The service and food were both great. Not from New York, but they represent in a positive way very well. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. The deli has a long list of bakery delights. I recommend this location and restaurants. You can also get the food to go and they give you a free piece of cheesecake. The food here is amazing! If you're a fan of New York deli sandwiches, this place is a must-try. I'm surprised by the low rating—it's definitely underrated. We ordered the NY Skyhigh Sandwich and the Brisket Dinner, and both were excellent. The dessert was also delicious. Highly recommend, you'll love it

Great service not only from our waitress but every person who walked by. I ordered a Reuben and had to remove some of thr meat just to fit it in my mouth! Good thing I didn't order the Empire State Stacker like my partner did. Twice the size of my Sammie. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer (three of us dining) and there were still a couple on the plate when we finished eating. We all brought half our sandwich and side home. Sides were all delicious. Potato salad, cole slaw and pasta salad were our choices. Upon heading out, I then, of course, had to stop in the bakery connected to the restaurant. I was drooling looking at the beautiful offering. My next visit I will stop in there first and buy a whole orange creamsicle cake. Just thought I'd try something different.😄

Conveniently on a main avenue of approach, specifically U.S. Hwy 19 north, is this New York style deli and bakery. The menu had various choices of appetizers, sandwiches, and sides that you would want in this kind deli. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The portions were generous. They had alot of bread choices for sandwiches. I had the standard reuben, however, they provided the dressing on the side which not practical because it is difficult opening the sandwich to put the dressing on. The melted cheese gave me fits! I had coleslaw that was ok. I ordered Ice Tea and it was not very good. It had no flavor. The food came out very quick and it was very good. The service I received from my waitress was outstanding. She was polite, friendly, and she was extremely knowledgeable of the entire menu. I feel that this is a great place for this kind of food. I recommend that you try this place to explore a new favorite!

Wonderful eatery with so much nostalgia of NYC!! 🗽🇺🇸 and then there is the food!! OMTastebuds what a delight, burgers were so good and flavorful. Hubby had the Reuben with potato salad and it was foodgasmic. Do your taste buds a favor and stop here! Oh yes; the bakery!!! So many many choices and everything looks so picture perfect. Have the coconut cake 🤤

Mix ratings for this restaurant. Service was awesome. Waitress was very efficient on all aspects. I got a Uncle Philly sandwich which have very good flavor but size was small for $19, found it's not worth it. My wife got the Hot Pastrami large portion and flavor and size were very good. There was a small cheesecake included which flavor and texture was extraordinary. That desert got me into buying ~ $60 in the bakery (pictures will tell you how appealing it looks), and that is where the problem started. Took them home and these are the results: Tiramisu was a total fiasco and throw it to garbage; Chocolate Cigar was tasteless and also throw it away; Mini Key Lime which is priced $8 same a large portion was average in flavor but small portion is not worth the $. Did ordered cheesecakes and those were very good. Overall the food is good but overpriced food options, and the only desert worth getting is the NYC cheesecake.

Place has gone down hill since first time I went 5-6 years ago. There's a large sign just beyond the entrance that talks about how they have eliminated dinner rolls and the slice of cheesecake due in an effort to hold prices down, all while somehow improving the quality of their meats. Perhaps this is true, but I couldn't tell a difference. The Turkey Reuben was ok, but not worth the price. The blackened chicken avocado salad was quite disappointing, flavorless (particularly considering the chicken was supposedly blackened, and that I had bleu cheese dressing) and at a price of twenty dollars! The bakery looks amazing, including the astronomical prices. I'm not sure where else to get a good deli sandwich, but I'll look for other options!

Great place to grab takeout or sit and enjoy a cocktail at the bar and have apps or dinner. It is usually crowded because it is located in Innisbrook Golf and Resort. Nice place for a sit down meal too! Soups of the day are extraordinary!!!!

Stopped in for a few beers at the bar and enjoyed the three cheese appetizer which was huge and served the two of us with plenty to spare. Bartender Jay did a great job keeping things moving. Took our drinks out back and sat on patio to relax at sunset.

Great food and service. Google Maps and OpenTable have the wrong address. This restaurant is located inside the Osprey Clubhouse on Millridge Road, overlooking the South Course at the Innisbrook Resort. It’s the main building where visitors check in, and you have to pass through a resort security checkpoint. There’s a breakfast and to-go side, right next to the main bar and dining room which is open for lunch and dinner.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This food was the worst my wife and I have ever eaten. Super salty and pure disgusting. I had to go to a wellness centre to get an IV today because of how disgusting I felt from this food. How it’s open I have no idea. Everyone should run far and hard.

A sweet local cafe with a tasty breakfast. Inside or outside seating is available for your comfort. It was a lovely day, so the porch or picnic areas were both comfortable. The macadamia nut sauce was excellent on the pancakes! Thanks for recommending. 👍🏼

This place is such a gem. Stopped on a Sunday morning on the way back inland, expecting a casual bite. But we got so much more!!! This food was so good and homemade. Even the sausage is made in-house! We had breakfast and lunch foods on the table and they all were delicious. Plenty of vegetarian and GF options too!Even the simple and easy breakfast sammy was made with so much love and care. Our table also split a slice of carrot cake and wow wow wow wow wow. But the real best part was the incredibly kind folks who work here. Not only was all of our food thoughtfully made with love, but we were treated so warmly. It was like walking into your best friend's house. We laughed at how the sign said "hugs".... But we did actually get hugs!!!! So if you're in the area and are looking to eat good food from good people, please stop here for breakfast or lunch!!

We rented the garden space and catered from Ohana for my daughters 8th Birthday party.The party, the venue and food was a big success! Everyone had an amazing time! Thank you Ohana💕

The place looks great from the outside, the inside area is very small. We stayed more than 45 mins to be served. I got the Pancit, it was horrible!! The macaroni that comes with it, is cold and has a mix of onion taste along with mayonnaise. We also got the veggie burger, it comes with ohana slaw; the salad looks very old and tastes really bad, check the picture. I had very high expectations for this place based on the reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

When you walk in they say, Aloha! You have two choices you can sit and look over the menu then order up front or order right away when you're ready. Once you order up front the server brings out your drinks then food. Pretty simple and cozy, the food is delicious; I've been waiting to come here for a while. Last time I came was last year, and I've been coming here since 2016. They moved locations last year and I like that it's smaller and more family friendly. I also love the traditional Hawaiian music.

