Brewery
Brewpub
Pump House - Brewpub & Restaurant is a popular spot in Downtown Moncton, New Brunswick, known for its wide selection of house-brewed craft beer and comfort food. Established in 1999, it was one of the first brewpubs in the area and has since become a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. The brewery offers an extensive menu featuring wood oven pizza made with handcrafted beer-infused dough, along with burgers, steak, salads, and daily specials.
Twenty years ago, I used to visit Moncton frequently, 2 to 3 times a year, and on my first visit, I had dinner at the Pump House, fell in love with the place and the food, that it became a tradition to drop by every time I'm in town. The place has a wonderful vibe, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The food is exceptional. I tried many things there over the years, but the thin crust oven-baked pizza is a must-have every time. They are also a brewery, so there's a wide selection of beers, and they are famous for their fruity flavors, like the blueberry beer. Surprisingly, I never had dessert at the Pump House, because I'm always full from the appetizers and main course, so maybe next time I should skip the appetizer and go for a dessert instead. One more thing I have to mention is the genius idea of the seating pods/booth, designed to look like wooden barrels. They perfectly fit the vibe of the restaurant, and with people engraving their messages on the tables and inner walls of the pods, this seating option becomes an entertainment piece, full of topics for discussion, as you go through what people have written and engraved. I highly recommend the Pump House if you're ever in Moncton. Wish we had something similar in Ottawa.

This experience had highs and lows. But we would return with knowledge from our first visit probably making it a better one. We ordered the dry ribs for an appetizer. My daughter had the pizza and it was delicious! My wife had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and gravy and it was great she said. I had the Brisket sandwich with a salad that left a lot to be desired unfortunately. It has a bland roast beef taste that's miles away from a good brisket. While there was ample meat it was sliced thin and dry. Our server was very kind but forgetting to bring the appetizer while the appy plates sat on the corner of the table was a big miss!! We realized she forgot about them so we decided not to mention or make a big deal out of it. We did chuckle looking at the appy plates when we were finished our meal thinking "do we ask when our appetizer is coming" lol. It was not a bad experience and we were full and satisfied when we left. I asked our server for a spicy Caesar and it was fantastic, great job!

Our whole group loved it here. We came for lunch and sat indoors. They also have a nice patio outside. The service was quick and the waitress was very nice. Food was delicious. The red and blueberry beers are the best. We ordered personal pizzas for each with vegan cheese substituted and they were delicious. They put a very generous amount of vegan cheese, which many places do not. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more beer and get these pizzas again!

I recently visited Pump House – Brewpub & Restaurant in Moncton, and overall it was a good experience. The fish and chips were absolutely amazing—crispy, golden batter with tender fish inside, definitely the highlight of the meal. On the other hand, the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was a bit of a letdown, as it lacked flavor and came across as quite bland compared to the other dish. That said, the service was excellent—the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really made the visit enjoyable.
Nikko T — Google review
Awesome experience at the pump house. Beer was good and service was incredible. Our pizza did not look that good to be honest but it was fine. Would come back definitely.
Adrien T — Google review
We had a regular cheese burger and a bison burger, both were very good, albeit a little dry. Astonishlingy the poutine was the best we had on this trip, the gravy was amazing. Beer selection was fantastic and the service couldn't have been more attentive. Absolute recommendation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pump House Brewery is truly the place to be in Moncton! Operating since 1989 and still going strong, this spot offers an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service is absolutely fantastic—friendly, fast, and welcoming. Their craft beer selection is incredible, but the standout for me was the Blueberry Ale—served with real blueberries floating in the glass! So refreshing and delicious. For food, I had the famous “Burger That Ate Moncton” with poutine—wow, it was much more than I expected! Packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and just a real treat. Whether you’re looking for the best craft brewery in Moncton, a place for great burgers and beer, or simply a fun pub atmosphere, Pump House Brewery delivers. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

It’s my first time in Moncton. My family and I were exploring the downtown area when we found the Pump House. Heather was our server and she was wonderful! Super friendly and great to chat with. The pizza oven caught my eye, for good reason. I got the Greek pizza and it was delicious! We also got the beer bread as an appetizer and it was fantastic! Will make sure to stop here again when I find my way back in the city!

Italian restaurant
Gusto Italian Grill & Bar, located in downtown Moncton, offers an authentic Italian dining experience in a casual and stylish setting. The restaurant features brick-lined walls, rustic wood finishes, and a bustling open kitchen with a wood-burning oven. The bar provides a welcoming atmosphere and serves a variety of cocktails that pair well with the diverse menu offerings. From pasta to hand-thrown pizzas and authentic Italian desserts, Gusto takes pride in its food and generous portions.
Visited for dinner with a family of 5. Great spot for a nice dinner, recommend reservations as it was busy and there was a wait for those that didn't have reservations. Wood fired pizza was delicious, spaghetti with meat balls was lovely. But the star of the show... The cheesecakes. Great variety and not your average cheesecake.
Katie A — Google review
My whole experience at Gusto was flawless. I felt like my server was assigned to only 5 or 6 tables and he was always available under a minute. All food came quickly, and everything was delicious. If you are still hungry, get a regular piece of cheesecake at the end of the meal. This was the best sit-down restaurant of my trip in Moncton.
Adrien T — Google review
We didn’t have any reservation but they were kind enough to accommodate us in the bar area, which still had a great atmosphere. They served warm bread to start and the server was very attentive. The food was excellent, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. It was one of the best Italian dining experiences I have had. We will definitely come back.
Van S — Google review
I finally got a chance to eat here(after living in the Moncton area, for 1.5 years), and Gusto's did not disappoint! Everything is great about this place: The atmosphere, the menu, the food presentation, etc. I ordered the Chicken Caprese, with Fettuccine Alfredo. And the '24 Flavour Double Chocolate Cake'(the gigantic-sized-cost efficient cake, for dessert, and all of it tasted amazing. 👌👌👌💯 There are plenty more menu items, I WILL go back for. Their cakes are HUGE!
Mike C — Google review
Excellent food and atmosphere. The pizza was fresh, the sauces were rich, and the flavors were balanced. The staff were professional and friendly. Service was quick even during busy hours. One of the top spots in Moncton for Italian food.
Tario S — Google review
We may have caught them on an off night, as they struggled to seat the 5+ groups who all arrived at 7pm with reservations yet they couldn’t immediately seat any of us. (They must have over booked)The lady who took over the station while we waited was short borderline rude with us and with her staff, and it kinda set us on edge. That said the rest of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Our waitress was great and the gentleman who seated us came back to chat a few times and it was welcomed. They kept things professional but light. The grumpy hostess (seemed like owner or manager at the very least) was the one who also brought out our meal, she dropped and left and the waitress had to come back and get us pasta spoons and the pepper mill. The food was great, large portions and very good, super happy with our meal, just wish the leaders hadn’t set the wrong tone that luckily their team was able to save for them.
Rob E — Google review
Nice family own restaurant. I really like the seafood lobster risotto and chicken mushroom casarecce. Kid meal is very reasonable with drinks. Dessert menu has a lots of varieties as well.

