I have over 300 reviews on here and I all most never give 5 stars no one is perfect. But this place hit all the points for a mom and pops breakfast place. The dinning area is neat and clean and very well themed. Bathrooms were clean and smelled of cleaning products and was themed as well. The biscuits and gravy was better then what grandma made, the chilli was fantastic coffee was good and the service was outstanding, super friendly and fast. Would come back for sure.

A friendly great breakfast. I recommend the homemade biscuits and homemade red potatoes which had just the right amount of pepper for me. Chelsea the waitress was on time and super nice and pleasant.

From the moment you walk into The Breakfast Station, you can feel the energy — this place is always buzzing. It’s never empty, but somehow the wait is never long. They seat you quickly, and once you’re at a table, you’re taken care of like family. We were in Spring Hill for three days and lucky enough to find this spot on day one. It was so good we came back every single morning after. Their Eggs Benedict was perfection — from the poached eggs to the silky sauce. I had scrambled eggs and bacon another morning, just as delicious. They even offer craft coffees, which were a nice surprise and absolutely worth trying. A few standout details: Comfort: The AC works beautifully (a must in Florida). Cleanliness: Bathrooms and dining area were spotless every visit. Service: The owner himself was bussing tables with a smile, setting the tone for the whole staff. Everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and by the second day, they greeted us like regulars. Behind the scenes, the kitchen must be just as solid, because every plate that came out hit the mark. Somehow, despite how busy it always was, we never felt rushed to leave. Great food, warm atmosphere, and staff who truly care about the place. The Breakfast Station is more than a meal — it’s the kind of restaurant that makes you look forward to mornings.

This place was packed after church on Sunday. We had a ten minute wait, and it was totally worth it! Our server's name was Charity, and she was so great. And her earrings were a fried egg and a piece of bacon! Every worker had a smile. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. My handicapped daughter wanted a specific sandwich, so they made sure they made it for her just right, and she was in heaven. Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend.

Excellent place for some delicious home style breakfast foods. I have been to several of their locations and finally made it to this one as well. This is our second visit and both times the food was excellent. The staff all treated us really well and the place was clean and the tables were well stocked. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

The food is always consistent and delicious. This Cracker barrel has more than great food they have an amazing staff. This location is a pillar of the community, from management, back of house, and front of house staff. You will not find a more accepting group of individuals who strive to help others be successful. We can't thank them enough for how they support our community and we will be frequent customers to this establishment. Today we went on Easter Sunday and even though they were super busy our meal was perfect, wait times were normal, and service was top notch.

The service was absolutely stupendous. I was so happy to see that they already have a turkey dinner on the menu. Because it was Thursday. I was able to get the lunch turkey dinner plate for only nine bucks. It was fantastic! Thank you so much!

Our server was quick and very attentive. The food was delicious! My only complaint is the room temperature. i found it too cold. I did go into the store and found a really nice sweater. I visited Cracker barrell twice this week. The food was delicious!

We recently moved and this is the closest cracker barrel to us and we love it. The food is always great and service as well. We recently had Joni as our server again and she was amazingly attentive to our needs. She deserve so much recognition as she made our dining experience amazing. My family just lost my father recently and her kindness meant the world to us as we are still grieving. I can only hope that her is recognized for the extreme value she brings to this establishment.

The food was great, and the service was fantastic. Our Cracker Barrel has not been ruined yet with a renovation, and I hope that corporate decides to leave it as it is. It’s perfect now, and changing it will ruin it. I’ll keep eating here as long as it looks and feels like a real Cracker Barrel.

We went to the Spring Hill location. Our server was Corey. I can honestly say that he is an asset to the company. Very professional, attentive and personable. We even went out of our way to let the dining room manager know how much we enjoyed our experience. Great food. Great service. Thank you, Corey!

Very friendly staff, food was delicious and portions were bigger than expected. Went for breakfast, but ended up getting a gyro and now have half to take home for lunch later! Gyro was surprisingly delicious, the gyro meat was phenomenal. Jodie is an amazing server! Very friendly and attentive.

Stopped by for lunch. It's such a cute place. Very cozy and clean, lots of hometown charm. The staff was so welcoming and sweet and it's family owned. I ordered the turkey club on rye. It came with fries, a pickle, and a little slaw. The portion was huge, so I had plenty to take home. The club was fresh and tasty, but the real standout for me was the fries! They were very hot, super fresh, and absolutely delicious. They recommended I dip the fries in a side of tzatziki sauce...chef’s kiss, so good! Will be back and happy to support a local family business vs my usual pub sub.

Absolutely delicious. I ordered through DoorDash the souvlaki chicken platter and it still was fresh when I received the food and the fries were still crispy. I was just upset. They forgot my tzatziki sauce other than that I will definitely order again from here. The salad was amazing. I had decent amount of feta cheese on it. Update: Went for breakfast this morning 12/9 I got the corned beef hash was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and professional The food came out quickly after I ordered.

I'm not sure if it was just a bad day, but I don't plan to come back. I ordered the turkey club with a side of fries and onion rings. It took a long time for the waitress to take our order and check on us again after dropping off our drinks (about 10 minutes). When the club came out, I took one bite and spit it out. The lettuce and tomato were old and squishy and tasted terrible. The turkey was black in some spots and mostly gray. It tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. The pickle was overly acidic, and the coleslaw was gray, squishy, and old. The waitress said she would take off the club, but still charged us the side of fries that comes with the club meal. I understand that, but as a previous owner of a restaurant and a former chef, I would have comped the entire club meal or just charged for the onion rings. When I checked out, the host at the front was very short with me. He didn't ask how our meal was and didn't apologize for the bad meal we were just served. No accountability. No hospitality. Nothing. I have felt sick to my stomach since I left this morning. They definitely didn't take care with our food. Very disappointing. Cute atmosphere and small town vibes. The waitress Diana I think her name is, was very kind. That host was barking orders at her the whole time and he didn't do anything besides walk around and acted like he owned the place.

They really need to show on their menu that they cook shrimp. I am highly alergic . This place is nice and reminds me of an old truckers restaurant. Food is standard fare. I won't go again because I had an alergic reaction. I am only allergic to shrimp...

Great place to have breakfast! The prices are average to other breakfast places. The food is fresh and they put their own spin on traditional dishes. The ambiance was nice. Very clean inside and outside the restaurant. The service was awesome! Our server had a great sense of humor and super attentive and efficient. She kept the coffee coming! ☕️ They had excellent grits which can be hard to find around pasco/hernando county. I would recommend this place and it's so nice to have a place to go to that isn't a chain restaurant like IHOP or Denny's.

From the moment I walked into this cozy little mom-and-pop restaurant, I knew it was going to be a warm and inviting experience, but what truly elevated it was exceptional service from our server, Ronnie. She greeted us with the kind of genuine smile and hospitality you rarely see anymore. she wasn’t just friendly in a “customer service” way- she was sincerely attentive, treating us more like family than customers. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations, answered our questions with patience, and made sure our meal was just right. Ronnie was attentive without being overbearing. She seemed to know exactly when to check on us and when to give us space to enjoy our meal. Our coffee was always full, plates were cleared promptly and she seemed to notice little things like bringing extra napkins before we even had to ask. The restaurant itself is already charming, family -centered feel, but Ronnie truly made our visit memorable. Its servers like Ronnie who leave a lasting impression, make you want to keep coming back, not just for the food, but for the way you’re treated. If you were thinking about visiting this hidden gem of a restaurant, do yourself a favor and ask for Ronnie. She is the kind of server every restaurant wishes they had!

