Disco club
Nestled in the heart of Courchevel, Les Caves de Courchevel stands out as a premier nightlife destination where revelers from around the globe gather to dance and celebrate until dawn. This vibrant nightclub is not just about the music; it’s also a hotspot for those who want to see and be seen among the stylish crowd. With themed parties ranging from hip-hop vibes to fun-filled girls' nights, there's always something exciting happening here.
(Translated by Google) Les Caves de Courchevel is one of my favorites in the nightlife world. The whole team is just excellent, the physiognomist Roger is more than open to all styles, Dimitri the table manager is very professional and very pleasant, the resident DJ Shenkin and Alex the lighting engineer do a job of excellent quality which creates a more than exceptional atmosphere within the club. Music open to all (rap, techno, house). Nothing to say except bravo to the whole team!! (Original) Les Caves de Courchevel est l’un de mes coups de cœurs dans le monde de la nuit. pedantic experience, deplorable service! totally not recommended. from the entrance to the bar, bartenders and waiters, to the confusing exit. Bar with pathetic and unfriendly service, no tap water and service that looks like they're doing you a favor, not that we're all customers. Thumbs up to the security and the cheff, the only ones who deserve any recognition.
Isabela N — Google review
Actually quite a fun club but beware that free entry is a ruse to fleece absolutely anything they can off you once you're in.. mandatory (paid) cloakroom, a €10 fine if you lose your ticket (even though I remembered my jacket's number ??!!), €25 for a double and best of all, we were refused tap water before the woman at the bar took pity and gave us a cup and told us we could go and fill it up in the bathroom. Tunes were decent tho and met some funny french fellas.
Milo J — Google review
This place is awful. The music was terrible. People were smoking indoors. My friend was charged too much money purely for being English. We paid €25 for a single vodka lemonade. Worst place ever

La Mangeoire, a highly regarded restaurant in Courchevel, offers an exceptional dining experience. Situated with a stunning view of the mountain and ski slope, patrons can comfortably enjoy their meal while soaking up the sun. The food is both plentiful and delicious, featuring dishes such as tuna and langoustine tartar followed by lamb chop and veal Milanese. The portions are generous, a rarity in this area.
The sushi was of good quality and we were satisfied with the service.
Faive — Google review
After eating at all of the well known restaurants in 1850 this is the one I’d advise not spending your money in. Yes, everywhere in 1850 is silly money but some can be somewhat justified by good food and good service. I read mixed reviews of La Mangeoire before visiting and almost didn’t book but thought we’d see for ourselves. There is no justification here for the prices that they’ve come up with. ‘Rack of lamb’ isn’t served as a rack.. instead it is cutlets which is completely unacceptable for the price. Waiters regularly ask if you would like more water. They do not open a bottle at the table and you would have no reason to think that water is not complimentary. When the bill arrived, €10 per bottle of water was added! When questioned, we were first told that it is bottled water that they open ready to pour. Then after we refused to pay for it as the bottles have no lids on and we wouldn’t know if they are simply refilling with tap water, a manager came to the table. He then advised that they have a €50,000 water filter system that they refill from and that the reason for the price. I have no doubt that this was a pack of lies. What water filter system costs €50,000?!? To top it off, I was up that night being sick and also an upset stomach. 1 child, 3 adults, 2 starters, 3 mains, 1 child main, no wine and a bill of €560. There is a reason other places a 2 minute walk away are consistently fully booked and there was only a few other tables in here with us. Listen to the other reviews and go elsewhere, I wish we did.
Alex B — Google review
"Kale Salad" was good. "Uramaki Shrimp Tempura" was delicious. "Calamari" was below average. Finally, "Rigatoni Truffle" was good as well. Worth the hype and excellent fine dining option in Courchevel. Hopefully, they improve their service.
Fahad — Google review
Not the best food but the atmosphere was so fun. Live singers and lovely music til late at night

This used to be my favorite place in Courchevel but this year the crowd was very touristy. Service is decent and the doormen are very cool nice people. They need a better DJ. The crowd has become very young and not as good as it used to be. Food is decent and they have tasty sushi.
Momo D — Google review
Food was terrible. Chicken was so salty we thought they must have poured out the bottle directly on it. Table was 45 minutes late Staff were rude and trying to force us to spend more money. Music, drinks and vibes were otherwise immaculate
Aidan F — Google review
Music is horrible. For someone who is 50+, like in an old tavern. Service is very slow. They brought us dirty plates with some small food leftovers. We changed, and again the second round one of the plates had some food leftovers. Food is great in general . Atmosphere in general so-so…. We enjoyed La Ferme way more
Alisa S — Google review
The place is the worst resturant! The staff is very rude! They fource us to remove our coats! I am really cold i dont want to remove my coat! And i spoke to the manager who was the rudest i dont understand how can he run a resturant his name is Tomas zakaya i think the top management if they want to run a good resturant they need a good staff and managment to do so! He didn’t try to fix the problom he said you can leave with our pleasure what a responed from a manager to a client. Don’t you ever book at this resturant!👎🏻