We love Gustos!! Every visit is always 10/10 from the food being served quickly to the service from the staff always checking in & being so kind as well as the cozy atmosphere for relaxing & enjoying a meal. It’s our go to date night spot & we couldn’t recommend it enough!😊

Tide & Boar Gastropub is a popular and lively spot located on Main Street, offering a sophisticated yet casual dining experience. The restaurant takes pride in its locally sourced ingredients and house-made dishes, including the famous Boar Poutine and even their own ketchup. The name of the gastropub cleverly references Moncton's tidal bore and the seafood and boar featured on the menu.
Extremely good food in my opinion. Oysters were fresh and clean. Soup tasted great. Lobster was great. Awesome beers brewed in house. My one bit of feedback was that the chicken soup could contain more chicken meat but the flavour was incredible and the staff were very happy to receive any feedback I had.
Jon T — Google review
The Tide & Boar Gastropub has been in operation for a few years, service is stellar and food is top notch! If you are looking for a great selection on locally brewed drinks or food, be sure to give them a visit. We have been a customer for a while and felt it was time to give them a review. In our recent visit, we ordered three appetizers and two main courses. We ordered the scotch egg, this is a great validation of the kitchen’s execution experience, the end product should have a runny yolk. The scotch egg was prepared to perfection and the jam and greens that came with the dish were a match made in heaven. The muscles were cooked in a wonderful red sauce that was finger licking good! The Brussel sprouts were caramelized and had wonderful sweet taste to them. The main dish was their pan fried haddock and Tide & Boar signature Salad. I am lost for words to describe this plate cause it was so tasty and devoured in no time!! I didn’t think we had any more room in our tummy but couldn’t resist ordering the cheese cake to end the session.
Eric G — Google review
Tide & Boar blends laid-back charm with seriously good eats. The menu hits that sweet spot between comfort food and chef-driven creativity, and the craft beer selection is top-notch. It’s got a buzz without being loud—perfect for catching up or kicking back. A Moncton favorite for a reason.

Great place to eat, best in Moncton overall in my short time there. Lunch items like the boar hash and chowder were phenomenal. Decent lobster roll and fish and chips as well. The shrimp taco and the steak frites were amazing as well. Servers were fast and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

*Beautiful dog-friendly patio! After a very stressful weekend we had lunch with our dog on Sunday afternoon. We were greeted with a smile and had a lovely lunch outside on the patio! Food was great, servers were all friendly, and atmosphere was just what we needed (warm sunny day but we had some much needed shade)!
Michelle W — Google review
I ordered the chowder during a late afternoon rush. Service was a bit slow but nothing too bad. They have a lovely outdoor seating area which is the true appeal of this place. It's a great place to catch up with friends or colleagues at the end of a work day while sipping on wine and having some hearty food.
Safi K — Google review
The charcuterie board was absolutely delicious. The burrata and other cheeses were so nice . For my main the seafood chowder was loaded with scallops shrimps smoked salmon muscles a generous amount of lobster and piping hot. Wife had crusted haddock and she enjoyed it . Sion had the chicken burger with a kick . Wonderful experience. Highly recommended
VIRG D — Google review
We got the vegan smash burger and parm crusted haddock. We really enjoyed our meals. The fries are super good too. Love sitting outside on a nice day. The vegan smash burger was delicious but there should be at least one other vegan entree on the menu! Two others in our group got the fish and chips and didnt really enjoy the fish all that much - felt it lacked flavour. They’d recommend getting the haddock over the fish n chips. Service was good. Friendly and decently quick despite being busy.

Moxies Moncton Restaurant offers a beautiful and diverse menu, perfect for those with dietary restrictions like gluten-free options. The attentive staff ensures that special dietary needs are met, with the chef preparing meals separately to avoid any cross-contamination. Guests have praised the delicious guacamole and Blackened Mahi Mahi, along with the excellent service provided by the waitstaff.
Wow! What a great experience! We came here for a late lunch, got seated right away and had our order in almost immediately! All of our food was so good and came out nice and quick. After our first few bites, we had come to the conclusion that this was the right place to be! We LOVED the presentation of all of our food and drinks. I ordered a Mai Tai which I found pretty strong, but still good. We loved the vibe of the restaurant as a whole, super cool lighting and a beautiful interior. The washrooms even had a tv and the women’s had a mirror with three stools to sit and fix your hair/makeup which was so cute. We loved coming here and would definitely recommend it to any passersby!
Ava M — Google review
Would not recommend the steak. We ordered two different steaks from the menu and both were disappointing. Best part was the mashed potatoes. The chimichurri was also awful. If I ever go back to a Moxie's I will avoid the streak.
Jeffrey T — Google review
We went to Moxies to celebrate my son’s birthday dinner and had such a great experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and my son was super happy with the surprise dessert. A special thanks to our server, Melissa, for her outstanding service, we’re giving her 5 stars for making the evening extra special. Highly recommend Moxies!
Sreedevi B — Google review
Great atmosphere and spacious. They have a bar area as well. Reservations are recommended as it can be very busy. First of all the service was great, the staff were amazing and courteous. Ordered a smashed avocado dip, chicken wings, and tiny tuna tacos for appetizers and they were really good, especially the smashed avocado dip. Ordered Tofu Thai curry laksa, prosecco paloma, mango chicken, and chicken & ribs for the main course and they were exquisite! Since am vegan was afraid there would be less vegan options but to my surprise there were plenty of great options. Loved the Tofu Thai curry laksa the most, the curry was amazing. Would recommend 👌
Amal X — Google review
We stopped at Moxies and were so happy to see a dedicated plant-based menu! My boyfriend ordered the Beyond Burger, but we learned that the bun contained egg, so he ended up getting it wrapped in lettuce instead. I ordered the black bean tacos, which were really good and flavorful. We also tried two non-alcoholic drinks: a pineapple-inspired Moscow Mule and a Bud Light. The atmosphere inside was fantastic, with a great vibe.
Kat — Google review
We stopped for family dinner and enjoyed a quiet evening. The atmosphere was warmed by shaded glass windows and drapes, cool lighting, comfortable furnishings and the pleasure of seeing other families enjoying dinner themselves.

