This little bakery has the freshest baked goods. They are always so busy, that the baked goods don't stay on the shelf for long. They take special orders for any occasion. Have been coming here for years! Limited parking, but worth the wait.

This place is an amazing Bakery. The treats are delicious and the service was sweet. I’ll be back for sure
Angel M — Google review
I am so upset, not only has this placed.changed drastically. I remember as a child and adult this place always busy full of customers. This place looks like it's about to go.out of business. There barely no pastries. The cheese pastelitos are not the same. They used to be caramelized on the top. I ordered a pan con vistek to go the steak is rough it dose not have flavor. Why would anyone sell something they dont know how to.make. I am so upset waste of time and money. I dont recommend anyone to go to La Fe Bakery until they acknowledge the importance of quality. It's very sad to know the name is there but that's about it.
Ana C — Google review
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and luckily their food quality hasn’t changed they are quick and efficient but they are very rude every time.
Maria V — Google review
This place is disorganized. Waited to be served and had regulars be attended while I waited. Zero attention to customer service so I left. Gave this review now because it's the third time this has happened here. Not coming back.

This veteran bakery not only serves up mouthwatering treats but also offers a cozy atmosphere where customers can enjoy their favorite cafecito. Visitors rave about the exceptional service, noting how friendly and attentive the staff are, making each visit feel special.
Amazing Service!! I went to the bakery this Saturday afternoon and just had to take a moment to leave a review because the service was absolutely outstanding. I usually stop by in the mornings, but the last few times I’ve visited in the afternoon have been truly delightful. This Saturday was no exception. A young girl helped me with my order, and she was incredibly kind and professional. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. The sandwiches were very good—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s always a pleasure to visit, not only for the delicious food but also for the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Disapointment. I went to Vicky Bakery for breakfast. The menu included the Vicky breakfast combo for $11.99, which included eggs, ham or bacon, tostada y cafe. I asked for over easy fried eggs, bacon, and the person said I could change coffee for Orange juice, which I did. The order came with scrambled eggs, and a LOT of fries I didnt order, they charged me $2 extra for the bacon, and $4 for OJ. Bread was old. I guess this is just good for pasteries and bakery. Never going back.
Eddy C — Google review
This location needs to fire everyone and re train and re hire! They make you wait for your food extra long when you don’t tip more than 3$. Terrible food quality and even worse customer service. They made me wait for pastelitos preparados and on top of that gave me the wrong pastelitos. Next I’ll be sending over an inspector, these people need to go to a training

Not as busy I would expect for 12pm but nice people would recommend. Also love the menu and they made sure the right text was displayed on the cake I got!! Super helpful!

I always come here with my two children and they love it. We sit outside to enjoy the scenery! Great customer service from a young lady Jada.
Mimmie — Google review
Very disappointed in the management at this location. I asked for a child size ice cream and was told I could only do love it or bigger OR a like it size in a cone. Either way telling me I had to spend more money. They flat out refused to sell me a child’s size in a love it container. It is not my fault the managers didn’t restock cups correctly, they should have just charged me for what I requested. The manager said they don’t do that because their employees overfill the cups…. That’s not my fault. I don’t think customers should be forced to spend more money, that’s not good business. The manager said “you don’t have to spend more money, you can just leave”. I have never known Cold Stone to be so unprofessional and unfriendly.
Ashley K — Google review
The workers here got mad attitude. Literally one was working and helping customers and the other 4 girls were chatting away. Ignored us completely as we were waiting to pay but as soon as we were leaving, suddenly they say “Make sure to close the door!”

It was very refreshing to see young Victoria and Jada at work, smiling and engaging with their patrons to serve them the best way possible! Thank you guys for doing your job with such gusto!
Marycel M — Google review
Always love to come here for a good ice cream treat. My only issue today is that there was just 1 person in the front and it took longer than usual to get our order. But the ice cream was delicious as usual and the staff was friendly
Hannah A — Google review
Terrible customer service!! Manager named Jayla yelled at me, she no respect towards customers. She yelled at me in front of others customers. She made my special need daughter cry. She has no concept of what a management is all about. poor leadership skills out of line No common sense extremely disrespectful to customers I’m sure I’m not the only person that has been mistreated by Jayla the so called manager

