Service was very good. Juan took great care of us. We got the mahi mahi and the langostino pasta. It was one of the best meals we had all week staying at an all-inclusive resort. Very comfortable outdoor beach facing vibe, and they covered it up in the evening when it started raining, it was fun. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view, good service, the food portions are okay but no taste at all, we got the sea food platter and it was way to over cooked, VERY rubbery and dry unfortunately. But the view is amazing, the drinks are very good as well. Definitely on the prices end, paid around $200US for 2 people. 1 app 1 meal 2 drinks.

Our dream wedding! If you are considering hosting your wedding here, don’t walk - RUN to book with Farah and her team. After MONTHS of frustration dealing with the resort for our wedding another bride told us to contact Jellyfish. We are so glad that we did. The resort we originally booked at clearly felt entitled to our business and charged absurd premiums. Instead, Farah and the Jellyfish team CONTINUOUSLY earned our business and trust. From the moment we (very quickly) heard back from them we had zero doubts that they could be trusted to take our wedding seriously and be responsible for our most important day. Farah is a PROFESSIONAL and unmatched talent in wedding planning. From beginning to end the process was seamless, stress free, and an incredible experience. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our biggest decisions were, “which amazing menu should our guests have?”. Farah handled everything and made planning our event actually fun. This is the experience you THINK you should get at an all inclusive. Instead you get it on the beautiful beach at Jellyfish. Our wedding was ‘only’ 18 people, which other venues struggled to provide appropriate suggestions for. This was not at all a problem for Jellyfish. We were given the second floor all to ourselves and they cleared the beach for our ceremony and dance party. It felt like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Farah even arranged for an absolutely stunning suite next door so my bride and her bridesmaids could get ready. Oh and the food? Every single guest said it was the best meal of our weeklong destination wedding trip. We cannot recommend Jellyfish enough for events. You will get an incredible experience at a great price. If you have as incredible an experience as ours - please remember to tip. Farah and her team need to keep doing their incredible work. I can see Farah going incredibly far in this career. Jellyfish is a MUST when visiting Punta Cana. Scenery - the beach view is amazing. Make sure you get a cabana. The beach is up at night. Service - our waiter Juan Manuel was awesome. He took great care of us and was so gracious. Food - muy delicioso! Well seasoned and huge portions.

Good lobster with butter and garlic sauce, but a little overcooked. There is no place to eat inside, and we asked to change tables because leaves, flowers and insects were falling from the plants above. We took advantage of the sun loungers and parasols on the beach, which were included with lunch, but when we asked the first waiter, he told us it wasn't possible. The second waiter was very kind and brought us our personal wristbands. Prices were a little high, but it was a nice experience. The beach was very clean and well worth it. In the evening, when everything is lit up, the place is very romantic. The road to access and the parking were awful.

Dario is AMAZING!!!! Services and wonderful food! The food was soooo good! We had the surf and turf and a lobster tail. The butter sauce on the lobster tail was delicious! Such a great piece on the beach to eat!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Jellyfish Restaurant, and Sandy made the entire experience unforgettable. He was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From his warm smile to his thoughtful service, he truly made us feel special. The food and atmosphere were amazing, but Sandy’s outstanding service is what made the night one to remember. Thank you, Sandy, for making my birthday celebration so wonderful! If you’re traveling here on vacation, I highly recommend this restaurant. However, please make sure to take cash, as all restaurants require a service charge fee of 28%.

Definitely our favorite dinner spot during our honeymoon. We ate here five times. The food was always fresh and delicious. Beautiful presentation. The service was excellent. The waiters were the best I've ever seen. I wish I had easy access to food like this here in Kentucky. Looking forward to next year.

Very nice dining experience. Prices are okay Ang you get big portions. We ate here twice during our stay. Not giving 5 stars because one of the stakes we got was half inedible fat. Apart from that we had an amazing experience both times ☺️

I’m not gonna front! This is totally a 5-star experience! The ambience of the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and well as the super friendly staff! Our Girls Trip group decided this would be our destination for our final dinner! The food was flavorful and I wanted to sample more and more! I highly recommend if you are in the Los Corales area to check out Citrus!

Highly recommend, one of our favourite restaurants to visit in Bavaro! As a date night or just when we fancy good food, the prices are great, the food is exquisite. The servers are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The sushi is great, the lobster is seasonally priced by the lbs. What's not to love!!

Food was absolutely spectacular, every dish was full of flavor! The service and atmosphere were just as amazing, and the servers’ team was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Portions are on the smaller side but very tasty and satisfying we left feeling full and happy. 💡 Tip for visitors: In the Dominican Republic, “10 ley” refers to a mandatory 10% service charge added to restaurant and hotel bills. This is shared among the staff but doesn’t replace a personal tip for your server. With the 18% sales tax (ITBIS), your total will include 28% in charges, so it’s customary to leave an additional 10% tip for great service.

Loved this place! Went here to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. We didn't bring "fancy" clothes on our trip, and this place felt a little more upscale, but they still welcomed us in with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic. Even though we didn't get dessert, they still celebrated with my son. Above and beyond, you should definitely visit.

I am never happy with the food here in Dominican Republic , this restaurant completely changed my mind. Everything was so fresh , delicious and appetizing. Starting with the bread rolls & butter. The pizza was delicious and must try for sure , the salmon and risotto was spectacular and the tres leches dessert is a must, the tomatoe soup and grilled cheese was delicious as well. The salad I would suggest getting the dressing on the side. The staff was very friendly and accommodating I will definitely be going back !

Wanted to go somewhere nice for my birthday dinner (I didn't like the restaurants at the hotel i was staying at). Raphael and I believe her name was Priscilla(she had a ponytail) were very attentive. The food was excellent. The vibe of the restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. I was going to go with another restaurant that evening but I think I made the correct choice.

Very elegant atmosphere and the service was great! They were unfortunately out of lobster for the main course, grilled and appetizer, tempura offered. Besides that, everything was fantastic. Our meals were delicious and too quality. By far the best meal we had at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana.

Everything we had here was absolutely amazing! The hostess, Yenny, seated us at the spot we wanted and our waiter Francisco was very attentive. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, the flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful and they surprised us birthday girls with a delicious dessert topped with a sparkler! I ordered the Risotto (large enough to share) and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had! The sweet potato side with goat cheese was also delicious and definitely worth it. Reservations are a good idea, and this spot is a must whether staying on-site or nearby. I would absolutely go back!

Very Disappointing We chose this restaurant as a special treat - paying for a meal when staying at an all-inclusive resort. The atmosphere is excellent but the food and service were both horrible. My wife had the spaghetti with shrimp dish and it wasn’t even so so. I had the halibut and it was grossly overcooked - tough and dry. Wait staff were neither warm nor friendly - disengaged and chatting among themselves. And the bill was over US$200! We were there twice tonight - first and last time.

Half of the folks can enjoy Kat's Corner live Music from here. lol... It's a cool spot in Plaza Turquesa... go after 8/9 PM to feel the vibe. Early dining is no fun here... some language issue (though 80% are English-speaking tourists)- can’t understand their menu, not the waitress was able to explain It is located in the main plaza in Bavaro so you are at the right spot. We ordered- * Fish Tacos (tacos de Pescado): 2 batter fried fish pieces in each taco with a little veggie- that’s it. 3/5 * Fajitas (Fajita de pollo)- it is one of the best fajitas I have ever had, sizzling veggies with chicken pieces, it’s just they have only given 4 tortillas and not much salad. nevertheless, it was 5/5 The price was good, they only charged 18% ITBIS tax which is a value-added tax (VAT/sale), and did not charge an extra 10%, so I tipped here. Cool Decor, good service, live music, party-type vibe, and good food. yup, go for it.

Fresh and tasty guacamole, same as tacos and other Mexican dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, the place is set to charge as much as possible. 28% tax is simply ridiculous, plus if you don't leave a sufficient tip on top of the bill the waiter gets upset, unbelievable...

We were a party of 8 which I understand is slightly larger. It took an hour to receive the tacos and I wouldn't have cared if the party of 6 and another party of 4 that came in 20 minutes after us hadn't ordered, received and ate their food and left before our food came! During that hour we waited the waitress never came back to see if we needed anything. Now onto the food: lackluster at best. 6 people ordered tacos and 3 of them got standard tacos while 3 got taquitos. All dishes were a flour tortilla with some very dry meat in it. 2 had lettuce on them. I would just skip eating here. My chilaquiles had soggy nachos in them. The waitress told me the salsa verde is spicy and there was not only no spice but no flavor in it. Also ordered 2 guacamole appetizers and the chips were stale. The meat in all the dishes was dry and flavorless. Honestly go anywhere else nearby. Mexican food isn't that hard and this did not qualify as Mexican except for the fact that they used tortillas.

It’s 12am and it’s raining I’m hungry and nothing open. I get on google even though I’m familiar with the area EVERYTHING is closed because of the rain. Thinking to myself what’s a guaranteed good eat and I remember how Thai smells every time I walk by. Portion sizes are small The food is excellent. Prices are high for the portion size and location of restaurant. The service is okay. The drinks are excellent but small I was going to give the restaurant a four-star but when we got our bill we paid 2000 pesos for a 1574 peso bill.. the waitress only gave us 200 pesos change.

This bar restaurant is as tropical Dominican as it can be. Service and prices are the same as any other places in the same category and level. But, the great surprise of the night was to find the artist that makes the caricatures at the place. This artist is both talented and dinamic. He also has published lots of caricature books or booklets. His most recent work is a publication in Amazon books called Kancerbero. After he informed about this I bought the book, and indeed what a great work. Congratulation to Wacamole to support this artist. He also mentioned good things about the management of the restaurant. If you visit Wacamole, please enjoy the music, the Margaritas and ask Sammy to make a caricature of you and your party.

Food was okay. Tacos looked a bit strange. There was nothing else except taco shells and pieces of fried fish. Beef burrito was good, keep in mind burrito has A LOT of onions. Music was VERY LOUD. Not the best place to go with the small kids. Also keep in mind - the place doesn’t have a printed menu. Only QR code. So you need to have a data or wifi. The Spanish menu wasn’t loading at all, and English didn’t have all the possible options. English menu didn’t have burrito. In the end of the meal we just were waiting for the bill, but no one came. So my husband had to go to cashier to finely pay there.

