Your “safe say” in Gandhinagar👌 There’s always one place which is your safe day when you can’t figure out on exactly where to dine! Like in Ahmedabad, we have Prime Dine, Honest SG Highway, Tomato’s as a safe say as these places will never disappoint and would serve you with the same taste. Furat is another such place in Gandhinagar. I had heard about it while I visited Gandhinagar often but finally got a chance to dine in. I went to this place on a Friday night with my family and I must say, they have a suitable decorum for families. Not sure if it was due to coming long weekend or Friday night, the place was entirely full. Since I was with my family, it was obvious the dinner was the usual one with a couple of main course plates with chapati followed by final meal. The main course Punjabi dishes were delicious. I noticed we had ordered Swaminarayan food but the taste was as equivalent to a normal plate with the onion/garlic gravy! So here, I would add another keyword for this restaurant: A safe Swaminarayan/jain food restaurant. But with a lot of pros comes a few cons too. I had ordered a cheese pizza which wasn’t nearly good. In fact the taste was quite flat that I couldn’t taste anything but the base. Going by the reviews, it seems like anything apart from punjabi as well main course plates, you shouldn’t risk other plates. I am rating stuff as I had: Main course: 8/10 Vegetable sabji: 8/10 Punjabi: 9/10 Italian: 6/10 Chinese: 7/10 I usually don’t click pictures of food as they serve it already. But I am adding some click to give you an idea on the place. In the summer vacation, this can be your dining place for a family outing and they won’t disappoint.

I tried Junglee Sizzler, The taste was really good. Macaroni was yummy. Fix Lunch and Lasagna is ok ok. The ambience is nice, and the seating is comfortable. Only concern is, First time i saw Buttermilk not included in Fix Lunch (190 Rs). I recommend you to try Sizzler here.

Excellent staff, with a smile, listens to customized meal. We were looking for non spicy food, first they gave the one there and then realized and got the non spicy one made and served. A step up for senior citizens is a challenge to walk sometimes.

Avoid at all costs! My experience at Fursat, Reliance Chowk, Gandhinagar restaurant was an absolute disaster. The receptionist was incredibly rude and impolite, making no effort to hide their disdain for customers. Their attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, setting the tone for a terrible dining experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. The lack of customer service and respect is appalling. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

Just visited this Rajvee Food Corner, Pratik Mall, Kudasan, Gandhinagar for lunch with group of friends. This food joint is running successfully from long years and tasted their food from online many times. It's our first visit for dine in and have not been good experience specific in service and taken care of order. From starting the roasted papads were completely stale and took a long time to deliver the ordered our food. Their focus was only on completing online orders. Veg. Makkhanvala & Milijhuli Subji taste is quite good. Bajra Roti & Tandoori Roti is fresh, but Tadka Dal was average. Overall not well experience.

Went with family for lunch to this north indian restaurant , the ambience is good refreshing feel good songs playing in the background and the food is delicious . I loved Manchurian fry as appetizer here and ordered missi roti , cheese nan , paneer pahadi for the main course . And carried away mini thali parcel which was a good option too

I recently visited RFC and had a mixed experience. While the ambience was not up to the mark and could have been better, it was still manageable. The food quality was average and lacked the wow factor, but it was still enjoyable. However, the prices were on the higher side which left me a bit disappointed. I ordered food online from Rajvee and was shocked to find a 4-hole shirt button in the khichdi. I immediately sent WhatsApp messages with images to the restaurant, but I have yet to receive any response. We were here for dinner, punjabi cuisine and ordered Kaju curry and paneer patiyala. Quantity was okay as per price, paneer patiyala barely had paneer pieces like about 4 or something. Tandoori roti was really good. Loved kaju curry, it was yummy. Chhas was good too. Staff service is really good. Good for family dinners, okayish ambience but food quality was good. I'll recommended try at least once, if you like it visit again.

The food at Savoury restaurant was really delicious and the service was also smooth. I visited with my family. There was a problem related to the air conditioner. Wings were not in working condition at that time. So please get it repaired. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This is what they serve calling it lasagna and while complaining the manager of the restaurant starts bickering with you saying that we won't be able to serve this dish again to another customer. Why the hell anyone serves the same dish to different customer

I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 6-7 years. The food here was amazing. But slowly the taste of food is degrading. It is not same as before. Menu has many options for various cuisines. Ambience is average. Service is quick. It's almost totally occupied. It's recommended to reserve in advance for weekends.