Just off the Commerical Way commotion, we found this little gem. Pinched sideways into a spot, many pass by without giving her a thought. My Nanny's. I bet most of us have, or had, a Nanny. A matronly figure in our lives who somehow earned the moniker, the nickname, Nanny. I know I did. That was my mother, to my kids. She loved being called Nanny. So, with that said, I already had a fondness for the place, before my Fav Fab One & I stepped in. Newbies, as it were. We were seated and greeted by the fabulous Crystal. Her eyes mesmerized through a gleeful palette of eyeshadow-y creativity. Funny how that ensured my Fab One, and I, that our Nanny stand-in du jour was gonna be fun. We found a mutual icebreaker. Now found, the nurturing Nanny-ness began. Picture this woman, Crystal, homing in on each diner with a GPS precision that magnified her magnificence. LOL Zooming by, then to a halt like a bridled and tied up thoroughbred. Fab One agreed we were watching 'greased' lightning (I love that one!). The woman I'm nuts about ordered The Landlovers BLT. She ordered bacon, folks! She is definitely a keeper! I enjoyed watching her enjoy her meal. As I munched on my Gyro Greek Omelette. A 3-egg 'egg roll' of Mediterranean might. Those slivers of Greek Gyro meat, the kind that is shaved off of a cone-shaped spire of blended meats. A masterpiece in meatology. Crystal slid in a cup of that oddly exotic Tzatziki sauce. White creamy concoction of cucumber, yogurt, garlic and more. Yum to the YUM. We also got the occasional maternal check-in from another wonder, named Chrissy. Hmmm, Crystal AND Chrissy. Sounds like a sitcom duo. She provided the appetizing background on Nanny's. Offerings of the day we might like to savor. Along with a batch of kindness. Yeah, we had a grand time. Our first time. Not likely to be a one-time wonder, either. Imagine that, just a turn signal's width off of 19. Put your signal on and turn, next time by. We gotta turn and return. A Nanny is there.

Came back again this week! Food was amazing. My dining partner had the French toast which was the best he ever had! I had the same omelet as last week as I had been seeing it in my dreams. The home fries are the best ever...don't know what they do to them but they are addictive! Thank you CRISSY for another amazing home cooked breakfast. Down home cooking. Real ingredients and extraordinary flavors. Short handed today but we were not in a hurry. Our first time here and will be a favorite!

Bob Evans is my fave! I LOVE ME SOME BOB! I love their breakfast and would eat here daily if my pocketbook and my waistline would allow it!!! The management of this location has changed and they are really wonderful. The staff have been great and the food and coffee have been fresh and delicious. I get the Homestead Breakfast and the Turkey Dinner. We also recently tried the chili cheese fries (I normally would not eat this) which were also GREAT! The chili is very good here which I order mainly in the Winter months. Don't forget - you can sub out banana bread for dinner rolls (and don't forget to buy a loaf of banana bread to take home with you). Overall, I am very pleased with this location and will eat here more frequently now.

The assistant manager is top notch, she exuded happiness. The place was friendly and up beat. Our waitress was wonderful I'm sure I'm I will miss spell her name Scenetice did a great job. The food was amazing. We traveled here from the Midwest and will plan to visit again before we leave.

This is a chain restaurant. We had the breakfast. Everything was good. Your typical Chain food selection. bacon and eggs sausage pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy. That's a good Place to stop when traveling or sitting down with friends.

My Family and I came into Bob Evans on a busy Sunday on Father’s Day and my wonderful server Amanda treated us like family. She was so polite and took very good care of us. If you go to Bob Evans definitely ask for her. She is fast efficient and so very kind. she did not make us wait for anything. The food was five star. Definitely get the biscuits and gravy.!

Had lunch at Bob Evans today... Everything was excellent. The hostess/cashier, Kay, was very welcoming, congenial with a friendly smile as well. Our server, Saihna, was also great. She was very pleasant, accurate with our order and quick to get us anything we needed during our meal. ... and the food was delicious!

I ordered two dinners, two desserts, and a hot apple cider. When my order arrived, the hot apple cider and the macaroni and cheese from one of the dinners were missing. On top of that, the meals themselves were overly salty and not very good. Very disappointing experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

After living in a place with no Bob Evans for years, I finally got to stop at one in Nashville. I was excited for biscuits and gravy… but walked out thinking, “Wow, this place has really gone downhill.” Back home in Florida, I gave the Fort Myers Bob Evans another shot—and here’s what I learned: it’s a Florida thing. Bob Evans just does it better here. Great food, great service, and it felt like the comfort spot I remembered. So glad to be back in Florida!

Perkins is always a good choice when you want variety. We love all the options and the Saint Patrick’s Day specials too! Service has always been great here and the only time it suffers is during an extreme rush. But, they seem to get it handled quickly. The food always tastes great and is reasonably priced.

The first word that springs to mind is adequate. The muffin was good, and the omelet was okay. The food was pricier than expected for the level of quality. Our server was okay. She seemed nice and got the order correct but was not as attentive as I would have hoped. It's not bad, but at the price point, there are better places to eat on 50.

This burger special blew me away for taste and the absolute perfection of shape. Fries were light and slightly crispy and of course Key Lime Pie. The staff and my server Ava were wonderful. Definitely coming back!!

We just moved to Spring Hill recently and hadn't been to a Perkins in months! More was our server and she was so friendly and anticipated all of our needs! She was amazing! The food was fresh, fast & delicious! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I hadn’t been to a Perkins in many years, but I finally stopped into this one — and I was blown away by the nostalgia. It felt just like it did back in the day! The place was clean, the food was really good, and the service was fantastic. You get a lot of value for your dollar here, which is hard to find lately. I especially want to shout out Nichole, our waitress — she was amazing. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the communication and attentiveness were above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back again for breakfast!

If you’ve ever wondered what breakfast in purgatory might feel like—this place nails it. The pancakes were actually great, once they arrived (possibly after sourcing the flour from the Himalayas). Amelia’s service was attentive in an overly enthusiastic way. Overall, a charming spot if you enjoy existential reflection with your eggs.

First time eating here and I got a 1/2lb cheeseburger and fries ($14 and some change). Probably the worst burger I've ever had. It was clearly a pre-made, hamburger box patty. I got it togo and didn't look at it till I got home, otherwise I would have taken it back. Instead I just threw it in the trash, where it belonged. I hope their breakfast is better than the burgers.

The place was super busy! Our waitress was very friendly, nice and super attentive. My husband ordered an omelet, and the waitress asked if he would like cheese, and of course, yes! Well, it came out with a slice of the fake cheese on top. This is the second restaurant that has put fake cheese on an omelet. I kinda wish they would state that, so we don't order it. 😕 it doesn't cost much to shred your own REAL cheese.

Very nice leave it at that...that was last week..very disappointed today 12 th July. My breakfast was cold bacon, shredded potatoes, sausages only thing that was hot was my poached eggs..we walked out paid for the coffee will not being going back..sort it out owner you seem a lovely lady. To me it was all pre cooked and left on a warmer not good. I thought it was quick the food took only 2 minutes to arrive. I don't mind waiting 15 or 20 to be made at the proper temperature. It must be buffet style in the kitchen 😡

We have been eating here for over 20 years and they have been in business over 27 years!! The Owner is awesome and very attentive and she makes sure everything is perfect. Love this place for breakfast! Staff is always welcoming and food is delicious. I really enjoyed a 3 egg Spinach, Feta and Tomato omelet, with my choice of home fries, ( love their fried potatoes, so good), 3 $ pancakes (the best I've had! thinking about going back just for them) lol and an extra side of crispy bacon. I had a large glass of delicious OJ and my coffee with the meal. Bobby is a always very accommodating and friendly.

I have dined at this establishment many times and I will continue coming back. The food is always fresh and hot and the coffee always stays full. The restaurant is always spotless inside. The servers are always kind and in good spirits, a sign that they enjoy there work. Service is always with a smile, never had to wait long for anything here. If you want a truly enjoyable experience you can’t go wrong with Breakfast Club.

TOURIST/LOCALS TRAP! What a horrible experience!!! My wife ordered a “Duo” (soup & half sandwich). The picture of the sandwich (on the wall) shows a really nice thick amount of chicken salad in it. We were called and picked up the food. I noticed that we couldn’t even see the chicken salad inside the sandwich, so I opened it and called the manager over. Her name is Kaley. I showed her the sandwich and asked her to look at the picture in her store. My wife’s sandwich literally had no more than a spoonful worth of chicken salad (see pictures), so I asked her if she can do something about it. To my surprise, the manager looked at me like I was crazy and said “OH WELL, THAT’S THE WAY WE MAKE IT”. Please don’t support businesses like this that use deception to make money of you. I will never go to ANY Panera ever again.