A Culinary Gem with Outstanding Service! Herman 311 Bar & Restaurant completely blew me away! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs thanks to the incredible service from Angelo and Ruth. They were attentive, personable, and made the entire experience feel warm and memorable. Now, let’s talk about the food, wow! The grilled octopus was perfectly charred, tender, and bursting with flavor. I’ve had octopus in a lot of places, but this one easily takes the top spot. The paella? Absolute perfection. Rich, aromatic, and packed with seafood, each bite was better than the last. And believe it or not, the chicken Caesar salad might’ve stolen the show. It was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled chicken, crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and those house made croutons were next level. Whether you’re local or just passing through, Herman 311 is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back — and asking for Angelo and Ruth by name!

I took my family to Herman 311 for seafood and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was part of a steakhouse right next to it called Kaboclo. We ordered from both; a massive Tomahawk and a lobster fresh from the sea as well appetizers and sides Everything we ordered was delicious. They had a large outdoor dining area with music and beautiful ambiance. We asked to move inside when my daughters started to feel cold from the evening breeze. The interior dining room was even more lovely with classy decorations and large mural of flowers and an giant octopus. The icing on the overall experience was the great service provided by our server, Voja, who gave us great recommendations and kindly explained the food to us. He genuinely made us feel welcomed. Can't really go wrong with this beautiful restaurant.

What a wonderful place to eat! The service was perfect, very attentive, and gave us recommendations and some things to try on the house. The food was flavored well and tasted delicious! We started with the Classic Ceviche and a Caesar salad, both great choices. For our main, we shared the tomahawk, cooked to perfection with a wonderful chimichurri. We paired it with a great Argentinian malbec. This was a great intimate spot. It is combined with another restaurant. They have a great wine selection and a full bar. I very much recommend it!

11/10 Angelo was our waiter and did an amazing job. Food was also 11/10 chefs kiss. Highly recommend. Not the cheapest place I’m sure but not over priced and definitely worth every penny.

Decided to venture off from resort food and try something around the area. Service and food were amazing. I had Lobster and my wife had grilled fish (whole fish). Food was on point. Our server Richy was very attentive and pleasant. Lots of sitting outside and lots of wine. Lol. Would go back.

Took advantage of the taco Tuesday special. Had the Al Pastor taco which was enough. I would have been hard pressed to eat a second for sure. I also included a couple of classic margaritas. I will definitely be back for more. On the beachside of the restaurant is the outdoor bar and seating area. They have some couches which will fill up in a hurry. Seating at the bar and also by the beach is in high demand. Worth the wait to sit there for sure.

Service is an issue. No one cares, no one welcomes, or interested to serve some food or drink options. We came in for the special pizza offer, got denied, still placed an order; waited for 45 minutes during absolutely not busy time. Food was ok, asked for salt; gave me “something” mixed with dirty rice in a used beer bottle that doesn’t work so I have to make wholes with fork in the cork. Dissatisfaction

Nice little bar that sits on the beach, with a beautiful view at sunset. Bartender made a great B-52 shot and we had the tacos. Not familiar with the neighborhood but always use caution when in unfamiliar territory.

Owe some food, music and services. Great sunset/moonrise spot. Disco house music keeps us coming back.

We ate here tonight and enjoyed it! The service and atmosphere was on point! The appetizers and most of the tacos were amazing. The only tacos I didn't enjoy were the pork belly and El Pastor one's. The flavor was good but the meat was burnt and hard. I thought there were toothpicks left behind. Besides that, we tried all the other tacos and they were amazing! We will definitely be back in the future! The margaritas are great also! We tried all 4 of them. Highly.l recommend!

Onnos Restaurant and bar: I recommend it 100%. From Customers Service and food they are 10/10. Our waitress massiel , Dora and General Manager John provided us with good accommodation with we’re a group of 17 people.

We went to Zen at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana for our Anniversary and the chef was horrible. We did the hibachi which chef didn’t put a show at all, The steak was over cooked, chicken was hard, rice was not fully cooked and he didn’t even ask if anyone was celebrating a Birthday or Anniversary. I was very disappointed.

The food and overall experience are just underwhelming. There's no menu, they serve you some fried rice with beef, chicken, shrimp and some grilled veggies. The cook didn't seem to be in a mood for many stunts, and dropped one egg, stopping all stunts afterwards. The server had a smug that just annoyed me. Long story short, the food was decent, but for the price they charge I expected way more. It just doesn't worth it.

I think you’re here more for the hibachi show than the food. Food was really just a single fried rice dish with 3 meats and veggies. That’s your dish. The fried dough ice cream desert was good. It was entertaining.

If you’re staying at the Hard Rock Punta Cana and manage to score a reservation at Zen Asian Teppanyaki (one of the only two spots that actually require one), consider yourself lucky—or just really good at planning ahead. They sit you with total strangers around a big teppanyaki table, so get ready for some polite small talk while everyone pretends to know how to use chopsticks. The chef puts on a fiery knife show that feels part cooking, part stand-up comedy, though I’ve seen backyard BBQs with more energy. The set menu — sushi, edamame, fried rice, chicken, beef, and shrimp — is decent, but not exactly award-winning. It’s more about the show than the flavor, with fire tricks doing most of the heavy lifting. All in all, it’s an hour of mild fun — you’ll leave looking for some dessert and saying, “Yeah, that was fine,” not “Wow, I need to come back.”

This was one of our fave meals. The hibachi was fun and lots of food. Steak, chicken and shrimp with veggies and fried rice. Everything was tasty and well cooked. Didn't love the sushi but it was ok. Miso soup was good. Hibachi show was fun and entertaining. Update: We went back for a second night and it was just as good. One suggestion...wait staff and hibachi chefs should share tips. We tipped the chef thinking they shared but found out they did not. They are a team per table and should just do a percentage each.

Been here for breakfast and dinner. Its a little too crouded and loud for us. The dinner was okay, ordered a medium T-Bone steak which turned out to be more rare than medium. The dessert was good. The breakfast was definitivly too crouded and not as much variety as other restaurants at the resort. The ambiente is a bit loveless and pale compared to others.

The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the beachside saxophone music. Our waiters, Esquelin and Antonio were fabulous and made our dining experience awesome.

We had breakfast at Helios every morning of our stay. Staff is very attentive and polite, food is good with a wide variety of choices. Hats off specifically to Wendy and Anito! Wonderful atmosphere as they provided relaxing music most mornings and how could you not enjoy this view?

We reserved a spot for dinner. The steaks were really good size and cooked to perfection. Our main server wasn't that good but the other service people were great. Definitely go there hungry.

Helios also seems to handle room service for my part of the resort, so this review is for both. Helios: the food ranges from weird to flat out bad. The hummus stands out as it seems to be a can of chick peas that spent a bit of time in a blender with none of the other ingredients required to make hummus. Served with a single pita triangle. Room service: flatly awful The pizza is a half cooked doughy nightmare and my orders have been wrong more than half the time. There is ample outdoor seating and I got to pet a dog, so that was nice.

Second time here, food not as good as first time, but I'm not here for the food, I'm here for sun, alcohol and the people. We did a few places we skipped the first time, Sumptori is a must do. El Dorado was very good. Pictures of the secret pool. Sunrise.

You mean a get delicious tasty treats for breakfast AND get to see the ocean?! Muy bien! Hellos was delicious everyday. And that turquoise water and waves... Paraiso!!

It was not good, no salt and tasted like freezer mush. I thought because we were by the ocean, the seafood would be fresh or at least fresher, but my dish had the most potent fishy smell(like it went bad) and my mussels and shrimp were mush including my friends risotto. It tasted like unsalted rice in water that’s in. We left and ate the buffet.

This restaurant was a good surprised. I found the food there much better than the Italian dinner theme at the main buffet. Food was prompt to arrive and good. The Carpacio di Manzo was exceptionally good. Dessert tiramisu was fair. Service was efficient and wine glasses were always kept full. Another great experience at the Royalton Bavaro Punta Cana.

We waited at least an hour for our food, and the employees brought us extra drinks as if that would help. Then when we FINALLY got our food it was COLD. Would not recommend to anyone

the wait time is too long. we arrived at 5:45 to wait in line. when the restaurant opened at 6 pm, we were told to come back at 8 because there were no seats. when we finally sat down, no one came to take our order until 8:30, and the even just the salad came at 9:00. the actual main courses came a 15 minutes later, and we finished at about 10. there seemed to be only 1 chef, so it was very slow. the food was good though.

Food and Service were great, we had a four cheese pizza as a starter and my wife had a delicious chicken parmigiana and I had a steak with potato wedges.

We have eaten here three nights in a row and it is our favorite restaurant at the resort. The service is wonderful. The Margarita Pizza is excellent. The meatballs were really good. The pork tenderloin was my favorite so far. You must try this place if you're staying in the resort. If you have to wait for a table it's a very reasonable weight and the staff waits on you right away. The food comes out fairly quickly as well. I highly recommend going to Grazie for a good Italian meal.

I found this Gratzie Restaurant differemt than other Gratzies. This is a buffet restaurant with hit and missed items! For a buffet restaurant, Marche has much better options. I think it’s better if they work more on Italian dishes rather than Mexican or others.

Our butler got us a reservation two times for 7pm including Christmas day. No wait to get in. Both times it takes 30 min to get the appetizers and another 30 min to get the steaks. Filet and ribeye were the best. Ask for medium rare and you will get medium. Also the grilled fish was excellent but small portion. Onion rings order came with just two rings. Service was great, no complaints and both visits they let us know when the food was close to serving.

We paid to be in the private dining area for our daughter's birthday. This is probably the only place I've seen that you can get a tomahawk steak for $65 and that is wild! We all got something different and the food was pretty good. Overall, it was the typical resort food but we still enjoyed ourselves and had fun.

If you are steak lover, eating here is big disappointment. My husband and I ate here for dinner. I ordered steak brochette medium cook and my husband ordered steak medium well cook. When the food arrived, my husband steak was raw and mine was super dry. Our steak was chewy like a gum and cold. However, the server did a good job and gave us great service.

Made a reservation for 8:30 for my party. Came and had to wait 45 mins just to be seated. 15 mins to get water in our glasses and another 15 for them to take our order. Tried putting in drinks and desserts and was told to wait to put drinks in and they’re out of desserts. 20 minutes later no one came to take drinks so we had to go to the lobby and order drinks to bring back. Food came exactly 1 hour and 50 mins later. Sides that were ordered didn’t come out correctly. And the steaks was medium instead of the well done and medium well that was ordered. 20 minutes after eating after complaining to the hostess then the waiter came to ask if we wanted drinks. One of the worse experiences I’ve had at a resort!

