From an architectural standpoint it’s a very pretty building and the interior is spectacular. I didn’t take any photos as I didn’t know if it was appropriate or not as it is an active church. But the paintings and reliefs inside are quite unique. And the building itself has a great history that’s interesting to learn about as someone who’s not tied to the Christian faith. The surrounding neighborhood is very quaint and has many good shops and restaurants/cafes.

This is amazing Church is a must visit if you are in the area. Beautiful structural architecture on the outside and inside to the amazing things you will see when you enter. If you can try and be covered up because there is a sign outside saying no shorts for men and women should ideally have their hair and shoulders covered but they do have robes for free on the outside to cover just in case you forget. Situated in the church are the most amazing icon pictures all over and the whole church is almost covered in gold. It is a particularly busy church with tourists in and out at all times. When you enter there is a lower two level where Lazarus bones used to be kept before they were moved, but his tomb still remains.

Hearing about this church and seeing some of the photos doesn’t really prepare you for the experience and history you are about to feel walking up to and inside this master of a monument. The outside is stunning, well preserved and sits on a lovely open space. When you enter it is very typical of a Greek church and lovely. Make sure you visit the tombs also under the church.

Beautiful church, very peaceful! We went there around at 1400 and it was closed. Advise to check the opening hours before you go. It opens in afternoon at 1530 but if you are there early, there are few souvenir shops that you can visit, enjoy lunch, take photographs, enough things to keep you occupied.

Visiting the Holy Church of Saint Lazarus was an unforgettable experience. I was deeply touched by the atmosphere and the spiritual energy of this sacred place. Bowing before the relics of Saint Lazarus filled me with peace and gratitude.

Great café in Larnaca! 🍴 The portions are absolutely huge and very tasty, with beautiful presentation too. We were three - me and two kids, and honestly, one sandwich would have been enough for all of us. But we ordered two sandwiches and a salad and ended up completely full :) Lovely atmosphere, quick and attentive service. Definitely coming back!

We figured it’s typical Cyprus thing and not a bad thing ofc, but worth to mention that the portions were HUUUGE (1 portion could feed 2 persons). It is located in the center of Larnaca. A cool place with a garden. The breakfast menu is impressive but the choice is solid. The staff is kind and helpful. The music is unbearably loud.

A large beach in area. Although the sea is clear, the beach has hard, pressed sand. It has many tourist shops, restaurants and bars. The sad thing is that many of them do not take care of their exteriors and this has the consequence of leaving you with a feeling of old and untended. On the edge it has a very nice castle that functions as a museum and if you go further into the narrow streets it has more picturesque places.

The umbrellas have started falling apart a bit, but the beach itself is big, the distance between sunbeds is just right, so you don't feel squished with other people. The water is shallow for at least 100m, which also makes people scattered all over, so no one is in your way. The sand isn't "pretty" but it doesn't stuck to everything and it's nice to stand on in water. The water itself is clear and clean.

A long beach with lots of beds for rent. Restaurants all around. Clean clear water. Life guards all around. The issue is with the closeness to the airport which makes it a bit noisy when the planes land and takeoff.

Love this beach, mostly because the water is so clean and cold. It’s not the biggest beach but it certainly has a lot going for it. The sand is kind of construction sand and there’s plenty of old cigarettes on the sand too. You can order and pay for drinks or snacks from the guys coming from the different cafes or just cross the street and find a heap of restaurants.

The beach is very dirty full of plastic and cigarettes and is covered with little rocks The beach doesn’t have sand but is covered with soil.I don’t recommend it, go to Aya Napa Beach its beautiful and very clean I recommend Nissi beach, Makronis and Landa beach

I love this place, i ordered here Pasta Carbonara which was really good, like in Italy. My friend was so pleased about the food she ordered. I tried here a Limoncello Spritz which was good. Nice location, you have to call before or to be lucky to find a free table. Prices higher than usual.

Delicious food, great Italian recipes. We tried the pizzas, the truffle pasta and the sea food pasta. Everything was delicious. Well situated by the beach with a good view. Prices are reasonable, portions are huge. We had a very good family lunch. Service was great and the staff friendly. Would absolutely recommend eating here :)

Great experience from start to finished. We went there during dinner time service and it was very busy. Quick to get us seated, service was fast and food was delicious. Dimitris looked after us and had very good attention to detail, making sure the experience was best as possible. On the way to the toilet I walked passed the open kitchen which was very clean and organised. A tightly kept ship! After we finished they were very patient and relaxed which made us feel even more appreciated. Would highly recommend if you like tasty Italian food and exceptional service.

We had a great experience at Aldente Restaurant, Finikoudes. We ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Penne Truffle, both dishes were delicious, but the Penne Truffle really stood out and made a strong impression. The atmosphere is relaxed and it’s a lovely spot for a weekday lunch. Definitely recommended!

Hmmm - not too sure about this. I guess it would be OK if you had nothing better to do, but there are better to see. It is an old fort from the 12th century which had multiple purposes along the centuries. The cost to visit is only 2.5 euro; so, it is not overly expensive and is really only a short visit. There are old canons, and some chambers and a prison; and the view from the top is pretty good.

