Coolest Sushi restaurant in town. Highly recommend if you guys want a place with good foods, drinks and nice environment. Love the Kimono stuff. Really tasty. Also the delivery is pretty fast. Even though i live 30 km away. And the sushis are still crunchy AND tasty. Pretty cool. Really appriciated. Love this one. The next time I come back, definitely will come here again. 💘

Been here visiting Nuremberg from Canada for a week now and tried 2 places aside from Xinh. All I can say is Xinh amazing taste, quality,portion size and most of all service is great!

1. Food: The dishes we ordered were well-presented, of good quality, and the portion sizes were satisfying. However, I found the prices slightly overpriced for what was offered. The overall food concept was also quite confusing. Many dishes seemed to be a fusion of various Asian cuisines, but without a clear or coherent theme. It made it difficult to understand the intention behind the menu. 2. Service: The staff were generally friendly and polite. However, I had one uncomfortable experience. We ordered a noodle dish that came with a small bowl of sweet and sour fish sauce (see the attached photo). At first glance, the portion of sauce seemed too small, so we asked if we could have a bit more. The server responded that he would check. About 10 minutes later, a different staff member brought more sauce and, without prior notice, informed us that it would cost 3 euros. We were quite surprised, as we had only asked whether it was possible and the staff said that he would check it. But at the end, there was no prior clarification about the charge, and we were not given a choice before it was brought and added to our bill. While this may seem like a small issue, the way they handled was wrong and unprofessional. It was disappointing. 3. Atmosphere: The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant. However, for those who do not enjoy crowded or noisy places, it might not be the most comfortable environment. Overall: An okay place to visit—decent food and nice atmosphere—but some aspects of the service and concept need to be improved.

A very nice place with a warm and friendly staff. There are plenty of gluten-free options, and the menu is well-organized with clear English.

Very chill atmosphere, the sushi menu 1 is a recommendation. Don’t let the small shop scare you away from coming if the first floor is full. They got a second floor. The curry isn’t exactly spicy but it’s your typical curry.

Amazing and super friendly service! We had a great diner here for an amazing price. There is no (proper) AC, but this wasn’t that much of a problem. The spice level is very tolerable and the food was very tasty! Would definetly recommend.

Went for Sunday dinner. The place was busy but the service was great! The sushi taste fresh and delicious and so were the drinks. Highly recommend if you’re craving for some high quality sushi. Will definitely go back again!

It really doesn’t matter if you go there for lunch or dinner... truth is the restaurant is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, food is made fresh, sushi is amazing! We will sure come back soon! Congratulations to the staff!!!

Nice all you can eat concept. The food is also quite good. Many varieties are offered. We went there on Saturday afternoon. It is not that crowded, the food come pretty fast. Nothing is missed. The robot also delivered our food several times. Price is above average but it is pretty fine if you eat enough. The service is the down part. As many people mention, the waitress are not so friendly. They can be considered rude sometimes. But overall, it is a good experience and good food. Parking situation is kinda confusing, you can part on the side of the street. No dedicated parking slots.

The menu definitely fits for different tastes which is good. The portions are super small but is ok so you can try many different things in their all you can eat system. The food is was good for the price but I don’t know why few of the sushi rolls I got didn’t look like in the menu picture (has happened every time I have been there), but it doesn’t affects the taste. A note would be to check in their kimchi and coconut soup because they could definitely be better. The service is really fast, the place is clean, modern and the robot gives the place a nice extra.

The presentation was excellent with a cute robot delivering the food. I didn't find the sushi to be exceptionally amazing, however the overall experience at the restaurant was enjoyable. There were many options to choose from. The alcohol-free cocktail was yummy! 🍹

Went for lunch buffet with 15e/person. Dinner would cost 26e. I couldnt see dinner menu so dont know how much more they would offer compare to lunch menu. Ok price for lunch buffet. Nice sushi compare to other sushi buffet place. Not much options for lunch. Sushi rice was undercooked so we feedback right away and they took with positive attitude. Changed all orders to purple rice for us so we had a good experience. 5 stars for service. Worth to try. Would be better if I could know what are the choices for lunch and dinner so that I can consider whether I should go for dinner buffet.

Absolutely outstanding.... Went tonight based on the good reviews and needing somewhere quality to go, the restaurant has a luxury decor. Service was friendly from both manage and waiters and the food was some of the best sushi I've eaten and the value was exceptional. I urge people to try this place you won't regret it 👍 I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in Japanese cuisine and will definitely be visiting again.

