If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for 5 years and a lady named Sol ruined my experience with this place. My children’s birthday cake looked nothing like the picture I sent her and she chose what flavor to make the cake “rum cake flavor” when no one in my family eats rum cake. $110 gone down the drain. I will NEVER give this bakery any business again.

The worst place EVER everyone was yelling at me because I didn’t know what i wanted. I just wanted to see the tablet and the lady kept yelling like well before coming here you should of had an idea let me look at the tablet and let me pick of course she got real rude never again. Amazing food and cakes. Such a shame the service isn't that good. I've waited for 30 min. On multiple occasions because they have either given my order away or have forgotten to make it.and there is this blond elderly lady with glasses that is not friendly at all, avoid her at all costs she's the main culprit In lossing orders. Other than that it's great just need to be patient. Hopefully the update their weekend staff. The owner Maria is great and really funny.

Best cuban bread in Hialeah. We’ve made it a habit at home: get up early in the morning and get hot fresh baked bread and croquetas for breakfast. Their pastelitos and variety of sweets is great as well. Highly recommend this bakery!!

Very discouraged, I patiently waited to be helped and the two ladies that were at the counter just walked away after helping the people before me without asking if I needed help. When I finally got someone to help me, she took very long putting my order together and gave me a cake with molded strawberries which she glazed so I wouldn’t notice… I told her and she said they were the last ones they had.. I had to go to Publix and get new ones to swap them out, I gifted this cake and was so embarrassed, it was dry, tasted old… one of my favorite bakeries let me down and I will not be going there ever again!

Let’s rate you a ONE to get your attention. The tostada tasted like scrap bread; butter wasn’t even totally melted. Croquetas de la casa ? Meh, Miami lakes’ location makes them much better.

they were very friendly when it became our turn to order, but a few ladies there seemed to be purposely taking their sweet time to avoid helping customers. i dont look like i speak spanish but i understood everything they said to each other. everything...

You already know the pastelitos are gonna smack. Cafecito is a must but It gets packed sometimes, but that’s just proof the locals know where the good croquetas are at. Just try not to eat everything in the car

However, my recent visit to the East 49th Street location on October 14, 2025 was very disappointing. After taking my number and waiting patiently near the pastelitos display, I responded each time my number was called—raising my hand and approaching the counter. Despite this, the employee (Marisol R) skipped over me and served the next customer, who appeared to be someone she knew. When I mentioned that I had the correct number, she told me I’d have to wait while she served the other customer first. As someone who works in public service, I understand how important fair and respectful treatment is for every customer. This kind of experience undermines the reputation and integrity of a company that has long been a part of our community. I hope this issue is addressed so that all customers continue to feel valued and respected when visiting Vicky Bakery.

I guess this is the only location that puts grilled onions on everything my goodness. If you order on their app are uber eats you don’t have the option to take it off. Like who wants onions on an egg sandwich. Plus I don’t understand why this location is more expensive than other locations. The one in east Hialeah is way different. Other than that food is still good

I love Vicky Bakery is my fav bakery but the reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because every time I order from Uber eat (to this specific location) the croissant 🥐 is not well prepared they only fill half of the bread as is shown in the pictures, everything is delicious and the croquetas are to die for but this is the only issue I’ve had with them besides that I highly recommend this bakery

Just do yourself a flavor and have a ham and cheese, cheese or beef empanadas with your favorite coffee at Karla Bakery! Their pastelitos (guava is my favorite) are also to die for! The team is super kind and efficient. Love, love, love!

This location is always clean and the temperature inside is always refreshing compared to some other cafeterias that are so hot and uncomfortable inside. The food is great and the service is just perfect!

Best tasting croquetas and pastelitos at karla’s bakery. I always come in once every month to buy a large order for my team at my job and they all absolutely love the quality of the food. Very friendly staff which makes you feel at home. Very clean dining area as well. Diana always attends me with a smile and makes sure my food comes out warm! Best bakery in Miami in my opinion!

