Theory Coffee Roasters is a popular coffee spot in Redding known for its award-winning coffee and sense of community. The modern aesthetic, outdoor seating, and natural lighting make it a great place to hang out or get work done. While slightly pricey and busy, the quality of the coffee and pastries from Eden Bakery make it worth a visit.

Inviting. Cool. Tasty. I happened in here on a visit to town, looking for a place to work. The staff is marvelously cheerful and patient with first time visitors who have a LOT of questions. 🙋🏼‍♀️ I was immediately intrigued by the Just Peaches & Cream. Such a novel idea. Then I couldn’t pass up a strawberry bun. 10/10 on both counts. Music is continually playing, but never too loud. I’m impressed by this. It can be difficult for me to focus when lyrics are pumping into my brain. Bravo! To the one in charge of the playlist and volume. They pack in a lot of seating without crowding. Great natural light. Also, outdoor sidewalk seating and a back patio.
Lynn G — Google review
I got a quad-shot 16-oz iced latte. Could actually still taste the nuances in the beans despite my added shots. Nice, big space. Pleasant, young staff. A bit messy behind the bar.
Alan H — Google review
We stopped here on Sunday morning for a caffeine boost. The double espresso and cold brew were both excellent. The café is well-located and offers a variety of seating options. The decor is lovely as well.
Gala G — Google review
Espresso is excellent and served in the traditional way with a little glass of sparkling water on the side. Americano was perfect, the breakfast brioche and the pastry were delicious. Staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. We’ll definitely be stopping here for coffee anytime we’re passing through town.
Craig J — Google review
Great spot in Redding. Not the best pour over I've ever had, but it's pretty good! Nice quality pastries and a lot of pastry selection. Nice atmosphere.
Shandy B — Google review
Loved the coffee and the vibe! Simple yet beautiful decor, high quality coffee and pastry (Bacon & cheese croissant and banana chocolate bread ❤️) and friendly staff -- what more can one ask for? Must visit if you appreciate a nice cup of coffee & pastry! We were there 3 out of our 3.5 day trip... And we miss it already!! The breakfast sandwich is simply phenomenal 12/10 points.
Yuli C — Google review
I wanted to try the pastries from Eden Bakery at Theory and walked from my motel. The menu includes donuts, gluten-free pastries muffins, and breakfast sandwiches along with a wide variety of drinks. I selected a croissant, a gluten-free cinnamon roll, and an almond croissant. The cinnamon roll had a nice taste to it and a small amount of frosting. The croissant was light and flakey with a butter taste to it. The drink menu includes expresso, latte, kombucca, and pressed juice in the cooler. Located in downtown Redding on California Street. A nice place to stop for a drink, a pastry, and a bite to eat with plenty of space to work.

Evergreen is a charming and modern coffee shop located in downtown Redding, offering carefully sourced coffee and espresso drinks along with creative cafe fare and treats. The inviting interior, great espresso, and the option to order online are some of its highlights. However, it has limited seating and outlets, and some find it slightly expensive. Evergreen is known for serving Feast coffee made from its in-house roasted beans, attracting locals who flock there in the mornings.
What a fun unique coffee shop spot! Delicious items! I found myself just wanting to sit in there and not leave anytime soon. The place is very chill and open. They have some couches on one side, booths on the other, & outside seating as well. I'll definitely be back to try out more items on the menu!

If you want a small-town feel, great tasting organic food, AND a cool place to study or visit with friends this place is perfect. I know the owners and they are a sweet family and Redding locals are lucky to have them. Check out their fall menu- super yummy drinks and food inspired by fall.
Jess B — Google review
Now, we like to travel the world and plan our trips around coffee, i.e., we look for the best coffee places out there and decide to make vacations where the coffee is. But not Redding, though. We are for a totally different reason in Redding. And, oh boy, let me tell you how surprised I was when we found Evergreen. Man! One of the best Ethiopian single-origin beans and roast I have ever tasted! Not in Cologne, Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca. Nope. Redding! 😂
Mana E — Google review
I was definitely not expecting such a refined coffee experience in Redding but was pleasantly surprised. Their drip brews were fresh and bright. I can see why folks were waiting in line for their orders. Definitely pair the coffee with some corn waffles. They also sell their own coffee blends including some from Ethiopia and Central America
Rohit K — Google review
Coffee was delicious but there were so many grounds in my latte.

Excellent cup of drip coffee. Atmosphere is clean and fun. WiFi is fast. Highly recommend!

High quality cafe with an exceptional coffee offering, fresh seasonal plates, and warm welcoming environment. Coffee offerings include light roast, single origins or a blend. The food is exceptional and freshly made to order—often featuring several seasonal plates. They also stock a nice selection of natural wines, single origin chocolate, merch, and small housewares.

Coffee shop
Nestled in the heart of downtown Redding, Caffè Pagato is a charming Italian café that offers an impressive array of specialty lattes crafted right on-site. While the ambiance leans more towards a cozy deli vibe than high-end chic, it makes up for it with its inviting atmosphere and ample natural light—perfect for those looking to study or relax. The seating options are varied, featuring booths, chairs, and bar stools to accommodate different preferences.
I had a difficult time deciding which coffee shop to go to on our 1 day in town and am very pleased with my decision to go here! It's such a cute place with friendly and welcoming staff. Pastries all looked incredible which made for more difficultdecisions, as did fresh salads with SO many options. We chose the breakfast wrap and a breakfast burrito. Coffee creations were creative and delicious as well 😋.

Redding, CA. Unique, great flavors to my coffee and sweet potato pastry. The space makes anyone happy with tables for extroverts and, on the side, a slim bar looking out the window for introverts like me reading and studying. Natural woods, high ceilings, warm lighting, the inimitably blue Redding sky with autumn bright leaves outside—-heaven on earth. Great music choices. Love that one of the baristas sang along. Happy banter amongst the team and long time customers known and loved. Great servant’s heart to the young person who took my order, brought me my food and went to get my utensils and asked about my book. Also Mel who, when I raved about it, shared how they developed the sweet potato pie recipe so it would go with the coffee; she’s the main brain behind it. Again, it was amazing and I can normally pick off spices but I couldn’t for this one. It’s just great sweet potato pie!!! And I’m keeping her recipe her secret so you’ll try it yourself. Highly recommended!

