Shopping
Nestled in the heart of Augusta, the Augusta Mall stands as a premier shopping destination and one of Georgia's largest retail hubs. With its inviting architecture and bright corridors, this mall offers an enjoyable atmosphere for visitors looking to indulge in some retail therapy. Home to over 140 stores, including popular names like Apple, Michael Kors, and Barnes & Noble, it caters to diverse tastes with both high-end boutiques and trendy specialty shops.
Spacious walkable mini restaurants for food court. Continues to have a full showcase of shops and venues for all.

I'm sorry that there are so few shoe stores. At my age I wouldn't be visiting more often . Most people were almost naked. Young and old. Even the little ones. Lord, have mercy. There is nothing left to be imagination. Not to malls fault but the parents. They even attend school dressed that way, and the churches aren't far behind. But I think that I will try out that food court. Seems to be a great place to invite someone for lunch.
Sandra B — Google review
Augusta Mall is on the smaller side compared to others, but it has a decent selection of stores. The main anchors are Macy’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and JCPenney. Sears is closed now, but there’s a good-sized Barnes & Noble with a Starbucks inside, which is a nice touch. The rest of the stores are typical smaller shops, and the food court is decent as well
Aracelis S — Google review
Be sure to visit the Journey's store at the Augusta Mall. They have a great selection of shoes. The store has a new manager and a great staff. I have bought a good number of shoes there, including DocMartins, Reels, and Hados. The carry stuff the other stores don't and the prices are pretty good.
H M — Google review
The mall itself is nice but management needs to have a talk with the guys that offer to clean your shoes outside of Champs. They are very rude and harassing. I always avoid them when I go in there.
Marques J — Google review
Great mall. It’s been around a long time. Macy’s, Foot locker and a lot of all other stores. There is a Barnes and Noble where I love to browse. Every major retail company is represented. Maybe the mall needs to be updated a little bit. Kudos to the great women an men who work there.🙏🏾
Zotaud D — Google review
This mall has a booth called adventure rides and it's motorized stuffed animals and my daughter and I had a really fun time riding these around the mall! We went to Build A Bear and the employees were really nice and helpful. We went to both Lids stores and the employees there helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Every store was neat and clean. This was my second trip to this mall and I have experienced a good time both visits!
Christine B — Google review
This mall is huge. It’s not dead. Large anchor stores. They are fully stocked too. There are multiple levels. Multiple security guards. Late food court with nice selections. The walking space is perfect. There’s something for everyone here. Lots of restaurants around the perimeter, as well as other stores to shop.

Farmers Markets
Good Earth Produce & Garden Center is a charming spot that offers a delightful combination of an indoor farmers market and a greenhouse, making it an ideal destination for those who appreciate gardening and healthy eating. The center boasts an extensive selection of plants and trees, along with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and frozen products. Visitors can also find local syrups, honey, sauces, and other treats. Additionally, the staff is known for their helpfulness and the store's cleanliness.
Best garden center and nursery in Augusta! The staff knows what they are doing and are happy to help. Also management has put a lot of thought into the garden center and nursery focusing on quality, plant health, and everything you need for pampering your plant(s). Plenty of organic options and they offer repotting services, so I did not have to buy a whole bag of soil when repotting houseplants. On my most recent trip they even put some soil in a little container for me to take home in just the amount I needed, which was perfect. Will definitely be returning if any of my plants need anything. Highly recommend for your gardening needs. :)

So glad I found this place. The flowers are beautiful. The houseplants are even better. Many exotic and rare plants. Prices were reasonable. Inside there are fruits and vegetables for sale. Local honey, jam, eggs, milk, cheese straws, etc. Employees were kind and helpful. They do have a military discount!

I absolutely love going to this place. It makes my heart so happy. The fresh veggies are so good. And the frozen section even is so amazing. Thuer frozen biscuits are the absolute best buscuits ive ever had. The plant section outside is another favorite of mine. Especially during rhe fall. They have photo op sections and pumpkins galore. They have trees you wouldnt usually find. And activities for the small kiddos. Totally worth the go. Only downside is no fresh turneric. Lol.

