The cafe - which covers a large space inside and a courtyard outside - is an oasis of calm. We had coffees - which were excellent - and admired the fantastic looking cakes. We had just eaten so didn't have room but I will make sure I do next time 😁 I was very impressed by the shop area next to the cafe. It's full of beautiful handmade items at very reasonable prices. I think I could find a gift for pretty much anyone I know here, plus there's a wall of lovely cards covering pretty much every occasion - so it has all the bases covered for present buying.

I eet lunch here fairly often, probably every 2-3 months. The menu changes regularly, and there's always something I want to eat, that I haven't had before, and it has always tasted good. Freshly prepared salads, quiches, soups, and last time I had a salt beef bagel. Typically costs about £15-20 per head.

I don't think I've ever eaten in a cafe where the staff have been so polite and helpful. The cafe here is a very pleasant place to stop for a bite to eat. We sat outside with our dog and the table service was really prompt. We also had a look inside at the wonderful shop selling a variety of crafts.

A very interesting collection of business in the old mill buildings very nice cafe selling sweet and savory food .and drinks. Inside and outside seating. Artisan shops of all types. Used book shop .picture framing shop. And a number of different art galleries and instructional classes. Toilets. And pay carpark a short walk away. Also short walk to the railway station.

Great coffee and lovely look around the shop and upstairs galleries… go to place in Salisbury especially for ladies than lunch. Food looked good.

Former Mill now housing a wide variety of crafts and cafe on the ground floor together with a series of craft artists in small workshops with displays upstairs. The floor upstairs is very uneven as much of the original character of the building has been maintained. Lovely atmosphere.

My partner and I sat outside in the sunshine yesterday and were served by Josh. He was really knowledgeable about the menu and helped us decide between a few different items we were stuck on. He truly enhanced an already wonderful experience! Thanks again Josh! The food was absolutely delicious, flavours perfectly balanced and dishes arrived to the table staggered to ensure we were not over faced. A definite highlight of our trip to Bath!

We enjoyed a fabulous light lunch accompanied by outstanding service. The menu offered an excellent variety of dishes, but we chose the anchovies on toast, English peas on focaccia, and Cornish hake with carrot purée. The rhubarb crème brûlée was a triumph– one of the best desserts we've had in quite some time. A true hidden gem!

Lovely place with great food & beautiful wines! We had the charcuterie board with some delicious bread one evening (definitely recommend). But the highlight for sure was (on a different evening) the venison bavette; just perfection with courgette fritters! Must go when you visit Bath!

Very nice meat and cheeseboard and a good selection of wines. The rest of the menu looked very appealing also but great if you just want a quick bite to eat.

Delicious food, friendly staff and cool environment. Restaurant is basically within a wine shop, which they have a large selections of good wine, that can pair with some very delicious food. Staffs were very friendly and professional (especially on wine suggestions). I think it was great that I will visit again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

We sat outside to enjoy the sunny afternoon. The sharing plates were excellent. Found them inventive and fun. Service was nice but a little flighty, we always had to be on the lookout for our server. But this did not take away from the experience. Recommend for a quick and pleasant or lazy afternoon bite.

We stopped in for a drink after dinner. There are a number of tables and a large relaxed sofa area at the back. We enjoyed a great bottle of wine from their large selection. The small plates of for looked good but we'd already eaten. This felt like a 'grown ups' place with a great atmosphere and nothing too banging. We look forward to coming back.

This bakery must be absolutely amazing — by the time I arrived, everything was already sold out! I could only grab a hot chocolate, which was delicious and made me even more curious about all the baked goods I missed. If you don’t want to leave empty-handed like I did, make sure to come early! A truly charming little spot that clearly has earned its popularity — I can't wait to come back and experience the full menu next time!

We tried pistachio swirl which was fantastic and the pain suisse which was okay. The atmosphere is nice sitting outdoor. The espresso was too sour but maybe it wasn’t just my taste.

We only tried their babka (£4.60) which is so rich and so good—a lot of chocolate 🫶 and tastes so good. Will definitely try something else when we return to Bath in future!

The rosemary & sea salt focaccia is fantastic,we used to be able to get them from Gloucester services before we moved. We've not had one in about 6 years,as we were having a long weekend in Bath we treated ourselves to one - just as we remembered 😋 I had a steak & veg pasty, which is very nice but in my honest opinion, not worth the almost £6 I paid for it. 2 pieces of carrot, bit of onion but a nice nice amount of steak. The salted caramel brownie is amazing, but like the pasty not worth the £3.50 unless the portion size was bigger.

I had been told how good this bakery was, so when visiting family in Bath decided to try. We were very disappointed by the sourdough bread. It had the taste and texture of an old loaf and not freshly made. The babka had a raw part in it too. This is certainly not what I would have expected for the price paid.

Drop in visit today and so impressed: warm welcome and atmosphere (not just because of the baking); great service - loved the Halloween theme; great food. Highly recommend. Thank you so much - can't remember the name of what we bought but it is gorgeously scrumptious.

We hired David and his team to design our wedding cake, and they were exceptional from the initial contact through the tasting and setup on the day. It was wonderful to visit and sample flavours, as well as receive a consultation on our cake preferences. They accommodated our last-minute changes without any issues. Additionally, I have gluten and dairy allergies, and having a cake suitable for my dietary needs was amazing; many guests at our wedding didn’t even notice it was gluten and dairy-free! We highly recommend them for wedding cakes, especially if you have allergies!

They created the most extraordinary cake for my 70th and it was a real showstopper! They took the trouble to make perfect replicas of my two pets and other symbols from my life history. I thoroughly recommend them!

The Cake Architect designed our wedding cake for our big day in June this year. The process from design (and tasting at their shop - yum!) all the way through to the finished product on the day was seamless. Communication was absolutely spot on. Thank you so much for our amazing cake topper! We requested a springer spaniel cake topper for our wedding cake, preferably him eating the cake and the process was so easy and simple. We were asked to send over pictures of our spaniel so the team could work from this and getting him into position was probably the most difficult part. Even when we missed our own collection date due to an admin oversight (mine, certainly not theirs!) I was gently reminded with kindness and we rectified the issue quickly. Wow! These guys are absolutely incredible! Our wedding cake was oerfect in every way. The only hard part of the process for us was choosing which of the amazing flavours we wanted in the cake, they were all so delicious! The whole team are so lovely, and any communication was nice and clear. We wanted a cake that we didn't think was achievable, especially as we both had slightly different ideas. But these guys saw that as a challenge and they pulled through and created THE PERFECT cake for us! It was absolutely amazing and received so much attention from all of our guests. To top it all off, it tasted beautiful on the day and we think everyone tried a bit of each flavour! We have had so many lovely comments from our guests about the cake and we couldn't be happier. A small cake shop but packed to the rafters with all cake decorations as well as cakes on sale . Very friendly I needed cakes for a function last minute order. They were ready at 10am next day. Super impressed and my display was a hit. And cakes were super tasty too. Thanks cake tin .

We come here often for treats, all the staff are so lovely. We decided to go with the cake tin for our wedding cake and honestly it was absolutely perfect, our guests were saying its the best cake they have had. It was fresh, perfectly presented, delicious and different to any other wedding cake i have seen. Highly recommend them.

I had a delicious choc orange doughnut and my partner had a choc cookie. She said it was possibly the best cookie she's ever had and the doughnut was great too. Shame we don't live in the area as we would be there all the time!

This place is just amazing! We've used it a lot for cupcakes which are always delightful but I recently ordered a birthday cake and it was the best cake I've ever eaten. Plus it was such good value as it was a massive cake that a whole army could feast on! The icing on the cake (ahem!) is that Victoria who runs it is such a warm and friendly face. Would recommend highly to all!

Had the box of six (festive) cupcakes that somebody had gifted me and shared it between my family. Everyone enjoyed them and they were gone within a day! Interesting and beautiful designs and flavours, creativity at it’s finest. I will be sure to pay a visit myself soon!

Visited Malmesbury on Friday, walking through the town, spotted the cakes by the window and just couldn't resist! Served by a friendly and helpful lady, so many flavours of cupcakes to choose from. Bought a box as was visiting friends in the evening and the cakes were an absolute hit, definitely recommend anyone visiting to pop by.