Delicious for an AYCE sushi place (+ Chinese dishes)! Some of the rolls had a bit of a high rice ratio, but overall the fish was fresh and you can even order good quality sashimi. The even have some nice options for dessert. It’s probably not good value for vegetarians, but for everyone else, I would highly recommend. There’s also ample parking nearby.

Nice place, delicious food and fast service. I prefer vegetarian options and they had enough to make a proper meal. Only downside was that it was somewhat loud in the restaurant and while the menu tablets did have an option for English, none of the items were actually translated to English.

Today I had dinner in this small restaurant, the tuna tartare is very good and the gyosas are also because of the 2 things we are going to have for dinner, the sushi is not very good in my opinion the rice is very sticky and very fat in fact it is like a dough and the Tanoshimi Tartare of hand-cut bull with sturgeon caviar Kizami Wasabi, Homemade Ponzu Sauce ann Spring onions. In my opinion, it is not very good, that combination of flavors does not fit well, the customer service, the waiter was arrogant at the beginning, he had a cart with a 3-month-old baby who was sleeping and said that we should leave her outside because there was not much room inside having the baby's car 🤦‍♀️ crazy😵‍💫 of course I said no and then he was unpleasant in the short time we were there we ate quickly in 30 minutes and I left I was uncomfortable there and he talked to the one who made the sushi arrogant towards us as we are hindering there, conclusion you can not go with children because they do not like there. On another occasion for several years there was a very kind Asian waitress, the woman was attentive, nice, but today she wasn't there, I don't know if she was free or left work, but that woman was very kind, she took good care of us and accepted the children normally.

We came here on a Saturday night, and its near emptiness was a sad non-reflection of how incredible it is. Great menu, quality, and freshness. Plus chef specials. More vegetarian and vegan options than the norm. My spouse had an incredible udon dish full of flavor and fresh perfectly cooked seasonal vegetables. Not something we found too often in our Germany travels. Really a true gem in a seemingly hip neighborhood.

Last Saturday we wanted to try this restaurant. All the comments seemed highly recommended. The neighborhood is also very cozy. We ordered dumpling and it was really delicious. For sharing we also ordered various nigiris and different taste of sushis. All of them were very fresh and very delicious. We'd definitely go there again. Great service and average price. Thank you!

Beautiful restaurant with great food presentation. We order #14 salad, #37 scallops roll, #53 prawns roll and # 91 beef In pineapple bowl with rice. Drink: # pickle berry # passion Mainz and beer. Salad is very good. Sushi is nice and fresh. Beef didn’t handle well, it’s chewy and not tender at all. Taking some time to wait for seating due to we didn’t make reservation before hand, wait time is about 20 minutes at around 7:15. The waitress was friendly. Price is reasonable. Over all a great restaurant!

Absolute amazing Asian food, very good service and modern nice Interieur. Had a business dinner with 15 people everyone was very satisfied. Good wine as well. German football Nationalteam was eating a table next to us. Great place to be.

We had dinner at Kokono and we really enjoyed our time there. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, the outdoor terrace area was lovely. The food was top-notch, super fresh and very delicious. The portion was generous. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was great, and we were lucky to get an awesome table. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. My steak was overcooked, which was disappointing, and the beer was served warm. I had to specifically ask for a cold one. Overall, a mixed experience.

The food was perfect—the quality and the taste. The restaurant was very busy and noisy. At the beginning, we waited 10 minutes, even though we had a reservation.

Went here because of the high rating on Google maps and wasn’t disappointed given expectations. The sushi (nigiri) were giant, with 3x the rice as normal, so the balance was quite off. The salmon was of very good quality but sadly not the tuna maguro. I was pleasantly surprised that they had kanpyo maki though. That said, the main problem with the sushi rice was that it was just a giant lump of rice and not seasoned as it should (so it’s not quite Shari). We also had tori karaage (fried chicken) and dumplings. The karaage was fine, fried very well and not oily. The other more “innovative” rolls and sushi were, however, a disappointment. Overall, the salmon was great, the maki rolls and fried chicken were nice and the rest were not so good.

Service was nice albeit illogical. Food first, then plates much later. Bottles first, then glasses later. Food preparation was quick, but tasted rather bland. Sushi was o.k. Ramen was disappointing. Decor and atmosphere were both cool.

Amazing place for some good sushi!! I have been to tons of sushi restaurants here in europe and have never been able to find hokkigai, my favorite. The hokkigai was so delicious ! The waiter was so kind and the restaurant had a good atmosphere :)

I really liked this place and would definitely recommend it! Modern decor, simple and very fitting with it's clear lines. The food was delicious, everything freshly prepared with all the details leading to perfection. Great fast service, layed back but professional. Large menu with lots of choices (with pictures too and they all look so good!). Moderate prices. A must try when in the area.