Located in the heart of Courchevel 1850 village, Le Tremplin is a legendary spot that has been in its prime position for over 55 years. The restaurant offers a cozy indoor dining experience, but the real charm lies on the terrace with its view of La Croisette and the mountains. This lively venue is perfect for those looking to ski down the mountain and seamlessly transition into a laidback yet vibrant party atmosphere.
Nice place to chill in courchevel. We chosen the indoor seats as it is very sunny outdoors. The staffs were always busy, but the food were served relatively fast. Price wise, it is courchevel pricing but still acceptable 😊
JH T — Google review
If you go here for lunch, make sure to have dessert! They were genuinely good and tasty, the coffee was good too. The mains were well cooked but they were a bit bland. Apart from that it was great, the restaurant also has a great location for people watching!
Malou — Google review
We stopped for drinks. You took a seat, and you wait or go around looking for someone to take the order. Like they are not happy to serve you. Once your order is delivered to the table, they ask you to settle the bill. I believe they had some bad experiences.
Maroun Y — Google review
Visited in Dec 2023 Stopped by Tremplin for lunch and ended up ordering a few salads, a burger and the Kobe beef steak. All the items were decent though the Kobe beef steak didn’t feel worth the price. Service was fine. During lunch time, this place can get a bit crowded/busy, but our food did not take long to arrive. All in all, a nice place with a good vibe to have a decent meal.
Avijeet S — Google review
I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Le Tremplin in Courchevel 1850. This is excellently located in the heart of the village with upscale clientele. The food is between average and good. Staff is great and welcoming. Prices are high.
Eric D — Google review
The best lunch we have had in twenty years. Better than the Ritz. Have the oysters fillet steak and pasted lobster a Americaine
Anne O — Google review
Was a bit messy at first - very busy place so do try and get there early. Took a while to be seated and an even longer time to get the menu. Staff were friendly, food was great but desserts won that afternoon. A bit pricey for certain items but location is fantastic.
Payal C — Google review
Thanks to its locational benefits, the price is high. The servers are good, but some plates doesn’t worth the price. And most of all, they ask you some tips. I didn’t expected that because the other French restaurants(not in Courchevel) never asked the tips.

Restaurant
Nestled in the picturesque setting of Courchevel, Le Chalet de Pierres is a delightful mountain lodge that beckons skiers and food lovers alike. This charming eatery serves up traditional alpine fare, including mouthwatering fondue and raclette, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes. With its inviting atmosphere featuring a crackling log fire, guests can choose to relax in cozy alcoves or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the sunny terrace.
Make a reservation NOW if you are visiting Courchevel 1850!!! You will love ❤️ it. We certainly did! Their food was excellent. The service was very good, and the view was insanely beautiful. One thing I will have to say is that if you want to eat something very nice and warm. You should make a reservation inside the restaurant. They have very good cuisine. We ran into the trouble that eating outside, as cold as it was, made the dishes cool very quickly, which actually ruined the dish. But in the days that we chose something less complicated, such as the soup, yummy, and the salads🥗 we did not have that problem, and their dessert 🍩🍰🧁 bar is to die for. Also, the people watching 🥸🤓🙀 is very entertaining if you get tired of watching the mountains!. And even though the prices 🤑 are pretty much across the border, normal for the area, there are some dishes that are quite expensive, so watch the budget🤷🤦‍♀️
Noelle M — Google review
This is our favorite place in Courchevel and we come here at least twice in every trip. Marin always makes us feel at home! Food is amazing, location is perfect with great views of the mountain. Play area for the kids. Seafood here in unbelievable and the wine list is nothing short from special. The deserts are a must. We love this place.
XP P — Google review
Speechless in awe. Brilliant service which is hard to find, very friendly staff, very decent audience which is an extremely important point in my opinion. Food is beyond any expectations, we especially loved the snow crab salad and truffle tortellini. I think I havent ever tried anything as good as these two dishes. Oysters were good and meaty too. The prices are little above the average, but it’s worth every cent. The atmosphere is immaculate, especially good to chill after skiing. Loved the experience and I look forward to returning here. One small remark which resulted in me giving four stars for the service — I have found a tiny hair in my salad, but when I told the waiter they offered us to make a new salad free of charge. Unfortunately we were too full so we kindly declined the offer, but appreciated the waiters trying to resolve this. Although we got charged full price for it despite the salad being half full at the moment we found the hair. Nevertheless, I would be happy if this was taken into account to prevent future inconveniences.
Lina Z — Google review
Nice restaurant serving seafood, pastas, steaks, burgers etc. There's a large and impressive dessert counter. I had a scallop dish which was excellent. The prices are too high (but not dissimilar to many restaurants in the area). We had just main meals and a couple of drinks and it was €200. Good service and a nice ambience. There is no parking at the restaurant. And vegetarian options are limited.
Katie H — Google review
We came here as it was recommended by friends. We had lunch at 7 different restaurants in Courchevel 1850, and this restaurant was by far our least favourite. The service is terrible. The waitors are so pushy, and trying to rip you off as much as possible. We were a group of 11 people, all 30+, with my dad paying the bill. We ordered a lot, we were totally ok with spending money. The problem is, the waiters are constantly pushing you to order their “specials” of buratta to share in the middle, or wagyu steak, but do not tell you the prices. We didn’t ask, and by the end were surprised that the average burrata with black truffle was 250€. The worst part was the sommelier. He was a true scam! He brought 3 different wines to recommend us to order, when we switched from rose to white wine at the end of the dinner. Obviously no price mentioned. We have to ask, and he starts listing the prices of the bottles he recommends: 850€,650€,450€. Per bottle. At a group of 11 people, a bottle is enough for only one glass per person. We say no thanks, he responds very loudly “Oh Okay, This is too expensive for you, out of your budget?” To my dad who is paying. This is absurd to say, when the bill we already had was well over 3000€, to play psychological mind games that we cannot afford an absurdly overpriced wine bottle. It’s not nice to be treated like this, having to pay attention with what they bring to the table the entire time, as they try to rip you off as much as they can. The cherry on the top was, that the beef tartare that didn’t arrive and was cancelled by the kitchen, was on the receipt anyways. I guess they hoped that we wouldn’t read through it. Regarding the food: it was very average. Actually the worst out of all the lunch places we went to. The Branzino wasn’t good. They are used to oligarch Russians that throw around money and do not care about anything, and let themselves get scammed. Totally not recommended to come here if you are a big group, and they see potential in trying to press out as much money of you as they can. With a smaller group on a table I can imagine that this wouldn’t happen.
Maria N — Google review
I loved this place and also vegetarian friendly menu. I took rice noodles thai. Porsion big and prices as usual in courchavel. 39 eur ceaser salad and 29 I think was tai vegatables and noodles. Bu the porsion double size. So I loved the quality and the vibe music, people, noce service. And ofcourse very beautiful deserts table. Next time I will hit the dessert…
Elmira P — Google review
Tha food was very expensive and nothing special, the onion soup and the cesar salad were not good at all and they costed 34€+41€, I had better fois grass which costed less. The chicken supreme 43€ was really good and the dessert was really good as well, they had a lot of options ti choose from.Overall dissapointing, at least from what I heart about it.

