Diner
Cracker Barrel is a familiar and popular chain eatery that specializes in traditional American comfort food. It stands out with its attached general store, providing a unique shopping experience. This particular branch in New Jersey caught the attention of travelers passing by on their way home from Six Flags. The service received high praise for its exceptional quality, and the Southern Fried Chicken was especially delightful. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish also garnered positive feedback, while the Rainbow Trout was highlighted as a consistently good option.
This was our first time eating at a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well lit.The temperature in the restaurant was comfortable. It was a little busy. Service was fast. Their Salad is very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. When our food was brought to our table it was cooked the way we ordered it and it was hot. Their serving size is large. Their prices are reasonable. They have a decent selection of food. There is a store attached to the restaurant. It sells candy, clothing, small furniture (Chairs) and toys. It is in the Marketplace at Hamilton Shopping Center. It is 5 minutes from a major East/West highway.
John J — Google review
It is so sad that they don't have vegetarian and limited fish options. The host gets 5⭐️ but the menu options is really real bad but prices are great. I did like the store merchandise, I bought a one of a kind Andes.
Kenya O — Google review
Loaded Baked Potato was ice cold. Fried Chicken was either old, or overcooked, or both. I didn’t complain. Salad, Mac n Cheese, Grits, Corn Muffin and Biscuit were good. Service was extremely slow, unfriendly and uncaring of food quality. It bothers me when a server walks by several times and doesn’t ask you how everything is…, or if you want anything. While water glass sat empty. Anyone can have a bad day. I will try CB again.
Tony L — Google review
I’d say the food is ok, not bad, not impressive. The staff is very friendly and polite; however, the service is very slow. I waited for someone to take my order for more than 10min and for my food about 35 minutes. Waiting for a table wasn’t that bad. About 10-15min. It’s a good place for large groups space wise, not ideal if you would like to enjoy your meal in a quiet environment, it’s crowded and noisy. The store is great! It’s very well stocked.
Diana S — Google review
The server took forever to come the table then when she came she spoke so low we had to ask over and over what are you saying. We ordered breakfast, chicken and French toast and grandmas fried breakfast. She brought half of each order and ALL THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGLY. French toast was white! White French toast. There was no love at all in the food. The biscuits were burnt and hard the gravy was a glob of some gooey nastiness and cold. The worst breakfast I have ever paid for in my life and I will never in my life visit any Cracker Barrel ever!
Janine W — Google review
Cracker Barrel has a place in my heart from the many times we stopped at one while on our family vacations across the country. After 6 or 7 years of not being to one we finally had the chance to stop in for dinner on our way to Philadelphia. One word: BLAND. I had the chicken pot pie (first time) and it was just okay. Nothing I would order again. Mom had the fried shrimp, dad the steak, and both were bland. Dad’s corn was hard. Thankfully they had cocktail sauce for the shrimp. My son had the pot roast and even though it WAS tasty… regrettably the meat was tough. Best parts of the meal: the buttermilk biscuits and the hash brown casserole tots. Those were absolutely delicious!!! (Note: the biscuits came with cornbread which was salty, not sweet at all. Not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be but I prefer some sweetness to my cornbread). Overall the service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant was clean. No complaints there. I just wish the meal had been better.
Ren Z — Google review
I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. To get a table, we had to wait a long time for service, even though the restaurant had at least 80% of its tables available for customers. After a lady directed us to our table, we waited for service for a long time, and 3 families arrived at their tables after me and were served first. My husband was starting to feel sick (he has diabetes). I had to literally go into the kitchen to ask for a Coke with sugar because my husband was feeling very sick. Even after that, we still waited 10 minutes at the table without any service. I had to go back to the initial counter and ask for service, but they moved us to another table and the service took a long time to bring everything, including drinks, food, and the bill. Not to mention that the food is completely different from the menu and that we had to wait for them to bring utensils because yes, the food arrived and it took a long time and we still had to wait for a fork and knife.I really wish there was a new manager for this restaurant, because the service simply doesn't work.
Gabriella R — Google review
We enjoyed another great meal and experience at this Cracker Barrel. Two of us had the fried chicken, while others enjoyed breakfast items. Our waitress was very attentive, even bringing us a second round of biscuits and corn bread. The only negative was the quality of the mac-n-cheese, which we found to be a little watery. We did enjoy the usual Cracker Barrel feel and experience!