Dawat Restaurant, Gandhinagar is one of the oldest non veg serving Restaurant in Gandhinagar area. They are back again after the renovation. Shawarma is at best. Rest of the non veg items is also good. I had chicken bharta and tandoori roti. Superb and delicious!

One of the best place if you are a fan of chicken. I had chicken tandoori and chicken Afghani(creamy/buttery) and it was just🤌🏻, not too spicy not too blad, perfectly balanced. highly recommended! I loved the cutney as well only If they can reduce the amount of curd in it, it would have tasted even better. Service was also great, I went on weekend without pre-booking a table and still we got the table within 8 to 10 minutes. Pricing is also good, 3 people can easily have a tummy-full dinner under 850. Overall a 9/10 experience!

For Shawarma House side of business. Came here for shawarma and wasn't disappointed. Will frequent this place. Shawarma: had a slight sweet flavour, chicken was tender and well cooked, good flavours. Chicken roll: tried this and found it not bad. Doesn't compare to shawarma by far. Chicken tikka(half): very well cooked, came luke warm, good marinade and taste, good chunky pieces. Pricing: it is perfect. Hits the sweet spot perfectly of good taste for appropriate price. Seating: I sat outdoors because I like the informal vibe. Haven't tried the restaurant part.

Dawat was recommended to us by a market vendor. And we agreed with their proposals. We were happy to be here and taste the food that was waiting for us, but we were just in time to locate a place to eat. The service was quick and courteous. Last month I book this party plot for my wedding and this day heavy rain fall around 2 to 4 p.m. I totally ruined and crying because of 6.30 barat will be come that time Mr Bhavesh told don't worry your marriage will be perfect as u wish and he mark on his word when rain stop around 5 p.m. He working on drying to party plot many people I never felt 2 to 3 hours non stop heavy rain fall in this ground. And decoration is also best as I wish no one can said any where wet all things were perfect. Service and cooperation is best. Food also delicious. No word to them how they perfect my wedding on those day show to situation every one tension but they were gave perfect. Thanks a lot make my day special. The place is good for its ambiance. You can dine in fine light beneath the stars. However, the food does not live up to the mark and you only end up enjoying just ambiance. So go there if good view is your top most priority. Also, there is no option for digital payment so bring lots of cash!

This is a garden restaurant with ample space of small celebrations and birthday parties. There are hut shape dining spaces for families. The ambiance is good. Taste of food is average. Service is fine. Exclusive parking space is also there.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's not because of the mediocre quality of food, it's not because of the unreasonable higher prices, it's certainly not because of their non existent service but it's because of their hostile attitude towards their customers. We ordered soups and starters, which was served in a timely manner but we didn't see our main course after 50 minutes of placing an order of 2 sabzis and rotis. When we asked what's taking so long, all they could say was "please wait for 5-10 minutes", which we did. After a while we lost our patience and appetite , we asked them to cancel the order, a senior member came to us and demanded to pay for the food we didn't eat not seen. When we refused to do so, they threw all the politeness out of the conversation and situation got worse. They all gathered up as if they were going to beat us, after seeing things getting escalated, one of their managers got involved and tried to calm everyone down. Eventually we paid for what we had eaten and left the place. When we were walking towards the exit we saw a couple of other groups complaining about not getting their order served on time. I think they should either hire more staff to handle traffic on Sundays and Holidays or they should be up front about the waiting period.

Place is Good but food isn’t up to the mark. This place a garden restaurant so the place is huge & great for the group dinners. There is plenty space for the kids to play. You will get good privacy if the whole gazebo acquired by you. The service is great. All the staff is very attentive. Let’s come to the menu, they have Chinese, North Indian & Kathiyawadi cuisines options. But what i suggest is ‘this place is good for the KATHIYAWADI cuisine only. If you want to have the Kathiyawadi food than & only you should visit this place otherwise you’ll find many better options for the other cuisine types in nearby areas. I hope they will improve. Good quality food but priced too high, though the owner is not investing in proper infrastructure where people can sit and have their meals. Shop is located in basement, where no one can escape even in case of fire or other emergency. Too congested. Staff is rude too. But still works due to no other good option available in the city.