Le 1947 à Cheval Blanc is an exclusive and upscale restaurant located within the renowned Hotel Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. With only five tables, it offers an intimate and luxurious dining experience. The chef, Yannick Alleno, showcases his culinary expertise through a contemporary and creative approach to haute cuisine, using the finest local ingredients that beautifully highlight the flavors of Savoie. The restaurant's exquisite design features an open kitchen where guests can witness the masterful preparation of their meals.
This is a review of the restaurant not the hotel. Out of the 3 Michelin starred restaurants I went to in Courchevel this was definitely completely OTT. Foodie experience combined with 2001 a space odyssey vibe. Very strange aesthetic, amazing food of course-wonderful theatre, outrageously expensive. So much fun.
Myvanwy M — Google review
We cancelled our reservation two hours before our dinner, due to my wife's sudden illness, who is pregnant. Despite the unexpected situation, the restaurant did not care and charged us the full bill of 600 euros.
Patryk R — Google review
It simply wasn’t tasty. We couldn’t wait for the dinner to be over. The timing was off – we had to wait too long for the first course and throughout the meal. In the end, we had to call an ambulance at night due to my wife’s severe allergic reaction. We suspect that they messed something up in the sauces, even though we clearly mentioned her seafood allergy. As a result, we spent the night with doctors and syringes. On top of that, the price in no way reflects the experience we had.

Le 1947 Courchevel is a truly amazing and offers a very unique experience compared to most 3 Michelin star restaurants. - Food: We had the tasting menu which was very sophisticated but also tasty. One can tell how much work has gone into creating these amazing dishes, and there is a strong focus on delivering a memorable experience instead of cutting corners with ingredients. - Service: This is where Le 1947 stands out vs. its 3 star peers. Luc, the restaurant manager, goes the extra mile to make sure every guest has a personalized experience, from call pre arrival to discuss preference, in person greetings at the bar while we were having an aperitif, to kitchen tour and accompanying us to lobby after diner. The executive chef also personally serves each table throughout the meal. The restaurant is only open for diner with 5 tables, I highly recommend making a reservation well in advance.
Lu Y — Google review
The food just wasn’t all that good. The service felt self important and fussy. Bites were too small to really be enjoyed. A lot of the food was interesting in its flavor but there was nothing that made me say wow! Yum! I want more! Some of the food was not that good there was a duck breast and it was overly salty. The service execution was flawless, but perhaps I am just not a fan of fine dining. The dining room was stunningly beautiful
Steven L — Google review
Fabulous experience, the interior design is very unique and interesting. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very expensive but the food was superb and as expected the service was top class. We also had a drink in the bar a week later again expensive but a real treat.

We had onion soup and cheese fondue for appetizers, white truffle risotto, beef fillet for the main course, and apple pie for dessert. All of them were not bad. We were expecting better-tasting food. The Funky Fox Bar is a lively and enjoyable bar in a town that lacks entertainment options. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar offers pool, darts, and table football as great additions to the atmosphere. The screens are also good for watching sports. While not of high quality, it's a perfect fit if you're in ski gear and looking for a relaxed place to have drinks. However, some patrons were startled by the random punching of a punch bag throughout the evening.
Great bar in 1650. Nice staff, relatively sensible prices, good burgers. Awesome late night Apres, I recommend Pink Miami, The Wingmen and The Revolverlites.

One of our favourite bars in 1650! Reasonably priced drinks and food and a great vibes when they have live music / DJ! Staff are always friendly!
Balearic E — Google review
In general a lively fun no frills bar in a town otherwise relatively devoid of much entertainment. The staff are friendly/helpful, the pool/darts/table football are great additions and the screens are good for sport. No one’s pretending this is a high quality place but if you’re in your ski gear and want a relaxed few drinks it’s a fairly perfect fit

Great atmosphere. Lovely place to drink
Daniel G — Google review
When for middle-aged men find themselves bereft of live music in a Ski Resort, they tend to gravitate towards the nearest bar where there is clearly some life. Funky fox came highly recommended by just about every hotel and chalet staff we met. And yes they were all there! With deep apologies for halving the average age, we drink and watch rugby until the small hours. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Clearly the place to be in Courchevel 1650.

BFire by Mauro Colagreco is a new addition to Courchevel 1850, located at the Barriere Les Neiges Courchevel. This mountain resort is part of the renowned Group Barriere and has gained attention for its celebrity sightings and film screenings. The restaurant offers a serene and elegant atmosphere with mouth-watering wood-fired cuisine influenced by Italian and Argentine flavors.
If you like meat, and the taste of food that went thru fire, this is the place! Try some starters to share, and than enjoy a delicious steak as main, while tasting one of the many wines from the cellar! The restaurant is located inside the Barriére Hotel(home away from home), so you can expect super friendly and helpful staff.

Slooow services and nothing really special when it comes to food. I think the chef is Argentinian. Don't expect to eat Argentina meat though. Neither in terms of flavour nor portion size. The desserts were bland too.

The ceiling was too low, food was over priced and average taste. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The first wine we chose was out of stock and the second was really nice but a bit over priced again. I do not think that I will go there for another occassion.

