This is the BEST ice cream & chocolate shop in town! I love the customer service they provide. Every time I have family from out of town, I make sure this is a stop. I know I will always have the most freshly made products with the highest quality. Every time I go in, everyone is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

THE WORST ice cream cakes and customer service ever! And they certainly lost a customer today. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need a birthday cake. My family and I paid $55 for an ice cream cake and they certainly ripped us off. The worker, Morgan told us the cakes were fresh and would serve 8 people and when we came back to pick it up I was in shock with what she presented us. The “cake” was the size of my palm and was FREEZER BURNT. There were actual ice chips on it!!! (See picture below) SHE TRIED to write happy birthday on it and it looked like a two year old did it. Her and her partner Penny should be completely embarrassed of their products AND customer service after they told us “you haven’t even tried it yet” and would not give us a refund. …The cake looked inedible to say the least. And on top of it, all of their ice cream tubs in their cases were melting!!! We went to publix and got a bigger and beautiful cake for HALF THE PRICE ! I cannot believe how rude these “owners” were to unsatisfied customers and would not even offer to give us a different. They should be ashamed and I will be reaching out to Kilwins directly.

The Grasshopper Ice Cream Cake I got from Kilwins was absolutely decadent; the various layers of rich chocolate and mint and caramel and fudge were delicious! However, I do not think that it was worth $35… All in all, the desserts here are amazing but they come with a huge price tag.

I went to kilwins and was delighted with the service. A young chap named Evan was very patient as I was decided what ice cream flavor to get. His positive attitude honestly made my day. Also the ice cream was delicious as you can see from the picture (I ate it all)!! 😋 he also gave me an application to work at kilwins when I told him I was looking for a job. I definitely recommend going to kilwins for great ice-cream and for Evan. Next time I come im getting the Dubai style chocolate truffles 😋😋😋 and im going to make sure Evan is working when I come

I was really craving ice cream late at night, and shot over to this spot about five minutes before they closed. I know that’s typically not ideal for workers for closing purposes, but Ashley was very nice regardless. She gave me a generous portion of cake batter ice cream and it was delicious! I highly recommend this spot for great ice cream and even greater service! Thank you Ashley.

Took my daughters to the movie theater in Jupiter on Saturday and we decided to get an ice cream. Stopped in at Kilwins. Totally over priced ice cream-- 2 ice creams nearly cost $20. But to add insult to injury, the ice cream my daughter had eaten 2 bites of, dropped on the floor as she was taking it from the counter. The young lady gave us another having seen that we were still IN the store and that it was on the floor. As we thanked her and turned away to leave, she said "that will be $8". We were surprised. We paid anyway--didn't make a fuss. She said, its the store policy. Its a bad one. I could understand if we made it all the way to the car or most of the ice cream was eaten, but neither was the case. I called the store and was told there was no manager to speak to as the manager is on vacation for several weeks. And was told its a 'you break it, you bought it policy". I will go somewhere, where they appreciate a repeat customer and do the right thing rather than what these people did. Great--you got an extra $8, rather than a repeat customer. We won't ever go back.

Morgan and her team were extremely kind and helpful from when we walked in, the Ice Cream was delicious and the chocolate selection was massive!!! Will definitely be returning :)❤️

The donuts are huge, good and expensive. We got them for our houseguests, I went at 7:30am on a Monday and they were mostly sold out of what we wanted, which of course is good for them to be so busy but I’d definitely recommend ordering in advance. Stevie was helpful taking our order and we picked it up a couple days later. It would be nice if they had a few more outdoor chairs to have coffee outside since inside is so small.

Jupiter Donuts has an awesome selection, and every donut I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! The retro vibe of the place makes it such a fun spot to stay and enjoy your treats. The ladies at the counter were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

This place is hands-down my favorite place to go in Jupiter. These donuts are by far the best donuts I have ever tasted they’re massive, soft, fluffy, and there are so many flavors to choose from! And on top of that! They have a grill and you can order some breakfast sandwich options as well! I absolutely love the retro interior and retro logo design and everyone who works at Jupiter donuts is beyond kind, there’s nothing quite like going to a place that gives you that nostalgic feeling and experience that you had as a kid 🍩

I visited Jupiter Donuts and loved it! Their donuts are amazing—chocolate, coconut, raspberry, and more. Every bite was delicious, and they’re some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Definitely worth a visit!

