiving the bill as the same was listed at a price of 800 on their menu but we were charged 1060 for the same.We paid 1100 but were not given any money back( no we are not paying tip after you try to scam people) I dont understand what kind of scam is this. The only thing good is food, tables were not properly cleaned due to high rush during lunch hours.

We are Thai and were really craving Asian-Chinese food, so our driver brought us here. I think this restaurant has a lovely vibe. The waiter was an uncle who doesn’t speak English, but he tried his best to serve us well. I ordered three dishes, Chicken Manchurian, fried noodles, and Goshtaba. Even though they still had an Indian twist, the flavors were ok. The total price was 780 INR for the three dishes, which is reasonable for the place and quality.

It pains me to say this, but Linz no longer lives up to its once-strong reputation. I’ve visited it more times than I can count, hoping each time that it might surprise me, that the food or service would redeem itself, but I’ve almost always walked away disappointed. There was a time when Linz genuinely stood out. Their Kashmiri Pulao used to be something people proudly recommended, fragrant, rich, and deeply satisfying. Today, though, it’s been reduced to what feels like simple ghee rice with a few slices of meat from a Wazwan dishes thrown onto it. The soul of the dish is missing. The Mutton Biryani, too, has become underwhelming. It feels like a few token pieces of meat are tossed into a large bowl of rice, with little thought to balance or flavour. And the service, unfortunately, hasn’t fared much better. While not outright rude, the waitstaff increasingly come across as inattentive or unprofessional. There’s also an awkward trend where bills are not gracefully accepted unless accompanied by a tip, regardless of whether the service warrants it. It’s disheartening because Linz had the potential, and once upon a time, the consistency to be a favourite. But with so many better and more vibrant options opening up nearby, places that care about both quality and experience, Linz is struggling to keep up. It’s not too late for them to turn things around, but it will take more than nostalgia to attract today’s Kashmiri diners who expect value, taste, and hospitality.

We tried Kashmiri pulao as suggested by the owner of our accommodation. It was very good in taste . It was comprised of dry fruits and pieces of Kashmiri wazban .

My go-to place in Srinagar. We keep going back for their juicy kebabs, wazwan pulao and kanti regularly. Never been disappointed with the food over the years but the waiters are very clingy, and keep coming back and forcing for tips. We always try leaving a tip but they need to be disciplined about how to approach.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment from start to finish. First off, the food quality was extremely lacking. The tandoori chicken I ordered was soggy, overcooked, and tasted bland. It felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. To make matters worse, they completely forgot about one of our sides. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we asked the server about it, and she seemed clueless. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. By then, we had already lost our appetite and just wanted to leave. The service was okay, but honestly, the food quality was so poor it overshadowed everything. For the price, I expected much more. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to look elsewhere

Linz is one of the gem for Authentic Kashmiri food, tourists usually don't visit this place but it's famous with the locals here. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and quiet. The waiters are prompt in service. This restaurant was recommended by our tour operator Nisar Ahmed Dada, and it was a very good decision to come here. First day we took Kashmiri Pulao, which is the main attraction here, pulao was full of kebabs and dry fruits which is a must try. The next day we tried plain rice with Mutton Rogan Josh, Goshtaba and they offered something made of mutton keema as complimentary, which was really amazing. Meatball in Goshtaba was very well cooked but the tastiest thing was the tender mutton paya of Rogan Josh, it is also a must try here. At last we took sweet and tasty Phirnis. We were so amazed by the foods they forgot to click more images 😅.

I came here today and I have to say this is one of the best places in Srinagar. The service is excellent and the food is even better. Ordered the Messy Paneer Wrap which was amazing, then the Veggie burger which was very good! Then the pink sauce pasta followed by the sizzling brownie. Everything was a 10/10.

Books and Bricks Café lives up to its name. The owners are young book lovers serving delicious food, especially Western breakfasts. I think burgers are their specialty. If you’re interested, try the lamb burger 🍔 – it’s definitely worth a taste. The prices are on the higher side, though.

This used to be my go to place in Srinagar but I am sad to know food quality has gone down. Ordered Spaghetti Bolognaise (pics attached). There was a lot of oil in it, that too mustard oil which is not good. I still have the bad after taste of oil. There is usually olive oil used in this Italian dish but books & bricks doesn’t. The watermelon juice presentation was average too, not what they show on their IG. Overall I’m disappointed cuz of food quality. I was planning of hosting lunch for my friends here next week I guess I will have to find a better alternative now cuz they are all health conscious.

I stepped in for lunch two days ago. Courteous staff, very helpful. Love the ambience of the place. The smoothie, I was hopeful of fresh coconut in it...dry dessicated one was added, that messed up the taste for me. Not what I expected. The food is good but priced quite steeply. I'd expect exceptional stuff for that price. Love the music and overall feel of the place.

We tried 3-4 things everything was too yummy but pizza stole the show. The crust was jicely baked with a ton of toppings on. Would love it to visit again when coming for a trip to srinagar.

Sometimes it's enough to see the pictures of the place to understand its vibe. Delicious food, fantastic service, european music and very cozy interior - that's a short discription of books and bricks.

