Walked into an empty restaurant & didn’t get spoken too until 10 minutes after i arrived. An employee finally came out from the back… So i asked if they were open since it was empty & she seemed bothered…. She responded with so much attitude… As if I was a bother to her. Decided to take my business elsewhere… Never coming back here again & i’m not one to write negative reviews. Speak to your employees & be better. It doesn’t take much to be nice.

Food is delicious! My favorite breakfast spot around whether I order ahead or dine in! Also if you want a great cup of coffee or tea . . .stop in! Always always always a pleasant experience!

Great low-key, diner-like breakfast and lunch spot. I have breakfast meetings here whenever I can. They used to only take cash, but now take credit cards. It's a hidden gem that is rarely crowded.

Trash😤 It took the longest for the food and no one was in there but 2 other customers….ask for cheese eggs it look like a half of an egg that was dry as hell the French toast was only wet in the middle and the sausage was half cooked … I don’t recommend this place to any one … staff and customers use the same bathroom in the dining area…

Nice little old school breakfast & lunch place with homemade soups. Kindly service. I got a bacon egg & cheese muffin and it was generous with the bacon. Fresh hot coffee. Places to sit upstairs in the back.

I came here to say the turkey and cheese on a roll was good they just don’t put much meat on the thing… other review will say the same. I came here because it was packed with people so I was like must mean great subs… nope they or a 6 or 7 out of 10. Put more meat please Saw someone in the reviews say speak up if your order is wrong, it’s had to do that once you leave and are at work trying to enjoy your food… that’s all

Great family-owned business. If there's any problem with your order, speak up! They'll fix it with a smile. Same people working there all the time, not a revolving door where workers are mistreated. That speaks volumes.

Friendly, fast and clean spot for quick sandwiches on South Warren. Good prices, too. Small seating area upstairs. Older building so no wheelchair access. Does have WiFi though. I like the lunch special which can be half a sandwich, side salad and a can of soda. Good deal.

This place was pretty good when it first opened. A few years later, and they have slacked off. Today was the 3rd time they got may sandwich wrong. I had it, so I walked back to the store and returned it for a refund. How hard is it to make a hoagie? Apparently for these guys, VERY! There might be a language barrier issue here, but that's no excuse. I'm done buying hoagies from them that are not what I ordered, or made with 2 pieces of meat. On the bright side, at least I won't have to stand in the cramped hallway with everyone bumping into me for 30 minutes to wait for my lunch to be made...incorrectly.

Sooo...1st time I went it was good...cute price for a quick breakfast.....did take out.. This time I took a friend and had time to sit dwn for a quick breakfast... It was bought over on real plates...I was excited and doing the happy dance... Well there was definitely no love in the food this time...pancakes were hard and a lil warm...I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage...cheese was not melted....jus slapped in btwn a folded egg...and semi warm in the middle so the cheese melted in that spot. I left feeling hungry...only part I enjoyed was sausage and bottled water...☹️

I checked hours online to get bagels before work. They opened at 6:30 & they said no bagels until around 7 or 7:15 so I had to go elsewhere.

I purchased egg and cheese omelet with hash brown and toast, and the cost for the food was $9.00 dollars. The food was nasty and not worth the money. You should avoid this place at all costs. Smh, I know I should have gone to Dunkin Donuts

They have great breakfast and lunch specials, all kinds of bagels fresh everyday and the smoothies are awesome. And let us not forget the fresh fruit and the different flavors of coffee.

Honestly... The best hoagie I've had in a while, nice thick cuts of sandwich meat. Perfect.. I might even go as far as saying this is one of the best sandwiches around. Go grab one take a walk to the park down the street sit down and enjoy. Also the macaroni salad was great too!

I love this place. We go constantly. The food is consistently well prepared, fast and affordable. The staff are super friendly, and happy to see you. I am particularly fond of their bagels. Coffee is good, sandwiches, cheese steaks are all great. The only downside is the parking, or lack there of.

Pat’s has a welcoming vibe; the wait staff is friendly and the servings are generous. Unlike many diners, you can have a conversation and the noise is minimal. Have ordered pie and cake slices to go. Weekdays are not crowded at all ( 1st visit during a weekday).

My family and I had the pleasure of going to Pat's diner after my little cousin graduated from the Youth Challenge Academy last night. The place was clean and welcoming, the service was polite and in a timely fashion. I had the seafood platter and it was cooked to perfection, my whole family enjoyed their meal and was happy with their choices, nothing was sent back. I can definitely see my self coming back and recommending it to others it's definitely a hidden Gem in Trenton.

I know someone who’s been goin to pats his whole life , he’s now 66 He and his are regulars , they went to lunch today at pats . My husband ordered the jumbalaya, which he use to love.Today 8/27 while he was chowing down he found a roach cooked in his meal. Manager came over and made a face as to him putting it in there. Big deal she compt the meals. That’s so gross and my hubby has a huge family and friends to never eat here again. The Greeks were the best…😎

I came with my family here ,prices the best among all diners in the area ,quality of food is excellent, but the service that we received by fran was exceptional, she was so friendly to my kids ,she suggested us some choices that we loved ,she was very cautious while putting the hot food on the table by guarding it with her hand so it want fall in to the kids ,she fulfilled all my kids requests 🤣 with a big smile , very recommended place ,very kind and proffesional staff ,food is great ,prices affordable. Loved it, our waitress was wonderful. She packed my food up when we had some baby and mommy wardrobe malfunctions. Lol Was amazed to have lol my food come out hot, even the eggs! Probably top diner that I've been to.

Delicious and very affordable food. Their daily specials, which changes depending on the day of the week comes with soup AND salad, entree (some come with sides like french fries, corn, mashed potatoes) AND dessert all included! Great value! Since the prices are affordable, I have experimented with ordering different dishes over the years. Some are hit and miss. Their meat loaf is great and their bread pudding is extraordinary!

I ordered an omelette and put instructions for no cheese because their only option had cheese included. They ignore what you put on “Grubhub requests” for the order and make whatever they want, so just an fyi for anyone ordering from an app and not in person ! I tried more than once unfortunately and it happened every time. Please try harder !