This place is the literal definition of a hole in the wall restaurant. We only knew about it because it was close to our Air BnB. As soon as we walked in it smelled like amazing food. Elisabeth greets us and recommends the breakfast burrito (delectable), and since we can never make up our minds we also got the breakfast crunch wrap (also delectable). Coffee was bold and satisfying. If you get a chance, swing by this gem. Great food, great coffee and Elisabeth and Makayla proved to be great staff! Thanks!
Adam T — Google review
We went there to get some breakfast and coffee. Ordered herb n cheese croissant and veggie egg bites, both tasted really good. Highly recommend grabbing a bite here if in and around the area.

This place is a hidden gem! 🤍 Been trying to come for a long time and it’s a bummer I didn’t come sooner. The food is made fresh daily, they have varieties of breakfast options both sweet and savory 😋 The drinks are outstanding- they have some many cool blends and flavors and the staff is incredible! They make sure you love what you get and are willing to tailor everything to your hearts’ desire 🤗 deff recommend and will be back!

I live in the mountains but anytime were passing through Redding and this gem is open - im there. Coffee? Amazing. Food? Delicious. Staff? So welcoming and friendly. ALSO they have a lovely pay it forward bulletin board ♡ thank you for providing that service and I hope that the word is being spread among those in need and not just us regulars.

I came to study and it was amazing. Very kind and welcoming staff, the atmosphere was amzing, great music and the best food and drinks. I got a harvest chai and a parfait and they were both amazing. I also had the early grey brownie and it was all the best I've had. I 100% reccomend and will be coming again soon!!!

Do yourself a favor and visit the fearless leader Michaela and her right-hand girl Maddie at Pagato. They have delicious food, excellent coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and an outstanding staff. Michaela is an excellent manager who runs the place with heart and passion. If you’re in downtown Redding near the hospitals and medical centers, this is definitely the best spot you can find. Bring your friends, your family, and even your patients if you’re a doctor. You’ll be glad that you did.

From The Hearth Kitchen and Pie Shop on Market St is a local eatery with two locations in Redding, offering scrumptious meals throughout the day. In the morning, indulge in omelets, Benedicts, breakfast bowls, and all-day waffles. For lunch or dinner, savor hot and cold sandwiches, gourmet burgers, rice bowls, and fresh salads.
Food is amazing! Service amazing ! Atmosphere very clean and laid back! The front desk agent at my hotel recommended this place . Excellent recommendation!!
Julia C — Google review
We’ve been loyal customers of this restaurant—and all its locations—for years, and for good reason. Not only is the food fantastic, but the team at From The Hearth also makes a meaningful difference in the community. During the devastating 2018 wildfires that swept through our town, they stepped up to support families in need, proving their commitment goes beyond great meals. If you’re looking for delicious food, warm hospitality, and a business that truly cares, From The Hearth is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Aliya S — Google review
We picked this restaurant because they had outdoor seating for our dog. But the food was good the coffee was excellent and the staff was exceptional. I only gave four stars on the food because you can't mess up breakfast too easily! LOL
Angie S — Google review
Burgers, tacos, wraps constitute the main items. Good food quality and reasonable prices. Customers order the food at the counter, the staff bring the food to your table, and customers are expected to bus their dishes before they leave. So I would consider this place a fast food restaurant with nicer ambience.
Ki P — Google review
The food is WAY overpriced in comparison to quality. The people and the vibe are off. Not sure why but it's a bit unnerving. They have no bakery items, I saw a giant rice Krispy bar with tiny marshmallows on top there was not much more in the case why would they put bakery in the title if there is none in the case? It's predominantly kids that work here. They're trying I'm sure their best, but honestly made both coffees I ordered wrong, and my overpriced tacos were also made incorrectly. Attention to detail is void here. The bathroom was very clean though so that's the 1 star I gave for the atmosphere.
JEANNETTE R — Google review
Downtown Redding has came alive since last time I was here. The food was delicious and tofu is an option!!!! Wonderful sidewalk seating as well as a large indoor seating area. Super nice people and excellent food. That’s a review! Get over here

Stayed in Redding for a few days. After trying this place we felt no need to go anywhere else. Food is fresh, tried just about every bowl on the menu and each one absolutely slapped. Nice work people, keep it up

I usually visit the drive thru in Shasta Lake but I happened to be downtown and wander in here. This is such a cute shop. It smelled amazing when I walked in which is a plus lol. I got my usual iced caramel macchiato and added a croissant. Such a good decision. They have ample outdoor seating as well which was nice. The staff was super friendly, my cashier was training and she did an amazing job explaining everything to the person she was training. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

Restaurant
Final Draft Brewing Company offers a dog-friendly patio where you can enjoy their delicious craft beers like the Attention Deficit imperial IPA and the Julie Brown American Brown. Their Baja Burger with chili peppers is highly recommended, accompanied by crispy beer-battered fries and homemade onion rings. The restaurant provides a wide variety of affordable options, including sandwiches, burgers, chicken dishes, salads, and pub food. It's also family-friendly with hot and fresh food served by friendly staff.
Brewery with good quality food menu is hard to come by. This is the place to come back again. Great selection of beers and ciders. Delicious food. I really like their dressings for the salad. The ranch and blue cheese just worked magic with the salad. Beer batter cod fish with potato totes was tasty. My friend had ahi tuna salad and he said it was good texture and taste. Friendly staff and food served in reasonably time.
V W — Google review
We came here on a Sunday evening and it was pretty empty. The space is big so even when it is full, it will not feel cramped up. There is indoor and patio seating. We sat indoors. We ordered the Crazy Pills pilsner and the Red raspberry kombucha. We got an order of chicken wings with honey BBQ sauce to share. The pilsner was ok. The kombucha was excellent but from a can! If I can buy some of it online, I plan to. The wings were decent with lots of sauce and a well-cooked chicken. They had a baseball game on their monitors so we had fun grabbing drinks, eating and watching the game. Our server was friendly and prompt with suggestions. Good experience overall. They have a good list of beers and also some wines so there is a little something for everyone.

great first time visit although we've wanted to get for a while. our beers were very good. i had fish tacos and onion rings and we shared pickle fries. we will definitely return.