Tried the rib eye steak which was cooked perfectly and delicious. The espresso martini was excellent, and to top it off the white chocolate brownie was amazing. Great experience overall!

Montana’s BBQ & Bar is a Canadian restaurant known for its Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, 100% Canadian Steaks, and Burgers. They also offer other favorites like Fire-Grilled Chicken Tacos and Mac N Cheese. Customers have enjoyed the all-you-can-eat ribs on Wednesday nights and praised the friendly service. The restaurant has a western BBQ theme and offers a variety of food options, including tasters platters with delicious cornbread.
The manager, Jeff Richards, was VERY accomodating. We had a problem receiving a free starter coupon online. We mentioned it to our server, Lisa, who in turn brought Jeff to our table. We explained the problem and he immediately offered a free appetizer to us, despite no coupon. He listened well, was friendly, yet professional. He was very kind and the spinach dip appetizer we chose was yummy. Lisa was very friendly and fun. She can also write her name upside down!! 😉 The way she took our order, it was very evident she knew her stuff and worked at it very well. Both Jeff and Lisa were great and we appreciated the superb customer service. We'll be back!

Food was ok but cold. Service could have been better, never had any coffee or water refilled. Portions are VERY small and way over priced.
De M — Google review
Food was spectacular as always. Hot, fresh and full of flavour. Service was terrible. Our server had a table of 25 ‘children’ of drinking age come in without a reservation. The group were not making the servers life easy by interrupting him, not listening and worst of all, changing their seating places to confuse him. When we did get our servers attention he was clearly flustered but treated us the best he could. I blame the on shift manager for not supplying the server with extra help to elevate the load. I also blame the manager for not removing the server from the map and allowing him to concentrate on the 25 person party. Removing him from the map would allowed better service for the 25 person table as well as making our table and another tables experience much better. I don’t blame our server at all and he was left an appropriate tip. Disappointing supper that could have easily been avoided.
Paul K — Google review
After three full racks of the Wednesday all-you-can-eat ribs, I finally called it and rolled to the car. Definitely worth the $32.99. They slather it in sauce because the meat isn't as juicy as really great ribs, but the apple butter bbq sauce is good and the meat is tender so it's an okay trade-off for the price. I briefly worked there years ago and can safely say it's a pretty big menu of mostly frozen/deep fried food, but the ribs are worth going for. Burgers and apps are good as well, but for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD steer clear from the tough, sinewy, overpriced little meat pucks they call "steaks". I think it's a shame that a franchise otherwise serving decent BBQ has the worst steaks in town, but besides that it's a pleasant family-friendly establishment with rustic decor and a decent drink list. Plus you can draw on the tables (I won at hangman).
C.J. — Google review
Food is terrible for 60$. Small portion, taste not great, only french fries was okay but.. 🫤 Feel like they bought it frozen then just microwave it. Just go to costco and defrost some food then eat it at home guys 🫠 anw, the restaurant has a lovely vibe

Unfortunately not very impressed with the food. Order was medium rare and steak was well done or just before. Steak was cold to the touch. No pink center. Salad portion was very small. This was a delivery order so it may have affected this. Ive been to the location before and aervice was always top notch and food much better and fair sized. Attached a photo of salad size in almost empty box. Salad was untouched for photo. (Was starving so didnt take a photo of steak i just ate it 🤣) For 50$ im very unsatisfied. I would suggest to go eat in as the staff and food inhouse is usually great.

Today I went out to dinner with a group of friends. There were 11 of us. At first, we were seated at one table, but we asked if we could move to a different area that was empty. The hostess who greeted us made faces and even sighed in a way that came across as very rude. All of us noticed her negative attitude. Other than that, the food was delicious, and the server who ended up helping us was very kind.

Went to montanas for supper for my girlfriends supper. Mike was our server. What a waiter. Waited 37 seconds max between finishing my margerita and being asked if I'd like another, MY MANN! you know it. Better make it a double. St. James' Gate is a popular seafood restaurant in Moncton, NB, offering a combination of bar and bistro experiences. The diverse menu includes pub classics, souvlaki, jerk chicken, and standout seafood dishes like PEI mussels with garlic and white wine sauce and blue pearl oysters from New Brunswick. Visitors often use Moncton as a base for exploring nearby attractions such as The Hopewell Rocks and Fundy National Park. Staying at the St.
Amazing stay at the hotel and every dish at the restaurant was excellent. Contactless check-in/out was easy. Rooms were very clean and modern. Convenient restaurant just downstairs. The mussels were the best I’ve ever had. Flavourful spinach + artichoke dip and seafood risotto. Even the butter with bread was good. Very friendly staff at the restaurant. I highly recommend St James Gate.

I had an amazing dinner with my fiance on Friday. Everything was perfect the mussels were absolutely the best I had ever had. Olivia was our waitress, she was exceptional at her work. Made us feel so welcome and so helpful and willing to listen. She was wonderful on inquiring more on my strawberry allergy I had mentioned. I appreciate her. However, later in the evening, since our dinner was so nice, we decided to go back and have drinks and dessert. The bar tender, who seem to be the main one behind the bar had taken our drink order and I mentioned how much i just loved the mussels earlier and was looking forward to trying the cheesecake. He replied by saying "I despise mussels but they sell." I was a little taken back by how he reacted to my compliment of his work establishment. A simple "I'm glad you enjoyed it." Would have been more appropriate.

Have gone here 2 out of the last 4 Fridays for Happy Hour! The oysters are amazing served with a very tasty mignonette sauce. I believe the waitress said it was house made. Soooo good! Just an idea would be to serve it in a little dish instead of the little bottle so you get some of the shallots not just the liquid. Also, the shrimp and scallop salad is AMAZING!! Highly recommend. Full of flavour and not skimpy on the shrimp/scallops!! 😋 We’ll definitely be back again before the snow flies and the patio is closed. A perfect atmosphere to enjoy!!!

Hello, I wanted to leave a review about how pitiful our food was on the night of Oct. 17. I ordered the fish & fries as I have done so in the past (several years ago however) and my partner ordered the bison burger. My fish appeared to be what would come out of a high liner box. It was not freshly battered fish, and the coating was incredibly tough that a fork alone could not cut through. My partners burger too was a frozen patty, in which he described that Dairy Queen has a better burger. This is shameful for the price of what we paid for our experience, given that we did not even have freshly prepared food. A much better dining experience can be food at gusto or boulevard.

