Went for a spot of lunch and had some pancakes alongside a toastie. The waitress that served us was very polite and professional and our order arrived swiftly. The food was delicious and fresh. The hot chocolate was also hot and did not taste artificial like some places.

We popped in over the weekend for a Tea & Waffle. The service was great, I understand they've only opened this week, so naturally expected the staff to be a bit nervous but in all fairness they did a great job. More importantly the waffle was amazing, nice fluffy and well presented. Overall a great place with a brill setting to watch the world go by.

Nestled in the heart of Meriden, Bulls Head Meriden is a charming pub that dates back to the 1600s, offering a delightful blend of history and comfort. During my recent stay for a birthday celebration, I was enchanted by the cozy rooms that provided just what I needed for a restful night. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, enhancing my experience even further. Breakfast at Bulls Head was truly enjoyable; I savored a hearty vegetarian option that included all my favorites.
Recently stayed at one of the rooms here for my birthday and it was such a lovely time. The room was lovely and clean and exactly what we needed for a night's stay. The staff were also really lovely and friendly which made this experience even better. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice having a vegetarian breakfast with everything that I would enjoy in one. We also dined at the restaurant and the food was great along with the staff that had served us. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you :)

We visited on Friday night had a table booked and was promptly shown to our table with the allergy check being thorough. We ordered our drinks and the quality of the Asahi certainly didn’t match the £6.85 price point either the drink or the glass?? Our starters arrived 2 squids which were both lovely. Unfortunately we then had to wait nearly an hour for our far less than average food, cold fries, double dipped chips and a mushroom and onion mix that I am still a little confused by, photo attached. Our cold fries were replaced by luke warm ones, for the price paid in a “premium” labelled environment we will not be returning. Disappointing overall!

What a delicious meal the best pork meal I’ve ever had! The service by Rachel was exquisite and you could tell she genuinely cared about her customers. Nick was the chef and compliments to him as was absolutely delightful from start to finish. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough for places to eat 5* all round.

Excellent! This pub is lovely inside giving you a premium feel. I ordered the prawn parpadelle dish with scallops. Fabulous flavour. Really good. So much so I wanted it again. The service was great too. My small build sugar they clear the cables quicker because when I sat down there were a number of tables with dirty dishes and glazes.

We had a lovely time with excellent food for a mid-week lunch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the dishes were presented with care. I've included pictures of the super green salad with goats cheese, apple tart and the chocolate bomb (melting with the chocolate sauce). All delicious and we will happily visit again!

This beautiful pub / hotel has fantastic staff... Adele and the team looked after me 2 days running while I completed a little work in the the guest bedrooms... The food being served looked fantastic and the decor In bedrooms were above and beyond... If I didn't live so close then I would definitely consider The Bulls head for a weekend get away with my wife cause it's stunning and up there with many premium hotels Thank you to Adele and the staff for assisting during my visits.

First time in England proper besides airport. First English roast. We all had same thing the English roast sampler. The pork and chicken were good. The beef was dry. The gravy was good and so was the vegetables. I’m not a fan of Yorkshire pudding, and there was no dressing in it which there was supposed to be per the native I ate with. The best thing I had here was the dark chocolate brownie with ice cream. great atmosphere and great service. Good place to try when you’re in town.

Me and my Niece went here for food. We never booked in advance but we were still seated, drinks were served quickly and the food we ordered arrived timely and was cooked to perfection. Incredibly clean and well maintained establishment. Staff were very polite and courteous without trying to be to pushy. Top marks for the chef who really did get our food bang on. Highly recommend this place.

Waiter was very attentive especially as we were round the corner, very small waiting time to be seen to. The menu has seemed to decrease quite a bit but there still are really nice options there. Atmosphere always good, gorgeous Christmas decorations and lights.

As someone who stays in a Premier inn on average once a week. This is the best restaurant I have been in. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing to much. Obviously have alot of regulars as spend the time getting to know names and know peoples history. Food was good the steak and ale pie was one of best I have had in a long time
Michael B — Google review
We called in on way home from visit to Berkswell. We had a smothered chicken melt and chargrilled chicken flatbread sandwich both with chips from the under £8 menu. We both commented on how tasty the food was were told it was new chef and they would pass on our compliments. The staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely go back.
Karen G — Google review
I came to george in the tree for my wife's birthday and I must say that it was a lovely experience. The team were polite and couldn't do enough for us, especially Courtney. She was able to support us with our meal choices. And the manager Mark was lovely and very approachable. I would definitely recommend this particular restaurant to my family and friends, and I will be coming back again very soon.
Sarah R — Google review
I apologize for the delay in this review, we have been away since the visit. We went to the George in the tree on the 8th September intending on having breakfast. We arrived towards the end of the Breakfast service at 10:10am. We waited at the service desk until about 10:15, we had observed people sat chatting in the restaurant area having finished their meals and it was clear that the service waitress was clearing tables. We were approached by the service waitress, who had clearly spoken with someone in the kitchen area before coming to us and met us with the statement, "have you booked". We replied, quite obviously, that we had not. To my astonishment, the waitress replied I'm sorry, we are very busy and we cannot take any more custom. Your restaurant service times are claimed to be until 10:30am in the week, this restaurant was by no means busy when we arrived and it was quite plain that your staff were closing early. What this says to me and anyone else who thinks they are in time, with 20 minutes left of service, don't bother, we certainly will not in future. One star for food given as we had no opportunity.
Clive R — Google review
Visited yesterday and the food was excellent and so was the service 👍 I ordered the sirloin steak cooked medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. My other half ordered the chicken wings with a side of onion rings and said they were delicious. Great staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend.
Tina S — Google review
Breakfast has been great and the fish and chips was decent. But the ribeye steak was one of the ropiest pieces of meat I have ever had. When the waitress collect my plate , which had way more than half the steak left on it, I told her to which she said “if you had told me sooner I would have replaced it” and charged me full price. Won’t bother with the Premier Inn meal deal here in the future, will go and find an evening meal elsewhere.

Nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, The Barn At Berryfields is a charming independent restaurant and events venue that has garnered multiple awards for its exceptional British cuisine. This delightful spot boasts an elegant dining area with large windows that showcase stunning views of the rolling hills and the farm's Hereford cattle grazing peacefully. The ambiance combines the rustic charm of a converted barn with modern, stylish decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Special thanks to Ruth, Holly and the team for making sure we had a great meal and for accommodating a special dietary requirement by adapting the menu. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the food is excellent and it’s great to know it’s home reared and grown. Well done to all at the Barn. Definitely recommended.

This is a fantastic location, myself and my colleagues have been visiting for a couple of years now. From over 10+ visits we have never had a bad meal, it is always excellent. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great, and importantly the food is amazing. It is set in the countryside, the restaurant has lovely views, a wander down to the tepee lets you see the piglets, pigmy goats and the allotment. The burgers are so good, and the steaks, all locally sourced food. We have even had 2 work events hiring the tepee area and having a BBQ, it's the highlight of our work social calendar. Oh, and the mocktails are fab!
Andrea S — Google review
Coffee really nice and good selection of cakes. Prices a bit steep but ok. Seating area really nice but additional seating downstairs by windows could do with something to dress the windows and a fresh coat of paint wouldn't do a miss.
Kevin Y — Google review
I always love visiting The Barn (Cafe) for their almond croissants 🥐 since I’m a coffee and croissant lover. I've been to almost all the nice cafes in the UK, so I highly recommend this place. However, the only challenge is that they only make a few croissants, and whenever I've visited—whether in the early morning or the afternoon—I’ve never managed to get two from the shelf. The coffee is nice, but the almond croissants 🥐 are definitely worth trying!
E H — Google review
Fantastic setting outside in the garden. The tepee area was closed due to private function had just finished and the staff were cleaning up. Signage asked for you to order via the QR Code on the menu, this didn’t work well as we couldn’t add extras or omit food from the order. Had to order at the bar in the end, which was much easier. I asked the server if I should take the cutlery and condiments and she said no they will be brought over with the food. When the food arrived around 40 minutes later with a different server she said you need to fetch your own cutlery and was a little rude. Salad was very large and very good. Would definitely return.
Tracie R — Google review
Really lovely place and nice view. I have been here twice and each time I want to return with friends or family because I know they would love it. I love how they serve, gives a fine dine vibes. The dessert 🍨 is one of the best I have ever had! Twice now and I just want to try every dessert on their menu. Surprisingly no service charge. The person that brought our starter is so friendly, the same experience we had with him last time. I will definitely get to know his name next time. Clean environment Clean restroom 🚻

A recent discovery and the best Sunday lunch in a long while. Was worth a second visit the following week with a third visit booked with friends in August! Love the trio of meat; lamb, beef and pork so, hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful! Had the same staff member serve and very attentive, polite and courteous.

We went here for date night! Beautiful interior and a lovely atmosphere. My goats cheese pizza was gorgeous and so flavoursome. One of the biggest pizzas I’d ever had! Unfortunately, my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked. He did wait to inform the waiter but no one came to check on us to see if everything was okay. We appreciate the restaurant was very busy that evening and we would like to come back again soon.

Visited carluccio for a Friday lunch. We haven't been here for a few years and as surprisingly we both had a Friday off together I looked for a Solihull restaurant that would suit our needs and was reminded of carluccio. It was a lovely autumn day and although they have a lovely outside dining area we chose to eat inside. We were greeted warmly and professionally by Ethan and were seated straight away. I was sat on the bench seat but being small I couldn't rest my back so we adjusted the table towards me so I could (perhaps some cushions could help here either set out or the waiter asking if a cushion is needed. Little touches make the difference sometimes). Ethan was discrete and left us to peruse the menu before taking our order. We had the bread basket and olives to start. The bread was varied and lush and one of the things I always judge an Italian on is their choice of olive oil which carluccio have just right, it had just the right aftertaste of pepper which I like. For a Friday lunch the place was bustling and throughout our meal people came and went so a great atmosphere. For the mains I had the mushroom risotto with added chicken and was pleased to receive a portion size that suited my lunchtime appetite. It was delicious. The other half treated himself to a steak and fries with a pepper sauce. I was surprised that on the menu they only have one cut of steak, however it was cooked as he asked for it. The only problem was the quality of the meat. He said the fat on the outside was chewy/gristley and when I looked I could see that the steak had not been trimmed of sinew. Perhaps a chat with their butcher and for the chef to check would help this situation. What a shame cause the other half was looking forward to his steak treat, however the fries were a redeeming feature and I had to taste a few to confirm both they and the sauce were spot on😁. Overall a lovely afternoon of chat, good food, great service and atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

The only main vegan option is tomato pasta which was disappointing. Unimaginative and expensive for what it was. I went with friends but would personally go elsewhere if I had the choice. Service was good and the general restaurant is nice.
Luke M — Google review
The culinary journey at this restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you take your first bite, you're enveloped in a symphony of flavors that captivate the senses. Let's start with the salted chicken – tender pieces of chicken marinated in a delicate blend of spices and salt, resulting in a dish that is both succulent and flavorful. Each bite reveals layers of complexity, with the seasoning perfectly complementing the natural sweetness of the chicken. Next up is the seafood rice, a dish that transports you to the shores of distant seas with its bounty of fresh seafood. Succulent shrimp, tender squid, and plump mussels mingle with fragrant rice, creating a harmonious fusion of land and sea. Every spoonful is a delight, with the flavors of the ocean dancing on your palate. And then there's the confit duck, a masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. The duck is slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in meat that is meltingly tender and imbued with rich, savory flavors. The skin is rendered to a crispy perfection, providing the perfect contrast to the luscious meat beneath. But it's not just the individual dishes that shine; it's the meticulous attention to detail that elevates the dining experience to new heights. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and expertly prepared, ensuring that every dish is a masterpiece in its own right. With prices ranging from £9-10 per dish, this restaurant offers exceptional value without compromising on quality. And with the added incentive of a 50% discount on your next visit when you keep your receipt, there's even more reason to indulge in this culinary delight.
YUEN — Google review
We got the pasta, it was okay but really bland. Not worth the price. Even the tea with ‘sweet treats’ was mid - the sweet treats were 3 bites.