Very simple. The museum part is practically nonexistent. They need a better use for the upstairs room. Charging deterred many people from visiting when I was there, especially because nothing is reeling people in.

Had some time to kill so for €2.50 we thought we'd have a look. Not much going on, could really do with some information boards as you go around. There is one QR code by the tombs which give you a bit of background, but otherwise you need use your imagination. Good view from up the top out over the beach.

Nice small medieval fort right on the beach in Larnaca. The entrance fee is only €2.50, and it’s definitely worth a short visit. You can enjoy great views of the sea and the promenade from the top, and there’s a small museum inside with historical artifacts. A charming and peaceful place to explore during a walk along the coast.

Very nice mosque, I think it has been forgotten by the state, isn’t as clean and good looking as it was once upon a time. I hope it changes, but from a historic perspective it was very nice to see that it is still an active worship place. I feel like they should clean the name board of the mosque, it was full of dust…

It's nothing you haven't seen before, but it's worth the time, we couldn't go in due to our belief, but the gardens were really nice and well-maintained. I would also recommend walking along the salt lake path in summer and in winter...overall, not a bad experience, but nothing crazy.

Placed by salt lake, good time to sit on the bench and relax for the while. If flamingo 🦩 season -> extra special. If want to visit mosque than good dress is mandatory 😉

It is slightly off the beaten track but is still worth the effort to visit as it is a very nice mosque indeed. Perhaps it isn't as clean as it may have been in the past but still it was OK. Our only mistake was that my wife was not dressed properly and was refused entry. and so many stray cats around .... not pleasant.

Beautiful setting by the edge of the Salt Lake. Peaceful and scenic place, especially around sunset. Remember: ladies must wear full-length pants covered clothing to enter — no entry otherwise.

The Hala Sultan Tekke mosque, which is very beautiful, is located near the salt lake. It is essential to wear an appropriate long dress; otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

This mosque has been described as the third holiest place for Muslims in the world (some say the fourth, after Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem). During the Ottoman Empire, Ottoman-flagged ships would hang their flags at half mast when off the shores of Larnaca, and salute Hala Sultan with cannon shots. The mosque was built over the grave of Umm Haram, who was believed to be the sister of the Prophet Mohammed’s foster mother.

We were looking for somewhere to have dinner and came across this establishment, which had all its outdoor tables full. We sat down. They brought squid to the people next to us, and the portion looked huge, but later I also ordered the same thing and squid arrived that was simply piled on top of a heap of greasy french fries. We also ordered mineral water, but they brought us sparkling water. I also had a tzatziki on the menu. Well… we went without it. They simply forgot it. The nice thing was that there was a compliment from the establishment - various appetizers and warm pita bread, as well as three pieces of melon at the end. I’m pregnant and often have to use the restroom in all kinds of establishments - I had to here too. I couldn’t believe the filth I encountered. At least the best part was that they had soap and let’s say warm water.

If you’re looking for an authentic Taverna in Larnaca, then Taki’s is the place to go. You can tell you’re in a good spot as even on a Monday evening, this place was full of locals! We were lucky to get a table without reservation and I don’t think you can reserve a table, first come first served. We had a look through the menu and opted to stay on water as we had been at the beach all day and decided to go for the Mixed Grill platter for two. Whilst we waited for our food to arrive, we were given a trio of dishes and a salad, free of charge! The meat platter was absolutely huge and had a selection of meats from local sausages, kebab meat, chicken, pork, halloumi , chips. You really get value for money here as we spent only £25 for a meal for two with plenty of food. We left the staff a healthy tip as the service was really good and the food was juicy and fresh!

Nestled on the bend of Nikolaou Rossou is Takis Kebab House. On the Saturday lunch rush I visited alone, sitting outside next to the kitchen you are enveloped in the smells of the grill. Only making you more hungry. The sheftalia and chicken souvlaki arrived on the table and the serving was generous. The meal was very flavoursome. As I ate I watched the world go by. Cars driving the wrong way, trucks unloading goods to the market, tourists walking around and locals weaving in a out. It's a great place to sit and let an hour slip by.

Great Mediterranean dishes for a deal of a price. Actually what I love best here is the freshly squeezed, orange juice, and the baby squid platter!!! Most places only offer squid rings and here they still offer the actual baby squid. And of course, the squid rings (the calamaris) as well. I recommend the the lamp as well. This place can get totally packed so you need a bit of patience since each order is freshly made. The service personnel were very busy, but still kept their calm and were very friendly and helpful. There’s not much of a comfortable ambience since this is a good place to go to eat so it’s very full.

The first time we went we had a wonderful romanian guy that made us want to come again. But the service of a another specific waiter is terrible. We went it was pretty empty in the outside area, and there was a bearded waiter who was on the phone basically ignoring us, after a while he told us to sit and and returned to his call. The second time we came again and again the same dismissive attitude. We left and Im sad the food was good because we will not return again.