La Cabaña is a wonderful, family friendly restaurant in Trenton, NJ. The food is absolutely delicious, the closest to home cooking you can get! The staff was amazing. Their service was excellent and it was great to learn more from them about Costa Rican cuisine. Highly recommend!

Food was good we sat down and ordered something to go an hour later we had to wait another 15 minutes for it and we didn’t get a receipt unsure if tip included or not other than that food is good and nice and clean lots of Costa Rican traditional food deserts and bakery items. Delish

On our way from Philly to NJ we stopped to eat breakfast at Skit-Lit as they have great reviwes. This is small spot in downtown Trenton that gets a lot of foot traffic. We we able to get seat for our family of 4 so we dined in. Our sever was Ok, the food was Ok good but they did put peppers in my wife skillet meal that she did not ask for. However we did not bring this to the attention of the sever as we were pressed for time. We had to park around the corner at a parking deck but the walk was not bad. Our score is 4.0

Skill Lit was a great experience! The food was really good, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy—they even made me a cappuccino, even though it wasn’t on the menu. I've been to Skil-Lit Cafe one time before today and had an amazing experience Today, not so much First of all you need a reservation and it has to get approved. For what!!! I got there and said I have a reservation for 1:30 and the woman act like she could care less. Fish and grits The fish had no favor and was overcooked which makes it gummy My mom had the chicken wrap and said the dressing was sour they changed it to fish and grits Thank you! My mom got sick on the way home. The customer service was regular nothing special. All the food was blah except for the Peach ice tea. I come home to look at my receipts and see I was charged a auto gratuity for $12.83 which on top I gave the server a $20 dollar tip . That's not good customer service at all. Im never going back EVER. And to top it off it was my husband's birthday so I wanted him to have a nice brunch after church. SMH!!!! I wish I could get my $20 dollars back!!!

This is a great place to stop for well-made breakfast. This isn’t my first time, and I really recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling meal. I ordered shrimp and grits that came with scrambled eggs, and I added potatoes for my side. Everything was delicious. The grits came with a creamy texture with a warming touch. Top with succulent, seasoned shrimp with a side of soft, plain potatoes. They have reasonable portion sizes, and the presentation was on point. The staff members showed an amicable demeanor and were polite. A satisfying, well-balanced start to your day!

By sheer luck we googled 'coffee' today before heading out to our regular place and The Orchid House popped up as being brand new so decided to try it! To say the least, unreal. Barely a week old but the inside is beautiful and mature for such a new business. Lovely art and plenty of seating (with outdoor seating to come!). The owners were lovely, attentive, and proud of their place, as well they should be! We had The Orchid (spiced oat milk, lime and vanilla) which was a flavor we never knew we needed in this life and it was sooo good. We also had the Blueberry Sorrel (fresh and light and just a hint of sweetness but not tart), the sweet potato waffle (life changing. you must try it) and the turkey bacon egg and cheese. We also got a regular coffee to go and some pressed juice. I don't gush in too many reviews on here, but this is a place you need to try. The food is so good, the drinks are equally so, and the business as a whole exudes a wonderful sense of comfort and pride. This might be (don't tell the others), our new favorite spot.

Amazing, local downtown, small black business. The food was amazing very flavorful with all natural ingredients, I was very pleased and surprised how it did not leave me feeling heavy, bloated, and full. It is a very chill vibe in here very colorful and relaxing. The owner Elijah was very friendly and welcoming, the customer service I have no complaints at all, it was exceptional! Also, it’s kid friendly!

Love this place! Locally sourced ingredients, everything homemade! They even have locally roasted coffee beans for their espresso and coffee! Also they cold press their juice! Grand opening was 8/1. 6:45-3pm Monday through Friday. Saturday 9:00-1:00.

I have worked in Trenton for a decade hoping that a place like this would come. And here it is. Quick, easy, inventive, and healthy options for breakfast and lunch at reasonable hours. The owners could not have been more friendly and patient as I try to pick among the great options. My friend got the sweet potato waffle, which was a hit, and I got the pita. I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and ingredients. Plus it came out quickly, which is a plus for a working lunch. Can't wait to come back particularly for breakfast. Plenty of seating and the parklet outdoor seating seemed great too.

Love this cafe and the family that comes with it! I can say that no matter what juice or concoction they have in the cooler, i’m going to love it. The beet juice (pictured) is my favorite. The breakfast sandwiches are great, but the sweet potato waffle is the greatest (all pictured). If you are sitting in, you will most likely be given a sample of what’s cooking in the kitchen, like a hearty Chickpea stew. And aside from the food, is the community offered to residents and visitors alike, of which I’ve been lucky enough to attend. A destination for sure, and a much delighted addition to our Downtown.

Rush hour sucks I ordered my breakfast before I left my house did it for curbside pickup I was waiting for about 10 min no one came out I walk in they had my order ready on the side by the time I got it my hash browns were saggy and they didn’t even put everything I asked for in my coffee and I pay for all the extras if I could’ve gone back I would’ve I was already running late for work. But that’s messed up specially if I pay my order ahead of time

The crew at this Dunkin is unbelievable with their skills on making drinks. Kiddos. Loved the extra touch.

the ladies who always attend the cash register are very friendly and not only that, they practically already know who their frequent customers are and when one is already arriving where they are, they already have ready what one is supposed to order and that is very good because it makes them more efficient compared to the other stores that are around. congratulations to them. for that cunning and above all that ease with which they record the faces of all their most frequent guests. may God always continue to give you that or more than the energy with which you always get up and with the purpose with which you arrive at your jobs. and that smile that they always keep is what makes me go every morning for my melon lemonade with my croissant.

Ask for lactose free or plant based milk for your coffee they do have it.

My first and last time I went to the bathroom and saw cockroaches My waitress didn’t even ask if the food was ok or if we needed something all they did was talk I DO NOT RECOMMEND I’m disgusted

I went to order take out based on the reviews and proximity to where the restaurant was to a competition we were at over the weekend. The woman and teen age boy at the register were very nice and patient, they didn’t speak a lot of English and I spoke less Spanish…and I had a large order. Everything was fresh and delicious with large portions. Definitely go if you are looking for home made, authentic Mexican food.

