This place has a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff. We were there for lunch and were told to save room for dessert! There were a lot of good-looking options on the menu. I was looking for a vegetarian option and was happy to see some options for substitutions on their sandwiches as well as salads. I decided on a pimento cheese black bean burger with chips and a BIG piece of chocolate chip banana cake for dessert. The black bean burger had wonderful flavor and was cooked just right. I love pimento cheese and would have liked a little more on my burger, but was happy with my selection. The chips were just standard kettle chips. Others in my party said the pasta salad was really good. We got the full piece of cake to share and it was definitely plenty to share! It was a great dessert choice and is highly recommended! Overall, this was a fun place to check out if in Augusta!

We stopped there for lunch and had a very pleasant meal. The live music was cool, and our server was very dedicated and friendly. The large beer selection was nice, and the Cuban sandwich was phenomenal! Good cakes as well!

We tried the Lumberg Club and the chicken and waffles here! The club was pretty good, but the chicken and waffles were better. I really enjoyed them! The waffles were made of cornbread and served with raspberry butter. I also took the lemon delight cake home, and it was a great dessert for later. The only negative part of my experience was the wait. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, after I ordered, I had to wait around 25-30 minutes for my food.

Stopped in at The Boll Weevil Café & Sweetery and had a great experience. I started with a cup of their house favorite Tomato Apple soup (fire-roasted Fuji apples and carrots in a tomato base). While it wasn’t quite creamy as described, the flavor was still excellent, especially with the fresh grind of black pepper and sea salt. The K-Rock Italian Club on a very fresh ciabatta roll was delicious, and the pasta salad made a perfect side. Karmun’s service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and really added to the meal. The only small drawback was that my plate was a little warped and wobbly, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

After reading the reviews we had to visit. I had the chicken salad. We’re from England and the chicken was shredded and in some kind of sauce, almost like a coronation chicken, not what I expected but nice enough. Service was rushed, I felt like this lunchtime the waiter was just trying to serve as many people as he could. As he cleared our plates he told us he was bringing the bill. Not quite the leisurely experience we are used to but glad we visited non the less.

Tasty dinner and dessert. The shrimp and grits were tasty and very filling. The cake was also very delicious 5/5. Highly recommend coming for the dessert.

The building is old so it has character. I ordered the grilled Jerk Chicken Salad. It was AMAZING! It has clementine orange slices which really complimented the spiciness. My spouse ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and he loved it! Said bun was homemade, soft, and flavorful. They have a variety of desserts made at the bakery next door which are fabulous! Prices are reasonable considering quality of food.

Used to be good years ago. Now cupcakes are always dry no moisture at all. Taste like they put back out cupcakes they haven't sold from days ago. Will not continue giving them a try.

Went into the grovetown location for the first time the other day and instantly loved everything about this beautiful bakery! Immediately smelled incredible and everything was very very clean and shiny and very obvious cared for properly. The lady who served me was very sweet and helped me pick a cupcake flavor to try and recommended the salted caramel and it was absolutely delicious 😋 stuffed with some of the frosting and caramel (I think) syrup of some kind. It was perfect for my sweet tooth, but not overly sweet. The cake itself was very moist as well. I also tried this lemon strawberry square thing. Was kinda like a lemon blondie with thick strawberry frosting. Again not too sweet though and very balanced between the two flavours. Neither overwhelmed the other which I appreciated as a big fan of both.

After reading some of the reviews I was hoping they weren’t true and had to go see for myself because this used to be one of my favorite places to go grab a jumbo cupcake. However, I was not impressed and I’m so sad! The staff were friendly and the bakery was clean and welcoming but the cupcakes are not the same. They are not moist whatsoever. The icing was good but still not as good as I remember.

I’ve ordered twice from here and each time was a horrible experience! The first time was for my own birthday and whoever I talked to said that they would be able to do the cake for me. I even came in to taste test some of their flavors! I placed this order in February with my birthday being in May, so they had plenty of time to get the cake ready. I call the day before my birthday and whoever answered said that my order was never taken down and they do not even do the kind of cake I wanted. I was very upset because now I had to figure out how to find a cake within a day, (even though they offered to “quickly” make one for me but it wouldn’t have been the cake I needed so I declined). Now fast forward to today when it is my sister-in-laws birthday and I placed my order on Tuesday this week with her birthday being on Thursday. That is 2 days in advance. I go and pick up my cake and I get what looks like a toddler made it. I was charged 61 dollars for a cake that, did not have borders on it that I requested because whoever took the order “forgot” to write that down, was more fall themed than Halloween (which is what I requested when I said specifically that it is for an early Halloween party), the icing is at best “rustic” looking but I don’t even know if you could call it that and the lettering is all different sizes not even straight on the cake! I’m never ordering from here again which is very disappointing because the flavors and quality of cake is really good so if that is all you’re looking for then this is right for you but if you want a simple cake to look good then stay away! I also want to point out the three sad pumpkins included on the top that feel randomly placed. This was not a 61 dollar cake.

We loved my son’s Superman cake! And all of the other pastries we ordered. I’ve never had a better eclair in my life, either. We look forward to trying the oven-ready to-go meal selection as well. Thank you! See you soon!

We had our wedding cakes done here. The cakes were delicious, but have to say They definitely need to get organized. A Special Thank you to Miss Hope she came in and decorated our wedding cakes and delivered them.🙏🧡🤗

If you want authentic pastries and baked goods that are fresh and delicious you have to come here! The parking is great, the atmosphere is clean, and staff are super friendly! I got a plain brownie this time which wasn’t anything special but also snagged the German chocolate cupcake and it was the bomb! There are other things that are definitely amazing! Love it!

Fun spot in a great location. Nice fun vibe, can spend lots of time here. Service was excellent, very accommodating. The food was good, but lacked some flavor. Omlette had lots of butter or oil, but I loved the ham and cheese, texture of the egg was perfect. Got a blackberry chocolate cake...looked amazing, but not so great on flavor. I'll give them another try, there so many dishes that looked incredible.

I have enjoyed every experience I’ve had here! The food is very good, I’m partial to the turkey pesto with fries. The outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice, also. The only thing I didn’t love was the iced latte, it was a little watered down. Also, just know that they add 20% automatic gratuity to larger parties without mentioning it before you get the bill. Overall, this is a lovely choice of a lunch spot!

Manuel's blew my husband and I away tonight! This is the perfect date night spot! We will absolutely be coming back here for birthdays, dates, and special events! The atmosphere was perfect: cozy, quiet, calm, and great music. The food was perfect! We got the filet and New York strip meals paired with a red sangria. Make sure to ask for the special sauce for their French Fries! It's so much better than ketchup (it reminds me of Thousand Island sauce). I also thoroughly enjoyed how fresh the caprese salad was and ate it all by myself. For dessert, my husband got Oreo Cheesecake and I got their limited-time chocolate creme brulee. I am so happy we tried this place!! I felt completely in the moment and look forward to coming back here. The neighborhood you drive through to get to the restaurant sets the perfect small-town scene. Thank you for the experience!

We went for our anniversary and enjoyed it so much, my hubby said, "We need to come more often." Our server surprised us with the best cake board ever! ❤️ TY, all for making our day even more special. It was a lunch date; it was AMAZING. The food is fresh and tasty. They have lunch specials, their staff is friendly, and the service is excellent, but what stands out to me the most is the delicious desserts! 😋 🥰 We are definitely going back just for that! If you love coffee (or a cocktail) and cake, you need to go to Manuel's Bread Cafe. It's in a great neighborhood. However, parking may be tight during peak hours and weekends, so plan it out. I recommend making reservations if you go Friday-Sunday.

Manuel’s Bread Cafe offers an excellent dining experience with amazing food, friendly and attentive waiters, and a cozy atmosphere. A great spot for a satisfying meal! I even left my credit card and they called me to let me know lol.

Great place to eat in Hammonds Ferry. The service from Tammy was absolutely outstanding. You could tell she was definitely a veteran at Manuel’s. And even seeing other servers interact with the patrons was comforting to experience. Shout out to Sarah and Reese, they treat you like family and make sure everything is up to par everytime. The food was delicious and I ate my sandwich so quick. The fries are not my style being that they were double fried, a bit too crispy for me but good flavor. The Red Velvet and Blueberry Streusel cake are to die for. The dishes were plated beautifully as well. Definitely a go to for North Augusta.

Had the steak au poivre and let me tell you, i would choose it over a board at Brinkleys all day long. The atmosphere is great, service was excellent. The menu has everything, and there’s so much in the menu i want to go back and try. Even their desserts are made in house and the list is huge. This place is so legit.

I went by to get the lemon custard I have enjoyed here for 51yrs. It is no more. I no longer have a reason to be a loyal customer. After all the years I have had birthday parties and introduced this place to my friends, this is the end of an era. I'm sad. The business seems to be changing its focus and priorities. They don't sell my ice cream flavor or the double scoop cake cone anymore. Coincidence? No! It's a financial/ inventory choice... just like the choice to charge me a fee if I use a debit card there. I am posting my photo in remembrance of what they USED to sell and the service and charm they USED to have. The young workers were trying to explain to me how long it's been since they had the lemon custard ice cream... no sense of care for how I have eaten this ice cream longer than they have lived on this earth COMBINED. I won't be driving from Augusta to North Augusta for mediocrity.