Are you hungry? Panera Bread is always a perfect option. Not only does it offer a fantastic menu full of various items to choose from, but it also offers your favorite items. This was our fourth time visiting this location with grandma, and we love it. I've always chosen my favorite: the two-item combo: broccoli cheddar soup and a turkey sandwich. It might sound simple, but it's beyond amazing. Optional: You can choose a dessert, but it's not required. One more thing you must try is their mango smoothie—it's beyond amazing. If you live in Spring Hill or are just visiting, you must try this restaurant. You'll love it.

I ordered a pick up to go order for my family today. I went in the store and noticed the cookies I ordered were not in the bag. I did mention it and the girl was kind and apologized. Once I got home I was mixing my families salads and was not happy that we got two huge chunks lettuce/romain that was not broken up.

First time at this location. I tried the spinach artichoke quiche, it was fresh, moist and rich. The bagels are a bit too light and fluffy for my taste. I prefer a more dense traditional bagel. The cream cheese was wonderful. I do see reviews complaining about coffee not being ready. I arrived when location opened. They had no coffee ready 🤔 Order took around 15 minutes due to the coffee delay. Will definitely return for quiche and tea.

This is the first Panera bread that I go into with having a horrible experience, Bad management it’s not even 3:30 in the afternoon and They are out of bread!!!! On top of that, I literally gave the order correct as for toasted and hot melted cheese at a side of chips. I got a side of apple on toasted bread, cold and the soup is cold.!!!

This Panera consistently delivers great customer service, which I truly appreciate. However, the dining area is long overdue for a deep cleaning. There’s visible dust, grime, and buildup in multiple areas, and it really takes away from the experience. Cleanliness shouldn’t be an afterthought—it’s a basic expectation. With how often this location stays busy, it deserves the same level of care in upkeep as it does in service.

Really shocked at how bad the bagels were. Ordered a 13 pack with cream cheese. The cream cheese isn’t the same as they used to have, it was so tangy I checked the dates twice just to make sure it wasn’t expired. the bagels were so dry , not chewy or airy like they used to be. I had no idea until googling that they now use frozen par baked bread. Won’t be eating here anymore, was incredibly disappointed.

Placing an order online or over the phone has to be the biggest pain in the butt I’ve ever experienced. Walked into the restaurant and Jazmine was there with a calm attitude and handled everything efficiently. My order came out perfect and in a timely manner. Thanks!

The food is good and a nice price, but it is ridiculous to have a long wait and not tell anybody. I got my tea at 11:13. It is now 12:04 and we are just now getting out meals. is unprofessional to have such a long wait and not tell nobody. I understand you can’t control staffing but give us the option to LEAVE and tell us in advance. One literal cook and a manager back there.

Love this location in Spring Hill. If you have the Denny's App you get free meal on your bday and other great offers. Recently visited and had Bianca as my server. She was a delight. Handle more tables than any other waitress (observed over 20 minutes). She kept my coffee filled! Such a pleasure to know there are still waitresses that care about their customers. I left her 25% tip she was that awesome. Bathrooms and restaurant were spotless even at 1230 in the afternoon.

I ordered a grand slam breakfast, pancakes not well done and I asked her to double the grits because I cannot eat bacon due to health issues but the pancakes were burnt and I got a single order of grits. The server asked if that was enough grits which was a single portion, I said yes because I should have received what I asked for and didn't want her to bring extra. She was very nice and efficient but it wasn't a great breakfast. I still gave her a 40% tip!

Last trip to Denney’s for sure. Our waitress never even introduced herself and had no personality at all. It took a long time for our food to come and when it did, it was cold and undercooked. YUK! Sorry, but we won’t be back, nor will we recommend.

Went for brunch the other day with my aunt. I love the atmosphere. It reminds me of being in Soho in my hometown of New York City. The food was delicious and fresh, the service not so much the way it was unattended and it seemed like it was a bother every time we needed him. The only downfall was my Aunt’s soup was ice cold. We both had the roast beef and Havarti sandwiches and mimosas of course. I highly recommend. I’m going to give this place a second chance to clean up their act with the service.

The pancakes are super good, the atmosphere is quaint and welcoming. They don’t make grits like I do but they are ok. There is a large menu to choose from. Amber was super friendly and funny. I enjoy this spot. Try it out if you haven’t yet.

Our server, Tony was amazing! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed. He checked in often without hovering, kept our drinks full, and had great recommendations from the menu. You could tell he actually cared and enjoys his job. Honestly one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time—hopefully when we go back he is working and we can request his section again!

This was my first time going to First Watch, and the food was amazing. We went for breakfast/lunch, and everything is super fresh. You can actually taste the quality of the food that they serve. We will definitely be back. Our server was amazing and not overbearing like some. The place is very clean, including the restrooms. My only concern was the price. They do have higher prices than other places, but it is worth it, in my opinion. If you haven't already tried this place, I would definitely give it a try.

We come here often and we usually have the best service but today was not the same. Our server Omar wasn’t as nice as the other servers we’re used to. He only came to the table to bring take our order. Then came back to give us the check. Didn’t come by our table to see if we needed anything. But he stopped by the table next to us several times to check on them. But we sat there and he didn’t even noticed us. The food was ok but the piece of toast I had next to my food was extremely salty.

The front staff was completely rude and inattentive and had an attitude as if we were bothering them. The sandwich my wife got was burnt and cold and the tortillas on my tacos were raw and falling apart. It was a horrible experience and will never come back to this location or recommend to anyone. On the other hand server Rachel was so nice and the only positive to our breakfast there.

Wow!!! A “hidden Gem” is down playing this place!! The Food soo FRESH!! No skimping on the portions that’s for sure. Clean! Clean!! Clean!!! Great service. Pattie Our waitress was amazing!! My omelette was perfectly cooked, the veggie omelet actually has fresh veggies in it!! The Bacon yummm and it wasn’t see through, coffee not watered down like in a lot of other places these days. Seriously Really good food, And you all… they have a thing called the crunchy French toast, fresh whipped cream, powdered sugar, and a choice of fruit, I grabbed blueberries. This thing is soo good!! This place will be a go to for now on.!!

Jams is truly a staple in our home! From their delicious breakfasts to the unbeatable all-you-can-eat Friday fish fry, every visit is a treat. The food is always top-notch, the atmosphere welcoming, and the experience keeps us coming back. Highly recommend—and we can’t wait to be back again soon!

So excited, I found this place. The food was amazing. The service was AMAZING . Somebody’s got it dialed in! I had the Brooklyn omelette. It had so much flavor .Whatever you do order a biscuit, You won’t regret it! Can’t wait to go back .

This is a nice little strip mall Cafe with breakfast lunch and dinner items. The food here is excellent. I've been here many times with friends and we've had breakfast and lunch items. And everyone was quite happy with their meals and the price of the meals is well within budget. It's not McDonald's cheap but then again McDonald's or fast food in general isn't cheap anymore either. But they are less than other similar restaurants. I love the place and will continue to go there.

This restaurant serves breakfast and lunch all day. An important point potential customers need to know is this restaurant ONLY ACCEPTS CASH, no credit cards or other forms of payment will be accepted. The restaurant has numerous booth style seating and many free standing tables with chairs. A 2 egg breakfast with 4 slices of bacon and choice of toast, hash browns, etc will run you $10. The bacon is delicious. The eggs that I ordered soft scrambled were over cooked (but still edible). Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Plenty of free parking in the shared lot for this shopping mall. They offer breakfast and lunch, and I have uploaded pictures of the menu.

My order was wrong and when mentioned, the server's response was, well I wrote it correctly on the paper for the cook and walked off. There was no offer to resolve the issue. I then overheard the sever mention the issue to the lady at the register, and told her to be prepared for me to mention. There's no signs for cash only, and was only told cash only after the meal. I had to walk to another store to use the ATM. The food was below average. I remained respectful, paid and tipped, even though they weren't deserving. My only plan was to write this review and no longer visit this establishment. There was no need to 'prepare' themselves for anything, but this review.