The place is like The Chocolate Factory for beer lovers, the service is excellent and the variety of craft beers is insane!

Really good shop that I discovered by accident. knowledgeable and friendly owner. Great selection of beers with some more hard to find offerings. If you find yourself in Bath and like beer you should pop in.

It all started with a rogue bottle top and resulted in finding out that a favourite Belgian beer was a lot closer than I thought. An amazing selection of great beers. Thank you all. Loving your work!

One star for the food truck that was there, who were happy to serve us and wanted our money. Photo of food but no photos of drinks? Unfortunately, the bar staff or person was too busy chatting away to his mates at the bar serving them one by one to take notice of us and the growing queue forming. Waited 15 minutes (during this time he only served two pints), wasn’t even acknowledged, in the end we didn’t want the food we ordered to go cold so we walked away empty handed. Maybe he didn’t care about us? We had money to spend as we went there specifically for drinks and food but only managed to purchase the latter. Or maybe he thought we weren’t cool enough to be served, or maybe he just didn’t like serving non-whites… we’ll never know.

Cool place to hang out, although somewhat unusually positioned smack bang in an industrial estate. Cool vibes and great food stand. Alas, we tried the Helles lager and Little Ripper IPA... and didn't particularly like either - the lager especially with a very brussel sprouty smell and aftertaste. I know it's supposed to be unfiltered/unpasteurised but it's the sort of beer, if I had in some random pub, I'd be left wondering if it's off and if I should ask for the keg to be changed. We'll give it another shot with some of the other beers next time.

Brewery continues to improve every year and I enjoy visiting the tap room. For me, I'd like to see a DIPA on tap and in cans. However takeaway prices should be reduced. Perhaps a discount for buying 4 or more cans across the range. It doesn't make sense that you can buy cans up to £1.50 cheaper in bottle shops - you should get a better deal at the brewery.

The two gentlemen at this place are very friendly, and the place itself has a unique vibe. When I asked for beer suggestions, they explained everything carefully and patiently. As I was leaving, they smiled and kindly invited me to come again.

We found this place online and came for the music bingo for the night for a family 40th birthday. Didn't come expecting much, drinks were good but the bingo was such a quality night, everyone had a great time and left in a great mood, it was such a good way to spend our last night in Bath. Great place.

After heading out of Bath on the X39 bus to visit the brewery to discover that the Taproom wasn't open until Thursday even though the Brewery was open. The helpful chap explained that Google couldn't easily differentiate between business hours and taproom hours. Plus if walking down Osbourne Road, you can't hop over the wall but have to take the long way round ie through the main entrance to the industrial estate. Anyway I bought some tinnies and am enjoying one on the train home! NB the Taproom hours are on one of my photos.

This company delivers the wine to a different city and then tells you it is your fault and you did not open the door or you did no proved your age. In my case, I wrote very clearly to deliver a wine package to Bath, postcode was from Bath, street was in Bath, address was in Bath. They decided that the best was to try to deliver this to Bristol. Then I started to get harassing messages like "you were not at the place" or "we could not verify your age". The only good thing from this company is the guy from customer service. He is good handling this situations, but with such horrible logistics problems, I don't recommend this company, sorry.

Ordered online - the wine arrived within 2 days and in great condition. Great selection and good prices with their offer for 12+ bottles. I didn’t know they existed in Bath but will now go to see their selection in person if I only need to buy a bottle or two.

I have been looking for Quinta do Crasto for a while. My email inquiry was answered quickly. Visited Saturday morning 15th June '24. The manager, Alan Nordberg, quickly took me to the right section, where there was a selection of sizes and vintages. Plenty of parking outside. Shall visit again

Kim was helpful in providing ideas on our cake design, for example we didn't expect to be able to have the New York skyline on out cake but nothing was out of scope! The cake tasting was divine and such a great experience to help you make your choice of flavours, of which there are so many to choose from. We are delighted to have chosen Kim to make our wedding cake and we were delighted to have such a beautiful, delicious cake with a meaningful design for our wedding.

Not only are the products of the highest quality (with a special mention for the local unpasteurised cheddar), but the welcome is exceptional! Cheese a fabulous treat with crackers . As I should not eat cheese I have to make every effort to enjoy this delicious food. So I like vintage cheddar gold medal Gouda , Belgian cheese French or Italian. Today I purchased mayfield Swiss. I now have to be careful about the time to eat I have to be perfectly peckish to devour the flavour

The only place to get sheeps cheese like Wigmore and others that supermarkets do not sell. Beautifully packaged so that strong cheeses do not stink, a Paxton cheese makes for a lovely present. I bought my friend an entire round of "Wyfe of Bath" cheese which, given her famously decadent character should have been smelly, but wasn't. It is very very tasty though.

Lovely Chreese monger with a great selection of quality cheeses and various associated products and equipment. The shop has a lovely charm and is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's definitely worth a visit if you need something special or for a treat. The new shop is bright and spacious.

We have visited this cheese shop many times over the years in both this location and the old one. Unfortunately, on occasion the service really let it down and today may well be our last visit. Every time we have been served by the middle aged gentleman we have been made to feel like an annoying interruption to his day. There were no other customers when we arrived in the shop today and yet this was still the case. He is short to the point of coming across arrogant and has made our visits feel uncomfortable. This has never been the case with any other member of staff, hence the 3 stars. We were lucky to find another wonderful cheesemonger during our visit to Bath today with a friendly, approachable owner and will be returning there in future.

Wonderful cheesemonger one of the oldest in England. A good sized shop with a good selection of cheeses and accoutrements. On this visit I purchased some Bath blue and Lincolnshire Poacher.

My husband and I had Penelope make our wedding cake, it was absolutely gorgeous. From the design being everything we wanted it to look like to the fact she even included our dog taking a bite out of the cake. The cakes themselves were so tasty and we are so glad we have the top layer to ourselves. Everyone was also obsessed with it especially the sugar lily. We met Penelope at the Larmer Tree wedding fayre where we immediately fell in love with the delicious cake on offer. We ordered some tasters to our home and were spoilt for choice. We found it almost impossible to choose the flavours for our wedding cake as they were all delicious. After much deliberation we decided to go for a 3 tier cake with vanilla and malt, chocolate orange fudge and milk chocolate praline layers. We had a great video call with Penelope where she helped us get the design and look narrowed down. We wanted to have a bit of a Cornish theme cut into the side of the cake, which was no problem for Penelope. She sent us great drawings and we chose the design we liked. The cake was an absolute triumph. The guests absolutely loved it and couldn’t get enough. Everyone told us how delicious it was and were blown away by the 3 different flavours. They loved it so much they asked for more pieces to be cut. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are already thinking of excuses to celebrate something so we can order Cocoa and Whey cake. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you again Penelope!

Our cake was perfect!! It was the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen and it was exactly what we wanted. It was also genuinely the nicest cake I’ve ever tasted in my life. Penelope made our wedding cake for our May wedding this year (2024) and we chose her raspberry and champagne and chocolate and vanilla flavours for our three tier case. Honestly the most delicious cake I have ever eaten it blew us away and all of our guests. It also looked absolutely stunning. Penelope has been lovely to work with is super calm and very organised. I would highly recommend couples choose Cocoa and Whey for their wedding cake, all of Penelope's flavours are absolutely dreamy. She also liaised with our venue for setup and decoration etc as well as our florist which made things very easy for us. Thank you Penelope, you are simply amazing and a star wedding supplier.

We could not have picked a better wedding cake supplier for our wedding. Penelope was fantastic at communicating from start to finish and understood our vision for the cake exactly. Not only did the cake look stunning but the taste was truly spectacular. We had three layers: lemon and raspberry, lime and coconut and chocolate orange fudge. They were all delicious flavours and we have received so many compliments about how tasty the cake was. Our only regret is not to be able to have eaten more of the cake ourselves because it got eaten so quickly!