The sushi here is the best one in Bayreuth! But can’t say the same about the ramen. The restaurant is always full, recommend you to make a reservation otherwise you might wait for 30 minutes. But I believe it is worth it! Also recommend visitors try a special desert - mochi, it’s so delicious 🤤

This was a great find in Bayrueth. Arguably the best sushi place I have found in Germany. The restaurant has a nice new deco look. The menu is quite extensive with all kinds of sushi rolls, appetizers and various japanese plates. Will definitely come back here again though I love an hour away.

Really enjoyed this place! The sushi burritos are super tasty and made fresh on the spot. You can choose between different styles (tofu, chicken, salmon, ...) and sauces, so there’s something for everyone. I tried the Salmon Samba with Teriyaki sauce and it was delicious. Ingredients feel very fresh, and the portion is bigger than it looks... it definitely fills you up. Staff is friendly, and the waiting time was about 15 minutes. When the weather’s good, they also have some seating outside on the sidewalk plus a few spots inside. Great casual spot for a quick bite!

Super tasty surritos 👍 I really enjoyed them, they are like huge sushi’s - rice and filling of your choice wrapped in nori ( I think it is nori not sure though) a lot of variety to choose from , next time I want to try their bento box - definitely will visit this place again. I also like that you can sit outside. The staff is very friendly and clean.

This restaurant is one of the best ideas of food, a sushi roll make it burrito. Portions and prices are super good and they make the rolls in front of you, with sauces that are super tasty! The staff is very friendly, always with a smile.

Delicious sushi burritos. The portions are big so they are mostly feeling. And it is relatively cheap. You can get a surrito for an average if 8-9 euro. Definitely worth it.

A bit small but great food and prople

Recently I’ve visited this place with my friends. We didn’t know that it’s impossible to pay by card there.. *if you have Sparkasse there is a terminal nearby. Food - it was tasty. Prices are solid. 5/5 Service - everything was okay but the thing, that you can’t pay by card is.. 4/5 Atmosphere - too dark. 4/5 We paid 73€ for everything(see photos)

The atmosphere is really cosy with cool decorations and lofi background music. The staff are also friendly. The wakame salad is different. We even had a lucky envelopes for special lunar new year

We ordered rolls and a bowl online and absolutely loved everything. Rolls are fresh and delicious. Salmon bowl was very good,too. Although delivery time was estimated as 55min, food was delivered across the city within 20min. I will surely ordere here later.

I've ordered delivery twice from Lucky Neko and both times the price, quality, taste, and delivery were 10/10. Even the Lucky Neko Crunchy Roll (I highly recommend) was still warm! I don't think you can get a better price for great quality sushi in Nürnberg. Will definitely order again.

Place is well-situated with green leafy barrier giving you a sense of relief. Makes you feel you the country side. Sound of the cars passing by reminds you again you are in the city. The ‘beckoning cat’ at the windows are fun to look at. This is common in most asian business establishments for belief that this gives luck. Good food, great ambience and kind staff. This is the nicest asian restaurant around, they have a fusion of vietnamese and chinese food. Their menu is awesome, their restaurant is awesome and I really love their attention and the restaurant's decoration. No matter if you order food to go, order from home or home to the restaurant, you'll be happy about the great meal at a good price!

I haven’t been to the restaurant yet but I’ve ordered the sushi multiple times and it has quickly become my go to! You can tell they use super fresh ingredients and the rice is also cooked perfectly. Truly outstanding quality and delicious flavor, I tried almost every sushi in town and this might be my new favorite.

Taking our son and partner out for a quick bite, we stumbled upon this place and what a find! The dumplings we had were amazing, 150 out of 100. Sushi brilliant and the beef Pho also really good. The miso soup was a little bland, but I like a strong tasting miso flavour so perhaps this was just a personal taste difference. Service was very fast and extremely friendly. We will definitely come here again when in the area, there are soooo many dishes I wanted to try so will have to go numerous times!

This restaurant is wonderful! It’s not only the food but also the ambience and the service are perfect! You enter the restaurant and it looks very welcoming and warm. Lamps and pictures on the wall and the general setup of tables and chairs create a nice atmosphere. The love and detail spend on the food is just great. The taste is amazing, had the Bangkok spicy bowl with salmon. I also recommend the mixed tapas (vorspeise Platte), which gives you a good selection of starters. Also the other dishes like flying noodle dish tasted great. One of my friends had a sushi dish and they created a bird out of an apple. I like the idea of also eating with your eyes :-). Also recommend the house made lemonades. All in all totally recommend this place! Will definitely go there again

Very nice restaurant, very nicely decorated with good friendly service. The sushi is delicious!!! I ordered the salmon platter- it all tasted fantastic and was the perfect amount of food for one. I would say it was good value for money considering the quality of the salmon. Food presentation is top notch too. Recommended!!