The kind of tavern I am always looking for in the Mediterranean area! Full of live, joy with great and affordable food, with appetisers on the house. The seafood is really good, the portions are filling. I seriously recommended this place 🍻

We have enjoyed our time at The Brewery and we had the most amazing waiter. The ambience of the place was amazing, as the lighting and the decor was nice and the music in the back'ground was low enough which it was perfect to have a conversation. We had couple of beers and have tried the golden latte and a carrot cake. The golden latte was tasty and the flavour were the cinnamon and turmeric was refreshing and the carrot cake was freshly made. We had the most amazing service by a very friendly and attentive waiter called Aziz. Thank you for the great experience.

I had a great experience at The Brewery Larnaca! I was with my wife, and we initially ordered a shisha, and when it wasn't to our liking, the staff kindly offered to change it for us at no extra charge. They kept checking in to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable, which made us feel really appreciated. We also ordered cappuccino and hot chocolate, and both drinks were excellent. The cake was also amazing—delicious and beautifully presented. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our visit. Highly recommend for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere!

Food was okay - good flavours and fresh. I had the savoury waffle "eat like a greek". Perfect for an easy breakfast. Sadly the draft beer equipment wasn't working, which was sad, as the place is called "the brewery"😅but this happens, all good. I was shocked though when I was offered bottled Budweiseer beer though for €6.50.. a bit too much when the house draft is only an euro more... Also the wooden seats could do an upgrade, not the most comfortable, doesnt make you want to sit there for longer😁

We’ve come back here again and again – and every time it’s a delight! The menu is diverse and every dish we’ve tried was absolutely delicious. It is a very nice place, and what made me and my wife love it even more and come back to it a second time was our waiter Aziz, The food is special and healthy, a wide variety for non meat persons also, and most importantly brunch is served all day, for those who wake up late.

Wow—just wow! We ordered their special frozen margaritas and they were absolutely amazing—perfectly blended, refreshingly flavorful, and honestly hard to resist. We loved them so much, we couldn’t help but go back for more! And let’s talk about the nachos loaded with melty cheese and full of flavor! The perfect combo with the margaritas. Well, I was initially hesitant to eat here. I grew up on Mexican food and read the range of reviews. I understand that there's a "Cypriot twist" and the food somewhat resembles Mexican food. No beans, frijoles, (I was informed that Cypriots don't care for beans) enchiladas and so on. The guacamole is not really guacamole. On the other hand, I asked for a veggie quesadilla with vegetable fajitas and cheese ,other than feta, and low and behold a wonderful dish was presented and it was delicious! I also had a passion fruit margarita that was excellent! The service was excellent and the ambiance was very nice. I want to thank Κυριακοσ and staff very much

Best restaurant on the strip! We went there as a party of 6, the stuff was very accommodating, especially to the ones who had certain food restrictions. Great vibe, generous portions and excelent food.

I was told by several locals that this is the place for sushi in Larnaca, but after our experience, I can only conclude they didn't try much. Unfortunately, it ended up being the most dissappointing sushi experience we had in Larnaca so far. The quality of the ingredients is average, but the serving, portions, flavours, all leave a lot to be desired. Unique tastes, original ideas, unusual combinations that makes you wonder why was not tried before. Almost all dishes we tried (and we had a lot) were excellent. The service was generally quick, friendly, discreet in their presence.

The food was really nice but the service let us down. We had been before a few years ago, and it was really nice, but this time, it was a letdown. First the food, the main parts were nice the sushi I had was good my favourite was the rhyu(dragon) and the seabass was great as well always presented well. But the thing that was disappointing was the fried rice it was very undercooked to bad to eat so we sent it back and they didn't really acknowledge their mistake or apologise and didn't give us a new one either, this was a small problem but for the price you pay you would expect it to be perfect. The staff also were a bit rude and didn't make the effort to smile or anything, and again, the price isn't matching up to the service. The price has gone up since we had last been, the sushi was €42 and the seabass was €38, but the service and food had gone down, so I think they need to charge less and make the service better. Also, the music inside didn't match the theme of the restaurant at all, and it was too loud. Overall, the food is really good mostly, but the service and prices let it down.

A really wonderful experience. Everything we had was delicious. Have in mind most maki rolls are spicy. I recommend the Yawarakai tempura! The menu has plenty of options including vegetarian. Prices are from around 15 - 250 euro. You may have trouble finding parking as the restaurant has no parking for customers. There is however empty land plot in the house next to the restaurant you may park! Staff are friendly and great you warmly. They are quick to respond to anything you may need.

A not very big marina, with nothing out of the ordinary. Several dozen sailboats and other types of boats and a promenade where people can walk. There are no benches to sit on. Quite beautiful but common.

A nice marina, with a small pier that enables you to look at the boats. Be aware that some of the planks are old, stick up, and are unsteady. You can not get much other access to the marina to see the boats any closer on foot. You can, however, get boat rides from here, and booking is at the start of the pier. The marina itself is clean and well kept. Parking can be found close by or a 10 minute walk from 2 car parks next to the bus station. Both are free. Toilets nearby on the beach. Worth a quick look if you're in the area.

It's so beautiful and the view from up the infinity pool is breathtaking. Visited the Marina Spa and after had a drink by the pool. It was so relaxing.

I visited Larnaca in August 2024, and the weather was quite hot. I stayed about 15 km away from the town at the Murcure Larnaca Resort. While looking for a place to have dinner in the city, I discovered this area. I walked around for over an hour in the evening, and it wasn’t crowded, which made it very pleasant. The area is quite large, with boats, a beach, restaurants, and more. It’s worth exploring, but I recommend visiting Nissi Beach, which is too crowded but one of the most beautiful beaches in the World.

