Nature & Parks
Carlin Park is a sprawling 120-acre beachfront recreation area that offers a wide range of activities for visitors. With 3,000 feet of guarded ocean water, it's perfect for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling. The park also features amenities such as playgrounds, tennis courts, an amphitheater hosting live music and events, and the Loggerhead Cafe for delicious meals. Visitors can enjoy biking on the trails or jogging on the path with exercise stations.
This is one of the better beaches that I have been to. Do yourself a favor, and go check this place out. This park has all the amenities that you could want. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and lots of sand! It is worth making the trip, even in November.
Nick B — Google review
Fantastic beach! Beautiful water, not crowded, tons of parking (huge lot that was about 90% empty) at 1:00 on a Monday in June. Reminded me of some of the beach parks in Hawaii! Lots of shells along the water. The sand got pretty hot because it’s got a lot of dark flecks in it but there was a constant breeze, and great waves.
Tara S — Google review
What a beautiful park with free public parking, beach access, picnic tables, grills, restrooms.
Leslie C — Google review
Very nice beach with beautiful water. Shower rinse, bathrooms and picnic table areas at the edge of the beach. Lots of free parking but may have to go across the main Rd. On hot sunny days, flipflops or some type of footwear is a must to cross the sand to the water. The beach sand can get very hot. Not bad next to the water.
Barton C — Google review
Beautiful beach, nice shells, big enough you can easily find a nice space to be in your own world. Walk a few feet down and there are gorgeous rocks to climb and sit on.
Bronwyn L — Google review
We rented the pavilion for our event, everything went so well, clean and organized. We will do it again!!
Gal H — Google review
So beautiful, the seagrape, the warm water, the occasional boat off in the distance, need to wake up early to watch the sunrise here one day
Matthew B — Google review
This beach is one of our favorites in the area. We drive 3 hours away to visit. The beach is never over crowded and the sand is perfect. The walk to the water is not long and there is always plenty of free parking! Great spot to find sea shells! But Beware of Jelly fish certain times in the day. There used to be a snack shop there, but after covid, it shut down. But I saw they will be opening up an oceanfront restaurant soon! Water is usually super clear, too!

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Riverbend Park is a sprawling 680-acre tropical park located in Jupiter, Florida. It offers a glimpse into the area's history, with ancient Indian middens and remnants from the Seminole War Battles. Visitors can explore nearly 10 miles of hiking and biking trails, 7 miles of equestrian trails, and 5 miles of canoeing and kayaking routes along the Loxahatchee River.
Awesome park with a variety of offerings. From grilling and hanging out to walking, biking, equestrian and river activities. We rented a tandem kayak for $60 for 2 hours which extremely reasonable making it a highly recommend activity. For kayaking nothing i better than nice shady mangroves and a good little current. Saw a nice sized gator and many fish and birds. Will definitely be back!
Wesley D — Google review
This is a wonderful area to access the Loxahatchee, one of only two Wild and Scenic Rivers in Florida. Canoe and kayak rentals and launch areas. Lots and lots of nice loop trails marked and available for walking, biking and even areas dedicated to horses! I recommend getting a map at the small visitor center to help find your way. If you enjoy hiking, biking, birding or riding horses along this beautiful area, come enjoy at no cost to enter!
Tom W — Google review
Had a wonderful time kayaking here today! Amazingly beautiful. Would recommend going on one of the guided tours or really know where you’re going, as I was a little unsure here and there. Wonderful, special place!
Amber C — Google review
This is old Florida at its finest. The paths are hard packed sand the nature is abundant. This is my favorite place in Southern Fl. This is a trash free park what ever you bring in you must take with you. They offer e bike and regular bike rentals, kayak rental and tours. You can easily spend the whole day here and you never know what you may see. The bathrooms are clean, and throughout the whole park they have porta pottys that are surprisingly clean and cared for.
MarkM3 — Google review
We had a great time biking through this park! We rode most of the trails, and they were all very well maintained—smooth, clean, and easy to follow. Along the way, we saw a variety of wildlife including birds, deer, and turtles, which made the ride even more enjoyable. The trails were shared by walkers, families, and other cyclists, but it never felt overcrowded. There were several benches to rest, clean picnic areas with grills, and even portalets conveniently located throughout the park. A beautiful and peaceful place to spend the day outdoors!
Brenda K — Google review
Had a great picnic there. There are a few bench’s by the front and several in the back of the park by the canoe launch. I’ve also kayaked here and the river is lovely, there are some spots with clear water you can get out and swim.
Kassidy E — Google review
Beautiful park and well maintained. We rode our E-bikes on trails. I am a beginner rider so it was a challenge for me. My boyfriend is experienced and loves this park. Huge areas to explore. We saw a lot of wildlife including 2 deer.

Jupiter Community Park is a large and well-maintained park that serves as the hub for various team sports events and activities in Jupiter. The expansive complex features fields for baseball, soccer, tennis, and more, along with picnic areas and play spaces for children. Visitors can enjoy long walks around the fields and through nature trails that showcase distinct habitats dominated by pine, saw palmettos, and cypress.
Beautiful park for kids. Shaded areas and a nice variety of equipment for play. Great for babies to about 10yo. Lots of soccer and baseball fields for older kids.
Gail B — Google review
What a great day to visit real Florida in a Jupiter Community Park. While out and about we saw rattlers swimming about…
Beatrice-Boyd P — Google review
The nature trail is very well maintained by the county. I went on an educational walk with one of the Fire crew Harper and his wife. The natural area has 2 distinct habitats: one dominated by pine & saw palmettos and the other of cypress

Viera R — Google review
Very well-maintained soccer and baseball fields. Great place to go on long walks, around the fields and through the nature trails. Plenty of parking throughout the park. It is quite isolated (near Limestone Creek), but that is understandable due to its large area.

Nestled just a block north of the iconic Roger Dean Stadium, Abacoa Community Park is a sprawling 24-acre haven for sports enthusiasts and families alike. This vibrant park boasts an impressive array of facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, hockey rinks, and soccer fields that host local leagues. Jupiter Jubilee was outstanding! Lots of great opportunities for family fun. Our favorite was the canine demo. Thank you!

I work at the university. I am a chef for the MLB players who come for spring training. We come here for spring training - just like the team. My girlfriend dropped me off at work and since we only work in Jupiter for a couple months before heading back to Miami we brought our rv. We plug it in at the state park for a fee. So, my gf drops me off at work. Even though we don't need it, we got permission to park the RV at the back of the lot in the public park during the day. I work from 6am until 1 or 2 pm. So, the community park and lot are empty. My gf has had 4 heart attacks in the last year so, it was our hope the calm, quiet would be good for her. We have parked here 3 times in the whole season. Parking on campus is impossible and the state parks we plug the RV in at are miles away. So, we hoped my gf could heal her heart and read books while she waited for me to get off work. At the park, bothering nobody. *** Well, yesterday when I brought lunch to the RV - my sick gf had the door open because the park sent the police to our rv. It's a public park. We do not commit crimes. We parked. At the park. We were told we aren't welcome there. We aren't allowed "to live in the park" and we were trespassed off public property. If you like harassment or want to call an ambulance for another heart attack - this place is great. If you'd like to be singled out and told you're not welcome to use the public parks like everyone else - this is the place. You may leave being told you're the only people not allowed in the public park. Have a great baseball season everyone.
Ethan H — Google review
What a great public park that is so restricted that it might as well be private. Every time I have tried to use this field I have been confronted by a ranger with an arbitrary rule. You can't play any sport the field is not designed for, even the most delicate game of wiffle ball. You can't set up cones or temporary markers because that implies organized activities. You can't have more than X amount of people playing at the same time, which has been a different number each incident, so good luck getting friends together. Just have a sign that says "KEEP OFF GRASS" to save the trouble of running everyone off
Bobby B — Google review
Safe environment and free tennis, racquetball, basketball courts, soccer, football, lacrosse fields. Skatepark $5/day.
Hunter K — Google review
YAHOO! I found another pickleball court that built in a hockey rink. ONE NOTE: Guys - PLEASE INCLUDE THE NEW PLAYERS INTO YOUR ROTATION. If they needs a 4th player, someone please step in. YOU ARE NOT IN A PPA or UPA tour. Have fun!
Gin Z — Google review
I was with my daughter practicing soccer, she had her cleats on and the city employee told us we could not play on the soccer field with cleats or cones. It is a soccer field and a child. I guess they prefer the kids at home on a phone or TV.
Felix S — Google review
Good playground here for kids five and younger, though it's starting to show its age. Skate park is always popular along with roller hockey, basketball, and soccer facilities.
Brian K — Google review
Four outdoor raquetball courts that are pretty well maintained. Also has soccer fields that some Community Leagues play on. Plus basketball courts, a skate park and a hockey rink. Overall this is a great park. It is honestly probably my favorite thing about Jupiter.