On friday I had the pleasure of dining at Carluccio's restaurant. I ordered pasta while my friend chose pizza—both dishes were absolutely delicious. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Silvia. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the meal. Wonderful food and top-notch service—thanks to Silvia for making our visit so memorable!"

Shocking experience today, re ordered breakfast the same as yesterday with extras, paid £24 …. What arrived was 2 slices of bread, 4 alone sausages & a bap with a tiny fried egg on. Missing sausage, missing bacon & when I called to say what I’d received… got told it was my fault…. Obviously no one with any common sense working there. I re ordered only what I ordered yesterday but didn’t get the same !! Arguing on phone, terrible customer service & attitude problem. I mean who pays £24 for a couple of slices of bread, 4 separate sausages & an egg 😆😆 obviously scrambled eggs brain that blames customers for their mistakes

Why pay double the price at other pub chains? Wetherspoons is now a community hub for adults of all ages & that's a good thing.
Greg J — Google review
I went here for some breakfast 🍳 and ordered a breakfast muffin. The egg in the muffin was literally plastic I told the assistant and even though she did offer to make me a fresh one which I declined, I was not impressed by the fact the that egg was used and put in breakfast muffin and presented to me. Whetherspoons should be ashamed and embarrassed that their standards have dropped so low, and that they hire blind chefs that do not care what standard of food they put in front of their customers. It was disgusting and I was shocked.
Narinder K — Google review
We were quite disappointed with the service during our recent visit. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast and simply asked if we could make a small change before paying. The staff member we spoke to was quite dismissive and unnecessarily rude in their response. We understand that there may be policies in place, but the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. A polite explanation would have been enough there’s no need for rudeness when dealing with customers. To make things worse, we had to clean our own table before sitting down, as it hadn’t been cleared. It looked like they were short-staffed, which didn’t help the overall experience. All in all, the service felt rushed and unfriendly, and we didn’t feel very welcome. Hopefully, staff are reminded that good customer service includes treating people with basic respect.

John is an enthusiastic member of the team. I enjoyed a very good real ale with a sample before I bought it. At £2.15, I found this great value for money. Very clean inside and an interesting array of pictures related to the history of the locality

Enjoyed my veggie breakfast this morning, instead of tomatoes I had an extra piece of toast, like the the fact they were totally flexible and said I could change any item with another so long it was on that particular meal. Very reasonable priced at just £4.50. Like the fact that tea or coffee is only £1,20 and you can have as many refills as you like, also you can do some shopping and come back say an hour latter and continue having free refills. I had Tea, Latte then finished off with a double decaf expresso. Nice outside seating area where you can watch the world go by. Plenty of indoor seats and it wasn't too overcrowded when I was their at 11.15am, Tuesday. There's plenty of parking available, I use the shoppers carpark which gives you free parking for up to 3 hours.

I feel bad for the young members of staff who have to work with this one particular lady manager never in my life have I ever been spoken to with such attitude I was polite as I to work in the bar trade and to be met with a very confrontational lady I couldn’t wrap my head around why she was acting like that many other customers I spoke to on the evening said she’s always like this how has nothing been done looking through the reviews to see other people complaining about her to all other members staff where lovely and accommodating just one person that wrecked the evening

Always loved coming. A classic spoons, you get what you pay for! Nice pub for spending time in Solihull. Had amazing service today from Jessie who was very kind serving us and a very positive server. Thank you!

The staff were rude, impossible to get served as there is no organisation. A member of staff serves the person next to you and then goes to the other end of the bar to start serving there. We went to the Masons Arms instead, the staff in there are pleasant and polite. I would recommend going there instead.

Nice place to visit in Solihull. It was very busy as it was a Saturday night, but the staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely visit again the next time we're in Solihull. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been about three years since I've been in here. Today I enjoyed a veggie breakfast and a coffee for 4.58£. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, and all credit to the cook. The only disappointment was the wait to be served. The pub was really quiet, and the staff weren't seeing who was waiting. The chap that served me was very pleasant, though.

Had a small portion of Fish & chips with a beer. The meal came out quickly and was hot, but quickly went cold as it was served on a cold plate. The mushy peas were very watery, I’ve had better at other Wetherspoons so it was a little disappointing.

Update: have been a few times now and the food hasn't been up scratch. There is always something missing in one of our meals. Latest one was ordering an ultimate burger which was missing the bacon. Went to The White Sawn for lunch. Had to get past people smoking right outside the door. Once inside there was ample seating and we managed to get a nice clean table. We ordered from the app; the drinks and food arrived promptly after. The pizza we ordered was the right size as advertised and roughly the size of the plate. It was generously topped as well and tasted good. The fish and chips were also cooked well and you got a reasonable portion of chips in comparison to some of the small portions at other weatherspoons. Overall a good experience with fast service and good portion sizes. The only negative is to be prepared to go past the people sitting and smoking right by the only entrance (maybe they should move the smoking area)!

Ordered two simple curries, one beef madras, one jalfriezi no nan or poppadoms and two regular no ice Pepsi. Order arrived, one madras. After 10 mins of waiting for the jalfriez and on asking the server where it is he said that only one went through to the kitchen. No apology. To top this experience my partner found a shard of glass in her madras. She took it from her mouth placed it on the table 110, got upset so we left promptly. Poor bar service. Poor customer service. Never again The White Swan

The Core Theatre in Solihull is a versatile venue that houses a theatre, studio, and gallery. It hosts a wide range of entertainment, including live performances and exhibitions. The theatre has a 336-seat capacity and offers diverse events such as tribute bands, stand-up comedy, and family-friendly shows like 'Spy With Little Eye' presented by The People's Theatre Company. Additionally, the venue provides art and craft workshops for children during school breaks.
The core has been in the heart of Solihull for decades. Remember watching a Christmas pantomime when I was in my teens... Now the smaller front venue host great little productions from mini concerts, stand up comedy and everything in between. Had another great evening. Tonight watched Bollywood Time Machine with Tommy Sandu presenting. Parking in Touchwood car park. After 6 only £1.80 all evening. Up the lift and out of Touchwood and across the square to core.