Amazing service and delicious food! I had a great experience at Karla Bakery. The place was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything I ordered was fresh and tasty. Dalianys was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service like hers makes all the difference. This bakery has been in business for many years, the quality increased after the new acquisition, love the place and the food. When ever they renew the place they had everything with high quality, but las time I went the pastry where blown out and burned, the photo that I posted it's really old. I wonder what happen because that picture it's evidence of one of the best guava and cheese pastry puff I've tried before. Edit: you can see the diference between the first Pic on the guava and cheese pastelitos on the pics I've posted, tastewise the still the best I've eaten!

Great customer service i ordered from the TOO GOOD TO GO APP!my order was quick and I got a free coffee colada gift for buying from the app food is great!my surprise bag from the app brought pastelitos and pan de bono I was surprised about the size of the pastelitos I haved never bought any pastelitos from a cafeteria made big they taste AMAZING! Today I went like mostly every morning at 5:30am to buy a cafe con leche and the price was $4.27. Every time I go it’s a different price. I ranged from 3:73 to $4.00 and today 4:27. This is a 8 oz cup. I asked why $4.27 and the employee said it’s the price in the system. Most employees are nice, but the one that was there this morning with a new girl there are the thieves, my opinion. I will never go back. ADIOS! By the way, I went to WAWA in Flagler Street bought a 12oz cafe latte with a double shot of coffee and paid $4.70. They have great breakfast and sandwiches.

This place has grown over the years. Still, food is good. Fast enough. I like Karla. Clean and cozy. Bathroom big clean changing table for babies.

I've been visiting this chain for more than 25 years. Today I went because I had not had a Pastelito de carne or a ham and cheese empanada in a while. What a shock. The pastelito was $1.89 for a piece of dry flakes and a mistery paste filling with seasoning disquised as meat. The empanada was I kid you not $4.00, it and not worth it anymore. Used to have a slice of rolled had and cheese inside, now its a cheap blend of disgusting mix of pieces of bad ham and lord knows what white filling. They think this is a gourmet establishment, as always the attitude on the staff, however before the food was worth it. Million and 1 bakery's better than this within 2 miles and better priced.

I visited this place about 40 minutes before closing time so that may have something to do with my experience. The place was empty and the employees were in clean up mode. I needed to get some pastries at night when most other bakeries are already closed so my choices were limited. Google maps showed only about 3 bakeries in the area that were still open. I bought a mixed platter of the mini pastries and I received a platter that had more of some varieties and less of others (the ones I preferred) and the pastries seemed very dry and almost stale. Again, this might be due to them sitting around all day long by the time I went in for the purchase. But I think I'll have to better plan my work party purchases and stick to my favorite, Havana Bakery

Horrible! Pedi un pan con bistec y me dieron esto. Llame y no me quieren hacer un refund. Pedi hablar con un manager y no tenia manager. Una pena que un negocio no tengan básico mórales. Son unos groseros todas las chicas ahí. Espero que cierran pronto. This place is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a steak sandwich and this is what I get. I asked for a refund and they denied my refund. I asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager. How does a public business have no manager? That should be illegal. Sad and embarrassing how a standard business have no basic morals and standards for their customers. All the ladies who work there are very rude. One even texted me asking for pictures and wrote me a paragraph trying to justify that the sandwich was ok. I hope they close down soon THEY SUCK.

Have been coming to this location for a few years now and service/food was always great. Since moving to a different state I only go when visiting family now but the service has really gone downhill. If that was the only issue I would still go but after finding an actual chunk of glass inside my girlfriend’s sandwich I don’t think we will ever be coming back.

I used to come to purchase pastelitos at this place; but not anymore! I bought today some for a party and the quality was terrible 😣 the guava seemed to be old and they weren’t yummy. The administration seemed to be changed. The prices are high for the poor quality of food.

The worst experience of my life. The food is cold and doesn't taste very good. Additionally, the service is terrible and the women serve you very poorly. The cupcakes are old. The place is aesthetically nice but the comfort and service are terrible. The service staff serve you by challenging you and making fun of you.

A little disappointed with their desserts. The two chocolate cakes were so old, they were hard and had formed a tough leathery skin. The chocolate eclair was good, if a bit too sweet. Parking was very limited.