Coral Cove Park in Tequesta, Florida is a serene 15-acre park offering a quieter beach experience with limestone formations and coral reefs just offshore. The park provides ample opportunities for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Visitors can explore the water-carved rock formations and encounter various marine life such as sea turtles, eels, fish, and sharks.
This Park is a picturesque coastal gem on Jupiter Island in Florida. Known for its stunning unique rock formations which create a dramatic and photogenic shoreline. Coral Cove Park offers a tranquil escape for beachgoers seeking to experience Florida's diverse coastal landscapes. These ancient coral formations are shaped by thousands of years of erosion and tides. The clear blue water make it an ideal location for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Just offshore, the vibrant reefs host a diverse array of marine species, making underwater exploration a highlight of any visit. The park also offers scenic walking trails, children’s playground, restrooms, and picnic areas with grills. Enjoy!
Liz D — Google review
Beautiful beach to walk during the mornings and evenings. Entrance is a bit steep, but worth it. Beach is always filled with tons of seashells. Rock formations sit all throughout the beach making for some really cool photos and walking. Great beach we love coming back to!
Daniel S — Google review
Nice little beach area with a park nearby. The beach had a downward dune that lead to the waters and a bunch of coral. It was a nice sight and beyond the coral you can bathe in the cool waters.
TravelingCid — Google review
Beautiful beach! During the current season right now, the rocks are just poking out and honestly they kinda hurt to step on ofc. But that’s just Mother Nature for you:) Has a bathroom and outdoor rinse off also.
Mikeisha — Google review
The lifeguards are really friendly and some of the visitors are cranky, but the locals are willing to share. By locals, I mean the sharks and largest schools of bait fish I’ve ever seen. The Lifeguard’s will rescue you if you get in trouble thanks to Palm Beach County for supplying them with our tax dollar. This is a happy beach, so bring that attitude with it and rock your beach and pack it out with ya the trash to leave it natural for the sandpipers to nest🤨😎🇺🇸
Christine M — Google review
Nice and quiet beach. Low crowds on the day we visited. Plenty of parking, along with changing facilities and outdoor shower on site. Clean area and friendly people.

Incredible park!! Beautiful rock formations along the coast. Such an interesting place, snorkeling was fun, saw a manatee, tons of shells! The beach has darker, coarse sand. We love this beach!

This is diffidently a 5 star park . Dog friendly, beautiful scenery, easy parking. And patrolling by law enforcement is around on a constant basis . It’s easily accessible, And right next to Jupiter dog beach. We have up parking at Juno Pier to come 1 mile north to this beautiful shaded lot , Helping keep your car cool. Very clean restrooms . And just a very short walk to the beach. Publix and many fine restaurants just a short walk across the highway. Beach access is great. Truly one of palm beach gardens many beautiful places to visit . I highly recommend this place. I believe there are playgrounds . And many covered picnic areas

Family Beach Weekend was great at Ocean Cay Beach Pack. The water was a beautiful blue, but seaweed rested on shoreline. The sand was roasting.. Picnic areas/ pavillons were across the street. The grounds were well maintained. We had a wonderful time and will visit area again.

I visited Ocean Cay Park last weekend and was incredibly impressed by the beauty and maintenance of this park. Walking among the well-kept paths and greenery was a true delight. I especially appreciated the children's playgrounds, which are safe and suitable for kids of all ages. The atmosphere in the park is perfect for anyone looking for tranquility or wishing to spend active time outdoors. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ocean Cay Park to anyone who values nature and wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours.

Great place sportsman and family friendly plenty of parking
William M — Google review
I will tell you about this place: -free parking (you can find around 3 places) - Nice beach if you have a dog and you want to bring it to the beach - it is not a beach for kids. It a lots of dogs walking and running and the waves are very big in this beach. - Nice beach for watersports - it's a dog beach so you need to be prepared for that. - No restaurant or bars close to the beach. It's nice place if you have a dog. I don't have a dog so I really don't like a lot this beach. I prefer Riviera beach because you have store, bar and restaurant in the parking area so you can go to the beach enjoy and later go to the bar area and drink or eat. EVERYTHING depends about preferences. You can check my local guide profile and see how is Riviera beach
Mary L — Google review
Can't speak for the park itself but as usual, the beach across the street is beautiful
Richard L — Google review
Beautiful park and the beach is not too far. They have volleyball nets and various pavilions with tables and grills. On the beach, you can see Juno Beach pier. It’s a walkable distance. And, there are restrooms and water showers to rinse off after.

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, operated by the Loxahatchee River Historical Society, is a historic site that offers guided tours of an 1860 lighthouse and a small museum at its base. The area's rich history, including Spanish expeditions and shipwrecks, is showcased in the museum's galleries. Visitors can also explore outdoor structures such as a pioneer home.
Cool lighthouse that is still actively in use and whose history dates back to the 1800s. The staff here (mostly retiree volunteers) is very engaging, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. It’s quite a hike getting up the lighthouse, but once on top, it has an amazing view. The staff gave us a detailed history overview briefing while we were at the top of the lighthouse. Cost to enter is very reasonable. What’s also unique about the sight is the ginormous Banyan tree at the base of the lighthouse. It’s a one of a kind tree that is a non-native tree of the region. People who are claustrophobic may not want to attempt the lighthouse staircase climb as it’s a narrow and very steep staircase. Also, I noticed when standing at the top of the lighthouse, you can feel the structure swaying in the wind (it’s a gentle sway), but it did make me a little nervous whenever you feel it 😬
Matthew W — Google review
Perfect day beautiful place. You even get exercise. Climbing the stairs to the lighthouse. There's walking paths and the views worth it. There's a nice breeze at the top of of the lighthouse, the gift shop sells handmade local items and there's lots of waterfront restaurants nearby, including a really good ice cream shop with espresso across the water.
VEF — Google review
Mother in Law suggested we visited the Lighthouse on our way up to the PSL. Very sweet sweet group of people working there!! Shout out to Mr. Frank he was such a sweetie! Beautiful history behind the Lighthouse, everyone is very knowledgeable, I absolutely recommend stopping by, the price of entrance is nothing compared to the amazing view!! 10/10 experience!
Ren P — Google review
The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum is truly a cultural treasure. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by breathtaking views of the water and lush vegetation that create a peaceful and awe-inspiring atmosphere. The natural beauty of the area alone is worth the visit, but the history tucked within these grounds is what makes it unforgettable. Climbing the lighthouse offers panoramic views that are absolutely stunning—you can see the coastline stretch for miles, and it gives you a real sense of Florida’s rich maritime heritage. The museum itself is full of stories that connect the past to the present, from the Native American tribes who once lived here to the lighthouse keepers who maintained the beacon. This place is more than just a landmark—it’s a living piece of history and an experience that leaves you with a deep appreciation for the culture, nature, and legacy of the area. A must-visit if you’re anywhere near Jupiter!
William D — Google review
It was totally worth it the visit. Staff is incredibly kind, and they will give you all kinds of tips to better enjoy the visit. The entrance price was $15/person, and you have access to several indoor exhibitions, outdoors areas, and the climbing to the lighthouse with stunning views!
Sandra L — Google review
One of the better lighthouse attractions in the state. Enjoyed walking the grounds, and exploring the inside of a piece of history. Extremely nice staff, and worth the price of admission.
Derek S — Google review
Stopped by on pleasant Saturday evening. We were exploring and wanted to walk or sit beside the water. There was no seating or trails. We couldn't walk to base of lighthouse. Construction materials fencing, disappointing.
Lori G — Google review
This light house is one of the oldest and still functioning light houses and the history runs deep! They keep the grounds very nice and clean and the staff is so pleasant and knowledgeable. The native Americans have done so much wonderful things that we have used some of their culture and still call on them for more tiki style covers. We will be back to visit !!! Don’t forget to look for the Banyan trees they are phenomenal and full of history and age lol military discounts available too!!

