Restaurant
ARTISAN EATERY is an all-day American cafe located in Fort Myers, FL. The cozy setting offers a casual and family-friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a variety of dishes from classic breakfast favorites to savory sandwiches and salads. The chef and co-owner, Timothy Yoa, brings 25 years of experience from Philadelphia's top restaurants to create decadent and traditional preparations using the freshest ingredients sourced from local and national farmers.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you're looking for an incredible dining experience, look no further than Artisan Eatery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for a fantastic meal. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and Parmesan fries, and both were absolutely outstanding. The Cuban was perfectly pressed, with a delicious balance of tender pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and just the right amount of mustard. Every bite was packed with authentic flavor, and the crunch of the bread was perfection! The Parmesan fries were next-level—crispy, golden, and generously topped with freshly grated Parmesan that elevated them beyond your average side dish. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. Ellie and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and passion for great hospitality truly set this place apart. It's rare to find staff who genuinely care about your dining experience, and these two absolutely nailed it. If you haven’t been to Artisan Eatery, you’re missing out! Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is a must-try spot. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Ate at Artisan Eatery in Fort Myers, Florida, and it was an excellent experience. I ordered their famous truffle eggs Benedict, and it truly lived up to the hype. Instead of using a traditional English muffin, they serve it on a croissant, which adds a buttery richness and makes the dish stand out. The only difference I noticed was the shape, but the flavor and texture were incredible. The dish was very well balanced, with the truffle elevating the eggs Benedict without being overpowering. The potatoes were crisp and flavorful, a perfect side to round out the plate. I also had their coffee, which was smooth and delicious, pairing well with the meal. This place knows how to take a classic and make it unique. If you are in Fort Myers and want a breakfast or brunch that feels both creative and satisfying, I would highly recommend Artisan Eatery.

We stopped here on a whim on the way to the airport and were blown away. We ordered the hot biscuit donuts, truffle fries, burger, and eggs benedict, and everything came out quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. They even use beef tallow in their deep fryer, which makes everything extra flavorful. Each dish was cooked perfectly, but the standout for me was the hot donuts - easily the freshest and best donuts I've ever had in my life.
Victor Y — Google review
Such a great spot with fresh, healthy, and tasty food. The service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly. I’ve been here twice, and every time the food has been consistently delicious. The interior is simple and cozy.
Mariya R — Google review
Chris was very friendly with excellent customer service. The donuts were hot and fresh, delectable. We also had the eggs Benedict and farmers breakfast. The portions were large enough where we required to go boxes. The white chocolate raspberry mocha and peanut butter chocolate lattes were balanced well. Will definitely be back. Fresh flowers on each table were a lovely touch.
Briana H — Google review
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everything from the service to the food was absolutely impeccable. The women working the front was so helpful and made one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. The guy running the food genuinely cares about his customers. The cooks did fabulous. There’s also spare diapers in the women’s room in case of emergency. So incredibly thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Bring your family friends and kids. this place is for everyone. This place just got new regulars

Absolutely out of this world! Huge lover of Eggs Benedict, I've had it lots of places. This was the best ever. Come check out this little gem! (delicious and fresh avocado toast too 😋)

Breakfast restaurant
Blueberry's Restaurant is a cozy and casual spot located in the heart of Naples, offering a wide range of American classics and Greek dishes. The restaurant has been a favorite among locals and visitors for over 13 years, serving up hearty breakfasts, delicious lunches, and satisfying dinners. The menu is particularly known for its extensive selection of breakfast items, including bakery goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes, egg combos, omelets, French toast, benedicts and skillets.
Best. Pancakes. Ever!!! We are huge breakfast people so I always hold my breath when we try a new place! Blueberry’s Restaurant is OUTSTANDING! The blueberry pancakes may be the best I’ve ever had. Huge delicious blueberries in every bite! Great service and cozy/rustic atmosphere! If you love breakfast, this is a must try!!! 5 ⭐️ all the way!

Blueberry’s Restaurant. US 41, Naples. Have driven by many times always seems to have patrons. Pleasantly surprised. Varied menu. Large dining area. Seems like a mix of tourists and locals. Severs are very friendly. Convenient location. Breakfast staples.

The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh and full of flavor. Our server, Kerry, was fabulous—attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend Blueberry Restaurant for a wonderful meal and top-notch service!
Rumilda V — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give this place 6 stars, I would—because my taste buds are still sending me thank-you notes. I took my family to Blueberry’s Restaurant for breakfast, and let me tell you, it was the kind of meal that makes you question why you even own a kitchen. We ordered a small parade of plates: avocado toast (because apparently someone in the family is healthy), eggs and bacon with French toast (because balance), and the cinnamon banana French toast (because YOLO). ✅ The avocado toast was so fresh and perfectly seasoned it made me feel like I could run a marathon…or at least confidently walk to the car after breakfast. ✅ The eggs and bacon were classic, crispy perfection…like breakfast’s version of a reliable best friend. ✅ And the cinnamon banana French toast? That was the Beyoncé of the table. Sweet, a little extra, and impossible not to love. The portions were generous (translation: bring stretchy pants), the staff was friendly, and service was faster than my kids can inhale pancakes. The vibe is cozy diner-meets-local-favorite, with a menu so big you might need a roadmap. Bottom line: if you’re in Naples and don’t eat here, you’re basically committing a breakfast crime. Blueberry’s isn’t just a restaurant…it’s an experience, and a delicious one at that. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back (probably tomorrow, don’t judge).
Paul G — Google review
#Blueberry'sRestaurant is a nice place. Kind of in between that interstate exit stop shop/restaurant and maybe the hopping "I". Huge menu plus specials to choose from. I tried something different, country fried steak with red potatoes and toast with eggs. My son, never passes on a burrito- the special and my hubby ordered the skillet. All came just as we ordered. I was hoping the plates came with a little blueberry surprise of some sort just based on the restaurant name. But that's just me and my unrealistic expectations, nothing on them, lol.

Loved the food and atmosphere, the serve was fine but it’s a diner I don’t expect top level service.

We went to Naples for Memorial Day weekend and stopped in this nice breakfast/lunch place right on Tamiami Trail. The food was very good!
Husni H — Google review
What a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. There is ample room inside, plus numerous tables outside are available. Our 4 breakfasts were extraordinary. Our server, Andrea, was on the top of her game. As busy as it was, she kept our coffee cups full and stopped by regularly to ensure we were enjoying our meals. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back for more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nestled in Old Naples, Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe has been a beloved breakfast spot since 1980. This family-run establishment, located just outside the Cove Inn lobby, is a local favorite known for its delicious pancakes and classic American breakfasts. The menu features a variety of breakfast favorites with nautical-themed names, offering generous portions of comfort foods like pancakes, omelets, and meat-and-eggs dishes.
It is a hidden gem. Reasonable pricing for spot on breakfast! You can see and hear the sizzle as they cook. Pancakes are thin and crepe like with more egg than flour/baking powder, so yummy. Eggs were perfect. Also my hubby enjoyed S.O.S., named Sailors on Shore! The olde folks know it as something else. 😁
Jennifer B — Google review
The food and coffee is good at a reasonable price. The service is great. The place is inside of an Inn that is on the water. Pretty cool environment. You can get your food made in to go containers and eat outside by the water if you want. We ate inside and went walking out back by the water afterwards. They have gardens and seating by the water. It would probably be pretty cool to stay at the Inn too. I would recommend the pancakes and coffee.
Bethany E — Google review
Cozy little spot inside the Cove hotel. 🏨 You can choose your table seating, the server was attentive, and our breakfast arrived as ordered. Fresh-made to order pancakes, which were all you can eat today! I added a fried egg 🥚, a real egg 😄, and a side of bacon 🥓! Very 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hubby had corned beef hash; needless to say, he had NOTHING left on his plate! We will return 🔙 when revisiting the area! Great value great price— also it's a cash 💵only location!
Adventures 2 — Google review
Was recommended to us by a local, my friends said it was the best breakfast they’ve had in a long time but I thought it was okay. $20 for two pancakes, coffee, small apple juice and side of bacon felt like a lot considering the laid back atmosphere. The staff and cooks were incredible though

This is a great hidden gem. We’ve been going for years and it continues to be delicious. Diner menu, relatively simple, it’s just delicious. Pancakes and omelets are very good. It is cash or check only but there’s an ATM on site.
Lindsay V — Google review
*This is a cash or check-only restaurant* My husband and I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon for a late breakfast. There were no seats available when we arrived there, and the tiny café was packed, so we decided to get takeout. *Mobility note: there are automatic doors to the hotel, but there is a narrow 3-step up entrance to the café, which can get even narrower as there is room for only 1 person or 2 slimmer people. The doorway entrance is even smaller than the steps. The waitstaff that greeted us was friendly and gave us menus to browse in the lobby. Yvan took our orders at the counter - I ordered the #4 sailor's special, and my husband ordered the #5 deckhand delight with a large orange juice and large Coke no ice. We both had a side of hashbrowns added to our orders. We waited in the hotel lobby, and the food was ready in about 20 minutes. Order was 100% correct. Total was $40 with generous tip, which I expected since this was a hotel café. We ate our breakfast outside since the rain stopped, and there was a nice outdoor patio area outside of the hotel, overlooking the marina, with umbrellas and chairs. The order: The eggs were over easy and PERFECT. The hashbrowns were great! 👍 The toast was unexpectedly cooked in butter (sort of similar to soggy french toast), which we didn't order with the butter, but I was ok with that since it was still good. My husband didn't like it since he's not fond of butter, so if we return here, we'll be sure to ask for non-buttered plain toast. The large orange juice size was only half the size of a large fountain drink, so that was a bit underwhelming, but at least it was cold and fresh. Overall, clean and good quality food. However, we'd most likely go elsewhere in the area if we wanted to spend $40 on American breakfast.
L P — Google review
Great place. Excellent service. Recommended even with kids. They provide colour crayolas, mickey mouse custom pancakes, and always willing to serve.
Fernando A — Google review
This is a small, somewhat out-of-the-way place. It takes a little searching to find but it’s worth the search. Only serving breakfast but the crew there is great and the food comes out hot and fast. I would definitely try to find this place and make sure you’re hungry when you get there I’m gonna post a few pictures and the servings are large.

Seafood restaurant
Restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Cape Coral, Fish Tale Grill is a contemporary seafood haven that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This spacious venue, which originally started as an extension of Merrick Seafood, has evolved into a must-visit spot for seafood enthusiasts. The menu is brimming with fresh and upscale dishes like lobster spring rolls and shrimp-stuffed hogfish, alongside delightful options such as king crab Benedict and a decadent lobster-brie omelet.
Fish Tales Grill is our new favorite place for seafood when visiting our vacation home in Cape Coral! You will not find a fresher selection of the finest seafood anywhere! Everything we had was so delicious! We dined outside on the cupboard patio while listening to a duo playing a really fun selection of reggae music. The food was absolutely incredible, but the highlight of our evening was our server, Amber. She was fun, knowledgeable, and on top of her game! Looking forward to going back to Fish Tail Grill next time we are in town!
Robert H — Google review
Our family had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Fish Tale Grill. Our server Kristi was attentive and made sure everything was well. The spicy lobster spring rolls and coconut shrimp were delicious! The chopped salad was also fresh and really good. Our favorite entree was the seafood alfredo and the featured crab stuffed seabass. The ambience was current and loved the live music they had in the outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some delicious seafood!!!
JDZ H — Google review
Seafood is their specialty! Lots of fish options to choose from. Enjoyed drinks, Mussels, hot and cold lobster rolls, whole Lobster & key lime pie. Outside patio seating available. Live music on the patio, nice group playing but the volume was too loud, most people sat further from the music on the opposite patio. Overall nice meal and good service. Free parking across the street. It can be difficult to park in the evenings due to location and other businesses in the area.
Mary H — Google review
We enjoyed 2 appetizers on Saturday afternoon and this place never disappoints in presentation or quality and taste of food. Great service, attentive and kind. The mussels were fresh and delicious and the bacon wrapped scallops were outstanding! Highly recommend!
Sissymae43 — Google review
It's totally amazing.I chose this based on seafood and ratings on Google Maps, and no disappointment. The cocktails are wonderful and reasonably priced. The menu is well rounded with plenty of surf and turf options. The oysters and lump crab appetizers were very fresh and flavorful. There are lots of options to start with before ordering your main meals. The dinner menu didn't disappoint us whatsoever. ever, there are so many wonderful options for seafood and mixed non seafood options along with platters that offer a mix with wonderful flavors and portions, and everything is seasoned well. I added more salt and pepper to my filet mignon, which was perfectly cooked. Dont miss out on this option for dining. The server did seem to be rushing us, but we did show up one hour before the dining room closed - otherwise, this establishment is top notch..

Had the most AMAZING meal for my birthday!!! King crab legs were fabulous and the limoncello cake incredible. Everything was fantastic. Thanks also to Brad the manager.