Nestled in a charming neighborhood, Holiday Bakery is a delightful spot that specializes in Cuban pastries, sandwiches, and custom cakes. Recently revamped under new management, the bakery boasts a fresh and inviting atmosphere with bright lighting and air conditioning. During my visit to an event hosted by Senator Rene Garcia, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their offerings. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious!
Holiday bakery has what you didn’t know you wanted! I was hungry and they have fresh sandwiches, empanadas and croquettes, and various other foods and pastries. Very impressed with what we got. Tasted fresh. Service was nice too!
Tj B — Google review
This place does not have the service it use to have. They charge you a credit card fee without telling you. No sign , no notice and then when you question the amount they lie and tell you it’s the taxes. The clerk left me talking to myself and when into kitchen. Avoid this place. Don’t lie to customers. I have no problem paying the fee. If I choose to use my credit card. But make you customer aware. Do not lie or try to cheat them. You live off of there business.
Christina R — Google review
It was a favority bakery before this visit. The cheese pastry was stale, the pizza pastel crust was so soft that when I hold it broke and the meat pastry with ham and cheese was so small and cost $3. Not going back
Jesus R — Google review
AVIOD THIS PLACE. I bought a cake for my kid’s birthday, and it was full of mold. I called the bakery and send them pictures. They are selling old cakes and god knows what else.
Carlos R — Google review
If you are ordering a cake, avoid Holiday Bakery. I placed my order at the Miami Lakes location. Their baker and cake decorator are located in the Hialeah location. If they send you there with a cake decorator named Olga - don't do it! My daughter's Sweet 16 cake was a disaster. First of all the cake was not centered, horrible job on fondant, rum cake was super dry, decorated with swiggles to hide fondant disaster.... just horrifying. My husband picked up the cake and was embarrassed to tell the decorator that she did a horrible job. When I saw the cake (at the venue), I had to start scraping icing off of the cake and deal with my 16 year old in tears. Not something we should have gone through just hours before her party. I was so embarrassed, my guests did not eat the cake. I called the following day and got a partial refund (not enough) They said that the cake decorator is not experienced in fondant!! WHAT??? Then why did they let me spend over $300 on a fondant cake. The cake decorator told my husband her self that we over paid for the cake and that it might taste bad. I called again to speak to another Manager and I haven't from them since and its been almost a week. It's so sad that my daughter had to go through that on her special day!
Marielena R — Google review
I literally just sat down to enjoy my “senorita de caramelo” and see this. Omg. I almost gagged. Literal disgust. AVOID this place. They are reselling things they didn’t sell the day or days before. Absolutely disgusting. See pics

Breadman Miami Bakery, established in 2014, has quickly become one of the city's top Cuban bakeries. The young couple behind it offers a unique twist on traditional staples like pastelitos and empanadas. Their menu features innovative creations such as ropa vieja empanadas and sloppy frita sandwiches with a Cuban twist. Whether it's classic or contemporary, everything served at Breadman is described as delicious.
Live in Dade County w have many Cuban Bakeries. But like Breadman not many. There Cuban Bread and Pastries are top notch and the best I’ve ever had. Today was the first time that i tried the Empanadas De Carne and the Papa Rellenas. And I have to say that were absolutely delicious. I scored major brownie points with my office today. I highly recommend them if your haven’t tried them yet! I actually purchased my pastries at the Hialeah #3 location which is the old Indio Bakery location. But to be honest the quality is the same at all of there locations.

Are your friends tired of you getting the same old thing for your parties? Are toxic in-laws no longer asking you to contribute to the family gathering? Dump them. You don’t need that negativity in your life, and drive yourself to Breadman Bakery to celebrate your newfound freedom by gorging yourself with the best Cuban pastries ever made! This fantastic bakery has your staples like coco, guayaba, and carne, but they also have fun creations like their scrumptious Nutella pastelito. Try the carne ripiada empanadas. Everyone will ask where you got them from, but it’ll be our little secret. Special shoutout to Lisette; you’re the absolute best!

Breadman Miami is one of a kind. The food, staff, customer service is exceptional. The food is always fresh, and full of flavor. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. It's incredible how this Bakery has lost quality...it's a shame...I come often because I love the food at this place...but for some time now I've been noticing how everything has been losing quality...first of all, the service , the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and now the food is not what it used to be either... I just ordered a steak with fried potatoes and onions and this is what I received, they didn't even bother to fry the potatoes. .they gave me what they put on sandwiches...and the onion???
Brenda M — Google review
Visited for lunch when the place was nearly empty, so I expected quick service. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a simple sandwich. No one noticed or followed up until I finally went to ask for a refund only then did the staff realize I hadn’t been served at all. Even getting the refund wasn’t easy. I had to ask multiple times. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
Robert C — Google review
The empanadas were clumpy with big chunks of meat. And they changed the croquettes to a salty ham. It’s a shame because a few years ago the croquettes and empanadas were the best, quality has suffered by their success..