Went to see ‘The Show Must Go On’ last night performances by Peterbrook Players and Solihull on Stage, concert of musical theatre songs. The show was amazing and so enjoyable performed by an array of so many very talented singers. Songs of some of my favourite West End shows. Can’t wait to see their next show they hopefully will do very soon. Well done to all of the cast for a fabulous night 👍

Attended the Core Theatre last night for the Old Time Sailors show , wonderful intimate atmosphere comfortable seats and a great view of the stage area, superb acoustics for what was a very lively music based show, this place has a real cosy feel to it, my first time at this location but certainly not my last, highly recommended venue , one minor criticism but no the theatres fault, the lead vocals microphone could have been a touch clearer, teir set up was not as good as it should have been, the venue is great easy parking and reasonable drinks prices well done the Core Theatre

Lovely breakfast/brunch for 7 celebrating my daughter's birthday. Every one of us was defeated by the full English (technically I was defeated trying to finish theirs off.....). You won't discover this place by mistake, as it's in the middle of nowhere, but once in situ we had lovely service and great food. Good choice to suit all dietary requirements. If you're looking for a quality breakfast with a fantastic value for price... this is the place! They offer a perfect variety to choose from, all made with quality ingredients that have been cooked perfectly, all brought to your table with a warming and personalised service. And the coffee.. WOW. Strong, firm and what coffee should always be like. The premises have a gorgeous character of a proper stable farm. They're evolving to open their own bakery soon (which I'm sure will be very promising) and also have their own carpentry with handcrafted shop. There's training and riding which you can enjoy watching with the outdoor sitting area. Will always recommend.. in fact, I'm on my way there again now!

The Regency Hotel in Solihull offers a delightful blend of modern comfort and warm hospitality. Guests can enjoy contemporary rooms and suites, along with a relaxed dining experience at the on-site restaurant. The hotel features excellent amenities, including a fitness center and an inviting indoor pool. During my visit for an afternoon tea event, I was impressed by the well-organized setup that accommodated several large tables, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for socializing.
Absolutely wonderful stay. The receptionist right from the minute I walked thru the door was so welcoming and helpful! The bed was really comfy! Couldn't fault my stay at all it was just lovely.

The rooms are a serious health hazard — the carpets are visibly dirty, the walls are mouldy, and everything smells awful. The glass doors leading outside don’t even close properly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sleep here, not even for free, let alone pay for it. The pub within the hotel itself seems fine, probably renovated recently, and the staff are okay, but that doesn’t make up for how disgusting the accommodation is.
Ljubica M — Google review
I stayed here for three days, and unfortunately, everything went wrong from the moment I arrived. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel had the wrong dates and charged me as if I hadn’t shown up. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom and cleaning services were terrible. My room was never cleaned, and the towels were never replaced. Even after I mentioned it at the reception and specifically asked for clean towels for the next day, nothing was done. I had to go back and insist before they finally provided new ones. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unpleasant — I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding and we were flying from Birmingham airport the day after. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport so it's a perfect distance if you want somewhere comfortable to stay and you have a flight to catch. The rooms were suitable, clean and well put together. The hotel is a little old so the room and grounds reflected that. We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again the night before a flight.

Rooms 224 and 226 were abhorrent!!!! Upon arrival the Hotel looked exactly as the online pictures showed. Once into our rooms .. Gobsmacked was an understatement. Having been told the bedrooms were being renovated .. clearly these 2 rooms had been missed. No welcome Letter, No phone, No hairdryer. Kettle had limescale and the Pat Testing label had been ripped off. Obviously hadn’t been checked for years. Filthy, dirty, dusty, threadbare and stained carpets and holes in the walls. Inside wardrobe filthy, lampshade dented and stained. Curtains falling off and didn’t shut properly. TV would turn on but no chance of turning it off because batteries were dead. Mattress was lumpy and felt every spring and mattress protector was stained. Bathroom dirty … no pedal on the pedal bin. The toilet roll holder was hanging off in one room and the other room there wasn’t one. Extractor in one room but the other room never had one. No plug in the bath and plug (separate) didn’t fit the sink. High pitched noise when sink taps on and the loo didn’t flush properly and had a weird smell. Informed 3x different Receptionist’s … the owners daughter (one of the receptionist’s) couldn’t care less and tried to make me pay £30.00 for parking when in fact it is FREE on the weekend!! 2nd and 3rd Receptionist’s were lovely and very helpful. I was told it was only a 3 star hotel but would love to know what the hell they got the 3 stars for. I was told I was upgraded on arrival .. dread to think what I was upgraded from!!!! I wouldn’t let my Dog (if I had one) stay in these rooms.
Caroline P — Google review
Room was fine. We had to get a family room as doubles had gone. Space was large but very hot. No fan available in the room. Maybe worth investing using the money you gain through extortionate parking charges. I was unaware that booking 3rd party you get charged £10 for 24 hours to use a car park that is only half full. No need to charge guests as amenities are there and available. For that reason alone I doubt I'll use that hotel again. They said they would match price to what I paid through 3rd party, when I told them the price they denied I was telling the truth, until I showed the booking confirmation. I have been to other places for cheaper. Looks pretty but for what you get it wasn't worth the extra messing about.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Absolutely abysmal experience. Horrible staff. I booked a standard room 10 days ago. They first put me into a room which looked like it was out of a murder documentary. Not what I paid for. When I went back downstairs to reception, there was already another couple of customers complaining about their room. I was put into a refurbed room, however the lights didn't work. It was initially fixed but in the morning, no lights were working again and I had to use the bathroom with my phone light. Then the manager, put his hands on me when I went down to complain the next morning!? He threatened me numerous times. This hotel is run to the ground by miserable, pathetic, rude staff.

Wedges Bakery is a delightful spot that combines the charm of a bakery with the comfort of a deli. The array of baked goods is simply irresistible, making it hard to choose just one! From their crispy sausage rolls filled with juicy meat to mouthwatering burgers topped with cheese and onions, every bite is a delight. Their cherry, chocolate, and almond tart is an absolute must-try, while the light and fluffy chocolate muffin rounds out the experience perfectly.
Fantastic bakery and deli! All the baked goods looked amazing and I wanted to try them all. I opted for the sausage roll, burger, cherry, chocolate and almond tart as well as the chocolate muffin. The sasauge roll had a lovely thin crispy pastry with lots of deliciously juicy sausage meat, the ratio was great. The burger was cooked well, tasted fantastic and the cheese and onions topped it off. The tart was to die for and the chocolate muffin was light and fluffy and tasted scrumptious. Everything was amazing!