2025-03: I continue to be impressed with so many aspects of this business. The latest visit had us looking at succulents primarily, but also wanted to see what they had for Clematis and Coleus. So many new Coleus cultivars. 🩷 But the succulents.. very nice. 2021: Came here to check out their storefront and see all the new garden center arrivals. Was very impressed with the customer service in both areas. We were greeted by friendly employees, asked if we needed any assistance and got knowledgeable answers to the questions we did have. The plants in the garden center were well cared for with a great selection of a large variety of plants, flowers, and trees. The storefront was exceptionally clean with a decent selection of produce and various local vendors products for sale, including grits, pasta, honey, candies, salsas, dressings, jams/jellies/preserves, and other sauces. Also a small refrigerated and freezer section. Left with some absolutely delicious red seedless grapes, stone milled grits, kettle chips, a few candies, and some beautiful plants to be planted in my yard. I will absolutely be returning here for garden plants and to get some of the delicious foods offered in the store. Highly recommend.

I love this place. I visit here at least 6 times a month to either buy some plants or pickup some groceries. A few of the nice ladies there even know my face. I’ve been coming to them for about 4 years now and I have always loved their customer service and variety. Which is why 1 month ago, I chose to let them repot two of my plants for me (a birds of paradise and a monstera) bc they had outgrown their original planters. However, over the last 3 weeks I’ve been noticing that both plants have been getting sick. It starts with the leaves developing black spots on them to the eventually it taking over the whole leaf. Now both of my plants are dying more and more each day and I can’t save them. It’s been breaking my heart because I have had my BOP for almost 3 years and my monstera for almost 2. Like majority of my plants, I grew them all from a seed. My BOP got up to 5’3” in height. My monstera had gotten so big that it had leaves everywhere. Both plants were in very healthy condition prior to me having the young lady from good earth repotting them for me. Both plants are in the same location they were in prior to repotting. Both still get the same amount of sunlight and adjusted the watering accordingly. I have tried to come up with another reason as to why this is happening, but I can’t because my other plants are as healthy as can be. These two are the only ones that are dying off and this is like losing my child. So naturally, the common denominator is good earth. I’m not sure what was done wrong, but something definitely happened to make my plants die off like this. I took them to good earth to allow them to repot them because I trusted them. I was wrong. Now I wish i would’ve just did it myself. I’m losing my babies and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. Not to mention i paid over $70 for them to repot them with fresh chunky soil. Again, this is a great store and the people there are great, but this saddens me greatly. This is the ONLY reason I’m giving them 3 stars

I always wanted to support small and family owned businesses therefore I chose to go Good Earth.from time to time over the last few years ! Until today! Yesterday I bought 2 plants there and realized later that one of them isn’t the type of I wanted. So I went back there today to return it with the receipt and I asked if I could return it or get a gift certificate, but the manager told me “ No everything you buy here is final because we also sell food here and haven’t you seen our sign “! Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed the sign before because it’s so small compared to their other signs. I think her response is weird because other stores like for instance Publix sells groceries and plants too and there you can return them ! Therefore I will from now on buy my plants somewhere else where customer service and loyalty is still honored!

Brought pumpkins here. Reasonable time to unload... maybe a little over an hour. Got to do a little shopping so that's always a plus!

This is a cool little market and plant store. There are a plethora of plants and tree varieties available. The market has a wide variety of fruits and vegetables along with some frozen products in freezers. The staff is courteous, and the store is immaculate. Parking is plentiful, and the disabled parking spaces are at the front entrance. There are three of them. The store has expanded over the years. It used to be half the size it is now. It's located on Davis Road. It's a little pricey, but understandably so since it seems as if it's locally owned.

Nestled in the heart of Augusta, Farmhaus Burger is not your typical burger spot; it’s a haven for gourmet burger lovers. Here, you can craft your own culinary masterpiece with an array of unique toppings and options that cater to all dietary preferences. From a succulent bison burger topped with cabernet grilled onions to a zesty organic turkey option slathered in spicy sriracha sauce, there’s something for everyone.
Great experience! A little weird at first because nobody greets you, and you have to pick what you want while standing and then go order at a counter before being seated. But after that, the food was outstanding and the drinks tasted great! I would definitely go back next time I'm in town!
Dominic — Google review
I visited Farmhaus in Martinez for the first time yesterday and was excited to try it out. I ordered the lamb burger, which was actually quite good—good enough that I took a few pictures and was planning to leave a 5-star review. However, before leaving, I used the restroom and was shocked to see one of the kitchen staff—likely in his 40s—use the bathroom stall and return straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly ruined the whole experience for me. It’s unsettling to realize that the food I just enjoyed may have been prepared by someone with unwashed hands. I’m sharing this not out of spite, but in the hope that management will take this seriously and retrain staff on basic hygiene protocols. Cleanliness and food safety are non-negotiable in a restaurant, and I truly hope this was an isolated incident.