The 49 ounce Tomahawk steak was monstrous, delicious and worth it. However this will cost you an upcharge, which can be charged to the room (if you pay cash, make sure to get a receipt). The other steak and hamburger were good, but the French onion soup tasted more like broth, the ribs were dry and overcooked and the desserts were not very flavorful. Reservations are recommended.

Ordered NY steak medium rare and creamed spinach. The steak was well done most of the way through and the cream spinach was Luke warm. Service was just ok. Waiter ran out of water before filling everyone’s glass and didn’t return. For sure not at the level that you expect for a steakhouse like this.

Excellent beef for sure! For starters Onion soup and sausage is super good. But salad is better to avoid. First time in my life saw this Caesar salad😂

My first time in Dominican Republic and had some good food in this restaurant. But, for some reason as a Caribbean woman had been disrespected by some of the female's gourmet chef and one was in the pasta station where she didn't ask me what I wanted she just made the pasta and pour the sauce with no garnished or any flavor. Then, my friend who also ordered pasta this women gave away her food to someone else and didn't even apologize for it. Why is this happening. We paid so much money to be here for a week and the service is terrible. The men that are chef's in this place are so wonderful and respectful. Something needs to be done because I want to speak to the owner of this place. To everyone are coming to this place and eat. The servers are wonderful, the men chef's are wonderful but the female chef's needs get trained properly for customers service and needs to get trained for interpersonal skills, proper etiquette skills and learn to treat people equally. This should not happen and then they ask for tips like they are doing you a favor. For this, I am very disappointed!

this place was pretty bad. i had to ask twice to receive one drink, the table wasn't set with cutlery and i had to ask for that too. the dessert i got, a donut, was slimy and looked rotten. really disgusting.

Breakfast here was great. Three omelete stations and the food was fresher than the Diamond only breakfast buffet at the Ocean Side. Dinner was ok. They had king crab but it was horrible, zero flavor. Ceviche was good and they had the spanish carved ham. Servers were great.

At Gourmet Marche — I would not eat at this restaurant due to the behaviour of the waiter who was serving us! As a Black person vacationing in a predominantly Black country, you can see the disparity with how they treat White tourists compared to us. I was embarrassed by the waiter that I needed to pay because I did not have a Diamond wrist band. We already spoke to the host that we would pay the cost of 49 US to eat. However, one of the waiter ran up to me while I was in line to tell me that I needed to pay before I can eat in front of everyone. I got upset and told her she was being discriminatory towards me and she didn’t have to speak to me like that! I know my dollar is minute but I have control over where I spent my money!

Very good deal! We paid $200 for a poolside, covered, bungalow and that $200 went toward food and drink credits. There's music, wifi, and power outlets. This is a great place to spend the day. There are 2 pools and beach access. It gets crowded at 4 so I recommending arriving before 2 unless you like crowds.

I went to Pearl with some girlfriends and absolutely loved it. The seaweed was a problem but I liked Pearl because it also had a variety of pools for us to enjoy! Very delicious food and drinks as well. The cabanas were fabulous 🤌🏾

I like this place I’m visiting often for more than three years. It’s a nice oasis far from the noise and hustle, compared to the other Punta Cana beaches. It used to be $30 for a person and now they rise it to 50$ for a minimum consumption. Which is OK in most of the cases but sometime I want to pass for one or two hours just not enough time to fulfill the $50 minimum requirement. It’s always been music at the pool area and sometime they organize, dancing and other events. I don’t know why lately they moved the the DJ and the speakers next to the beach chairs and it’s very loud. The previous way was better.. because people are trying to relax at the beach area and now I cannot make conversation with my friends just Too noisy. This just come back maybe from there complaining the noise cannot sleep used to be better. I give three stars for the service for the reason that the waiters trying softly to cheating in the check.. so visitors ask for your receipts and check out what is in there. Despite of that, that’s my favorite place in the area.. in one of the important things the management responding to most of the comments . It’s nice to know that your opinion is being taken..

Great place to chill out and enjoy the beach. Swimming pools are also available. Good is of good quality and choice for everyone. Service is great, waiters are friendly, prompt and speaking english.

This place is amazing, the beach is great and the club is well maintained, clean and full of amenities like 2 pools, beach access and the restaurant. I guess I was just so unlucky because when I went there they had no FISH/SEAFOOD at all… only the fried fish available. Of course form a beach club you expect to have lots of seafood options, but having NONE from the menu, was quite disappointing. Service to be improved definitely; the guys on the Beach are doing a great job, but they need to be more attentive and know what the guest needs. I waited more than 10 minutes to receive my cutleries for the fish, to then eat it cold. If you arrive by Uber there’s a gate, show them your reservation and they’ll open for you. Once leaving the club, check with the security to let your Uber coming in to pick you up.

We called ahead to make a reservation 4 times. They answered and hung up. By the 5th call we had to get our front desk to make the call for us because they clear only respect locals. One person told us it was open for food and no reservation needed. So we spent money and went. The guard at the gate told us reservation only & they were only accepting old people ???? We asked to speak to a manager and he waved us off. Tourism clearly come here regularly. So as a tourist destination please figure out how to have staff who can communicate properly. Or just keep it for Spanish speaking guests. Very frustrating!!!

The Fish and chips dish was great. The meat in the cheeseburger was more than well-done, unfortunately very dry. A great pity! Beside that the dish was good. Prices on the menu are final prices.

Finally some normal place in the sea of ​​scam places in the area. The only ones where you pay what is written on the menu. With the others, all the prices you see are without vat, tax, tip, so you have to pay another 40% on the price you see. It's no wonder that here you have to wait in line to get a seat while all the surrounding restaurants are empty. The food is excellent, the portions are large and the prices are lower than in any of the surrounding restaurants. They also accept cards.

This breakfast spot quickly became a favorite of mine during my stay, mainly because of their refreshing papaya juice (a must try) that I couldn't get enough of! The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always greeting you with warmth and kindness. While the food is good, it's the fresh juices that steal the show, bursting with flavor and freshness. Plus, if you're looking for some evening entertainment, they also host music nights that add to the lively atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you're a juice enthusiast like me!

This place was the first stop as soon as we landed in Punta Cana and we have been here everyday since! The atmosphere is fun with all the witty signs. The staff are nice and friendly. The food isn’t bad either. They mostly serve “western” dishes with a few local dishes. You can find anything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their drinks are also good; from fresh juices to cocktails. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend it!

This little spot was our go to spot during our 3 day stay in Punta Cana. It was the closest restaurant to our condo. We are here both of the nights and it was quite lively with a DJ one even. Fresh squeezed juices made to order, the mango juice was the best, but all others were delicious. Dinner was plenty of food, we all ordered a variety of plates and none was disappointing. For breakfast, we ate there twice and also was delicious. This is a great quick place to eat, food prices ranged about $10-12 US per person.

Wonderful beach bar, stylish and laid back, so clean and lots of delicious modern food options using the freshest local ingredients. The drinks were ice-cold. Our server Marco was so friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant afternoon and will definitely be back.

If I had more money I would have eaten drank here all day.... Fantastic spot... the shade is fantastic under the palm trees for mid day. The cocktails taste as good as they look. Dream holiday experience, and this was one of the Cherries.

We have eaten at TOC almost daily on this trip. It’s consistently good, and you can’t beat the view! Julian, Marco, and Alvaro have also been very attentive and great service. Highly recommend, TOC has some of the best food in the area. Everything is handmade in house (even the dumplings!) so the kitchen can get backed up and the food can take some time- but this never bothers us. It’s part of the island life, just sit back and enjoy the view while you wait! Or ask to have the food brought to your beach chair :)

Toc was a great experience, I went in an uber and just got to the first beach I saw and from there used the google maps to located exactly, because is in a hotel complex, but you can enter the restaurant from the beach. ( That was in my case ) but was beautifull, they have great cocktails and amaaaazing food there, I had the bachata nachos and a taco with srimps, wow what amazing! The only thing there was that they could last some time with the cocktail but the food came really fast. You are going to be in a beautiful and gorgeous beach, having a cocktail and the best food I had ever tried in bavaro, even better than a resorts food.

Great fish tacos, chicken burritos, and Coco Loco’s. The other liquor filled cocktails look delicious too. Nice seating area, and good service. The music is also very good, especially on Sundays.

Great service, atmosphere and clean. Located at one of the best up and coming areas of Bavaro. A little on the pricier side, but reasonable. The pork, wings, and coleslaw were on point. The ribs were good, but already having ribs in some of the best BBQ places in the US, the ribs needed a bit more flavor. The drinks were served in various forms, but their Moscow mule was not a big hit. Overall, I would go back and try more from their menu because the food was of good quality and the service was top notch. It was a good dining experience.

We had to return to La Bruja Chupadora for our last meal in Punta Cana because the first time we ate there, we received outstanding service by Ada who was attentive and super friendly. She made our dinner extraordinarily better than we had experienced in other restaurants in the area. So we had to go back. Their food is really good, fine food with flavor for sure. The vibe is chill but classy. Their management was attentive. This is the kind of place I would visit over and over if I lived here.

We had an excellent dining experience! Everything we tried was delicious — the crispy chicken bao was amazing, the tuna tartare full of flavor, and the nachos were really tasty as well. The crispy chicken burger was outstanding, and the octopus was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was absolutely top-notch — friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended!

We visited La Bruja Chupadora in Punta Cana twice, and our experiences were quite different. The first time was great, we ordered the mofonguito and burger, both were delicious (although the fries were a bit oily for my taste). We finished with an espresso that was surprisingly good. We sat inside, and our server Ramón was fantastic truly the best! He was smiling, very attentive. There was also a young lady who was very attentive and always smiling, which made the experience even better. Our second visit, however, was not that good. We sat outside, and our server was overly pushy, even making faces when I declined to order food right away since we wanted to start with drinks. The cocktails were good, but the ice had a taste, both of us ended up with a stomachache afterward. Then we ordered mofonguito was delicious. I skipped a second mojito because my stomach was upset. When I hesitated to order the cocktail, the server rolled her eyes, so we decided to leave. Overall, the food is very good, especially the mofonguito, and the indoor service was excellent. Servers seem to collaborate and pay attention to what is happening. It was just this person that was a bit pushy and her faces...ohh boy! But we did not let her ruin the review.