My favorite beach hands down. Love going here to clear my head, listen to music, or watch the pretty boats go by. The vibe is laidback and the park is usually not too busy (I go around sunrise). Worth the 30 minute drive every time.

Jupiter Beach Park is absolutely stunning and a must-visit for beach lovers! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by breathtaking views, soft sand, and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. The water is usually crystal clear, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or just floating and relaxing. One of the best things about Jupiter Beach Park is how spacious it is. There’s plenty of room to spread out, and it never feels too crowded. The park has great amenities too — outdoor showers, picnic areas, and even grills if you’re planning to stay for the day. It’s also a favorite for surfers and families alike. We loved watching the boats go by from the nearby inlet and even spotted a few manatees during our visit! There is also a fishing spot. Whether you’re looking to catch some sun, take a peaceful walk, or enjoy a day by the ocean with family or friends, or fishing Jupiter Beach Park never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Awesome swim area! Plenty of parking and sandy areas to lounge. The water is not too deep, will drop off a bit at the inlet area though. You will experience a bit of a current. Bring your snorkel gear and enjoy!

Blowing Rocks Preserve is a stunning beach preserve located about 30 minutes from West Palm Beach on the southeastern coast of Florida. It is renowned for being a prime spot to observe green, leatherback, and loggerhead sea turtles in their natural habitat. The preserve's name comes from the 'blowing rocks,' where rough waves force water through limestone, creating geyser-like eruptions reaching up to 50 feet high.
Blowing Rocks Preserve in Jupiter, FL is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we stepped onto the beach, the sound of the waves crashing against the limestone formations was absolutely mesmerizing—powerful, calming, and unforgettable. The sand is some of the softest I’ve ever felt, almost like walking on flour. It adds to the peaceful, untouched vibe of the entire preserve. There’s a convenient wash station on the way back toward the parking area, which made cleaning up easy. Bathrooms are available at the exhibit facility near the parking lot, which is a short walk and well-maintained. Parking can be a little tight near the entrance, but there’s plenty of space if you park a bit down the street. Well worth the short walk for this kind of experience. Whether you’re here for the views, the sounds, or just to relax, this place is definitely a must-visit.

No reservations required, but two first come first serve parking lots. They ask for a donation to keep the preserve kept. Went on a weekday morning around 1000 and had no issues! Beach was quiet, and then started filling up with kids and families. High tide was this morning, so the water was going out, and was calm. Perfect for snorkeling! Saw at least 6 different types of fish, one was about 36”-40” long! Definitely want to come back here.

Nice little spot we randomly found on our map as we were driving towards Dubois Park. There are a few nature walks that you'll see lots of tiny crabs scattered about. The mangrove tunnel walk along the beach is also very cool. We were there at low tide so we didn't see the blowing rocks effect so if that's what you're interested in, I'd say to check out the tide schedule before you go and go at high tide. The stop was still worth it for a stroll along the beach and the tunnel area. It was a red flag day so there weren't people in the water, just sitting on the beach or walking along it. It wasn't very crowded either and there was plenty of parking available. I'd recommend this stop as you peruse through the area.
Rebekah — Google review
Such a unique place for Florida. Parking was a bit confusing at first, as we thought there was only one lot with a single row. Just before that lot there is a turn-in to park at the education center which has much more space. Definitely check out the education center! It talks about preservation efforts of local coral reefs, sea turtles, etc. Attached to it are boardwalks that are good for birding. Parking lot gravel has little fossil shells in it, but be sure not to block traffic if you choose to take a look! Also by the education center is a native plant garden, and if you walk a ways you can see a little nursery, too. The rocks themselves, oh my goodness! We went at low tide to see the tide pools. You can walk along the cliffs and look for shells, but be careful not to go too far into the water as it is a serious tripping hazard on that limestone. Lots of cracks and crevices to explore! Very worth the stop.
Cal O — Google review
Beautiful! However, please note the following. The sand is EXTREMELY HOT! Use tennis shoes. It is also very soft and your feet sinks deep into it, so it is not easy to walk for those who are on the plus size, like myself, 258 lbs. Otherwise, I loved the scenery. The day I went, it was high tide and choppy, so be careful if you decide to swim because there were a lot of shells and it was hard to walk in and out of the water. I suggest you use water shoes.
MB — Google review
Our absolute favorite place to visit on Jupiter Island. It is worth noting that you want to be careful walking around. And never turn your back to the ocean. Waves here can quickly crash over the rocks leaving you soaked from head to toe. The sand will also give you a workout. Parking is at an extreme premium, get there early and you should be fine, but if there are none of the very few spots left, head south to Coral Cove and try your luck there.
Kāwika K — Google review
We enjoyed our visit. Short boardwalk walk through some woods, with information plaques along the way. There is a butterfly garden although there wasn’t many butterflies when we were there last week. It’s free, there is a small indoor portion with lots of info and pictures and some other displays. The rocks are across the street. They are beautiful. This is a short visit. It’s not anything spectacular but we found it a nice place to visit full of beauty and information.
Shari M — Google review
Phenomenal place to get out and experience the beauty of Mother Nature. Parking is limited so try and get there early. They ask for a donation for entrance but it’s not required. Great shaded trails, bathrooms and showers to wash off all the sand. The beach itself is gorgeous! I went high tide to see the waves crash on the rocks. Dramatic effect!

Great place and a very nice beach area and a big free car park opposite. There is a small fee to get into the pier and there is a lovely shop with coffee, ice cream and other souvenirs there where you buy your tickets from. It was manned by a lovely friendly lady when we went and she even put on a fresh pot of coffee for us. There's a lot of fishing activities on the pier.

🌊 Juno Beach Pier: Where Waves, Wonder, and Wild Energy Collide 🏖️ A Coastal Playground for Families Juno Beach Pier isn’t just a scenic fishing spot—it’s a launchpad for unforgettable family adventures. With rolling Atlantic waves and a wide, sandy stretch of beach, it’s the perfect place for kids to dive into body surfing while grown-ups soak in the sea breeze or reel in a catch from the pier. 🌀 Body Surfing Action • Wave-Ready Waters: The surf near the pier offers just the right mix of power and play—enough momentum for kids to ride the waves, but not so rough that it feels risky. • Energetic Shoreline: The beach has a firm, gritty texture that holds up well for sandcastles, sprinting starts, and dramatic wipeouts. • Safety & Space: Lifeguards are usually on duty nearby, and the beach is wide enough to give families room to spread out without feeling crowded. 🎣 Pier Highlights • Fishing Fun: Rent gear, grab bait, and try your luck with snapper, pompano, or even the occasional barracuda. • Wildlife Moments: Watch for dolphins slicing through the surf or sea turtles bobbing near the pilings. • Snack & Chill: Refuel at the pier’s snack bar or head to local favorites like Hurricane Café or Matty’s Gelato Factory. 🏄‍♂️ Nearby Adventures • Surf Lessons: Loggerhead Park offers surf camps and lessons for kids who want to level up their skills. • Marine Life Magic: The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a short walk away—perfect for curious minds and turtle lovers. 🌅 When to Go • Morning: Crisp air, clean waves, and fewer people make it ideal for body surfing and beach games. • Sunset: Let the kids catch the last waves while you soak in the golden glow from the pier.

What sets Juno Beach apart is its uncrowded and unspoiled shoreline. The beaches here are wide, clean, and relaxed — a stark contrast to the more commercialized spots further south. No high-rise hotels crowd the view; instead, you’ll find sea oats, sand dunes, and a shoreline that feels genuinely connected to nature. It’s the kind of place where you can walk for miles, watch pelicans dive, and lose track of time under the Florida sun.