Their donuts will make you never get Dunkin again, and great breakfast sandwiches. This is a place well worth a cheat day. Beware, they make these with so much love they can be too big to fit in the box! Service also amazing, just be ready because early bird gets the donut and they'll sell out quick. About half the rod you Donuts were there when we got there at 11:30. They are very tasty.

Excellent donuts and great variety, over 30 flavors or so, my favorite is the butter crunch. They had great specialty Easter donuts and did preorders. They close when they sell out, get there early, sometimes that’s like 10am. They have 2 or 3 tables inside but it’s more of a takeout place, they have coffee and some breakfast sandwiches. We stop and take donuts to the beach.

Came midday and it seemed like the perfect time! Not too busy and the staff was very nice. The Açaí bowls were made quick and tasted amazing! You can tell they use locally sourced ingredients because the flavor is incomparable to any other 😁

Great local spot that offers tasty açaí bowls. They offer açaí & pitaya bowls, parfaits , frozen yogurt , coffee and boba tea . I enjoyed their Zen bowl (pictured) The bowls and parfaits are made fresh to order . The location is very clean and is always busy. The wait time for your order is not long at all . I have been here multiple times and happy to say I am a forever customer . Give them a try you will enjoy all they have to offer .

The shop is really relaxing environment. There are sections divides in good space! There are several kinds of topping. There are many seats both inside and out side. It is really good for you to hang out with friends or kids! There are many favor of the yogurts, the yogurts also taste great. It is not serve only the ice-cream yogurt in addition it also has the smoothies menu also coffee & tea. This place is close to the beach which you can walk across the street.

UPDATE: every experience I’ve had since then confirms the previous statement. Extremely overpriced for the quality you get, And this time around the entire boba drink was filled with boba! The only good thing I’ve tried so far is the Java Chip Frappe…. But that feels hard to mess up. Summary: Boba was watered down and overpriced for what we received and service was average. Overall mediocre experience and wouldn’t come back. Unfortunate experience… I had heard such good recommendations! I feel like the service is very hit or miss. My mom had been before many times and raves about her experience with one of the employees, and today the service was mediocre and the boba was watered down. I’m sure this is not always the case, but out of 3 teas, 1 was undrinkable. The coconut flavored one was basically water, the Thai tea was extremely watered down, the lavender fields was the same. I am extremely disappointed because again, I had heard such good things beforehand that the experience itself was a let down. I would want to go back and try it again, yet I wouldn’t want to spend the money just for the boba to be subpar.

Great Acai bowls for $9.75! Tried Golden Juicery's Acai bowl next door a couple days ago for $13. Both were great Acai bowls, however for under $10, Elements wins my vote, plus they have more choices and toppings! Good job Elements!

Really nice atmosphere, with glass mosaic tiled counters that mirror the ocean, which is nearby, and the seating includes tables that are made from beautiful varnished drift wood. Very nice vibe. The choices are abundant, with many healthy suggestions on the menu, or you can go my route, and grab a waffle cup and go crazy on the "serve yourself" wall of frozen flavors. Be careful, though! It says .59 cents per ounce, but I was hungry and went nuts. (Well, I could have gotten nuts, but my add ons were boba, crushed graham crackers, fudge and fruit.) This bowl ended up costing $15.50. Ouch. But it was really good. I recommend it. EDIT: Now a regular, I increased my review rating from 4 stars to 5. I go at least once a week and get their awesome Zen bowl, which has frozen acai, peanut butter (or almond, your choice), honey, granola, fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries), and a light sprinkle of coconut. . It is to die for! Also, the employees are very nice and know customers by name and remember your favorite orders. Go there!! Update 3.15.22: I went again, first time in a long time, and had another great experience.