Misha's Cupcakes, a delightful bakery in Miami Lakes, stands out with its vibrant assortment of gourmet cupcakes featuring inventive flavors. The exceptional staff members consistently provide excellent service to customers, while one particular employee named Niya excels at offering comfort and displaying kindness. Niya's effective communication skills further enhance the overall experience for patrons, making them eager to return. On this occasion, the customer was fortunate enough to receive a gifted box of these delectable treats.
I ordered a Halloween cake for a second time from Misha’s. This time the cake arrived perfectly and looked great. The issue is I did not read the description. On Goldbelly it looked like yellow cake but clearly said chocolate. The image they uploaded is definitely not what arrived cake wise. I don’t like chocolate cake so this wasn’t for me. With that said it is delicious, absolutely will be great if you like chocolate cake. The size isn’t worth the price point but the taste is great. The frosting is incredible. It’s very sweet which is overwhelming so you’ll take breaks, but you’ll keep going back until you finish. It’s really good.

Decided to throw a last minute Galentines birthday luncheon and of course Mishas delivered the WOW flavor factor! The taste was outrageous, it was moist, pure perfection. Not to mention the design was adorable as well. Keep up the great work Mishas of Miami Lakes! 💗💗💗

I’m not sure why this shop has the worst customer service but it really does. The young girls ALWAYS have an attitude. I mean whatever day I go or time, it doesn’t matter. Their attitude is the same…horrible. They don’t smile. It’s like you’re bothering them if you take too long to choose. I LOVE the red velvet cake here and I went out of my way to come to this location. However, the girl gave me an old slice!! (shown below) They must have recently put in a mini fridge to keep the cakes cool and I thought it was just cold but I let the cake thaw and it was really stale. This is the third time this has happened. It was awful. The young lady didn’t know how to give change either. Not sure who does the hiring here but this business will suffer for a lack of training. It says a lot about the management. Does management give training with an attitude?? Who’s training management?? Does Misha have an attitude and this just stems from the owner??It’s not a tasteful experience. If you really like the cakes and must go and don’t mind dealing with immature high schoolers giving you the evil eye as soon as you walk in, ask for the freshest cakes. Not sure if that’ll work but…

Today, I was lucky enough to get gifted a box of these wonderful cupcakes! They are the perfect size, and ABSOLUTELY amazing! I’m not a big dessert/sweets person, but these are the perfect amount. I will surely be going there when I have that sweet tooth craving! Highly recommended!

Misha’s Cupcakes is a excelent place to buy cupcakes. They are really yummy. They are so good that that’s almost all the do. Misha’s Cupcakes are in my opinion one of the best cupcakes in the Miami area. The have a great selection of flavors ranging from your classic vanilla, to exotic red velvet with creme cheese to Oreo and one of their best sellers is Dulce de leche, yummy. Besides being yummy, the also make great gifts to give. It could be for that special someone in your life or even a corporate gift for that someone that helped you out with something. I think it is a very elengant way to give thanks or show you appreciation to someone. The staff is always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. If you liked what I wrote please give me a like. Thanks.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a delightful self-serve destination for frozen yogurt enthusiasts, offering an impressive selection of flavors and toppings that you can mix and match to your heart's content. This cheerful chain allows customers to create their own unique froyo concoctions, all sold by weight. With a commitment to quality, the machines are consistently well-maintained, ensuring that each serving has the perfect texture and temperature.
Earlier today, I passed by this frozen yogurt place right next to my nail salon; it was my first time there, and to say the least, I loved it. A tall blonde young man attended me. He was a sweetheart with a great work ethic. He was extremely patient with me due to the fact that I was so lost since it was my first time there. I loved all the frozen yogurt options and toppings. 10/10 I will for sure be going back again.

FOLLOW UP 5 stars for the Managers… During our visit to Menchie’s Hialeah, my wife was attended by one of the managers, she explained our experience with the promotional point per buy, and the Manager informed that the program is active, with every buy you accumulate points. He explained that the program works and that when ever you are misleaded by the staff, you can report the name to the managers for them to take action… The Manager, reviewed the basis of the program and facilitated my wife a gift card, followed with a commitment of customer service. Again- 5 STARS for the Managers, for Menchies and for their promotional points program… ————————————————— Attention-Attention-Attention Munchies MANAGERS… Personal experience at the store. Cashiers don’t designate the points awarded per buy… The buyer has to inform he has an account and inform your phone number, to be designated the points… When the buyer pays he will not get a receipt if it’s not requested. Even when you inform the cashier of your phone number to receive the designation of the points earned. Repeatedly the points have been designated to a different account…. We request to what number have the points been designated and they say, they can’t do anything about it… Once you request a manager, they express they don’t have one available…

I always come to this Churromania location. Mayte is one of the best workers I have come across at this Churromania. She is always so sweet and with a great energy. She gives great costumer service and this Churromania would not be the same without her! She gives off the best vibe and actually makes the atmosphere very pleasant. As for the churros, they are always 10/10 would recommend!