Journey begins at the museum, where a collection of exhibits unraveled the rich history of the area. Artifacts displays the lives of the Native American tribes, early settlers, and military personnel who shaped Jupiter's past. So as we came out to Jupiter Florida for Father’s Day weekend we had to make the stop to see the light house! It’s not free but well worth the price, General admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and veterans, and $6 for children aged 6-18. Children 5 and under are free, as are lighthouse members and active-duty US military with ID, There is so much to do especially if your interested in history, also the light house had about 105 steps to climb to reach the top, don’t worry there are half way points where you can stop and rest for a breather! My 2 little ones that are 11 & 8 didn’t end up making it to the top they did get scared of the stairs and the height! But the rest of the older ones did and they said it was so worth it, there are also restrooms close by to the light house I feel like this is a good key factor to know due to walking up those stairs you might wanna just take that stop before trying to start the stair climbing, there are so many amazing spots for pictures, there is also a gift shop and on the side of the gift shop don’t forget to stop by the museum! Bring a swim suit there is a spot where you can swim in the nice amazing clear water, while watching the boats go by! It’s so relaxing! We really enjoyed the tour of the light house! Just heads up there is no playground here also no dogs allowed! Heads up for dog owners!

This was a great experience, only thing check the weather before you go. (Can’t go up if there’s lightning). But over all what amazing views, design, architecture and history. Definitely a must see place for all ages unless you’re scare of heights 😂. Cost is very affordable per person like $12. And veterans get a deal.

We had a great time visiting this landmark. We learned a lot and the view from the top is gorgeous. There are 149 steps, so it’s a nice little workout, and it was a warm day, but once we reached the top the breeze was awesome! The person at the top was full of historical information about the lighthouse. Worth the visit.
Shari M — Google review
There is construction going on the bridge so most employees are parking their cars there. The grass was amazing it's like a carpet. The field looked awesome. My grandson just wanted to run on it . Small play area not much there but a quick stop was good. Didn't go to the light house will go back for that.

Really good! Pet friendly-ish. You can sit outside but your pet will be fairly far from you, no pets under the awning. If you're cool with that, then go here because the food is amazing! One of the best salads I've ever had!

Really awesome breakfast place! The cafe is found inside of Carlin park. Pricey, but very large portions. I ordered the Benedict Arnold, and my friend ordered the regular breakfast. Both come with your choice of juice. The hashbrowns are amazing! The Benedict Arnold comes with a cheese sauce topping, so if you are not a fan of cheese, you probably wouldn't like it. I thought it was very good! I also ordered a coffee, and it was surprisingly very tasty. I will definitely be coming back for the gorgeous views and extremely friendly service! :)

WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Been meaning to come to this place for a while and finally got the opportunity to do so today. A nice little cafe right along one of my favorite beaches to go to. The food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was 10/10 and the taste was 10/10 as well. The hash browns were unlike any I have ever gotten at any other breakfast spot. The omelette was super thick and made with fresh ingredients. Plus, the bread was sliced into super thick slices. You will definitely leave with a full stomach. They also serve their egg meals with orange juice which is pretty cool. Overall, an awesome breakfast spot to hit up before your day at the beach.

Great food and a lot of it. Had the Italian omlette which comes with a small fresh juice, bread, and hash browns. Omlette had to be at least 4 eggs. Great fast service. Right off the beach. You can see the ocean and the sand thru some trees and brush. If it weren't raining was going to walk out onto the beach after breakfast as there is a beach entry right by the outdoor patio.

Lazy Loggerhead Cafe looks like a great place to grab a bight to eat. Visitors can observe these endangered reptiles at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, which also serves as a sea turtle hospital and educational facility.
Juno Beach 🏖️ Park is an excellent beach! Plenty of parking, outdoor showers, fishing pier. The water is a beautiful light blue, with thousands of shells 🐚 floating to shore. We love Juno beach. We have visited this place many times and always enjoyed. You can find different types of shells on this beach. And if you have the chance to visit after one storm the water will be very calm and warm and the sun will show after. Juno Beach by Juno Pier is an absolute gem! The beach is wide, clean, and never feels overly crowded, which makes it perfect for a peaceful morning walk or a relaxing family day. The water is crystal clear with beautiful shades of blue, and the waves are just right for swimming or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. The Juno Pier adds a unique charm—you can stroll along it, watch locals fishing, or just take in the panoramic views of the Atlantic. Sunrises here are breathtaking and worth waking up early for. Parking is convenient compared to other South Florida beaches, and the area feels very safe and welcoming. It’s a great spot whether you’re looking to picnic, surf, fish, or just unwind by the shore. One of the best beaches in Palm Beach County, hands down! 🌊☀️
Tooba.005 S — Google review
I love this beach! It’s not too crowded, and the parking is free. Kudos to the city of Juno Beach for not charging for parking at the beach, unlike many towns to the south starting from West Palm Beach. They are so greedy that you can't even take a short walk on the beach without paying. Lake Worth Beach is the worst; they charge $3 per hour and require a minimum payment of two hours. In My opinion, the cities that decide to charge for parking on the beach should allow free parking for the first two hours so people can come and unwind from their daily stresses.

One of the calmest and charming places, good spot for sunset. If you walk all the part Y will meet a variety of wildlife - osprey, raccoon, gopher tortoises, rabbits 🤩
Anna M — Google review
Always nice to see land preserved, but...not my favorite area to hike...."3.5 stars"....except for the short paved area...you will, as the name implies, be trudging through deep sand (not my idea of enjoyable). The white sand can be visually beautiful, but half the property is also is earshot and eyesight of Route 1/apartment building etc...
Brian C — Google review
Went on Sunday morning (November 24). The weather was amazing, no bugs, very few hikers in the area. I did the west loop with a couple of extensions/side trails - if you go to the pond there’s an observation tower and a quiet and serene boat dock, where you can spot some raccoons. The sand made walking a bit more challenging, which was nice!

This is such a great spot for watching sunsets! You can get great photos of wide open sky, with no powerlines in the way of your shot. Additionally, the walk all the way to the intercoastal is enjoyable in the mornings or on cloudy days. It can be a pretty brutal hike in the middle of summer.

Indian Creek Park is a community space that offers both adult fitness equipment and a kids' playground crafted from recycled materials. Over the past two decades, the park has undergone significant changes, yet it remains a stunning and enjoyable place for children. The activity of feeding birds and squirrels never loses its charm, while strolling along the pathway towards the bridge leading to a small island provides delightful entertainment.
The old wooden "Imagination Station" has a new look!

Absolutely beautiful, great place for kids to play or have a picnic. The only reason I did not give the full 5 stars is because there is no bathrooms available. But other than that, it's a very clean and relaxing park.
Kristina O — Google review
Nice walking path and a few weight exercise machines… currently the playground is under construction but it’s alway been a nice place. Even better once the playground is finished. Basketball @ volleyball courts are open as well.
Robert J — Google review
First time going to this park with my 4 and 2 yr old and they both loved it!! They had many things to explore and discover, many of which they still required some assistance with, particularly my 2 yr old. The initial steps to get up and into the play areas are quite high for the 2 yr old, but once he was up, there were a lot of things to do and explore. A great variety of activities available here really help develop kids motor skills. The park is shaded and offers relief from the heat. Outside of the fenced in park there is a gazebo with 2 picnic tables, 2 volleyball courts, work out equipment, and I believe a nature trail. Plenty of parking available. Watch for fire ants.

The new playground at this park is amazing with lots of activities for the kids. It would be very helpful if there was a restroom nearby.