Gokul dining hall is so good for dinner and lunch. It's a very good Gujarati Thali restaurant in Gandhinagar. Usually there is a waiting for lunch. Present time full thali parcel, for Rs. 300 and half thali parcel 160. A full thali parcel is sufficient for 2-3 people. The food is very tasty and delicious. Very good staff and service.

As a former student of DAIICT , this was my go to cafe all the time. Felt relaxing sitting there sipping on a cup of awesome Cold Coffee and muching on their must-have Garlic Sandwich. Even some of the customized chocolates like the Oreo chocolate were really wonderful. ..! 😋✨👌

The worst chat of Gujarat is served here. In the name of chat they are selling kachra that you have to eat. The audacity of the owner is that after telling him about taste he said “Aisa hi milta hai”. No courtesy Kachra food!!!

Well, the moment I entered I was welcomed with complimentary drink green apple🍷 I enjoyed the ambience and colorful lights ✨ Coming to the food, I tried Pulao and asked them to keep less oily and spicy. It was good and same what I expected. This restaurant is very old and famous for Punjabi food. It's located at sector 16, visible from the road as it's on the 1st floor. I recommend you to visit this amazing restaurant with family.

The restaurant has good interior with nice and comfortable furniture. In terms of food, I ordered Special Green Apple.Sizzler, which wasn't upto the mark. Further, I also had to wait long. Paneer Angara was okay, but it could have been better. Overall, I would say its average quality food with expensive prices. So, for food I am giving one star as it was okay and for sizzler, its too sweet and mixed up. Service was fast so I am happy about that. I hope that they improve their quality.

Very nice experience. stay was comfortable. Amenities were good. Staffs were well behaved and polite. Taste and quantity of food was satisfying, though bit costly. Nearby (2.5-3 km) to Mahatma Mandir Convention centre

The view from window was great, and the buffet food was delicious. If needed, you could adjust the taste by informing the chefs. The hotel also assisted with ordering Uber, and the service was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I don’t think that this property should call them a 4 star hotel because I don’t find it as a 4 star hotel, here is pros & cons- Pros- Neat & clean Behaviour is good Cons- I have attached some of the pics, where you can check there’s cockroaches roaming in my room, and I got to know that yesterday they have done pest control, if they have done such things then they should close the property because of the smell, one of the guest argued about the same when I checked in. We stayed for 2 days and the guess what 80% breakfast was same for both the days. They are literally doing cost cutting on their staff but due to this the guest find it some what difficulty at the time of breakfast because they were not able serve you quickly because just 2 people were there to serve you. Breakfast wasn’t that much delicious because I can see that they are charging 550/- + Taxes per person so I don’t think we should include in our package.

Very underrated experience, even 1 star is not applicable, had water issues during the stay, the AC kept on dripping down throughout the night in this summer season. The staff even didn’t bother to explain the reason. Very bad and poor experience. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Rooms are big and spacious but not maintained properly. Low quality maintenance. Bed makes noise on every single movement which is scary at night. Bath towels are dirty and old. No sleepers, No moisturizer, No lift. It is more like an updated version of a Dharamshala. Breakfast is extremely poor with limited options. They make it in bulk and just put in the vessels. Don't bother about freshness and serving hot, forget about taste. Mostly it is half cooked. They don't pay attention to guests. They serve tea and coffee during breakfast in paper cups that are normally used on tea stalls. I stayed for 5 nights and will not recommend to anyone.

Visited the place for a friend's wedding and was prebooked so cannot really comment on services, food etc. The rooms are really large and spacious though and the fittings are good. Wifi access was fairly slow. Nice big lawns and a couple of cafes on hand as eating options.

The surrounding area used to be a hot spot 20 years ago but is now nothing but an abandoned half functioning resort close to some cafes and Infocity Gandhinagar.