Lovely local cafe with a bakery shop and cafe serving hot and cold food. Great homely fresh feel, and clearly delivers on freshness and quality. Popular with cyclists. We had a cheese and tomato toastie and a cheese and ham toastie, with a cup of tea and a vanilla latte. Lovely. Latte was self service and wasn't told and sat there with a cup with syrup the assistant left, think the latte was coming and that was to top it up! Duh... Would have helped if the assistant had explained that as the tea came served... Will be going back as a lovely chill out place with lots of British favourites on the menu.

This bakery is a real treat, the service is always good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently lovely, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s such a pleasant experience coming here, and it feels like the team genuinely take pride in what they do. If you're on the hunt for a quick and satisfying meal, Pret A Manger is your go-to spot. This counter-serve chain specializes in ready-made sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, soups, and salads. The atmosphere is generally clean with ample seating available for those who prefer to dine in.

We have been going to Pret Solihull since it opened. We have always welcomed and had good service. The last two weeks we have commented the staff have not been welcoming and verging on unfriendly. We ordered food with our coffees no napkins were offered until I asked we were given two for three of us, so I had to ask for more. The table and tray were dirty and dirty napkins left under our table. When i went to the toilet later the seat was completely wet and water was splattered on the floor. This was unhygienic as I had to clean it up before I could go. I have to say it was the same last week too. Not enough checks made to the facilities. There are so many other places to choose from, so I'll make sure we try somewhere else next week.

Ordered two iced coconut-flavoured coffees, and unfortunately, they were the worst I’ve ever had. There was no trace of coconut flavour, no sweetness, just a bland, watery drink that completely missed the mark. Very disappointing, especially considering how simple this order should have been. The outdoor seating area is pleasant, but sadly, that’s the only positive I can mention. I won’t be returning.

There was space to sit and eat which was clean.

The place is absolutely filthy. Drips down the sides of the tables, seating has old food in the back crease and the floor after the young lady's effort to sweep it was a joke. Who is training these people? The last time I was in there I cleaned my own table with the spray and cloth. It's a shame because it's the only place you can get a good variety of vegan food. please do something.

I wasn't sure if I should write this review as I am regular customer of Pret and I have been visiting Solihull with my family to dine in your Solihull branch. I can say that your Team is great and hardworking, I always receive positive remarks every time I visit, they even remember our drinks orders and offering free babycino for my baby which is a lovely gesture. I visited again on Thursday and witnessed store manager being bullied by someone who seems to work in Pret too but it's hard to say as the male had no uniform, he was around 40 with dark hair. I could see the Team was extremely stressed during his visit he was walking around with manager pointing out something in the fridges, his body language was clearly negative and intimidating I have been working in management Team for years myself and would never treat staff with this kind of attitude . I then witnessed manager crying and being hugged by another member of staff. I'm giving you 1 star review as a lesson to teach you that this kind of attitude towards your staff is unacceptable. Any decent human being would support their staff , shame on you pret

Costa Coffee is a delightful counter-service coffee chain that serves up an array of hot beverages, refreshing iced coolers, and a tempting selection of sweet snacks and sandwiches. The staff at Costa Coffee are truly commendable; they consistently deliver friendly and professional service, going the extra mile to ensure customers enjoy their experience. While the ambiance could benefit from some refurbishment to enhance its appeal, the spacious layout offers a comfortable environment that's surprisingly quiet for a high street café.
Big standard Costa with really nice staff. There is plenty of room and it's not as loud as you would expect from a highstreet coffee house either. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food and drinks were the usual Costa quality, however the service provided by the staff was poor. One drink was left off of the order and the implication was that it was my fault. The coffee was pushed into the takeout tray with no comment and when I thanked the staff member concerned her response was to smirk. She had no concept of customer service. I have previously given this branch good reviews, but this particular team are not an asset to the company.

Nestled in the heart of Seattle, Starbucks Coffee is more than just a coffeehouse chain; it’s a beloved destination for both locals and travelers alike. With its signature roasts and light bites, this cozy spot has been serving up delightful brews for over a decade. After visiting the nearby Christmas market, I found myself reminiscing as I stepped inside. The warm atmosphere instantly enveloped me, enhanced by friendly staff who greeted me with smiles and cheerful comments on my cup—a lovely personal touch!
Memorable experience (21-Dec-24), this shop has been at this location for over a decade, got me nostalgic and had me reminiscing on my visit to the area. Glad I went here after visiting the Christmas market. The lady behind the counter very kindly gave my kids a free chocolate coin each, which was unexpected and generous. The drinks were perfectly crafted, and the staff were all smiles and friendly. Atmosphere in the shop was warm and welcoming. Will always go here whenever I’m in the area, plus Touchwood is nice and cosy. Not overpriced (£3.25 for a Tall latte) it’s fair compared to other coffee shops in the area (Cafe Nero, Costa, and Pret), if you want a cheap coffee while out then make it at home and take it out with you in a flask or go to McDonalds for a vending machine coffee which will set you back £2.19.

Nestled in the heart of Solihull, Frankies Cafe is a delightful spot that promises an unforgettable breakfast experience. With its friendly staff and inviting atmosphere, every visit feels like a treat. The vegetarian breakfast is particularly noteworthy, featuring delicious options like perfectly cooked eggs and beautifully sautéed mushrooms. Guests rave about the rich hot chocolate topped with cream and accompanied by a charming little biscuit—perfect for indulging before or during your meal.
Friendly staff. Lovely food. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and so was the hot chocolate with cream (I chose no marshmallows though with mine) and they put a lovely little biscuit with it. I had 2 hot chocolates (both with a little biscuit included). One pre-breakfast and one to have with the breakfast. I had an option of toast with butter or bread and butter, white or brown bread, too. I chose brown toast with butter. Didn't have to wait too long for breakfast (guessing 10-15 minutes although didn't time it). Greatly recommended

Came in today with some friends, breakfast was nice. Just bit gutted the sausages slightly on a skinny side. Would have liked to have had an option of fried bread. Saying that breakfast was still good. Slice of white chocolate cheesecake was a WOW, gorgeous best i’ve tasted in a long time. Well recommended. Thank you 😎

This is one of my favourite cafes in Shirley. The staff are always so friendly and the food and drinks are really good value. (And the chocolate brownies are the best!)