Disclaimer: I can’t really eat ice cream, so I’m sharing my experience and my husband & daughter’s review of the ice cream itself. :-D This place is super cute! And even on a Monday night they were busy. There’s counter seating and additional seating in their “party room”. We decided to get ours to go. Even though there were a lot of people, we were helped quickly and the service was friendly. They do offer free samples, which is nice because the list of flavors is long! There’s definitely a flavor for every mood. I usually check-out the dairy-free options, but didn’t this time. I did try a sample of the Birthday Cake, and it was spectacular! My daughter loved the Cotton Candy flavor and my husband enjoyed his Superman scoops. The portion sizes are generous. Especially for the cost. It’s a very good value. We’ll go back again!

My family and I decided to swing by here on a Sunday for a sweet treat after lunch, and we were not disappointed. It has a classic ice cream shop feel, and the ice cream tasted so rich and natural. The kids loved their Superman and cotton candy, and I really enjoyed the cookie dough. We’ll be going back for sure!

This was my families 1st time in this shop and they nailed it in every way! The price was on point, service was on point, the portion size was on point, and the flavors of the ice cream were TO DIE FOR🥰The ladies working were very sweet. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back again! They did a good job at a 1st impression! Better than any other ice cream shop I’ve been too from NC to GA!

Anybody who thinks young people can't or won't work should check out the kids cranking out ice cream treats here. They ground through the long line ahead of us, then another run of sweet seeking consumers, and another after that. They worked quietly and efficiently. Soon after we finished our reasonably priced, delicious cones, the new worker shift arrived, so they were doing so well right up to the end of their shift. Bravo!

Fun experience with the kids. Kids loved the walls filled up with toys. The ice cream were good. We got very basic flavors and it hit the spot. The staff was very nice. The look was cute even though a little old and could use DIY. BUT I loved the character of the place a lot. The bar stool was awesome and old fashioned — loved it.

We visited here on Monday, August 28th at peak temperature. The heat index was around 100° at the time. We received fantastic service from Karlee, thank you for being extremely patient with us while we were looking over the massive list of flavors — see attached photos. She never once made us feel rushed, even though we took a while to make a decision and was very welcoming. I forgot what flavor my wife ordered — I want to say it was one of the cheesecake ones but I could be wrong. I had the Pralines and Cream, which was wonderful. We loved the flavors that we picked, and Karlee even let my wife sample some flavors before deciding which flavor to get, which was a really lovely touch. There is a small indoor seating area, as well as some benches and tables directly outside the parlor. The place gives off a nice old-fashioned vibe which was cool, it reminded me of when I used to get ice-cream all the time as a kid. :) Thanks again Karlee for the great service, and we'll be back again when we need a break from this blistering summer heat.

This was such a neat place. Loved the vibe. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. Prices of the treats were very reasonight. The desserts were all really good and the drinks excellent. Only complaint was it was trivia night. Which was cool except it was LOUD. There is no reason to have the mic and music up that loud. It's a small venue. We were having to shout at each other and ended up leaving early just to hear each other. Otherwise, I thought it was a cool location and would return again on a non-trivial nignt.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The servers were friendly and have great service. We tried the Bread pudding and Mason jar cheesecake (key lime). The desserts were good, couldn't really taste the alcohol. The cheesecake crust was difficult to eat. Overall decent place but I may try to make my own at home...

This place did not dissapoint one bit! We sat at the bar where the drinks are hand made and looked very fancy. The desserts tasted luxuriously!!! The best desserts I've had in a long time! I spoke to the owner and he told me the story of Vance's and it's a beautiful one. The owner is also a veteran and i loved that he loves his country. His wife is the chef and bakes along 3 other bakers. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and perfect for an evening out. They do check your ID before coming in, so be ready for that. They will be having several events there (like musical bingo and D&D night) and I'll be sure to come back. I wasn't expecting to fall in love with this place, but I did. Also the men who worked there were dressed like real gentleman (tie and vest) and it added an extra amount of coolness to the atmosphere. They do have food too which looked delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Our visit to Vance's Bakery Bar on August 15th was an absolute masterpiece of an evening. This charming spot, blending desserts and a bar, left an indelible mark on our taste buds and hearts. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that Vance's is no ordinary establishment — the evening that we had surpassed all expectations. Our double-date night was made unforgettable by the service, inventive cocktails, and creative desserts. The 'Member's Only Martini' with its vanilla vodka, Coole Swan White Chocolate Irish Cream, and Crooked Cow Caramel Cream was a sensational start. The harmonious blend of flavors was so captivating that my wife couldn't resist ordering one herself. I indulged in the Harlem Highball, a masterpiece concoction of Farmers Gin, Limoncello, St. Germaine, Elderflower Liqueur, Allspice simple syrup, and tonic. This drink was very well balanced and elegantly garnished with rosemary, evoking a delightful aroma. As for the desserts, the Allgood Angel Food Cake, Sum Strawberry Cobbler, Boozy Banana Pudding, 2nd City Cookie, and Payton's Pecan Cobbler were very special — each bite was an explosion of freshness and flavor. A special nod to Elliott, the bartender, who made our fun night even more memorable. He crafted a flawless Ramos Gin Fizz, showcasing the level of talent that he has. Not only did he deliver on known classics, but he also crafted a nostalgic drink for my friend with the "Commodore" — a seasonal drink that is no longer on the menu. Beyond the culinary side of things, Vance's has such a welcoming vibe. The seating area has a nice ambiance with warm lighting. But what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff — every person that interacted with us treated us like family. A heartfelt thank you to Elliott and the other staff member, whose name I can't remember but it was her birthday! Both of them left an impression with their kindness and made our night truly special. Our evening was an embodiment of what a perfect dessert experience should be. The desserts were beyond delicious, but it's the staff who transformed an ordinary night into an extraordinary one. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, regretting only that I didn't discover Vance's sooner.

Amazing!! Must try for sure! Ambiance is everything! The desserts were in fact divine. The drink menu was pretty unique... not your typical rum and coke at all. It is pretty pricey and given the portion sizes of the drinks and desserts, dont expect to leave with a buzz. But it's still worth it!

Had no idea we had something like this in Augusta. The best banana pudding on the face of the earth. Paired perfectly with a chocolate martini. Took several family members everyone was blown away. Service from door to seat was 10/10 I have found a new love 🫶🏼

I bought the last three Tiramisu slices and a fruit tart. Both pastries were delicious and moist. One of the best Tiramisus in town! The cashier was so sweet and patient. Great service, atmosphere, and sweet treats!

This was my first visit to the Augusta location, but my wife's second visit to a place that she could not stop praising and promoting. We visited here on a Sunday morning, and it was worth the drive. The warm, friendly, polite staff made the visit even more inviting. It is the kind of bakery that one visits when you want to over indulge in delicious treats. There is something for every one. To many menu choices, you can buy everything you see, but, it is best to try a few menu items each visit. Meaning that you will have to go back to try the rest of the menu. This will be our Sunday morning date. It is the kind of place that you visit at least once. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Wow. Delightful little bakery with French-style baked goodies and more. I had a heavenly peach tart. Loaded scone was good too. Can’t rate this place highly enough, co-workers were jealous. It is oddly attached to the Goodwill next door (as in it literally shares the same space) but it works in its own way.

Food is always excellent, but noticed one of the servers did not have her long hair pulled back/up and pulled shirt down as she was wearing gloves while fixing sandwich but flung her hair back with her hand because it was in the way while making sandwich. This should not be allowed while working in a food establishment. Keeping hair restrained is a part of good personal hygiene, ensuring a sanitary environment for food handling.

I’m obsessed with this place ever since I found it. They have fantastic baked goods. The parfaits are amazing. The sandwiches are to die for. You can’t go wrong you just have to try everything 😂 which is a good reason to keep going back. Especially when they will have seasonal items. Check this place out. It is also attached to goodwill so you can go shopping afterwards too or shop first and eat after!

A cozy yet spacious spot to grab excellent pastries and coffee. I always get a cappuccino and the ham and Swiss croissant is one of the best I've had. Their desserts are amazing as well. One of Augusta's hidden gems!

Edgar's Bakehouse is located at the corner of Washington Road and Fury's Ferry Road just to the right of Goodwill. It's actually connected to Goodwill. Today I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a chocolate chocolate chip cookie with sea salt and white chocolate. The environment is quiet and kept clean. They offer many fresh baked goodies. I highly recommend you try them.