The food was good, they are really trying to keep natural taste of products - they don’t use much sugar for drinks, great balance of spices. Although, the service was not really good. The waiter calculated the bill not only for our dishes we ordered, but also for food from another table. Maybe it was accidentally, but he really didn’t check it beforehand

We have been here with a group of 10 people and everything was very nice. The service is awesome, they are super friendly and really take care. The menu has lots of different types of food even for non-fish people. My food was very delicious, I will definitely come back.

My first experience with Japanese food... Tried sushi (natsumi - mango avocado cheese) first time liked it very much... Me being vegetarian was surprised with the good vegetarian options. The homemade juices were fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. The ambience was one of the best!! The tofu was one unique dish. Was delicious and tasted more like a custard 🤙🏽

The food was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed the dinner to myself 😊 I ordered 1. Steam Selection (starters) 2. Hot salmon special roll (main) The hot salmon special had salmon on top with jalapeno, it had a very very crispy prawn on inside along with avocado. Every single ingredient was specially placed and gave a rich flavour. For the starters, I wish the inside filling was a bit more. Therefore 4 stars.

The restaurant is nice, overall is a really safe option if you want to get sushi in Fürth. The service was nice, the fish smelled and tasted fresh and the rice ratios were fine. Also it is easy to get a parking, which is nice. In another note, the sushi options is not so broad and the prices are in the expensive side. I prefer samurai sushi, has the same quality with better options and slightly lower price.

Service was fast and efficient. 2 starters were top. Sushi plate was a bit hit and miss... Sushi wrapped tuna tasted good but the tuna should have been cut thinner. Maybe try it and see for yourself.

Quite disappointed with our meal. Karaage (bottom left) ingredients were completely off. Never had karaage made of chicken breast, they were bland and dry. Shrimp dumplings (bottom right) were also bad, the dumpling skins were too thick (they were at least 20 times thicker than the usual Har-Gao), could hardly taste any shrimps in them.

Went there for dinner on a Sunday night and the restaurant was packed. The menu was amazing - lots to choose from and fresh too! The service was alright, although we didn't have to wait for long to be seated. Price wise is slightly above average. Still, you pay what you get 😉 Overall, I would go there again!

Typical European sushi. Lots of “California” creations with tons of ingredients in and on them. All in all good. They also serve Asian warm dishes (not only Japanese). Kaarage (fried chicken) was disappointing

As all other reviews said, this place has good food (many veg options), and good ambiance ( indoor and outdoor seating, children chairs, and beautifully presented food) The staff were friendly, English speaking and were helpful in choosing the dishes as well. I ordered a Kyo Uramaki and Okashi for dessert and both were tasty. The pickled ginger was good as well as the kikkoman soy sauce. One suggestion that would amp up the place for me would be playing some traditional Japanese instrumental music instead of the English songs that were playing when I went. Overall, I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

Nice Asian food in the city Center near the shopping street. The mango beef was OK but boring with too few ingredients and too many salad leaves. On the other hand, the salmon salad was really good. The have day menus and some offers. I would recommend it if you are in the area looking for Asian food at a normal price

Poké bowls and Sushi was delicious, with fresh and tasty ingredients, especially the chicken and salmon was outstanding. The staff was very respectful and kind, and the food was ready very quickly. Located in a cozy area of the city centre, I can definitely recommend it. Thank you:)

Good quality of salmon and tuna dish. They offer nice sushi with different colorful and flavors. Prices are high, I noticed that other guests didn’t order sushi they went for a cheaper potions like wok meals. I would recommend management to study the sushi prices again in order to be more affordable for all people. Since the place is not fancy and more likely a cosy and hipster style.

Very good! The food was fantastic! For drinks we got the Kirin Ichiban beer and a homemade Maracuja (passionfruit) iced tea. Both of them were very tasy! For first course we order the chicken/vegetable Gyoza and Maguro Tataki (Tuna sashimi salad with a very tasty sauce). Although the Gyoza weren’t fried, they were very tasty! And the tuna sashimi was like eating butter, melted right in my mouth. One of the better if not the best tuna sashimi I’ve had in a long-long time. For the main course we order a mix of salmon, avocado, california maki and a set fried salmon maki. It was so good! My wife says it’s the best sushi she’s had in Nürnberg and I might agree. The salmon maki was definitely my favorite, the quality of the salmon in the sushi was just top notch! I can only say positive things about the staff and prices too. Overall a very pleasant experience!