Cafe
Bakery
Breakfast restaurant
Panera Bread is a delightful counter-serve bakery and café chain that has carved out a niche for itself with its freshly baked bread, delicious sandwiches, and vibrant salads. Known for its inviting atmosphere and free WiFi, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while catching up on work or studies. Many patrons rave about their experiences here; one visitor even declared they had the best salad of their life!
I have eaten Panera countless times, but today, I had the best salad of my entire life. No exaggeration. Whoever made this masterpiece of flavors and textures deserves a raise, a trophy, and a lifetime supply of accolades. I couldn’t just enjoy my meal and walk away in silence—I had to go up to the front desk and let them know. When I told the cashier how incredible my salad was, she smiled and said, “the guy who made it is new.” Well, let me tell you something—Avery may be new, but he is destined for greatness. This salad wasn’t just food; it was a carefully orchestrated symphony of flavors. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, the portions were spot on, and it felt like every bite was made with intention. This wasn’t just someone tossing things together—it was someone who cares about the experience they’re creating. Panera, if you’re listening: KEEP AVERY. Protect him at all costs. Give him the credit he deserves because talent like this doesn’t come around often. If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should order a salad from this Panera—first ask if Avery is on the line, if he is— you’re in for something special.

Freshly baked bread on premises, choice of soups...a gastronomes delight. The icing on the cake was the free desert I earned while entering my order. Friendly staff eager to help and even answer my queries on the new croissant toasts. Free wifi draws students doing their homework while grabbing a bite.
Mavin J — Google review
Consistently Excellent! I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread today. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared exactly as I ordered it. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's a pleasure to dine in an establishment where both the food and the customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!
Orlando J — Google review
Skip This Panera—Not Worth the Price Unless you’re ready to drop $18 on a Pick Two with a steak sandwich that comes with literally three pieces of steak, I’d skip this location. The broccoli cheddar soup was great—as it usually is at any Panera—but the sandwich was super disappointing for the price. Definitely not worth it.
Gabrielle T — Google review
Person at the register, friendly enough. But, she made me feel very rushed. There was one person behind me on line who hadn't decided what they wanted to get yet either. She made me feel as if I was holding up a very long line. She actually startled me when she told me to move out of the way for the next person online. I guess it could have been a better experience. But it is what it is!
Nicki N — Google review
Always a great experience at this Cafe. It's very cozy and inviting. The managers are ontop of everything making sure the food comes out timely, and delicious. The presentation is always spot on. I've become a huge fan of their coffee. And the baked goods are always a treat.
Krista S — Google review
I’ve been a customer at Panera Bread for years and usually enjoy my visits, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing and honestly upsetting. During my visit, I mistakenly picked up the wrong type of cup for water. Instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a polite correction, the manager came over to my table, did not ask me anything, and removed the water cup from my table without my permission. Not only was this unnecessarily aggressive, but the manager’s attitude was incredibly rude and condescending. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled in such a disrespectful and public way. It’s perfectly reasonable to enforce store policies, but there is a right way to do it—with courtesy, respect, and basic communication. Unfortunately, this manager completely failed in that regard. I hope Panera takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated this way over something as minor as a cup
Nicole R — Google review
Ive waited to review this location as I typically only use their drive-thru but recently dined in. The drive thru experience has been "ok" they seem a little overwhelmed and aren't particularly helpful with current promotions or specials. The prices and amount of food served are the same as all the other Panera chains. My coffee (vanilla latte) and meal left alot to be desired as the meal did not feel fresh although it was presented nicely. The bread used in the pizza was stale, the sauce was dry and the cheese was cold. My bakery item was also a little hard and I had to request a replacement because it just wasn't worth indulging if it wasn't fresh ,. The inside of the panera is a little smaller than what I've seen, but it has a nice cozy feel and Wi-Fi. The outdoor eating area is actually pretty neat and a nice place to chill.