They are not shameful at all about it either... The afternoon worker whom speak English is very ignorant she younger so you will know her.. The morning crew bias comes by nature and lack of interaction with others they are sweet and obedient towards Hispanic men barely any female Hispanics been seen besides one. Yes I'm there daily... Great prices... Tries hard when an outsider such as myself comes in for service.. I am a regular and came daily demanding respect without a word.. Awesome fried Chicken breast!!

Lately it has gone down hill. Never have the food you ask for. I asked for breaded chicken they said they had it. Then I get there and they tell me they didn't have chicken but she gave me stake. I don't eat stake. 39min just gone. Waste of time. I had to walk out of there how hangry I was and order from a different place. I'm really gonna stop ordering from there. This happened a few times

Good food and friendly staff

The staff are completely rude to white and black people. The staff knows NO ENGLISH and i know the teenagers that work there say things that are inappropriate. As well as the atmosphere of the restaurant is poor as the way it looks inside.

It was like going to the corner Bodega and eat on a small tiny table in the corner. Meanwhile the beef fajitas was chewy. Also I accidentally ingested a super hot habenero. I thought it was roasted red pepper. 😳 horrible.

Do not eat their! Not sanitary at all. It was my first time their and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Where the pastries are stored in I saw a small roach, when I came home and open my platter it had a hair. I wasted my money and time completely threw out my food. Never eating there or recommending anyone to this place.

Called ahead and was told it would be 25-30 mins for the food to be made, arrived 20 mins later and was told I would have to wait 40 more minutes, from when I called to when I received the food the wait was an hour. Good portion and food was good. Overall service was not ideal counter lady had a negative attitude.

The food was ok, I placed an order to pick up and one of my orders was something different from what I ordered. The staff don't wear facemasks and they speak and yell over the food they are serving on the aisle. They also only accept cash.

I had some rice and beans with stew beef today it sat on my table for a couple of hours. I go to eat it and it smells spoiled. I ate some to confirm now my stomach is killing me, I would never buy food from them again.

It's a good corner store. Have what you need. No complaints there. But, one of the cooks refuses to wear a mask. I saw him turn his head and cough towards the stove while people's food was being cooked. My mom just got covid and this ignorant little man is coughing, in the food prep area, with no mask on. And I've witnessed a couple people say something to him about the lack of a mask. I wonder if the city or state has rules about food workers wearing masks. Decent corner store but, the staff apparently doesn't care about the public it serves

I ordered cheese fries with squeeze cheese. It was made in appropriate timing however when I opened the container I noticed a molded area on the cheese. I asked for it to be made again. The cook took my container & wiped the molded area off with his gloves & proceeded to offer me the same container back. Will be contacting health department

Nice ppl but..... I Bought a loaf of bread from this store. Got all the way home and noticed the bread was molded even though the expiration date hasn't passed. Not sure if they would have given me a refund or not. Wasted money.

I've been to this place couple times now does my 3rd or 4th time visiting them the numbers they put on the sandwiches and the price that's posted on the board because today I got three sandwiches and a drink I came out to $20 when I should have been around 16 to 17$

Hard to find things..no one speaks English to ask for help

It is so sad that they don't have vegetarian and limited fish options. The host gets 5⭐️ but the menu options is really real bad but prices are great. I did like the store merchandise, I bought a one of a kind Andes.

Loaded Baked Potato was ice cold. Fried Chicken was either old, or overcooked, or both. I didn’t complain. Salad, Mac n Cheese, Grits, Corn Muffin and Biscuit were good. Service was extremely slow, unfriendly and uncaring of food quality. It bothers me when a server walks by several times and doesn’t ask you how everything is…, or if you want anything. While water glass sat empty. Anyone can have a bad day. I will try CB again.

I’d say the food is ok, not bad, not impressive. The staff is very friendly and polite; however, the service is very slow. I waited for someone to take my order for more than 10min and for my food about 35 minutes. Waiting for a table wasn’t that bad. About 10-15min. It’s a good place for large groups space wise, not ideal if you would like to enjoy your meal in a quiet environment, it’s crowded and noisy. The store is great! It’s very well stocked.

The server took forever to come the table then when she came she spoke so low we had to ask over and over what are you saying. We ordered breakfast, chicken and French toast and grandmas fried breakfast. She brought half of each order and ALL THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGLY. French toast was white! White French toast. There was no love at all in the food. The biscuits were burnt and hard the gravy was a glob of some gooey nastiness and cold. The worst breakfast I have ever paid for in my life and I will never in my life visit any Cracker Barrel ever!

Cracker Barrel has a place in my heart from the many times we stopped at one while on our family vacations across the country. After 6 or 7 years of not being to one we finally had the chance to stop in for dinner on our way to Philadelphia. One word: BLAND. I had the chicken pot pie (first time) and it was just okay. Nothing I would order again. Mom had the fried shrimp, dad the steak, and both were bland. Dad’s corn was hard. Thankfully they had cocktail sauce for the shrimp. My son had the pot roast and even though it WAS tasty… regrettably the meat was tough. Best parts of the meal: the buttermilk biscuits and the hash brown casserole tots. Those were absolutely delicious!!! (Note: the biscuits came with cornbread which was salty, not sweet at all. Not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be but I prefer some sweetness to my cornbread). Overall the service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant was clean. No complaints there. I just wish the meal had been better.

I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. To get a table, we had to wait a long time for service, even though the restaurant had at least 80% of its tables available for customers. After a lady directed us to our table, we waited for service for a long time, and 3 families arrived at their tables after me and were served first. My husband was starting to feel sick (he has diabetes). I had to literally go into the kitchen to ask for a Coke with sugar because my husband was feeling very sick. Even after that, we still waited 10 minutes at the table without any service. I had to go back to the initial counter and ask for service, but they moved us to another table and the service took a long time to bring everything, including drinks, food, and the bill. Not to mention that the food is completely different from the menu and that we had to wait for them to bring utensils because yes, the food arrived and it took a long time and we still had to wait for a fork and knife.I really wish there was a new manager for this restaurant, because the service simply doesn't work.