We were here in 2022. Decided to return based on that experience. Had the fish tacos 🌮 which were excellent. The rice flour breading was an interesting twist. Light & crispy. Fries are fresh cut & perfect. Wife had the melon 🍉 sangria and loved it. She also had the lobster Mac n cheese & gave it high marks. Our 16 y.o absolutely loved the bison burger (with fries). We dined outside on the covered patio. Recommend. Would return.

I had a good overall experience at St. James Gate (Restaurant). Started with the Bread and Honey Butter, which was warm, fresh, and paired nicely with the sweet butter. Simple but tasty. For my main, I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese. It was flavorful and well-prepared, though at $35, I was expecting a larger portion. One downside was the wait time. The food took quite a while to come out. Also, I was hoping to end the meal with dessert but was disappointed to find there was no dessert menu available. That said, the quality of the food was solid, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I’d come back, but with slightly adjusted expectations.

Service was good. Place was clean. But will not come back for the fish and chips (fish and fries on their menu). Had lunch their last Friday, got tired from chewing. Fish was tough and dry, dunno if was just overcooked or the fish wasn't fresh. The coleslaw was also off. We were midway eating when we noticed and dont want to bother the server. Note to self: it's a place to have drinks.

We were visiting Moncton and were looking for a nice lunch. And this place was fantastic! The seafood chowder was among the best we had in the area and was served with warm bread and honey butter! The selection of beers was good and the salads were fresh and tasty. Our server was new to the job but she did really well in making ourselves and our dog welcome on the patio! Parking was hard to find on the street but there was a parking lot across the street. Reasonably priced and yes, we will be back when we are in the city of Moncton again! A really great pub!

Chicken wings restaurant

Chicken restaurant
St. Louis Bar & Grill is a casual hangout that serves slow-cooked ribs, custom-spiced wings, and other typical pub food. While it can get crowded, the quality of the food is satisfactory, and they offer enticing deals like a 23oz pint for $7. They frequently reintroduce promotions like 'wingsanity,' making it worthwhile to visit. Although sometimes the service may be slow, the dishes are usually freshly prepared.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at St.Louis, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The appetizer, a delicate carpaccio, was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The main course, a Calamari , was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a rich, savory sauce that complemented the meat wonderfully. The side dishes, particularly the Chicken Nachos were equally delightful. The dessert menu offered a delightful array of choices :) The service was impeccable throughout the meal. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The timing of the courses was perfect, allowing us to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, [St.Louis] exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that great care is taken in every aspect of the dining experience, from the quality of the ingredients to the exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal. ---

Waitress tonight was extremely polite, patient and helpful with my needs. Owner is great too as well as the food and atmosphere! Everything is always on point here. Never a bad experience over the years. Always a good time! Hadn’t been out for 6 months due to an accident, met up with a friend, couldn’t have had a better time! Highly recommend it. Appetizers and meal was bang on. They looked short staffed too and no one waited long. Hats off to everyone there tonight! April 14th, 2025. Well done as always! 👍 👍

1. my daughter ordered the wings supreme it was really disgusting, I took a bite of the chicken wings and it was bloody. As in blood was still oozing at one of the chicken and it made my stomach churn. We told the waitress and she said it’s normal for chicken to be like that. Ah no! She exchanged it and apologized. But the second one was still the same. She told us she will inform the manager and she took it out of the bill. steak frites was really hard and we ask for medium rare, they exchange it and no complain from my daughter she ate the steak without a problem since we waited almost an hour for the food and was very hungry. She did not eat any of the fries and onion rings. I ordered the Alfredo pasta ; taste ok but the pasta was hard and I was very hungry, and I did not care anymore and since we had to wait for another 15 mins for my kids food, we devoured it. The only food that was good enough to eat was the fish and chips, onion rings and everything else was a nightmare. 2. Service was terrible. It took so long for the food, took so long to find the waitress and to get any help. I understand she was busy and she tried to solve i know it’s not her fault. But something needs to be done about it. 3. Would I recommend this place, hell no specially if your coming from a far place, tired and hungry. 4. I came to St. Louise as my kids never tried it before and it turned out to be so disappointing, terrible experience, and not only that we spent $86.94 for something that did not fill them up And I came here cuz it had a good review.

Very great service. Loved the ribs and the steak was exactly how I asked. My husband got the burger and was delicious. Service was great and refills kept coming without me having to ask

Wings and pickle coins tasted hot and fresh, veggie sticks were crisp. Patio with umbrellas was nice, especially since they allow well-behaved dogs so mine had a good nap while the humans ate. Server was very nice.

The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. Mel was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and anticipated our needs without hovering. She recommended the perfect wine pairing and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find such polished yet personable service—this restaurant is lucky to have her.

I really like the happy hour for drinks at St Louis. The hamburgers and chicken wings are consistently decent in my experience but any time I’ve had anything else off the menu food wise it has left a lot to be desired. Food can be hit or miss big time.

The best wine bar in the city! The service is impeccable, they have any kind of wine and spirits. Cocktails are just awesome especially Heaven Island 🏝️ 🍹. I loved DJ sets on Saturday nights ♥️ Will return to the 3G again and again… Highly recommend!

One of the best spots in Moncton, hands down. As a Latino, it’s not always easy to find places where the energy just hits right but this place? It nails it. The crew is always full of good vibes, the music never misses, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Every time I walk in, I know it’s going to be a good night. I love this club it’s become one of my favorite places to let loose and enjoy myself.

My name is Onochie and I was at your bar on Friday September 12 2025 when I was involved in an incident with the bartender on the night I also heard he’s the manager. I’ve never felt more racially profiled because of what happened. So there was a lady that supposedly had an altercation with another party and claimed this party took her phone off her. At this time I walked up to the bar area to find out why the drink I ordered was taking longer than usual to get to me. Next thing I saw was the bartender on the night which may have also been the manager approached me in the midst of people around us and says “you had an altercation with a lady and took her phone, we need to step out and talk about it” at first I looked around to know if he was referring to me. I asked if he was referring to me, he said yes. I was in shocked, looked around and everyone was looking at me. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my whole life. I had to ask twice if he was sure he had the right person he said again, yes with a great conviction that I was picked out. Then next thing the lady that had pointed me out said I wasn’t the one. At this point I was so upset that I had been embarrassed. It could have been avoided if he approached me differently saying first to talk privately for a second before revealing that he thought I was a thief. That is a very bad management for that situation. I also feel that would have never happened in that manner if I was white. I later found out that she had pointed at different people that she thought but was the only one approached to the knowledge of everyone customer around. I was a customer too that only wanted to have a good time but left with the highest level of embarrassment. Something needs to be done and I’d like to know what because I wouldn’t want this to happen to the next person that comes into your bar that looks like me. He didn’t even apologize properly for what happened. I wouldn’t want to make a noise about this but your establishment needs to handle it and let me know before I can be at rest. My friend who was also with me said the same person gave him a similar treatment at the previous bar he worked at which is called after which he was sacked.