While going for florida springs we decided to try this family owned breakfast place. The Decor of the restaurant was amazing and it was beautifully decorated. The walls of the restaurant depicts its history from beginning. The server who came to us was kind and generous and completed all our requests with a smile on the face. To start with we started by coffee. For breakfast we ordered veggie omelet, Banana pancakes, French toast with 2 sausages. Banana pancakes was an amazing dish. It was mouth licking. We believed that french toast was okay and it could have been better. The only disadvantage is that they don't accept cards. They accept only cash. So have cash handy if you decide to visit this place.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME at... Up for Breakfast in Spring Hill. We arrived at the restaurant right around 11:30 on a Sunday morning with a group of 8 adults. The first thing I noticed was how few tables actually had people seated at them. Only about 8 for a Sunday morning seemed odd to me. Now I know why... We were seated quickly and water or drinks delivered. Never to be refilled again. Three of us ordered breakfast, while the other five ordered lunch. When it was my turn to order, I asked for the grilled Reuben sandwich. I was promptly told the meat had just come in and he didn't think I could order the sandwich because they hadn't sliced it yet, but he would go back to ask the cook. The server left and returned to our table stating the Reuben sandwich was not possible because the meat wasn't cut yet. I quickly changed my mind and ordered a chicken tender salad. I specifically asked for dressing on the side which the server acknowledged. I ordered blue cheese dressing and was promptly told they don't have blue cheese dressing. My husband ordered the pattie melt. After all orders were taken and as we waited for our food, I noticed close to an hour had past. During the extended waiting time, I looked around only to notice there were still only 9 tables filled with patrons, all but 2 of which were still waiting for food. Thinking to my self, I said this is not a good sign. At first, only four plates of food were brought to the table. After a few minutes, I noticed no one was eating. As a courtesy to the other 4 of us, they were waiting to eat until we got our food. I suggested they go ahead and eat, which they did. After about 10 minutes the remaining food was delivered to the rest of our group. When my food was delivered, I was unpleasantly surprised. It didn't resemble the lowest level of any chicken tender salad I have ever had ordered. It had iceberg lettuce cut into 1/2 inch squares with 2 thin slices of tomato that were not ripe, a hard boiled egg, and about half of a thin chicken pattie, something you would buy at Walmart in the frozen food isle. It was mostly breading and little to no chicken inside. For $10.99, I expected a piece of chicken that resembled chicken. It did not. My husband's pattie melt with fries ($13-15) arrived. It was mostly bread with a 1/4 thick burger inside about the same size of what used to be, a .59 cent McDonald's burger. At $30, this meal was a waste of time and money.

We’ve become Friday morning regulars. Our server, Kelly, always greets us with a smile and provides wonderful service. It’s a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a nice breakfast with friendly service.

First time here and we'll never return. Apparently their cook wasn't there and the owner had to cook; therefore the food should have been awesome. It was very bland and my potatoes weren't cooked enough. It took a while just to have our order taken. As the restaurant emptied out, the staff sat down and discussed the problems with their cook and all the problems they had with meals, right next to our table. When we went to check out they said cash only. Really...we live in a technology based society, who carries cash? When we said we weren't pleased the lady didn't seem to care.

Every time I get coffee here I ask for almond milk (whether it be through a mobile order or a drive through order) because I'm lactose intolerant and either they don't put it in or put both cream AND almond milk. The food is great, but service is slow.

I honestly love Dunkin they have a great variety of food,coffee,refreshments,and more my food always come out warm and very good about making sure everything is well served.

My drink was horrible, it tastes like anything but pumpkin and was supposed to have cold foam and cookie crumbles. Please stop serving this is you don't have the means to prepare it correctly. Not returning.

I recently had an experience at Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins where I felt the customer service was not the best. The employee who helped me seemed upset, and this affected the quality of the service for me and other customers present. I hope the company can take steps to improve customer care.

I don’t understand how hard it is to read an order. This isn’t the first time I haven’t gotten my order right only to find out when I get to work. I order a SWEET tea and get an unsweet tea. This is becoming a joke.

If you pull in front of the building and all 5 parking spots are taken then your option is basically to get in the drive thru line. It want fast but I was getting donuts and I like to see what I'm getting. I asked for 3 white-cream chocolate frosted.... I got 3 white frosted with sprinkles. Are you kidding???? Worst 7.49 I've ever spent. Will never go here again. I think that the drinks are their specialty... not donuts!!!

They do pretty good on their drink orders but the food orders never get anything right this is my toasted everything bagel toasted well done with extra cream cheese I got extra cream cheese on the side

Great convenient location with tons of seating inside, come inside for an incredible breakfast, some hot coffee or even a cold brew. This Pesto Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich was 🔥🔥🔥 & the cream cheese filled everything bagel bites totally hit the spot !!! Place was super clean and the staff was on top of everything. Line was a bit long but the staffs efficiency was great. Even after a small mess up with our order they were fast to fix everything and make it right. They definitely went above and beyond in their service.

Went through drive through with my gf got our normal hot coffees we usually get. They weren't hot they were both just Luke warm. The manager i assume, tells us because of the 6 cream and sugar I get its cold...not true because I have alwsys gone to this dunkin and they usually dont disappoint. I get it yall just opened back up from remodeling but if thats the case my food and coffee should be hot and not room temp. Do better dunkin please. Your really limiting us to our dunkin locations.

I practically use this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning as it’s at the end of my street and on my way to work and 75% of the time when I get my bacon, it’s burnt to black and by the time I opened it at work it’s not worth driving back for a order of bacon. This was the final straw. The whole bacon pack was burnt black I’m done. I can’t imagine how someone could release this and get paid for it. they are stealing money from good customers and hoping they don’t come back well this customer is not coming back. I am done

The first day I was there, it was empty. The service was fast and personable. The next time, it was extremely busy and like an assembly line. I'm not used to going to donut shops, so it'll take some getting used to.

Ok what a super pleasant surprise to find amazing little restaurant right here in our neighborhood I got the grits an my wife got the fish chips it is our first time here but not our last. Autumn was our server a she really does this place great credit she is super engaged with every customer an her suggestion of the grits was in point !!

I believe in leaving honest reviews....so with that being said...today I took my husband out for lunch for a treat. I've been wanting to give Turnpike's new owners a second chance. Last year we ordered some take out and it really wasn't that great but they literally had just taken over so I overlooked it. Todat upon entering we noticed how clean the dining area was and we were promptly greeted and seated. My husband ordered the Giovanni Italian sub, I got the Black n Blue Burger and we splurged with the Fried Green Tomatoes app. The Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer was excellent. It is served with a "roumalade" sauce but I personally felt like it was thousand island dressing. It didn't matter because they were so good. The Black n Blue Burger was honestly nothing exceptional. The presentation was nice and the bacon was cooked perfectly. It didn't seem to be fresh ground beef, in fact, I would wager it was a frozen patty. It definitely was not worth $15 but this is the world we live in. The Giovanni sub was the worst. We looked at the online menu ahead because my husband has brain cancer and has trouble talking. To save him some embarrassment I thought it would be easier for him to see exactly what he wanted. Unfortunately, this sandwich looked absolutely nothing like what is advertised. It had very little meat and two slices of cheese...he ate only half and this picture is what we brought home. Again, definitely not worth $15.95. Our server was exceptional...very kind. The restaurant is very clean. It just left us feeling deflated in our expectations. Due to my husband's cancer we are struggling financially and going out to eat like this is a rate treat. Our bill came to $48 for lunch. The only consolation was those delicious Fried Green Tomatoes. I recommended to our server that they try pairing them with cheesy grits like the Tupelo Honey Cafe in Asheville NC does. It sounds like a strange combination but it's incredible. So that's my honest review. I feel bad for having to write it but the quality of the meals was not reflected in the price.