A very nice park in Jupiter, Florida. It has a nice playground for kids to use, and a section of exercise machines for older individuals. In addition, it's got great views and a very pretty lake. There's covered seating available for picnics and such, though it seems to be a resting place for all the birds too! It also contains one of Jupiter's Little Free Libraries. Very enjoyable park!
Lauren C — Google review
Very clean park. Large too, it has a basketball court, a skate park, a gazebo, an under 5 playground and an older kids playground. The bathroom was clean. My kids all had a blast and my wife and I were able to hang out in the shade.
Chad R — Google review
This is my childhood park. Even though the park has dramatically changed over the past 20 years, it's still as beautiful and a lot of fun for my kids. Feeding the birds and squirrels never gets old. The trail to the bridge that leads to the little island is such a fun walk. Keep an eye out for otters (early in the morning in spring), box turtles, softshell turtles, ibises and many other wildlife. The playground itself does get a bit hot midday due to lack of shade, but is perfect in the morning or late afternoon. The mini library is clear of critters and full of books. Be advised there are no bathrooms or water fountains

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Cypress Creek Natural Area, located in Jupiter, spans over 2,000 acres and offers a diverse range of ecosystems including mesic flatwoods, wet prairie, and blackwater streams. The area is home to over 500 species of plants and 217 species of animals. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding while taking in the natural beauty from observation platforms. The park also features pavilions and historical trails for an enriching experience.
Cypress Creek is a hidden gem for nature enthusiasts like myself. It offers serene walking trails where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. During my visit, I stumbled upon an owl nest and spotted an osprey, which was a truly magical experience. The ability to bike and fish adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the visit. My advice to fellow visitors is to always be kind to nature and respect its inhabitants. While you might not always spot the owls as they often fly away to other areas, the overall experience of encountering wildlife here is truly remarkable.

This is a good place for a walk outside I didn’t explore much because of the heat, but walked a nice loop trail about 2 miles long. We came across an observation tower And a bit further along, a fishing pier. There wasn’t a lot of shade along the first part of the trail, but the last half had a lot more trees to give some cover. There are no restrooms or any other facilities, so go before you get here

This is a must !!! Right past the beloved Riverbend Park this Cypress Creek walk through thrives !!!🪻🌾🍄‍🟫🪾🌴 these areas are historic. North parking lot has a cute old water pump at the entrance(non potable) These trials are large open and airy. The Cypress dome was my favorite part it is breathtaking in there, dried up at this time so being able to walk through is an experience you’re not gonna wanna miss. I can not wait to go back and take more time and get to the platform overlooking the wetlands. This place is so worth it !💎💎💎

Guess what I caught at "Cyprrsd Creek Natural Area South'? It's something you would never guess. I caught a ""Wide Mouth Bass? It's a surprising hidden 💎gem in our on back yard so never get stuck inside again. The beauty is breath taking and spectacular. The water source is "brackish " but it" overflow into the Loxahatchee River blends into fresh water. I was a guest by way of the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center and under Supervision of three Palm Beach County Employees on site who maintains its pristine beauty. They served as both conservationists and knowledgeable guides with the personality that is needed to fit the job description. Your tax payer dollars are at work here. The area is well maintained, with very minimal if any debris noticeable ( there are always litter bugs who forget their mindfulness). They assisted in our experience by providing not only the poles but the shiners we used as bait. First I want to thank the Man above for blessing Pslm Beach County with this Natural Area only His Hands could make and the wide mouth bass I caught for the first time in my adult life with a rod.and reel. It took me back to my childhood and reminded me of parents who took me to places such as this and taught his daughter how to fish. I finally caught something (better late than never!). Thanks also to the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, the trip organizers (a a very special employee) and it's not a myth, " At The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center it's Veterans ALWAYS come first. Thank you God for this pristine, Natural Wonder only the Lord could make.

Solitario el lugar, muchos trail y maleza, excelente para caminar y conocer. No Facilities, no bathroom, no potable water, the parking lot is for 7 car. No pets allowed. Many footprints of deer in the area and other animals. Good for bicycle.

Fun to explore. Hiked in 4 miles (Jusep Trail) to try to get to "Hobo Grove." Saw birds, deer, and tons of cows. The underpasses for the turnpike and interstate were fun photo opportunities. Easy to bike, hike, or by horse.
Heather W — Google review
This trail is just OK if you’re looking for a place to ride a bike. But if you’re looking for a nice nature hike this is not the trail for you. Shortly after the entry it opens up into miles of straight roomy rocky gravel road with zero shade, which is great for bike riders. There are several “foot traffic only” trails marked along the vast expanse of gravel road. However, every trail looks as if it hasn’t had foot traffic in years. All trails are overgrown with weeds and bushes. We tried one of them but turned around when we weren’t able to navigate through the overgrown weeds. There are plenty of other natural areas in the area that maintain their trails if you want a shady nature hike adventure.

Jupiter Civic Center, located at 430 Center Street, is a charming and rustic venue with a rich history dating back to 1924. It offers an affordable option for events and weddings, with great access to the beach. The venue provides a beautiful backdrop for any event and allows for creative decorating. While it may lack air conditioning, it offers amenities such as tables, chairs, ice, and fridges.
I always enjoy decorating at this venue! As a decorator, it is the perfect blank canvas to bring any event vision to life. The beach breeze and view is beautiful too! I love that the tables, chairs, ice & fridges are available for use and you can really get creative here when it comes to design <3

Very unprofessional people handling & taking care of this beautiful place. We received the venue is very poor, unhealthy & filthy conditions on April 7 I mean I’m not exaggerating when I said filthy conditions, food everywhere from the event of the day or night before, shoes, trash, vomiting & nobody clean the restroom and they smell so gross 🤮 Nobody take care & the smell of vomit and urine were everywhere. I called the city to asked them to send someone to help us & one guy come he didn’t make anything & he just left! We have to sweep, mopped the floor & buy clean product to clean everything. That situation was very difficult & disappointing on our wedding day. I understood that is not their fault however it is 100% their responsibility inspect, take care of the place & clean up before to give the keys to the next people waiting to use the place.

Cinquez Park is a delightful haven for dog lovers and their furry companions. This expansive dog park features dedicated areas for both large and small dogs, ensuring that every pup can play safely and freely. With ample water bowls scattered throughout the park, your four-legged friends will stay hydrated while they romp around. The park also offers convenient amenities like covered seating for owners, waste disposal stations stocked with bags, and even a bathroom nearby.
AMAZING dog park. Very large, stocked with dog poop bags, water fountains for the dogs, covered seating for the dog owners, and plenty of places to throw out your garbage. There is a bathroom across from the dog park. Be aware that those no-good northerners don’t pick up their dog’s poop so the place smells foul for two reasons when the snowbirds arrive. The locals are quite nice and most often have very well behaved and friendly dogs. I have been going here almost daily for two years and have seen no more than 4 “fights” and none of them ended up in an injury. 10/10 would highly recommend, but not to the snowbirds!!!
CJ S — Google review
It is a very nice and well-maintained dog part in the center of Jupiter. It would be nice if more of the dog owners that go there were more responsible. It seems. They tend to make it social hour instead of paying attention to their dogs monitoring when they go to the bathroom and how they react with other dogs I have seen many dog fights at this park from irresponsible owners. It is a beautiful dog park to go to. I would suggest taking your dog there on off busy Hours When there are less dogs and less irresponsible owners.
Jeanine K — Google review
Great , clean dog park. Plenty parking for free. Water fountains for dogs only. Poop bags. Shade areas to sit or walk path loops for humans. Hoses to wash or cool off dogs. 3 enclosed sections. Small dog section 25lb and under. (Half of it is currently under construction but still open as of 6/24/2025) Large dog section 25lb and higher Mix section for all dogs. There's also a small scenic nature walk next to the dog park. Humans are good about watching their pets. Only had 1 incident where person couldn't control their dog.
Derrick C — Google review
Fantastic facility A great layout and design for a usable and comfortable dog park. Low rating is for the amount of dog sh!t that is everywhere on the large dog side. For being a bougie dog park, I would have expected the dog owners to be more aware and responsible enough to clean up after their pet. Unfortunately, financial success does not equate to mindfulness and social awareness. Savage is what savage does. Can't wait until Lilac Park reopens.

Place has separate areas for large and small dogs with a sidewalk through circles around the park. They have a water fountain and wash area for your dog. The smaller dog area had many red flags warning of red ants. We were not happy with the amount of red ants in this area and with curious dogs sniffing not s good idea to take your dog there at this time.