This is for sure a place where to return and try more dishes from the menu! As an appetizer we chose to try dumplings and they were absolutely delicious. The fish soup was also great, however the portion was a bit too large. In overall, the service and atmosphere was top notch!

Amazing pho! Best I've had in Germany. The sushi rolls were also quite good. Everything was nicely priced. Cocktails are also great and service was very nice. Only bad thing was their allergen labels. My husband has Celiacs disease so no gluten, but a lot of normally gluten full dishes were labeled gluten free. Perhaps they don't know soy sauce has wheat in it?

We did not try the sushi - maybe that is good - but the Pho soup was awful. It looked good when brought to our table, but the broth had absolutely no flavour. The waitress kept saying that it is a very “leicht” flavoured broth… but tbh, I think that water you’ve boiled vegetables in might have more flavour. It was that watery & bland. We literally picked out the noodles & meat, and left the broth. I think they’d be better off removing Pho from their menu, as I’m not sure anyone wants to eat a broth that tastes like that.

I went there with my best friend to have some great sushi 🍣 we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was also lovely! The interior was really well decorated. Would highly recommend it for good sushi, if you love sushi and are in Bamberg this is the place to go.

The best Restaurant for any Asian dish I've ever been to. The food is incredibly tasty and freshly Hand-made. The Chicken fell apart just by picking it up and the service is extremely friendly.

One of the best sushi places I've been to. Food is always great and the waiters are friendly. Here you can actually see that every dish was handcrafted in the kitchen.

We came to visit the restaurant again because last time it was a super good experience. They keep up with what we already experienced. They placed us in a table super fast and were extremely helpful us when they took our orders (because someone had an allergy) and they made sure it was safe for our allergic friend. The place is not so big, so make sure to call and make a reservation if you are visiting on a busy day on Würzburg. The food was delicious, super fresh and with exquisite taste. I can recommend Sumo Sushi Bar to eat something really tasty, for a good price and an excellent service.

Taste so blend, service very much unlike professional sushi restaurant. There were a lot of houseflies. The waiter even brought us a plate with housefly on top of it which we asked to change. They then changed it with unfresh tuna, the color was significantly darker than the tuna sashimi. There is another sushi place in Würzburg, don't force to eat in this one. It is Vietnamese too, not authentic Japanese.

Wanted to try authentic German and this restaurant food is very nice. The staff were so friendly and cute. The house brewer beer and cocktails were good. We had a starter which was very tasty. The bread was nice and the cheese and ham were also great I had the sous vide roast beef as my main, it was cood perfect and goes well with the sauce and fried onions. The only complaint I have is my friend got the steak fries while I got the normal fries. My fries was crispy but a bit stall, taste wise was ok. The desserts were not so sweet and was good. The portions were all very generous and we really had a nice evening. Would highly recommend eating here if you're in Nuremberg.

I have just had the most amazing meal of my life in here. The staff were so friendly. Managed to accommodate us even without a reservation. The house brewer beer was very good. Came here on a Saturday night. It took a while for the server to come over, which is understandable as they were busy for the Bundesliga match. We ordered our drinks, appetizer, and main. The appetizer for one is huge, but they didn't bring out the bread until about 10 minutes after they brought out the meats and cheeses. The pork belly with potato dumpling was only okay and they didn't provide a sharper knife to cut through it. We ordered more drinks when the main course arrived, but didn't get them until we were done with our dinners. By this time the place had cleared out considerably as the match ended, so I don't have an excuse for the hold up on a rotbier and weisswein. I wanted to like this place!

We went there for dinner with 3 kids. We had a seating outside, pretty friendly atmosphere, although not completely for kids as smokers nearby on the street can cause some inconvenience with passiv smoke. Inside sitting would be advisable with kids. Food was pretty much authentic German. We ordered Schnitzel and only one Chicken dish on Menu, Backhendl. Beer is speciality there and would recommend to give it a try. Prices moderate. Definitely give it a try once near around.

Was very happy to see that at least 1 nice restaurant was open on a Sunday (not a given in Germany). I came in just around lunch time during a short layover, and even tho I only had a beer (their own brew) and a soup, both were delicious. The service is also impeccable and very friendly.