IHOP, a beloved chain known for its extensive selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes, offers a delightful dining experience that caters to families. This particular location is clean and welcoming, featuring amenities like baby-changing facilities and convertible high chairs for little ones. The menu boasts an array of filling options primarily focused on breakfast but with enough variety to satisfy different tastes. While the service can be prompt, there may be occasional delays during quieter hours.
Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food met expectations — a must-visit place if you’re looking for good breakfast and friendly staff.
G809 ( — Google review
The food was good and very filling. Lots of options (mostly breakfast) but still some variety, the staff was kind but it took a bit for us to get seated because the restaurant was entirely empty of customers at that point (8pm on a Friday). It was a nice experience for us, only diminished by the fact that they were out of Reese's Pieces, a key component to the pancake of the month that we tried to order.
Austan — Google review
I took one bite of my pancake and a long piece of hair came out! I went back for another free stack plus a refund and the establishment is so cheap they told me to choose! Theyd rather me leave a bad review and me contact the health department than make the situation right. I will be posting this on social media and i hope it goes viral.
Quay O — Google review
Terrible. Poor management. Food took over 40 minutes. Despite having many plates available and waiting at the counter. It was almost cold, poor taste, and my steak was overcooked. Hard to chew, overcooked even though I ordered medium rare. I requested the salad, kid's meal, or whatever comes out first to be served first. But everything came at the same time. My son's meal was almost cold. I urged him to eat it fast. He didn't finished and when I tasted it, I understood why. The pancakes were bad. Pure cheap pancake mix. No eggs nor flavor. I guarantee you. The fruit was not fresh and did not taste well. The atmosphere was awful, too. Angry customers leaving due to the bad service. We were warned that the food would take from 30 to 40 minutes, but the food was almost cold. And we witnessed the dishes ready to be brought to the table for a long time. No wonder why. Short of staff, no customer service, the waitress disappeared for a long time and was nowhere to be found. The manager offered a new steak, but it was too much already. The whole experience was terrible. We're not coming back. We're sticking to Family Cafe on Kuser Rd.
Val D — Google review
Let me start by saying the server was fantastic. He was professional, interpersonal and attentive. My issue was with the discriminatory seating practices of the hostess and/or corporate oversight of the area. I did not like that with one quick glance around the room everyone was segregated. Regardless of the order in which patrons came, they sat the White people on the left hand side, the Black people in the back, the Spanish people way on the side almost out of the way, and families with young children or babies way on the right hand side. It’s a racist and discriminatory practice and no way it was an accident. It’s disgusting and corporate needs to fix their worldview. Judge people by their CHARACTER Content not by the color of their skin! Will be sure to tell my golf buddies not to return here.
Abigail S — Google review
Still the best pancakes! Delicious coffee. Service at this location was very good. Waitress was attentive
Valerie N — Google review
food was disgusting and uncooked. pancakes were still wet in the middle. staff was rude. server had me waiting 10 minutes without greeting and when i asked for a manager she sucked her teeth and walked away
Alyssa J — Google review
I think we all know the IHOP experience. If you don't, then go and try! This is a smaller location with the usual menu items. The place is clean, the bathrooms too, there is a change table available for babies in the bathroom. As usual the place is baby and family friendly, with baby chair which is convertible into a baby carseat holder. The food was really delicious and the personnel was nice and friendly.