It houses the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and offers 900 feet of sandy beach, nature trails, and a coastal hammock. The park hosts educational wildlife programs and Hammock Hikes through the lush tropical trees. Visitors can enjoy the playground, picnic areas, swimming, and fishing on the beach.
Took my kids at the end of Spring Break and it was an experience! Loved seeing the turtles, fish and sharks! Location is really well kept and staff was extremely helpful and professional. It was quite a drive for us but definitely worth it.

This is a great place to take younger kids. I took my older son and he also loved it. There is a café, playground, educational areas throughout and so much to see and learn. Behind it is a beautiful beach with the most perfect shells. There was a wall dedicated to trash shaped like Coral reefs. We saw sharks, turtles that are being rehabilitated, sea horses, it's of fish, and jelly fish. If a school were to take a field trip there are lots of tables to sit and eat their own lunch if needed. They don't charge a fee, but ask for donations. There are videos playing in an area where the sea horses and jelly fish were.

Great center!! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly! Wonderful inside aquariums. Lionfish!!! Sad these beautiful turtles are here but loved seeing them!
Tara B — Google review
Small but interesting sea turtle rescue center. Just enough for about an hour of fun & education. The website has all the relevant info, so I won’t repeat that here. Just FYI when you walk in there is a counter with several donation containers and a couple of greeters (website says free and it technically is). The greeters were tactful and kind and don’t force you to donate in order to enter, but it was unexpected for me, who expected to just walk in. It is for a great cause though, so donate the $10 if you can!

This place has something for everyone bbq got it pavilion got it fishing got that swimming yep take the kids to see the sea turtles and other beach wildlife jelly fish and other fish we really loved this place i didn't think it was gonna be what it is the only challenge was parking this place gets busy get here early or wait to park is the deal period.
Jr T — Google review
I drove 3 hours to get here and it did not disappoint! I don’t want to give away all the surprises, but just know you absolutely must go here . The volunteers are super friendly, they are knowledgeable, and the crowd was small even on the weekend, but remember there is a $10 donation consideration, and since I tap pay everything, right when I went to do it my phone died , so I wasn’t able to donate right away , and they still treated me with stellar love. Of course I had to go back to the car to fast charge my phone bc I had to take pics, lol, but they were all just super. Seeing a sea turtle up close like that, I can’t ever remember seeing one like that anywhere. Not Sea World, or any of the places I’ve been. It’s such an awesome experience. They know your there, they are quirky and funny and majestic. My love for them magnified. Seeing all their colors, shapes, fins, watching them glide in the water, seeing the display in the back of the water tank area (don’t miss it , I almost did) showing how large they are with their shells and skeletons on exhibit was so awe inspiring. They can get taller than me? I never knew. So neat, so fun, and so nice to be around people who love volunteering for such great cause. Cheers to them , and I am excited for you if you’ll be going bc it was worth the drive , and the memories will last a lifetime

Great spot for family fun with mini golf and ice cream! The course is well-kept and creatively designed, making it really enjoyable. The only downside was the service at the ice cream shop/register the girls working there seemed disinterested and not very friendly, which made the experience feel a little less welcoming. With more attentive service, this would easily be a 5-star visit.

We absolutely love it. My son can stay there for hours playing! We been going for almost a year now and always have a very pleasant experience, how ever last time we went there a big girl (she was playing) hit my son. But he’s ok, not sure where her parents were but i was going behind my son i tried to pull him but she still got him. Owner and personal are very very friendly and super professionals, Oh and i forgot to mention the sensory room!! The best !!

I wanted to share my experience with prek prep. I was nervous to enrolling my son. He was born with some health issues and has some developmental delays. Prior to starting at rock the spectrum prek prep I had him part time at another preschool. He had a horrible experience at that school and would cry many mornings before drop off. He was also crying some days at pickup. We are now most of the way through the school year and we have had a great experience at rock the spectrum. My son gets excited when I tell him it’s his rock the spectrum day. He is happy at drop off and pick up. He loves Ms. Tori and the kids in his class. They have also done a great job at offering potty breaks and keeping him on track with potty training. I couldn’t find many reviews of prek prep, so I wanted let other parents know that their children will have fun there while being treated with kindness.

We play out all his energy, have our lunch, and by the time we get in the car, he is in a deep sleep....success!! We come so often, that I got him the unlimited monthly visits....terrific pricing. The staff couldn't be more caring. The owners of this franchise are a great family, really welcoming and will do anything to ensure that we have a great time. We have made lots of friends here and have never had an issue.

I've been bringing my son here for almost 2 yrs now and it is always VERY clean, the staff is super friendly, and they constantly update the toys/gym equipment. I love letting him play somewhere safe with fun music where we can meet other kids his age and stay out of the harsh Florida weather. I recommend this place to everyone. Come check it out, the owners are awesome and it's a great family environment. You won't be disappointed!!

The staff and the location at Jupiter are amazing. Super clean. My niece and nephew want to go every time they are in town, my neighbors and friends all go with their kids. We especially love it when there is a Parents Night Out Event. The staff bends over backwards to make everyone happy. I am sad that sometimes people haggle with them over coupons and discounts. They are a local business with a loving family and deserve our business. Highly recommended.
Greta W — Google review
I cannot completely express how much I am grateful for this place. My son, who is of few words, says "happy" when he is in the parking lot, knowing that he is about to go in and play. It is a safe, clean, welcoming environment. There are so many things for my toddler to do and explore. The other parents are very helpful and kind, as are the staff and owner. We LOVE this place! Also, it's really clean and well cared for. We go maybe 3 or 4 times a week and there are always some new toys and the update to the sensory room is fantastic. We went to another one of the franchises today and it isn't as nice as this one. Thank you for everything you do❣️

Edited to add that the owner chose to dox me instead in an attempt to get me to change my review. That makes me want to rate them even less. Also, edited to add screenshots of the Save Around coupons. It is untrue what the owner said it is stated on the coupon that "one coupon per family is allowed." Ugh. Do better, We Rock the Spectrum. Or at least, don't lie. This review is for its untrustworthiness when it comes to coupons/deals. I would like to think they cared more about their customer base and community rapport but that hasn't been the case on two separate occasions. The first time, I had a buy one get one free coupon from the Save Around coupon book. Pretty straight forward, right? Except they made it difficult with non-existent fine print. I had invited a friend there for a playdate and intended to use the coupon. We were told we would both have to pay full price because the two kids weren't related. When we noted that there was nothing on the coupon that indicated this limitation of the coupon, we were told that that is just their "policy." No written policy was provided. The second time happened this past weekend. This time, someone had gifted me a Groupon for three kids. I have four. I knew I would need to pay for the fourth but since they had already received payment for three siblings, I figured the fourth would be at the sibling rate. They said since there was no way to connect the Groupon with the fourth sibling, I would have to pay full price as if I had just brought one kid. These kinds of interactions really corrode trust in this facility. It seems they want to get as much money out of clients like myself as possible, even when presented with a coupon. As I noted to the employee, if they aren't going to honor coupons as written, they should stop providing them at all because this has left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that, the facility is just okay. I thought it was everything when I first went but a lot of the toys and attractions are starting to show signs of wear and tear and it doesn't look like things are getting replaced. There are better indoor play spaces in the county. Feel free to check out my past reviews. There's another play space in the county that I gave 5 stars to.

I came here from Delray Beach planning to see the lighthouse, but it was closed, so I stopped by this park instead — and I’m so glad I did. It’s a beautiful place with free parking, plenty of space, clean restrooms, barbecue grills, and even playgrounds for kids. You can go fishing, swim in the ocean, or paddle on a SUP board. Such a pleasant park to relax and enjoy the water. I’ll definitely come back again!

Masten Dam is a hidden gem accessible from Riverbend Park, offering various trails for biking, hiking, and kayaking. The Ocean-to-Lake trail and Italian Farms trail can be accessed from the park's main parking lot. Visitors can embark on a scenic bike ride to the dam, encountering wildlife such as deer, gopher tortoises, alligators, and turtles along the way. The low water levels make for an interesting paddle near the dam.
Wonderful place to hang. You can kayak /paddle or hike (4 mile round trip) from Riverbend Park. Soak in the water for hours in the warm summer day. Compost bathroom nearby. Gets crowded on weekends, people bbq and partying.