We were served overcooked meet. The waiter accepted that it is overcooked and took it back to the kitchen. Then, an angry chef came out with less overcooked bits cut out to argue that this was medium rare. When we insisted that he simply prepares the entire piece that way, he stormed off shouting (in English) “I am not your dog”

(Translated by Google) I am quite mixed about my visit to this establishment. Quite frankly, I wasn't hooked. Lots of starters with truffle to justify high prices. As I don't like truffle, I asked for it to be removed from the grilled celery with gorgonzola cream. Result: a starter at 38€ rather mediocre because quite frankly the celery did not have a burning taste. I told the waiter who explained to me that it was cooked in a crust... blah blah... which does not prevent it from having any taste. The runny egg with Comté cream was, however, quite good. We then chose the langoustines to share. Except that it's anything but a dish to share. Around eight langoustines fighting a duel for €80. I think it would be a good omen to remove this dish from the sharing dishes. For dessert, we shared the churros which were excellent. The toppings were very successful. The service was very pleasant. The music choice was atrocious, Latina/dance hall music which was completely unsuitable. The quality/price ratio is very disappointing. The bread with olive oil is excellent but the little speech which accompanies it and which is served to all the tables by the waiter on the origin of this tradition is a little indigestible.

Sarkara is a unique dessert restaurant located within the K2 Palace Hotel in Courchevel. It has been awarded 2 Michelin stars and offers an extraordinary dining experience. The restaurant, led by pastry chef Sebastien Vauxion, serves avant-garde desserts made with fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms. The menu features a selection of dishes that create a balance of sweet, bitter, and sour flavors. The cozy setting adds to the magical experience of dining at Sarkara.
Absolutely mesmerizing. The food was delightful. A true complex food experience.

Absolutely terrible experience! We ordered wine and two waitresses accidentally poured it on the table, one time on my sleeve, and no one apologized. We feel so glad not ordering the 8 dish set, the food is not like 2 star level. I went back to the hotel, puked that evening and cooked cup noodles.
Google review
Visited in Dec 2023 Sarkara was on my list of restaurants to visit in Courchevel ever since I booked my trip. There are 2 menus and we went with the 5 course one as with the amuse bouche and petit fours it ends up being like a 7-8 course meal. The menu takes you on a sweet tooth escapade where the dishes are prepared using your typical dessert ingredients. It is really one-of-a-kind sort of experience as I’ve had only one such ‘dessert ingredient’ inspired full meal before. The flavours range from sweet to savoury, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with some of the dishes’ tastes. Service is absolutely top notch. The head chef even came to our table to greet us. All in all, this place is worth visiting for the unique dining experience it offers in terms of cooking ingredients and techniques.
Avijeet S — Google review
Le Sarkara, Courchevel – A Bittersweet Experience of Luxury and Inconsistencies Le Sarkara, a two-Michelin-star restaurant located within the prestigious K2 Palace in Courchevel, promises a unique gastronomic journey. However, my experience was a rollercoaster of contrasting sensations—at times grotesque and paradoxical. Ambience and Welcome The restaurant is meticulously designed, with a refined atmosphere that fits perfectly into Courchevel’s exclusive setting. The welcome was warm, and the staff initially displayed professionalism. However, some details were disappointing. The restrooms, for instance, were unclean and not up to the standard expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Cocktails and Service The experience began with cocktails, which, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. Another major drawback was the service, which revealed serious shortcomings. We were a large group (18 people), and on multiple occasions, we were left without service for long minutes—to the point where I had to get up personally to fetch some water. An unforgivable lapse for a two-star Michelin restaurant. Gastronomic Experience The idea of a cuisine that explores the boundary between sweet and savory is intriguing, but in this case, it was taken to an extreme without a well-defined logic. The result? Unbalanced flavors, excessively sweet dishes, and temperature contrasts so sharp that they were almost unsettling. A play of oxymorons for the palate that often made little sense, leaving more confusion than amazement. A Forced Theatrical Performance Another curious aspect was the presentation of the dishes. The waiters—or rather, the “actors” of this restaurant—seemed to be reciting a script with an artificial emphasis. But even an actor must believe in what they are saying, and here, I got the distinct impression that this authenticity was missing. The result? A forced performance that made the experience both grotesque and amusing at the same time. Conclusion I have had the pleasure of dining at several Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, and I can confidently say that Le Sarkara does not make the list of those I would recommend or revisit. The experimental intent is interesting, but without a well-balanced execution, the risk is that it leaves diners with more perplexity than satisfaction. An experience that, despite its surreal charm, does not justify its price tag or the prestige it claims to uphold.

Avoid this restaurant! No one in our entire party enjoyed the food, it was extremely sweet throughout. Not sure how it achieved 2*...
Amar G — Google review
I want to preface this by mentioning that we've eaten at a lot of 1*, 2* and some 3* restaurants in France, the UK, US and beyond. This is a 2* restaurant, so expectations are duly set very highly. Service: I had an empty water glass for 17 minutes during the service. We actually ended up timing this because I bet my wife they wouldn't notice, given how wooden, programmatic and charmless the service had been up until this point. That's not 2* service, not even close. The food: it's certainly unusual and you have to give some credit to the inventiveness and creativity. The amuse bouche was delicious and we had high hopes for the remainder. We had the 5 course €250 menu. The first course was just really bland. Almost pointless. The waiter also misdescribed part of it being mint, when we checked the menu it was nettle, which is what it tasted like. Second course was good aside from the shaved mushrooms which while crispy when served became mushy wet chewy mushrooms, which I have a personal aversion to. Third was celeriac. Interesting and flavourful. Fourth, deconstructed cheese and salad. Whilst interesting and obviously highly technical, we both agreed that we'd much rather just have cheese and salad. Fifth, perhaps unsurprisingly, the dessert course was the best. Nice kiwi flavours. Petit fours were great. We felt the restaurant had a certain arrogance. When leaving we were asked whether we enjoyed it and we had subdued reactions, to which we were asked "was it not to our taste?" - well actually some of it just lacked taste. I think they would do better to focus more on customer experience and add some more charm. Overall, really disappointing. I would spend your money elsewhere.