Nice coffeeshop Mocha is located here.. you get very good indoor seating overlooking the garden and small water body or you may sit out in open near water body, if the weather is fine . Coffee was good, we ordered a few dishes that were equally good. It's a kids friendly place with ample of free parking for two wheelers and four wheelers. Surely you will enjoy the evening spent here. The staff is well mannered and ready to serve you with a smiling face.

We have a booking of 25 persons but service is very bad. amenities are not provided as per price. Overall I have a bad experience

Apart from the location noting was good. The re was renovation happening right next to my room, it went on till late night after a busy day could not even sleep well. The breakfast was very very basic . If there is renovation don’t sell rooms where the guest cannot even get their sleep. You call the reception no one answers your call. I would recommend to book due to lack of services and empathy towards guest experience. Horrible stay.

Update : Visited yesterday, still food quality same after years prices have increased but best part is you can be sure of quality and won't get sick. Good, quality and authentic food. Service is premium and taste is real south. Place is bit small however food is home like. We tried the 499 family dhosa menu which had 5 dhosas between 4 people. Then we had idli, special rava and chocolate dhosa too. I think average pp would be in the range of 200 to 300 depending on apetite. But can assure quality of food is good and hospitality superb. Google maps would take you to the direct location no issues.

It was one of the best experience. First we have tried via Zomato and we liked it so much and then we visited the place. The quality of dosa, sambar and chatnies are amazing. Serving method is clean and hygienic. I would highly recommend this place for South Indian cuisine. Staff is very good, we have experienced very good service. Do not forget chocolates at the end 😋.

Super place to visit with family. Must visit once for authentic and hygienic food. Must try Dal makhni once, and fusion of wrap dosa along with their authentic Dosa’s. They have unique way of giving order by writing the numbers of whatever food you are selecting in their own order. Loved the way ans service with humble nature of everyone serving there. Even we have given a small feedback and they implemented on an immediate basis, that’s too is more valuable as a customer.

Literally hands down the most amazing Dosa place I’ve ever been to in Gujarat. The dosa were so good, crisp and very less oily. We just kept eating them. Traditional curd rice was quite an interesting dish with the saltiness of curd and rice blending so well together and creating explosion of flavours. Brownie was the perfect way to end our meal. The owner and staff is very friendly and polite. You can see the passion in them to cook good food and make customer happy. Recommend everyone to must visit this.

The rooms are great and so is the breakfast. By mistake I forgot my licence there. The staff called me and assured me they will courier the licence to my home. This was a great gesture. Thanks a lot to the team.

I stayed in this hotel for a week as part of relocation benefit provided by my company .Rooms are not spacious,water bottle is not part of daily house keeping and room service.Breakfast options are very limited. Did not have pick and drop facilities back and forth from hotel to company. I was not satisfied with the stay here.

I stayed there for 3 days My stay was good, mine was solo travel due to business purpose feel the place safe. Room were good and cleaned everyday Staff was corporative. Owner was corporative. Breakfast has limited option but the taste is good you have new variety everyday with limited option which I think was good Overall good place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice from 2023 to 2024 and found it to be reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast served in a small and tidy restaurant is common for all days yet it won’t disappoint you with items like, poha, Khakra, sandwiches, puri bhaji, corn flakes and tea, coffee. The food quality is good if you think of ordering dinner or lunch in the room ( ordered veg Biriyani and Sand-witch - it was yum). Room comes equipped with excellent AC with clean and minimal interior including a closet, Functional TV unit. The bathroom is clean and it’s equipped with basic essential toiletries. The entire staff including The Onwner/Manager- Mr. Mitesh and his team is polite and pays immediate attention to your request. The best part- they don’t ask for advance before making the booking if you have visited previously!

A good restaurant in new GANDHINAGAR area on koba Gandhinagar highway. It's a small restaurant with enough options of North Indian food choices. Banquet hall is also available here where you can have a small gathering for upto 70 people.

It is situated in the Kudasan area in Gandhinagar district. It is a good place for a ring ceremony or birthday party for small cloud. The capacity is around fifty to seventy people. Food quality is good. This place is above HDFC bank in service road Kudasan - koba highway and in front of Vrundavan sweet mart.

The location and food is appreciable, the staffs are really good. The food has quality and the price range seems upto the mark according to the hotel standards. It's a north indian restaurant and serves unlimited Indian dinner at 200. So it can be recommended for dinner.