Probably the nicest frozen yogurt spot I have ever been to. This place is super clean which is always nice anywhere you go, so props to them. There are a lot of options when choosing your froyo flavor and toppings. Everything has always tasted so fresh and is definitely one of my go-to sweets spot anytime I am in Jupiter. If you are wondering how they serve you during this Covid time, they are putting the toppings on your froyo when you tell them what you want. A lot of people like this option that way 1,000 ppl aren’t touching the same spoon to scoop out toppings. Definitely a must try in the Jupiter area.

I recently called Nina’s because I had an idea that I wanted to hand deliver a custom chocolate cake to a potential client before a meeting. I called that morning and although it was last minute and not per their normal protocol, they accommodated me! They were able to have the cake ready just a few hours later and it looked amazing. I didn’t get to taste it unfortunately but I have tried their cake at a party before and it was tasty. I appreciate the customer service and the willingness to get the job done for me! Thank you!

We’ve been ordering birthday cakes from Nina’s Fresh Bakery for years, and they never disappoint! Every single cake has been a showstopper—so much so that our guests always ask where we get them from. The team is incredibly talented and always bring our party themes to life. This year, they created the most adorable How to Train Your Dragon cake featuring Toothless, and it was a huge hit with the kids. Not only are the cakes beautiful, but they taste amazing too. Highly recommend Nina’s for any special occasion!

Nina’s created a delicious, beautiful, elegant cake for our wedding day. We can’t thank them enough for the finished product- it was everything we had hoped it would be and our guests loved it. Not only did it look pretty but it tasted good too. Perfect amount of sweetness. Levi was s easy to work with and always available by phone or email if there was a question. Beautiful cake and delicious flavors. My son was very happy with his cake from Nina’s and everybody loved it! Nina’s bakery was able to replicate exactly what I asked for and they were so responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for future events!

I ordered from Nina’s Bakery to surprise a friend with a cake for her birthday. We were bringing the cake to a local restaurant and they were going to plate it for us. I ordered Strawberry Shortcake, because that’s what my friends favorite cake is. I picked up the cake that day, the same day we would be cutting it and eating it. I was extremely extremely disappointed with this cake. We barely ate it and threw the rest out. First of all, it was hard. You can see how hard it is by me balancing our glass on it. Second, for a strawberry shortcake, there was like one strawberry in the whole cake! You can see the very little almost non existent strawberries. The icing job on the cake was poorly done, as there were a lot of air bubbles within the icing, which indicates that the icing was not whipped enough when it was being made. It was also American buttercream, which would not have been my complaint, if there were no other issues present. (Culinary Arts graduate in Baking and Pastry here) Lastly, there are dark spots scattered throughout the sponge as seen in the pictures. Not sure where all of the positive reviews come from, unless it was a very very odd day for them, but I will definitely be ordering elsewhere in the future.

Levi was super friendly and fun, and the cupcake we got tasted amazing! They also have a 24/7 cupcake machine around the side of the building, which I found to be outstandingly convenient and innovative. I highly recommend this place!!

This is the second week I have come here to find the same two girls working. It seems they both lack the knowledge to make the things on the menu. I placed my order and the girl disappeared in the back for about five minutes. Finally the other girl had to tell her to ring me up since she didn't know how to make a turkey blt. Maybe a bit more training is in order for this store. Maybe I'll be back, maybe not.. still waiting for my food as I write this... Ten minutes later.

Worst banana split ever. The strawberries looked three years old and like blood clots. It was super watery. It looked like mop water and tasted like a latrine. I’d need amnesia to ever come here again. The teen beach-loving staff were really nice though which is why i’m giving it a 1 star and not a 0.

This Dairy Queen used to be awesome. Sadly the service this night wasn’t great. I ordered a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry blizzard, these three guys working tonight had no clue how to make it. They mixed chocolate soft serve with strawberries. Yuck-not a blizzard. I don’t work here and know it’s a vanilla soft served the strawberries and the delicious chocolate that turns hard when cold. Even the picture on the menu board illustrates the proper ingredients. So disappointed.