We were in the area and just stopped to get some desserts to go. This is a small bakery inside a Cuban restaurant. First thing I noticed is that they didn’t have enough fresh pastries as I was expecting. Now, the desserts and juices we ordered came out surprisingly delicious and tasty. This place is the worst Pinecrest Bakery I’ve visited. The Croqueta de la casa was cold and tasted old. The pastelito de carne had very little filling even for a pastelito. The frita was served with Cuban bread that was larger than the patty it came with. The cashier didn’t know what a tortilla española is. The display cases don’t have light and make things look old. The chandeliers are tacky. The layout is horrible for the amount of real estate. I won’t be returning and you shouldn’t go. If you did, it’s too late, and that sucks.

This is my afternoon coffee spot and I’m never disappointed. Friendly service in a clean atmosphere. The times I order from the menu it’s one of two sandwiches; a medianoche or Elena Ruth. Both of these sandwiches are well prepared and not skimpy on the fillings.

I went there for breakfast last week. Excellent service, great environment and good food. I 100% recommend it to everyone that decides to come here to spend a great evening.

The food was delicious. I ate the one called a half a sandwich. It was really good. A lot of meat, a lot of protein. The only problem is the place is full of flies. A lot of flies. You know I did not like that and the lady she had didn't have a nice look on her face. You know she wasn't that friendly. So you know I wasn't feeling that comfortable there because of her. The Coca-Cola and the fruit drink. You know the maracuya whatever you call it. So yeah it's okay. It's not bad you know but they got to fix the fly problem. You know that's the and the lady you know that works there. You know she needs to be more friendly with the customers but other than that it's worth giving it a try.

This little bakery has the freshest baked goods. They are always so busy, that the baked goods don't stay on the shelf for long. They take special orders for any occasion. Have been coming here for years! Limited parking, but worth the wait.

I am so upset, not only has this placed.changed drastically. I remember as a child and adult this place always busy full of customers. This place looks like it's about to go.out of business. There barely no pastries. The cheese pastelitos are not the same. They used to be caramelized on the top. I ordered a pan con vistek to go the steak is rough it dose not have flavor. Why would anyone sell something they dont know how to.make. I am so upset waste of time and money. I dont recommend anyone to go to La Fe Bakery until they acknowledge the importance of quality. It's very sad to know the name is there but that's about it.

We ordered a custom made cake for my son birthday which was a beautiful fire truck! Not only the cake was gorgeous and our little one loved how real it looked but the flavors were incredible (fresh strawberries and cream)! We will definitely come back for all our other special events. Thank you!

I used Twice As Sweet for my husband and his friend’s birthday cake. I provided the owner with photos of a whiskey bottle inspired cake and she nailed the design. To top it off, the cake was delicious and all our friends had nothing but rave reviews about the flavor! We will definitely use Twice As Sweet again in the future.

I used Twice as Sweet for a friend’s elephant themed baby shower. I showed Elizabeth pictures of what we wanted for the chocolate covered Oreos and cake pops. They did such an amazing job with both items. The Oreos looked too pretty to eat, but they were eaten and were delicious. The red velvet pops were also done beautifully and tasted great. I highly recommend them because their work is beautiful, it taste delicious and they provide excellent customer service.

Elizabeth the owner made an amazing cake for my husband's airport retirement party and what an amazing response from all the partygoers. Everyone actually thought it was just a centerpiece but it was an actual cake that is how realistic the cake looked like an actual piece of luggage. All the guests were amazed! And the flavor was just as perfect. The owner is really nice and so willing to accommodate. They're expanding their menu and updating shop, so you may have to ask what's new. Great service and communication at all times.

I ordered cheese pastries, cream cheese and turkey ham pastries, and the traditional Venezuelan ham rolls called "cachitos". All were delicious, freshly made, and warm. Excellent. The place is small, but the service is good.

Located in the corner of 79th Ave and 52nd St, very small, no tables, just a counter. Very very expensive and not top quality , a Golfeado $9.95 , Croissant $5, a small capuccino $6 , most of these are average, and everything cold, kind of hard, are on a regular window …what a disappointment….DonPan Golfeado is cheaper and much better, Madruga Bakery is the best,bigger bread, croissants and cheaper.