Nestled at the base of the ski lifts in Courchevel 1650, Schuss Café is a delightful spot that perfectly captures the essence of après-ski culture. This charming café invites you to unwind in its cozy ambiance, where locals and tourists alike gather to share stories over an impressive selection of regional wines and craft beers. The inviting atmosphere is complemented by comforting options like hot chocolate and homemade vin-chaud, ideal for warming up after a day on the slopes.
My favourite apres ski bar which has a mixture of tourists, locals and some ski instructors who come for a beer after a hard day on the mountain. Really cute inside, music is not too loud, stuff is friendly. Unfortunately no live music here but there's really no room for a band but it works like that. A bit more sophisticated than a typical bar for noisy youngsters getting drunk on a holiday

Restaurant located at the doorstep of the prestigious six senses hotel at 1850, lovely welcome at the door with very friendly staff helping us with our coats/jackets. This place resembles what you find in nobu, and has a casual setting. They have a full fledged bar complete with all the spirits you can imagine, it wasn't crowded when we arrive but the place got busier as the night picks up. Lovely DJ churning out house beats during dinner, and the music got louder into the night, wouldn't recommend if you're planning to come with kids or adults that appreciate peace and quiet dinners more. Service was good at our table, and pricing is decent given the fact that you're in courchevel. Entree and main course was average, but the highlight of our meal has got to be their desserts! Loved every bite, and would be great for sharing. Would recommend if you're keen for a fancy fusion restaurant here at courchevel, will return for the desserts!

If you find yourself in a ski resort and are looking for an alternative to traditional mountain fare, don't miss Sumosan. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes and happy to make recommendations. Given the freshness of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs, the value is good Sumosan is a hidden gem in the mountains. Whether you're a sushi lover or just curious, this restaurant will impress with its culinary offerings. Pizza is OK, nothing fancy. But the biggest disappointment was the desert, the so called giant profiterole with ice cream took about 25 min and came with a coffee spoon of ice cream and tons of white cream. At the end the waiter pressures to add a tip, which is not the custom in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, I left very dissatisfied. It was a bad Italian food experience for me. Although the ambiance initially looked nice, my opinion changed when the food arrived. The Angus steak I ate was tasteless. The wine was not bad. However, the pizza ingredients were not of good quality either. I also found the waiters a bit rude. I wouldn’t consider coming here again.

The food is terrible. The staff is even worse than the food. The service is the worst of all – forget about the dishes arriving at the same time, they came with a 30-minute gap. Haute French restaurant
Bar
Baumanière 1850, situated in the picturesque Courchevel, is a luxurious dining destination that truly embodies culinary artistry. Nestled within the stunning French Alps and part of Hotel Le Strato, this restaurant offers an exquisite experience that highlights the best of French gastronomy. Under the guidance of celebrated chef Thomas Prodhomme, who draws inspiration from renowned chef Jean-Andre Charial's legacy, Baumanière 1850 presents a menu crafted with high-quality local ingredients.
This is absolutely one of the most magical, delicious, and all around outstanding meals we have ever had. The staff provided impeccable service, were extremely friendly, and also knowledgeable about drink pairings and timings, substitutions, and accommodations, including doing a phenomenal job at providing a vegan tasting menu. At the beginning of our dinner, we were asked if there were any other dietary restrictions or preferences, and one of us noted a particular aversion to mushrooms -- despite the menu heavily incorporating mushrooms and truffles from the region, the team did an amazing job with impeccable attention to detail accommodating that preference especially on such short notice. Favorites ranged from the “Childhood Memory” pasta in a chicken jus and Savoie cheese to the dressed up trout and from the “Beauty and the Beast” glazed Swiss chard to the “Head in the Mountain Pastures” milk ice cream and custard, as well as the table-side butter and cheese service. The chef also came out several times to plate us specific dishes and add different sauces, while also coming out at the end wishing us well and asking for any honest feedback. The restaurant EASILY deserves two stars, and from the other reviews I know I am not alone. Absolutely surpassed expectations, a MUST try.
Carter M — Google review
An exquisite french gastronomy! We wanted a memorable French meal while we were visiting Les 3 Valles, and we were not disappointed by Baumaniére 1850! The menu is thoroughly French, but still feels very innovative and creative. We were surprised a few times by the complexity and variety of flavours each bite. All made with mostly locally sourced produce. The menu comes with a list of suppliers, almost all of which are in the Savoie. A particular favourites where the truffle chard the monkfish, the Tarentaise beef, the sweet breads and the pigeon. Truly, ingenious was the mushroom ice cream. Yes, mushrooms for dessert - an absolutely delight. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and we felt well taken care of. Delicious selection of mostly French wines (some global, but why try anything other than a French wine when in France). The sommelier was very friendly and helpful also. If you are staying in Courchevel or even nearby at Les 3 Vallees I would highly recommend.

L'Aventure is a trendy eatery and bar situated in the heart of a village, offering an appealing menu with a variety of dishes such as fish, meat plates, sushi, pasta, and burgers. The restaurant exudes a special cozy ambiance that patrons can enjoy while receiving exceptional customer service from polite, friendly, and helpful waitstaff. Operating hours include lunch from 1 pm to 3 pm and reopening at 7 pm.
We had some drinks on Wednesday evening here and the atmosphere was great. Much better than in places nearby.