We came in for breakfast and unfortunately had a very poor experience. My friend, an elderly gentleman, ordered the veggie breakfast. The order was taken incorrectly, and when the plate arrived it was clear it was not vegetarian. He politely asked staff to check, but instead of resolving the issue, they brought over the ticket slip and implied he had been confused, despite the whole table hearing him order a veggie breakfast. He then asked for two veggie sausages (which were not offered in the first place). Rather than just rectifying the mistake, staff made him confirm if he wanted them which of course he did, since he had paid for a vegetarian meal. At that point, he became flustered and embarrassed, and said not to bother anymore. Surprisingly, the plate containing meat was not taken away, and the male owner said to simply cancel the sausages instead of correcting the order. I then asked if he could be offered a free coffee for the trouble. A female staff member told me I shouldn’t have asked, as she was “going to ask anyway” – and then became defensive and hostile, saying I’d made them “look bad.” I found this response both unprofessional and unnecessary. We specifically came here because vegetarian breakfasts are advertised, but the service left us disappointed. A little empathy and accountability would have gone a long way. Shan’t be returning.

Great breakfast bit pricey but don't mind paying for quality. There was 5 members on staff on while I was there so the Customer service impeccable. Food was 9/10. Would go there again.

I visited frankie cafe with my cousin and my son on Tuesday 26th August 2025. Service was fantastic take nothing away from that. But the food I ordered a £9.75 breakfast, who gives Chipotle sausages on a breakfast. The portions of beans and tomatoes where like on kids breakfast, which my son had a kids breakfast and honestly his portion of beans and tomatoes where more then my large breakfast. Banana Milkshake was tasteless. Will definitely not go here again. Better of going to the chippy next door.

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting taste buds for decades. Renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries, this beloved chain offers a quick and satisfying dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a meal on the go or enjoying a casual outing with friends, McDonald's remains a staple in the world of fast food, serving up familiar flavors that many have come to love.
Placed an order via McDonald's app late on Sunday night having just back from holiday. The order was placed at the Warwick Road store. 2 double cheeseburgers were completely missed off my order. Obviously a picking error. Yet to get a reply from Uber or McDonald's some 36 hours later.... Really disappointing. I would expect more care to be taken on delivered orders... Suspect staff were more interested in going home than servicing orders correctly.

Awful service from this branch, would give zero if I could. Ordered 3 fillet (2 meals). Our whole meal was ruined when we got home 2 of the burgers had no fillet in there. Chips had also been mixed so fresh and older chips. Was trying to call the restaurant to complain. I had to prepare a different meal for the evening. As the phone was just calling out from 17:20-19:10. Decided to take a drive out, another inconvenience to complain in store. When I arrived was told She had to speak to someone, when I had asked for a manager. Assistant manager Tabish came out who told me there were crumbs in the boxes so how was there no fish in the burger. Tried to explain 1 burger had fish the other 2 didn’t. I explained to him the burgers has been taken out of the boxes and may have been put back in the box with the burger with the fish. He was having non of it, if he was familiar with his products he would have known the fillet o fish burgers have cheese and melt onto the bread. He was rude and did not want to listen. Who would return food back ans make up a scenario that there were no fish in the burgers. I took the burgers away and said I would return back when a manager is on duty as he was clearly incompetent to deal with the issue with some common sense. These days eating out is a treat for some people and this was our treat ruined and robbed by £16 and a meal ruined is not acceptable. No manners, no accountability and no respect for customers. Whilst I was waiting when I collected my order initially another customer was given wrong ice creams, when I returned back another customer was given a coffee not a hot chocolate. Awful experience will not return here again.

A friend stopped by for a quick meal and was eating his burger in his car, parked in the restaurant’s car park. While still on the premises, he received a parking ticket. The manager assured him it would be taken care of and there was no need to worry. Months later, he was hit with a County Court Judgment and a £300 fine. Extremely disappointing. What should’ve been a quick bite turned into a legal and financial headache.

So the Olton Hollow McDonalds isn’t great. Make sure to take your time and look through your bags before leaving the drive through, even if you have tons of cars behind you. As mad as it may sound, management at the place will literally lie to you if you come back to ask for any missing items. And for some reason we have kept on going back there for several years, as it’s on the way between kids clubs and our home. Every so often there are some food items missing, like some chips or similar. No big deal. I just leave it. However, today they missed off an entire big Mack meal, a portion of fries and a Fanta. First world problems probably :) the Fanta was missed at the order point - communication was tricky due to limited English or inexperience of staff. And I did miss it on the order screen. The chips and the big Mack meal was a bit different however, as I had paid for these and they were in my receipt. After bringing the order back home we realised that food was missing. My family ate what we had in the bags, but felt it was fair to go back to the ‘restaurant’ - is this what McDonalds is?- to make them aware and ask for money back on missing items on the receipt. We asked one staff member about it, who was really nice and apologetic and let her manager know. The manager was a total different kettle of fish. She told me in no uncertain terms that we had been given the entirely order that we had paid for, and that the manager remembered giving us the meal and it had been double checked at the point of handing us the order. So, in other words, saying I am liar and that I was there to get free food… , I found this somewhat insulting. And surprising. Also, the resentment in the managers face and voice was something I haven’t experienced before. Did she have a bad day? It felt really strange to me. Anyhow, the manager did offer to give me a free big Mack meal.. So there is that, just to make things less embarrassing. Anyhow, not feeling great about the situation or wanting to take ‘freebies’, I left. Didn’t want to spend another second in there. Petty dire experience. Cannot say that I can recommend this place. Go somewhere else guys 👍🏻

