Hands down the best "little" restaurant/diner in the West! The food is served super quickly and is of the highest quality, taste, and presentation. The burger, for me, is the best in the whole country! 5 Star Diner!
I visited within 15 minutes of closing time so I understand the staff would be annoyed. However, I was met with “wa yuh want?” And after I placed my order, the cashier went to to the back to tell the cook my order and they both looked at me and rolled their eyes. I also did not receive my POS receipt and while waiting on it, the cashier said “move so the next person could cash”. Thoroughly disappointed with the staff’s attitude.
This branch of Panini Cafe has always served up the highest quality of food. I am always in love with their Tuscan Steak Sandwich. First time I tried their greek salad and i was impressed with the amount of salad that was served for the price. It was almost a whole meal.

I visited Pininni cafe a while back and I was horrified to see how their boss NATALIE SABGA was treating her employees in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner for simply doing their job. This lady was full on shouting at her employees. The food at this establishment was alright and the employees are very helpful and patient.

I've been to this brunch spot a few times so here's my honest review. It's cozy and quaint. It's small so don't go with big crowds. The last time I went it was for mother's day and it was a disaster. No seats, no one managed the seating, so about 1 hr to get a table. With the chaos going on there isn't space for the traffic to walk to the cashier without squeezing through. The food is usually good but it took another 45 mins and didn't taste as it's usual. We had chicken and waffles, egg Benedict, and loaded berry waffles. The coffee was good. The prices were within range for a brunch spot. 6 of us and it was $900. Will be back again when it's not a holiday. Also to the staff, get a greeter or someone to manage the tables when you have special days.
A lovely stop in San Fernando. They offer a variety of hot and cold beverages, sweet and savory tea items and desserts in addition to a full menu for lunch. Alot of possibilities! A fantastic spot to stop for coffee with lovely options and a great conversation. The staff were friendly and attentive but also gave space. A great experience!
Smoked salmon and cream cheese eggs were great, no issues here. House brew/ drip coffee, and the French press was good.
Made a visit here for breakfast and it was delicious. We had the saltfish with the coconut bake and ordered 2 orders because it was delicious. Also had the banana pancakes and it was flourless which was delicious. Ordered a latte and it was well made and tasty. Wish the service was a little better but it was good. Also the place ks secured, so that helped while dining in.
The food was good for the price and our server was helpful. The passionfruit smoothie was quite good as well.

The seating was a little cramped, it could be called cosy. The chairs and tables could have been a bit more comfortable, the sort Nanny used to have in the kitchen / parlour, a bit old and dated.
The coffee shakes & smoothies are great. I had a coffee shake and it was fabulous. Our group had a mixture of Vegan & Vegetarian food as well as meaty dishes. All very good, though a couple dishes were a bit salty. I had the Lamb Burger, Fries and Mac & Cheese, all very good, though the lamb was almost overwhelmed by the breadcrumb filler in the patty.
The service was polite & efficient and provided the right amount of attentiveness.
Overall we all enjoyed the meal and will come back again.
This restaurant is a little off the beaten path, especially if you're not from the south area. There are a few parking spots at the front of the establishment and more down to the rear. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side and very cozy. Upon entering we were invited to sit immediately, as tables were available. The decor is attractive and along with the small space, provides an ambiance for smaller groups of 3 - 4. The service was good, though only two staff members were visible to us. We had pasta and burgers which were ok, but the fries were just barely warm. Overall I would rate the experience as very positive and would consider visiting again if passing through the area.

Café del Mare at Crews Inn has a lovely atmosphere with a relaxing vibe, and the prices are reasonable. It was my first time visiting, I had the pasta with eggplant, which tasted really nice, and I got complementary cake for my birthday. However, our experience was a bit disappointing as we were told that the pizza oven closed early on a Sunday night, so we couldn’t order any pizzas. We also weren’t able to order from the café menu, which limited our options. Overall, it’s a nice spot, but it would be great if the full menu was available until closing time.

A cute sea-side café in the Marina. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast after a Bamboo Cathedral walk and it's also a lovely place for remote work.
The coffee is always divine and the pizzas and paninis are amazing. Great location if you want a change of pace or for a cute brunch date with your besties. I recommend going either in the morning or at sunset for the best view.
My first time visiting and was very impressed. I loved the ocean ambiance. Something about water makes me feel so relaxed and calm. Food was excellent, service was great as well. Some very nice baked treats and a very small but good breakfast selection. Coffee and juices were so yummy. Will definitely go back upon my return. I would like to try the other menu offerings as well.