Caesar's Bagels & Deli is a delightful gem that truly excels in every aspect, from speedy service to mouthwatering food. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness that makes you feel right at home. Their bagels are nothing short of exceptional—crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft within. Regulars rave about their favorites like the everything egg bagel, blueberry crunch, and French toast varieties, all known for their fresh taste and perfect texture.
Caesar’s Bagels & Deli is my favorite bagel spot, hands down. As someone from South Jersey, I used to ride hard for Ry’s Bagels but once I found Caesar’s… it was over. This place is way better. I seriously look forward to my office days just so I can grab breakfast here. My go-to is the everything egg bagel but I also love the blueberry crunch and the French toast bagels. The bagels are always fresh, soft and fluffy inside with that perfect chew on the outside. You can really taste that they were just made, not something that’s been sitting around. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing too. Honestly, everything I’ve had here has been incredible. The prices are super reasonable, and the service is always quick and friendly. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. If you love a good bagel (like a real good bagel) this is the spot. Caesar’s has become my go-to and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Amanda R — Google review
Ordered a lox salmon bagel, with onion, capers & tomatoes. It was good in taste, no complaints there, but I got charged $0.75 extra for each of the ingredients - onion, capers & tomatoes. Wasn't expecting that. Inside there was little space for sitting, so took it to go. Good taste, but I'm not a fan.

Literally the best bagels in town!!! Delicious and fluffy. The veggie cream cheese is out of this world. So is the French toast bagel. Their service is friendly and fast! A. LITERAL. GEM. Don’t think about it. Stop reading reviews and just go!! Thank me later.

I’m a foodie raised in NYC burbs transplanted to Eastern PA. Just over the bridge, we do not have bagels like this!! Great bagels, wonderful, warm hospitable service. Atmosphere is nothing really special but it’s really worth the trip even if this is out of your way! We live an hour away and will be BACK! Go. definitely go.

I grew up on Kramers Egg Bagels. Stood in line year round for them from South Trenton, out of a white and forest green garage,to the Trenton Train Station location, then after a terrible fire to the Suburban Plaza on Nottingham Way which was very nice but missing the great baked goods with their checkered cakes etc. A Saturday night out was breakfast at a great diner, then grab bagels for Sunday. These huge everything egg bagels are a real treasured treat! My Daughter lives in Alabama now and was home in Hamilton for a quick weekend away and got me an everything with vegetable cream cheese. She drove it all the way to the Baltimore suburbs for my visit... NEVER EVER CHANGE THE RECIPE AND THE WAY ITS DONE RIGHT. BEST EVER...Deb...

I have been coming to this location for years and everyone has always been so polite and friendly. However, the last few visits there were new people working there and they were incredibly short and rude to me. I was on the phone with my sister when I was speaking to the lady at the window and my sister noticed and was like what is her problem. We shouldn't have to receive this type of treatment at any business, let alone one where I am paying $7 for a coffee. Please do better and make sure you hire people that fit the description of the businesses atmosphere!
Eleni — Google review
If you come here you’re looking at 15-20 minutes in this drive thru. I normally don’t leave bad/negative reviews, but literally every time I come to this specific location I have to wait a solid 15 minutes MINIMUM before I even get to the window just to pay. And due to the way the drive thru is constructed you cannot leave if a car is behind you. Skip the drive thru and go inside.
Dan B — Google review
They seem to be very nice but they ALWAYS mess up my drink. It is a simple Caramel macchiato and everytime I only get a cup that's less than half and they blame it on the foam. Other times they forget to add the Vanilla Syrup and today there was no espresso in my drink. I used to work at Starbucks and there used to be a standard to making drinks.
Dr. A — Google review
Lately they have been irresponsible 3 last orders they forget to add the foam. First 2 times let it slide but it keeps happening. We pay 1.25 to put foam on this drinks please stop forgetting. We do not need to stand there for hours to put on something that's already paid for.
Yensy C — Google review
We went in because we had some time to kill and no other options. Not much to say about Starbucks coffee, IYKYK. The place offers the usual fare, with the usual indifferent "service". It does have good air-conditioning and nice seating, which are the best things I can say about it