Mainly because their location in Doral has barely any parking so I would always leave. Decided to give it a try through UberEats hoping as it was a bakery establishment my order would come somewhat decently since it was delivery. No disappointment whatsoever! I ordered 3 items: • Ham and Cheese Croissant is to die for! Perfect flakiness, right amount of ham and cheese and the best part of it after every bite you can hear the crunchiness of how perfectly made this croissant is! • Palmeritas mindblown! Once again the flakiness was on point and perfect amount of sweetness so literally you can eat more than 2 on one sitting. • Pastry Cream Danish flakiness was lacking a little bit but the Pastry Cream was perfect! I am extremely picky when it doesn’t have the right taste and wow Caracas Bakery Pastry Chef got the right consistency; perfect custard, super rich taste and especially that creamy texture that’s thick enough to hold. She or he is very quick on the stove and definitely is doing an excellent job at it! Highly recommended! I will definitely be ordering from their location plenty! Maybe visit their Key Biscayne location before a Paddleboard session! You’ve got a new customer! This was the perfect dessert after a lunch from Jardines de Confucio Restaurant. This time around I tried their • Chocolate Croissant and it was out of this world! Flakiness is perfectly on point and the chocolate is similar to a ganache converted into a mousse/custard dark chocolate. Not too sweet but it was the perfect balance. The toasted Hazelnut on top were super crunchy which makes it a must try! • Cachito Ham and Cheese was delicious. I wish it had a little bit more of cheese but trust me you will be eating more ham than bread so that makes it a huge difference from other places who make cachito’s. • Palmerita; I loved it so much I had to reorder! ••••••••• Third time ordering and this time around wasn’t as highly expected as the first two times. Everything came in cold. Major disappointment! • Ham and Cheese Croissant was not as crispy as always and it came cold; didn’t enjoy that at all. It seemed like it was an old order they heated and couldn’t sell it. • Ordered a Spinach & Cheese Empanada instead I got a cold Shredded Chicken Empanada which I was like okay I’ll try it. But something in it gave me allergies; not very pleasant! • Palmerita was delicious and crunchy as always! Can’t never go wrong with it! With that being said; not sure I’ll be ordering from this establishment anymore as today was a horrible experience. To whoever was in charge of packing the order; you need to read and check things properly.

Very good bread rolls (even from an European pov!) and sweet stuff, all seems to be prepared and baked in store. Super friendly staff. Tends to have a longer queue, specifically on weekends - but is absolutely worth the wait (note: no dine in option, only take away)

BUYERS BEWARE: MOLD I’ve been going to this bakery for years. I’ve definitely seen quality changes and decrease in staff friendliness but never to this level! Bought 6 pastelitos de queso. I have one to my son thinking nothing of it. Took a bite of one and instantly felt something was weird, looked down to find it full of MOLD. 5/6 pastelitos were full of straight mold. I will say, they did replace them with other pastelitos and they were fine. I didn’t care for the refund considering it was $5-6. Looked through the reviews to find we weren’t even the only ones.. I’m posting this to let people know: LOOK INSIDE BEFORE YOU EAT. Especially before you give it to your children PLEASE!

It used to be the best bakery in Hialeah. The pastries used to be fresh, well-made savory the bread the croquettes now it has declined horrendously the bread is old soggy. They change the recipe the pastries there are mushy, not tasty old, and the sweets they look like if they’ve been there for weeks, so sad to see such a good bakery go down like that .

This spot is located inside a gas station and has only two tables if you choose to eat there. I ordered a medium café con leche and a pan con croquettes, and the total came to $15.00. It’s overpriced, especially since they only give you two croquettes. I won’t be coming back. This is Hialeah, not Coral Gables. While the waitress was nice, that doesn’t affect my review—I’m strictly disputing the price. Thanks~Martika

The customer service is very welcoming, they treat you with respect and humility. They really make you feel at home. The cleaning is extraordinary and innovative. Every time my son and I visit this place, we are truly satisfied.

Food went in the trash just how you see it pictured here. The $12 egg sandwich was absolutely terrible the most dry tasteless bread I’ve ever had not a drop of butter,Mayo, ketchup nothing. That pink stuffing you see there is supposedly ham and cheese 😕 & not to mention a completely watered down FLAT Pepsi .Please do yourself a favor drive a little further down the street to the Publix plaza and eat at the Latin Cafeteria. Karla Bakery the baked goods are awesome butt are pretty expensive pastelitos are literally $2 and a can of soda S3 dollars I did not know the price and I went got to Pasadena one can of soda it cost me $7

Delicious cuban food? Yes. Are they ever stocked? NO. They always have to go a fry the most common things people order, which then comes out cold in the middle and then they have to microwave.... save your time and go to either Karl Bakery on Flagler. They are always stocked and much faster. Best part Cuban customer service and they excuse for mediocre service is lack of staff. Is lack of training, planning, fore thought.