Tamika at Crew Inn is an absolute gem—saying "OMG" is truly an understatement! From the moment she greeted us at the door with her warm, welcoming smile, we knew we were in for a great experience. Her service was not only friendly but impressively fast—my breakfast arrived in under five minutes!
I had the salmon, and let me tell you—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. No skimping here! After a refreshing walk through Bamboo Cathedral and a sea bath at Macqueripe, this meal was the cherry on top of a perfect morning.
Don’t leave without trying the passion fruit cheesecake—it’s a 10/10, no debate.

Rituals was my favourite go-to spot, my little escape from home. Even though a few other coffee shops came along later, this one will always be special to me and I just had to share.jamaican chicken patty, pastries,cookies,coffee esp mocha and cappuccino,chai latte and fresh options in summer are really good.
Great service, friendly staff and mostly quality products. They lost a star because their opening times isn't consistent and sometimes my chai only reaches just above half cup.
Rituals coffie shops are located very conveniently. Diego Martin has options like Starlight & Westmall. All menus are always available and staff are friends for the most part. Rituals chillers have raised from $24 before vat to now $28 before vat. Also donuts are now all $6 and up. However be sure to get your rituals loyalty card so u can redeem on purchases.

Rude staff, unprofessional as well as unsatisfactory desserts. Would not recommend to anyone. Came in ordered 2 desserts with a friend sat down to have it as a worker came and escorted us to 2 different places after saying we were taking up valuable space even though the place was empty and went at a slow time of day and week. We had beverages from another establishment they said we couldn't consume it there so we said okay and put it away and after doing so the worker came up to us asking to pour our sealed shut drinks in a plastic coffee cup of theirs, that was my last straw I told her no need and left because it became bothersome to not be able to sit at an empty restaurant for 5 minutes to consume a simple purchase from there not to mention that it was one of the worst desserts I've ever tasted.
I bought 2 of the Supreme cheese cakes and a chocolate fudge cake and when we got home decided to have our cake, it was a huge disappointment. It tasted nasty...the best was to describe it was like spoiled plastic? And these things were not cheap. Will never go back to this place.
Bought pastries and all were stale. The pastry dough was like a dense dough made of only flour. Waste of money and a lot of money at that. My partner got sick from it. Don’t buy.
I was always a fan of their desserts but today I was totally disappointed. To be honest, I have not patronized this establishment in the last 4/5 years so I decided to give it a try today. I purchased the key lime cheesecake and macarons….both of which were awful! I really hope this was just a fluke and that their standards are a lot higher in general. If not, close down and start again!
Very good service. Family friendly. The tables are a bit close, but we were still comfortable with the stroller. Portion sizes are ok. I liked the little pita chips on the side that came with everything. Try the smoked salmon baguette with the iced coffee. It's my favourite.

Just forced to pay for a Venti Chai Latte because I forgot to note that I was allergic to cow’s milk and needed to substitute with almond milk. Told that while each drink is called out at the ‘drive thru’ they begin making them.
Mind you…there are 4 drinks in the order and none of them were yet paid for…Definitely NOT returning to this location and reporting to Starbucks International Customer Service. Order was made on 22nd March at approx 5:20pm. That young lady needs a Service Refresher course.

Love this place so much! The customer service here is so amazing and the servers are so kind and polite. Place is so spacious and welcoming for anyone. For me, I find that this place just hits different meaning the atmosphere is more welcoming and serene. But the best part is the amount of car parking this place has, because of the mall it is located in.
The staff here is always slow. It takes forever to get your drink order. The place usually has a lot of people. The bathrooms are usually clean. The drinks, however, are not always consistent. There seems to be a need to over sweeten drinks at this branch
I like this coffee chain. The coffee is good. I prefer my chai latte. Today for the first time ever I got old skimmed milk. You know the slightly sour taste in the milk. It has never happened before anywhere else. I was surprised. It wasn't spoiled but you know just before you throw away when you get that hink of sour. Dont know why, however I will always recommend for coffee or tea.

Great restaurant. The only thing i didnt like is that it has a tiny bit of background noise and it has no outdoor seating. Other than that, wonderful! They gave pictures to color while waiting for food.
This cafe offers color pencils and a choice of different coloring pages to color while you wait on your order. They even have a sharpener with the pencils. There is also different difficulty levels with the coloring pages. I totally enjoyed this activity and I have no idea how long it took for my order to be ready and I didn't even care because I was having so much fun. It was a lovely different experience.
Come for the ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff. The handcrafted drinks are a highlight and the food is pretty good as well. Reservations recommended.