The service here is extremely poor. If you're seated on the upper floor, the staff won’t even come to take your order—you have to go downstairs yourself. When we asked for water, they simply handed over a bottle without offering any glasses. And when we requested one, they gave us a Coca-Cola paper cup, which felt quite unprofessional and honestly, a bit embarrassing. We had ordered chicken momos for two people, but they brought only one plate and served everything on it. They didn’t provide separate plates, so we had to manage awkwardly from a single plate, making the experience messy and uncomfortable. To add to it, the AC was not even switched on. It’s installed, but seems to be just for show. The café was hot and stuffy, which made things worse. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I’m never going back. I genuinely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and work on improving the basic service and customer comfort. Every guest deserves a pleasant and respectful dining experience.

I have been to this place a long time ago. Back then, they were located just outside of GMC Srinagar. Their food at that time was average. Nothing great. Not bad either. But when I went to their new restaurant recently, I was amazed by the changes. In the new restaurant as well as in the food. Their food quality and taste has improved so much. It went from 4/10 to a 7/10 or even 8/10 ( for me though) I had chicken momos, a pizza and a burger. The burger was just amazing. The bun was fresh. And soft. Not those regular tasteless buns that you see everywhere. The patty too was full of taste and juicy. The burger was a surprise for me. You don't find this kind of burger in Kashmir. At least I haven't till now. Didn't like the mint chutney though. They can do with some more chutneys. The pizza was better than what they used to make in the past. It was crisp and cheesy. That burger will surely make me go back there.

The best place for Italian food in Srinagar! The owner and the staff are very friendly and courteous. The food, especially the garlic cheese bread and pizza were fresh and tasty. Do try their proprietary momos topped with cream and veggies!

It says a lot about your food and service when you have repeat customers at your restaurant, that too tourists. Yes it happened to me during my visit to Srinagar. Visited this place on my first day in Srinagar and now on the last day as well. They make absolutely great pizzas, breads and momo (with their own twist with their inhouse yummy sau e). I am sure they are equally good in other dishes but I didn't get to taste them. They serve good shakes and mojitos as well. It may seem like a simple order, but you need to taste all this, to experience the fine balance and the crispness, not to forget the great love with which they serve food. The man in charge / owner Shaukat (known as Shauki) is an amazing human being, courteous, polite and serves with a big smile on his face. Ambience is modern and slick. Check out the pics. Do visit this place next time you are in Srinagar. Pros - Good food, ample parking, reasonable cost, clean washroom, hygenic, free smiles, stairs with side rails. Con - This is on 1st floor. Not complaining but just for your information, just in case you have an elderly or a sprained ankle.

After reading all the previous reviews I guess I was expecting more. Good; The service was very good and they made small changes we asked for. Average: The food was average. We ordered the tomato paneer dish, dal tadka and the Lotus appetizer. None of these were impressive. The kulcha was good!

One of rarest pure Veg Restaurants in Shrinagar. Food is on a little expensive side. Around 550+taxes for a buffet dinner. However food quality is very good and service is amazing. You can go for a la carte also which should be around 400-500 for 2 people with 1 paneer based vegetable, 4 tandoori roti/naan and a couple of cold drinks.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in all of Kashmir. Lovely food that just blew our minds. Dal Amritsari, Methi Chaman are a must try. Kudos to the chef Feerash for such lovely food. The manager, Mr. Basheer Ahmed is the sweetest and he'll make sure everyone is at their utmost comfort. This has become our go-to restaurant in Srinagar now.

We were in search for a good veg restaurant in Srinagar. Niramish which is a part of Batra hotels served good buffet dinner with a good ambience and heated enviornment for the winter season. Their soup, dal makhani and kashmiri sweets were very good. Mr Qumar was very generous and served well!

Great place to eat in Srinagar for vegetarians. Also Jain Food available. Bit on a higher side as it is a 3 star hotel. But it is worth it. Special thanks to Bashir and team.

Niramish The only High end fine dinning veg restaurant in Srinagar. The food is very delicious and service is prompt. The cuisine has variety with lot to explore in Indian,Chinese and Continental. I recommend it to everyone looking to explore Veg Cuisine.

Chai Jaai was recommended to me by a local friend, and I’m so glad I went! This cozy tea house serves some of the best, most authentic Kashmiri Kahwa I’ve had in Srinagar so far. Instead of sugar or honey, they serve the Kehwa with a side of gulkand, and we also got some salted shirmal on the side. it was the perfect combination!! The staff were kind and helpful, and the café itself is absolutely beautiful, picture perfect from the entrance onwards. They also have a wide range of desserts and also tea sets for sale, I really regret not picking one up as a souvenir as I was sure I’d be coming back during my trip but unfortunately couldn’t. If you’re visiting Srinagar and want to try amazing kahwa in a lovely setting, Chai Jaai is an absolute must. The experience did not disappoint at all!

The best part of our experience at the ITC Fortune restaurant Earthen Oven was the service. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Even though we weren’t guests at the hotel & were the only folks in the restaurant they were on point with the service and recommendations. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, especially given the cold weather outside. The food was good but also not spectacular. We had the local saag and chicken rogan-josh. Both were mild and not very flavourful. Perhaps our expectations were too high given how great everything else was. Certainly recommend the place and if we’re in town again on our trip will go back to try something else.