Cute cafe, omelet was perfect- fluffy and cooked for optimum flavor. Potatoes tender and creamy. Will be back.😁

A really good option for breakfast. Our meals were cooked as expected. Our server was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend. Everyone around us seemed happy with the food and service. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Stopped in Flapjacks Pancake House for the first time this morning and had a great experience!! Was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Had no wait and was able to choose where I would like to sit which was nice. My server, Stephanie was absolutely fantastic in her service for the entire duration of my dining time!!! She helped make menu recommendations which was excellent!!! I ordered one of the specials, the Supreme Omelette with home fried potatoes, side of sourdough toast & side of grits. The omelette was delicious and served hot!! Flavor of the food was excellent as well!!! Grits were perfect too!!! Looking forward to checking them out again sometime for some additional menu choices!! Kudos to the kitchen staff for doing an excellent job on the food!!!

I actually like this place. I’m writing this as I had a pick up order that was greatly messed up. I ordered the smoke pastrami Sandwhich to go so I could eat for dinner. I just opened it up. No sauerkraut , no Swiss cheese. Just meat and bread. I’m writing this as I’d like a refund or some credit so when we go back, I can use that credit to allow your cooks to redeem themselves. I’ll happily erase this review once resolved.

The food was good, plentiful, and servers were attentive, and quick. My only complaint was that my omelette could have used less time being cooked. I appreciated the server asking if my husband wanted spicy mustard with his kielbasa, and rye bread. It's Guldens, but at least they had an option.

Had a delicious veggie omelet. We kept on saying how everything is so fluffy - omelet, biscuit, pancakes. Very good portion left 1/3 to take home, home fries were good along with the pancakes. Happy that we were able to choose between pancakes or toast with our omelet. As for the people i with was, The country omelette was great and they did not have an option of pancakes or toast but rather they were given a biscuit and home fries were in the omelet, not as a side like the other omelets. The Mexican omelette was great and not spicy. We all recommend our meals. Why I took off a star - was how hot inside the restaurant was. There was actually had air inside …? Just the fans on the ceiling (not many) and 2 standing fans no where near our table. Had to wait until my food was essentially cold to eat because of how hot I was (and I’m someone who enjoys the heat..).

Let me start by saying this business and owners went above and beyond. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing but how the owners stepped up, I have never seen. While at breakfast, a tow company came to tow our boat and my son-in-laws truck. The driver came to the restaurant to have them moved. By the time the owner came to our table to tell us and we went outside, it was already hooked up. No chance to move it but the tow truck driver said he’d drop it for $285. Did he think we were idiots? That money was going in his pocket. We got our truck and boat back. The owners were amazing. They felt so bad that they offered to pay the money we gave the driver! Who would do that? No one I know. If you want a great meal, good service and amazing owners, Flap Jacks is the place to go hands down..

The Carne Asada hash on their summer menu was fantastic! The steak was very tender, and I loved that they actually made the potatoes crispy and cooked the shallots well. Yum! And they always have the nicest servers😊🙌

I ordered a half Ham + Gruyère sandwich and this is what I got in my delivery order. First, the obvious, I only got one slice of bread? I’m so confused. Did they think a half sandwich meant only one piece of bread? Also, why is the ham just chunks thrown onto it when the photos shows a thin sliced ham? Not worth the $15 for the half sandwich and soup combo. Disappointed. Giving 3 stars cause at least the rest of the order appears right.

We love it here! Everytime the food is delicious. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. We love Alexis and Cherie most but the other servers are just as nice. Management always comes and talks with us. Leftovers are also delish! Stacy&Bill

Another, not surprising, wonderful meal. Came a little later than usual and ordered lunch instead of breakfast. Great decision. Had the Ham & Gruyere sandwich and the tomato basil soup. Sandwich was perfectly grilled and plentiful and the soup was warm, not scalding, and the basil was tasteful but not overpowering. I'd definitely order this again.

Husband and I were in the area for a golf tournament at Innisbrook resort and decided to stop here for a late breakfast on our way back to the other side of the state. The ratings/reviews don't lie! They earn it. First, the service was excellent. Our server was very attentive. We sat at a table with a full view of the kitchen and we actually talked about how the staff had such a good vibe. They all looked professional yet casual/relaxed and seemed to have consistent positive energy. (Not that I expect servers to be painfully happy all the time or whatever, but you know what I mean.) Second, and most important, the drinks and food were top notch, Honestly I was a little worried when it came out because they aren't as piled up as your typical cheap American diner but it was perfect. We still left stuffed. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and "million dollar" bacon and I had the mushroom and swiss omelet with a glass of "purple haze." I originally wanted to try the citrus hibiscus punch but they were out. Happy mistake because it was the most delicious drink I've ever had in my life. I took a picture of the ingredients to try and make it at home. 100/10 would recommend. We will be back if we are in the area again!

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s “Strawberry Shortcake” themed birthday party and it was beautiful and absolutely delicious. The owner was very kind and accommodating in making us exactly what we showed him in our reference pictures. All of our guests were raving about the cake and how delicious it was. We will definitely be getting another cake from Sweet Caroline’s!

Wow! This place is great. 🤤 best quiche I’ve ever had thus far in life. The hashbrown casserole was very tasty. I had unsweet tea with a little raspberry and it was light and wonderful. The noise level is a bit loud in here- some sound panels could go a long ways in here. There’s indoor and outdoor seating so I’ll probably do outdoor seating next time. The pastries are so beautiful and delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

A client purchased thank you cupcakes and hands down the best cupcakes we’ve had. You get them from grocery stores and the icing is overly sweet and other shops are not sweet at all. Sweet Caroline’s has mastered the perfect balance. All future celebrations we will be buying from sweet Caroline’s

What a great breakfast spot. Absolutely love coming here, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff is wonderful as well. This is our go to spot for brunch, any day of the week. We are definitely regulars here and bring all of our friends.