The coffee here is pretty generic.
The waffles were good, the texture was very cakey but I enjoyed it. They spray whip cream in a little cup that they rest the hot waffle, after a minute or less it melts leaving it looking quite unsightly.
One of the two Waffle maker machines was broken that day so there was a little wait for my order.
I tried a couple of the dessert bars but I wasn’t too impressed.
The cheese danish is actually nice but a bit pricey.

I bought a slice of chocolate cake for $36 dollars two weeks ago for my wife who loves chocolate cake. The cake was obviously past its time with everything besides the chocolate being dry and hard. Please do not sell customers expired cakes.
The sign on the door shows incorrect opening hours. Visited several times during their published opening hours, only to encounter locked doors. They look at that sign every day when they go to work, how could they not notice that the sign is incorrect ?

Staff is friendly and the service is great! The drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. The wait isnt to long and the atmosphere here is very chilled. So if you want to hang and enjoy your drinks it's really good place to do it.

I was in the area and found this spot on Google maps as I wanted to have breakfast.. when I tell you, they did not disappoint. I had the bagel and cream cheese with a side of scrambled eggs and a caramel macchiato frap... everything was delicious.. those were some of the best eggs I've ever had..

The coffee was usually very mild for me until recently when a new server started. Now it's a proper brew. Espresso Shot in D Dark. Wonderful. The sandwiches are tasty with the right crunch on the ciabatta or panini. I like that the wedges are crunchy and not soggy or greasy. Service is sometimes inconsistent though. Ordered a mushroom quiche which was served cold! Washroom facility is not available. You will be told to use Subway's! This is crazy. I'm not eating at Subway. The servers apologize but management needs to address that. There's also no handwashing area for before or after meals. The cafe operates as an al fresco as well so you can enjoy open air dining. Lovely ambience and tastefully decorated with much coffee and coffee quotes.
Excellent customer service, the food was good. I ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich and it came with a beverage so I took a Chai tea. Then I ordered a currants roll.

I've been to this rituals location at shops of arima numerous times. Their service thus far is good. The quality of products is also good. The environment is kept clean for the times I have visited especially through the pandemic abiting to regulations to sanitise etc. Parking at shops of arima can be a bit challenging depending on the time of day though.

Customer service is awesome and the ambience is quiet but welcoming. I've only had hot beverages mostly. The Dirty Chai Latte, Mocha Latte and Golden Brew were good. The pastries were alright.

To note!! They sell freshly roasted coffee beans, less than a week roasted (date on each bag) and constant supply of a variety of them.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Poor customer service. I ordered a Caesar salad from them. I got some regular lettuce instead of the romaine. Then I got some chemical tasting croutons. My heart wasn’t ready for this unexpected caffeine discovery after eating my favourite Mayaro doubles (outside KFC).
If you’re in Mayaro for the weekend and you need more than instant coffee, this is the place (and quite possibly the ONLY place) where you can get a good double espresso fix.
Turns out there’s a whole bookshop AND coffeeshop with desserts that also has a photoarea for you social media folk. Dont take my word for it, see the photos for yourself!
We will definitely be back every single time we visit Mayaro.

We took an unexpected drive to Mayaro today and almost 2.5 hours later, arrived at @nexgenbookshop @nexgenbrewing literally 10 minutes before closing time. The barista and Kareem were kind enough to extend closing hours and let us sit for a bit and have a cuppa and some tasty treats. It was the best icedtea I've ever had with notes of bergamot, floral and fruit paired with one of my childhood favourite books : A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
A true gem in Mayaro, quality coffee, one of the best affogatos I've tried, sumptuous pastries and great ambience. Forgot to get the name of the batista who attended to us, but he was definitely knowledgeable, welcoming, genuine and passionate about his job. A must visit on any Mayaro trip, moreso of you are a coffee geek like i am😆
A little disappointing, there was a very small selection of pastries, as well as local books on sale. Also, I think it's just good etiquette to come off the phone when you're seeing a customer.
Who doesn't appreciate a beautiful place which also provides excellent service delivered with genuine smiles and kindness? It was an absolute delight visiting Nexgen Bookshop as they delivered on both!
Upon entering, my eyes were greeted with a wide assortment of teas & beverages, decadent pastries and other delicacies. It took me a couple of minutes to decide what I wanted to try. I purchased some chocolatines, chai and mocha cheesecakes, fruit tarts, a couple of shortbreads made by 'whimsy n spice' and a hot chocolate stick. Each tasted delicious! I especially enjoyed the tart as the taste reminded me of one I ate in Paris.
The seating area, bordered by a backdrop of colorful books was a charming scene to behold.
The bookshop itself is quite spacious with a variety of starionery, craft items, books, beach items and clothing.
This place is certainly a lovely gem in Mayaro that you should definitely visit if you're in the area.
My intent was to check out the store, but ended up getting something small to eat.
I love the Hot chocolate, it was raining in Mayaro today, so Hot chocolate on a rainy day is Superb.
Not a avid book reader but I did scope out some interesting book topics. The Pastry was delicious & light, buttery.