Penelope created the cake for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke, she completely understood our vision for the cake and this shone through in the sketches she provided for us. The cake itself was perfectly set up, and Penelope worked with our florist to create a wreath of foliage and forget-me-nots for the cake to stand on. We ordered our wedding cake from Cocoa and Whey after doing some research online, and oh my goodness, words cannot describe how absolutely blown away we were by it!! It was an absolutely stunning presentation, and the flavours were just incredible! Penelope worked with us to design the cake of our dreams, and we could not have imagined a better cake. We had so many compliments on it! We really lucked out finding Penelope, and will be recommending her to everyone we know. There were a handful of people at our wedding in the process of planning their own weddings, that were already asking where we got our cake so they could book the same! We wholeheartedly recommend Cocoa and Whey to any and everyone needing a cake for any occasion. And she’s an absolute doll to work with to top it off!

Updating my review based on the response provided by the cafe. It is indeed possible that I have visited at not the best time, which led to my observation on limited food options. I was looking for quick sandwiches, something hot and savoury, hot quick bite, which I could not find at the time I visited. So I picked up a granola bar on way to Stonehenge while waiting for the bus. I'm sure this is a lovely cafe and I look forward to visiting again at a better time to experience it.

Consistently among the top two or three places to eat in Salisbury and a relaxed environment for having a coffee and cake or glass of wine inside or in the courtyard. Excellent staff that always enhance our enjoyment of visiting.

Great coffee, fast service and a lovely treat to take away. Spent loads of time wandering with my coffee looking at the Gallery items. I was so impressed with the quality and range of the items on sale.

Lovely cafe in a gallery with lots of different interesting items to buy. Some great jewellery produced locally, nick nacks, cards and different types of art. There are signs on the main road but you do need to turn down into a courtyard and the cafe is at the end Good coffee and divine sun dried tomato and parmesan scones!

Charmaine made my daughters first birthday cake and wow, it is the most incredible cake I have ever seen in my life. It is everything I asked for and more, it couldn’t have been more perfect. from the attention to detail to the taste of the cake, it was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend. I was told my a few cake makers that the cake I wanted was very hard to replicate but Charmaine has done that and more. If she can do this, she can do anything! I would highly recommend. 10/10, 5 stars!! Really lovely and friendly and talked through my ideas with me, made me feel at complete ease and it really made my daughters first birthday just perfect. Thankyou once again Charmaine, I will be back for all my cake needs in the future❤️

This cake not only looked amazing but was delicious. The wedding guests demolished it! We chose three different layers and Charmaine catered to our needs. The cake looked exactly like how I envisioned on my wedding day. We opted for the embroidered ribbon which is a nice keepsake from the wedding. She is one of the only suppliers that I had booked, that I did not have to chase to ensure everything was ok. In fact, she contacted me frequently to touch base. The cake is everything I had dreamed of and more, my guests were wowed. Not only did it look amazing it tasted delicious too. I am still amazed at how reasonably priced our cake was in comparison to other quotes we received from other cake suppliers. The level of detail and care is second to none and there is no doubt Charmaine is a very talented lady. I can honestly recommend 100% and if you have any hesitations, don’t!

I have been using Charmaine for my cakes for many years so when it came to my wedding day, it never crossed my mind to ask anyone else to do our cake for this special occasion. What can I say? I gave Charley an idea of what I wanted which was a Bento cake for a princess and she delivered! The booking and confirmation process was simple and easy to follow, I received regular updates about my order and she genuinely made the whole shopping experience a very pleasant experience! The extra care about the small details, wasn't unnoticed! Now about the cakes! The packaging was pretty and sturdy, I dropped a cupcake (worst nightmare!) But due to the good quality packaging the cake wasn't damaged. I ordered a bento cake and 3 cupcakes as we're a family of 4. The decoration and detail was flawless, the colours were beautiful. The cakes were soft, fluffy, fresh and flavoursome. The buttercream and icing were delicious and not too sweet or rich! My 4 year old Granddaughter was very delighted with her birthday cake, her response was "Omg, wow! How cute!) She had a fabulous birthday and her cakes were the icing iving on the cake! Charley was amazing! We first met her at a local wedding fair, and after trying a couple of samples, we knew we had found our wedding cake supplier! Charley was superb throughout our planning, and no matter how many changes we requested, new quotes we asked for, or small additions (such as increased lemony-ness) she was always happy to help. When we had finally decided on our wedding cake, we weren't disappointed! Charley arrived at our venue with our beautiful cake, alongside the vegan cupcakes we had also ordered, and we were delighted with how they looked. The only regret we have is that we didn't get to try the lemon or vanilla on our wedding, although we saved the chocolate layer for ourselves and we're so glad we did....it was delicious! We would highly recommend Charley.

Exceptional customer care and an even more exceptional cake! We contacted Charley a little bit too late, but she was amazing from the start! She accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance with ease and everyone couldn't believe that the cake was gluten free! Charley was simply 1st class. I cannot tell you how good her cakes are and how the cake looked when I first caught a glimpse of it! My Mum was so happy. Charley made our wedding cake for Saturday 12th April 2025 and there are no words to describe just how amazing it was! We went for a fun and creative design on one side which Charley absolutely smashed out of the park. We are so pleased we met Louise at a wedding fair!! Thank you so so much for our lovely wedding cake, it was truly amazing! The design was perfect, all the detail with the flowers and the taste was incredible! I am the father of the bride and Louise was just exceptional. Every detail that my daughter asked for in her wedding cake, Louise delivered. All of our guests said that the design, the flavours and the overall look of the wedding cake was just sublime. My grandson is 3 years old and just kept asking to see the ‘cake lady’ as he just loved tasting all of her samples of cake!

I can not recommend Louise highly enough. She provided 2 amazing cakes for my Dad’s 80th which were both perfect in look and taste. Everyone commented on how fantastic the cake looked - the attention to detail on the decoration was second to none. Louise put my Dad's favourite jockey colours on as well as his football club scarf - all her ideas. Then the taste was the best! Everyone loved it and wanted more! We are very fussy with our fruit cakes and we can honestly say out of every one we have ever tasted this was by far the best. It was outstanding. I think it has taken me this long to write as I just can’t find the words to describe how talented Louise is and what a difference it made to our celebrations. Working with Louise was wonderful from start to finish. We met her at a wedding fayre, and she stood out to us by how genuine she was in how she wanted to help us bring our dream cake to life and her skill in sugar flowers which I really wanted on our cake (as well as her amazing tasters!). Throughout the process Louise was gracious and engaged, and it was so fun to bounce ideas to reach the final design in a face to face consultation. For flavours, Louise worked with us to narrow down and provided generous tasters to help us decide on our final 3 flavours, as well as helping us work out which flavour would be best for which tier size. She also created one tier for us that wasn't from her standard flavour list, a sticky ginger, to go alongside her other flavours of lemon drizzle, and white velvet and raspberry which were all delicious, our guests complimenting the flavours, as well as her white chocolate ganache that coated the tiers, which I really liked as it meant the cakes weren't overwhelmed with layers and layers of buttercream. Communication with Louise was prompt and easy, her prices were upfront and it was easy to discuss options with her to find the right size - for the cake, end to end service and sugar flowers we were happy with the final cost and felt it provided value for money. We had a fragile topper ornament that she was very mindful of, both in incorporating it into the cake design but also in how it would sit on the top tier as it was quite tall, making sure we factored that in when selecting the cake size. Louise kept us up to date in the run up of the wedding with cake progress, and also proactively shared a handing freezing guide, as she knew we wanted to keep a quarter of each tier for ourselves afterwards. She also worked well with the venue on the day, setting up and giving the venue all the boxes and instructions as well as flavour/allergen cards to display, and as the bride it was nice to have such complete confidence in her that I didn't feel the need to check in to make sure everything was okay. I would happily recommend Louise to others, and use her again for other cakes.

This is a really good bakery and cafe providing numerous products served by helpful polite staff. The bread bloomer we purchased was particularly delicious and we also sat outside and enjoyed a fruit juice, coffee and bacon & sausage roll that was impressive in both content and taste. In a great position for both a shopping break and people watching it has never failed to impress me with service and quality, Having visited it several times I thoroughly recommend it

Whilst the food was quite nice, the service was shocking. Staff were either sullen, inattentive or in one case rude. There’s no clear signage saying you cannot take food upstairs to eat that has been bought in the same shop! To be told this so rudely and abruptly puts me off from ever returning. Look after your customers, and they’ll return. Upset them and they certainly will not!!!