This is my favorite bar in the city. I love the atmosphere and the decor. The staff are fantastic and helpful if you're at a loss for what to order. They serve the perfect drink with every order. I've had a variety of their concoctions are they are all delicious.

Michael was absolutely amazing! He is truly a cocktail artist and paid close attention to his customers to ensure they had what they needed. Stopped by for lunch while running errands in Moncton. Nice outdoor seating area. Varied menu - good beer selection, but, alas, no NA options. The lobster rolls were excellent as was the middle eastern inspired salad. The burgers at the neighboring table looked good too.

Went here at 4 o'clock on a Friday and was told they are only serving hotdogs until 5, so we got two hotdogs. They were good, definitely very different than a regular hotdog and I'm not sure if it was real meat. The atmosphere is really nice. I love what the owners are trying to achieve with this place, however I am a bit worried that the lack of food selection and expensive prices will cause a struggle. We paid 40$ for 2 regular hotdogs, a beer, and a belinni. Overall we may be back when they are serving off their menu.

Great location and tastefully designed! Hop on your bike and go for a pedal and pints! Food is great and one of my faves is the pork schnitzel but the potato salad is not overwhelming.

Moreover, it has gained popularity through its feature on The Food Network's You Gotta Eat Here.
We loved our time here! There were people waiting when we arrived but we got in quite quickly. Fantastic atmosphere, staff and the food was absolutely amazing! Would love to come back when it’s nice out to sit on the patio.

Had a great experience at Tide & Boar Brewing in Moncton. It’s a cozy, welcoming spot. The evening didn’t go exactly as planned since there were a few small hiccups like a delay, some miscommunication, and mushrooms on a pizza that wasn’t supposed to have any, but the staff handled everything really well with professionalism and kindness. There are vegetarian options available, which I really appreciate, and I encourage the restaurant to keep adding more. Wheelchair access seems quite reasonable, though parking spots are more limited than they used to be. The atmosphere is lively, the food is delicious, and the beers are excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Decided to try the garlic fingers as we’ve heard a lot about it. We thought it was good - maybe the hype made us have high expectations because we weren’t necessarily blown away. The portion was a lot - we ended up bringing back more than half. Not sure if it’s worth $32, however. I decided to go for the Tide Fries myself which I enjoyed. I like saucy things with extra flavours. It has an Asian inspired sauce so would not be for everyone but I liked it. Both were brought back home and reheated the next day in the air fryer. Tasted just as good.

Went here randomly when I first arrived in Moncton. The best lobster roll I had while visiting the east coast and the drinks were delicious too!
Lawrence L — Google review
Tasted delish. Albeit, for an order of Mozzarella sticks, only 3 in an order for that price is a bit too much. With 2 people sharing an order you only get 1.5. Why not 4(even for 1 person makes more sense)??? Pizza was also tasty, however sloppily made with some pieces missing toppings and some just sauce. However, Overall very tasty and filling. If could give it 4.5 that would be more appropriate. However in this scenario a 4 would be too low.
Todd L — Google review
The Detroit style meatball pizza was beyond expectations! Possibly the best pizza and garlic fingers we've ever had. Quality, fresh ingredients, handmade sour dough crust (which was unbelievable), house made sauce...sooo good! Had a Robot Food IPA beer and it was good too, the Cobra Food double IPA was even better! Very loud inside, would have sat outside but it was getting cool. That didn't bother us much because it was nice to see families with children there too. Service was a little slow too but it was slammed there so also didn't put us out. Great experience, can't wait to come back!

I just had a coffee tasting with Bryce at Epoch. Not only was it super informative, interesting and fun, but you can tell how much they care about their staff, their process and their craft. I was super impressed and the coffee was FANTASTIC! I’m not a coffee specialist by any means but they are so welcoming and create a great environment to try new things and learn! I 100% recommend checking them out and doing a tasting! Thanks Epoch!

Incredible. We stopped by on vacation after wanting to make it in all week. We had hoped to do a tasting the week before but that didn’t pan out due to our schedule. We mentioned that to Bryce and he immediately welcomed us to join him for a mini tasting. It was thorough, informative, and fun. Very collaborative and chill feel - it wasn’t a lecture it was more of a chat - tossing ideas and tasting notes all around. Bryce has a cool but eager way about him when it comes to coffee education and you can tell that radiates to the other staff as well. It’s the type of place that is not obnoxious with their knowledge, they are eager and excited to share and nerd out with everyone. Incredible tasting experience aside, the coffee is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Really great selection, and I love the 6/9/3 set up they have for divvying their roasts. The building is cool and old and full of brick walls and big gorgeous windows. I knew going in it would be great, but this EXCEEDED my expectations tenfold. Thank you Bryce for the awesome afternoon and the incredibly cool vacation story to go back home with. Thank you Epoch Chemistry for being tasty and cool and fun. I love ya and I will recommend you to everyone.

I go to a lot of small coffee shops in my various travels (a few dozen per year) and Epoch is one of the top 3 easily. -I had espresso type drinks, and all were exceptional. Super smooth and full of flavor. -friendly, welcoming staff -not a ton of seating, but never had a problem getting a seat -good coffee shops vibes for conversation or working -sweet, high quality merch -final verdict, best of the best. 10/10 and would go out of my way to go back

I've been to a lot of coffee shops in Canada, the US and overseas, and the latte I got here was definitely THE best latte I've ever had. It was smooth, deep, complex - reminded me of what a good milk chocolate bar would taste like without the sugar. The staff were super friendly and had me taste several varieties, before making a selection. Each was amazing in its own way, if not always my style. It's a modern space with several seats and a great place to enjoy your coffee.