We enjoyed another great meal and experience at this Cracker Barrel. Two of us had the fried chicken, while others enjoyed breakfast items. Our waitress was very attentive, even bringing us a second round of biscuits and corn bread. The only negative was the quality of the mac-n-cheese, which we found to be a little watery. We did enjoy the usual Cracker Barrel feel and experience!

Decent Bagels! 3.75/5. They don’t have Whole Wheat. No scallion cream cheese (they have chives instead). Bagels are good. The outside could be crunchier. Inside is good. Cream cheese is good, but not amazing. I couldn’t taste the chives at all. Sausage egg and cheese is a bit salty. Coffee is expensive. 3 bagels and 2 coffee is $26, which is a bit pricey. Service is warm and welcoming.

Great little joint with friendly staff and great bagels, yes they use a microwave,it's no big deal as the sandwiches are very tasty, wouldn't consider myself a regular but i do get them from time to time

Bagel sandwich was thick! Bacon was nice and crunchy. A good ratio of bacon, egg, and cheese. The eggs were not fresh eggs they were the already mixed egg liquid otherwise would have been 5 stars. Overall decent bec sandwich.

Live in Maple shade New Jersey incoming to bordentown bagels my whole life I live across the street from a bagel place and we'll go all the way to bordentown to get these bagels sometimes grab them in the morning for the girls at my job haven't had a better bagel yet

I have been coming here since I moved here in 2011 and was loyal to ONE other bagel shop since 1990 in North Jersey. When I found this place … game changer !!! The staff is amazing, friendly and kind. The service is fast and perfect every single time !!! I have never had not one problem until today when a new girl made my order. I watch her take her time with the people ahead of me.; just works very slowly. I gave her my order and told her twice to toast the whole order and three of them were with salt, pepper & ketchup. I watched her make my order and she was assembling the sandwiches without toasting them. After a half hour drive home, not one sandwich had salt, pepper, & ketchup AND one of the sandwiches was NOT toasted. Instead of going back to the one sandwich she already made that was not toasted to fix it, she wrapped it anyway and bagged it. Just lazy and doesn’t care enough to make an effort !!! SMFH !!! She seems cranky and looks like she doesn’t want to be there !!! All the ladies there are always smiling, happy and friendly !!! One of the sandwiches is now in the air fryer being toasted. Our family loves this place but today was irritatingly annoying to watch that new girl fck up in every way … the ONLY spot that’s worth waiting in line for or driving far for !!! This place gets 5 stars and the girl gets ZERO !!!

Hands down the best bagel you’ll get in the area. I’ve tried a lot of their menu and every item I’ve had here is amazing! The quality is high and the portions are generous. The staff is always friendly and quick as well. This is the benchmark for what the best bagel shop is in my opinion.

Hands down best bagels. The service is quick, friendly, easy going but professional. Unique selection of bagels and handmade cream cheese and butters. If you haven’t had a chance to get here please do. Can get busy but worth the wait!

My fiancée took me here last week and I never stopped talking about this place nor the blueberry crunch bagel!! It baffles me that their was a 2 star rating in the review section because there was real blueberries in the bagel!! (SMH!!!) I didn't think that was fair to leave a review that low unless you just had a horrible experience. That could have been verbalized in person without damaging a business review score! Sometimes people can't help, but be negative. But as a person who doesn't eat bagels very often, I can honestly say that I would drive past the 5 bagel places near me to go here!! Hands down my favorite bagel of all time!!! Service was welcoming and as a energy healer, I felt the love behind the business and the food. No negative review can take that away and chances are from my experience, most of the time, that review is from a rival. Ordered once for a catered company breakfast and refuse to use any other bagel establishment after that. The bagels are fresh and there is a nice variety of specialty bagels. The owner Vedat is such a pleasure to talk to and the staff are friendly. They are also on Too Good To Go so nothing is wasted at the end of the day. ☺️

I challenge you to go to any bagel store within a 10 to 15 mile radius of Robbinsville and find a bagel that looks like THIS. They don’t exist. From Hightstown to Bordentown to Hamilton. My order was ready on time. I was greeted immediately when I came in for pickup. I ordered the Nova Lox sandwich and it was very good. My only complaint is that it was too big but so good, I forced myself to finish it😊

I usually order through the drive-thru so unfortunately, there’s no photo for now. I come here almost 1-2 times a month and just really adore this place. Food always comes out as good as expected, fast and friendly service. I did dine in one time and the store was so clean too. I love Chick-fil-a so much! My favorite definitely is the frozen coffee, spicy chicken biscuit with extra honey butter and grape jam.

We tried Chick-fil-A for the first time today based on a recommendation, and we were truly amazed! The food was great, but the secret sauce is what really stood out. It's absolutely outstanding! We even bought a few bottles to take home with us. We'll definitely be back for more.

I wish they would do better. It’s not your typical experience. For what you pay they could at least give you clean tables. Not sure why it’s always dirty. I wish there was another location. The one on Route 1 has a friendly staff and is always clean. It’s a newer location as well. My order here is generally messed up, but it’s closer to areas I frequent.

I loved this place until I saw a roach running around the bathroom, and the state of the bathroom and kitchen overall. There were spills on the floor in both areas, and it's a miracle no one slipped. I will say the staff is almost universally polite, especially the weekday crews.

Went here and got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese to assess their basic bagel quality compared to other local bagel shops. The bagel was decent, but not outstanding. Brookwood Cafe, Hamilton - A Mixed Experience My recent visit to Brookwood Cafe in Hamilton left me with a somewhat middling impression. Opting for the Venetian Omelet, accompanied by potatoes, rye toast and orange juice and a fruitcup, I was hoping for a standout breakfast experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The Venetian Omelet, while sounding promising on the menu, was, to put it mildly, underwhelming. The flavors simply didn't come together as I had hoped, and I've certainly enjoyed more flavorful and well-executed omelets elsewhere. It lacked that certain something that elevates a dish from ordinary to memorable. The accompanying potatoes were likewise unremarkable, neither adding nor detracting significantly from the meal. As for the orange juice, it was perfectly acceptable, but again, nothing to write home about. In sum, the food provided a functional rather than an enjoyable start to the day. On the positive side, the service was "ok," meaning it was neither exceptional nor particularly poor. The staff were present and did what was required, but there was no extra touch of warmth or attentiveness that makes a dining experience truly pleasant. In conclusion, while Brookwood Cafe in Hamilton offers a casual dining option, my experience with the Venetian Omelet and overall service suggests there's room for improvement. For those seeking a truly memorable breakfast, you might find yourself saying, as I did, "I've had better." Perhaps other menu items offer a more compelling reason to visit.