This is one of our regular stops. Great food, service n drinks. Lively outdoor dining patio and indoor dining room. Fresh seafood market as well. Weekend brunch is really fun with their live music entertainment.

Breakfast restaurant
Mel's Diner in Naples is a classic American diner with a 1950s-style decor that has been a local tradition since 1989. This family-owned establishment offers homemade, old-fashioned favorites, signature sandwiches, famous burgers, and all-you-can-eat fish fry at affordable prices. The menu also features a Blue Zones Inspired selection. With multiple locations in Southwest Florida, Mel's Diner prides itself on serving locally sourced ingredients such as fresh roasted turkey and local fish.
Love Love Love me some Mel’s diner! Top notch service from our newly favorite waitress Anna! It’s truly great comfort food! It’s like stepping back in time, the food’s like grandma used to make and the prices go right along with it! Great value for your money! We will be back time and time again! What a lovely find!

Looks like your classic, old person diner. Pictures of the rat pack on the wall, carpet, and a bar top that's actually a bar. Makes you wonder if they make good milk shakes. Anywayz, server was accommodating, ordered two items from the menu then changed them after I put in the order, she never flinched, thought that was awesome. Ordered the surf and turf also the Ruben. My only complaint, the food was cold. It took me 15 min to get to my room. The steak was perfectly cooked the lobster was not rubbery but the thing that was mind blowing..... the gravy on the mash! Never have I ever exclaimed about brown gravy. Packed of flavor, rich and not too salty. Again everything was good had to drop the star because of the temp. I'd recommend eating at the spot.

"Cozy spot with amazing food and friendly service (Aileen was our server) Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. A true hidden gem!"

Big and diverse menu. Mamosa was refreshing and service was super. I had been meaning to eat at this diner for some time and today was finally the day. The vibe inside was nostalgic and cozy. It was super clean and everyone was friendly. I was impressed with the many offerings they have available for breakfast. I will definitely be stopping back.

Love a good diner! Stopped in tonight after passing this place so many times! The food was excellent and the staff was pleasant and engaging. I also can’t help but comment on the prices which are beyond fair especially for the quality and portions they are serving! I kept seeing amazing dishes leaving the service line so I will definitely be back to try more! I also looked at the breakfast menu and omg can’t way to try the lobster eggs benedict! So glad I stopped in, see you soon!
Gina G — Google review
Decent food at good prices. Portions aren’t very big, but fair for what you pay. The veggies in the grouper Florentine didn’t look fresh and showed signs of being past their prime, so I skipped them. However, the spinach was fresh. Management should pay more attention to basic cleaning—our booth was dirty, with crumbs everywhere and torn upholstery that’s clearly long overdue for replacement. I probably won’t be back, but I can see why locals like it—the prices are hard to beat for this area.
Tim K — Google review
Always friendly, good home cooking, amazing (bargain) prices and comfortable diner ambiance.
Lynn L — Google review
As I was waiting on my order, I heard the waitress. Tell the cook "she ordered to get well done, but don't do it that way". Thankfully, it wasn't my order, but it was a customer in the booth beside us who also heard the waitress tell the cook not to do as the customer requested. That customer got up and left after complaining to the manager. I love Mel's, but will never be going to this location again.

Howley's Restaurant is a retro diner in West Palm Beach that has been serving comfort food since 1950. The restaurant features '50s decor, counter seating, and a jukebox, creating a nostalgic atmosphere for diners. The menu offers a wide range of options from breakfast to dinner and dessert, with shareable items available as well. The historic diner has been restored to maintain its retro charm with terrazzo floors and tin ceilings.
Blackened chicken sandwich for $16 with tax. Words cannot express the delectable nature of this fine sandwich. Never before have i had a sandwich so unbelievably life altering. Rich juicy flavors in each bite. A testament to everything good and just in this world. A perfect end to a wonderful school year.

I love the vibes of this place, I enjoy coming in past 9 and still being able to enjoy the cozy diner lively feeling this place has. Everyone is absolutely amazing and courteous with their service, food is 100/10, music, art, and attentive staff is otherworldly. Thank you for keeping the night alive and fun all of these years 🤍

The portions were surprisingly large and the quality of food was top knock. The veggie lasagna was worth a trip to Florida. Seating was comfortable and the staff was kind and welcoming. THE ONION RINGS ARE HOMEMADE AND HUGE!
Katie S — Google review
My family has been coming to Howley’s for over 10 years, unfortunately it is not what it used to be. Today, we came as a party of 5 and were seated at a half booth half regular chair table. The booth cushions were so old you sunk right into them. The other areas of the restaurant were too loud and my grandparents are hard of hearing so we dealt with it. We got fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. They were bland. Even the bbq remoulade didn’t add that much flavor. They were fried well though. For my main, I got the BLT plus avocado (for an extra $3). The picture shows how terrible of a sandwich this was. There was one tiny slice of avocado, and barely any tomato. They marketed this as being on texas toast, it was really just thick cut white bread that was completely dry. They couldve buttered the bread and grilled it. I’m not trying to be dramatic but easily the worst sandwich I’ve had. I took one bite and put it to the side. The one great thing Howley’s does is their onion rings, always crispy and perfect. My grandfather also loves the coconut cake. I’m disappointed that Howley’s will no longer be a stop when I visit Florida, but this experience left a lot to be desired.
Ariana L — Google review
I stopped by Howley’s and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Bloody Mary—which was thick, spicy, and delicious—and it came garnished with pickled vegetables, adding a refreshing, tangy kick. Their turkey club was just as satisfying: hearty, fresh, and expertly stacked. The diner itself has retro charm with a cozy, no-frills vibe—think vintage countertops and a soda-fountain feel, but with a modern twist . The staff was friendly and attentive, which only added to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere . If you’re craving classic American comfort food, with creative cocktails, a warm ambiance, and the option for late-night dining. Howley’s hits the mark!
Morgan A — Google review
Food was ok but the service and atmosphere were not good. We were in town and love to try new things. The pancakes had to be cut with a knife and bacon was raw. The biscuits and gravy were just ok. We had to asked for things that we had ordered multiple times. Our waitress was nice but couldn’t remember the things we had ordered.
Sherri L — Google review
I ordered a shrimp-salad sandwich. It hit the table quickly—and that, sadly, was the high point of the meal. The sandwich reminded me of my ex-wife: cold, uninspiring, and utterly devoid of character. Let’s start with the fries. They were stale and cold. Come on—French fries? If you can’t nail those, you won’t redeem yourself with ... a seriously banal shrimp-salad sandwich. Said sandwich featured a few overcooked shrimp (seasoned with, apparently, nothing) and vaguely wilted lettuce, all stuffed onto a lifeless croissant. For those keeping score at home, I paid full freight for this disappointment. I’ve been coming here for years, but unless an “Under New Management” sign appears soon, I’m out. Avoid. Run away. Hell, if you’ve got a bum ankle, hobble off as fast as you can.
T. S — Google review
Fantastic!! Biscuits and gravy might be some of the best sausage gravy I’ve had. Really good. Grits were really good… could have been warmer. Coffee was delicious. Atmosphere awesome, staff was fantastic. Price was spot on!

CRaVE Restaurant is a popular spot in Fort Myers, offering American comfort food such as meatloaf and bread pudding. It's known for its delicious breakfast and brunch options, with specialties like shrimp and grits, salmon hash, French toast, pancakes, corned beef, biscuits and gravy, and gourmet omelet choices. The restaurant also serves juicy burgers and mouthwatering shakes.
Everything was SPECTACULAR!! My family and I came across this restaurant from reviews online. We were immediately seated and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most from this restaurant is the hospitality. Our waitress, Steph, took our order without having to write anything down. Usually, when I order food in other restaurants there are mistakes with the order. Yet, even though I asked for specific changes to my order (and more dishes with some changes of sauce on the side), Steph brought us EXACTLY what we asked for. She also knew precisely what I needed without me having to ask. For example, I had needed new napkins but did not mention it, yet she instantly gave me a few when she checked in on our table. She was incredibly sweet to us and asked about ourselves as well. Secondly, THE FOOD!!! We ordered vegan burger, wings, an “everything burger”, and bread pudding. Good vegan burgers are hard to find, yet this one was SPECTACULAR. The wings were perfect as well and the everything burger was incredibly delicious. I ended up saving some wings to eat later, and was refilled a side of ranch. It all arrived to our table at the same time and were all at a good price. When it comes to dessert, we were recommended the bread pudding. The bread pudding was my favorite dish, and it basically melted in our mouths. I’ve never had such a good bread pudding before until now. SUPERB!! All in all, everything was 10/10. So when you want to eat, GO TO CRAVE!! Below this, I’ve attached images of the vegan burger, the wings with the accompanying sides, and the takeout box containing the wings/ranch :)

A nice small family owned restaurant. When I say family owned, I'm mean their little kids work there. It's awesome. The food was delicious. Or waitress was friendly and attentive. The kids were super helpful. The mango pancakes were amazing. I've never had those before. My GF and I split 1 pancake and didn't finish it, it was that big. Plate-sized. The restrooms were clean. There was no wait. The only negative I'd mention, is the prices. Except for the specials, nothing is less than $16 on the menu. But, based on the pancake, which was a special, it's worth it.

This is a tiny place but full of character and the food was delicious. There was a wait to get in at about 10:30 on a Saturday morning, but I think the breakfast rush was winding down so it didn't take too long. The food took quite a while to arrive, but the service was very friendly and the coffee kept flowing. Nothing on the menu was less than $16 - making it slightly pricey, but everything felt homemade. The jams in particular were quite good and all homemade. Very good selection of tasty omelettes.

Was in the area. After seeing all of the pictures online we decided to pay a visit. There was a wait. I didn't realize how small the dining room was. We ordered mimosas. I ordered an omelet. My friend ordered Shrimp and Grits. Beautiful presentation. Will definitely return to try other delights

My wife and I were with two other couples vacationing in Cape Coral. Saw this place and decided to check it out as all the wives were wanting Mamosas. Crave did not disappoint! They were very good! The food was fantastic...seasoned well, cooked perfectly. Our waiter was great in explaining menu items and making sure we felt welcomed. All in all, a great place!!

Super yummy! My fiance and I cannot wait to come back and try more from the menu. Breakfast all day, salads, sandwiches, starters, and heartier entrees. Lots of vegan/vegetarian or carnivorous items to choose from. We would have loved to try the mimosas or drinks from the menu, but we had plans later that we couldn't be buzzed for. Fresh squeezed orange juice sounded amazing. We settled on a cold brew coffee, can of coke and a bottle of water. Nothing came from a gun or tap so that was interesting - I like it! The warmed goat cheese appetizer was perfect! It came with a toasted baguette and giant cracker with sauteed mushrooms on the side. Would 10/10 get it again - it would taste even better with some balsamic reduction. I'm obsessed with drizzling that on everything though, so that's probably just me. We both got omelettes with home fries and white toast. One was the triple cheese omelet and OMG it was soooooooo cheesy! The other omelet was the mushroom one which had three or four different kinds of mushrooms. The home fries were crispy and had peppers sauteed in with them - loaded with flavor! With the toast, we got homemade raspberry, grape and orange jellies. They were all so good but I think my favorite was raspberry. Service was friendly and prompt. With it being a smaller place, they only had like 10 tables in the whole restaurant but it never felt cramped or closed in. Overall just a really cozy and cool vibe. The chandeliers were over every table with a grand chandelier in the center of the room made from kitten utensils like spatulas and zesters. Super cool spot!

Great quality food, fairly pricey for breakfast but great taste and presentation. Atmosphere is cozy with enough space to enjoy yourself and carry conversation. Valerie? Hopefully she was having an off day, but her service and attention to details wasn't on par with quality service today. Sorry, you missed that my daughter ordered a pancake off the kids menu you gave her but charged for an adult? Then look at me like I told you to order her an adult pancake off the kids menu. You didn't seem pleased we were a large party who asked for separate checks right at the beginning of service. Otherwise a decent breakfast!

Crave is a hidden 💎. I visited with my boyfriend and enjoyed the environment and the assortment of meal choices. My boyfriend chose the Cinnamon roll French toast which looked mouth watering. He says it was delicious from the minute the waitress described it to us. I selected the Shrimp, crab meat, mush, omelette. While eating my omelette it was like having a meal I didn’t know I wanted. Each flavor was a perfect proportion. The potato’s were delicious and the bread was fresh. The waitress even brought us a few of their homemade spreads to try. (Which I had to ask to take my left overs home because it was too good to leave behind.) I would highly recommend visiting Crave for any morning delight. You will not regret it.

