My family and I were at heavenly desserts last Sunday. The desserts were delicious and our waitress Warda was very nice and provided us with excellent service. I highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our time at Heavenly Dessert Wolverhampton. Warda was very helpful and friendly. We tried the croffle with a karak chai for the first time and it was really nice. Our little one enjoyed the cod goujon kids meal and pancakes too 🥞☕

Deserts were stunning,very fulfilling and delicious.The staff were very helpful and respectful.One of the staff member introduced himself as Aro very wonderful man.He served us with good manners.BEST SERVICE definitely recommend to others.

I had a great experience at the Little Desert Shop in Wednesfield! The staff was friendly and quick, making my visit enjoyable. The selection was excellent, and I found everything I needed easily. Highly recommend this shop for a fast and pleasant experience!

Awful experience. Ordered as a treat through UberEats. Half way through a small child eating his ice-cream with his cookie dough. He coughs up a sharp shard of plastic! After looking through the ice cream we found another piece. Two significantly large and sharp pieces of plastic found ! After trying to call to report the issue they did not answer. The lack of food safety for this to happen is shocking. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again! This could have ended so badly luckily it didnt this time.

The Moonwalker Shake is on another level! Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor – it’s the perfect blend of indulgence and refreshment. Had the best white chocolate cookie dough today. Fantastic service, lovely and clean and welcoming and Sumara who served us was so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

Nice little dessert shop close to cineworld. Very clean and well maintained. We were served by Pinky who did a fab job. She got our order perfectly right even though we customised our dessert quite a bit! The brownies were fresh and so moist unlike any other branch of LDS I've tried. Would recommend!

Well i had to ask for the strawberry but i must looked good and tasted fine. Cant complain much. Price wasnt too bad..

Went here today as a treat for my birthday ordered the pistachio cookie dough and a milkshake the lady who served me was lovely speedy and friendly service definitely will be returning

We had the Dubai Chocolate Matilda Cake, wow, what an explosion for the taste buds. It was 10/10. The service is brilliant, thank you to all the staff. I look forward to coming back!

Absolutely appalling. Look at the amount of ice cream they provided. It wasn’t even half full! £9.50 and I can’t even get a full scoop of ice cream. Also sent a picture to Uber eats, not impressed at all!. If they had run out of the flavour they should have phoned to say etc

amazing service, i reccomend cocos dessert to anyone theyre lovely and nice. they gave a personalised box saying congratulations as my son passed his driving test. i will definitely be a lifelong customer here as theyve won my heart and i recommend everyone to either come to cocos dessert or order it. i reccomend the kunafa waffle it is beyond good. thank you to the cocos dessert team ❤️❤️

Visited coco’s last week and the interior is very aesthetic, giving a true place to relax and enjoy dessert. I was served by a friendly staff member who answered any dietary questions i had. They also informed me of any new selections on the menu. She was very attentive and enthusiastic.The food was fresh and went above my expectations. As a picky eater, staff explained that i was able to “Create my own” desert, allowing me to add all the toppings i would like. Their milkshakes are 10/10 and there is a wide selection of flavours to choose from unlike other fast food stores. I will be visiting again as i had such a memorable experience. I would like to give a specific shout out to the staff member that helped me during this visit and thank her for her assistance (Kiran).

Before the waffles were a good size and had a good amount of toppings but now the waffles are smaller and have little amount of toppings. Over all the quality of the food has decreased as they are not properly cooked and there is a minimal amount of toppings

I am a regular evening customer and have experienced terrible customer service by the regular staff member. After 11pm the staff member who wears glasses, wears red bangles and is not fluent in English has provided terrible customer service on more than one occasion. Despite the shop being quiet I have waited over 40 minutes for my orders which on one occasion was cold and on another iccasion was incorrect, her attitude to her faults have been terrible and she has responded to me with a rude and unprofessional manner. She stands around having long conversations with her colleagues which is a real disappointment to the business. It's a shame to say I won't be returning..

Best customer service provided by cocos staff. I went last night there two girls suggested me about best desert Dubai collection. Both are very nice girls and smily face.

Kids dessers are very nice. Wafel was lovely as well. I asked for 50:50 and I get one fruity and one Rafaello with raspberries which was beautiful. Saundie was a little bit too small. The only one thing which could be better- it was quite cold inside. The doors should be closed I think if outside is very windy and cold.