If you're on the lookout for a cozy spot to grab a bite, Panera Bread is an excellent choice. This popular counter-serve bakery and café chain offers a delightful array of sandwiches, salads, and more, all while being renowned for its freshly baked bread. During my recent visit, I was thrilled to discover their monthly drink subscription that includes refreshing options like mango lemonade! I decided to indulge in the Mediterranean sandwich after having it at a catering event previously—it did not disappoint!
It has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean tables, and reasonably priced and delicious food. I like toasted bagels. Another nice thing is that there are power outlets at most tables. You can charge your laptop and work as if you were in the office, which is what I do :)
Saint J — Google review
Worst location ever. I was doing a drive through pick up and I got the notification that my order was ready. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through lane because the car in front of me had a large order that took forever. I think they could’ve told the longer wait time customer to pull to the side like how McDonald does. I got home, both pieces of bread were from the end and one of them looked bitten by someone. Never go to this location again.
Ying Z — Google review
Local and convenient. I love the value duets which are what keep me coming back. The smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and tomato soup combo is delicious. I will say Panera has one of the best, if not the best, tomato soup l've ever had. The inside of the main room of the restaurant is usually freezing so it deters me from eating inside sometimes. The outdoor seating is nice on the patio. The food comes out quickly. However, the side door out of the building is very faulty and has been for a while. It does not open all the way and locks halfway so if you open it normally it'll snap back and actually hit you. It could seriously injure someone. I had it snap back and hit my arm and it was very sore afterwards. I told a manager about it today and she said she "believes a work order has been put in for it" but didn't seem very concerned. I'm going to keep an eye on this. The door issue also doesn't allow wheelchair access as it doesn't properly open so it is not ADA compliant, even though there is a wheelchair symbol on the door. I would like to see this door fixed to avoid all of the above issues. Otherwise, Panera is a convenient option for a quick bite.
Kimberly F — Google review
This location seems to be very skimpy with ingredients. Barely any chicken on their sandwiches. Paid for extra cheese on our French onion soup and there was the regular portion. Maybe less. Also the Mac n cheese bread bowl was half filled. Quality ingredients but very few.
Anthony F — Google review
I haven’t been to a Panera in several years but my son wanted to try this mango lemonade drink. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a subscription for drinks that you can pay monthly. I had tried the Mediterranean sandwich as part of a catering event so I ordered that. I was happy to find out with a purchase I get a free desert as part of the sip club membership. Both the whole sandwich I got and the half came with a choice of side. The staff member Keagan was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t really know what I was ordering and she guided me and made me feel welcome. The food was ready quickly and I was surprised how large half a sandwich was. The presentation was nice and didn’t look like something slapped together as fast as possible. The dinning area was clean and I was able to have a lovely conversation with my son. Keagan was engaging with the customers beside me while asking if they needed anything. It is rare to see customer service like that anymore. I truly had and enjoyable experience and anticipate coming back soon. The manager also offered be a baked good we were admiring as a gift only asking for an honest review of our experience.

I would be embarrassed to have this go out to a customer if this were my franchise. How can someone make a half a grilled cheese sandwich with a 2 inch slice of bread on one side and a 4 inch slice on the other? Not surprisingly- the melted cheese oozed all over the paper wrap thanks to the poorly made mess of a sandwich, making it inedible. Also-what is the sense of pre-ordering a half of a grilled cheese sandwich to be delivered for your lunch break only to have it delivered 28 minutes before you requested? Yes, I know, it’s only a sandwich, but I’m tired of complaining only to have my purchase refunded by a customer care agent. I just want a properly prepared sandwich in the timeframe in which I ordered it for. Do better.