There's two Reeve's in the city; I visited the one with the sit down cafe upstairs 30/06/23, where I've been before. Nice and central, gets busy at peak times. Friendly waitresses, ordered Brie & Bacon toastie, choice of white or seeded bread. It was a large plate of food when it arrived with plenty of salad and crisps. Coffee good too. The main bakery downstairs has a quality range of pastries. Loo's available but up another flight of stairs.

It said wait to be seated.There was no one there to seat us, so we sat down . We were then told by a rude lady we had to wait before being seated in a virtually empty cafe. The menus were thrown on the table, by the same person. My husband wanted to leave. A nice lady then came and took our order. The same lady then had a go at another elderly couple.....

After seeing the lovely looking pasties and cakes in the window we went inside…to be greeted with the rudest young woman with the worst attitude problem I have ever encountered. Late teens, early twenties- Blonde. We were taking a few seconds to figure out what we wanted and I could sense her getting annoyed, frustrated we weren’t making a decision quick enough (we had an elderly/disabled person and two kids with us). She was turning to her colleagues and rolling her eyes at us, visibly impatient. Whispering under her breath. I asked her if she was okay and she got confrontational and had to be replaced by an older gentleman to serve us. The pastries were lovely but this young woman needs a lesson in customer service as well as a severe reality check.

Good food in terms of quality and selection but awful service. We interacted with 3 different staff and they were all grumpy. The bakery wasn't even busy.

Having waited 45 minutes for our afternoon tea, it wasn’t really worth the wait. The staff seemed very harassed & weren’t at all friendly. The original server didn’t smile or interact & it clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there. The afternoon tea isn’t as good as it used to be & definitely isn’t worth the money if you pay the full price. Thankfully we had a promotional offer which softened the blow. The coffees were nice but the food was very mediocre. Not sure if they were short staffed today but the tables weren’t being cleared very quickly. Overall not the most enjoyable experience.

2 stars for good service and a very nice tea! Something has changed recently in this chain to the point that I loved it and now I wouldn’t recommend. Cake sizes are very small now and I mean very small - half the size they used to be. Coffee good but small again. I don’t think is worth the money we spent... cheers

I came here today with my family for our family lunch. We just received a 30 pounds voucher to use in store or online unfortunately the front friendly staff was not so friendly today, rude attitude. Especially a blond girl with glasses. They told me I can’t use my voucher here. She didn’t want to call the office or to speak with a manager. I am tel disappointed about that. We really like Patisserie V . So I spend 35 pounds for our lunch. Thank you

Unfortunately it has gone downhill massively this year; we used to love it but will definitely not be returning anymore. I ordered a croque monsieur and this is what arrived…it didn’t even have any cheese in it, which I questioned, and the waitress said that’s how it comes (even though the menu says a ham and cheese toastie covered in cheese, and a croque monsieur is this as standard). The one slice of ham didn’t cover the bread and the crusts were so stale they were like sawdust. And it was about £10. My husband ordered a breakfast skillet but they said they were out of skillets, and a festive gingerbread latte but they were out of gingerbread syrup. The whole place was filthy, there’s no longer table service, and the waitress wasn’t friendly. It was also freezing cold as it is next to the outside play area, I know that’s not their fault but everyone was sitting in their coats and I haven’t had to do that before. The one positive is that the team member on the till was shocked when I took my plate of food up to them and immediately gave me a refund (I’ve never sent food back before in my life, but it was so bad that the couple next to us said excuse me you should really get your money back which reassured me I wasn’t being over the top). Such a shame.

Thought we would venture out, the Swindon Outlet was very quiet 22/12/2020. Sign of the times. We called into the Patisserie Valerie. Normally a place well known for its cream teas and cakes. We thought we'd try a good old fashioned English traditional breakfast. Food was good, not piping hot but tasty. Service was helpful and quick. Just a small quibble.... the crockery is getting tired, cracked glaze on cups and tea pots. I would also question their washing up as both cups had tea rings in them. Otherwise a pleasant lunch, well presented.

Dirty spoons and chairs. They gave us plastic spoons instead of metal ones to cakes. Coffee was disgusting, you can't drink it, the worst ever. Cakes tastes good :)

Got a traditional Cornish pasty, custard tart, sausage roll and chocolate twist to try. the pastry used for the sausage roll and tart is really good and light. The sausage roll tastes great; neither too bland nor salty. The chocolate twist is good too. For the other two (tart and Cornish pasty), not bad but I had better somewhere else. The custard in the tart is too sweet for me (having it with a black coffee might help, in fact). Overall, it's good. we'd like to try other puffy pastries, esp croissant. The sausage roll is the most favourite out of the 4 items we tried.

This was one of the best cafes i’ve ever been to! I loved the atmosphere there so much and the stuff was so friendly! I had an amazing chai latte and my friends had latte and matcha which were also delicious!! It’s definitely a must-visit in Salisbury!!

Love it here, great vibe, awesome pasty’s and staff! My new favourite spot in town. Decor and vibe is very chilled also, which we love. A bit of a wait, but we were happy to come back as the food is good. :)

Went today, for a bit of lunch. When we got up to order, the person taking our order was barking at us “anything else” over and over. When I first tried to order, he interrupted and asked if I was ordering anything to drink, I quickly decided not to order a drink… then he explained they’re out of dairy options. Just not a good ordering experience, and didn’t lead to us wanting to order more. It was unfriendly. No tables but one dirty one that we had to clean off ourselves. Food was good.

A truly great cafe. I have just had a traditional pasty that could have been made at home by my cornish grandmother- it took me straight back to my childhood. Sweet pastries great too - I had a pistachio croissant which was delicious.

From the queue it showed promise. However, left me feeling it was lacklustre and needing dental treatment for the sugar digested. What I couldn't digest was it's popularity given the lack of enthusiasm of staff, lack of cleanliness of any table. Few eating in and now I see take away is better option. Although I was underwhelmed when eating/drinking the produce. Mass produced cakes that looked good but had no taste other than sugar. Felt I had entered a story of Hansel and Gretel being lured in by sight and left disappointed by content.

Delicious cinnamon bun (which the barista kindly warmed up for me) and organic wholemeal bread. The potato pie was also nice. Great customer service and fantastic latte art skills from the barista. Sadly the coffee itself was awful and even after she kindly remade my flat white I couldn't drink it. 😭 Would highly recommend investing in some good quality coffee! 😬🙈 In the end I had tea which was much better!

First visit to Henderson’s and it certainly won’t be our last. I had a butterbean hummus and chargrilled vegetable sandwich and my hubby had a BLT. The bread was gorgeous and the sandwiches were huge! Lovely, friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting outside and watching life go by on the market square. Sadly, we were too full after our sandwich to try a sausage roll!

Hendersons was lovely for lunchtime, unfortunately one of the staff dropped my food but they were very apologetic and gave a complimentary cheese biscuit and drinks as we had to wait a bit longer which was lovely! All the staff had a smile on their face and were very hospitable. The atmosphere is lovely, people chatting a nice quiet place to enjoy lunch!

Bit disappointed with this place. It was very busy so I gave it a go for a take out sandwich. I don't know what the take out price was (I didn't notice at the time) but the eat in price was £6.15. The sandwich was just not great. It was brie bacon and cranberry and there was nothing delicious about it and at that price I expect it to be good. The hot chocolate was also very "dark chocolate" which is fine if you like it like that but I would expect the drink to be more milky. I wouldn't bother again.

Wonderful experience! Great coffee, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere. A special shoutout to the amazing staff who went the extra mile by waiting for us to pick up our bread order even after closing time. My friend and I truly appreciated the kindness—thank you!