I had eaten from Sardar Foods in the past through delivery apps, and found their fare to be pleasant and comforting. On a whim I decided to eat at the outlet and was disappointed to say the least. The ambience is nondescript and tepid. The servers are either rude or unable to understand what is going on. The other patrons were noisy and crass, but I will not hold that against the restaurant. The food remained palatable and filling but I concluded that this eatery is better enjoyed through Zomato or Swiggy.

For benefit of its customers, this shop has been relocated in a spacious and bigger premises on the first floor of the same complex. It’s renamed as Masala Gourmet. It's a family restaurant so if you are bachorolors they don't treat you nice. The staff is extremely rude. Manager behaviour is not good for you. There is a corner just next to the washroom where they have forcefully fitted one table. We were two people so they made us sit there and when we asked them, if there was any other place they said no despite there being a table available. Just because there are only two people doesn't mean u make them sit wherever you want. In the first place, you are not supposed to make such a sitting place in such a corner. When we left they told us that yes there is another table. They should have treated people nice. All staff is not rude though. Food is average. Good for only families.

It is a big hotel. It is on the 10th floor of suman city building. Its rooms are huge and beds are very very soft. as the room is on 10th floor, one can have a great view of Gandhinagar, it was so beautiful. The ventilation provided was good. It has cinemax on the ground floor wgich is a very good theater and a very good source of entertainment. It washrooms are neat and clean. Hot and cold water provided. It has television and wifi. It is one of the best hotel to stay at a good budget.

First it doesn't look like a hotel.....staff are ok.... complementary breakfast they serve only one item and that too one has to wait till they serve..... they don't care the customer.......one cannot say it's. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. We tried to check in at 7 in the morning and we decided to go to Fortune in Haveli instead, Heres why:<br/>- The staff was barely awake and they were struggling to register us while brushing their teeth<br/>-There was a thick layer of dust all over the place<br/>- We looked past all of this and saw the rooms, All the furniture looks really chipped and the room was below average at best<br/>- After all of this when we were on the brink of staying, we saw A DEAD RAT, that's it, that was the last straw. No need to stay in this hotel<br/>This hotel needs some severe re modeling

Was in Gandhinagar for a week and stayed in 3 different hotels. The grand Midway was the best of the lot and you cant ask for more. Good spacious rooms, internet facility, very courteous and understanding staff, amazing breakfast (food) and a beautiful property. In short this is the best hotel here available in affordable prices.

Bought cupcakes from this place (not for myself, but for someone else as treat). Later, a friend told me they tasted really bad — like they’d been sitting around for days. Said it had a weird, old oily kind off, almost rotten chocolate flavor. Honestly, not okay. Feels like they were old or poorly stored. Wouldn't recommend at all — hope the place looks into this seriously. Feeling embarassed, what my guest would be thinking.

Great cakes for a bit more than decent price. Cake of the week and cake of the month are good deals. The small square cut off cake is cheap and reallt delicious. They also have nuts covered in chocolates. Rs. 300 per bottle of almonds or cashews covered in chocolate.

We had booked Hotel Krishna Park Inn (Gandhinagar) 03/01/2018 (Check-In) 05/01/2018 (Check-Out) one room, two nights on double occupancy. The most shocking thing, when we reached hotel, they said no we do not have your room reserved from MMT, its a MMT technical error you need to talk to them. (Very firstly the hotel staff was rude and they were treating as we are nothing if we do not have booking, so rude way of talking, so unprofessional, the receptionist was eating something and just cleaned it with his own shirt. Then when i called MMT Call Center they made me wait on call for 15 mins just by giving me fake statements that we will solve it, till then you please sit in lobby and like that... then after half an hour i got a call from them stating that it was a mistake from our end and we will refund you the entire amount. What do they mean by just refunding the amount... i was traveling from more than 9 hours by car also my father was accompanying me and his was sick too... the girl who called me from MMT team made a fake promise that she will refund additional Rs. 5000 in a way of apologizing but there isn't any refund till now. It was my worst experience with MMT, being a hotelier (owner of Hotel Ajmer Inn, Ajmer) we had never ever let this thing happened to MMT Portal guests. i feel ashamed for your big team who works 24 hours but still failed to check whether our room is reserved or not?