If you're looking for something sweet but it's not within normal business hours, this is definitely the best place to go! It satisfied my sweet tooth and even though the employees were a bit dry, the food was excellent! I did pop in around 2 AM so I don't really expect everyone to be chipper, however there could be at least a smile on the face. The overall place looked old yet clean and had a couple of restaurants open around it which kept the place pretty lit as I do not like going to dark Indian places after hours. If you need a quick fix and it's past 10 PM,This is one of the great places that you can go for a sweet traditional Hispanic treat! You will not be upset and you shall be pleased. Parking can be slam, but usually if you go in the wee hours of the night you will not have too much issue. Also it is easily missed as the turn is not natural it kind of just runs into the street as one. But that's why we have GPS

2 starts because Friendly staff is about the only good part but im not there to make friends, I came to get food…, prices are very expensive for location and area. I eat pan con bistec all over Miami. I’ve never seen one this small for 9.89… no ham no cheese which almost every where else is putting for a $10 pan con bistec. This one was just steak onion lettuce tomato and a few julienne fries(literally less than a tablespoons worth). Don’t recommend at all! . This is outright expensive and abusing of customers… it don’t cost much more to cut the bread longer and add an appropriate amount of ingredients… do better.

The cashier was friendly, but the food was horrible. Coffee was good, but the bread on the cuban toast was old and the plates that they served the food on were dirty from the sides and on the bottom. They even let us pay less for our food because I’m sure they knew how bad it was. It seems like the bakery’s management changed or just the bakery in general is a different one.

Came here to grab some lunch while visiting a friend in Hialeah, and figured it would be pretty decent as most Cuban cafeterias in Hialeah are known for tasty food and cheerful service.....THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES. It's almost always empty, service is slow with the workers being pretty rude with a huge attitude problem, and to top it off the food is either cold or luke warm. If you want good Cuban pastries and dishes, go elsewhere.

Horrible place!! Don’t go there. I gave them half a pork to roast for my birthday and they gave me a rotten pork with terrible rotten smell. I could smell it in the car while taking it to my house . Once I uncovered it at home it was even worse . You won’t believe this but when I called to know what happened they mistreated our family extremely bad. They blamed us for what had happened and said that I probably gave it to them rotten. Something that is imposible otherwise they had not accepted i in that condition. The meat was discomposed . I never thought this could be happening in this Country . But even worse I never thought they could get so low and not even apologize or try to help us and look for ways to solve or improve the situation

The hot food is great but the pastries are hard. The breakfast is what I like best but the toast can be hard at times. I love the coffee and milkshakes. The saddest thing is the claim to no longer take EBT but if they know you their EBT machine works.

This bakery has excellent service. I was helped by one of the employees her name is Jenny. She helped me with a smile and great care. If she were my employee, I would hire her immediately.

AMAZING! The pastries and bread were so FRESH. Meat pastry was busting at the seams will yummy filling. The sweet pastries were perfectly sweeten on the outside and not overdone. Trust me, this is a great alternative to the competition in Hialeah with much less wait. Gotta try it! 🤗

No tables, can it standing up. We found two barstools and use the end of the counter. We order croissants with ham and cheese and large cafe con Leche. It was good, the croissants had a sweet coating the I didn't like or was aware of. Prices are reasonable. I will recommend you to visit at least once.

I walk in to get a cortadito, and my mouth was watering while looking @ the large variety of pastries, cakes and other munchies. The place was so clean, impeccable. I was a-knowledge on the spot. Disapointment. I went to Vicky Bakery for breakfast. The menu included the Vicky breakfast combo for $11.99, which included eggs, ham or bacon, tostada y cafe. I asked for over easy fried eggs, bacon, and the person said I could change coffee for Orange juice, which I did. The order came with scrambled eggs, and a LOT of fries I didnt order, they charged me $2 extra for the bacon, and $4 for OJ. Bread was old. I guess this is just good for pasteries and bakery. Never going back.

