Pizzeria Mimi has the highest ratings in Ravel, and some locals recommended it to us, but in the end, we didn’t get more than an average pizza. The pizza was decent and nicely baked, the dough was soft and tasty, but I simply expected more. I've had better elsewhere. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, which is why I’m giving 4 stars—otherwise, the rating would have been lower.

Mimi is a cozy little restaurant tucked away on a quiet side street, with a lovely small terrace that’s perfect for enjoying a great meal. Getting there with kids and a stroller wasn’t the easiest adventure, but once we arrived, it was so worth it. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, made with top-quality ingredients and real care. And the wine selection was stunning! We chose a bottle that paired perfectly with the pizza, and the best part is, even though we all have very different tastes in wine, we all loved it. Thoughtfully curated and spot-on with the food. You can really feel the passion behind everything they do here. We’ll definitely be back!

We had one of our favorite pizzas of our entire two-week trip to Italy here! The crust was perfect, the flavors spot on, and everything tasted so fresh. Our waitress was absolutely superb—warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The vibe is relaxed but lively, making it such a fun place to enjoy a meal in Ravello. Highly recommend!

If you find yourself in Ravello, do not miss Mimi Pizzeria – it is without a doubt the best pizza in the city and quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. The star of the evening, of course, was the pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet airy and soft inside, topped with incredibly fresh ingredients that highlighted the care and craft put into every pie. Each bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced and unforgettable. It’s rare to find a spot where both the food and service exceed expectations, but Mimi Pizzeria delivers on every level. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ravello – a true gem!

This was without question THE WORST dining experience I’ve EVER had - I thought I was on an episode of Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares. The house red wine was off, with little bits of mould floating and a gross musk flavour and when I mentioned it, the waiter could not care less. No apology, no replacement — just a rude “ok??” When I pressed the fact it was off, he said “So what, you want to order something else?? If you don’t like it you have to buy something else??” The main meals? A disaster. The plate was volcanic, too hot to touch, yet the ravioli was cold on the inside, and the tomato sauce was watery. It was obviously microwaved, which, at these prices, is almost impressive that they think it’s ok. Then there was the bread - literally tossed at our table in a brown paper bag like we were pigeons in a park. And I mean tossed, like it bounced across our table when the waiter threw it at us. I’m not one to usually write bad reviews but when I spoke to the host when we went to pay, and he all but told me he did not give a shit what I thought. Thanks mate. I’m far from precious, I don’t expect perfection, but this was offensively bad. I’ve been to over 100 countries and thousands of restaurants, and congrats guys, this one takes the crown for “worst in the world.” Save yourself the trauma — go literally anywhere else.

Come here for the pizza! My partner ordered the rebellum and said it was one of the best pizzas he'd ever had. They also have pizzas without cheese for all the lactose intolerant/vegan. I opted for the sea bass fillet which was quite nice, but a bit salty and oily, and it also came with fried zucchini which was not the best match and I couldn't eat considering the fish was also quite oily. Good thing I also ordered a side salad, otherwise it would have been even more disappointing. If you take this dish, I recommend asking for grilled zucchini and not fried. The tiramisu was great. Overall typical amalfi prices.

While in Ravello, we aimed to arrange a group dinner, and Mimi's was recommended to us. This restaurant is tucked away in one of the winding alleys of Ravello, which requires a short walk to access, but the journey is absolutely worthwhile. The food is outstanding, the dining space is beautifully decorated, and the staff are friendly and a pleasure to engage with. We dined there twice, sharing a variety of pizzas and salads on both visits. The pasta and seafood dishes also come highly recommended.

6 of us went to this beautiful location to have our lunch. The scenery was beautiful and a cosy relaxing place to eat. The rating of the following foods are 1. Salted cod - very good and tasty 2. Mixed pasta with potato and calamari - extremely salty, and very unhealthy to your kidney. Don’t eat !!!!! A waste of money 3. Beef tartar - average 5/10 only 4. Slow cooked beef with Genovese sauce - very good and tasty

The food was delicious, we went with the chef’s recommendation which was very well priced. They allowed us to split it as well which was very kind. The view was amazing, we also had a very delicious glass of wine. The atmosphere was great and the inside was very cute! Indoor, terrace and more bar style seating all available.

Extraordinary view and creative takes on delicious local food. Everything was seasoned perfectly with delicious bread and a great selection of wines by the glass. Would recommend this to anybody traveling to Ravello or anywhere in Italy. Ten out of ten deserves a Michelin star. Perfect.

Although there were empty tables available at 8:45 both in the restaurant and in the pizzeria (we were even asked which area we preferred), the staff refused to serve us when they found out that we (two people) only wanted dessert and drinks. A minimum consumption requirement was never mentioned, which we would have understood and honoured, as we just wanted to enjoy the nice view and an italian desert at the end of the day. Pity.

Hands down the best food we’ve had in Ravello. Service was really friendly, and they accommodated 11 of us very quickly. Pasta with octopus was out of this world! Would highly recommend visiting.

An absolutely breathtaking bed & breakfast in Ravello. Our room had a million-dollar view, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is part of the family restaurant, so that was very convenient. The homemade cornetti were fresh from the oven, and there was a delicious assortment of fresh fruits. Highly recommended.

Italian home cooking at its finest! We've visited a total of 5 times over our last 2 trips to Ravello and can't wait to return again. Some of our favorite dishes are Lasagna, lemon pasta, mushroom pasta, and meatballs. The desserts are also amazing. Thank you so much Nicola for your hospitality and incredible food!

Outstanding! We’re already planning our return. The bruschetta and pasta dishes were absolutely delicious, the wines were fantastic, and our waiter’s service was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

A real hidden gem in Ravello serving simple, authentic Italian food. We started with the bruschetta topped with burrata, confit tomatoes and pistachio pesto – absolutely superb. The pastas of the day all sounded tempting, but we chose the creamy lemon pasta and the creamy zucchini pasta, both of which were outstanding. Fresh flavours, generous portions and a relaxed atmosphere made this a memorable meal.

The food here is simply perfect. Instead of Marina Grande in Amalfi, this place deserves the Michelin plaque in the future. We didn’t even plan on having dessert, but since everything was flawless, we couldn’t resist – and we’re glad we didn’t. This is Italian cuisine at its absolute best.

Would give more stars if I could. Just a few minutes walk from the main square, you can find this gem run by a welcoming local. The food is outstanding and probably the best in Ravello. It is quite a bit more expensive than other Italian establishments, but worth it.

Best Italian food we have had so far. All four dishes we ordered were phenomenal! Owner was amazing and so helpful.

The owner was kind of rude but we were hungry so we asked if we could sit and he said okay. We ordered a lasagna from “Today’s specials” menu and pizza with pancetta. The pizza here means a pre-baked quarter of a thick pizza crust heated with the toppings in an electric oven and then covered with lettuce (you can see it in the pictures). The lasagna were heated in the same oven as well and weirdly reminded of the one that you can get in LIDL. The food and the experience isn’t worth the money, would recommend to look for another place to eat and spend your time.

Pansa Amalfi Café is a lovely spot with truly delicious pastries and ice creams — some of the best we tried in Amalfi. The quality and presentation of the sweets definitely make it worth a visit. The only downside was the drinks. Paying €8 for a simple cup of tea or coffee didn’t feel justified, though for the pastries it might be worth it. Still, it’s a beautiful café with great flavors and a must-try for the desserts.

We absolutely loved the sfogliatella and delizia al limone here! The shop offers two options: one price for takeout and another if you sit outside for table service. When we visited, there was a live music show on the cathedral steps, so we grabbed our desserts to go and enjoyed them there. Both pastries were incredibly delicious, creamy, soft, and full of authentic Amalfi flavor. Now that we’re back in the United States, we find ourselves craving them all the time!

The place is quite busy, however the staff was very kind and friendly. The service is quick. They had many types of pastries and nice coffee, all ranged between 5-10€. We tried their tiramisu and croissant with some sort of bavarian cream. Both were very tasty. There aren't many places to sit, but the place is located right in the centre of Amalfi, in very close proximity to the bus station and the port.