Jeff I told you that you would be hearing from me about the Pastrami Reuben. Open face and LOADED. Honestly would be the BEST I’ve ever had. I was very appeased seeing that it was a Pastrami sandwich instead of the classic corned beef. Paired with the sauerkraut and Russian dressing it was SPLENDID. I see how you run your establishment and how dedicated you are. You have my respect. All the servers were so sweet too. I will be back for the sandwich as well as coffee, pancakes, desserts and pastries! I see why the parking lot is packed, this cafe is high quality!!

Mom and pop diner/luncheonette with Lacas coffee and affordable food. If you're looking for fancy food, this isn't the right spot for you. If you're looking for simple breakfast and lunch food, friendly people, and reasonable prices, I highly recommend it. Tip: Save money by paying cash. The credit card surcharge (3.5%) is a clear line item on the bill.

Really like this place. Have come here several times now and do plan on being a regular. Usually come on a Saturday morning and it's modestly busy but not crazy. Came on a Sunday once and it was nuts. Food came out late and serice was absent not sure if it was a fluke that day but haven't gone back on a Sunday since. On Saturdays, the staff is super kind and attentive. The food is on point most of the time. There was a time my toast came out burnt or the waffle a little underdone (they were kind to fix) but every other time has been great. The jersey eggs benedict is probably my favorite thing here. Great porkroll, the eggs come out perfectly cooked and love the hollandaise sauce on top. Got the Kelly eggs benedict once (subbed ham with regular bacon) and that was also awesome. Fresh tomatoes, avocado, and a healthy amount of bacon with the eggs. The pork sausage is awesome here and the fried potatoes that come with the meals are always super crispy. Pancakes are great and also the waffles. Got the Chavez French toast once and it was good but it's more like a dessert. Suuuuper sweet. The hot chicken and waffles are great. Chicken comes out super crispy and juicy. The hot honey just looks like regular honey with cayenne pepper in it so not really much effort in the sauce but the chicken makes it still delicious. Not sure what's up with their regular syrup. It literally tastes like nothing. Barely any flavor or sweetness to it. Haven't ever run into that anywhere else that uses the same type of high fructose corn syrup so they really went out of their way to get the worst kind lol. Basically forces people to spend $2 for the real maple syrup (pretty obvious). Anyways like how they use Lacas coffee since it tastes great. Service def plummets when it gets busy so just avoid coming in at peak times.

Really enjoyed brookwood cafe since ive moved to hamilton. The French toast is really delicious with just enough cinnamon flavor. The sausage is very delicious too. Can't go wrong with brookwood.

This small, cozy diner that quickly became my favorite breakfast spot. I always get scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, and rye toast — a combination I've tried everywhere and no where else comes close in quality and taste. The staff love what they do, the owners are very hands-on and very kind, and over time they make you feel like family. Exactly how a diner should be.

My gf and I have been eating at The Brookwood Cafe for about 6 months and they never disappoint us. As soon as we walk in, we are always greeted with positive energy. All the waitresses give us excellent service, and the owners are always helping around the restaurant. Lastly, the food…EGG-cellent! We love this restaurant, it is part of our weekly routine.

I had breakfast here on Tuesday, June 18, 2024: Typical IHOP with always good food, at a good price. Service was good, as was the parking out front. This trip I had scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links, and pancakes instead of toast. All well made and tasty. A nice hot carafe of coffee rounded out the meal. I ended up driving a couple miles back after I paid. My waitress failed to include the 50% off for seniors on Tuesdays. It should have been minus $8.50. But, after an argumentive push back from the manager and the waitress saying she gave it to me, they finally agreed and begrudgingly handed me $7.00 cash back (I paid with cash). Geez....I was still shorted $1.50. It makes me wonder what's the reality here? Especially since my $17.34 tab couldn't be found in the computerized system when I returned. I gave up and just left. I can't say I'll ever return. Also, I can't, in good conscious, recommend this establishment, either.

Most of my meal was terrific. It's just that my eggs were not cooked the way I asked them to be at all and I couldn't eat them. The rest of the food including the pancakes or delicious. The new layout on the floor is pretty nice.Also

I don’t think I have ever been so neglected and ignored as a customer, I felt as if my voice was unheard and that my presence was essentially meaningless. Slow would be an understatement, we didn’t even get a single refill of water across 6 people. Absolutely pathetic dennys would never do this to me or my companions, in what world do we leave a restaurant parched needing water because our waiter forsakened us after we waited 20 minutes to be seated.

Just disappointed. Whoever cooking steaks don’t know what they doing to the least. My scrambled eggs was so wet and soggy my hashbrowns so burnt. Sent my food back it came back worst. Took me 1.5hr to get my food send it back and get the check. Didn’t eat anything .

BEST SERVICE EVAH! IHOP was our plan B and thank gawd they were!! I know IHOP is a chain, but sometimes the people that provide the service elevate it to the same level as the ritzy places. Today we were super strapped for time, and just when I thought we had to leave the best waitress I've ever had the pleasure of meeting seated us. The only down side was that I didn't get my waiters name lol. And the food was....PERFECT. The crowd was nice and chill too so the environment had a great vibe as well. I loved the music in the background as well, it really fills the space. From the moment I walked in to me writing this review was all in less than an hour. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.

Just left Tina’s Bagels, and I was really disappointed. The waitress seemed rushed and distracted. I ordered three bagels at $5 each, and not one was made right. I asked for them toasted, but they weren’t, and they barely had any cream cheese. For what they charge now, the quality has definitely gone downhill.