Fun, good, little restaurant to eat at. We are always looking for local restaurants to eat at when we are out of town. We found this one and had a good lunch and breakfast here. It is a brunch type place which we prefer. I would say that it is worth a try if you are in the area.
Ryan M — Google review
Burgers are delicious! They are juicy and packed with flavor at every bite. My only issue was with their fries as I found them too salty for my taste. But I learned you can ask them with no salt and it “fixed” my dining experience. Service is upbeat, but is a result of how busy this place gets sometimes. I like it here, and will definitely return.
Lo V — Google review
While in town, I had a taste for a good burger, and Farmhaus did not disappoint. Ask for the fries to be crispy! Customer service was good. As for the atmosphere, it is cool- relaxed. It is the upscale version of five guys, with better burgers! I will be back.

You’re delusional if you think this place doesn’t deserve every bit of 5 stars! We were in Augusta for business and stopped by this place and ooooooh my God! Can we get one these in Newnan? Best burger I’ve ever had and booooyyy the fries! So good. Everything was cooked to perfection! But now I’m pissed we don’t have one where I live. Could be worth the 2 hour drive to come back.

Food was great. The guy that brought the food to us was nice. Lady when we walked in wasn't pleasant. She looked like she was miserable and rude. We've never eaten here before. And we were trying to ask her what we do. She huffed. I said there are no menus. She got short with her patience. Hope she has better days.

Outstanding burgers. Been twice, got the blue cheese burger and the farmstyle with an over easy egg. Picture is the blue cheese, with salt and pepper fries. Got the onion rings on the 2nd visit. Recommend either, they were awesome!

Nestled in the heart of Augusta, Georgia, the illustrious Augusta National Golf Club has been a beacon for golf enthusiasts since its inception in the 1930s. Each April, this stunning private club transforms into a vibrant hub as it hosts the iconic Masters Tournament. With its pristine greens and challenging fairways framed by breathtaking azaleas, playing here is an experience like no other—though access is limited to members and their guests.
What else can be said about Augusta other than perfection? Every square inch is gorgeous, every interaction and experience is once in a lifetime. The landscape and landscaping is breathtaking, the concessions are delicious and fairly priced. If you ever get the chance to visit here, jump at it.

Bucket list item for myself and the experience at the Masters lived up to all the hype. It is without question the most beautiful golf course in the world. The staff and patrons all treat you like family. The facilities, food court and shops are impeccably clean. My only criticism is that the logistics of the gift shop could be improved, over an hour to get in and by the time you shop and check out you can plan on missing 2 hours of play. With that being said it still does not devalue the 5 star rating for the experience.
Brent D — Google review
If you ever have a chance to attend, make it happen. I have been quite a few times and always marvel at the beauty. Everything is always in immaculate shape. If the azaleas are blooming, then it's even more of a spectacle. I typically like to come for the par 3 tournament since the players are much looser and will interact with you. One of the last times here, my wife is able to get most of the tournaments players' signatures on her flag. Arnold Palmer even hit me home on one of his shots, which was well worth it getting to meet him and speak for a few minutes. Food prices haven't changed and probably 40 years. You have to get one of their pimento cheese sandwiches it is a true tradition. It is like no other. It's something that will give you lasting memories.

Words cannot describe this Amazing golf course and the Masters event here. You have to be one of the lucky one to experience this, I was fortunate enough to be there and looking forward to going back. I love the Par 3 contest, it's a fun and relaxing atmosphere. You're up close to all the action on every hole. Everything is first class here, so organized. Parking is free, food is inexpensive and the whole place is immaculate. Hope to be back next year!!!!!