Came here due to two dessert shops being closed around Wolverhampton this evening. I normally have waffles anywhere I go. These waffles from Luscious weren’t all that which was disappointing. Initial taste: it tasted slightly salty don’t know if this is there own mixture or a brought in mixture, but it just didn’t have no sweetness to it, waffle texture was quite thick & heavy, but just a slight salty bitterness to it which let it down completely. Nice looking venue and reasonably priced food. But your waffle mixture needs stepping up!

I would rate 0 stars ! Firstly the lady picked up an extension off the floor to plug in, she never washed her hands and touched the food with bear hands with no gloves either, We found hairs twice the lady wanted to pick it out with her hands and for me to continue eating after she did so, i refused to eat it and asked for another plate... even that had hair in it again ! There's more but all i can say don't bother with this place... ! the lady's are oblivious to hygiene. At the end she also was trying to charge me more even tho it was their fault !

Waited 2 hours for our delivery after been charged for a FREE cookie dough. Had to cancel the whole order and get my money back then reorder... when the delivery came both cookie doughs where as thin as anything and tasted like a fully cooked cookie NOT cookie DOUGH. My milkshake was off and the wrong flavour completely and full with cream.

Very disappointing. I went for the £6 Sundae, I felt like the quality price ratio was a robbery. Fresh cream was 3/4 of the glass even if it wasn't even mentioned in the ingredients, the waffles tasted like they aged.. A fair price would have been £1-2. Avoid!

Went to this shop to try something new. At first I thought looks quite nice however, once I sat down it was very dirty and had stains everywhere and me and my friends were early and the first people there. I found plastic pieces in my milkshake and when I told them she said what do you want me to do about that!! I do not recommend any one go here and go Little Dessert Shop. Much nicer shop with amazing food. Another thing was it took them about 45 mins for them to make my milkshakes and cookie dough and no one was in the shop. Very bad experience and don't suggest anyone go here!!!!

Never ever ever order from here spend £27 and had a tiny bag 2pots of icecream cookie dough x2 was discusting didn't taste nice at all it was tiny in a little tub and extra thin not anything like the real dessert shops.. Was vile..! Shocking they can charge that much for that.. Very dissapointing and took a while to be delivered... Also had a milkshake that didn't get drank either we ordered a white buenu milkshake and tasted like off milk and coconut.. And a frappe that taste off 2 think they may need to check their milk. Overall go elsewhere.

It was good but unfortunately on my visit the cookie dough oven was broken so had a microwaved version which didn't taste the same and affected my stomach however. The service was very nice and welcoming may visit again sometime

If you want a nice dessert, stay well away. 3 Lumpy milkshakes that felt like tasteless cement and when asked the manager he said all he could do was blend our 3 milkshakes back together with a few more biscuits. WTF. now for the raspberry swirl, it was actually off and when we confronted the manager once again he swore on his mums life it was fresh but refused to taste it. Said there was nothing he can do 🤔🤔🤔. What a waste of time, money and time.

First visit here after seeing advert online on fb for a deal to draw in customers .... And well really disappointed ordered 5 deserts at the £6 a deal desert plus a soft drink , so upon receiving our deserts we noticed the scoop of ice cream was missing on 4 deserts that normally come with ice cream. When we raised this matter with sales advisor Nasim he claimed according to his group chat on wattsapp its excluding the scoop of ice cream and its a further £1 per scroop, found thus very misleading according to desert menu deserts ordered should have come wih a scoop its not as if it stated ice cream is a extra . I would advise customers to not be drawn in by thier miseading advert online. Wont be returning here again. Also will have this looked into via trading standards for misleading advert.

Dessert was great, good portions and prices. The two girls that served us are the reason I'm reviewing, the service was so good. They were so nice and genuinely friendly. I was with my friend and 2 kids, we will definitely be going back.