I am a regular Westland Mall customer , and have been for years. I also visit churromania frecuently for coffee, tequeños , empanadas and of course the Sugar ans cinnamon churros. Products are always great and fresh. But what I like the most about Chrromania is the customer service. The way Noemi and Mayte tend to the customers and how they patiently try to comply with all the customer's preferences is amazing; they even know how the regular customer like their coffee 🙂My hat goes off to the boys in the back @ the kitchen, not many people see them , but they do a great job preparing fresh churros, empanadas and tequeños every time!
Veronica E — Google review
The churros at this location are great and taste delicious but the waiting time is horrible and they should definitely hired more personnel to help in the front to take orders !!!
Yadira B — Google review
Let me start by saying I come here very frequently. Even though they have new employees the customer service is great I love that they have new items they explain everything to you clearly the best coffee in all Westland Mall. everyone knows the Cheetos are good but the coffee is fantastic is what mostly brings me here. The lady in the front is super happy has a great energy and gets your order correct every time never had a problem highly recommend.🥰 the positive attitude they have is amazing and let me tell you it’s not easy, but the clientele that comes here, and the mentality they bring, but all is well. The service is fantastic.
Marice S — Google review
I recently visited Churromania as I always go there when I go shopping at Westland. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service primarily due to the attitude of one particular staff member, a blonde lady with glasses who was incredibly rude. From the moment, I stepped up to the counter, it was evident that this employee had no interest in providing even basic customer service. She had an impatient tone that made me feel unwelcome from the start. Throughout me placing my order, her impatience was apparent and she seemed annoyed. She not only treated me but as well as other customers prior with disrespect. Because of this, I did not tip. As a customer, I believe in tipping for exceptional services. Customers should not feel pressured into leaving a tip especially when the service provided does no warrant it. Her lack of professionalism was evident to everyone that had placed an order prior and after me. No costumer should have to endure blatant rudeness especially as something as silly as purchasing and trying to enjoy churros. Management should take action to address this issue and ensure that ALL employees adhere to BASIC standards of courtesy and respect.
Daniela J — Google review
Franchise needs to replace cashier or provide customer service training. Today I arrived at 2015 and cashier was cleaning and having conversation with another person ( not buying) while there were customers waiting to order. I see you have cameras so it can be verified.

I am not really big on sweets but the blonde lady at the cashier Mayte was so welcoming and friendly that i decided to buy some churros and they were absolutely amazing!!!!! the staff was great and friendly, im not sure what everyone here is talking about sometimes the employees are not the rude ones but the clients are who think that the employees are their maid... i honestly had a a great experience and i would definitely be coming back especially if the Blonde lady is there. some ppl are too high maintenance and expect too much out of a fast food place!

Churromania Hialeah Gardens is a delightful spot that has captured the hearts of many visitors over the past year. Known for its consistently friendly and upbeat staff, this location offers an exceptional customer experience that keeps patrons coming back for more. The churros, generously coated in cinnamon and sugar, are a must-try treat that never disappoints. Nestled inside Wal-Mart, Churromania combines convenience with deliciousness, making it a perfect stop for anyone craving sweet indulgence.
I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and updating the review, same well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I don’t know how they do it, but they always have awesome staff. Recurring face since I came for the first time the staff is always in a great mood. Thank you always for outstanding customer service and deliciousness in a bag. 🤤

The churros were pretty good wait was decent but the customer service definitely wasn’t up to part the cashier lady gave the biggest attitude just for a little cinnamon sugar as though it was a secret recipe all we wanted was it on the side due to it being so sweet and I’m not able to consume that much sweetness . She then proceeded to try and charge me $2 for it on the side which was ridiculous because i literally wanted only a pinch amount which would’ve been perfect in the little paper cups they use to put ketchup up after begging And pleases just as we were about to just pay for it the gave it to us , which she could’ve just done in the beginning and saving us the hassle .