We had an exceptional experience at Larnaca Marina. The marina is beautifully organized, well-run, and affordably priced. From the moment we arrived from the Suez Canal, the team provided a warm and welcoming reception. Giannis, the Marina Manager, was instrumental in ensuring a smooth experience, sending us all the necessary information via email. When we arrived, we contacted Stellios on the radio, and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. He and Athos met us at the fuel dock with smiles, took our lines, and escorted us to the customs and port police offices. The check-in process was super easy and efficient, thanks to Elena's kindness at the office reception. The team went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with our first stern tie. Athos took our lines, and Stellios was ready in the dinghy to lend a hand if needed. Given the marina's comfort and amenities, we decided to haul our boat out for hull maintenance. The lift process was seamless, with Georgios handling the travel lift and Mohammed ensuring everything was in place. What truly made our experience stand out was working with "Dino" and his colleague Kamil. Dino's business offers a wide range of services for boat exteriors, and his work is stellar. Both Dino and Kamil take immense pride in their work, and it shows. They became like friends and coaches to us, offering valuable advice and support throughout our stay. We were sad to leave Larnaca Marina but happy to set sail with our boat looking better than ever. The marina's daily rates are very affordable compared to other European ports, making it an excellent choice for sailors. We highly recommend Larnaca Marina to anyone looking for a well-run and welcoming port.

Larnaca Port is the base and starting point for enjoying many excursions, exploration tours and diving in beautiful Cyprus. It is full of boats and yachts that can be rented, whether with family or friends. It is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes with outdoor areas overlooking the beach and the distant horizon.A delightful two-hour experience departing from Larnaca Marina. As we set sail, you'll enjoy the stunning views of Finikoudes Beach, which embodies the essence of the Mediterranean coast.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Ground floor has the bar and you need to go to first floor for the restaurant. Every staffs were kind from the moment I entered till I have my seat. I am no expert in Cyprus food but flavour profile (to me) might be a bit monochrome but looked super authentic so still worth a visit for sure. Overall I had a good time !

A fantastic family owned restaurant with an amazing craft beer and well stocked wine bar underneath. Beautiful arrangement of artwork in the restaurant upstairs. Five star service which is reflected throughout your dining experience. We are trying to learn Greek and everyone is so helpful and patient in our attempts to speak the language. Traditional home cooked food with a daily special as well. Excellent value for money and excellent quality local ingredients used. A must do when visiting Larnaca - you won’t be disappointed.

Officially one of the most beautiful restaurants and bars I have ever been to. The bar downstairs is inspiring with the unique vibes and hundreds of beers and whiskeys. The second flood is just an amazing restaurant. The food super delicious, we tried the cooked lamb with spinach, rice and potatoes. wine is great and the atmosphere is difficult to explain with words it could only be felt. Every detail is just fantastic, I am so happy the place was open and we could enjoy the art there.

First of all, the hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The facility seemed newer and was clean. Breakfast was average. It’s a great budget friendly hotel! My friend had bad allergies from the dust in the room. There were not really any amenities in the room. No drinking water, no shampoo and the TV didn’t have much options. There wasn’t really hot water in the shower. It’s in walking distance to a lot of things, but because there is nothing to do indoors in the hotel, we had to spend most of the time outside.

Great for a 3-Star Hotel For a 3-star hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious, with nice extras like slippers and a bathrobe. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside was the breakfast—it was quite average. However, considering the price, it was reasonable. Overall, a great stay for the value!

A nice small hotel located very conveniently close to the beach, Bars & Restaurants area, Big and comfortable rooms and Staff in mostly kind. However, No noise control - our room was facing the street, we had strong noises of traffic at night and strong noises from the floor corridor early in the morning.

I’ve just returned from spending four nights here whilst in Larnaca visiting friends for a baptism. To be really honest, I think it offers incredibly good value. They have a 24 hour front desk, so were there to greet me when I arrived at 1:30am, and also to say goodbye when I left at 4am. They honoured all my requests and my standard room was perfect featuring a comfortable bed, bath, well-functioning AC and a desk. It was quiet for sleeping, had perfectly good WiFi for working and was cleaned each day, with extra tea and coffee provided so I could work in the room. They also supplied an iron upon request. The pool is also perfect for a morning swim, and it’s a short walk to almost everything in Larnaca. I do think the quality of some of the breakfast items could improve (I didn’t eat the cooked breakfast options, but they, along with some of the cured meats, could probably do with a review). All-in-all though, the room rate was already fabulous even if breakfast hadn’t have been included, so wouldn’t worry too much about this and it would not deter me from staying again and recommending to all.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, even though I spent only one night there. The staff was kind, the location is in a few minutes walk from the beach and they also had a minimarket attached to the hotel.

Decent, but a little short on most counts. Included breakfast was quite good, but the rooms are (only) a bit run down and in general everything was serviceable but no better. Helpful staff at all hours. Would stay here again for the discount price, but would note that we also stayed at another local place, lucked into an even better rate, and it was very much nicer.