I asked for ice and they did not give the ice. 30 mins passes

Visited 14th Avenue Cafe after a long time with a friend. We had cappuccino and latte, both smooth, well balanced, and with a nice aroma. Not the best we have had, but definitely enjoyable. The ambiance was calm and relaxing. We just had to shift seats because some chairs were not very comfortable. That aside, it was a nice visit overall.

Just stopped by 14th Avenueand ordered Chicken tandoor, wow the tandoori chicken did not disappoint. Smoky, juicy, and perfectly spiced, every bite had that amazing tandoori char that hits just right. The brownie for dessert was rich, fudgy, and indulgent seriously, the kind of dessert that makes you savor each bite. The restaurant has a cozy, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to sit back and enjoy your meal, and the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. Worst Experience Ever! I ordered takeaway cappuccinos in a paper cup, but the cup was so weak that it collapsed after just a few sips, spilling hot coffee all over my groin area. This was not only extremely painful but also very dangerous. I had to get first aid immediately. What made it worse was the disappointing response from 14 Avenue when I contacted them. A place serving hot beverages must ensure safe, good-quality cups and show genuine concern when such accidents happen. Sadly, neither was the case here. Very careless and unprofessional—highly unsafe experience.

Searched a lot for good quality wazwan, but kareema offered excellent wazwan. The dish consists of rice,methi,kebab,rista,tabakmaz,gostaba & roganjosh. A single thali priced 750. The quantity is enough for a single person (nearly 400gm of mutton). Every dish cooked to perfection. Meatballs & roganjosh piece are soo tender,that it will melt in your mouth. Staff behaviour is very polite. Service is very quick. It is very reasonable comparing with AHDOOS, in which wazwan costs more than 1200. Highly recommend for food lovers to try at KAREEMA instead of AHDOOS. Everyone in srinagar will suggest for AHDOOS, but dear friend just try KAREEMA's WAZWAN. It is a true delicacy,which will be remembered to you always.

Best way to describe this place is letting you know the fact that our driver was really reluctant to take us there. We had already eaten at Ahdoos twice, so we were looking at other options. First day, we listened to our driver and ended up at Shamiana which is like a Delhi restaurant in Srinagar with nothing authentic about it. Karima's is the exact opposite. It serves only wazwan, and no vegetarian options to cater to tourists. Dishes are fewer than what you have in Ahdoos but the taste is amazing and the cost is reasonable. There were hardly any tourists.

As per me one portion of wazman is sufficient for two people. There is small place for parking too. Place is neat and hygiene too.

We had a lunch at Kareema, which is famous for Kashmiri traditional dish Wazwan. We ordered 2 plates of Wazwan which was sufficient for 3 of us. Kasshmiri rice, methi, Tabakmaz, kebab, Rista, Gustaba & Rogan josh , everything was very tasty & freshly prepared. Loved the dish. The place has a traditional look. Waiters are courteous. Overall wonderful experience.

Kareema Restaurant, famous for its Wazwaan thaali at an affordable price! This is the reason why I visited the same to check the quality and service being provided there. At the outset, talking about its location, it is located on residency road srinagar, besides the HP service centre. The aura and feel of the restaurant is cool and calm, It looks clean and it's vibe is totally different, especially the old photoframes hung on each wall and placed in a well defined manner. The food was not of the quality that I expected, taste wise, It was lacking basic cooking procedures, like in Kabaab; it was not grilled properly. Besides rista and Rogan Josh was average. Price wise, it is really nice, however I believe, it should also maintain the taste and quality of the dish likewise. You can have full wazwaan there, and the dishes include 1. Rista 2. Rogan Josh 3. Kabaab 4. Daniwal korma 5. Meethi 6. Goshtaba/Yakhni 7. Tabakh maaz 8. Paneer 9. Mirchi korma etc. Few things to mention, washroom facility is available and was clean and hygienic. Staff working there is also cooperative and thoughtful.

Finest bakery shop in entire Srinagar . They offer fresh and delectable items . We had coffee and traditional butter croissant, we also tried our hands at some pastries all of them had a distinct flavour to it . The staff was friendly and ambience quite welcome . We had actually ordered a birthday cake and to my surprise the cake was absolutely the same as was required . Overall great experience .

Both the restaurant and the pastry shop is awesome. We loved dining here. The pastry and cream roll is one of the best in India. Being food blogger we have tried thousands of patisserie and hence can confirm that it’s heavenly. The Kashmiri aloo dum with naan was delicious at bistro boulevard. Loved coming here

After having hundreds of Chicken Biryanis in various states of India, I must say that this is the most unhealthy Biryani I have ever had. This is just the left over oil in a ₹200 pack. Cant imagine how much i gulped in. Full of oil & colour with no taste at all. #HealthGayiTelLene

One of the worst overhyped restaurant in Bemina Srinagar. The food quality is poor. We visited with whole department. The waiters are non-responsive and arrogant. The mutton pulao served was made with few beef pieces and poor quality of basmati. I wish I cud give zero star to this restaurant.👎👎

Visited this dhaba recently and was quite disappointed. The prices are on the higher side, but the quantity of food served doesn't justify the cost. It felt like we were being overcharged for underwhelming portions.Overall, not worth the money. Needs serious improvement in both taste and value.