They have the BEST cupcakes EVER!!! Also lots of options for vegans and there are plenty of options for gluten free as well. They all taste so good! The pesto panini I had was amazing as well. Amazing people and amazing food!

Chicken salad was a disappointment. I used to get container of chicken salad every time I wanted to treat myself. Chicken very dry and tough. Huge pieces of chicken left uncut and not creamy and lightly sweet like it used to be. Instead watery with tough chicken. Crossiant was left unwrapped and thrown on top of container in bag, so dry and hard. Not my usual experience at Sweet Caroline's. Disappointed. Lots of people so I'm sure someone was good with their experience.

Delicious food for a snack anytime. I’ve been here several times and tried a variety of different dishes. Never been disappointed. Food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The sticky buns and hot cross buns or two of my favorites. And the lattes are made to perfection. So if you’re looking for a snack in you’re in the area, I highly recommend you swing by Sweet Caroline’s bakery and café and give it a shot.

You wouldn't expect it walking in from the outside, but the decor is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted immediately by the owner, who was very personable and down to earth. He also came later to check on our meal, which was a first for me in many years. It's very impressive and speaks volumes for the establishment. Our service was very friendly, prompt, and full of smiles. Our meals were cooked promptly to perfection and very satisfying. Even the baby ate his whole plate, which he usually doesn't do. This may just hit the top of our list of favorite places for a Sunday brunch.

Went Sunday 3/26 with friends. No wait to get seated. Server showed up immediately & got drink orders. Came back shortly & we ordered. Food came out quickly. We had the croissant egg sandwich, eggs Florentine, Monte Cristo omelet & egg sandwich on an everything bagel. All was delicious! Very fair pricing. Very clean! Friendly staff! Very much recommend

Really cool spot, lots of room, and great atmosphere. Incredible donut selection! - also tried breakfast and the lox bagel (everything bagel, cream cheese, capers, onions, tomatoes) was enormous and well made. Side rooms have ping pong and games and for family, and they have their own ice cream shop. Will DEFINITELY be back to try other donuts and food in the future. Must try!

Wow! It's a Donut wonderland... What an awesome entry and store front! I was amazed and inside was warm welcoming and wonderful. We were greeted right away. Our order was taken and we enjoyed every bite. We had the small apple ftitter, it had actual apple chunks. The creamfilled peanut butter fluff oh my stars! Tasted so good it was like going on a rocketship ride to out of this world. Death by chocolate was was down right sinful! I enjoyed being a sinner. 😊☺️☺️. Ok just joking it was all so heavenly and I enjoyed our sweet trip into this cosmic universe of donuts. They have a private room I want a donut party what a great room with games and a ping pong table. How fun. Check it out hope you like it as much as we did.

Came across this gem while attending an improv class. Oh my goodness, so glad I did. I brought home 4 awesome donuts to share with my hubby = Boston creme, whipped cream filled, Reese's and a Samoa, each delightful and delicious in their own way. Now, they were a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for, which is why i gave 5 stars. The chocolate icing was perfect, the cream and custard fillings on point and overall not greasy. Can't wait to go back and try more. They also have a great coffee bar and breakfast/ lunch menus, it's worth the visit. Get here. Eat great donuts and more. Be happy.

I have been frequenting Cosmic Donuts in Palm Harbor for a while now and I applaud them for their delicious donuts and other food items. Cosmic Donuts is not just a place; it's a destination. Not only is it a great place to meet clients, indulge in a treat or otherwise hang out, but they frequently have a variety of entertainment to enjoy. The staff are all super-friendly and helpful. Cosmic Donuts is just a fun, feel-good place that truly values your business.

Needed dinner for kids in a pinch so we stopped by this chick fil a. So sad by their quality. Not sure if it’s across the board but the sizes are small and taste went along with it. The chicken patty for my daughter sandwich was as thin as the bun it was on. Very sad to see and honestly not worth the cost anymore.

This Chick Fil A is a hit or miss. Honestly, the most disappointing Chick-Fil-A I have been too. Go to the Countryside one or Oldsmar. Not worth the conveince. Sometimes the people taking your order act if you are an inconvience to their personal conversations or time. I do understand these are young kids. But have had good consistent service at all other Chick Fil A's. I got a burrito with only two hasbrowns that unrolled. They have given me minimal fries before. & they were not busy.

This location hires the most incompetent people. It sucks because this was the best location for a long time, and is the most convenient location for my family and I, but over the last couple of years it has really gone downhill. We frequent here 1-2 times a week and I should not have to check my order before leaving, every single time. When I say there is something wrong with every order, I'm not exaggerating. In the past month, I ordered inside and it was close to empty. I watched my order sit there for several minutes while the employees AND the manager were all joking and messing around. I watched an employee order food while I was waiting and he received his quickly, while mine continued to sit there. We went through the drive thru for dinner last week, spending $56. My grilled chicken club was missing the bacon, our pretzel cheddar club came with American cheese, we were missing a regular chicken sandwich, and the other chicken sandwich was missing pickles....come on now. This morning we grabbed breakfast, my chicken scramble bowl didn't come with salsa, and the parfait was missing the granola. This place is a joke. I have called and spoken with the manager in the past and I have emailed corporate also. Clearly they don't care because nothing has changed, in fact, I think it has just gotten worse. We will no longer be spending our money here and if we want Chick fil a, I guess we will be going out of our way to go to a different location. This place has become a McDonald's.... if you know what I mean.

I’m not one to make bad reviews but today I sat parked in the drive through for over 25 mins and I have proof it’s 25 mins because my car tells me how long I was in it and I live less than two minutes away from Chick-fil-A. All of this was for two kids meals, and one normal meal just saying was a bit ridiculous.