Had an incredible experience at Epoch! We came in for a coffee tasting and were absolutely blown away. Bryce was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also clearly passionate about every aspect of coffee—from flavor notes to brewing methods. You could feel the care and curiosity in every pour. The owner also took the time to speak with us about their sourcing process, sharing stories of how they find and select their beans. It added a whole new level of appreciation for what’s in the cup. The highlight? The *affogato* at the end—absolutely unreal. A perfect balance of creamy and bold, it wrapped up the tasting on a high note. We left with bags of beans (and even some of their surprisingly great instant coffee), already planning our next visit. Can’t recommend Epoch enough if you're a coffee lover or just curious to learn more. A real gem in Moncton. ☕️

The friendly staff, delightful music playlist, and delicious Mediterranean board create an inviting experience. This hidden gem is known for its amazing atmosphere, attentive service, and high-quality drinks and nibbles.
The short: Cozy and chill place to grab a drink, some snacks and listen to music. Would definitely come again! Food: These are the items we ordered: -Roasted mushroom flatbread without cheese (supposedly vegan) -Chips and dip -Baguette and tapenade (supposedly vegan) -Epoch martini (espresso) -On tap 13 barrels cider -Tide and Boar IPA Highly recommend the mushroom flatbread. So delicious, wish it was bigger for the price paid. This was our favourite item we ordered. The chips and dip were good - just a basic snack. The baguette and tapenade was also very good but there should be at least 2 more baguette slices included. The drinks were all good. The espresso martini is very strong. I would like to try the avocado toast next time which seems to be vegan. *Please have more to offer for Vegans! Maybe some vegan cheese substitutes like Violife? Service: Service was good overall in that they were friendly and helpful but tbh it was slow. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is amazing in here. The cozy seating, the lighting. Live Jazz music on Thursday from 7-9pm (call to make a reservation!). Even the bathroom is so pretty. There is an outdoor patio as well.

It’s an incredible cozy spot! Cocktails are worth the price! …. I need to change my review. Today I ordered a Caesar drink and it was unbelievably spicy. By the way, I’ve tried many cocktails like this in different places, but this one was way too spicy. When I mentioned it to the server, he told me that’s the regular taste and just gave me more juice. I still left a tip, but when I was leaving he acted like he didn’t see me. It’s really sad because I used to be a regular customer.

Probably better to visit as a lounge than a café. The interior is beautiful and could be a nice place to work. Unfortunately, the coffee here, despite being overpriced, is nothing special. It's not bad but normally at this price the coffee is much better. The bakery items that they offer are not remarkable either, especially considering the price. There's bakeries down the street they could partner with to have fresh options on hand but they sell plastic wrapped things from Tupperware instead.

Loli Folie - I’d say it’s so over priced it’s not funny but that would be an understatement - it’s a total joke - a crime actually! Service was slow but friendly. The outdoor section is nice but nothing special. DJ played some sweet tracks but his mixing was way off. It felt like he was battling with a delay issue which would be a Loli sound system problem and not necessarily the DJ’s mixing ability! I’ll give them another shot if I hear that they’ve lowered their drink prices to reflect where they are - this isn’t NYC!! As for the food - forgetaboutit - tiny portions, bland, extortionate prices - just like the beverages. Such a shame as they could have an amazing place if they weren’t so greedy!

May be difficult during peak time. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!Although we didnt throw axes at this location, we were invited for their axe league, shown around the location. They had lots of beer on tap and we were told all a out that too. They have a small tasty appetizer menu, which tastes amazing. We cannot wait to have a weekend in town so we can spend a afternoon there. They recommend to have reservations as it cN get busy, but we stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon.
Sylv H — Google review
I was a bit afraid to try it. The staff was very helpful and convinced me to at least try it and gave me the option to opp out if I wanted to. After throwing the first few axes, I was all in. It was a very fun night

Went to try their Philly's Bullseye Burger for Burger Fest. Really nice spot with friendly service. We didn't try the axe throwing but it was packed in there and looked fun. The burger was good but messy to eat. A lot of dripping. The side of chips was fine but could use more dipping sauce for the amount of chips .

Awesome experience. We did a bachelor party stop here and had a blast. Staff were awesome to deal with and give us tips on how to throw.

Navigator's Pub is a laid-back downtown spot that provides a stark contrast to its trendy neighbor. The pub features nightly live music and boasts a pleasant, sheltered patio. It stays open until 2 am, with music kicking off at 10 pm. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and inclusive atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for affordable drinks and enjoyable live performances on weekends.
Best bar down town not the most expensive drinks like furnace or third glass but not lower end like wise guys. It's a good middle ground bar that reaches out to all groups of people and the free pool is a major bounses . If you're in Moncton definitely gotta check it out

$20 entry fee. Absolutely appalling. No wonder the pub was empty.

It's one of my favorite spots for karaoke on a Thursday. Nice atmosphere and good vibe.

Fun place to relax and drink a large pint of beer. Live music is sometimes on the menu and easy to get too.

I love the place when I'm in Moncton. Waitress are nice and friendly and I never felt judged even If I'm much older than the average crowd. It's a good place to have a few cheap drinks! They always have great live music on Friday and Saturday!
Josue A — Google review
What a dive they water down drinks and have Black mold behind the bar, the floors are sticky and it’s gross in general go anywhere but here
Jake — Google review
Surprised to see the rating 4 out of 5 overall…well I guess if very drunk, loud, obnoxious 19 to 23 (give or take) year old people is your type of crowd this is the place. As I’ve seen from other reviews the service is a joke, bartender (yes singular) serving (again) loud drunk ignorant people before middle aged, nicely dressed potential clients was maddening. Will not be returning. And yes, probably the most expensive low quality draft I’ve ever had in my life.
Tmoney P — Google review
Go here all the time, overall I usually have fun but one of the bouncers regularly discriminates against my disability. It causes me to walk differently and even though I usually drink less than my friends who are significantly smaller he doesn't let me in and it often means I have to go to other places.

Xeroz Arcade Bar is a vibrant hub that perfectly blends the excitement of an arcade with the lively atmosphere of a bar and concert venue. Known for its welcoming environment, it ensures patrons feel safe while enjoying their time. The space boasts a fantastic selection of arcade games, including pinball machines, making it an ideal spot for both casual gamers and music lovers alike. Recently hosting live performances like B.
In general it's a decent bar. What makes it fun is the arcade games, so if you're into having some fun with arcade you'd surely like it. Plus, the Dj nights that takes place here is really cool with a good crowd and lovely music.

Unassuming from outside. Just a grey door with a flickering sign but don't pass this one up! Great staff, the atmosphere is amazing, and the games are a blast. Enjoyed live music and a beer while my husband and I played pinball and air hockey.