La Bruja Chupadora BBQ is a hidden gem in plain sight right in the heart of Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were met by Jhonny one of the restaurant managers. He has a very welcoming greeting very professional but relaxed. I would suggest reservations on the weekends, we arrived on a weekday around 8pm and it was fairly busy. We had a fabulous waitress Nahirabi V. She was very polite and attentive. She really set the bar of a five star dining experience. Our entire time we needed for nothing. She was so good. We came back the next day! The menu is versatile. The ribs were fall off the bone. The pasta was flavored to perfection. The bacon cheeseburger would be worth the flight back to Punta Cana alone. I wish I was joking. Overall, if you come to Punta Cana, this is a must visit.

Had an amazing night with amazing food at La Bruja. Nairobi en Cristy made sure we had everything we needed and where very caring and friendly. The only small remark was the music getting louder and louder.

Always wanted to check it out and we finally got the chance. Went in for a quick dinner and wow the food was delicious. Service was great vibe was chill and very well located. My partner had the ribs and he loved them. I ordered the fish tacos and that sauce that they came with left me wanting more . Will be going back for sure.

The show was long but overall a good amount of fun. The food was not dinner-sized, so you should eat dinner beforehand. It's VERY LONG, at least four hours. Some parts felt like they were being stretched on for longer than necessary. The performers, singers, and dancers were all stellar and entertaining, but it all started to blur together over time. All of the waiter and waitresses were all attentive to bringing over anything that we needed at the table. The entertainers got pretty close to our table, too!

The show was fun, many talented performers and they moved through it very well. The problem here, like everywhere at this resort, is the food. Extremely limited menu consisting only of meat and seafood, no requests and no accommodations for food allergies. Dessert was some sort of jelly thing with fruit in the middle. I'm told the food was about the same quality you'd expect at Applebee's but I wouldn't how since I paid the full $60 and was unable to eat anything.

This show was phenomenal!! the dancing, singing and showmanship were spectacular. For $60.00, You get dinner, drinks and several hours of wonderful entertainment! The cast is super talented and full of energy and enthusiasm. Highly recommend this evening for quality and value!

The show was amazing. The singers and the dancers are really good. For them I would put 5 stars. The food was unfortunately terrible, my husband and I felt sick afterwards. Please do something about it. It is just a pity to ruin a beautiful evening like that.

Had my wedding reception here & it was WORTH EVERY CENT!!!

What an amazing group of talented individuals. Such an unexpected surprisingly good time. They made the hours fly by with high energy and a very entertaining show. They performed with smiles and genuinely looked like they were enjoying themselves right along with us. The selection of food was good, well paced and varied enough, even for a picky eater like me who skipped a round or two of the tasting menu. Would definitely recommend it.

It was ok. VERY loud >.< The entertainment part isn’t really all that fun, it’s just a lot of shouting :/ The chef and waitress were nice though. The food was fine, but I wouldn’t trade it for my all-you-can-eat sushi buffet or my usual Japanese food spot near my house lol. The miso and sushi rolls were nice. I didn’t like that we had to be taken to yet another room just for desert (???) and also, there weren’t bathrooms on location, if you had to go, you needed to leave the place and go across to the casino (again, wth???). If I ever go back to this hotel, I probably won’t stop by this restaurant again :/

Avoid at all costs. This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t eat a single bite, didn’t even drink water, that’s how bad it was. The smell of sewage in the place is overwhelming and completely unacceptable. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is open to the public. If you’re considering going, save yourself the regret. And when you smell it for yourself (because you probably will), come back and like this review.

We ate at the Mikado on our final night, our friend's birthday. If you've seen one hibachi presentation, you've seen them all. But the great thing about this was the chef let our friend (the birthday boy) do some of the cooking! That was fun. For some reason, I only took pictures of the appetizers (sushi and tempura) but not the actual entrée. I have to taste the food a 3.5 to 4 at best. Everything tasted as if it had been on the grill too long. And, unlike other restaurants that had a specialty cocktail, this one did not seem to have one. We all did take a Tequila shot, though!

My chef was soooooo boring, he was cooking and only asked what meat we wanted. We could hear the other cooking stations laughing and cheering and the cooks were singing and engaging.... but it tasted good.

Very cool Japanese restaurent !! Food is good, choice of : starters and soup, and protein for fried rice : shrimps, salmon, beef, chicken and of course Veggies. The chef lights a fire in the plancha for the show!

It was nice to be greeted with a welcome drink. Very nice restaurant to have a meal. Unfortunately, the main dish was not quite up to par in comparison to the look of the restaurant. The meat was overcooked and the sides tasted stale, like it was leftovers from a couple days prior. It was a decent restaurant to attend as an a la carte. It was a nice break from the general buffet at the Aquamarine.

The restaurant is very beautiful and luxurious. The service was wonderful, they took great care of us. At the beginning, you are given welcome cocktails and a toast appetizer. Then, we ordered salads before the main course, they were delicious, but when we tried the main course we were a little discouraged. Honestly, the main course could be improved. In general, it was a good experience

The Creole Fish was amazing and the Beef BBQ was even better. The service was impeccable!

Went to the restaurant for 18:30 on the 17/10/2023 and was looking forward to eating there when I got there i was not greeted in a friendly manner. I just got looked at and told to scan the QR code to pull up the menu. When I explained the Wi-Fi was not working, and it would not work. They roll the eyes and give me a menu, which was a laminated piece of paper and I sat down and had to wait 25 minutes to get my first drink and to get any knowledge meant of any staff when he poured my drink. He also took my order. I asked for the steak and I also asked instead of having the jacket Tayto can I have French fries staff member said yes and then waited a further 30 minutes for the food which I had to ask where it was and in that time I had no drinks I had an empty glass on the table members, staff was just walking past ignoring people in the restaurant very poor service I don’t think I would like to go back here. The food looked good but it come out wrong. There was no French fries I had to ask again for this. Because the service was that bad and taking forever, I didn’t even stop for dessert.

Went for dinner one night and it was perfect, the atmosphere and people was very inviting. Afterwards we had breakfast there most morning's. The chief would make omelets, eggs, scrambled or poached. Delicious.

We were seated quickly and were brought garlic bread toast. The toast was really hard as rock like it was a day old. The chicken on the ceaser salad was cold and didn't seem fresh. The spicy chicken wings were decent but weren't spicy at all. The portions for the entres didnt make sense. The half grilled chicken was large portion as its a half chicken but the veggies with it was very small amount. The grilled meat was decent portion but was overcooked. I felt like it was the previous days left over since I had booked an early reservation. The dessert (cheesecake and chocolate brownie) were really good.

The food was ok. The steak could have been cooked more for me..my cuzin said her dessert was old. The restaurant it self was nice

A great place to grab a bite with decent prices. It’s nice to find a regular go-to place for us to come every time we are in Punta Cana. The food is not out of this world but it serves the purpose and the prices make it feasible to come on a regular basis.

Oh Dios mio..! This place is amazing!! The Pica Pollo was soo good! I've had it three times since I've been here. This time along with the pica pollo, I had Camarofongo (Shrimp Mofongo)...Dominican, ...side note (surprise), mofongo has Chicharrónes in it! Really tasty! I've also ordered the Mofungo de lambi en salsa blanca...that was a treat as well. The next time you're in Bavaro, Dominican Republic stop in.!! I highly recommend this restaurant! 👌🏾

We had shrimp mofongo, cheese burger spicy bbq wings, a pastel, shrimp empanada and chicken empanada. The mofongo was amazing! Cheese burger was well seasoned and tasted great, wings were very nice and tender but way spicy, the pastel was as to be expected the shrimp empanada was delicious. Chicken empanada was very dry do not recommend.All and all this place is great will definitely be back.

We visited Rincon del Marisco three days in a row during our trip to Punta Cana, and it was an absolute delight! This local gem truly stands out as one of the best seafood restaurants in the area. Over the course of our visits, we tried two different types of fish and two types of soup, and each dish was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The quality of the seafood was exceptional, and you could tell that everything was prepared with care and expertise. We also had the chance to try their lobster, which is available upon special order. It was hands down one of the best lobsters we've ever had—succulent, perfectly cooked, and worth every penny. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere had a charming, authentic local vibe. If you're a seafood enthusiast, Rincon del Marisco is a must-visit when in Punta Cana. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back on our next trip!

If you are looking for some authentic Dominican seafood while you’re visiting Punta Cana, then this is the place to go!! Now I’m not the best with speaking español but the staff had English menus and took the time to explain some of the options on the menu. The chef FABULOSO!!! The flavours were soooo good 👍🏽 We had the fried fish was plantain, the crab in coconut sauce with mofongu (I didn’t do the pork but normally it comes with) and the creamy linguine with shrimp….all were really tasty and delicious. Will definitely visit again with I’m in town. See you all in December!!

My partner and I were visiting the Dominican Republic and this was our favorite restaurant! The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely! I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a visitor, it is worth trying the local food and supporting a local business

It’s a cute little restaurant. The food is okay, nothing special. One thing that bothered us was that the price on the menu said 400 pesos for the fish and we asked the woman working there and she said “more or less, that’s correct”. We ended up being charged over 900 pesos for it which is definitely not more or less. Wished we asked about it but we didn’t. I only speak basic Spanish so maybe that’s why she charged us differently.

Honestly the best meal I had in Punta Cana. It’s out of the way from the main resort area but I strongly believe it’s worth a visit. The staff knows enough English to help you order. The food is 2/3 or half the price from the resort area but much better. The vibe is nice and homy. They garlic butter seafood and fried fish are delicious. Much better than most of the restaurants designed for tourist. Get an Uber and come check it out!

I was the only one there because it was 4pm. From the cute dog in the front to the friendly family atmosphere, I was immediately welcomed. I went for the fish and camarones (shrimp). The meal as extremely tasty, I had to eat my hands. Hidden treasure.