In the 6 years that I have lived in Palm harbor, I can't remember having a bad experience at Chick fil A Palm Harbor. Today broke the trend. Trash cans overflowing, no paper towel in the mens restroom and that was before we got to the food. We waited over 30 mins for our order before I eventually went to the counter to find out where it was. My kid was tired and hungry and it was getting late. Apparently they had lost our order. They brought it over 5 mins later but my meal was incorrect. I patiently waited for the correct meal only to be brought another meal but this time missing...the chicken!! At that point I had lost my appetite and my patience, declined the 3rd try for a meal and just asked for a refund. They refunded my credit card but not the gift card that I had also used to purchase it with. Highly disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer service from the female manager on duty.

Picked up catered food for 3 yr old's birthday party on Saturday. Place was jamming when I arrived for 0945 time. There were x2 long lines for drive thru & busy inside (people at tables & counters) but I was able to to catch the eye of a multitasking staff member who went to back to retrieve the catered order...fruit platter & finger sandwiches. I was in & out in 5 minutes & all the food was a hit at the party. 😀

I don't know how, but there always seems to be an issue or a miscommunication every time I place a order. Either they are too busy and after a long wait the order comes out wrong forcing you to wait even longer to correct it, or the person standing in the drive thru doesn't check you in correctly and you have to wait at the side for them to make your order after you make it all the way through. This time, there was no one at the speaker so I continued and check in with the people at the end only to find that they can't find my name on the list (even though it's there, because they eventually found it) and have me hold up the line for minutes before once again telling me to park at the side. For such a booming restaurant, I expect them to have this stuff down, but I consistently experience issues.

I placed an online order for a maple French toast bagel w/ honey almond shmear, a Maplehouse egg sandwich, and 2 coffees today. I placed the order about 25 minutes before I arrived to the store, and it wasn't ready until 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.. then when I arrived home, I found that both the bagel and the sandwich were BURNT to a crisp. Inedible. Tried to call the store multiple times to rectify the issue and no one answered.

5/3/25: UPDATE: I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond to my concerns. They not only put the cost of the poorly made drink into my account, but they doubled the cost and then some! I'm looking forward to returning to this location to try the chai tea latte again - and a bagel with cream cheese! I'm hoping both are delicious! 5/2/2 5 Original review: I met my girlfriend here for a drink. I usually go to Starbucks. I ordered a large chai tea latte. I was going to ask for almond milk. But NOT for $1.10 extra. I got it 20 minutes later. After I asked for it. It was cold inside, and my friend wanted to sit outside. Both areas were adequate. But a gentleman was outside, proselytizing to a young man. He was loud enough that I did NOT want to listen. My friend enjoyed her bagel & cream cheese. But my large chai tea latte should NOT have been served. It had sludge on the top so I mixed it up. Then it was on the bottom. It tasted grainy, and the sludge was undrinkable. I took it to the cashier who referred me to the manager standing nearby, listening. Supposedly the machine was broken and steamed milk was burned. I threw it out. What else could I do?!?!? It should never have been served. I should have been offered a replacement drink or a credit. Totally unsatisfactory.

I gave an overall three review because during the week the staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. I was just there Sunday and my usual tasty turkey didn’t even have half the meat in it & very little cream cheese. The staff looked exhausted and weren’t personable. They didn’t seem to know their job. I also used to get a muffin with my tasty turkey sandwich. I was told today apparently they stopped that and a dill pickle a few years ago. So disappointing. I’ll try them again during the week, but never on a weekend, due to the weekend staff.

Picked up bagels on a Friday am. Maybe 7 very unfriendly staff. Didnt have many flavors - blueberry, pumpkin. Very limited . Staff never greeted or acknowledged for a few. Not crowded. Do better pls

It's always a hit or miss at this place. My bagels weren't toasted correctly I guess because they weren't fully cooked. There was barely any cheese on them too. I hesitate to make a stop because I feel like I'm going to waste my money. I gave 3 stars because there were times when the bagels were outstanding and the service was awesome.

Normally, when I come to a Einstein Bagels they order at the area you can see the bagels, they decided let's do the opposite and ask them at the register what you want and not see what's available. So I ask the young lady at the cash register do you want to walk with me to the bagels or should I yell them out loud. (Problem 1) She asked if I wanted them cut, yes, did they do it, no. (Problem 2) When they called me to pick up the order they said it so quickly like i had to teleport in front of him as soon as he said my name. (Problem 3) Not sure if I'm getting older and experiencing the new generation dilemma or our education system is failing the young adults in critical and creative thinking skills.

The girl cannot hear. We had to come back because our order was put in the system wrong. Cold bagel sandwhich. We came back for our missing bacon and no one except the nice blonde girl came to help. Which btw she had just clocked in. Meanwhile everyone else saw us and didn’t even bother asking if we have been helped. Also, when we asked for our bacon which BTW we paid for -_- they gave it to us cold. Terrible. Service.

I’ve gone to dunkin 3 times in the past month and each time the order was messed up. today i ordered the meal deal with a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel without cheese. there was cheese. i also ordered an iced coffee with carmel cream and cold foam. there was no cold foam. why am i paying extra for something and them not even giving me it. my sister picked up the order so she didn’t even realize it was messed up until home but there’s a reason dunkin is considered garbage compared to the rest of the coffee world.

I dont know the girls name but just about every one of them who work around 2-3pm are the sweetest! I come often so they do recognize my order which I also appreciate so much! I have terrible experiences every time I am at the Tarpon Springs US 19 location, so highly recommend to give the ladies at palm harbor the extra couple minutes of a drive to get a great experience!

2 stars because the morning staff is amazing but if you wanna go past 4pm, be prepared to have cold food, drinks with random things floating in them, or to not be served because they take the liberty to close an hour or more early. Door says 8pm but if you walk up at 7:15pm they are gone. This is not a 1 time occasion for an emergency either. This has happened about 5 times now. Night staff is not friendly, throws food out window and doesnt even get orders right, and doesnt work the full shift. Should just change hours of operation bc at this point no one works past 7pm anyway. Again, morning staff are nice and always get the order out fast and hot. If theres a wait, they communicate well and still work fast! Morning staff is only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. I hope the management see this and talks to the night people.