Dairy Queen Jupiter special on Monday night is a 2.99 banana split. So good.

Went to Dairy Queen on Sarurday, Oct 4 2025 for desert. There were young men there, one had hair down to his waist and was flinging g it all around and the other one was flinging cones he made by mistake about 6 feet into the trash (sometimes he missed). Also there was a strange transaction with another young man that took place into the backroom. Overall, there were papers under the counter and the kitchen was a mess. Besides that, the ice cream was great. We will be back. It is hard to find good help these days, but if I had been a health inspector, I would have written the place up....f

First experience was not the best due to payment conflict. I paid by credit card and got the green light and waited for order. An employee says we did not pay however checking credit card it says payment went through 2x. Lead employee was super nice but this has led me to call my bank and create a dispute over ice cream. Be mindful of payment interactions even after it says you paid. Double charges are not fun over something small.

Every time I come to Dairy Queen, it’s always the same 2 or 3 boys trying to handle everything on their own. Yesterday October 4th the store was an absolute mess trash overflowing, tables dirty, one kid had his long hair down and hanging loose while around the food, that’s just gross and unsanitary, and he was just standing around while the other kid scrambled around. They’re clearly doing their best, but it’s obvious they’re overworked and not getting any help.

I went here today for the first time with my daughter on our way home from the beach as this place was recommended to us. We got an Italian icy and Rocky road custard. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was so sweet! Very friendly and so welcoming! What a charming little spot! We will definitely be back! This is a must stop you will not be disappointed! Thank you for the hospitality and yummy ice cream.

I have to shout out this amazing family-owned spot! After a wonderful day at the Chasing A Dream Foundation's Pumpkin Fest, we decided to stop in, and I'm so glad we did. The customer service was top-notch, and the portions are incredibly generous. But the real star was the Mango and Tiger's Blood Icee 🥭🐅🧊. It was the absolute perfect way to cap off a day focused on community. If you're new in town or just a local looking for a new go-to to cool down, look no further. This place is a gem!

Hands down one of the best ice cream spots I’ve ever been to! The flavors are insanely good, super creamy, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and patient while I tried way too many samples (no regrets). Amazing variety and all fresh. Great for after the beach the water ice is so fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back… probably way too often.

Sexist manager and rude girls working. The female restroom was labeled "Swirl Girls" and the men's just said "Boys". That was the initial red flag. Now in the past few dozen times I've passed I have never seen one man working expect for the manager who is a real creep. Some of his employees are under the legal age and the way the dress is awfully inappropriate. I'm sorry if you ever have the displeasure of meeting "Johnny". I was told to wait to eat my ice cream by him until everyone had weighed theirs and found a total price. Which is ridiculous because after my ice cream has been weighed it should be okay to eat. The price of it was already determined. Just all in all a terrible place to go in general. Would much rather have the Kilwins across the street for the same price.

Worst frozen yogurt place I have ever been too. Toppings did not look appetizing, nor were they labeled. Only two options for sauces and from gross plastic squeeze bottles. Frozen yogurt did not have good flavor. It also did not taste very true to flavor. Have to say this was my first and last visit.

Worst service ever! My wife and I walked into Johnny swirls for some gelato to share on our way out of Harborside. We wanted to give this potentially amazing area a chance for the 6-7th time, We weren't acknowledged by the teenage attendant with headphones on starng at his phone, he only looked up when we decided to leave after waiting for service for what we thought was too long. We are Jupiter locals for more than 2 decades, always looking for a great place to go by boat, Harbourside is officially off the list!

Topping were stale. M&Ms turning white. Half the yogurts were liquid out of dispenser. Was charged $12 for my small cup and my 3-year old’s tiny bowl. Girl at counter didn’t know how to ring us up - had to call boss. She was texting through everything. Just when i thought it couldn’t get any worse, we returned inside to use bathroom and she turned music up so loud it was like a nightclub.

Store turned its sign at 9:00 to close, even though the sign says closes at 10:00. The kid working had half the toppings put away. He turned away several people and asked others to leave at 9:15. His friend was waiting for him, filled up a cup and helped him close. It was $25 for three small cups. I wouldn’t go back. Overpriced and not good service.