Smokey spicy delicious very balanced. Everything works soo smoothly. (10/10) Scallops they just melt in your mouth. Very wonderful creamy delicious the carmilazed onion does wonders charred parm is wow. (10/10) Mains TAGLIATELLES with seafood. Felt very home made but like in a bad way. You every make pasta end of the month you have lots of veggies and your like meh might as well add them in there. Nothing special. (4/10) Grilled lobster is beautiful with that squeeze of lime wow melts in your mouth the risotto elevates the dish wonderfully. (10/10) Short ribs perfection thats all. (10/10) Chicken surprise. Is very underwhelming nothing great about it but still very edible compared to other foods at coral. (5.5/10) Dessert. White chocolate cheeskake underwhelming. (4/10) Crepes suzette sour sweet delicious. (9/10)

We didn't have high hopes going into this because we had only ate at the buffet before this but it was surprisingly good. Food was good, service was fantastic, and the staff here spoke some English so it was easier here than other places. Music was elevator music on repeat, but the atmosphere is cute

Interesting food options for sure. It's definitely worth trying. Appetizer scallops were average. The steak tenderloin was great and they can cook it the correct way...unless you like your steak cooked like jerky then you would mention it would still be mooing! Turkey dish was flavorful. Dessert wasn't bad I tried the chocolate cake and cheesecake.

I ordered the grilled lobster. It was grilled langastinos, but it looked more like mud and Luke warm....very disappointed. The salmon caneloni was excellent! All the soups so far have been great!! We returned again and we ordered chateau briand, but it was not even room temperature...again disappointing.

Chateaubriand was amazing, perfectly cooked the sauces were completely unnecessary. My wife had the zucchini and saffron risotto which was also fantastic. Ambiance was a pleasant surprise, not that I could say exactly what I expected. Service was incredibly attentive. Definitely worth visiting, and don't scrimp on the wine.

So i am writing this review explaining my experience in general, don’t expect the food at all inclusive resort to be great, food is below average specially the open buffet ones. This one here was okay, the service is beyond amazing but the food itself wasn’t that good, i don’t know maybe because it’s already paid so they don’t care much about the quality but still i think there is a huge room for improvements.

We love the peaceful atmosphere and natural breeze of this place—fittingly named La Brisa, which means "the breeze." It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quiet meal. We’ve had wonderful times here over multiple visits and tried a variety of dishes. For appetizers, the meat and cheese platter and the classic fried calamari stood out—both fresh and flavorful. As for soup, the crab cappuccino was just okay (I'd give it a 5/10). You might want to explore the other options on the menu. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Burgundy beef steak—tender, rich, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it if you’re into well-prepared meats. To finish, the strawberry cheesecake was the best dessert we tried—creamy, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. Overall, a lovely dining experience with good food and a calm, breezy vibe.

Food is very tasty. The service was first class and the place's atmosphere was expectacular. I loved the fact that this place is so close to the sea that you can really feel the Brisa, like the restaurant name says.

If you do the romantic dinner for two it is held on the terrace, over looking the beach at La Brisa. This meal was delicious and the service was bar none (as you should expect). We never tried the La Brisa as a snack bar, so this restaurant has three tasks: day time snack bar, a la carte restaurant, romantic dinners.

We loved this place. The ambiance, service, variety and taste of the food. It is very pretty and the menu includes dishes from Spain, meat and seafood.

The food here is amazing! I ordered a patacone - it was delicious and the portion was huge. They speak good English and they are very helpful if you don't know what you want to order. Also it's quite cheap. I got full after only one plate. I would recommend it to everyone!

Venezuelan place: Scrumptious food. Great variety. Big servings (make sure there's room in your fridge unless your a big eater). Excellent prices. --Fruit drinks are over sugared, and house flies when its not busy.

Full marks for service and hospitality! Josef is a fantastic guy that brought a part of Venezuela to Punta Cana with him. Traditional rustic cuisine that is delicious and reasonably priced - highly recommended!

Best Hot Dog in Bávaro

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in their food. We ordered the dish with the sausage and expected a nice plate, instead, it looked like a meal a kid could make... Service was good and the ambiance was too. Nothing extraordinary and our meal did not compare to the pictures. Also, we couldn't order any fancy drinks, many things weren't available on the menu. We don't plan on going back.

I do not recommend coming here. It is a tourist trap. The pictures look nothing like the food. They state an item can feed 5 people, and it didn't even feed 2 people for $30. The food was either salty or had no flavor. The server was more or less paying attention to us; however, we would order while they were standing at the stand where you would pay. Go spend your money elsewhere that is better. Also tip is included so don't tip extra.

The best mofongo I’ve ever had! The service was amazing. They didn’t have avocado but they made a call and had avocado delivered. We were tired of the buffet food in our resort so we looked around and found this place. Glad we did! Our favorite meal in our vacation.

Best food we had in Punta Cana! Extremely inexpensive for large portions. I had the chicken mofongo with rice and beans. Absolutely loved it highly recommend eating here if you're visiting Punta Cana. I wish we would have gone here earlier in our trip so we would have been able to go back and try other things. Service was great and we were not overcharged for being tourists. I'm very confused by the reviews of people stating that. Everyone was incredibly friendly and were happy to also cater to some lactose allergies in the group.

Our experience at this restaurant in Punta Cana was simply superb! It was our first time trying chicken Mofongo, and oh my, it was absolutely amazing! As a dairy and gluten-free couple, finding accommodating restaurants can be a challenge, but here, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff's attentiveness to our dietary needs. The side of rice and beans, along with the sweet plantains, complemented our meal perfectly. A special shoutout to Adrian, our server, whose excellent service enhanced our dining experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made us feel welcomed. What's more, this gem of a restaurant came highly recommended by a local, and it certainly lived up to the hype! Amazing food as usual for a hard rock cafe along with exceptional staff. It looks like a lot of construction going on around the cafe, perhaps it had been downsized a lot? Bit of a shame. We will probably try the casino/hotel next time.

I've been there 3 times now and all three times we've ordered the same things my partner and I. He likes the twisted mac and cheese and I always go for the Jumbo Combo. We ordered the same things at the Hard Rock restaurant in Santo Domingo and we didn't quite like them. Punta Cana always delivers. We went for dinner recently, they had that conference inside, us patrons were only on the terrace and it was not pleasant at all. People were smoking left and right and I cannot stand smoking. I wish they had a different non-smoking area. Since they were very busy, our food took a lot longer than it should have but they were very apologetic and nice. We still enjoyed the food and it was great as expected. We tried their peach cobbler for dessert and it was exquisite.

For my first time in punta Cana I loved it and the people were nice. The people who work her are so helpful and caring. Sammy, Carlos, and Scooby was amazing I recommend them if you need any help especially Scooby near the pool.

Ordered the Ribeye and mashed potatoes, medium doneness. I have had better steak at IHOP. Mash potatoes were lumpy. Asked for butter to help with the potatoes, the butter looked like it was scraped off of a larger block. Sad presentation. Also, instead of a steak knife, I was given a butter knife. Meal of sadness for top price. Paid over 50 USD for that and one drink. Table settings were bare. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, expecting luxury and security, but instead I left angry, disappointed, and missing an expensive personal item — my Apple Watch was stolen directly from my room What’s worse than the theft itself was the hotel’s complete failure to act. I reported the incident immediately, and I was met with excuses, silence, and a total lack of urgency. No investigation. No apology. No follow-up. It was like they didn’t care at all. For a resort that promotes itself as five-star, this was a joke. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. Zero safety for guests and their belongings. I no longer felt safe in my own room. This is unacceptable at any hotel, especially one charging premium prices. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your personal items or expect even the bare minimum level of customer care. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to think twice before booking. Hard Rock Punta Cana should be ashamed.

Restaurant looks quite Italian but the music is loud and not that nice. It’s a bit hot inside. Service is good. They serve cocktails but not frozen drinks. Their minestrone soup and the mixed fritter are super delicious. The starter bread basket comes with yummy dip. The pasta is also good with the choice of spaghetti, rigatoni or penne. Aribata as well as meat sauce are a bit tangy and delicious. The seafood has a sauce which is a bit too thick and overwhelming. Grouper is a bit overcooked. Overall I still enjoy the food there. I went there 2 times.

Before we were seated, we got complimentary mimosas 🍹. The food was tasty and well-presented. The service was slow, though. Overall, it was a nice dinner, but not the one that you will remember for years. I'd rate it 4,5, if it was possible.

Great service and the food was good. My meal was a little dry but overall very nice. Both starters were very good though and the dessert was quite good too. Definitely one to choose when you have your 7 choices to make. Maybe a little more options to pick rather than the few and a small selection of pizza. After all Italian cuisine is massive in comparison.

Arrived 30 minutes early, our mistake! Accommodated and taken to the table! Got given water and choice of drinks, had a nice white wine. Waiter arrived to take the order, didn't realise the menu was on the QR tab on the table, so obviously not ready. Only gripe really, wish we'd have been told, but not to worry, had the wine topped up and chose what we wanted. Had a good range of food across the 4 of us, absolutely no complaints! All very tasty! I had the Carpaccio, soup, arribiata pasta with chicken. Not a raw meat fan, just saw beef and had 1 too many rums! Tasted amazing, so if it's your thing go for it! Texture wise, it had a texture of raw meat. Absolutely no complaints about it at all, very nice, just not for me. I can be funny with mushrooms at times, it's just a texture thing. Main of arribiata with chicken was delicious, gave the family a taste, all said that's what they're having next time, so I guess we'll be going again with no objections from me! It's on the list for the final night meal, which is a big thing... Well for us anyway! The staff were amazing, very friendly, funny and engaging. Tried to offer us 2nd dessert which we politely turned away, but lovely staff! Got one pic of the food to prove I ate raw beef... If its your thing, you'll enjoy. Seen a few negative reviews about this place, but absolutely fantastic! Will be back with additional reviews to follow 🥂

My chair was wobbly, but got exchanged at the end of the meal. The welcome drink was not offered until we asked. The antipasto buffet was not offered until we asked, and then it lacked utensils to pick the food. Our main course, grouper, came out late, however it was excellent. The desert, tiramisu was overly sweet, tasting more like marshmallows with some dark sugary goop at the bottom. We scratched it off our list for the next vacation.

How do you make reservations for this restaurant? I have a stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana, and the concierge, that is who make the reservations, just communicate by e-mail & is aggravating that they just say is not available & dont offer any alternative time/day during our 5D/4N stay. I called & concierge don’t have a phone option not even for the guest to call them. We're about to cxl our stay that is 1st week of August, because all-inclusive just to go to the buffet is not what we have on mind.