The location of this hotel is excellent — right in the heart of Larnaca, close to the beach, restaurants, and the main sights. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, and the service was friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was standard nothing fancy, but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom could be slightly better, but for a short stay or a layover to explore the town, this hotel is a okay choice for the price.

The room felt a bit dark and our AC in specific wasn't cool enough for the warm summer day. However service was incredible I still giggly recommend.

Old rooms, noisy, not very clean. I would not repeat the experience. Location in good, close to the beach and various restaurants.

The location is super nice, close to everything in the city center. However the rooms are not clean, there was even a cockroach in our room, dusty airco, spider webs. The reaction of the staff was careless, Ok do you want another room?

The beach in Larnaca is a great spot, especially in March. While the water was quite cold, I enjoyed dipping my feet in. The beach is spacious and not too crowded, which is perfect for families with children since the water is shallow. Overall, it’s a lovely, relaxing place with a welcoming atmosphere.

The sand was fine, but hard, perhaps from the water. The water didn’t have the same color as in Nissi and Protaras, for example, but it was warm. A sunbed and umbrella cost 7.5 euros, but for some reason nobody came for us to pay. There’s also a lifeguard. There were waves in the water, which was extremely clean. The sun set very early around 5:30 PM, but maybe because it gets dark much earlier here. There’s nowhere around to get food if you get hungry, or water - you have to go out to the waterfront street itself.

Really liked the white sand. You can see the flights approaching Larnaca Airport.

The dunes shift daily but always reveal pottery shards from ancient shipwrecks. Local grandmas gather sea salt at dawn using woven baskets like their ancestors did. The water stays shallow for about one hundred meters, which makes it a very perfect place for toddlers.

Wide, not crowded and relaxing beach with a view of landing planes. There are many kiosks and bars around. Parking is paid - 2.5 euro as for September 2024, located 5 minutes of a slow walk from the sun beds.

Nice clean beach with free changing and toilet facilities. Showers have a small fee. Sunbeds and umbrella is available for rent at 2,5€ per piece. Very great price and the equipment is in good quality. Fun place to watch the airplanes come in to land at the nearby airport.

Of the beaches we visited in Larnaca, this was by far our favorite! The crowd was a bit more relaxed and the planes landing at the airport were a fun bonus.

Right in the center, two minutes from the Lazarus church is this gem of a place. I was exploring the area, and while buying some souvenir they recommended I eat here. And what a great recommendation. The place is cozy. The owner is extremely friendly. And immediately sat me down. I had the lamb and it came out heavenly. Highly recommended. They also serve warm pita bread and sauces as accompaniments and I pretty much finished all of that even before the food arrived. Yummy! I had Cyprus’s coffee to wrap up things. And she also brought out a fun fruit plate. Simple. But went great with the coffee. A must stop. When you are here.

Special Kebab House in Larnaca offers a good location with a nice view. The food was fine, though I specifically asked for no onions and still found onions in my dish. While it wasn't anything spectacular, the gyros was decent. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick meal, but they could improve on accommodating special requests.

The food is so tasty. We had take out one night and dine in another. I recommend the dine in because it tasted even better. The service is amazingly friendly.

Zakos is a very nice restaurant! They provided generous amounts of lunch and dinner. Excellent service! I ordered grilled fish! Another time I ordered Greek salad.

Gem find at the end of MacKenzie Beach!! Especially if you like plane watching since it's next to the Larnaca airport. Staff here are super friendly and the level of service here is next level!! Old mate kept checking in on our table to make sure everyone was good for food and drinks. I think he's trying to make sure I don't fit my pants when I walk out from here. Definitely value for money with the amount of food you get here. Very fresh seafood produce, and old mate brought a couple of whole fishes to another table for them to choose! The Cyprus coffee was nice and rich, perfect for after meals. If you're ordering beers, you can get them in ice buckets to stay cold. Highly recommended! A+++

My food came promptly, was cooked right, and was relatively inexpensive. The outdoor seating has seen better days, but that’s what happens when seats sit outside on a beach 24/7. Also they have a lot of cats

Excellent food and even better staff! Outstanding experience! Zakos specialite for two had both big portions (enough for two hungry Cypriot men) and great ingredients. They paid attention to detail here! Shrimps bowels were empty and squids had ink, olives on coal are rare to find too and their sauces are tasty and fresh! I'm definitely coming back and I hope their service remains the same as it couldn't get better! Traditional greek-cypriot taverns that are both affordable and good are very rare and this is definitely one of them! I kinda feel sorry I can't put more stars! Maybe I'm drunk though!

The food is delicious. Traditional Greek dishes, plenty of sauces. The order came very quickly. The staff looked a little weary, yet they remained polite.

A nice restaurant with very reasonable prices and generous portions. We ordered the cuttlefish and the sea bream, a salad and tzatziki. We got in addition of these, a large portion of fries, some appetisers and bread at no extra charge. In the end, they also treated us with a plate of fruits and several sweets. This restaurant is very generous and the quality is quite decent. I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve had a platter, which included calamari, octopus, prawns, fish croquettes and muscles. All for 28 euro and it was enough for 2 people, like they’ve suggested. Food was fresh and delicious! Their fries were handmade and really nice too. Only thing I can recommend for this dish, is to serve muscles warm. As it was a big contrast with other hot food, since they were cold. If you want to try a bit of everything, their fish meze has a lot of variety and it’s nice to try a bit of everything. Trust me, you would be full afterwards! Friendly place that has been going for years.