Lots of gator and turtles. Ate lunch next to an osprey having his (a juicy mullet) launched over the first Damn. Water super low. 2nd damn was at a trickle and had a considerable drop. Not able to kayak over. Moderate challenge on the return for beginning paddlers. Was the lowest I’ve seen it yet made for a fun paddle.

Used to be a fun quiet nature spot to kayak. Now just a bunch of morons blasting their garbage music as loud as possible throwing trash everywhere and wrecking the ecosystem. Not the trails fault but this is terrible what you tourists from out of town have done.
Rebma A — Google review
Definitely worth the bike ride to the Dam. We made a few attempts in the past to reach the dam by bikes, but because of all the rain in the summer months, the trails where just not rideable. Finally, a week without rain and we were able to get on the trails and ride to the dam. Short ride, only about 2 miles in, but a great ride.. Deer and Gopher tortoise where out feeding along the trail. Super quiet ride, no one else was around..

This was easily, the most pleasant surprise, in a very long time. We spent almost 2 hours, swimming. Today, on a very hot (89 actual, 104 feels like) day, the cool water felt great.

The exhibits are designed to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings, creating a picturesque setting for both visitors and wildlife. What a great place to go & see Florida wildlife. Excellent access for walking the path, pushing kids in strollers or taking someone with a walker or wheelchair. Entry by optional donation. They make it easy- goes to a good cause. Great gift store & educational opportunities. Nice clean facilities. Well done on the new build. Thankful they are rehabbing area wildlife & giving locals (and tourists) a nice place to see animals outside a traditional zoo setting.

This place is better than a zoo—and it’s completely FREE! (Donations appreciated) Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is a spacious, peaceful haven where animals are not just on display but actually cared for in environments that mimic their natural habitats. The animals are well-kept, with proper environments and things to play with The sanctuary feels close to nature, with beautiful trails, shaded spots, and thoughtfully designed enclosures. There’s a reptile room with A/C (perfect break from the Florida heat) and an amphitheater with amazing fans, making the educational talks super comfortable and fun. The staff is kind and visible throughout the facility, ready to help and answer questions. Whether you’re local or just visiting Jupiter, this sanctuary is 100% worth your time. Great sanctuary! Family friendly activity to support wildlife. The new facilities are really nice. The tour is about 1 hour. There are also activities and a gift shop. Donations only entry fee makes it not only accessible for all, but shows that it is not-for-animal profit. Had a great time.

This is a very nice, well maintained animal sanctuary. They have different birds, owls, foxes, bobcats, panthers, bears, and more. The caged areas are a good size overall. I've been to some sanctuaries where the panthers' enclosures were only a fraction of the size. Summer is getting hot, and there aren't any fans or misters as you walk around so I'd bring water, a hat, and a portable fan if heat is an issue for you. I would say 1-2 hours is enough time. We were there almost 2 hours but went slow, reading all the exhibits in the welcome center and looking at all the animals and reptiles. I know they also have shows and presentations, so you'd have to check online or call for the schedule. They have a gift shop that also has a few drinks and ice creams/popicles. It's donation only. They have a cash or card option.
Kristen D — Google review
This is an awesome wildlife sanctuary that is definitely worth visiting if you have an hour or so. It's not super large, but if you go at the right time, it's really cool. We went right after it rained (it actually drizzled a little on us here) and about an hour before they closed, and all of the animals were super active! We got to see the panthers running around playing with each other (they were in separate areas but still ran at each other and played), the otters running around and swimming, the owls making noise and eating their dinners, and much more.

DuBois Park in Jupiter, Florida, is a historic site and beachfront park named after pioneer settler Harry DuBois. The park offers a glimpse into the area's past with ancient Indian middens, historic structures, and views of the Loxahatchee River. Visitors can explore the DuBois Pioneer Home and Chickee Chic, a Seminole Indian structure.
Great family park. Slow current, shallow river great for families with small children. The beach is a short walk away with clear, turquoise waters. Lots of pretty seashells for people to pick. We arrived at 9am on a Saturday and there was plenty of parking and picnic tables. We left at 2:30pm and the lot was full. The tide came in by the time we left but the water was still clear and shallow in the river. We had a great time overall!

It's a great place if you have kids as the waters not very deep on the beach side. If you go under the foot bridge, it does deepen enough, maybe 3 feet if the tides out. The waters crystal clear and very calm only get waves if boats go through. I love the historical house you can tour on the property.

Dubois Park in Jupiter is one of the coolest and most relaxing places I’ve been to! The lagoon is absolutely beautiful—calm, crystal-clear water that feels amazing to swim in. It’s perfect for families, especially with little ones, because it’s protected from the waves and super easy to wade through. There’s a great playground area that keeps the kids entertained for hours, and the whole park feels safe and welcoming. What I really appreciated was the thoughtfulness of the layout—picnic tables, shaded areas, and even a wash station so you can rinse off the sand before getting back in the car. From the views of the inlet to the well-kept grassy areas and palm trees swaying in the breeze, the whole park just has that laid-back Florida vibe. Whether you’re grilling out, swimming, exploring the rocks, or just relaxing by the water, Dubois Park has a little something for everyone. I could easily spend the whole day here. A true hidden gem and one of my favorite spots in Jupiter!

We came to this park because of my sister since she had been here before and enjoyed the kayak offered here. We arrived around 10 am and the double kayaks where all rented and we would have to wait maybe over 1 to 2 hours no guarantee. So we decided to try the single kayak. It was so much fun we had a great time in the park. It was very peaceful with just random people that can't enjoy nature sound without music. Only issue I had was the lack of prices for the rentals maybe they where online but there were no signs of pricing. Other than that super clean and very nice park.

First encounter with a rattlesnake 🐍 hopefully my last ever, and it was on a paved path, that's always possible when you're in nature of Florida to come across all of its natural beauty. This place is massive and so much to do here will be returning for more things to try and other paved trails.

I've been here a couple of times now and I really enjoy the trails. The all inter twine so you may find yourself a little bit lost but there are maps available. I was having a bit of an issue with some flies attacking me, not sure if it was a new hair product I used or if my bug spray is no good. My most recent trip ended earlier than planned due to this. If you use a good bug spray, you should be fine. I appreciate that they have restrooms available. I haven't tried the kayaking yet because I've never been kayaking before but it seems like a popular part of the park. There is plenty of parking available. Great place to mindlessly wonder or get in a good workout.

My husband and I rode bicycles throughout the bike trails. The park has an abundance of trees and wildlife. You can rent bikes, canoes or kayaks at the Jupiter Outdoor Center located within the park. The park offers approx. 15 miles of hiking and biking trails mostly canopied, 7 miles of equestrian trails and 5 miles of canoeing/kayaking trails. There're many tiki huts and grills throughout the park. Also, there are maps placed throughout the trails which you will need them to get bearing. (Without maps or GPS, you can get lost, seriously....) When visiting the park, keep the following in mind. * No pet allowed except service animals. * No trash left behind. No trash receptacles. * No amplified sound (i.e. boom box, large speakers, PA system, DJs, bands, etc.) * No bounce houses, water slides or golf carts. If you are a true-nature lover, this park is a must-to-visit!

Limestone Creek Natural Area, situated in Jupiter, Florida, is a precious treasure nestled in the eastern corridor of the Northeast Everglades Natural Area. This remarkable nature preserve boasts a pristine expanse of healthy pine flatwoods that serve as a gateway to 53 acres of protected land amidst Jupiter's bustling residential and commercial development. Within this sanctuary, visitors can wander along a paved trail which winds through the woods and leads to an observation deck and fishing pier overlooking the C-18 canal.
Beautiful natural area... filled with Florida native plants. Great place to go for a run or quick hike.
Alex B — Google review
This is another small but very pleasant walk through, I love these natural areas‼️ and this one near a subdivision still feels remote. Only about 5 parking spots also has a very nice kayak launch. Dark waters from vegetation gives a beautiful coffee amber tone. Many birds 🪶beautiful plants and ferns 🌿🍂🌾with nice pavilions came to a lovely creek. Each part here is unique from scrubby flat woods to mangrove swamps. Just a peaceful pretty walkthrough 💚💎
SaRasta — Google review
Nice small nature walk . Can hear the road traffic the whole time. Has a nice area by the river to sit . Peaceful. Paved and gravel path total approx 3 mile walk.
Phyllis D — Google review
Beautiful park! Lots of trails to explore.