This location needs to fire everyone and re train and re hire! They make you wait for your food extra long when you don’t tip more than 3$. Terrible food quality and even worse customer service. They made me wait for pastelitos preparados and on top of that gave me the wrong pastelitos. Next I’ll be sending over an inspector, these people need to go to a training

This place does not have the service it use to have. They charge you a credit card fee without telling you. No sign , no notice and then when you question the amount they lie and tell you it’s the taxes. The clerk left me talking to myself and when into kitchen. Avoid this place. Don’t lie to customers. I have no problem paying the fee. If I choose to use my credit card. But make you customer aware. Do not lie or try to cheat them. You live off of there business.

It was a favority bakery before this visit. The cheese pastry was stale, the pizza pastel crust was so soft that when I hold it broke and the meat pastry with ham and cheese was so small and cost $3. Not going back

AVIOD THIS PLACE. I bought a cake for my kid’s birthday, and it was full of mold. I called the bakery and send them pictures. They are selling old cakes and god knows what else.

If you are ordering a cake, avoid Holiday Bakery. I placed my order at the Miami Lakes location. Their baker and cake decorator are located in the Hialeah location. If they send you there with a cake decorator named Olga - don't do it! My daughter's Sweet 16 cake was a disaster. First of all the cake was not centered, horrible job on fondant, rum cake was super dry, decorated with swiggles to hide fondant disaster.... just horrifying. My husband picked up the cake and was embarrassed to tell the decorator that she did a horrible job. When I saw the cake (at the venue), I had to start scraping icing off of the cake and deal with my 16 year old in tears. Not something we should have gone through just hours before her party. I was so embarrassed, my guests did not eat the cake. I called the following day and got a partial refund (not enough) They said that the cake decorator is not experienced in fondant!! WHAT??? Then why did they let me spend over $300 on a fondant cake. The cake decorator told my husband her self that we over paid for the cake and that it might taste bad. I called again to speak to another Manager and I haven't from them since and its been almost a week. It's so sad that my daughter had to go through that on her special day!

A pleasant surprise from two years ago! Apparently a new management. Fresh paint, air conditioning, brightly lit. Attended an event hosted by Senator René Garcia, the County Commissioner for my District. EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious! Parking for Handicapped and not.

Mishas Cupcakes is closed unfortunately so I was looking for them elsewhere and found this bakery. These cupcakes are not worth the gluten, sugar or carbs.

I generally never write negative reviews since I know the impact they have on small businesses. But this establishment is very bad. The place is dirty and smelly I saw a cockroach walking around in broad daylight. The older man who I assume is the owner treats the humble workers and customers very badly.

The place is super well located and has a big open parking lot, which is always a plus. Service was friendly, and the food was good overall. I especially loved the croquetas and the tortilla de patatas. The only thing I’d say is the dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, maybe cutting down the sugar a little would make it perfect. Nice spot to check out.

I was disappointed with the items I ask for empanada de carne y una de chorizo. I got empanada de pollo y una de jamon con queso. Also, I order some cookies, they were dry and had a bad smell.

Terrible service and old empanadas. I went in for a quick bite and ordered an empanada. They looked delicious, but to my surprise, it was as hard as rock. My wife went back for a refund and was told that it was oven back, she demonstrated that it was hard by knocking on the counter with it and they refused to give a refund or find a solution $4.10 wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just landed from an early flight from Chiago and was treated to this delightful eatery for breakfast. A black bean/ cheese arepa with a fresh mango smoothie later, I was set!

Horrible experience, my cachapa was undercooked, the breakfast that I ordered was missing half of the stuff, I told one of the lady’s and she kept going back and forwards with me stating that that’s how the breakfast was, however on the menu it had different things, the manager got involved and with a bad attitude the lady had to change my plate, the arepa was horrible, I couldn’t even drink the cafe con leche. And not to mentioned that 2 breakfasts where $50. Don’t recommend it at all, never going back!!