Very disappointed my daughter and I ordered yesterday and ordered a few things. Paid a good amount. We ordered the mac and cheese, loaded fries with no tomatoes, we got tomatoes no green onions. And a breakfast. Everything came nice and hot. Pancakes were delicious. We decided to give it another try today. What a big disappointment the loaded fries were horrible. It came cold no bacon or seasoning and we asked for no tomatoes or jalapeño. It came with tomatoes and jalapeños. I ordered the burger medium well it was well done and dry. I wanted onion and pickles nothing else. I didn't get that but I did get a piece of wilted lettuce. The fries were cold. We ordered a kids breakfast. The egg and bacon was ok but the toast was overly toasted. It had to be scraped. We shouldn't have to do that. It went from okay to horrible in one day. Also making a mistake twice on the loaded fries.

everything was amazing!! the bayou Benedict was SO GOOD YALL. i’m from new orleans and their creole sauce in my dish was DIVINE. biscuits weren’t my favorite, but the shrimp, sauce, eggs, sausage and crispy POTATOES were 10/10. i was too in love to care about them biscuits. i wish i could eat this again and i already had to for breakfast.

Ordered tonight through Uber Eats: 3 piece chicken strip meal with fries plus buffalo sauce and honey mustard, a Diet Coke, a large Coke, large lemonade, and large fry with buffalo sauce. We received ONE FRY, the 3 strips, no sauce, no straws, no lemonade, a bacon cheeseburger, and 3 cheeseburgers with extra pickle, plus a frozen coffee drink. So part of our order was missing and got someone else’s order. My daughter is expecting and hasn’t eaten all day and was craving fries with buffalo sauce:(. I got a full refund from Uber eats but this order was TOTALLY botched.

I placed a mobile order at this McDonald's and I have to say, Absolutely the worsted McDonald's. sat at the intercom for 20 min after being told, be with you in a minute. There was only two vehicles ahead of me. After pulling up to the window I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes before I received my food. And this next part is my own fault. I didn't check the bag before pulling away from the window, my order is missing a big Mac. I ordered a big Mac meal large, and I'm missing the big Mac. I'm severely pissed off and will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend ordering here, but if you do then make sure to check your bag before pulling away. Worsted experience I've had at any location.

The manager tonight needs to be fired. How can you have it at 9 oclock the doors locked forcing everyone to go through drive through and having the drive through person tell everyone over the speaker they will take your order at the second window making everyone pull up to the second window while their order is being made and hour in drive through. And didnt even get my order taken before leaving. There were more than enough employees you can see through the window to handle everything.

Came here for first time today. Lady from Brooklyn nice. Girl with food nice. I ordered my drink with no whipped cream twice. Came with. Didn't notice as was coming from blood work. Just wanted to get home. Fish was cold too. Rest was good. Dissapointed.

I love the store the employees are great it's just my most favorite breakfast item you guys have is your bacon,egg,and cheese bagel but it COMPLETELY RUINS my breakfast in the morning when I take a bite of my B,E, C bagel and the bottom half of the bagel is as HARD AS A ROCK I practically chipped a tooth biting into the thing pretty good though on the attempt to fool people into thinking they got a nice soft bagel for their breakfast sandwich with the top half being perfect but the top being so perfect and the bottom being so wrong does NOT even the sandwich out so please if your sandwiches are gonna be sitting on a hot surface to keep them hot for the next customer at least have someone FLIPPING THEM OVER EVERY NOW AND THEN so one side doesn't get completely dried out and hard as a rock on one side of the bagel I wouldn't normally do THIS with the complaining but this has happened to me so many times and I stopped going to McDonald's (EVERY MORNING)like I use to which isn't good BUT my point is I just went back 3 mornings ago and today the third time I got my bagel it was hard as a rock on the bottom AGAIN so I busted a gasket and let my complaint LOOSE ON MICKY D'S MORNING EMPLOYEES sorry guys try a little harder it can't be THAT hard to TOAST a bagel RIGHT I hope everyone else has a lovely breakfast from McDonald's have a WONDERFUL day

it gets really frustrating when all you want to do is give a mobile code and they leave you sitting at the speaker for minutes on end without greeting you. whats the point in having two speakers if you can't staff two people to run them. I know its not an unable to hire people issue because there are hundreds of kids in this area that would love the opportunity so it is clearly a owner/management decision not to staff someone to run one of the speakers. Do better, its fast food should be fast people have places to be and things to do

If you want to compare this McDonald’s location vs The one on County line Road. This will be the McDonald’s you will choose. I live off of Shady Hills Road and drive all the way to this location just because the food is always fresh. My food is never thrown together sloppy. The Employees always have a good attitude, And I can honestly say in the last six months, I have never had a problem here compared to the one on County line Road. So with that said, you should definitely choose as McDonald’s if you Are in the surrounding area.

Food is good but tired of the smart remarks from the people who work dinner shifts. Make my burger right without your smart remarks. "Shell be alright" like I didn't hear you. One of the girls that bullied me in high school is a manager.

Ordered breakfast and was given a code for drive through. Arrived to the place and they said they will not give the order because it was past 11 am. Why they have to charged your card and gave you confirmation . They could havw cancelled so you could have other options before going there. Staff never apologized for the inconvenience .

New to Florida and was shocked to see during 1pm-4pm McDonald's has an Happy hour on doordash that takes 30% off almost the entire Menu. This is great for retired individuals and workers alike just needing a quick bite. Big Mac meal is like $9 during these hours and Happy meal is like $4

Really, it's my fault for even coming back here again. They can never get my order right. Every single time I come to this location, I seem to have issues with their TERRIBLE customer service, and the food is never correct! I usually NEVER have any problems at the other McDonald's locations, but this one in particular might as well just shut down for all I care. I hate that this one is the closest to me, but I guess driving an extra 10 minutes would be in my best interest, so that I don't have to deal with their constant mess ups and crappy attitudes at this location. So damn over it.

⭐ 1-Star Review I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ on and off for a few years. It’s never been the best location, but it was never bad enough to leave a negative review — and if you look at my history, I rarely leave 1-star reviews. But after the last two visits, I feel like it’s warranted. Day 1: We ordered the same three drinks we always get. My daughter asked for a sippy cup lid — didn’t get it. When we asked about it, we were met with attitude. None of our drinks came with straws, and when we asked for long straws (since we had large drinks), we were given short ones without much care. They also messed up the order in front of us, and while dealing with that, my frozen drink sat melting on the counter. When I finally got it, it was no longer frozen. To make it worse, it had caramel on it (I asked for mocha only). My wife’s coffee had the sugar sitting at the bottom because it wasn’t stirred, and her lid wasn’t secured — it leaked on her. Day 2: Same issues. Wrong lid again, wrong straws, long wait, and more attitude. This time, they handed me a frozen latte with whipped cream and the drink dripping down the sides of the cup. When I pointed it out, the employee gave me a dirty look and barely wiped it off. It ended up leaking inside my car. I asked for napkins — didn’t get any. Thankfully, I had a few of my own. And again, sugar in the bottom of the coffee, unstirred. I asked to speak to a manager and had to insist — they weren’t going to get him until I refused to move from the drive-thru window. When he came, he didn’t seem to care either. After these two back-to-back bad experiences, I can confidently say this will be our last time visiting this Dunkin’.

I will never go to this location again. I order a large latte and ADD 3 extra shots of espresso. I know exactly what it looks like when it comes. It keeps happening at this location where they do not add the 3 extra shots or just add 3 total and I get a $10 cup of milk basically. I told the woman at the window and she said I put them in there myself but I’ll add one if you want. I said no. The line was around the building and drove off. However after tasting basically pure milk and being frustrated over this happening so much I turned around and went inside. The woman at the window i pointed her out and I said I will not accept this. She said I know I know I’m sorry I’ll fix it. So if you know why didn’t you make my $10!!!!!!! Drink right the first time? Why did I have to walk inside Dunkin in my pjs looking like a complete idiot and ruining my Sunday morning?! ALSO I ORDERED THE SNACKING BACON WHICH WAS NOT FULLY COOKED AT ALL. My best friend was with me and she ordered it too and hers was raw as well so I just gave her mine so she could recook it in her air dryer. This store is pathetic and needs some serious help.