Disappointed We visited this place because of whatever we heard about its reputation for famous vegetarian food in Srinagar. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Chapati/Roti: Made of maida Paneer: Just about average; nothing memorable. Aloo Pyaaz Paratha: Below average Pav Bhaji: Looked good on the plate, but the taste was again below average Lassi: Probably the worst I’ve ever had. Aloo Tikki: the only item which tasted better, probably because of good sprinkle of spices. The ambience was also sub-par with poor hygiene. It felt more like a basic roadside Dhaba — and honestly, most Dhabas outside J&K would offer much better food, hygiene, and atmosphere. Overall: Not worth the hype. I would try any other vegetarian options if I see around

There are a few similarly named restaurants nearby, so it can be a bit confusing at first. But if you look carefully, you’ll find the right one — it looks older and more authentic. Srinagar doesn’t have many pure veg restaurant options, and this is one of them. You can try some local Kashmiri vegetarian dishes here. I tried the Dum Aloo, and you might also want to check if they serve Nadru (lotus stem dish). This place is within walking distance from Dal Gate, and the route is safe with plenty of army officers around, so don’t worry — it feels secure and easy to reach.

Had Dum Aloo, Nadra masala (though gravy was the same) and it was yummy with different kinds of species you can taste. I will prefer Dum Aloo over Nadra. Much recommended is Kheer, not too sweet with some good amount of dry fruits in it.

Food was excellent and fresh. We tried lassi ,kheer ,chole bhature all tasted good except the plain dosa which was average. Service was prompt despite heavy crowd during peak hours.

Though the food was good... The service was not up to the par because the person who was taking the order did not listen the full order and went away. And the atmosphere was also not good cause there were people pushing each other and were talking very loudly and a random stranger sat Directly on our table which is un acceptable.

A Disappointing Dining Experience... I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at HAT TRICK. The highlight of my order, a chicken wrap, was a major letdown. The wrap arrived icy cold, a clear indication of poor food handling. The chicken filling was excessively thick and tough, making it nearly impossible to chew. To top it all off, the taste was bland and unappetizing. I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, but their response was underwhelming. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally unimpressive, contributing to the overall negative experience. It's disheartening to encounter such low-quality food and service. I would strongly advise potential diners to reconsider their choice.

Very disappointed! So yesterday Me and one of my important person visited this place for lunch purposes. We ordered biryani and it costed almost 450 for 2 people. Everything was fine until the biryani arrived I mean are you guys serious first of all there was too much pepper in the biryani whole wazwan don't need that much of spice that their one plate of biryani was having. Second thing the chicken inside the biryani was uncooked it was raw and white I thought I'm eating boiled chicken. Third the biryani was so dull I mean no biryani flavors or not even biryani taste. 400 is a lot money they should try to keep value of the money of their customers and on the top of everything this place is located in Rajbagh where I never doubted the taste. A local cafe serves much better biryani with low price. I hope this review reaches to every person who is deciding to visit this place please visit accordingly don't waste your money. They don't know how to value the money of customers they just sell whatever they want (without any taste or flavors). What's the point of visiting such famous places if they can't even feed us good food. 🤷‍♀️👎

Best Fish tikka that I have ever tasted and the butter naan was just fabulous and it was squishy and soft. The chicken tikka was also very good. Mutton rara as a main course with the naan was heavenly. Tandoori chicken was good aswell and the best part it was very affordable.

Super tasty food with amazing view. Place is overlooking Dal Lake. We picked place as it was looking less crowded & perfectly decorated to enjoy our 1st kashmir dinner. However, restaurant's environment & super amazing helpful staff over exceeded our expectations. Staff recommended us perfect kashmiri dishes as per our taste preference. Taste & portion size was perfect for 3. We had starters till desserts (veg & non veg both) & every dish was mouth watering. Fire pits were adding warmth to coziness during super cold night. This place is definitely my "go to" place on my next kashmir trip.

One of the best restaurant in Srinagar. Ambiance is very good. Located in the roof top of the Vintage hotel opposite to Dal lake. They have both outdoor indoor dining area at the roof top. View of the Dal lake is magnificent from the restaurant. They provide both buffet and Al-a-cart menu. Both non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes were very tasty. Staff were supportive and helpful. Definitely a place to have food if you visit Srinagar

We visited the vintage hotel dalgate recently and we had a birthday celebration with family and we were there at water front for lunch, However the service and staff was very warm and welcoming but the food was awful… it was terrible… we order the soup for starters and it had to be taken back and some of our family members felt really sick after having the food there… i really want the management to look into this food issue so that such a beautiful and posh property isn’t wasted …. I really am disappointed with the quality of food and overall presentation …. Having such quality restaurant with premium priced menu the food should be upto the mark .. Kindly if someone from management is seeing this ,take this positively and improve

This was by far the best restaurant I have been to in Kashmir. There is a lot of variety in their menu and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could actually execute the dishes. Lamb burger was a REAL burger, the Thai Curry was actually good (given that this is not a Thai restaurant) and my favorite was their tomato basil soup, one of the few places that I know can make a perfect soup. All the other dishes were delicious as well. Will come back again.