Shoutout to the Palm Harbor Dunkin’ team! I had my drink made incorrectly at another location, so I stopped by Palm Harbor to see if they could help. Without hesitation, they remade the drink and were so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days — friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for turning my day around!

They have great iced coffees just make sure they leave it on the blender long enough the chop up all the ice!

Wonderful experience, I have been to many Starbucks in this country, driving from Florida to California, Floria to New York and yes, this is one of my favorite places to work on my interior design projects and also enjoy the pleasant climate and great service. But here at the Clearwater location exceeded my expectations when for the first time an attendant called Briana offered me a sample coffee and to all the other customers in the store, below is a photo. It was delicious and also made me want to come back to this place more often. Congratulations to those involved, God bless you.

I stopped by for the new blue summer drink and it was so refreshing and fun to drink. It has delicious popping beads that pop in your mouth, super sweet! The gentleman with long hair who took my order was so awesome. I wish I got his name, but he was the first Starbucks employee to ever ask me if I wanted to use my points to get this drink free! I’m so happy thanks!

This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever taken too. I’m not a huge coffee drinker because it makes my heart race, or a trend follower. But, after being drawn in by the gingerbread drink, then the cortado, then the lavender….i think it’s safe to say I’m a regular now. This is the only location though that I feel I can communicate with how I like my drinks. And they are always so nice. One lady even corrected me on how to properly drink the lavender matcha and for that I am so grateful. Weird review to write, but I feel like I’m learning things thanks to their patience, kindness and honesty.

Best Starbucks in the area! Baristas are friendly and attentive, even when the drive-thru gets busy, which is often. They remember you and how you like your order from previous visits. Plenty of seating, including comfortable chairs if you just want to sit and read or work on a laptop. Great place to hang out!

I ordered the same drink I've been getting for over a year (iced shaken espresso) and received this. It tasted like straight milk and was definitely not the drink I ordered. When I asked them to remake it they basically handed me the same exact thing but with cinnamon for some reason (it was caramel when I had ordered it). If you want what you're actually paying for I recommend going to a different location because they clearly don't know what they're doing here.

Ordered the iced London Fog this morning at the drive thru and they gave it to me... DECONSTRUCTED!! Apparently Starbuck's new strategy is to give you drinks you have to finish making in your car. I received three cups... one with tea they told me to allow to steep for 3 minutes, a cup of milk and a cup of ice. Can't wait for them to hand me cold milk the next time I buy a latte with instructions to froth the milk in my car!!!

Manager tonight Jan 4th 7:30pm states he does not need to wear gloves while handling food and packing food up for the customers. I was ordering food and my 7 year old asked to leave because she saw him packing up fries with no gloves. I mentioned it to him and his response was, if it was a health violation we wouldn't have had them give us a high grade the other day, I said "you need to wear gloves while handling food no matter what!" He said "no we don't, we have a timer to wash our hands every 30 minutes next to the fries" Are we serious right now?! The amount of sicknesses going around and we just handle food like that raw? Nasty!!!! 🤢🤢 This needs to be fixed ASAP!

I don't need McDonald's much maybe once every two months and when I go I go for breakfast and I get four hash browns and a large orange juice. I really do like this location it's very efficient I think all the workers take pride in what they do which is rare to see these days and they're very polite and respectful. The reason why I'm doing this review is because I went past 11am and they went out of their way and dropped 4 fresh browns for your boy?

Went to this McDonald's 7:40 p.m. Saturday ordered four-piece crispy chicken tenders got these when they first came out and they were awesome!!!! They were cooked perfect they were all white meat they were tender they were juicy they had a great flavor.. so went back to get some more today they are way overcooked they are super thin they are like rubber inside they are not juicy and they don't look like they're all white meat I sure hope this is just the one time incident when they have not changed their meat or recipe.

We ordered 30 nuggets and 2 medium fries. Board only showed 1, so I ask the guy before I pull around “hey I don’t see the other medium fry on there” he responds “oh no I got it”. Ok sure technology can falter fine I pull around and pay (get no receipt) and get no fries at all. I tell them I’m missing it, they go oh no you only ordered 1. (Well even if I did there are 0 in here) Then I was told to get it I would need to circle around and order them again, um… no I ordered them the first time and I tried to clarify and he assured me they were there. This specific event isn’t a big deal but this is FAR from the first time this specific location had gotten our order wrong

I want to thank the staff and management. This is an amazing McDonald's. The young lady I see in the drive thru almost everyday is wonderful and always very pleasant to me, thank you. I went inside to get my order today and a gentleman opened the door for me. It was a pleasant surprise and gives me hope there is some humanity left in this world. It's also nice to see a business committed to the community and the people in it. I will always be grateful that this is my McDonald's. On this particular visit fries were unsalted and a little cold. This detours me from purchasing this item for a while from this location. However nuggets, mcdouble and drink were perfect. Service with a smile and friendly nature helps greatly. A solid location for a quick bite on the way to work. 8/10 visit.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The attitude given is extremely uncalled for. The employees, along with the managers on duty are so incredibly rude. It is also pretty common at this location for mistakes with our order. It has happened at least four times now. I think it is time to drive further just for a better experience. I keep hoping it will change.

This is McDonald's so you know what you are getting as far as food goes, but I do expect to get what I pay for. Went thru the drive thru and customer service was ok but our mistake was was not checking our food before we left. Imagine our surprise when we got home and opened the bag to see that the 2 large fries we ordered wasn't even a quarter way filled?! How hard is it to see that the container is not even close to being full?! The fries could fit in 1 container and not even fill it! Do better McDonald's!

I haven't been here since they remodeled. Very nice! I like the modern, fresh decor. It's clean and bright. Service is excellent. We were helped by a friendly woman who got our order right away. It was hot and tasty. McDonald's is consistent about that! The only reason it's a FOUR star review?? It continues to NOT give a BOGO free sandwich for completing the survey. So why bother?? I like that reward for giving my opinion.