We have been to a few First Watch locations and have loved all of them. Even so, this location is probably one of the nicest we have visited! The food was excellent, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and well appointed, and the restrooms were also clean and well maintained. Our server Candace was so friendly and attentive and really looked after us. There is an outdoor seating area with views of the dock at the rear of the restaurant, but in the summer heat we opted to stay inside with the AC Highly recommended

First Watch is my go to breakfast spot when visiting my family in Naples; they never disappoint!!! Diana was our server and she was the best! She is kind, patient, and has the best recommendations! When we walked in we saw an advertisement for their Shrimp and Grits🦐, the advertisement looks mouth watering 🤤. My husband and I both decided on that! I didn't get any photos because I was excited to eat, but check out the advertisement photo I attached. I hope it makes your mouth water too and you head over there for some deliciousness!! 🤤🦐🤤🦐

We just enjoyed an incredible breakfast here at First Watch Restaurant in Naples Florida. Jenna was the best! She was very friendly and recommending the Shishito Brisket Has was certainly a winner. Family owned and they have their own farm to grow most of their food. My grandson loved the Honey Caramel Crunch drink. They have a very creative menu so make sure to dropp for breakfast or lunch.

Absolutely fantastic! This place is a true gem in town. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly. The food? Incredible. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The hamburger wrap with the fries was cooked to perfection, and the salad was perfectly made and very fresh. We had a wonderful early dinner at The Bevy. The food was delicious and our server, Anthony, was very kind and attentive. We tried their Happy Hour and ordered several entrees expecting small portions but we were shocked at how much food their was. We will definitely be back again.

5 stars isn’t enough for this amazing experience. Gorgeous setting, great vibe and attentive service. Love the open roof for partial outdoor seating. Make sure you get the bread because the olives that accompany it were excellent. Tender and light calamari was fantastic. The seafood pasta Alfredo with the rose sauce was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had - huge lobster tail, calamari and mussels were delicious. Some shrimp or scallops would have been a perfect addition. If it wasn’t a special - I would have gone back the next day to have it again. Amazing meal!

The Bevy is located just off 3rd street in Naples. The ambiance here is modern with a rustic touch in an indoor/outdoor environment. It wasn't very hot on my visit, but there were plenty of fans and the air circulation felt good. The focus here is on the drinks - specifically, the cocktails, which they are pretty upfront about on the menu: lots of cocktails and the motto is, "Eat + Sip + Socialize." The beer menu is a little weak for a place at this level, but again, the cocktails are the highlight here. The service was prompt and friendly, but there wasn't a lot of flexibility on the menu. The food came out as ordered and was prepared properly. Our visit was for brunch, so we ordered the Bevy Brunch Burger, which was great and so was the Smoked Salmon. This is a great destination if you are a tourist looking to have a few drinks and money is not a huge issue.

Perfect date night. Loved the drink selection and attention to detail. The branzino was absolutely the best I've had with the whole fish with the bone expertly taken out. Shrimps were huge and cooked beautifully. Burrata was interesting with the fig jam underneath. Ceviche was yummy, but I'd switch to the tuna tartar. I would definitely come back to try the desserts.

I visited this place several times. It was always good, but nothing special. However, today's visit was superior! I don't know what exactly the management changed in a year, but the service and food became truly impressive. The service was very fast. Our waiter Emerson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable about the menu. The dishes were all very well presented, tasted delicious, and came extremely fast. We didn't need to wait for anything. As soon as we finished one course, the table was cleaned right away, and the next course was on the way. Truly loved every single moment of today's dining experience! Thank you!

The (breakfast) food was absolutely amazing, but we were extremely disappointed about the complete lack of gluten free and non-dairy options despite what it says on the menu. Coffee and juice was tasty. Service was ok but nothing special. The restaurant is located smack in the middle of the very cute old part of Naples, and lots of street parking options.

I was SO glad that I chose this spot. Had been wanting to come here for quite some time, it was well worth it. Everything I ordered, I loved. Note: GET THE OJ!!! It's LITERALLY directly squeezed from an orange!!!!! SO good! The omelets are HUGE! French Toast is BEAUTIFUL! I don't really like onions, but the Corned beef was REALLY good. From what I saw with my Sis Chicken n Waffles---the chicken should have been better. Different options for "chicken" should be used vs what they give. But she liked it. Just Awesome!

I’ve been going to the OHPH all my life. It’s pretty hard to beat. The coffee is great, the food is always excellent and the selection is extensive. The waitstaff is also very accommodating always. This last time I didn’t however notice that the steak in the steak and eggs was anemic lol. I was surprised it was as small as it was. Hopefully this isn’t something that’s standard now because the prices are higher so less food would be a mistake to maintain their patrons.

Food was excellent. Elizabeth is friendly, personable, and on top of everything. Everyone was friendly. Service was quick. Food came out timely, hot, and delicious. French toast was really good and the whipped cream was soooo yum. Bacon was perfect. Spinach crepe was a little small for me (I'm a big girl), but it was delicious. The home fries are like none I've ever tasted, so good. Overall was amazing and would come again.

We had such a wonderful breakfast experience at The Original Pancake House this morning, and it was all made extra special thanks to our amazing server, Elizabeth. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel truly welcome with her warm smile and genuinely caring attitude. Elizabeth is the kind of person who brings sunshine to your table—so sweet, attentive, and kind in every way. She checked on us just the right amount, made thoughtful suggestions, and ensured everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. You could tell she really cares about her guests. The food was absolutely lovely—fresh, delicious, and everything we hoped for in a comforting breakfast. But what stood out the most was the incredible service. Great atmosphere ! We loved the retro diner & the retro music they played while we ate our meal. The food was good. I really enjoyed the challah French toast paired with the bacon & sausage, it was just the right amount of sweet, savory & salty ! We will definitely come back. :)

Joe's NY Diner is a solid spot for classic diner food with a New York twist. The menu has all the staples—delicious burgers, crispy fries, and hearty breakfast platters that hit the spot any time of day. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere has that nostalgic diner feel, with comfy booths and a laid-back vibe. Service is friendly and efficient, though there were a few moments when it felt a bit slow during peak hours. Not bad for a 24-hour spot! Overall, it’s a great place for a casual meal, and I’d definitely come back. Just a little improvement in speed, and it would be a perfect five stars!
Richard N — Google review
I desperately wanted this to be better then it was. The atmosphere is great- just that classic grunge, dark New York diner with led-lit signs and other city nostalgia all over. The food was a let down, plain and simple. We tried the meatloaf, and it just didn't taste like much. Hardly any flavor, and even some salt and pepper can't since that. We got a side of veggies that just seemed like they were warmed up from a frozen medley bag, also lacking flavor. We enjoyed the chicken noodle soup the most. That was pretty decent. They have ice cream that looked pretty good but didn't try it this time. Very disappointed with a place that screams potential.

If you have a penchant for sweet treats, their pancake and French toast flights are not to be missed!
I ate here yesterday with my family group and we loved it. We tried Breakfast Burritos (delicious), Eggs Benedict (a must!), Grilled Cheese (with a 4 cheese blend), and everything tasted great. We had to come back on the last day of our trip visiting Naples and tried different dishes: Omelettes (filling and tasty) and Chicken & Waffles (amazing too). The service and attention was also great! Very clean and A/C inside. They also offer an outdoor area. Definitely try it out.

Substantial portions. Excellent Chicken and waffles slight crisp but not over done. Crepes and coffee just ok, but scrambled egg whites on side were perfect not too wet or overdone. Free parking in front of shopping plaza. Staff super friendly and attentive. Will go again and try the salmon toast or Benedict next time. Great that they have healthy options as well as decadent ones. Chilly though bring a light sweater.

Amazing Brunch Spot! Went with my husband and kids — the place was beautiful, the food came out fast, and everything was super fresh. Our waitress, Maria, was kind and helpful. Now the cinnamon roll waffles… wow. I’m from Miami and have been to a lot of great restaurants, but this was hands down the best waffle I’ve ever had. The coffee was also excellent. GLUTEN FREE cinnamon roll french toast! I wish the menu made it clear they can do all their French toasts gluten free! I’ll be honest it looked so so when it arrived. But holy cow it was AMAZING! It tasted like a cinnamon roll and was better than any gf cook rolls I’ve had. I also got a skillet and it was excellent. Just did one piece of the cinnamon French toast on the side. To the management, please make a gf menu and post it online as you will get a lot of people coming. If I hadn’t seen a review of someone else mentioning it, I would have never known!

It's a shame to see this place go down hill. The building is starting to fall apart with a lack of maintenance. It starts with the dead plants in cracked pots outside, the badly water damaged entrance doors, faded awnings, etc. but once you go inside there seems to be more problems: bad water damage in ceilings and windows around the circular lounge area. Bathroom faucets were flowing slowly with no way to turn them off. Seems like someone is dropping the ball and its unfortunate because this used to be my go to spot.
Brad D — Google review
My breakfast here this morning was not worth the twenty dollars I spent unfortunately. We got two of the bagel breakfast sandwiches, an espresso and a cappuccino. The espresso tasted like nothing at first and then took on a sour taste. My cappuccino lacked any body and honestly tasted like the coffee you get from one of those free coffee machines you can find at a car dealership. The bagels did not taste fresh, maybe a little stale. And finally the egg patties were much smaller than the bagel they were in and reminded me of something I would find at a fast food restaurant. The side of fruit was nice and refreshing, but that was the only plus I could honestly find about my meal. You may be better off just going to Panera Bread around the corner.

After many times of having WONDERFUL meals at Calistoga Bakery Cafe we had our first disappointment on the Breakfast Pressata Sandwich. There was really no flavor. It lacked seasoning or that special "zip" you should get from an AM sandwich. The cheese was flat in taste and there was way to much of an egg presence. A true disappointment!

Mel's Diner in Bonita Springs is a local chain with a 1950s-style ambiance, offering classic American dishes like burgers and milkshakes. It's recommended for traditional American dining, especially if you're looking for somewhere close to eat after a long drive. The fried pickles are perfectly golden brown with a tangy dipping sauce, and the hot and flaky biscuits are also delightful. The restaurant offers perks like birthday rewards and discounts through their dine & earn program.
★★★★☆ Mel’s Diner in Bonita Springs is an excellent place with spectacular food! The salmon was delicious, the hamburger and soup were perfect—everything was simply outstanding. The service was top-notch, and the staff was on top of everything, making sure guests had a great experience. The music added to the wonderful atmosphere. However, I have to mention the hostess. On both of my visits in the same week, she seemed upset and unwelcoming. I even felt sorry for her the first time, thinking she might be in pain, but seeing the same attitude on my second visit was disappointing. Unfortunately, that took away from an otherwise flawless experience. If not for that, this would be an easy five-star review! I truly hope the restaurant addresses this because everything else was perfect.

Came for dinner and had never been to this location before. We were promptly greeted by our server and he immediately brought bread which was awesome, especially with a toddler. It’s also just a nice touch to receive bread at a restaurant because it seems to happen less and less. Our food was pretty good. I had the turkey dinner and the turkey wasn’t my favorite but the sides of mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing and corn were good. It came with choice of soup or salad which made for a generous meal. The kids cheeseburger was decent and my husband enjoyed his cheeseburger. Overall a good experience and service all around was great.

The amazing dinner experience you all need if you never stepped foot in one this is your chance Food: Exactly as expected, delicious with a hint of love We ate the mediterranean omelette with a side of bacon sourdough toast. My husband had the pot roast skillet with their milkshake to which he said “This is why you come to a dinner” Atmosphere: Like any dinner you saw on the back to the future movies your kids will love it

This a great local chain. They have a huge menu. All-you-can-eat breaded cod for $13.99 is pretty incredible. All the food looked good. Very nice service. If I lived in the area, I'd eat here regularly. I like the nostalgic feel, the 50's music playing, and the prices.

Found this place while looking for a quick and easy dinner spot. My server Kat was great. She pointed me to the meal I wanted. She was attentive and had a great personality. The food was good. I had pot roast would totally recommend! It was a bit loud but no crying kids, so that was awesome!

Mel’s Diner is a true 50s gem! From the moment you walk in you feel like you’ve stepped back in time with jukebox tunes, cool retro décor and an atmosphere that makes you smile. The menu is huge with just about anything you can think of and the food never disappoints. The service is always top notch and every visit feels welcoming. I met the owner about six months ago and he was a genuinely nice guy. This is one of those places I will keep coming back to forever

Island Cafe in Everglades City is a popular spot among locals, offering a mix of American diner-style and island-inspired menu items. The family-friendly space attracts fishing guides, airboat captains, and tour operators looking to unwind with home-cooked food after a long day. The cafe, although technically not in Everglades City, is known for its small-town vibes and locally owned charm that spans generations. It's an ideal place for an early morning breakfast before heading out on the water.
This place is a gem. The food is INCREDIBLE... they need to update online menu though. . SOOOO good. Found it looking on the map and rode down with friends that live in Labelle... but I WILL be driving 3 hours from avon park to eat here again. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, a cheeseburger, fried gator, and pizza and hush puppies which i didn't get a photo of because we devoured them too quickly. Was 60 bucks for two people.