Motor cafe is among the boom of new eateries coming up in Srinagar mostly owned by young entrepreneurs. They are creating lots of buzz on social media. While some are good rest are not upto mark. motor cafe is a themed restaurant based on automobile industry. Interiors are designed beautifully and the chairs are comfortable. Hope they get some curtains as the sunlight reflecting from table becomes a nuisance. Location is a problem it is located in a posh residential area away from main road. If you are not familiar with this area you will have tough time going there. Google map it for the route. There is absolutely no parking there. Food was strictly ok not upto the standards you are paying for.. around 400 for a burger. Dessert options were much better. Service was average . Only good thing the waffles are good enough for a revisit..

The best place for people who love cars and bikes! They also own a production popularly known as "The Fallen Chinar" and they also have shows there through that production! Talking about the food, that's too good and the interior is so good as I said for motor lovers

Guards have zero knowledge and etiquettes towards guests and have no clue about how to talk or behave with guests, but I guess I don't blame them, this is how they were raised , anyways not coming to this hotel again, do better in customer service and give the guards some soft training including how to speak with guests

Totally overrated. The food was the worst I’ve had in a long time -bland, poorly cooked, and absolutely not worth the price. Mediocre quality trying to pass as “gourmet” under the excuse of being trendy. It’s all just hype with no substance. The prices are outrageous for what you get, and the so-called service? Barely passable. Save your money and eat somewhere that actually delivers on taste and value.

The ambience is lost, it now looks like any other 4 star hotel. The grandeur which was associated with this hotel when it was Oberoi palace and the service has been replaced with mediocrity. It is a heritage hotel for Kashmir, I hope the management understands that and takes steps to bring back it's lost glory.

Stayed here for 2 nights . Overall an average stay. The rooms are large but the AC doesn’t really work due to its placement. and the bathroom has some weird pungent smell. Extremely disappointing experience – poor service, packed food, and rude staff I went for a takeaway and ordered methi maz, only to be shocked when they served a packed, tinned version of the dish. The smell and taste made it obvious that it wasn’t freshly prepared, and the quality was terrible. The staff at the restaurant was equally disappointing—rude, unresponsive, and full of attitude. They didn’t even bother acknowledging when I tried to speak to them. Later, I visited the bakery section Crème, where the carelessness continued. I was made to wait 20–30 minutes just to get a box packed in a bag. Despite repeatedly asking how long it would take, the staff seemed completely indifferent. To top it all off, the parking situation was a nightmare. The parking attendant was outright rude and refused to let us park in an available spot, saying it was “only for VIPs” and that no space was available for us. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish—poor food quality, indifferent service, and extremely unprofessional staff. Would not recommend at all. A little but hyped due to being old and fast running. The food taste is just average not so good Although its a Pure veg restaurant with no onion no garlic. Some dishes are good some are not that tasty. But all are fresh. Prices are very reasonable which is the best part. You will be waiting on a weekend so be prepared for that. And you will be sharing your table as well. Hygiene wise they can definitely improve.

They serve the best veg food in srinagar. They have a variety of dishes with chaat options as well. They not only provide good food but they do it at affordable rates as well. This place is always packed with tourists, which makes their service staff slow and cranky as well. During peak hours you might have to wait for some time. Food wise you can try parantha or regular daal chawal as well. Their rajma chawal and aloo chaat is also very good.

So when we were in Srinagar❤️, we gave this place a shot. We are pure vegetarians and this was supposedly THE best place to have great vegetarian food as informed by the local people as well as the reviews in here. Well, according to me, this is definitely not the best place or THE place to survive the days you are enjoying in Srinagar. You can give it a shot though. Some people might like it and would be ready to eat here all the days during their stay and some of them won't. Personally, I didn't like it. The food here is very decent👌🏻. Well, the food actually tastes good but is really really oily. I didn't feel like eating here again. There wasn't a little bit of craving after I left the place. It's just alright for one try, I guess. Besides, it gets really crowded here. Fortunately, we had dinner here at around 7:30 PM and the crowd was just beginning to come in. If you're here at the 'peak' time, you cannot expect to sit where you'd like to and enjoy a meal with your family or friends. You have to sit where ever there's vacancy, finish your meal and off you go! We'd ordered rajma rice (tasty, yum but really oily!), roti and subzi (don't exactly remember which one but again oily). Overall, it's a decent place. Worth a shot. P.S. - Waiting for the order, I was a bit jobless so I clicked all the pages of the menu. Hope this helps you. :P I'm tagging them with my review. Also, there are really good dhaba/hotels exactly opposite to the Dal Lake. I don't exactly remember their names but they were Punjabi Dhaba and Dilli Da Dhaba I guess. The food was bland, the customer service non-existent, and the manager a true master of chaos. We were crammed into a tiny space, while others impatiently queued at our table. It was a terrible lunch experience that I'll never forget, and one that should serve as a cautionary tale. There are two possibilities here: either this restaurant was once excellent but has let their newfound popularity go to their heads, resulting in incredibly rude behavior, or they were never really good to begin with. However, their popularity might stem from the fact that their prices are dirt cheap, and in this particular area, it's hard to find a pure vegetarian restaurant. Proceed with caution! Oh, and one more thing—bring your own snacks. You'll thank me later.