The lady at the counter was very unrespectful towards my mother and I. A few minutes after she took our order another couple of customers arrived and the service towards them was unpleasant. Her sarcasm towards us was unnecessary taking into consideration that we greeted the worker with respect. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. There was a lady inside the kitchen as well who laughed at our faces. The opening time says 11:00 AM on a Sunday and we had to wait 40 minutes for the "oil to heat up" I feel sorry for the environment that one is experiencing in Hialeah, very unpleasant and poor to 0 zero customer Service. By the way, they are super expensive churros with very low quality, tastes like your earing pure fat refried oil, will not repeat this experience 👎☕️

I ordered some churros with 2 flavors, they put them all together and poured an inedible amount that was disgusting, since you couldn't perceive any flavor!

2nd time that we order from here and have gotten a sloppy order, was under the impression that the flavors you order is half and half , if you look at the picture taken the guava and cream cheese is all over and the nutella seems like you guys ran out of it. Don't think I will be ordering from you again.

Very disrespectful staff! I wanted to buy some churros for my grandma but it looks like instead of 11:00pm they stop selling churros at 10:44pm I asked the female person working there and she said they were already close. She offered to sell us some leftovers churros as she laughed at my grandma. Btw, that just happened a few minutes ago, 11:44pm 08/14/2024 in case the manager or the owner would want to check the cameras and make sure their paying customers aren’t treated line garbage without any consequences.

During our Miami adventure, we found ourselves craving something sweet after dinner. Instead of braving the traffic to find a dessert spot, we opted for DoorDash and discovered Churromania Hialeah. We ordered a generous 14-piece churro platter drizzled with Nutella and condensed milk, which was absolutely delightful! The churros were fresh and delicious—so much so that my husband and I couldn't finish them all!
We got the 14 pc churros with Nutella and condensed milk!! They were amazing!! Reasonable price and a lot of quantity!! My husband and couldn’t finish it

I have to make a big complaint to this place. I arrived today to order a service of 20 churros with Nutella and dulce de leche and I asked the lady if I could leave 3 churros without Nutella and dulce de leche since my 3 year old son doesn't like them and she told me she couldn't because she couldn't stop the order! I didn't ask to separate the order, I only asked that they please not add the dulce de leche. I find it unacceptable that they can't fulfill the customer's orders when I'm paying for my order! It's disrespectful!

I came here at 8:27 and the girl said that it was already closed when the website says that it closed at 9 and we asked her and she said that they close at 8:30 and she leaves at 9 and that should be like that because if it said 9 on the website it is because they are still giving service until 9 I was in my hotel at 8 and I wanted churros so I looked up the hour and it said 9 so I wasted my time coming here super bad service
Estefany — Google review
The service is horrible. I took my daughter there about a month or so ago, because we were at Walmart shopping. They told us that they were closed but they continued to still take others after me. Today, I’m at Walmart shopping and my daughter asks for it again. It’s an earlier time do I figured why not. We stood in line for almost 5-6 minutes. Another shopper came and stepped in front of us; they stated that her order was ready ahead of time and she just needed to pay. I told them it doesn’t matter, we were already standing here and they were supposed to take our order before proceeding. They were adamant that I was wrong because the other person just needed to pay for her order. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you, that they’re doing an awful poor job. We ended up leaving because I feel that my money is not good with them. This is the second time where the staff have basically turned us away. And I will not let it happen again.

We were still kind of hungry after dinner one night while visiting Miami. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used 3rd party delivery apps. They take such a big cut from restaurants that I always try to order directly through the restaurant itself. That being said, we ate at our Airbnb that night and I really didn't feel like going out and sitting in Miami traffic. It was either find something on DoorDash or find something to eat that we already had. I went with DoorDash. We got Churro Bites filled with dulce de leche. I also got a guava dipping sauce. We really enjoyed the churro bites. The dulce de leche was delicious. The guava sauce was not a sauce. It was so thick you couldn't dip anything in it. It also didn't taste good. I wouldn't get that again. If you're hungry and pass by this place, it's a good dessert option.

Churromania Foodtruck #4 is a delightful spot that has captured the hearts of many dessert lovers. Recently, I decided to place an order through Uber Eats, hoping for a better experience than my previous ones. In the past, I found that they often skimped on Nutella and other extras when ordering takeout. This time, I made sure to include specific instructions requesting those delicious add-ons. To my delight, they followed through perfectly!

(Translated by Google) I would like to know if a Nutella dip costs $2.50 each? Because I just bought 14 sugar churros and they were 13 dollars but I don't think a dip should cost more than $1. I usually visit Churromania in the Mall but they have never charged me such a price. Here I leave the receipt as proof. According to the cashier, when I asked her, she told me that $2.50 is the taxes🤔... but the taxes for the total purchase are charged below the subtotal and are $1.30. They must be more convincing because then they may not have much clientele.