Great lil restaurant that feels it's truly a local Everglades spot. Had the gator tacos and were good but ask for some hot sauce. The fries were excellent. Wife was very happy with the blackened fish basket.

Great little restaurant. A place to eat e.g. fried gator in good quality for a reasonable price. Friendly service and good beer (chance to get the famous Islamorada IPA)

This is a great small mom and pop family diner tucked away in the Everglades. Had the best fried oyster po' boy I've eaten in years. Too bad they serve New England clam chowder. Not that I don't like New England clam chowder, I love it. Its just that its not Florida. Definitely comming back and next time bringing friends.

Wow, delicious is an understatement 😋 we had the gator burger, the frog legs and the fish taco and everything tasted amazing. I've had Gator lots of time, It was seriously the best Gator I've had.

I really loved my experience at the restaurant. The staff was lovely, especially Lucy. We took some time to think about the food, and they were patient and cheerful. The food itself was simple but nice - you got what you asked for. If you're in everglades city - this cute place would be a good option.
Shikha S — Google review
Had lunch and breakfast twice and all the times the food was delish! The staff was friendly as well! Loved it there!

i want to start off by saying in no way am i ungrateful for my visit here, it wasn’t all that bad overall. however, i did specifically mention to my waitress that i didn’t consume any dairy products and i still got cheese sprinkled on my salad and a side of ranch with my fried mushrooms. i understand that at a place like this you don’t typically expect vegan options galore but its not the greatest experience getting the opposite of what you ask for especially when it comes to food restrictions. other than that everyone was relatively friendly and they made a dinner plate for me when it was still lunch time so totally would recommend to anyone passing through everglades city!

This Mel's Diner in Fort Myers, Florida is a typical roadside shack with 50s-style decor serving burgers, milkshakes and other American eats. The food is made with fresh ingredients and all of the dishes are chemical-free, making it a great place to eat if you're looking for something healthy. The diner also offers classic Florida fare such as Key West grilled shrimp and Mel's key lime haddock.
What an amazing place! Stopped by there after a terrible hotel experience, and I left with a smile in my face. Awesome food choices, spot-on service with a smile, and one of the coolest atmospheres for a diner. Cannot wait to get there again! And not to forget, they have benches line up the entrance for the busy times, another indication that the owners care! Thank you.

We had such a great dinner here! The staff was super friendly and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were so kind and accommodating with my child, which really made the evening stress-free and enjoyable. The place has a fun, welcoming vibe and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s not always easy to find a spot that feels both family-friendly and lively, but this place nailed it. Definitely a new favorite, and we’ll be coming back!

Within walking distance of the hotel, I have gone there twice in the past week & I am sure I will go at least one more time this next week. There menu is huge! From there create your own breakfast, to bringing a friend to brunch, trying there outstanding appetizer along with there full course dinners, it's a lot to choose from. Plus they have a beer, wine, liquor & dessert menu too! Also the decor of the restaurant is vintage and classic. The atmosphere is quite with oldies playing in the background. The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is well kept & clean.

Frequent this diner a lot for over 20 years. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all excellent. Bill the manager is friendly and on the ball. Ask for server Bre, she is the best! Food is always great and hot. Love the salmon and burgers. Great atmosphere and plenty of parking.

Outstanding! They have a broad menu with lots of brain food options. The service is incredible equally as scrumptious as the food. I’ve never had faster service with exceptional food quality. Below of outline some of the best brain foods that I found on the menu. On top of that, it was super affordable. This is the trifecta of good restaurants. It was healthy, affordable, and fast. It does not get any better than that. ✅ Best overall breakfast pick for brain health: Smoked Salmon Scramble — combines omega-3s, leafy greens, and protein. ✅ Best lighter pick: Lite Morning Treat with yogurt, berries, and granola. ✅ Best hearty pick: Quinoa Benedict — high in protein, fiber, and brain-boosting nutrients.

We stopped at Mels diner for a quick lunch. We were greeted with a welcome to the family atmosphere. Employees are amazing and go out of their way to help you and make you feel like you’re dining in their home. We had 4 in our party and all ordered something different, each one was delicious. I was even able to have a newly created Greek salad which wasn’t on the menu yet which was fabulous!!!! Would recommend everyone head to Mel’s diner Fort Meyers to enjoy a delicious meal in a family friendly environment

Good southern comfort hospitality. All the staff from the greeting to passing by waitresses everyone is very nice. Clearly a good local spot, everyone knew each other but welcomed newcomers, lots of food items to choose from. From salad selections to seafood, steak, and breakfast menu. The mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were pretty decent, I mean, just look at that pull there. They have a few 'Mels Diner' choices. Grace was an amazing waitress. Needed some local advice, the hostess was more than willing to give some tips. Came back to eat here 3 times within a week. Try the seasonal drink menu for only $ 5.99/6.99, delicious!

Mel’s Diner Cape Corral 3-4-25 Stopped by Mel’s on Monday around 12:30pm. This place was clean, neat, and busy. We got seated right away and Dee Dee was our waitress. I ordered the Western Black Angus Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Corn. My wife and our friend ordered the Mel’s Classic Cheeseburger with Cheese, Lettice, Tomato, Onions, Coleslaw, and Fries. Once our order came out my Chopped Steak was amazing. The Chopped Steak had Onions piled high on the top and lots of Gravy, it was so good. My wife and our friends Burger were done perfectly, and the Fries were just yummy even the Coleslaw was good. All our food was hot and plenty of it as we had to get a to go box to take some home. Once done we ordered two Milkshakes, one Chocolate and one Strawberry. They were very good if you like old fashion Milkshakes get yourself one for sure. I must give this Mel’s 5 out of 5 stars for the great service from Dee Dee, the good food and great Milkshakes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me On FB For More Reviews Gulf Coast Terry

You Can Never Go Wrong At Mel’s Not sure where to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack, some dessert – go to Mel’s. We were out running errands on a late morning and went to an old favorite. My wife is an omelet fan and ordered a Western Style Omelet, rye toast and substituted fresh fruit instead of potatoes ($11.99). Not sure if these are two or three egg omelets, but they are big, loaded with green peppers, onion, ham and American cheese, and tastes great. The cup had a nice mix of cold crisp fruit and if you are a rye toast fan, it’s spot on. I ordered off the Lunch Specials Menu – the Ranch Hand Chicken Salad ($11.59). A bed of crisp lettuce with a little spinach, topped with chopped tomatoes, eggs, bacon, cucumbers and blue cheese crumbles along with sliced fried chicken breast. Ranch dressing is on the side. This was very much like a Cobb salad and I really enjoyed it. Two diners could easily share this dish. The servers are all very friendly and Mel’s never disappoints.

Absolutely phenomenal breakfast at Mel’s in Cape Coral! I had an omelette with hash browns and a side of biscuits and gravy — everything was hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The omelette was fluffy and perfectly cooked, the hash browns crispy, and the biscuits and gravy tasted homemade. Service was outstanding — friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. It’s been a long time since I’ve had food and service this good. Mel’s is hands-down the best spot in town for breakfast! 10/10 this is my new breakfast place when im in town.

Tucked away in the charming streets of Venice, Burgundy Square Cafe is a delightful spot that embodies the essence of comfort food with an all-American menu. This inviting cafe serves up hearty dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a beloved choice among locals. Their brunch offerings are particularly noteworthy, featuring creative Bloody Mary specials that double as meals in themselves—think wine-based vodka paired with meatloaf sliders and crispy fried treats like onion rings and jalapeno poppers.
The food was excellent, the best grouper we’ve had in a long time. My dad got the salmon and said it was killer and my Asian chicken salad was also really great. Service was amazing, our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly! We sat outside and there was a nice breeze and plenty of shade.

Also has a simple bar with comfortable stools. NOTE: Wednesdays are unique and special for their many lobster dishes… all priced under $22 (as of date of this posting) Generational business w/ fond remembrance of the deceased Owner. Nice casual restaurant. Food was ok. Service was good. I had the salmon dinner. I would have liked to have steamed rice and broccoli with it but you only get 1 side. The rice had corn in it. ? Caesar salad had shaved Parmesan which I really like. Had a warm lobster roll and French fries which was good. Got a tossed salad which we liked. Restaurant was quiet. We ate at 7 pm. They close at 8 pm.

Had the Clam / Scallop Combo. It came with Lobster Bisque and french fries. Lobster Bisque tasted like it was out of a bag. 1-10. Maybe a 5. Scallops , 4 Sea Scallops , but 2 were cut in half inside the batter. Whole Belly Clams were tiny, almost strips but TINY PORTION. Homemade Fries were good. I know seafood is expensive, but total rip off for 30 bucks! On a better note, have been for breakfast, and breakfast was great .

Always yummy!!! I almost always get the Asian Shrimp Wrap for lunch. SOOOOOO yummy!!! This place is priced like most places downtown these days. Golly I feel old saying that. But, it's true. 😂 Plan on $15+ for lunch plus beverage unless you're okay with water. 🩵 Anything seafood is priced $20-$35 per person. I usually don't go here if my kids are with me, it's a pretty quiet environment and my young children would stand out way too much not being able to be quiet 🤐 all that well.

Hoot's Breakfast & Lunch has been a beloved spot for over two decades, serving up delicious breakfast options on Marco Island. This local hangout opens at 7:00 am, making it perfect for early risers. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, reminiscent of a simpler time.
Absolutely fantastic! A genuine breakfast and lunch diner serving the classics without getting too cute with stupid changes. No surprises just good home style cooking...but better. Reasonable prices and ample portions. This is the kind of place where the sheriff's, the bikers, the local trades guys and business owners and soccer moms all go.

After visiting this breakfast restaurant, we were not as satisfied as other places on the island. The breakfast lacked flavor and was not real good. The eggs and potatoes were dry and seemed like they had been sitting up for a while. I did eat some of it but could not finish. My wife had the cheese grits and the cheese was just placed on top of the grits and not mixed in. That's the big lump of cheese on the plate next to the bacon that the wife had to just scoop off the top, it was too much. I am not confident we will be visiting Hoot's again.

Dutch Valley Restaurant is a local eatery that offers homestyle American dishes like burgers, sandwiches, and all-day breakfast. The portions are generous and the food is generally well-received, although some items like the fries may need improvement. The menu has a down-home feel with a mix of options, including Cuban sandwiches. The restaurant is known for its fast service and festive holiday decorations. It can get busy during peak seasons but is recommended for groups due to its wide variety of food choices.
Great restaurant with friendly service and delicious breakfast! You definitely get your moneys worth in the amount of food!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to serve your appetite!!

First visit to Dutch Valley and it was pretty good. We ordered a Patty Melt with fries ($12.99), Country Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and gravy ($14.75), Lemon Pepper Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and dressing ($16.99), and a Cuban Sandwich with fries ($13.49). Both the Country Fried Steak and Leominster pepper chicken came with dessert of rice pudding. The Patty Melt was thick and served on a beautiful Swirled toast. The fries were crisp and just right. The Country Fried Steak was served with two pieces of thinner but tasty steak. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The Lemon Pepper Chicken was a half chicken and it was tasty. The dressing was a bit too mushy but tasted fine. Cuban sandwich was delicious. We also had a cup of chili and a cup of cream of broccoli soup. The chili was tasty like Mom used to make. The cream of broccoli had a super light taste and could have used some Mrs. Dash. Rice Pudding is generally not my favorite but this one was tasty and I’m glad I ordered it. Our server was Donna and she did a good job. The dining room is fairly large with tables booths and some seating at the counter. Dining is all indoors and the dining room was decorated for Christmas. If you are in the area, this is a tasty place to stop.

If you want a blast from the past this restaurant is for you. The decor and atmosphere are definitely a relic from days gone by. That being said I kind of liked the look of the inside since I am, as they say, nostalgic. We ordered breakfast with my wife having a waffle along with bacon and an english muffin. The only real negative was the server, who was not very attentive and disappeared for a while. This made it hard to let him know that the bacon my wife ordered crisp had come up quite the opposite of that. When he did finally appear he took the bacon back to the kitchen, but the returned plate still did not have bacon that was any definition of crispy. My ham and cheese omelet and home fries, though, were very good. There are many restaurants known for their breakfast and Dutch Valley is one of them. Unfortunately, we have found others such as Millie's, Max's Table, and even Der Dutchman, to be better and, as such, will probably not be back to this one.