The best sporting event anywhere. Free parking. Reasonable ticket prices. Incredibly inexpensive food. Fan behavior is exceptional. Volunteers are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pro shop is stocked with all kinds of Master’s goods. Signage is excellent. Bad behavior by fans is simply not allowed. No cameras or cellphones - so no distractions for players or patrons. The course condition and maintenance is unbelievable. This event is unparalleled.

Pendleton King Park, a 64-acre bird sanctuary located just outside the city center of Augusta, is a beloved destination offering various recreational activities for visitors. Originally leased to the city by the King family in the 1970s, this sprawling park features azalea gardens, walking trails, and an exceptional 18-hole disc golf course. In addition to being a haven for birds, it boasts playgrounds for children, tennis courts, and open spaces ideal for picnics and games.
Multi-faceted park offering something for everyone. It's obvious this is a popular area, as you can see some signs of wear, but it is nicely maintained. As you enter, there is a gazebo which would be nice for gatherings, a picnic or shade. Immediately inside the entrance, there is a fenced area for a Bark Park, and a couple of nicely bricked-in gardens. There is also a paved Azalea Walk. Further along, there is a children's play area which includes some modern equipment, and a music park with instruments they can use to make music. There are also some open areas for activities with plenty of shaded areas and picnic tables. The tennis courts look a little worn, but still very usable. There is also a disc golf course on property The mixed elevations throughout make it more interesting. There's a lot to this park, as you can see by my photos.
StevePotts — Google review
It's a park with several trails, making it fun to walk around. There's also a dog park near the entrance. During our walk, we came across a fallen tree that was blocking the entrance to one of the trails. Overall, we liked the park, but we're not sure if it's being well-maintained.
HJ C — Google review
Finally got to see this park. Walked my dog on the trail. It’s not packed, you can walk the trails peacefully while enjoying nature. There’s disc golf, a designated dog park and a small pond with ducks in it (watch out for alligators). Can’t wait til it’s filled with fall colors! It’s still pretty green although some trees already turned yellow.
H C — Google review
Dog park Looks like somebody dropped off Wheelbarrels of mulch and just dumped it in the middle, Did not spread it out just a bunch of little piles. Definitely needs to be maintained. It’s overgrown with brush, there’s trash thrown about, and the gates barely close and lock. Less than desirable dog park. Definitely has potential to be very nice if it were taken care of. Such a shame.
TINA J — Google review
This park has a history from the early 1900s with the land being donated to a group that has maintained it all these years. The disc golf course is very well designed and a number of holes have been redone due to hurricane Helene with new tee pads, some of the baskets have been replaced with new ones and boasts a wide variety of shots. Par 56.

I love this park! Disc golf, tons of trees and grass and leaves, clean restrooms, a fantastic bark park for the doggos, and real trails to wander down. It's amazing such a great outdoor site is right in the middle of the city of Augusta. This is possibly the best time of year to go for a leisurely stroll here. The flowers are beginning to bloom and it looks like they've added more vegetation to attract some beautiful herons to the park! There always seems to be plenty of parking, too.
Alyce-Hannah W — Google review
favorite place to take the dog - shady walking paths with frisbee golf throughout but very beautiful. dog park area is large and shaded with sides for large and small dogs, a water area with a hose and bins for water, and tons of balls that have been left behind. lake with ducks, flowers, and large open grass areas, as well. usually a handful of dogs walking around on leash and handful in the dog park area. could use a liiiittle more upkeep near the lake area - bit of trash and feel a little bad for the ducks there but over all very beautiful and our go to park.

Frog Hollow Tavern, located on Augusta's Broad Street, is a modern restaurant and bar offering a seasonally-changing menu of New American fare. The executive chef, Sean A. Wight, ensures that the dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients, many of which come from his own farm.
Food, service, atmosphere. The above are the three most important factors for my wife and I when it comes to a restaurant, Frog Hollow delivers all three on a level above the rest in Augusta/Evans area. Ben, our server for multiple visits is fantastic and is one of the main reasons we continue to visit. Having a server that goes above and beyond with request accommodations, knowledge of the menu, and speed of service delivers an excellent dining experience. I would highly recommend asking for him as a waiter. The food is always fresh, tastefully thought out with a variety of options. Frog Hollow compares very favorably as the best food in the area. Desserts and drinks are worth the extra splurge. This is a great place to eat and an easy recommendation to others for an upscale dinner.