Perhaps the best seat (and certainly the hardest to acquire) in Piazza Duomo....so worth it! Almost too many choices of the most scrumptious sweet & savory pastries, not to mention coffees, teas, beers, wines and cocktails. If no outside tables available, go inside - order/pay then take your treasures out to the square to enjoy the Fontana di Sant’Andrea, the Cathedral of St Andrew and the beauty and diversity of your fellow tourists and locals in a storybook setting!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. As Chinese customers, we immediately felt discriminated against by the way the waiter treated us. I wasn’t feeling well that day, so while my friends were leaving, I decided to stay a little longer and simply ordered a hot tea. The waiter noticed this and, without explanation, insisted that I change my seat with another guest. Both I and the other guest were comfortable where we were, and he clearly didn’t want to move either. Despite this, the waiter pressured us to switch tables, speaking to him in a way that left us no choice. The entire arrangement was extremely uncomfortable. Instead of treating us with basic respect as paying customers, the staff made us feel unwelcome and even pushed us to leave. Everything was exceptional. The Delizia al Limone & Hazelnut Croissant were particularly outstanding. A must-stop for the best Amalfi Coast pastries.

Yeah its the posh one but they are well placed, polite and do have a wide selection of very nice cakes! The lemon delight being their signature one apparently. We had a lovely yummy 30 minute people watching session here! We actually had asked for iced coffee but got cappucino - surprised they even made that being the afternoon and all.

Beautiful restaurant and dishes, though not every one was exceptional. The grilled octopus with potato strips in a cream sauce was exceptional. The mozzarella prepared 3 ways was also quite good. The tuna carpaccio was beautiful but zero flavor. The service was desultory. Overall, a nice experience in a very touristy spot.

What can I say? These guys went out of their way to accommodate our large group of 14, a really last minute surprise to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. I don't remember all the dishes we had but all of it was fresh and delicious. No complaints at all. Truly a memorable meal and one of our top meals on the Amalfi coastline. And the service was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend Da Gemma.

My mother and I loved Da Gemma! I would recommend making a reservation online. We made ours for 7PM/19:00, when they open, and showed up a few minutes early, which led to us being seated at one of the best tables with a view of the main Amalfi street below the terrace. The ambiance was wonderful, our servers were friendly and recommended us good wine— and they let us box up the dessert when we were too full to finish the 6-course “Gemma” seafood prix fixe. This is the best meal we had in Italy so far— expensive but well worth the cost. Every dish was amazing. We had the following: - Raw seafood plate (our favorite was the grouper) -Octopus dish with creamy mashed potatoes -Fresh squid ink pasta with tomatoes and octopus in a delicious light buttery sauce -Pasta stuffed with burrata and black truffle in a creamy red sauce -Slice of the catch of the day with potatoes (not pictured, sorry) -Tiramisu (not pictured, but this came with both a pre-dessert and a post dessert: limoncello and other small bites)

I visited this restaurant at 3pm with my mom and her sister. Every employees are so kindly. Some guy can speaking Korean words such as ‘안녕하세요.’ and ‘감사합니다.‘. It seems like to friendly. The mood is great. I love the shrimp tomato pasta. It’s fantastic. Also caprese and sea bass are so delicious too. I felt so happy time here. Thank you so much guys.

We dined at Trattoria Da Gemma in Amalfi and had an excellent meal. I enjoyed the Genovese pasta and tiramisu — both were absolutely delicious. Great food and good service make this spot well worth a visit!

One of the best meals we have eaten in Italy. We are half way through a there week visit and have enjoyed great food in Rome and Sorrento. We are on a tour of the Amalfi coast and stopped in Ravello for lunch. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. This atmosphere continued as our order was taken and good served. The owner/La Donna, dried by to chat after we ordered. She later came to our table with an amazing plate of meatballs in tomato sauce. We hadn't ordered an appetizer, she just wanted us to try them as she knew it was our first visit to Ravello. They were delicious and flavorful. Our chicken and beef meals came with a side of pasta that was delicious. The tomato sauce was indeed off the best we both had ever had. My partner is first generation Italian and she was very impressed! The owner came by later to ask how we enjoyed the meal. We complimented her on an excellent experience and moments later she returned with an amazing large piece of cake for us to share. The app and dessert were not charged to us and we truly felt we had sat down in someone's home for a family meal. I highly recommend

Lost for words. Quite possibly the most authentic restaurant we have had in our entire Amalfi coast trip. Nestled in a small square off the beaten path in the heart of Ravello. A family run trattoria spanning over 100 years. Food to die for, atmosphere unmistakably Italian and the friendly welcoming smile on everyone’s face is testament to how wonderful the place is. Will definitely be back one day. PS: if it’s good enough for John Legend, it’s good enough for me.

Ignore any negative reviews! First of all, this is in Ravello one of the most beautiful italian cities i've ever been to. Secondly, the food here is what you would get at a italian nonna's kitchen table. We had some of the best fettuccine of our lives. We are also very discerning. We ordered the tiramasu after seeing the chef chowing down on it in the kitchen. We agree with him. It was irresistible! Service was kind and attentive. I recommend this very special restaurant and thank our wonderful driver for sharing with us his favorite spot!!!

Quite literally an out of body experience…. First of all, I could write a NOVEL about Mama - the owner of this fine establishment. My party of five girls was treated like we were mama’s grandchildren. She served us with love. The pasta was incredible. Mama just kept bringing us more and more and made sure we left with full bellies and even FULLER hearts. This restaurant and the wait staff here are my new Roman Empire. Thank you Mama. The girls from Kentucky will be back in 2029 for the 100yr celebration of the restaurant

Most of the restaurants in Italy have tried to rip me off. Not here. Nonna will make sure you're fed! She only wants to make sure you're fed well. Of all the places I've eaten in Italy, this one tastes like everything was made with love, and it's obvious. The pasta, sauce, bread, and wine were fresh and homemade. The meatballs melt in your mouth. It was like a trip back in time to my childhood. Sundays with my grandparents. Beautiful, warm memories and a ton of food! The restaurant is even decorated like my grandmother's kitchen was; wood panels and family pictures. Good house wine, good sauce, homemade pasta, and dessert was great. I'd fly back to Italy just to eat here. You come hungry, you say hi to Nonna and say thank you!

Breaking my rule of not eating at the same place twice and going back tonight. This place is so homey, authentic and delicious! I'm not a dessert person but after a taste of the free tiramasu I may or may not have had seconds 🫣 10/10 would go again!

The best food I’ve had on my trip. Great for people watching into the little square right next to the cute little bell tower. I loved the cozy and friendly staff. And their clam linguine is really well done.

Amazing food and very kind staff. We got the seafood pasta, shrimp scampi, and parma ham appetizer. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. We ate outside and the ambience was relaxing and calming. Will definitely come back again. A must go for your vacation!

Hands down, the best restaurant in Atrani! There's a reason that the Equalizer 3 used this place as their cafe. Carla and her family are amazing. We ended up eating at this place twice in four days. Everything was fantastic. The pesto on the caprese salad is so good. The gnocchi were perfect, and the meatballs in the spaghetti literally melted in your mouth. When we went back we had the lasagna and it was unlike anything we've had in the states. And the ravioli with cream sauce.... is a must!! And definitely get the dessert!!! I definitely had my Denzel moment while sitting there.

BEST FOOD IN AMALFI!! We came back and ate here 3 or 4 times during our week in Amalfi coast. It is definitely the best food around there... Love that it is run by a family, so nice and quality food, everything is fresh and incredible. Still dreaming of the food here. My favorite was their homemade pasta dish, wow. And the anchovies appetizer. Every single time we had something it was beyond amazing.