Jose Hurtado is a great server. We tried all restaurants in this resort but honestly, La Bohéme is the best among all those with its service. Manager was also very helpful and he explained food items on menu detailed as it was our first time french cuisine experience.

The food was great. I had some mussels and then beef tar tar which was really good. The dessert was amazing, I had an eclair, and what they did is the poured burning alcohol on a big ball of chocolate and it melted to reveal what was inside. The service was also really good. Our server, Wilmer, was pretty funny. The atmosphere was also really nice. That had many paintings of dogs. I would definitely recommend this place to eat at.

I recently dined at La Bohem and had a mixed experience. The service was exceptional, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. However, the food did not meet our expectations for authentic French cuisine, Unfortunately. While the ambiance and service were top-notch, the lack of flavor in the food was a significantly disappointing Overall, La Bohem excels in service and atmosphere, thanks to the servers, but the kitchen could benefit from a more traditional approach to French flavors.

Quality meat selection and the staff were nice. We ordered a variety of meals and we all were satisfied with it. For starters, the Salmon roll was great, for main, the mixed grill and the steaks sre tasty, although I didn't quite like the thin cut of the top Sirloin steak but it was still made medium rare and juicy.

The staff were attentive, and the service was efficient. The appetizer and desserts were the highlights for me. The Brazilian chocolate was delicious and different than other desserts tried during our stay at Lopesan. The birthday dessert topped off the evening and was delicious too.

Difficult review to make, bad parts first. Major cross contamination from chef, using the same utensils for cooked rice, raw beef, chicken, prawns and veg. Other reviews mention an odd smell and this is true, whole place smells like an open drain until the food overpowers it, pretty bad! Our chef must have been having an off day, teppanyaki is about having fun, they didn’t smile once and any attempt felt strained even though the table of customers were happy and responsive, other tables were having a great time. Food was decent, meat cooked well (not overdone like some other places). Service was speedy never left with an empty glass and after dinner drink and reset was great

This was easily the low light of our 6 day stay at the resort, and by far the worst Tepanyaki/Hibachi experience we have ever had. Guest services highly recommended this place when making our reservation, so we were excited to have this be our dinner for the last night. When we arrived the hostess was rude, but whatever, we are here to get wowed and have a fun dinner with our kids. It got worse from here. We were seated in the middle of the dining room, no Tepanyaki chef or cooking nook in sight. We could see that there WERE Tepanyaki rooms, one in each corner of the restaurant - which accounted for about half of the available seating. The other half of the restaurant were not so lucky, and were simply seated at regular tables - we were part of the unlucky bunch. When I inquired about it with our server, she shrugged and said the Tepanyaki rooms were fully booked. I said we also made a reservation at the Tepanyaki restaurant - but apparently not in the actual room. What's the point?! The "best" part: the menu was still the same and let us choose from 4 Tepanyaki proteins, no idea why, since no chef was going to prepare it at our table. Once the food came, one course was worse than the next. The sushi was genuinely awful (the sushi that was made to order in the all you can eat buffet next door was better). The "Miso Soup" was the worst Miso soup I have ever had, and I'm frankly not even sure it was Miso soup at all. And the chicken/shrimp/fish protein dishes were basically on par with the buffet food as well (I assume the same chef.) Highly recommend to avoid this restaurant at all cost when staying in the resort.

Lets start with the beginning. The hostess was rude. The stench of unsanitary was immense. The wait staff was ok. There was a whole table that just got up and walked off because of the wait staffs lack of consideration for them. The starters were simply bad. The tempura was cold, the sushi was anything but sushi. The soup was SUPER salty. The entrees were tiny, tasteless, and cold. My shrimp still had shells. Overall I would avoid this restaurant at all cost!!!

Has a fun time here. Our chef Bautista was great. The food was good, your typical tepanyaki restaurant! Thank you! There’s two Tepanyaki restaurants on the resort grounds. We didn’t get to try the other one!

The food is good. Fried rice, with chicken, beef, shrimps and salmon prepared in front of you is always cool if you are with the family or with a group. Don't expect super special, but definitely worth the visit. I would go back.

My friends and I were there a week ago, it was underwhelming and not worth the wait. They made us wait 45mins before seating us at our table, meanwhile the staff kept avoiding us. Once we got our food I saw a cockroach crawl across my table... the only really good restaurant we experienced while in aquamarine was limbo but one was by far the worst. It felt like bahia principe quality went down over the years.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The presentation of the dishes, the chef's live cooking and his mini show were wonderful. All the food was exquisite and the service was incredible.

Truly inedible food and totally chaotic as many others have noted. The buffet is the only place for breakfast and lunch for a massive resort. It’s too big with too many people for the staff to keep up with anything. They’re trying but people pick over the food so quickly that it’s unappealing. It’s designed for quantity not quality. We encountered rotten fruits, stale foods and no attention to food safety or cleanliness. Serving utensils left in the food, birds and flies all around, dirty plates in the clean plate areas and tables left dirty long after people left. Staff just can’t keep up and it was not a pleasant experience.

Dont eat the sea food.. A group of 6 of us all got food poisoning after 3 days of being at the resort and we mostly only ate seafood

Total chaos. First of all, the food is generally good and there is a lot of choice. Not to the level of a 5 star hotel, but still good. However, for the size of the hotel, the 2 main buffets restaurants are way too small, understaffed and simply chaotic. No available clean tables, not enough plates and glasses, no water at the tables etc... The buffet is being rushed by so many people that it feels impossible for the staff to keep it clean, with enough warm food for everyone. Good luck relaxing and enjoying a fresh and warm dinner there.

Best food at this resort in my opinion. Buffet has lots of options for breakfast/dinner. Made to order omelet for breakfast was the best thing I’ve eaten here. Dinner wise, this was the best food we were served (also ate at the steakhouse and seafood).

Food was not great. Staff are obviously overwhelmed but do not offer much assistance. Hard to even get a spoon or refill. Too busy. Bland food. Breakfast is ok. Surprised how few speak of understand English.

Great variety of meat, fish, pasta, salads, fruits and desserts, everything fresh and well prepared. Service was rapid, waiters were pleasant and helpful and we felt like we were being taken care of.

We ate at the Score Sports bar and lounge one night and this was horrible. It took us 20 minutes to get a drink (maybe longer but I went up and ordered it) and an hour to get our food - by this time we were the only ones eating there. Once we got our food the chicken wings were not completely cooked, and the fries and onion rings looked like they were left over from lunch - HORRIBE

The wings and onion rings were very good. Quesadillas were ok. For any wraps get the sauce on the side or risk having them drenched. Escape some heat and eat inside.

Before we start let’s just say we love the Royalton brand and stay every year in a different country. The sports bar here in the Dominican is probably the worst I’ve ever been in. Waited 90 mins for food only to be told that 2 meals were unavailable, then the food arrived all absolutely freezing cold.

Food here is really very good, burgers ,fries wraps chicken wings sandwiches etc. But it gets busy and service can be slow. The pool and air hockey is okay, the rest of the amusements are very dated and some don't work. The main screen is a projector and not viewable. It's open late and everyone is friendly. Air-conditioning so is a good place to cool down.

Insanely delicious ! The flavor train stops here ! And powers on with incredible authentic Peruvian dishes. Grilled octopus, black rice and beans , creamy risotto, poached fish cubes drenched in Peruvian sautéed sauce.

The food at Cerviche 301 was the best we had in the Bavaro area. Their cocktails are great, their food is freshly prepared and the prices are very good for the quality. We had a big plate of fish with yucca and a more traditional dish (below), with plantain, beans, rice, egg and beef. A real culinary highlight of our trip - be aware that the food isn’t great in the Bavaro area, but it is at Cerviche 301!

alright there's a lotta restaurants to pick in this spot, but man, Ceviche 301 is a cut above average. fantastic service, lovely setting, and the food? wow wow wow. tres bien! food so good makes you wanna order seconds and just sleep there. this is THE SPOT to eat at. tres bien!

Best vacation ever unique is amazing Marcella from the unique lounge took care of us and did it incredible Jose Luis Was an incredible Butler If we need something done, he made sure it happened fast and efficiently, and he took care of all of our restaurant reservations. Alejandro, the unique club chef was incredible as well and there was two more chefs, I believe, and they were all super nice and friendly and incredible people Mateo was our waiter and he was amazing. Always took care of us in the morning. The hostess, all of them were all extremely nice. They rotate between restaurants throughout the day and all of them were super nice. The unique bar was amazing too service. I will never forget absolutely amazing. The hibachi and the steakhouse was our personal favorites. The Mexican was very good as well, but a very underrated spot is the valley 24 hour food and it’s actually incredible American food as well 100% coming back.

Unique Lopesan is beautiful ! Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and a mimosa! Our bags were tagged and taken into storage. We didn’t get our rooms until 3:30 PM and by the time we had to walk over to the unique section to have our bracelets scanned ( room key it was now almost 5 pm . Marcela and Jomariah made the check in process at unique pleasant and immediately asked us if we would like a drink , now that’s service!. Our butler assigned to our group was Johan, he was GREAT and communicated with us through WhatsApp for all our requests and needs. He was even able to get our large group reservations for most of our nights, which by the way you cannot do until you have a room number and it must be done through the Lopesan app . I would recommend if you’re arriving early to the resort be sure to pack a bathing suit and your flip-flops so you can enjoy the beach while waiting for your room. The grounds are pristine and the rooms were large and beautiful with a modern decor . The staff was friendly and the resort had the most incredible powder sand and clear water beach… we felt so relaxed and enjoying swimming ! The food at unique beach club was delightful at most restaurants. In the Unique beach club restaurant the breakfast was amazing starting with an omelette station , fresh fruit smoothie and many other food options.. we were full! I must say Jose & Alejandro & Jamie were the BEST! For lunch the grill had seafood, steaks, chicken .. bountiful and delish! As for a la carte , El Charro ( Mexican) was a favorite as well as Mareas. Food presentation was lovely and tasty! The live musicians made it even better! So much fun! The main infinity pool was great , kids and adults enjoyed it , the added music was a bonus. The amount of palapas ( beach umbrellas) were plentiful , never had to feel like going down early to save a spot! The bars were plentiful and drinks were very good. The waitstaff would be going into the sand and asking if we would like a drink ..Estefania & Ana and Daisy were happy to help and with a smile! The kids enjoyed the waterpark and arcade/bowling alley ( extra cost ) very much , although it does have a 10 to 12 min walk through the Boulevard . The Boulevard could use some more stores of variety and some higher end . Needs more lighting on the trail to make it easier to walk . As for the teen vibe club, I would say that needs a lot of help. There was nothing there, except an empty room with some video games and a pool table, unfortunately, no music or DJ where they could dance . We didn’t get to experience the Theatre show. Although it is nice that they have it except that it’s all the way down by the Boulevard. So if you don’t like walking or have trouble walking you may want to consider renting a scooter . The boulevard has a Pharmacy, which you can rent the scooters from. The biggest struggle here is the language barrier. Many of the staff do not speak English that makes it quite difficult to communicate with the exception of some of the head staff members. Having kids with allergies, I would say was troublesome at this resort - we didn’t feel comfortable with the dining options , so you must alert/convey through many channels before eating to be sure the allergy is understood clearly! Lopesan offers a card to guests with allergies to show at each restaurant however as I mentioned, the language barrier made it confusing and we didn’t feel 100% sure that they understood the severity of the allergy. Overall is Unique Lopesan a resort I would return to again and the answer is YES!