Place has become shabby now. It needs some renovation.. We tried some different soup like broccoli and it was really good. But we did not like tomato soup, it tasted very bad. We ordered paneer items but paneer was also not soft. No option for unlimited lunch and ala carte seems bit costly to me. For 8 people we spent 2600 bucks.

This Sunday I went to have my Sunday Brunch Buffet at Citrus Junction at Leela Gandhinagar. The hotel is beautiful and the citrus is amazing. I have been to almost all the Sunday Brunch restaurants in AMD but I have never seen the variety and range of food like here. It is a paradise for non-veg lovers. I am a vegetarian so I can tell you about the taste of vegetarian food which is amazing. The ambience is great. The service is superb. Leela Gandhinagar The talk of the town, this luxurious property is built near Gandhinagar Railway Station and enjoys a separate entry and exit to and from the Hotel via specially constructed Bridges. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is a magnanimous property. Citrus An elegant Restaurant nestled in the beautiful property of Leela Gandhinagar, the entrance has some bright yellow chandeliers and the interiors are inspired by The Indian Railways the red walls, the food counters are similar to train bougies and there are so many wall hangings as well. The Staff is well mannered and extremely courteous they ensure that you have a satisfactory meal and do not miss out on anything. It is very spacious it can house around 200 people at a time for a meal. Talking about the food spread, where do I begin there were so many options to pick from that it left me confused. The food array included Mediterranean, Indian, Italian, Teppenyaki, Italian so clearly covered all the cuisines. Near the entrance they have a spread of the Middle Eastern cuisine three different types of Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Tatzikki a couple other dips and plenty if salad options wherein they showcase an expertise in Vegetable cutting making it look elegant on that plate. A separate NVeg counter for eggs and meat plus seafood for those who love to indulge. Their entire menu is well planned and execution is even better all the items are top notch in terms of presentation, taste and quality. Loved the fresh juices they had something different every day! If you havent eaten chaats in a long time then you need to unbotton your pants and make space for the delicious Sweet Potato Chaat, Dahi puri and mast panipuri. There were also a couple of carts thay moved around serving pickles and other live items prepared by the side of your Table. For Main Course there was Biryani, Dal Makhni, Rice, Tagliatelle Mix Sauce Pasta, Wood fire Pizzas, Dimsums and Hakka Noodles as well, all the items are prepared on order and you can get it served to your tables while you pick up the other items from the Buffet. Moving on, no Buffet ends without a hardcore binge of Desserts. The Table offered everything from Kaju Katli to Blurberry Tart, macarons, milk pudding, pastries and lots more. So one advise for those of you’ll visiting for the first time make sure you have plenty of space in your tummy to enjoy this splendid food spread.

There is a mix of reason why i have given 4 stars to the Citrus Junction at The Leela. I had the opportunity to go at this place and found the food to be at sub par levels during the lunch hour. Please note while ordering pasta, you need to tell it to the waiter that pasta needs to be more cooked and not the Italian way or else be served with pasta tasting like an undercooked dish. The pizza live station needs much more flavor and attention, but the most unique live counter i did not expect was the khichdi live counter. While they serve different kinds of Khichdi, i ordered the plain one, the gujarati way, a little bit extra cooked- with a hint of ghee at the top-layer with dahi on the side, got to say- the lady chef here nailed cooked exactly to detail and the khichdi was amazing. Desserts alone could've pushed the review to a 4 star in food as well, had there not been pena colada sorbet which did not impress. The reason that the review is a 4 star is majorly because of the staff and there amazing communication skills and their professionalism, from the waiters to the chef and all the staff here were very thoughtful of every single person entering the gates of their restaurant and make them feel as welcome as possible. There sweets were amazing being - anjeer ka halwa, chocolate pudding, the strawberry pastry- every single one of them were simply amazing.