We are usually regular customers but had a very poor experience with the owner today. He was very rude about us having a dog in and supposedly being near their baked goods, despite her not being remotely close to the bakery items and the cafe claiming to be dog friendly . His tone was very rude and has put me off going again. Severely needs to work on his customer service if he’s going to be front of house

My wife purchased a dark sourdough and two sausage rolls. The sourdough was inedible, like a brick, it hadn’t risen. To be fair the sausage rolls were ok. I shall be reporting this bakery to trading standards for selling products which are not to standard. Sadly I didn’t need a new doorstop which is what this loaf would be suitable for. I would avoid buying any bread from here as they clearly do not know how to bake.

We bought a couple of jams, 2 slices, and 1 chocolate monkey. This bakery was tasty and it was quiant. We enjoyed eating the food from here.

Visited Lacock today 7/3/18,had a lovely wander around the village famous for photography and of course being in the making of a couple of Harry Potter movies,we popped into Lacock Bakery for a cup of tea and a cake what a lovely little shop it was.lots to see and do in this beautiful village in Wiltshire.

Fantastic central place to stop for hot & cold drinks as well as freshly prepared cakes & savoury items. They also do a range of fresh artisan breads. We enjoy the chat with the lady behind the counter and the price was reasonable too.

Reminded me of going into bakers when I was a kid on holiday. Lots of sweet and savory snacks and some old brands I hadn't seen before. There wasn't a huge selection of cakes or pastries but they did have a few. They're were 4 of us and we choose a savory snacks each and they offered to warm of up... Unfortunately this meant slinging it into the microwave (not a criticism.. Every baker seems to do this) but this meant while my pasty was lukewarm my son's was scalding hot - so be careful. It's a lovely little place and I bet it's very busy during the summer/tourist months. The single staff member wasn't particularly helpful, not rude, but just a bit off. Maybe they'd had a long day. Worth a visit if you're hungry.

Awful, disappointing coffee which cost £3 and was scalding hot from a machine. Can not recommend. The only saving grace is the lemon tart which is the sole reason for my visiting this bakery, as they are exquisite, so that I can recommend. Overall, nice place with a good selection but I was massively disappointed with this coffee, it was foul. You can actually see how weak and pathetic it is in the picture, please for the love of all that is good in this world, PLEASE stop serving people this sort of pitiful excuse for a coffee when you have such quality baked goods to pair it with, it makes no sense.

Lovely bakery / cafe. A huge selection of baked goods from sandwiches and pies to cakes and pastries, all freshly made. They also have hot drinks to takeaway or you can sit in their cafe area. Excellent

Good selection of sweet pastries, cakes and cookies, as well as savory items such as quiches, pies and breads. The chicken and mushroom pie had a buttery, flaky crust, however the flavor lacked in taste and it was not very hot when served. The bacon quiche was cold despite asking them to make it hot and the filling was nothing special. Their Bakewell tart was delicious, very nutty and soft! The traditional short bread was crisp, buttery and melted in the mouth.

Food was decent, bread is usually very nice. But it's very overpriced. A breakfast roll, 1 bit of re heated bacon with 2 sausages again re heated cost 3.75 then added another rasher of bacon put it over 4 quid. Over priced and pushy staff but nice food. Coffee wasn't available either. Go expecting good food but you'll spend over a tenner for a cold drink a coffee and a pastry...

Fantastic and their reputation is thoroughly deserved. Especially the savoury, freshly baked items.

Only stopped by in this little town for some food next door and stopped here on the way out and had an amazing biscoff donut. £2.20 and was generous size and tasted great. Friendly staff too and loads of options.

Staff very impatient to serve you, even when there's nobody else in the bakery, the 2 ladies just wanted to get back to their chat I guess? Everything looked so nice from the window, but unfortunately, the hot pasty I purchased was almost cold, and the cake, so dry & almost had a stale taste, I did expect better quality from a Reeves Bakery, but I think their standards are going down hill in most of their branches, I don't think they care anymore!

Overwhelmed by my first visit to the glorious English countryside, I searched for the nearest place for coffee and a snack to my current location. Finding Sol was the best bit of luck. Both the meat and veg versions the empanadas blew me away. Delicious! I wanted to eat the entire pastery case, but settled for a yummy piece of apple cake. If you have the chance, drop in. You can't go wrong! P.S. As a soccer fan, I appreciated evidence of like-minded folks behind the scenes at the cafe, and thought it quite brave to showcase an alter for Maradona's "Hand of God" in the heart of England.

What a lovely surprise of a place. We spotted it as we sped past and turned around - so glad we did. Spotlessly clean, elegant, welcoming and a very high standard of food. Loved the whole aesthetic which matched the food (not always the case). I had a bacon bun - bacon was cooked to perfection and the bun was divine. Coffee was good and served at the correct temperature (not as common as you'd hope). Great location, great people, great food.

One of the best spots I’ve been to!! Based of the other reviews it look amazing and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Unbelievably happy with this find and can’t fault anything. Bacon sandwich was amazing and despite the picture not being the best can we just appreciate the beauty of this bread roll!! The empanadas were also really good and definitely recommend. Lovely to support a family business and will be stopping there again next time I’m going past.

Recommend advertising your scrumptious fresh cooked goods near the road! Have been driving last for years but never popped in until the outside toilet was not available!

This is the best stop on the A303 for foodie dog owners! Delicious home cooked pastries and breakfast buns, lots of parking, AND uniquely a double gated, fenced field with a dog bin so that the dog can run, half way along the long route to Devon. It's a gem

Having read all the brilliant reviews we thought we would aim to stop here as it was roughly midway between our place in Surrey and our holiday in Devon. The reviews aren’t wrong - this place is a cut above the numerous Greggs and coffee shops along the route. We were so taken by the quality of the breakfast rolls that we ended up buying our lunch to take with us! And we weren’t the only only ones as we saw others do the same. Not only was the food of the highest quality but the staff were lovely and friendly and you could see the pristine kitchens where the bread is made. Not the cheapest place but worth every penny. In particular I recommend the freshly baked sausage rolls - they come in two varieties, normal and spicy. We tried both and I loved the spicy one which was infused with nduja sausage. They were hot out of the oven but I don’t have a picture as we gobbled them up before we remembered to take a photo!! Highly recommended by us!!

Veggie option with hallomi on foccacia is amazing, highly recommended. My partner had the salami with dill pickle and cheddar on a baguette which was nice too and the bread for both was fab Cinnamon rolls were nice Dog friendly with lots of parking. Enclosed field too if your puppas need to stretch their legs

Lots of lovely cakes, pasties, sausage rolls, pies, soup of the day, crisp, water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you can eat in or there are a couple of tables outside, friendly service, just one complaint, why don't they do a vegetarian gluten free pastie as I love the pasties but there is nothing gluten free apart from a chocolate brownie

Even though it was closing time and they were thoroughly cleaning the shop, I was still made to feel like a valued customer. These places are all around UK. They have wonderful sausage rolls and steak pies called steak bakes. We probably got snacks from 4 to 5. Same food standard at all so u know what you are getting

Short queue so served quickly. Like everywhere else have noticed a rise in prices since I last visited. Only 4 stars as the sausage roll that I bought was only warm, when usually they are hot, which I think makes them taste better.

As we live close by, we went for a meal with a friend and the food is a huge improvement on the last meal we had a few months ago. Great improvement since the last time we went. Well done to the chef and the new landlord and staff.

Who doesn't like a Gregg's? Friendly staff fantastic staff, great value for money and always good choice with new stuff all the time. Would love to see fruit tartlets during the summer and hot cross buns.

We have ordered a number of cakes from Rubydoocakes from 2-3 tier party cakes for children and adults, of varying designs, to cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, doughnuts and recently indulgent brownies. Louise has always made these to the highest standard and put her own flair into their design resulting in delicious and beautiful creations which are always the centre of attention. The prices are very reasonable and the flavours to choose from are vast. She was also able to make them gluten and dairy free on request which was extremely helpful for my nephew who is gluten intolerant and the cakes were still just as delicious. Looking forward to ordering again in future!

My mum ordered my wedding cake from Ruby doo. Completely exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous cake and absolutely delicious (wish I had taken a picture of the red velvet inside). Service was fantastic and included travel to the venue and cake set up. If you need a cake for an occasion this is the place to go!!