Food is always cold, usually has stuff missing. don't bother ordering online at all its just utter disappointment when/if it eventually arrives and to try and phone them is impossible, even if after the 20th call u do get through it someone snooty and unbothered on the line who then hangs up on you when you ask ware your food is or say things are missing, the phone line is rubbish too. I know its fast food and not to expect amazing things but you’d at least expect better than this

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, The Picnic Basket is a must-visit. On my first trip there, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent prices and high-quality food. The service was friendly and efficient, with my meal arriving hot and quickly. I indulged in their belly buster breakfast, which truly lived up to its name—definitely worth every bite! The café itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Really nice cafe. Came here to have a breakfast with my laptop and get some work done. The staff were friendly, the food arrived promptly and was hot and tasty. I went for the belly buster breakfast with a pot of tea. Staff asked if I had any allergies which was appreciated and the staff can be seen in the open kitchen preparing and wearing hairnets etc. After enjoying my breakfast and working for a while I decided to have another cup of tea in the lovely garden to the rear. Only slight downside was the key to the toilet wasn't available when I asked and when I was in the garden I didn't want to leave my laptop to ask at a later point. Really great experience though, thank you.

Just visited this cafe. Three people doing something out the back, rang their bell, nothing, caught a staff members eye and was totally ignored. Stood there for a few minutes and I wasn't until I said I'll take my money elsewhere that one of them actually acknowledged my existence. Nestled in Bentley Heath, Dark Horse Espresso Bar has transformed into a delightful coffee haven that’s worth a visit. Once struggling with staff turnover and a lackluster atmosphere, this charming café has made a remarkable comeback. With an impressive new selection of high-quality coffee and pastries sourced from top suppliers, it now boasts an inviting ambiance where customers can unwind. The baristas are not only skilled but also passionate about their craft, ensuring each cup is rich and smooth.
Always 5 stars! Staff are so friendly and the kids love the children’s hot chocolate. Milkshakes are perfect. Dog friendly too!

So so grateful to have this lovely cafe on our doorstep. We're not particularly big coffee drinkers as a family, but this is our go-to place whenever we have a craving for coffee or just want somewhere to chill out for a bit. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and the staff are really friendly and evidently very experienced with their craft - I don't think I've ever had a coffee I wasn't pleased with! Plus, the pastries and toasties are wonderful - we usually always buy one of the brownies which are wonderfully soft and gooey on the inside, and the toasties are nicely warmed up for you before being served :) A special shout-out to Gina who served us on our most recent visit in August - apologies for writing this so late Gina, but thank you so much, you were so friendly and the coffees and hot chocolate were really delicious!

The coffee is exceptional – rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. You can tell the beans are top quality, and the baristas really know their craft. The new manager has clearly raised the bar, not just with the drinks, but with the service too. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great customer experience. Highly recommended – this place has seriously leveled up!

It’s great to see that Dark Horse is getting back to its previous high standards. In the last two years it had really lost its way, with high turnover of largely apathetic staff, and the atmosphere of a business dying on its a£se. They’ve revamped, with a great new brand of coffee - amongst the best in the Solihull area - a new high quality pastries supplier, and two new vibrant, knowledgeable members of staff. I’m glad to say it’s been a delight to come back here once again.

What a lovely cafe. The owner was chatty and charming. The coffee was prepared with care, using an awesome setup: La Marzocco Linea Classic espresso machine and Vittoria Arduino grinder. Nice breakfast and great service from the male owner when he was there. BUT the young girl serving was very slow and as miserable as anything and if the server from the kitchen walked any slower she'd be asleep. Great cafe, great owner, but it needs new staff who want to be there and who have an ounce of customer service.

A wonderful and thriving coffee shop, always busy from dawn till dusk, with lots of tables there’s ale seats available though. Dog friendly which is a huge plus for me, they even do a doggie Frappuccino to keep your four legged friends tail wagging. The perfect spot to relax alone or meet up with friends. I recommend you bring an appetite as the food is delicious. And the deserts are to die for. Finally there is ample parking, just avoid school leaving time as spaces are hogged by parents collecting children from the nearby school and play school.

Ordered a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets meal from McDonald’s via Deliveroo and I couldn’t believe what I found when I opened the box — one of the nuggets had already been bitten into. Not broken or damaged during delivery — actually bitten. Totally unacceptable. The box looked sealed from the outside, so I don’t even know where this happened — at the restaurant or during delivery — but either way, this is a massive hygiene and food safety issue. It’s honestly disgusting and made me question what’s going on behind the scenes. I’ve attached photos as proof — this isn’t just a missing item, it’s tampered food. Really disappointed and shocked. This needs to be looked into properly. Not okay at all.

Disappointed with Portion Sizes and Service My recent visit to the Solihull branch left a lot to be desired. First, the self-order machines weren’t printing receipts - a basic but important function, especially if there are issues with an order. I ordered a medium meal, but the fries looked more like a small portion. The carton was barely filled, and it felt like I got the last scraps from the bottom of the fryer. Not what you'd expect when paying for a medium. To top it off, I paid an extra 80p for a milkshake, expecting the full 400ml as advertised. Instead, the cup was noticeably underfilled - around 2cm below the line it should have reached. This isn’t about nitpicking - it’s about getting what you pay for. Please don’t shortchange your customers. I didn’t partially pay, so I shouldn’t receive a partially measured meal. To make matters worse, there were no tissues available and I had to walk back to the counter to ask for some. That said, credit where it’s due: the staff were polite and served quickly - 5 stars there. Just a shame the food quality and setup didn’t match the standard of the team.

They made a burger and everything was outside it, so i went to ask them to change it, 3 times they gave the same touched burger. The guy that i told this too said itll be done in a moment, and then he went to go make it, the same way again, new paper, same burger, same way of the sauce being outside the burger. The classical music will make you cry and fall asleep as the chili sauce drips down your fingers, while you eat the burger that has been manhandled 3 continuous times.

Food is okay, nothing special but decent enough for a quick snack. Trying to customise an order is a complete waste of time. After waiting for over 10 minutes for my order, when i finally got it, they got the order the wrong way round! I ordered a big mac with NO PICKLES and EXTRA LETTUCE, but got EXTRA PICKLES (5 in total) and NO LETTUCE! It would have been easier to order it as it comes, and pick off the pickles myself. Don't think i will be a regular here, especially as there's a Burger King just down the street.