Stay away from that place - arrogant and no manner servants incl. management We came as a large group to celebrate a special occasion, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. After over an hour, we hadn’t been served anything—not even drinks—despite the place not being busy. The staff were inattentive and pushy, trying to upsell expensive drinks while claiming they were out of options due to “end of season.” One server even said, “I don’t know what we have, but I’ll bring you something,”—hardly acceptable for a place of this supposed standard. Worse, the same staff member touched me while making these comments—completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The last what I needed that evening to be harassed during the dinner. The manager’s response to our concerns was to argue with one of our guests and suggest we leave. No class, no manners, and certainly no respect. We left disappointed, but thankfully Courchevel has plenty of other venues that understand what real service means. Would not recommend.
Aleksandra L — Google review
To be honest I’m quite surprised reading such bad reviews, as for years I have recommended this place for my clients, and it was one of my favorite place I know that there were some changes, so call re-branding, but overall the food was always very tasty, the service was high and the ambiance was pretty great However, due to some reasons, they decided to make it more “boutique” and unacceptable for other people, by for exemple requesting a minimum spent for 1 pax. Commercially speaking I understand, but as a person that pushed me to consumptions and frames, which I, don’t want to be during my vacation. Also, you have such a long history and reputation that you don’t need those minimum spent for a group of 3. I understand for 10 people but for 3 kinda strange.some of my loyal clients just stopped to frequent l’aventure because of this. It’s not a money issue, it’s psychological However, I still love this place
Yaroslava Z — Google review
Food was excellent. The music was deafening and couldn’t hear my seat mate. I asked to lower music and they said “no”. I had to flag down the waiters a few times. They have to decide if they are a restaurant or a “pre game” for a night club. I won’t come back.
Daniel R — Google review
One of the absolute worst and awful restaurants of all time with discriminatory and dimunative customer service! They are such hypocrites that they even deleted my post here in Instagram where I was complaining! The pictured waiter was so rude to us, not only he ignored us openly for about 40’ since we arrived (and we were a big group of girls) when the place was half empty but after that he had an awful attitude trying to sell us only expensive bottles of wine! I have never been so discriminated in a restaurant which supposedly is of a certain callibre. The manager was even worse as not only he never even tried to apologise but he had a worse attitude than the waiter! Such places should not be allowed to exist and even more to delete my post when I am complaining - so petty!
Angeliki V — Google review
Location in the center of village really nice place with special cozy athmosphere and really good customer service. Waitress polite nice smiling and helpful. Food is nice. They usually open for lunch from 1p m until 3p m and then open again at 7 p m.

Don’t go! Scallop was extremely salty. The dessert apple roasted had no taste. Music was really loud. Service mediocre.

Located in Courchevel Moriond, Bistrot Le C offers a warm and intimate atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. The chef prepares delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients following the French culinary tradition. Situated near the Aquamotion waterpark, this restaurant is perfect for a post-water activities dinner. The menu features classic French cuisine alongside burgers, as well as options for vegetarians and vegans.
This place is absolutely lovely. Food is really nice, but stuff is not quite well trained to actually sell the products. My personal example: I was told I have the option to have a wine pairing with the food and it didn’t happen :)). So my review is a bit personal, I recommend you have your own experience and you shouldn’t be disappointed. Also the staff didn’t bring what I ordered but they make it up really fast and in the most professional way possible…chapeaux!
Catalin M — Google review
Probably the best meal we had during our stay in Moriond. The kitchen really knows what they are doing, and the sole munier was simply perfection. The service was also excellent at the beginning, until the restaurant started to get full on Valentine’s Day and we saw there was only one waitress, the bartender, and a food runner working. Total lack of staff planning. Despite their efforts, the small crew simply could not keep up with the 15+ tables, even with the bartender taking orders. For the price being paid, the level of service ended up being pretty bad. Not the staff’s fault, but rather whomever is managing staffing levels.
C J — Google review
The place is nice and food was most of it delicious. We ordered the burrata which was delicious but the tacos from the chef (only option available with meat) really disappointing. They didnt have most of the things we wanted to order. Service was slow and the pomme frites never arrived. Nevertheless I have to say that they also considered that on the final bill, not charging everything. The girl serving us was really understanding and nice. I feel sorry for her as clearly the lack of organization, food and personal has nothing to do with her.

Wonderful contemporary restaurant parallel to the main Street in Courchevel 1650. Service is probably the best I've had for a long time in Courchevel. The food was tasty and the menu varied. Vegan and gluten free options available. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about Bistrot Le C, and it will definitely become one of regular choices.

We came for a family meal of 6 for a 60th birthday celebration and enjoyed our favourite meal of our trip to Courchevel. Each of our meals were delicious and the atmosphere was great, but best of all was the service - the staff are so friendly and attentive, we were never having to try and catch their attention or waiting for a drink, and always received a smile. The service was truly seamless, even with a large group of 25 people at the table next to us. Thanks for a lovely final meal of our holiday!

Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend if you're staying in courchevel area. The food is of very high quality and reasonably priced considering alternative options in the area. The decor is very nice and cozy chalet-like vibe, with a fireplace burning throughout our stay. Escargot was delicious as a starter and we had the Henri's raclette as a main, which was delicious and served piece by piece by a very pleasant and funny chef that cared about us having an excellent experience. He encouraged us to eat as much as possible, not holding back as some restaurants may do. We very pleasantly surprised by the pepper tasting he provided us with 4 different gourmet peppers to taste with the raclette, which surprisingly did make a great difference! Overall the service was the best part of the experience and made the food experience that much better, they were very accommodating to provide us raclette despite us coming earlier than usual. A very homely and family feel overall. Will definitely return next time I go to courchevel.

La Ferme Saint-Amour Courchevel is a culinary gem overseen by the renowned three Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon. The restaurant offers a delightful blend of French tradition and global influences, ensuring an unforgettable gastronomic adventure for all diners. The warm and inviting ambiance, complete with candlelight and sheepskin pelt-adorned chairs, creates the perfect setting for indulging in exquisite dishes such as eggs with truffle and blue lobster linguini.
I always come back to this restaurant, the atmosphere is always nice, the food is very good, the location is central, easy to find. Restaurant that easily turns into a club after 11:00 PM, people dance and have fun, it should be noted that they also have hookah/shisha.