I really wanted to like this place and the service was awesome! But the food really left a lot to be desired in general. I ordered the chicken schnitzel dinner and ask for no extra salt on anything. The greens and vegetable on top just had an odd flavor that did not meld well at all. The chicken would have had a good flavor and did on the end that wasn't burnt but one end of the chicken breast was badly burnt and also had an issue, in that who's eating a chicken breast and expects to bite into a bone?! And not just one piece of bone but two! :-( I had also ordered a side of the braised Collard greens, now those were absolutely delicious! The entire meal should have been like the collard greens. It's kind of funny because when I ordered the side of collard greens the server said just so you know they're not like what I'm used to they have a little bit of a sweet taste, to which I replied good they'll be like my mother's were! And not only were they somewhat like my mother's they were actually even better! They had a bit of something else besides the sweetness that gave them a touch of a bite and they were awesome! I left kind of wishing I had just ordered a couple of sides and didn't get the chicken dish. How well live and learn. I can't say if I would return or not next time I was through Augusta simply because I'm not sure it'd be worth it because it's so expensive, to possibly end up with another burnt dish with bones that shouldn't be there

The atmosphere was nice. It was 4 of us. But I didn't take pics of all the food. For starters we tried ceasar salad, butternut squash, and rissoto, which were all tasty. I had shrimp & grits for my entree. Friends had steak & pork shoulder. Everything was wonderful. For dessert we split the cheese cake. My groups only compliant was that the fries were over salted. I love fries and did not finish them because of the salt. The waiter was great as well. It was our first time & would go back. I would even get the fries again but ask for no salt. It came with aeoli sauce.

Me and my boyfriend were passing through on a birthday trip and decided to stop in Augusta, GA for dinner. The server Nicole was very knowledgeable about the menu. The pork belly appetizer was delicious. We ordered the swordfish and the shrimp&grits as our main plate. Oh my gosh.....it was superrrrrrrdelicious. Farm to table, ingredients were fresh, and the great atmosphere matched the amazing food. 10/10 Everyone should try this place

The wife and I visited for our anniversary. Great upscale atmosphere and excellent service. The scallops and pork belly were phenomenal and the timing between appetizers and main entree was acceptable. However, the main course left much to be desired. The butcher steak i ordered was recommended by the chef to be cooked medium, I normally order med rare but I trust the chef. I received a well done piece of what tasted almost exactly like a piece of overcooked roast! The fries were good but I received an almost comically large portion. The wife ordered the snapper with the same truffle fries and she received the same amount of fries as I. We had other people actually looking at our table at the mounds of fries. The drinks we ordered from the bar were fantastic but the water we were served with it was room temperature at best. For dinner with a $127 tab attached, tip came to around $170.....I expected better. I think we will stick to Cork and Flame for the next special event.

This was our first visit. It was our 21st Wedding Anniversary and it couldn't have been better. We started with an oyster appetizer recommended by our EXCELLENT waiter Troy. I wish I had words to explain them. They were Fabulous. Im not a pork eater as people cook it dry. My wife's however was juicy like a steak and you could cut it with a fork. I wanted something seafood. Troy said hands down the crab cake. WOW just WOW!!! Usually they are made with to much filler. Not at Frog Hollow. The Mac and cheese will blow you away. We were both full but decided to carry dinner left overs home and order desert. The peach cobbler was to die for but for me the chocolate mousse cake was off the chain. What surprised me the most? The prices are VERY reasonable when you consider the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the stellar service and the knowledge of our waiter explaining where all the food is resourced from. It was kinda like a farm to fork knowledge we really enjoyed. I've been in the top 1% of reviewers in the United States. Currently with 64 million views. By far this was the best restaurant experience we have had since I started reviewing 25 years ago.!!! I Always rate the restrooms last. My wife said they were spotless. Always a good sign.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. From the hostess, to the bartender, to our wonderful waiter ( and I wish I could remember his name!) everyone was so nice. The Rind and shine mocktail was a seasonal sensation (to me). Not too sweet and not over powering just a sweet and subtle balance. The recommended wine went perfectly with my Pan Seared Diver Scallops. I cannot remember the last time I had such fresh and delicious seafood! It was paired with Charleston rice and Peach and Cucumber Salsa. Everything was freshly made in house. I think the only thing that is not prepared there is the bread. This was our first time patronizing and won’t be our last. We came to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was so sweet they gave us these cute little momento cards. 10 out of 10! You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the worst experience at a Huddle House. Placed an online order through the huddlehouse.com website... said our order would take 25 min, no problem. At 25 min, kept getting told 5 more minutes, 40 minutes later waited again. When our order was ready it was all either incorrect or severely undercooked. The fries in 3 of our basket orders(fried pickles, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks) were all undercooked & soggy; the egg whites on my husband's eggs were so undercooked they were clear in many areas, the butter pecan prailine Pancakes I ordered w paid toppings not only didn't have either of the paid toppings but didn't have a single pecan and soooo much more on the other items we ordered. As I was still in the parking lot, I walked in and gave all the food back, then requested a refund of the nearly $70 I spent. I was told that because I ordered online, (through their own company), they can't refund my order. I have to contact the CORPORATE OFFICE which of course isn't even open on weekend and ZERO ability to speak to someone...