Highly Recommend and what a wonderful brewery!! Do not miss this stop when in Redding. Not only is this a large spacious venue with plenty of outside and inside seating plus seating at the bar but their beer and food menu is quite vast with lots of variety for veggie and non veggie fans. Very unique and great flavors. What Amazed me the most was the Wonderful staff and definitely will be back. They are on it, friendly, courteous and do their best to make you have a great experience. Thank you!! 🙏🏼
Eddie Z — Google review
The showstopper was delicious. It was cooked properly at medium. The tots had an alioli sauce. The dirty fries was why it didn’t get a 5. The large chunks of brisket were hard to eat with the fries and the pieces were fatty. The tasters for stouts were perfect size to try a variety of flavors.
Leah C — Google review
A satisfying brewery & restaurant in Redding,CA downtown. Parking was easy on street outside. Brewery has a wide selection, especially of fruit-inspired beers & imperial IPAs. Fish tacos were great.
Nicole H — Google review
Entering this place I was immediately intrigued. I liked that open feeling and the atmosphere. Greeted with smiles right away, the servers were attentive and also gave us space to enjoy ourselves. My primary server, John had an amazing attitude. And the food....well chosing was hard so asked for advice. It was really good advice. The BBQ Brisket burger was the best I have ever had, and the appetizers were another struggle to chose, but the pretzel bites seemed safest (as a new food place). They were great, and the cheese sauce was over the top. All in all it was a great experience. I highly recommend.
Colin B — Google review
Food was Fantastic, had to pick up something in Redding and decided to eat here and now all I want to do is go back. The wings with the Peanut Butter Sauce was to die for, it sounds odd but it was DELICIOUS as a picky eater! Our server was very nice and we got great service even on a busy Labor Day, Place also has a good nice and open atmosphere showing off their giant kegs of beer buns the bar.

Sweetie's Cafe & Catering is a laid-back diner offering classic American breakfast and Western-style BBQ. The restaurant prides itself on serving fresh, homemade food made from scratch at reasonable prices. It caters to various dietary restrictions with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options.
My family and I just visited Sweeties Cafe for the first time and I’m highly impressed! This is a family owned business and for that I’m excited to say if you eat here you’re going to taste the love in the food. Tiff the owner prides herself in her food and you can taste it! It feels like you walked into her home and she cooked a meal for you with love! I ordered the Brandy creek chicken and it was delicious!🤤 We ordered a peach cobbler and that was knocked out of the park. We’re visiting two days in a row we enjoyed it so much. We enjoyed talking with staff as it makes it feel family friendly and not someone just there for a paycheck. I highly recommend trying Sweeties cafe out! I really enjoyed the social factor of our visit and can’t wait to go again! Do yourself a favor and go get those taste buds some love! Happy eating fam!!

Always a pleasant place to have lunch. Service good, lacking water refills. Beware of server suggestions, extra cost may apply. I'm sure it's a management suggestion to servers. Suggestions are good but presented like it's just one of the options not an extra charge. Welcoming with a clean environment. Servers are respectful to patrons. Greeted with a smile. Food is good with good portion size. Reasonable prices.

Our first Sweetie's was dinner last night. Excellent food and great service. We both had the smoked pork ribs and the 4 bones option was plenty. With 2 sides, we were fully satisfied. No room for dessert. Very good value. And yes, the ladies serving were fantastic. The music was great. Being a later boomer, the rock music variety was perfect. And one can talk and still be heard. Today we try breakfast!

We LOVE sweeties, always have and always will! But today, me and my husband took our 9 year old daughter there for a late breakfast. The waitress we had was sweet and amazing, 10 out of 10 on all the scores for her. I do not remember her name sadly but she was the one with dark hair working today. My issue is mainly with the other 2 ladies that were working the floor today. The younger one was openly, and loudly, complaining about other customers, her pay, what tips she had gotten and from which customers. The older lady, who should have completely known better then to behave at work the way she was, was loudly cussing, MULTIPLE times, and doing a few things that are against california health code for food handelers. I don't know if they were having an off day, or if they just need further training, but I hated seeing people working there behaving in the manner in which they were. Again, the waitress we had was amazing, great at her job and very pleasant.

Stopped here before heading out on a long drive up north. This was our stop for morning coffee and breakfast. Really liked the interior and setting of the cafe. Very nice ambience! Would have love to seen more outdoor seating as we wanted to sit outside given it was a nice sunny day and we had our dog accompany us. We managed with the tables outside (thank you!). The coffee on drip was very tasty, so was the iced latte and cold brew we ordered. For food options, they were nice enough to accommodate our request for eggs and toast even though it wasn’t explicitly on the menu. They make an excellent classic grilled cheese!
Madhu S — Google review
I come here often on my work breaks for coffee, breakfast or lunch and decided it was time I give them a review! They have my favorite breakfast around! The veggie scramble with eggs, greens, avocado and pesto (idk what else but I know it’s good). I think it’s keto friendly and gluten-free if you’re into that stuff. It’s also a great price so I prefer to come here over at other places in the area. They are also the only coffee shop around that has a hemp milk option and I love the iced hemp milk latte with honey! Another thing that sets them apart are the kava teas, and not to forget the gluten free donuts! They are small and a good snack when I’m on my work break. It it usually only one person working at a time. I have never had a problem because they work so fast but it is something to point out in case they have a rush of people and it creates a wait.

If you're a fan of delicious, organic, and fair-trade coffee, then Kaleidoscope Coffee Company is a must-visit during your time in Redding. Nestled on Athens Avenue, this charming café boasts beans sourced from some of the world's top coffee-growing regions but roasted locally for an unbeatable freshness. With three locations throughout Redding, it’s the go-to spot for quality caffeinated beverages.
Good coffee, great food, and a friendly staff. The place attracts some interesting folks to talk with if you want to hang out or you can sit outside under the shade or they have a drive-thru. You must try their chicken tacos with spicy chipotle sauce. It will change your life. 😂👍😎

Quick service, cute shop, and most importantly tasty treats! Got the iced mocha and it hit the spot.

Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch wrap. First they gave me the wrong order. The tortilla was hard and barely had any ranch. I had to open the wrap to see if they had put ranch on it. The tea was good for a plain black tea. Just not worth the $20 I paid.

Tons of junk for sale on the counter that has nothing to do with a coffee shop. Feels like a swap meet. NO WIFI. It's 2025. What coffee shop doesn't offer wifi? One staff member was yelling at another... not angrily, but when a customer walks in, knock it off.

Coffee was delicious, the coffee was so delicious that my bf couldn't stop drinking my coffee after he got an infused red bull. Both drinks 10/10, if you really want a good frappucino get the Oreo blended one, DELICOUS!! Can't go wrong with a cookie coffee, I have never ordered anything else. And don't get me started on the whip, I would honestly order a whole cup of just the whipped cream for myself! I am so serious, and I would pay for just a bag if their whipped cream lol. Recommend 100%!