We recently visited this place to celebrate something special and we were extremely happy with the experience. On our request, the staff was kind enough to decorate our table and bring us a cake as well. The ambience, the food, the music and even the cutlery was on point. We tried patta chat and two paneer appetisers along with coffee shake, all the items were great. I particularly loved the coffee shake, it had just the right amount of sugar and coffee, making it a perfect summer drink. The patta chat was fulfilling with a balanced taste and the paneer was so soft, it just melted in our mouth. By the end of just these items, we were so full we couldn’t order anything further but we would definitely visit the place again to try their other items. Overall we loved the experience, and would definitely recommend 🫶🏻

The ambiance was pleasant, and the restaurant seemed to be well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend Sankalp to anyone looking for good South Indian food in Gandhinagar. Had a very disappointing experience at the Restro . We ordered Upma which was served cold and the bowl in which they served sambhar was quite dirty from the outside which sambhar being spilled over it .Also , the glass in which coffee got served was smelling like hell and evn the glass was dirty from outside as if it’s not being washed .

When you would like to eat SOUTH INDIAN FOOD outside then first strike let's go in SANKALP. This food joint is serving really delicious south indian food with perfect service and proper ambiance. Any of it's outlet the taste and services are excellent. We tried today from cruchy MASALA BOONDI, then Mysore Masala Dosa, Dosa Platter, Mendu Wada, Golden Crisp Masala Dosa, Mix Veg Uttapam and a Plain Paper Dosa. All are really up to the mark in taste as well as quantity. Always love this food with their different types of Chutney and Sambhar...

Spices and herbs is great restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful. You can choose if you want to sit in AC room or outside. The food is fantastic. The staff is responsive but still can get better. The prices are a but high and quantities of some dishes is not as much as it should be although the quality and the taste of the food is amazing. The place is clean and you can enjoy some cool breeze and nice view in the evening as it is situated on top of the building. I can recommend this place for anyone who really wants to enjoy different cuisines.

This is a franchisee of Pooja Parlour, they don’t even have original chutney which Pooja gives with Dhokla which ultimately spoils the actual Pooja Dhokla taste. The Chutney given by them is totally containing water

Whenever I come to Gandhinagar I always have this dhokla in sector 21 and this one is a new branch of the same Pooja....but the vibe and the atmosphere plus enjoyment I enjoyed at sector 21 was not here...and not that much satisfied however it's good to go as one can have it near by 😁. The taste was good but the chutney was a little bit different and they don't serve in small cups as it would be convenient for all I guess but of course not for me. And yes there is no panipuri option as they provide in sector 21 branch.

Extremely expensive. Dhokla price was Rs 100, last year Jan. It increased to 105 by Aug. This year, the price increased to 139 and now same quantity is charged at 149. People are mad that they are buying such an expensive food, no value paying thatbmuch price.

Yesterday, my wife and I decided to go there for dinner, and while the atmosphere once again impressed me, the food this time had mixed results — and unfortunately, an unpleasant after-effect. We started with the Lucknowi Galouti, described as Lucknow-style kebabs served with green chutney and some fresh veggies. The portion size was generous — six large pieces — and the texture was nice. While the stuffing was different from a regular kebab, I didn’t find it drastically unique in flavour. Overall, it was a good start but nothing extraordinary. I would rate it 3/5. Next, we tried the Indian Spiced Magic Pizza, topped with paneer tikka, corn kernels, bell peppers, chillies, and tomatoes. The concept sounded appealing, but the execution fell short for me. The flavours felt unbalanced, and the overall taste was underwhelming. I’d rate this 2/5. For my drink, I went with the Jamun Coriander Mocktail — unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of the night. It had too many strong flavours in one sip, with an overpowering tangy and salty profile. The taste reminded me of jaljeera or digestive drinks like Hajmola, which made it hard to enjoy on its own. Personally, I couldn’t finish it. Worst of all, after the meal, both my wife and I felt extremely uneasy, and I ended up vomiting later early in the morning. That said, The Waterside still shines in its ambience, attentive service, and live music, which together create a wonderful dining vibe — but based on this experience, I will think twice before visiting again.