We came across this by accident and are glad we did. Fantastic food and amazing service in family run restaurant away from the bustle of Amalfi. Dinner was amazing with generous portions at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

What an amazing restaurant from the people to the food to the ambience. We went there to just check it out because of Equalizer 3 & ended up ordering some food and we were hooked! My goodness the food is amazing! Elei and his family welcomed us to their restaurant and we’ve been here every day we’ve been in Atrani. We will miss this place so much. From the catch of the day to the Ravioli Pasta to the Lemon Spritz , everything was amazing! Thank you Elei, his mom, dad & brother that make this restaurant what it is! We’ll be back!!

My goodness, the food is unbelievable. As a seafood lover, the fresh fish of the day with mint and the fish tartare (pictured) were exactly what my soul needed. The perfect harmony of flavors and the unbeatable freshness of the fish truly made my day. The staff were friendly and warm, and the atmosphere was quaint and calm. Had a much better time in Atrani than in Amalfi's center, from this meal alone. I also heard the buffalo mozzarella omelette was fantastic.

I am leaving a five-star review because that is the experience we had! In fairness, we were only there for lunch. But the food was exceptional. The atmosphere is heavenly. And the service left nothing wanting. The risotto in a lemon sauce was a particular standout! Wish we had gone back for dinner! So little time; so little time!

My wife and I came here on night two of our honeymoon and were eagerly awaiting our experience. We have thankfully been able to indulge on multiple occasions at other Michelin star restaurants back in the US, and highlighted this as a moment to look forward to. The view, atmosphere, and staff’s attentiveness and hospitality were top notch, but unfortunately the food fell short. Turning a blind eye to cost, we ventured into the 7-course tasting menu. 3/7 of the courses were simply not good, with dishes that palled in comparison to counterparts on our trip that shined at “lower quality” restaurants prior. I would not recommend spending the time/experience here, as the Michelin rating seemed undeserved, and made us question the accolade. Italy has so much quality food to offer. Explore outside of this option.

It was a very enjoyable experience, I don’t understand why everyone is whining in the comments but I would like to come here again for sure. Salvatore was very nice person and he always kept us in track in the dinner. Also the lady on the front desk was kind enough to help us out with the transportation problems that we were having. For starters, the service is very good, as to be expected from fine dining. The wait staff is on top of everything for the most part and really does take the time to explain each dish. The atmosphere is outstanding. My only complaint is that they do seat everyone on top of you. Considering the restaurant was pretty much empty, it would have been nice to spread out more. There is a phenomenal wine list as well. Plenty of options from each region to choose from. Finally, the biggest disappointment was the food. We went for the full tasting menu which included 7 courses. The started was very good. It was a local Amberjack , done carpaccio style. Great flavor and very complex. Courses 2-4 were either too salty or lacked any distinct flavor profile. The sphagettone was very salty and took away from the herbs and flavors that should have been showcased. The main two dishes (5-6) were pretty good however the lamb was slightly tough. Again there was slightly too much salt. The dessert was a highlight including the basil sorbetto. Overall the experience is pretty amazing. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates fine dining to try it out. When it comes to taste and flavor, you maybe be better at a local trattoria or osteria.

This is our third time here , first time since after Covid. The first times we came here there was a live band playing and the atmosphere was extremely busy and everything seemed to jive perfectly and even had a washroom attendant. Seemed like everything was on point, we always had a meal infront of us and there was always new butter/oils with different bread between meals even complimentary wine pours. This time around while the food was extremely good and as good as the first times we were here, seemed much more limited, there was only bread served to us at the start, which is perfectly okay but often left waiting for food or engagement. We were there at 8pm on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet with only a DJ which was a new and different perspective , a lot less staff and no bathroom attendant. The staff didn’t seem to work as well together as they used to, we often saw them rush each other or it was extremely evident when something wasn’t right, we shouldn’t be hearing the gossip or having to feel the stress from behind the scenes. Perhaps we came on an off day but since we have come here after the Michelin star, things seem abit different quality wise in the experience, they did forget our last dessert but my wife was full therefore couldn’t eat another meal so we didn’t bother. They also were cleaning up the side tables and everything while we were finishing up which made us feel more rushed to get out the door but the food was good once again don’t get me wrong and the staff was nice. Not to put anything down but simply an observation, will have to come by again to truly see

Our experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by what felt like an unfair practice. We chose the tasting menu, which cost around €370 in total. When it came to selecting the wine, we trusted the staff’s recommendation, expecting something balanced and in line with the meal. However, the suggested bottle ended up costing €400 — more expensive than the entire food itself. At a restaurant of this level, there should be full transparency, especially when staff are making recommendations. Guests should always be made aware of the price range before such an expensive bottle is served. This left us with the impression of abuse and a lack of care towards the customer. The food was fine, but the way the wine was handled completely ruined the experience.

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea in the Hotel Marmorata! We stayed at the hotel and ate dinner here our first night on property. It was out honeymoon and the staff made the occasion feel special - they were very welcoming and attentive, and they even started us off with a complimentary glass of champagne! The food is upscale, beautifully presented, and delicious. We loved everything we tried!

First when you get in the restaurant it seems that there will be no other people … once you get in you will be welcomed in the most polite way possible from all the staff , ambience is great for a romantic dinner , or family dinner as well ,service expectional and the food was delicous … worth the price , recommended for everybody who wants to have a great experience in costiera …

Just like the stay at Hotel Marmorata, dining at L’Antica Cartiera was a rollercoaster 🎢 experience. Good cocktail 🍸 at sunset 🌅 with a quality spread, followed by an inedible amuse bouche, a $$$ starter that was simply a joke (unripened tomatoes 🍅 paired with one shrimp and one anchovy — I had asked to please leave the swordfish off, but falsely assumed that more of the other items would be added in its place and all that paired with a mediocre mozzarella), but what followed then was a superb risotto which would have earned AC a fourth star for this review, had the contorno not been disappointing again. Beware also that the wine list doesn’t show vintages. If you go, make sure to bring your own bug 🦟 spray.

I booked this restaurant for one of our dinners on our honeymoon and expected a table outside overlooking the view of the coast which was not where we sat. We were sat inside with no view which was disappointing. The staff and service was top-notch and extremely attentive. Please be aware the food is a fixed menu and is brought out by courses (we were unaware of this before our meal). We shifted our mindsets once we were sat because we could not just leave. The dinner was okay but not worth the $400 price point. We had 5-star meals in France and this dinner was not comparable and was a bit disappointing.

We had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant last night. First, they called the night before to explain the menu and confirm our reservation. When we arrived we were seated in a lovely location with a wonderful view. They explained the menu again to us and had great flexibility around what we could order (my husband doesn’t like fish but I do so it’s impossible to order from the same fixed menu and both be satisfied. In any case they were wonderful and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. It was creative and fun and it stuffy like the place next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening, the attention to detail and the kindness. They deserve a Michelin star as far as I am concerned!

My wife and I had an unforgettable evening at Belvedere. We chose the “let us guide you” tasting menu along with the wine pairing, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences of our lives. Yes, you will spend good money here, but every penny is well worth it for the quality, atmosphere, and memories you’ll walk away with. There is really only one word capable to describe the whole experience at Ristorante Belvedere: MAGICAL! What a place, WOW! The Belmond Hotel Caruso is in my opinion one of the most beautiful and true luxury Hotel in the world and their Belvedere Restaurant definitely deserves to belong to such a special place. My wife and I went for dinner with our 2 and half years old daughter; we got a very warm welcome from everyone at the restaurant and got promptly seated with a stunning view of the Amalfi Coast. We chose the chef’s selection with meat and everything was just amazing. The Chef himself came to check on us few times during dinner and he even offered a fish dish made with ventresca (tuna belly) of local tuna since I expressed the desire to try one of his fish specialties. The restaurant manager made sure that we were comfortable during dinner with our little daughter and always was checking if we needed anything. If you are in Ravello even just for a day, Ristorante Belvedere is absolutely a MUST! Bravo to all from the Bar Manager, all restaurant staff, their Manager Francesco and the very talented Chef Armando Aristarco. We will keep coming back for sure! GRAZIE!