We were looking for some place new. Saw the picture on line and said Yes!! Well the burnt ends were hit & miss an hard to even chew. No real flavor but 2. The wedge salad only flavor was the bacon bits. The chili shrimp were cooked to perfection but had little to zero flavor as did the mush they called jasmine rice. I couldn’t even eat it. The beans and one broccoli piece were barely heated an raw not steamed. The other tables had constant service but we even waited 15 minutes on water. Then waited another 15 to place our simple order. We had cleared every bite and stacked our plates hoping our waitress would take the hint. Finally got a refill on his beer and water and asked if we wanted check. Sad we usually tip exceptionally well. She got $10 for our $54 order because beyond the atmosphere Id not come back. Could have been a great hole in the wall pub!! Edible ? Yes. Worth a visit? No.

Celebrated my 40th birthday in the back room. Wow! It was amazing. The food was incredible, the service was exceptional! Jeannette and Lissa are the best. Ask for them when you go 😉 Thanks for everything ❤️

We were so excited about coming back to Sheehan’s because we had a lot of good food last time we were here. They changed their menu with very few things the same. Felt very limited and not as good as before. I love when a restaurant updates or changes their menu, but not to such an extent.

Service was fantastic. Only disappointment was that we wanted the Shepherds Pie and Scotch Egg. Those were just taken off the menu. The desert made up for it!! We got the donut ice cream. It was very tasty.

We recently held a large birthday dinner at Sheehan’s. We were able to use the private dining room with a set 3 course menu. Service, Food, and Atmosphere were all amazing. Highly recommend dinner and special events at Sheehan’s.

I’ve been here many times and have had great meals. It’s been a year, and dinner tonight was a total mess. $48 steak ordered medium rare. Served well done. Returned. Next steak was even more well done. Meanwhile, I have nothing to eat, my husband has finished his dinner. ( they could have left my sides) Manager comes over and takes away my 2nd over cooked steak to “ show the new chef” I grabbed my sides as I was starving. They took the steak off the check. ( well, yeah, you took it away). First for me, and I was a restaurant floor manager all through college. Manager gave us a gift certificate. ( remember, I did not get to eat dinner) We thanked him, and then I opened it. $25 off a future meal. That does not even cover a small plate appetizer. No thanks, our meal there usually runs $200+ with drinks. I’m not driving all the way back from Aiken for a $25 off a future meal coupon. So disappointed, this was a favorite place. Hopefully this review is helpful to what seems to be new management .

Catfish and stone grits were outstanding. The filet was delicious and tender. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We can’t wait to return.

I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN MY ORDERS "FILLED TO ORDER". NOPE NOPE AND NOPE!!!! I SLICED THEM OPEN TO FIND ABSOLUTELY NO FILLING!!!!! GO RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF!!!! IT WILL NOT BE ME. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA BUSINESS AND LICENSING DIVISION AND THE BBB FOR FRAUD. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AFTER TELLING ME SHE COULD NOT CONFIRM WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS HER STORE THAT MADE THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT THERE IN THE MORNING. SO STEAL $14 FROM ME????? DATE AND TIME OF RETURN 06/11/25 AT 5:20PM. AGAIN, THE SUPERVISOR THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AND REFUSED TO ACCOMODATE AT THE PEACH ORCHARD ROAD LOCATION ALSO HUNG UP IN MY FACE....I CALLED THE PEACH ORCHARD LOCATION AROUND 5:45/50 PM ON THE SAME DAY. WHATEVER SUPERVISER WAS ON DUTY AT THAT TIME DID NOT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? THIS IS WHAT YOU GET OUT HERE....RUDENESS AFTER YOU STOLE MY MONEY.

We haven’t gone to Krispy Kreme in a while and wanted to get some donuts. But while I was in the drive through the lady taking our order was being so rude. Rushing us to pick donuts, had an attitude the whole time she was taking an order. Wouldn’t give me time to choose which ones I wanted and in all just wasn’t a good experience. I get work can be frustrating but you should be kind to the customers that give you business. When we got our dozen donuts they were smushed and had finger prints in them.

I like Krispy Kreme! I was flabbergasted to discover that they don't make the donuts on site. That's a HUGE PART of the KK experience. Hot fresh donuts. These things were shipped in from a truck. I was dumbfounded when I found this out. I have yo give this a subpar rating on that strength alone.

Where is the customer service? The donuts were definitely not hot and ready though the sign was lit, but whatever. Cold donuts are aright too. I had only one. The inside was dirty and the customer service was non existent. No decaf coffee. Opted for reg coffee and it was like I was asking for her paycheck. The coffee was not good. They were not exactly rude but they definitely not doing jobs they enjoy. I hope they all find the right employment and I hope this place finds better employees. I will visit another location but it will be awhile. Updated review when I go back. Hopefully to different staff.

The older lady with the braids has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. She talked to a customer for 8 minutes while I was in line waiting for my stuff. Mind you the customer had already gotten her stuff and they new the had a line behind them but didn't care. Then when I got up there she was just as nasty as ever to me when I asked why I couldn't get anyone to answer the drive thru .. Just find a job your happy with if you dont like the job your at , plain and simple.

It was okay. My donut was torn and I didn't care for that. Be gentle with the delicate donut. Krispy Kreme is a staple in the world so I expect a whole donut. That's all. I'll be back so I guess we're good.

So I tried to give this place another chance this morning after several instances of them being rude. I walked in and started to order I was then asked how many donuts…I don’t know I’m looking for what I want, so I say I’m not sure. They say is that all? I say no, then the guy walks off. The lady Ludmila then asked is that all you wanted I said no, she said- how many donuts do you want so I just picked the 2 donuts right in front of me because they kept rushing me and Ludmila was very rude and very poor customer service. This place is also expensive.

We stopped here getting back on the interstate for coffee and a quick breakfast. The food was good, about the same as any other Dunkin. My cold brew tasted more like iced coffee than cold brew, but I still drank it. And the folks working there weren't rude or anything, but I wouldn't say they were friendly or courteous either.

We stopped at the drive thru to get hot coffee on our way. Made the mistake of not checking the temperature before driving off. It was LUKE WARM. Who does that? It is really a brea b a trust to serve offer like this in a drive thru when people are in a hurry and cannot return. Really really wrong. Warning for those who stop Here for coffee- check what you are getting. Also… weirdly… there are no donuts on the drive thru menu at all… what is that about? They did have some and we got one but now I am worried that they too, like the coffee, was old and sitting around.

I go here every day. This is the third time this week that my coffee looks like this. Please do better.

They have ice cream now and they charge the ice-cream separate from the cone so a double scope was 5.69 then 3.29 for a dipped waffle cove that was nasty.. I could have gotten two waffle cones at Brusters for that much. Was very disappointed. Ice cream was good. The cone was just bad.

Ordered drive through. The cashier kept talking low and we had a hard time hearing her. Completely messed up my order. The refused to take a $50!! I will not be back!!

I ran a little experiment. My wife is pregnant and she really enjoys the munchkins. She prefers specific flavors as one tends to do. This location on Wheeler road always tends to act extremely surprised, shocked, puzzled, and confused when a specific flavor is requested. This request is always denied and you are simply given what they have left. The answer is always "no" when asked if they have the ability to make more. So I tried to get a certain flavor, just the one, for a month. Which they never had. Each time my request was denied and their ability to make any other flavors was also absent. Four other locations in the dunkin chain in this area were able to preform this request without question and without attitude when asked. Which leaves me with only two logical conclusions. Either this location has managed to hire the laziest people alive or whoever is in charge of supply at this location. Has gone rouge, AWOL, and turned themselves into a loose cannon. Hellbound on the mission to complete internal self destruction of this doughnut establishment. Long story short, drive another five minutes to get to a better location.

TO THE MANAGEMENT at this Location: PLEASE Replace the faulty Air Ovens at this store. Items are not getting done properly, left still COLD on the inside and burned on the outside. *Roasted Pepper Chicken Wrap, remade twice; this item was still in FROZEN in the center, both times, 2nd time burned on top. (Item Returned) *Ham & Cheese Croissant, 2nd remake; 1st one was fridge cold in the center. This is the 2nd one, burned to a crisp on top (pic shows burned parts in the bag), and STILL COLD in the center. On a good note: 1- Donuts that were made today @ 4:30AM, were still soft @ 3PM. 2-The young man who dispensed the order, did all he could, (within his reach), to make things right. He was very nice, handled the issue promptly and professionally. In spite of the problem not being something he, or any of the staff caused, He exchanged the product for a different item, with best efforts to make my experience better, and was also very apologetic about it. Bottom Line: Don't put the employees through this nonsense and get the ovens fixed, calibrated or REPLACED. #UnacceptableFood

Every time I visit this cute donut shop I get the feeling that I'm just going to visit my friend who made donuts just for me. Customer service is always on point. Every suggestion i get I take. They know how to bake. My favorite had to be the regular glazed donuts. Better than any donut I've ever had and trust me I've had plenty lol. These pillowy puffs of heavenly clouds covered in rich glaze hits the spot every time. They go perfectly with there fresh coffee drinks. I just love this place and can't wait to spread the word to my co - workers. If anyone wants to bring me some donuts please only Belair from now on. Good job! ❤️

We came in to meet with Mark to learn about his business (and of course sample the inventory XD) and they did not disappoint! These donuts are so fresh (baked each night for the next day) and there is such a variety that there is something for EVERYONE. They also have great coffee that they get from another local business that is 10/10. Definitely beats those franchises ANY DAY!