Very disappointed in the service. I've been here numerous times and have never had to wait so long. They gave the incorrect pasta and we did not want to ask to be remade since it took almost an hour for it to be brought to the table. But my wife ended up not eating her food, as it wasn't what she ordered. The server was a big hefty man and could not remember the pasta that was ordered for the dishes. Never go here if he is on staff that day.

What happened to Tina's 😬 absolutely disgusting 🤢. Ordered a cheese steak sandwich. The roll was old and rubbery. The steak (which was very little) had NO seasoning or flavor and the meat was very tough (hard). The worst I ever had in 10 years of being a customer. Never again will I waste my money here. So sad

This place was ok workers was a little slow to much oil on the cheese so I took the cheese off & ate the pizza with out it. They for got my cola had to remind them after I was done eating when I new they did forget about it. I stopped to pick up two Old Fashioned Donuts for my boss. The teenager rang me up, took my money and gave me change, one dollar of which I put in the tip jar and then he realized they didn’t have Old Fashioned donuts and offered me glazed Old Fashioned. I called my boss and she only wanted one. He gave me the one, but then had no idea how to refund me for the other donut. He called the teenager manager over. Both offered me a second donut and I said she only wanted one and I’m gluten intolerant, I can’t eat it. They both said they couldn’t offer me a refund. So I said I’m taking my dollar back from the tip jar and they could keep my $1.50 for the donut I didn’t get. The teenage manager yelled at me to not come back as I was leaving. Don’t worry, I won’t.

A Hispanic man was extremely rude he must have hearing issues I must've yelled my order to this man and he made the wrong drink and REFUSED to remake the drink. I confirmed my order at least 20 times how can he get it wrong and then refuse to make a drink???? I worked at Dunkin before no manager denies a remake on an order he's like just stuck up and incredibly unprofessional never ordering when I see this guy again. Please wear hearing aids next time. There is definitely a problem.

This DD is inside the Shoprite, no tables or anywhere to sit. It's a get and go place. Excellent service, they've memorized my order. Otherwise it's a typical DD and I prefer Wawa coffee and breakfast sandwiches-they're better and cheaper. If you're food shopping, it's convenient.

Boy oh boy! This place packs a punch of flavor in every bite! Its a no fuss good- food kind of place. Reasonable prices, large portions, and friendly staff ( they have been around for 18 years!) When I came in, the owner was there cooking it up like a humble good old friend. I was raised in Brooklyn NY, where the pizza and bread cant get better- This place holds its own with the greats. I ordered the western omelet and it was perfection.

Ridiculous I ordered two of the same meals, with two pies. They got my sauces wrong, messed up my drinks, and gave me two different pies then the ones I asked for. Not to mention my fries were cold and that’s being generous and so were the pies. For the $25.00 I spent on this meal you gotta do better. One last thing snatching the drink out of my hand because you can’t figure out no ice is a new kind of evil.

I walked into McDonald's to get a milkshake today. There was a girl standing at the register and I tried to order. She told me that I had to use the kiosk. I was paying by cash. So I just walked out. I already don't even eat from McDonald's as it is. This is a reminder as to why I don't. Customer service is really at an all time low. The moment I saw that they have to have security in there. I should have walked out. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again. The employees need to do better.

Why does this place, take mobile orders? I place the order to this specific location for either drive thru or pickup, then I get there and they say they don’t have it. Did a mobile order for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles, and a sausage and egg mcmuffin. One of my mcgriddles was missing the sausage. I don't really get how that happens. There's no support for this on the app, and I feel like something should be done about that.

Not enough workers and they don't understand English. Only the manager speaks English and she had and attitude, but I understand, it could be from being over worked. Also I was on my break and I was late back to work because of the wait for the room temperature food. 😔

Went through the drive thru and was told to park in space #2 which was occupied. Then they tried to hand two different orders that weren't mine. And when they did get me my order I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they forgot my drinks. And the order number on the bag did not match the order number on my receipt. I think the children in the local grade school could've done a better job!

Nasty Customer Service. A work that works there by the name of India on shift was rude and disrespectful even when the Manager James Burns. Try to calm her down. She was very disrespectful to the customers. She yelled and screams and won’t stop being disrespectful. She told customer that he should have cook at home. Most disgusting staff, service, and food I have ever had. Literally every SINGLE time my husband orders from this store something is missing from the order when using uber eats or door dash. I cannot blame the driver as food is sealed! Ordered 2 regular meals in the drive thru. No extra instructions or requests and they still managed to mess both of them up. When they confirmed the order at window one while paying, they said the wrong thing and we corrected it. Again, he read back the wrong thing and we corrected it. 3 attempts later he finally got it right and we payed. When we got to window 2 they still got it wrong. Showed them the receipt and the lady argued that it was correct with an extremely rude attitude. Finally got the right food and left. When we parked to eat, it turned out the drinks were wrong too. Didn't feel like arguing anymore so we just dealt with it and ate. Food ended up being soggy and cold anyway and there was hair in the hashbrowns. Absolutely abysmal trip to McDonald's. By far the worst I've ever come across.

They have 1 of the nicest drive thru crews. There is one young man that is just always so pleasant. Even though it's a quick transaction, he makes it feel like you just talked with an old friend. You leave his window with a smile

$16 for a 5 nuggets a chicken sandwhich and small fries. By the time I got home I had realized they didn’t include nuggets. In other words McDonald’s stole my $6. Either worker incompetence or greedy business measures, frankly can’t tell the difference. Overpriced and horrible service

I am so angry my little kids were playing and a bunch of teenagers went into the playground, I asked the manager to talk to them and he did nothing.