Panera Bread on Route 33 is definitely a winner compared to the other nearby location, at Hamilton Marketplace. Ample parking area with specially reserved spaces for the "rapid pick-up" customers. Quick and efficient service (most of the time), spacious sit-down area, and very good cleanliness. Not much else can be said about it, for Panera Bread chain is well known for its decent diet-friendly practices (healthier food than the vast majority of fast food companies offer), great app, nice choice of food items and ease of ordering. All of the above is fully represented at this particular location.
RGSOUNDF — Google review
Was just there now and got two pick your own meals. Both sandwiches were completely smooshed and had their contents falling out. While the inside of the bag was wet from a liquid I’m guessing is the soup. I have been to this location many times and never experienced anything like this but this will be my last time going here and I advise others to go to a different Panera Bread as well.

If you're on the lookout for a health-conscious spot to indulge in delicious blended drinks, look no further than Smoothie King. This vibrant chain offers an array of smoothies packed with fruits and veggies, catering to various fitness goals. Since 2019, I've been a loyal fan and can confidently say that when you choose the right flavors, you'll hardly notice you're sipping something nutritious!
This is a pretty good smoothie. It's one of the only smoothie kings around the area. The prices are a bit high but for a "healthy" sweet treat its not out of the norm. You can have the smoothie bowls as basically meal which is nice. Also their other products looked interesting, I got the banana chips which were as expected.
Sarah C — Google review
Finally, a competent smoothie king. The workers here were not brain dead and knew about the free 12 ounce watermelon hydration smoothie. They were also able to complete the complicated task of making it for me. I only had to drive 20 extra miles to find smoothie king employees who trust the app and promotions.

I ordered a small 20 oz smoothie, but the cashier mistakenly charged me for an upgraded drink without asking if I wanted it. When I noticed the price difference, I inquired about it, and the cashier said they needed to call their manager because they didn’t know how to process the refund. I still haven’t received my money back. It seems that they hired staff at this location without providing proper training on the system. Smoothie King, you can keep the change. Please use the free drink for the new staff so you can improve their training. Thank you Jen.

Bianca was great. Made my peanut plus upsize smoothie . So tasty with healthy ingredients. Bianca is always friendly and fast. This is my weekly stop😊

God forbid the staff puts an order in a bag. If you have more than a smoothie and ask for a bag they act like they’re giving away gold. Then they hand it to you like they don’t know how they work.
Regis — Google review
More times than not, my smoothie tastes great, sometimes the night workers mess it up a bit, but granted, who really is checked in mentally at night. Been a huge fan of Smoothie King since 2019, and I can say, if you get the right flavors, you wont even know you’re drinking something “healthy”. They have many smoothies for each types of goals, and this exact location is really quick with pick-up orders.

I love Smoothie King❣️ I think the real deal is I love myself, and I am happy to treat myself to something that I believe is very nutritious. If I could give 0 Starz I would . Came in today at 8:00am the cashier with the RED nail polish had a slight attitude and on top of that my donuts where COLD . they where obviously not FRESH. At 8Am donuts should be FRESH. They taste like they came out of the fridge. And they just put them on the rack. Not to mention the donut has specs on it like it had fell on the dirty ground . I immediately threw the donut out and didn’t even bother to look at the 2nd one . Definitely will be calling the department of health on this location. the donuts where cold and had specs all over them . Like please do better . How is it 8am and the donuts are cold like they sat in the fridge

100 degrees out today and ordered an ice coffee, mocha, light and sweet. Got an unstirred mocha that was dark and bitter. Woman at the counter couldn't be bothered to greet me when I said hello to her and seemed inconvenienced because she was counting another register even though there were 4 people behind the counter, one of which on her phone, the other walking around eating something. I also repeatedly said thank you to her to no response. Place sucks, don't go here. Pretty sure there's 2 other DDs nearby that are well-lit with way better atmosphere and people who are respectful and can manage to mix a coffee. If I could give 0 stars I'd happily do it. Hope they close and something else opens.