The food was good and my waitress was friendly. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed my meal. The service was a little slow but they had a lot of people today and overall it was a very good experience.

Just left and checked the 3 orders when I got home (I started to check it before the left, as is my usual habit, but I was running late to work), so I was quite surprised to see that no cheesy eggs or turkey sausage were in my French Toast Platter, no hash browns were in one order, but I had 2 cups of fresh fruits! I called the number on the receipt but it's no good. I'll return and see what happens. TBH, they were very busy. The place was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and professional. Lekeisha, Jessica, Mike, and Keith 🙂

We had a grilled chicken sandwich and an order of ribeye steak. The food was ok but the waitress dropped one of our drinks on the floor next to us. Thankfully nobody got soaked but it was a bit careless and almost ruined our dinner. Service in general was also a bit slow paced, with a lot of wait between drink orders, food orders and general refills. I guess since there was only one waitress (and two grill operators) working, it was the be expected. Food was ok given the circumstances but not the best of course.

Great food and service. Johnovan is a excellent server. The $5.99 combo's are a good deal.

The waitress we had was having a bad day, but she was very nice and apologetic. The food was good as usual. Thank goodness!!We had a waffle combination, strawberry pancake combo and hash browns with everything. Delicious!! Coffee wasn't strong enough, but at least it was hot.

Our waiter Freddie was AWESOME! His customer service skills are superb!!! The restaurant was nice and clean. The food was awesome. The menu is extremely extensive. There are many different choices above that of Waffle House. Eat here and you shouldn't be disappointed. Thank me later.

Fast food restaurant
Krystal is a well-established fast-food chain known for its square burgers, breakfast items, and kids' meals. The restaurant prides itself on friendly service and extremely clean facilities. Customers have noted the enjoyable dining experience with tasty food and good value for portions served. The location has been commended for its cleanliness and efficient management compared to other local spots. Despite occasional slower service at the drive-thru, the staff remains friendly and helpful, ensuring hot and delicious food.
I had to try the "southern White Castle". I was impressed. Drive thru was quick. Order was correct. I got the 4 Krystal Cheese Combo with fries and a drink. Steamed buns. Good burgers. The fries were good, but next time I'm getting tots. Good value. I could have had more, but 4 was filling. Next time I'm trying the Pup sampler. I'll be back.

Waited at the counter for at least five minutes before someone finally addressed me. Manager was sitting in the lobby on his cell phone? After another five minutes someone finally took my order. It took another 15 minutes for them to fill the order, the whole time the manager is sitting in the dining room on his cell phone, not paying any attention to the lack of customer service. This store and it’s employees are a complete disgrace. The manager should be immediately fired.
Ted K — Google review
This probably is one of the cleanest Krystal’s I have ever been to. I don’t know who the manager is right now, but they are doing a great job compared to a few other local spots around town. Can’t beat the price right now on a sack full! Check this place out one day for lunch. Probably some of the best fast food for the money.
Andrew L — Google review
I stopped eating at Krystals years ago because the service was always terrible and none of the ones I knew of had a rating higher than an 87. This one however is the best I have ever seen. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rating is 100. I'm still not the biggest fan of the burgers because they usually have sat in the warmer making the bun soggy but everything else especially the junk yard fries are A1.
Aisha E — Google review
This location sucks screaming cash only soon as you pull up to drive thru. Sounded like no body wanted to work. I had cash pull off because with that attitude wouldn't trust them fixing my food.
David J — Google review
Very friendly service. Fast. Extremely clean facilities. Staff seemed to actually enjoy their jobs and even if they don't, that's not supposed to be evident to a customer. Had never been to Krystal for breakfast before, but the food was tasty and a good value for the portions served. Of course I probably don't want to know the calorie and sodium content, but unless you're making your own at home, when you go out to eat, it is what it is.