Guys, listen to me when I say: this place deserves more customers. Our server Tracey was the sweetest in the world. Her recommendations and menu advice were invaluable and her conversation was so kind-hearted. She led us towards the Saturday Turkey (basically Thanksgiving) dinner and there couldn’t have been a more perfect choice, it was so good!!! Even the other server Garrett sat with his only table and spoke with them for our entire meal, then helped them load up in their car! Talk about 5-star service!! I work in restaurants and thrive to provide the service they do. If you want great home-cooked food at a great price with healthy portions, this is your place. If you want exceptional service that makes you feel like family, you NEED to experience this restaurant. Thank you so much Tracy for basically welcoming us into your home here, you’ve made us regulars in only one visit. And Garrett, we didn’t really meet you, but we can tell you’re a great guy. You were so sweet to that couple that (not to be sappy lol) I’ll remember it for a long time and try to meet your standards of serving. This restaurant deserves more customers!!!

Places a bit run down. The menu for me is a little too big. I guess they're trying to hit everybody's taste buds when they should just focus on some of the Staples there a little bit better. I asked for Sunny side up eggs and they came out almost hard. $6 for an added egg is a bit much too

We have been to Dutch valley several times, after work place, Christmas morning place, Sunday brunch, and today was to just grab a bite. We met with a friend which was a surprise and had the delicious sangrias and a few entrees. Our server was absolutely amazing. I’m sorry I don’t recall his name. We were laughing and having a wonderful time at this establishment, I guess we might’ve been a lil too loud or just were too happy for some peoples liking. We were told we couldn’t have anymore sangria 🤣. I guess the good vibes were too much for the manager who looked absolutely miserable. Too bad, me and my large family truly enjoy Dutch valley but I’m sure it will be awhile before we come back. Please go and enjoy the wonderful food but please keep your happiness and laughter to a minimum.

It was our first time at Dutch Valley and while it gave classic diner vibes, the food itself was not on par with the atmosphere you would expect. The breakfast was basic and underwhelming. For $17 a waffle, 3 eggs and 3 tiny strips of bacon was not worth the price, neither the double valley breakfast of 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of sausage. Almost $4 for coffee per person as well. Definitely an overpriced place.

8 of us came in for breakfast on our first day in Naples. Laura our server was efficient and personable. I was expecting your basic greasy spoon, but Joe’s was delicious. I very much enjoyed my meat omelette and potatoes. Service was excellent, and the food was even better. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ We returned for breakfast a day later and were lucky to have our same server. I do not know how this place is 2 $$ ! The food is reasonable even with the inflation surcharge. The portions are big and the taste and quality of the food is amazing. The cappucino is one of the best in Naples which is more than surprising

This is the BEST First Watch location I've ever been to! I mean, they're all great...but I've seen staff here work together like none other. Selena Richard and Steve are absolutely amazing!!!! They managed to do every job simultaneously and keep everyone happy ❤️🔥💯 The food is always on point and I'm excited to see what fresh juices they have available. What a great location 🥰🏖️ My phone died or I would have had pictures of my beautiful breakfast. Rustic frittata and the morning meditation juice 🔥🔥🔥 Props to absolutely everyone working there! Management knows what they're doing 😎😁

Absolutely love this place! First Watch never disappoints. The service is always top-notch—friendly, fast, and super attentive. The location is also a total vibe—bright, clean, and in a great spot. Whether you’re grabbing brunch with friends or just stopping in for a quick bite, this spot delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Got breakfast here on a weekday morning. All the breakfast food was good, but the breakfast potatoes were a little too salty for my taste. The service was friendly and the restaurant has a good atmosphere, not too loud.

Found this place on Google. We’re not from around here so it was our first time visiting. Very cute breakfast place. Loved the look of it. The food was even better than expected. I’d definitely recommend. Would love to come back !

I am not sure what else I can say about the Trifecta… I could have kicked the plate. Yes, I was hungry; but the truth is, the eggs were scrambled perfectly, the waffle was crisp, the bacon… 🥓. Well, it was great. The dish comes with a berry compote. What a fantastic combination and great start to the day. I come here regularly because they are consistent with food quality and cleanliness.

This is a beautifully placed First watch in the Sarasota downtown area, surrounded by beautiful nature, buildings and places of interest. We got together to celebrate my baby's 40th b'day. The food was delicious, our server Elyse was outstanding. She was willing to please and accommodate some difficult request from some members of our party. She did all the changes requested, with a smile and great attitude. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well. They did an amazing job at pleasing everyone. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for great atmosphere, a locals hangout, family owned and operated business, delicious food and reasonable prices, this is your restaurant. The scrambled egg sandwich on a croisant is my favorite and you can order this all day long. My hat goes off to the chefs👌 delicious!! Combine this with a latte or iced coffee and then grab a seat outside or inside if you can find one. This place is always crowded. l Dog friendly and people friendly. I am a frequent visitor and the people that work here have been with this family for years, It is always a good sign. Don't forget to leave a good tip and say "thank you". These are hard working people
Susan C — Google review
The staff was very rude. We were coming in to order and sat down as we just went on a walk and it was so hot out. An older man came up after not 3 minutes and asked us to order at the counter. He was very condescending and pushy. It made us feel uncomfortable and there are many ‘friendlier’ places than this like The Cafe up the road. The food there is insane too! This older man that worked there chased us out and again started saying snarky comments as we left. Because why would we stay and pay for their food. It was such a failure of humanity and if this restaurant is this desperate for our service maybe they should consider doing other things.
Nicole M — Google review
Cute place to meet up with people. Seemed clean but a bit unorganized. Appreciate they have water on the counter to get yourself. We went later in the day in the off-season... I think they were closing soon. Reasonably priced. The staff was good. DON'T use the outdoor S&P on the tables... birds eat directly from it. Was odd to watch. 🐦

Great little local eatery, large portions for the reasonable price. Got the Dearborn Benedict and it was fantastic. The service was great, friendly, and attentive. Food came out fast and wasn't an overly crowded place. Totally recommend if you're in the area!

We had a great breakfast at the original word of mouth. The service was super friendly, our uber driver Tom recommended the spot and it did not disappoint. Had an old diner feel with the stools around the counter. My omelette was fantastic the gravy on top was definitely homemade and had lots of sausage chunks. The word fries are awesome as well love the crisp on them. My buddy said his burrito was very good and they were nice to put a bunch of toppings on the side for him. Our other friend had the French toast with fruit on top she said was very good as well. My wife had stuffed crepes and didn't enjoy them as much as the fruit was really hot inside just a personal thing. She said the kids French toast was tasty tho.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Even when super busy on Mother's Day, we were seated and served with a minimal wait. The food was great; I tried 3 dishes. My Reuben sandwich had very lean, soft cuts of meat. I also tried the veggie sandwich, which I will definitely order next time....really good. My son's pancakes were above par as well. Our server was quick and friendly. I recommend!

Biscuits and gravy could be used to patch a hole in a cement wall. Gravy was way too thick, with a wall spackle consistency, while the biscuits were mealy and dry. Eggs were tasteless, gf got grits, which were also flavorless. No clue how this place has the reviews it does, must be a low bar for standards in this area… won’t be back.

Dolly's Produce Patch and Eatery is a charming, family-owned diner in Bonita Springs, Florida. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a delightful spot for a homestyle breakfast or lunch. Visitors rave about the delicious food, including favorites like the Western Omelette, Randy's Special, 2 Egg platter, biscuits, hashbrowns, and cinnamon rolls. Guests also appreciate the quaint interior and outdoor patio.
From the time you enter the door, to the time you leave - with a full heart and belly - this place provides a truly warm experience. We love the eclectic decor, the carefully prepared food, and the hospitable staff. The Fish on Friday special was superlative. Every element was the best - moist wonderfully spiced blackened catfish, coleslaw with a hint of lemon, and Au Gratin potatoes that would be the first thing to disappear from a potluck table. The chef salad was also good, especially with the house made blue cheese dressing. Our server kindly took the meringue off the coconut cream pie and replaced it with whipped cream plus made a fresh pot of coffee because she said it had been there too long. All this comfort at reasonable prices makes this a place we look forward to revisiting.

Food is great and service is fast. We had our drinks within 30 seconds of sitting down and food arrived on less than 4 minutes. It was $26 for 2 of us and the food better than most places. The bacon was crisp and not over cooked or burnt. The biscuit was the best I have ever had. Gravy is definitely homemake taste. I had the Randy's special.

Fun spot on Bonita Beach Rd. Can get busy, but they try very hard to get everyone accommodated. Once you get a seat you will definitely enjoy some very filling portions and delicious flavors. There seems to be care in the preparation of breakfast. The service is fast and cheerful and the prices are right where they should be. But again, you can't always price out a good experience.

Can I give 10 stars? Great food and service at reasonable prices. I new this place was special when we walked in. It was packed but the staff was just handling it like it was just another day. Walking to our seats, we saw a table with pies to go and another table with lots of other sweet treats. Though busy, our server arrived promptly and gave us good recommendations for what to eat. The specials included Pumpkin Waffle, New York Strip steak and Eggs Benedict. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Randy's Special from the menu. Everything arrived quickly. The Eggs Benedict did not have a traditional hollandaise sauce. It was more of a cheesy sauce but it was still excellent. Similarly, the Biscuits and Gravy had a nice mild flavor I've never tasted before but I sure did like it. Randy's Special also came with bacon and 2 eggs which were cooked over-medium perfectly. On our way out, we were shown the new pies that were in the refrigerator. We had to buy the Coconut Cream Pie. Amazing! We'll be back as soon as we can.
Keene M — Google review
It's such a fun place with Rich history and good food. I mainly go for the homemade pies. They are quite pricey but you get what you pay for! The last Pi I got there was chocolate peanut butter and it couldn't have been better. It's a really good treat for the family.

Above average breakfast joint. The biscuits and gravy was okay as the gravy to biscuits was gravy heavy. The home fries were good. The cup of coffee was very good. The service was very good. First Watch is a health-conscious cafe chain that offers a variety of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options like omelets, salads, and soups. During a visit in January 2022, the restaurant proved to be busy but efficiently seated customers with the help of a friendly and prompt waitress. Unlike many other establishments in the area with poor service, bad attitudes, and long wait times that skewed ratings during their stay in Florida, First Watch stood out for its overall positive experience.
We started next door at the Sweet Bean for breakfast but they refuse to serve glasses of water. We came over to First Watch and they totally hooked us up with endless water so we stayed and ate breakfast here instead. Sabrina was our waitress and she was very kind and helpful. She even brought over a strawberry muffin for us to try and it was incredible. We had the trifecta and hot chocolate and it was delicious. Everyone was very upbeat and we really enjoyed our breakfast. I love the waffles here. We came for the Sweet Bean breakfast but ended up having an even better breakfast at First Watch. We should’ve come here to begin with. Thank you Abby for giving us water right as we came in - because of that we stayed and ate breakfast.

Bad morning made brighter with a visit to #FirstWatch for breakfast. Great cup of coffee and half mixed iced tea. No bitter taste to the tea, just fresh and caffeinated. I ordered the farmers' skillet, my son ordered the special burrito, my husband the classic eggs benedict. Nice presentation, lovely taste with all three orders. My husband's poached eggs were a little to done, but all in all, the food was great. The toast was wonderful, thick cut, nutty, and delicious with a thin smear of butter served with berry jam.

Had a great time at Cracker Barrel! I had the half chicken with rice and green beans — it was absolutely delicious, though the chicken portion was just a bit on the small side. My beautiful girlfriend went all out with a feast fit for a queen — a loaded baked potato, mac and cheese, hashbrown casserole, and loaded mashed potatoes! Everything looked and tasted amazing, but her eyes were definitely bigger than her stomach. Great food, cozy vibes, and plenty of laughs — Cracker Barrel never misses! Jesse was a great waiter that was extremely knowledgeable of the menu!!!

Came in to try the improved biscuits- Yum! Great improvement, I was happy to taste a fresh properly made biscuit. Bravo! Thanks for listening to us. Still room to improve on some other items. Service was on-point, helpful and fast. Only downside- everyone at our table who ordered sausage or hash brown casserole received room-temperature 😕 Cracker Barrel- you gotta serve the food hot! No reason for sausage or hash brown casserole to be room temp. Bathroom was clean.

I ate here for the first time and was pleased with my food. The reason for my overall lower score is that I went to wash my hands before I ate and there was no soap in the men's restroom. On the way out from the restroom I stopped and told the lady at the cash register that they were out of soap in the restroom. Just out of curiosity, when I left I went back into the restroom to see if the soap had been refilled. It had been half an hour later and it had not been filled. This did not give me the warming fuzzies about how seriously they take sanitation. Also, after I left and looked at the reviews I saw the information about cash only. I just happened to pay in cash but normally I use my debit card for about everything and don't keep much cash. I didn't see anything about it being cash only. I had also mentioned to the waitress that it was my first time there and she did not say anything about cash only. A heads up for a first-time customer would have been nice! That could have been very bad if I had not had the cash. This was a very busy place and I'm sure this review won't hurt that.