Went to see B.A Johnston on April 15th, awesome show! The bartenders were quick and made delicious drinks. this place is a great venue with chairs and tables around the outer part of the concert area if you dont want to stand in the crowd. There was a 2nd bar in that section as well (with seating so you could watch the show there too) which was a really cool idea. Will definitely be back for more! Played a few pinball games as well, huge selection! Was a great night overall, and super stoked to see such a big crowd come out to see the opening bands and B.A

Xeroz is a one of kind barcade located in downtown Moncton. Not only is it a barcade, but it is also a premier live entertainment venue. While it frequently hosts musical acts, it also hosts comedians, public speakers, and thematic dance events . At xeroz, you'll find an interesting mixture of classic old and modern pinball machines such as the simpsons, south park, bram stoker's dracula, star wars, adams family, jurassic park and much more. There's probably 20 or so pinball machines. In addition to this, they have a few pool tables, air hockey, fooseball, dance dance revolution and various cabinet games. The bar area is cozy, with seating available all around. The bartenders have always been friendly and helpful with drink recommendations or when any issues arize with a machine. There is a popcorn machine on site where you can purchase freshly popped popcorn. They regularly host random thematic events, whether it be movies or video game nights. I would recommend checking their fb page to know exactly what's happening on any given night. Time and time again, xeroz has proven to provide a positive, fostering environment and generally just good vibes. I don't frequent bars, but I always feel at home here, even if I don't order a drink.
Brad J — Google review
Great little spot, wasn't expecting a cover charge, the band was way, way too loud hard to enjoy the arcade experience. Lots of pinball games, classic arcade games and table hockey. I'll be back on. Non band night.
Dov T — Google review
Xeroz is always a time eh? My buddy was up from Nova Scotia and he'd never been to anywhere similar! The whole bit was terrific! Just as I told him. You go downstairs and on one side is basically a grooving mosh-dance pit for headbanging and performances, followed by the bar ij the other

Fall 2024, I went to Xeroz for the first time and got to enjoy the Blink 902 show, played some pool with a friend. A great atmosphère with all the rétro pin ball games too. Will come back again Edit: I did for another Blink 902 show in Jan 2025, and to participate as a vendor for Across from Deluxe show. Once again, 5 star rating for this cool hidden gem of a place.

Karaoke night is temporarily halted because if the current covid pandemic, but its a fun time even to just listen to the singers, especially the nights that the special needs care home residents go and share their wonderful singing talents with everyone. This is a MUST SEE for anyone who's never experienced 10-12 slightly tipsy special needs people singing the best of old and new songs.

The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their extensive selection of whiskey and scotch, making it easy to find the perfect drink. Guests rave about the delicious cocktails like whiskey sours and mai tais, although some have noted that they can be a bit lemon-heavy at times.
We had a 4 days layover in Moncton and we stopped by at Antlers to relax and I must say that the server is very knowledgeable about the types of whiskey that they carry. Such a warm atmosphere. Very elegant and the customer service was very well executed. Will definitely come back again.

After going to another lounge that wasn't that great, my friend and I happened upon Antlers Whiskey Lounge and we found it to be an absolute gem. Upon entry, we were welcomed with a well decorated, cozy atmosphere with a cohesive theme. The bartender warmly welcomed us and informed us we could sit wherever. We found a nice table and were served pretty quickly. Their drinks are amazing and delicious. I especially enjoyed the old fashioned I got as well as well as the other drink I got called "Spill the Tea." There's also a limited snack menu with a few items, but they are reasonably priced and satisfy that craving for a salty snack when drinking. Overall it was a great experience and we were shocked that this place wasn't busier. It's a great lounge and I definitely plan on going back.

This lively bar is a haven for karaoke lovers, drawing in crowds every Saturday night with its welcoming atmosphere and friendly patrons. The owner, Colin, goes above and beyond to ensure that events are memorable—like the surprise party he helped organize by setting up decorations and curating the perfect playlist.
I was planning a surprise party for my husband and the location fell through, but luckily for me, Colin from IOOB saw my post on a karaoke group and saved the day! He went above and beyond to make this party amazing! He put tables together and set up the decorations that I dropped off, and even used some that he had left over. He even asked what type of music I want playing when we showed up! If I could give a million stars, I would! The bartender was awesome, and so fast and friendly! The food was delicious! Visitors can enjoy live music performances from artists across Canada almost every night, with special Jazz Nights on Fridays.

Great little bar with live music nearly every night. Beer selection is really good too! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Moncton.

Went here twice. Was very disappointed. It's nice when it's less full. When it's full, it can be hectic. The guy behind the counter was hostile at times to customers. I don't know if he just didn't care or if he was overwhelmed. It was hard to tell. I just wouldn't recommend it. It's nice that Moncton has a venue for live music and everything but if there was any real competition, as someone who has experience overseeing hospitality businesses, there's no doubt in my mind that Plan B would be out of business.
Tim W — Google review
Even though it was a band that came together at the last minute on a Friday night, they were great. Beer was a little on the pricy side, and I would have liked a few more local options on tap. Only one toilet was in service when I visited. It wasn't very busy, so that wasn't too much of an issue.
Ryan J — Google review
Small venue with higher than usual prices. Extremely cramped inside. They try to push the live bands, that rank anywhere from mediocre to great. Prices to stay and watch the bands are too high for the quality of the music.

I get the poutine pizza maybe once per year as a treat, so was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it really wasn’t good this time. We ordered 4 pizzas total, all very bland, and very overcooked. So disappointing for the amount of money spent.

Old cutthroat was awesome, I was excited to try their pizza again after years. It was a HUGE let down, undercooked dough, the sauce tasted like it was cheap and from a can and I paid for bacon on my garlic fingers and there was maybe like 6 little pieces on the whole 16" GF, no Donair sauce was included either, absolute waste of money.

My husband and I went to the Casino last night to have a little fun on our Anniversary /Birthday. We went to the Pub for dinner. OMG is all I could say. Our waitress was so unprofessional and so very loud. We ordered the steak dinner. I had Caesar salad with mine. It was disgusting. Wet salad is not appealing. I have to say the steak was good. We got 4 tiny pieces of veg that obviously had been sitting in a warming dish. My husband had the same but with uncooked cold fries. We Paid $40 a plate for a steak because the rest wasn’t eatable. We will Not go back. They should be embarrassed to serve this as a dinner option. There were a ton of flies around. A couple went in my food and was stuck it again I eatable. When I mentioned it to the waitress. She replied Ya there are a lot. Maybe the Bar should do a Deep clean and Not have the dirty dish bin behind people sitting in the booth. I am just so disgusted. I used to have such a great time, positive atmosphere, staff were friendly, you could tell they have enjoyed their Jobs, Unfortunately the Pub has become NOT enjoyable at all , security Guards watching you sitting at the bar while you're TRYING to have fun, I staff looks extremely stressed, only allowed to order a single shot ( No doubles) , No pitchures of draft, not allowed, even though this establishment is 19 years of age or older, Live music is awesome BUT band only plays until 1 am. Then they Have To stop playing...it's a shame that this great opportunity for them to entertain adults, treat you like your a child!!! They need to go to Montreal casino and see how to run a proper adult entertainment establishment!!!