Unfortunately I wanted to give this small Dunkin some business but like all other comments say the guy behind the counter is rude. I told him I was picking up so he wouldn't worry about attending me and he yells back I'm working and makes rude hand gesture.

the ladies who always attend the cash register are very friendly and not only that, they practically already know who their frequent customers are and when one is already arriving where they are, they already have ready what one is supposed to order and that is very good because it makes them more efficient compared to the other stores that are around. congratulations to them. for that cunning and above all that ease with which they record the faces of all their most frequent guests. may God always continue to give you that or more than the energy with which you always get up and with the purpose with which you arrive at your jobs. and that smile that they always keep is what makes me go every morning for my melon lemonade with my croissant.

Dunkin' is a beloved chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an impressive array of coffee beverages. With countless locations across the country, many fans rave about their experiences at Dunkin', highlighting exceptional customer service and cleanliness that sets certain spots apart. One particular location stands out for its immaculate environment, where every corner shines, from the lobby to the restrooms. Visitors often express gratitude for friendly staff who ensure orders are accurate and delicious, making each visit a delightful experience.
I have been to no less than 150 Dunkin' Donut locations, usually good customer service. But this location is EXCEPTIONAL in terms of not just friendly customer service, but the cleanliness is top notch. The bathroom, the lobby, counter, service station, the seating area, and to every table , chair and every air vent are 100% CLEAN and spotless! I came here on a Sunday afternoon to do some work, the girl that works the counter happily made a special drink at my request (most other baristas would be confused), but he happily made it for me with a smile. Then I watch the cleaning crew "Richard" did a detailed cleaning on every air vent by climbing the ladder, and then did a detailed floor cleaning. Because I usually work on my computer, I normally would wipe the table and chair myself to remove some "year old" sticky dirt, but walked by 5 tables and chairs, the entire dining room is clean on a bright sunny Sunday afternoon. Very impressive!! If the owner/ operator is reading this, please give the Sunday crew a bonus and special acknowledgement. Thank you very much for the exceptional service and spotless dine in experience.

I rarely write negative reviews but I paid $5.53 for this coffee. This picture is taken without any sips. As you can see, it is not close to full. Did not taste good either, they put some type of foam instead of the coffee milk too. Disappointing.

I went to dunkin to try one of the new seasonal drinks on 7/3/25 ordered and the women I spoke to in drive thru was so rude. I asked for a recommendation which seems like a problem. Very unfortunate behavior, I wouldn't recommend coming to this location unless you want to be treated poorly.

Worst Dunkin ever. I am Dunkin’ patron and usually keep, my favorite, sausage egg n cheese for cheat days. I was served worst sandwich I ever had. Where to begin, not sure who cut croissant, 1/10th was on top rest 90% at the bottom. To top that served burned croissant. I ordered 2 both came like that. Imagine what could be worse than burned croissant, ice cold burned croissant. Eggs, sausage all were cold. Worst way to start my day. Never coming back to this location.

Dunkin' is a beloved, long-established chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. We were at the drive through window for 5 minutes with no service. I put in a mobile order and then waited in line for 15 minutes before leaving because I thought I could quickly pick coffee in between a wedding ceremony and reception (I was the maid of honor). I was wrong. Dunkin has not refunded me for the coffees I paid for either.

Worst Dunkin in Hamilton. Always messes up simple orders consistently… doesn’t matter the day of the week or time. Would give 0 stars if possible. Today specifically, paid for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. The cup even had a sticker that said it was supposed to be a medium. I’ve ordered certain flavored coffees before and they have given me something totally different. I try to give them chances because it is the closest Dunkin to me but no more. Happens too often.
Justin M — Google review
Went to this Dunkin today, no one responded at the drive thru so I drove up to the window and waited for ever until the person in front of me got their order filled (it took a while!). After they pulled out of the drive thru I was able to leave. Another person was behind me in the drive thru getting no service at all. So I left and went to another Dunkin closer to home.

I would've given 5 stars because the main lady, owner maybe?, is always on point when shes there. Shes quick, accurate, prompt and welcoming. The woman who is usually there on Sundays is AWFUL. Shes extremely slow, grumpy, always talking on her air pods and screws up orders. I always order 15min in advance online so the coffee isn't scorching hot when I get it and whenever she is there, never ready. I need to remember not to go in on Sundays so I'm not late to work because of her.