Recently renovated art nouveau hostel/restaurant/brewery located in the heart of Nuremberg. Double room had basic amenities (cable TV, hot shower, hair dryer and even a free bottle of water) for a great price, but there are dorm-style beds with shared bathrooms too. Pics of rooms on website are very accurate! Sure it's next to a few "erotic shops", but it's super convenient to cool bars and clubs (we enjoyed a mini staycation!), and shopping too. I didn't feel unsafe. Hotel/restaurant personnel friendly and professional. Didn't have dinner, but breakfast, and that's why this review gets only 4 stars. Boy, it took forever to get our order - and when you're hungover you need sustenance lickity-split! Omelette was yummy though. There was a changing table in ladies room, but not mens, downstairs. There's an elevator. I got what I expected so 4 stars it is!

We visited on a busy Saturday night and had a sushi menu for two. The Sushi was excellent but that was about it. The service is inexperienced and slow. We waited 20 minutes to order and then at least half an hour to get our food. Afterwards we, as many other tables were ignored and not asked if we wanted anything else. So we took nothing else and had our drinks and dessert somewhere else :)

Authentic and delicious Asian cuisine in a variety of styles. We had a Chinese dim sum appetizer, Japanese Ramen and Sushi, and a Thai Chicken Curry. Japanese Mochi and a Coconut Panna Cotta for dessert. Extensive and interesting drink menu too, with everything from Mai-Tais to Alcohol-free Guava Refreshers. Everything was yummy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful decor, plenty of people here on dates and celebrations. Glad we came here, and happy to recommend it. Right across the street from the Bamberg Hauptbahnhof.

Really recommended! Fast, nice and friendly service. The menu has a good length with different options, from sushi, to ramen and cold ramen. The beverages are also nice with nice alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The ramen selection is great and is not what normally you get in another places in the city, the noodles are not done in the place but honestly, the broths and proteins are so good that is ok. The best surprise were the desserts! You gotta ask because they don’t have a fixed dessert menu but believe me will be well worth it. Definitely a place I will come back 🙌🏼

Superb quality, some of the best sushi I have had in Germany (let’s be honest, it’s probably the best as Germany isn’t renowned for Asian cuisines). There was also a table of Japanese businessmen beside us who also looked rather impressed, always a good sign. Highlights include the nigiri which was exceptionally high quality. The sesame eis was a great way to finish an almost perfect meal. Highly highly recommend and can not wait to return!

Best japanese food you can have in Nürnberg so far. Different variations, and not just sushi/samshimi. You get donburi, salad ramen, bento boxes that are a must in japanese cuisine. Staff are also really friendly and accommodating.

Most sushi in Nuremberg has too much rice in it. This place imo has the perfect amount of rice and the tastiest ingredients. We had the gyoza, edamame, sushi, tempura, shrimp in mayo sauce and duck breast. Everything was exceptionally tasty! The ordering process was unique too. Very friendly staff.

We didn't sit right at the front but we're still able to get all the food we wanted. For the price we paid (22€) the amount of food was excellent. We were 6 people with a baby and the staff were also really polite and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be back again soon!

Wow! One if the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant itself has a bit of railway station atmosphere, but furniture and interior design is minimalistic and nice. It felt as if they were not interested in serving us and annoyed. When asked for child high chair answer was “It there in some corner”. Hence the just 2 stars for service.

Schade... 2019: Space: spacious, ambient sit down restaurant Cuisine: Asian fusion kitchen, mix of Japanese/Vietnamese dishes blended with Asian and local ingredients. Flavours are excellent, especially I can recommend tuna dishes, the tuna is seared perfectly. It's also Vegetarian friendly with tofu choices!! Another good thing is you can get one litre of flavoured mineral water here, unlike in other places which 6 EUR for 75cl!! Service: 2 very polite and nice Vietnamese/German ladies Price: meat/fish dishes about 15-20 EUR. Vegetarian dishes 12 eur. So slightly above the normal prices compared to the other Asian places but so is the quality.

What a surprise!!!! After reading comments about the place, we decided to go tonight and we had the best sushi in the city so far. Good quality, perfect service, nice decoration, amazing Gewurstraminer wine and worth it for the money. The oerfect combination! We will repeat for sure!

We have been to this place 3 times in past few months and really liked it. It is a great place to come with kids. The food is fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed until last visit. We were set at the corner table and some of the in-demand plates barely reached us for almost 30 mins this includes sashimi. As we didn’t get it we took salmon nigiri with rice, ate salmon and let rice aside. Some guy - probably the owner - and started yelling at us that we are wasting rice which is very expensive and we have to pay extra. It was very disappointing. When we explained him situation he said we could just ask and it could be brought to us separately (which they did afterwards - 3 plates of sashimi!!!). Well while we understand their concern it could be better if the guy behaved not that aggressively. It is not very good customer experience :( and I don’t know if we want to come again, though we liked the place until now..