Waited awhile to be seated but once seated the bartender was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Ordered the steak special which came quickly. Ordered it as medium rare but it was almost blue. The outside of the steak seemed barely cooked and everything was not very hot. Steak was not very flavorful either

I'd you're attending an event at the casino, or staying at nearby hotels and don't want to venture too far for some grub, then this is the place for you. It has a nice sized dining room with seating on both sides of the bar.  It can get a bit noisy  it that's to be expected.  It's in a casino. The staff were friendly and fast. The food is okay.  I wouldn't say it's the best food I've had but it was still good.  I tried the Chinese themed steak and cheese sandwich which was a good size meal for supper but left me room for some dessert. Don't expect to eat here for under $30.  With drinks my bill came to about $90.  It's a bit expensive for what I got. Now that I've tried it, I know I won't be back.

Wize Guyz Pub is a vibrant dive bar that perfectly captures the essence of a laid-back night out. With its friendly atmosphere, it's an ideal spot for those looking to unwind and enjoy some karaoke fun. The welcoming bartenders are always ready to serve up tequila shots while you mingle with the eclectic crowd. This pub is known for its affordable drinks, making it a favorite among locals who appreciate good company and live music.
Best bar in moncton if you're the kind of person who won't let a drunken fight ruin your night, but dint worry you're safe unless you try not to be. Great staff. Great people. Cheapest drinks in town

What a sketchy place! I went here at night because it had good reviews but it was weirdest experience. I sat down for 5 minutes and no one came up to ask for drinks and then just felt very uncomfortable. There are other bars around that you can go to. Probably better to avoid this one

Terrible dive bar! Went there because not much is open on Sundays. People were congregating outside smoking but there was no bartender inside to take your order! It was smaller than I thought so there was nowhere to sit down. Like others had said there were shady characters patronizing the place and when the bartender finally came back, he totally ignored me and kept concentrating on his "regulars" so I decided this was not a good place to support, got the hell out of there and went someplace else that was open.

Nice place with a friendly crowd and good service. Drinks were reasonably priced. They had live music that was really good too.

Nice little dive bar with cheap drinks. Nice place to meet local punkish locals in Moncton

I recently had the pleasure (and occasional peril) of visiting Wize Guys in downtown Moncton. Now I'll be honest with you, it's not your fancy, three-piece-suit kind of place. In fact, I was almost attacked by a couple of guys while the friendly bartender kindly informed me that I might have stumbled into the wrong joint while wearing just that. Ah, good times! Now, if you're looking for some of the cheapest booze in town and a front-row seat to a spectacle, Wize Guys is the spot. And by spectacle, I mean the hilarious entertainment that unfolds through drunken rants and the occasional display of, uh, passionate... fury. You've also got to experience their incredible Karaoke nights, where I shamelessly channel my inner rockstar, and somehow, get the crowd to actually join in on the chorus. It's a sight to behold! They put up with my antics, that's an extra star! Despite the rowdy patrons and the constant stream of guys hitting on the staff (seriously, how do they handle it?), the Wize Guys crew remains incredibly friendly. Tip them well, folks—they deserve it! Oh, and did I mention they have a pool table? That green carpet must have absorbed enough booze to get at least half of the city drunk. It's a dive bar, not the prettiest sight, but if you're just wanting to get sloshed, it's fun times, most of the time.

Absolutely incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing—bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish I tried was delicious, and the quality was top-notch. On top of that, the staff were fantastic—Gisèle and Pierre were super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality and great service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable meal and great vibes. I visited this location solely for one reason; to try their Burger Fest offering. Prior to this, I had never heard of this place. That's probably because they just rebranded their TRIIO restaurant to The Bar at The Beau. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown moncton inside the revered Delta Beausejour hotel. The entryway and foyer of the hotel ooze sophistication and elegance. After making your way through the foyer, you take a left (same side as the escalator), and you will see The Bar at the Beau ahead. This is basically a restaurant built around around a bar. The bar itself is beautiful, well decorated, and well lit. It offers a decent selection of alcohol offerings but very little in terms of aged single malts. The restaurant has a mixture of tables and booths, all of which are adorned with elegant table cloths. Me and my guest were promptly greeted upon arrival by the kind host and offered to pick our seating of choice. While we already knew what we were getting, I had a quick glance at the menu. The menu offers elevated classics, which I am eager to try upon my next visit. Service was quick, with food arriving within 15 minutes of ordering. The burger is an absolutely intimidating monster, stacking nearly 5 inches high. Consisting of two bacon grilled cheese as buns, two beef patties, cheese, onions, sauce, and pickles. To my utter surprise for a burger this large, everything remained together down to the last bite. The burger was my definition of chaotic, flavourful perfection. Who thinks of a burger with bacon grilled cheese as buns? I thought, perhaps, only me. I am happy and comforted to know that I am not alone in this world of culinary mischief. Burger aside, the fries were a mindblowing surprise. I've been on a pursuit for a specific kind of fry for the last decade. A now defunct restaurant (RIP barnyard BBQ) is where they were made. Somehow, these fries are exactly the same. Perfectly crunchy on the outside without being overly greasy and wonderfully fluffy and rich on the inside. The first bite of the fries released a powerful sense of nirvana and nostalgia. It was like seeing a long-lost friend you thought was dead but didn't yet grieve in hopes of one day seeing them again. It nearly brought a tear to my eye. I also ordered a side of gravy, not expecting the fries to be so miraculous. The gravy was D E L I C I O U S and flavourful. It's probably the best gravy I've had in a restaurant setting. Perfectly savory and with a hint of spice and salt. Honestly, I am flabbergasted by the experience I've had here this evening. The atmosphere, the service, the food. Everything was absolutely perfect. An utterly blissful and divine experience, to say the least.

My husband and I were on a trip to Moncton and thought we would try to hotel restaurant our first night. The food was good, but we didnt find a large selection on the menu. Husband really enjoyed the fish and chips. The price was a bit high for what we got. The service was good.

Great service and delicious food! Went with friends and tried the Big Dirty Burger and it was sooo good! The burger patties are juicy and full of flavor. My personal favorite is their seafood linguine. It’s creamy, flavourful and with generous amount of shrimps, scallops and lobster meats. What sets this restaurant apart is the great service from the staff! Kudos to Luis, Danilo and Hien! They are very nice, friendly and attentive! I think more than the food, it’s the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff that make a huge impact to our positive experience. Highly recommended!