Kareem's knowledge of his coffees and brews were exceptional and he made you feel warm and welcomed! I recently enjoyed an excellent local breakfast at this coffee shop. For the first time, I tried roasted coconut bake served with saltfish buljol, smoked herring, and black pudding—a delightful experience. I finished my breakfast with a lemon meringue pie from their vast array of pastries.

Wonderful service and comfortable atmosphere. The portions aren't bad for the price when compared to other places however the list of menu options could be more extensive. I had the bake and saltfish buljol with an additional side of bhagi. The bhagi was quite bitter and lacking flavor. All other items tasted good including the quesdadillas and carrot & walnut bread my companion had.
I ordered from here for my grandmother's birthday from overseas and they made her feel extra special. The food was delicious, the service was top notch and they have such kind hearts. Fast delivery too!

I went to rituals Carlton center this morning for a coffee with a friend. The cafe is generally quite noisy with the machines and people etc. I did not realize I was being loud in anyway and instead of approaching me as an adult , the worker proceeded to shout out at the top
Of her in a very disrespectful way as if I were a small child. She could have approached me and talked to me quietly but instead she embarrassed me in front of everyone. That was totally disrespectful and uncalled for … now while I’m writing this other customers are talking extremely loud. Very disrespectful and uncalled for. We will not be returning to this cafe.
Amazing service. I had a special request that's not supposed to be done, and the cashier was able to accommodate me, which made my order even better!!!!
Decent atmosphere for the location. Service wasn't bad, but wasn't extremely good either. The food was what you'd expect, decent "to go" items, but nothing spectacular. There's a decent buffet on a Sunday for 90TTD per person.

Its a nice little coffee shop. The range of coffee and tea is good. I found the price for a cup of coffee a little expensive. The sales girl was pleasant. There is a reasonable range of local snacks, sunshine and some preserved fruits. There was no sugar free options and no stevia or calorie free sweeteners for tea or coffee. This would be a added benefit to some like me.
Ordered a grande drink only to be told they only offer the king version which is $45 when the grande option is still listed on their menu and on the counter where sizes are compared. Waited 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for a simple drink that usually takes 3 minutes to be prepared. The drink was much paler than usual which is strange as it’s a black tea based drink. There was just one blob of overcooked yet undercooked boba at the bottom, texture of melted jello with a raisin in the center. Waste of money
I am not a huge coffee fan but I did try 2 of their cold brew and loved it. Their boba teas are fantastic. Their boba teas to me taste better than dp, as it's not as sweet and tastes more refreshing. Much more options as well. Location is a bit strange, but it does have parking so that's always a plus. I liked their coffee more than Starbucks as well.
Best coffee in town. Java has a wide selection of coffee, tea, and delicious boba(bubble tea) as well as quick bites to eat including Jamaican patties, currant roll, or zaboca (avocado) toast. Free Wi-Fi for doing work, comfy seats and peaceful surroundings. I had my coffee here every day while I was visiting. Try the London fog with a shot of espresso, thank me later😊🫰🏾

Upon arrival, I note that it's a SMALL location with no in-house seating, but you can sit outside and listen to(and smell) the passing cars and sometimes a parrot flying past. This is a turn off to me.
PROS:
i)Decent coffee(this is my first time here and I rate each location on a cup of cappuccino).
ii)Cold sandwiches are available to go. Hot bagels are on order but there's a 30-minute wait time. 😳😳😳
iii)Parking is available as they're housed at the NIB building.
iv)A plus for those working or living on the eastern side of the QP Savannah.
v)I love the coffee covers, the heart stopper WIN, lol. Maybe that's the cause of the price point. 🤷🏽♂️
CONS:
i) Outside of those living or working close by, it's quite remote.
ii)Nothing but coffee/teas and some light eats.
iii)No inside seating and don't try to sit outside, unless you like to lime close to the roadway, which is usually has heavy traffic.
iv) The surrounding merchandise is certainly a turn-off, makes me feel I'm in a parlour.
v) Price point is high, Cappa $27.