Just like you'd expect from a country small town dinner, and we loved it. Great food, fast service and really nice people. Enough space for about 80 people (indoors) But there are tables and space outside too. ⚠️Be ware⚠️ NO CREDIT CARD accepted, BUT you can use ZELLE or VENMO or CASH. They have a sign outside...You've been warned... Great coffee (and coffee cups), the homemade warm apple pie with vanilla icecream is awesome. I had a bacon cheese burger, with cheese fries with bacon. My wife had the turkey BLT. A lot of senior people go here, THIS IS KEY. Older folks only go to the best places. If I personally, don't see seniors at the places I want to visit, it is not a good spot. And this diner had 20 years open, and obviously has a loyal following. I recommend this place.👍🏼👍🏼

Alva Country Diner 11-19-24 We stopped into the Alva diner on Wednesday around 12:30pm. This place is old school Florida, its very basic but clean and neat. They do not take credit cards so make sure you have cash. We got a seat immediately as they were not that busy. Our waitress Tara took our drink orders and came back fast for our food order. The menu looks small but is larger than what you think. I believe there is something for everyone in there including Broasted Chicken Dinners or pieces to go. I ordered the Open-faced Turkey with Mashed Potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. My wife ordered the Scallops, Carrots, Mashed Potatoes and Salad. Our Friend ordered a Hamburger with Fries and Cole Slaw. Tara brough us some rolls and my wife’s salad to hold us over until our main food order came out. Our main food order came out fast and it looked great. My Open-Faced Turkey and Mashed filled my plate. It was very tasty, but I do wish it would have been a little hotter and my bread did not have much gravy on it under the Turkey. My wife’s Scallops were hot and very good as was everything else she had. Our friends Hamburger and fries filled his plate, and everything was hot and very good. This is a small diner with a large menu, large portions plus prices are not that bad. Make sure you visit this place you will not be sorry. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me On FB For More Reviews. Gulf Coast Terry

Food was great and the service even better. I had the liver and onions which I never order at restaurants mainly because it's never on the menu oŕ I don't trust the restaurant. It was great. My wife had the hot roast beef and it was fabulous. Ordered the homemade baklava to go. We will be back! I forgot to note Nicki was our great server!

We stop often but haven’t submitted a review. Great selection, breakfast dishes are so good. Prices can’t be beat and their soups are delicious! Friendly service. They aim to please. Open all day and evening until 8!

Beautiful place with a family atmosphere and a warm professional attention from Megi, what I liked the most was having my brunch and trying the Texas hamburger. I don't give it 5 stars because it only has breakfast but if they had more offers like lunch and dinner they would have a 5 plus. But without a doubt, I would go back again just to experience their food which begins in October.

First Watch is a popular cafe chain known for its health-conscious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. The menu offers a variety of choices including omelets, salads, soups, sandwiches, and traditional breakfast dishes. Customers have enjoyed the Traditional breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, sausages, toast with jam, and a side salad. The portion sizes are satisfying and the gluten-free bread is of high quality. The restaurant provides excellent service with a personal touch from the manager.
First Watch is always a great place to enjoy a hardy breakfast. We enjoyed the chickachanga, trifecta, veggie omelet and biscuits and gravy! Everything was terrific and our waitress Lisa was amazing! Everything about this place makes me feel home and I hate going out in public! I have panic disorder and this is one of the few restaurants I can actually go to without feeling scared and having a panic attack so I thank you first watch. Sincerely I thank you guys. My server who has split hair color, which is blue and blonde. I’m not sure of her name, but she always makes me feel valued and appreciated. I really care for her. I hope she gets a raise for this because she deserves one. She is top notch of a server. She is more of a caregiver for people at a restaurant. She always makes sure you have what you need and she is on her feet constantly getting you what you need! I highly recommend this first watch, especially because of how clean family oriented, and nice the employees all are!

The wait is never long and the staff are always friendly. This is our favorite location in town even though it's not the closest. They have a great spot by a pond to look out at and even sit out on the patio. If you haven't been to a first watch they're a great option if you're looking for something a little less traditional or healthier with traditional options for those in the party who would prefer that route. They have a seasonal menu with decent options to keep you coming to try something new or stick to their great permanent menu.

Went to first watch twice on vacation after finding it on our first day. Food was fresh and delicious. Fresh squeezed juice and good coffee. Staff were so nice and service was quick. They have the most disgusting food. 10-15 years ago this location in north Naples on immokalee road was outstanding. The place has gone down hill drastically. They got my order wrong and the food tastes like garbage. The omelette was disgusting, they use those fake egg yellow egg beaters and it was completely runny inside. The served me sun-dried tomatoes inside the omelette instead of regular diced tomatoes that I asked for. I asked for advocado slices on top of my omelette, they have me one tiny slice of advocado. They also forgot my toast that came with the meal. This place reminds me of a retirement community or a hospital where they serve sick and elderly people bad quality food. I think the hospital food will be better that this first watch. The potatoes tastes like they were drenched in old cooking oil- so insanely disgusting. I would not eat their food for free.

I ordered a meal and clearly stated that I’m allergic to pork. When it arrived, I noticed there was pork in the sandwich and pointed it out. Instead of preparing a new one, they simply removed the pork and brought back the same sandwich. This is extremely careless and dangerous for someone with a food allergy. Allergies are not a preference, they’re a health risk. Very disappointing and concerning experience.

The Shamrock Cafe is a diner with delicious food and friendly staff. It's the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the French chef has special menus on certain days. The liver onions and bacon was good, while the mashed potatoes were truly amazing. The spinach pie was also delicious - especially given its healthy spin!
I went in Friday and placed a large order for my work on Saturday (23 people) this included a vast selection from their large selection of lunches. The food was not only ready on time, it was prepared with love, labeled with each individual’s name on their food so there was no confusion. This food made absolutely everyone happy!!! It was all fresh, hot, delicious and great quality!! The owners are wonderfully friendly people with an amazing restaurant!!! Thank you for making our Saturday special!

I was my first time at this café. It's a casual, pleasant restaurant. The food was good. My hamburger was delicious. The fish fry was also very good. Service was outstanding. They close at 1:30 pm and reopen at 4 pm.
Helena L — Google review
We had a hit and miss experience at the Shamrock Cafe. Our service was great and we enjoyed our time. With our food, we had both good and bad. The meatloaf was average at best. The scallops and shrimp had a distinct taste that we were not fond of. We can see others lining it though. The prime rib was very good as were the salads and mashed potatoes. Overall, we spent about $120 for 4 adults and a child. With a bunch of other places to try, we probably won’t be back in a while but it is worth a try if you are in the area especially because the service was very good.
Tony P — Google review
I treated my bride and my parents to Shamrock for lunch. It is appropriately named a cafe and is comfortable. Every staff person encountered was very friendly and polite. Seating for 6 at round tables or 4 at benches was available to us. We opted for a table and had copious amounts of space. I ordered a bowl of soup ($5) while my mother ordered a cup ($3). It seemed the two contained the same amount of soup as my bowl was little more than a miniature crock. The math does not favor the bowl so opt for the cup. The taste of the soup was good. Not great. I also ordered the chicken Oriental salad for $12 - $13. Unfortunately, it was served with 4 half slices of regular orange placed around the perimeter and NOT mandarin oranges as described in the menu. It changes the whole flavor and name of the salad. It was okay but not what I was expecting. The rest of the orders were fine with only one other complaint of too much onion in what I believe was a chicken or tuna sandwich possibly. Even with these hiccups, I would venture to try the dinner or breakfast menu and if it goes well, I will update my rating.

Worst Meatloaf and mashed potatoes I have had in my life! My wife loved the fish fry along with the clam chowder. Waitress was nice but never came back to our table once after she gave us our food. I had to ask the bus boy for a refill on ice tea and a carryout container. Disappointing service for a small diner.
Randy — Google review
Wow! Terrible experience! Parking lot full, we thought must be good place. We never did eat here, never got chance to order. Waited 30 minutes standing at door inside, NO staff member, NO ONE acknowledged us, not even "be with you shortly", no eye contact, no nod, no wave, NOTHING! 2 waitresses 1 bus boy. NO one greeting or taking names, place was packed! Waitress finally acknowledged us and said "reservations?" "reservations?" "anyone reservations?" shook her head, went over to the other waitress said "can you take another seating" and she said "NO" way! WOW again! We asked to sit in empty booth, were told yes but will be quite a wait because 1 - 2 tables were ahead of us to order. We did wait at the table 15 more minutes NO one came by to ask if we wanted a beverage or to say how much longer our wait would be. Needless to say we left. BAD BAD BAD!! These 2 waitresses were literally running back & forth, table to table to kitchen to bar to table, all the while NEVER looking over our way or never looking at anyone else who was waiting to be seated. BAD BAD BAD!!! The owners were NOT prepared nor did they plan for a full house, which they should have been prepared, especially since it was GOOD Friday. Amen!
Kathleen K — Google review
Average, went for lunch with friends, Sat in a booth. The bar has a TV blasting Fox news the whole time. Wanted an enjoyable lunch and should have just left but met friends, maybe I'm wrong but the owners playing channels with politics no matter what party's channel is a big turn off. You for sure lost 4 customers from ever returning.

The diner's breakfast skillets are particularly popular, offering a variety of fresh ingredients cooked to perfection.
Update as of 10/2024 Updated the picture of the menu The pancakes are fluffy and hot with a great portion size. Crispy bacon cooked to perfection. Cold and filtered tasting water. We had the big Marcos breakfast and the Corned beef hash skillet with a side of hollandaise. Definitely a Cozy breakfast place. Nice countertop and booths for seating. Super classic dive diner with a local groove. I’m not sure the history of this place but I’m pretty confident it’s been around for a good spot of time. We sat outside which was nice and the menu is pretty standard breakfast food, which is perfectly alright. I got french toast with a blueberry drizzle, but they brought me fresh blueberries instead so our waitress made sure to get me the drizzle as well and I just got to have both, it was awesome. It wasn’t crazy good food but it was good and I’d for sure come back again. The coffee was actually decent too. Cute place!

My son and I were looking for an early lunch or a breakfast place. We came upon Marko’s Diner. A little place tons of cars in the parking lot. When we walked in, it was like walking into a party. Everyone was laughing, talking having conversation. A hostess came right to us. My son has this new thing when we go out to eat. He asked the waitress to bring him the best breakfast they have. I ordered 2 eggs and gyro meat and tomatoes. People were so friendly their. The booth next to us and across the isle were talking to us and joking. I kinda felt like i was home having Christmas breakfast. It had that homey charm. My breakfast was so good Gyro meat was shaved it was so thin it was delicious! My son loved his breakfast to it was so big he took half home..this place is not so close to my house. I have to say im coming back to Marko’s is worth the drive!

South Cape Diner is a gem on Cape Coral Parkway! We had the pleasure of being served by Laura, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Felix, the owner, also came by to check in—super nice guy and clearly takes pride in running a top-notch place. The food? Phenomenal. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Even with the diner being busy, the service was quick and on point. Can’t wait to come back!

First time, and I was pleasantly surprised . The restaurant is bright with plenty of seats. We were seated immediately with a menu and a hot cup of coffee. The portions are huge. I ordered the lemon pancakes and eggs. The pancakes are large and fluffy, and the lemon cream on top and inside the second pancake was good. Our other order was the country scramble covered with gravy. Both dishes were good. The menu does have two different prices. One price for cash and the other price for credit. This is not negative. Everyone is doing it, and I appreciate finding out upfront. The only negative is that they should store their paper goods in the back and not on top of the refrigerator in the restaurant.
Peggy B — Google review
Well to start off, it's good enough that I'm a repeat customer. Staff has always been very friendly. Food is priced fairly. Have yet to order something that I didn't like. I think the only complaint that I could find are sometimes the wait staff take a while to get my check and to be honest I'm not too chuffed about it.
JunimoJill — Google review
"I was able to get my food quickly during my visit. However, I found the overall quality of the dishes to be disappointing and the prices to be too high for the style of food. It is clear that the staff is working hard, and with some changes, this could be a great spot."
C S — Google review
Just kinda amazed how bad it was. Came in for a quick lunch but I wasn't in a mood to "fix things" ether. The place looks so run down. Chairs were uncomfortable. My partner said their menu was too big for their small place, meaning everything is frozen. They are hiring and I hope they find them. I'll never know because I won't be returning. It's literally the only thing I remember hearing the waitresses say "...Come back...". Sorry, can't.
Maurice _ — Google review
I was expecting a better food and service but unfortunately didn't happen. I ordered a veggie omelette and I got a bacon one, the home fries were over cooked and way too Grease. They went ahead and an correct my order but barely could eat it because there was not flavor, huge pieces of onions, mushrooms overcooked.. If you like grease food that's the place for you.