I hate writing bad reviews but I am actually shocked by what I saw here. Went in yesterday, for my first time, after eating dinner. Was actually craving FroYo. First off, the AC was definitely not working, it was hotter in there than it was outside. It was muggy and gross and had a weird smell. The girl working the counter was not friendly. I proceeded anyways. Got the smallest bit of coconut froyo, went to the fruit section. 1) apples were completely brown 2) raspberries had mold on them 3) all chocolate items were melted 4) the gummies had ANTS on them. I only got sprinkles. I was eating my froyo in the car, when I actually discovered ants in my dish. I paid 4$ for nothing. Will never go back.

I've been to Johnny swirls on numerous occasions and it's hardly a consistent experience. Depending on who is behind the counter, it can either be bad or pleasant. I've gone when multiple machines were out of commission or being cleaned or a/c was out. It is usually clean though and I like the location hence the three stars.

While the ice cream was great, the service experience was absolutely awful. The two servers up front, Paola and Gris, were incredibly disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, sharing snickers and laughs at our expense. Dirty look after dirty look, we were seconds away from walking out from how disrespected and uncomfortable we felt. Once my girlfriend made the order, they passed it around and showed a disgust in their face before ultimately deciding to make it. I do not know where this deep seeded disrespect comes from at all, but I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s a shame, the ice cream is really good.

Terrible experience at this location. I presented the owner a valid coupon and he refused to accept it. He stated he didn't care what the offer was and he was not going to allow me to use it. If that wasn't poor customer service enough he went on to personally insult me. I've never been so embarrassed. I've been a customer for years, not anymore. Stay away from an angry and disrespectful owner store.

I got a birthday cake last week and just wanted to say how worth it it was to get it fresh from Carvel rather than from the grocery store or Walmart. I just grabbed a cake out of the case and the woman behind the counter wrote on it. It didn’t take me any longer than going to the store but the ice cream was really fresh tasting. If you want your occasion to be special I would go with a cake fresh from this location!

We picked up a birthday cake today and it was just lovely! My three year old requested “pink with sprinkles” and Smallcakes made the perfect cake for her! It was beautiful and delicious. Also very notable is their customer service! The gal who took my order over the phone was very sweet and helpful, and we were running late to pick up the cake, and the sweet gal working stayed 5 minutes after close for us to pick up. All around a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Today was my first time visiting this cupcake bakery and I had such a great experience! The shop is adorable and everything looked so delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to Natalie she was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. She made great recommendations and made me feel so welcome. I work in West Palm Beach and everyone I work with lives in so many different locations around Southern Florida and they are always telling me about these little local shops and places they frequently go to. Most of the time I've never heard of these places because I don't live near them, so when someone recommends something to me, I try to go there with an open mind. In this case, I didn't need an open mind, just an open mouth so I can eat cupcakes. I told my girlfriend we were going to checkout a little shop in Jupiter and she had no idea what I was talking about. So when we pulled up she was really excited about trying everything. So we got 6 cupcakes, because when you go to Jupiter for cupcakes you get 6 for the 2 of you ‍. We got a lemon drop, red velvet, chocolate cream, birthday, peanut butter cup, and cookies n cream cupcake. I'm not going to go through each of them, but my personal favorite was definitely Lemon Drop. Mostly because I'm a sucker for anything lemon flavored. I have to say that I was surprised by the little shop and yet how amazing the cupcakes looked. I'll be back for sure to try some flavors that were sold out before we got there. Jupiter not only has a great donut shop, but now it also has a great little cupcake bake shop.

I ordered two 12 packs for my daughter’s birthday. On the website, in the store, 12 packs are packed as a unit of 12 not together in a massive box. My husband picked up so when he got home and I noticed I called and asked if they could repackage as I needed only 12 for my daughter’s school birthday and they refused. I also said 1/2 flipped in transit due to the extremely large box they were put in and was also told they couldn’t do anything to help even after I offered to pay to have them refrosted. She could’ve easily said no we can’t refrost but please come in and we’ll repackage it for you since it was our error. The lack of understanding and empathy is astounding. INFLEXIBLE, UNHELPFUL and downright rude. Lost a customer who has placed many orders, most recently $90 on birthday cupcakes!