Würth is an excellent overnight stay location when travelling to Southern Europe. In the outskirts of the city, in a more commercial and industrial zone next to the Mercure hotel, Maguro is situated. An Asian restaurant that offers eating from the menu, but also a formula where one pays for an hour or two hours of all you can eat from the little plates that move by on a system on a rail. The upper row are warm dishes like calamari, noodles, dim sum, dumplings, egg rolls, teriyaki style salmon and chicken, scallops ... The bottom row are different kinds of sushi, fruits, desserts, ... Got dinner, one hour is around 20 euro's, two hours price goes up to little less than 30 euro's. The food is nice and tasty and the price of beverages is ok. At lunch time the price for the all you can eat moving buffet, goes down. After two visits we're still convinced that this is a good concept with nice food. Kids under 10(?) eat for half the price. We'll be back next time we visit Fürth.

I am very conflicted about this place. On the one hand, the food is great and the prices are pretty amazing. On the other hand the service is oh so bad. We had a reservation in advance and when we got there we were told our reservation was actually for one hour later and for one person less. I would have thought it was actually my mistake in making the reservation unless I saw a couple coming in a few minutes after us with the same exact issue. We therefore waited for about 45 until getting seated, at which point service was fine (waiters are nice). When we wanted to pay they messed up our order (seemed to not write down what we ordered in advance) plus had to call for someone else who knew how to operate the card payment. I still keep coming back since the food is so good but I wish the service matched.

It is Saturday lunch time, quite space to make us feel relax, not crowded. Food quality is as expected. I would recommend. Only issue is the frequency of recycling dishes bit too high.

It was valentines day today and it started good. The service was fast and attentive. But once we ordered another round of drinks, things went south fast. We waited for half an hour for our drinks and the payment had to be asked for three times. I left with a very mixed feeling especially since the table next to us got some presents as they waited similarly long and we did not. Not coming back here with such a bad service. Sorry but we paid 120€ in the end and left unsatisfied even though it started very nice. You need to train your service personnel seriously

A regular favourite we always recommend to others. The calming decor and atmosphere really make it something special. Always great sushi, but service super slow (seemed like only one person could take orders or payment, meaning we had to wait for them while 3-4 other members of staff were standing around. The presentation of the dishes was well-curated and Instagrammable, but unfortunately, the food itself lacked flavor and was quite bland. On the other hand, the drinks were the highlight—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Recommendation: Go there for the ambiance, drinks, and photo-worthy plates, especially if you're on a date. However, if you're looking for authentic taste, it might not be the right spot.

We were a set of 7 people and went yesterday night. The place is very beautiful. Outside had a very calming vibe while the inside seating had a chic vibe. The service was good too. We stayed until a little late and the staff was cool about it. Appreciated. The way they serve the food is quite impressive, specially the sushi we ordered.

Excellent place to enjoy some real good food. I personally recommend the coco with curry fried duck, and for appetizer the fried octopus balls, is really good.. for drink the coffee or the homemade tea.. never taste something that good before.

Disappointing First Visit We were really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We started with the mix tempura and chicken satay. The tempura was far too oily, with a bland batter lacking salt or any seasoning. The chicken satay came with just two skewers and was underwhelming. The accompanying sauce was overly sweet and lacked the depth and umami you typically expect from a good satay sauce. For mains, we ordered the duck curry and the fried noodles with chicken. I had specifically requested the noodles to be spicy, but they arrived with no chilli at all. I waited nearly 15 minutes to get the attention of the waiter, who had difficulty understanding English or German. By then, the noodles had gone cold. When I asked for something spicy, they brought out siracha. Eventually, the chef came out and offered to fix it. He returned quickly with the same dish, but again, it didn’t have any noticeable spice. The only thing I found somewhat enjoyable was the kumquat soda. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the food didn’t meet our expectations. Sadly, not a place we’d return to.

We ordered: Chicken sate - two chicken breast skewers with dipping sauce Tempura mix - one shrimp and mix of zucchini, sweet potato, bell pepper and egg plant. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The dipping sauce was good. The tempura mix had too much oil. It’s like they reused the oil many times to fry the tempura which didn’t have a good after taste. We also ordered sweet potato fries and that tasted like candy. Super sweet, yummy and crispy but again, the oil was recycled. Despite the oil issue, they offer a variety of food that I would order if I’m ever back in this area.