I went to the drive thru to order some food at 9:59 and the lady came on and say we close. There is a sign on the door that states open. Never will come back again!

Italian restaurant
Augustino's Italian Eatery and Prime Steaks is a renowned dining spot located at the Augusta Marriott. This upscale restaurant offers a delectable fusion of Southern-inspired prime steaks and classic Italian pasta dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
My wife and I decided to try this place out on date night. I could not have been more pleased. The steak and potatoes were phenomenal. I ordered medium rare and it came out perfect. My wife’s shrimp and grits were fantastic as well. We will definitely be back.

I wanted to reach out to thank you for a fantastic dinner for me and Diane. Your restaurant made our 41st anniversary very special. I want to give a shout out to your staff, especially the chef and Eric. The presentation was top shelf and the dishes were excellent. Eric helped us decide what we should have for our appetizer, artichoke dip, and my braised pork shank would also be good with the mashed potatoes and the chicken parmigiana would be a good choice for Diane. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Scott

Fatin is the most amazing staff member there! She’s goes above and beyond to make the experience one to cherish. We went there last year and she actually remembered us, what we ordered and where we sat. They are lucky to have such a pleasant employee that stuck around so long-hope she is paid well. People like her are hard to come by-it helps make people want to return. The food is divine, dessert delish. Prices reasonable .

I was in Augusta for the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival and the sky opened up and rained. We decided to stay in our hotel and have dinner at Augustino‘s at the Augusta Marriott. After looking up the restaurant, I found that I needed a reservation. We found that we didn’t need one. They had a smaller staff than usual because the festival included many food venues, but the rain forced everyone to seek indoor restaurants. We appreciated the honesty of Shay, the hostess and Doug, the manager, as they went ahead and cleared a table for me and my sisters. The service was incredible from the time that the manager poured our drinks for us to the time that Brandi, our waitress, came to take the order everything was great! The food that came was hot, looked appealing, tasted fabulous. No one had a complaint about anything. The calamari was fantastic. I am used to it being chewy, but it was very easy to eat. We also had spaghetti and meatballs, shrimp and grits, and shrimp and pasta. Everything had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I appreciate how hard they worked to create an inviting atmosphere. The rain caused a larger number of patrons than was unexpected for this evening. Every that worked from the wait staff to the cooking staff, appeared to be extremely pleasant and moved like a fine oiled machine. As we finished our meal we heard Doug, the manager tell his staff thank you for stepping up to the challenge they experienced tonight.

The shrimp gumbo is pretty good and the omelets are freshly made. Overall everything I tried was great! Amd do make a reservation it's a must!

Thanksgiving was truly delicious, The service was efficient, staff friendly and engaged. The food was plentiful with an open bar, appetizer bar with dips, veggies, cheeses, smoked salmon, etc. The food layout went from cold foods to hot with all the fixins you'd expect for turkey day, plus extras like Augustinos lasagna. The dessert bar had all the favorites, plus some little bites. If you left hungry, it's your own fault.

Overall: 4.8 Service: 5 Food: 5 Value: 4.5 Atmosphere: 5 Come back again? YES! I love Augustino’s! We went there for my mom’s birthday. Our waitress was very professional in her service, and food came in a good pace. We enjoyed all the dishes; each one of them was high-quality and delicious. I really recommend the calamari, seafood risotto, and scallops. They were amazing! The food are on the pricy side, but taste wise they are worth it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great also; it’s perfect for family celebrations, date nights, and formal dinners. I would definitely come back again!
Song T — Google review
Staff were amazing. Very nice sitting us down and Erik our waiter was awesome. Started out with some mussels which with the toast dipped in the mussel liquid was amazing. Had Filet and asparagus very good steak cooked perfectly. Had the Chicken Parm as well and it was not good at all. Sauce was watery No Parmesan on the spaghetti (look at photo) nor even a taste on the chicken. Looking at other pictures from other people looked different tonight and really had no taste. Chicken wasn't overcooked or dry but again had zero seasonings, which was completely different than the steak. Tiramisu was spot on! Cocktail and Wine selection was really good.