This was truly one of the most amazing meals and nights we've had on our honeymoon. The food, wine and service was incredible. We have been to a few Michelin starred restaurants during our honeymoon and this dining experience was our favorite so far. I also love that we had multiple options to pick our menu for the evening, as not all fine dining restaurants offer this. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such a pleasant evening!

I had a wonderful experience at Belvedere. The atmosphere and view are beautiful, but what truly made the evening special was the service. Our waiter, Luigi, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The food was exceptional: the spaghetti was delicious, the Margherita pizza was full of flavor, and the meat was simply outstanding. But the highlight was the dessert Luigi recommended and served—it was absolutely unforgettable, one of the best I’ve ever had. Luigi really added to the whole experience and turned a nice dinner into something memorable. Highly recommend both the food and asking for him when you visit!

Fabulous service and great location with amazing views. But the food itself was a little underwhelming for one Michelin star restaurant. Other than couple dishes,nothing really was interesting for the pretty expensive prices of the tasting menu.

I have had dinner at Rossellinis twice, about a year apart. I didn't go for any tasting menu both times so I guess my take will be different than most. We actually really enjoyed the A La Carte menu and the new incorporation of sour/fresh notes across the dishes.

Beautiful ambience, but for a Michelin star restaurant, the food was really underwhelming. Nothing refined, no amuses or appetizers. We are very open to interpretations of the chef but this was without a lot of love and knowledge of fine dining if you'd ask us. We had for example a main with seafood tempura and it was literally that. A full plate of deep fried seafood and veggies with a very strong sauce that not complimented the dish at all. Like you get for finger food in a Spanish tapas bar. Presentation wasn't there. Staff was friendly but seamed bored. weather was beautiful (30 degrees, full sunshine, no strong wind), but we had to sit inside, even after our lunch it seemed to be a lot of effort when we asked to have our digestive outside... We were expecting more.. Had amazing food in Ravello and Minori from a way higher standard and a much lower price level.

This was the final meal capping an enjoyable week visiting the Amalfi Coast. We had made advanced reservations and tried the £250 menu. Service was excellent, together with the wines ordered along with the food.

Som made excellent recommendations for a white to pair with smaller dishes and a red to go with main dish.

We were so excited about this meal but we’re so disappointed. The apertivo was nice prior to dinner. The decor is super cute. Everything is on brand and pink. The view is spectacular. However once they walked us over to the dinner things changed. They would only allow us to order the same menu and given that my husband and I have very different dietary requirements and preferences, this didn’t work for us. It ended up being a thing - and set the tone for the rest of the evening. Our waiter was nice but the whole thing was pretentious. The food was ok- nothing to write home about. We expected more from a Michelin star restaurant and were sorely disappointed. Not worth the money or time when there are so many really excellent restaurants in Ravello.

If you are looking for Michelin starred standard experience, looking somewhere else. While the food from the kitchen was of good quality, the service and operational failures significantly marred the entire evening. The core issues we encountered were as follows: 1) Severe Understaffing and Unprofessional Service: The restaurant was visibly understaffed. The wait team was rushed, leading to perfunctory and hurried introductions of the dishes, which robbed the meal of its narrative and luxury pace. Furthermore, the ambient service environment was unprofessional, with staff loudly discussing personal matters and calling to each other across the lounge, which destroyed the elegant atmosphere. 2) Inattentiveness and Neglect: Our table was situated behind large plants whose leaves encroached upon our seating, making it physically uncomfortable to lean back. We had to request twice for the seats to be adjusted. More critically, we believe items from the tasting menu were missed. We noticed inconsistencies in the number of courses served to us compared to other tables, specifically with non-kitchen items, suggesting they were simply forgotten. 3) Poor Handling of Dietary Requirements: One of our guests has specific dietary needs. The staff was initially reluctant and ill-equipped to accommodate this. The à la carte menu was too limited to construct a satisfactory alternative tasting menu. This lack of flexibility is surprising for a restaurant of this calibre. 4) Billing Issue and Attitude: The most concerning incident involved the bill. Without any prior communication or consent, the entire table was charged for the more expensive standard tasting menu, even though one guest had a modified menu due to the acknowledged dietary restrictions. When we questioned this, it led to a very unpleasant discussion with a waiter who displayed a poor and argumentative attitude. The error was eventually corrected, but the manner in which it was handled was unacceptable. In summary, while the culinary output was good, the operational staff were incapable of delivering a complete Michelin-star experience. The combination of neglect, inconsistency, unprofessionalism, and a critical billing error reflects a deep disconnect between the kitchen's efforts and the front-of-house execution. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, this was, by a significant margin, the most disappointing experience. A Michelin star should be a guarantee of excellence across all facets of dining, not just the food. Unfortunately, Rossellini's, on this night, did not live up to that promise.

One of the best places to dine in Minori for the food, ambiance, and service. The seafood pasta was fresh and addictive, the bread was warm and soft, and the calzone was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend coming, especially for dinner, for a romantic night out.

Very nice outdoor seating. Food was pretty good. The fish in lemon sauce was delicious. The eggplant parmesan was ok and the fish of the day was very good but a little over priced. Saw a review saying they were charged for the limoncello but ours was free. Definitely recommend if you are a tourist!

Really disappointing experience. Food was under seasoned and tasteless. We ordered the sea bass and octopus mains - the octopus was tasteless with a dull mash and soggy potato chips (for decoration?). The sea bass was one note with a basic lemon sauce and steamed green beans. Overall overpriced and definitely not worth 116 euros (including starters and wine). Honestly the best thing we ate was the bread and olive oil.

We loved this restaurant so much we ate here twice during our stay in Minori. My son says it’s the best calzone he’s ever eaten.

So full disclosure, I was so impressed by the whole experience, from service to the general knowledge of ingredients to wine selections and the quality of the plates. I ate here three nights in a row and will do it all again if and when I come back. The house specialty, the pasta in an anchovy and lemon sauce with roasted hazelnuts was phenomenal. It have never had anything like it and I doubt I will ever again. It’s that special. The lobster linguine was a bit fussy since you have to dig for the lobster meat out of the legs and joint, but that was on me. The seared tuna, delicious. The steak that they had on special, even better. Pasta scialatielli with seafood was loaded with mussels, clams, shrimp, and squid. The stuffed squash flowers, best bite that I’ve had in Italy. Also, THE AMBIANCE WAS CRAZY. Last night there was a service in the tiny church and you could hear the congregation singing. Just amazing.

Great spot that’s tucked away from the craziness of the town square. It does still get busy so a reservation is recommended, but we were able to grab a table in the courtyard without a wait. The server was super lovely, making wine recommendations and cracking jokes. They give you complimentary bread to start, but it was cold /not fresh and delivered to the table in a paper bag. We went with the specials of the day - lobster linguine (Half lobster on pasta), seared tuna and pumpkin flower starter. Food was good, but not drool worthy. The waiter was the highlight of the night.

The today’s recommended Lobster Linguine is the freshest lobster we have ever had. Their signature lemon pasta (sorry I didn’t memo the Italian name) is very tasty. I’m glad that I have it tried in Amalfi. White wine was great and the cocktails is with high portion of Vodka. Staffs are very nice and English speaking too. Our reservation went smooth. Everything is great and I recommend anyone who visit Amalfi can consider having one of their meals here.

Good food served in a quiet little romantic piazza away from the main square. Prices are reasonable and service was friendly, but I was a little put off by the request to add a tip if I wanted to and the table next to me was not. Grilled octopus was the best I've ever had.

We had dinner here, it is wise to book, we saw several turned away . It’s off the main squares so quieter and you don’t have people trooping past your table. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, aubergine starter, lobster linguine and sea bass mains, all delicious.

Such a wow-moment. We went here by chance and were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The food was amazing, service was great and I'm so happy I trusted the waiters choice for desert. It was the best dinner during our stay in the Amalfi region.