I normally go to other Dunkin Donuts as this one's not on the way to work or home however I was out this way today and decided to stop by and get a dozen donuts. I have a card that allows me to buy half a dozen and get a half a dozen free so for under $6 I get a dozen donuts. And while that price is kind of high it's a pretty fair price compared to anywhere else you get a dozen donuts from. The donuts were fresh and tasted good however there are sortment of donuts has greatly decreased. They no longer carry my favorite which was the chocolate frosted cake donut. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. My suggestion would be that they label the specialty Donuts that are not included in the regular Donut price because when you're ordering your donuts and you're picking them out there's nothing to differentiate between the two.

This place doesn’t do refills so you have to pay full price even if you have your own cup. I’m doing this review for the customer service because it was horrible! I went through the drive thru and the girl the took my order was kind of rude she seemed like she was annoyed that I was asking questions. Then the guy that gave me my order bc he couldn’t hear me said “I don’t read lips I didn’t go to school for that” I will never go back to that DD’s ever again.

Went to get a Milkshake at 9:30 pm and there was three employees and nobody wanted to help me ir my wife. When they finally pick the employee that was going to help us she said “Dang it” and ask us what did we wanted. When we went to the ice cream side she said we wont do shakes because we are about to close soon. So we decided to leave because we didn’t feel welcome or like they wanted to take our order.

We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and recieved some one else's order after waiting in the line that wrapped around the building! The worst thing about that is, I dont even like what I recieved and I used my points to get one of my sandwiches. I now have bacon bagels which I hate and my points have been taken for no reason. There were three people stood by the window and between the three of them they couldn't get my order correct. Customer service was poor. No hello, no service with a smile, barely got eye contact, just looked and sounded bored to death! Money and time wasted.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up half a dozen donuts and when I got them home they were so stale you couldn't eat them. They were more like hockey pucks than donuts. Not the first time but it is the last. New homemade donut shop going in by BJ's may cost a dollar or two more, not sure of pricing yet, but at least they'll be edible. Dunkin has gone to hell in Hernando county.

Make sure if you order your food here that you not only check to see if the food is in the bag, but also between the buns to make sure they didn't just give you plain bread! I just spent a fortune on 8 pieces of bread that were supposed to be egg McMuffins. It's literally just an English muffin, egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon. How do you manage to mess that up????

I ordered DoorDash and the eggs were moldy. I called them to inform them of the moldy eggs and was told that it’s a normal thing for eggs… I included a picture so you can judge for yourself but I’ve NEVER had eggs look like this. It’s not a normal blue/green that sometimes happens with hard-boiled eggs, it is a dark grey/blue mold color and it’s throughout the entire egg not just where the yolk meets the whites. 🤢 I never write reviews but this literally made me want to throw up. I understand it’s McDonald’s but I feel like there needs to be more quality testing because how did they not see that.

The ice machine was broken. So we got warm coke with no ice. We waited over 20 minutes for our food after it was order through the app and said is was prepared and waiting for us.

Why is a simple order so complicated to make? I'll tell you, a bunch of highschool kids spending more time playing on phones and complaining about having to work. Stop going to Macdonalds years ago, figured I'd give it a chance and to no avail, just as horrific as before, and some teenage claims to be the manager and literally tried to justify the error by claiming to be busy...with nobody inside the store and maybe 2 cars in the drive thur. I'd hate to see a slow day

Went through the drive through around 10:20ish and was helped by Soriah and Julian. Very sweet and was playing along with us when my friends and I started being goofy. We’ve ran into them several times at this location and they always have a smile on their face.

I have been to this particular drive thru on multiple occasions. 3 ot of 4 visits i pull up , I'm asked to wait, which is fine(no other cars in either lane) as I'm waiting another car, I have had up to 3 cars, pull up in the other lane and they all get served 1st. This is the very last time I will use this place. I'd rather drive 5 miles down the road and get better service

I ordered a door dash order for 2 hamburger happy meals (specially ordered with extra everything and one I even paid extra for an extra meat patty on the sandwich and a 10 piece nugget and paid for extra sauce. I always have to go back to this McDonald’s due to something missing and now I’ll start documenting it so everyone else knows not to even trust them. Everyone clearly has the same issue in previous reviews . I called and the girl was nice, but tried to tell me “the girl at the front counter said she put everything in the bag.” And I proceeded to let her know I sent in pictures to door dash with what was missing and brought the bag back with the entire order in it because when I asked her on the phone if I should bring it because when I worked there we asked people to bring the order back so we can replace it and she said yes. I drove all the way back to McDonald’s with my bag and have everything back except the drinks and said they were fine but everything is cold and I even offered to take the cold 10 pc back so she didn’t have to remake it and she insisted she make another.. idk if she just didn’t even look at my order which was in giant letters on the door dash bag or what but they still made my sandwich wrong and replaced everything except the second sandwich which was given back to them completely untouched. We didn’t touch a single thing and it sure is a shame because when I walked in there was a manager on the table and 2 managers by drive thru so I’ll never understand how they still got my order wrong she said she has no way to go back and see a door dash order LOL it’s on the bag if you had just paid attention instead of joking around with your staff. I told them I’m honestly good and not to lie to me because I used to work there so I know how it works and I won’t be returning or wasting my money there any longer. Some red head girl was the manager I think it was like Larissa or something idk I liked her a lot at first she was very kind and understanding but I don’t appreciate the fact that you still got the order I paid for wrong a second time and then had an attitude with me about it as if I’m wrong. I really hope someone looks into this because that never would’ve flew at my store! I’m very disappointed.

This is an amazing cafe with delicious desserts and an excellent selection of food items on their menu. They have the best homemade lemonades! The lavender lemonade is delicious, as are all of the flavors. The breakfast burritos are also the best. Highly recommend.

The Crafted Dessert Company is such a gem! The people here are incredibly nice, and they take the time to personalize the food and coffee just the way you like it. I had the tiramisu iced coffee, and it was perfect — not too sweet, just right. The breakfast arepa with chipotle sauce was absolutely delicious. I don’t usually like ham, but theirs was amazing! For lunch, we tried the chicken arepa with cilantro sauce, and it was so good that we didn’t even regret not getting the steak — now we’re even more excited to try the steak next time. And the churros? To die for! Definitely go check them out and support this wonderful family-owned business. You won’t regret it! As for us, we will definitely return time and time again!

I stopped by The Crafted Dessert Company and ended up trying both the breakfast and lunch arepas, plus a tiramisu iced coffee. The breakfast one had crispy bacon bits, which I really liked, and the chipotle sauce gave it a nice kick. The lunch arepa was super flavorful—especially with that cilantro sauce. The tiramisu coffee was also really good. The waitress actually asked me how sweet I like my coffee, which I appreciated, and it still tasted like actual coffee (not just sugar and milk like some places). I noticed they have daily specials too, which is cool. I’m already thinking about going back to try the tamales and empanadas for breakfast.

Great little spot to grab great bite to eat. Everything on the menu is full of flavor and made with love. My family and I have visited here a few times and never been disappointed. The people who work here are warm and attentive, they take pride in the food they serve you. If you live in Spring Hill or Hudson, take a drive to this little piece of heaven. Why is it that when I go to this location my bagel or hashbrowns are always burnt. Took one bite and just tasted burnt. Would you like to eat burnt tasting food? Or like some cold hash browns? Then this is the Dunkin location for you. Well my coffee isn’t messed up this time so kudos for that one.