First of all, the place was extremely loud and unpleasant. Once we sat down we had to wait an hour to get our food and had to repeatedly remind them of our order to finally receive it (90% of the waiters were speaking only English and didn’t know how to help us get our food on time). The dishes also came at different times, resulting in two of us to wait without food while the others were eating. Later, when the dessert came, the waitress dropped the fork and instead of giving us a new one she placed it next to the dish as normal. Overall, the food was ok, excluding the salty fries but the atmosphere and service were horrible.

Delicious food and super fresh fish! Warm service, great atmosphere, and a beautiful sea view. We came with our baby and were treated so kindly. The owner even knew a few Hebrew words and helped us find kosher-friendly dishes. Highly recommended!

The best place to get falafel in Larnaca. The owner is super helpful, makes everything himself so he knows exactly what's in everything. We are vegan and gluten free and one of us doesn't have onions or garlic. He helped us choose what to have and said he could adjust certain things for us to avoid the onion and garlic. Everything is gluten free apart from the wrap but there are loads of choices without a wrap. 100% recommend.

It was a delight to stumble across this vegetarian/vegan place! The Indian falafel wrap had spicy chilli in it as requested, and fresh coriander. Not only delicious but great value.

100% recommend this little place. Friendly and generous chef gave us ideas for young children and made recommendations for us. There were so many options to choose from and the fresh ginger lemonade was amazing. We’ll be going back for seconds!

Googled best places for vegetarians in Larnaca. Found this place so stopped by to grab a couple of wraps. Their falafel wraps are amazing! Definitely visit again. So reasonable and lots of veg in too.

The food was very delicious, served fast, as we mentioned that we’re really hungry. The owner was super nice and had a great sense of humor! We tried falafel, hummus with pine nuts, garlic and chili bread, aruba and lemonades. For sure going back before leaving Cyprus!

Its a lovely small mall and its quite clean. Lots of stores to choose from including restaurants like taco bell, kfc, aldente and so on. I quite liked visiting the perfume stores. Service was ok, nothing special. Some stores the staff just talk amongst themselves and don't offer help. Overall its a good mall to check out if visiting Larnaca.

The mall was nice at fisrt, after some time I started to feel lost distressed. The endless walk in a single path inside the mall made me feel claustrophobic and anxious. By the end of the trip I was exhausted and wanting to run home. A great place for shopaholics though. Liked the recycling bins as well.

Great sized mall located near AEK Larnaca football stadium. Has a food court with all your favourites like Taco Bell, McDonald’s, tgi Fridays etc and many more. Has some local clothes shops in here aswel as your Zara, bershaka and pull & bear. Also located at the end of the mall itself is a supermarket. Huge free car park which included a car wash is available below the complex. A must visit should you need any clothes or simply just a day out for some retail therapy.

Great for young and old. Has most of what a shopping mall has. Big, so you should have some time to spare when you're here.

I absolutely love Metropolis Mall! It’s bright, modern, and beautifully designed — the perfect mix of international brands, great food options, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Everything feels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Whether you’re shopping, having coffee with friends, or taking a stroll, it’s such a pleasant place to spend time. The open, airy layout and the variety of cafés and restaurants make it ideal for families as well. Definitely the best shopping experience in Larnaca — stylish, comfortable, and always enjoyable.

We had a great time here with the kids. I haven’t been to a good shopping mall like this in a long time. There are many restaurants, ranging from simple to very good ones. There are a lot of play areas and game machines for kids. This mall also has many brand-name stores. Everything is very clean, neat, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking spaces.

The mall was amazing. I didn’t feel lost or distressed at all: Liked the recycling bins as well.

Amazing seeing this in the landscape. Can ze been from far. Its still in good condition. Its close to the main road. Good for a short break.

A great end point if you are walking along the salt flat trail. The 18th century aquaduct is in great condition and is another part of Cyprus' long history with water movement and storage. 10min is enough time for a casual observer to take in enough of the structure. The wetlands directly behind it are home to many birds and the calls make a nice backdrop.

Surrounded by the modern city, it seems surreal in a way. It's an impressive structure and it's in good condition. Parking is available nearby and there are also hiking trails.

Not worth a detour, what you see when driving by is everything there is to see. Looks nice though.

The Kamares Aqueduct in Larnaca was built between 1747 and 1750 by the Ottoman Governor Bekir Pasha to provide the city with a reliable water supply. This impressive engineering feat, which cost approximately 50,000 qirsh, was funded by Pasha himself as a public project. It draws water from the Tremithos River and other springs, channeling it to the city through a 16 km long system that includes a 75-arch bridge, a part of which is still visible today.

The Kamares Aqueduct in Larnaca, Cyprus, is a beautifully preserved 18th-century Ottoman structure with 75 arches. Visiting in January 2024, you'd find it near the Salt Lake, free to explore, offering a serene historical experience. Its architecture and night lighting make it particularly enchanting. A must-see for its historical significance and scenic beauty.