I recently ordered the cake and pastelito combo for a gender reveal party, and everything turned out amazing. The lady who took my order was kind and helped me pick a flavor that everyone ended up loving. They followed the design I asked for…simple and beautiful. It was perfect! On the day of pickup, everything was ready on time, and they handed me the cake with a big smile and the word “baby” on it :) Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake, pastelitos, and little sandwiches. It was honestly the best food, and I’m already looking forward to ordering again for the baby shower. Outside of this party order, I’ve always been a fan of their empanadas. They’re big, delicious, and super filling. The staff is always kind and welcoming to me and my family.

the Cuban guy that’s there in the early morning (4AM) is the best. He always has my pickup orders that i order on my way to work ready extremely fast and always has them ready by the time i get there. The other 2 ladies on the other hand that are there on the days that Cuban guy is not are not great. they most of the time don’t have my order ready by the time i get to the store and i usually always order 10-15 minutes before arriving. I always end up having to wait when the two lady’s are there compared to the Cuban guy.

When I first walked in, the place seemed great! Customers were laughing, chatting with staff, and the vibe felt really welcoming. Loved that. But the energy shifted pretty quickly once my sister and I got to the counter. I ordered a dozen donuts, then asked for two medium coffees. When I mentioned the coffees, the person at the counter hit me with a very firm “that’s it.” Naturally, I asked if that meant there was no coffee, because that’s how it came across. Turns out there was coffee, just a miscommunication, but the tone made the interaction feel unnecessarily cold. The coffee was made in record speed (blink and it was done), which would be great if it didn’t also taste rushed. Then when I paid with a $20 and a $10 for my $22 order, both bills were checked like I had just printed them in the back. I get being cautious, but considering the way the whole exchange played out, it came off more unwelcoming than professional. The shop clearly has good energy, just wish I got to experience more of the warmth I saw everyone else enjoying.

Just paid $3.99 for a small coffee with milk, it was the coldest coffee and the whitest coffee I've ever received in my life! It was like drinking diluted cold milk. $ 1.79 each for 2 Boston creme donuts that were thrown into the bag, and not properly wrapped; chocolate stuck to the paper bag! Donuts super small, about 3 inches in diameter. On the coffee, went back and had it reheated; still cold coffee! Fyi: find another Donut shop your better off !

The ladies bathroom was so dirty they had to close it!!!!! Terrible experience!!!!! My friend had to use the men’s restroom because they would not clean it.

This place needs a better system. They're very busy and don't have a drive thru, so people have to go in. There seems to be a lot of confusion around the order pickup. There were lots of mobile orders sitting around but the people who came in to order were very frustrated with the wait.

I was looking for a good bakery in Hialeah and decided to try this one since it had pretty good reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The party-size pastelitos were not fresh and didn’t taste good. The sweets also seemed old and lacked flavor. I’ve had much better experiences at other bakeries. This was my first visit, and sadly, it will be my last.

Had a great time here! Parking was free. Customer service was great. The place is very clean. You have a few tables to the side to eat inside.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 15 years and honestly I’m so disappointed with how the service is. #1 there’s a new cook there and her cooking is TRASH!! Our eggs looked like vomit #2 the waitress has a terrible attitude; plus she’s been working there for soo long and she knows who we are NEVER gave her a hard time and this is the second time she gives us attitude . We decided to not come back to this place anymore . It isn’t like how it was back then. Also #3 the place is full of flies . I placed an important order a day in advance for a gender reveal event — 24 blue donuts and 24 purple. When we showed up to pick them up, not only was the order not ready, but the manager, ILDA, was nowhere to be found. The employee working at the time called her, and her response was beyond unprofessional: "I don’t care, tell them to pick up the money in the morning." This was the day of our event. No apology, no solution, no accountability — just a complete lack of care for the stress and disappointment caused. This was supposed to be a special moment for our family and friends, and they completely dropped the ball. I would not recommend placing any special orders here, especially if you expect them to follow through or care even a little about customer service.

Dunkin Donuts, can’t forget to get my Iced Coffee here. Staff treats you well, it’s not a place out of this world, the food is alright. We all know it’s processed, and may give you upset stomach for a moment. Otherwise, other than Cops coming by for Coffee and Donuts, come grab your own.