The most unprofessional person at the register if your cashier not people friendly keep them in the back and put a happy go lucky person in the front because thats the 1st people they see if it weren't for the obstacle for the kids i would if never went

Found this place right in my hometown while working. The place was clean, smelled fresh, and the bathroom was clean as well and a nice size☺️ I had the Garlic Parmesan wings and they were all cooked, well seasoned, and just delicious 😋 I thought the sauce would be wet but it was dry but no matter🫠 Then I ordered two burgers and I must say that burger was very tasty and it was an actual burger! Not a patty 🤦🏽‍♀️now next time I visit I'll ask for the sauce for the burger on the side. Sauce although a mix we all know too well. Ketchup and mayo. Mixed very well with the 🍔 and the little fries were well cooked too! 🤗 This restaurant is run by a few Spanish gentlemen maybe family🤷🏾‍♀️ No one spoke English that well but we were still able to navigate my order. This spot will be one of my go-tos...👌🏿🫶🏾 As you can see how good the burgers were. I didn't even get a picture🤦🏽‍♀️😋😍

The food is amazing. Every dish we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. Food was well plated and tasted like food you'd get from that aunt that makes your favorite dish. I'm not really a fan of fish, but the tilapia was excellently done. The tacos, perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is located in a busy, but slightly run down neighborhood. As is typical, you usually have great finds in the least expected places. The restaurant is very new and it's evident that they are still pulling everything together. The wait staff is new, they haven't quite gotten the volume of music down pat, but these are small things to iron out. Everyone was friendly, and coincidentally, a family who was finished eating had a cake brought out to them for a child's birthday. The family had extra and gave each of the three of us a slice of cake. Fun times!

I went to brunch with my husband today. The place once you enter is BEAUTIFUL!!! The attention was 100 and the food better than expected. I love the fact that it's near where I live. Will definitely come back and 100% recommend!!!

This was a definite Surprise Surprise!! I happen to come up on this place scrolling google for something to eat. I seen their ALL day breakfast menu and was intrigued by the pancakes and French toast selections. When I arrived to the restaurant I saw a few dinner entree’s come out and was like “Ohhh… I want that”! The manager was very helpful and suggested some menu selections. I give my food a 10/10!!! My meal had a few modifications (b/c I’m extra), however they nailed it with their authentic flavors! I will definitely return and try the brunch, and finally get the French toast😉.

Amazing lunches at affordable prices! I had a Spinach,Tomato and Cheese Omelette, French Fries and a cup of soup special for $8.95! Soups are homemade and sooooo good! Service always perfect! The waitress is always checking to make sure all is well or if you need anything. If you have to go to Trenton court for jury duty or other, this is the place for lunch. Its right across the street. Delicious quality food at a good price! Plus its an old fashioned luncheonette! Great ambiance! Love, love, love!

I never have a bad meal at this cafe. The owner and his wife are great and the food is fresh and a good value. Location is right across from the courthouse and I will return often.

The Courthouse Café never disappoints when it comes to their food. Their service for the most part is great. I gave 4/5 stars since the cook can be a bit slow at lunch time. If you have a hour lunch, good but if you have a half hour lunch, call before hand to pick up and go.

Came here with a friend today and had breakfast for lunch. You won't leave here hungry! The veggie omelet was great and the grits were delicious. Great service without making you feel rushed.

Going in the Dunkin' Donuts is very nice and clean. The cashier's at the front can be kind of ghetto at times but the cook in the kitchen is always nice and always makes my food hot and she cuts it in half for me. Which I appreciate since a lot of the times I'm on the run thank you girl in the kitchen!

I love this location. They have a nice and friendly team of workers. They always greet me and I frequented this location so much that many workers have my regular order memorized. I admit the loitering is a nuisance and I wouldn't come here after dark, but I love my experience during my daytime visits.

Every time I order a bagel with light cream cheese on both sides, I get heavy cream cheese. Plus it be sloppy. Thumbs down💔

It’s a good place but sometimes I get my order wrong or they just don’t get me some stuff that I ordered in always order donuts but they never give it to me and I’m abt to go to the counter to ask for the receipt and they throw it away so how was I supposed to know that they got it or not 🤷‍♀️🤷🏼

The worst, rudest Dunkin’ ever. Which is so sad because the exterior is lovely. But in addition to wrong orders at times, the energy and attitude from the staff makes me wonder if anyone is trained in customer service and etiquette

I recently visited the Dunkin’ located at 576 Grand Ave in Ewing, NJ, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The staff here is incredibly courteous and efficient, making sure that every customer feels welcome and valued.

The service in this location on weekdays is great but weekends the staff are rude and quality of food is horrible. The staff the weekends mess up your order and don't replace or correct it while they are on their phone or playing loud music. I hope they change the staff on the weekends.

I come here all the time because it’s close to my job. I had a couple issues here, but my most recent one is getting charge $4.21 for a small ice coffee with no ice and 5 cream and 5 caramel. They didn’t even put caramel they put sugar. I had other bad experiences here always trying to help local business. But no more for this dunking.

Workers are incredibly rude, ignoring anyone trying to speak or standing waiting to be helped. Using the self help kiosk is the only way to get your order and even then youre lucky to get it at all. I have nothing for the people who work here and the building is filthy, i will never be returning nor will any of my employees or company ever be here for this "service" again

Store was clean, store had holiday decorations, but service was very slow, staff was talking to each other rather than making a eye contact with customer. I ordered coffee the cashier didn't ask me if for anything else as if he doesn't care. no smile. no eye contact seems like a training issue!!

Just had a terrible experience at this location. I placed my order which was only a small Butter Pecan Iced Coffee and a small hot Hazelnut light and sweet. No clue how my order was mixed up or incomplete. I stood to the side patiently waiting watching everyone else that ordered after me and drivethru drinks coming up. I saw the young man put the 2 drinks on the cup holder I asked him to confirm the order.. first thing he said was Caramel iced coffee so I said that's not mine. Repeated my order and still a whole cycle of drinks are coming up not mine. I asked again, this guy said it's a bunch of drinks coming up..I asked why do I have to wait for another cycle of drinks to be made to get mine, he said it's not his problem I brought it to his attention that I heard him he shrugged his shoulders saying he was not talking to me but I was the only one speaking to him. And also the hot coffee had been sitting to the side on a wrong order, that's the one I had to take. I didn't even bother to make them remake it to delay me even further. Definitely disgusted with this experience.