Ghyda A — Google review
Awful service we waited 1 hour for drinks after asking the waiter 3 times for them. The place is way too small, not comfortable, you are getting pushed around while eating because people are dancing or passing (not their fault the place is just tiny). The music is way to loud too early into the night. You can’t speak to anybody while having dinner, you need to shout. The waiter had the audacity to ask me for a tip after forgetting our orders many times and not being present. I had a birthday which I mentioned to them, they didn’t do anything for me but they did for another table. The food was decent but the portions were small. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants nearby. In general the place has potential to be great but it’s too chaotic at the moment and lacks proper organisation and management.
Mandataire I — Google review
We had a good girls night with cocktails, the welcoming girl was super nice through the whole night, the lady at the bar was really amazing also. The band sing really well & the atmosphere was great. The girl that was cashing us in the end was horrible! It’s so sad that someone like this can destroy your whole mood and only because we wanted to split the bill and my card didn’t go through the first time, because I had to insert it and not tap it. I guess she didn’t know that one of us speaks French and she said to the colleague that „it’s going to take an hour“. You are working in service girl, please do your job. Really really disappointed.

Spanning two levels and boasting a stunning 500m2 terrace that overlooks the ski slopes, this transalpine restaurant exudes a warm Savoyard charm thanks to its thoughtful decor by Corinne Sachot.
We went for lunch to this super chic and cozy restaurant made all from wooden interiors just perfect for the cold weather outside. The restaurant was very chic and the food and service was exceptional. I’ll definitely love to go again when I’m back in Courchavel. It is a break away from some of the popular but noisy alternatives in Courchavel.

My wife and I loved our meal at Lou Lou. We ordered a traditional French chicken dish (I don't recall the name of it), and it was one of the best "poulet" I've ever had. The restaurant is classy and vibrant in a beautiful hotel. We highly recommend it. I forgot to mention that the apple crustini dessert was also fantastic. One of the best desserts we had while in Courchevel.
Jim R — Google review
The average cost per person is around €90. This restaurant is located within the five-star Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges Courchevel, with its outdoor area situated right next to the ski slopes. The ambiance, service, and food quality are all excellent. The pre-meal bread was somewhat dry, but the balsamic vinegar and butter compensated for it. The crispy kale salad had a rich combination of flavors, and the fried calamari rings were tender—both are quite recommended. The main course, Milanese-style fried veal cutlet, was quite large and reasonably priced at €42, accompanied by savory pasta that was also quite good. As a result, the additional baked white pasta was a bit excessive, so we packed it to go. This place is suitable for lunch and afternoon tea. Dinner is also good, but considering that a taxi ride here starts at €30, there might be better options available.
Tanka L — Google review
Their reservation infrastructure is a bit problematic. However, if you contact them, you will be greeted with a warm welcome. We were able to make our reservation via email and our table was ready when we arrived. The food and atmosphere were really great. If you are coming by car, there is a parking lot within walking distance. The waiter who served us was kind and polite. His English was also very good. You are asked to specify the day (birthday, anniversary, etc.) in your reservation confirmation email, but do not have any expectations.

Gorgeous restaurant within a high-end 5 star Courchevel Hotel. We were a family of 5 for dinner. We were staying at a different 5 star hotel 5 minute walk away... We all had been having dinner at other high end resturants in Courchevel days prior but we all loved this one the best as it was still very high quality but also more menu items that we understood and more traditional for some of us who are fussy eaters...it did also have some fancier choices... It was a shame the lobster pasta was not available that night. Between us we ordered a wide variety of dishes from meat poultry pasta to seafood... they were all excellent. We shared the pizza which is a must. The staff were friendly and amazing from the young lady at the entry desk to the waiters looking after us inside...the ambience within the resturant was also perfect... Definetly can recommend this restaurant

Nice cafe right in the main ticket building of the village. It is located right under the Jardin Alpin gondola. Nice atmosphere with comfortable indoor seating (sofas and tables) and outdoor seating (some covered and some exposed to the sky). The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. They offer coffee, a wide variety of desserts and a selection of lunch items. We enjoyed the fresh daily salads and soups. We visited this cafe for several days during our stay and would definitely return to the cafe in future ski trips.

Quick service in this cafe on the bottom of the slopes for 1850. Excellent coffee, heavy cream hot chocolate, cakes, and good sandwiches. Reasonable pricing.

Сoffe place in perfect location Just next to main station in Courshavel 1850. Always busy with customers. Service seems ok in the beginning but waitres never bring you changes, pretended they are tips. So I preferred to pay with card

Great food and pastries, also their hot chocolate is delicious. Lovely place to have a drink or a quick bite after skiing, or prior to. Definitely recommended

Really good location beside all the lifts at Courcheval 1850m. We've been here a couple of times and their hot chocolate is TO DIE FOR. It's reasonably priced for the area. You queue inside and and eat inside or outside. There is no table service which I didn't mind. It's a real casual area for a coffee or a lunch. We had lunch and the sandwiches were great.

Nestled in the charming 1650 village, La Cabane is a hidden gem that might easily be overlooked at first glance. This quaint micro-bar resembles a large shed from afar, but stepping inside reveals a delightful selection of wines and fresh oysters. It's an ideal spot for lunch, especially on sunny days when you can enjoy the terrace right on the slopes. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the cozy interior offers an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation.
Awesome place! We visited Courchevel for a week of skiing and we fell in love with this place. The location of La Cantine is superb and the staff is just super nice! So far we popped in four times for a meal and each time the food was excellent and the service is top class. We are definitely going to dine here again. The décor is very cosy, especially now at Christmas time. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I was sitting outside and inside if you’re not too cold, they gave you blankets to cover, definitely enjoy the outside view and atmosphere. You can easily change it to inside if you want I did both and enjoyed. The food was decent. The service was amazing!

This is a great place to stop for lunch, if the weather is good the terrace right on the slopes is a fantastic place to be & if its not the inside is a fabulous set up, very atmospheric & comfortable. We stopped here for lunch 3 days into our holiday & simply decided it was one of the best places to eat & returned 2 more times. Service was friendly very good, food was good with daily specials so always something new. Pricing is on the lower Courchevel scale for what you get. They open all day but not for dinner, I think they are missing a trick, nighttime in the restaurant would be great.