An all-time classic in Larnaca that never disappoints! Great bar atmosphere, tasty food, and a vast selection of drinks. The renovated outdoor area is lovely, but the indoor bar still has a unique, cozy vibe in winter. Always a reliable choice!

Good, but we were 4 and they forgot 1 meal, and another 3 were waiting with meals, while the 4th will come, another 20 min, diissapointed. Mozzarella sticks did not like, burgers are ok.

My girlfriend and I went to the Blue Pine to watch football, it was only our second visit but we had vowed to go again. Although we couldn't watch the English premier football in the downstairs area , as it was Cypriot football that night as well we still had a great night. The portions of food all seem to be quite large (one of the reasons to return) and very tasty . Also I would like to mention that the staff were very attentive and there was no problem getting another drink especially when they were going down so quickly. I would highly recommend this place to any fun loving person.

One of the most interesting and good places in Cyprus to my experience. The interior is unique and it really feels the owner put all his heart and soul to this place. Hundreds of small decorations creates cozy interesting atmosphere. That was my 3rd time here. Always nice service and the food is really delicious with huge portions. One of my favourite places I always would love to come back.

It's a nice pier, because the whole area is nice. It enables you to go out a bit further to take pictures of the coastline. The pier itself is very small though and quite basic.

Very beautiful place to walk and enjoy the view

At the end of the pier you can see the whole of Larnaca bay and the beach front known as the Finikouthes (palm trees). There is a medieval castle also along with an old mosque. You can just see the tower. Look back up the pier and in the distance a Greek Orthodox church known as Saint Lazaros church were there is an basement floor housing the tomb of Lazaros himself through a glass cover that attracts many pilgrims to visit. Also the airport is beyond the medieval castle and planes come in from the sea direction to land at the airport only 400 feet approximately as make their decent. But be careful of the boardwalk because over time they are not even. Well worth a visit.

Pretty clean. Good thin sand. Clean water. Many pubs, tavernas, coffee shops, medieval museum, playgrounds, no parking places. McDonald's KFC Ocean Basket etc Food is good, mostly tavernas and restaurants have properly conditions to take a good meal. Single problem I found is the lack of original cypress seafood cuisine. All is pretty comercial and despite of the fact that Cyprus is an island, the don't offer good seafood products.

Nice place to take photos and check out the castel and the whole beach. There are some boats around however I do not think it is used much in that purpose. Nice to visit when walking.

A very nice restaurant located at Larnaca main boardwalk, very good starters and mains, we had dinner - the grilled Sea Bas and the local chilled white wine were delicious.

Lovely servers , nice restaurant, sirloin cooked to perfection, chips crispy on the outside , warm chocolate cake and ice cream for afters , and the nicest mojito I’ve ever had.

Really nice place close to the beach. The seafood is tasty, especially the Garlic Shrimps. The octopus not as tasty as expected, but it was a nice atmosphere and the the staff was friendly.

Very poor service!!! We ordered one small meze for one person because we were full already, coming a small plate with two dolma, one halumi cheese ,three pieces of mushroom, one spring roll and I paid 40€ and two beers. Unbelievable! 40€ for nothing it's blatant theft!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

We recently visited Spaghetteria Italia, a cozy hidden gem tucked away in the center of Larnaka, right next to a bigger-name restaurant. Although it’s a small place with just a few tables, it felt very warm and romantic by the end of the evening. The charming ceiling décor featuring angels and a small angel sculpture added a lovely touch to the ambiance. Service was quick, and the staff was attentive—we were asked twice if everything was okay, which made us feel well cared for. One small detail that kept me from giving a full 5 stars: I had to pour our water and refill our wine myself. For a top rating, I’d expect the server to take care of that. We skipped the pizza and tried two types of pasta, both absolutely delicious. For starters, we had fried mozzarella, which brought back childhood memories of eating fried cheese in Slovakia—comforting and nostalgic. We couldn’t resist dessert and ended up ordering two, both of which were excellent. Bonus points for the clever move of placing the dessert menu on the table without saying a word—it tempted us just enough to go for it! Though small and a bit hidden, the restaurant was quite busy with takeaway orders as well. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the toilet sanitizer actually being filled (unlike many places where it's just an empty stand). Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable by Larnaka standards. For two mains, one starter, two desserts, a bottle of wine, and water, we paid about €75. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, intimate Italian experience without the fuss.

The food at Italia Spaghetteria was excellent. I absolutely loved the food. The staff were very kind and exceptional. The two things that brought the restaurant down for me were: the toilets - they could do with a good refurb; And the smoking area outside, for me is far too close to the non-smoking area. Closing the door did help, but, obviously when you're passing that area, etcetera, with your children, they're breathing in the secondhand smoke, which for me in 2024 is not really acceptable. They should just make it fully non-smoking. And if you want to smoke, you shouldn't be in the enclosed areas. You should be fully outside. But I guess that's what they think is appropriate. Overall, I would eat there again, but I would choose a time when there's not likely to be smokers, if such a time exists.