Tasaduq is an excellent person to be in this field and knows how to treat the tourists . Moreover its one of the best place i found that had proper heating to be warm in this city for a nice dinner. This is a one-stop shop for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast, as well as cake, croissant cookies, and other treats. We ate chicken and cheese omelette with tossed vegetables, Sliced bread, aloo paratha, aloo patties, mutton patties, plain parata, Blueberry cheesecake fruit cake, carrot slice cake and valnila slice cake. The cuisine was top notch in terms of taste and hygiene. No matter what you eat, everything is wonderful, and the service appreciative nature of the workers is like a cherry on the cake.

Location is central, right opposite Dal, perfect interiors but best of all the food is amazing, we had breakfast twice and a snack at another branch, every dish was perfectly balanced and presented. We had an amazing experience at Bistro Boulevard during our 7-day trip to Srinagar. The food was absolutely delicious, and we ended up visiting multiple times. From desserts to full-course meals, everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Their cheesecakes were a highlight—blueberry, strawberry, cherry, plain, and fruit cake—all were incredibly delicious. We even got a fruit cake for my wife’s birthday, and it was just perfect. For dinner, we tried various dishes, and the quality and portion sizes were impressive. The Mushroom Masala had a generous amount of mushrooms compared to other nearby restaurants. The Afghani Chicken starter was a huge portion and was more than enough for three of us. One evening, we ordered Biryani, Half Kadhai Chicken, and three chapatis, but we were so full from the Afghani Chicken that we couldn’t finish the Kadhai Chicken. Interestingly, though the waiter mentioned it had two pieces, we actually received four. The naan was fresh, and the Dum Biryani was also flavorful, though we packed some as we couldn’t finish it. For lighter meals, we had French fries for the baby, which were quite good, and Veg & Chicken Manchow Soup, both of which were delicious. Apart from the great food, the service stood out. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially since we had an infant with us. They even helped us enjoy our meal by taking care of the baby for a while, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, Bistro Boulevard is a must-visit in Srinagar. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on their amazing food, generous portions, and warm hospitality!

Had Kahwa here, and it was really good. The flavor was rich, and it felt refreshing in the cold weather. The cafe had a nice ambiance, and the service was decent. A bit pricey, but a good place to relax.

If you are a vegetarian, don't visit this restaurant. Menu is wrong We ordered cheese baked momos, a normal person thinks that they are vegetarian, but surprise, they were non vegetarian. Any vegetarian knows how it feels and this totally dilutes our experience. Food was good. But our mood was spoiled.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start with the positives, the ambience was quite nice — the place had a pleasant atmosphere and seemed well-maintained. However, that’s where the good things ended. The service was very poor. When we arrived, no one paid attention to us for a long time. It took over 20 minutes before someone even came to take our order, which was quite frustrating. As for the food, I ordered the biryani, which was priced at ₹160 per plate, but it was nowhere close to what a biryani should be. It came with just one small piece of chicken, an oily pile of rice that looked more like a fried pulao than biryani, and a tiny serving of what they called raita, which didn’t taste like raita at all. There was no onion salad, which is usually a basic complementary item with biryani. The food was extremely oily and unhealthy, and given the taste and quality, it certainly wasn’t worth the high price. I didn’t try the other food items because, as they say, first impression is the last impression. It wouldn’t be fair of me to say all their dishes are bad based only on this one experience, so this review is specifically about the biryani, which I hope helps others make an informed choice. Overall, despite the good ambience, the poor service, overpriced menu, and substandard biryani make it hard for me to recommend this place, at least for biryani lovers. I hope they improve their food quality and service in the future.

During my trip to Srinagar, I had lunch in this very famous and old restaurant. Restaurant's location was great, near Lal Chowk. The hotel staff were very humble and cooperative. Ambience was very good with traditional rich Kashmiri flavour. Food was good and served in copper Trami and glasses. I would recommend it to friends and family members .

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I visited on 14-09-2025. The waiter's behavior was very unprofessional, and the food I ordered was not good at all. At the time of billing, they didn't provide a proper printed bill and instead calculated the amount on a phone. To my surprise, they overcharged me. The bill I calculated was around ₹1050, but they charged me ₹1460. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

WARNING: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — INSECTS IN FOOD AND ZERO HYGIENE We had an absolutely traumatic experience at this restaurant. We ordered biryani and were shocked to find insects in the food. When we showed it to the staff, they casually threw it away without even apologizing — as if it was completely normal to serve food with insects! What followed was even worse. We started vomiting uncontrollably and had to see a doctor. The experience has left us sick, disgusted, and extremely disturbed. We even checked the kitchen and were appalled — food was being prepared without any basic hygiene. Fried chicken was kept on the floor, momos were lying next to the dustbin, and there was visible dust and filth everywhere. It was a complete horror show. The staff's attitude was careless and unacceptable. I’ve already filed a police case against them. I honestly don't understand how the owner is allowing such disgusting practices to happen. PLEASE DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. Your health is at risk.