This place is awesome. I moved here from the Midwest and I was missing chocolate long johns, and I found them here. They dipped the donut fresh in icing, toasted my bagel, and had plenty of options. I went at 9 am and they had all kinds of donuts with a bunch of filling options. The service was so great, the employees were very kind and attentive. I'd definitely come here time and time again!

Got a chai latte hot with vanilla. One of the best I've had in a long time. The filled donuts are filled as you watch and have a lot of filling. I love the raspberry and the lemon so far. The red velvet is good as well. It has become my mew Saturday morning breakfast stop.

Best donuts in the area. I love that you can mix and match and select your own filling and frosting. I love a maple donut filled with Bavarian cream, but most commercial donut shops don’t make them. Belair donuts does! Their coffee is also very good. I got a raspberry chocolate cake latte today, and it was incredible.

Had a chance to stop by this amazing place today and pick up some yummy goodness. I really like the staff, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and when I told him it was my first time there he gave me the complete rundown of things. That apple fritter I have is huge, I can't eat this thing in one sitting. It is soft and has plenty of apples in it. I will return for another after I finish this beast. Thank you to the lady behind me that suggested I try the ummm fried glazed croissant (forgive me, I forgot the name). Oh my goodness I could eat a dozen of those things. I had the 3C sandwich which was a bit of a let down. The flavor was really great but the first bite of the chicken was downright disgusting, I thought I had found a bone. I pulled that piece out to only repeat it again. The roll is great and the cheese and chipotle flavor compliment the sandwich really well but the piece of chicken I had really destroyed that experience. I'll try it again in the future, hopefully the sandwich can redeem itself. Next on my list is to try is the breakfast burrito. When the gentleman working the counter explained it I was torn between that and the chicken sandwich. I'm still rating this place a 5/5 for the customer service and the sweets. I'll be back to experience more of the menu though. Keep up the great work. Round 2: Went back the next day and ordered some more yummy goodness. This time I had the bacon breakfast burrito on tomato basil...... I regret buying one. Wish I had purchased 3, it was so good and did not disappoint. I was contemplating going back for more after I left. Great staff again this morning. I was greeted as I walked in at 6am by the staff. I bought some of these bad boys today too. I ate one then went to bed after a long night. I hope my wife and son didn't finish them off. Keep up the great work, I'll be back to try the chicken sandwich eventually. Next on the list, more breakfast burritos.

I don't have a cold stone creamery in my area but I was excited once I knew there was one near me. I've been here twice this far and my order has been consistently great. The staff are going, but they have been professional while I visited. The ice cream was also great. I ordered the Founders Favorite.

I love the ice cream and the customer service is usually great. My only complaint is most times when I go they don’t have the chocolate dipped waffle bowls. The employees say the manager is the only one who can make them and they bounce around from store to store. I wish they could train more people to make the chocolate dipped waffle bowls.

It was okay. Not as good as I remember. No cones. Staff not very happy at all. Cafe area not the cleanest. Ice cream tasted fine. Over mixed the ingredients but still good. The small is like a medium which is nice but I didn’t finish it all. I probably will not be back for awhile.

i have visited cold stone recently and was pleasantly surprised to see the new renovation. i was amazingly greeted by the crew. i had gotten a large Strawberry blonde recommend to me by tj. he was a amazing young man he even convinced me to get a dip waffle bowl. i would recommend coming during the night it’s the best time to come very satiated with my experience

A few samples are allowed. Although one worker seemed to angry after returning from the restroom and never changed facial expressions after coming back to serve customers, the customer service for another was very helpful and friendly. The chocolate dipped waffle cone was decent with the Our Strawberry Blonde flavored ice cream.

Wow! What customer service!!! Came by this store at 10:45 this morning to pick up a birthday cake for my 3 year old. We realized it was closed and turned around to get back in the car. The owner opened the door, brought us inside, got us a perfectly decorated cake, and THEN gave my kids “birthday ice cream” on the house! Way to go above and beyond! We’ll be choosing this cold stone for our ice cream outings in the future!!!

Blueberry Muffin ice cream was awesome! It had crumbled graham crackers & real blueberries plus sugar crystals on top. My Mom had pistachio & my daughter had cotton candy. Everyone enjoyed it! Service was good.

Came here for a quick lunch. Left feeling indifferent. Overall experience was pretty standard with what you’re expect from fast food; nothing horrible but nothing above any basic expectations. It seemed like the crew was confused on what I ordered even moments after requesting the chicken fingers, as I was repeatedly asked if I got different ice cream. The meal itself was standard. The tenders were decent but the fries and the toast could’ve used a little more time getting crisped up. Definitely a better place for ice cream than it is for meals.

It sure would be nice if this mint Oreo blizzard I ordered had any mint or Oreo below about halfway down. This is the worst one by far, but it happens basically every time I come here. I've even transitioned from ordering largest to mediums so that they make it further down... Apparently that doesn't work either.

This Dairy Queen location has been serving up soft-serve treats and savory, hot meals for as long as I can remember. You can hit up the drive thru or place an order inside and wait for your meal to be delivered to your table. The burgers are classic and the ice cream does not disappoint. My favorite is a hot fudge sundae; it's hard to beat the combo of hot fudge and cold vanilla ice cream!

Horrible! Unless you like..Microwaves burgers, Cold then recooked oily fries and small portions. 1. Ordered food noticed it was very HOT not fresh just HOT. 2. Took a bite and everything was HOT, pickles, tomato, onions, Mayo, ketchup etc 3. Drive back to window and explain this is not right the cashier says we heat up the burger after we make them to melt the cheese. (Ummmm what!) This is a health hazard. 4. Cashier pauses I say can you make me a burger without microwaving the veggies. 5. Get new burger everything is cold, bread, veggies 🙌🏽 and meat definitely not cooked fresh 😒 6. Fries COLD 7. I go back and ask for fries and they drop them in the grease acting as if they made a fresh batch. Moral of the story if DQ on Washington rd cannot afford professional staff i.e Manager to ensure the issue is resolved and cooks who KNOW what they are doing and extremely pressed on food cost COOK THE FOOD CORRECTLY the 1st time. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Had to go to the window again because one of my ice cream's wasn't dipped in chocolate like I asked. The strawberry blizzard had 2 pcs of strawberry and very little juice. It wasn't even pink. The dairy queen in NA is better.

This gives the perception that multitasking is very limited in this establishment and the staff must work on one item at a time before moving to the next item. Suggestion to all readers! If you order a simple cone or cup of ice cream then your wait will be minimal and you will be highly satisfied! If you want something special like the Banana Split, a Sundae, or the special Apple Dumpling seasonal item; then expect to wait a while. It is not uncommon that the rest of your party will be finished with their cones long before you get your specialty item is served. Also, the drive-thru takes a long time to get the line of cars served! The staff was not as attentive to customers tonight. Very long wait before anyone acknowledged your presence. No adults present. Paid $4 for a small scoop of ice cream that was just about as cool as soft serve sitting on a counter for a couple of minutes.

The shop has a retro vibe that makes it enjoyable to eat at, especially with the rocking chairs placed outside. The workers are also all very friendly and helpful! The biggest issue I have is that the non-dairy flavors that are posted on all their signs are never available. This is especially frustrating when going through the drive thru, as you have to wait in line since it is closed off and there is no other way to exit.

We were in Kennesaw for a work trip and discovered this gem. And we come home and find out there’s one locally ish. Best thing ever. Cookie dough blast is top tier

It doesn't matter how many times or what time I go to Agerton Lane location, the service is the worst. You will stand outside the order window for quite awhile before one of the girls decides to open the window. Forget being acknowledged or spoken to. They just stand there until you speak up 1st about what you want. The only reason I go is that my mom likes the butter pecan in a waffle bowl. She's 100 years old though so having to wait that long is not easy, especially as it heats up. But at 100, I'm gonna get my mom what she wants but do better!

Our family decided to check out this ice cream shop. It didn’t disappoint. There are a lot options cones, sundaes, blast, pies and cakes. There is seating out front. Great place to soak up some sun and enjoy a cold treat. There is a drive through but it brings back memories to use the walk up option.

From entry, you will make your way to the left. If you want, you can talk to the cashier to the right for guidance. Thr cups come in different sizes. You can gk the biggest if you aren't aware of how much you will use. Next will be the many different yogurt choices. You'll wrap around and find many different types of toppings. You pay for the weight, be mindful of how much you want to consume. This would be a great opportunity to enjoy a good experience if you're on a date. The tables and chairs were clean. I do recommend giving this place a try.

It’s just okay- I used to bring my older daughter here many years ago when it was cute and well-kept. Now it feels real dingy, old, and like the owner(s) do not care much about the place. The iPads were a cute addition when they decided many years ago to add them, but in my experience in coming there- they never work. Overall, you aren’t missing anything to not work here…honestly.