There was an way over long wait because the person/employees couldn’t figure out the register and when the customer’s card in front of me wasn’t working, they went to pay cash for the $45 meal for the family of four. She was a quarter short, instead offering a quarter or solution the employee was just inconvenienced to be dealing with the mom. The mom had already put several dollars in the tip jar so she said I am really sorry but I am going to have to take back a dollar to cover the quarter needed. The flamboyant male employee just stared at her, I chimed in it’s no problem, I can pay for it with my card. Register not taking my card either and that’s all I had because we were on a walk. The mom had to take the tip dollar out, quarter was taken out of the tip dollar and .75 put back, in reality the poor service deserved 0 tip, the employee attitude was over the top. With register problems and long wait and a $45 order a quarter should have been offered as a solution without having to take back a tip dollar but the employee was so arrogant while being ignorant. Yuck. That was a couple months back, however, we drive by daily and go oh I will just stop for a … and then that memory comes back and it’s a no and we keep driving.

My favorite coffee shop to stop at when I roll into Redding. Their coffee is a darker roast which is my favorite. Other coffee often hurts my stomach from the higher acid content since most places favor light roasts and the caffeine makes me too buzzy. Kaleidoscope's is just right. Plus they serve all of their iced drinks with crushed ice. It's a small thing but it enhances the experience and makes their cold treats extra special. They also have a great selection of health conscious food options. Definitely the coolest coffee shop I've found in Redding.

Our friend who lives in Redding took us to this place today and spoke very highly of it. I can't tell you enough how friendly the staff are and how fast they are at making food/drinks. The menu has a large variety from cold wraps to hot breakfast wraps, coffee, or energy drinks. This place has it all. I love the quiet atmosphere and the relaxed feeling. It gives a small shop vibe that is great! They have books to read as well as board games to play as you are waiting to get your food or even while you eat. I was very impressed when I got my food, it was not only appealing to the eye but the taste was amazing! If you are traveling through Redding, CA or live local, I highly recommend this place!

Nestled in the heart of Redding, Starbucks is a beloved Seattle-based coffeehouse chain that offers more than just your average cup of joe. Known for its signature roasts and light bites, this café provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for both relaxation and productivity. With several locations around town, the one on Cypress Ave and Churn Creek Rd & -5 stands out due to its ample seating and delightful natural lighting—ideal for those who want to work or unwind.
tl;dr: a peaceful and sunny Starbucks with shaded outdoor seating, friendly staff, and a surprising charm, especially with spring flowers and wide-open views. This Starbucks location stands out for its quiet atmosphere and excellent use of space. It’s clearly a newer build, and everything feels clean and thoughtfully arranged. There’s an abundance of outdoor seating, much of it sunny but with shade provided right over the tables—great for relaxing without overheating. During our spring visit, the landscaping really elevated the experience: plenty of flowers blooming and a scenic, open view that made it feel less like a chain coffee shop and more like a pleasant rest stop. Service was friendly and relaxed, and the place wasn’t busy when we went, making it a convenient stop if you're passing through or want a low-key break. We had a mango refresher, which hit the spot in the sunshine. Inside, the décor was standard for Starbucks but felt fresh, clean, and well-kept. If you're looking for a chill place to grab a drink with easy parking and room to stretch out, this location is absolutely worth a stop.

Every time I go there. You can tell they are working together to get everyone's orders. Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee and friends
Loreen T — Google review
I went inside to buy a crafted coffee drink and had to wait about 20 minutes because they prioritize the drive through customers. My barista actually told me that. The baristas are nice and it's not their fault that the sticker machine prioritizes drive-thru customers. Starbucks definitely made a mistake by switching drip coffee to a Keurig style coffee. It is way too strong.

Very good latte, but i bought a tumbler to put my drink in and they forgot so I used a disposable cup anyway. Overall good experience, though!

Super annoying I buy coffee every morning but when I come through in the afternoon they won't give me an ice water unless I buy something. The coffee is $8...... corporate should do better.

Avoid this place on Sunday!! Why does it take 5 mins just to get in line and order? 5 mins to wait. Than I’m told to be on hold when I order. If they can’t handle a Sunday morning rush. 11 mins for a coffee? Yikes this place is sllllllooooooooowwwwww

Cafe
Nestled in Redding, California, the Tea Bar & Fusion Cafe offers a delightful blend of culinary experiences that make it feel more like a restaurant than your typical cafe. With an inviting outdoor seating area and late-night hours, it's perfect for those looking to unwind with good food and drinks. The menu features an array of delicious options, including the standout chocolate chai freeze and churro doughnuts, alongside fusion bowls like the Korean chicken dish that diners rave about.
Tea Bar & Fusion Cafe is such an enjoyable experience. The food is always 10/10 as well as their custom teas (which are sooooo good). They have options for a variety of dietary needs. The food comes out fairly fast and you don’t have to wait too long to get your order. The environment is very clean and the staff are very friendly. You will see many customers dining with their laptops while they work. It is a very welcoming and inspiring environment.

I ordered the mango pork wrap, but honestly, it should’ve been called a lettuce wrap. There was very little meat & an insane amount of lettuce. When I opened it I thought I accidentally ordered a vegan meal lol. For $15 I expected something a litttttle more substantial… I usually like this place, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But this is the third time recently that I’ve had an overpriced, underwhelming meal around Redding. Not sure what’s going on, but the value just isn’t there anymore. Pictures added if anyone wants to see just how leafy this wrap really was 🥴

This place is SUPER GOOD!! I absolutely love the fusion bowls, and I don't mind that it's a little pricey! Their chocolate chai freeze, is superb! Love the salmon fusion bowl, with some honey mustard dressing!! Yummy yum yumm! I did a mobile order, and the food, and drinks were ready when I got there! The girl that helped me out, was very friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my lunch!

This place is a little piece of heaven, run by an amazing young lady named Bella & Aloroa. The chocolate chai freeze, the churro doughnuts, the fusion bowl with Korean chicken, the sauces, everything is simply magical. Alora is amazing, and I would definitely recommend the London Broil and the Chipotle Ranch. The Yummus Hummus is to die for! Bella & Alora makes dining here an absolute pleasure (both are beautiful 😻), and they are truly lucky to have them. Do yourself a favor and come by to see Bella & Alora. Bring your neighbors, your dog, your friends, your family—even grandma and grandpa!