My husband and I recently ate here. I had the Honey Pecan Chicken Salad. No bacon and no avocado. I asked for a different salad dressing and went with the maple lemon vinaigrette which was served warm on the side. The salad comes with a slice of brioche bread. This is a delicious salad with lots of chicken and the salad dressing was so good as was the bread. My husband had the Traditional Breakfast which came with his choice of two scrambled eggs, chicken apple sausage, hash browns and toast. All very good and arrived warm at the table. The best breakfast I’ve had since starting my vacation in Sarasota! First Watch in Lakewood Ranch is a true gem for breakfast, brunch, and lunch—definitely worth the visit. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and without question, they were the best I’ve ever tasted this side of New Orleans. The yellow grits were infused with a delightful mix of cheeses and drenched in a rich Cajun sauce. Absolutely superb. The blend of shrimp, sausage, bacon, and other meats made for a perfect, flavorful combination. Alongside the grits came a slice of sourdough bread—hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. Be sure to ask for Jayda as your waitress—she was incredible. Attentive, kind, and personable. The entire staff was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is tucked inside a charming plaza in a beautiful neighborhood. Inside, the earthy tones and welcoming design immediately put you at ease and whet your appetite. Now let’s talk coffee. I’m usually pretty critical when it comes to breakfast spot brews—they’re often forgettable, something we tolerate before heading to a real coffee shop. Not here. The coffee at this First Watch was surprisingly excellent—smooth, flavorful, and freshly brewed. And to top it off, Jayda left a full thermal carafe at our table to enjoy. It’s been a long time since I’ve received that kind of service. If you’re ever in Lakewood Ranch, FL, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place will not disappoint.

Best suggestion is to not order take away. The presentation is garbage and they didn’t give me my right order. I would say this location has the worst food. I’ve eaten here a few times and this last time I thought “Surely you can’t mess up French toast.” And they did.

I can’t hear just for my son to have an interview and I ended up sitting down and eating. The food was amazing. I never ate here before customer service was great. The atmosphere was relaxing kind of because I was there at the end of the day and even though I came in late, the food taste fresh and the hostess was very kind and was my server also and she was very kind even though I was there late the cooks seemed to not mind because the food was definitely fresh

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience at this establishment, which has led me to give it a one-star rating. Despite having some initial concerns regarding the treatment of certain customers by a few staff members, my concerns were unfortunately confirmed, prompting me to write this review. As someone who frequents this First Watch location due to its proximity and healthier food options compared to fast food or junk food, I have had ample opportunity to observe the staff's behavior. Regrettably, I have consistently noticed a disparity in the treatment of customers based on their race. When people of color enter the establishment, they are often not greeted or treated with the same level of respect and courtesy as white customers. On rare occasions, I have experienced welcoming behavior, such as being greeted with a smile and having the door held open for me. However, these instances are far outnumbered by the times I have been met with unfriendly attitudes and unwelcoming facial expressions. During my most recent visit, l encountered a young lady with a short haircut who displayed no friendly demeanor, making it unclear whether she was addressing me or someone else. After placing my order, I returned to request a warmed blueberry muffin, only to be met with hostility by two staff members who seemed to take issue with my request. Their behavior escalated to the point where the manager intervened, displaying professionalism and empathy. While I appreciate the manager's response, I remain uncertain whether her demeanor was genuine or merely a facade. Nevertheless, I strongly advise First Watch to provide its employees with training on treating all customers equally, regardless of their race. It is only through discreet observation that one can truly appreciate the prevalence of this discriminatory behavior. The disparity in treatment is stark: white customers are consistently greeted with smiles, laughter, and friendly inquiries, while black customers are often ignored or treated with hostility. This disparity is not only disappointing but also hurtful and disheartening.

If you keep the kids calm, the rest of the meal will be fine. Food was delicious. We would totally come back and ask for Courtney next time. Her hospitality goes above and beyond. Thank you for a great experience.

There were 3 of us. One person ordered a beef entree and it was too salty and a little tough. The other two of us had excellent entrees. Our wait staff went to the kitchen and brought another similar item that was much better. Overall 4.75 stars!

We had the best waitress. Very kind and attentive to our needs. She answered all of our many questions. It does have the new paint they were talking about and it really looks and feels nice. They kept the old time photos and gift shop the same. This gives the inside a great feel and you can see better . They do have some new and different items on the menu and kept some of the old standbys as well biscuits cornbread mash potatoes turnip greens pinto beans green beans. My favorites all tasted great

Metro Diner is a local chain of diners in Florida, offering traditional American breakfast and lunch dishes in a cozy ambiance. With 25 locations across the state, this eatery is popular for its delicious pancakes, omelets, and other beloved American favorites served during breakfast hours. The French dip sandwich was satisfactory, although the bread could have been fresher. While not overly impressed with their experience, everyone at the table finished their meals without complaint.
We came here on the right day and time during snowbird season. The service was perfect. Pleasant, fast, and friendly. Our order came out quick. We ordered the Metro club sandwich on rye bread and the Breakfast Burger. The fries came out fresh and hot. Tasty! The burger was cooked to order with the egg on point. This metro club sandwich was huge. Definitely, recommend.

Amazing eggs Benedict. I got the fried chicken one, hollandaise was very creamy. I got hashbrowns on the side with all the fixings , I did not know what all the fixings were before ordering but it is definetly worth the price!

Shout out to the Metro Diner for hosting a fun car night yesterday. A great atmosphere and wild assortment of cars from a 1957 Porsche Speedster, 40’s mob car complete with Tommy Gun, and of course the 60 and 70s muscle cars you wished you’d held on to. Respect to the incredibly creative and talented owners of the rat rods. Even a couple of old BMW Airhead motorcycles joined a fun group of car enthusiasts. And Metro Diner’s super friendly team was obviously inspired by the car hop vibes. The food of course was great, just as the other positive reviews describe. Fried chicken dinner is a must-have! And the table next to us recommended the meat loaf next time. Thank you to Frank D. and the Metro Diner team! See you again soon.

This was an amazing resturant for breakfast and lunch. They had a wide selection and everyone in our group love each thing they got. Our fantastic waitress Dontressa gave us some great suggestions and was super friendly and helpful. BEST DINER experience I've had in a while. We will definitely be back! Thank you again Dontressa!

Twice, my takeout delivery order was lite. As a regular, I know the portions. I will take this location off of my list for delivery but continue to visit the location in person. Trust me, I spend a whole lot more on deliveries. Advice, run an in-service on portioning.

Adrienne was our server she was great! The food was fantastic. The fried fish was just right. I substituted mash potatoes and gravy for the fries with no problem. The cold slaw was just like what my Aunt used to make. Will definitely be back and recommended this place to those I know. I wish I lived closer. If I could I would give the place and the waitress more than 5 stars

We had breakfast at Metro Dinner during our recent visit to Venice. The food was excellent. I had the Chicken Eggs benedict. My husband and I shared a short stack of pancakes. One cinnamon swirl, and the other pumpkin. The hostess greeted us with a welcoming smile and cheerful hello. The fried chicken was marinated in buttermilk, juicy, tender, and tasty. The hollandaise sauce was the best I have ever had, so buttery and flavorful. The eggs cooked were cooked perfectly. The pancakes were scrumptious. Our waitress was very helpful and did a great job. Hats off to the cooks! Great job guys. Our breakfast was a great introduction to Metro Dinner. We will be back!!

Sweet's Diner, located at 2320 Tamiami Trail #9 in Port Charlotte, FL, is a classic American diner that has been serving delicious meals since 1972. This no-frills eatery offers a nostalgic experience with its open kitchen and counter service. Known for its all-day breakfast menu featuring pancakes and waffles, Sweet's Diner is a beloved fixture in the area. The friendly staff provides great service and are happy to accommodate special requests.
I can’t believe it took me so long to actual get here. I’ve been reading and hearing great things about this restaurant and finally made a stop. First thing, they have a major following and they are constantly busy. I got there an hour before closing time and they were buzzing. Secondly, while ppl are here for the food and great prices, it’s the love from the staff that keeps everyone coming back. It’s as though every one is family. There is no rush to get you out, they assist with making recommendations, their coffee is a top of the line brew. You get an 80’s diner feel here, the love is never ending between staff and patrons. There is lots of parking. The diner is somewhat small, but everyone adapts. I had the traditional eggs Benedict with a house brew… can’t wait to get back!

We ordered thru uber eats while on vacation. Best breakfast we’ve had in the area. Food was deliciously prepared…they labeled every container so we knew exactly what meal was in what box. Their breakfast potatoes were perfect…the sausage gravy was like back home in Indiana where I grew up. Asked for special instructions on the food/eggs and they nailed it!! I highly recommend this diner…don’t hesitate to try their food!!!! Thanks restaurant staff…appreciate all your efforts!!

Update 10/30/2025 Return visit for breakfast and ordered the Mexican omelet. Food was delicious and plentiful. Not very often i tap out on a meal. But was stuffed and even brought some food home which will another meal. Service was great and coffee cup never came close to running dry. What a great find while vacationing down south. Stopped in for a good southern breakfast and hit the jackpot! Ordered the 1/2 order of the Pile Up - Pile of country home fries, fresh biscuit split, sausage patties, topped with sausage gravy, shredded cheddar, and finally topped with scrambled eggs. Even with the half order, it was a decent serving and I left full. Service was great and we were served coffee not long after sitting down which is always a win for breakfast. All the staff were friendly and showed off the southern hospitality

Sweets has good food and service. The sausage links aren't that skinny crap they serve elsewhere. Man finger sized with good flavor. Waitress was excellent. I don't recall her name. There was four of us and the only thing we did not like was the weak coffee. Tasted like they added fresh grinds to the old already brewed grinds. Gave it that watered down flavor. Atmosphere is cozy. It's always a stop when im over that way.

This tiny diner packs a ton of flavor! The food comes fast and fresh with friendly service. There’s a ton of breakfast options, including the original Pile Ups and homemade muffins. There are also lunch options. The portions are generous. The staff are all incredibly kind. However, our server, Melissa, was an absolute peach! An excellent spot to grab a quick bite.

I had a great breakfast at First Watch. Despite the fact that they were slammed, they seemed to work very well together and our food came out fast. Nana's Diner Naples is a spacious and down-to-earth eatery that offers generous comfort dishes in the Southern style. The menu includes delectable breakfast options, as well as delicious lunch choices such as cheeseburgers and potato salad. The staff at Nana's are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This solid southern spot provides large portions and fast service, with a total cost of $58 for four people.
what an experience…. a hole in the wall that feels like home.. I couldn’t hold my composure at my table, because the first bite of my fried green green tomatoes, (not pictured), took me straight back to my childhood. Spent my whole life trying to recreate MY nana’s and was emotional to say the least when realizing these ones were so similar…. Karen was an incredible server, I would definitely recommend!

So glad we stopped at this cute little diner while traveling thru Naples / Golden Gate. We were greeted by Nana herself and Karen took such great care of us! The food is amazing - you will not be disappointed or hungry after leaving here!

The food was excellent and the service was satisfactory. However, some highly prejudiced customers engaged in an extremely inappropriate conversation for the duration of our visit. Surprisingly, it appeared to be the norm and they weren't instructed to cease. Although the food was wonderful, the clientele prompts me not to return.

Went the other day for breakfast and ordered a full size sausage gravy and biscuits, should have gotten a half size! Too much to eat in one sitting for under 9 bucks! It was so delicious! Highly recommend this place for homemade food and large portions!
Marcella H — Google review
I visited Nana's Diner, for my first time the day after Hurricane Milton (the second week of October 2024). My girlfriend and I, wanted breakfast. All fast food chains and popular restaurants nearby were closed due to power outages. Nana's, was the only one we found to be open, so we decided to try it. It was busy that morning! So we had a slight wait to be seated. As we were patiently waiting for a table, we watched the staff QUICKLY clear and clean tables, seat the next customers on the waiting list and take their orders. Very impressive to see how they hustled about. Once seated, we quickly received a menu, and our drink order was taken. The drinks were delivered quickly, and we placed our breakfast orders. For as busy as they were that day, we received our food in a very timely manner. The food was fresh and pleasing to the taste buds. Since my first visit, I have returned several times for a delicious home-style cooked breakfast. The only thing that I continue to find displeasing and sometimes very annoying is that they never have any music playing to relax by and drown out other customers' conversations!! Some of the conversations I hear are loud voices talking about death, funerals, hospital visits, illnesses and disabilities etcetera! All of the things you DON'T want to hear while you're eating!!!! They have a television on, usually set to FOX News! And I've heard some very displeasing customer conversations about recent politics because of what they were seeing and hearing on the television. Which I can't stand to listen to any more! I've heard enough of that, too!! The television should be set to something suitable for all audiences, including children and NOT about politics and depressing news from around the world. People can listen to that stuff in the privacy of their own homes. For example, Burger King plays things similar to the funniest videos. "Nana's" really needs to consider playing music and muting the television. The food and service are too good to lose potential repeat customers over undesirable conversations and television stations! I have read some other customer reviews with similar opinions, so I am not the only one whom feels this way. So, I give them 4-stars, because the food and service are good! They just need to work on the sound atmosphere!! Regards, A New Potential Repeat Customer

Per usual, Nana’s was delicious! This was the first time we tried their lunch menu, as we normally do breakfast here which is also incredible! We had the cheese burgers with friends and potato salad. Our experience was so much better in this location compared to Sarasota. Perhaps it was due to being a smaller store and being staffed well but they had better customer service and and our server was more attentive. Food was pretty good. I like that they have healthy options. We liked their beet juice more than we expected. It was earthy and we liked that it was not too sweet. Better than the purple haze drink which was too sweet for my taste. We liked dining here and looking forward to coming back.