The overall stay was barely okay. Service throughout the hotel was poor, with the exception of the Unique area, which was excellent. Restaurants were disappointing both in food and service, five of our party of ten even got food poisoning. Our butler added no value; our coffee maker was broken the entire stay despite multiple requests. Facilities are nice, but service is far below average. The worst incident was staff miscommunication: while our butler approved adult-only guests to join us at the Unique pool, another employee, Andres, rudely kicked them out. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this resort.

We stayed at the Unique Side for 3 days / 2 nights. The property itself is nice, but be prepared to do a lot of walking. There are three different levels within the property, and the signage isn’t very clear. Check-in was disappointing. There was some sort of bag selling/buying happening between the person who does the check in and another person which felt very unprofessional. Unlike other guests, we were not greeted with a welcome cocktail or even water. Some friends of ours received one, and others had to request it. This inconsistency highlights a real need for improvement in customer service. Another inconvenience is that there is no cart service, which makes getting around the large property tiring. The butler service also fell short compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at—it didn’t feel meaningful or helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the butler service ended on a very sour note. On our last day, our group which included several Unique guests and a few staying at other levels was sitting at the Unique pool. We had already asked our butler ahead of time if this would be an issue, and he assured us it would not be a problem, even putting it in writing. Despite this, another butler whose name is Andrés, came over and told us our friends had to leave because “people” were complaining. This made no sense, as we were essentially the only ones at the pool besides one other couple, who even confirmed that no one else had complained. When I told Andrés of the prior approval, he accused me of lying. This was extremely unprofessional and left us with a negative impression of the service. On a positive note, kudos to the bartenders and servers at the Unique bar and beach club. They were attentive, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable. The pools are nice, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, while the property is beautiful and some of the staff shine, the lack of consistent customer service especially at the front desk and with the butler team made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Training in guest relations and service standards is much needed.

We stayed at Hyatt ziva last time but wanted something different. Everyone was so nice. Quick recap: Huge resort, bring good walking shoes. Gym was really hot but nice. Food was ok. Spa was good. Please take advantage of the unique option, worth it all. We didn’t use our butler much but nice to have.

Wilkin Luis came with all the energy and good vibes. His service made our last day on the trip enjoyable. We will be telling our friends and family they must come here. NO IF ANDS OR BUTS!

The buffets were hands down the best dining option at the resort — even better than the specialty restaurants! There’s plenty of food to choose from, and no matter if it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something delicious. It’s true that some items get a little repetitive after a few days, but there are always enough options to keep it interesting. The service was excellent. You do need to check in first to get a table assigned, which keeps things organized. A special shout-out to Wilmer Luis — he was the best! We first met him at the Mediterranean restaurant, and from then on, he became our go-to. He remembered our usual order, went above and beyond, and always made us feel welcome. Out of all the amazing people we met during our stay, we will always remember him. Overall, the buffets are a must-try — you’ll never leave hungry, and if you’re lucky enough to have Wilmer serve you, it will be an unforgettable experience.

Ask for Wilkin. He is great. Large variety of food. We ate breakfast and lunch there everyday.

Our experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the first couple of dishes were decent, the service left much to be desired — the waitstaff clearly needs more training. I ordered a "Lemon Pie" for dessert, but what I received was a rock-solid, chocolate-drizzled lemon ice cream instead. When I pointed it out to two waitresses, they laughed, took the plate away without an apology, and didn’t offer to remove it from the bill. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant😔.

We had dinner here on a Friday night and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. People were friendly and welcoming and there was good parking. I liked the outdoor seating too. We had limonadas which were really wonderful! I could drink those all day. The chips and guacamole were good. Some of us had the ceviche and liked that. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were okay but not great--a little greasy and not sizzling like fajitas are typically. They were kind of limp. Others had the mozzarella cheese slab rolled around meat (the arrechera) and I think it would have been good if it hadn't been overcooked. A great idea but the execution was a little off. Others had the camaron tacos and the nachos and thought they were pretty good. I know this is a popular place so maybe it was an off day. The drinks and chips were really good! With water and drinks and entrees we spent under $50 including tax and tip so it's reasonably priced.

Wonderful Mexican restaurant to visit while in Punta Cana. The food is fantastic and so very fresh. Everything is made to order. The menu is large and gives many options for different dietary preferences. The owner is very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Pastrata is a restaurant that highlights Mexican gastronomy. As a Mexican myself, I truly appreciate the excellent way Lore and Hernán express our culture through their food. This is my second time visiting their restaurant. On my first visit, I had a delicious pozole rojo, and this time I enjoyed some exquisite cheese-crust tacos. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

Natalia literally turned my dream wedding into reality, she made my vision come to life! She was very patient and responsive every step of the way. She made planning a destination wedding easy. My decor was absolutely stunning, the food was amazing, the staff was pleasant and the dj was great! Every single one of my guests complimented how amazing my wedding was. Only place my family and friends will visit. Created less than 2 years has created a whole new way to experience the best beach area in all of Punta Cana. From the staff, to the service, the layout of all the relaxing lounge chairs just surpasses anything in Pinta Cana. It is new but once you go that will be where you will go each time you come back. They love family and kid friendly. Food is just amazing. Combine that all and what else you need. Recommend to all. Great bathrooms and outdoor shower.

Beautiful location right on the beach, cocktails are great and their pizzas are awesome. This was pretty much our basecamp during our vacation in los corales.

Atmosphere is great, calming beach vibes but the food was way below average. Pizza is basically a huge piece of bread with cheese ( NO SAUCE ), waiters are okay.

I had visited this place a couple of times in the past and wasnt never really a fan of them... visited again this year because relatives suggested to spend a day at the beach and just selected a random place for no reason The place is lovely, beautiful interior design right in front of the beach, very clean and perfect for pictures. The service was very very slow... it was difficult to find the waiter whenever wanting to order something, he barely passed by to verify if someone wanted to order something... it took a very long time to be able to finally order, it took a long time to get the food, it took a long time to get the bill... very nice gentleman, but not really happy with the pace he worked at and with his apparent lack of interest in assisting... We ordered the tray of fish, lobster, calamari, fries, tostones and salad as an appetizer to share and it was very good and tasty 👍🏻 As main dishes, we ordered 2 plates of fried fish (they came with fries and salad) + a couple of drinks... making it a total of three dishes: - one appetizer - two main dishes - and some drinks and our bill came close to RD$15,000 (around USD$250 dollars)...... VERY overpriced Rest of the party ordered different dishes ; only complained about a pasta ordered for kids, because it wasnt even well cooked (it was not al dente, it was just not well cooked).... other than that, main complaint was about the service and how slow it was. In conclusion, being their service so bad and their menu so absurdly overpriced - I would not really plan to return or recommend them... I would rather spend a whole day in Jelly Fish if in the area or in Punta Cana 🤷🏻‍♀️

3 1/2 stars. Nice place to sit and relax on the beach and get a couple of drinks but food is lacking. I kind of felt like I wasted my money by ordering food there. Side note: you can also book excursions there (speedboats, parasailing, Saona Island, etc.) I personally chose Saona. It was nice just be prepared to change vehicles (bus and boats) 3-6 times.

One of my favorite places to hang out during the day in Bávaro. You can use the sun beds if you get a drink or something to eat. The food, pasta and chicken, was delicious. And it has the best margaritas and pineapple juice in Bávaro. Other places the margaritas tasted really weird but they’re delicious here! Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. They occasionally have live music or a DJ upstairs at the view so you can hear the music from this place which is great.

The service was great and the atmosphere was good. The food was nothing special. We ordered cuban sandwiches, grilled chicken breasts with rice and beans, and croquetas de jamon. The croquetas were not fresh. When we bit into them the middle of the croquetas were cold/still frozen. We paid $55 USD (including tax and tip) which was not too expensive...just what you can expect. At the end we left with not the desire to come back.

We were looking for chicharrón in Punta Cana. This is my wifes second sampling of chicharrón and it was amazing. I had Ropa Vieja and it was also very, very good. The hot sauce was nice; hot but not overwhelming and I eat very spicy.

Stopped in this place and had a great steak dinner. Service and atmosphere were nice too.

Don Pio restaurant at Plaza Turquesa, I can't say I liked the food. The steak was good, although it could have been a little more cooked medium. Too much pepper in the pepper sauce. Where were the vegetables? Not enough chips. The service was impeccable.

Great experience from the moment we walked in the door!! We had a private room for all of us and everyone seemed to know my husband and yelled his name RICHARD!! As soon as we came in which was the joke all night long. They did an amazing job to bring us our food and drinks and help us pick what entrees we wanted. It was so much fun all night long. We literally hung out there for close to four hours we enjoyed our time, good and drinks so much! Shout out to all our waiters who made our experience there so much fun that we are still talking about the experience. Thank you!!!

Went for valentines day dinner and was not disappointed. Had the seafood casserole and the tuna steak. They were by far one of the greatest meals I've had in punta cana. They also make a mean apple martini!

The steak house in Bavaro palace. We have four different dishes. New York strip, Santa Fe, steak and shrimp and mix grill. I got the Santa Fe signature steak. It's a grilled skirt steak, decent tenderness and taste. As of the options on the menu, I would recommend. We did reserved before hand but seems that there are plenty of spots here.