Mobile order in thr drive thru. Ordered 3 minutes ahead of my arrival.andnorder was ready. Made change to my coffee at window 1 and was ready at window 2 within 30 seconds of my pulling up. Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit was very good today. I Know Biscuits. I was an official " McDonald's Biscuit maker" back in the 80s. Iced coffee was very good too. I added 1 sugar free vanilla and 2 caramel shots. Thanks

We visit once a week with our 28 year old autistic son. The staff always go out of their way to treat him with kindness and respect. Our meals are always hot and the tables and floors are super clean. Thanks to "Hurricane," Kat and Nick for treating us like royalty!

I open to this McDonald’s several times and every single time I go there is always something wrong with my order, including my most recent time when I got the McDonald land meal and I ordered a medium fry which was only contained half the amount of fries it should have in it and also they have forgotten to give the included collectible item inside of the meal. this isn’t a one time occurrence every single time I go there something messed up and none of the employees care never eat here.

Literally searched for a play place, cause there are so few, this one had one but you couldn’t use it. I couldn’t tell if it was under construction or what. We stayed in the area for 6 days and came here almost every day. The people running it were super friendly and make delicious food/coffee. I had several bagels and got the Kat 5 twice; A nice pun being a hurricane theme. Thank you Canes Cafe for making our mornings/afternoons lovely.

This place is truly a hidden gem. I’m torn between wanting to tell everyone about it and keeping it my secret. The owner is a woman from Estonia and you can tell she put her love into everything. She runs the place practically by herself and makes amazing drinks and food. I’m glad I found this place and will be back, frequently.

We stopped here on our way out of Florida for a quick breakfast and coffee. There was one woman working by herself but she was very friendly and efficient! We both got bacon egg and cheese bagels and iced coffees. While we had to wait a little bit for our food, it was highly worth it! Awesome and filling bagel, very fresh! And the coffee was delicious. Plenty of flavors and dairy free options as well. Worth a stop while in the area.

Open every day except for Monday? Such an insane business model. This is one of those places that will say “support local” yet literally drive you into the arms of Dunkin or Starbucks, because the owner doesn’t like Monday’s. All around 5 stars! Friendly staff, great food, cool atmosphere and they made my order just how I requested it. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner.

I took my adult kids here for breakfast and it was lovely. We sat outside and we the shade and it was very comfortable for us Floridians. The prices were reasonable the food came out as ordered with no surprises. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love the regular menu and love that there are weekly specials to change it up. This is my go to place because of consistency in quality and service. It’s definitely a second home for me.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOLE IN THE WALL! This place was so cozy and perfect for breakfast! All the staff is very friendly. When you place your order, they bring you out warm mini cinnamon muffins, the food comes out quickly and the taste is amazing!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had my tea stay hot throughout my entire meal until I came here! The menu is small but perfect for breakfast items! French toast is delicious and so are their omelettes. The kids menu is also very well placed. They have a small seating section in the outside with shade to enjoy the morning feel. They are open from 7 am to 2 pm!! This was definitely a great choice to come here.

Unacceptable and Unsafe- DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I had a deeply upsetting experience at this café. I came in with my daughter and ordered what I thought would be a safe, fresh meal. When my food arrived, it looked off—something wasn’t right. When I asked the waitress, she casually said “Oh, it’s food from yesterday." Shocked, I asked how long they keep food before serving it to customers. She told me they store it for several days. I then asked to see any written guidelines or safety policies, and she admitted they don’t have anything to show me. I requested to speak with a manager, and was told one was not available. The waitress claimed she tried to reach the manager three times but couldn’t get through. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was disturbing. Serving old food with no clear food safety standards and no manager on duty is a major red flag. I left feeling disrespected and very concerned for the safety of other customers. I strongly advise others to stay away until this place gets serious about food safety and accountability.

I stopped in here first time thinking it was going to be a greasy cafe. I was very wrong. Delicious flavored food. Very clean. I'll be back. The pumpkin pancakes and home fries were incredible.

I have lived in the neighborhood surrounding nesting cafe for about 5 years and when they opened during 2020. I have often stopped by and been a creature of habit. Each time I will get their burger medium rare with fries. And let me tell you, it’s been delicious on every occasion I visit. Now I will get chance to visit maybe 2-3 times a year but each time it’s been an excellent meal and experience. I recently tried their Philly cheesesteak and it was amazing. Great food and I enjoy that it’s local to our neighborhood.

Ordered a drink with a caramel lined cup and it wasn’t so I asked for more caramel added they said they’d just remake the drink. I apologized and she assured me no problem.. Then I was handed my new drink and was told by an employee to “enjoy my diabetes in a cup”. I definitely asked for the manager as his comment was completely uncalled for. I would definitely be putting my employees in check to keep their snark comments to themselves and not to a polite and paying customer.

I just moved to the Palm Harbor area and have given this location several chances over the past week, visiting 5 consecutive days. Unfortunately, the drinks are consistently disappointing. Each time I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha (no whip), the drink tasted off, with the white chocolate sauce sitting at the bottom of the cup instead of being mixed properly. When I paid extra for vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle, they often forgot the caramel. On my last visit, they even added whipped cream after I specifically asked for none. When I politely requested it to be fixed, the barista seemed visibly upset. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since this store is only 3 minutes from my home and i love Starbucks. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location

This location has changed. Personally, I have been coming to this Starbucks for 4+ years and I used to love this location. Today, my friend and I had the WORST experience. I came in earlier today for myself, but as the day went on my friend decided to place a mobile order at 12:48 pm. Now, I will say, we were definitely earlier, we showed up at 12:50 as the order was placed while we were already on the way, but we had NO problem waiting. We pull through the drive through and i say "I have a mobile order for...." and Jonah said in sarcasm "Thank you for your INCREDIBLE PATIENCE" I brushed it off until we get up to the window and Eli whispers to Jonah "they just placed the order" with attitude. She ordered a sandwich and a drink, we got the drink which had the wrong cold foam on top, which is whatever, but she didn't get the sandwich. So we turn back around to go get the food item so we walk in and Eli hands her the sandwich and continues to "lecture" my friend by saying "Next time give us a couple of minutes before showing up 2 minutes after you place the order" Im sorry but personally I work in the food industry and so does my friend and we would NEVER treat our customers with that horrible customer service. Again, we had no problem waiting as they never mentioned how early we were before giving us attitude.