I ordered another special occasion cake from Rubydoocakes for my husbands 60th birthday - my daughters incredible 30th birthday cake had been my previous order. I was so happy with the cake that arrived! Lou had interpreted all the information I'd given to her regarding my husband in such an original and touching way to decorate the cake that we were all amazed and in awe of her skill. The cake also tasted delicious, it was moist, light and flavoursome. Absolutely perfect.

Very disappointed with the iced finger bun which was very dry and not fresh and the jam was also not fresh and didn’t not taste very nice, this is the first time we was not happy with the food as normally great.

Generally love Reeves however you think after all these years they would have acheived consistency - my eccles cake was doughy and RAW.

Stopped by Parson’s Bakery today, and honestly, it was a pretty frustrating experience. First off, they only took cash on that day, which was inconvenient but understandable, so I went to a nearby ATM. My original total came to £8.60, but the staff told me they didn’t have exact change and asked if I’d like to add something to my order. I figured, fine, I’ll get a loaf of bread for home. Here’s where it got confusing—I paid with two £10 notes, but somehow only got £5 back in change. I should’ve had close to £4 more in change. Plus, the staff were dismissive and just plain rude about it, which didn’t help. The food didn’t help, either. My items were served cold, and the latte was so watery it barely tasted like coffee. Overall, a disappointing experience and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely the worst bacon sandwich I've ever had. £4.50 for two dry slices of cheap bread and a single sad strip of overcooked bacon, it’s honestly insulting. That, plus a regular black coffee, and I left feeling completely ripped off. This was my third visit, and while the young girl serving today was the first person who wasn’t outright rude, it doesn’t make up for the consistently awful experience. On my previous visits, the older women working there have been shockingly rude, with no care for basic customer service. I’m honestly more upset with myself for even going back. I should’ve known better if the service is that poor, the food is bound to match. Lesson finally learned.

Small bakery shop with a nice selection of cakes, pastries and savoury options. I chose a Bun snd flat white, both were lovely. They have some indoor and outdoor seating. Service was fast and friendly.

Just popped after a trip to the bank - Grabbed a Baguette - School cake and drink - The Bahuette was crunchy and ham was good - School Cake was amazing (neither too moist or sweet) - Lady serving was really nice and pointed out the meal deal

Stopped by for a coffee and a breakfast. Also asked for a glass of water to be able to take some medication and was told the tap water will give you "stomach problems" and is not drinkable. I queried this as it is a civic UK water supply. Must be the only place in the UK which doesn't have safe mains water? I suspect it is false information as they later said head office does not allow (paying) customers to drink their water as they sell bottled water. Staff were incredibly rude and argumentative and the bacon and sausage sandwich had almost no butter or brown sauce despite specifically asking for both. Utterly shamefull, avoid.

Delivery: Absolutely dreadful, no consistency across multiple orders, don't call to advise if somethings out of stock, just substitute with something random. Seriously not up to scratch. Update 29/06/25 - placed an order, waited for an hour and a half with no progress. Eventually call them & get told their orders are off and have been all day. Didn't actually update deliveroo. Shocking. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

I love this Parsons it has a lot of emotional value. But it is getting way to expensive and it not good so please make the prices go down how ever up there. The staff are good . But the people up top are very greedy and horrible and its spoiling every thing. Nice new seats to sit on. The prices are very high stop raising prices. The pork and apple pasty is back😁😆

Great selection of pasties, cakes and other baked goods. The quality is superb, and the taste is remarkable too. A chain of bakeries, a shame they close so early. I'd say the only thing which isn't great is the price, as it does get quite expensive! A simple pasty will set you back over £4, which is a fair amount of money if you like to have one regularly.

This is a wonderful bakery. I try to pop in once a week or so. It is pricey compared to somewhere like Greggs or Lidl but the quality of the food is a hundred times better. You'll get great service too, the staff are always so friendly.

The tuna mayo sandwich was probably one of the nicest tuna mayo sandwich I ever had! Delicious... also the almond raspberry tarts were fantastic. Really taken with this bakery!

The sausage rolls are good but only when they are actually warm. Usually they are stone cold which is a shame. The tuna baguettes are decent. Would definitely rate higher if their food was actually warm.

Lovely large sausage roll with good seasoned meat encased in a lovely melt in the mouth pastry, just a shame it was very, tepid in temperature, great value though at £1.10. The store has a really wide range of delicious looking pasties and pastries, they even do pizza, baguettes, and hot & cold drinks, with limited seating too.

Went into the Swindon branch today and ordered 2 sausage rolls and a chicken pasty. After getting out of the shop and taking a bite into the STONE COLD pasty I then went back in to ask if they could warm it up to which I was told I would have to pay more. Why am I having to pay extra when everyone who buys one when they're fresh out the oven clearly won't have to? Wasn't even that nice so went in the bin. Also the 'Giant' pasty for a ridiculous price of £5! Couldn't have been much bigger than a standard size anywhere in Cornwall. Won't be back.

I’ve loved having a bite of lunch here for years but in the last few months the food is crap… a basic cheese and ham with mayonnaise roll… seems to be hard to do … it’s rubbish waste of money! Stale wasn’t the word!! Also stale cakes! £7.50 didn’t even eat all the roll it was so bad and the cake was so bad I took one mouth full and it went in the bin

What's nicer on a cold November lunchtime than a pasty to warm one up. Saw this place and went in. In short I got a cold pasty which I ordered at 12:15 lunchtime, so peak time! Paying £3+ for a stone cold pasty from a bakers. Who enjoys cold pasties....if I wanted one of those I'd just get a Ginsters from the Sainsbury's fridge at half the price. I didn't eat it and went to Gregg's for a toasted sandwich instead. Wouldn't go back so can't recommend.

I ordered a sausage roll which was cold. I requested them to reheat but I was told there is an extra charge. Why is that extra charge for? Are they expecting us to eat cold sausage roll? Not eating again. End of.

Only one chicken tikka slice left and wanted 2. Told ten minutes for hot ones, fair enough couldn’t wait so asked for that one and a steak slice. It was cold so asked for it be be warmed through, was told I would be charged VAT for the privilege!! Very poor service, would never go there again. Went around corner to Greggs and got lovely hot food and no VAT added!!

The young man who served me was obviously new, but helpful and polite. But what a joke! No hot food at all at 11.50pm! I asked if they had the mac & cheese, they did but it was a 40 minute wait for it to be cooked.. really! I had a cheese & ham toastie in the end, that was luke warm! Not at all prepared for a busy lunch with the shop being just off the A303.

Food was as you would expect from Greggs, delicious and filling. However, the place was dead and empty, yet the tables were filthy while we had four staff members just standing behind the counter talking among themselves doing nothing. Not expecting a place to be spotless, but the tables were covered in crumbs, which could easily have been sorted by staff that had nothing to do. We will go to McDonald's next door next time.

Pizza box with 6 slices of cheese pizza for £8.65…. Bargain! Gave 5 stars for atmosphere because they were playing a remix of ‘Rasputin’ whilst I was in there which rocked (and I’m going to go ahead and assume that’s all they play all of the time)

Well, as Greggs goes, not the best by far unfortunately. We got 2 sausage rools, a steak bake and a bean and cheese melt which were "stone cold"! The person who served wasn't rude as such, but bloody hell, he was as miserable as sin. Something obviously wasn't right in there as you could see all the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there.

Lovely stop off on our travels after 2 and a hshslfs hours in the car. Lots of parking clean and tidy good service. 👍🏾

Understaffed. 1 person serving for lunchtime rush. No disrespect to the staff they are doing what they can but management need to sort it out. Had to wait for more sausage rolls to come out and even then they were dry and overcooked because the 1 person serving obviously can't be in 2 places at once.

First impression was very dirty we were originally going to eat in but the standards were appalling!!! Filthy seats and tables!!! We bought 2 x steak slices and 1 x corned beef slice. Tasted ok so didn’t seem to be a problem. That evening both of us suffered with severe diarrhoea which is very unusual for us. We hadn’t eaten anything else that afternoon so it had to be what we bought from you. We won’t be back ever again.