Food was in general good, especially the steaks. Service was very poor, long waiting to be seated altough there were free tables insides. Very bad coordination and cooperation of the staff. Bad english skills of the staff. Onion soup was awful.

Great atmosphere, solid food, and better than expected! Date of visit: early May weekend. We were seated promptly by the host, and overall, the experience exceeded our expectations—despite some of the negative reviews we had read beforehand. The steak was quite good—definitely better than what we had at Outback Steakhouse in Vegas. It was tender and juicy, though a little lightly seasoned—but easily fixed with a pinch of salt. The chicken nuggets were also surprisingly tasty—better than McDonald’s, and our child absolutely loved them! Service was decent, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. One tip: some of the staff speak limited English, so a bit of patience really helps. Communicate clearly, and if needed, use a translation app—it goes a long way. Rather than pointing fingers, making a small effort made our experience smooth and enjoyable.

Food was overall okay, worse than I was expecting though. Also went to their breakfast buffet which was good. Was sat next to a leaking air vent so that wasn’t fun but thankfully it didn’t get on the food or table, so the restaurant needs a bit of work

We stayed at Barceló all inclusive. Not sure if we paid $15 extra per person for this restaurant, some restaurants were additional cost. There was no AC, soda was flat, food took longer than expected. Salad,fruit, and dessert bar didn’t look good. Fruit looked old and food looked like it was out for a while. We didn’t even try it. Our water was hot. Our server had too many tables and we only saw her once. Steak was dry and chewy. I asked for medium cooked steak, it was chewy and burned . We decided to go back to buffet restaurant.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and a vibrant energy. The youthful spirit is evident, as the staff is quite young, and their service is truly excellent. You can tell they enjoy their work and operate as a well-coordinated team. However, there is one major issue—something that seems common across most restaurants in the Dominican Republic: they rarely cook the meat the way you request it; it's almost always overcooked. We had a reservation for 6:00PM and our table was ready and awaiting for us when we arrived there. The service was great. The sushi, the appetizer salad and dessert were uninspired and bland. On the other hand, my steak and the sancocho my wife had as main plate were delicious and very good.

Fuego was pretty good. I came here for a company event and didn't have any issues making reservations for dinner. The skirt steak with chimichurri sauce is good but the rest of the food was just okay. Overall, not super impressed by the food at this resort. We did not end up having the dessert here because it didn't look different from the buffets. Fuego is a notch above the buffets Naos and Gabi Beach.

Pretty low standard of food, quite bland. The flourless chocolate cake wasn't rich like it should be. And main courses were served cold. Sushi was ok. Extremely slow service. We went to get our own beers from the bar after they sat there for 10 minutes. We had to ask someone to order our food. None of the food seems to be served with vegetables. The place is a bit soulless. All just a bit sub standard.

One of the worst experiences on the resort. Delayed service and dessert ran out when the half of the restaurant was empty? Poorly executed by the service manager, who by the way runs other restaurants in the resort- horrible customer service. Woke up with pain in my stomach the very next day and ended up with diarrhea.

One of the better restaurants in Paradisus, the sushi was much better than the Japanese restaurant and its supposed to be Latin fusion. They did run out of the veal and we were forced to get a rib eye which was fatty and tough even though it was under cooked.

Three times waiter try to give me food that I didn’t order. The service is slow the beef tenderloin I ordered was not tender at all. Food is horrible, not seasoned at all. Stay away this place needs 0 stars, but google want allow 0 stars. My worst dinner experience ever. Decor of restaurant is blah, Latin Fusion into cafeteria food horrible. I’m extremely disappointed in this place!!!!!

The food here is good. The pizzas are especially baked to perfection with a thin crust. The pastas are mostly alright. They do not have most of the items on the menu at the restaurant around 1PM, so not sure what's happening with that. We tried the place for lunch on two different days and had the same experience. It's a good place for the price point and is open on times when other restaurants are closed. The staff isn't too friendly and warm that took away from the experience. The place does not have a fan or any kind of ventilation which is frustrating on a hit day. They do charge only 10% tax which is a relief when other restaurants charge 28%, probably justified when there is no ventilation.

⚠️ If You Don’t Want Food Poisoning, Stay Away from This Place ⚠️ This was hands down the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had — not just in Bávaro, but anywhere in the world. We ordered a prosciutto and arugula pizza, and what we got was a disgusting, stale, dried-out slice of something that should’ve been thrown out days ago. The dough was hard and dry, as if it had been sitting out on a shelf for 72 hours. The cheese smelled rotten — I honestly think it was moldy — and it was half-melted under a second layer of cheaper cheese, clearly nuked in a microwave. The arugula was limp and dead, like it had been suffocating in a plastic bag for a week. The prosciutto tasted off, with a suspicious odor that made us both stop after one bite. My friend and I immediately said we weren’t eating this, and more importantly — we weren’t paying for spoiled food. The floor manager came out and aggressively told us we had to pay. We said, fine, call the police. He then “graciously” offered us a 15% discount but insisted we still pay for this inedible garbage. We asked him to try a bite in front of us — if it was “so good” — and he flat out refused, even though he claimed to have made it himself. He then started yelling at us. The whole place is miserable: plastic tables, foul smell, suffocating air, and absolutely disgusting food. This is not a restaurant — it’s a scam. Minus one star. Never again.

Worst service ever. We waited for 20 minutes and still no one to take our order, so we left. I have had the pizza before and the food is good, but service is really reallyyyy bad. The lady who takes the orders also never smiles and has a angry face all the time. Not recommended if you want a chill dinner!

Very nice restaurant at good prices. Service is a average, not great but not horrible. Pepperoni pizza was very good, pesto chicken pizza was good but a touch dry. Chicken breast with rice was very tasty and great for kids.

Warm garlic bread was served before our meal which was awesome because we were eating lunch very late. The pechuga de pollo and Mexio pizza were amazing!! The blue Hawaiian was prerty good but margarita not so good. We enjoyed our visit and attemtped to return the next day but they werent open. Ask for the wi-fi password!

The pizza here was ridiculous and a stone toss away from where we stayed in bavaro, very East to navigate through on the main high Avenida Alemania. Staff was friendly and accommodating fresh fire brick pizza in Santo Domingo.

Everything is incredibly noisy and they are supposed to close at 12 and turn off the music but they don't.

This place offers a fantastic dining experience with a beautiful beachfront setting. 🤌🏻 We tried - Spicy Potato which had a great kick of flavor - Strawberry Mojito which was refreshing and well-balanced 🩷 - Rigatoni with Mushroom Creamy Sauce was so delicious, I definitely recommend 🩷 - Dorado Fillet was ok as it was overpowered by the tomato flavor, which dominated the dish—this could be better balanced Overall, the ambiance was relaxing and the service was excellent. A great spot for a memorable meal by the beach!

What a great night! They were kind enough to make me a vegan pasta that was delicious! The DJ was 10/10 and they even had a fire show which was also amazing. What a great night, highly recommend.

SCAMM ALERT!!!!Zoho Beach Club in Punta Cana was by far the worst experience I had during my trip. The staff was incredibly rude, completely unwelcoming, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. The food was terrible—low quality and definitely not worth the inflated prices. The views were nothing special, totally overhyped. But the real scam started with the bill. They charged us half the total in mysterious taxes and added fees we were never told about. Then, they had the nerve to tell us that if we wanted to use the benches, we had to spend even more money. Basically, whatever price you see on the menu—TRIPLE IT—that’s what you’ll actually pay. And somehow, they’ll still try to squeeze more out of you. This place is a ripoff disguised as a beach club. Total scam. Avoid at all costs—there are much better and more honest places in Punta Cana.

Came here for my friends 40th Birthday celebration and dinner. Staff were friendly and the food was good! Staff was very accommodating !

We went there for the happy hour but the place was relatively empty so we decided to stay also for dinner. The food was very good, the paella and the seafood spaghetti were very tasty, even though the bottom of the paella was completely burnt, so we could not finish it (it happened for both the paellas that we ordered). Other than this it was a very positive experience. The staff was very kind, and they even let us choose some of the songs to put on the speakers.

We started our food tour here, what a treat this place was story-book amongst story-book locations. Right on the beach with the warm yet refreshing sea breeze chilling the senses and inducing a since of calm all while the DJ hammers out the hits. The raised wooden plank platforms are a bonus for eating on the beach without eating the sand. Like all places we encountered the staff were nice welcoming and spoke as much English as we spoke Spanish, I know I have to do better, the few words we knew made all the difference. We tried and appetizer that was a fried chicken ball type item. It was decent but honestly the ambiance makes this a must try. Oh yeah there is also an additional tax with the meal and service, I akin it to the tax levied in Miami Beach, at the time of our visit 1 dollar = 58.75 pesos.

Food was okay, but they put this there. And i just got a new one, had to wait for the whole food very long. The little gift on the house they gave us where sole shrimps but i don‘t like shrimps and they didn’t ask for a choose of a little gift. So I wouldn‘t come here again but if u don’t have any plastic in your food it can be kinda good.

This is a nice place to eat. They have fire stone oven which makes the pizza taste original. I had a meat pizza and chicken bacon cabonara pasta. It smelled so good I didn’t have the patience to take photos of my food. This place has great Italian food and they have an indoor shop to get cheeses. Update; food was really good I went back a day after and got chicken pizza; the best.

I forgot to take pictures of the food but I ordered a pizza with sausage, mushrooms and black olives. Plus calamari fritti. I knew I was in for a treat because they have a wood burning brick oven. The food was absolutely delicious and the shop has a top notch deli inside to purchase meats, cheeses, wine and imported goodies. I wished i found this sooner in my exploring. I purchased 3 can of pomodoro tomatoes we don't have in the states. Now I'm going to figure out how to order them online to ship to me. I absolutely recommend this Italian restaurant if at San Juan Center in Punta Cana.

My husband and I went there for the first time to celebrate his birthday. The food was amazing, and the portion size is quite big, so we had to take some home. I had assorted seafood with grilled veggies and my husband ordered churrasco steak with french fries. It's totally worth the price!

We waited over an hour after ordering to get our food. Looking around, we were not the only ones in that situation. I would not recommend this place. The waitress was great. That was about it. I attached a picture of the bruschetta. It was a weird take on bruschetta, nothing like bruschetta in Italy or the United States. That and the lasagna were both really gross. The restaurant was really disappointing.