I walked in and the music was so loud that I had to repeat myself three times to the cashier, so that she could hear me. I could barely hear her. She then told me I didn't tell her something in my order. I told her politely that I did tell her, she just couldn't hear me because the music was so loud. She proceeded to glare hatefully at me. I ordered two teas. The lady that made them and gave me my order was very cheerful. The teas were good. The muffin was as dry as the Gobi Desert and was, in my estimation, and my husband, several days old and, "very stale, hard and dry". We have been here several times before and had good experiences, food and service. If this was my first time, we would never go back. Hopefully, the cashier gets her attitude adjusted and they throw out all the stale food. Sadly disappointed today.

Barnes & Noble is a beloved bookseller chain that has recently opened its doors, offering an inviting atmosphere perfect for book lovers and students alike. With a vast selection of titles for both adults and children, this store also features an in-house eReader brand. While the café serves up delicious coffee and snacks, it’s worth noting that some patrons find the seating less than comfortable.
This is the best place to kill time if you need to and they have a ton of books, games, anime toys, and puzzles and Lego kits. They also have their Cafe which is perfect to kill some time while you sit at a table in the Cafe and sip a delicious coffee other beverage or hoping down on a sweet trear or sandwhich in their food case. Love this place! I come here everytime to get coffee, kill time, and look at everything this store has to offer. I also co.e here frequently try with friends and we enjoy the Cafe and store together. Great idea to put a Starbucks in a reading store. When passing by Redding I stop here to get some great tasting ice coffee. The service is outstanding. The only complaint is that the Barnes & Noble opened a couple minutes late past 9:a.m...

This is a place to go if you have time to relax. There is a Starbucks for snacks and drinks and areas with comfy seating. Or, you can sit on the floor too. Only thing is they are preparing to move locations so I'm not sure how long they'll be at this location or what is in the new location.

This store is one of the best I've been to. I've been a loyal B&N shopper for years. Over the last couple of weeks, I've seen many issues handled with grace and friendliness. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful. This location is clean and organized. Associates have been very helpful in assisting me with finding things as I'm still learning the layout of this location. I'd especially like to recognize associate Logan and manager Ryan for their assistance on my most recent trip!

The best thing about this store is the atmosphere! It is a readers paradise. The Starbucks there is amazing. The smell of books and coffee should be bottled for cologne. I absolutely love this place. If I can convince my wife to let me go in, I will stay there for hours!

Nice and clean store. Good sized Starbucks inside where you can sit and read. Big kids section with a good selection. Only complaint would be they never seem to have more than one checker and the one person at the service desk, who won't check you out. Would be 5 stars if they could do that.
Daniel J — Google review
Sometimes I just go there to chill and check out what's new in the magazine section. If there is something good, I buy it. They keep up on all the newest publications. They also have some nice sales. I'm a member of their book club, so you can always get great discounts. There is also a great little cafe within. So if you want to eat or grab a coffee, you can.

Old Shasta Coffee Company is a delightful motorcycle-themed coffee bar that captures the essence of cafe culture, reminiscent of London's iconic Ace Cafe. This cozy spot offers an impressive selection of globally sourced coffees, featuring Giesen-roasted beans from the Netherlands and expertly crafted espressos from Italy's La Marzocco Strada.
Was trying out local coffee shops and stumbled across this one and I have become obsessed. It’s my new favorite coffee spot and I make my fiancé go with me all the time. The baristas are always super friendly and the environment is so cozy/welcoming. I always get an iced mocha because I am fixated on them right now but my fiancé has tried their redbulls iced/blended, hot coffee, a frappe, and smoothies and has enjoyed all. We’ve also tried some pastries and breakfast and it was pretty good! They also do stamp cards so you can eventually get a free drink and I absolutely LOVE that as someone who keeps coming back. Definitely recommend:)

An absolute oasis! After a nightmare of a lodging situation and befuddling car trouble on the first day of our road trip, we found ourselves in Redding, CA in need of a place to regroup while we significantly revamped our plans. Looking for vegan offerings and seduced by excellent reviews, we made our way to Old Shasta Coffee Company where we found everything we needed to recharge our weary bones. Despite being quite busy - and on a Friday morning before 9am! - the staff were extremely kind and hospitable, refilling my water bottle for me as well as allowing me to get coffee in my own thermos. The vegan burrito was filling, fresh, and DELICIOUS. And we were grateful for the clean bathroom too. It was lovely to spend some time there and see the happy patrons coming in and out and hanging out. I don’t live in the area but I would certainly return if I find myself nearby in the future. Thanks for everything, OSCC!

From the Hearth Kitchen and Pie Shop - Churn Creek is a café and bakery that offers a diverse selection of homemade breads, along with panini, deli sandwiches, soups, and salads. The food is consistently delicious and enjoyable, including their cookies and cakes which are also quite flavorful. However, it would be nice if they had more variety in their food options to prevent things from becoming repetitive. Nonetheless, the staff is friendly and efficient in preparing the orders on most days.
The food here is great, the staff is very friendly & helpful. We were in town visiting and stopped in for breakfast twice. Meals were served promptly and hot. The breakfast burrito is delicious and very filling! Oh, the chocolate brownies are the best. The place was clean and we never saw Markie STOP working. She was always on the move. Highly recommend.

Food is delicious with lots of unique choices. The french dip is amazing with lots of flavor and the Chi bowl was really good as well. Service is obsolete past ordering so don't wait on waiters. The menu is on the pricey side but the ingredients are fresh and the food tastes and looks great!

Food was awful and the customer service was just ok. This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The menu isn’t that great and the quality is not worth the price. The potatoes were cold, rock hard and not made fresh. The cheese in the omelette wasn’t melted completely and was like eating rubber. We won’t be coming back and do not recommend this location.

Came here for breakfast while passing through town. First thing…the pie crust is AMAZING!! Flakey, light, flavorful, absolutely delicious. I just ate my lemon pie that I took to go, so the deliciousness is still fresh in my mouth. One of or kids got the blueberry waffle, and truly did not want to share any because it was so good. I got the chilaquiles and the portion was huge! It was super good with great flavors and between me, my husband and one of my kiddos, it all pretty much got eaten. Oh and the service was super friendly and awesome. Great vibe and energy runs through this place :)

Showed up at 11:30am on a Sunday looking for a cup of coffee and a piece of pie for a late brunch. To my dismay, no pie! Am I crazy for thinking pie should be available during prime bunch time on a Sunday? The woman at the counter informed me they didn't bake any today for unknown reasons. Disappointed, I ordered a cookie and a breakfast burrito. The burrito had signs that it was heated up by "Chef Mike" and was lukewarm at best, cold in spots. Overall poor food execution on what simple food they did have, and odd that they would not have pie available to order despite the GIANT pie text mural on the wall and it being their namesake.