We were the first to arrive and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. They turned on the air conditioning right away – which was much appreciated after walking in from the Larnaca heat. The menu is impressive and full of tempting dishes. To be honest, I had already eaten pizza elsewhere, but I didn’t want to skip this place – and I’m glad I didn’t! We had the creamy strozzapreti pasta with chicken and mushrooms, and a classic aglio e olio peperoncino – both were excellent. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff, and spot-on Italian food.

We came after a very good recommendation of our friends. It's one of the best Italian restaurants out side Italy! And I don't write that easley. (We travel a lot) It's a family place.

Its definitly an expirience, very lovely and kind staff. My go-to is the Spaghetti Bolognese as the main and the mozzarella in carrozza as the starter. Personally one of my favourite restaurant.

One star is for the scam and trick they tried to play on us. We have traveled 90 countries and there are so many different scams we had experienced- this time for this restaurant- they put a more expensive pasta on the bill instead what we have ordered. 3 euros more, not a big deal, but a fraud is a fraud, zero tolerance to scams!

It is delicious food and the portions are large.The highlight are daily offers for 14 euros, which are worth trying as they consists of range of great salads, range of superb pastas and some soft drink. All recommendations!

I tried the Jacks cheese burger (single), was really good but i felt like there was a lot of sauce in it (too heavy for me) and a lot of onions. The sweet potatoes were really good and the portion was great for two. I would recommend to try them. My friends also had some onion rings and they said they liked them. Id recommend the burger for sure but maybe ask for a bit less sauce if you dont want it to be heavy.

Best burger in Larnaca! If you enjoy a spicy kick, you have to try the Sriracha Burger 🌶️ — the meat is juicy and perfectly cooked, and the sauce is incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended!

Very good fries, however simple hamburgers, like the ones you can make in your home, with mediocre taste. No burger sauce, just ketchup.

I recently visited San Pedro Larnaca Street Food and the experience was amazing! I ordered the San Pedro Cheese Double Burger and it was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend went for the Chicken Fillet Strip Burger which was also amazing, crispy and tender at the same time. We also got 1 portion of fries and 2 waters. Both portions were really hefty, and the fries were a real highlight – generous in size and more than enough to feed both of us. The total came to just €21.50, which was really good value for the quality and portions we got. Overall, the food was fantastic, the portions were perfect, and we both left really satisfied. Definitely a spot I’ll be visiting again!

Food was very good. The Kids loved the Burgers. Gluten free food is possible. They got no gluten free buns, but the offered the meat with salad and Eggs. The owner extremely nice.

All I can say is WOW! I'm not very impressed by a lot of burger places but this one is by far one of the best I've come across. What I love equally with the food was the customer service 👌 This will definitely be a place we will add to our favourite restaurants in Cyprus when we visit on holidays

Red Pepper is a hidden gem in Larnaca that offers a warm, homely atmosphere with a quiet, relaxed vibe. It’s a family-run place, and you can really feel the care and heart behind everything — from the service to the food. The portions are generous, and the dishes are honest and straightforward — no gimmicks, just great food done right. The quality of the meat is outstanding. I had a perfectly cooked steak that was tender and juicy, and the lamb chops were simply incredible — rich, fatty in the best way, and full of flavor. One of the highlights of the experience is the chef himself — he comes out to greet the guests, shares his personal stories, and makes you feel truly welcome. It’s a charming and heartfelt touch that adds to the overall warmth of the place. To finish, the South African pudding was absolutely delicious — a comforting and sweet end to a fantastic meal. All of this comes at very fair prices, making Red Pepper not just a great meal, but a great value. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food in a cozy and authentic setting.

we had a perfect evening here. not only was the food (a perfectly cooked steak and duck breast) amazing, but the owner/chef and his son were such good hosts, coming out to chat with us and even writing down a list of local recommendations for the rest of our trip. they were so kind - we were the first people in there - and gave us a complimentary homemade desert (unreal) and soup starter too! I can’t recommend Red Pepper enough, you will be so well taken care of here, and it’s not just about the food for them. it also notes on the menu if you are vegan they will make something special for you which is a lovely touch too.

The food was superb, every single dish was delicious. Pina and her English husband (the owners) are hands on and make sure all is up to scratch, often personally preparing the food. In between the dishes we ordered we were treated to a yummy soup made by Pina's husband (I'm sorry I can't remember the name) but remember the lovely soup - OMG! When visiting next time most definitely will be dining at Red Pepper as there isn't a better restaurant in a whole of Larnaca.

A wonderfully warm, relaxing atmosphere. Family owned and operated, we were greeted by the owner and the chef upon entering and treated like friends immediately. Cosy seating and a great looking menu. Service was brilliant with jokes, recommendations and waiting on us. Brilliant wine list and complementary amuse-bouche. We were considering dessert and were convinced by the waiter, 10/10 one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had. It was then given to us on the house since we weren’t sure which was such a lovely thing although we did really enjoy it. Would really recommend for a quiet date night.

Red pepper is a hidden gem in Larnaka. A daily menu means the food is always freshly prepared. We really enjoy the steak, which is really tasty and not covered with creamy sauces. The homemade pasta is also very nice.

OMG! It should be a Michelin star restaurant. The atmosphere, the story of the place, the food, - everything was impeccable!