Cupcakes were good and moist. Frosting was a little too sweet but overall good flavor. However the lady that was there was very rude. We came 10 minutes before closing time and she was not happy about it. With better service this would be a 4 star review.

With many flavors of ice cream, sherbet, and sorbets, there's a lot of delicious options for dessert at Palm Beach Ice Cream. I had the Oreo ice cream and I thought it was very good. Beyond getting your ice cream in a cup or a cone, you can get it in different ways such as milkshakes or even in ice cream cakes. I'm always happy with my experiences here.

The ice cream is very creamy and has a lot of flavor! Banana foster is my go to, my wife’s is bing cherry! I would definitely suggest testing the flavors before hand to make sure it fits your flavor profile. There is two locations in Jupiter and the ice cream is hand churned. I recommend coming here with the family to give it a try. Much better then carvel or the other generic ice cream shops around the area. Giving 4 stars as the service is ok but each time I’ve been here it’s younger staff that seems bothered to provide customer service. They serve the ice cream to you then walk in the back before your even out the door. Kinda funky vibes every time.

The vegan chocolate sorbet is out of this world. How do they make it so creamy? I’ll be dreaming of it back in NY til next year. My husband had the hazelnut and my mom had chocolate gelato and both loved it and didn't want it to end. Our son had an Oreo gelato cookie sandwich and liked it but didn’t love it. I think the cookies were a little too crunchy for his loose front teeth. Probably just a little kid problem. Highly recommend it here.

Is the best Gelato I try until now. Delicious flavor a texture. The sorbet literally is like you bites a pieces of fruit. The passion fruit and berries mix is awesome. The strachatella was amazing The place look beautiful the calor and decoration is in perfect balance. We love this place any time I'm close to here I come back to this place. If you have close to here take you time and come the Gelato&Co. The experience is miracle. Just a 4 spot in front the store but you can find near a multiply level free parking closer to the store. Always been disappointed by affogatos at some places but this was next level seriously! And the size portion was SOOO worth it! My boyfriend is from Italy and he is obsessed with their espressos and coffees. It taste “authentic”. The interior is adorable as well.

Stopped by Gelato & Co. on Sunday night, and it was the perfect way to end the weekend. The weather was warm with a nice breeze, just right for enjoying some gelato. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Cherish, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and patient, taking the time to go over the different flavors and even offering samples to help me decide. It’s always nice to be met with such great service, and she really made the experience special. I ended up going with the pistachio and mango flavors, and they were both incredible. So smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was really nice too, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to sit and enjoy every bite.

We were craving dessert after dinner and decided to go for ice cream. A quick Google search led us to this spot, and since it was closer than our usual place, we gave it a try. What a pleasant surprise! The shop seems fairly new—clean, inviting, and filled with delicious-looking treats. The service was friendly, and we got to sample a few gelato flavors before ordering. The gelato itself was fantastic, but the biggest surprise? The cappuccino. I usually don’t have much luck with coffee at ice cream shops, but this one was excellent—well-made and beautifully presented. A definite win! We’ll be back for sure.

The place is really nice.. ice cream is good for the average american Joe, but far away from “Italian” Gelato like they claim. The day I visited there was no lemon ice cream available and no chocolate cone available..

Ice cream is horrible and the staff is rude. Wanted to play a round of corn whole with my 8 yeat old son and lady said we couldn't because they were going to have a private event. Although nobody was there. Horrible attitude.

This is what a "two scoop" ice cream looks like in this location. I just paid almost $10 for this? Ridiculous. The guy said that was the measure, but I think their attitude is nonsense. Never coming back and I seriously want my money back as well.

Great place to grab a cone. Not full service ice cream shop so don't expect banana splits and such.

Great ice cream that is perfect after a day out and about in the Florida sun! Very clean location with an amazing ice cream selection, would highly recommend!