Management needs to be fix. To sit in a drive thru over 10 to 15 mins. Remind you not busy one car in front and still took over 15 min to get my drink just for to be wrong size. I didn’t have more time for to fix after waiting that long for a drink for to be fix since I had appointment to go to. So I paid almost $8 for a drink that I didn’t get enjoy while wasting time. Charged me twice .. had me tap my card after already paying because THEY messed up my coffee order. The dark haired girl gave me multiple nasty looks.. when .. they.. messed up MY order. I am a big starbucks fan and come to this location all the time but charging me for something you messed up is a little crazy & totally not fair.

Ever since management changed from Jonathan, this location has taken a severe downturn. Under previous management, staff was welcoming, lines were always worked through smoothly, food was prompt, and staff would even give recommendations for new drinks, mixed, etc. Under new management, most of the staff is short, unwelcoming, and do not engage with customers. Drinks are fine, but food takes significantly longer than before. 2 weeks ago staff told customers to not order food, only drinks. Today, we witnessed a customer wait 10 minutes for an item to find it wasn’t available AFTER purchase. The same happened to me immediately after with a different SKU, but rather than notify me of the unavailable item, they gave us a different item. It got replaced, but only after a disapproving attitude. Management makes a location, and this one does not have it

I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts at 5:20 pm on a Saturday evening (October 4, 2025) and there was absolutely nobody behind the service counter or anywhere to be seen from the public side of the counter in the kitchen, let alone any other guests in the dining room. I even courteously called out “Hello?” twice and nobody responded. This location was supposed to be open until 8 pm this evening. VERY disappointed by not being able to even place an order at this location. I run on Dunkin’, but my experience here left a very sour taste in my mouth. I don’t plan on coming back to this location.

I came here to get a snack and a drink while my daughter was getting her hair done at the salon next door. The two employees acted like I was the first customer they had ever had. Obviously the man at the register was in training, which was fine. However, the woman training him didn't seem to know anymore than he did. There were items I was not charged for, there were items that I was charged for and not given, they tried to give me the "Display croissant" instead of an actual food croissaint. Neither employee knew what a mocha latte was. Instead of telling me this, they gave me a cup of black coffee with a squirt of chocolate syrup in it. By that point, I had been in the store for nearly 30 minutes and was too exhausted and exasperated to continue speaking with them. So I just took it and left. 0/5.

I’ve lived near the Palm Harbor East Lake Road Dunkin’ store for four years since moving from Orlando. Each time I go to this location, I’m greeted by friendly staff who quickly process my order. The issue is that the donuts, routinely, are stale and hard. It’s clear to me that Dunkin’ must bring in donuts from other locations to this store and they sit in the rack for days. Just awful donuts here. I tried this location again today and same result…just bad. I tried to eat my glazed donuts seated at the store. I couldn’t and just threw them away and walked out. The Dunkin on US Highway 19 N in Tarpon Springs, on the other hand, always seems to have fresh donuts. Make the drive and avoid the Palm Harbor location if you can.

They accuse customers of not paying if you use their QR code system. Had a worker walk up to my car accusing me of not paying when in fact I did with their QR code system and showed them the receipt while they were harassing me at my car. Have a better way to track your QR code paying customers. You just lost one and you’re brand new. Not a great start! And the food was dry and not good.

Upset first time ordering missing items such as pancakes to my order I’m so upset never ordering again

Great service! I came in to kill time while my kids were at the dentist. I was alone and Athena was my server and she was very pleasant and attentive. Honestly from the moment I walked in, all the servers including the hostess were hospitable and very attentive. Not only did my server take good care of me but the other workers also were attentive to me. I love that kind of service. Ill be back with the whole family.

Great food. Great service. We had a nice server, * "Max". He put up with our dry humor from us old nurses. (Well, I'm not actually old, but you know). We had several different items from the menu. All breakfast things. Today, we had the 2 egg combo with English muffin. We had the Florida Waffle with Lots of Fresh fruit. (Which was delicious) and I had the stuffed French toast, blueberry compote, Oh So Yummy as a combo scrambled eggs n bacon. Decent prices. Great quality. Everything came out hot. Good coffee. We will be back !

Keke’s is a fantastic spot for both breakfast and lunch, and it definitely lives up to the hype! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the portions are generous, so come hungry—you won’t leave disappointed. There’s plenty of seating, making it an ideal choice whether you’re dining solo, with family, or meeting up with friends. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and welcoming. Our server, Max, was exceptional—very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out just right. The service was quick and efficient, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal with great service in a comfortable setting, Keke’s should be at the top of your list!

Oscar and Alyssa provided outstanding service. Personable attentive and offered great menu suggestions!! I got their tuna melt on sourdough, (which by the way they use all white AlBacore Tuna) with onion rings and my husband got the chicken and waffle with a side of over easy eggs cooked to perfection and home fries made to order (extra crispy) . The manager Alitza stopped over to check on us and was a cherry on top. Exceptional! You can tell she’s a great leader!!

We had a wonderful meal! The waiter was pleased and his suggestion for what to order was spot on. The chicken and waffles did not disappoint. The coffee was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely eat here again.

I got hooked on Caribou while visiting Minnesota, I have a hard time finding coffee I like in this part of FL, so often end up at another main chain, but it isn't as good as Caribou. The staff are very friendly & it's nice and bright and clean inside, would love another section of more comfy seating, but other than that Caribou is definitely my go-to now for my coffee needs.

Caribou beats Starbucks out of the park every time! Much better flavors, value, and quality! I’m from MN where Caribou is prevalent and it’s one of the only things I have been missing since moving to FL. I am thrilled they have made their way down. My fave drink is the Campfire Mocha Cooler with milk chocolate. The baby marshmallows are adorable and delicious! Do yourself a favor and get Caribou today!!