Highly recommend checking it out, the servers were very friendly and helpful, who came with quality recommendations. We got mussels cooked in tomato sauce along with capers and olives, which was a great starter. For my main, I went with the Fusilli with pumpkin and shrimp, that ended up being my favorite dish of the trip. If you’re looking to a place that can give you quality local recommendations, a Mediterranean atmosphere, and lovely food, this is your place.

We dined here on the 25th of September. The food and service were excellent! The view was incredibly beautiful! We had arrived for our 7pm reservation a tad early and were able to have drinks prior to dinner and admire the view. The food was on the pricier side however we agreed it was worth it. Best food we had our whole trip!

We stayed at Hotel Villa Maria in Ravello for a week while attending a family wedding, and it was an excellent experience. The accommodations were top-notch. The rooms are beautifully designed and very well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for our trip. The service from all the staff, including the on-site restaurant (also called Villa Maria), was outstanding. They really made us feel welcome. The whole property has a quiet, elegant charm that made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood, making it convenient to visit local attractions. It’s tucked away in a narrow alley, meaning you can only access it by walking or using special buggies for your luggage. This setup keeps the area tranquil and private, while still being near major sights in the city. Every morning, we enjoyed visiting Piazza Centrale and Piazza Duomo after breakfast at the hotel restaurant, where there are many restaurants and shops to explore. Additionally, you can see the Museo del Corallo if you're interested. Many of the hotel rooms come with a balcony or terrace that offers stunning sea views, perfect for beginning your day! As a guest, you also have access to the swimming pool at the nearby Hotel Giordano. If you're searching for a charming, well-run place for a long stay or a special occasion like a wedding, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We had a sea view room...absolutely amazing view of Mt Vesuvius and the surrounding areas. The Sun terrace on the top floor had even more stunning views. The free breakfast was very good with many, many options.

Ate dinner here last night. Stopped by on our way to Villa Cimbrone and made a 7pm reservation, but showed up just after 6:30 when the gardens at Villa Cimbrone closed. We were immediately seated and served bread and cocktails before the kitchen opened. Amazing experience. Everything was delicious, including vegan options.

We only went for dinner and have to say the views were breathtaking. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat. Food was fantastic but small portions for some international travellers.

We ate here for lunch during our trip to Ravello from Positano. The restaurant was recommended by our driver but we felt it average at best. The restaurant itself was part of the hotel and had a very pretty patio and view to match. The staff was also pretty good, although not particularly over attentive. The food however was all just fine, and the lemoncello spritz was the worst I had in all of my 5 weeks in Italy. Normally I would say skip the food and go for a cocktail, but I cannot even say that based on the cocktail I ordered and left untouched.

View is great but that’s about it. We did not like the food, I do not think the quality justifies the prices. I actually threw up when I got back home after eating lunch here. Fish did not seem fresh at all.

Love the place because the food was excellant and delicious. The 4 of us ordered for starters, the stuffed octopus and cod, first course a seafood pasta scialatielli, and for 2nd course the salt baked seabass and the crusted grouper. All this we shared so we got to taste 5 different dishes. They started us off with orange mixed prosecco, and some bread. Service was good, fast and attentive. This is a nice place to enjoy a meal in Ravello.

Where to begin. This was our favourite restaurant when we first travelled to Ravello years ago, when we came back for our honeymoon we just had to return. We ended up eating there 4 times during our stay, we just absolutely adore this place. The staff and family that run it are so sweet and attentive. Little touches like a splash of Prosecco upon arrival don’t go unnoticed. You are made to feel to welcome and at home. Such an authentic feel, the food is so fresh and incredibly delicious and at a very reasonable price point unlike many touristy spots in Ravello. Highly, highly recommend.

Delicious Food & Stunning Views Le Arcate in Atrani truly exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic—easily some of the best we’ve had on the Amalfi Coast, and at much more reasonable prices than the busier spots in Amalfi. The view of the sea made the experience even more special, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend the tuna tartare—it was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The tuna and bocconcini salad was also light, refreshing, and beautifully presented. But the standout for me was the lemon cream pasta… it was unforgettable, the kind of dish that will haunt you (in the best way) long after you leave. Their limoncello spritz was the perfect pairing to it all—bright, refreshing, and well balanced. Everyone at the restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only area for improvement would be the service, which was mostly great but had a couple of small hiccups—like having to wave someone down for more water or a drink refill, and a missed plate that was quickly corrected. Nothing major, but worth mentioning for a fully fair review. Overall, Le Arcate is a must-visit if you’re in Atrani or amalfi. A true gem with excellent food, genuine hospitality, and breathtaking views. We’ll absolutely be back.

We tried pasta with sea food, and tagliatelle with zuccini and prawns. Both dishes were amazing, the prawns specifically were top notch. All pasta cost around 25-30€. The staff were all very kind and friendly, the atmosphere, given the location and view, was pretty good. However, there is a big problem with waps in the area if the reastaurant, which kept coming at us, but the staff was nice and kept chasing them away.

Lovely experience, highly recommend this hidden gem during your stay. You get uninterrupted views of the cliffs and the sea. Food is excellent with real local touches, do prepare for very simple dishes but reflecting the authentic style with high quality ingredients. I had the grilled mozzarella, fillet seafood pasta, lemon orange sauce pasta and some desserts including black truffle ice cream which was lovely. Thank you Antonio for the service. The lemon pasta deserved the 5/5 rating. One of the most delicious lemon pasta that I had in Amalfi coast. It was so simple, with no protein or vegies, just pasta, lemon sauce and cheese (I think) and it was so so delicious! Service was also friendly.

Sitting seaside for a lovely dinner in Amalfi - what could be better. Le Arcate has lots of local cuisine options from seafood to pasta. Service was friendly. We tried the local lemon pasta - which was fantastic - highly recommend. Lovely wine pairing options as well.

A local gem. Delicious seafood and past dishes. We opted for one of the tasting menus and were not disappointed. Fresh ingredients - including sardines with smoked cheese, and zucchini blossoms. Alphonse made great wine suggestions and was such a conscientious server - absolutely top notch. Offered a birthday celebration surprise and limoncello night cap. Ate anti is a quieter spot on the Amalfi coast - but a must stop to visit A Paranza!

After a week in Italy I finally found a proper risotto. Absolutely perfect, nothing to improve on. It ran perfectly flat across the bowl. Not these mounds of scooped undercooked arborio I've been getting. Our server, Massimo, was excellent. It's obvious he treats this as a profession. Someone who has been doing this all his life and has worked at mastering his craft. I know that sounds korny, but being in hospitality I know how hard it to come by people like him. I actually asked my wife if we could come back every night. We tried 5 of the 8 the desserts, go with the chocolate souffle.

I had such a lovely experience at this place that I can’t recommendation it enough. Even though I only had a light lunch of pasta with lemon pesto and a desert I can say that first of all the food is incredible: intense, but smooth, and extremely tasty. In addition I really liked the atmosphere and service: this is an actual restaurant and not a tourist feeding station and it shows (though naturally a lot of the guests are tourists). Please keep it up and thank you to the staff!

A really special experience. Incredible food, a beautiful dining room, and wonderful staff.

Visited for lunch on Saturday and had a fabulous seafood meal. Appetizer mussels clams in wine sauce. Main ravioli plus a shrimp scampi type platter. Bread is classic Italian delicious. And Peronis to enjoy. Service was sharp and smiling. Patient while we debated the menu, prompt on refills. One or my top 5 meals in Europe over 20 days or more. Great view of kitchen walking in.

Seafood in particular the fish here is well recommended. Vongole pasta is one of the better renditions I’ve tried in Italy

Lido Azzurro In June of 20223 we found this wonderful restaurant that sits right on the harbor. Our driver had choose this place for us to stop for lunch while touring the Amalfi Coast. The food nothing less than amazing. The seafood was nothing shorty from phenomenal. We sat with a great view of the harbor watching the summer rain next sun shine. The staff was amazing. Exceptional. We loved everything about dining here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent local wine selection and delicious food. We had the daily catch (Sea Bass) and daily vegetables (beans) and the scampi/prawns/calamari. The food was superb - beautiful flavours and the fish tasted freshly caught. Romantic place for a lovely meal, beautiful views onto the marina. Call to book for the best seats.