So the service isnt great...ordered a menu and my family just burgers. My meal arrives fter they had finished theirs.... The quality of the cheeseburger is sub par. Wrong bread for a bun, they use spooned on cheap nuclear orange cheese and the pickles were too sweet. The meat was okay but undercooked as well. Fries were good. For € 20+ a burger they are really not delivering.

Authentic, proper bar in 1850. Reasonably priced and staff are genuinely pleased to see you. Bartenders shamelessly take advantage of the overall relaxed atmosphere of the resort and add 50 to 100% to the price of drinks, counting on the inattention of customers! Be careful !!! I hope each of these staff will be able to spend the stolen from customers money on their upbringing and education!

We arrived early and we took a random table. No sign of reserved table. After some time someone that claimed to be the owner told us we have to move because it was reserved. The people that “reserved” were the friends of the so called owner (long curly hair). After we try to understand what we did wrong he threatened us to kick us out. I went to the bar and ask how was the process of reservation. It was not matching… we asked for the manager and the so called owner was just an employee that tried to kick us out to give the table to his friends. Don’t go there. this is the way they treat their clients. That employee should be fired.

Enjoyed a delightful evening at the renowned French restaurant, Le Piaf Courchevel. The impeccable dining experience showcased excellent service and captivating live music. Indulged in delectable dishes such as the scallop carpaccio and lobster pasta, which undoubtedly stood out as the highlights on the menu. The succulent steaks were also highly commendable. The live performance by a talented vocalist added an extra touch of charm to the overall ambiance of this esteemed establishment.

(Translated by Google) Very bad experience, we had reserved a table for the second service at 10:30 p.m. Arriving at the entrance the bouncer refuses to let us in on the pretext that the shoes of one of us are not good enough for the Piaf. Shoes with which they have already gone to the Farm, the Manger, the Café or the Ball and no one had then found anything to complain about. So we found ourselves at 11 p.m. without having eaten even though we had a table waiting for us. The concierge at our hotel tried to negotiate with the bouncer who didn't want to know anything. We will of course not come back, and I will not fail to dissuade any of my customers who would like to go there.

(Translated by Google) Barely seated, the waitress wants to sell us a bottle of Ruinard… this announces the theme of the evening. We order starters to share, we are told that we must take more because we will not have enough to eat, the music is very very loud, it is impossible for us to understand what she is saying to us and when we remark to her we feel like we're bothering him, wine is spilled on the tablecloth and it isn't replaced. When the end of our dishes comes we are asked if we want a dessert negative not even time to digest a gentleman perhaps the manager tells us that we will have to vacate the table it is 00 we have reserved for the second course precisely for be able to enjoy the evening. certainly not spent enough for this establishment because we are offered to sit at the bar (a bar where it is impossible to sit because there are no seats) and the restaurant will "rinse" us all evening to the inconvenience (we are 6 girls, how should we take it??) and that as soon as a table becomes available we will be seated there.. so why not leave us at our initial table? Or we still dined and spent our money the same as every customer. Is there a minimum spend to be able to access this establishment?? It's shameful, especially when we are asked where we work on the station when we are here on the weekend, so we must have been taken for seasonal workers who do not deserve service worthy of the name. Special mention anyway for the atmosphere and the pianist who was very friendly and the food which remains decent. It is certain that we will never come back and will absolutely not recommend the Piaf to those around us in Geneva. Be careful not to judge people by appearance or the number of bottles on the table. So if we don't intend to spend a French minimum wage, I advise you not to set foot there.

(Translated by Google) A mixed evening. After having had the opportunity to try the different festive restaurants in Courchevel, we couldn't wait to end our week at Piaf. Let's start with the positives: - the pianist singer is particularly talented and was able to quickly put us in a good atmosphere - the cuisine is up to standard (scallop carpaccio with truffle, turbot fillet, lobster linguine, etc.) Let’s now address the areas for improvement: - the singing pianist unfortunately leaves his place too quickly to a “DJ” who is content to play a playlist with an overly saturated sound, to the great displeasure of your ears - a waitress who, despite all her good will, cannot keep up with the pace, without support from her team (table half cleared, we will never come and refill your champagne, wine or water without repeated or insistent request). In short, great potential, unfortunately wasted by an indoor team that is not up to standard. What a shame to have to push another door a few steps away to end the evening in style!

A catastrophic service pushing consumption even means making the customer uncomfortable. We were asked to help clear the table, the waiter put his hands to his mouth and then grabbed the neck of the bottle of wine he was about to serve us. The tablecloth removed immediately after our refusal of dessert and another bottle. Following this, an unfriendly and very haughty man brought us the bill, to which he had added an extra bottle. I will skip other frightening details because the essential thing is there. Don't waste your time in this shameful establishment. For people who are watching regarding the Covid, it is no surprise that LE PIAF does not know the existing one. (Original) A fuir. IF you don't know management or don't plan to spend at least 200 euros per head, move on... and we'll make you understand!! I wanted to find out but what a DISAPPOINTMENT!! The service was clumsy, approximate, and above all pushing far too much towards consumption, making us feel uncomfortable. One example among many others: we booked for the 2nd course to be sure to enjoy the atmosphere after the meal... Except that the "manager" / the copy of Jack Sparrow, tells us that 7 people will sit at our table and wait... We were offered to sit at the bar and enjoy ourselves, in fact the bar was an off-center table at the bottom of the stairs. All this with an extremely disconcerting lack of delicacy, tact and empathy. The food is good but nothing more, very expensive for what it is. I recommend around ten other addresses in Courchevel with the same prices but at least we enjoy ourselves. The atmosphere is good, thanks to a lively pianist. Advice from professional to professional... never differentiate your clientele and treat all your clients the same way. We would have spent a lot more but quickly understood the “machine” we had stepped into. REDHIBITORY. People will always remember how they felt at your place and how you made them feel. (Original) A FUIR !!!!