Their muffin, hash brown and cappuccino (though no free refills) are so much better than another chain pub restaurant. Will definitely go there again for breakfast/brunch. I have to amend my 5-star review because of a rude staff member who impolitely blamed us for not putting the number plate for the table service in a place where she could see. It was early in the morning and there were literally just 2 tables (including ours) occupied in the inner part of the restaurant. If she could not see the number plate (which was actually put on the table) she could not blame the customers. Did you expect your customers to put the number plates above their heads?? Besides, I've not been able to get receipts from the machine for quite a long while.

I recently learned about this establishment from someone and decided to give it a try. The breakfast they serve is absolutely delightful, with a great taste and a clean, tidy interior. Despite its small size, the cafe provides a quiet atmosphere. While the prices are slightly higher than average, considering the location it is quite reasonable. I would definitely visit again as I enjoy supporting local businesses whenever possible.
I had heard about this place from someone recently. So I thought and go and try it out. What a delightful breakfast they serve. Tasted great and the location was clean and tidy inside. It only has 6 tables inside but it was quiet when I visited. Prices are more than your average cafe but given the area it is in it is very reasonable. Definitely would visit again and of course I very much like supporting local businesses where I can. The alternative was Costa Coffee in Knowle nearby. Glad I made the trek up to Hampton-in-Arden. The shop next to this had a good selection of local produce and goods to choose from to. If your driving here parking is limited though the pub car park is a short walk from it 2 minutes away. 👌☺️

Just popped in for breakfast after they have reopened the sit-in dining. The arrangements are great, feels safe. Airy, social distanced seating, track and trace in place, good hygiene practices. Had a full english breakfast which was cooked with quality ingredients and plentiful. Proper coffee too. Great place, highly recommend.

Nice little cafe. The food is good if a bit pricey. Nice atmosphere 👌 people coming and going are friendly, always ready to chat. Dogs welcome as well which is nice...

My new favourite sandwich shop. Really decently priced for fresh handmade sandwiches with almost any filling you could want. My particular fave is the Club - definitely get it toasted too. If you’re in Hampton in Arden or just travelling nearby, this place will sort your breakfast and lunch needs.

Great little cafe. Pleased I avoided food at Euston on my early journey to Hampton in Arden as now enjoying a freshly cooked bacon bap.

I had coffee a few times at Esquires Coffee, and the taste is truly unique and enjoyable—likely due to it being organic and fair trade. I also had breakfast there with my family. We ordered two Vegetarian Full Breakfasts, the Very Berry Pancakes, and the Egg Royale. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. My kids also tried the Mango & Dragon Fruit smoothie and the Vanilla Matcha shake—they loved the taste of both drinks.

I had the hot chocolate coffee at Esquires and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect blend of rich cocoa and smooth espresso. The staff were super friendly and the place had a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quality drinks and great service!

Popped in spur of the moment as seen it was newly opened. Had full English the tomatoes n sausage were hot the rest Luke warm. Also had scrambled eggs on sourdough also cold 1st slice able to cut 2nd tough as old boots. Took a while for drink to be bought over and place wasn’t busy. Server asked if he could help so husband said yes n started to order and was asked to go over to till for order to be taken but strange. Also ask for sugar was told it was opposite us when I fact it was behind the wall. No body there asking if everything was ok with food or to say goodbye thanks for coming very poor service in all for a first and maybe last visit.

We attended Esquires on the first day that it opened, and we were very impressed. The pulled pork sandwich and pancakes were delicious. The portion sizes were decent and quite filling. The customer service was brilliant, especially Anushka, who was very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be regulars.

Lovely fresh bagels and sourdough breads. Coffee excellent Maybes to speed up delivery table numbers on the table, over giving a number at counter. Big thanks to the team and lovely venue

I visited Esquires coffee shop with my family and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in the service was warm, friendly and efficient. The coffee was absolutely amazing- smooth and perfectly brewed. We ordered a variety of different lunches and each one was delicious, fresh and well presented. A very relaxing atmosphere and very attentive staff. Highly recommend!

Tesco Cafe is a delightful spot that has become a favorite for many families, including one visitor who recently shared their experience. While the introduction of ordering via screens posed challenges for some, especially those with visual impairments or cash preferences, the overall atmosphere remains warm and inviting. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The cafe boasts a clean and tidy environment that's perfect for enjoying delicious meals like their highly recommended grain bowls or perfectly cooked eggs.
The staff who served in the cash counter and put the breakfast to my table was very polite and friendly. I felt very welcomed in the cafe.

They can't cook bacon. I was served cold and under cooked bacon. It literally looked like it had gone in the microwave for 30 seconds from raw. They replaced it and the young lad clearing tables was helpful and apologetic but to get something so simple so wrong isn't acceptable.
Caspa F — Google review
Definitely recommend the grain bowls as a filling meal. Food was delivered hot just took some time but I think that was due to lack of staff as they were lovely but just seemed worked off their feet.
Patricia L — Google review
Very friendly, great staff. Always welcoming and helpful. The food is tasty, quick and hot. Love there cappuccinos and cake. The cafe is spotless, clean and tidy. Nice and warm on these cold wintery days. Plus I can plug my phone to charge and browse the Internet in comfortable surroundings while enjoying the food and drink.

My wife and myself and my son and his partner have used this cafe many times only to find or our visit this week that you now have to use a screen to order food. As a partially sighted person this was extremely difficult for me, Also my son does not use plastic cards but uses cash which presented another difficulty. So it took us ages as a party of 4 to order what we wanted. I have done consultancy work for AgeUk and there are about 3 million people over 65 in the uk who do not have or cannot use a smartphone and I fall into the latter category. AgeUk are petition the Government on this matter. There are other categories of disability which rules out people using a smartphone so about 7% of the population cannot use one. On the tables there was a notice requesting feed back with a QR code which none of us could use. I did notice there were less elderly customers than previously which may be related to the changed method of ordering food -s you are losing customers in my view/ As a party we have no complaints about the food