It's great if you get the food piping hot but if you get warm food it doesn't taste great. I took mine back after being served a room temperature beano, they were very apologetic and gave me a new one that was nice and hot. I wonder if there is a way to make sure the food is always handed to the customer nice and hot?

Usually go here once a week for a bacon roll and coffee but the last 2 weeks we were given just 2 pieces of bacon instead of the 3 you should have I think this because some of the staff here don't know what there doing the 3 week it was back to 3 so hope it will stay that way or will complain

It is good to have this located here. I use it frequently. They have a good selection of hot food, baguettes, treats and coffee - at great prices. Plus, they provide the Vegan range too. COVID measures are in place (social distancing and available hand santiser). Queues are typically short, most I have waited is on Saturday mornings is about 3 minutes. Only reason for knocking a star off is sometimes the Vegan pasties are cold. Other than that, thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic artisan bakers in Devizes. As the name implies this is not a large establishment. Room for 1or 2 only in the shop if it is raining. The quality & flavour of the products I sampled were superb & at a very fair price served by a lovely hard working lady. I can recommend the pork pie, pasties lava cake & bread. I shall be back to try other cakes & savouries. You deserve to do well.

We were camping locally and always pop in to the Little Bakehouse when we can. It never disappoints, the bread is always delicious and the lardy cake is superb. This time we had a beef pasty for lunch and it was really tasty, a proper pasty with good meat and veg balance and lovely pastry. We also purchased a pork pie as it looked so nice and I have to say that it was the nicest one I have had in a very long time. Keep up the great work!

THE CAKES!!! Great place, will return every time we are passing! I had a lovely doorstep sandwich (ham, chutney and fresh salad on fresh seeded bread). The dairy-free (and gluten free) brownie was delicious, which I don't say about many dairy-free attempts!! The lady serving was friendly and helpful.

'Outside' cafe in grounds of Neston Day Nursery. Worth stop if you are in the area, limited seating inside and outside. Nice range of cakes. I had a homemade sausage roll, enjoyed that. Coffee ok.

It's what you'd expect from a Greggs. Relatively decent food for the price. However, it seemed dearer than a normal Greggs.

Who doesn't love a Greggs Visited this new Greggs drive-thru in the Hilton hotels car park. Ironically, didn't use the drive thru. Full, fresh counter full of goods. Service was a little slow, but hopefully it'll get quicker. Clean, new, modern interior. Need to ask at the counter for the code to the toilet!

The ques inside were rediculess 1 women serving but almost felt she couldn't be bothered took nearly 20 mins from walking in the door to getting served 5 more mins to get food

Love this drive through Greggs and it would have had 5 stars but for 1 major issue. Please listen Greggs. The internal seats are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever used in any food outlet. We won't be able to go inside the shop again because the seats have these hard wooden backrests that push you too far forward. Designed to get you out quickly but I'm afraid we won't be going in again unless they make it comfortable. Great as a drive through though and staff are very friendly.

Not happy from service, firstly we ordered 2 hot drinks with beacon breakfast rolls, but after payment female cashier argued that we only made one of the breakfast meals, so I wanted to upgrade the other one to meal as well, but sadly got told that would not be able to, so I just wanted to purchase beacon roll on its own with ketchup and was left with some diffrent souce without any notice.

A good stop on the a350. Usual available food, but a shared building with subway so even more choice. We think they charge at services prices rather than high street. But still OK fir value for money.

Visit here every morning with my mum, you could say I'm now part of the furniture lol! Staff are great, very friendly, cheerful, happy to help.

Am addicted to brownies and stumbled across a brownie shop on a trip to Devizes. Bought two and was very excited. Then carried on up the street and found another shop selling brownies, The Traybake, and bought three different ones ( as very large and you can buy half). This meant I could try different ones. Was sooo disappointed with the first brownies, they were tasteless and bland. The Tray Bakes brownies are absolutely superb, rich, gooey and very tasty. A real winner in my eyes ( and mouth). Without a doubt the winners. Not to mention that the lady who owns it is absolutely lovely and it is dog friendly. Thank you

I have the advantage of being able to walk around the corner but this is worth a trip. The bread is in a different league from other bakers in the area and the pizza is a perfect size with regular specials for variety. No stodgy just a perfect crisp base with quality ingredients

The toilets are disgusting. Only 1 person serving so long wait to get served. Bacon roll with no butter. No gloves worn touching the food. No hot pastries available and baguettes made up. Dirty tables. Ripped Dirty armchair.

Nice friendly staff, normally quick service, food is as you'd expect from Greggs. Decent size area with table and some outside seating is also available. Clean & tidy and service areas are kept topped up regularly. One of the best I've visited. 😊

Surly staff muttering under their breath to each other smirking and giggling, dirty tables, filthy toilets and just all round not good. There are so many other places to eat and drink in Salisbury that you don't need to stop here.

Placed an order of one cappuccino and waited on the side to be served. 5 people were served after me while i stood on the side. When i enquired what happened to my order, i was informed by the new person that i have not placed on order and i need to queue up. Then when the till was checked, order was present. Then i was argued against saying it was busy in a ride manner hence i was not served. Question is why take an order when you cant serve a cup of coffee? Wont return due to the rudeness. Thanks

Good as per usual. Not the best bakery out there but cheap enough to make up for that. The steak bakes and similar are good enough to fill you up for lunch, the sausage rolls as always very good. The Belgian buns are good but better getting them earlier rather than later in the day or they start going a bit stale.

I bought a steak bake. They gave me an old one. It was dry and I can feel the meat is rubbery. Least you can do is suggest us with something fresh. You cannot sell us the previous day ones which is not fresh. It gives us bad experience. This is the second time this is happening to me. Never gonna buy anything here after this.

Wife and I bought food here, 2 items were sausage rolls, wife ate it then and there, that night was very ill, I ate mine a day later, and the same thing happened! Took us a while to work it out that it was this that caused it. Never going to eat there again! Just be careful!

Went in for a sausage and bacon breakfast baguette and they were out of bacon. I asked for sausage and omelette baguette and they were out of omelette, so I settled on just Sausage. I then asked for a soya hot chocolate after seeing that their menu advertised alternatives to milk and I was told they couldn’t make that. I left with a delightfully underfilled sausage baguette and won’t be going back any time soon.

My husband purchased some sausage rolls from here yesterday to take away and they were still warm to eat after a 2 hour journey. Wonderful!

Greggs food, drink and personal service are all good value for money. There is a wide selection of food and the hot chocolate drink has actually got chocolate in it. Ask the staff a question and you will get a straight answer.

Visited 1st time Saturday 05/10/24 at 8.45am. Spent over £11 on small loaf and various pastries & cakes. Everything was stale and without a doubt it was leftovers from previous day. They give the impression that all freshly baked on site but obviously trunked in from elsewhere, maybe I arrived too early and before daily delivery had been made..? Would not recommend to anyone as selling yesterdays items at fresh made prices is a rip off. Would not visit again, avoid if you want fresh bakery products. David Page - Westbury.

The place and food was lovely! however I must mention that there were wasps in one of the packages of the deserts displayed out front. There we’re also wasps were flying around the place. I understand it can happen, especially in summer, and sometimes you don’t notice. :)

The food here is amazing, their seeded sourdough bread has spoiled all other beads for me and my husband. Their sweet treats are always delicious. I am always served with a smile and a kind word.

I told my coffee not to be hot. but she gave me a very hot coffee. Then I politely expressed this situation and said, "Can you make cold coffee?" and she just added milk and handed me the glass covered with wet milk during serving. Then I left without getting the coffee and saying nothing. other employees are very positive and kind to me. but the shopkeeper has a sarcastic attitude towards me. It's definitely not something I'm exaggerating, it's just that she's been treating me like this since the day I wanted to know about the campaigns. I invite him to be a smiling and kinder person. good job .

All the greggs i visited, up & down the country,have been great,except this one! I'm on crutches,so it's not easy to carry items,coffees, etc.They don't offer any help,and when you do ask for a bag or a cup holder it's a real problem.When I buy in bulk this is the only greggs that charges me for paper bags! 15p! The only one I have to put my coffee into cup holders and i live in hope another customer is nice enough to open a door for me! I've had to come here twice lately and really will avoid this one and go out of my way to go to another one instead.