I put in a mobile order at which point I said I wanted the munchkins customized because my son will only eat glazed I chose two Donuts when I got there to pick up the order they told me that I picked to have the munchkins assorted which I did not! I was given one of the donuts I ordered and the other one was something completely different and instead of telling me they didn't have the donut I ordered they just threw anything in the bag thinking that I would just eat it! All they had to do was tell me at the window that they did not have the donut I wanted and let me pick something else but no. UPDATE: It is now a week later and I go to the same Dunkin' Donuts and ask for 10 glazed Munchkins and instead I get five glazed munchkins and five chocolate Munchkins. So I go in and I say you know I asked for 10 glaze munchkins and this is what I was given. No oh my goodness I'm so sorry let me fix that for you, nothing no words at all just grab the box put the other ones in there and hand the box back to me there is no words spoken by the person working in the store at all. I don't know how this generation of kids aren't taught customer service skills and work in a place where you have to deal with customers all day long! Like I was taught that you greet the customers as soon as they walk in the store and when they're leaving you say thank you have a good day but that's not happening anymore! There was no apologies for the wrong order or anything that was also something I was taught to make the customer happy and you know speak to the customers in a nice friendly tone.

They are Pleasant. I always ask for a spash of almond milk and they give me a gallon... smh But they are Pleasant when I ask them to fix it.

They are really spiteful here the manager always tries to talk to my wife in front of me and also they're very unorganized every time I tell them I want two orders of the $2 egg and cheese wrap they always give me one order and argue the fact that I never said I wanted to orders or that I didn't say I wanted any at all and then when I pull back around to get what I was supposed to get in the first place they gave me burnt food because they're mad and think that they were right even though I've recorded these actions they still don't seem to care this is my food every time they messed up my order and I told them they forgot to egg and cheese wraps this is what they give me instead of giving it to me correct they burn it. Or i find hair in my wifes chamomile tea smfh

This Dunkin Donuts was one of the worst that I've been to. The employees are rude. Also I ordered a bagel and 2 egg and cheese wraps, had to practically beg for more butter because the bagel was very dry and the wraps were only $2 and they definitely were over priced for how they are made lol. This is the third time this disrespectful store has given me opposite of what I ordered. I ordered a glazed blueberry donut and they gave me whatever they had Siri is it because of the location that they think that they could just treat African-Americans any kind of way. And when you call no one ever answers

This Dunkin' is pretty bad. They've messed up parts of my order multiple times, and never mix matcha well leaving huge clumps of powder at the bottom. I kept coming back here because of convenience but if it wasn't simply for that I would go definitely go somewhere else. One time it took me forever to place my order because a woman was yelling at the cashier to give her a free box of donuts and he eventually complied and let her walk all over him. I do feel bad because this place can get super busy in the morning, but if you're going out of your way to go to a Dunkin in the area, it's probably for the best to ignore this one and go somewhere else.

They never make the coffee how you want them too , it's no tables to sit they are never on time most of times opening the doors I used mobile order a few times and the coffee wasn't good wasn't made correctly and the donuts are limited they never have enough or what you want . It's a lot of bums too asking for money ... Sometimes I come in instead of mobile order to tell them what I want in my ice coffee and Stll don't make it right OH & NONE of the staff / employees are friendly... I just ordered a muffin toasted with extra butter. The muffin is old and crumbly and it wasn’t toasted but rather microwaved. Older woman not in uniform sitting on a chair behind the counter. Is this a business or a family kitchen. Not going there back…. One and done. Very unprofessional!

Good memory because they know what I want, now, when I come in. Only real issue is you will be asked for money or to buy someone a coffee at the door outside. I don’t mind doing a good deed because people have helped me and I believe in paying it forward. However, I don’t have the means to give money or feed everyone standing there. People aren’t asked to leave because it’s also a bus stop so it’s hard to tell right away who is whom.

I ordered a large pepperoni Stromboli with extra pepperoni and this is what I got , it was empty … All I asked is if they could spread the pepperoni out evenly . I will never order anything from Peter’s again !

I order food for delivery 1 hour before my lunch break. I spent $22, they did not deliver my food. I called and explained the situation to them and asked if there could be a way I could get a refund, they refused and even said that they never received an order for my location. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again and I don't suggest anyone else do. They don't care about their customers just money. They are thieves.

Don’t get a delivery order from here I called today at around 9am and gave them all the information my order and my cell phone number. So 10am comes around nothing so I called back asking where the driver was the lady told me he 10-15 mins away. So time pass nothing yet , so I had to call back again and tell them I don’t want the food. They do not care about you when you do place an order.

I would visit this place, as I worked across the street and would occasionally get breakfast and or lunch. Prices were decent and food was decent. Every since the pandemic hit this place has been a dump. I have been putting up with it since due to the cheap breakfast but today I ordered a side of bacon and eggs and it cost me 8 dollars. I get it that prices have increased but this is ridiculous. These businesses have to find a way to create a happy medium between the suppliers and the customers. This place basically serves the projects that it sits below and other state worker patrons but come on. I am done with this place. The food is sub par at best. Go somewhere else.

I ordered my food right before closing & it came within 40mins... Truthfully there was alot of confusion with my order, so I forgot I even ordered something.. Until the delivery person let me know he was outside. Food wasn't bad, I would give 4stars because my order actually tasted somewhat healthy.

I decided to give them a try today. Never again. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I asked for egg on the salad he said it doesn’t come with egg; but if you want a egg$2.75 more. That’s more than it cost for a dozen eggs. Furthermore the chicken is not grilled; it was fried on the flat top and whatever oil they use on the grill is all over the salad; totally gross and flavorless. I tried to eat it but it’s just insane to eat an greasy salad..

I don't know why i keep giving this place the benefit of doubt but it was TERRIBLE !! their breakfast is horrible !!! i got a american cheese omelette with tomatoes and a side of turkey sausage .. the color of the eggs where brown ... like legit BROWN and the turkey sausage tasted old and flavorless .. id avoid getting breakfast here by any means.. and not to mention he charged me almost 8 dollars for some brown eggs and old sausage .. these are challenging times for everyone so i always want to support local eateries, but this, this is uncalled for.. the man that answers the phone is also super rude