Pathetic Experience ! Seriously Bad Time we had here. The Captain have Zero knowledge about the Dishes they have . No trained Staff , Bad Service and Pathetic food . They even don't know the dishes they serve . We asked for a Special Galouti kebab which usually is Pan Fried and also the same mentioned in their Menu. They brought us Dahi ke Kebab and when complaint they said , ' Hamare Yaha aise hi Milta hai ' then we said what about Pan Fried and This is deep Fried , They said ' Menu mei galat Likha hai ' 😂. Recently came here to The Waterside. It’s got amazing atmosphere and calm atmosphere. Seating arrangements and interior is also good. Coming to the main part food; yes it’s good. Tried their Punjabi cusines and starters. Punjabi food is good. It has got ample of parking space. Went on weekends but there was no as such rush. So if you are finding rush in Ahmedabad drive a bit and come to this beautiful restaurant at Adalaj. Recommend a visit with friends or family.

Was a worst experience. after renovation the sitting area is 50% less. had to wait for more than 1 hour. during the waiting period there was no one to serve even a glass of water. over all area is very big and very less lighted. it was scary even to walk through the garden. wash room was in the other corner of the property where again it was very dark. was scary to walk through. Food was over priced. food cant justify the price. though service and serving staff was good. CANT RECOMMAND. PL. AVOID

I had a thali when this place was at Infocity which gave me good flavourful Karnataka meal. so once again I ordered fixed thali at this recently opened place, shifted to new place. . But my experience was not good. Both sagu and Palya were from potato.. No variety from karnataka vegetable options. Also the curd rice had no curry leaf, udad Dal garnish.. Rice were undercooked. The rasam and sambhar seem to have vinegar instead of tamarind. No bajjis, pickles were available. Overpriced, overhyped thalli.. Do not waste your money. Their other Dosa options seem better.

I recently visited South Cafe and ordered their idli, which unfortunately was on the pricey side. The overall cost of the food was high. However, I must say that the service I received was excellent. Being a foodie and a south Indian lover I love south Indian food and this place serves really good food. Loved their Mysoor Masala dosa along with their sambhar and chatni. We also ordered filter coffee and Medu vada which was again best of the box. I believe it's only the other South Indian restaurant in Gandhinagar and for sure food is up to the mark. A real authentic southern food which make your tongue drool. Their pricing is also very competitive. It's a must visit for south Indian food lover.

I visited with family. We ordered a combo meal having Masala Dosa, Tomato uttapam and cheese Mysore dosa. I experienced the authenticity of South Indian food including Sambhar and various type of chutney they served. Staff was very responsive and so service was upto the mark. (It was Tuesday.) A must visit place if you want to taste authentic south Indian food.

Food is costly but according to their taste, quality and verieties it's worth it. Parking is not available so need to park at self cost on road side.

Seems like this store is going through solid price cut! First time in my 15 years with subway I had two bites of it and no Chicken in those bites. In Thursday bite I got first round of chicken. Peri peri chicken i ordered and guy who was serving me, montu was the guy who was placing every items carefully making sure everything goes in less quantity. Feedback given and taken from them with no questions further to know things thoroughly, this shows how much they care for the business. Not visiting again. Would travel few miles more to find another subway but not this one.

Food is excellent , service is good. Prices are affordable. Outdoor siting and arrangement is quite creative. But the indoor atmosphere is very noisy. They have to do something for noise reduction. People are talking normally but still sounding it's very noisy not a peaceful atmosphere. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful weather then it might disappoint you. The outdoor atmosphere is very peaceful compared to indoors . Listening to the video which I posted here.

Very bad experience,overpriced with bad quality food, staff behavior was pathetic, I have ordered Kadai paneer and Dal butter fry. In Kadai paneer only two small pieces of paneer and the gravity of paneer is worst we three person eat only 4 rotis. Dal is also very bad quality. I'll Never go to this place for sure. Shree Maruti Nandan Kathiyawadi is one of the best places for pure Kathiyawadi food. Their bajri no rotlo and baingan bharta are really tasty and authentic. Service is quick and staff is polite. Atmosphere is simple but clean. They have many branches across Gujarat, and the taste is consistent everywhere. Definitely worth visiting if you love traditional Kathiyawadi food! 👍

Visited Shri Marutinandan Restaurant today with family. Service was okay but food quality was very poor – sev tamatar sabji tasteless, bhindi sabji sweet and bland. Worst part – I found a long thread in bajari ka rotla from my Kathiyawadi thali. Very unhygienic and disappointing experience. Please improve food quality and kitchen hygiene.