From the Hearth on Churn Creek is a great spot in Redding. The chicken pot pie soup was hearty and flavorful, and the fresh baked cookies are a must-try. The space is clean with a nice, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal.

The food was very good. We were travelling, so we wanted healthy-ish food for dinner. Everything was fresh & tasted good. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. The restaurant wasn't dirty, but could have been cleaner. My main complaint is - If your business name says PIE, you should have pie. The was no pie.
Jean C — Google review
The food is always good and tastes nice. The cookies and cakes are also pretty tasty. I do wish they had a just a bit more variety for food options though. I usually end up buying the same thing when I come here, but it’s always good of course. Just get a little boring after a while. Overall the staff are friendly and the food is made quickly most days so that’s a plus. I like the chi bowl with chicken, and they also offer vegetarian options for that so if you don’t eat meat then you still can enjoy some nice food. One of the best parts about this restaurant is that you can actually get a pretty healthy meal here for a good price. Would recommend.

By all appearances, Trendy’s looks like a great spot for breakfast — and to be fair, we’ll probably give it a try before leaving town. The place has a nice vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and delightful. That said, I have to be honest about our lunch experience. I ordered their “famous Bomb Burger,” and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the reputation. The bread was soggy to the point where it couldn’t even be picked up, which really took away from the meal. The highlight of lunch, surprisingly, was the fries — crisp, hot, and delicious. Overall, I’d rate Trendy’s a solid 3 out of 5. I wouldn’t return for lunch, but I wouldn’t rule them out for breakfast. Something tells me that’s where they really shine.

Fresh squeezed OJ, homemade 1/3 lb breakfast sausage, homemade corn beef hash, sweet cream pancakes all with the small town homely feel. Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had.

Visited this Trendy breakfast restaurant in Redding once and had a great experience. The atmosphere was modern and welcoming, perfect for a casual outing. Parking was easy, which is always a plus. It did get a little busy during peak hours, but the wait wasn’t too bad. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and ambiance. Have some healthy vegan options too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Trendy's had rave recommendations, so we decided to try it for breakfast before heading out of Redding (road trip). We waited about 20 minutes and were seated in a very basic setting that is under renovation. The food was very good and the locals know it.

I've been going to Trendy's now for about 4 or 5 years. It is almost always very good. But yesterday it was the worst. My whole breakfast was served cold. I hate cold food even if it is good. My whole breakfast is usually served hot even the eggs. So I was very disappointed. I'll go back one more time and it better be as good usual. Otherwise goodbye.

This was my first time trying their coffee. I had this weird night coffee craving and apparently this was the only coffee shop that was open unlike most that closes around 5pm. I was confused and I asked the barista to give me his best. He gave me this custom coffee that was light iced, mild sweetness with whole milk. It was too good in a hot and tiring day. My brother got strawberry smoothie. The people here are very friendly and the barista was cool to help me out patiently even it was packed at 10:30pm. Must try place and highly recommend their coffee.

I had a really bad experience today at the Dutch Bros on Market Street in Redding, Ca. I was just doing a pick up order that was not ready yet (didn’t even complain about that, it was not big deal), but the young brunette working the 6:30 am shift on 7/13/25 gave me such attitude, from the first good morning I gave her. Didn’t even say it back. After she made my coffee, she asked if I wanted any toppings (it was already on the order so I don’t understand why she asked), but I forgot the name of the topping I requested (on the online order) and said “the sweet topping, I don’t know the name, sorry” and she said with such attitude “excuse me!?!?” with such attitude and big eyes, like I was an idiot and inconveniencing her. She tossed out the coffee she already made for me and made a second one. I dunno why!?! I told her, “it’s not that big of deal, whatever one was on the online order”, but she ignore me. I then stated, “I’m not coming back to this Dutch bros because of the way you treated me today.” Anyways, I had to say my peace because it put me in a terrible mood. It was unwarranted and uncalled for and Dutch bros should absolutely not have people like that working for their company. She needs some serious training in customer service. We all have bad days, but this was uncalled for.

My go to coffee stop, I love this location. The kids who work here are very friendly and efficient. They ALWAYS make a perfect cup of Java to go. Even if the line has several cars waiting, it is never a long wait. I love the ease of using their phone app, to pay and record my points. No food per say, but they do have "muffin tops" in 3 delicious flavors. Highly recommend 👌

I always love this one and have never once had problems here and usually this wouldn’t be an issue but I came at 10:00 ish today just to have the lady taking the drink orders talk to the person infront of us long enough to allow 4 cars ahead leave with their drinks. When she got to the car door she ofc apologized and took our order, it just felt very unprofessional to me, I myself have a bad habit of just talking to people for a long period of time as well but this was her place of work and I just feel like anyone working should have more professionalism than just talk about something for so long while there’s people waiting
Rayn M — Google review
This store consistently screws up orders, takes entirely too long to make drinks, and when asked to remake drinks, they make them even worse, and take twice as long to do it. I like Dutch Bros, but hands down, this is the worst Dutch Bros location…not just in Redding, but in the U.S. I’ll never come back to this store again, and highly recommend that everyone avoid it as well.
Sharie P — Google review
I am a Dutch bros lover but this location hate to say it sucks! I go to Dutch everyday literally and had a in counter with a girl I had never seen more. She said she couldn’t make my drink as an iced coffee since I don’t get ice in it and drink it the next day that it was “company policy” to make it as a cold pour. Well cold pour and iced are made definitely. I even tried to get the attention of another girl there who knows me and the girl shut that down. Like hello? You work at Dutch bros?! Don’t give me that company policy!
Lacee S — Google review
They will make you custom sugar free options like shakes and stuff! Super friendly people working here.

I appreciate that they take the time to grow the beans before making your order, it gave me enough time to raise my children and send them off to college.

I went to Dutch to get some drinks, a mis communication occurred in size of drink and the remake (or lack there of) which was an attempt to fix it only made the drink look like someone put a block of shaved ice in the cup and dumped the smaller size drink in it. Not to happy about the drink, see the photos, this compares what the drink should have looked like vs the shaved ice disappointment.