What a way to end a vacation in Venice Florida other than visiting the local First Watch. The food and the atmosphere was amazing. But the service that Mr. Sean provided us with was phenomenal. Very attentive and made sure our dining experience was pleasant...... Sean you have made our vacation complete thank you.

My second time at this location as I am used to Sarasota's locations. I ordered a Kale & Berry Salad "to go" and was told to wait 10 minutes or so but I was surprise when it was not more than 5 minutes. When I opened it to my surprise, it was no "kale" to be seen on top or underneath the chicken. It was also too late to go back and request the proper ingredients. I understand this is a "Franchise" but someone forgot to get proper instructions. My first visit was not pleasant either but being on a busy day, I wanted to give them a second change.

Went here for breakfast with my family, we have a family member with very strict allergies and this place was perfect! All our food was very tasty, and fresh. Our waitress was very sweet and double checked on everything for our meals due to allergies. A group of 5 and all of us were thrilled with our food. (One being a kid, she loved the fruit & pancakes! Great options on the kids menu!) The environment was very comfortable inside, very clean, and smelled fantastic. There is also outside dining as an option! I would highly recommend this place and would return if I visit Venice again. Thank you for the wonderful meal and kindness!

We visited First Watch on a Wednesday morning, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place had a lively, welcoming atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The French toast with berry compote was perfectly golden and not too sweet. The biscuits and gravy were warm and comforting, and the seasoned potatoes were crispy and well-seasoned. I had the veggie omelet with fresh greens and gluten-free toast — so nice to see thoughtful options for dietary needs. The avocado and eggs dish was also excellent. We had a really nice breakfast at this place when we were on our summer vacation in Florida in July. I ordered the Avocado Toast and it was really tasty, the avocado itself as well as the bread. Usually the Avocado Toast comes either eggs on top but I ordered it without because im vegan. This was luckily no problem. I have to to say though that the toast was really small and could have been a bit bigger for the price. With the toast came a little side fruit salad which was really good and because of it I was full in the end. My mother ordered the steel-cut oatmeal. It was really really tasty as well but also the portion was again not the biggest. Luckily there was the muffin which was big. My sister ordered the Floridian French Toast and was also very very happy with it. The portion was good and the fruits were fresh. My dad had the Eggs Benedict with bacon. He found it really tasty and the portion was really good. All in all, we had a delicious breakfast at first watch. the portions could be a little bigger in places, but everything was fresh and tasted great. the service was also great.

I visited this location today and unfortunately had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the start, we waited nearly seven minutes before a server even acknowledged us—only after I asked a host (who was seating another table) to help find our server. When our server finally arrived, she pointed her finger in my face and abruptly said, “I’m your server, and I’ll be right with you, but I need her (the host) first.” From that point on, the service remained disappointing. We received only one refill, which took over five minutes after we had already been waiting, and the server checked on us just once more before handing us the bill. I completely understand when a restaurant is understaffed or busy, but in this case, it seemed like all the other tables and servers were operating smoothly. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t reflect the same level of care or attention.

Our first visit to a First Watch was on a Sunday morning that felt like all the world had decided to go out to breakfast! The entire staff works as a fine tuned machine enabling customers to enjoy their meal in a calm atmosphere in spite of the very busy morning. Lindsay, our server, was friendly and attentive and made our first visit wonderful. It was the small details that made this visit memorable, the lemon and honey served with selection of teas, the warm bottle of syrup, carafe of coffee, crispy bacon and gigantic pancake! We ordered the gingerbread donut holes to go. Lindsay didn’t let us leave without them. The donuts were an extraordinary treat at home. We will be back again soon.

A year ago it was great. Now not so much. I did a to go order and lost out on money. I ordered 2 cups of fruit. I received 2 cups of potato’s. So I was still missing a side quantity wise, and it was wrong. I ordered pancakes and asked for extra syrup. I got no syrup and a berry compote that is supposed to go with the waffles instead. I called this location and the woman on the phone said I would have to drive back. Yeah no that was the point of me picking it up. It was a good drive away. I asked for a refund and she said all she could do was relay the message to her manager. Soo yeah, your best bet is sitting in and hoping you don’t have to wait an hour for your seat. This was ordered through their app and not a third party app by the way.

Heads down one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in town! Foods great, very flavorful. And not to mention there organic fresh juices they make there ! 10/10 ! And make sure to ask for Jannet as your server she’ll guide you through the menu and make you feel welcome.

This was our first time here because we were on vacation. We came in 1 hour prior to when they were closing. We were 1 of 3 tables. They were already closing the restaurant by cleaning everything like the floors, moving tables and it was making us feel rushed. They were hanging over and watching our table while we ate. It was ridiculous. (We left 30 minutes before they closed). Our food came out very quickly and all of mine tasted awful like it was microwaved. I didn’t eat most of it. When we went to pay, we were told the credit card machine was down, It was cash only. We didn’t have cash like that on us. Really?! We saw them closing out the register. There’s so many great places to eat in Cape Coral, go there instead and support those small businesses!

Best eggs Benedict and service around!! So delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and clean. They seated me (party of 1) immediately around 12:30pm on a Friday and it was already bustling with customers. The food was served quickly and I had the avocado bacon Benedict. AMAZING. Truly one of the best Benedicts I’ve had in town. Must try. Would visit here again.

I went there for lunch the other day and had the reuben sandwich with fries. The food was very good(and I’m a bit picky). The waitress was super nice. It was my first time there but I’ll be back.

Felt very out of place and I rushed from getting out of there. Me and my children came around 10 o’clock. I walked in the place had a big top of 10 or so and a few booths here or there . I wanted to sit outside with my children. They wanted fresh air when I said I wanted to sit outside the lady behind the cash register which every time I come in there she always has a sour Puss on her face. She’s never happy. She rolled her eyes. She walked out dropped my silverware down on the table, flung the menus my server was ok but not good. She brought my food out I ordered a French dip. She never even brought the aujus with it I had to walk in and go get it myself that’s fine. again. I asked the lady behind the register she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her I’ve never seen her smile ever since coming there. I sat down to finally eat the food My server was nowhere to be found until I was done with my meal From dropping the food to needing the check, never wants. Did she ever check up on my table and I’m a server myself that’s very poor.

This is THE place for a great Reuben sandwich. Piled high with meat. Great bread. So tasty! Great breakfast options too! The salads are HUGE! And the service is always spot on! This is a reliable staple on my restaurant rotation.

I had never been to The Café before but decided on a whim to give them a try on Mother's day. We arrived and were seated immediately, it was very busy but our server was there to great us and bring our coffee. I am a hash brown lover so I could not help but to order it. Many places overdo the salt or the griddling on their hash browns, the Café did not, they were just what I hoped for, tender, properly seasoned and piping hot. My eggs were cooked SSU perfectly, the biscuit was fresh made and the cheese grits complimented the meal. I will be back soon and I highly recommend the Café.

Bakery
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is a family-friendly chain that offers a variety of baked goods, breakfast options, and classic diner fare. During a recent visit, the wait staff was working hard to accommodate guests despite being short-handed. The meals were delicious and served promptly, although some patrons felt that more space between tables would have been appreciated. Another visitor enjoyed a quick breakfast with an omelette and pumpkin pancakes, praising the efficient service and tasty food.
Cindy is awesome . I worked food service in college AND when I moved my business here so I extra love when the vibe is good. We were greeted and sat right away. Drinks came quickly. Order taken expeditiously . Super positive and clean place. . I didn’t mind waiting for my food. Great quality. My favorite bakery

Main Question: Is the food here worth the money? Short Answer: No, not from this experience. Detailed Answer: There is no sugar coating this and I must say that I had higher hopes for this place but I was sorely mistaken and severely disappointed. I ordered the triple decker sandwich. The bread was inedible. It was the second most stale bread I've ever eaten anywhere. Falling second only to bread my mom left open for 4 days and I made a sandwich from it when I was 12 years old. The bread was partially burnt on top. The were two slices of turkey on the sandwich. The bacon was good. The tomatoes were good but a BLT is about the entire sandwich and when you must fight to try to break through the bread with a saw, this ruins the entire sandwich. The mashed potatoes came out drenched in gravy. I love gravy but my goodness, don't give me the entire cup. The mashed potatoes were not good. They tasted like they were instant mashed potatoes and I didn't finish them. My son ordered a cheeseburger and the onions were cut gigantic. The chef must have been new or just didn't care about the meal. (Saturday November 4th, around 8:30pm). He loves onions but those were huge and he ended up digging them out of the sandwich. The fries weren't bad. Unfortunately, I came for the soup and salad and they had no soup. The server was great but there were so many other problems in this place, it wasn't good enough service to bring this from one star to two. Maybe 1.2 stars. The bathrooms weren't horrible but they smelled and if you look at the sink where the employees wash their hands, you can see it needs a severe cleaning. We will not be back again and I highly suggest you do not go either.

It was our 1st time visit to a Perkins restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. We both ordered from the 55 plus breakfast menu. My husband had Eggs Benedict, hash browns and fruit and I had an egg, cheese and tomato omelet and whole wheat toast. They were both excellent and very filling without being too much to eat. We plan to go back.

I've been in Florida for 25 years and have never visited this establishment. I truly was missing out. I came here to meet someone for a meet and greet breakfast by myself (your loss Sujith). Danielle my server was nothing but polite professional and gave quality service. I definitely will be revisiting this establishment but without Sujith 😂

First Watch is a popular cafe chain known for its health-conscious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options such as omelets, salads, and soups. The restaurant offers great food with good service in a clean and well-maintained environment. While it may be a bit pricey, the quality of the meal makes it worth the cost for special occasions. Arriving early on Sunday mornings is recommended to avoid long wait times. Despite being busy, the staff efficiently managed seating and orders.
This place was crazy busy on a random Thursday morning. That's always a good sign for a breakfast joint. Server was trying to keep up the best they could. Try the million dollar bacon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review – First Watch, Fort Myers (Gulf Coast Town Center) Reviewed by a very satisfied food critic If you’re anywhere near the Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers and in search of a breakfast or brunch spot that delivers on all fronts—look no further than First Watch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, seated promptly, and treated to an experience that exceeded expectations in every category—food, service, and atmosphere. Let’s start with the service—the true highlight of our visit. Our server, Anthony, deserves a standing ovation. He was attentive without hovering, friendly without being overbearing, and somehow always there when we needed something without us ever having to ask. It’s rare to experience service this smooth and intuitive—Anthony is a pro, and he elevated our meal to something special. The atmosphere at First Watch is everything you want in a modern breakfast eatery—bright, relaxed, and welcoming, with a clean and thoughtfully designed space that lets the food and service shine. Now for the food—simply outstanding. I ordered the Avocado Omelette, and I’m still thinking about it. Fluffy eggs wrapped around perfectly ripe avocado, crispy bacon, and a dollop of sour cream made for a flavor-packed bite every time. The real surprise, though, was the side salad—a refreshing, crisp mix dressed in an unforgettable oil and lemon dressing that was tangy, balanced, and completely addictive. It was the perfect complement to the richness of the omelette. From start to finish, our visit to First Watch was top-notch all the way. This is the kind of place you find yourself coming back to again and again—not just for the food, but for the genuine hospitality and polished execution. Highly, highly, highly recommend stopping by. Ask for Anthony if you can—you won’t regret it. 👏 — Five stars, with zero hesitation.

We liked First Watch. There was only one waitress working half the restaurant so we had to wait a bit to get different things and she was very stressed. But the food was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere!

Best Salad ever!! Cobb salad with chicken & shrimp super YUM!! We only had time for a quick lunch. The waitress was just ok, the host, who may have been the manager was funny. In addition to the salads my mom had a steak sandwich she enjoy & the dessert was so photo worthy it made me realize I didn't take any other pics lol definitely going back for the salad!!

Update visit 7.27.25. Got seated pretty quickly. Signing up for the wait-list online was pretty convenient. Waitress took our order quickly and then forgot about us. We got our food before our drinks. And the person that ran the food out to us is the one who brought out main beverages. A few minutes later, the water came out. Food tasted great and the wait wasn't that long. Big healthy portions, and the prices aren't too steep. I like the variety First Watch offers. My first time at the GCTC First Watch, and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. I never thought I'd like sour cream with my omelette, but it wasn't that bad.