Solid spot for a nice cold treat in the hot Augusta weather. Conveniently located right next to a movie theater and shopping district. While there’s only a select amount of froyo flavors to choose from, there’s a great selection of toppings available to enhance the flavors. Main gripe is the pricing. The pay scale works by weight rather than size of cup, so filling your container and adding toppings serves as a demerit because you are charged way more. In order to get a decently priced serving you would have to barely fill your cup and add little to no toppings.

Nothing says bad customer experience by little notes everywhere that basically tell you no. Should have known better. You're supposed to be able to taste the flavor before you dispense, no samples allowed when we went. I jumped in blind and should not have done that. There is no way the "yogurt" we had was actually 100% frozen yogurt. It should be creamy and smooth. The consistency was of cheap buffet ice cream; you know the type thats more icy than creamy and muted in flavor. I had 3 flavors and the flavors were so muted it didnt taste like anything as well. Eats and tastes of cheapest quality. wont be back.

I came here with my boyfriend for a morning date a while ago, and we ended up standing at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. I honestly didn’t expect much coming back, but I was pleasantly surprised this time! I’m not sure if the staff changed, but the girl at the front, with brown hair and glasses, was amazing! She was so sweet, she helped me pick a flavor when I couldn’t decide, and made me feel welcomed right away. Super attentive and kind. She definitely made my experience way better than last time so shout out to her!

Today my daughter and the daycare she attends went to this establishment and were disrespected because of the color of their skin. a parent went to the establishment with the director of the daycare to speak with the owner. There was no resolution . The owner called the police even though we were very respectful. They told us it was the daycare’s responsibility to make sure our kids didn’t get racially profiled/ bullied even after it was mentioned to them. Please do not patronize this establishment because obviously our money wasn’t good enough to get respect or even the decency of how this could be prevented if it was to happen again.

Really wanted some cookies for desert tonight and found this place today. Was very excited to try them but they were not good whatsoever. They were very hard on the exterior and were very bland in taste and the salt on top made them unbearable. I am mad because I bought 4 which was $10 to only have to throw them all away. Would not recommend to anyone wanting some good cookies! Sorry to be so brutally honest.

I ordered custom cookies ahead of time for my wife's birthday via the two moms cookies order former online ( where you provide your requested order details , email, phone number, etc). I then received a phone call and discussed my order in detail , agreed to pay a rush service fee, and had arranged for a specific time and pickup at their physical location. No one was present at their store front at the agreed upon time, I waited for over an hour because I really wanted to have the custom cookies in time for my wife's birthday. I called several times, left a voicemail, and message and no one could be reached . Two mom's cookies completely failed to deliver and had overall poor business practices. I had to scramble last minute for this previously arranged special occasion. I suggest two moms either send a confirmation of order via email or has a system to be reachable when an order is expected to be picked up. I recommend against endorsing this business if you have a special occasion that you required baked goods for.

I came in like a whirlwind trying to pull together a big surprise that afternoon, and the team at Celebrate on Central could not have been more helpful! They jumped right in and helped me put together the cutest balloons, delicious cookies, and the most adorable paper goods to take with me. Everything turned out perfectly! This area is so lucky to have Celebrate on Central — it’s truly a one-stop shop for all things celebration!

Was very excited to learn the owner is related to 2 smart cookies in Savannah. We loved that place and would visit often since it’s right next to post. When we learned that my son was telling the front cashier excitedly however she was not listening. And instead greeted the person coming through the door. Guess they knew each other. Would have rated a 5 stars because the cookies & brownies are great but friendliness isn’t there.

Ordered a German Chocolate cake for a family gathering out of town. Mary was very helpful when I ordered the cake and so was Maggie when I picked up the cake.The problem was that the icing in between the inside layers was not the coconut pecan German chocolate icing, instead was a thick lite colored chocolate icing that did not taste good and the texture of that icing was too thick and not good. I called and spoke with Maggie as I felt that I did NOT get what I paid for. She said they put the different chocolate icing between the layers in their German chocolate cakes and I noted the picture of the cake on their website does not show the different icing, but she argued that it does show the different icing but it does NOT. I paid $76 cash for a cake that was not German chocolate. Maggie said that she was sorry but did not offer to do anything about it. My first and last time being ripped off by this place. " Just remember when you do wrong to people, that nothing good will come of it for you."

I have always been a big fan of Mom's cookies for years but recently , I purchased a dozen of Chocolate chip cookies . I bit into the cookies the cookies was very salty not just one but all of them because I have finally control my blood pressure. I had to give cookies away. Chocolate chip cookies shouldn't ever taste like salt that one America's favorite cookie. I will try two moms' cookies again but maybe the Baker Mistakenly Salt instead of sugar if this is the way moms cookies prepare there Recipe. I may have visit another bakery (Little Dutch Bakery, Crumbs cookies) or start baking myself.

Decided to try it out a few nights ago..I wouldn't say it was good or bad..but I will not buy again..l expected it to be better. I had steak and chicken hibachi plate and I got more vegetables than meat..then the wait , the food should've been steaming hot but it was just warm. I give it a 3. Nice guy working there but food is not it.

Prices are competitive with other local restaurants and cheaper than most other Japanese restaurants. Great place to stop and stay a while.

I love this place. This is my favorite restaurant in Augusta! My wife's too. Their sesame chicken is the most perfectly crispy and tender I've ever had. Rice is great. White sauce is really good too. And the owners are very friendly.

This cake was just - all around - not the vibe. I usually try not to leave bad reviews, but it’s the fact that I called this place and told them my concerns, they said they’d call back, and didn’t.. that’s the reason I’m leaving this review. First off, the cake looked so far off from my picture. It just wasn’t clean. It was a messy job. It looked like it got put together last minute. Second of all, I called like a week before picking up the cake to change JUST THE FROSTING to chocolate. I even confirmed with that lady I was on the phone with. I asked “the cake is strawberry, right?” She said, “yes.” I got my cake, it was all chocolate with vanilla frosting. This cake was for my wife who very much dislikes chocolate cake. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, precise, on point cake. (P.S. the first picture is what I wanted, the rest are what I got).

This place is absolutely incredible! They did my graduation cake and it was so beyond perfect and just what I wanted! It was a two tier yellow cake with almond frosting and fondant covering! So delicious! They also did all the cookies in the picture! Decoration was adorable and taste was spectacular!

Ordered a graduation cake, sugar cookies (gluten free & regular), and mini gourmet cookies for our daughters party. Everything was delicious but the gourmet cookies stole the show!!! I am still getting asked about those days later! Everything was ready on time and the process was seamless!!! Highly recommend ordering anything/everything from Delightful Bites!!!

My husband and I chose Delightful Bites to do our wedding cake last year, and we were not disappointed. The cake was deliciously moist and decorated exactly as we requested. People kept asking me where we got the cake from all night! Of all the places we sampled cake at, this was definitely the best. So many great options, it was hard to choose!

So happy with how my baby shower cake turned out! Delightful Bites made an exact replica of what I requested. Every single piece was eaten by our guests and they were all impressed with the delicious taste (buttercream and vanilla). Will absolutely continue to use this bakery for all of our cake needs!

Terrible miscommunication....terrible customer service.....I should have been mindful of the the reviews. Got the cake home for my son's graduation party and the tassle was so heavy it broke the hat. It's a very busy time for graduates so we don't have time to bring the cake back for them to fix it!!!! Do yourselves a favor and choose a different bakery if you want to spend 120.00 for sub par work!

The viral Dubai strawberry cup. Omg I didn’t get a picture of before just after. It was so delicious! Every time they post available today only I’m there. My son doesn’t eat chocolate so he always gets the icecream and my other son just loves the Reese’s cups brownies. The customer service here is top tier. I’m pretty new to CSRA but I love it here and this is one of the best icecream shops around.

Went out of our way to come here! Love visiting local places but this was disappointing. A few pre scooped flavors available from a small freezer. We thought they were closing. Another woman walked in, looked around, seeing nothing in the display,not being greeted just turned around and left despite we were sitting trying to make the best of the very hard refrozen dessert. Very cute decorations, good flavor but nothing very friendly, minimum available flavors, unclean restroom gets a generous 3 giving the benefit of doubt.

First place to have real Superman ice cream! A lot of places in Augusta do not have it and there Superman is just plain vanilla flavored. This place was absolutely adorable. I loved the cow decor and the fact that there’s a chalk board and aprons for the kids to draw on. I appreciated them having such a simple menu. It was straightforward and not overwhelming with too many choices. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others

We have one ice cream a month. Camping outside of Augusta and drove 40 minutes. They had some really different flavors. I got smores ice cream and my husband got triple berry pie. Both delicious!!! Best ice cream of the year.

Another great place to enjoy some great ice cream! Myself and my daughter are very basic when it comes to trying new thing, we just like what we like. But she chose the chocolate ice cream and the young lady behind the counter was great, amazing and all the above asked if we wanted to try the banana pudding ice cream, she gave me a sample first and it was on from there. The thing I like about this place is the taste and quality of the product you can't even buy in the store. The service was nothing short of amazing and the ice cream was even better. This is definitely somewhere I'll continue to support and reccomend to anyone that enjoys a great treat with great customer service!!!!