Beautiful birds . Thank the universe for birds and native plants
Spontaneous I — Google review
The walk is actually nice, but what bothered me was seeing all the trash. Did both the north and the south of canal. Sad how people trash the trail. More than a dozen beer cans, a few water and other beverage bottles, etc. Don't know how often maintenance picks up trash along the trails, but the shame is on the people who trash the trail.
Paivi B — Google review
Short paved trail (about a quarter mile each way) to a small gazebo at a mangrove-lined riverfront. Alongside a neighborhood. Lots of road noise.
Nancy K — Google review
Thought there was more hiking. If I brought my pole for fishing would have been peaceful. Near subsidized housing

The Delaware Scrub Natural Area is a 16-acre site that offers various amenities for educational and recreational purposes. It features an informative kiosk and an observation platform, along with nature trails and a designated area for kayaking. The walking area is well-maintained, with a boardwalk and benches provided for visitors to enjoy the serene surroundings. At the far end of the preserve, there is a peaceful waterfront viewing spot that allows glimpses of the beautiful landscape.
Very nice area to walk with boardwalk and benches. Quiet waterfront viewing area at the far end. Small parking lot. Gopher tortoise nesting site. Too bad there is so much road noise.
Nancy K — Google review
It's a great local spot but super small. Lots of gopher tortoises which is awesome.
Julia W — Google review
Beautiful, but a very short walk. Great place to observe the wildlife!
M R — Google review
Concrete trail through pines and palmettos with some sand trails and a nice boardwalk through a small cypress swamp.
Jaydude007 — Google review
So happy I saw this place! I love nature, but living in this part of Florida, there are often more cars than nature. What a little gem
Katie F — Google review
Easy, pleasant stroll on concrete path and boardwalk through sandy scrub and pond cypress swamp to an observation deck at the mangrove lined bank of Jones Creek. This path is user friendly for walkers and wheelchairs. We observed several gopher tortoise burrows and paths, as well as a young tortoise feeding near its burrow. We also saw a large stick insect. Plenty of photographic opportunities for those who appreciate native wildflowers, bushes, and trees. The only drawback is the constant drone from cars on Indiantown Rd, but don't let that deter you from experiencing this precious snapshot of what the entire area once was like.
Blu 2 — Google review
This was a peaceful way to start the new year. The weather was perfect and I had an enjoyable stroll through the 16 acre natural area. The parking lot is small but since I was the only person there it wasn't problem. Jupiter acquired this land in 2005. The preserve is gated to protect the endangered gopher tortoises who reside inside. Most of the preserve is paved before meeting with a 300 foot wooden boardwalk. There is also a sandy trail that goes through the scrub. The trail takes you to an observation platform over Jones Creek which runs off the Loxahatchhe River. You could see wading birds in the mangroves lining the creek bank. Besides the gopher tortoises other animals that have been recorded here are the little blue heron, eastern diamond-backed rattlesnake, wood stork, and bald eagle. Plants that have been found are the common wild pine, giant wild pine, butterfly orchid, and large flowered rosemary. Five acres of invasive plants have been removed. In addition to the scrub ecosystem there are six other ecosystems present including a tidal marsh and mangrove swamp. Delaware Scrub is just one of eight natural areas in close proximity. If you happen to be in the area this is a easy way to get in some fresh air and exercise without too much exertion. It is especially worth paying a visit when the weather is colder as manatees have been spotted in Jones Creek.
Ariel W — Google review
The natural area is well maintained and has a gorgeous breeze on the dock off the river. However I believe this place has more better potential to be a longer hike. Maybe create a path further down the river. Although a short hike it was nice to visit

Dog park
If you're looking for a delightful spot to let your furry friend frolic, look no further than FIND dog park! This charming park offers ample shade and features two separate areas for small and large dogs, ensuring a safe environment for all. Families will appreciate the adjacent playground, making it an ideal outing for both kids and pets. While there are kiddie pools available for some splashing fun, be sure to bring towels as things can get a bit messy!
I was fortunate enough to call Jupiter home, if only for a brief amount of time. When my mind goes back to that beautiful community, I can’t help but to think of all the great people I met at FIND dog park. Everyone was so welcoming to a couple Texans and our dog Buddie. Buddie loved it there. To witness the excitement and burst of energy that overcame such an old dog was priceless. To this day I still often think to myself, that every time Buddie and I go for a drive, that he is hoping we’ll make a stop to see his friends at FIND. I think I miss it just as much as I know he does. If any of you see this, I am sorry I never got to say goodbye before my sudden departure back to the south west. Thank you all for your generosity and please take care! -Gregg & Buddie
Gregg T — Google review
Nice and shady, quiet place to let the old dog run with friends until he falls asleep.
Stuck F — Google review
This is behind a residential community. The locals act like they own the place and make it obvious they have contempt for visitors. They are so entitled that they feel like leash laws don't apply to them. My first bad experience happened as I drove up. Five dogs running around on the road. Mostly dirt. Water from a hose. Oh, and did I mention the locals own the park and don't want you there.
Gabrielle S — Google review
Great dog park the people are very nice friendly. Benches and shade . A big dog park and a small one.
John K — Google review
Place is nice. Nice and shady benches. Water for your dog is furnished. Place where your dog can stretch its legs.
THE C — Google review
Owners bring their aggressive dogs and don’t necessarily leave when their dog is the aggressor. There’s not a whole lot of grass, mostly dirt that kicks up when the dogs are running around. Because there are no shot regulated to enter a dog park, you never know which dogs are safely vaccinated and what disease is floating around even when poop is picked up, your dog is at risk to getting infected. I would not consider this dog part clean, or a good place to bring your Pup.
Patterson A — Google review
Great Dog park. Owners of dogs really maintain the small dog park by donating chairs, mulch & ensure the water buckets are filled. And pick up after their dogs. The problem with any dog park are the owners of dogs who are not neutered or spayed & do not watch over their dogs. This can happen anywhere of course! The large dog park is great as well with wonderful dogs & owners!
Deborah — Google review
There is a fenced off section for big dogs and small dogs. Both areas are filled with toys and chairs so you can sit and watch while your dog plays and roams free. The perfect spot to socialise my puppy and I come very often.

10 Stars- Beautiful and Peaceful Nature Escape Pine Glade Natural Area is a hidden gem! The walking trails are well-maintained and offer a peaceful escape into nature. I was lucky enough to see a majestic eagle, along with other beautiful birds—it’s a perfect spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers. The scenery is stunning, and the quiet surroundings make it a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend visiting if you love wildlife and peaceful nature walks!

Great place for a nice quiet time. This is a natural area that is a bit far from the city area. It's quite and has some beautiful scenery. it's great for a hike or relaxing under the pavilion. This is also a great place for some kayaking or fishing on kayak, it has a launching dock. If you want to get away for a bit this place is superb.
Jesse G — Google review
This is a beautiful natural area, teaming with wildlife and expansive views. It has a paved walkway and several sesting areas, some covered. It's the perfect place to catch a sunset.
Leslie G — Google review
nice paths, I hope I can bring by telescope there at night (if they don't close)
John W — Google review
I wasn't impressed. Paved road is a nice short walk, if you are in the area. We didn't do the long trail but it seem like there was not much shade. No bathrooms.
Maggie R — Google review
Fun place to fish. People must be feeding the gators there as they swim right up to the observation pier and wait.
Michael C — Google review
Good area to kayak and fish, lots of birds, no shortage of alligators. No restrooms or trash cans. Plenty of parking. Canoe, kayak launch area.