Interesting menu! I loved the tea I bought. The place was clean, bright and inviting. The barista was very helpful to a newbie like me. She offered suggestions and answered my questions with patience. The tea had this cute cover on it but this cover would prevent spills so I thought it was an awesome idea. This is a definite re-visit! Loved it!

I enjoyed the food well enough but it's not something that I would leave my house for every day. I also liked the atmosphere and decor of the space. So, this review goes to show that extremely helpful and friendly staff can improve the taste of food.
I have 0 issues with businesses charging premium pricing .. but your customer service cant be poor and portion sizes can’t be equivalent to a tasting menu.
We were excited to visit here but it was an epic failure. Prices were inflated for the quality of service and actual food. The kids fried chicken bites - 2 for $139 and it’s given in a paper bag 1/4 filled?
I can go on and on about how the toddler seat was disgusting but .. basically I won’t be going back.
Paz is a contemporary cafe with a very good variety of menu items and quite an elegant ambience. I found the portion size to be a bit smaller than expected for the price, but it's not uncommon for the contemporary style cafes, especially in the north. Great option for meeting up with a friend or colleague, but probably a bit pricey for large groups. Quality of food was generally good.
I lived the food. It was tasty. The outdoor patio was quiet and peaceful in the middle of a busy neighbourhood called Woodbrook. The only disappointment was the coffee.
I had a salmon bagel which was ok, my son had waffles but they were acceptable and I would be exaggerating. I look for international food and still have trouble when converting to my currency. All our breakfast was about $45 US. In my country for the same price I can get way more in a better category restaurant.
My wife and I frequent Starbucks but we decided to take a chance on PAZ and had a positive experience.
The staff were quite friendly and the order to pick up process was seamless with their buzzers.
the nitro cold brew was on point and I definitely recommend. The vanilla honey oat cold brew was a bit sweet.
I had the breakfast sandwich which was decent - the bit of tomato and their spread elevated it for sure. My wife had the Korean tacos and found them tasty as well.
Went for coffee, stayed for the breakfast. The sourdough bread and cream cheese pairs excellently with the roasted tomatoes and greens. Eggs were tasty, and bacon and sausages were also well prepared. No complaints.

Well damn. Smiled the moment I tasted my Irish cream boba. Coffee goodness and that boba texture was Soo good. Really appreciated that it didn't have too much ice to annoy me :)

Friendly, reasonably priced and a cute little place! The drinks were so good would definitely come back! I love how simple yet effective their paying system is. They have drinks available for people who aren't familiar with Boba tea and they're extremely nice about asking as soon as you walk in, they even offer recommendations to help you!! Definitely love it
Excellent establishment went out of their way to close at 6:30 just for me to get my drink and with no harsh faces would recommend to anyone !!! Best boba in TnT
Friendly staff, fun menu and lovely ambiance. Both The Upside Down (with bursting bobas) and Nut Scared were rich and flavourful. Dairy free milk is available too.

Great service, exceptional drinks, my daughter and I always feel soo welcome and we love the stickers and pins!! They are kids friendly and we can't wait to go back to play board games. Great parking plus I have my vegan friendly options. #weebfriendly
The first time was excellent 5 stars, all three drinks were perfect, that's why i went back a second time. The second time was horrible,deplorable, and disappointing.The service was terrible. Who cleans tables while guests are at the table while having their deplorable drinks and wipes chairs? I've been to restaurants all over the world and have never seen that done before. One drink was watered down lemonade, the other was pure lemonde the watermelon was missing and the third drink was insanely expensive and not as great as the first time.Half of my drink remained in the blender due to her adding way too much ice, it diluted the drink completely.The male worker that greeted us the first time was very pleasant and informative but we will not be visiting this extablishment again.
The service was pretty good. The drinks were good, however if you are health conscious I don't think these drinks may be for you seeing that alot of it contains a decent amount of sugar. It's cash only, however I wish they would have card also as an option. Might visit back to try another less sweet option.
As a first time visitor to this place, I must say that I'll definitely be visiting again. From the time you enter, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are ready to help you figure out what to drink.
The drink itself was amazing. It took me back to the good old days of when we used to make some of form drinks like these. I'll totally recommend that anyone should visit and give them a try at least once.

They mostly serve roast bake on mornings now and it is very hard and one morning the were serving roast bake and the were hiding to fry bakes away on the side for some. I don't know if it is a favouritism kinda vibe but the roast bake is HARD

Awesome place for a chiller lime with some friends even that 5 min getaway trip from the office go grab a hot cup of coffee sip and chat a bit and get pressing.... Great staff and energy!!!!!!
I love this location but I had to turn down chairs this morning so that I can have my breakfast. That is disappointing😶