Friendly, delicious family-owned restaurant right on the water of the Amalfi Coast! We recommend their seafood salad as an appetizer and the catch of the day for lunch. Their tiramisu was also delicious. The staff treated us like family. Definitely check out Lido Azzurro if you’re looking for a great lunch with beautiful views!

Food was good, wine was great, the dog that lives at the restaurant going up to the tables named Gus was 10/10!

The restaurant is located right on the water by the port, the weather was nice and we sat outside to enjoy the scenery and the water front views. This is an upscale restaurant with upscale prices $$$+. The sea bass dish (fresh catch of the day) was bland and the portion size was very small overall disappointing. Other members of our group enjoyed better portion sizes and flavors (seafood pasta was a favorite). For dessert, the Tiramisu was great. At the end, after eating dinner, desserts, coffee, etc. it was time to pay (which you don’t do at the table you have to go inside) and we pointed out to the cashier that they were over charging us for water and her immediate response was to argue with us about it. The attitude is the main reason I wouldn’t come back here.

Awesome awesome awesome! We lived in the B&B and also dined in the attached restaurant- both the experiences were top notch. The rooms are spacious with great views and modern amenities (the walls are a bit thin and can hear passage noise but not too disturbing). The restaurant has a wide menu - we ordered Focacia bread, Diavola pizza and sausage. Everything was tasty, good portioned and well presented. The hospitality is superior and done very lovingly. The owner - Walter will take good care of you and your requests. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend booking this place! Hotel room was very clean and nice. They have AC that works very well and cools the place nicely. Breakfast was very delicious! They served us a variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt and drinks! We also had dinner at their restaurant and it was very delicious! Staff are very friendly! Very pleased with our stay !

Omg I fall from my horse. First the outside area was really really beautiful. Like it had such an aesthetic and pretty vibe and the atmosphere was so nice and chill. The personal were all so nice and kind like seriously so kind omg . My gnocchi were so delicious really I had them every time is as there and I was there three times. Loving it slay

A beach haven, only accessible by boat or by taking 300+ steps down. Family run, authentic experience. Food was delicious, but came out at all separate times so was difficult to enjoy the main courses together. Definitely the best flavored batter for the fried fish and calamari!

We were referred to La Tonarella by Captain Filippo with Mama Luna Charters, who took us there by boat—and what a great recommendation it was. They had a table ready for us as soon as we arrived. The service was excellent, and the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The owner was also very welcoming. We had the shrimp appetizer, the fish of the day, gnocchi, and a few other dishes—everything was fresh and flavorful. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a great view. If you’re looking for a good meal with fresh seafood and reasonable prices, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Highlight of our day! We hired a boat for day and found this place. These guys come pick you up and take you to the resturant, feel like vips! Amazing food and sublime scenery.

The carbonara was very okay, flavorless. The squid pasta was good. They increased prices compared to the menu I found on Google reviews, so attaching new photos. Wasn’t worth the price paid in my opinion, but it’s a nice spot on the beach.

I took a punt given we are staying 3 mins up the road at Hotel Belvedere. I checked this out as says gluten free. We found the steps at road and wondered down the many steps- what a find! Beautiful gluten free pasta! Yum yum yum. Made my day, week. Cheese and ham spaghetti 😋 tiny little beach front nestled in amongst the small houses on the beach. You will love it 🥰

The fish was cooked to perfection - it was some of the best fish we have had since travelling. They had three gluten free (free of contamination) dishes (all spaghetti). I got the GF spaghetti with clams and it was really good but nothing to write home about. Biggest downfall was the price - it is very expensive here so would not return.

We had the best experience coming in by boat to this quaint little spot on the ocean. I loved the Jacqueline dish (named after Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis), and my wife loved her meal as well. We were a party pf 11 people and they quickly got us seated, fed and split the check easily. This was such a great spot to enjoy a fabulous meal with an excellent view!

Everything we ate here was fresh and delicious!! The pana cotta has a lottle too much sauce so we ordered it with sauce on the side the next night.

This property is a 5 star property. Decor and rooms were great. Walk into Ravello from the hotel. The staff helped with reservations in town for food and scooter rental. The on property Michelin star restaurant was awesome. The dining experience was top notch including many little extras. They had guitar or piano nightly.

Palazzo Avino is magical. I had the most amazing stay here. It is the most charming hotel I have ever visited. Every corner feels like a scene from a movie. It offers the most stunning views while still being just steps from the heart of Ravello. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. The concierge was so great to us. Every member of the team went above and beyond with warmth and professionalism. Whether it was arranging transport, offering recommendations, or simply greeting me each morning, their kindness made me feel like a cherished guest rather than just a visitor. Palazzo Avino is an experience and memory I’ll treasure forever. I can’t wait to return!

Incredible hotel for the views! Beautiful breakfast and room amenities. Only thing that was disappointing is the inside bar wasn’t open and the outside bar didn’t have many seats to accommodate for the evening when it was busy. The service and attention to guests could improve in the terrace restaurant. But overall a wonderful experience and holiday. Massively helped my the upgrade to my parents room for the birthday celebration! Thank you

We stopped at Palazzo Avino in Ravello just to relax with a drink and some pastries, and it was a beautiful experience. The hotel has a wonderful view overlooking the coast, with a pleasant walk to get there and a nice, welcoming crowd and atmosphere. The ambiance felt elegant yet relaxing — a perfect spot to enjoy the Ravello charm. The only downside was there were no one in particular to take our request and I had to search a few times to find someone since it was a busy time.

We stayed here for 2 nights as the last stop of our honeymoon. The rooms are extremely small for the price. Front desk staff Jacopo is very professional and smiles a lot. However the older gentleman there also front dest staff is very rude. He hung up on me when I called front desk for help. I had an issue with heating in the room which was later resolved. But he apparently only talks to men. He asked my husband and I about if the heating is resolved. I said it is but he ignored me and kept asking my husband. Even my husband found this to be odd. I also fed the property cats and accidentally got scratched. (Completely my fault, the cat was very polite and gentle. I just dangled a piece of meat wrong and she wanted to get it and accidentally scratched me.) Japoco immediately got me bandaid and antibiotics for the wound. But this older gentleman kept scolding me for feeding cats repeatedly. Also worth mentioning another staff who is very nice his name is Guiseppe, he tried to fix our AC and carried our bags. Overall this older gentleman at front desk completely soured our experience. Made me live in fear for the duration I was there. For a 5 star property I am surprised he with the attitude he has is working there.

For the price being charged, this property is far from spectacular. Let’s start with the room: it was extremely small, and the bathroom clearly hadn't been properly renovated. The shower was in such dirty and poor condition that every time we used it, water flooded half the bathroom. Despite reporting the issue and repeatedly requesting fresh towels to manage the flooding, no one from maintenance ever showed up to fix it. Additionally, the room had flimsy window blinds that did nothing to block out the light. We were already disturbed by outside lighting at night, and by 6 AM, the full sunlight was streaming in, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. We also had absolutely no WiFi in the room not even enough to check the emails which again isn’t up to standards if you set this kind of price point at the hotel. Prior to booking, we called the hotel to ask about the private beach. We were told it was a short ride—less than 15 minutes—and that transportation was available at any time. In reality, the shuttle runs only once an hour (or less), and spots are limited. Unless you reserve in advance, you may not get a seat and will have to wait. On top of that, the ride actually takes at least 30 minutes due to Ravello’s infamous traffic lights, which can delay you by 10–15 minutes or more—none of which was mentioned to us. Even more frustrating, the beach club closes at 16:30, which drastically limits how much time you can actually spend there after such a delayed and restricted journey. This early closure seems to be a combination of hotel policy and the fact that the beach loses sunlight by that hour. However, despite specifically calling the hotel beforehand to ask about the beach arrangements, the operating hours were never communicated to us. That lack of transparency really impacted our experience. The staff wasn’t apologetic about this or about the issues with the room, overall the attitude was quite rude. The food at the beach club was also underwhelming. The pasta alla Nerano was especially disappointing—bland and forgettable, more like pasta with cheap pesto than anything you’d expect from a luxury property. While the setting is undeniably picturesque and very “Instagrammable,” the experience falls far short of what you’d expect at this price point. It simply doesn’t deliver the service, consistency, or overall quality you’d find at true luxury hotels like Belmond, Four Seasons, or Aman.