Understand that this review is about one person. The rest of the crew are lovely. Ann, Maria, Ashley and the 2 Nicoles are fantastic. Then there is McKenna, she rude, lazy and has an attitude. One Saturday I had to have my order redone 3 times and then I complained. After that, she has made sure she makes me wait, doesn't put my order in purposely, tells the cashier to make me pull forward to wait again. I have been a loyal customer almost on the daily. Have made great relationships with the staff, but this one girl, she ruins your business. Don't know why you employee such a person. When I hear her voice through drive thru, I know my order is going to be wrong, and the wait forever. There is another Dunkin on my way to work so I think that's where I'll take my money. I love the girls I mentioned above and would hate to not see them in the morning. Those girls are the ones who keep customers for you, bust their butts to do a great job and then theirs the sour grape who disrupts the good you have in your store. There is only a handful who know how to make my mocha macchiato. That's a daily fight. I now have to taste it before I leave. However, kudos to Ann, Maria, Ashley and the 2 Nicoles. Those five are the only reason I still come by.

Filthy store infested with flies and roaches. Behind the counter is filthy, employees are never seen washing their hands or cleaning the spoons they use to stir each drink. The dining area is never tended to, and the front counter is consistently understaffed. This Dunkin is more worried about their Drive-Thru times than customer satisfaction and food safety.

I waited an hour for my order (1x avocado toast and 1x small latte) on Mother's Day, and it came out wrong. We came back this morning to have the avocado toast remade, which is the resolution the manager offered over the phone instead of a refund. The order was correct this morning, and they also comped my coffee, as well (despite my coffee yesterday being just fine). They didn't have to do that and it's extremely appreciated.

Ann and carey were phenomenal in helping us make the cotton candy coolatta that we have seen posted on social media. When we inquired they knew exactly what we were talking about and said they can create it. It looks beautiful and tasted very refreshing. Thank you for your great service! Small place, not alot of room. Ordered ahead of time. Said it would be 10 mins, got there in 15. Said it would be another 10 mins no worries waited. After about another 30 I asked what was going on and she checked and half the order hadn’t been started. Finally got the food and the biscuit was doughy, with no flavor, the hash browns were soft and undercooked and the chicken was like frozen tenders reheated. The pop tart thing was good but for 9$ it wasn’t that good. Just disappointed at the lack of seeing me waiting for so long and not double checking.

Great breakfast food with good-sized servings. Everything tasted fresh, and all employees were nice and helpful. A little cramped, but they do have outside seating. They serve luch as well.

Delicious French toast, breakfast burritos and coffee. The giant pop tart was decent, but kind of expensive. The owner was kind and gave us refills on coffee in to-go cups!

After about 5 visits here, I can confidently say this is one of the best spots in Spring Hill. Coffee is always great, their food is also excellent. Not a huge selection but that means they excel in making what they do. The service staff and the owner are always very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never experienced a long wait for food or my coffee as you can watch them cook and brew everything in front of you. Fantastic waffles and chicken, syrup is also great. Definitely recommend checking Caffe Connection out and supporting this small business!

I don’t know why it took me so long to finally check this place out I will admit. I am so happy I did however! The bacon breakfast burrito was delicious and stuffed. I got the Boba coffee. It was a nice change. The staff is friendly. It’s clean and cozy inside. Definitely a place to check out, I know I’ll be back!

Overall I always love this place. The food is good, the people that I have interacted with are nice, and they are never trying to rush you out the door. I had the biscuits, sausage graveyard, and eggs. This was cooked perfectly. The coffee was solid. The only downside is the service once you make it to your table. It's not a traditional sit-down eating establishment, but when you have staff who come to your table offer to refill a drink while you're there. Still, we will be back again!

The staff was friendly which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, i ordered a Chestnut Praline latte...when I got it and took a drink I sware they poured coffee in there instead of espresso. I've worked at a coffee shop so I know the taste difference. The color was also off. I couldn't even finish it as it tasted like watered down coffee with a little bit of flavor and after I poured it put the amount of grounds makes me really think they used coffee instead of espresso.

I visited on Saturday 8/10/24. The staff was great. I'll give them 5 stars. I visit this location at least monthly. Never have issues. I got a Venti Double Chocolate Chip Frap. I tweak mine. 3 pumps mocha, no mocha drizzle, extra whipped cream. I used my rewards to pay for it. Got the drink from the barista and I already knew it wasn't what I wanted. My drinks are always a light brown color, this one was tan. I took a sip and I swear I tasted coffee. They were busy so I shopped. Gave it a few more sips. After my target run, I went back and asked them to remake it. I told them I don't drink coffee and it tasted wrong. She said of course. She looked at it and said it was written correctly and no promises that it would taste any different. I got it and yep, still a tan color and still tasted like coffee. I just left. I had a rough day and just felt defeated. I gave the drink to my father's son and he even asked me why i was drinking coffee when I hated it. I cried but more bc I felt reassured. I'm not sure what went wrong. I know that there is a coffee version of the drink but I made it a point that they knew that I didn't like coffee yet they made me two drinks that day that tasted like coffee.

I was the only person there. There was 2 workers. I ordered a grande drink. I paid at 7:49pm. There was no one else and no other orders. As I'm waiting for my drink I notice no one is making my drink so I wait another minute. I notice the 2 workers are now talking to another man about legos ... So I get closer to the counter and my cup is still empty, just my name on it. The cashier looks over at me twice and then just smiles, then continues to talk to her coworker and the other man. 4 more minutes pass by and nothing. I got tired, I just wanted to go home, so I just asked for a refund and left. At that point I don't even want the drink anymore. This was so annoying like you both saw me there and ignored me. At that point why did you even take my order. I was definitely patient. I gave them 5 minutes before I said anything. And once again it was just me, no other orders or customers before me. Staff is comically slow. I get having fun and talking while working but my god at leave move around and actually make the drinks lol. No organization or time management. Manager even came out, saw a 20+ line and 4+ drinks on the screen and said “Well if y’all need help just let me know” and proceeded to go back to her office 💀 My coffee was alright

I never write reviews but the Behavior and attitude of Mrs Andrea is completely unacceptable on multiple visits I have been given attitude despite my respectful tone towards her. Most recently after having a long order she seemed to get mad and frustrated beacuse I asked for substitutions and changes to a drink that I feel like we’re reasonable. I have never had a problem with any of your baristas until now and I have been coming here for years.

They always make my drinks right even when I have kind of goofy coffee orders. The employees are always so kind and patient! I prefer going in to this Starbucks over going through a drive thru or regular cafe. Always a better experience.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese—plain—through the drive-thru, but when I got it, it had everything on it. I politely told the girl at the window, and she took the burger back. About 20 seconds later, she handed me the same burger—only this time, the toppings were wiped off and you could still see the ketchup smeared on the patty. It was obvious they hadn’t remade it, just scraped it clean. I didn’t realize this until I drove away, so I turned around and went inside. When I explained what happened, the woman at the counter didn’t apologize, didn’t seem to care, and just told the cook to make another one. You could see the guy in the back was annoyed, like I was the problem for wanting my food made correctly. After waiting quite a while, I finally got my replacement. I figured at least it would be fresh—especially since the first one had been sitting so long it was dry. But when I took a bite, I couldn’t believe it... it was raw. Not undercooked—raw in the middle. I honestly didn’t even think that was possible at a fast-food restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. No apology, no accountability, just a completely careless and unsanitary experience from start to finish.

When you come to a restaurant to get a drink to go. And you’re paying $2.79 for a 32 ounce drink. Yes I would like you to fill the entire drink up. I said something to the woman at the drive-through window, where you pick your food up. And she copped an attitude with me. She said my cup was full here.

Took 20 minutes to get a SMALL MILKSHAKE. 20 MINUTES in the lobby. & on top of that HALF THE CUP WAS WHIPP-CREAM. Smh I understand drive through is a priority. I’ve worked at checkers and Taco Bell when I was a teen. So I’m always pateint eating at fast food when I do. BUT you don’t just blatantly ignore all customers inside. After 15 minutes I tried calling staff to the counter & they looked at me and ignored me lol. Took 5 minutes to have 1 come over and ask me what I needed lol. Terrible attitudes and service. I find it beyond me that people have the ability to be rude in their workplace. Granted, I get that McDonald’s deals with the general public and people can be unpleasant, but a positive and optimistic demeanor should be presented by all means at all times. Managers, Nikita and Kayla are highly unprofessional, highly rude and extremely sarcastic. This review is over a $.27 barbecue sauce that they were holding their ground and giving my wife and kids a hard time. The fact is my wife never received her bbq sauce and was given lots of push back by this team to then realize they never gave my wife the bbq sauce. I find it absurd that it has got to this point that I had to leave a review over barbecue sauce. Consumers beware this McDonald’s is extremely unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The manager Kayla was rude and highly unprofessional to the point that she hung the phone up on me. I definitely won’t be going back to this location. Not entirely sure if their motive was racially fueled but this location needs to do better. Shame on all parties involved.