The good: There are so many ice cream flavors to chose from! The cake was very great! The location and environment was inviting! Besides the menu/order being wrong and not offering to fix it, the staff was nice and friendly Neutral: they only serve three ice flavors per day, they do have dozens of others flavors in pints in the freezer for $7 tho. They were out of like 3 of the things we tried to order, but thats understandable for any small business. The bad: we tried multiple things including cake, smoothie, cookies, ice cream, coffee, latte and hot chocolate. Unfortunately the drinks where warm at best and overly sweet and just didn’t taste that good, the pastries tasted like something I could get at the grocery store and the bacon breakfast sandwich tastes like a microwaved frozen breakfast sandwich. The ugly: We ordered the danish (2) for $3 and got one, when we asked why we only got one they stated their menu was incorrect and didn’t offer to fix it. To readers: please still try the place out, and support a local business, this was just my experience, maybe you’ll like the drinks and the food. To the owners: Please fix that small mistake in your menu and make the food taste better!

I used to love this place for studying. Decided to start coming back for my senior year and I was very disappointed. I am not sure if they have new owners but I noticed several serious issues. The entire front counter was really gross with dust, crumbs, and coffee stains everywhere. Meanwhile, upstairs the paint was chipping off the walls, the floors had food and dirt all over, and it was very muggy. I noticed that there was what appeared to be mold all over the lower portions of the wall. The counter to sit at had portions of it falling over and coming apart plus the high chairs were too high for it. The outside has no covering anymore and all the plants were ripped up, falling over. The wood was dry rotted and wet outside as well. I also paid $8 for a “chai tea” that was basically a cup of milk. The place felt so gross that I decided to leave and study elsewhere. I’m really saddened that they have let the place go and the parking lot was empty when I pulled up so I guess I should have known. Hopefully, they rebuild/remodel because there aren’t any other ice cream places on Washington rd.

Cafe Dulce is one of my favorite shops in the area! I absolutely love all of their custard varieties and creations, pastries, and coffee. They even make my mornings with delicious and well-priced breakfast options. The owner is such a joy to talk to and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into their business. Can't wait to keep enjoying everything this business has to offer for years to come!

Love, love, love this place! Custard, coffee, pastries, sandwiches... all are amazing! The upstairs outside area was a delightful surprise! And the service could not be better! Whether you are looking for a quiet spot to have a coffee & work on your laptop, or a fun place to take the kids for a treat, this is it!!!

There was only 1 lady working and even with a rush she was fantastic. No long wait like I was expecting for only 1 person working and my coffee was amazing. The top floor was closed due to a reservation so the bottom was a little crowded but still a very nice atmosphere. In any event I am definitely forward to my next visit.

Went here for a Yelp event - The owners and employees were very kind. They offer several choices of custards as well as a variety of toppings, pastries and coffees. I really enjoyed this event and I will certainly come back to try other tasty treats. I also love the upstairs outdoor setting.

I bought the $6.99 surprise bag through Too Good To Go. It was supposed to be valued at $21. I got 3 pints of custard, which is $18 total. I am not sure if the issue is with Cafe Dulce or Too Good To Go. It was still a great deal, just incorrect advertising.

Awesome little hole-in-the-wall spot for homemade pies! It’s a local family owned business, so that’s always nice. They freshly mill their own wheat, so the flavor, texture and quality of everything they bake reflects the hard-work they put into it. The owner is kind and personable. The pies are delicious and they also offer other things such as cheesecakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls and coffee. So far we have tried some sweet pies, cinnamon rolls and muffins, which were all delicious. We are eager to try the cheesecakes and savory pies! I’d highly recommend this place, because for the price and quality, it can’t be beat.

An amazing hole-in-the-wall place with pies and other baked goods made from scratch. The owner and staff are very friendly, and the pies are amazing! So far we’ve tried the Derby Pie (my favorite) and the Key Lime Pie (my boyfriend’s favorite). They’re both delicious, and I can’t wait to try more of their selection. I highly recommend this awesome little gem!

Finally got a chance to try out this local business. The pies were absolutely fresh homemade & delicious. My personal favorite was the chocolate. Will definitely recommend this business for sweet delights... I will have to try the savory pies next go round.

We ordered two snowballs and the girl named faith only handed us one, and when we talked through the Window to let her know she misunderstood our order, she turned to her coworker and mumbled something rude under her breath, before condescendingly telling us that she could remake them the way we wanted. To which me and my friend uncomfortable at this point politely declined. This is my favorite pelicans and I’m very disappointed in the service and treatment I received today

Me and my friends go to Pelicans all the time and specifically this one a lot due to it being open all year around!! The service is always wonderful and the vibe and atmosphere is just so fun to be in!! I usually get the tiger blood with gummy bears it’s not too sweet and not sour at all it’s in the middle which is what I like! I highly recommend trying out pelicans!!

So we found a new family fave! It was so hot we needed something to cool down and we decided to give this place a shot. Staff was sl friendly, efficient, and prices were reasonable. We tried 8 different flavors and they all are faves, lol!

Our experience was fabulous! The girls working there were so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is fun. This was our first visit and we took our almost 3 year old for a treat. He was most excited about the frozen treat with the shark. He believed it was Baby Shark. He noticed the kid friendly room in back which I assume is for children's Birthday Parties. We will be looking into it. This is a great place to bring kids for a reasonably priced outing.

6 Kiddie SnoBalls were $18.50. As I called out all 6 orders the cashier was quickly grabbing the syrups. Didn’t seem to take longer than 8 minutes for her to get ALL 6 of them done. 2 butterfly kisses (one with snocream), froggy, unicorn, rainbow, and then a cherry pineapple and pina colada. Good experience, wasn’t expecting to spend more than $15 but ultimately enjoyed it.

Soo good and perfect for a hot day! I get their wild strawberry ice with condensed milk on top. Very inexpensive and they give you a lot of ice. 🍧 Friendly and efficient service everytime!

Fun, funky, and great service...and surprisingly, my teeth stayed in my head. I expected to have the sugar rush of the century, but no. Short people loved it. Also, this snowman is not appearing at pelican snowballs unless you take it to there. We’ve dined at this location multiple times. We’ve enjoyed our experience each time especially the rolls, dumplings, and the bento boxes. Get the ginger dressing on the salad, amazing. The service is always great, the restaurant is cleaned, and decent price.

The service was absolutely horrible along with the food! The sushi tastes old also I hope you are not allergic to seafood! I watched them fry shrimp tempura and chicken together in the same oil! The wings were extremely small and unseasoned! I will never return!

The staff Kya was nice and sweet I ordered the lunch special of the hibachi chicken and shrimp. I had 4 shrimps in my plate and the chicken had a rubbery texture and the rice was hard and hardly any vegetables. I will not return

The food was okay. I had no problem with the food. Except for the wings for very small. My problem was when I saw a person cooking behind the counter. Pulsum looks like fried sushi rolls out of the fryer and drop one on the floor and pick it up and send it back on the plate to be wrapped up for it to go order. Sorry that turned my stomach and I will never go there again.

I ordered a spicy version of their teriyaki chicken and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. It was very good , especially for take out. The only bad thing I could say about the meal is that I wish there was more food. Overall very pleased with the food quality and price was decant.

The food and service are outstanding. Our food was cooked perfectly. We never had to ask our server for anything. She anticipated our needs before we needed it. The prices were competitive and lower than places where you get a cooking performance. They seem to focus more on the food. The set up still has the “new and kind of empty” feel to it. And they’re still waiting for a license to serve alcohol. My family will definitely be going back! I fully recommend you try it.

Yes, this is the North Augusta location. The service is great. Food is horrendous!🤮 I'm 99% sure that their "chicken" isn't the chicken we usually eat. It has a very weird color and texture. The veggies were old and nasty. Don't get the sushi. Don't get the fried rice...Don't get anything! Their food tastes as dingy as the restaurant looks. I'll never return!

They claimed on the front page of their menu to be the first Thai cuisine in Augusta and they didn't disappoint. The food tasted at a level I have had Thai food in Asia before. So that's a good thing. The service was ok. We went on a Friday evening right after they opened at 1700. They were not busy for dine-in, but there were a number of take-out orders during the time we were there. That's the reason why it took them a solid 30mn for our food to come out. Other than that, it's a solid place all around. I will have to check out other Thai places in the area to compare, whether the first Thai cuisine in Augusta could also be the best Thai cuisine in Augusta.

Pulled me in from the scent of their kitchen as I was walking by. Came out piping hot and fresh. Very generous with the portions! Dish is the Pad Thai with chicken - extra spice thanks to another reviewer mentioning you can ask for that. I'd only recommend they expand their choice of music played in the restaurant - I already hear Billie Joel and Maroon 5 everywhere I go, haha.