The employee was very helpful and patient, drive through went really fast, and it was hot out and every one was there lol, we've been really loving the option to put boba in our choice drinks, it's the kids favorite part😂 we love to get blended rebels for us and blend dutch soda for the kids The favorite has been the sour berry blast rebel and dragon slayer dutch soda

****REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE*** I am revamping this review. The fact that I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee should not deter anyone from going. I want to share something that happened: A few years back, I had gone through a horrible point in my life. And as odd as this sounds? Starbucks was there. I had lost my mom, six months later found that all three of adult kids were battling heroin addiction, eight months later, my youngest son 22, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, he died at twenty four. Then, my marriage fell apart, my grief was to much for my wife I suppose. My grandson whom I have custody of, moved to Red Bluff Ca. and unfortunately, we ended up living in a Motel 6 which happened to be behind a Starbucks. People used the Motel's drive way to avoid a one way turn out of the Starbucks. I sat out daily, with grief and the deepest sorrow I can even explain, and waved at people as they came through the back parking lot, and passed by. At first I guess people thought I was weird, no one would even look at me. But as time went on, they began to smile back and wave. One day, a car stopped. And rolled the window down. It was the STARBUCKS MANAGE! curiosity go the best of him. I told the situation and that I had nothing better to do, and that I just cared about people. We talked a bit, and he left. The next day he came through the back, and he stopped and handed me a bag of Starbucks Breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches which he said they cannot sell after a certain time. It was one of the nicest, most thoughtful things I had experienced in a long while. A couple of days later, another employee came through and had a bag of goodies for us, she had been instructed by that same manager, to stop and see us first before going on to give this food out to other people in need. This was the kindest gesture and my little boy both appreciated that more than he could ever imagine. If you are still out there, Red Bluff location manager, and you drove a black Audi I believe it was, my friend, thank you from the bottom of my heart! And have a wonderful Christmas this year...Starbucks Coffee they were a blessing to us...I will have to try their coffee again. Thank you Starbucks!

I went with my Adult son, and we sat outside at the tables, which I have never done here. What a nice start to the day. Delicious hot Carmel Macchiato, with an extra shot.

What a horrendous experience. They close at 8:30pm. We arrive just after 7:30 and order two simple drinks and a water and ask to use the restroom. Rude staff tells my wife she cannot use bathroom because they’re cleaning it. Another customer comes in immediately after us who walks right into the bathroom with no issue. The hot drinks we ordered are ice cold, probably because they turned the espresso machine off since they’re closing in less than an hour but why not just tell us that?? Why serve the drinks cold?? Just because you’re closing in an hour doesn’t mean you can degrade the level of service and quality of product. NEVER been this disappointed with a Starbucks.

We had our nicest Starbucks experience here! We were halfway through a 4 hour drive with 4 rambunctious kids. We needed a caffeine and car break and stopped here. 2 of them were fighting so we said they could not get a treat at Starbucks though the other 2 could share a drink. So there were some sullen faces (including ours) when we arrived. After taking our orders, the barista, who could probably sense our tension, was incredibly nice and offered our 4 kids some cake pops they were planning to throw out at the end of the day. The faces lit up and my soul was replenished by this act of goodwill. Thank you for being so kind when we needed it the most.

Airpark Cafe is a charming little spot located at the Benton Airfield, offering an excellent breakfast experience. The cafe, situated upstairs with no elevator access, provides generous portions and delicious dishes such as the California omelette and Eggs Benedict. With interesting views and decor, it's a great place to enjoy a meal while watching small planes land. The friendly service and pet-friendly patio make it a fantastic choice for both locals and visitors alike.
We will definitely return to this little cafe with excellent breakfast. Located at the Benton Airfield, you have a short walk from the parking area to the cafe. The cafe is upstairs, we didn't see an elevator, so just be aware you have to climb stairs. My husband could not get over how good the bacon was, and he received a generous 4 slices. The California omelette was fully loaded, not one empty pocket! The views and decor are interesting. Between CeCe and the other patrons, we felt like we were regular customers! All smiles and warm welcomes. Fly in or drive in, it's worth you checking out!

We used to eat here frequently but after it closed we kinda forgot about it. We were driving by and saw the sign and figured "why not?" This turned out well as we had a nice breakfast as we watched a couple planes practicing in the pattern. The place was packed but the service was still great and our waitress was friendly and efficient. We had breakfast but they serve lunch too. We're looking forward to stopping by for lunch in the very near future.

Amazing 280 degree view of Western Redding and surrounding mountains! One of the best outdoor cafe spots around. Friendly wait staff. Food portions however, were a bit small and no frills. My steak and eggs, were just that... Small steak, two eggs, and half a piece of toast. No potatoes, or fruit, or anything like that. And that come after an hour wait (just to be fair, we were advised ahead of ordering). My girlfriend did love her veggie quiche though.

Great to find a coffee shop that's open super early, I was here at 5:15am and was the only person sitting at a table for a while. I stayed until past 10:00am when my morning phone calls were complete and I'd answered all the important emails. The store is loud and quite busy with people coming and going but not a lot of folks sitting with their coffee. Note that many of the power outlets are covered up which is odd. I did find ONE near the condiments that was available and now my electronics are charged.

I am unemployed and I just don’t know why. I walked into this place and there were no customers in line and about eight employees working, two on the trash, two working the food bar, and others in the drive thru and barista stations; all those employees and I still had to wait, even for the greeting. I ordered no foam. I have very little barista experience, but I could have done a better job simply by my years of observing good baristas. Use a spoon to hold back the foam, then scrape off the small amount that shows up naturally, and top off the drink again holding the foam back with the spoon. It’s not hard or time consuming, just respectful and a show of skill. As the drink cools it will continue to produce foam for the first few degrees, my drink always ends up coming up short. I will never leave again without making you get it right, although that begets even poorer service, so this is what I can do, and not come back.

“Hailey” was incredibly rude at the speaker right off the bat. I was a barista, and ssv at Starbucks for 7 years. Her constant annoyed tone of “anything ELSE” after each word I said was highly unnecessary. I finally matched her tone and I think she got the picture. When I pulled up to the window. I asked her name and was told she was immediately pulled off of DTO (drive thru order) because the staff heard her tone with me. I called as soon as I left because my drink was disgusting, and Noah was fantastic. Super apologetic, and welcomed me back for a drink on them. This was on a really tough day for me, and I still managed to be a decent human until that interaction. Do better, Hailey.