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to! The ice cream here had an incredibly rich and intense flavor - especially the pistachio, which was absolutely amazing. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself! 🍦

I don’t particularly like this ice cream, I have had much better on the Amalfi Coast. But of course you can try it, it’s probably the flavor - I chose something with Nutella.

Incredible gelato! Tried two flavours - fior di pistachio and cremanio. Both were amazing but the Ricotta cheese with pistachio was exceptional! So far the best gelato in Ravello!

THE BEST GELATO IN ITALY!! Believe me! I am living almost for 3 years in Italy and tried soooo many gelatos but here was way more better than anything I tried before. Now I have a new standard and I am sure I should come back to meet my expectations. Even if you don't like gelato, order one and enjoy the taste. Pistachio, nocciola (hazelnut), cheesecake and sorbet (lemon) were all amazing.

We stopped at this charming cafe shortly after arriving in in Ravello. The patio had a wonderful view of the surrounding villages and mountains. The service was great and the food and drinks excellent. My wife raved about the tuna pannini, “the Beethoven”. Toilet was sparkling clean. Overall a nice choice in this lovely town.

Looking for a light lunch served with personality and an amazing side of deliciousness. The sandwiches were extremely fresh and so full of flavor. I had a turkey sandwich on ciabatta with a hint of mayo!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 it was so filling and gave me exactly what I wanted in a lunch on the patio type of feel! My aunt ordered tuna on homemade bread with olives and that tuna was so fresh. It was as if they, caught it and prepared it moments before we arrived. But the best part of our lunch was the staff. I’m such a stickler for service that when it’s outstanding, I have to highlight it. Everyone was so nice and personable. We asked our server to take a pic of us and we’ll be left us with a little gift, himself. Lol!

This was our local spot for our 5 days in ravello. Great coffee - especially if you request it “forte” (strong). We also loved the chicken salad and had that most days as it’s hard to find a non pizza / pasta option. Excellent people watching in the piazza and a lovely feel!

super delicious. outdoor seating in the plaza a plus. being a protein lifter, i needed a spot that could hook up double chicken, they readily obliged with a delicious arugula and fresh greens salad! Very friendly and quick service. minimal language barrier, the waiters can figure out what you want with ease. may have to wait for a table, but it was only a 10m wait. love it.

After visiting Ravello this was a good spot to get some refreshments and snacks. We ordered a Ravello pizza and some beer. Pizza was not that tasty lacking some sauce and salami and there was too much dough to digest. Beer was good at least. On the other hand the location and the ambiance is perfect. Service was not bad.

We had lunch as a group of 9 and loved everything. The seafood pasta, lemon tagliolini, and lamb were all outstanding. Deliziosa al Limone and Tiramisu were perfect desserts. The quality of the food clearly reflected the experience of the owner, a very kind and professional lady. Great wine, lovely atmosphere — highly recommended if you’re in Ravello!

Service - waitress seemed to have a bad day, couldn’t smile. Not sure if we offended her by asking for a table with a nice view. Took away one person’s fork without replacement. Reluctantly gave olive oil and vinegar to some people at the table while ignoring others. The staff generally seem to lack enthusiasm.

I was really looking forward to having lunch in this place. The setting is wonderful; it overlooks a beautiful valley of farmland and orchards in the quaint town of Revallo above the Amalfi coast. Unfortunately, I wish the food was as inspired as the view. The lasagna was heavy and lacked the appropriate balance of cheese and sauce. It featured small meatballs embedded in the dish, which seemed odd. The Tagliolini Con Crema Di Limone E Brunoise had an overpowering lemon sauce that would have been great if they had toned it down several notches. It was just too pungent. The dish came with amber jack, a delicious subtropical fish. Unfortunately, the portion was literally less than the size of my thumb. For 24 euros, I was expecting something a little more substantial than less than 50 grams of fish. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience.

I honestly didn’t expect the pizza to be this good — and the stunning view made it even better. During my trip to Italy, this was easily one of the best pizzas I had. I was lucky enough to get a table right at the entrance with a beautiful view, which definitely added to the experience. The only downside was the very slow service — so just be prepared to wait a bit. Still, absolutely worth a visit. 👍🏻🍕

We went there after long day and at 5 pm I guess we only find here open. We were so satisfy about the quality of the pizza and service. The staffs are very friendly and can speak English and they are very respectful. We enjoy our food and pizza. The portion of pizza and fries are so good. I only give 4 stars because we ordered one salad ( green salad) which mostly os lettuce only with some pieces of orange which costs 14€ which in my opinion is not worth it. But the rest is good. We paid totally 74 € for 2 pizzas and salad and fries and espresso at the end. The coffee tastes fantastic

This was a recommendation from our Italian cooking class hosts—and we’re so glad we came. It’s clearly popular for a reason. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table for two, but it was absolutely worth it. Hands down the best pizza we had in Italy—the dough was incredibly light, so you didn’t leave feeling heavy or bloated, and it was cooked to perfection. We shared a margherita and a salad for a light lunch, and it was just right. The service was also excellent: friendly, quick, and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

See that others have given a very good rating, but our experience wasn't so good. Placed a delivery order of risotto with polpo (octopus) but couldn't find the polpo, just flavored at 14 euros or $16.38 usd (not sure if it was Aborio rice either). Also ordered eggplant parmigianna at 14 euros or $16.38 usd (was ok) both were very small sized containers for the price. Also 1 of the 2 dishes came with French fries, French Fries in Italy? A side dish for risotto or eggplant parm? Seems like they're getting too Americanized!

We are visiting Italy and started in Venice, then Rome and now are in Ravello. The pizza was wonderful, and while there are a few seats (maybe 3) inside, it’s best to take the pizza over to the courtyard or a viewing area near by to people watch or just enjoy the scenery. It didn’t feel touristy and the gentleman who helped us was kind and spoke English well. We enjoyed a margarita pizza, a pizza with sausage, peppers and onions, as well as one with buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms and sausage. We also got one large beer and three waters. Our bill was around 47,50 euros. We highly recommend grabbing a bite here if you are staying in this area.

Great spot for inexpensive pizza in Ravello. However don't go for the pasta. It's pre-made in the morning, and it's just heated/microwaved if you order. The pasta was dry and hard, there was water in the plate. Don't order the pasta.

I keep having the best pizza of my life during our Amalfi Coast trip! This light lunch did not disappoint! Great pizza place close to the town center. Worth the 5 minute walk from the Duomo. Pizza is amazing- great, friendly and helpful staff. Cool views from the shop if you choose to eat in. Takeaway is primary option but there are about 4-5 tables inside to eat at. Recommend the one closest to the window to enjoy the scenes passing by the window. Price is much better than in the town center. Grazie mille!

The visit here quickly became a highlight of my day due to the warm and welcoming nature of the brother and sister who run this local pizzeria. The chef has worked as a pizza chef all over the globe and it shows in his pizza which was delicious. I couldn’t recommend more - a giant pizza for only €9, and no service fee! They gladly wrapped up the rest for me to take away. An amazing price for Ravello and the restaurant has stunning views out onto Ravello, nice and quiet away from the main square. Make this your day trip lunch spot in Ravello!

