The price is too high for the portion size. All portions are very small. The service was ok, they were kind, but the food was nothing extraordinary.

They have a large pan-Asian menu and manage to reheat and serve whatever you order within minutes. As one might expect, the flavor of the food suffers from this lack of focus and hasty preparation.

Never got to try anything on the promising-looking menu as we were turned away by a very curt and rude hostess because “no booking”. Funny, it was a Monday night, the place was more than half empty, and two French-speakers who arrived just moments before us (also without reservations) were seated. I’m going back to Spain where restaurateurs seem to want my business. 😒

I visited this restaurant several times already because I really like the food here. The dishes have a lot of wonderful flavours from ingredients like ginger and tomato which make the food a bit a-typical for a Chinese restaurant but more tasty. The portions aren't big so feel free to order 2 or 3 different dishes and be positively surprised.

By far. My all-time favorite Asian restaurant. I have come here every year with my growing family for the past decade. The family that runs the restaurant keeps calling me “New York Man” 🤣 although I'm not fond of NY, it always felt good when they did so. The service has been AMAZINGLY fast and consistent throughout the years. The food, too, has been consistently delicious. The decor and vibe are just nostalgic, a classic. We crave the whole experience. Among the many things Biarritz has to share, my wife and I always find ourselves reminiscing this place, the lovely people who run it, and its food. I hope you guys give the restaurant “Umami” a lesson or two in the art of hospitality 😅

Food was good, service very very quick! The waiter, must be the father, stands just to one side of you watching, waiting to pounce as soon as you're finished to take your dishes away. The staff are walking constantly up and down in front of and behind your table. A most unrelaxing way to done. It seems like they want you in and out quickly although there were only 8 people in the entire place! Wouldn't go again

This place is awesome. Really good food well priced. More importantly the guys that run the place do an awesome job and are great humans. It was not good, not flavorful. I came to biarritz to attend an academic conference, and since biarritz doesn't have fast food, almost everyone who landed at the restaurant ate there. Got a take away here and was so surprised by some of the negative reviews I read after. Everything we ordered was all delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food came quickly, was yum, no complaints! Great vegetarian options too!

This was a fantastic sushi experience. From the stunning menu, the lovely atmosphere, the gorgeous presentation all the way to the great service. And the dishes? Sensational! We come from the U.S. and this was the best sushi the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 older teens) ever had. Absolutely genius flavor pairings. And the price was incredibly fair. We ate a ton and didn’t break the bank. We will definitely be back! Merci!

Friendly atmosphere, the staff were very kind. The big bowl seemed to us like a medium size and the salmon which we usually order raw at other poke bowl places was smoked instead. Everything was great though, food was fresh and delicious! :)

We found that some of the makis were not very tasty, there was very little wine in the glasses we ordered and the wine was not served at the table, so in the end you have to trust that they gave you the wine you ordered. We stumbled across this restaurant on UberEats one day and were blown away by the quality of the sushi that we ended up ordering everyday! They then sent us a note in one of the orders and invited us in. We took them up on the offer and… WOW! Just the most incredible staff and sushi restaurant in Biarritz! They were so accommodating for my family (3 small children in tow) and I can’t fault the food one bit…. I could devour the ceviche (all of them), beef chimichurri maki and the chicken all day. The atmosphere in house is great and welcoming too. What a gem!

Great little Thai Restaurant. We went here twice. They speak a bit of English for the foreigners. We really enjoyed the food, brought back memories to our trip to Vietnam/Thailand. Only downside is that it is located next to a intersection.

Sadly really disappointing takeaway. 3 dishes unavailable from a short menu. Chicken starter was very expensive for 4 Thai curry chicken wings…..that were not wings and had no flavour and over cooked. 4 small spring rolls were just ok. Pad Thai was rather tasteless and I was very worried about the 5 translucent prawns, 1 tasted strange so I threw the rest away. The beef Nua Thai tasted good but the veg was over cooked and pre-cooked and the beef was quite chewy. The main dish portions were good. Sadly we left half of our food and threw the remainder away. For 41€ it was expensive for the quality.

Asian fusion with a great vibe, superb drinks and wonderful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at OKO during our recent visit to Biarritz. We stopped by on a Saturday night for drinks and were amazed by the quality and originality of the cocktails crafted by Jezabel (OKO's mixologist). We were so impressed that we decided to return the following evening for dinner and more drinks. The food is a combination of Asian cuisine. We especially liked the Korean BBQ chicken, fried rice and gyoza. Juliette provided us with service in the dining room and she could not have been more friendly and professional. We finished the evening back at the bar where Jezabel amazed us with her unique and delicious cocktails. We especially enjoyed her Mumbai Dirty Chai and Caipirinuts cocktails. I highly recommend OKO if you are in Biarritz.

A real journey of taste and Great experience, new food that you won’t find anywhere else, The use of Very good quality ingredients in both the cocktails and food really make a big difference. I am giving only four stars for one reason, they are selling water at €6 a bottle ( maybe it’s me, but I find this a disgrace ) to not even offer tap water, I personally feel this is the responsibility of any restaurant especially one that is selling high-quality food not a cheap price. Note: our a final bill was €120 which was fine by me because the quality of food is always so great, It’s more of a belief, I don’t think you should charge water at €6. Hydration is key To any good dining experience where you are consuming alcohol and high-quality food.