Honestly I would give this zero stars if I could. I came here a while back to celebrate my friends birthday, after spending a lovely time we wanted to finish off the evening with some lovely desserts. I used to go there often however I stopped and haven’t been for a while, so my expectations were high. Disappointment isn’t even a word, the place has gotten worse and worse throughout the time it’s been open. Staff were really rude and we had to wait for ages by the door, even though it really wasn’t busy (1 table). After we went to order, staff took ages just faffing about not doing anything, having a conversation between themselves. One of them straight up refused to serve us even though she herself wasn’t doing anything. We decided to overlook this as we were so excited for the desserts, but oh boi have their crepes gone bad. A crepe I used to love and look forward to eating has been ruined so much, way too thick, too undercooked, too many toppings. It was just so bad, I’m sure a 7 year old could’ve done a better job. Will not be coming back there again, definitely the worst dessert shop I’ve been to. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning on coming here to to celebrate an occasion to rethink as the bad atmosphere made by the staff is sure to ruin your night

Amazing service. Went recently for a birthday and the young lady servicing us was so kind and accommodating we were given a free milkshake and the orders came out very fast. She was an exceptional server and made the evening very enjoyable. Will be returning soon.

Friendly staff but disappointing products. They do offer a selection of eggless, vegan and gluten free cakes. Having placed a large order however, the cakes received were dry, haphazardly cut into different sizes and shapes. Granted they are of different flavours (which is just the topping, the sponges were the same - tasteless and dry), looked like a child had baked the cakes. Perhaps the order was larger than what they can manage?

Stunning Afternoon Tea from the Toffee Nosed Cake Company! What a wonderful experience I had with Dennice from start to finish. Arranged for a very special ‘lockdown’ birthday gift, Dennice was brilliant, she responded quickly and talked through the afternoon tea, taking into account any food requirements. And the end result was fantastic, beautifully presented, the sandwiches were sumptuous, lots of filling and lovely tasting fresh bread. And then a plethora of delicious cakes to satisfy anybody’s tastes. It was very well received and talked about for the rest of the day. I’d like to thank Dennice for such a wonderful service.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 40th birthday, it was delivered and set up on time! Everyone was raving about the cake and said it was the best they have ever tasted! Thank you so much!

Lovely tearoom. Denise couldnt do enough for us. We all had afternoon tea, there was 4 of us and 1 was gluten free. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh( thank goodness no fresh salmon) which none of us are keen on. Great selection. Also the cakes were fresh and so moist, 4 different varieties and a scone with cream and jam. Lovely. Denise is so friendly and helpful. Recommend going.

It was such a shame because years ago, Denise had done cakes for mine and family's weddings, which were 5 star quality, look, and taste. Since, we've ordered a number of times and the cakes are consistently dry - one we couldn't even get a slice out of as it crumbled as it was cut. Another tasted pretty dire and another was pure flavourless stodge which we had to eat with custard to get through. The customer service is lovely and the aesthetics are obviously the focus, but I won't come back, unfortunately. They're not worth the price given 3/4 of our experiences.

I feel like the quality of service and cakes have been stooped very low. Last year Dee made an amazing birthday cake however this year I believe it was absolutely atrocious and no effort was put into the cake. Does not pick up calls or message back either.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but seeing as 1 is the lowest it will have to do. This lady has caused nothing but upset and stress for my family. She was booked and paid on time to provide a cake for my brothers wedding, however on the day turned up over an hour late, with a cake which was literally slanted. It was noticed by everyone how the cake was tilted to one side, she ruined the schedule for the DJ, who just before she decided to turn up, advised not to even bother with the cake anymore as it had already pushed the day back too much. Taste wise, it was mediocre, no one commented on it saying it was nice, just how it was slanted (what a lovely memory for someone’s wedding day). After the wedding she was contacted on multiple occasions by my sister in law and was literally ignored , she only replied once my brother messaged off his own page. She then agreed to a refund of £100, this has then had to be chased up with her. On two occasions she advised the refund was going to be sent, only for it not to be sent and again had to be chased up. Now that we have explained to her we will contact trading standards, she has taken it as a ‘threat’, as a business owner she should understand that customers have the right to use that service, which is provided for customers who don’t receive the service they have paid for and is not a threat at all. I mean you only have to look at previous reviews to see how awful the company and its products are. Please do yourself a favour, save the upset and stress, do not use this company. The owners attitude is also shocking for someone who should have a good level of customer service, maybe she needs some training to learn how to deal with customers appropriately.