This place was very good for my first time going. I got the turkey provolone Asiago sandwhich. It had pesto as well. All the flavors were incorporated well . Only thing I have to say is that the bottom of the sandwhich was not toasted and more on the soggy side . The top of the bagel was nice and crispy. Overall it was decent. Also I got a honey lavender latte, 8.5 out of 10. Lavender is not my absolute favorite but the honey compliments it and it works, Def give this place a try

We asked for half amount of sweet syrup in the large iced vanilla latte and what we got was pure sweet syrup flavor with little coffee and milk tones. Needless to say it was $7 of un-drinkable ice. Caribou can't accommodate healthy low sugar requests.

Fantastic service! I know it might sound a little odd, but the coffee I ordered was a bit sweeter than I expected. I brought it back up to the counter to see if they could remake it with less sweetness. Nicole, the manager, was incredibly understanding and took care of it right away. I’m not usually someone who asks for adjustments, but since I was planning to work there for a few hours, I’m really glad they were so accommodating. Great experience overall!

I highly recommend! The staff is incredibly sweet, they aren't go go go, but you're treated like a true customer. Nicole helped me with what to get, explained her likes and dislikes , and I'm glad I listened to her suggestion!! It's not overcrowded table wise, so it's a good place for meetings.

I'm originally from Chicago so I was so happy to see a Caribou coffee open here as I miss it. The prices are expensive. Basically the same as Sbucks. If this place ends up going out of business I wouldn't be surprised, honestly. It would be sad but they brought it on themselves. Closing at 5 PM is diabolical. I would come here all the time but I work nights --Do you think the world just stops at 5 PM?? It's bad enough it's in a horrible construction zone but closing at 5 PM??? They've lost their minds. Good luck.

Very friendly, store that always greets you when you walk in. I recently requested they save some coffee grounds for my garden, and they were great about that.

Staff are friendly enough but service is hit or miss. Before the redesign, this place used to be packed. Now it looks like this inside (empty) more often than not. For some reason, they redesigned the interior to have less seating, and what seating is left is incredibly uncomfortable and sterile. It's like they don't want people to hang out here, and people seem to be getting the message.

Order through the Uber app and starbucks sent the wrong drinks. I called the store, told him their mistake. They said it's not their problem. The store is who made the mistake. They did not want to take responsibility for their error and made me go through the uber app to get reimbursement. Now, I would have to reorder the drinks and repay a tip to get what I actually ordered or take off from work and go pick it up.Which defeats the point of delivery. I will never order from this place again

The entire staff who worked the morning shift on May 3rd is so nice and friendly. Above and beyond friendliness. We went on my daughters birthday, and they made her feel so special. From the cake pop to writing happy birthday on her cup, you made her so happy. Thank you for making her day!

Ordered two Venti Frappuccino's, one was a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the other was a Venti Strawberry Creme Frappuccino! Both drinks were made perfectly! Staff was very friendly, the inside of this store is large with plenty of seating! The only two issues I had were the bathrooms needed to be a little more tidy and the outside seating area needs to be cleaned, bags, cups and other paper wrappers are in the Shrubbery bed outside of the black metal fence!

I spend anywhere from $30-$80 a week with Starbucks consistently. Today I only wanted 2 cups of ice and the lady told me that in order to get a cup of ice I had to purchase something. I can see this new policy for freeloaders, but customers who are loyal and spend over $200 on month with Starbucks... This is disheartening and disloyal and I will never pay Starbucks again. No love lost, just money.

Just left five minutes ago and wow, what an experience. I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with two extra pumps of brown sugar, caramel lining, and caramel cold foam. Sounds amazing, right? Well, plot twist: it tasted like someone brewed it over a campfire made of despair and broken dreams. The espresso wasn’t just burnt, it was cremated. Truly, if I ever wondered what the afterlife tastes like, now I know. Cheers to whoever made it, you’ve created a masterpiece of misery.

Seen the frozen green excuse for an egg before they nuked it so hot it couldnt possibly been of any nutrition, but told the 2 ladies there I couldnt eat yhat. Was told no manager there to refund, so I took it, and of course couldnt choke it down, thanks for nothing. Dont eat junkfood but couldve got more out of a bag of chips and a soda and mightve been able to eat it. No more of this whole establishment. If you do, get tbe biscuit the gas station serves. I mean really, couldnt give my money back and told the sup. whrn it got there. Ignorant. Sorry but just ignorant.

I orderd a Bacon Egg and Cheese on an Everything bagel. It cost almost double what you pay in manhattan bodegas (4 bucks). Entire thing was flavorless. Bacon had no fatty rich flavor, just salty. Egg had no texture, just plain. Cheese - no flavor. Really felt like a waste of money.

Awesome gas station with more than just gaslion and just a snack if you don't have time for breakfast before you leave home they got you covered with Einstein bagels inside and also they have a great pizza restaurant inside for a quick lunch special or take home a pie on your way back home from work.

The employees here are so sweet and patient, I love going every time. I'm at this Einstein often, because the food is always spot on and the service is amazing.

I love einstein bagels. People are usually so friendly at these locations, but this place was totally different. Walked up to the counter with my fiance. Made eye contact with the two girls that were working there. The one named Jill turned toward the other girl, whispered something in her ear, and then they both started laughing. They then looked back at my fiance and I.Very rude and unprofessional. When I confronted her about it, she of course denied it. Why do you have people like that working for you? You can see the whole exchange on camera. If you want the receipt number and when it happened, let me know.

Really nice staff and delicious food. But for me, I cannot get over the piercing alarm that rings every single time the door opens. I wanted to stay a while and work, but that noise was just so insanely loud and incessant that I had to leave. Cannot go here if you're looking to stay, and honestly even just for ordering it's so piercing I might choose Dunkin instead. Edit: I'm hoping you might ask the Rally to change their door noise, I do not want a coupon. The people who work there must be sick of it!