Tried to swing through the drive-thru to get some breakfast real quick. Woman on the mic immediately came on with an attitude. When I tried to tell her I needed a minute she wouldn't stop asking what do I want. Then when I finally order the prices were way off. When I tried to explain to her what it was showing on the screen she gave me an even bigger attitude and said that I was incorrect. Not dealing with this bs first thing in the morning. Not going back here again!

Went there for 3 cookies and a milkshake and ended up with 3 ice cold cookies and what taste and looks like an expired vanilla milkshake. The shake itself looked yellowish and had a sour taste let alone the whipped cream that was also sour and chunky. This is disgusting.

I'm honestly pretty surprised this store is STILL this low rated the near 4 years they've been opened. I went to this store for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago& been back twice since(as a walk in). Service was pretty much I order, blink& my drink was already done. While most of the peoples attitudes were a bit standoffish the fast service neutralizes it out.

No matter how early I place my order through the Dunkin’ app for walk-in pickup, it’s never ready when I arrive. I end up waiting as if I hadn’t ordered ahead at all—what’s the point of mobile ordering then? The drinks are another issue entirely. The sweet tea and refreshers consistently taste off, like something is expired or just mixed completely wrong. Even when I politely ask for them to be remade, they somehow taste worse. It’s baffling. To top it off, the staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Any concerns or feedback are met with attitude, not solutions. I’ve given this location (and Dunkin' in general) multiple chances, but the experience just keeps getting worse. Save your time and money—go somewhere else that values customers and gets basic orders right.

My family and I came to get a quick breakfast through the drive thru, when we got up to the window we were handed our things and we counted to make sure what needs to be in the bag is in there, it wasn’t, the girl we were dealing with is Bree. This girl was the absolute rudest, she accused us of lying about not having all our food. When we asked to speak to a manager she refused and took our food in the back. She needs to take an updated customer service course. Other than her disrespect a guy named Trey or Troy was very sweet and helped us after Bree refused.

This dunkin donuts is good but this is like the 4th time they did my order wrong. I asked for a peach sunshine energy wich has the sparkling water in it and they did NOT put the sparkling water in it and it was to sweet. I am so upset bc they dont make sure people's orders are right before serving 😤

I asked for two donuts no sprinkles and they had sprinkles however I also asked for a cup of water no ice and was informed they only do ice water with ice. You can’t just poor some water in a cup ? When you’re sitting at the table outside that’s all you could smell Is cigarette butts, the ground is really gross. It needs to be pressure washed and one more thing when you sit down eating your bagel. The last thing you want to see is a roach running across your seat so I really appreciate somebody to get back to me so just can get rectified because it’s definitely a health concern because if the front lobby looks like this, I could just imagine what the back looks like. I mean, I could see what the back looks like just by looking when you walk in at 4 o’clock there’s nobody at the counter everybody’s in there’s only like two people in there in back playing aroundMeanwhile, the trash is overflowing. absolutely horrendous please don’t waste your time or your money- especially if you’re pregnant. i asked them to do a decaf latte, got a regular latte and had to pay for an extra shot of regular espresso somehow which was almost $2 more? Asked for receipts and my latte didn’t even show decaf…. so i had to throw it out because im pregnant and can’t risk it. They were awful to me, terrible customer service- didn’t offer a refund or a remake. My first time ever leaving a google review anywhere btw- I love dunkin but i will never be going again because of how genuinely bad this experience was.

The female moved last year and now the fonuts have gone to shit. French crullers are absolutely terrible. Its a shame that either noone can follow the protcols or can make donuts like this one particular female . Dunkin donuts lost the best donit maker and its a shame that she has moved. I usually visit the hudson store or springhill store near burger king on 19 both locations are awesome on ţhe service and speed. Wish they would have the same love for the donuts like the one female did and they would defiently be 10 star store. For now i will stick with boston creme and frozen coffee and will just deal with my two choice and be content.

My wife and I When is his particular Duncan. Only to find out it has become an Airbnb for homeless people. Call my wife and I like to sit down in the chairs and have the table between us. The atmosphere is usually nice but when 10 feet away there’s a homeless person snoring not so nice.

It's obvious these folks hate their jobs. Rude to start, rude to finish. Hash browns tasted reheated and were mushy and beat up. The tortilla on the wrap had crunchy edges with the cheese pouring out one side...y'all need Jesus.

Came here on 9/30 at 10:05 pm and ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and a refresher, the refresher was great, but the FIRST batch of croissants were totally cold in the center, came back through drive thru and they remade them just for them to both be solid burnt and have no cheese. Called and asked to speak to a manager and there’s not even one on shift. As someone who works in the industry, to whomever owns and runs this place, if you want any sort of service moving forward.. I suggest we at least do the bare minimum of having a manager in at all times and reconsidering our staff, this job is not rocket science. never once have i been to any other dunkin in this area and had this experience. this isn’t my first bad experience here either.

Been here a hand full of time since they open and at first had a good experience but recently it’s been bad, typically i order online for pickup in store and when i get there half the time just for my drink “to not be ready” so i wait 5-10 min just for it to be sitting on the drive thru lane waiting the entire time and then i have to be the one to ask someone is that my drink when its been ready the entire time… then ive gotten bacon topped avocado toast and it doesn’t come with bacon and today i went and got a cream cheese bagel just for the cream cheese to but literally ice frozen in the middle… for it to be a BRAND NEW Dunkin obviously whoever is running it or owns it does not care about their guest experience.

The girls there have been sweet I have no issues with the customer service. My only thing is the sweet tea. I have gotten a sweet tea from the drive thru twice with in seven days and both times the tea honestly can’t even be considered tea. It’s more like dirty water with sugar. I’m currently sitting at work with tea bags in my “tea”. My fiancés coffee is unflavored with no and unsweetened he asked for sweetener but there very clearly isn’t any. Just improve the drinks and you guys would be great.

Came here through the drive thru and had horrible service from a rude what appears to be a teenager employee. Couldn't even ask simple menu questions without rude attitude and remarks. After getting food we realized they were incorrect. After taking back in to have replaced. The workers took the incorrect donuts they have gave us and we touched and put them back in the serving window. I would not recommend this place. Tried to speak with manager but they never have one there.

When first opened great but lately my order is always wrong and I consistently order the same thing almost every day. I don’t know if they just aren’t paying attention to the orders or what but it’s made me go to other locations. Also there will be no cars in the lane but you have to wait 5 mins for them to take your order just for it to always be incorrect. I rarely leave reviews but this location needs to get it together or start firing people.

Me and my fiancé went through the drive-through this afternoon. We waited at the speaker for 20 minutes, they said they needed a second, we didn’t mind, we both have worked in customer service before we know things happen, however, then a few cars drove around us, and one of which placed their order at the window.. So then we finally got to the window and I said “we have been waiting for 20 minutes. You guys should’ve sent them around to wait their turn” And the cashiers (Amy’s) response to me was “ThE cAr tHaT AlReAdY lEft” *already being rude* And I stated yes, and she goes “well. There’s nothing I can do about it now.” Still rude.. And slammed the window door in our faces. She then opened the window gave us our payment dropped one of our straws looked at it and didn’t give us a new straw and then slammed the window again. I then called to ask for a manager and they said nobody in charge was there, we will not be returning, definitely go to the Dunkin next to locomo, they people there are the SWEETEST <3

Fast service, which is good because I was in a hurry to get to work. But I was given no napkins… AND the cream cheese was frozen. Literally they gave me a cup of FROZEN cream cheese for my bagel. Had to throw it out. What a waste.