I’ve given this place so many chances and they suck every time. The young girl with the blonde tips is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was there at noon and she acted like she didn’t want to do her job and then when I said Excuse me? She responded with a what. Terrible girl terrible atmosphere, dirty and not worth my money. This time it was this girl, but every time I’ve came their workers are rude and messing up orders.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. My order was completely wrong. The bread was not how I asked for it — it was dry and overcooked. The coffee tasted off, bitter, and not fresh at all. Honestly, the entire order was a mess. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast, but this visit was a letdown. Definitely not what I expected from Dunkin’.

The staff was friendly and one overextended herself when l forgot to apply the APP discount. I usually don’t but glaze donuts from Dunkin but these were really tasty, they also sell chocolate-filled donuts not all locations do. I wish they had a drivethrougb, however, despite buckets of rain and it being the slower time of day, we were there with dripping umbrellas and all.😂

Great staff. Everyone is always pleasant. Liddy is an absolute joy. She is a sweetheart, always ready to assist and always smiling. The awesome Dunkin coffee is always on point and always hot. (Need to stock salt and pepper) The place is clean and they are always stocked with their sweet goods.

The woman at the cashier register was extremely rude, and insulting. There was two lines, I was waiting on the right one, when I got to her register, she didn’t say anything, I just stood there, suddenly she rudely said the line is over there, this one is closed. She seemed busy doing something, I was waiting there for the other customer to finish, I glanced over and she started yelling I’m training sir! I’m not on my phone! I see you looking over here, not sure why, but I’m training so like I told you before this cashier is closed. You need to go over there. This was all said in Spanish, she practically yelled at me like I was her child. I didn’t say anything back, held my composure to not make a scene. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to treat someone this way. Also, if your cashier is closed why don’t you kindly tell your customers that and not have them guess whether it is or not, and we the customers have nothing to do with your training or duties. Just want to order and get out. Muy grosera la señora.

What can I say about this small big bakery! I've been ordering on line for about a year now and I decided to pay them a visit, they are local and 10 minutes away. I was IMPRESSED! The customer service is outstanding 👏 they are also very fast!. The owners are awesome people a husband and wife team. Made was my server...she's great 👍 the food is delicious 😋 go check them out if you're a local in the West Hialeah Gardens area you won't be disappointed 😉 or order online through Uber eats. Bon appetite!

I have been getting birthday cakes here for years and they never disappoint. I had a special request to make a heart shaped cake with a photo on it and they exceeded my expectations and in a short notice. Their staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a cake!

I thought the box was too small when she gave it to me but didn't think much of it. Then I got home and found it like this. Not only were all three cakes squished in, the cheesecake is just way too tall for this box size. Will I come back? Yeah, flavor is 10/10. But I'll definitely ask to check the inside of the box before I leave.

Not roll your eyes and look at your co-worker sarcastically, as if I’m there by obligation. As if my being there bothers you. I’m a customer, not some animal. Be polite. But don’t worry, I won’t be going back. By the way, After that unpleasant experience with you, I ran into another bakery in the same plaza. Guess what? They were nice, treated me with kindness and respect. I felt valued, I felt true customer service. That’s how you foster relationships with customers. You should learn from them. I order weekly from this store and 90% of the time the order is incorrect or missing items got to the point I've given up hope I will get the stuff I've paid for. For example I ordered an egg muffin with extra cheese and attached is a photo of what I received. It's a shame as a little bit of quality and care would really help this store out.

I am honestly so disappointed with the service I received here from Susanna and another woman who were making the drinks. I ordered breakfast and two frozen coffees and after waiting 10 minutes for my order, my coffee has extremely long hairs in it!! Absolutely disgusting. So I go back inside and nicely tell them that I would like another one and the lady proceeds to just scrape off the whipped cream and closes the coffee to give it right back to me. I said no I would like a new one and she rolled her eyes at me several times and gave me attitude. She kept going back and forth with me telling me that the hair was outside of the cup when I clearly took a picture of it. I went outside and sent my boyfriend to get me a new one because I wasn’t going to stand there and be disrespected. They just made my experience terrible and I just came here to enjoy my coffee on my day off with my boyfriend. Get some new employees and make sure they pick up their hair !!! Can’t even recognize that they’re in the wrong. Not coming back. 0-10 recommend.