Fast food restaurant
Arby's, a fast-food franchise renowned for its roast beef dishes, offers a wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, fries, and shakes. Customers can conveniently place their orders through the user-friendly app, taking advantage of money-saving deals. This establishment prides itself on maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while providing friendly service. The food is consistently fresh and served piping hot, earning it an outstanding rating. When utilizing the drive-thru option, orders are accurately delivered with amiable customer service.
Quick and easy order from the drive thru. Guy working the drive thru was very chill and brought out order to me. Got the 3 for 5 and got fries, a chicken wrap, and drink. Chicken wrap was pretty good, reminded me of the snack wraps they used to carry at McDonalds. Fries was good but a little cold and drink was good. Overall good experience.
Wet S — Google review
This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to. The bun was totally hard like it had been toasted. They use stale buns. For some stupid reason management must have told them not to let cars wait at the drive thru window. They tell you to pull up even when you are the only one in line. The food is not fit to eat.
Tony L — Google review
I went in to order to ensure my orders were correct. We went over my personal order about 4 times, I get back to work and it is still wrong. Ordered a Bacon beef and cheddar, went over it with the cashier who was great by the way and the manager, who seemed to be annoyed as soon as the poor cashier asked her how to ring something up, she seemed annoyed with both myself and the sweet cashier. Well her cook still didn't put any bacon on my sandwich after she the manager rung it up and told him as well. Initially they gave me cold stale curly fries, but I handed those back to them before leaving and asked for fresh ones. My overall experience wasn't horrible, but they really need to work on paying attention to details of orders. I had a couple of other orders as well for my coworkers. This makes me not want to go back, it is frustrating to leave work on a 30 minute break and have your order messed up and you can't go back. Tried calling the store like 6 or 7 times, no one ever picked up.
Shanta L — Google review
I feel like Arby’s is Arby’s, but this location just isn’t it. The quality is way off from what I’ve had at other Arby’s. I don’t know what’s going on here, but it’s consistently disappointing. It’s like the love (and the flavor) didn’t make it into the bag. And it’s not the staff, they were wonderful… although y’all do need to pay them more.
Britt S — Google review
I went in to grab lunch. The young lady that took my order was extremely rude. If I asked for sauces, I got an eyeroll....as I tried to say thank you, she walks off without even acknowledging me. Other than her not so happy to help attitude, the food was great!!
Michelle F — Google review
Update: Got a follow up from "the owner" with a link saying "A member of our Guest Support Team will reach out to you to make it right", with a link. I filled out the link and never heard back... I'm sensing a pattern. Long day of driving and thought we would try an Arby's, bad choice. Drive thru and business was slow. Ordered 1 beef and cheddar and 1 classic double (no cheddar) - she repeated it back and was totally wrong. We went thru again and the next time it was correctly repeated back. $17.00!!! for 2 sandwiches? No drinks... just 2 sandwiches. Bummer was we get to hotel and the order is wrong! Seriously, how could this be when we walked thru details. There is no receipt so we don't have anything to stand on or verify so caveat emptor once more. Good news is that we will not pass this way again. Oh, and the drive thru is so bumpy it's like hitting the moguls and 90 mph.
L D — Google review
I dont eat here but maybe once or twice a year. Why?! Because it’s an absolute waste of money and a let down EVERY SINGLE TIME! We got a #9 and the chicken was SO over cooked there was literally no chicken left inside the breading. Had to turn around to get ANY Arby’s sauce… I really do not know how this place is still open! Management really needs a refresher course
Katie E — Google review
My vanilla milkshake was forgotten, so I had to ask for it. The food was old, especially the fries, which were soggy. Although they replaced the fries, the new ones were still stale, just hot.