Stopped here to ask them to add some sugar to my iced latte that I got at a Dunkin just up the street. Although the mistake was not theirs they refused to add the sugar and the employee was very rude and even a little condescending. Well so much for eating on my break i guess…. This is the disgrace of a sand which i was given, two huge pieces of egg with a half a piece of bacon split into 3. I was nervous about using the kiosk for the first time but gave it a try anyway, I probably would have messed it up if it wasn't for Mike coming to the rescue and helping me!! He was extremely kind, patient, and HELPFUL!! Even tho the donut I was looking for was literally right in front of my face, for some reason I missed it and Mike came right around and helped me find and complete my order. Then he must have made my coffee w love bc it was EXTRA DELICIOUS!! It's so rare to find people going the extra mile to take care of customers!! Probably like 3.5 stars. I guess what you'd expect for a rest stop Dunkin. Queue line area is pretty small which sucks. And it's right next to the bathrooms. The coffee was fine. The food was kinda sub part, which again, I kinda expected.

AVOID THIS DUNKIN' AT ALL COSTS! This place is a complete disaster and should honestly be shut down, renovated, and re-staffed from the ground up. I’m not sure what kind of clown show they’re running back there, but it sure as hell isn’t a functioning Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed an order using their touchscreen kiosk—simple stuff: a single donut for my brother and a 10-piece box of assorted glazed and chocolate munchkins for myself. Paid on the spot, typed my name in (Zac), and waited by the pickup counter like a normal human being. And waited. And waited. People who walked in after us? Getting served. People ordering full coffee drinks and complex orders? Served. Me and my little sad donut box? Ignored. After 20 minutes, I go up and politely ask if they’ve got anything under Zac. The girl at the counter looks like I just asked her to recite the Constitution in reverse. “Zac?” she asks, like it’s some foreign concept. She and her coworker proceed to squint at the screen like it’s written in ancient Sumerian, then just… get distracted and wander off to do something else? No answer, no follow-up, no “sorry, we don’t see anything.” Just vacant stares and chaos. So I figure, fine, maybe it never went through. I try again via mobile order, this time no name, just a number. Five minutes later, guess what magically appears on the counter? My original order under “Zac.” At this point, I grab it and run before I rot to death in that dump of a service plaza. And to top it off? They got it wrong. All glazed munchkins, zero chocolate. Not worth the argument, not worth the breath. Later that day I check my wallet and see—surprise!—I got charged twice. So I paid for both the original order and the mobile order that never even got made. The only consistent thing about this place is how consistently bad it is. The staff? Unhelpful and uninterested. The operation? Pure dysfunction. Half the employees are just standing around doing God knows what, and none of them seem remotely concerned about getting food to the people waiting. And considering Dunkin’ is the only thing drawing anyone to this sad excuse of a rest stop, you’d think they’d try to get it right. So here’s my verdict: • Incompetent staff • Long wait for a basic order • Poor communication • Incorrect food • Double-charged with no apology • Overall a complete flop If you’re on the Turnpike and thinking this spot looks “convenient,” do yourself a favor and keep driving. This Dunkin’ isn’t worth six bucks, six minutes, or six brain cells.

HOLY DUNKIN MODE 🍩 No donuts this time but a little bit of that goodie good coffee drink. You guys know me…I love rest stop restaurants and Dunkin lives up to the great history! But according to the universal P.A.R.K. rating system, rest stop restaurants are alotted a maximum of 3 stars 😔. I wish I could rate it more but my hands are tied. Keep it up Dunkin! Thanks ☺️

6 donuts ordered and also paid. Arrived at the car we noticed that only 4 pieces was inside. You couldn't see how they filled the box as it happened behind the counter. Since we parked further away we didn't want to walk back in the heat. Can't the employees count to 6? From the taste, the 4 donuts were good.