Ordered breakfast one morning I was meant to have a big breakfast baguette 🥖 sausage and egg It was over 20 pound for my girlfriend to have a pain au chocolate and drinks I will post a pic of my dry baguette with no egg in......

Incredibly disappointed with my visit to Greggs today. It’s 27°C outside and somehow they managed to serve food that was cold. As in fridge level cold. I don’t know how something can be 6°C sitting there in 27°C weather On top of that, the prices have gone way up. For what you’re getting, it’s just not worth it anymore. Cold food, high prices. Greggs really isn’t what it used to be.

Always good when you go into one for breakfast and they have everything available. Really nice staff and very clean.... Until i spilt coffee all over a worktop 😂 Even got extra added to roll for free coz it was near 11am..... Bonus 😁😁

The shift manager is really rude. Staff is really lazy and takes forever to simply pack the food and hand it over with grumpy faces. Absolutely ridiculous. I honestly felt sorry for one delivery driver that was waiting for ages to collect his order and being treated less than what a human being deserves by employees and managers. Not going back.

Found this little gem of a Gregg's just opened off Hobley Drive. Very new, clean and well stocked with all the usual items - plus a bigger range of hot food such as wedges and chicken nuggets. Open late into the evening.

Shame to give 1 star, but stale baguette and bacon was white where is was barely cooked and tasted awful. Smallest amount of ketchup, which had there been more might have hidden the awful taste of the undercooked bacon. I went to this actual Greggs rather than a service station one cause I thought they were better. Obviously not.

Tiny store within the petrol station. Not just sausage rolls .. Tasty smoky Cajun rice bowl & fruit pot. Lady serving was very helpful & friendly. Parking is horrendous!

Very disappointing. Visited on a Saturday around noon - so going into the busy lunchtime period. They were poorly stocked; there were no vegan sausage rolls, I only 2 ordinary sausage rolls and none nearly ready. I asked for a latte & when I got back to the car I'd been given a hot chocolate! There appeared to be one girl doing everything in her own so there was a bit of a queue, which grew & grew. Then a man appeared with stuff to put in the oven ( a bit late!) and then another girl appeared who went off for a break! We usually love Greggs but this was hugely disappointing.

Absolute worst Greggs in the South West. Food cold, what was available. Asked how long until cheese and bacon turnovers were ready, was met with an abrupt "there not, if I put some in it will be 20 minutes" Wow, I don't think he could have been more rude and miserable. Do not go here, crap food, miserable staff and lack of options.....

AVOID!! Stone cold food. Not some of it. All of it!! We really enjoyed a stone cold pie, sausage roll and bacon & cheese and turnover. No ketchup, although 2 big bottles sitting on the counter. But not allowed to give to customers!

Very disappointed. Thought this would be a place you could sit down and eat. However, it is a tiny back room in the Esso garage shop. All the food is cold, and you have to pay 80p for the privilege of them putting the food in the microwave, making it soggy. Not impressed. Go to the cafe a third of a mile down the road instead.

All the food is cold, apparently this is normal on every Greggs? I’ve never had a cold one before? Would be good if the staff notified you before Purchasing rather than behaving rudely when requesting a refund for the cold food. Two starts as Rachel actually refunded me, she was just very unhappy about it.

They don't do hot sausage rolls 😱 So I had egg and bacon roll and it was barely warm. Tut tut Greggs.

The prices are very good. However the brownies we purchased were more like a chocolate cake. They didn't taste amazing. We are all chocolate lovers in our house but they all ended up in the bin.

I always buy my bread here and I'm never disappointed. I've tried other bakeries, but they're always dryer or saltier by comparison. Marshall's Bakery slice their loaves to order too, I've even heard a customer order their loaf half thin sliced, and half thick sliced. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Oh, and this is the only place that sells a decent lardy cake.

I used to go here with my tutors 6 years ago when my parents split because there was no space to work at our grandmothers place. Had the best hot chocolate and breakfast pastries I ever tasted. Was the highlight of my day.

I went in there to get a ‘chicken and mushroom pie’ and said I will be back in 2 mins to pay for it. And the lady in there told me ‘sure I will get it off the plate for you’. I went back bought a couple of things and when I started eating realised it was not chicken but may be Beef. When I went back to ask her why didn’t she serve me what I asked for, and she goes like ‘oh I told you while packing that it was Steak and Kidney pie and you didn’t say anything’. Like really? Why wouldn’t I say anything when I hear Steak or Beef as it is against my religion to eat it. She didn’t even care to offer a replacement, the least she could do is own her mistake, really sad customer services.

Needed a drink after driving from Somerset, I knew of this shop as it was my mum's favourite place to get her bread. The tea was a reasonable price. As for the cakes they were fantastic really good size for in my opinion not a lot of money. Cookies £1.30 buns the size of tea plates similar price. Lardy cake the size of a dinner plate 3.20 if I hadn't had a week away with cakes most of the week I would have purchased some lardy cake. Great shop staff seemed ok

Fantastic bakery! Their speciality is lardy cakes, and I reckon they are the best in Wiltshire! Most products arrive daily from their bakery in Devizes. They sell fresh bread (sliced to order), individual cakes, fabulous sausage rolls and pasties, gorgeous filled rolls, pies, local flour, jam and chutney.

Open the door you’re hit by an aroma of mmmm. Not had any bad products.

Visited today (9 May 25) and was really looking forward to some scrummy treats. They all looked so wonderful and inviting. However, having bought a number of takeaway treats (over £30 in value), three of us were left very disappointed with three different items; Red Velvet Cake - lovely soft sponge but completely lacked flavour with overly sweet filling/frosting. Biscotti Blondie - bland and lacked flavour. Bakewell Blondie - undercooked soggy base and again, lacking flavour. Maybe it was the bakers day off and someone else didn't get things quite right, as so many reviews have been very positive, but sadly I will not be returning 😞

The Gourmet brownie kitchen made the most beautiful cake for my husband's birthday party! Everyone Commented On how lovely it tasted!! This is the second cake I have had from here and they've both tasted and looked stunning!

The gourmet brownie kitchen is amazing, I asked them to deliver a box of goodies to my fiancee just down the road from them, it was super easy and they were really helpful and accommodating. The brownies are amazing, the customer service is great. I have also frequented there store with my dog and there is a lovely atmosphere, the coffee is brilliant and my dog got a treat too! All around brilliant place!

We had coffee & cake here today & oh wow definitely not disappointed!!! It was so hard to choose which cake to have. We will have to keep coming back to try each one!!! Coffee was really lovely too. Really lovely friendly service. Well done team.

OMG. These guys do the best sausage bap I've ever had. Prepared with thought and attention to detail, sauce first (to hit the taste buds), spread neatly across the entire roll - not squirted in carelessly as an afterthought, only to leak everywhere - sausages distributed evenly, the bap placed neatly in the bag with a serviette for protection/clean up. It tasted absolutely incredible. Five stars! 🤩

Always cold Pastries just have a hot Counter keep them warm! Nothing worse than a Stone cold Steak slice or sausage and bean. Pizza is good hot or warm but not Cold. Always seem to lack a good choice of Sandwiches and baguettes. Staff are Quite Friendly.

You can only have a hot steak bake when it comes out of the oven. When on the shelves they just go cold and apparently they can't reheat. Pathetic

Service here is always rubbish. staff are always missing your orders because they are to busy trying to have a chat with people that they know. They also get a very horrible attitude towards and talk about you on the shop floor when they think you have left. I have always heard and seen them swearing while customers are the shop. Very unpleasant experience.

What can I say, no complaints from me..

Called in this morning 10.10am. Man infront of us ordered 9 baps. Lady cooking got very annoyed and shouted "thats it breakfast is finished i cant deal with this". Trainee was very apologetic and we had a coffee. I work in retail and this attitude is unacceptable. We would of waited for more to be cooked. But how she spoke we wont be back.

Went in (during opening hours) and they were still setting up. The guy was clearly late / hungover. He hadn't changed the clocks back either.