Summary: go if you want to enjoy the view and be around people, or sit and have a coffee/drink. Avoid food. Description: We were a group of 7 and decided to go here because of the location and pictures online. Great vibe, great interiors. Cute place. The tables had a view of the sundial. There was a farmer's market around and many families had come. Great time to come here on a weekend for brunch. However, the food was disappointing. The margherita flatbread tasted as if it was frozen and reheated. Hot honey chicken sandwich was a little better, but dry and didn't have enough of the hot honey. The salads were okay. Didn't try the coffee. Note that their menu options have changed.

At Turtle Bay and at the foot of the Sundial Bridge. This is nice place to hang in the early morning before the park opens. There’s lots of space, it’s quiet and there are games to play, board games inside, corn hole and shuffle board outside. However the food is disappointing. Mediocre London Fog that was primarily water and a bit of oat milk. Passable but nothing special.

Went back in 45 mins later, they forgot we ordered the board and offered to make and deliver. 15 mins later finally delivered to table with only cheese, fruit, nuts & crackers .. no meats as the menu suggested. Totally disappointed. Yes they did fix it by refund but still.

Quick Summary New Sheraton restaurant that is right next to the Sundial Bridge. Food was pretty good, but I assume the low rating is because of the very long wait (as they work out the kinks). They have plenty of games, people watching, and the Sundial Bridge to make your wait more bearable Food- 4 stars Blackberry beet salad- this was pretty good. Ingredients were fresh and tasted farm-to-table Tacos pibil- pretty good as well. The meat was a bit dry, but balanced well with the pickled onions Short Rib wrap- similar to the taco. Lots of flavor but the short rib was a bit dry. Having some extra aioli on the side really helped Service- 3 stars The servers were all very nice and accommodating. It just took a long time for food (the line moved pretty slowly) and about 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Although there's plenty of attractions to make the wait more bearable Ambiance- 5 stars Plenty of entertainment in this fast casual restaurant. They have cornhole, shuffleboard, a gift shop, checkers (haven't even mentioned the people watching and Sundial Bridge). Bottom Line Fast casual (almost cafe) style restaurant right next to the Sundial Bridge. I wouldn't go out of my way to try it, but it's a great spot for lunch or dinner due to its location and ambiance

Nestled in Redding, Heritage Coffeehouse on Churn Creek is a delightful gem that perfectly embodies the essence of a cozy coffee spot. With its inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, it’s an ideal place to unwind, study, or catch up with friends. The coffee here boasts a smooth flavor profile that isn’t overly sweet, making it enjoyable for all palates. While I haven’t sampled their food yet, the menu looks enticing!
Heritage Coffeehouse is a local coffeehouse located in Redding California. Known for its locally Roasted coffee, they knock it out of the park in terms of coffee is concerned. Not only is their coffee good, their food is pretty tasty also! I was at their Churn Creek location today and tried their Super Cali fresh sandwich which comes with a chipotle sauce, avocado, herbed chicken, cherry tomatoes, micro greens, pickled onions topped with a balsamic glaze and nestled on top a buttery croissant with a side of freshly cut fruit and I washed it all down with a cappuccino. The sandwich was light and very fresh with a burst of various flavors. I'm a huge supporter of locally owned business and Heritage Coffeehouse has a very strong "Heritage" in focusing their love of Coffee with connection! Big open space lots of seating, some wall plugs, good place to do work. The matcha was one of my favorites I’ve had in a while as it wasn’t too sweet and good matcha taste. Clean restrooms. Forgot the name of the breakfast thing I got but the eggs tasted like freshly made eggs in the best way! Def would return next time I’m in the area! From the outside it definitely didn’t look like it was open though, signage was helpful but could be bolder and bigger.

The coffee is delicious! Ended up getting the mocha latte and lavender latter. Both are made well and it's not too sweet. Overall, I would recommend this place. Plus, it's a cool study spot with open space and large tables.

Stopped in here on our way through and it was delicious. My husband had the turkey sandwich (he said it was good) and I got the “Halie Awesome“ but on a croissant, which was awesome (thick bacon, fresh micro greens, flaky croissant). Their blended mocha was good as well. *FWIW, they DO have coconut milk available, in case that’s your jam (like it is mine). The only downside was the outdoor seating was limited when we came - no picnic tables as seen in some of the photos (there was some construction going on next door so potentially affected by that?). We had our dog with us so that was a factor in choosing this spot, but even so, they did have 3 tables with a little shade on the patio out front. We’d definitely come back here often if we lived nearby, and will stop by next time we pass through.

The ask questions to make sure they have clarity on my order because yes, I am one of those difficult drink orders. They are so friendly, polite and non judgemental about how I like my drink. I will ONLY go to this Starbucks just for ALL those reasons

This is my "go to" Starbucks in Shasta County. What differentiates one store from the next? The Staff, of course! I always leave happy and with a smile on my face. If they're not too busy they create a nice message on my cup. They're always glad to see me! I go out of my way to visit the Bonneyview location even though I've recently been transfered closer to another location. The manager Brandi and her team are examples par excellence of great and sincere customer service! 5 Stars!

My girlfriend just started her menstrual cycle and needed to use the bathroom to apply a feminine product. When girlfriend asked to use the bathroom she was asked are you going to buy something in a very rude and demeaning manner. We were going to have drinks but with that kind of greeting we turned around and left. Sad negative experience being we love Starbucks cold drinks, mine being the lavender cream oatmeal matcha. I’ve never been to this Starbucks as we usually frequent the one on placer and the other on Churn creek. I wouldn’t go to this location if my life depended on it.

Purchased a Frappuccino. Went outside to have a cig. Came back in 5 mins later to use bathroom and told I needed to make another purchase. Girl said policy is once you leave you need to make another purchase to use restroom and facilities. Absolute discrimination against a homeless person. Take my money but show me no respect.

The staff here are always super friendly, except for one employee who monitors how long you're in the bathroom for, if you're in there for longer than two minutes she's beating on the door telling you to come out. 🤔 Not sure what her problem is with the bathroom, but I'm pretty sure she wasn't hired to be the bathroom police. Other than that one employee, everyone has been great! 😁

The barista was so incredibly rude! She got my drink order incorrect and corrected it but with attitude. My food also had all its toppings slid to one side of the sand which sticking to the bottom of the bag.

I always get a Starbucks double shot and pray to the gods my batista knows how to make it correctly. The baristas were bubbly and knowledgeable, and my drink was perfect.