If you are a die hard fan of authentic Kashmiri Wazwan food, this is the right place for you. 1st time I had dinner here, in 2006. I still remember the taste , that's why planned to visit again with family. Food is always tasty. There are some decorative changes from the last time. Still very good.

Authentic Kashmiri Restaurant, serving exquisite Kashmiri dishes, like Rista, Mutton Rogan Josh, Gushtaaba. 👏 👏 However, the heritage kashmiri charm which oozed out from every bit of it's interior has diminished over time. It's appearance is more like a normal family restaurant which looks old and dull.

It's a JKTDC restaurant. We ordered a trami which was like a platter which had all the dishes available there in a portion size which was good for 2 of us served with rice. The food was really good and tasted fresh and nice. There was no dessert but we ordered kahwa which too was good with less sugar. Overall we had a good experience of Wazwan cuisine here.

Winterfell Cafe is a hidden gem in Dal Lake area, Srinagar. I wanted a nice coffee and from the moment I heard the coffee grinding I was very excited! I recently visited Winterfell Cafe in Srinagar with my group of friends, and we had an amazing time! The ambience of the place is absolutely beautiful cozy, welcoming, and perfectly themed. We just checked online best cafe in srinagar to have hot chocolate, nd we went there specifically to try it and it turned out so well! It was rich, creamy, and hands down one of the best HOT CHOCOLATE we've ever had. A must-try if you're in Srinagar. Definitely worth the visit!

I felt it’s right decision to visit it may be destiny to Meet MR Hussain. Food was amazing, warm and good portion of meat and Feast for GOT fans in terms of ambiance. If you love Game of Thrones, then this is a must visit place for you in Srinagar. Located exactly opposite to Dal Lake, this cafe gives really nice vibes and will take you back to GOT series. They have an Iron Throne placed in the cafe, you can get pictures clicked. Food is also very nice. Loved their Cappuccino and Grilled Chicken Sandwich

This cafe is nice, quiet and calm. Located close to Dal lake. The place looks cozy and the food is nice. Tried the Winterfell special burger, since I wanted a grilled chicken burger with cheese. The Coffee tasted good and so did the burger. However, the bun of the burger could use some toasting I guess 20 seconds of oven heat, so that it doesn't feel stale and bring the taste of the burger down. I preferred to visit in the evening looking at the pictures of the ambiance, only to find out that it was GOT themed, which was nice. I would definitely recommend and probably visit again for a quick bite or coffee, if I happen to be in Srinagar again. (: Update: 29th April 2025 Got an opportunity to revisit this beautiful cafe again and enjoy delicious chicken and cheese sandwiches, peri peri fries and a cup of coffee. The food is not good and the service is poor. The cab driver may bring you here saying the food is delicious, but don’t get fooled. Prices are very high compared to the substandard food, ambience, and service they provide. I tried the chicken kanti, tandoori chicken, and chicken fried rice, but everything was below average for the price.

Excellent food and service. Best meal we all had as a family in Srinagar. The staff also guided us well to order in terms of quantity. I went to this family restaurant and ordered - 1. Paneer Do Pyaaza 2. Dal Makhni 3. Chilli Paneer Moreover it has a small bakery at the groud floor and the coffee was amazing. It was an average restaurant where you can taste few Kashmir wazwan and Pulav type of foods. Rotis chapati also available., bit costly but worth for its taste. Beautiful view from the terrace. They do have heater in all rooms and it maintains the temperature. I have tasted few wazwan rice items and roti it was worth.... Service is very slow and atleast 45 min you have to wait.....

The quality and taste simply don’t meet the mark, and it’s obvious that fast food isn’t their specialty. The burgers lacked flavor and freshness, and the fries were soggy and seemed hastily prepared. For a place that has built a reputation around bakery products, their fast-food offerings feel like an afterthought. The ambiance and service were also mediocre, with staff appearing disinterested and untrained in delivering a proper dining experience. The wait time was unreasonably long, considering the subpar quality of the food. Prices seemed high for what was served, making it feel like poor value. I would suggest that Hatrick Foods stick to what they do best: their bakery. They’ve built a name around quality pastries, cakes, and traditional items, and this is where their focus should remain. Expanding into fast food seems unnecessary when they already have a good thing going with their bakery products. Instead of trying to compete in the fast-food scene, they should focus on enhancing and diversifying their bakery items, as that’s what people come to Hatrick for.

Since childhood we've heard a lot about hat-trick and their services have always been good but now there is nothing like that. I ordered food from them few days before and chicken rolls were burnt They were smelling horrible and pastry they were dry I had to throw the food as that was not good to serve to anybody. They have lost their taste and quality over the time. I'm sorry but there're 100s of small businesses who are doing great and we're switching to them in future. Thank you

It's not worth to buy bakery items from this shop ,they don't sell fresh items and rates are too high . Few other non famous bakeries nearby are selling much better quality and at best rates .

One of the finest dine in experiences in Srinagar. Very tasty food and choice between outdoor and indoor seating is great especially in summer. The shade of a majestic Chinar does the cooling best.

Service was slow. Good for people want to sit for long and have conversations. I took soup and parote. Soup was little salty. Maybe people take more salt here. And Parita was spicy again for my taste. I liked the ambience a lot. Outdoor place between the trees!