This seems like a family run place. Very nice and cozy. Please be kind as this isn’t a fast food place so you food can take time to prep. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai very spicy. I don’t think they believed me lol. I love spicy and could have been just a tad more but still good. I had the lunch special to go so I received a spring roll. The spring roll was really good! I would have liked a bit more for portion size but I think everything and everyone is utilizing smaller portions. Overall great would come back to try my other Thai favs.

Grilled beef salad was excellent, one of the best. Flavors & aroma so good. Mixed seafood was very good, especially the squid, and sweet & salty sauce. Soup & green curry was average. Large portions & very reasonable prices. 2 thumbs up.

My wife and I moved to Augusta about 2 years ago. She found this place and it’s been our staple takeaway spot since. The chicken pad Thai is stunning. The fried dumplings and chicken satay are great too. The servers are kind, and always remember your order. If you’re in town and crave some Vietnamese food, look no further.

It has been a couple of years since I ate this restaurant. Always got the red curry chicken to go after my doctor's appointment. It always was amazing! Today I treated my friend to lunch and she checked the menu and ordered the Pad Thai chicken and I ordered my past favorite red curry. We waited quite a bit about 15 minutes and then we got our dishes served to us by our waiter. I started eating and I said well where is my rice that goes with three encourage chicken. Then I looked at her plate and I said "Your plate looks like my red curry chicken and this this doesn't look like red curry chicken." I got the waiter's attention and he came by and let me know. I had the pad Thai and she had the Red curry. He had put the wrong dish to the wrong person. So he said he could redo it but we'd already waited 15 minutes and we were both hungry. So I said no but hope that he would make some compensation for the inconvenience because we had to get a clean plate and I got some of her dish and she got some of mine. Very disappointed in the inconvenience of the meal. When I got my ticket there was no compensation for that. I gave a tip and I wrote on the back of the receipt. I was very disappointed that you didn't do something to make up for us getting the wrong meals. I think he could have just given us a 10% or gave us a small container of the right food to go or something to show that he made a mistake! Very disappointed. Make sure you double check and make sure you have the right dish in front of you

I ordered the pad Thai and the mango sticky rice. The pad Thai was not bad at all But paying seven dollars for less than a 1/2 of cup of sticky rice and an extremely small mango is not ideal. I’ve definitely had better and more for the price.

How to summarize my love of this place?!?! I’ve been buying Amber’s desserts for years and she’s only gotten better! The staff are amazing and helpful, so talented and everything they sell is delicious. I come by once a week. My husband and I order an anniversary cake from here every year. All of the holiday themed desserts are so popular at family functions and parties I attend. We usually just get things that are sugar free and low carb, but I often buy vegan offerings too and you would never know these desserts don’t have eggs, butter, sugar etc. My children love Sinless Sweets desserts too! Custom cakes and daily treats; this is the place!!

A simply AMAZING keto bakery with an AMAZING owner! Everything is just so good! Definitely now my go to place for my keto treats. I love 90 minutes away so I ordered the Sinless Sweets Sampler first. They freeze well and taste delicious. My husband and I made a trip down today to experience the store front. Just a wonderful bakery!

The best around! Offer the best /sugar free/ low carb/gluten free/vegan options. They accommodate whatever food allergies you have. It’s truly magical seeing how Amber transforms her treats into what they really are. Delicious. Without having to feel guilt. Also for people who can’t have just any sweet treat. She caters to those people who aren’t so lucky to find whatever sweet they desire and she makes it work to whatever they CAN have. It’s true magic.

I tried to give this place a shot. I went a week ago Friday with my daughter, we purchased a 4 pack, 2 cookies n creme, 1 bday cake and 1 brookie. All of my cookies were good except the bookie. Upon opening the box, I noticed it looked nothing like the cookie on the photo display. It was clearly sunken in in the middle which to me as a person bakes, indicates it was raw in the middle. Still, I gave it a chance. I heated it up for 13 seconds in the microwave as instructed on the packaging and not at all to my surprise, the inside was raw slime cookie dough and caramel. Immediately, I reached out through the app, sent pics and videos and was told via text that the cookie was supposed to be that way and I could put it in the oven if I wanted to. Why in the world would I need to bake a fully BAKED cookie?? Anywho, I received an email from someone asking for more details which I gladly provided, was told it would be forwarded to the location I went to and I would be contacted. Here we are, 6 days, almost 7 days later and not so much as an email. I was holding my review to see how they handled things which I feel it reasonable, seeing as most people would just immediately blast the place on social media. I feel like their lack of a response to a paying customer (& let’s face it, they aren’t cheap), speaks volumes. Won’t be going back.

Really enjoyed this place. The lady greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very kind and told us everything about the cookies. We got a dozen and a half, so everyone in our party got to try them, and everyone loved them! The taste of the cookie dough and the filling was amazing!!! They also have a catering list, and they need a 24-hour notice before ordering them. So we are going to order them tonight, and I'll post more next time.

Was looking for something sweet to bring to a birthday gathering to share. Googled nearby places and found this shop. I had never been, and I was in a rush, so I gave it a try... Everyone was friendly and the place seemed clean. BUT the prices seemed quite high. I figured it must be really good for that price so I got a "dirty dozen." I asked the lady helping me to give me a variety of what they had and she did. About $55 later (that includes a tip), I was off to share them with my friends. We dug in and honestly....they were extremely sweet and "dense" for lack of a better word. Most of us couldn't even finish a whole cookie in one sitting because of how sickly sweet they were. Don't get me wrong, they were tasty, but most certainly NOT $50 worth. If American Cookie Company had been closer, I would have gone there instead. Probably won't ever try their cookies again, even for just a little dessert while out and about :/ I might try their other menu options at some point though. It just seems that since the company's name is about their cookies, that they'd be the best thing on their menu?

Order the cookies through doordash and I was highly impressed at how fast my service was delivered to me. These cookies are out of this world! I will definitely order them again. A great Sunday evening treat! Absolutely delicious!

Now, if you love sugar overload, this is the spot for you. The cookies are so thick, sweet, and decadent. The cookies are served warm, which is a plus for me. I love warm cookies. The raspberry toaster tart is filled with raspberry jam and covering with icing and sprinkles. They didn't skimp on the jam either. Yum. My second choice was Cookies and Creme. It's a cookie loaded with oreo chunks and stuffed with a creme filling. It was so good. But due to the sweetness, I can only eat 1/4 of a cookie at a time. Lol. They have signature flavors as well as weekly specials. They sell gluten-free options, shakes, and ice cream, too. If you're a sweet addict this I'd definitely the spot for you. I will definitely go back to try a few other flavors. The service was excelle, t too. Dirty Dough gets 4 out of 5 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 thumbs up.

This is the cookie place we’ve been missing! The cookies are decent sizes. You could definitely either share one cookie with someone or eat one on your own. They are warm and have reheat instructions. There are different options to choose from. The chocolate chip is hands down my favorite so far. And they are open on sundays!! So happy this place has recently opened in our area. They also serve ice cream with your choice of a cookie too. I will not be going to crumbl now that this place has opened! There is also a gluten free option!

This was the first time coming into this location. It was a quiet atmosphere. I ordered the pina colada and substituted the manga bobo with strawberries. It was so beautiful that I didn’t want to eat it. It tasted amazing too!! My husband ordered the tuxedo and absolutely loved it!! I’ll definitely be back 🖤

This was my first visit here!! I usually don't post stuff like this, but the person in the video was the server. She was rude as soon as she stepped behind the counter. She got on her phone immediately while I was standing there (I was waiting on her), and then she looked at me like I was the problem, and she walked away twice. There was no hi, or are you ready to order (I already knew what I wanted cause I looked at the menu online) I gave her the exact change amount only for her to say nawl, it's that's okay, it's only 77 cents back. (The whole point was so I wouldn't get coins back)! Other than that, the items ordered were good. I got a mini size, and it was bigger than expected. She seemed friendly when bringing out the items. She even got the spoon. So maybe the time I walked in was an inconvenience to her or something, if that's the case. Just say, "Give me a moment, and I'll be right back." You can't undo a FIRST IMPRESSION!! I'll visit the other location next time.

Where do I start? It's ice cream, but with the texture of fresh snow. There's nothing else like it, and it's pretty refreshing and not heavy filling like traditional ice cream, so you can actually enjoy this right after dinner and not feel miserable. There are a ton of different flavors, and I guess I'll be visiting more frequently until I eventually try them all. So far, every flavor me and my kids have tried has been delicious, and this is their new favorite ice cream place. Also, try the new quencher drinks. Passionate pear is the truth. This place is a definite must go whether you live close to it or if you have to drive out the way to get here. The customer service here is top-notch as well.

Edit: back to visit again! Please if you are looking for an amazing dessert to top off a great evening or a sweet treat after an event/celebration THIS is the place to be! AMAZING! This lovely place was a wonderful spot for our Fall Social event!!! The owner is so sweet and great to work with setting up our event! My husband came in yesterday looking for croissants, sweet ones, usually made similar to donuts. He was sold 4 items that were just not it. They were not sweet and not what he asked for. He was assured this is what he wanted. Paid 16 dollars, and only purchase 4 croissants. I believe you guys took advantage of someone unknown knowledge as well as overcharged for the items. We couldn’t eat it, wasn’t what was expected and not sweet at all.