I’d also suggest trying a glass of wine with Sake Lachs or a beer with Yaki Udon. Of course Sushi are the best, but I just personally ate too much of them. The staff never disappoints, they are friendly and always ask if you need anything more, which I'm really missing in other restaurants sometimes. It's just a 2 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and located next to the city museum. The background music is calm, and there’s also a terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer. Just one tip: check their opening hours before you go, they’re closed between 14:30 - 17:00, and evenings have a lot of people, so it’s best to call ahead for a reservation.

Geschmacklich war mein Sushi top, jedoch die anderen Reisgerichte eher nur guter Durchschnitt. Preislich war die Bestellung etwas höher als bei Konkurrenten mit ähnlichem Angebot.

This place is delicious. I was homesick one day and I had a bowl of noodles soup 🍜 and it reminded me of the soup I'd get back at home in California. The drinks are refreshing as well. The service is nice and they usually understand enough English to answer my questions. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting.

Overall fresh and delicious; especially sashimi, sushi, grill chicken and spring rolls.

This is my family’s favorite restaurant in Erlangen, and we’ve been going almost once a week for years now. The staff is so friendly, helpful and efficient, as are the cooks. The food is always delicious and of high-quality. Especially during lunch time, the 3.50€ Teller system is fun, practical, and makes sure that students can afford to regularly eat there. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

I am a regular guest and love the bento boxes, they are top class. My recent visit though was disappointing, maybe its C19 related. The place comes across as not well maintained. The menus ( the restaurant's offering) were overused and not clean at all. Usually I am tolerant on those things but I had guests joining me and got negative comments. I will give it another try than decide if I qualify the restaurant out.

Great food and a good price!

Food is actually good, but If i still have over 30 minutes left at 20.30 and i don't get anything warm anymore then I am a bit disappointed. We had to ask for some fresh, which was no problem. But that is not the sense of running sushi.

Very poor sushi. Not authentic. Deep fried everything. No English Speakers but you can get by. The train is $18.90 per person all you can eat.

Great atmosphere and good food! No one that spoke English, but great at pointy-talk with the menu and questions we had! Dedicated parking spaces make it super easy access!

I ordered a big sashimi maguro for 30 € and expected an amazing plate for this price. If the fish was fresh, the plate was definitely a little bit sad looking. I asked if I could get a little bit of rice, which was charged 2 € on top of that. What a shame ! I ordered a matcha ice cream and was ready to give up after 15 minutes wait. Too pricey, slow service 😑

I know this restaurant from one of my best friend. Japanese food here is very delicious 😋. That is a good place to enjoy meals with your friends and family. Highly recommended

It's a large sushi place with wide selection of menu. This was my second visit, and first time I visited was like 3-4 years ago (or even longer). The impression I had then was that the food was delicious but expensive while in small portions. I came for a business trip and visited alone again, and oh my god⋯⋯ I think I can list this place up as the worst sushi place I've been to within Germany. The sushi rice was so wet and somewhat disgusting even. The owner came around to check if everything was fine until tempura came out (it was so so) but he didn't ask a thing when I was paying when I had most of the dish left LOL I think he didn't even dare to ask seeing the table. I did order quite a lot because I skipped lunch because of work and I was still not full but I just couldn't continue eating. (FYI, I did not ask for refund or anything, it was me who decided to order the menu making bad assumption that the place still sells sushi like 3-4 years ago). Btw cost is average now (maybe they didn't increase it since my last visit?) and the portion is larger. I think I ordered food for almost 2 people 😂 It might have been just today the food was bad (I'm aware that the owner might feel unfair about it), but I'm writing this review so the reader won't make the same wrong decision I made (wasting € 82 and ruining dinner time): DO NOT order a lot before you know its good.

The setting is very cozy and warm. We read that the new owners were unfriendly but we experienced very good hospitality. In general the food was great, we had soup, sushi, salad and the Überraschung (surprise from the chef(However for €15 , the chef could have been more creative than the Thai curry given that it is a JAPANESE restaurant)

The food is excellent. The owner is friendly and enthusiasm. You should come there and try once. It would be worth.

Very nice place to eat Asia food

Very sad. I once was very pleased here, especially the sushi quality was good but at my last visit i was extremly disappointed as the sushi was bad and extremly expensive. Service didnt even know the names of the rolls and i had to order the number instead of simple unagi or inari nigiri. Yakisoba was simple wheat noodles instead of soba noodles. I felt like im in a too expensive asia imbiss.. Indeed its owend by vietnamese (like many other sushi restaurants). Dont recommend going there.