A gem. The view down the valley to Atrani is spectacular, the pizzas and pastas are a highlight. The service is kind and friendly and the prices are a little better than in the centre of Amalfi or Ravello for instance. There is a delightful range of tiramisu choices too. Definitely a romantic setting for dinner. It is possible to take a bus up to Pontone from Amalfi or down from Ravello but this is very limited.

stopped for a late lunch and got to sit at a beautiful overlook of atrani after hiking up from amalfi. The food was amazing and good value. Shortly after we left, we started hiking up the torre dello ziro and unfortunately a women had fallen and broke her ankle. The ambulance didnt understand English but greatfully we were able to come back to this resteraunt where the staff called the ambulance (during their busy rush hour). 10/10 staff.

We were very excited to come to the place as all the reviews seem great and the pictures look very appetizing. Unfortunately, we did not get the experience we were looking for. We ordered zucchini calamari, margarita pizza and spaghetti with zucchini and “local sourced cheeses”. The calamari was very chewy (I know, squid is supposed to be chewy) but in a way where it was very unappetizing. The zucchini spaghetti was oily and didn’t taste like much of anything, even though it looked great online and in person. The pizza was okay. To end, service was not amazing either. We didn’t get checked up on, asked if we needed anything, and ultimately I had to get up to ask for the check after trying to flag the server down a couple of times. All together not great.

The atmosphere was nice, as there were cats around who were open to petting and feeding. The food was okay, I recommend the bruschetta, but the pizza was not fresh as it was readymade and heated up. The lemon juice was really nice and tasty, although adding some sugar might help as it is quite sour. The service was good, as the food was provided in decent time and the waiters were also nice. Also, it is not very expensive. Overall the place was okay.

Their lemon desserts are pretty good. The coffee/cappuccino is so-so, nothing amazing. It’s fairly touristy and a bit overpriced. Taft is nice. Worth stopping by for water and coffee, or a lemon pastry.

Charged €4 for a simple Lemon Soda, which normally costs €1 everywhere else in Amalfi, even in tourist spots. No price was shown beforehand. Feels like they charge based on who you are. Disappointing experience — wouldn’t recommend.

The location was great right in the small city center! There is Free wifi connection 👍but it is a bit overpriced compared to other places around however Ravello is a hidden remarkable touristic place! Though for one time break at Ravello center to break and enjoy some sun and coffee it won't be a problem!

We have been to this location several times and it looks like the restaurant is now under new management. It’s a beautiful setting - a wonderful atmosphere for taking a break and enjoying the views over Amalfi. The food was just average, I’m sorry to say. (And the prices were quite high.) We live in Naples, we dine out a lot and know what to expect especially when paying €30 or more for a pasta dish. Sadly, this ain’t it. The best dish was the pasta w ragu. The appetizers were also tasty. The pasta w zucchini and shrimp was a miss. We come to Ravello often, we’ll have to look for a new spot…

Garden Ravelo Ristorante is an absolute MUST while in Ravello. From the moment we walked in, Fabio- the owner, treated us like family! His family has owned the hotel and ristorante since the 1960’s. The carpaccio was the perfect start to preceded his Nonna’s Heritage Ragú Pasta- the best we have ever had. Followed by the most delicious pork belly to finalize our meal. The warmth you feel from the staff paired with the delicious meal and most perfectly picked wine made our final night in Ravello one we will never forget. P.S. they have a fantastic Tequila selection ;)

A private terrace was made available exclusively for us, which created an intimate and very special setting for the evening. The food and drinks were absolutely outstanding, and the staff delivered impeccable service from start to finish. A very special thank you goes to the owner, Fabio, who helped us organize everything in advance. He was always available whenever we had questions and personally took care of us on the night of the event. His dedication and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and heightened our excitement for the big day even more. We first discovered this place in the summer of 2025 during a romantic dinner for two, and we instantly fell in love with both the cuisine and the ambiance. It was clear from that moment that this was the perfect location for our Get Together celebration – and it exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly memorable experience.

We were there for the live music event they hold on Mondays. Everything was amazing. They accommodated our group even when it wasn't easy to fit us in. The food was incredible, servers were beyond kind and helpful and the fun atmosphere of the live music was completely infectious. I cant recommend this place more, it left an amazing impression that will certainly be a lasting memory.

It’s a good place to have lunch or dinner with a view. Catalana prawns were awesome and the sauteed mixed seafood very good. We will come back for sure !! It’s not cheap but the gintonic in the terrace was great too! Worth it! Also service is good.

The view alone— perched high above the sea-is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the warm, attentive service and the incredible food Traveling with a family of seven, ranging from 4 to 49 years old, I was a little hesitant about bringing the kids to such an elegant spot. But the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Our waiter was not only professional and attentive, but also joked around with the kids and made them feel completely welcome. They were happy to offer half or smaller portions for the little ones, which made the meal so much more enjoyable for everyone. The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared, and every dish we ordered was full of flavor ano beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to end an amazing day in Ravello-elegant, relaxed, and welcoming to all ages. Highly recommended!

Petty liars, the bill listed a bottle of wine for a higher price than the menu, two desserts were listed even though we only had one. After the remark, they made a stupid face, didn't even apologize. The worst experience in Italy.

We ordered the menu and the food was good, but not exceptional. The price seemed mainly estimated based on the view from the terrace, which was stunning. A nice place to eat overall.

It’s not really worth it. The menu looks good, but it is just okay. To be fair, the ocutpus as antipasti was good, risotto was just okay and the meat was very less. It made the impressions the plates were just warmed up. I was asking for fish and risotto as a side, but that was not possible. The food was coming within 5 minutes and it was not very much. We were still hungry at the end but paid way too much for the quality. The view is nice, but there are better restaurants in Ravello

Amazing place, but most importantly, exceptional service provided by Gulia. She was so compassionate with a wet visitor. An extremely nice person who helped me selflessly.

My partner and I had one of our favorite meals here. The octopus was so fresh and cooked perfectly, the lemon ravioli I will continue to dream about and the seafood pasta was incredible. In addition to the amazing food, the service was above and beyond. Every person we encountered was so attentive and made sure we were well looked after. After dining at a few places in Ravello, this was by far our favorite. The gardens and the view make the experience truly amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had one of the best lunches of our three week trip here at Ristorante Raffaele. The bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella was incredibly fresh and tasty with an amazing olive oil. Many had the fish specially which was a grouper type fish. The season and sauce was highly touted and exceeded expectations. The pasta with meat sauce was better than grandma's:). Service was special and the views spectacular. I would make time to dine here at least once.

My husband and I spent the day with Chiara on her gorgeous property, and it was our very favorite day in Italy, and the best food we had in Italy hands down. Chiara’s love for people and passion for authentic italian cooking is contagious. Anyone who gets the chance to spend the day with Chiara in her home, learning how to cook a mouthwatering bolognese and meatballs, and drinking her delicious wine and limoncello are incredibly lucky!!

If you somehow found this review, stop what you're doing and book this class right away. We were in Italy for 2 weeks and this cooking class was by far the best thing we did our the entire trip. It's a little pricey, sure, but it's a full day event (I think we were there from 10am-5pm), the views are stunning, Chiara lights up any room she walks into, you are fed well from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave and the wine is flowing all day. I'll remember this experience for the rest of my life - it was worth every penny. Pro tips : 1) Reach out and book this at least 3-6 months in advance. The classes fill up quickly 2) Don't hike up from Amalfi, take a taxi instead. We fully regretted hiking up. Thank you Chiara for such an incredible day!!

One of the best experiences of my life! My husband and I went 7 years ago on our honeymoon and we still talk about this experience. The lemon chicken is on my weekly rotation and a favorite among all my guests. This is my top recommendation for MUST DO in Italy

This was the highlight of our trip! Lots of fun, vino rosso & food! Go on an empty stomach. Chiara was amazing and funny. We felt like family! I would highly recommend!

Obviously food was special...the event is unique. Family owned and run for generations in a home over looking the sea on the Amalfi coast. Lemons the size of grapefruit, tomatoes as sweet as sugar and conversation filled with old world etiquette and charm. Truly the highlight of an already special place. Not cheap but well worth it.