Wow! So immediately I loved the name, go figure! Parked easily and walked into a little hidden gem. I totally stumbled across this shop by accident but I followed my love for chocolate and went right in! The inside is small but cute. Very clean and inviting. Many gift-able chocolates already in adorable packaging if you need to grab something sweet. I made my way to the glass display and I was amazed that I had not found this place sooner. I always visit chocolate shops when out of town. If I adore anything more than delectable gourmet chocolate, it’s a fresh crispy croissant. Which they had! My mouth is watering now. I had the feta and spinach croissant warmed. It was delicious but I wish I had asked for this to be heated just a teeny bit longer. It was a little cold inside. I was able to sample the chocolate covered orange peel I asked about and though this was my first time, it was certainly not my last! I purchased several of these and many other chocolates. They weigh them and then you pay just like most little shops. The woman was super helpful and kind. I liked her a lot and she was very helpful answering my questions and patient as I was asking for recommendations. I LOVE this place. Yes, go visit! Go buy some chocolates and don’t do like I did, which was eat them all before I even got home! Thank you for such great quality and customer care.

These handmade chocolates are smooth, flavorful, and much more delicious than anything you will get from a Russell Stover or Whitman's box. They're also more expensive, but you/your loved one is worth the treat! You can try a half dozen for about $10. Comes in a box with a colored ribbon + a QR code to the website so you can remember which chocolate is which.

5 stars all day every day, I come from England and this is like the quality of chocolate I love. Very pleasant service from the staff, they seem to love what they do! I love the festive designed chocolates throughout the year. Be prepared to pay a good bit of money here though!

What a great find! Whit’s is so affordable I honestly couldn’t believe the prices, especially for how generous the portions are. On top of that, the custard itself was great. The service was just as good as the custard. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly fast, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend.

Service was good had a Rwandan frozen coffee drink that was good. Wife got key lime in a cone that she liked. Upstairs seating with a balcony

I absolutely love this place the atmosphere is such a blessing so calm, tranquil and peaceful. And everything is so delicious!

A cute little hidden gem on Washington Road. Friendly staff, plenty of options to pick from or customize your own. Reasonable price for the quality and amount given. Would definitely recommend!

This place has amazing custard! Plus they are so creative with their flavors and dessert options. I highly recommend going inside the store because there are cookie sandwiches with some really cool combinations, pints and quarts of their flavors, and pies and cakes. If you have time then stop by this place! Even if it's a quick stop they do have a drive through. Plus the staff is really nice!

I am a big froyo fan and this place has the WORST froyo I have ever had. I took one bite and couldn't even finish it. It did not come out of the machines smoothly, and it wasn't just the flavor I got, I checked another flavor and it came out the same way. The two flavors being Cake Batter and Cheesecake. My froyo looked more like apple sauce than frozen yogurt. The taste was very artificial. I picked out my toppings and ate those so the whole thing wasn't a waste. Attached is a photo of my froyo after our drive home and it had melted after me stirring it, it was super watery. I get that froyo is thinner than ice cream, but this was seriously something else. It was so bad that I could not eat it. To top it all off, the store is located right next to a cigar store so the entire place smells strongly of smoke and cigars.

Plenty of parking by the store and not crowded. Front store staff wore masks but not the staff in the kitchen. Cute indoor seating area. This store is definitely more for the ice cream rolls and yogurt. I didn’t try the ice cream this time but did sample some yogurt. A good selection of different flavors. You can ask for sample cups to try before committed to one or you can mix a bunch together. We got cookies n cream and cheesecake. Both were delicious and not too heavy. Good variety of toppings as well! From healthy fruits to sweet candies. Then you pay based by weight. Medium Original milk tea with tapioca: Bubble tea was a miss for me. The boba itself lacked flavor and the chewy consistency was just not there. The milk tea flavor was also off, not very sweet and just doesn’t hit the boba fix. If I rated purely on bubble tea it would get 2 stars. Could see myself coming back for yogurt and ice cream though!

We got the cheesecake and cake batter frozen yogurt flavors which were delicious and creamy. There is a large selection of toppings, some of which are not normally found at frozen yogurt places. The price was also reasonable. The inside was a bit toasty to sit in and there was a strange smell in the shop as well so we just ate outside.

I went to Peachy Rolls looking for a place to fill in for my tea shop back home in Texas, and I was NOT disappointed! I looooove boba tea but it can be difficult to find places that make it properly, and Peachy Rolls is my new go-to! I ordered a Taro Bubble Milk Tea for myself and a Chai Bubble Milk Tea for my roommate, and we both loved them! I usually order a regular milk tea with boba, but this Taro tea was amazing, pleasantly sweet but not overpowering, and the boba took in the flavor perfectly. Boba was cooked just right, soft with just enough chew, and the employees were very polite and service was fast. I wish I had gotten their names, they were amazing and kept a very clean and organized environment. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu!

Looked online, hours were good and should’ve been open. Showed up and a piece of paper posted that it was closed. Waste of time and effort and quite annoying.

Went in so my wife could feed her addiction to bubble tea. The store has had some upgrades since I was last there, they now serve rolled ice cream. Ordered my wife a large taro bubble tea with a military discount it came to about $4.26. it was so creamy an the bubbles we're nice and chewy. I will be going back.

They have the cleanest machines in all of Evans and Augusta! They have so many amazing toppings and their dessert choices go far beyond frozen yogurt! There is something for everyone.

I truly wish someone would open a fast food restaurant that took pride in their food, manners, portion size and cleanliness. We ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal to split on our way to Statesboro GA. When we got our meal in the drive thru I will admit it was hot and fresh but the gal working the window rolled her eyes at us for asking for condiments. And when we opened the meal.... the gravy was runny and the chicken strips were the size of a ketchup packet!!! Let me tell you Dairy Queen owners that your food is to expensive for what you give out!! 10 French fries and tiny chicken Tenders doesn't amount to 9.00 plus tax!!! Also would you mind toasting the bread next time!!!

When I arrived, there were three teenagers working who were unprofessional and extremely rude. It took them an unreasonable amount of time to come to the window, and when they did, they informed me the store was only accepting cash. When I asked whether management was aware of the machines being down, or if this was simply an excuse to take cash, their behavior suggested they were not taking the situation seriously. What made matters worse was that one of the employees (pictured) refused to provide me with the store’s phone number when I requested it so I could report the issue. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on your company. Customers deserve respectful service, transparency, and honesty. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly, as well as confirmation that management is aware of the situation. Thank you for your time and attention.

Everything you expect from DQ and consistent with other locations. Clean and quick service. Quiet if you dine in.

Came in on Sunday night just to stand at the cash register waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. A lady from the back came out with a tub full of cookies cussing. A man came out after her. Neither acknowledged we were even there so we left. I usually come through drive thru and am pretty understanding when it comes to almost anything but that was unacceptable and I won’t be back.

Do not come here if you have nut allergies. I just had a reaction from a blizzard here. Their staff are not equipped nor do they care about taking proper precaution for allergies. Half of the staff are wearing random clothes. No hair nets in sight. Upper management needs to get on this store ASAP.

Ate dinner with a few family members. Ordered a Chicken Strip basket along with a strawberry sundae. Both of them tasted amazing. For a smaller D.Q. location, this one certainly has excellent service and food!

The guy working the drive thru and the window this afternoon has to be the dumbest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. I told him I wanted a small sundae and a regular fry off the mix n match menu. He tell me it’ll be $8.50 something not $6 something like it should be with tax. I tell him I wanted the small sundae from the menu not a medium. Medium never came out of my mouth ever. Then hands me a medium sundae as well. I asked where my regular fry was and he said he heard me say a regular sundae and that it cost the same and walked away. I just left because if he couldn’t get that simple order right, nothing I said would come through correctly in his head.

Went through drive through today around 4:20pm. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate and vanilla mixed milkshake. Got to window and she said “you got 2 chocolate milkshakes”. I said no 1 chocolate 1 chocolate vanilla. Then she said we ain’t ain’t got chocolate ice cream. I said no and I repeated again what I ordered. Then she started sucking her teeth and rolling eyes. Talking under breath. Said yea that’s what they are. So she gave me 2 chocolates. Didn’t even correct and she’s the one with attitude!!! She closer window after taking my payment and just kept on giving looks and talking to the other girl working there. So obvious they were trash talking. I’m sorry DQ but yall better find nice people to work counters and window!!

Come on DQ. I always have an good experience when I come here. Today was the worst ever. I always check my food but it's never messed up and the day I don't check it this what I get. I don't even wanna call or get it replaced because I should've checked but come on. Yall have to do better.

Wonderful service and delicious ice cream. The Peanut Buster Parfait and vanilla with Carmel were the perfect treat.