Absolutely pathetic experience! The food they serve isn’t subpar, the behaviour of their staff is unacceptable. I got into an argument with one of their staff members and almost everyone from their team pounded on me. GUESS WHY? Because I took around 45 mins to finish the coffee I’d ordered. They kept insisting that I can’t spend so much time sipping the coffee THAT I PAID FOR, and that I had to order something to eat to be able to sit there. I was so shocked. This is shameful. I’d never recommend anyone to go there. It’s a waste of time, money, and worst of it, your mood will be spoiled for the entire day.

Honestly, such a terrible experience for me. The food is pretty average but the behaviour of the staff is EXTREMELY BAD. I was there for an important conversation and ordered a black coffee. The staff kept on coming, interrupting and asking me to order something more. I was so irritated that I went inside and paid the bill. I got no apology. Even after that, I had a huge fight with them. They stooped so low, telling me I should have finished my coffee in 10 mins and ordered something else quickly. (I MEAN, WOW!) Terrible experience. Won’t recommend ever.

The salted lemon soda was spot on, just the way I like it (9/10), and the veg fried rice was decent though it could be improved (8/10). I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Cafe Liberty was extremely disappointing. The food was honestly the worst part of the visit. Everything tasted very bad. I ordered chiken kaanti, and nothing met even basic expectations. It felt like zero care was put into preparation or presentation. Considering the prices, I expected at least decent quality, but it was nowhere close. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the food quality and kitchen standards. The speciality of this place is Chicken Shwarma which I tried and I recommend that too. The Garlic mayonnaise makes it different and tastes best. Service: You have to only wait for 5-10min for your order but after that they didn't even bother to disturb you, if you need extra chutney or anything else. Ambience: Not an eye-catching one. But still good as you have the food to enjoy not the ambience. Price: All items are at reasonable rate like chicken Shwarma is at ₹220, Tandoori chicken ₹550.

We were a group of 4 friends had eaten already. But thought to visit as it's a newly opened one. Coming to point the theme is good the pricing is very much attractive and competetive which is a very important factor considering the nearby Amigos and Hatrick and etc. This bridges the gap between the Dhabas and cozy feeling restaurant. The prices are very nice and the menu is intresting. Many new items have been introduced. For customers its a good economical budget place for management it's the best start.

I had heard about the place , My experience with it was not so good. i guess i should point out those to let it get better for future comers. 1-Over All privacy is good,but it needs little more addition in privacy to encourage good time . The Funky guys sitting opposite to table so uncomfortable for some . 2-The waiters keep moving through the table and which interrupts the meal , they could be called when needed. 3-They must add varieties to the menu, like pizza 🍕, cold drink etc. 4-It should maintain as it is "easy to go and pocket friendly".

It was my first time at this place. The food was okay. Chicken Korma was amazing. However the improvement in service would be nice. Particularly handwash place should definitely be separated from the washroom so that one doesn't have to wait just in order to wash his/her hands.

I had the chicken tikka and it was tender and the sauce complemented it very well. The server was very polite and friendly. He recommended me the Mutton rara, which I have never tried before and it was a refreshing experience. The mutton was minced with a gravy to be eaten with bread n a dip of sauce. It tasted good and mutton was fall off the bone tender (2 large pcs of mutton bone n meat also included). Service was fast too. The sign board does not say Wah Kabab, instead its "Bangs".

The Cafe itself is very beautiful. It's on a piece of elevated ground and it's completely outdoors. I would say you should probably stick to the beverages, as the "snacks" are not so appetizing. The cafe's location in Srinagar is extremely beautiful with a beautiful view of Zabarwan overlooking the fore-shore and the Dal lake. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Food is delicious.

You guys don't know what's the difference between tomato taste and putting ketchup in your food . Zero ratings to your taste and minus ratings to your customer service. I have visited during iftaar time and I waited for more than an hour for my order and that too I have to leave coz the food was tasteless..only ketchup in that kanti with mixed colours.. The eateries is one of the worst I have seen. It is dirty with food strewn everywhere. The staff is rude and manner less. We ordered Dal, Kashmiri Pulao, Roti, Raita, Tea and Curd. Their kitchen is filthy and basin is railway station standard. I don’t know how do people eat here. The billing counter is just for collecting money and not honest to receive feedback. I will never visit this eatery again in life.

I came here with my wife for breakfast after landing in Srinagar. Driver suggest this place for breakfast. We order Basic breakfast Aloo paratha and tea for two. Taste of the paratha okay. I believe if you're coming here try to have local dish. As we were very tired So went ahead with driver suggestion. Hi Guys, I came here with my family on 17-08-2024, ghat no. 12 when we searched for a hotel/Dhaba/Restaurant and were shown the Delhi di rasoi to have food, my wife and I ordered a special thali (butter roti, dal makhni, mix veg, paneer butter masala with papd) which cost Rs 330.00. with a veg sandwich which cost rs. 90.00 and chat papdi which rs. 150.00. It's not about the price of fo, it's about the quality of food as per the price which was nothing special.

Not worth a visit at all. Simple paratha or chole poori were a big let down. We had to send back the tea as well as it was undercooked.
